Had another company come to clear a clogged main sewer line and after running 60 feet of cable it still was clogged. Told me I needed high pressure flush to clear years of sludge that acculturated.
Price offered $1200 and I was like WTH and he could not do it that day. I decided to call the original 718 sewer and drain company to see if they had somebody that could help. I spoke with Jimmy on the phone although it was his day off he was quick to take a call and see if he could give us some assistance. Within three minutes I got a call back telling me a technician Victor would be there within the hour. Upon victors arrival I explained the situation with the other company what they did the first thing he did was open up the manhole cover in the street to check the main drain. Everything seems to be functioning normally there so he came in surmised the situation and said traditional snake would not be effective. He also recommended the high pressure cleaning although at half the price the other company had quoted. Still a bitter pill to swallow being a homeowner what choice do you have I put my faith in him he took care of the problem immediately courteously and  efficiently. My pipes are now clean, LOL I did not think that they took advantage rather offered immediate and sound advice to remedy this situation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and if you get Victor consider yourself lucky.

What a pleasure it was to work with these guys. I had an emergency
situation, with the sewer drain backing up at night, and we needed it taken care of right away. The guy who answered the phone was totally professional, and I immediately knew I was in good hands. He gave me an estimate of the time the technician would arrive and of the cost if it was a standard sewer drain job. Javier came at precisely the forecast time, did an incredibiy professional and thorough job, and charged the exact amount of the estimate, which was a very very fair price (actually better than fair :). Not only are these guys good, they are extremely nice people to work with. I am thrilled with the quality of the service I received, and highly recommend Safeway.

I had sewer line backup and needed to get it addressed ASAP. L&C were super-responsive, came right away, fixed issue without gouging me. THANK YOU-hopefully we won't have issues but we would definitely use L&C again!

I called at least 10 companies and Tom was the only one who picked up and was willing to come out the same day.  Other companies either didn't pick up or wanted pictures of the pipes in the ceiling or some other excuses, but Tom picked up and came over quickly.  

Another heating pipe plumber could have changed pipes to make money, but Tom diagnosed the issue as being a boiler part that needed to be cleaned and he changed a steam valve that was leaking and everything is working perfectly now.  

I'm so glad that of all the plumbers I called that Tom was the guy I got through to because he did EXCELLENT, COST-EFFICIENT work.  I recommend him 100%.

Bruno was very prompt, communicative and professional-- I messaged him about a problem with my radiator and he was at my place within the hour. Great quick service!! Also covid-safe, he wore a mask the whole time. Definitely recommend.

John came by and helped me hook up a machine that needed some really specific parts for.  I know because i tried to go to Home Depot and find a way to do it myself, but to no avail. He was super nice and super proficient. He is a master plumber and let me tell you, he definitely is a master.  He got everything done and was very accommodating with my crazy schedule.   Everything works perfectly and I couldn't be happier.  I'd probably still be trying to figure it out if i hadn't called him.  Thanks so much John.  You are my go to guy from now on.

Chris did an excellent job of replacing my parents home  very old boiler. He obviously cares about what he does and it shows in the quality of the work. I also learned a lot in the process as he explained the job from a knowledgeable place. Want to make sure he succeeds and stays in business so just remembered to write a review! It's been a few months now.

I am giving 5 stars to Serve-Well because of the great service and customer service that I received.  There are a lot of scammers out there these days and in my opinion,  Serve-Well is the last of a dying breed.  Honest, straightforward and fair.

This is the third time i hired WaterMac Plumbing & Heating.  The reason I keep hiring this company is because in every aspect of business they display nothing but professionalism.  I hired WaterMac Plumbing & Heating this time to install a new bathtub. I felt so comfortable with the company that I didn't bother getting an estimate from another.  When they work, there is so much care that it seems like they are working in their own home.  Highly recommended!!

Needed a hot water tank replaced right away. Got quotes from a few other local plumbers. GG Plumbing's quote was the second cheapest. However, Gasper was very quick to respond and he gave me a firm quote. After calling back the lower priced plumber who then gave me the price starting at... spiel, I went with my gut and gave Gasper the green light to start the work. The guys showed up the same day at the promised time and got it done in a couple of hours. Quick and painless experience for a plumbing emergency. I am happy!

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

I called in the morning because my sink had clogged and flooded the kitchen and a hose to the dishwasher was broken.  Chris was there a few hours later, in a mask, with his tools.  He immediately fixed the problem and had to replace a pipe under the sink, but it was done.  Then I showed him several other problems I'd been holding off dealing with (a leaky toilet - he fixed it.  A stuck faucet that wouldn't turn - he fixed it.)  I had some projects that he couldn't fix that day because I needed to order the parts.  But he helped me order them, and they should be delivered in around a week, and when they arrive I will have Chris come back to install (new bathroom faucet new kitchen faucet).  I thought his prices were reasonable, and also he was on time.  Honestly, shat more can a customer ask for?  I was very happy with the service.

Manny and Frank did a great job helping remove an old radiator and cutting and sealing a floor pipe. They were easy to work with, and explained everything they were doing, on-time, and responsive. So glad I found them after another local plumber never showed to our appointment, and some others wouldn't give me a price estimate without charging me to come out. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Talk about fast!! I had a toilet leak in my apartment that flooded my floor and refused to stop. I had an event that evening and I needed this handled like yesterday. Waterhouse came out so quick and figured out the issue while I did my makeup in the other room. Before I could take all my hair pins out, they had mopped my floor and got my toilet working in no time. I'm so grateful I was able to leave my apartment and now I wouldn't come back to soaked floors again. I'm so grateful!

STAY AWAY!  False advertising.  Advertises free estimate but charges $85 - so it's not free!  The ad is false and misleading.  Told representative to remove the false ad and she said:  we'll, we haven't updated our website.  It's called FRAUD!

Rusty did the job no one else could! We had been trying to find a plumber to replace a very old toilet in the house. Previous plumbers said they would have to rip open the whole wall to complete the job. Rusty came and completed the job quickly, efficiently and with minimal mess. Highly recommend!!

A very pleasant experience. We had pipe damage to a cast iron steam radiator. Some plumbers wouldn't take the job. Others made a huge production of it. We had a few plumbers come in and quote really insane prices...We know we have to pay for professional services but sometimes your instinct tells you something is 'off'. I took a chance and noticed ESP had only all positive reviews. I spoke to someone booking the appointment immediately. I had a call back from John in like 15 minutes. We made an appointment for the evening and John arrived early.

John quickly determined the issue. He confirmed it was a simple issue to solve. He saw no need to purchase additional piping or valves. He didn't price gouge me or find additional items to pad the cost. In fact, it was the agreed upon price that was discussed over the phone initially.

Most important John knew how to solve the issue and was done in 20 minutes. And he seems genuinely interested in showing you what's the issue and not put off with you there watching. He also pointed out some work we can do into the future to prevent further issues

Back in November my water heater went out and I called Allstate Piping Corp and spoke to Nush. I told him that I tried to relight the pilot but to no avail it failed. Nush said to send him the model number on the water heater and in the morning the next day he was at my house. Mind you, I live in Rockaway and they're located in the Bronx. I called my home warranty company and nobody else responded so I took it upon myself to call Allstate Piping. They came at 8:00am and were finished by 9:05am. Back in business! Hot water! Fast forward to Christmas weekend, Coastal flooding took out my water heater and my gas burner via 4 ft. of water. I immediately called Nush and he told me that I was going to have a new gas burner delivered to my house in the afternoon. 12 degrees and 50 mph winds, my burner arrived as planned. Nush said that he will be at my house the next morning, on Christmas Eve 8:00am to install the new water heater and the gas burner. What other company would do that? I doubt nobody would want to be bothered. 5 hours later everything installed system ready to go, frozen pipes! After a little investigation he figured out were the problem was and defrosted the pipes and the heat started to flow. This was in my basement garage, cold as you can imagine, where snowmen would want to seek refuge they came and conquered the elements. They bailed me out on 2 occasions with super fast response time and I am very grateful for that. Thanks again guys for everything.

Unethical, incompetent plumber and then a defensive supervisor when I called to relay the disastrous estimate experience,
.. it's NYC you can find a plumber elsewhere.
