Called Vuksani Plumbing for an emergency as our toilet was leaking to the downstairs neighbor's apartment. Marko showed up within 20 minutes and did a fantastic job patching up the leak in less than an hour. Left the bathroom clean too. Ran testing between our bathroom and the downstairs neighbors bathroom to ensure the leak is no longer present.  Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Explained the root cause and provided insights on how to remediate the issue long-term so this does not occur again. Pretty friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable due to the short notice and emergency call. They are there when you need them and 24/7. Vuksani is very reliable and trusting service you can count on.  Thank you!

When none of my tricks worked, I called Sam's, based on the large number of 5 start reviews. It was before office hours (7:30am) but I figured I would leave a message. I got a prompt text response that I assumed at first was a bot. I sent a photo and brief description, he sent an accurate quote. Within two hours of my call, my sinks was functioning again. He even gave great advice on how to prevent further issues and took Venmo. Easy to communicate with, personable and respectful.

Wow a company whose reviews lived up to the hype!  I had a sewage backup in my basement.  I spoke to Kirk on the phone and he sent someone immediately.  They were there in 45 minutes.  The guy who arrived was very nice and quickly determined the problem was between my house and the street.  Another 20 minutes later the problem was fixed.  They were prompt, polite and obscenely reasonable in their prices.

After dealing with quite a few hack plumbers, we called Mike after reading great reviews of him online. Now we totally agree with the reviews! He returned our call promptly even on a weekend and was able to come by the next day to look at several plumbing issues we had in our apartment. Upon arriving, he was immediately able to identify the problems and had them fixed in no time. He was even able to help our neighbor who had a leak coming into our apartment. After Mike left, everything has been running smoothly and he even had tips for us as preventative measures to mitigate any potential future problems. If we ever have any other problems, he will be the first one we call! Mike is super knowledgeable, fast, efficient, has reasonable pricing, and is a great guy to boot. HIGHLY recommend!

Professional service and was able to install my closet shelf. Tim went out of his way to get additional equipment to install successfully the closet. Tim knows what he is doing and overcame the challenges to install the closet set into a 100 year old home! Highly recommend to use for anyone that needs assistance with home appliances installation.

I cannot recommend Kirill highly enough! He got back to me right away, actually went to the store and found the perfect faucet for me, and came the same day for a quick, professional install. In between he called to give me periodic updates on his progress so I knew what was going on, when to expect him, etc. Honestly, this is the kind of experience you always hope to have when contacting a new business.  I was so, so pleased and definitely plan to have him come back to do some work in our bathroom later on this Fall. We had a really fun emergency with our toilet late at night.  I called every emergency plumbing  number I could find, and no one answered -- only Roto Rooter who said we could make an appointment for 10 in the morning.  By chance we reached Joshua, who actually answered the phone, asked me to send him some pictures of the offending toilet, and talked me through what to do to stop the leak.  Then he came over the next morning - keeping in touch when he was running late, a real plus -- and by the end of the day he had replaced our toilet (which had been giving us problems for years), taken away the old one, cleaned everything up, and basically solved all our problems -- well, at least our toilet-related problems.  He is kind and straightforward and obviously a very decent guy.  Is it clear I'm highly recommending Bullseye Mechanical Corp.?

I called up JP to get some help on replacing an old pipe that was giving me issues when it rained. Make a long story short this was a Wednesday, he came by the next day and we settled on a day soon after. The work was done 2 days later and it went perfect. The communication is just what you want from a place that you want to trust and rely on. Pricing is fair and the people who do the job are total professionals. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of some plumbing or sewer issues and I k ow I'll give them a call for anything I need in the future.

Eugene did an excellent job on all the tasks I needed done around my apartment. He mounted a large TV in the wall and snaked the cords through the wall so they weren't visable. He hung a large picture on a wall with concrete behind it, hung two curtain rods, and mounted a large entry way shelf. I didn't have a piece that he needed to hang the shelf, so he went to the closest hardware store to get it. Everything looks great! I would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.

Finished installing and bringing up to code an outside light.  First electrician -- Joe Cunningham-- skipped out on me after I paid him in full before he finished the job.  I know ... I'm an idiot.  
A handyman came to my rescue and was very professional and finished the job for a reasonable price within a reasonable time frame.  I passed HOB inspection without a hitch.  
FYI, I'm posting this review almost a year later because I'm back again to look for a plumber!

My husband and I would highly recommend Hassan. He's very responsive and reliable, and always tries his best to help out. We wanted to install new condensing boilers but most plumbers we talked to were not willing to work with the new system. Hassan did a great job, worked well with our other contractors, and always made himself available for troubleshooting and follow up checks. We feel very lucky to find Hassan!

John does an excellent job!  The most important is that he is honest.  If something is outside of his field of expertise, he would refer you to someone else.  Does not overcharge you either.  Recommend highly!!!
