Came out the same day to fix my kitchen faucet. Finished the job in an hour and gave a fair quote for the job. Professional, skilled and honest. Highly recommend these guys

He was extremely easy to deal with, always responsive via text and straight forward in giving me a quote (and honoring it!). I contacted him due to the faucet in the bathroom heavily leaking. As soon as he got here, he looked into and had to leave to buy a replacement part and came back in less than 20 minutes. All in All, he was quick and efficient! This is the second time I've used Pipe Monkeys.  The first was a few months ago: a pretty routine clogged toilet that we just couldn't unclog with our plunger. Kirk was very responsive, took care of the problem quickly and recommended we buy a $50 snake to save money in the future (which we did).  The other day our other toilet clogged and neither the plunger nor the snake did the trick.  Kirk showed up within 45 minutes and assessed the situation; turned out the sewer main needed to be cleaned out.  Kirk and his apprentice Nick took care of the dirty work within about an hour and a half.  Kirk kept me updated along the way, and the price was very fair.  Later, I noticed what I thought were some scratches inside the bowl (which could've very well been from my snaking attempts), and after reaching out to Kirk, he quickly told me how to get rid of them easily (Ajax or Barkeeper's Friend), and now my toilet (and sewer line) is good as new!

Very responsive.  Found my kitchen leak and corrected it quickly. Would definitely use again.

Highly recommend!!! Reasonable pricing and really great work. They fixed our plumbing problems (leaks, clogs, and broken toilets) and installed a water line. They also fixed minor things to help avoid future problems. They will definitely be our go-to people for just about any repair since we trust them to efficiently fix it themselves, or help us understand what specialist we need to fix it.

Dov did a full assessment of my clog and figured out it was a problem with how the toilet was installed to the drain pipe. It cost a bit more than I thought but it was worth it considering he had to reinstall the toilet correctly and clear the drain. He essentially pointed out and fixed a key design flaw. Can't recommend enough. He's good at what he does.

Olsi might just be the most honest plumber I have ever met.  Very good at communication and telling me what he could do and not do.  I really appreciated everything about him, including the fact he drove from Astoria to Union Square in the middle of the day, knowing parking was horrendous.  I was already looking for a new permanent plumber for my office and I am glad I found him.  I would recommend AXR to anyone looking to for either emergency or project based work.  Thank you Olsi!

Marcel was knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem we had and even offered to stop at a hardware store to purchase the necessary replacent pieces we needed for our plumbing issue prior to coming for the repair.
He was prompt, polite and on time on a Sunday afternoon.
Previously, we have contacted many plumbers and most of them didn't even bother to answer the phone and those who did answer had no desire to fix our toilet and would suggest to call back in the next couple of days.
Even tough, they advertise their business as open until 10pm or open 24/7 in some instances.
Marcel treated our situation as an emergency and went above and beyond to repair it without the astronomical cost when a fix is treated as urgent.

Kirill is the man! I've been looking for a plumber to install a faucet and look at some other stuff at our new place. He quoted me a more than reasonable price, showed up on time, spotted some stuff that was corroded and went above and beyond to fix those as a courtesy. He paid attention to detail and he spent extra time making sure he did the job right. Not only am I satisfied, I'm already planning on having him come back to do more.

Joshua is amazing! Kind, professional, and friendly, I would call him again in a heartbeat. I called him on Friday night looking to take out an old sink and replace it with a new one. We set up an appointment and he was able to come right away on Saturday. This is my first time getting something plumbing related fixed, and Joshua was so kind and knowledgeable, explaining to me what needed to be done and the best way to do it, even going as far as to recommend me a faucet and help me pick out the right one. There were some problems with my existing plumbing, but he fixed those as well with the installation. Even though it was not the work scheduled to be done, he took the extra hours to help me and prevent a bigger problem in the future, not leaving until very thing was perfect.

Was in a bind with my sewer main, John came out promptly diagnosed the situation and took the time to explain my options and didn't try to rob me like some of these other companies.

A couple of weeks ago, I hired Eugene to install curtain rods, hang artwork, and repair an entertainment unit. He was excellent! He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and very creative. I highly recommend him.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.

My kitchen faucet handle decided to break off on the New Year's Day. Our building's management office couldn't help, so, I did a search on Yelp. (Thank you, Yelp!!) Hassan replied back to my estimate request immediately. He offered to purchase a new faucet that's similar to my current/old one and to bring a receipt for it. He was available for the time/date that worked for me.  He called before our appointment and came up with his partner for the work afterwards.  Both men wore their masks during the entire visit.  He and his partner replaced the broken faucet with the beautiful, shiny, new one and finished with the work within only 20 minutes!  He even tightened the loose pipe under the sink for me.  His fee is very reasonable, and he is an honest, excellent plumber!  Just so you know, I've interacted with several other plumbers in the Brooklyn area, and their responsiveness and/or offers were not as competitive and great as Hassan's.  I highly recommend Four Season Piping & Mechanical to anyone who needs plumbing help.  Thank you very much again, Hassan and partner, for all your superb work and help!!
