Had another company come to clear a clogged main sewer line and after running 60 feet of cable it still was clogged. Told me I needed high pressure flush to clear years of sludge that acculturated.
Price offered $1200 and I was like WTH and he could not do it that day. I decided to call the original 718 sewer and drain company to see if they had somebody that could help. I spoke with Jimmy on the phone although it was his day off he was quick to take a call and see if he could give us some assistance. Within three minutes I got a call back telling me a technician Victor would be there within the hour. Upon victors arrival I explained the situation with the other company what they did the first thing he did was open up the manhole cover in the street to check the main drain. Everything seems to be functioning normally there so he came in surmised the situation and said traditional snake would not be effective. He also recommended the high pressure cleaning although at half the price the other company had quoted. Still a bitter pill to swallow being a homeowner what choice do you have I put my faith in him he took care of the problem immediately courteously and  efficiently. My pipes are now clean, LOL I did not think that they took advantage rather offered immediate and sound advice to remedy this situation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and if you get Victor consider yourself lucky.

Mike was great. He actually had to lowest of three quotes and saved me a couple of hundred dollars. He came the same day to give me a quote and came back the next day with Miguel to start and finish the job. Miguel was on point. They removed a pipe that was no longer working and then bricked and cemented the hole closed. Miguel then used the rest of the cement to patch up a couple of old holes that were in the wall as well (at no extra charge). They also replaced about 20 feet of a damaged cast iron drain line. Mike guarantees his work for 10 years and writes it on his receipts.

this month i decided to replace my older 50 gallon gas water heater . it was not an emergency project , so i was able to check around with various vendors. on an internet search tom's plumbing appeared with strong reviews..... WOW how lucky i was to find them..... when i inquired about an estimate i was given an almost immediate quote along with a specific ao smith proline heater with 10 yr warranty recommended which was the best unit of all our quotes. the communication was seamless with tom, the installation was scheduled within one day, the total job time was 2 hours removing the old unit and installing new. tom also worked neatly and included un requested upgrades in project. if you want great pricing,super products and fantastic execution/communication you should look no further than tom's plumbing!!!!  5 stars    +++++++

They were fantastic and I highly recommend! Bruno and another man came, were polite, on time, efficient and reasonably priced. We ran up against a issue not having access to the water shut off when they needed it, and they figured out a work around, no problem, and we're reassuring me the whole time that it was ok, we would figure it out. Despite the extra work, Bruno still invoiced me the exact price he had quoted me. Would absolutely use them again. Thanks! :)

I had a slow leak that was difficult to diagnose so I called Hub on a Tuesday and made an appointment for Thursday.  The cost was $50 to show up.  Angelo diagnosed a faulty faucet and told me where to buy a new faucet on line to save money and showed up the next week to install the faucet.  He did an excellent job and maybe I'm being naive but labor cost of $325 for the 30/45 minutes it took to install the faucet seems a bit pricey.

Yesterday night, February 15th, we were having heating issues. Called a couple local plumbers to see if they can come check out my boiler, but since it was Saturday night, a lot of companies couldn't provide me service. Went on yelp to see which companies were open late, saw Intrepidus Piping and Heating open 24/7 emergency services, decided to give it a try. Contacted them, no less than 10 minutes, Kaitlyn had a plumber come to my location in no longer than 30 minutes. The plumber, Chris, noticed that my pilot was not lit. Had to replace a few parts for a reasonable price. Great service and solved the problem quickly!

Found Top Pro Plumbing via yelp.  I needed a pipe in the basement fixed that had developed a leak.  Benny responded very quickly on yelp.  We set up a time to meet and he came and gave me a free estimate.  It was fair and very reasonable so we set up to do the work the next day.   Benny called and showed up on time and the pipe was changed quickly with no surprises.  I am setting up an appointment now for other plumbing work that needed to be done that I had been putting off.  Thanks, Benny!

Called and an appointment was given for a specific date and time.  Plumber never showed up and no one even bothered to call to cancel.  Kept me waiting, wasting valuable time.

Igor was a real life saver. We were looking for a licensed plumber with insurance to change the valves in our shower. Igor was very clear about what the issue was, gave us a fair quote. I know this because I called 10 other plumbers. He came with a team of three and completed the job in two hours with no fuss at all at the exact estimate. I highly recommend going through him.

Needed a hot water tank replaced right away. Got quotes from a few other local plumbers. GG Plumbing's quote was the second cheapest. However, Gasper was very quick to respond and he gave me a firm quote. After calling back the lower priced plumber who then gave me the price starting at... spiel, I went with my gut and gave Gasper the green light to start the work. The guys showed up the same day at the promised time and got it done in a couple of hours. Quick and painless experience for a plumbing emergency. I am happy!

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

A very professional service person. Had no hot water, Kris came over right away, did'nt have the part with him, but did something so I had hot water for a shower, as I was on my way to work. Came promptly the next day and am happy to report problem was fixed. The bill was very reasonable and highly recommend him. Would be hard to find a better plumber than him.

I've never written a Yelp review but my experience with Manny from Franco Belli Plumbing  requires that I shout their names from the rooftop! I was having trouble with the plumbing connected to my ptac unit and Manny came to my rescue.  He was extremely responsive, friendly and professional.  He patiently weighed several different options and stayed with me to confirm that his final fix worked.  The price was reasonable and I never felt that he was trying to rip me off.  I can't recommend them highly enough!

Highly recommend.  Installed new shower tub valve in East Village coop. Super fast and affordable.   We plan on using again for all our plumbing  needs in East Village.

Shower was clogged from too much hair going down the drain.  I tried everything but need a profesh.  Rusty's was easy to text and had someone come the next day.  Service was fast, friendly and a good price.

I had a flooding leak from the floor above, which caused my ceiling to fall.  
ESP came the same day I called, after being disappointed by 2 other plumbers.

The leak was repaired within 2 hours,  and both my tenant, and I were able to take showers again.

I called and asked how much it would be for someone to pit in a pilot valve on my boiler. I already know whats wrong with it. My old one was buzzing and my friend already bought the part, he just hasmt had time yet to install. The wasnted $175 TO WALK IN MY DOOR to look at it. Just to assess the problem they wanted almost $200 and their address is about a mile from my house. Dont walk RUN. I dont care how many good reviews they get. I no lonher believe any of these boiler people reviews.

Unethical, incompetent plumber and then a defensive supervisor when I called to relay the disastrous estimate experience,
