Sam came out to my investment property in Brooklyn after I received an emergency call from a tenant. He was able to prioritize my situation and make it to my house to address the issue within 2 hours of my emergency call to him. He was professional and courteous, and very thorough. As an out-of-state owner, it's often difficult to find reliable services, but Sam is DEFINATELY a keeper. After having some terrible experiences with contractors recently, I reached out to Pipe Monkeys Sewer and Drain and he sure did reply back immediately. In fact he was very responsive. He showed up on time after scheduling an appointment and installed an RO water filter and a garbage disposal for me. Both works perfectly and no issues!

I reached out to him again few weeks after when I had a clogged shower drain. Once again he was very responsive and came to snake the drain. We ran into another issue and he gave me consultation on what would be the next best step towards fixing the drain.

I will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future when I need plumbing services!

Mike came to the rescue when I dropped a very precious piece of jewelry down the bathroom sink drain. I called him in the morning and he was at our apartment in Manhattan by that afternoon. He was professional, polite, skilled, and most importantly - got the earring out of the pipe of our sink.  In addition to everything, he also went out of his way to fix our pop-up drain that hand't been working properly. I hired this company to change three faucets and two bathroom light fixtures

The guy came in, he was very nice, very creative, very professional and very informative.

He did his work and cleaned afterwards.  

In one instance, I didn't have the necessary part for one of my faucets. He went out to Home Depot and got the part.

He was quiet which was great because one of my tenants was sleeping. So he was mindful of that.

I plan to hire them for my next project in a couple of weeks.

As long as they are in business they will be my go to company

Rob was great! Friendly, efficient, and stuck to his original price estimate. He was in and out so quickly, fixing a hole/leak in our kitchen sink drain and leaving it looking and working great! We'll definitely be contacting Rob again for all our future plumbing needs.

Very responsive and fixed a hard clog we had with our bathtub. It was somewhat expensive for the time it took to do the job, but I know good plumbers are expensive. Totally recommend.

Christopher showed up in a mask and was wonderful to deal with.  He is a man of his word and promptly ordered the part I needed.  It was difficult to get the part as the toilet model was discontinued.  He managed to get it anyway, promptly delivered and installed it.

Needed both faucet stems and shower diverter replaced on old bathtub set. Several plumbers were not interested because they knew the replacement parts would be hard to find.  Kirilli doggedly hunted down the parts and did an excellent job with the repair, also replacing the leaking faucet stems.  Work was professional and courteous.  Pricing was very fair.  Highly recommended.

Woke up to a bad leak at 5am. Called about a dozen plumbers and Bullseye Mechanical was the only one that responded. Joshua answered the call and arrived in around 30 min. He almost immediately found the source of the leak in my neighbor's upstairs apartment. They charged a fair rate for emergency service.

I called up JP to get some help on replacing an old pipe that was giving me issues when it rained. Make a long story short this was a Wednesday, he came by the next day and we settled on a day soon after. The work was done 2 days later and it went perfect. The communication is just what you want from a place that you want to trust and rely on. Pricing is fair and the people who do the job are total professionals. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of some plumbing or sewer issues and I k ow I'll give them a call for anything I need in the future.

Five years ago, they fixed the kitchen sink pipe for me. To this day, it is still going well without any problems So I called Zabivay when I needed to replace the kitchen faucet.  A faucet I bought came with a part that didn't quite fit perfectly under my kitchen sink. But Eugene worked around and solved it. YAY! I love my new faucet and it's working beautifully.

He's quiet, friendly and kind to answer my questions. Also, he wore a mask and shoe covers. Very respectful about covid protection.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

Robert was great - fast response, showed up prepared, changed my toilet pump in less than 30 minutes, and stayed true to his original estimate. Happy with his services and would use him again in a minute.

If you want the most reliable plumber who knows what he is doing on any job in Plumbing this is a guy his name is Hassan. If there was 10 stars I would definitely give him for sure.. I found him on yelp, read the reviews and its true what people say about him.. He has a great personality, he never disappoints you from his work and he is very professional at what he does. He will come to you when you have a problem and try to fix it right away.. There is nothing that he don't know.. He knows how to do anything and everything.. I called him for to reconstruct my whole basement to replace all the old water pipes, gas pipe and valves and change it to everything new. He changed my old steam boiling system to a new one and now it works faster and better ofcourse. He change my water tank to tankless.. He did bathroom a whole Plumbing from scratch. He was very reasonable with the price that he gaved me because I had 4 different Plumbing guys and they ask too much, making it like I had a lot of problems. So I am very happy with Hassan.. Keep it up.. You deserve this review...

These guys are awesome. I had called to get a quote on sink that has had low water pressure since Oct. Figuring we need a new focet. He said text me pic and I'll give you an estimate. Diagnosed it over the phone and told me what to do. One $4 filter later and it's like I have a brand new sink again. Didn't even want a tip. The guy is out doing solids for people. If he did that for really a non customer, I can only imagine what he does for actual customers. Thanks again for the help. I would recommend and if I have business in the future I'm going to go to them.
