Terrible experience and I'm starting to think most of the reviews are a fake.. because this place is NOT Licensed, check it with DOB.
They sent someone over to fix a kitchen leak two months ago, and end up charging me an arm and a leg for about 1 hour worth of work.  I was under the impression they are licensed and insured and back up their work and craftmanship.  Now, just 2 months later i'm faced with the same leak and I tried to call to see if they can go back and take a look, I was told the warranty is only good for 30 days and anything else would be extra $ and that they don't want to go in person to give a free-assessment without a commitment to the job.  I'm like really??? I don't want to be con again and end up paying another lump sum for the same job.   Hence, i just decided to go elsewhere and was told by another plumber that it's a quick fix that I shouldn't have to pay so much for the job, not only that their poor job end up costing me water damage on my kitchen floors all cuz the strainer under the sink was not sealed correctly, the thing was falling off upon putting contact with it.

I've used Sam twice now for different jobs and he has been fantastic to work with. He's straightforward and to the point which is what I'd expect for the services provided. He's punctual and knows his craft. I'd definitely recommend him and will recommend him to folks in need of plumbing services.

Being a first time homeowner it always feels like an episode of  This Old House. We noticed yesterday that the drain in our driveway had water backing up in it when we took a shower or ran the dishwasher. The sewage smell was also starting to creep out. Our neighbors had warned us that the previous owner hadn't really kept up with the upkeep and who knows what is going on under the basement. I called Pipe Monkeys and someone picked up right away. Explained the problem  which they thought might be a clog in the sewer line. Gave a fair quote and said someone would be at my home in 3 hours. Half hour later I get another call letting me know someone could be there in half an hour so I told them to come right over. He arrived promptly and went to work. The job took about 20 mins. When I asked about the pool of water that was sitting in the driveway drain he explained the water is flowing to the main sewer line so it's fine. He gave me the option of cleaning out that drain and cost. I agreed to it, but he warned me a few times that it might not be necessary so really wasn't pushy about upsell. I decided to do it just for peace of mind. When everything was done, he mentioned there was a clog in the trap and showed me how to fix the problem in the future and avoid a call to them in the future. Also told me I have a 3 month warranty for them to come back at no cost if problems persist. Great customer service and I would recommend them.

Michael is a first-rate professional.   We had a drainage issue in our back garden - by no means a simple plumbing job.  It was 4 full days of work and the quality of his work came through each day. Before the work even started, Michael made multiple site visits, worked/problem solved with our engineer, and presented us with a full work plan before starting.  This is your guy if you want truly high quality plumbing work done by a professional.  I interviewed multiple plumbing services before starting and it was clear from the onset Michael had (be far) the best expertise.  

Oh and in the middle of all of this, our sink drain broke.  That got fixed in about 15 minutes.  So he is your guys for both larger contracting jobs and smaller, more day to day jobs.

My family and I recently moved into a new home in Hoboken.  There were a number of issues with the place, so we needed a handyman to come by and tackle a number of tasks.  I went on Yelp to find someone and Tim Golden Hands had one of the highest ratings, and rightfully so.  

I asked Tim to come and help with re-securing a toilet, replacing a trip lever in a toilet and replacing a kitchen faucet.  He did so efficiently and reliably well.  He communicated with me throughout the processes and explained the issues. I trusted the work he did and he cleaned up afterwards.  I would highly recommend him and I plan to use him again for all problems around the home.

Rob was great! Came out to install our new dishwasher, and was super friendly and professional. Job was done promptly and very well. If I have any plumbing issues in the near future I'll be contacting him for sure, Thanks bro!

A little pricey but responded quickly and was able to come out on short notice. He was clean, professional, did what was needed, and provided advise to avoid future problems. Will definitely call Dov again if we need them -- the slight extra cost was worth the professional and respect for my home (e.g he wore shoe coverings... other plumbers I tracked in dirt from outside instead).

It was very easy to work with Olsi.  He was quick to return calls and showed up the same day.  The job is to install Aquasana 3-stage under-sink water filter system.  Olsi did a fantastic job.  He was very professional and easy to communicate. I definitely highly recommend Olsi.

I can't say enough good things about Kirills. After a Task Rabbit with supposed plumbing skills created some plumbing disasters in my condo, and another plumber simply no-showed and ghosted me, I fortunately found Kirill online and thanks to the reviews decided to hire him. Best decision! He was so professional and responsive, guiding me through the way and fixed my shower despite it having many touch and go moments as it's a discontinued model so he had to mix and match my old and new parts to get it working but thankfully he made it work without me needing to get a whole new shower body installed with the added headache of breaking down marble walls. He also worked within my budget and didn't try to extort me, and really helped me out price wise, being very straightforward about the price in advance so that there were no surprises. He is a nice and helpful person and while I hope to not need his services again soon, he will be my go-to guy next time I have a plumbing need (learned my task rabbit lesson). I highly recommend him to others who want the work done without paying an arm and a leg. Thank you Kirills!

Phenomenal.  Amazing.  

I live in a single family, 101 year old house.  We moved into the house in June 2014.  

We have 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms.  1 half bathroom, and 1 full bathroom are in the basement.  We never use the basement bathrooms.  

Today, while using the laundry machines in the basement, my wife noticed something really nasty coming out of the half bathroom.

We had a main line sewer clog, and every time any toilet was flushed in the entire house, it was getting backed up into the basement bathrooms.  We have two kids under 6.  We use the bathrooms a lot.  The smell in the basement had gotten so bad that it was like walking into a wall of crap.  It was nasty.  

I called these guys, and even though it was 8:00pm on a Saturday night, and they were in Manhattan, they came to Queens.  They were here in 45 mins.  They checked out the situation, which had gotten worse since the water had slowly seeped away and only the solid crud remained, and figure they could do the job that night.  

90 mins later they guys were done. The toilets all work.  All the bathrooms in the house are working.  They even cleaned up.  And not just like a surface clean, but they really got into it and cleaned.  

Two minutes after they left i checked one of the upstairs bathrooms - i should have checked before they left, but i totally forgot.  The toilet wasn't working.  it was still slow.  I called them, and they came back within five mins.  They checked the upstairs bathroom, found that it was an unrelated issue and fixed it.  No extra charge.  They just fixed it and went on their way.  Amazing.  

If you have any kind of plumbing issue, these guys will fix it.  They will fix it professionally, quickly, and cleanly.

As far as price is concerned, i thought they were perfectly priced.  No issues at all on that front.

Looking for a plumber at 5p on a Friday? Look no more! I called 5 other plumbers on Yelp before I finally got to John and he was the first one to answer and offer help. Not only did he try to save me money by making sure it wasn't a city drainage issue, but he also communicated his ETA clearly and was helpful when he finally came to fix my backed up water main. He educated me on the watch outs of my particular plumbing situation and promptly left without trying to upsell me. I definitely plan to keep his number for any future issues or plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Great service came twice. Couldn't fix my flushometer but was very nice and tried everything.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying Leave a review.. which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in writing & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

Would definitely recommend them! They were not only responsive, but quick to come and do the work. I had them do some wall patchwork, bidet installation, light installation, and moving of a light box in the wall. I don't think there's anything they can't handle! And reasonably priced as well. This should be your first call if you need ANYTHING done!

We had used their services twice for some drainage problems in our sink and tub.  Spoke to Hassan twice on the phone and both times he came to save the day! He's very reliable and punctual and does a good job. We'll be using him again.

These guys were great and responsive. Just as we were leaving on vacation, our boiler stopped working and the house was freezing. They responded immediately and after trying to help me fix via FaceTime, John showed up an hour later, figured out the problem and solved it. They were lifesavers.
