I highly recommend this company. Very efficient work at a reasonable price. They are competent at their job, and good at explaining the work they are doing to someone who does not know all the technical terminology. They are friendly guys I would trust in my house. Glad we found them and will call them for future plumbing jobs.

I had a terrible experience with Boris Mechanical.  My bathroom faucet was dripping. First, I called to schedule an appointment.  They took my credit card number.  I would not suggest giving this company your credit card number until a job has been completed.  Scheduling was a little rough, I had to call back, but that was OK.  What was not OK was the guy who arrived at my apartment.  He had no tools when he arrived.  He said his boss had his tools. I left him alone for a few minutes to do his thing with the faucet. I then see that he is banging on the top of the faucet (which is attached to the wall) with his hand.  I stop him from doing this and find out that he has no idea what he is doing because it's a modern faucet.  He ends up removing silicone from where the hot and cold handles are attached to the wall, leaving these worse off than when he arrived.

He calls his boss who says he will send someone else who has the skill to fix modern faucets. I never get a follow up call and my follow up call is ignored.

Completed the work on time. Put in decent fixtures, didn't have to supervise at my tenant's location.

Gave me an estimate for a house I'm looking to buy that even the seller couldn't refute (hallelujah!) Professional, personable, and affordable - the trifecta of good customer service (which unlike plumbing is something I do know about.) What more could you ask for?

We have a job that needs completing but your phone just has a busy signal for the past week! Please call or contact me!! I would really appreciate this getting done before cold weather sets in! I am trying not to call someone else as the parts have already been ordered and it will take a while for them to be ordered from another company!

The two guys came over and we're honest with us. They said the garbage disposal needs 3 screws and that it is something that I can do. They didn't charge us. Super nice. If we need to get plumbers, I'm calling these guys.

ParkSet replaced my broken waste pipe. The repair was OK, but not the condition they left my home in. Yes, it's a messy job no matter what. But they did nothing to prevent sewage/water from gushing on my things.  I dashed in w/buckets, which they disdained. I had asked about moving my things out from under the pipes, which they had also disdained. I had to throw out a cabinet, it was so damaged by them. Why didn't they move it, as it was directly under the pipe they would remove? Instead, they cut the pipes on the marble top, and the cabinet was full of pipe rust and pieces.
The boss told them to clean up when I called in. They didn't and I just wanted them out of my house!

There plumber nyc fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

They were responsive and reliable, and were available to arrive on the same day. I needed to repair my kitchen sink pipe and Tony took care of it in just a couple of hours. Great service! Will keep them in mind for future needs.

This company is excellent and friendly. Their prices are great and they even cleanup after completing the job.

I have been using Solo Plumbing for years and I highly recommend them. If you want honest, professional and a licensed plumber use this company. Adam the owner is amazing!. Nice to have someone you can trust!

DON'T HIRE DEMAR! They are happy to come and take your deposit money, but then it's like pulling teeth to get them to do the job. Sometimes the plumber doesn't show up until the late afternoon because even though he's in the middle of your job, his boss (Alex, the owner of Demar) has told him to go to a different job. The plumber is good, but how good can a plumber be if he's not there? I have been waiting for over six months for them to finish two jobs for me, and they are nearly done with one (sprinkler work--but they left one sprinkler head uncapped!) and about 60% done with the other in over half a year! The plumber could have been done in ten working days if his boss had allowed him to come! This is their last week. If they don't finish this week (and we have yet to see the plumber at all this week, they are fired and we are hiring a different company. SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF--USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!

I cant even give this place one star and after I explain you will see.On Saturday 12/03/16, I called for a clogged toilet.My tenants were calling and I could not take care of it, as I was working.I did a search for plumbers on Staten Island.Called the number on yelp which is a (non 718) area code.I asked questions, was I shopping for a price, of course that's my rite as a customer.I call the number back which is a (347) area code which called me.So in other words this company was called twice by mistake.The maniac calling me back starts cursing, telling I am a cheap bum.And that he hopes my sewer line breaks.No jerk off just shopping and getting a price.He tells me how because I woke him up at 12pm, he was charged $17.00, really.That he will call me 17 times and do harassing calls in the morning.Thats not very smart or professional.He goes on a profanity tirade and tells me to expect calls at 3am.Kept the harassing texts as proof of this individual, that he was going to F me up, which he texted me.Yeah ok,I want to do business with this company or anyone who hires a person like this.He wouldn't give his name.The harassing texts finally stopped with him being pissed for me asking questions.As I explained if this kept up, we can go to the Pct and file a police report.Your easy to identify and get arrested.All this drama just because your shopping around for a plumber.If you don't like customers shopping for prices and trusting the first person they speak, that tough.Its your business get use to it.And with luck I found a person much cheaper, then what he was telling me.Have many friends who work for the city(PD,FDNY, etc) and would never, ever recommend this company.
