Terrible experience and I'm starting to think most of the reviews are a fake.. because this place is NOT Licensed, check it with DOB.
They sent someone over to fix a kitchen leak two months ago, and end up charging me an arm and a leg for about 1 hour worth of work.  I was under the impression they are licensed and insured and back up their work and craftmanship.  Now, just 2 months later i'm faced with the same leak and I tried to call to see if they can go back and take a look, I was told the warranty is only good for 30 days and anything else would be extra $ and that they don't want to go in person to give a free-assessment without a commitment to the job.  I'm like really??? I don't want to be con again and end up paying another lump sum for the same job.   Hence, i just decided to go elsewhere and was told by another plumber that it's a quick fix that I shouldn't have to pay so much for the job, not only that their poor job end up costing me water damage on my kitchen floors all cuz the strainer under the sink was not sealed correctly, the thing was falling off upon putting contact with it.

Was great guy! Did a great job and was always courteous. He will definitely be my go to when it comes to service my plumbing issues.

Called and immediately got a live person pick up the phone (wow!) and set up an appointment very seamlessly. Kirk and his apprentice Nick came over on time and detected a leak and fixed it very quickly. All while giving us explanations on what they're doing and what to look for(I learned a lot from them just in that one appointment which wasn't even an hour) and advice for maintenance. I can see why they have all perfect reviews. Would totally recommend them!

Great guy and an even better plumber! It's rare these days to find a person who is as honest, hard-working, and direct as Michael. I spoke with several plumbers and Michael was by far the most responsive and attentive. He was at my place within a day of my call and was beyond patient and positive in how he communicated with me.

His work was also outstanding. I had a very tricky situation when a previous contractor had completely botched a washer/dryer drainage pipe install. Thankfully, Michael came in and saved the day, completely fixing the original issue and improving upon it immensely. Now I no longer have any problems with the drainage of my washer/dryer. He also did the work up to code as well as installed a sink in my basement that works perfectly along with leaving a spotless work area once everything was completed

Bottom line: if you need a great plumber, who is fair with pricing and a genuinely good person, look no further than Michael Donahue!

Tim came out to fix my tenants shower. His communication was excellent, price reasonable but most importantly great workmanship. I would recommend his company 100%.

We purchased a touch faucet and realized the installation would be complicated. I reached out to Rob via Yelp, and he responded quickly and came the next day. Extremely professional but still very friendly. Did a great job on the install -- we are very happy with his work. We will definitely hire him again if we have a plumbing need!

Our toilet clogged the day we moved into our new condo, adding more stress to an already stressful day. We requested quotes from several places and most of them either wanted 3-4x what it would normally cost to come at 9pm or couldn't come until the next day (a problem when you only have one bathroom). Dov was reasonably priced and was at our door 15 minutes after we called. We will definitely be using him for our future plumbing needs.

Fast, honest, and competent.

I had a problem that came up over the weekend, when a lot of plumbers aren't available, and i didn't want to leave it.

This was my first time using Olsi. He knew right away what the problem was, and came that day. He charged me exactly what he quoted me, showed up exactly when he said he was going to show up, and was able to fix the problem quickly. My problem was solved within 3 hours of me seeing his name on yelp for the first time.

Would 100% use his services again and would recommend to anyone in the area who needs a plumber.

I was skeptical using Yelp to find a plumbing company. Many other companies immediately gave off the wrong energy,
But not Marcel, he messaged back right away and when we spoke on the phone I knew this was the right plumber. I sent him a video of the faucet issue and He gave honest expectations of time and cost to fix my hot water. He was flexible to accommodate my work schedule. (And has insurance, for those buildings that require COI) Would highly recommend.

We wanted to replace our kitchen faucet and sink but didn't know where to begin to measure what kinds of sinks/faucets would fit. Kirill worked with us to understand what we were looking for and find options for replacements when other companies I contacted would only help us install. The install ended up taking longer than anticipated for various reasons but he was calm and professional throughout and took the time to explain what he was doing as he was doing it.

Woke up to a bad leak at 5am. Called about a dozen plumbers and Bullseye Mechanical was the only one that responded. Joshua answered the call and arrived in around 30 min. He almost immediately found the source of the leak in my neighbor's upstairs apartment. They charged a fair rate for emergency service.

Had an issue where water was overflowing from the toilet and tub, called JP late night, came by within an hour and fixed my issues.

Really prompt, knowledgeable, and gave great advice. Many thanks for the help, would call upon again!!

Sergery came in within 3 hours.  He wore mask, gloves and shoe protectors.   He was professional.   Unfortunately he was unable to unclog my bathtub after using a hand crank snake for 30 min.  He tried and it's not his fault.  No fee needed.  

Tips:   There is a minimal in-house call like $160 if job is done.   Also negotiate pricing while on the phone making appointment.   Sergery stated he didn't determine the price.   Third, tell them all the job you want to be done, so they can prepare appropriate tools.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying Leave a review.. which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in writing & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

Would definitely recommend them! They were not only responsive, but quick to come and do the work. I had them do some wall patchwork, bidet installation, light installation, and moving of a light box in the wall. I don't think there's anything they can't handle! And reasonably priced as well. This should be your first call if you need ANYTHING done!

Hassan was quick to respond and provide a quote. Hassan and Mike were nice enough to pick up the toilet I purchased from the supplier and bring it to install. They tested to make sure the toilet had no leaks and flushed properly after the install. They left the bathroom and surrounding area clean after the job was done. The project was well-priced and perfectly executed.

These guys are awesome. I had called to get a quote on sink that has had low water pressure since Oct. Figuring we need a new focet. He said text me pic and I'll give you an estimate. Diagnosed it over the phone and told me what to do. One $4 filter later and it's like I have a brand new sink again. Didn't even want a tip. The guy is out doing solids for people. If he did that for really a non customer, I can only imagine what he does for actual customers. Thanks again for the help. I would recommend and if I have business in the future I'm going to go to them.
