A good plumber is hard to find but Juan is really excellent. Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable by the time he finished he had my old steam heat system running better than ever and at a very reasonable price.

We have a job that needs completing but your phone just has a busy signal for the past week! Please call or contact me!! I would really appreciate this getting done before cold weather sets in! I am trying not to call someone else as the parts have already been ordered and it will take a while for them to be ordered from another company!

First of all, anyone complaining about customer service has their priorities mixed up. Maybe Lenny's Brooklyn accent is too much for some people? These guys are plumbers, not a hotel staff. And they do great work.
I found My 2 Sons through Home Advisor after this past weekend's rainstorm. Lenny and his guys came over on Sunday a few hours after we spoke. We had water seeping through the basement floor and a backup in our basement sink. We bought this house 3 months ago. The previous owners told us they had it snaked every 6 months, AFTER we had already closed and moved in. Before Lenny we had 2 other plumbers come to give a professional opinion of the source. One said the seeping water was a structural issue, the other said he thought the backup was caused by tree roots and wanted to run a camera through the drain. After a few failed attempts to snake it, Lenny suggested that the seeping water was from the drain backup and to simply hydro-jet it. He came back the next day and jetted through what seemed like 10 years of buildup. Our insurance adjuster came to make his own assessment, and made a case that the seeping water was actually exterior water. Lenny recommended waiting until the next rain (which was last night) to see if there was any more seeping water. SURPRISE, no additional water came in after Lenny and his team came over. They identified a few additional issues unrelated to the plumbing (moisture under the flooring, potential mold in walls, etc.) that our insurance will now need to cover. It was a pleasure working with My 2 Sons. Highly recommended.

I had an emergency--no heat and no water due to a heating leak. I called and left a message with the receptionist, and John called in 10 minutes. HE told me over the phone what he thought the problem was and promised they would be here between 12:30 and 4. Anthony and Billy arrived at 2:00 and were extremely professional and did a fantastic job. By 4:00 heat was on and the water was again flowing. Price was very fair and reasonable. Highly recommended!

I called them for service about a month ago they came and help with my heat even though they were extremely busy, they said they will do what they could. The plumber was very courteous and professional. The office girls are very nice on the phone is not like other places you call and are afraid to talk because they make you feel weird. THANKS PARKSET!

This company is THE WORST. I would give Demar Plumbing zero stars if I could. It was below freezing this week, and my heater decided to stop working. Demar was the only plumbers I could get out to my apartment that day, and now i know why. Nobody wants to use these plumbers, because they are terrible. They came on Monday and told us we needed a new part. The repair guy said he would get back to us to let us know when it would come in. We never heard from them. We called them over 24 hrs later. They told us they would get back to us about when the part was coming in by the end of Tuesday. We never heard back. Wednesday morning, the snotty receptionist told us the part was no longer available and we needed a brand new heater. Obviously, I was devastated. She said they would submit a proposal. We didn't hear from them the rest of the day Wednesday. I called at the end of the day and was told we may receive a proposal on Thursday. Now, it's been FOUR DAYS without a heater. I finally called another plumber who came over this morning and fixed the heater. The heater is working perfectly now. I did not need a new part, and I do not need a new heater. Not only is Demar's customer service terrible, they lie about what is needed. A new heater would've cost me $2000. I highly recommend Belsito Plumbers instead. They were kind, affordable, and amazing.

I cant even give this place one star and after I explain you will see.On Saturday 12/03/16, I called for a clogged toilet. My tenants were calling and I could not take care of it, as I was working.I did a search for plumbers on Staten Island.Called the number on yelp which is a (non 718) area code.I asked questions, was I shopping for a price, of course that's my rite as a customer.I call the number back which is a (347) area code which called me.So in other words this company was called twice by mistake. The maniac calling me back starts cursing, telling I am a cheap bum.And that he hopes my sewer line breaks. No jerk off just shopping and getting a price. He tells me how because I woke him up at 12pm, he was charged $17.00, really. That he will call me 17 times and do harassing calls in the morning.Thats not very smart or professional. He goes on a profanity tirade and tells me to expect calls at 3am.Kept the harassing texts as proof of this individual, that he was going to F me up, which he texted me.Yeah ok,I want to do business with this company or anyone who hires a person like this.He wouldn't give his name. The harassing texts finally stopped with him being pissed for me asking questions. As I explained if this kept up, we can go to the Pct and file a police report.Your easy to identify and get arrested. All this drama just because your shopping around for a plumber. If you don't like customers shopping for prices and trusting the first person they speak, that tough. Its your business get use to it.And with luck I found a person much cheaper, then what he was telling me.Have many friends who work for the city(PD,FDNY, etc) and would never, ever recommend this company.
