Gave me a price estimate via yelp message when I told him my clogging issue..received a text that the workers were coming shortly and in no time they were at my door.

UNFORTUNATELY 5 months later, I had to edit my review about this company due to a worker. I contacted this business once again due to slow draining in my basement shower, usually when this happens it's due to my house trap being clogged.

Messaged the company via Yelp, Jimmy is a great guy must I add! He responded quickly and called me to set up an appointment ASAP. Justin was sent over the same day, took a look at the trap, we ran the shower and he told me that my water flow was great and there was no type of clog in the trap, advised me to plunge the shower. Justin spend no more than 15 minutes at my place and assured me that my trap was perfectly fine.

I asked him what is the charge, he replied nobody gave you a price I replied no, he hesitated and told me $100 ... $100??? For a 15minute job to tell run my shower for 10seconds??? Wow !! I then tried to get a hold of jimmy to explain but I guess he was busy and there was no answer, I messaged him via Yelp as well...I didn't want the worker standing outside in the cold and just gave him the $100.

I totally understand that time is money & gas is expensive to make that trip to evaluate the problem. But cmon $100? In September when i did have the trap blockage I was charged the same price! The workers advised me to have the trap maintained every 6 months and I was totally fine with $100 for maintenance! I really thought that I had found an honest company finally! Jimmy, returned my call and told me that if I have a blockage problem he will have a worker come free at charge. But what if I never have the problem again? I'm sorry but I court see if the guy charged me at least under $100 for a 15 minute job.

The receipt says that Justin stated there was muck in the trap .. if there was muck he should have removed the muck. There was NOTHING removed from the trap as Justin stated it was a clear and he was no blockage.

Hired for a video inspection and cleaning / snake of main sewer line - team was responsive, pricing was competitive and the service was great. Pete and Javier were punctual, took their time, answered all of our questions and got the job done.  Exactly what I needed, when I needed it. Would recommend.

Spoke to Tom at approximately 10am explained the issue we were having with our toilet. He arrived by noon.  Toilet was fixed by 12:15pm.  We will definitely call him again.  He was a pleasure to deal with.

Based on BK Piping and Heating's reviews, reasonable price, and my understanding of his expertise (not just plumbing but working with heating and pipes) I decided to go with this service. He only has 16 reviews so i'm offering a detailed one.

I live in an apartment near Prospect Park and noticed that the wash draining out of the washing machine backed up as it began to drain into the wall. Pipe would need to be snaked. I looked at some youtube videos but since I have a stacked washer and dryer, it would be a tight squeeze and heavy job and I didn't want to damage the heating vent by manhandling it. I decided to contact several outfits on Yelp.

Bruno contacted me within minutes of my Yelp request and offered a range of times - one on Saturday morning. He arrived on time with a wheeled kit and I knew this was going to be a highly professional job. His snake was a professional electrical one. He moved the washer and dryer without causing any damage and he went to work on the drain. He snaked it multiple times and we tried the machine again.

It's draining great!

He stuck around and let it drain for a good 5 minutes to be certain there was no problem. He then moved the dryer and washing machine back without fuss.

Additional notes:
-He wore a mask
-He did not BS
-He was prompt with his reply and prompt upon arrival
-He maintained the cleanliness of the space by placing the snake on cardboard I had laid out nearby

My old dishwasher had to be replaced and due to the newer model I was purchasing,I had to update the plumbing under the sink.  I found Chris on Yelp, we spoke on the phone and he suggested I send him a photo of what I had now.  He quoted a price and we set up a date.  Chris did an excellent job and, in fact, I hired him for another job that I needed done.  He's very personable and I was so glad I found him.  I would definitely hire him again should the need arise.  He's the tops.

Found Top Pro Plumbing via yelp.  I needed a pipe in the basement fixed that had developed a leak.  Benny responded very quickly on yelp.  We set up a time to meet and he came and gave me a free estimate.  It was fair and very reasonable so we set up to do the work the next day.   Benny called and showed up on time and the pipe was changed quickly with no surprises.  I am setting up an appointment now for other plumbing work that needed to be done that I had been putting off.  Thanks, Benny!

I needed a code related plumbing problem corrected so I could sell the house.  They came quickly, fixed the problem in a very tight space, and cleaned up extremely well.  It wasn't cheap but no plumbing problem is nowadays.  It was worth the money to get the problem fixed.

I had an issue with installing a bidet toilet seat because our bathroom setup was irregular. GG Plumbing suggested the part that would fix the issue. This was after I already tried to ask many other plumbing companies for solutions to no avail. I even went to a plumbing supply store but that didn't help either. Thanks to GG Plumbing, I was able to install the toilet seat with minimum cost. Even though I didn't need for GG to come help, his quoted price was also much more reasonable than the other plumbing companies I reached out to.

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.

Chris helped me out QUICK, FAST, and in a HURRY! I was experiencing a water leak coming from my water heater that turned into another leak created from one of the valve's due to the pipes being so out-dated. The leak was to heavy and needed to be fixed immediately. I gave chris a call and he stopped by and evaluated my problem. He was able to diagnose and give me suggestions as to what my options were. I trusted his judgement and continued the job with him. I'm about 15-20 mins he had fixed my pipes and stopped the leak. I was amazed and grateful. I was able to use my water and heat my house again. It was right before Xmas and it was hard to get anyone to come so quickly. They did an excellent job for a very fair price.
So when his apt. had another issue we called them and they spent 3.5hrs and did a fantastic job. This was the first time we had direct experience with them.
They solved a very complex blockage problem between the washing machine in the bathroom and the kitchen drain in the next room. They really kept at it until they figured the root cause and then they fixed it.
I cannot recommend Larry and his partner highly enough. Trustworthy, competent and experienced. They also cleared up very well.

Highly recommend.  Installed new shower tub valve in East Village coop. Super fast and affordable.   We plan on using again for all our plumbing  needs in East Village.

STAY AWAY!  False advertising.  Advertises free estimate but charges $85 - so it's not free!  The ad is false and misleading.  Told representative to remove the false ad and she said:  we'll, we haven't updated our website.  It's called FRAUD!

Quick and friendly service! Called to inquire about sewer services and less than 2 hours later, Rusty was at my house. Didn't know exactly what the problem was but he explained that the sewer line needed to be cleaned and gave us a quote. He started working right after he provided the quote. Great service, really appreciate the turnaround time.

We had an issue with our boiler at my house in jersey city. I thought it was just a new damper but it needed to be replaced entirely. The tech was responsive and professional. He replaced the boiler and now my system works better than ever. I also called them to check to see if I had a pipe leaking, they responded quick for that as well. ESP is substantially more honest and a better value than the local guys from JC. I highly recommend working with them.
