Peter is great.  We needed someone to run a 220 volt line to the outside of the building so we could install a split AC.  He did the job quickly, capably, and professionally.  And he was super conscientious, even being so kind as to take off his shoes inside the apartment.  

He's busy, so communication can be tricky at first, but once we looked things down, the job went quickly.  We'll definitely reach out to him again when we need some electrical work done.

I had to replace my faucet set on a very old sink and had a clogged up bathtub drain and I had to get it fixed before the next day when guests showed up. Dorjan rearranged his schedule and was here in less than an hour. Friendly, professional, clean and fast! He noticed a few other issues as our kitchen sink was nearly 50 years and was able to fix it on the spot. Highly recommend and we will be calling him in the future.

My mom recently moved to NJ and I was looking for a company to snake her toilet. They came on time and was also able to take a look at other plumbing work I needed and provided me with an estimate. They gave the best price for drain cleaning. Will use again for any plumbing needs

Great work from this company. I was very worried at the amount of work that would need to be done to my bathtub. The pipe under my bathtub was completely rotted. Dwight was on time and ready for the task. Very professional and knew what he was doing. Now I can take a shower in my apartment due to his work. Highly recommend this company!

My husband and I chose All Day Plumbing & Heating to repair some faucets and a drain pipe in our home. The company was quick and efficient to answer our call and provide a timely quote. Shortly after they got to work on our repairs, and finished all of the work in just a day. They were very pleasant and friendly to work with and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks.

I requested a window AC installation service and received a prompt response within a few hours. Two professionals arrived at the agreed-upon time and took care of everything without my intervention. They removed my old AC unit, installed the new one, and even cleaned up after themselves. The entire process took approximately 30 minutes, and they also took away the old AC unit, relieving me of the responsibility of disposing of it.

Great job hanging a mirror on my  brick wall!!! Michael was super professional, with lots of experience. Really appreciate his attention to detail and dedication to making sure I was satisfied with the tilt of the mirror.

If you want to deal with a company that you have to constantly call to make an appointment and to get a plumber, then this is the company for you. Seems like they didn't want my business/didn't want to work since they didn't return phone calls.  Waste of time.

These guys really go the extra mile. I've used them for a few jobs in the past, but this last job was different. My AC went out right before a heatwave, and they came quickly and found the issue (or so we thought). After this first repair, the AC went out again. They came back again, quickly and at no extra charge to see what went wrong. Long story short, it ended up taking a few more visits, BUT these guys really went above and beyond to keep us cool and fix the issue once and for all. They were patient with me and even offered to have another AC company come out to reassess the problem when it became really tricky. In the end, they fixed our AC and were very reasonable in their pricing.

They are honest and reliable and if they don't know whats wrong they will tell so and offer a different solution. Don't bother looking for anyone else, you won't find anyone better.

Chris and AJ, and Sal of course, have done extensive plumbing work as part of my renovation of a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in an old building in Manhattan. They had to be creative to solve many of the problems and they were definitely up to the work. The final job they did was to install a Toto Neorest 550H toilet/bidet. They did it well and quickly.  Impressed with the quality of the work.

I received a recommendation from my realtor to call Fabio. I used him two years ago to replace a sink that had been broken. I called him and he came out and inspected my furnace and AC system. In the process of doing so, he noticed my laundry sink was leaking, and recommended ways that I save on money by using different filters for my furnace, and to adjust my furnace settings to save money. His team ended up replacing a leaking pipe, putting in a slip bar in my master bath, repairing the laundry sink, and putting in the new Moen faucet. I am very pleased. I felt that Fabio shared his knowledge as he walked through my house and gave me many ways to save money, and to be a more educated homeowner. I highly recommend him.

This company is definitely worth doing business with ..they did a very nice job for us in regard to completing work in the  time they promised. Providing excellent  workmanship and even prompt after service ...and yes, when something went wrong, they go the extra mile to rectify any situation... they even paid for any equipment damaged in accident .
Yes this company is a nice trustworthy company with nice, efficient and painstaking employees who go to every detail to do the best job they can.
Yes they may be pricey but, yes this is a great company to do business with and i am sure this company will make you feel good with the price well spent.
Sure hope to use them again in future.

I had an emergency sewer water coming out from downstairs bathroom. Mike came right away after calling him Monday 8:30am.  it was a stubborn clog that took him a few hours to unclog.
Mike did an exceptional  job to address this emergency (likely caused him to be late to his other scheduled appointments)
I would highly recommend Mike, I have other major pipe issues I am waiting for when he has the time to come out and repair.
Highly recommend him! He will be my plumber moving forward!

Had them install new boiler They put circulator in wrong called 4 times to correct.Has left my basement without heat for 2months. Basement is finished and is my daughters bedroom .Do not  use

Have called Arch Plumbing twice now.  The first time for a major shower repair,; second time a clogged line and leaking pipes in my kitchen.  They spotted the problem(s) quickly, repaired, cleaned up (spotlessly) with extremely reasonable charge.  No recurring problems.

Got the referral from my local plumbing supply store.  Guess that was a good sign.

Let me start this review by empathizing with John S. and David A.

They are very curt on the phone.  True.
They take a long time to get to you True.  

They were also my only option and it worked out ok for me.  I did have to wait for about 3 hours for them to get to my place.  I called a few times and got a run around.  Understand that I had no choice, my bathtub would not drain at all.  Yuck.

When they got to my place, the plumbers were very nice and apologized for being so late.  They also got right to work.  It turned out to be a big problem and they investigated it fully.  They saw that it was turning into a building-wide issue and they stopped and got the super of my building.  They helped me itemize the bill so that I wouldn't be stuck holding the bag for common charges.  They tried everything they could (it is a much bigger problem).  

For that consideration, I give them 3 Stars.  I probably would have been harsher on them but, so many places around me either (a) no longer in business or (b) not answering their phones.

I used them to fix a non-working sink. They helpfully identified a local retailer where I could purchase a replacement sink (the sink was an unusual model, difficult to find online) and then installed the new sink with no fuss, no mess, on time and with professional service and results.

Yes they cost a little $ but they are courteous, respectful and professional

I called this company and it's a scam. They sent a so called repair person who didn't fix my leaking fridge he just took a blow dryer and melted ice. He came up with so many scenarios and at the end my fridge kept leaking. Their number is a Google number that changes and they told me to make a payment electronically on square space. Also promised me a 6month warranty. Obviously when I called they went MIA.!!!!!! Please do not fall for these scammers. They go by Gotham appliances or K.A.R. Check out the pictures of the repair guy he goes by the name Vicky. Now if they comment they will most likely say we don't know the guy (of course they will)....

Call these people if you want to get completely ripped off.
My tenant has called Roto Rooter because dishwasher didn't drain water, and the water was leaking.  The fix on the invoice was kitchen sink drain stopper clean.  Three trips.  Replaced the 2 Elbow waste pipe for kitchen.  For this, they have charged her $200 for parts and $732 for labor.  First, an elbow pipe cost $20 max, so that should have been $40 at most.  The job lasted an hour and 20 min, counting the time he had gone to park his car and to retrieve tools, which was treated as three trips on the invoice.  My tenant is a young woman with no knowledge of plumbing and has signed off on this without checking with me first.  When I called them, and spoke with the manager on this blatant abuse of pricing, his response was that this is their price and the tenant was willing to pay this.  Yes, I understand that they are free to quote whatever price they want to, and it was my tenant's own fault to get ripped off for not checking with other companies.  However, it is completely dishonest to take advantage of someone just because they didn't know what the going rate is for the type of service performed.  This job should not have cost more than $400 by a licensed plumber, and I'm counting higher because it is NYC.  For a similar job, I have paid $200 elsewhere.
I'm giving them 1 star because at least, the job was done correctly and the problem is solved. But Roto Rooter is never getting my business again.
