I met with the gentleman and at first wasn't sure who to go with had few other companies gave me estimates one actually a little cheaper but the way the guys at A&O responded to my needs and the urgency of my situation Let me say the professionalism was impeccable very glad I chose them even though I may have paid just a little more definitely worth every penny just the comfort and convenience knowing I don't have to get it done again is why I will be calling them up for my next project in our home I highly recommend these people they left my house looking better than when they came in my hat's off to those young men

I just change my furnace in my home and the installation was fast and professionally ,, a bit expensive but it's worth it

Carmine put in a water heater a year ago,  now called them back to replace our boiler. Jim, his son, called me back a few days later...and 2 pots of espresso later our boiler is in! Jim and his team stayed on site over 12 hours making sure everything worked & new boiler fired up ! Great people , they take pride in what they do and they do it well ! I have used them several times for leaks in my plumbing and they are very fast to respond and fix the problem.  They always clean up any mess they have made and always put cloths down when doing work.  One time I thought it was a pipe leaking and they discovered it was coming from a cracked shower pan.  They didn't charge me to look at the problem and gave me recommendations on how to fix the problem temporarily until I could get a tile person in to fix the problem under the tile.  I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber!

I had an old (100 years) cast iron 4 waste pipe that was rusted and leaking replaced and changed wash machine hoses.  Job was done quick and efficiently.  Workers were professional and friendly. Highly recommend

I had a tricky kitchen sink drainpipe leak and as challenging as it was for them -- requiring a second service call -- they handled it the most professional manner. Their rates are reasonable as is their appointment scheduling.

They were quick to get the job done. The quality of the work was definitely above average and the cost was reasonable compared to other companies who tried to fleece me. They were polite and cleaned up after the job. I have used them in the past and will continue to call them in the future. I have no negative comments to date.

2 men know their business.  Had bathroom pipe problem, knew exactly what to do. Cleaned up after job and oh yea very good character. Down to earth.

I am very pleased with the work done by Manneh Plumbing.  He quoted the same price he charged with NO extras added on like some other plumbers do.  Plus he explained how things get stuck in drain pipes and clog.  He was very thorough and a super nice guy.  I will use him again even if I have to wait.   I've had a lot of repairs the last year and this was the best service man I've had to my home!  He's a small businessman with exceptional service and fair prices!  I highly recommend calling him if you need a plumber.

well ill tell you this much Harlem's Handyman really is a hand man he took a little long and i was late for a meeting but some people might find that as a good trait. he was professional with everything that he did. only issue was the time. like i said if you have all day he's definitely your guy .

Have used this company for 12 years. So disappointed in them.  Had washer drain come off the main.  Cox plumber spent a long time working on this job.  I went downstairs to see if they needed anything only to find the pipes were now outside the wall. Not back to the way it was.  Ridiculous.  Plumber used a lazy, cheap shortcut which was wrong.  When I complained,  the owner, Jimmy, came to see it. He said nothing wrong with the pipes being outside the wall.  I wonder how many homeowners have their water pipes displayed outside of Sheetrock in finished laundry room - anybody?  Cox sent another plumber to put all right- which it is now.  
Bottom line: lousy, shortcut work and then charged me double plus $$ of the price to make it right.  Sadly, they lost a good customer.  I'm still pissed.  I paid for stupid plumber 1 mistake.

This company is a scam.  They tell me they can't have a plumber to come out for two hours.  So I said okay, I'll wait.  Then we fix the problem on our own, I call this company less than 30 seconds later to cancel the service call and they say they're charging our card.  Thankfully our credit card company blocked their fraud.  They were extremely rude, lied to us and I would not use them under any circumstances.

I called M&T Plumbing for a boiler issue.  Before they arrived, I figured out the problem and called the office to cancel.  I guess the office did not communicate this to the plumber and he showed up anyway.  I told him we didn't need him anymore, and he left.  M&T then sent a bill for over $700 claiming that they did a full system check-up.  I mean really?  Who does that?  Now they are threatening to sue me if I don't pay.

Beware of this company, they are a bunch of scammers!
