I called this business and left a message with their service on Sunday, it is now Wednesday afternoon and they have not even called me back.  So I  would not recommend them.
* Update due to the owner's reply below, perhaps his voice mail message should have stated that he was on vacation.  I am writing a review based on my experience, as is my right.

Love them they saved us so much money all others said we needed a new water unit they fixed it! We have been using them ever since!

Came right away, within the hour of my calling and freaking out about my overflowing toilet, and calmly and quickly fixed the problem. Super friendly guys, too. Total life savers.

Mike is an outstanding professional. Replaced my broken dishwasher with a new one. Very careful with his work. In addition, since I needed an ASAP work as my original installer left me hanging, he accommodated me on the same day I called, which was today! He also came at exact time he told me he would come. Overall I would recommend Mike and would definitely do business with him again.

PLEASE avoid. I do not recommend Adam. Use M&S Technicians or A Degree and Above instead. Far cheaper prices and much more reliable.

He never comes on time, he replaces parts, but never fixed the system. (I had to wait roughly 5 hours every time we had a service appointment and he claimed the AC was fixed, but it was never fixed.)

Pay your money after you know for sure your AC has been fixed! He won't give you a refund as he's apparently wasted his time driving to my house.

Jarrod came and unclogged my kitchen sink.  The gurgling went out.  Service was prompt and price was reasonable. I would use him again

Called Justin from JCA Mechanical Plumbing and Heating LLC and he agreed to come over and take a look at the problem. He was fast, courteous, and efficient and came over that afternoon. The problem was a simple blocked toilet and Justin was able to solve it in under ten minutes.

If a similar problem were to occur again, I would definitely not hesitate to contact JCA to fix it.

We had an emergency late last night, toilet backed up and stack pipe leaking.  Chris was here within the hour, was professional, kept things as clean as possible and such a friendly/pleasant demeanor, answering any questions we had!  Prices were reasonable and the fact that he came out so fast was priceless to me.  Thanks to Chris, he fixed the issue and I was able to sleep.  Highly recommend!!!!

A plumber that knows what he's doing!!  JW Burns is the most trustworthy, honest, capable plumbing/heating place I know.  They come in the middle of the night if you need them.  I can leave them alone in my house and not worry.  They're always right on estimates and charge very honest prices (I have plumbers in my family in another state so I know what's a fair price).  They are licensed master plumbers which due to my own family of plumbers know this is very important.  They also speak English which is getting harder to find in this town.

John Bretone and his crew are the best. They respond to calls timely and do excellent work.

Adam is highly professional and incredibly responsive.  He got the job done for my mom in a timely, efficient (and competitively priced manner) - communicating with me throughout the process.  No other plumber in the Flushing area was nearly as courteous, willing to work with a new client.  I gladly recommend him.

I called Zatos plumbing for the local law 152 gas inspection. They were quick to respond they did it on the same day and had it filed the following day. Highly recommend them.

Reliable, knowledgeable and extremely skilled.  I needed old cast iron pipes removed and replaced with newer PVC. Pappaceno Plumbing took care of it with care and ease. Would definitely recommend to others.

I own an older home and my sewer system broke down on Christmas Eve. Not only did Roto-Rooter come out and diagnose the occurring problem; but set up and scheduled the renovation of my home's new sewer system. Everything went perfectly without any problems. The system replacement is now eight years old and everything is perfect. Great customer service.!

Ive been a customer since 2003. They are phenomenal. Someone is always in the office to take your calls 24/7. They respond immediately to emergency calls. Both their customer service and repair department go above and beyond to get it done. I highly  recommend them
