Aldo came through with the paperwork that my building requires so quickly!

They even offered to move some things around to schedule my work for that day (Friday) so I didn't have to wait until Monday, but seeing as it wasn't an emergency and that my building management has been super picky about paperwork in the past, I opted to wait until Monday.  (The paperwork went through without a hitch though.)

When Monday came around, Jake and Apostolo showed up first thing (right at the start of the one hour time window they gave me - unheard of, right?!). They were lovely, courteous, and very professional. My job was finished before I knew it, and they wore their masks properly the whole time!

Had a leak and issue with the pipe for our garden hose and Sam was quick to respond to my messages and came out and fixed it the next day, even though the project was bigger than initially expected.

Mike is a responsive, professional, who does great work! He replaced our water heater and there were absolutely no issues. He is licensed and insured, shows up when he says he will and he was respectful and cautious about not impacting the common areas of our building and the work space in our home. Would recommend and work with him again, without hesitation.

I needed a handy man to hang up two mirrors right away. I messaged Atrsem and within the first 5 minutes he responded with a quote and availability. He was able to come do the job the day of and showed up right on time. He was extremely professional and had all of the necessary high end tools to make sure everything was safe and leveled. I would highly highly recommend using him for all services. He was a pleasure and we will be using him again for the next job!

Rob was great! Friendly, efficient, and stuck to his original price estimate. He was in and out so quickly, fixing a hole/leak in our kitchen sink drain and leaving it looking and working great! We'll definitely be contacting Rob again for all our future plumbing needs.

Olsi came out to install 2 faucets for me in my new condo. He took away the old plumbing and made sure everything was working.

Christopher showed up in a mask and was wonderful to deal with.  He is a man of his word and promptly ordered the part I needed.  It was difficult to get the part as the toilet model was discontinued.  He managed to get it anyway, promptly delivered and installed it.

I cannot recommend Kirill highly enough! He got back to me right away, actually went to the store and found the perfect faucet for me, and came the same day for a quick, professional install. In between he called to give me periodic updates on his progress so I knew what was going on, when to expect him, etc. Honestly, this is the kind of experience you always hope to have when contacting a new business.  I was so, so pleased and definitely plan to have him come back to do some work in our bathroom later on this Fall. I needed immediate help with a clogged toilet.  Joshua answered immediately and was able to come over within a few hours.  He even called back and let me know that he was nearby and was able to come over earlier.
The clog was a bigger fix than originally thought and Joshua walked me through all the steps, let me know of his (very fair) pricing and left the bathroom very clean and organized and the toilet in great working order.

Flush-o-meter valve went haywire and water wouldn't stop running. Water was pouring into the hallway. The super was MIA, but Z came on a Sunday within 15 minutes and fixed the valve so that we didn't even have to replace it. Great service.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.

Robert is quick to respond and extremely professional. The kitchen faucet in my rented condo was leaking bad. I gave Robert the details and tenants contact info, he gave me the price best and worse case. Super easy. He set up the appointment w them. Turned out the faucet was busted. He let me know and even went to Home Depot to get and and go back same day to fix the sink. Wait it gets better. He saw that the grout was shoddy btwn the counter and backsplash, so he also picked up caulk and resealed the problem area.

He fixed the faucet, but left a hole in the drywall that will likely cost more to repair than the faucet repair itself.

John does an excellent job!  The most important is that he is honest.  If something is outside of his field of expertise, he would refer you to someone else.  Does not overcharge you either.  Recommend highly!!!
