I was in need of a plumber for some work I needed to get done before finishing my basement. I looked on Yelp and noticed all of his good reviews so I decided to give him a call. After playing phone tag a few times we finally touched base. At his request I sent him some pictures of my burner and boiler. He called me right back and was honest with me that the type of equipment I have I should have my oil service company do the work so if there is any issues with the work it would be their liability. I really appreciate Steve's honesty. He could have come by, done the work, collected his money and disappeared. I'm glad that's not his style. I highly recommend him.

Love them they saved us so much money all others said we needed a new water unit they fixed it! We have been using them ever since!

No, No, No.... avoid!!!!

I hired Dowin Trumpet to fix a plumbing issue a new tenant was having. She was not receiving hot water in her apartment. I received a text from my tenant at 1:30am stating that although she had hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sink, her shower was still lukewarm.

I texted and called Dowin numerous times to see if he could go there and check the issue with the shower. I already knew it probably had something to do with the mixer.

He answered a few texts and then went radio silent.... never called to send someone over and I had to hire someone else on the fly.

Unfortunately, Dowin only accepts checks and cash payment apps. Being that I don't live near our building, I told Dowin I would pay by the cash app. Now I cant even issue a charge back for work that wasn't done to completion.
Avoid at all cost!!!!

We were referred to Mike via another plumber that was top-rated on Yelp, we're so glad we got the recommendation and will be using Mike for any future plumbing jobs.  

We had a problem with a blocked sump pump in our basement.  Mike was extremely responsive.  He stopped by on MLK day to do an initial assessment of what he needed to be done, he then explained to us very clearly his approach.  He then came back today and spent several hours troubleshooting and ultimately fixing the problem.  Mike is very personable, reliable and his work is top notch and reasonably priced - we highly recommend him!

My experience was extremely positive they diagnose. the problem, came up with a solution, fast and efficient. The next day made the necessary repairs, and of course the cost of goods and labor it was extremely reasonable nevertheless, I highly recommend them for any future projects you may have.

Stay away from this guy? he just did our clogged bathroom last week and same issue started to show very next day & refused to come out again?

OH! He was gentleman enough to hung up the phone on me. As others mentioned here, person is very rude.

Hi I have to echo the high marks for justin. He came exactly when he said he would. I thought everything was priced fairly. I ended up having a larger issue (broken pipes) that he fixed in the spot. After 13 years in New York I think I've finally found my go to plumber!

Chris is great and does great work. I keeps everything nice and clean and comes out for all emergencies and is always reliable.

Capable, timely, professional.  Sadly, that makes this company rare among plumbers.  But kudos to them for being excellent.

I called this plumber to service our furnace for the winter from an internet reference and was glad I did. Not only did the technician routinely service our gas boiler, but found a pet that needed replacement and then thoroughly cleaned the unit. As a resultt, our heating system works like a charm.

Adam is highly professional and incredibly responsive.  He got the job done for my mom in a timely, efficient (and competitively priced manner) - communicating with me throughout the process.  No other plumber in the Flushing area was nearly as courteous, willing to work with a new client.  I gladly recommend him.

I called Zatos plumbing for the local law 152 gas inspection. They were quick to respond they did it on the same day and had it filed the following day. Highly recommend them.

Anthony and his associate did an excellent job replacing our busted water heater. Super responsive with a free quote, work was done on time, on budget and very neatly. We will be using them again and will be recommending them to friends and neighbors. Excellent job done at a competitive price.

I had a fast leak in my tub and the tub was clogged the water was coming out at about 4 gallons every 5 minutes. I've heard of Roto Rooter, I've seen the $99 special that was posted online & I also saw that you guys also was offering a $60 coupon. And although one of my neighbors warned against me using Roto-Rooter service because of the high price, I needed a professional service. We scheduled online, waited a couple of hours for confirmation, and nothing. So I called myself and ask them when I can expect the technician because I spent the better part of the day scooping out water from my bathtub into my toilet to avoid a flood. I was called back and told that he would send someone over as soon as he had a technician available. We waited another couple of hours and finally the technician came. He wore a mask but nothing covering his work boots & I just cleaned my carpet from a the fire in my building last Wednesday that caused all this. He barely looked at anything and quoted me a price of $587 to just to snake the drain. I found that price to be exorbent and insultingly high just to remove a clog. I told him that is way too much money. I apologized for wasting his time and invited him out of my apartment. He then immediately offered to do the job for $300. Which was also too high, I again thanked him for his time and he then asked how much I was willing to pay. I told him the going rate in this neighborhood is $49.99 - $149.99 to clear a clogged drain. But since I was desperate I offered $200 if he can complete the job. He then went back downstairs to his truck and came back with an electrical auger one I had used myself to no avail, I thought he'd bring some big professional auger or other drain opening tool
Then proceeded to turn off the cold water from under the sink which started a leak under my sink. I scrambled to remove all my personal items from under the cabinet and please a bucket under that leak So now, I have an added repair to do. After he began, I tried to accommodate him by giving him something to drink since he said he was getting a headache do to the noise coming from the auger. I thought he would leave without finishing the job so I was trying to be pleasant and level headed. Although I was losing my patience by the minute. He sat there for about an hour and a half trying with that little electrical auger to clear the drain and then came out and told us he couldn't do it and started packing up his stuff. I ended up giving this guy a $40 tip just for the effort. Between my buildings handyman and this guy I wasted $80. I then called another company who unfortunately didn't have anybody until today. He sent his guy over who quoted me a solid price of $200 and an extra $100 if he had to open up my pipes which he didn't  he came up with a big industrial size auger and cleared the drain in 20-30 minutes. I still think it was pricey but it was an emergency and I was quoted a solid price without any games or surprises. I am very disappointed by the lack of integrity I was shown by your company. I should have been given a price over the phone or at least an estimate so I know what to expect. And as far as the $99 drain cleaning offer and $60 coupon I found to be all bait and switch gimmicks. Not cool for a company that's supposed to be completely professional, guarantees the job to be done, tries to shake down their customers in time of need, then leaves without completing the job. And creating extra problems to fix in addition to the already existing nightmare. Very disappointed

Terrible customer service.  Had to call three times until someone didn't hang up on me.  Answered my first question and then hung up before I could ask another.
