These guys are amazing!  I had an emergency hot water heater leak which was going to flood my boiler room and they came within an hour to fix it and then replaced the water heater the very next day.  The whole time in the process they were very communicative, very helpful and let me know what everything was going to cost up front.  They are the perfect mix of speed and professionalism.  Thanks guys!

I had multiple plumbing issues throughout my building over the course of a couple days. Sam was very responsive via text and incredibly friendly and helpful. The pricing was very reasonable. Would hire again!

Our bathroom sink got gradually more clogged over the past few months, with Drano/Liquid Glug/an accordion plunger/zipit drain snakes no longer helping at all. At this point, the sink would fill up and take an hour or two to drain fully, so it was effectively unusable.

I messaged Pipe Monkeys, the owner got back to me very quickly, and I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They sent out a plumber who arrived on time (especially impressive given there was no parking for several blocks near my building), took a look at the sink, did some tests, and had it snaked and completely fixed within maybe 30 minutes or so. He also explained if that snaking hadn't worked, other tools and options he was ready to use to get the clog fixed.

The total cost was $175 + tax.

That was a pleasant change from quotes from other plumbing options near me ($200-$350) who had way fewer reviews on yelp and way lower ratings.

Very pleased with Michael's services! I called him to replace a leaking water heater. Despite having not been his customer before, he responded to my initial e-mail within minutes, and managed to fit the work in the next day, at a price I was happy with. The installation was done well and the area left nice and clean. My water is hot and my boiler room dry -- just the way I like it. He even did something to a sticky door he encountered that made it work better, without being asked. I'd definitely use him again.

I have to say for years I always used a friend of a friend with not so great results.  This time I just went with the professionals.  SUPER HAPPY.  They have their own equipment HOORAY!  and it was quick.   NO mess to clean up. I am super happy and look forward to calling them again for future issues and projects

Olsi did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet. He helped me find a compatible faucet and did a great job installing it. He was communicative, reliable, and punctual. He came prepared with additional piping that was needed given unexpected corrosion. I am glad I didn't try to install the new faucet myself.

I highly recommend Marcel.  He was very responsive to all communications to set up the appointment.  He ran into a variety of unexpected challenges in the job I asked him to do because of sloppy work done by previous plumbers who had worked on my kitchen sink.  He was very patient throughout his efforts to work with these challenges and determined to get the job done right this time.  He did not charge me additional fees despite the fact that he needed to stay on the job much longer than he was expecting. And that fee was a reasonable fee in the first place.

We just moved in to our new home and had to install new showers and toilets. During covid times it was so hard to find someone to come out to our neck of the woods. Thankfully we found Krill's sink and shower and we are so grateful. Not only was Kirill super professional but he also made sure to very careful with our new bathrooms. Josh really saved my life, twice! The first time Josh came I called him at around 11:30 pm because I woke up and my heat was clearly not working as me and the dog could see our breath. He was here in 45 minutes, happened to have the parts needed in his truck to repair the damper on the chimney and replace small parts in the boiler, viola I had heat in t minus 1 hour! Me and Nina were grateful! The second time my toilet bowl kept running and he came in an hour and replaced the flapper and the fill valve! Josh is the nicest guy, thank you!

My sewer backed up in the middle of the night on a Monday, and was worried about extra water damage being it looked as though there was a huge flood. I did a quick search on yelp and found J P sewer and drain cleaning. I reached out on yelp and received an immediate response with a quote, they came out to my location and took care of the problem in a timely manner. My problem was solved immediately they had great workman skills and they were professional. I would highly recommend them and use their services again.

Sergey was awesome. We had a broken bathroom ceiling fan. Sent him photos and got a quick response, even came to fix the fan on Labor Day. No complications, showed up at the time he said he'd be there and did the work. $220 for labor + $25 for the new fan. Thanks so much!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.
Robert is an excellent technician, professional, neat and courteous.

Hassan and his partner showed up and placed 2 valves under the sink. They were in and out in 30 minutes. Just hire this guy!

Called because of a non working boiler on a freezing Friday night. Once arrived quoted me close to $1000 to repair. Said I needed all sorts of repairs. Could not do till next day, so I called another company. Other company came and did work for $350. Don't wast your time here. Still had to pay them $175 to show up.....
