Had a leak in my sink and got a quick response. Great and prompt response and even came back when I thought there was an issue (which there wasn't).

This was a great experience.  I had a corroded toilet flush valve and flapper. Sam replaced everything fast even though he had to work in a very tight space and weird angle.  He explained the problems and his solution. To top all that off his fee was economical.  For the ladies, I'm a very small person, 5 feet, and 100 pounds, and I've had lots of service people in my house, you will not feel intimidated or creeped out, Sam is polite and has a non threatening manner about him and he is neat and clean.

They came the day we called, were so nice, and fixed our clogged sink so quickly! Price was very reasonable, will definitely be calling them again when future issues inevitably arise

Mike arrived today at my apartment in Brooklyn to repair a leak in my shower valve (i.e., to replace a cartridge in the valve). As many of the reviews emphasize, Mike is an absolute expert and he will get the job done to your utmost satisfaction. Moreover, he is friendly, courteous, and honest. Unlike other plumbers, he will not overcharge you for his work, and yes, it is true that he is not only reasonable and fair with the price that he charges for his work, but he does not go over the estimate that he will quote when you describe the plumbing problem to him via email or text message and send to him a photo of the valve, faucet, pipe, etc. that needs to be repaired. He is hands down one the very best, if not the best, plumber in Brooklyn and perhaps in all of NYC.

Amazing service! I called and had an appointment within a few hours. He showed up with all tools needed and couldn't have been more than 20 minutes in and out to fix a leak in our sink - he even had the right replacement parts with him. I definitely would recommend for reliable, friendly service. Mask worn the whole time!

I think what frustrated me the most was his lack of communication and then his random i'm busy. i have other clients. i'm coming text messages.
had he had told me he was busy the day I requested I wouldn't have cared. But he made it seem as if he could come within the hour @ 10 AM and then still be BSing me until 5 PM

Kirill is the best! Very competent, honest and reliable. What more could you ask for in a plumber? He installed my Paulina faucet in no time and fixed my radiator too (despite the process of getting the building to cooperate being a hassle, he was calm and understanding the whole time). Five stars!

My sewer backed up in the middle of the night on a Monday, and was worried about extra water damage being it looked as though there was a huge flood. I did a quick search on yelp and found J P sewer and drain cleaning. I reached out on yelp and received an immediate response with a quote, they came out to my location and took care of the problem in a timely manner. My problem was solved immediately they had great workman skills and they were professional. I would highly recommend them and use their services again.

Then replaced with bathroom vanity and sink.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying Leave a review.. which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in writing & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

Quick, awesome work. Very reasonably priced. I contacted Robert about a leaky faucet, and he was at my apartment within a few hours fixing the problem.

I already have a few projects in mind, and I will definitely be going back to him.

Hassan is very knowledgeable and professional. He did some work on my boiler and gave me some pointers to prevent any long-term issues. He was easy to request a quote and made our appointment convenient. I will be remodeling soon and now I have a heating connection to do quality and reliable work. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I am writing this review to protect other naive first time homeowners like myself! RUN AWAY from this plumber. We had a very stressful experience working with him. He took a huge deposit from us (close to $5,000), said I'll see you tomorrow to start the job, and then didn't show up. Didn't pick up the phone. When we heard from him he didn't apologize for blowing us off. Things got worse from there. He promised to come DOZENS of times and never showed. He never finished the job completely, left a mess in our house including our old boiler that he said he would remove, and two months later still did not. Now I have to risk injuring myself trying to haul it up from the basement somehow. This plumber repeatedly did not come when he said he would, and always had an excuse. He did not finish the job. Please learn from my mistake and work with someone else.
