I called at 8am on a Monday morning and it was so nice to hear someone pick up the phone esp when you have a hot water problem in the middle of winter. Price was reasonable. Job done by Marko and Jason. I got intermittent text updates with ETAs. Will definitely be using them in the future.  And they take Venmo .

Late review, but I really appreciate their services. We had  a toilet malfunction a few months ago and the superintendent of our building was not responding to the urgency of the situation. I messaged the plumber via text and they arrived in a matter of a few hours. He fixed the current problem as the bigger issue would have to be handled by our apartment building. I don't think I can stress enough how bad the situation was and we are very thankful for the quick service. The price to me seemed reasonable and we paid via Venmo.

Kirk was amazing answered all my crazy questions! Reliable, fast and professional!! Replaced an old cracked toilet with a lovely brand new one! I highly recommend them!  Search no more these are your guys!

Very pleased with Michael's services! I called him to replace a leaking water heater. Despite having not been his customer before, he responded to my initial e-mail within minutes, and managed to fit the work in the next day, at a price I was happy with. The installation was done well and the area left nice and clean. My water is hot and my boiler room dry -- just the way I like it. He even did something to a sticky door he encountered that made it work better, without being asked. I'd definitely use him again.

Tim at Golden Hands was a pleasure to have in our home - really friendly, good natured and kind to our dog.  I wasn't sure what to expect hiring a handyman for several wide-ranging projects (picture hanging, bathroom fixture installation and water pressure resolution) but relied on the reviews and am glad that I did.  Tim showed up on time, masked and with a backpack full of the right tools for the job.  He was able to hang heavy wall art and smaller pictures alike - we felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing on our newly plastered walls. He diagnosed the issue behind our water pressure and agreed to come back at another time once he was able to get a specific part to test. On the bathroom fixtures he was done quickly and they look great. We will definitely not hesitate to have him do other odd jobs around our house as they will no doubt arise.

We needed to replace our kitchen faucet and found Rob via Yelp based off of all of these 5-star reviews. He was extremely easy to communicate with, quoted us a fair price, and came to install it within the week. The new faucet looks and works great! Would recommend him without question in the future -- a great find!

Seriously! Do your research on what jobs should cost, because if they can rip you off- THEY WILL..! They quote 3 faucets installation for $1,500, not including faucets. FYI - I have other plumbers, quote me between $180 - $250 per hour. And the job took an hour.

I have used this company for my previous job, $375 for a sink basket leak. Expensive basket replacement. Not going to rave how great of a job, plumber's capability to change a sink basket is pretty basic

I had a non-urgent bursted pipe and contacted him @9pm - he was there the next day and resolved the issue in 15 minutes for a reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend and use again!

I recently came back from Japan to discover that my sublet had trashed my apartment, and, in particular, my bathroom, shower, and tub. The drain was completely backed up and the tub caked with grime.  I immediately went to Yelp to find plumbers in the NYC area to unclog the drain.  Late at night, I sent out a general email for help and Christopher M, Manager of Marcel Mechanic Plumber replied with 5 minutes with a quote upfront.  In addition, he responded quickly and professionally to all my email questions, showed up on Sunday, on time, and did an excellent job.  All is now in working order once again.  He is a personable and professional young man who communicates what he was doing as he is doing it.  I highly recommend him if you are in need of plumbing assistance of any kind.  Thank you, Christopher, for a job well done, and for the pleasure of meeting you and talking with you!

I cannot recommend Kirill highly enough! He got back to me right away, actually went to the store and found the perfect faucet for me, and came the same day for a quick, professional install. In between he called to give me periodic updates on his progress so I knew what was going on, when to expect him, etc. Honestly, this is the kind of experience you always hope to have when contacting a new business.  I was so, so pleased and definitely plan to have him come back to do some work in our bathroom later on this Fall. Joshua is amazing! Kind, professional, and friendly, I would call him again in a heartbeat. I called him on Friday night looking to take out an old sink and replace it with a new one. We set up an appointment and he was able to come right away on Saturday. This is my first time getting something plumbing related fixed, and Joshua was so kind and knowledgeable, explaining to me what needed to be done and the best way to do it, even going as far as to recommend me a faucet and help me pick out the right one. There were some problems with my existing plumbing, but he fixed those as well with the installation. Even though it was not the work scheduled to be done, he took the extra hours to help me and prevent a bigger problem in the future, not leaving until very thing was perfect.

This is one of my favorite plumbing service in new york! They are super careful and they actually care about what they are doing. Very professional and quick. I called them at 11pm and they came right away and got the job done. Would recommend to anyone! And they are super clean. Helped me cleaned up the bathroom after. Very nice people as well

Eugene has done a great job! He was exactly on time, wore shoe covers, and was nice and polite. He spent around 30 min, connected and hid all wires, clean the dust, and left. That's what all professionals should do. For my next home project, I already know who I'm gonna call. The price wasn't the cheapest I got, but definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

On this New Year's Eve I was faced with the very major problem of a non functioning toilet. Within an hour of being contacted 2 plumbers came and fixed the issue at a very reasonable fee. Thank you for your honest hard work and not nickel and diming this desperate customer! I will be using you in the future and recommending you to anyone looking for a plumber in a pinch.
