Best Electricians in New York, NY

I could not be more pleased with these guys. We are moving into a new home and needed some last minute electrical things done - I wanted it done quickly if at all possible so that we could finish painting before moving in. Moe squeezed me in for the very next day - he said it will have to be early  but that he would make it happen.  And he did. Randy and his team were there ready to to work at 7:30am!

Randy led the team and he was not only patient with my indecisiveness, but he also made sure to walk me through everything without my even asking. He was such a pleasure to have there and he ran a perfect job. They barely left any holes in the wall. Will be really easy to patch and paint now.

And with extra lighting to boot, of course. :)

Electrical work is a magic as far as I'm concerned. Randy is a magician, a wizard even. Straight up.

Quick, efficient, super responsive and clean. His crew even put on booties to keep the floor clean. Klodian gave me a quick estimate, came in and did the job seamlessly. Installed ceiling fan, GFI outlet, patched up the wall, and installed a light in the closet. All done seamlessly, picked up after himself, a job well done. Will definitely use again.

Prompt return on call. Rich came, evaluated my problems and advised me as to addressing the issues. Very professional and satisfied with the service.

Needed to have a flood light and wired Google Nest cam installed. He was on time, responsive and efficient. He also provided fair pricing. Will definitely use again!

Very unprofessional and tried to convince me I needed much more work done than I did. I sought another opinion and it was fixed in under an hour for less than the service call from NYC Electricians.

I have had a mysterious electrical problem on a relatively new line for several years. I have had electrical contractors estimate extremely expensive repairs involving new lines and chipping through a tile wall.

Nair did a thorough diagnosis and was able to fix the problem in a few minutes with an 6 length of wire!  I could not be happier!!

They are experienced, knowledgable, thorough, fast, reasonably priced and nice. I highly recommend!

G & R Electrical Contractors immediately impressed me as I called Mr. Ganesh that late evening for estimates to upgrade my electrical panel. After their reasonable estimate was provided. The electricians Omesh and AJ worked flawlessly together that early morning into the mid afternoon. They were highly motivated and worked in unison. Omesh answered every question I had. We needed a new breaker box, as ours was falling apart. CS came by to give me a quote and checked out the electrical in the whole apartment. I thought I might have to rewire the whole place, but they told me that after they swapped out the box that it would probably fix our issues. They steered me away of spending money I didn't need to spend, when they could have easily told me I needed to do more work. They came in, put in the new box, left the apartment cleaner than it was, and were super nice the whole time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This guy is incredibly unprofessional and likely hoping you are uninformed so he can overcharge you. I called him asking for a quote - he then called me back, and I asked where he was calling from. He refused to answer the question and asked if I was getting other quotes as well. I said yes, obviously, as everyone should be - and then he abruptly hung up. He then did not answer any of my calls. The positive reviews, I'm guessing, are not real.

04/18/2023. Just tried to call them. No one answers. Then gets sent to voicemail

Very happy. Yoni is a great electrician, no problem what so ever. Quick problem solver service and i got a new power line with exact fit outlet for my 220v 30amp new washer and dryer combo laundry machine. Will definitely and surely use only this guys for any electrical work. Thanks again!

Don is very reasonable and does great work. He was quick to respond and was thorough in his proposal. When completing the work, he was timely and detail oriented, also creative with solutions that solve for what I was trying to accomplish. One flood light turned out to be a lemon and unfortunately it was in the most hard to reach place at my house. However, he came back and handled the replacement with no issue. I would certainly recommend Don to friends and family.

I've called Eugene twice in a month for different electrical projects. Swift response, reliable, prompt, and he's a perfectionist, too, which is just fine by me. Highly recommended!

So hard to find a reliable electrician.  We wanted to change our thermostat to a smart thermostat and had an idea of what to do but we didn't have a C-wire.  Avi and I had a call prior to discuss the job and what it would entail.  He was available the next day and his rates are great.  Highly recommend!!

Katie is the best! After 3 horrible experiences with different handymen in Brooklyn (light fixture dropped and smashed mid-install, yelled at for having trouble hearing him on the phone, etc.) a friend recommended Katie and I'll be using her services forever. She's extremely knowledgeable and everything we've had her install or fix is done skillfully--but she's always willing to answer questions, talk through her work, etc as well. Thanks Katie!
