I met with the gentleman and at first wasn't sure who to go with had few other companies gave me estimates one actually a little cheaper but the way the guys at A&O responded to my needs and the urgency of my situation Let me say the professionalism was impeccable very glad I chose them even though I may have paid just a little more definitely worth every penny just the comfort and convenience knowing I don't have to get it done again is why I will be calling them up for my next project in our home I highly recommend these people they left my house looking better than when they came in my hat's off to those young men

I just change my furnace in my home and the installation was fast and professionally ,, a bit expensive but it's worth it

This is our local plumber.  We have had to call a few times for various issues.  Service is always prompt, efficient and reasonably priced.  Brian is great and always provides good advice and exceptional expertise.  He has solved our leaking roof problem, a couple of leaking faucets and resolved plumbing issues left by bad renovations.  Thanks.

Had a great experience with Ventura Plumbing. The plumber, Dan, was nice and pro and was in it to win it. His work looks clean. A good attitude is everything to me. Being new to home ownership it feels great to have someone who's giving it to you straight and is easy to deal with.

Finally - an honest and affordable plumber. I really appreciate that they gave me a quote over the phone instead of charging me for a service call just to assess the problem; came to my house as promised; and swiftly solved the issue at a reasonable price.  I was a longstanding customer of another Brooklyn plumbing company and am switching to Hlad going forward. There plumber fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

Our hot water went out this past Saturday without any warning. Since it was 9pm on a Saturday we didn't have all that many options for a speedy (or cheap) repair.

One company quoted us $350 and wouldn't guarantee a fix. Seemed like a lot considering a new tank is probably the same cost. The second company told us $169 for the first hour but it would take him a few hours to arrive. Also he said he wouldn't necessarily have all the required parts since his shop was closed and it was the weekend. Disappointingly, the 3 other companies we called which advertised 24 hour service,  didn't answer or call back.

With these two lackluster options we decided to wait it out till the next morning and prayed for a hot water miracle.  When we didn't have any luck, we hit the phones again. After 3 more duds we came across Billy.

Nice guy right off the bat. He apologized for not being available (it was Super Bowl Sunday but he had tickets for a Broadway show...hilarious!) but gave me helpful advice on troubleshooting without any hesitation. Actually, what he told me was far better than the stuff I got online or from the manual, and long story short, his advice worked! We had hot water 30 mins after hanging up the phone.

Billy saved us hundreds of dollars and heaps of time, all while being a good guy. That says it all. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

I'd had an issue with my shower since the beginning of quarantine - of course.  The diverter on the faucet wasn't engaging so the shower was not working at 100 percent.  I was hesitant to call a plumber - one, because of the quarantine and secondly, I didn't know who to call.  Saw the positive reviews for Five Star and gave them a try.  I'm very happy I did.  I called and spoke to Bart, got an estimate, and Igor came out to my home at the scheduled time.  He kindly wore a mask and gloves, and upon entering my home, put on booties.   He was very polite, very professional, and got to work right away.  It didn't take him long to switch out to a new faucet and now everything works great!  So glad to know I have somehwere to turn the next time I have a plumbing issue!

2 men know their business.  Had bathroom pipe problem, knew exactly what to do. Cleaned up after job and oh yea very good character. Down to earth.

Tim came out within 20 minutes from calling for a flooded basement.  Honest and fast.  Highly recommended!!

I just had Seamans Plumbing replace my tankless water heater and couldn't be happier. The service was wonderful- reliable, honest, clean and competent. Their pricing was very fair and reasonable as well.
Jimmy was a pleasure to deal with, and was able to find a subtle problem by brainstorming with my husband and taking the time to find the issue, and correct it immediately. He was completely responsive to my concerns taking the time to explain what was going on and to answer all my questions.
I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them for any future plumbing problems I may have.

I am very pleased with the work done by Manneh Plumbing.  He quoted the same price he charged with NO extras added on like some other plumbers do.  Plus he explained how things get stuck in drain pipes and clog.  He was very thorough and a super nice guy.  I will use him again even if I have to wait.   I've had a lot of repairs the last year and this was the best service man I've had to my home!  He's a small businessman with exceptional service and fair prices!  I highly recommend calling him if you need a plumber.

well ill tell you this much Harlem's Handyman really is a hand man he took a little long and i was late for a meeting but some people might find that as a good trait. he was professional with everything that he did. only issue was the time. like i said if you have all day he's definitely your guy .

Called for leak in kitchen sink and they showed up within 1/2 hour. They sent Ryan and he did great service and came well prepared. Had parts available and also was wearing protective mask while working inside.

Comparing against another review, they seem to have a bad habit of asking for your credit card when you call them and charging you without your permission.

We got an unauthorized charge made by the receptionist on the same day we got a legitimate charge from the plumbing company that was accompanied by an invoice detailing the service rendered.

When we disputed the charge, two things happened:

1) They said it didn't look right, but they can't refund today, call back another day (what they say every time I call)

2) When the credit card company contacted them via their dispute mechanism, they copy-and-pasted the valid signature we provided for the valid charge with a valid invoice to justify the separate and invalid unauthorized charge they made for no service rendered.

Anyway that's how they defrauded $200+ from me. By credit card fraud.

I have to agree with Eileen. The guy driving the Porsche with the name of this business on it is a pretentious ass. He hit my parked car and then had the audacity to curse me out for not  moving my car out of his way. Hope he got a ticket for being parked in the crosswalk. Don't support this business.
