Very happy with the job Erik and his partner did in fixing our leaking bathroom faucet and leaking kitchen sink pipe for $400. It did take a bit of nudging via text (+19175872574) but once we agreed on a price, date, and time they followed through and came at 10:20 for a 10am-noon window. The guys were polite, professional, and clean (minimal clean-up afterward). Erik took his time to explain how the leaks came about and some best practices.

Note:
- Our unbranded leaking bathroom faucet had a corroded cartridge and it was too much effort/time to find the exact replacement part. Found it a lot easier to just get 3 new system options (make sure it works with the existing holes you have) from Amazon - 1 worked and returned the others.
- Vuksani covered the cost of replacement kitchen sink pipes and parts
- They accept Venmo. Credit cards would have additional taxes and fees.
- We were very hesitant about $400 but after asking around apparently this is a good price

I originally contacted this business for a quote on a simple install of a showerhead and bathtub faucet. I hadn't done the research at the time, but quickly learned that it was about a 20 minute job that any monkey could do. Shmuel (or whatever his name is) quoted me $275. Ok... But because he took the time to explain the work, I still left a kind review here. But no good deed goes unpunished, and when I contacted him for the next job with the minimal expectation of a quote (no matter how inflated), he wouldn't give even me a quote and gave me a snarky response. Clearly, I'm on to his gouging and he knows he'll get nowhere with me. In terms of business personalities, I would definitely avoid this person and their business. Especially if you don't like being overcharged. At the very least, get another quote.

The business was very responsive with providing me a quote and availability.  They provided a heads up when they were on the way and was very prompt with the time they said they will arrive.  The plumber was knowledgeable in addressing the matter and was able to resolve the issue.  I will definitely consider them again in the event another plumbing issue occurs.

Our bath tub faucet had been dripping for a while, but had gotten worse. In addition, the drain to the tub was no longer sealing properly and wasn't keeping the water in the tub. Texted Mike. Since it wasn't an urgent job, we agreed for him to come a few days later. Mike came on time and wore a mask. He ran into a bit of snag with the repair and had to run out and get a new shower handle. But even with that, he was done in 2 hours. Everything works. He cleaned up after himself. He was polite and communicative. And his rate was reasonable. Would definitely use him again.

I requested help mounting my TV to the wall and hiding the wires in my apartment. I am beyond happy with the work. 10/10. Highly recommend. For someone like me who isn't very great with tools, the service was more than valuable.

Svetlana, the scheduler, was responsive with scheduling and flexible to my availability. They were nice enough to come the day after Christmas, which was technically a federal holiday. She told me the price up front. She also found me a wire cover on Amazon to order and sent me instructions on how to purchase them.

Artsem, the technician, arrived mostly on time (within the window I was given). He was very friendly and efficient. He wasted no time in getting the TV measured and holes drilled. The entire process took about one hour. He also was very tidy, laying down paper towels before drilling and cleaning up his area. He made sure everything was adjusted to the height I preferred. I really appreciated his insight on where to place the wires to make the console look most beautiful. His expertise was apparent throughout. At one point the drill bit I was sent along with the wire hiding kit broke. Luckily, Artsem came prepared with a spare bit and everything was saved.

The price, including the $50 deposit, came out to $215 for the wire hiding and mounting. I paid $50 beforehand and $165 after completion. I'd say it's worth it. He came with all the tools, on time, and finished the job quickly. Everything is straight and level too. He also told me to save the pieces he drilled out from the wall so that I could fix the wall when I move out from my rented place. I appreciate that he's thinking ahead like that. Last, he accepts Venmo. Overall, a great value and a great team of folks.

Dov installed a new toilet, fixed my shower (which previously did not have hot water and had low water pressure), and unclogged my bath drain. He was incredibly professional, starting with the original consult over a phone call and follow-up text messages. Dov requested pictures and measurements to ensure he came with the correct equipment. He arrived on time, was highly knowledgable about plumbing, offered very fair prices (with proper invoice documents), and executed the three different jobs expertly. My toilet had a clean and neat line of sealing to the floor, which I didn't have before. He also cleaned up after the job was completed and came in with shoe covers and large paper rolls to protect my floors. Dov is trustworthy and knows what he is doing. I am so glad that I found him. I will definitely him again!

Olsi might just be the most honest plumber I have ever met.  Very good at communication and telling me what he could do and not do.  I really appreciated everything about him, including the fact he drove from Astoria to Union Square in the middle of the day, knowing parking was horrendous.  I was already looking for a new permanent plumber for my office and I am glad I found him.  I would recommend AXR to anyone looking to for either emergency or project based work.  Thank you Olsi!

He took the time to research the proper parts needed, and once the parts arrived verified they were in fact not the correct ones and had them replaced immediately.

First time using Kirill and I give him 5 stars.  Got back to me right away with an estimate that was very fair, and was at my house within 24 hours to make the repairs, which he treated as a priority because it was the kitchen sink.   Installed the plumbing for a new sink and connected the dishwasher and plumbing looks great.   I'm having him do more work going forward given my experience.

We had a really fun emergency with our toilet late at night.  I called every emergency plumbing  number I could find, and no one answered -- only Roto Rooter who said we could make an appointment for 10 in the morning.  By chance we reached Joshua, who actually answered the phone, asked me to send him some pictures of the offending toilet, and talked me through what to do to stop the leak.  Then he came over the next morning - keeping in touch when he was running late, a real plus -- and by the end of the day he had replaced our toilet (which had been giving us problems for years), taken away the old one, cleaned everything up, and basically solved all our problems -- well, at least our toilet-related problems.  He is kind and straightforward and obviously a very decent guy.  Is it clear I'm highly recommending Bullseye Mechanical Corp.?

Our basement flooded  in the middle of the night, while we were out. Imagine coming home to a flooded basement. That's what happened. We cleaned the basement and we're trying to find someone to help use with a burst pipe. I've tried calling 5-6 other people, but they were unresponsive. JP was available first thing Sunday morning. Stop by the house and fix our pipes before noon. Reliable quick and reasonable priced, highly recommend!

Eugene was showed up right on time to fix my broken sink drain.  He went to go get some parts and finished in just about an hour. I appreciate punctuality because I can plan out my day and get on with it once the job is done.  His price might be on the higher end but he won't disappoint.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying Leave a review.. which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in writing & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

I called Robert about a leak, he came in the next day. And he directly arranged the schedule with me tenant, and send pictures after he fixed the issues.

Great response and communication. The pricing was  very reasonable especially considering it was an emergency. The workers came on time and were very efficient.
