When I called to inquire, the phone was picked up quickly. The gentleman listened attentively and asked me to text him some short video clips and pictures of my plumbing issues in my bathroom so he can give me a quote. From there on, communications through text messages were swift and smooth, and he was able to arrange someone to come to work the next day! That was a pleasant surprise because two day ago my experience with another plumbing service company was the opposite and frustrating.

Pauli, the plumber assigned to my project showed up within the one-hour window the next day and wore a mask. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. Seeing the hard wood floor throughout our apartment, he took off his shoes at the entrance, which I appreciated very much. An hour of intense work later, the toilet tank problem was fixed, and my bath tub drain was no longer clogged up. It was such a releif!

He finished early and with the free time gave us an inspection of the plumbing in our house and educated us on how to keep our house problem free. Based on previous yelp reviews I reached out on a Friday afternoon with a small non-emergent job to replace bathtub fixtures that were stripped. I was moving out in 2 days time and needed a quick job on my toilet done. He responded within a very good timeframe and came that evening and completed the job. He was honest, reliable and direct about the work required. I had to send him pictures by phone and email. When he came, saw the work to be done, he quoted me a very reasonable price and only once I agreed did he start the work. I would definitely recommend this plumber and use him again in the future. He's based in Astoria which suited me (I'm in Long Island City) and works all over NYC. I found him on Yelp and he was exactly what I needed.

Kirill is one of the best plumbers I had recently. He came over short notice during the winter storm. My heater was broken and fixed my boiler and heater. He even took the time to teach me so I can maintain it myself.

This is one of my favorite plumbing service in new york! They are super careful and they actually care about what they are doing. Very professional and quick. I called them at 11pm and they came right away and got the job done. Would recommend to anyone! And they are super clean. Helped me cleaned up the bathroom after. Very nice people as well

Came on time.  Took measurements.  Re screened my window the same day.  I was satisfied with the work.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying Leave a review.. which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in writing & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

Robert and his crew were great- responsive, professional, friendly and did a great job fixing a leak and repairing drywall in my condo. Robert is busy so we had to reschedule a few times but he communicates often and keeps you up to date on when he will arrive and how long the project will take. 10/10 would use him again.

Hassan and his team did a great job.  They were quick to respond, very professional, clean and organized, and all at a reasonable cost.  Not looking forward to my next plumbing problem, but I will call FourSeasons again!

THE Best plumbing company I have ever had the pleasure of using.  All the guys were considerate, knowledgeable, experienced and expert at all they do!  Price was great!  They also let me know about certain conditions related to health with regard to asbestos for which I am grateful.  I wouldn't hesitate to call upon them again if needed.  I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services because you won't find anyone as good as Peral!
