If you need a plumber, this is not the company for you. Peter has some plumbing tools and may know some plumbing jargon, but a plumber he is NOT. Sadly, he won't tell you this and will waste your money and time by taking on a job he doesn't have the skill set to complete. I hired Peter to fix a leaking faucet and reattach/replace a tub spout/shower diverter. Peter did fix the leak, but the rest of the job involved extending a pipe to fit a new generic spout/diverter. No caulk. No glue. However Peter's $400 solution was to apply (and reapply) layers of caulk and glue to the existing pipe. Needless to say, after a week of repeated glue applications, I still wasn't able to use the shower (my original most pressing concern.) For the $400 spent all that I had to show for it was a leak repaired with some plumbing tape and remnants of caulk/glue now permanently stuck to my tub enamel. I was absolutely overcharged for a service that was unsuccessfully completed. I was told that a service had been provided, which turned out to be a lie that I am now having to have fixed by another, reliable and competent plumbing company. I've reached out for a refund and was told that it was not their fault. We told you the price ahead of time. Definitely takes advantage of people they think aren't savvy and blatantly lies about the work. Posting this for the sake of others. Only interested in a refund from this company, not looking for a discussion.

I called for a routine annual furnace cleaning. After they serviced the furnace 180.00 the glass broke the next day and they advised I am responsible to repair the glass another 120.00. They are scammers. I've been a home owner for 20 years and always have annual cleaning never had this issue. GO SOMEWHERE LEGIT

Andy's Plumbing & Drain Services were incredible. They will be the only one I call for my plumbing needs in the future. Reasonably priced, professional, courteous, and most of all the work speaks for itself. If you are looking for a plumber in Brooklyn (or anywhere else they serve) I would 100% recommend hiring them. Thank you!

My husband and I chose All Day Plumbing & Heating to repair some faucets and a drain pipe in our home. The company was quick and efficient to answer our call and provide a timely quote. Shortly after they got to work on our repairs, and finished all of the work in just a day. They were very pleasant and friendly to work with and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks.

I requested a window AC installation service and received a prompt response within a few hours. Two professionals arrived at the agreed-upon time and took care of everything without my intervention. They removed my old AC unit, installed the new one, and even cleaned up after themselves. The entire process took approximately 30 minutes, and they also took away the old AC unit, relieving me of the responsibility of disposing of it.

Great job hanging a mirror on my brick wall!!! Michael was super professional, with lots of experience. Really appreciate his attention to detail and dedication to making sure I was satisfied with the tilt of the mirror.

I had a sewer pipe that need to be fixed. Called S&B last Thursday morning and the girl at the office said Steve is on a job and will call you by the afternoon. I never heard back. I called Friday morning and got their voicemail and left a message. No call back again. It is now Tuesday and I gave up and called another plumber. If they couldn't do the job or didn't want the job a call back would of been professional.

These guys are awesome I called them last minute and they were able to accommodate me the next day they showed up with everything they needed included with a great price on a 24000 BTU ac. Can't wait for it to get hot out so I can turn my huge apt in to a walk in cooler.
Would highly recommend these dudes.

Had them come in to fix our very loud heat valve leak after having another company tell us it is fine. I can not say enough good about this company. Two problems in two weeks fixed quickly, professionally, and affordable.
We will be contacting them for a contract for yearly furnace work!

I know, everyone says hire a licensed contractor that you've vetted by seeing their work in person. And they say that for a reason, because my husband and I were really screwed over by an unlicensed guy who worked on our neighbor's house and really talked a good game. But he messed up our house so badly. He did stupid mistakes that even I knew were wrong (and I'm just an average DIYer). It was a living nightmare to watch this guy and his workers break antique fixtures, refuse to repair mistakes they made, not build cabinets and walls to my specifications, and paint things incorrectly with gobs of expensive paint. I was literally staying up late nights after they left to undo and redo these people's work.
So, you can imagine how relieved I was when we decided to fire that guy and look up on Yelp for someone new. Harry came over right away to give an estimate and pointed out all the mistakes the nightmare contractor did. He had great ideas for neatening up details to make everything look perfect and be built to last. His estimate was a little more expensive than I expected, but pretty close to what we were paying before, and I could tell that Harry's expertise and work ethic were way above average.
Harry himself came by most of the time to do the work, with assistants and subcontractors who cared as much as he did. He tiled an intricate backsplash, straightened walls, repaired several plumbing mistakes, and repaired cabinets (that my friends who are cabinet makers said would be nearly impossible/a total pain in the neck). He and his workers always swept and vacuumed after themselves, which was such a relief after experiencing utter disarray with the last people. And when a couple things were left unfinished or incorrectly done (some stains in our tub from the plumber, an unpainted sheetrock repair), Harry came by again until we were 100% satisfied in his work.
It's really hard to find someone you can trust in the contracting world. I've done several projects over a couple of homes and have seen the gamut of workers: cheap and shady, cheap and kind but not really great, expensive and shady, and then there's Harry (and Ariana in the office who deserves a shout out!), who stands by his workmanship and subcontractors and gets things done on time. I wish I hired him first for every project we've done, and he will always be the first person I call from now on.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! I had a clogged toilet fiasco and legit thought I was gonna break my arm trying to unclog it. I reached out to them and Samantha was nothing but professional and accommodating. They really came through on a Sunday when everyone else was closed and/or unresponsive. Adonis showed up at scheduled time with his muscle and auger and went to work! Lol Problem solved! I can't recommend them enough.

He's very responsive to questions and concerns, on time/early and thorough. Definitely a go-to for plumbing needs if even just estimates and information. He even helped me find the shut off valve for one of the outdoor water spouts and removed a radiator cover to turn it off for winterizing. He seems trustworthy, although, a tad expensive. I needed the work and got really tired of explaining my issues to a lot of different people. I'll likely continue using his services.

I don't know what John D. is talking about; I suppose nobody's perfect. But I've been using Wellbrock for eight years and they always treat me fairly, are responsive, and do great work. It's really nice to have a local, reliable plumber--Doug and Co. fit the bill.

Have called Arch Plumbing twice now. The first time for a major shower repair,; second time a clogged line and leaking pipes in my kitchen. They spotted the problem(s) quickly, repaired, cleaned up (spotlessly) with extremely reasonable charge. No recurring problems.
Got the referral from my local plumbing supply store. Guess that was a good sign.

We just needed to use Ariel Plumbing yesterday during our COVID quarantine, and their service was so on point, safe and efficient, a review was necessary. Had a major blockage in our single bathroom/bathtub. We were so nervous to need to call an outside plumber during this difficult time. We called Ariel services and they arrived within an hour. The plumber arrived with a mask, and gloves, and before he even entered, he requested that our family maintain their 6ft distance from him while he completed his work. His work was done quickly and efficiently and he left the bathroom in the same condition it was found. So thankful for their amazing service.

I had my shower diverter replaced in September. It is now June and its failing. Diverters should last an average of 10 years. Before I had it replaced, Fred Smith company charged me for a plumbers assessment who said that there was nothing wrong with the diverter and didn't need replacing.
Unfortunately I trusted a company untrustworthy in this regard and cannot recommend their services.
