Great quick service and pricing. I left it up to my husband to call plumber for our slow draining master bath which drank no longer worked. And one day it took hours to drain and our pipes were making noise with water running for long period.

I messaged 718 on a Sunday night and got a response within an half hour that their office would call in the am. They called at 830 ( I had my phone on DND) so called back about 930 and two guys here by 1015. They were so nice and efficient. Price was lower than my estimate and even lower with cash!

I will be calling 718 for any plumbing issues (hopefully don't have any) but highly recommend!

Javier and Peter are great! We were having sewer line issues during a recent rainstorm. I found Safeway here on Yelp and they were very responsive. They came when they said they would, they were super personable/professional, and importantly they took the time to explain what the issue likely was. I would definitely recommend Safeway Sewer and Drain!

Justin came through and saved the day when I had a heavy pipe leak in the AM that my landlord couldn't be bothered with.  Very quick, came within two hours of contacting and at a lower rate than other neighborhood shops who got back to me after it was already fixed.  Highly recommend if you want a fairly priced, quick, painless plumbing experience!

We had an emergency boiler leak at night and needed to get a new boiler ASAP. Bruno was quick to respond and was able to come the next morning and help install a new boiler on Labor Day! Exceptional service and professional. Highly recommended.

I'm giving HUB one star. I would give fewer stars if I could. HUB repaired a leak under my kitchen sink last month. Three weeks later, my co-op board requested access to my apartment to address a plumbing issue with a neighboring apartment. When the new plumber took a look under my sink, he told me I had a leak. I told him I had the leak repaired three weeks earlier and he did not believe the repair was done by a professional plumber. He then proceeded to remove HUB's work with his hands - no tools required. He put the sink back together so it didn't leak and asked our resident superintendent to come to my apartment. When my super looked under my sink, he said the repairs were substandard and should be replaced.

I contacted HUB and told them what the plumber and my super said. They told me my warranty had expired (I actually had NINE MORE WEEKS on my warranty). After several phone calls and emails, HUB just flat out refused to send a plumber who was capable to repair the damage their plumber had done. Throughout my exchanges with HUB, they never seemed to be surprised that their work was substandard. They were confrontational rather than apologetic. They were not at all interested to see the poor quality of work done under their name.

We all make mistakes and I don't think it's always fair to judge anyone by his/her mistakes. However; I think it's entirely fair to judge based on their response to their mistakes. HUB told me they would happily return my money. I guess providing substandard service and refusing to stand by their warranty makes them happy.

Reply to John: I was never rude to you or your employees. Since my exchanges with Stephanie were via email, please post all of my rude emails.

Also, my sink was leaking and there was a plumber under my sink. You think it's ridiculous that I allowed the plumber to fix the leak. Really? I suppose you think the better choice would have been to allow the leak to continue and destroy the ceiling in the apartment below mine.

Chris did a great job with fixing a valve on my boiler. He took his time to explain how it works and what he needed to do. No further issues. Price quote was fair and accurate. I would absolutely use Intrepidus again.

My bathroom faucet needed to be replaced and they were very efficient and responded to my service request quickly. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Called the office after another plumber stood me up. Donna was very courtesy over the phone, and called me back within the given time frame to let me know Tom could be arriving within 2 hours. When Tom arrived he was polite and told me exactly what was wrong and quoted me a reasonable amount. He was done within the time frame given. It's been over a week and we are very happy with the work Tom performed. I would definitely recommend Tom and his company for your plumbing needs.

The company offered to return and complete the inspection at no additional charge
or accept our suggestion and issue a refund for the charges. We requested the refund to our CC which processed a few days later.  
For the refund I added one star to this review, however I am still unhappy for the full hour we spent, the aggravation, and that we went through a pandemic risk (in case the technician had covid, even though he wore a mask and shoe covers) for nothing.
We completed the inspection with another provider and fixed the problem.

They told us they will inspect our HVAC on the roof for $59. And they stated that after the inspection  they were to tell us what is wrong, and if we agree on their suggested fix, they will deduct that amount from the repair total. We agreed.

After the technician got on our roof they said to my partner that we must pay this fee for dispatching and that the real inspection fee is $120.

We refused. Called the company and asked to speak with the owner or a manager, only to be told that NOONE was available.

No inspection was performed.
Still, we were required to pay $59.
Very nice way to create new customers.

I had an issue with installing a bidet toilet seat because our bathroom setup was irregular. GG Plumbing suggested the part that would fix the issue. This was after I already tried to ask many other plumbing companies for solutions to no avail. I even went to a plumbing supply store but that didn't help either. Thanks to GG Plumbing, I was able to install the toilet seat with minimum cost. Even though I didn't need for GG to come help, his quoted price was also much more reasonable than the other plumbing companies I reached out to.

We recently had an issue with needing a sign-off and he responded immediately.  

He has a master plumber license and that means he can get things done directly with Department of Buildings.  Uptown property owners needing to find a good plumber should seek him out.

Best plumbers around. Have an old home and they were able to make fitting that fit into heating system. Professional,clean,and courteous. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

This company charged my credit card without my permission, months after they performed work for which i was terribly overcharged to begin with. This is the most misleading, incapable company, and not to mention (again)  that they fraudulently charged my credit card.
Consumer beware.

Harry is awesome! I had a leaking pipe and he helped me fix it in 5 minutes at a reasonable cost. Very quick, understanding and professional. I'm glad that I didn't look at the previous review or I would have missed out on impeccable service and much needed plumbing tips. I highly recommend Waterhouse Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing repairs. Also not sure what experience the person who reviewed before me had in terms of finding the office but I don't think that they're talking about the same company since they have a legitimate office on Attorney St which is where I paid my invoice.

I had a great experience with Bargain Plumbing and Heating. They came on time and the technician, Shpati, was friendly and quiet. They charged $85 to diagnose the problem and then put that amount towards the labor and materials.

I had a corroded pipe under my sink and it was a little difficult to get to. Shpati stayed for an a little over an hour and the total price was $245. It might be a little high for one hour of work and I know the pipe didn't cost much, but the easy service and friendly demeanor, was worth it to me. Shpati also cleaned up the area when he left. I would definitely call them again if I need a plumber.

I had a pipe burst and had the company fix it. the company was professional and very reliable. It was bit overcharged but so far I'm okay.

We had a plumbing emergency and John Luca and his team came in and not only fixed the issue but were pleasant to work with.  I would definitely recommend them.

Marinel was prompt, courteous and very professional. He was on site within hours of needing his services and price was exactly what was estimated. Will definitely call again for any other plumbing issues I may have.

We had an appointment window of 11a to 3p and called repeatedly, someone shows up at 8p.  We called to have a bathroom faucet replace and they wouldn't give any pricing over the phone - said we would get it on site. When the plumber got here, he quoted us $450 and said it was a 30 minute job. This is outrageous pricing for 30 minutes or work (in addition to all of the extra waiting time). We said no way and sent them away.
