Steve is extremely responsive and very professional. We called him with a kitchen sink that seemed to have lost all water pressure. Steve was very busy, but committed to coming over the next day, which was better than the other 4 plumbers we called- 3 of which never returned our call.  At the last minute that day, he texted to say he was nearby and could come by, which we were thrilled about. He quickly figured out the problem with the sink (a rubber washer had broken apart into pieces blocking the water flow) and he was able to fix it. He was efficient in suggesting that he had an extra faucet in the car he could put in place for us, if needed. It turned out our faucet was a professional one, however, so if it indeed had been broken, we would have had to special order it. Steve is funny, fast, efficient, and made the whole stressful experience much less difficult.  We were lucky that he was able to come over quickly, and appreciate his quick responsiveness.  He is now our go-to plumber and we will definitely be calling him again.

Love them they saved us so much money all others said we needed a new water unit they fixed it! We have been using them ever since!

I had this plumber come in to fix our clogged toilet on Saturday because our landlord said she wouldn't be able to get us a plumber until Monday. He was 2 hours late and then spent a total of 30 minutes trying to fix our toilet. After the 30 minutes he just told me that he unclogged it temporarily but since it was an old toilet it would clog again and that I needed to talk to my landlord about replacing the toilet, which he would be happy to do for us. He charged me $175 and left. 20 minutes after he left I went to use the bathroom and the toilet paper didn't flush. When I called him back to tell him/ask him to come back he said I needed to talk to my landlord because there would be no point in him coming back unless it was to replace the entire toilet (eye roll). The landlord sent over a new plumber this morning (Monday) and he snaked the toilet to find that one of our extra toothbrushes had fallen in and we hadn't noticed... The toilet is now fixed with NO thanks to Darwin. And we are now out the $175 he charged us! SO upsetting and frustrating!

Mike has resolved the leaking drain in my kitchen sink.  We waited for a couple of days due to his busy schedule.  Finally he came Saturday to repair the sink.  He kindly apologized for not coming earlier, which was very nice of him.  
He explained why the drain in sink was leaking.  He fixed it and also tighten the pipes under the sink.  He checked the connecting pipes to dishwasher which was fine.
As far as pricing was concern, he was definitely reasonable and fair in his services.  I would definitely recommend him to others as well.
Also, he reminded me if any future issues with the sink, he will gladly come again and look at it.  
Again, thanks Mike for your great professional services.  It is hard to find a great plumber these days.

P.S.  He is also took his shoes off before he entered my house which is unheard of these days.

I asked Adam to come back and clean my HVAC vents and once again, he and EcoFlow did not disappoint!  He arrived promptly and did a very thorough job, even cleaning up as we went.

Jarrod was a pleasure to deal with. Quick responses to my messages even though it was a Sunday morning. Honest about the pricing, no hidden fees and came first thing Monday morning to help with our problem. Highly recommended and will be using him again for my sewer drain cleaning in the future.

Called this company because of the many positive reviews on yelp but am very disappointment with the service. When I spoke with Justin over the phone he seamed very pleasant, I informed him the pilot light from the boiler would not stay on and he quoted me a price. Because I couldn't be at home at the time of service I made him aware I would leave everything ready. When I got home, I was informed the person that had come was very condescending and before coming into my home he reiterated if I had left the money. For someone who is very demanding I would assume he would carry his own tools, right? But that wasn't the case. He not only borrowed my flashlight but also left with it. It is almost a month later and I am still experiencing the same problem. I reached out to Justin and now he states it's another problem. I called in two real companies to come and see my boiler and both coincided that it was a more serious matter, something that wasn't even brought to my attention by Justin. Would not recommend at all.

Chris is great and does great work. I keeps everything nice and clean and comes out for all emergencies and is always reliable.

Capable, timely, professional.  Sadly, that makes this company rare among plumbers.  But kudos to them for being excellent.

I called this plumber to service our furnace for the winter from an internet reference and was glad I did. Not only did the technician routinely service our gas boiler, but found a pet that needed replacement and then thoroughly cleaned the unit. As a resultt, our heating system works like a charm.

This is a followup to my review of gas boiler installed by AJAX earlier this year.  On Thanksgiving day my dinner guests notice the house was getting colder. I checked the boiler and it intermittently was igniting but failing to turn on the burners. Since the AJAX boiler installation included a 3 year parts and labor contract I contacted Adam and left a voicemail message.  He returned my call within an hour and suggested a few actions but to no success. Adam made an appointment to visit me the next morning. He called me at 630am stating he was on his way to supply store he found open on the day after Thanksgiving.  By 730am Adam arrived and inspected the boiler. He determined the burner startup problem was caused by low gas pressure from utility company.  I contacted Utility company and several hours later they dispatched a tech and confirmed gas pressure into house was too low.  After increasing pressure the boiler kicked on and all was well.  Several months earlier Adam and his assistant also performed a tune-up which was covered in the 3 year contract.  Each visit Adam lived up to his word of providing professional, timely and quality service.

I called Zatos plumbing for the local law 152 gas inspection. They were quick to respond they did it on the same day and had it filed the following day. Highly recommend them.

Reliable, knowledgeable and extremely skilled.  I needed old cast iron pipes removed and replaced with newer PVC. Pappaceno Plumbing took care of it with care and ease. Would definitely recommend to others.

They wouldn't give me a quote on the phone after my sink pipe exploded. They only gave it after they finished and they charged me almost a thousand dollars for 2 hours of work. I was happy with the 1st time I called them but now they are really expensive and the guy took forever to finish the job. Next time I'll call a local plumber.

Terrible customer service.  Had to call three times until someone didn't hang up on me.  Answered my first question and then hung up before I could ask another.
