The drain pipes under my kitchen sink were badly corroded and needed to be replaced because I accidentally poked a hole in one of the pipes with a chopstick (thats how badly corroded it was! Eeek!). I reached out to get a quote and sent pictures and got a response fast. I was shopping around for quotes at the time so I didnt immediately say yes, but then upon reviewing my collection of quotes i decided to go with Vuksani Plumbing & Heating. I reached out to them yesterday and got a call back shortly after and they were able to send someone in the morning. They gave me a window of time and Apostolo, who was the plumber assigned to my job, arrived on time, masked and ready with his tools and materials. Apostolo was very professional and polite. He was clear with his explanations before, during and after the job. When a decision needed to be made (my sink was finicky) he made sure to consult with me which I appreciated very much. I'll share the before and after pictures here. The before was reaaaally bad and crooked and corroded. The after, as you can see, looks awesome and clean and professional. I also have a grey plastic drainage tube (which you can see in the before photo) for my washing machine that I had removed from the old pipes that I want to instead be hung over the lip of the sink and drain into the basin rather than the pipes. He wasn't able to do it today because the plastic tubing is actually really old and cracks when bent. He showed me and bent a small part and I could see it was a disaster waiting to happen since its a very old tube. Very thankful he caught that. So he said he could order a new tube and he can come back another day and install it the way I want. I am confident based on my experience with Vuksani Plumbing & Heating and Apostolo today that I can happily hire them to do this plastic washing machine tube job and they will come back and do great professional work. This is the second time I've used Pipe Monkeys.  The first was a few months ago: a pretty routine clogged toilet that we just couldn't unclog with our plunger. Kirk was very responsive, took care of the problem quickly and recommended we buy a $50 snake to save money in the future (which we did).  The other day our other toilet clogged and neither the plunger nor the snake did the trick.  Kirk showed up within 45 minutes and assessed the situation; turned out the sewer main needed to be cleaned out.  Kirk and his apprentice Nick took care of the dirty work within about an hour and a half.  Kirk kept me updated along the way, and the price was very fair.  Later, I noticed what I thought were some scratches inside the bowl (which could've very well been from my snaking attempts), and after reaching out to Kirk, he quickly told me how to get rid of them easily (Ajax or Barkeeper's Friend), and now my toilet (and sewer line) is good as new!

Mike was absolutely fabulous, a pleasure to work with, and we will absolutely call on him for additional work. He is quick to respond and direct about the work that needs to be done.  We talked through what our needs were and came up with a short term solution and a long term plan.  Such a kind, efficient, service-oriented person with thoughtful suggestions without trying to upsell on anything unnecessary.  Very grateful to find an excellent Brooklyn plumber!

Very happy with my experience.  I received a quick and clear estimate for the work, with no ambiguity into when service was available.  When Rob arrived, he got down to work, fixed the problem, and made sure everything was clean and organized on his way out.  Simple, friendly service and I was appreciative of how easy it all was.  I will definitely use them again if I have needs in the future.

Olsi might just be the most honest plumber I have ever met.  Very good at communication and telling me what he could do and not do.  I really appreciated everything about him, including the fact he drove from Astoria to Union Square in the middle of the day, knowing parking was horrendous.  I was already looking for a new permanent plumber for my office and I am glad I found him.  I would recommend AXR to anyone looking to for either emergency or project based work.  Thank you Olsi!

Kirill is really nice and though I have not gotten the chance to work with him yet, the price that he came up with for the work we needed was very fair. He was even able to give me advice on other areas of my co-op. I appreciate an honest person and I am looking forward to doing business with him.

No walk-ins. The company not physically located at the address listed. I attempted to visit the company as they were the closest plumber in my area only to find out that the company is a home-based business located outside Manhattan.

The plumber came on time and unclogged the drain. Cleaned up. The gentleman was polite and efficient. Very happy with the result.

When I called, I didn't expect same day service, but I'm grateful I was able to get someone to come out 40 minutes after my phone call! I bought a tv mount and neither I or my bf could figure out how to make sure it was secure (since it is in a baby room) Sergio showed up in a mask and even put on shoe covers upon entering my house. I directed him to my baby room where I wanted him to mount the television.  He asked me the height I wanted the tv I showed him and he got to work. In about 20 minutes, he was done. He showed me how to take the tv off (should I need to) and how the mount worked. He was fast and efficient his work was neat and the mount is sturdy. I will definitely be calling him in the future!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

Robert helped us in a pinch with some last minute electrical work and relocation of a bedroom light switch. He and his colleague arrived on time, supplied the necessary materials, and left the area as if they were never there - all for an incredibly fair price. You would be silly not to hire these guys!

My kitchen faucet handle decided to break off on the New Year's Day. Our building's management office couldn't help, so, I did a search on Yelp. (Thank you, Yelp!!) Hassan replied back to my estimate request immediately. He offered to purchase a new faucet that's similar to my current/old one and to bring a receipt for it. He was available for the time/date that worked for me.  He called before our appointment and came up with his partner for the work afterwards.  Both men wore their masks during the entire visit.  He and his partner replaced the broken faucet with the beautiful, shiny, new one and finished with the work within only 20 minutes!  He even tightened the loose pipe under the sink for me.  His fee is very reasonable, and he is an honest, excellent plumber!  Just so you know, I've interacted with several other plumbers in the Brooklyn area, and their responsiveness and/or offers were not as competitive and great as Hassan's.  I highly recommend Four Season Piping & Mechanical to anyone who needs plumbing help.  Thank you very much again, Hassan and partner, for all your superb work and help!!

They arrived within 2 hours of the service request, despite it being at the end of the day and rush hour! They stayed until my boiler room was cleaned out from the flood, and they fixed my boiler with a new part and answered all my questions and got my heat back up and running. I'm really glad I called them. Speedy reliable FRIENDLY service that I appreciated and will hire again!
