Had a kitchen sink leaking cause by rusted pipes. Left voicemail on a weekend and got a response within 24 hours. Plumber came in the next morning and on time and fixed everything perfectly. Charged a fair price. Will absolutely recommend!

PLUMBING issue was leaking pipes beneath kitchen sink. Sam requested photos of the affected areas, gave me a quote. Worked around my  time availability also. Repair was quick, quiet and clean. Confirmed appointment with me the day before, arrived on time. Advised me on care of the new system from sink drain down to the main pipe. 3 days later and all is well. Finally a REAL PLUMBER. I'll keep his service card handy and would definitely recommend his services.

Whoa. Kirk was able to field our non emergency call, schedule, and clear a drain for a reasonable fee. You can't ask for more, but I did: I wanted to know what he thought about the plumbing bends and fluid flow and whether we needed to make a bigger repair to avoid the next call. I appreciated the candid response and sensible preventative maintenance advice.

Called Mike for a repair to a steam boiler that a different company declined to repair.  (Even though they were the ones that had installed the boiler originally).
Mike made an appointment to look at the project - came when he said he would - reviewed what was needed, gave me an estimate and scheduled a date for the repair.
The day of the scheduled repair he let me know what time he would be arriving - came on time and despite some additional work that was required completed the fix for the quoted price.
Throughout I found Mike to be friendly, reliable and straightforward.  There was never any issue with communication.  Going forward he will be the one I call for any plumbing work in my building.

Our laundry room smelled like sewage. Another plumber told us we must not have a p trap and quoted us $2400 to break open the tile, rip out moulding, dig into the concrete, and add one. My contractor insisted we did have one, but there was a clog. I was frustrated and so I called Dov and he came with a camera showing we did -- it was just dry. They showed us how to monitor it and found and repaired a small issue at another part of our sewer at the same time. Hands down the best plumber I've hired in years.

Olsi might just be the most honest plumber I have ever met.  Very good at communication and telling me what he could do and not do.  I really appreciated everything about him, including the fact he drove from Astoria to Union Square in the middle of the day, knowing parking was horrendous.  I was already looking for a new permanent plumber for my office and I am glad I found him.  I would recommend AXR to anyone looking to for either emergency or project based work.  Thank you Olsi!

Marcel was knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem we had and even offered to stop at a hardware store to purchase the necessary replacent pieces we needed for our plumbing issue prior to coming for the repair.
He was prompt, polite and on time on a Sunday afternoon.
Previously, we have contacted many plumbers and most of them didn't even bother to answer the phone and those who did answer had no desire to fix our toilet and would suggest to call back in the next couple of days.
Even tough, they advertise their business as open until 10pm or open 24/7 in some instances.
Marcel treated our situation as an emergency and went above and beyond to repair it without the astronomical cost when a fix is treated as urgent.

Our retail location needed immediate help for a sink that was hanging off the wall in our basement. I called a few plumbers and either got answering machines or the run around. Joshua answered right away, and was at our spot for an assessment and quote within a couple of hours. Quick assessment and very reasonable quote, another plumber had quoted us 6x more. He had the job done the next day in only a few hours and addressed all of our needs. Highly recommend - fast, hassle-free, reliable!

Our basement flooded  in the middle of the night, while we were out. Imagine coming home to a flooded basement. That's what happened. We cleaned the basement and we're trying to find someone to help use with a burst pipe. I've tried calling 5-6 other people, but they were unresponsive. JP was available first thing Sunday morning. Stop by the house and fix our pipes before noon. Reliable quick and reasonable priced, highly recommend!

Robert and his team at Riverside exemplify great service and value. They responded to an inquiry on a Saturday night within 30 minutes, texted and called to confirm the project scope (in my case repairing a broken shower valve and estimating costs for a series of other home improvement projects), arrived bright and early and on time the next day, talked me through what they needed to do and asked if I was okay with any additional charges as they went (the additional cost being for parts which they located, removed, and showed me and provided receipts for), and most importantly, fixed the shower valve that had been serviced but never really repaired by a handful of others. Mostly every plumber that has looked at this issue before has simply replaced the valve (2 in the past 2 years). In this case, Robert and his team took the time to really diagnose the root cause and found an old cartridge that clearly required replacement many years prior; if speed were the only measure, they'd still be ahead of other handymen by a long shot but to see the true attention to detail spoke greater to their expertise.

If you live in Hoboken, you know that finding a reliable communicative and actually handy handyman can be challenging. I can't count the number of hours I've spent online and on the phone locating a plumber, electrician, or general handy service. I was so pleased to hear back from Robert so quickly, and to see his teams work was really effective and fairly priced.

I've already asked them to come back for other projects; I'll be sure to share an update on how those go as well but I'm sure it will be much the same given their approach. Look no further Hoboken, we have a new handyman team!

Four Season responded within a few minutes. Set up a next day appointment and got the job done with a reasonable price. Will call them next time if I need to fix any plumbing issue.
