I met with the gentleman and at first wasn't sure who to go with had few other companies gave me estimates one actually a little cheaper but the way the guys at A&O responded to my needs and the urgency of my situation Let me say the professionalism was impeccable very glad I chose them even though I may have paid just a little more definitely worth every penny just the comfort and convenience knowing I don't have to get it done again is why I will be calling them up for my next project in our home I highly recommend these people they left my house looking better than when they came in my hat's off to those young men

I just change my furnace in my home and the installation was fast and professionally ,, a bit expensive but it's worth it

This is my local plumber and I can't recommend them enough.  Their rates are very reasonable and despite the fact that they always seem to be busy, they fit me in asap.  All the plumbers in this firm are professional. knowledgeable, and courteous.

Carmine put in a water heater a year ago,  now called them back to replace our boiler. Jim, his son, called me back a few days later...and 2 pots of espresso later our boiler is in! Jim and his team stayed on site over 12 hours making sure everything worked & new boiler fired up ! Great people , they take pride in what they do and they do it well ! I had an emergency plumbing problem and contacted Ventura Plumbing  & Heating for help.  They provided immediate assistance, sending out someone to secure my hot water tank, which had leaked 30 gallons through a closet area and into the finished crawl space.

They suggested a direct replacement, but worked patiently and painstakingly with me as I explored tankless options.  I called with so many questions that I feel I am now viewed as a personal friend (or pest) ... in the office.

Once my decision was made, the order was place, and two days later, they were ready to install.  Ventura was very flexible accommodating when scheduling the installation, which was most helpful.  The two people sent to do the installation were experienced, professional, proficient, timely and tidy!  In no time, I was up and running with a brand new tank!

Working with Ventura Plumbing & Heating was an altogether positive experience and I highly recommend their services!

Our building has used Hlad a few times, so we called them when our radiator wasn't working.  Joe came in and said that it needed a huge valve that wouldn't have allowed for the radiator cover to fit, or a small valve that would heat the place, but not get as hot as it could get.  We went with the smaller valve and paid him $200. The radiator was still stone cold, so we called another plumber.  These guys figured out that our boiler was running at 66%, which was low for such a small boiler, so they adjusted that, and then they replaced the value with a slightly bigger valve, but we were still able to cover the radiator. We paid another $200. The reason I am posting is not because Joe didn't check the boiler, which he probably should have, but because the second plumbers literally cracked up when they saw the valve that Joe had used.  They asked if they could take a photo of it for a Plumber's blog they are on where they post funny pictures of crappy plumbing work.  They said it was a water valve, not meant for a radiator.  I called Joe because I wanted a refund. He said he had to get paid for his time. I told him about the water valve and he said it could be used for either.  All I know is now we are getting heat, so we threw $200 away and Hlad Plumbing is $200 richer for no reason. I would recommend avoiding these plumbers.

There plumber fixed my toilet fast when I decided to use this company. He also showed up fast and he did not charge me much at all. He was very nice and very professional. If you need a plumber you found the best.

I can't sing enough praises about Billy and his crew. He is always available when I call and understands his customer's needs and urgency. He has gone above and beyond the two times I've used him and as a result he will be my go-to guy for any future needs. His rates are fare and the quality is his work is top-notch. I decided to call Marinelli's based on the reviews I read here and all of their stars are rightfully deserved.

Igor was great. He responded to our call for help promptly, analyzed the reason for our water back up, and fixed it. One, two, three.  Highly recommend 5 Star.

We've used Zeek Plumbing in the past and their team has always been responsive, fair, and capable, but they exceeded all expectations with a recent issue that they were willing to escalate and accommodate us with on an emergent basis, in spite of a full schedule, all while providing a fair (and explained ahead of time) price and a great result to a tough issue. I can't recommend them enough.

I had called Seaman plumbing on Saturday afternoon regarding work and a tune up on a Baxi wall hung furnace which is a notoriously specific machine to work on, Jimmy Seaman called be back within about an hour and spoke to me like a true professional and explained that he does not work on the Baxi units and was up front and straight forward suggested another plumber that does. There's not too many people in these trades that are straight shooters like Jimmy. Would not hesitate to call for my plumbing needs..

I am very pleased with the work done by Manneh Plumbing.  He quoted the same price he charged with NO extras added on like some other plumbers do.  Plus he explained how things get stuck in drain pipes and clog.  He was very thorough and a super nice guy.  I will use him again even if I have to wait.   I've had a lot of repairs the last year and this was the best service man I've had to my home!  He's a small businessman with exceptional service and fair prices!  I highly recommend calling him if you need a plumber.

This is the second time we had this company this year for different issues at home. Today, they had an availability and came early and fixed the leaks and backups in laundry room and kitchen. Ryan and another guy came and they are quick. Last time we had Gilbert fix the leak in our old shower/tub. I think their price is reasonable... Jim the owner was a nice guy on the phone too

This company is a scam.  They tell me they can't have a plumber to come out for two hours.  So I said okay, I'll wait.  Then we fix the problem on our own, I call this company less than 30 seconds later to cancel the service call and they say they're charging our card.  Thankfully our credit card company blocked their fraud.  They were extremely rude, lied to us and I would not use them under any circumstances.

I called M&T Plumbing for a boiler issue.  Before they arrived, I figured out the problem and called the office to cancel.  I guess the office did not communicate this to the plumber and he showed up anyway.  I told him we didn't need him anymore, and he left.  M&T then sent a bill for over $700 claiming that they did a full system check-up.  I mean really?  Who does that?  Now they are threatening to sue me if I don't pay.

Beware of this company, they are a bunch of scammers!
