Had a leak in my sink and got a quick response. Great and prompt response and even came back when I thought there was an issue (which there wasn't).

Called Sam to help with a leaking toilet.  Sam came through right away, but unfortunately our toilet had different sized parts than normal for some reason, so he actually went out to find the right sized parts.  He made sure by the time he was done, everything was in working order.  Very professional, knows what he's doing, and was a great help for us.  Would highly recommend and call again if needed!

Found a plumber I can trust. Kirk is very professional and very helpful with the questions I had. The dripping/leaking problem I had with the shower was a quick fix but having it fixed by Kirk gave me peace of mind. I know who to go to now for any plumbing issue. Thanks Kirk for fixing the problem.

Michael was great. Highly professional and fixed our clogged drain quickly. I also appreciated how thoughtful he was about good COVID practices - wore a mask, social distanced from me, asked about my health and the building. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him and feel comfortable having in my home again.

Tim was very responsive and accommodating. I had to reschedule because my building turned off the water and he was unphased and able to reschedule promptly. I had Tim come and unclog a toilet, fix a water faucet so the pressure was corrected and thus the water heats much faster. He also discovered a leak from a lose pipe and tightened it. I highly recommend this straightforward and honest small business owner!

I had a problem that came up over the weekend, when a lot of plumbers aren't available, and i didn't want to leave it.

This was my first time using Olsi. He knew right away what the problem was, and came that day. He charged me exactly what he quoted me, showed up exactly when he said he was going to show up, and was able to fix the problem quickly. My problem was solved within 3 hours of me seeing his name on yelp for the first time.

Would 100% use his services again and would recommend to anyone in the area who needs a plumber.

When he arrived, he had a good idea of where the issues were and after a few trips to the hardware store, the leak was fixed. I would recommend his services to friends and family in the neighborhood.

We cannot overstate how fortunate we feel to have found Kirill. He is hands down the most honest, fair, reliable and all around professional plumber we've ever met, and in our 5+ years of owning an old house we've met quite a few.

Both jobs he did for us we were initially quoted astronomically higher rates by other plumbers. He was communicative, gave us an extremely fair and reasonable estimate right away, and even rearranged his work schedule to make it work when we found ourselves in a pinch. He didn't have to go above and beyond for strangers he'd just met--but he did. We're very grateful to him for that.

The job itself was excellent; he handled the complications that popped up in stride, barely adjusted his estimate, and finished everything quickly and efficiently.

It's hard to find people that combine professionalism, honesty and responsiveness, and Kirill absolutely does. He was also warm and kind in the midst of a last-minute, stressful job.

Joshua is the man. On Christmas Eve, our toilet was  leaking and we had no clue how to stop it. He answered my call and took the time to walk me through how to shut it off to curb the problem. Lifesaver. He didn't have to but he did. Hard to find that level of service and professionalism. Couldn't recommend him more.

Looking for a plumber at 5p on a Friday? Look no more! I called 5 other plumbers on Yelp before I finally got to John and he was the first one to answer and offer help. Not only did he try to save me money by making sure it wasn't a city drainage issue, but he also communicated his ETA clearly and was helpful when he finally came to fix my backed up water main. He educated me on the watch outs of my particular plumbing situation and promptly left without trying to upsell me. I definitely plan to keep his number for any future issues or plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

These guys were in at 9:25 & finished at 9:55 to fix a leaky shower head & faucet. Gave me a quote of $175. Had couple of quotes of $375 for same repair. Job well done & professional. Did not tell me I needed to replace the. Shower head or faucet when it was not needed either. Thanks to yelp as well.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying Leave a review.. which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in writing & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

Robert was professional and timely. He did a great job and was able to get the job done in one day. Great quality work and affordable price.

I'm a property manager so I deal with many plumbers and contractors.  I can tell you that Peral Piping is one of the first plumbers that I call when I have a problem.

Very Responsive.  When you call, he will either pick up or call you back right away.  This is important in my line of work because I need to get things done quickly.  It also indicates that he's organized and runs his business efficiently.

Fair Prices.  As a property manager, I know the general prices for repairs and installments.  Yet, I have contractors CONSTANTLY try to overcharge me.  It's amazing the prices that they try to get past you.  This is the majority of contractors so please beware.  John of Peral Plumbing doesn't play this game.  He will charge you how much something should cost.  He won't try to overcharge you like the MAJORITY of contractors.

My only complaint is that he's very busy and sometimes, it's hard for him to fit you in.  But, I guess that's because he's in demand.  It's hard to fault him for that.  He still tries his best to get the work done for you.
