Dorjan responded right away to my quote inquiry (even though it was around 8pm, well past business hours) AND he was able to come next day. I had a bad leak in my kitchen sink, and of coarse this happened on a Friday of a holiday weekend, and I was having people over on Sunday.  So, naturally, I was very worried I wouldn't be able to get someone to fix the leak until Tuesday and that I would have to cancel my party. But Dorjan saved my kitchen plumbing & my party!  Very thankful I found him, and will definitely be using him for any future plumbing issues.

Third time using Continental Plumbing and Heating and it doesn't get any better. They replaced a steam boiler and their skilled level is unbelievable. The Inspecter from Newark even commented how well they did installing the boiler. They are professional throughout the entire process and always dependable. Great work from this company. I was very worried at the amount of work that would need to be done to my bathtub. The pipe under my bathtub was completely rotted. Dwight was on time and ready for the task. Very professional and knew what he was doing. Now I can take a shower in my apartment due to his work. Highly recommend this company!

Came out, clearly not interested in the project. Was sent by home depot to provide a quote, spent less than 5 minutes in the house and told me they wouldn't do the job unless it was bigger.

I needed my AC installed. Boris and Tseren did it quickly and very well! They were very kind and patient as well. Definitely recommend hiring them!

I called them and another plumber yesterday for a dishwasher install last minute. Needed a valve changed. One said a month, S&B stayed next day. Get a call a few minutes later that they had an opening. They got someone out here in time, didn't charge me an arm and a leg, and I appreciated working with their whole team. Would highly recommend.

Had a new wall-sleeve AC installed in late May during a mini-heatwave. They showed up within the 2 hour appointment window. Phoned in advance to confirm the address. Rapid, super efficient installation including removing old AC and all related materials. Whole thing was done in half an hour. Polite and pleasant to deal with. Reasonable prices. Will definitely call them again next time I need an AC.

I contracted Harry to build 3 radiator covers for my apartment. The entire experience was AMAZING!!!! Harry was on time with delivery and always on time for our appointments.

Had issues with my sewer. Adonis arrived and took care of the situation and explained everything from the beginning. It was pretty seamless. I will definitely use the service for anything that arise in the future.

Called Mike early this morning and he was able to address a leaky pipe same day. He's reliable,  affordable, and gets the job done fast!

Had them install new boiler They put circulator in wrong called 4 times to correct.Has left my basement without heat for 2months. Basement is finished and is my daughters bedroom .Do not  use

Have called Arch Plumbing twice now.  The first time for a major shower repair,; second time a clogged line and leaking pipes in my kitchen.  They spotted the problem(s) quickly, repaired, cleaned up (spotlessly) with extremely reasonable charge.  No recurring problems.

Got the referral from my local plumbing supply store.  Guess that was a good sign.

We just needed to use Ariel Plumbing yesterday during our COVID quarantine, and their service was so on point, safe and efficient, a review was necessary. Had a major blockage in our single bathroom/bathtub. We were so nervous to need to call an outside plumber during this difficult time. We called Ariel services and they arrived within an hour. The plumber arrived with a mask, and gloves, and before he even entered, he requested that our family maintain their 6ft distance from him while he completed his work. His work was done quickly and efficiently and he left the bathroom in the same condition it was found.   So thankful for their amazing service.

Be warned!  Will charge you $75 right off the bar for travel expenses no matter where they''re coming from, and likely charge over $180 for about 5 mins of work.  Meanwhile took they over 36 hrs to actually show even though they had quoted an arrival time of between 1-2 hrs. Customer service on the phone was also extremely rude and unprofessional!  Find a different plumber unless you want to be robbed blind!

I called this company and it's a scam. They sent a so called repair person who didn't fix my leaking fridge he just took a blow dryer and melted ice. He came up with so many scenarios and at the end my fridge kept leaking. Their number is a Google number that changes and they told me to make a payment electronically on square space. Also promised me a 6month warranty. Obviously when I called they went MIA.!!!!!! Please do not fall for these scammers. They go by Gotham appliances or K.A.R. Check out the pictures of the repair guy he goes by the name Vicky. Now if they comment they will most likely say we don't know the guy (of course they will)....

Call these people if you want to get completely ripped off.
My tenant has called Roto Rooter because dishwasher didn't drain water, and the water was leaking.  The fix on the invoice was kitchen sink drain stopper clean.  Three trips.  Replaced the 2 Elbow waste pipe for kitchen.  For this, they have charged her $200 for parts and $732 for labor.  First, an elbow pipe cost $20 max, so that should have been $40 at most.  The job lasted an hour and 20 min, counting the time he had gone to park his car and to retrieve tools, which was treated as three trips on the invoice.  My tenant is a young woman with no knowledge of plumbing and has signed off on this without checking with me first.  When I called them, and spoke with the manager on this blatant abuse of pricing, his response was that this is their price and the tenant was willing to pay this.  Yes, I understand that they are free to quote whatever price they want to, and it was my tenant's own fault to get ripped off for not checking with other companies.  However, it is completely dishonest to take advantage of someone just because they didn't know what the going rate is for the type of service performed.  This job should not have cost more than $400 by a licensed plumber, and I'm counting higher because it is NYC.  For a similar job, I have paid $200 elsewhere.
I'm giving them 1 star because at least, the job was done correctly and the problem is solved. But Roto Rooter is never getting my business again.
