Edison was prompt, professional and precise with his service. He arrived to my home on-time with an assistant, and took care of a new water heater install AND old water heater removal in just a few hours. I provided him with photos/video of my problem, he replied back with clear quotes on my options, and I didn't pay a cent over what he quoted me for anything unexpected after the job was done. It's been 2 weeks since my repair, and I'm happy to report that the weeks wrestling with water heater issues and prior repairs done by someone else are long gone. Thank you, Edison!

I made an appointment for Sam to come and assess my house. I paid $150 for his total time of 10mins. He said that I needed two different parts, one for each toilet. Then he said, he will text me later with the price. He text me $345 for the parts,, not including his labor fee. I texted him back, what are these 2 parts. Then he sent me this message which I copied and paste. Hi I understand your curiosity about the work but if I tell my clients what to do and what to buy it wouldn't be much of a career for me. Hope you understand.. Yea, I understand, the parts really didn't cost that much. I called him right back but he never answered his phone.

RECOMMEND.  First, the owner was collaborative and accommodating when I booked, and clear on price. Then, Nick the tech called to give an hour's notice, arrived on time, brought the right tools, and resolved the job within 20 minutes (which a different company had failed to resolve within 1.5 hours.)  He also offered to clean up.  GREAT. I will definitely use Pipe Monkeys again and recommend.

Michael could not have been more responsive, professional, and efficient. Despite being incredibly busy with other jobs, he responded immediately to my email and texts, and fixed my plumbing problem in a matter of minutes. The next time a plumbing or heating issue arises I will definitely be calling Michael.

This is the 2nd time Kirill has been a lifesaver, he left such a great impression the first time that I had to ask for a business card. Well today their Was an odd smell coming from our bathroom, a bunch of nasty stuff was coming up from our shower. I was panicking since I tried calling the land lord a Few times but no answer. I explained the situation to him and he gave me a time frame in which he'd show up. Normally past plumbers would arrive late than the time they give but kirill. He showed up saw what was wrong and went to work, the best part is he would clean around the areas he'd be working in. I told him to give me a invoice(receipt) to show the land lord to get our money Back And with no hesitation he gave me one and his business card. Highly recommend!

As a commercial business owner, i had a sink and faucet that needed immediate fixing. Joshua was able to show up in 45min at a very decent price (we reached out to over 25 different plumbers and all were either unavailable or (very) overpriced. Was in a bind with my sewer main, John came out promptly diagnosed the situation and took the time to explain my options and didn't try to rob me like some of these other companies.

Came on time.  Took measurements.  Re screened my window the same day.  I was satisfied with the work.

I would recommend this place again especially to myself. I like their motto of getting it done right for higher quality product. I needed to replace 2 pieces of the kitchen sink drain pipe and they responded, came in good time, gave recommendations and left with the problem fixed well.
