My tenant had a running toilet and I'm based out of state at the moment. He was able to make it to the apartment quickly, was brilliant about staying in contact with me and fixed it for a very reasonable price. He was also nice enough to have a conversation with me about how I can be proactive about future problems I may encounter (he wasn't pushy or up-selling in the least, he was genuine and I really appreciate it).

Absolutely terrible customer service. And the prices were off-the-wall for a simple fix that I knew exactly what had to be done literally took 10 minutes for the people that came to do it and this guy wanted to charge me $250 don't use them

His availability was awesome as well.  Very easy to work with and knowledgeable.  Highly recommend.

I reached out to Tim for help mounting a 60 TV and a very large wooden piece of art. He was very easy to communicate with over text messages and showed up exactly when he said he would. I honestly wasn't sure to expect in terms of his expertise - his website isn't thorough enough, really - but he knew exactly what he was doing and put my mind at ease immediately. He was extremely professional, did very high quality work and the price was fair. I would call him again if needed and will recommend him to friends.

My kitchen faucet was leaking so I decided to replace it. The first plumbing company I called quoted me a crazy price and said it would take 5 hours to replace. I called Rob and his price was very reasonable and said it would only take a couple of hours. He showed up on-time, was thorough, and explained everything he was doing. Also a very nice, down to earth person. Everything was setup perfectly. Rob would definitely be my top call if I have any plumbing issues again.

Christopher showed up in a mask and was wonderful to deal with.  He is a man of his word and promptly ordered the part I needed.  It was difficult to get the part as the toilet model was discontinued.  He managed to get it anyway, promptly delivered and installed it.

As a commercial business owner, i had a sink and faucet that needed immediate fixing. Joshua was able to show up in 45min at a very decent price (we reached out to over 25 different plumbers and all were either unavailable or (very) overpriced. The problem was resolved on the fly and everything was operational within the hour. From the experience, if you need a reliable, quick, and friendly plumber: call joshua.

The plumber came on time and unclogged the drain. Cleaned up. The gentleman was polite and efficient. Very happy with the result.

I contacted Zabiway through Yelp to install new plumbing under the new kitchen sink.  Sergey gave me the estimate after seeing pictures that I sent him.  He did flawless job.  He is a good communicator, very reliable, professional and fast.  He is highly skilled and takes pride in his work.  Highly recommended to anyone who needs help.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying Leave a review.. which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in writing & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

We had Riverside Handyman Services come again to replace the two toilets in our apartment. They were very professional, not disruptive, and had the toilets replaced in a few hours. We'll definitely be reaching out again for anything else we need done.

I asked for service of my tub and Hassan cancelled on me twice. Totally disrespectful.

I was in quick search to fix my switch for shower/tub water. I was very glad to have team from JPeral (Brian and John) do thorough inspection by phone and in person. Quick, responsive and respectful to customer. Unfortunately I had to get whole shower parts replaced and not just the switch but better safe than sorry.

Even though weekends may be rough time for service, Brittany (secretary) was able to get hold of convenient time for me. I'd definitely recommend this group for any plumbing and other related problems to anyone. Thanks again !
