A good plumber is hard to find but Juan is really excellent. Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable by the time he finished he had my old steam heat system running better than ever and at a very reasonable price.

Had a toilet running- very annoying.  I called mid-morning- made an appointment.  They let me know when they were arriving, they were prompt and efficient.  Will definitely call them again if need be!

They were prompt, flexible/adaptable in helping solve our tub drain problem, and kept their rates very reasonable and honest.  Another plumber had quoted us a price 2X for the same work thinking he could get us to pay that much due to our neighborhood.  Can recommend enthusiastically.

First time he came gave me an astronomical estimate. It was double what I got from 2 other plumbers. Reviews on Yelp were so positive I called again for another job. He never returned my 3 phone calls.

Couldn't fix the problem.  Had to get another plumber.  Not very customer service oriented.

Very happy with the service. Our main drain was backing up and we called at about noon on a Sunday. They arrived here in about a half hour and the problem with taken care of with no problems. Very professional and helpful. We would definitely use Bergen Drain Cleaning again.

John DeGrace has been my plumber for many years. I trust him to tell me the
truth and to do the work at my home as it should be done. I know John takes
pride in his work and respects each and every one of his customers.  John and his well-trained men have installed a completely new heating system in my home.  The work was very complicated and done in a timely way so I was not without heat for too long.  This new heating system has saved me thousands of dollars and works like a dream.
John and his team also installed a new beautiful bathroom as well at my home. John personally handled all of the many aspects of this project.  His overseeing every detail of this project made my life so much easier. I had confidence in John as well as his team that whatever decisions were made
would be exactly what I wanted.
John DeGrace has very high standards and these standards are what his men exhibit as well They are professional, knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure to have working in your home.  I know I can always depend on John to be there whenever I have a problem. He returns your call quickly, has his men there in time and there is a confidence that the work will always be done correctly, on time and always to their high standards. There was a crack in the sewer pipe. It never came to be an issue until the drain was clogged and smelly water started to appear. I called around only to get the answer that nothing was available until next week. This, until I got in touch with Gladstone at Parkset Plumbing. Not only was he available, he showed up when I was told he should, all the time. He came and made an estimate, cost and time. He and his guys showed up the next morning on time. In a few hours, the leak was fixed. He, not only, fixed the leak, he corrected a plumbing error made many years ago which had prevented a correct cleanout of the sewer system. The next day, again at the time I was told they were going to show up. I will keep their phone number on file and, if I ever get any plumbing issues again, I will give them a call. Friendly, knowledgeble, and reasonably priced, all the good thing. Yes, I will recommend them to my friends.

They were responsive and reliable, and were available to arrive on the same day. I needed to repair my kitchen sink pipe and Tony took care of it in just a couple of hours. Great service! Will keep them in mind for future needs.

It was easy dealing with Solo Plumbing. They do excellent work, reasonable prices,clean,responsible, and reliable. I know that I used too many adjectives to describe the company but I will explain. I called on several occasions and he responded right away. He keeps me posted when he is coming by text or phone call. Adam came to my home a few minutes earlier than the appointment time. He knows his stuff. He is honest. He worked clean. I had an emergency on a Sunday morning. I didn't really think he would respond, but amazingly he called me back and showed up! This last time he replaced the sewer pipes. He made sure all was
perfect before he left. He took the old pipes to dispose. Totally satisfied customer. Highly recommend him.

These guys are a rip-off!  They were recommended by my building and came to look at one of my A/C units and proposed nearly $2,000 in repairs.  I got a second opinion that came in at something much more reasonable and went with them.  They then sent me a bill for nearly $400 just for taking a look.  Avoid them at all costs.

I cant even give this place one star and after I explain you will see.On Saturday 12/03/16, I called for a clogged toilet.My tenants were calling and I could not take care of it, as I was working.I did a search for plumbers on Staten Island.Called the number on yelp which is a (non 718) area code.I asked questions, was I shopping for a price, of course that's my rite as a customer.I call the number back which is a (347) area code which called me.So in other words this company was called twice by mistake.The maniac calling me back starts cursing, telling I am a cheap bum.And that he hopes my sewer line breaks.No jerk off just shopping and getting a price.He tells me how because I woke him up at 12pm, he was charged $17.00, really.That he will call me 17 times and do harassing calls in the morning.Thats not very smart or professional.He goes on a profanity tirade and tells me to expect calls at 3am.Kept the harassing texts as proof of this individual, that he was going to F me up, which he texted me.Yeah ok,I want to do business with this company or anyone who hires a person like this.He wouldn't give his name.The harassing texts finally stopped with him being pissed for me asking questions.As I explained if this kept up, we can go to the Pct and file a police report.Your easy to identify and get arrested.All this drama just because your shopping around for a plumber.If you don't like customers shopping for prices and trusting the first person they speak, that tough.Its your business get use to it.And with luck I found a person much cheaper, then what he was telling me.Have many friends who work for the city(PD,FDNY, etc) and would never, ever recommend this company.
