I highly recommend this company. Very efficient work at a reasonable price. They are competent at their job, and good at explaining the work they are doing to someone who does not know all the technical terminology. They are friendly guys I would trust in my house. Glad we found them and will call them for future plumbing jobs.

Doing a gut rehab on a 4 family property and these guys quoted me $2,500 - $3,000 per fixture, which includes time and materials for all rough in work and labor to install all fixtures.

This is at least double other quotes I've received and triple in some cases....I've only been requesting quotes from plumbers that have been referred by other developers.  

Avoid these bandits unless you have very deep pockets!

I strongly recommend sinani, they removed and replaced a broken bathroom sink. Quickly and very professional. They had the best price out of the 10 companies I contacted and did an excellent job!!

Brett is such a great plumber/HVAC guy in addition to being friendly and personable. He conveniently came out to my home to change out my hot water heater and did a great job. People like this are very hard to come by. His price was competitive. Would use him again, in fact he is going to be my go to guy from now on.

I LOVE working with Lenny. I called in a panic because we'd just had a new washer and dryer installed, then all of a sudden we had a flood of water on the floor. He and Anthony just happened to be driving by when he answered, so when he said we'll be right over, he was literally at my door in a minute. Then when they walked in, they took their shoes off without my asking. Already off to a great start.

They fixed the problem (sewer and trap issues) and Lenny told us to get a sink alarm. He was patient in answering all our questions (my Dad and I) and he doesn't talk down to me which I appreciate because I won't call back when that happens.

Hopefully I won't have any more emergencies but I look forward to working with Lenny and his son(s) again.

Hot water heater broke on a Tuesday. Wednesday new hot water heater was installed and old one taken away. The work was done quickly and neatly. I have never been disappointed in the work by these local plumbers.

Parkset Plumbing installed a new boiler, hot water pump, and high-output radiators in my 4-family building in Brooklyn. Their workers were knowledgeable, professional, and reliable.Tom Burke, the CEO, repeatedly took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the job--a rather complicated one--and it unfolded just as he said it would. Excellent plumbers, excellent service.

There plumber nyc fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

They were responsive and reliable, and were available to arrive on the same day. I needed to repair my kitchen sink pipe and Tony took care of it in just a couple of hours. Great service! Will keep them in mind for future needs.

Adam is horrible. Never returns phone calls. Called him several times. He doesn't guarantee his work. I don't recommend him!! Find a REAL plumber that makes returning their customers phone calls a priority.

When my apartment (135 years old) has a plumbing or heating problem...Demar is the best.
They can handle anything and they do it fast and professionally.
i have 100+ year old pipes...and a 70 year old open flame heater...all working safely and correctly with the aid of Demar Plumbing.

I cant even give this place one star and after I explain you will see.On Saturday 12/03/16, I called for a clogged toilet.My tenants were calling and I could not take care of it, as I was working.I did a search for plumbers on Staten Island.Called the number on yelp which is a (non 718) area code.I asked questions, was I shopping for a price, of course that's my rite as a customer.I call the number back which is a (347) area code which called me.So in other words this company was called twice by mistake.The maniac calling me back starts cursing, telling I am a cheap bum.And that he hopes my sewer line breaks.No jerk off just shopping and getting a price.He tells me how because I woke him up at 12pm, he was charged $17.00, really.That he will call me 17 times and do harassing calls in the morning.Thats not very smart or professional.He goes on a profanity tirade and tells me to expect calls at 3am.Kept the harassing texts as proof of this individual, that he was going to F me up, which he texted me.Yeah ok,I want to do business with this company or anyone who hires a person like this.He wouldn't give his name.The harassing texts finally stopped with him being pissed for me asking questions.As I explained if this kept up, we can go to the Pct and file a police report.Your easy to identify and get arrested.All this drama just because your shopping around for a plumber.If you don't like customers shopping for prices and trusting the first person they speak, that tough.Its your business get use to it.And with luck I found a person much cheaper, then what he was telling me.Have many friends who work for the city(PD,FDNY, etc) and would never, ever recommend this company.
