We are a physical therapy clinic and has 10 clinics, we needed a handyman ASAP one time and he is reliable and fast. Definitely recommend him as a handyman. We will be using A1 services going forward.

Had a clogged tub and sink that needed to be serviced and Dorjan was very responsive and helpful.  He was able to come same day, fixed both clogs quickly and professionally, also helped fix a corroded pipe that I wasn't aware of.  Highly recommend and would use again.

Two gentlemen came to replace my 75 gallon hot water tank with a 50 gallon today (located in a closet on the top floor of my townhouse). Both men wore masks the entire time, which I appreciate very much. The first thing they did was drape my creme carpeted stairs with an anti-slip drop cloth. They completed the job within the estimated timeframe and cleaned up after themselves. The lady who handled the scheduling and billing, as well as all of my questions, was very responsive on the phone, via text and email, and professional. Would definitely recommend them!

Incredibly helpful and friendly! I just needed to install a safety bracket for the AC. Basically I can do it by myself since it's fairly easy, but the problem I don't have a drill to drill holes on the window! The guy who answered my phone call was very friendly and helpful, he didn't try to do the marketing shit on me but instead advised me for better solutions and options that I really was looking for!
I certainly recommend this place and I'm gonna come back here in the future for any other services.

Our sewer was backing up and flooded our basement last night. Thankfully Premium picked up and Adonis reached us within 30 minutes even though it was 1 AM. He was able to locate our sewer under all the water which we didn't even know where it was since we just moved in a few months ago. He was able to clear the sewer quickly and even helped us clean up. He also identified that our sewer was growing roots inside and a lot of debris which needs a proper cleaning to avoid damage in the future. We scheduled a water jet for next week. They also provided a 30 day guarantee on their receipt. Our family has found a new great plumber!!! Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

i contacted magic drain after my sump pump failed and experienced flooding. although i was able to eventually fix the problem on my own, magic drain responded back quickly (on a Saturday) and provided a fair estimate. they even followed up to ensure i didnt need their assistance. thank you!

I don't know what John D. is talking about; I suppose nobody's perfect.  But I've been using Wellbrock for eight years and they always treat me fairly, are responsive, and do great work.  It's really nice to have a local, reliable plumber--Doug and Co. fit the bill.

Have called Arch Plumbing twice now.  The first time for a major shower repair,; second time a clogged line and leaking pipes in my kitchen.  They spotted the problem(s) quickly, repaired, cleaned up (spotlessly) with extremely reasonable charge.  No recurring problems.

Got the referral from my local plumbing supply store.  Guess that was a good sign.

Had a.really poor experience with ariel. I had a shower body installed by their plumber a year ago to have it fail on me this week. After calling and booking a plumber to come take a look at the issue today I was told the plumber would come this morning. After spending 7 hours at home today and 2 calls I still have no update. Really poor customer service. Where is the proactive follow up? Unreliable

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  My building forced me to use them during my recent kitchen renovation and I regret it every day. The job was to move our kitchen gas line 12 to the right to accommodate our new kitchen lay out.

To start it took them 3 weeks to get me a quote for the job and that was after one no show for a scheduled appointment. When the estimate did come in it was twice what my contractor had quoted. I called and ask them to send me a more detailed quote as theirs only included a price with very little description. The man on the phone gave a response that could summed up as a verbal shoulder shrug.

When work was supposed to begin they did not show that day and did not notify me they would not be coming. There excuse was weather emergencies and that they were not taking on any new residential work. This happened two other times.

They finally showed at my apartment only to tell me that there was an incorrect permit for the job. At this point it had been well over a month since we first contacted them and two weeks from the start date they had told me. The job was finally completed two weeks after that, but no one called to notify me.

The final straw is that I just checked my credit card statement to find they ended up charging me over 3x the original quote. This was after I had requested a revised estimate multiple times and never received one. I'm seriously debating taking action with the BBB and will be putting a hold on the charge to my card until they can provide suitable documentation on why the cost was so much higher than the quote.

Overall this company lacks any sort of customer service and frankly has questionable business practices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I would give them ZERO stars if Yelp allowed.

I called this company and it's a scam. They sent a so called repair person who didn't fix my leaking fridge he just took a blow dryer and melted ice. He came up with so many scenarios and at the end my fridge kept leaking. Their number is a Google number that changes and they told me to make a payment electronically on square space. Also promised me a 6month warranty. Obviously when I called they went MIA.!!!!!! Please do not fall for these scammers. They go by Gotham appliances or K.A.R. Check out the pictures of the repair guy he goes by the name Vicky. Now if they comment they will most likely say we don't know the guy (of course they will)....

Call these people if you want to get completely ripped off.
My tenant has called Roto Rooter because dishwasher didn't drain water, and the water was leaking.  The fix on the invoice was kitchen sink drain stopper clean.  Three trips.  Replaced the 2 Elbow waste pipe for kitchen.  For this, they have charged her $200 for parts and $732 for labor.  First, an elbow pipe cost $20 max, so that should have been $40 at most.  The job lasted an hour and 20 min, counting the time he had gone to park his car and to retrieve tools, which was treated as three trips on the invoice.  My tenant is a young woman with no knowledge of plumbing and has signed off on this without checking with me first.  When I called them, and spoke with the manager on this blatant abuse of pricing, his response was that this is their price and the tenant was willing to pay this.  Yes, I understand that they are free to quote whatever price they want to, and it was my tenant's own fault to get ripped off for not checking with other companies.  However, it is completely dishonest to take advantage of someone just because they didn't know what the going rate is for the type of service performed.  This job should not have cost more than $400 by a licensed plumber, and I'm counting higher because it is NYC.  For a similar job, I have paid $200 elsewhere.
I'm giving them 1 star because at least, the job was done correctly and the problem is solved. But Roto Rooter is never getting my business again.
