Peter was very polite, professional and respectful. He was willing to work with me within the time frame that I informed him about. He stated that the information which I provided was complete enough for him to understand the job that I needed done. Although in Brooklyn, he did not shy away from wanting to do the job. Now if we can find a mutual time for him to do the job, I will be the happiest ever! Although, I have yet to use this company, I have been made to feel confident with possibly using him! That being said I would recommend his company highly.

I had a very complicated plumbing project. The space didn't have a drain and copper pipes had to be installed. Dorjan was amazing. He is creative at solutions and his work is impeccable. I would 't recommend anyone besides him. I highly appreciated all his work.

We needed a plumber to locate a leaking pipe in our dining room ceiling. Continental Plumbing responded professionally and was able to answer all of my questions regarding fees, covid safety gear and who would be ringing our doorbell. The plumber arrived on time, was polite, assessed the work that needed to be done and advised us of the problem. He gave us a reasonable price for the repair and once we agreed to the work, the plumber and his associate covered up our furniture and made the repairs. We were satisfied with the work and plan to make them our go to plumber.

Great work from this company. I was very worried at the amount of work that would need to be done to my bathtub. The pipe under my bathtub was completely rotted. Dwight was on time and ready for the task. Very professional and knew what he was doing. Now I can take a shower in my apartment due to his work. Highly recommend this company!

I called because water was pouring out of my drains in the basement. I wasn't quite sure what was going on, but I am not a person who is skilled in plumbing. I reached out based upon all days, reviews, and yelp. They responded within two hours, they located the problem within the trap for the house, fixed it quickly, and we're on their way And it only cost me $225. Did I mention that this was the day before Thanksgiving? I recommend them highly.

I requested a window AC installation service and received a prompt response within a few hours. Two professionals arrived at the agreed-upon time and took care of everything without my intervention. They removed my old AC unit, installed the new one, and even cleaned up after themselves. The entire process took approximately 30 minutes, and they also took away the old AC unit, relieving me of the responsibility of disposing of it.

Such a great job! Michael installed my whole closet from ikea. Will definitely be reaching out in the future!

I called them to repair a constant leak in my bathroom tub & a drip from my bathroom sink faucet. The plumber that came to do the work said he was only able to saw off the shower faucet and replace. The handle now jiggles on the replacement part, but he did do the job. However, the sink went from dripping every 21 seconds, to 14, to now at least every second. I called them when I noticed how much the frequency had increased, and they sent the same guy to look at it again. He said he replaced the washers and was not sure what it was - probably would need to replace the entire fixture. Have you ever heard of a plumber that cannot stop a leaky faucet? Further, the $300 bill I received did not breakdown parts, labor, and the individual jobs, which I find upsetting. I'd like to know how much I paid for the issue to not be resolved. Now that I have a constant drip, I got replacement parts from the manufacturer. I have called and left three messages with no returned call. Guess I need to find someone else and throw more money at this.

2/5 - Unfortunately I'm having to drop my original star rating. I just had another HVAC guy in here - trying to fix the noise problems that Brooklyn's Best could not - who noticed that one of my filters was not changed. We paid Brooklyn's Best $1725 to change all of our filters, not just the ones that were easiest to access or most visible. On top of the issue with the workers not even noticing the vents were closed while they were performing maintenance on them, this job really much to be desired.

**Updating this review again** 2/7 - Well, dropping a star yet again, because now this company is denying here in the public comments section of Yelp that they ever even worked with me. Rather than just admit the possibility that the guys they sent into my home (who apparently no longer even work for them, as evidenced in the attached screenshot) did a substandard job and maybe just offer to come fix the filter they didn't change, they're digging in their heels and threatening me with bad karma. Ridiculous and highly unprofessional. Screenshots attached showing a convo with them dating back to November about problems with the job, and more recently about the filters. At no point did they ask me to provide proof of service, as they've stated here publicly in the comments, but instead have just been arguing privately with me about why I don't have a right to complain about this subpar job, making excuses for it and blowing up my messages to try to bully me into increasing the star rating.**

**Updating yet again** WARNING: This company is now emailing me threatening to SUE ME. They are trying to gaslight me, but they most certainly are the people who arranged this work. I contacted them, they sent people out, then afterwards we got an invoice from a different company (Y'Air). When my husband asked about this by phone, we were given some excuse about the pandemic, insurance and paperwork. You can see Yair referenced in one of the screen shots from Brooklyn's Best. All of this work was arranged directly through Brooklyn's Best. I shrugged off the different company name at the time even though it seemed weird - but again, all of this was arranged through Brooklyn's Best. Now they are denying any involvement in the job and threatening me for defamation. This is absolutely insane and not ok behavior, and is bordering on actually being threatening and scary because I know they have my address and have been in my home. Brooklyn's Best, you cannot just bully people into five star reviews or silence. If you want good reviews, stop attacking and threatening your customers and just do a good job on the work you were hired to do!**

Have been using Patriot Plumbing for over 10 yrs and never had any issues . Sal and his staff are professional , responsive and you will get quality workmanship  . Sal will stand by his work no matter how small or large the job is . I highly recommend Plumbing for all your plumbing needs !

WOW! I won't be able to say enough about Fabio. We have been without heat/hot water for 2days. After calling various companies (gas... electrician etc.) Fabio from infinite comfort arrived. Instead of telling us to call someone else, he partnered with maintenance from my Homeowners Association and got the job done!
He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.
Excellent Customer Service is few and far in between, but Fabio....exceeded my expectations!

When it comes to professionalism, Harry and his crew set the bar. They're professional, clean, on time, and tell you exactly what they need to do and how long it'll take to fix your problem. I had a leak coming from an upstairs shower and Harry and his crew diligently took their time trying to find where it was hiding. They clean immediately after they are done in an area, and put down paper from the work area to the doorway to make sure they're not tracking any debris. Harry found the busted pipe in my bathroom ceiling, and after two days of work, you would never even know they were here. I can't recommend them highly enough and will be working with them again on my future projects. Thanks to Harry and his team for their professionalism.

Awesome Service! My sump broke and rain was forecasted in a couple of days. Mike was able to come out the next day. He made sure to call/text to confirm apptmt and arrival time. He even asked for pictures in advance so he could prepare. He did a seamless installation and was very respectful not to track dirt in/out of our home. He did such a good job I asked if he could come back to install a battery backup. As promised he followed up a week later and like the first time, texted/called to make sure we knew when he would be coming. Pricing was reasonable and def worth the value. Very professional and punctual. Will def keep his contact info on-hand for the next issue that comes up.

My entire family lives in the neighborhood and has been using RJ Wellbrock Plumbing for years.  We trust them completely and know we are being taken care of and will receive the best service. I recently purchased an apartment and the fixtures that were in the bathroom tub from the previous owner were a nightmare - outdated, and constantly leaking to the point where it was damaging the tub. Doug and his team were able to locate the hardware needed to replace everything and fix the leak - it works perfectly and looks brand new!  So happy I reached out to them for this and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Have called Arch Plumbing twice now.  The first time for a major shower repair,; second time a clogged line and leaking pipes in my kitchen.  They spotted the problem(s) quickly, repaired, cleaned up (spotlessly) with extremely reasonable charge.  No recurring problems.

Got the referral from my local plumbing supply store.  Guess that was a good sign.

I had contacted the company for a small bathroom work in Manhattan apartment. Another company, Standard Plumbing, responded back very professionally. Very pleasant experience and recommended.

I've used them before for past work, and their work was adequate.  I can't say whether or not they are expensive because I don't know what other plumbers cost.  This last time, I made an appointment with a three-hour window, which is fine because I understand the nature of their business. However, they did not call to say that they were running late close to the end of the first window (12pm), so I called and they said that they should come within one or two hours.  And so I waited until after 2pm and called again.  Since they were not on their way and could not say that they would be over within a reasonable time (they did not offer a new ETA), I decided to cancel.  I do not mind paying for good service - I just need to get it first.

Another thing that I found strange was that they asked my for my credit card information over the phone when I called to make the appointment, even though they said that they would not charge me until after the work has been inspected and repaired.

Needless-to-say, I shan't be calling them again and will recommend to our COOP Board and building management that we need to find some other reliable company for our plumbing needs that can not be done by our superintendent.

I tried to make an appointment they told me 1230pm I said ok great....its almost 5pm and I have called and left messages and never even received a courtesy call they are running late or not showing up.very unprofessional and wouldn't wish service like this to anyone.
