I met with the gentleman and at first wasn't sure who to go with had few other companies gave me estimates one actually a little cheaper but the way the guys at A&O responded to my needs and the urgency of my situation Let me say the professionalism was impeccable very glad I chose them even though I may have paid just a little more definitely worth every penny just the comfort and convenience knowing I don't have to get it done again is why I will be calling them up for my next project in our home I highly recommend these people they left my house looking better than when they came in my hat's off to those young men

I just change my furnace in my home and the installation was fast and professionally ,, a bit expensive but it's worth it

My bathroom was flooded, and my ceiling was literally leaking in two different rooms. John came over within 1/2 hour of my calling and put me at ease with the whole situation. If you've never had this happen to you, it's super scary. I felt like the ceiling was going to cave in. He was super nice and didn't do anything unnecessary to price gauge me. It was such a good experience.

We were really disappointed by our recent service from Steve at Hlad. We needed a plumber to uninstall an old washer/dryer set and install a new stacked washer/dryer. After the uninstallation, we noticed that Steve and his assistant left a drain hose attached which we had to cut ourselves (hoping this was okay) when the delivery truck came to take the old machines away. When Steve and his assistant installed the new washer/dryer with a stacking kit, they had it so that the front of the dryer on top was not flush with the front of the washer on bottom. We told them that the set (an expensive brand, Miele) is always flush in the showrooms and online pictures/videos. The assistant told us, I've installed hundreds of stacked washer/dryers, and they never are flush. So maybe he's done this incorrectly hundreds of times? Steve and the assistant then moved the dryer a little, but still not flush. It just looked wrong. Also, over the phone, Steve had quoted us $300 - $350 to do the job, but when we went to pay, he charged $375. We called him to ask why the extra $25 and he answered, I'll change it tomorrow, like he was just going to overcharge to see if we didn't notice. Not cool. Steve also charged an extra 4% to pay by credit card but only told us at the last moment. Sadly, we feel like both Steve and his assistant were dismissive to me, a woman, when I suggested the installation was incorrect, but when my husband called to complain, Steve said right away that he'd come back the next day to make us happy. We declined, not knowing if he was going to mess up again/charge us more/say it was fine the way it was. The next day, we simply read the instructions carefully and fixed the stacking ourselves so that the washer/dryer faces are flush. (But now our brand new washing machine has twelve extra screw holes in it.) My advice: (1) get a quote in writing and (2) don't use Hlad for washer/dryer installing.

There plumber fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

The guy I spoke with, Billy, was amazingly helpful. I called the company based on a recommendation, as I had a pressing, although not critical, issue.

Billy was already booked, most likely due to the severe cold New York was enduring. But he talked me through my issue over the phone, gave a great and simple explanation on how to fix it, and even gave me his personal cell number in case I ran into any issues. He identified a few snags I might encounter and offered tips on how to avoid them, although in the end it was as simple as he described.

Great guy! He put a good bit of effort into helping me out. I wish this company well, and will be calling them again.

Five star plus- Igor and Sergio arrived promptly at the scheduled time, clad in PPE. They quickly diagnosed the issue in our second floor barthroom shower which caused horrible water stains on our first floor living room ceiling. They replaced the offending leaking pipe from supply on their truck.

We did not have hot water in a house we bought.  We had a plumber come at the time of closing and say it could be fixed.  We bought the house, fast forward 4 months later and 2200. 00 to another plumber we still had water that was 91 degrees in december.  I called Zeek based on reviews from other neighbors and they fixed my hot water problem in just a few short hours and when there was an accounting error they called me right away to fix that too.  They should have been my first call and only will be my first call in the future! Thank you guys for giving me hot showers in the winter!!!

I had called Seaman plumbing on Saturday afternoon regarding work and a tune up on a Baxi wall hung furnace which is a notoriously specific machine to work on, Jimmy Seaman called be back within about an hour and spoke to me like a true professional and explained that he does not work on the Baxi units and was up front and straight forward suggested another plumber that does. There's not too many people in these trades that are straight shooters like Jimmy. Would not hesitate to call for my plumbing needs..

I am very pleased with the work done by Manneh Plumbing.  He quoted the same price he charged with NO extras added on like some other plumbers do.  Plus he explained how things get stuck in drain pipes and clog.  He was very thorough and a super nice guy.  I will use him again even if I have to wait.   I've had a lot of repairs the last year and this was the best service man I've had to my home!  He's a small businessman with exceptional service and fair prices!  I highly recommend calling him if you need a plumber.

well ill tell you this much Harlem's Handyman really is a hand man he took a little long and i was late for a meeting but some people might find that as a good trait. he was professional with everything that he did. only issue was the time. like i said if you have all day he's definitely your guy .

Have used this company for 12 years. So disappointed in them.  Had washer drain come off the main.  Cox plumber spent a long time working on this job.  I went downstairs to see if they needed anything only to find the pipes were now outside the wall. Not back to the way it was.  Ridiculous.  Plumber used a lazy, cheap shortcut which was wrong.  When I complained,  the owner, Jimmy, came to see it. He said nothing wrong with the pipes being outside the wall.  I wonder how many homeowners have their water pipes displayed outside of Sheetrock in finished laundry room - anybody?  Cox sent another plumber to put all right- which it is now.  
Bottom line: lousy, shortcut work and then charged me double plus $$ of the price to make it right.  Sadly, they lost a good customer.  I'm still pissed.  I paid for stupid plumber 1 mistake.

24 hour plumber is reliable for sure ,had to call them in the early morning and service reached my apartment in kips bay neighborhood  in reasonable time . They were professionals and got the problem fixed and clean up after job was properly done . Rate was reasonable as well , definitely a service to refer in time of need .thanks

I have to agree with Eileen. The guy driving the Porsche with the name of this business on it is a pretentious ass. He hit my parked car and then had the audacity to curse me out for not  moving my car out of his way. Hope he got a ticket for being parked in the crosswalk. Don't support this business.
