I hired them looking for someone to help with our renovation. We needed new lines run for a full bathroom. Shower, Vanity, and Toilet. They came by gave us a quote and we're working in 2 days and finished in 4. Amazing response time, nice guys, and great value. Highly Recommend! Thank you again!

Our basement was flooding when we ran the washing machine because there was water coming out from under the bathtub of the bathroom on that floor. We assumed the worst but knew it was something that needed immediate resolution so called these guys the next day. They came out the same day and assessed the situation and then the boss came out and immediately figured out it was the sump pump. There were also some other things my mom (who had been hosting them) mentioned needed to be done as well. The boss wrote out the invoice/contract and the guys came the next morning to do the work and when they said they would be there at 9, they were there at 9. Every time they came and went they were always right on the dot, which already is a huge pro! I hate waiting around for people who don't show up when they said they would. Then it turned out there had been some miscommunication (you could argue fault on both sides so not blaming them AT ALL) and some more work needed to be done than originally contracted. No problem, they came out and did another work order and did the additional work that same day between other jobs. They always stayed long enough to check their work (for example, waiting for washing machine to discharge water to make sure it wasn't flooding). They were respectful, professional, and I think fairly priced. Plumbing work is never cheap but all things considered I think all the work they had to do was well worth the price. I was nervous about having to call for professional help just by looking on the internet, but as usual the internet is always right!  Just kidding, but since I did rely on other reviews to pick these guys wanted to add my own. I'll happily call these guys again next time I need them!

Andy's Plumbing & Drain Services were incredible. They will be the only one I call for my plumbing needs in the future. Reasonably priced, professional, courteous, and most of all the work speaks for itself. If you are looking for a plumber in Brooklyn (or anywhere else they serve) I would 100% recommend hiring them. We called All Day Plumbing & Heating when our water heater started leaking. They asked us basic questions about the project and Ken Riso met with us the next day. Ken inspected our water heater and boiler, and found that our existing setup was not up to code and was a potential fire hazard. He saw that our dryer vent/pipe was also unsafe and needed to be replaced. Ken gave us a reasonable quote on the same day. Work started soon after. During the repair, all the mechanics were efficient and professional. Ken even came by twice to check on the progress of the work. In summary, Ken Riso and All Day Plumbing did a good job on our water heater, boiler, and other heating works. We recommend All Day for all your plumbing and heating needs!

I requested a window AC installation service and received a prompt response within a few hours. Two professionals arrived at the agreed-upon time and took care of everything without my intervention. They removed my old AC unit, installed the new one, and even cleaned up after themselves. The entire process took approximately 30 minutes, and they also took away the old AC unit, relieving me of the responsibility of disposing of it.

I moved into a condo in Williamsburg, that needed a ton of odd-jobs completed. Michael came quickly to my aid, and completed everything from hanging things on walls, to plumbing and electrical issues. He provided his COI to the building, which was required and couldn't be a nicer guy!  I will be calling again for any task!

I highly recommend Steve and S&B Plumbing. My HWH started to leak and needed replacing. I called and left a message, he returned my call within 10 mins and was at my place in a couple of hours. He was able to have is team member replace the water heater the next day, he was neat and informative. Steve came by to review the work and sign off on the job.  He told me to call with any issues or questions, he was a great guy!  It was a great experience all around.

Joe and his team were prompt, polite, friendly, flexible with my challenging schedule for installing a new window AC, and informative and patient in helping me decide which size to get and which window to put it in. I'm happy with the Friedrich unit I bought from them so far, it worked well in the humidity of the last week. Definitely would hire these guys again, though hopefully I won't need to for a while. Thanks guys!

Chris and AJ, and Sal of course, have done extensive plumbing work as part of my renovation of a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in an old building in Manhattan. They had to be creative to solve many of the problems and they were definitely up to the work. The final job they did was to install a Toto Neorest 550H toilet/bidet. They did it well and quickly.  Impressed with the quality of the work.

I called infinite comfort on Labor Day weekend on a day we were having a big bbq. I woke up to small flood in our basement from the ac. They called me back right away. Was at home within 30 min. Fabio was my technician. He went above and beyond. Fixed our problem quickly and even cleaned up the water and mopped the floor. I would highly recommend them. I signed up for their service agreement.

A pleasure to work with!  Harry understood exactly what I wanted to do in about 5 minutes of me explaining and showing him, quoted me one week to do the job and delivered.  Went above and beyond, look at the wonderful job he did in the pictures attached.  All my neighbors have been complimenting the job and took his contact info as well.  Brightened up the street and breathed new life into the neighborhood. Everything professional and personable the kind of level of knowledge base expected from a business.  Admirable!

Called them to fix a dipping faucet which I explained wasn't a rush. Mike requested I text photos and came over the same day. He was both friendly and professional and didn't cost me arm and a leg. The issue was fixed and repairs explained thoroughly. He even texted to follow up with me a few weeks later regarding another side conversation we had. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Had them install new boiler They put circulator in wrong called 4 times to correct.Has left my basement without heat for 2months. Basement is finished and is my daughters bedroom .Do not  use

Have called Arch Plumbing twice now.  The first time for a major shower repair,; second time a clogged line and leaking pipes in my kitchen.  They spotted the problem(s) quickly, repaired, cleaned up (spotlessly) with extremely reasonable charge.  No recurring problems.

Got the referral from my local plumbing supply store.  Guess that was a good sign.

I had contacted the company for a small bathroom work in Manhattan apartment. Another company, Standard Plumbing, responded back very professionally. Very pleasant experience and recommended.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  My building forced me to use them during my recent kitchen renovation and I regret it every day. The job was to move our kitchen gas line 12 to the right to accommodate our new kitchen lay out.

To start it took them 3 weeks to get me a quote for the job and that was after one no show for a scheduled appointment. When the estimate did come in it was twice what my contractor had quoted. I called and ask them to send me a more detailed quote as theirs only included a price with very little description. The man on the phone gave a response that could summed up as a verbal shoulder shrug.

When work was supposed to begin they did not show that day and did not notify me they would not be coming. There excuse was weather emergencies and that they were not taking on any new residential work. This happened two other times.

They finally showed at my apartment only to tell me that there was an incorrect permit for the job. At this point it had been well over a month since we first contacted them and two weeks from the start date they had told me. The job was finally completed two weeks after that, but no one called to notify me.

The final straw is that I just checked my credit card statement to find they ended up charging me over 3x the original quote. This was after I had requested a revised estimate multiple times and never received one. I'm seriously debating taking action with the BBB and will be putting a hold on the charge to my card until they can provide suitable documentation on why the cost was so much higher than the quote.

Overall this company lacks any sort of customer service and frankly has questionable business practices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I would give them ZERO stars if Yelp allowed.

I tried to make an appointment they told me 1230pm I said ok great....its almost 5pm and I have called and left messages and never even received a courtesy call they are running late or not showing up.very unprofessional and wouldn't wish service like this to anyone.

Call these people if you want to get completely ripped off.
My tenant has called Roto Rooter because dishwasher didn't drain water, and the water was leaking.  The fix on the invoice was kitchen sink drain stopper clean.  Three trips.  Replaced the 2 Elbow waste pipe for kitchen.  For this, they have charged her $200 for parts and $732 for labor.  First, an elbow pipe cost $20 max, so that should have been $40 at most.  The job lasted an hour and 20 min, counting the time he had gone to park his car and to retrieve tools, which was treated as three trips on the invoice.  My tenant is a young woman with no knowledge of plumbing and has signed off on this without checking with me first.  When I called them, and spoke with the manager on this blatant abuse of pricing, his response was that this is their price and the tenant was willing to pay this.  Yes, I understand that they are free to quote whatever price they want to, and it was my tenant's own fault to get ripped off for not checking with other companies.  However, it is completely dishonest to take advantage of someone just because they didn't know what the going rate is for the type of service performed.  This job should not have cost more than $400 by a licensed plumber, and I'm counting higher because it is NYC.  For a similar job, I have paid $200 elsewhere.
I'm giving them 1 star because at least, the job was done correctly and the problem is solved. But Roto Rooter is never getting my business again.
