I met with the gentleman and at first wasn't sure who to go with had few other companies gave me estimates one actually a little cheaper but the way the guys at A&O responded to my needs and the urgency of my situation Let me say the professionalism was impeccable very glad I chose them even though I may have paid just a little more definitely worth every penny just the comfort and convenience knowing I don't have to get it done again is why I will be calling them up for my next project in our home I highly recommend these people they left my house looking better than when they came in my hat's off to those young men

I just change my furnace in my home and the installation was fast and professionally ,, a bit expensive but it's worth it

Amazingly HONEST and friendly! My hot water heater started to leak. My house had 2 and the other one was working fine. Marty came out an hour after I called to take a look. He helped me to stop the leak and turn off the bad heater. Based on the size of the other and after a few questions, he said that just 1 was fine for my situation - we should let it run by itself over the weekend and test it.  When my water heater started to leak I figured I had a large bill coming, but instead he came out and saved me money!

Carmine put in a water heater a year ago,  now called them back to replace our boiler. Jim, his son, called me back a few days later...and 2 pots of espresso later our boiler is in! Jim and his team stayed on site over 12 hours making sure everything worked & new boiler fired up ! Great people , they take pride in what they do and they do it well ! I can't say enough good things about Ventura Plumbing.   My wife and I were looking for a honest and upright professional whose business model is not based on up charging customers for general plumbing/heating services or getting us to sign up for VIP plumbing subscription services.  We wanted a smaller local company that did not route our calls from department to department.  They were punctual, professional and polite throughout the process.   The service technician discovered a faulty valve when completing the annual servicing of our water heater.  We had also used them to unclog our kitchen sink and investigate a small leak in our living room.   They were able to make an accurate diagnosis of our plumbing issues which were quickly resolved within a 24 hour time period and at a reasonable price.  I fully intend to use them for plumbing and heating services in the future.  If you are looking for a trust worthy plumber/heating service professional, look no further than Ventura.

I called them and got a dollar range that seemed very fair.  Two young guys came out and set to work.  Involved replacing some old crumbly pipes in a very tight space.  Very professional, polite and very capable.  I've had some bad experiences with plumbers but these guys were great.  :)

There plumber fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

At the risk of being redundant, I'm reporting Billie is still the same. Roland has done plumbing repairs expertly in the past. I showed him a diverter valve in a shower that was rusted. He told me to contact Grohe and said that in his experience they would replace it. After a few back and forths they replaced the parts. Dismantling it was another matter. I called Billie and he told me to send him a picture of the offending parts. The next day he called me and told me the secret to replacing them. Needless to say, it worked! In Westchester, there is only one choice of plumber.

Five Stars is a modest name, for what i have discovered is 100 stars service. I've met three of the guys, cheery, neat, and knowledgeable. I found them on Yelp and wanted to come back and add my two cents -- they were half the price of PSE&G for a water heater, and very responsible and nice. Later I needed them for two more things, and I have to say their speed, responsiveness and attention to detail are second to none. You can feel good about calling these guys. The care about their work, your welfare and how they provide their service. :)

I wish I could give this company more stars than just 5.  This company is so knowledgeable and accommodating with you whether it is a residential home or a commercial building.  Zeek has been our number 1 plumber for everything for a few years now and we have zero regret!! As soon as we call and explain the issue, we are immediately taken care of.  Whether it be trouble shooting over the phone or scheduled to have a person come out and look at the problem. This company gets the problem done the first time and I never had a problem too big for them to handle.  Their work holds up and everything we had done was never too expensive (unlike other plumbers).

I called Seaman Plumbing and Heating on a Thursday morning for an estimate on a Navien Combi tankless heating and hot water system. Jimmy Seaman called me back shortly afterwards and said he was available to stop by right away. 15 minutes later he was at my house and within 15 minutes of examining my system was able to give me a fair estimate. We came to an agreement and he said he would order everything needed without even having to provide a deposit. A few days later on Monday afternoon Mr. Seaman called me and asked me if I would be available for an install the next day at 8:30 A.M. Tuesday morning Jimmy Seaman along with his crew showed up early at 8:00 A.M. ready to work. When I came home from work at 5:00 P.M. my old boiler and two hot water heaters had been removed and my new Navien system was professionally installed and up and running. After talking for a few minutes Jimmy let me know I qualified for a $600 rebate from National Grid that I didn't even know about. He told me he would fill out all the necessary paperwork and drop it off to me the next day. Sure enough I received a phone call the next day saying all the forms had been completed and were in my mailbox. I don't think I've ever dealt with a more professional contractor of any sort. It was a true pleasure dealing with him and his crew from start to finish. He had a smile on his face from the estimate until the completion of the install. I highly recommend anyone needing plumbing and heating work to call Jimmy Seaman.

I am very pleased with the work done by Manneh Plumbing.  He quoted the same price he charged with NO extras added on like some other plumbers do.  Plus he explained how things get stuck in drain pipes and clog.  He was very thorough and a super nice guy.  I will use him again even if I have to wait.   I've had a lot of repairs the last year and this was the best service man I've had to my home!  He's a small businessman with exceptional service and fair prices!  I highly recommend calling him if you need a plumber.

This is the second time we had this company this year for different issues at home. Today, they had an availability and came early and fixed the leaks and backups in laundry room and kitchen. Ryan and another guy came and they are quick. Last time we had Gilbert fix the leak in our old shower/tub. I think their price is reasonable... Jim the owner was a nice guy on the phone too

Great guy, I called for an emergency visit because the chain in my toilet had corroded - now everything is as good as new. Highly recommended, very friendly and honest.

I have to agree with Eileen. The guy driving the Porsche with the name of this business on it is a pretentious ass. He hit my parked car and then had the audacity to curse me out for not  moving my car out of his way. Hope he got a ticket for being parked in the crosswalk. Don't support this business.
