Good work just too expensive. I would only call again if I am desperate and I can't get my usual plumber.  He is reliable and responsive.

He was honest, reliable and direct about the work required. I had to send him pictures by phone and email. When he came, saw the work to be done, he quoted me a very reasonable price and only once I agreed did he start the work. I would definitely recommend this plumber and use him again in the future. He's based in Astoria which suited me (I'm in Long Island City) and works all over NYC. I found him on Yelp and he was exactly what I needed.

I had a persistent leak underneath my kitchen sink for months before I decided I needed to call a professional and I'm so glad I called Marcel Plumbing. When he arrived, he had a good idea of where the issues were and after a few trips to the hardware store, the leak was fixed. I would recommend his services to friends and family in the neighborhood.

We wanted to replace our kitchen faucet and sink but didn't know where to begin to measure what kinds of sinks/faucets would fit. Kirill worked with us to understand what we were looking for and find options for replacements when other companies I contacted would only help us install. The install ended up taking longer than anticipated for various reasons but he was calm and professional throughout and took the time to explain what he was doing as he was doing it.

I was in a real jam when I woke up at like 3 AM to a flooded first floor...  I didn't know what to do.  I called my dad and he knew Josh, and gave me his number.  Within 30 minutes Josh was digging through the muck doing his work... He gave me a decent price, and considering the predicament I was in, I would have paid even more... Really good and decent guy, friendly and easy to work with.  I don't usually do reviews but I wanted to show him some love, he deserves it...

Was in a bind with my sewer main, John came out promptly diagnosed the situation and took the time to explain my options and didn't try to rob me like some of these other companies.

Extremely disappointed! Made a reservation for Saturday at 3:00 through Yelp messages. Everything worked out well. Unfortunately, Saturday came, and by 3:15 there was no handyman around or a call/text message saying where he's at. Nada. At 3:25 I called the owner, who then said 'let me look at the diary (already a bad sign), then said that his handyman is stuck in traffic (in NJ)..ok, it happens- when can he be here? Ammm- not today (or today at 8:00 pm- but who's doing work at 8:00pm??). I did get ab apology and was offered to have a visit on Sunday morning but I already had plans and needed someone for Saturday (which thankfully I found at the very last minute). Bottom line- unprofessional!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a hot water tank that needed repairing at 2am! Rob came and saved the night. He was very reasonable and understanding. Amazing customer service would definitely recommend to all my friends and family

Robert helped us in a pinch with some last minute electrical work and relocation of a bedroom light switch. He and his colleague arrived on time, supplied the necessary materials, and left the area as if they were never there - all for an incredibly fair price. You would be silly not to hire these guys!

These guys were terrific. Just had them in to look at a boiler that wasn't working. They did a full service inspection went over the whole system, got the boiler up and running in an hour.
They were extremely prompt and courteous. And reasonably priced.

John and Jperal were a Godsend. I can't recommend them enough! My family owns a 3 family Brownstone and bought a gas boiler from a big named retailer who was supposed to be an expert at these things. We had it for years but ended up having issues with it every year. Finally this winter the whole system conked out on us and we needed someone to look at it right away. John came over on a Saturday in about an hour. He was very reasonable, thorough in explaining issues with the boiler, gave us options and let us decide what made more sense price wise and investment wise, and he actually cared more about helping us than making a sale. It turns out the big name retailer wasn't the expert they claimed to be since they installed the old boiler all wrong.
I was so relieved to finally get answers and solutions from John. In the end, it made the most sense to get a new boiler which he and his team took an entire day installing a troubleshooting to make sure it was running smooth. And we haven't had one problem since. Which is a relief since it's 23 degrees out and nice and toasty inside!
