I met with the gentleman and at first wasn't sure who to go with had few other companies gave me estimates one actually a little cheaper but the way the guys at A&O responded to my needs and the urgency of my situation Let me say the professionalism was impeccable very glad I chose them even though I may have paid just a little more definitely worth every penny just the comfort and convenience knowing I don't have to get it done again is why I will be calling them up for my next project in our home I highly recommend these people they left my house looking better than when they came in my hat's off to those young men

I just change my furnace in my home and the installation was fast and professionally ,, a bit expensive but it's worth it

This is our local plumber.  We have had to call a few times for various issues.  Service is always prompt, efficient and reasonably priced.  Brian is great and always provides good advice and exceptional expertise.  He has solved our leaking roof problem, a couple of leaking faucets and resolved plumbing issues left by bad renovations.  Thanks.

Carmine put in a water heater a year ago,  now called them back to replace our boiler. Jim, his son, called me back a few days later...and 2 pots of espresso later our boiler is in! Jim and his team stayed on site over 12 hours making sure everything worked & new boiler fired up ! Great people , they take pride in what they do and they do it well ! If you're looking for a boiler or water heater CJ Pluming are the guys you want !!!

We have used Ventura a couple of times for plumbing repairs in our 70+ year-old house, and have been very pleased with their prompt and friendly service in setting up an appointment, and then with the quality of the work and fair pricing.
[NOTE: I have changed by earlier 4-start rating to 5 stars. In an earlier version of this review, I  wrote about not being able to reach Ventura by telephone after several tries. It turned out this was due to a temporary glitch in local telephone service. But the next day, my call went through, and was answered by Donna at the Ventura office in her usual friendly way. She made an appointment for a plumber to come today, and gave a 2-hour range.

I would gladly use Ventura again. Good work. Good people.

We called Joe senior, to get an estimate for installing a pedestal sink and to fix the faulty dripping Flushmaster for our toilet. We made an appt for 2 days later.
His son Joe junior came, with an assistant, on time, to do the work. The old sink removal was very difficult as it was cemented to the tile wall. The two man team proceeded methodically to demolish the sink and base, removed the remnants, then installed the new sink and faucets. Later, they dismantled the Flushmaster to see that the problem needed a new piston which b/c it was an odd size, they didn't have it on the truck and needed to order it. When it came in about ten days, they came right away, replaced the piston and solved the problem. They didn't even charge for the second service call, only for the piston part.

There plumber fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

Short story is we had a weekend emergency lack of hot water and placed several calls to plumbing/heating companies.  Billy from Frank Marinelli was the first to call back.  He quickly determined that he couldn't actually provide service to us because our hot water system is oil based.  Despite that, he spent approximately 20 minutes on the phone providing us troubleshooting tips, explaining how the system worked, and what to check for to diagnose the problem.

He even told us to call back with additional questions, no charge.  We had to take him up on the offer when we discovered an issue with one of the items he told us how to troubleshoot.  He promptly called back and provided us with additional guidance and exactly what the diagnosis was.

Even though we eventually had to have our oil delivery company come out and fix the problem since it was their system (and they charged an arm and a leg for weekend visit), Billy & the Frank Marinelli company's advice allowed us to provide them the diagnosis directly saving us a ton of money.

Seriously, this company provided prompt, courteous, and in our case FREE advice for a problem they knew they couldn't come out and earn a fee on.  Who else does that in this day and age.  In the future, I'll definitely call them first.

We've used Zeek Plumbing in the past and their team has always been responsive, fair, and capable, but they exceeded all expectations with a recent issue that they were willing to escalate and accommodate us with on an emergent basis, in spite of a full schedule, all while providing a fair (and explained ahead of time) price and a great result to a tough issue. I can't recommend them enough.

Amazing experience with this professional and honest plumbing company.  Truly experience and comfortable having them in my house.  Fixed my leak ASAP and let me know the possibilities of the leaking problem.  Highly recommend them!

I am very pleased with the work done by Manneh Plumbing.  He quoted the same price he charged with NO extras added on like some other plumbers do.  Plus he explained how things get stuck in drain pipes and clog.  He was very thorough and a super nice guy.  I will use him again even if I have to wait.   I've had a lot of repairs the last year and this was the best service man I've had to my home!  He's a small businessman with exceptional service and fair prices!  I highly recommend calling him if you need a plumber.

I was told when I made the appointment the week before that I was the second call on the list for the following Monday. I waited at home from 8 am to 12 pm- which was my appointment window. When no one showed up by 12 pm, I called and the woman at Charles Cox plumbing told me that I would be next. At that point, I had shifted around my entire day and could not wait any longer. She was very unapologetic and admitted that the plumber had not started his day until 9 am. I don't know why they gave me a window of 8 am to 12 pm if the plumber doesn't even start his appointments until 9 am. Also, if your appointments are taking longer than usual, a customer waiting should be informed of this. I will never user this plumber again. They have no regard for their customers.

Comparing against another review, they seem to have a bad habit of asking for your credit card when you call them and charging you without your permission.

We got an unauthorized charge made by the receptionist on the same day we got a legitimate charge from the plumbing company that was accompanied by an invoice detailing the service rendered.

When we disputed the charge, two things happened:

1) They said it didn't look right, but they can't refund today, call back another day (what they say every time I call)

2) When the credit card company contacted them via their dispute mechanism, they copy-and-pasted the valid signature we provided for the valid charge with a valid invoice to justify the separate and invalid unauthorized charge they made for no service rendered.

Anyway that's how they defrauded $200+ from me. By credit card fraud.

I have to agree with Eileen. The guy driving the Porsche with the name of this business on it is a pretentious ass. He hit my parked car and then had the audacity to curse me out for not  moving my car out of his way. Hope he got a ticket for being parked in the crosswalk. Don't support this business.
