Great quick service and pricing. I left it up to my husband to call plumber for our slow draining master bath which drank no longer worked. And one day it took hours to drain and our pipes were making noise with water running for long period.

I messaged 718 on a Sunday night and got a response within an half hour that their office would call in the am. They called at 830 ( I had my phone on DND) so called back about 930 and two guys here by 1015. They were so nice and efficient. Price was lower than my estimate and even lower with cash!

I will be calling 718 for any plumbing issues (hopefully don't have any) but highly recommend!

I reached out for help with a clogged kitchen sink and Safeway responded almost immediately with a competitive quote for the work, and was able to send someone the next morning. I called Mike of thesewerguyinc.com aka L & C Sewers and Drains late in the morning a couple of days ago. I had already hired two different plumbers who had tried and failed to clear a sewage line from a kitchen sink, and dealt with two other plumbers who strung me along and then dropped me before ever showing up so I was getting pretty stressed out.  Mike and I talked briefly about the problem and he told me he'd get someone over there in the early afternoon, and that he felt confident that his guy Giovanni would succeed where others had failed.  Because of some challenges his guy had at the first job, he ended up coming later than expected, but there was pretty good communication, so it wasn't such a big deal. Mike ended up coming with the other guy Giovanni and with an arsenal of plumbing snakes, cameras, and other tools to get the job done. After a couple of unsuccessful first attempts to clear the line, he told me that he was the best person for the job because he was committed to figuring out a solution, and that he wouldn't give up until he succeeded. After four false starts with other plumbers, I loved hearing that!  He suggested several possible last resort measures he could take but ended up going with something much less costly and that didn't require opening any walls. He charged me a reasonable fee, was very pleasant to deal with, and cleaned up well before he left. I recommend this business 100%. I feel so glad to have found them.

Spoke to Tom at approximately 10am explained the issue we were having with our toilet. He arrived by noon.  Toilet was fixed by 12:15pm.  We will definitely call him again.  He was a pleasure to deal with.

Came really, really late (over 2 hours the appointed time) and over charges for half-assed, incomplete jobs. A rip-off. Dishonest. Takes advantage. Shady.

I had  to immediately hire someone else to correct what he did. Waste of time and money. Never again. This is someone you hire just once or better, not at all.

I was looking for a plumber who could replace my Weil McLean Cga-4 boiler from 1970's. I started looking at old yellow pages from 2007 to find a reputable heating contractor. I studied a lot of reviews of different contactors. I read a lot of negative reviews for other contractors. I called a few contactors and they all gave me a estimate from $4800 to $12,000. The cost of the Weil Mclean cga-5 is about $2000 for just the boiler. I was tempted to do some of the work myself to save money but decided against it since it was November already. Anyways ,I called and Fred the owner came out to give me estimate(he is an early bird,so he came like 7 am) . He gave me an estimate in low 6000. I did not find any bad reviews about this company however for someone who has been in business for a long time they did not have too many reviews which made me nervous. I took a chance and signed a contract. Fred did not negotiate even though I told him I got a lower estimate from another contactor. The crew of 3 persons came out and started work. They played out paper on the floor so when they removed the old boiler the soot doesn't ruin the carpet. Within 1/2 hour they had the boiler out of the basement. Before I even noticed they had the new boiler in. They were pretty professional. The main guy doing the work was very knowledgeable. Fred stopped to check and look at the work. Overall very professional. 4 Stars because the price is take it or leave it. The work is Good. Crew is professional. They were done by 2:30 pm I did have one issue after they left and when I called Fred they quickly came back and resolved it. Overall I recommend their work. They stand by their work and they know what they are doing.

Had great experiences both times I've scheduled plumbing work with WaterMac. Very professional and reliable. They charge 60$ for an in person price quote, which is waived if you decide to get the work done with them. After getting several price quotes for the work I needed, the pricing seems very reasonable. I love that they give detailed price quote in writing before work is done. It's been difficult to find this kind of transparency with other plumbing companies I've hired in the past. Definitely recommend.

I had an issue with installing a bidet toilet seat because our bathroom setup was irregular. GG Plumbing suggested the part that would fix the issue. This was after I already tried to ask many other plumbing companies for solutions to no avail. I even went to a plumbing supply store but that didn't help either. Thanks to GG Plumbing, I was able to install the toilet seat with minimum cost. Even though I didn't need for GG to come help, his quoted price was also much more reasonable than the other plumbing companies I reached out to.

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

Fast, honest and fair price. The high rating appears to be legit. After 2 services over a year I would use them again and recommend MKC to anyone looking for honest fast labor.

SKETCHY. Went way over quote, didn't know about the coupon on YELP when I tried to redeem it, changed the final price several times. Did an incomplete job and had to come back two weeks later but then pretended like he wasn't the same guy who came the first time.

Genuinely the best plumbing service i have encountered in NYC.
I called them on Thanksgiving morning after having a leak in the kitchen, no attempts for insane charges due to the holiday. They arrived quickly did what they had to do and priced it fairly.

1st time customer.. them on Yelp.   My basement toilet was clogged on a Saturday early evening.   It was an Airbnb so I wanted to get it fixed ASAP.   I made five different calls and rusty sewer was the first to get back to me and give me a reasonable time that they could arrive.   Robert arrived 20 minutes earlier than the time given.   I've had guests flush wipes  down the drain before, so I knew exactly what the issue was.  We were able to clear the line in about 40 minutes.   Robert helped me clean the apartment when the job was done.  This is the fourth time I've had my lines cleared from wipes being flush down.  Theirs is the Best price I've paid yet and it was a Saturday.   I will be scheduling an appointment with them after my guest leave for a major air flush.    Definitely putting these guys in my contact list.

John was wonderful, extremely responsive/communicative/friendly. Can't say enough about his communication! And he worked with a kind of water heater that several other plumbers said they couldn't work with. I already intend to recommend him to others in my building.
