Very disappointed with this company. I called and spoke to the owner. He asked for pictures and videos. I sent it to him. He said he will call me back - no call back. I called him again and we did FaceTime. He told me he will call me back with a quote - never received a call back. Not good business.

Very friendly and honest about pricing. Helped fix our old valves and rusted pipe from under the sink. Taught me how to correctly close and drain my main water valve :-)

Look elsewhere. Used twice. Extremely expensive job the first time, and didn't resolve the 2nd issue and still billed an insanely high rate. And sent someone who didn't have all the tools with him either.

Mike is responsive and professional. He made time to come to my building on a Saturday and quickly diagnosed my boiler issue and provided me with a competitive and fair quote. One of my favorite things about Mike is that he PICKS UP HIS PHONE, which is not common. He was accessible throughout the process, and although I ended up going with someone else who was closer to my neighborhood, I would definitely hire Mike in the future if the need arises. He's a good guy and this is a good company.

Tim is reliable, reasonable and does a really good job! We had our toilets replaced, curtain rods and custom closets installed and are very happy. Olga, who manages the appointments, is super responsive. Highly recommend.

Rob was great! Friendly, efficient, and stuck to his original price estimate. He was in and out so quickly, fixing a hole/leak in our kitchen sink drain and leaving it looking and working great! We'll definitely be contacting Rob again for all our future plumbing needs.

Dov was super responsive over the phone and on iMessage, immediately asking for a photo of the issue to help diagnose it. He was willing to come out late at night on a weekend to address what we thought was an emergency (a very leaky valve in our building's laundry room), but once the urgency was mitigated, he ultimately agreed to come out the following day for substantially less money. He even messaged me first thing in the morning to let me know I was still on his radar.

Once on-site, he diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, while also offering some advice about other plumbing oddities he witnessed in our building's basement. When the job was done, he took the time to clean up, which I really appreciated. And payment was a snap: Venmo with an emailed invoice and receipt right on the spot, for the exact amount he'd quoted me over the phone the previous night.

Overall, he's just a nice, trustworthy guy who works efficiently and knowledgeably, explaining what he's doing as he's doing it with no bravado. The repair wasn't complicated, so I can't speak to larger jobs, but for straightforward plumbing work, I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again.

Olsi did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet. He helped me find a compatible faucet and did a great job installing it. He was communicative, reliable, and punctual. He came prepared with additional piping that was needed given unexpected corrosion. I am glad I didn't try to install the new faucet myself.

Christopher showed up in a mask and was wonderful to deal with.  He is a man of his word and promptly ordered the part I needed.  It was difficult to get the part as the toilet model was discontinued.  He managed to get it anyway, promptly delivered and installed it.

Kirill is one of the best plumbers I had recently. He came over short notice during the winter storm. My heater was broken and fixed my boiler and heater. He even took the time to teach me so I can maintain it myself.

These guys are the best. I called on a Friday afternoon with a leaking faucet that I had started to disassemble, and Josh and Rob were at my place by 2pm on a snowing Saturday to complete the job. They were prompt, courteous, and clear with communication on pricing, and my faucet is working like new. I would highly recommend them. Thanks, y'all!

The plumber came on time and unclogged the drain. Cleaned up. The gentleman was polite and efficient. Very happy with the result.

Sergery and his team went above and beyond! They were on time every day, paid attention to detail and cleaned up beautifully before they left. If they saw something that needed fixing, they appeared the next day with the supplies to fix it without even being asked. I will definitely be hiring them again :)

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.
Robert is an excellent technician, professional, neat and courteous.

Real stand up guys. I'm in Hoboken and finding someone, let alone someone reliable is like looking for a needle in a haystack. After I was exhausted trying to get my 'regular' guys in Hoboken and failed on multiple occasions I contacted Robert out of desperation and without any anticipation of whether they could install a home water filter. Robert responded immediately and provided a quick quote based on pictures I sent him - easy as that. The work was scheduled less than a week later and not the typical long wait to get anything done around here. Robert and his partner were real zen and I actually felt at ease given they were so polite and kind. I really do recommend them and will be hiring them for many more jobs. Four Season responded within a few minutes. Set up a next day appointment and got the job done with a reasonable price. Will call them next time if I need to fix any plumbing issue.

Our heat stopped working and we are expecting a snow storm this upcoming weekend. Being last minute, Charlie and his partner were able to make it over within an hour that same day. They informed us what the problem was and gave us an honest quote (which was VERY reasonable for a last minute call)

Within 45 minutes or so, the job was done and they cleaned up after themselves. This is our first time using this company and we were highly satisfied! Hopefully we dont  have to call them back, but if we do- we know we're in good hands! Thank you guys! We greatly appreciate the job!
