I met with the gentleman and at first wasn't sure who to go with had few other companies gave me estimates one actually a little cheaper but the way the guys at A&O responded to my needs and the urgency of my situation Let me say the professionalism was impeccable very glad I chose them even though I may have paid just a little more definitely worth every penny just the comfort and convenience knowing I don't have to get it done again is why I will be calling them up for my next project in our home I highly recommend these people they left my house looking better than when they came in my hat's off to those young men

I just change my furnace in my home and the installation was fast and professionally ,, a bit expensive but it's worth it

I have been a customer of Majora for the past 15 years.  During that time we had a few issues with our old but serviceable boiler.  Each time Majora was responsive and got someone out regardless of when it happened (For some reason our boiler misbehaved most around the holidays). Ira Shulman was always great to work with and went the extra mile to make sure we were okay.  The service guys were capable and made sure all was working and cleaned up like they had never been there.  If you're looking for someone to take care of your HVAC needs these guys are definitely someone you should check out!

Called them regarding a home heating system installed several years ago.  It was not running properly.  They came quickly, were very pleasant to work with, and competently analyzed and repaired the problem.  The bill was reasonable too.

I have used Ventura Plumbing several times. The first time John, the plumber came and snaked/cleared  a badly clogged sink (post construction was filled with paint and other debris.)  He came another time when we had a leak coming from one of the upstairs baths. He thoroughly did several diagnostic tests and figured out what the issue was. Another time, there was an odor coming from the mud sink in the basement, and John saw right away that the trap was missing and replaced it for us and added a vent. We also hired them to service our boiler. Every time we called, we have been able to get an appointment promptly and John has always been courteous, prompt and knowledgeable (answered all of my questions.) They are very reasonably priced. Great experience! We are customers for life and have recommended them to many friends.

I called today and they were able to send Joe same day which is great. I have been waiting so long for a plumber for an annual service as my other guy never responded to my calls or texts. Joe was knowledgable and gave me good advice about how to take care of my steam boiler going forward. It looks like we had a near miss and it didn't crack. I felt it was expensive and I don't get a sense of what went into the charge. Lets see if I get an invoice in the mail. My other plumber was cheaper but has not been responsive. I would use these again if I need them quick!

There plumber fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

Billy saved us. I called him with a plumbing problem that would have left our family without use of the bathroom for a least a weekend.  He had a packed schedule of existing appointment, but extended his day to squeeze me in. Old-school gentlemanly service.  Fair in his price and a professional in every way.

Fantastic service. I had been looking for a quality team that could provide service at a reasonable price and they didn't disappoint. They work primarily commercial but if they can fit you for residential, they will.

Seaman plumbing is the best! We had several companies come out and look at our hot water heater and time after time they were unable to correct our problem. As soon as seaman plumbing around they were able to diagnose our issue right away and set up a plan to address the problem. They installed a brand new hot water heater for us and we couldn't be happier. Their work is was efficient and professional. The men were so friendly and I felt comfortable with them in my home! If you're looking for a reliable plumber, seaman plumbing is the way to go!

I am very pleased with the work done by Manneh Plumbing.  He quoted the same price he charged with NO extras added on like some other plumbers do.  Plus he explained how things get stuck in drain pipes and clog.  He was very thorough and a super nice guy.  I will use him again even if I have to wait.   I've had a lot of repairs the last year and this was the best service man I've had to my home!  He's a small businessman with exceptional service and fair prices!  I highly recommend calling him if you need a plumber.

well ill tell you this much Harlem's Handyman really is a hand man he took a little long and i was late for a meeting but some people might find that as a good trait. he was professional with everything that he did. only issue was the time. like i said if you have all day he's definitely your guy .

Have used this company for 12 years. So disappointed in them.  Had washer drain come off the main.  Cox plumber spent a long time working on this job.  I went downstairs to see if they needed anything only to find the pipes were now outside the wall. Not back to the way it was.  Ridiculous.  Plumber used a lazy, cheap shortcut which was wrong.  When I complained,  the owner, Jimmy, came to see it. He said nothing wrong with the pipes being outside the wall.  I wonder how many homeowners have their water pipes displayed outside of Sheetrock in finished laundry room - anybody?  Cox sent another plumber to put all right- which it is now.  
Bottom line: lousy, shortcut work and then charged me double plus $$ of the price to make it right.  Sadly, they lost a good customer.  I'm still pissed.  I paid for stupid plumber 1 mistake.

Comparing against another review, they seem to have a bad habit of asking for your credit card when you call them and charging you without your permission.

We got an unauthorized charge made by the receptionist on the same day we got a legitimate charge from the plumbing company that was accompanied by an invoice detailing the service rendered.

When we disputed the charge, two things happened:

1) They said it didn't look right, but they can't refund today, call back another day (what they say every time I call)

2) When the credit card company contacted them via their dispute mechanism, they copy-and-pasted the valid signature we provided for the valid charge with a valid invoice to justify the separate and invalid unauthorized charge they made for no service rendered.

Anyway that's how they defrauded $200+ from me. By credit card fraud.

I have to agree with Eileen. The guy driving the Porsche with the name of this business on it is a pretentious ass. He hit my parked car and then had the audacity to curse me out for not  moving my car out of his way. Hope he got a ticket for being parked in the crosswalk. Don't support this business.
