They showed up on the same day, on time and with a mask, took care of the problem quickly, effectively and on budget while being very courteous. I will use them again.

Messaged the owner late one evening to get a quote on fixing my leaky shower. Didn't expect to get a response that night but happily got one in less than an hour! Quote was very reasonable, especially compared to others I messaged, so we scheduled a good time for him to come and fix it. He came on Monday morning, was on time, worked quickly, pleasant interaction and quote was on point to what I was charged.
Would definitely recommend.

Kirk is a reliable, honest plumber. He shows up on time, works the problem, tells you when the solution is very convoluted and offers workarounds and then will do the job as best he can. He has been to my very old home three times and solved various ailments and given me honest advice about things that were bigger than a small plumbing problem. Owning a home is pretty personal, so when you find someone who isn't trying to shake you down and offers more some good advice, it's always appreciated. I'll be calling them for all my needs.

The pipe connecting the water main to the rest of the house sprung a bunch of pinhole leaks. Called Michael at 3:30 PM, and by 5:00 PM he came and resolved the issue, which involved cutting out the bad pipe and replacing it.

It was an emergency for us and he was able to get it all done quickly and without ripping us off, which any other plumber could have done given we had to get it fixed immediately.

I'd easily recommend him to others.

Excellent experience with Tim! Professional, happy to help, and a keen eye for solving problems quickly, efficiently, and without breaking the bank. He fixed shelves and a mirror that were improperly mounted by a person on TaskRabbit. After that, he offered to do any other quick jobs...so he mounted our over-toilet bathroom cabinet AND another little shelf in minutes. When all was said and done, Tim also began to clean up.

The quote was prompt, communication was easy and direct, and he was on time and worked quickly and well even with our dog walking around. I look forward to his returning when we need other handyman assistance!

We had a nasty clog in our bathtub. Dov brought in all stages of options and a lot of sweat and got our drain unclogged. Dov was highly professional and efficient. They cleaned up and double checked everything was working fine above and below ground ( Basement).

I had a non-urgent bursted pipe and contacted him @9pm - he was there the next day and resolved the issue in 15 minutes for a reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Christopher was very patient with the crammed space soldering a 50+ year copper pipe. He had to do many trips to the hardware store to get the job done. Reasonable prices compared to others serving Brooklyn.

Decent work product, but it took a little longer than I expected due to snow, pandemic, lack of parking etc.

Kirill is really nice and though I have not gotten the chance to work with him yet, the price that he came up with for the work we needed was very fair. He was even able to give me advice on other areas of my co-op. I appreciate an honest person and I am looking forward to doing business with him.

I needed immediate help with a clogged toilet.  Joshua answered immediately and was able to come over within a few hours.  He even called back and let me know that he was nearby and was able to come over earlier.
The clog was a bigger fix than originally thought and Joshua walked me through all the steps, let me know of his (very fair) pricing and left the bathroom very clean and organized and the toilet in great working order.

Amazing ! Wasn't sure if we would be able to get someone short notice for our dishwasher removal. John and his team were ready and came within 24 hours of my initial contact. Fast, professional and so nice. Would absolutely recommend them and hire again!

Sergery came in within 3 hours.  He wore mask, gloves and shoe protectors.   He was professional.   Unfortunately he was unable to unclog my bathtub after using a hand crank snake for 30 min.  He tried and it's not his fault.  No fee needed.  

Tips:   There is a minimal in-house call like $160 if job is done.   Also negotiate pricing while on the phone making appointment.   Sergery stated he didn't determine the price.   Third, tell them all the job you want to be done, so they can prepare appropriate tools.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a hot water tank that needed repairing at 2am! Rob came and saved the night. He was very reasonable and understanding. Amazing customer service would definitely recommend to all my friends and family

Robert is quick to respond and extremely professional. The kitchen faucet in my rented condo was leaking bad. I gave Robert the details and tenants contact info, he gave me the price best and worse case. Super easy. He set up the appointment w them. Turned out the faucet was busted. He let me know and even went to Home Depot to get and and go back same day to fix the sink. Wait it gets better. He saw that the grout was shoddy btwn the counter and backsplash, so he also picked up caulk and resealed the problem area.

Though, I did not use the service from this guys, from the swift response of this people. I believe this guys are serious about their job and thats the quality we look for. What else do we need then a person or team taking their task seriously and solving our problem swiftly.

Came to the apartment quickly and provided great service in the middle of a Sunday night. They were very knowledgable about both plumbing issues and sewer issues. I recommend this service.

This is my first review, I normally just browse Yelp but I have to hand it to these guys for coming out and fixing what the first plumber didnt on a Sunday night when I had raw sewage spilling from both toilets and filling both bathtubs. They took care of the problem and diagnosed an even bigger problem for my landlord to fix for the apartment complex.

I haven't had any issues since for the last couple of weeks.
