I met with the gentleman and at first wasn't sure who to go with had few other companies gave me estimates one actually a little cheaper but the way the guys at A&O responded to my needs and the urgency of my situation Let me say the professionalism was impeccable very glad I chose them even though I may have paid just a little more definitely worth every penny just the comfort and convenience knowing I don't have to get it done again is why I will be calling them up for my next project in our home I highly recommend these people they left my house looking better than when they came in my hat's off to those young men

I just change my furnace in my home and the installation was fast and professionally ,, a bit expensive but it's worth it

I am owner of homes for over forty five years, this is a first for me to feel so confident of the job well done and priced reasonably!! I hope they will be in business for a very long time so that I can continue to use them in the future!!

They did two jobs for me. They were punctual, respectful and competitively priced. I'll continue to use them.

Our building has used Hlad a few times, so we called them when our radiator wasn't working.  Joe came in and said that it needed a huge valve that wouldn't have allowed for the radiator cover to fit, or a small valve that would heat the place, but not get as hot as it could get.  We went with the smaller valve and paid him $200. The radiator was still stone cold, so we called another plumber.  These guys figured out that our boiler was running at 66%, which was low for such a small boiler, so they adjusted that, and then they replaced the value with a slightly bigger valve, but we were still able to cover the radiator. We paid another $200. The reason I am posting is not because Joe didn't check the boiler, which he probably should have, but because the second plumbers literally cracked up when they saw the valve that Joe had used.  They asked if they could take a photo of it for a Plumber's blog they are on where they post funny pictures of crappy plumbing work.  They said it was a water valve, not meant for a radiator.  I called Joe because I wanted a refund. He said he had to get paid for his time. I told him about the water valve and he said it could be used for either.  All I know is now we are getting heat, so we threw $200 away and Hlad Plumbing is $200 richer for no reason. I would recommend avoiding these plumbers.

There plumber fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

Absolutely the best. Billy returns calls promptly and really cares about his customers.  I have used them 4 times and they have always done s great job at a fair price. They have repaired leaks and replaced 2 water heaters.

They provided awesome both plumbing and heating services. They were very professional, courteous, and most importantly they wore masks, gloves shoe covers during this COVID time. It was my first time calling a plumber and I'm glad I called them!

Seaman plumbing is the best! We had several companies come out and look at our hot water heater and time after time they were unable to correct our problem. As soon as seaman plumbing around they were able to diagnose our issue right away and set up a plan to address the problem. They installed a brand new hot water heater for us and we couldn't be happier. Their work is was efficient and professional. The men were so friendly and I felt comfortable with them in my home! If you're looking for a reliable plumber, seaman plumbing is the way to go!

I am very pleased with the work done by Manneh Plumbing.  He quoted the same price he charged with NO extras added on like some other plumbers do.  Plus he explained how things get stuck in drain pipes and clog.  He was very thorough and a super nice guy.  I will use him again even if I have to wait.   I've had a lot of repairs the last year and this was the best service man I've had to my home!  He's a small businessman with exceptional service and fair prices!  I highly recommend calling him if you need a plumber.

Really did an excellent job with the minor work and repairs I needed in my UWS apartment. Great customer service and communication. Their pricing is very fair and they work diligently. I highly recommend.

Great and honest.  I really like the guys and I trust them both to be in my home and to be fair and honest.  They also gave me an estimate for my gas which was very handy.  The best around.

Comparing against another review, they seem to have a bad habit of asking for your credit card when you call them and charging you without your permission.

We got an unauthorized charge made by the receptionist on the same day we got a legitimate charge from the plumbing company that was accompanied by an invoice detailing the service rendered.

When we disputed the charge, two things happened:

1) They said it didn't look right, but they can't refund today, call back another day (what they say every time I call)

2) When the credit card company contacted them via their dispute mechanism, they copy-and-pasted the valid signature we provided for the valid charge with a valid invoice to justify the separate and invalid unauthorized charge they made for no service rendered.

Anyway that's how they defrauded $200+ from me. By credit card fraud.

I have to agree with Eileen. The guy driving the Porsche with the name of this business on it is a pretentious ass. He hit my parked car and then had the audacity to curse me out for not  moving my car out of his way. Hope he got a ticket for being parked in the crosswalk. Don't support this business.
