I actually hired Dorjan a couple months back to install a check valve on the main drain of my home and he did a great job. Got it done in one day and I have no complaints. I called for a routine annual furnace cleaning. After they serviced the furnace 180.00 the glass broke the next day and they advised I am responsible to repair the glass another 120.00.  They are scammers. I've been a home owner for 20 years and always have annual cleaning never had this issue.  GO SOMEWHERE LEGIT

The technician was very professional and understanding of my needs. He took care not to touch-interact with anything not plumbing related and used disinfectant wipes on the parts after he installed them. They adjusted the price originally given after he told them that it was less work than expected.

I requested a window AC installation service and received a prompt response within a few hours. Two professionals arrived at the agreed-upon time and took care of everything without my intervention. They removed my old AC unit, installed the new one, and even cleaned up after themselves. The entire process took approximately 30 minutes, and they also took away the old AC unit, relieving me of the responsibility of disposing of it.

I had a sewer pipe that need to be fixed.  Called S&B last Thursday morning and the girl at the office said Steve is on a job and will call you by the afternoon.  I never heard back.  I called Friday morning and got their voicemail and left a message.  No call back again.  It is now Tuesday and I gave up and called another plumber.  If they couldn't do the job or didn't want the job a call back would of been professional.

Exceptional service- we had them replace 2 PTAC units back in 2017 and have relied on them to help service them and other PTACs- they are fair, prompt to respond, and knowledgeable about the units and how they work.  I trust them entirely and highly recommend them next time anyone needs assistance.

Needed a local plumber to fix a plumbing issue that I had for weeks and found Patriot Plumbing & Heating information online.  Contacted the company and spoke to Lorri who's extremely helpful and informative had provided a quick turnaround scheduled less than 24hours notices and completed the job within the hour.  I highly would recommend to all as I would definitely be utilizing them on all future projects.

This may read more like an ad than a review but trust me, I'm a very, very happy and impressed customer!
Harry (and his whole outfit) is THE BOMB -- if you're having nightmares about finding a trustworthy contractor, much less a GREAT contractor who has a top-notch team and will take his work PERSONALLY and SERIOUSLY, worry no more.
My wife and I engaged Harry to do a gut renovation of our kitchen and bathroom -- major project/dream project so we really hoped to find the right contractor -- BOY we lucked out with Harry! Here's an incomplete but itemized list of ways he delivered:
ALWAYS on time -- the first day our buzzer literally rang at 9am on the dot and it was Harry with a full crew!
The main gut was done in 2/3 days -- over the Christmas holidays they only took maybe two days off, including Christmas Day, then they were right back at it -- A+ for efficiency across the board.
He's got great guys working for him and specifically their care for the areas of our apartment they weren't working on was very noticeable.
Communicating with Harry was GREAT! He texts super promptly and if he doesn't answer the phone (he usually DOES answer the phone!) he calls absolutely ASAP.
He was super communicative about letting us know when we needed to be set with choices on our end, whether bathroom fixtures, floor stain, electrical decisions, etc.
Attention to detail was phenomenal!
Also a huge factor: in addition to his immediate crew Harry has relationships with a great plumber, a great electrician, a great master wood worker, plus connections with local tile and tile fabrication sources -- I'm telling you, it's a complete and efficient team!
And the clean-up at the end was way more thorough than what we expected.
Do yourself a favor -- I know it can be confusing and you may be hearing different things from different people about what needs to happen in your space, etc., etc. Just hire Harry -- you won't regret it!

never heard from them, so we found a contractors worker who was willing to do it for us that same day and he got a big Christmas gift as well.

Mike showed up very early in the morning and worked really hard for two hours in very cramped quarters.  He used both a snake and an air gun and got the job done!   He clearly cares about completing what he started and delivering for his customers.   He also stayed in touch afterwards, responding to some follow-up questions.  Highly recommend him for your drain cleaning needs.

Had them install new boiler They put circulator in wrong called 4 times to correct.Has left my basement without heat for 2months. Basement is finished and is my daughters bedroom .Do not  use

Have called Arch Plumbing twice now.  The first time for a major shower repair,; second time a clogged line and leaking pipes in my kitchen.  They spotted the problem(s) quickly, repaired, cleaned up (spotlessly) with extremely reasonable charge.  No recurring problems.

Got the referral from my local plumbing supply store.  Guess that was a good sign.

We just needed to use Ariel Plumbing yesterday during our COVID quarantine, and their service was so on point, safe and efficient, a review was necessary. Had a major blockage in our single bathroom/bathtub. We were so nervous to need to call an outside plumber during this difficult time. We called Ariel services and they arrived within an hour. The plumber arrived with a mask, and gloves, and before he even entered, he requested that our family maintain their 6ft distance from him while he completed his work. His work was done quickly and efficiently and he left the bathroom in the same condition it was found.   So thankful for their amazing service.

I had my shower diverter replaced in September. It is now June and its failing. Diverters should last an average of 10 years. Before I had it replaced, Fred Smith company charged me for a plumbers assessment who said that there was nothing wrong with the diverter and didn't need replacing.
Unfortunately I trusted a company untrustworthy in this regard and cannot recommend their services.

I called this company and it's a scam. They sent a so called repair person who didn't fix my leaking fridge he just took a blow dryer and melted ice. He came up with so many scenarios and at the end my fridge kept leaking. Their number is a Google number that changes and they told me to make a payment electronically on square space. Also promised me a 6month warranty. Obviously when I called they went MIA.!!!!!! Please do not fall for these scammers. They go by Gotham appliances or K.A.R. Check out the pictures of the repair guy he goes by the name Vicky. Now if they comment they will most likely say we don't know the guy (of course they will)....
