We had a recent renovation and the contractor did a terrible job on the kitchen sink plumbing and left us with a leak. Contacted Vuksani (Eddy) who replied quickly and sent Erik over. He fixed the leak quickly and effectively and advised us the shoddy work will likely result in future leaks in other places. Rather than pressuring us to pay him more and fix it right away (and undo our entire new sink) he advised us to wait until it actually happens -maybe we will be lucky and it will be ok for many years- then just call again when the need actually arises. We will call him for any future needs.

Pricing was a little high for just 15 minutes of work and no material cost but I believe it is worth paying more to have a professional do something properly and trust Erik will stand by his work if anything goes awry.

First time boiler owner. Don't know what to do or expect but knew it needed to get inspected. Sam was super communicative and honest about what he could do, cost and when he would be there. Ari is the person that came out for the service and he was kind, thorough, explained everything so I could understand, honest with what might need future maintenance and what he suggested now and why. Tim was so wonderful! He took out our old dishwasher and reinstalled our new one. He was knowledgable, fast, and just a really nice person. His prices were very fair and he responded quickly to our messages and to book an appointment. We will definitely be calling him next time we need any work done! Super highly recommend!

It was very easy to work with Olsi.  He was quick to return calls and showed up the same day.  The job is to install Aquasana 3-stage under-sink water filter system.  Olsi did a fantastic job.  He was very professional and easy to communicate. I definitely highly recommend Olsi.

But not Marcel, he messaged back right away and when we spoke on the phone I knew this was the right plumber. I sent him a video of the faucet issue and He gave honest expectations of time and cost to fix my hot water. He was flexible to accommodate my work schedule. (And has insurance, for those buildings that require COI) Would highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time Kirill has been a lifesaver, he left such a great impression the first time that I had to ask for a business card. Well today their Was an odd smell coming from our bathroom, a bunch of nasty stuff was coming up from our shower. I was panicking since I tried calling the land lord a Few times but no answer. I explained the situation to him and he gave me a time frame in which he'd show up. Normally past plumbers would arrive late than the time they give but kirill. He showed up saw what was wrong and went to work, the best part is he would clean around the areas he'd be working in. I told him to give me a invoice(receipt) to show the land lord to get our money Back And with no hesitation he gave me one and his business card. Highly recommend!

Josh really saved my life, twice! The first time Josh came I called him at around 11:30 pm because I woke up and my heat was clearly not working as me and the dog could see our breath. He was here in 45 minutes, happened to have the parts needed in his truck to repair the damper on the chimney and replace small parts in the boiler, viola I had heat in t minus 1 hour! Me and Nina were grateful! The second time my toilet bowl kept running and he came in an hour and replaced the flapper and the fill valve! Josh is the nicest guy, thank you!

Called John early Thursday afternoon to help clear a kitchen drain. He gave me some advice over the phone to help clear it, which unfortunately didn't work.  He got someone to my home a little while later. His assistant was very respectful and did his best, but was unable to clear the drain. He tried until about 9:30 at night. John came next morning, and was successful after a hard go at it. John honored his original quote for the job and we had a nice chat afterwards. It's hard to find a good plumber, and I'll definitely call him for my next job.

I contacted Sergey through Yelp and he responded within 10 minutes. He provided a quote for the replacing a kitchen faucet. While a bit higher than the others, I thought it was fair and booked him given his solid Yelp reviews. He showed up on time and finished the job quickly. The installation looks good and the faucet is functioning well. All in all, a great process and results. I would definitely call on him again.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Robert helped us in a pinch with some last minute electrical work and relocation of a bedroom light switch. He and his colleague arrived on time, supplied the necessary materials, and left the area as if they were never there - all for an incredibly fair price. You would be silly not to hire these guys!

He replaced our water heater and did a very good job quickly. I'm glad we went with him. He is very professional and gives reasonable prices.

Our water heater tank leaked overnight and flooded our boiler room. Not a fun thing to wake up to. Messaged John and he immediately responded and answered all of our questions! They were here on the same day, installed our new water heater and even fixed the drain pipe that a previous plumber supposedly fixed. Professional, prompt, honest and good at what they do, can't ask for more! A+++!!! Thank you!!
