Peter is an excellent worker. Reliable, caring, and you won't have to repeat yourself because he listens and sees things that you may not have paid attention to. He also responds in a very timely manner, I sent pictures via text and he wrote back right away. I called Peter to fix my back door due to wind-blown water against a storm door leaking in. Peter came saw the issue and went to Home Depot to buy all I needed and brought back the receipt. He is still working on this and there is a special part I will have to order but I will provide an updated review soon. The suggestions that he offered are priceless. The backdoor also had an issue of being drafty and insects crawling in during the warm weather and I am now looking forward to leaving my main door open in the summer without anything crawling in and no more drafts. Next as soon as Peter walked in the door he heard my refrigerator make a gurgling sound. He mentioned there shouldn't be a noise like this coming from the fridge and asked if he could look at it. One click of a button and that was the most quiet my refrigerator has been since I moved in. He also hooked up my ice-maker and I now have crushed ice thanks to Peter. Peter brings a sense of calm and makes you feel at ease when he is working. He has several years of experience and it shows. His prices are very reasonable. Please do not hesitate to hire Peter because he will not stop working until your issue is resolved.

Did not speak English and did not know how to do the job.  I had to show them after 30 wasted minutes.  Vastly overcharged for a simple job .  Would not recommend.

Great work from this company. I was very worried at the amount of work that would need to be done to my bathtub. The pipe under my bathtub was completely rotted. Dwight was on time and ready for the task. Very professional and knew what he was doing. Now I can take a shower in my apartment due to his work. Highly recommend this company!

We moved into a new home in Nassau County a few months ago, and the other night our hot water stopped working, so we went down to the basement and saw a big puddle of water in front of our hot water tank. Uh oh! We called a couple plumbers in our neighborhood but they were not very responsive or said they couldn't get in for a couple days, but All Day Plumbing said they could get someone there at 8am the next day, and their prices were competitive with what the other guys were quoting, so we said okay. They gave us three quotes for different models of hot water tanks and we chose the one we liked the best (AO Smith 50 gallon).

The next day Ozzie (the tech) showed up right on time and got to work. He was super professional the whole time and had a mask and was careful to keep a good social distance at all times, which we appreciated. He also really took the time to make sure he got everything right, replacing the hot water tank, getting all the lines connected right, replacing the expansion tank and making sure it was properly pressurized, he even fixed a couple things that the last plumber left behind, and confirmed that we were getting good and hot water coming out of all our taps and faucets before he left.  Really an A+ job.

He also said we should get our boiler looked at to make sure it didn't have any issues, and the next day Kenny came to look at our boiler. He noted a couple things we could do in terms of routine maintenance but said the boiler was operating fine and didn't need to be replaced. What a relief! Whenever you start a new vendor relationship there's always a worry about whether they're going to recommend what's most profitable for them (and most expensive for you), but that totally wasn't the case with Kenny, we felt like he just wanted to do the best job. Super professional all around.

My sense is that the guys at All Day Plumbing are eager to earn business and get repeat customers, and they've definitely got that with us.  If we have any issues in the future we know we can count on them.

I needed my AC installed. Boris and Tseren did it quickly and very well! They were very kind and patient as well. Definitely recommend hiring them!

I moved into a condo in Williamsburg, that needed a ton of odd-jobs completed. Michael came quickly to my aid, and completed everything from hanging things on walls, to plumbing and electrical issues. He provided his COI to the building, which was required and couldn't be a nicer guy!  I will be calling again for any task!

Great experience. I heard back from Steve right away, he was able to come out and fix the problem. He took the time to explain everything to me. I 100% recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Brooklyn's Best AC. I called them on a Wednesday because all our AC units had been flashing error codes and not turning on during a heat wave. They came out on Thursday to take a look at the problem ; they provide a 4 hour window, but arrived within the first 30 minutes - first good sign. Within 10 minutes the technician had the problem diagnosed and the parts ordered.

He said 3-4 day business day turnaround for the parts, but on Monday (1 business day after the first visit) I get a text saying there's a storm tomorrow, I want to get all the work done today so I'm going to go pick up the parts. One technician arrived soon after and got started, followed by another tech. with the remaining parts. Within an hour the ACs were blasting cold air as if nothing had happened.

Huge thanks for going out of your way to get the repair done early and with high quality. Also thank you for observing all COVID-19 prevention guidelines : masks, gloves, etc. I hope I don't need to get other major HVAC repaired any time soon, but if I do, I will be picking Brooklyn's Best.

Water heater stopped working. It had a good life (10+ years). I reached out to Infinite and they responded right away. They provided expert service in replacing the unit, arrived on time, and cleaned up everything before leaving.  I appreciate the frequent text updates prior to and after service. Very professional.  My new go to company for heating and cooling and more as needed.

Your search for a top-notch contractor ends here. I reached out to Harry's Contracting via yelp regarding a quick project and he was able to get things done on time and on budget. I thought it was going to be a stressful process due to the fact that I live in a co-op building, but Harry was able to get all the necessary paperwork to the management company in a timely fashion and got the project done. I appreciated how Harry heard me out on what I needed to have done to my apartment and provided guidance on how to best get it done. If I ever need to have any work done to my apartment again in the future, Harry's THE man.

My sump pump failed, Mike came within hours and was able to replace it.  He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.  His price came to be exactly what he quoted over the phone, would highly recommend.

I don't know what John D. is talking about; I suppose nobody's perfect.  But I've been using Wellbrock for eight years and they always treat me fairly, are responsive, and do great work.  It's really nice to have a local, reliable plumber--Doug and Co. fit the bill.

Have called Arch Plumbing twice now.  The first time for a major shower repair,; second time a clogged line and leaking pipes in my kitchen.  They spotted the problem(s) quickly, repaired, cleaned up (spotlessly) with extremely reasonable charge.  No recurring problems.

Got the referral from my local plumbing supply store.  Guess that was a good sign.

Had a.really poor experience with ariel. I had a shower body installed by their plumber a year ago to have it fail on me this week. After calling and booking a plumber to come take a look at the issue today I was told the plumber would come this morning. After spending 7 hours at home today and 2 calls I still have no update. Really poor customer service. Where is the proactive follow up? Unreliable

If I could leave less than one star I would.  I called them to fix a plugged drain,  and to replace a broken p trap.  they came and replace the p trap, charged 308.00  The next morning I went out of town and returned several weeks later.  Upon my return I found my drain solidly blocked no water would drain at all.  I called to tell them and asked if they would come and fix it.  They told me someone must have been in my apartment and blocked the drain I laughed as I live alone.  They refused to come and fix it. I had to pay someone else to snake the drain.  They are not even remotely reputable.

I tried to make an appointment they told me 1230pm I said ok great....its almost 5pm and I have called and left messages and never even received a courtesy call they are running late or not showing up.very unprofessional and wouldn't wish service like this to anyone.
