Terrible experience and I'm starting to think most of the reviews are a fake.. because this place is NOT Licensed, check it with DOB.
They sent someone over to fix a kitchen leak two months ago, and end up charging me an arm and a leg for about 1 hour worth of work.  I was under the impression they are licensed and insured and back up their work and craftmanship.  Now, just 2 months later i'm faced with the same leak and I tried to call to see if they can go back and take a look, I was told the warranty is only good for 30 days and anything else would be extra $ and that they don't want to go in person to give a free-assessment without a commitment to the job.  I'm like really??? I don't want to be con again and end up paying another lump sum for the same job.   Hence, i just decided to go elsewhere and was told by another plumber that it's a quick fix that I shouldn't have to pay so much for the job, not only that their poor job end up costing me water damage on my kitchen floors all cuz the strainer under the sink was not sealed correctly, the thing was falling off upon putting contact with it.

Sam was extremely prompt and professional in replying and although he was not able to help with my situation based on photos I provided, he kindly referred me elsewhere by phone.

Highly recommend!  I needed my kitchen faucet replaced and reached out to them.  They responded quickly and had availability.  The plumber called about 30 mins prior to notify me he was on his way and showed up at the agreed upon time.  He even remembered to bring the longer supply lines from our initial chat!  The plumber quickly swapped out the old faucet and put in the new one.  Great service - easy to schedule and the repair was done  quickly and reliably.

I've used Mike several times now for smaller and larger jobs and I would hesitate to have anyone else work on my apartment.

First of all, the estimates never changed regardless of the fact that some jobs were spaced out months apart from the time given to when the work was actually performed (my scheduling issues not his). Even though some were more work than anticipated the price stayed the same and extra/unanticipated parts were provided for no additional cost and weren't even pointed out to me, I could tell just by looking.

In one instance, there was a big issue with my building's pipes that was originally thought to be a clog in my apartment. Mike immediately diagnosed the real issue and when he didn't have the equipment on hand to fix the problem, it being an unanticipated issue, he recommended an emergency service and left without charge. Maybe some people would take that for granted but I appreciated his time, efforts and ultimate success in correctly identifying the problem and not charging me for a call. Most licensed plumbers have charged me regardless of if the problem was solved or not.

Lastly the quality of the work really speaks for itself. The work is never shoddy and inspires confidence that you've found the right guy for the job. I'm surprised there aren't more reviews up for him because he's always busy but maybe that's due to him working a lot of commercial jobs too. Anyway, I definitely recommend Mike for your home or apartment as well as building work because he's proven himself on small and large jobs.

I had two leaky showers.  I called, sent emails out and waited.  First call, I was told I needed cartridges changed, and asked for a thousand dollars, including parts.  Then, I got a text from Tim Golden Hands, and said same jobs for 240 plus parts.  Third one said 300 plus parts.  So, I went with Tim.  It was easy to communicate, and we scheduled next day, Saturday.  A very young guy showed up at my door, and I wondered if he has enough experience and knowledge.  HE WAS GREAT!  I bought the part from Home Depot, then when we opened one of my showers, he realized that I got one part wrong.  He went out, and came back with the correct part.  AND, my two showers are no longer leaking!  He also explained that I have one month warranty.  So, if the problem occurs again, he will come and fix it at no charge, which is great.  I will definitely recommend his service to all of my friends!

Very happy with my experience.  I received a quick and clear estimate for the work, with no ambiguity into when service was available.  When Rob arrived, he got down to work, fixed the problem, and made sure everything was clean and organized on his way out.  Simple, friendly service and I was appreciative of how easy it all was.  I will definitely use them again if I have needs in the future.

Dov came over at night on short notice to install a new toilet, and it ended up (upon our opening the box) that the toilet was shattered. He was totally good natured and agreed to come back at another time and didn't charge me for the first visit.  I'll be using Dov again.

Olsi did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet. He helped me find a compatible faucet and did a great job installing it. He was communicative, reliable, and punctual. He came prepared with additional piping that was needed given unexpected corrosion. I am glad I didn't try to install the new faucet myself.

Was efficient and well priced. Marcel came with all the tools required, and completed the task promptly. The new faucet works great!

Kirill is really nice and though I have not gotten the chance to work with him yet, the price that he came up with for the work we needed was very fair. He was even able to give me advice on other areas of my co-op. I appreciate an honest person and I am looking forward to doing business with him.

These guys are the best. I called on a Friday afternoon with a leaking faucet that I had started to disassemble, and Josh and Rob were at my place by 2pm on a snowing Saturday to complete the job. They were prompt, courteous, and clear with communication on pricing, and my faucet is working like new. I would highly recommend them. Thanks, y'all!

The plumber came on time and unclogged the drain. Cleaned up. The gentleman was polite and efficient. Very happy with the result.

Eugene from Zabivay, did an excellent job assembling our ikea wardrobe. First of all, he was two minutes early, which is a minor miracle in the handyman/home service world. Then, he asked a few simple questions about placement and actively listened while explained exactly where I needed it to go in the backyard. After that, he worked diligently and had it assembled in just a few hours. Finally, he charged less than half of what I had from other Yelp businesses.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

Fast service and affordable prices. Highly recommended . There are many ishu with my pipe butt now its solved.

They arrived within half hour and fixed my clogged toilet within 2 minutes. Excellent and professional, would absolutely recommend and will use them for any plumbing needs in the future!!!
