I met with the gentleman and at first wasn't sure who to go with had few other companies gave me estimates one actually a little cheaper but the way the guys at A&O responded to my needs and the urgency of my situation Let me say the professionalism was impeccable very glad I chose them even though I may have paid just a little more definitely worth every penny just the comfort and convenience knowing I don't have to get it done again is why I will be calling them up for my next project in our home I highly recommend these people they left my house looking better than when they came in my hat's off to those young men

Amazingly HONEST and friendly! My hot water heater started to leak. My house had 2 and the other one was working fine. Marty came out an hour after I called to take a look. He helped me to stop the leak and turn off the bad heater. Based on the size of the other and after a few questions, he said that just 1 was fine for my situation - we should let it run by itself over the weekend and test it.  When my water heater started to leak I figured I had a large bill coming, but instead he came out and saved me money!

I shouldn't have to be so surprised if there are more plumbers out there that are as honest and professional as CJ!!

My real estate broker recommended them - they use Ventura a lot for Port Washington and Manhasset work.  They helped us twice - once I needed a service Ventura didn't perform -  they actually took the time to discuss it with me, double check the answer and call me back with the referral, who was very reasonably priced and helped us out in time to respond to our buyer's question.  It seemed awfully nice for a job they were not going to make any money., as it took them a few calls and they were very patient and made sure they had the right answer (another plumber I had called told me the wrong thing.). Then just today, I ran into an issue before our walk through and called them up for an emergency.  They were able to fit me in on the same day, charged a very reasonable price, did the work very well (I thought they would have to cut into my house siding and they did not - it was done very neatly) and quickly. Whoever the woman is who answers calls is very pleasant to deal with and just seems very bright and helpful.  The plumber Jose also was very pleasant to deal with.

Had a great experience with this company. They were prompt and courteous and the price was reasonable. They replaced the flange at the base of our toilet. Would definitely use them again if I have a need.

I had an emergency - burst pipe in the garage on a freezing cold day, everything in the garage covered in ice because the water had been spraying out of the pipe for hours.  I called Marinelli Plumbing and Billy came over within an hour.  He not only fixed the pipe but was pleasant and efficient.  It was so cold and he did a fantastic job.  Best of all, the price was reasonable.  I will definitely call them again.

They were quick to call me when I placed an online repair request. I sent a few text messages with pictures and a discription of repair I was requesting and then they ghosted me. Never heard from them again. I guess they were not interested in doing the repair. They could have contacted me either way. I am disappointed was hoping for more with all their positive reviews on yelp

I called Seaman Plumbing and Heating on a Thursday morning for an estimate on a Navien Combi tankless heating and hot water system. Jimmy Seaman called me back shortly afterwards and said he was available to stop by right away. 15 minutes later he was at my house and within 15 minutes of examining my system was able to give me a fair estimate. We came to an agreement and he said he would order everything needed without even having to provide a deposit. A few days later on Monday afternoon Mr. Seaman called me and asked me if I would be available for an install the next day at 8:30 A.M. Tuesday morning Jimmy Seaman along with his crew showed up early at 8:00 A.M. ready to work. When I came home from work at 5:00 P.M. my old boiler and two hot water heaters had been removed and my new Navien system was professionally installed and up and running. After talking for a few minutes Jimmy let me know I qualified for a $600 rebate from National Grid that I didn't even know about. He told me he would fill out all the necessary paperwork and drop it off to me the next day. Sure enough I received a phone call the next day saying all the forms had been completed and were in my mailbox. I don't think I've ever dealt with a more professional contractor of any sort. It was a true pleasure dealing with him and his crew from start to finish. He had a smile on his face from the estimate until the completion of the install. I highly recommend anyone needing plumbing and heating work to call Jimmy Seaman.

I am very pleased with the work done by Manneh Plumbing.  He quoted the same price he charged with NO extras added on like some other plumbers do.  Plus he explained how things get stuck in drain pipes and clog.  He was very thorough and a super nice guy.  I will use him again even if I have to wait.   I've had a lot of repairs the last year and this was the best service man I've had to my home!  He's a small businessman with exceptional service and fair prices!  I highly recommend calling him if you need a plumber.

well ill tell you this much Harlem's Handyman really is a hand man he took a little long and i was late for a meeting but some people might find that as a good trait. he was professional with everything that he did. only issue was the time. like i said if you have all day he's definitely your guy .

Good people and exceptionally fair.  When looking for an honest plumber you can stop here.  We have done business with these guys for years and been very happy with the quality of the work and the prices were always fair.

24 hour plumber is reliable for sure ,had to call them in the early morning and service reached my apartment in kips bay neighborhood  in reasonable time . They were professionals and got the problem fixed and clean up after job was properly done . Rate was reasonable as well , definitely a service to refer in time of need .thanks

I have to agree with Eileen. The guy driving the Porsche with the name of this business on it is a pretentious ass. He hit my parked car and then had the audacity to curse me out for not  moving my car out of his way. Hope he got a ticket for being parked in the crosswalk. Don't support this business.
