I had a cascade in my basement, had to turn off the main. This occurred late Friday night. I called at 11:30 p.m., spoke to the boss (he answered!), and he said that someone would come by the following day. Jake was here this morning at 10 o'clock, quickly identified the problem - a new brass nipple (a cap) had to be affixed to the end of a pipe - and took care of it it in a few minutes. I thought the fee for this work, $380, was excessive and had a brief text discussion about it with Mr. V.  who indicated that this was reasonable for an emergency call on a weekend (by a licensed plumber).   (This is why I always look for an experienced tradesperson WITHOUT a license.)  I guess I now agree with him now, which is why I'm giving this outfit five stars. Jake was great. Finally, I must acknowledge that Mr. V's responsiveness and availability was outstanding.

Sam was very good! I am a satisfied customer. This is attributed to Sam's professionalism,  and willing to reach out to others for help and get the job done right. Price was fair.

Kirk is fantastic!!! Super quick at responding and was pleasant and patient over the phone when I described the random pipes screaming in our walls last month. He scheduled a 2 hour time frame and showed up ON. THE. DOT. He's incredibly honest and fair and admitted it was the first time he'd ever come across this problem. Since he wasn't exactly sure what the issue was, he proposed changing the fill valve and assured me if that didn't fix the problem, he'd come back out. Well, that fixed it and it's no longer a Scooby-Doo mystery.

Our only issue now is that the toilet tank sometimes doesn't fill up all the way but I called him today and he's swinging by to take a look and assured me he'll find out what the issue is - which I have full confidence in.

The only reason why I knocked off a star is because when his helper changed out the fill valve, he left our bathroom a mess and had stuffed the old fill valve in the already full teeny bathroom garbage can instead of giving to us to throw out. There was water that went all over the floor too, which he cleaned with paper towels that were also stuffed into the can. Even so, that was minor and can be easily improved upon. What you CAN'T change is Kirk's expertise/knowledge and excellent customer service.

Very responsive.  Found my kitchen leak and corrected it quickly. Would definitely use again.

Amazing experience with Tim. He was very responsive and his quote was considerably lower than all the others received. Super friendly, and his customer service is great -- doesn't try to nickel and dime you for small things.

He came to fix a leak in the pipes below my kitchen sink, and he cleaned up all the damage and connected the dishwasher hookup as well. He also fixed some hinges on my cabinet. He takes pride in his work and it shows in the finished product.

100% will call him again if I need anything else fixed. Tim is awesome!

Had to service an apartment for my tenant and Rob was great. Upfront on pricing and transparent, didn't try to upsell or fabricate issues like some other plumbers I contacted and was available in 30 minutes to help out.

Our toilet clogged in the middle of friendsgiving last night and Dov was a lifesaver! We called him at 9.00 pm and he was at our apartment in 20 minutes and gone in 10. He fixed the problem so quickly and efficiently when we were panicking and couldn't get in touch with our landlord. Definitely will be recommending Dov to our entire building and all of our friends. Hopefully we don't need him again but happy we have someone to call that can come so quickly and fix things professionally and efficiently!

Olsi did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet. He helped me find a compatible faucet and did a great job installing it. He was communicative, reliable, and punctual. He came prepared with additional piping that was needed given unexpected corrosion. I am glad I didn't try to install the new faucet myself.

I knew that my lavatory faucet install was an unusual job, the cold tap was plumbed in with rigid piping. Marcel assessed the situation and worked diligently to find a solution.  I admire his dedication and willingness to make several trip to the plumbing supply store and assemble the odd pieces to get me connected.  A fine job.

Kirill is really nice and though I have not gotten the chance to work with him yet, the price that he came up with for the work we needed was very fair. He was even able to give me advice on other areas of my co-op. I appreciate an honest person and I am looking forward to doing business with him.

As a commercial business owner, i had a sink and faucet that needed immediate fixing. Joshua was able to show up in 45min at a very decent price (we reached out to over 25 different plumbers and all were either unavailable or (very) overpriced. The problem was resolved on the fly and everything was operational within the hour. From the experience, if you need a reliable, quick, and friendly plumber: call joshua.

Amazing ! Wasn't sure if we would be able to get someone short notice for our dishwasher removal. John and his team were ready and came within 24 hours of my initial contact. Fast, professional and so nice. Would absolutely recommend them and hire again!

Sergery and his team went above and beyond! They were on time every day, paid attention to detail and cleaned up beautifully before they left. If they saw something that needed fixing, they appeared the next day with the supplies to fix it without even being asked. I will definitely be hiring them again :)

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying Leave a review.. which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in writing & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

Contacted them, they were back in touch within 30 mins.as thery daid thry would be on my text.  They were considerate, clean and respectful.  I would call them again in a heartbeat. m

Hassan was quick to respond and provide a quote. Hassan and Mike were nice enough to pick up the toilet I purchased from the supplier and bring it to install. They tested to make sure the toilet had no leaks and flushed properly after the install. They left the bathroom and surrounding area clean after the job was done. The project was well-priced and perfectly executed.

They arrived within 2 hours of the service request, despite it being at the end of the day and rush hour! They stayed until my boiler room was cleaned out from the flood, and they fixed my boiler with a new part and answered all my questions and got my heat back up and running. I'm really glad I called them. Speedy reliable FRIENDLY service that I appreciated and will hire again!
