Moe is a godsend. We couldn't have asked for better service than we received. From the initial contact to the follow up call, to the service rendered, this was a fantastic example of how to get things done !

Last week I attempted to install a dimmer switch and I...tripped? the circuit breaker. I panicked - it was late at night, I was home alone with an infant, and it was very dark! I had installed a dimmer switch recently without any issues so didn't foresee this. I called Klod who patiently asked me a few questions and told me to go down to the basement and find the...main circuit breaker? and reset it from there. I followed his advice and about 10 minutes later I was no longer in the dark!

Could he have given me attitude and told me not to play with electricity? Yes. Could he have told me he'd be there in the morning and charge me to do it himself? Yes. Could he have NOT offered to stay on the line with me as I went into the creepy basement? Yes! And could he have NOT offered to let me call him back as long as it was before 2 AM? Yes. :')

I thanked him by text, and he even responded the next day asking if everything was still OK. Amazing, honest service right there. Whenever I have a legitimate need to call in an electrician it'll be Klod.

Saved my life in this heat, came within and hour and had my AC up and running in 30 minutes. Thank you Bill for the speedy service.

NYC Electricians is great! Spoke to Anthony on Saturday during the snow storm about my circuit breaker tripping and having no power in two sections of the house. Though no one was available Saturday, as promised, he called with the name of the electrician on Sunday. Ralph came out, was on time, was courteous, handled the job quickly, gave us a fair price and did it all with a smile. I would recommend them-especially Ralph- to anyone. We liked him so much we plan to call him back to do a larger job in the house. Thanks again Ralph and Anthony!

Gaston from Nair came at very short notice on a Friday evening and fixed a replacement light-switch/socket that I had screwed up bringing down all the power in my apartment...  He was nice, fixed the problem, only charged me the basic (minimum) call-out fee in total and happily applied the 15% discount which i advertised on yelp.  Thank you!

Initially, we were impressed with their professional manner.  They gave a quote which seemed reasonable.  Because of the extensive work we needed, the owner said he had a construction crew that they worked with.  Well I'd like to say this story had a happy ending, but it did not. We were hit up for another 10K for supplies .  Our mistake, lesson learned.  Never give money up front.  Their construction crew did not know what they were doing.  After a week we decided they needed to leave as we were not only furious at the shoddy construction, but every night we would shake our heads in disbelief.  We called in a real professional who apologized that someone in his field would actually call it a professional job.  Imagine that.  We are still trying to correct the mess they left us with.  With regard to the electric work, we were naive and probably would have done things differently.  The job was ok, but just ok.  Moral of story:  NEVER give money without proof of work.  ALWAYS, know what you want and how you want it done.  ALWAYS get references.  ALWAYS get a reference from people that you know.  FINALLY, check YouTube.  There is always video for any work that can be done by yourself.  Would NOT, and WILL NOT recommend this company.

5/5 stars! It's New Years Eve and I managed to cause a circuit to overload. I figured best case scenario was it wouldn't be fixed until after New Years and be a couple hundred bucks out. I found this company through yelp and gave Mike a call. Mike kindly walked me through what the problem was over the phone and managed to help me fix the issue and told me what to look out for in the future! I'm beyond impressed with his kindness and patience especially on New Years Eve. Thank you!!

Just used Dan again and another job well done. Answered my message right away and was able to come fix the problem the very next day. He fixed my pool pump and tested and secured an outdoor outlet. My kids were thrilled that he was able to fix our issue promptly and that they were able to swim that same day. He is honest, professional, and overall a really nice guy. We will always use this company for our electrical projects.

We needed a new breaker box, as ours was falling apart. CS came by to give me a quote and checked out the electrical in the whole apartment. I thought I might have to rewire the whole place, but they told me that after they swapped out the box that it would probably fix our issues. They steered me away of spending money I didn't need to spend, when they could have easily told me I needed to do more work. They came in, put in the new box, left the apartment cleaner than it was, and were super nice the whole time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

These guys were life-savers. Due to an emergency, had to call them up at like 10pm on Tuesday, and they arrived on time, not long after, and fixed the problem promptly. Many calls to many other 24 hour services yielded frustration, BS, and often just an answering machine. Eco Electrician delivered.

Scott was very communicative and able to come out on short notice, no hoops to jump through. He saw the job through until it was totally fixed and remained available and responsive during a small hiccup with the project.

So we woke up one Sunday morning to a flood that covered my whole basement in 2inches of water, i browsed different electrical companies and found Danik electrical...yoni picked up (who was super nice)offered me a free estimate right away(which i love to hear), he came and immediately jumped on the job and took charge...he basically re-modeled all the electrical work for my basement..he installed modern spotlights and switches, all the outlets were destroyed in the flood so he replaced all outlets. His work was very professional, he cleaned up after the job was done(so less work for me :) ) he answered all my questions and calmed me down...very affordable, efficient and highly recommended

Ilya did a fantastic job. Very efficient and professional. He replaced a couple of outlets and installed some light fixtures and they look and work perfect.

Don was accessible and provided a clear estimate. Under new local fire codes we had to install emergency lighting to the front of back hallways in our multifamily home. Don got the job completed quickly and pleased with the results.

I contacted Zabiway through Yelp to install new plumbing under the new kitchen sink.  Sergey gave me the estimate after seeing pictures that I sent him.  He did flawless job.  He is a good communicator, very reliable, professional and fast.  He is highly skilled and takes pride in his work.  Highly recommended to anyone who needs help.

I called Cooper Electrical Services because of the great reviews on here.  Roman made an appointment for a week later, which was his first available.  On the day of, I made sure my schedule was clear in case he came early or it took longer than expected... and nobody showed up.  I called about 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to make sure they were coming, since I hadn't heard from them, and they said they couldn't make it.  Now, I'm a reasonable person, so I said fine, when can you come... and he said not for another week!  I'm sorry but if you don't show for an appointment, you make sure you get there in the next 24-48 hours.  All I need is 1 chandelier and 1 fan installed.  I'm extremely disappointed, and will be calling someone else who will be reliable.
