We needed a kitchen faucet replacement. We submitted a quote request, received a response very quickly, and scheduled an appointment immediately. The price was excellent, Artsem completed the work quickly and professionally. He also happily honored our request to use some extra caution wearing a mask due to a household member being particularly vulnerable to COVID. Very courteous, we are immediately lining up other handyman work.

My kitchen faucet was leaking so I decided to replace it. The first plumbing company I called quoted me a crazy price and said it would take 5 hours to replace. I called Rob and his price was very reasonable and said it would only take a couple of hours. He showed up on-time, was thorough, and explained everything he was doing. Also a very nice, down to earth person. Everything was setup perfectly. Rob would definitely be my top call if I have any plumbing issues again.

We highly recommend Dove sewer and drain. He called us back after an early morning leak on a Sunday, was able to give us excellent insight over the phone and made himself available within the hour. It was so amazing! What a relief! He is a responsive, intelligent trouble shooter that resolves things quickly!

I had a problem that came up over the weekend, when a lot of plumbers aren't available, and i didn't want to leave it.

This was my first time using Olsi. He knew right away what the problem was, and came that day. He charged me exactly what he quoted me, showed up exactly when he said he was going to show up, and was able to fix the problem quickly. My problem was solved within 3 hours of me seeing his name on yelp for the first time.

Would 100% use his services again and would recommend to anyone in the area who needs a plumber.

Kirill is the man! I've been looking for a plumber to install a faucet and look at some other stuff at our new place. He quoted me a more than reasonable price, showed up on time, spotted some stuff that was corroded and went above and beyond to fix those as a courtesy. He paid attention to detail and he spent extra time making sure he did the job right. Not only am I satisfied, I'm already planning on having him come back to do more.

Amazing! Joshua is extremely knowledgeable and punctual. I called him at 3am, he answered the phone and set up a meeting for 11am. I took him no more than 20 minutes to have my drain system running like new. If you need a quality, reliable plumber- look no further. The best- highly recommend

This is one of my favorite plumbing service in new york! They are super careful and they actually care about what they are doing. Very professional and quick. I called them at 11pm and they came right away and got the job done. Would recommend to anyone! And they are super clean. Helped me cleaned up the bathroom after. Very nice people as well

A couple of weeks ago, I hired Eugene to install curtain rods, hang artwork, and repair an entertainment unit. He was excellent! He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and very creative. I highly recommend him.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

Robert and team were fantastic! They helped replace the tracks on our closet doors which had gotten warped and prevented the doors from closing. I highly recommend him!

Very accommodating. I called for service and they rescheduled their service man to come to my house. They were concerned about me not having heat. Fortunately, I didn't need actual service from them because the maintenance man of my condo, turned on the gas burner switch. That was the issue. But I wanted to let customers know this is an outstanding company. Call them if you need help.

I'm a property manager so I deal with many plumbers and contractors.  I can tell you that Peral Piping is one of the first plumbers that I call when I have a problem.

Very Responsive.  When you call, he will either pick up or call you back right away.  This is important in my line of work because I need to get things done quickly.  It also indicates that he's organized and runs his business efficiently.

Fair Prices.  As a property manager, I know the general prices for repairs and installments.  Yet, I have contractors CONSTANTLY try to overcharge me.  It's amazing the prices that they try to get past you.  This is the majority of contractors so please beware.  John of Peral Plumbing doesn't play this game.  He will charge you how much something should cost.  He won't try to overcharge you like the MAJORITY of contractors.

My only complaint is that he's very busy and sometimes, it's hard for him to fit you in.  But, I guess that's because he's in demand.  It's hard to fault him for that.  He still tries his best to get the work done for you.
