Our electric water heater stopped working on July 4th so we had no hot water for 24 hours. I called Home Depot at first and put it as an emergency job but no one called back. I called Vuksani Service, I told them what happened and they gave me a reasonable quote and the appointment was set.
They were in my house the next day at 9:30ish and by 11am we had a brand new electric water heater. The guys did a great job, they were experienced and even correct a minor job done by someone else years ago.
I will save Vuksani Service information on my phone b/c they are great and do a great time.

FYI Jake was great eye candy!

Good work just too expensive. I would only call again if I am desperate and I can't get my usual plumber.  He is reliable and responsive.

Responsive and reliable. Changed brass elbow under kitchen sink. Prices are competitive, charges a flat rate plus parts and tax.

Mike was very responsive and we quickly set up an appointment after I reached out on Yelp.

He and his colleague were friendly, professional and did a great job.  The price seemed pretty reasonable and Mike was open about quoting other potential work.

I live in a very old house and Mike handled the related issues in the repair well.  I think he probably spent more time than expected because of it, but did not charge more or change his original estimate.  He also helpfully pointed out other problems that would require work.

I highly recommend Mike.

Tim at Golden Hands was a pleasure to have in our home - really friendly, good natured and kind to our dog.  I wasn't sure what to expect hiring a handyman for several wide-ranging projects (picture hanging, bathroom fixture installation and water pressure resolution) but relied on the reviews and am glad that I did.  Tim showed up on time, masked and with a backpack full of the right tools for the job.  He was able to hang heavy wall art and smaller pictures alike - we felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing on our newly plastered walls. He diagnosed the issue behind our water pressure and agreed to come back at another time once he was able to get a specific part to test. On the bathroom fixtures he was done quickly and they look great. We will definitely not hesitate to have him do other odd jobs around our house as they will no doubt arise.

Rob was great! Friendly, efficient, and stuck to his original price estimate. He was in and out so quickly, fixing a hole/leak in our kitchen sink drain and leaving it looking and working great! We'll definitely be contacting Rob again for all our future plumbing needs.

My bathroom sink was clogged and my kitchen sink started leaking, so I reached out and they immediately responded, requesting photos and video.  I sent them over and he gave me a preliminary quote (but more importantly, he also informed me that depending on the source of the kitchen leak, it may be a more expensive job than quoted).  The technician arrived wearing a mask and put on booties and gloves to enter my apartment.  After snaking my bathroom sink, he went to work on the kitchen sink leak.  He patched it up and left, but soon, it was leaking again; so I called back, and the technician returned.  He taped it up even more and said the shelf was pushing down on the pipes.  After he left, the leak got significantly worse! I couldn't wash dishes without emptying the bowl under the sink within 2-3 minutes.  

I reached out again and this time, Dov asked for more pictures and came out to us.  As he initially suspected, this was a more serious job.  He offered to refund us our money or we could pay the difference, now that the entire plumbing under the sink would need to be done.  We went ahead with doing the entire job and now, under our sink looks great, but most importantly, NO MORE LEAKING!! We gained some additional storage space because he moved the pipes further back towards the wall, used heavier pipes that wouldn't rot as much, streamlined the pipes so less loops and less junctures that could potentially leak in the future.

I would highly recommend working with them and have added them to my list of professionals when something needs to get done in our house. Although slightly expensive, the quality of the work was impeccable, the professionalism, and the commitment to having happy customers speaks volumes and was worth it.  You really get what you pay for and I'm glad I did!

I had a non-urgent bursted pipe and contacted him @9pm - he was there the next day and resolved the issue in 15 minutes for a reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend and use again!

I recently came back from Japan to discover that my sublet had trashed my apartment, and, in particular, my bathroom, shower, and tub. The drain was completely backed up and the tub caked with grime.  I immediately went to Yelp to find plumbers in the NYC area to unclog the drain.  Late at night, I sent out a general email for help and Christopher M, Manager of Marcel Mechanic Plumber replied with 5 minutes with a quote upfront.  In addition, he responded quickly and professionally to all my email questions, showed up on Sunday, on time, and did an excellent job.  All is now in working order once again.  He is a personable and professional young man who communicates what he was doing as he is doing it.  I highly recommend him if you are in need of plumbing assistance of any kind.  Thank you, Christopher, for a job well done, and for the pleasure of meeting you and talking with you!

Kirill was awesome. He was able to come in the middle of a project and save us. He was recommended to me by a GC friend and was an absolute blessing! Kirill and his crew was super professional, great communication throughout the whole process and a VERY fair price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

We gutted and completely remodeled a bathroom. He recommended a better way to do our plumbing to give as a functional and more upscale look. We LOVE the final product. He did our double vanity sinks and shower. It's been almost two months since we finished and we have no problems whatsoever. We are very grateful. HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLUMBER I HAVE EVER MET!!

I was in a real jam when I woke up at like 3 AM to a flooded first floor...  I didn't know what to do.  I called my dad and he knew Josh, and gave me his number.  Within 30 minutes Josh was digging through the muck doing his work... He gave me a decent price, and considering the predicament I was in, I would have paid even more... Really good and decent guy, friendly and easy to work with.  I don't usually do reviews but I wanted to show him some love, he deserves it...

I called up JP to get some help on replacing an old pipe that was giving me issues when it rained. Make a long story short this was a Wednesday, he came by the next day and we settled on a day soon after. The work was done 2 days later and it went perfect. The communication is just what you want from a place that you want to trust and rely on. Pricing is fair and the people who do the job are total professionals. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of some plumbing or sewer issues and I k ow I'll give them a call for anything I need in the future.

Sergey is a pro. Had some old fixtures that had a rats nest of painted over wires behind them and he sorted it out. Very hard worker, professional, and affordable. Thanks Sergey!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Robert and his colleague did an excellent job installing our micro/hood combination. The installation was slightly tricky due to the location of our backsplash, but Robert navigated that situation with ease. In addition to his good work, I appreciate his professionalism: he was on time for the job, wore a mask, left the place clean and communicated clearly. His price was slightly above that of his competitors (~$80) but he was the only one who actually showed up when he said he would to do the work.

Expert oil-fired boiler installation, on-time, neat, clean work, friendly, courteous, a great team led by a boiler specialist, who answered every question. Highly recommended.

Had a bursted pipe due to freezing weathers. The guys came promptly.. an hour after I called!. They immediately got.to work fixing my pipes and were complete in a short time. They were courteous and even checked my other plumbing systems in the home md gave me recommendations to avoid future issues. The price was reasonable. Would definately recommend them in the future!
