I called at 8am on a Monday morning and it was so nice to hear someone pick up the phone esp when you have a hot water problem in the middle of winter. Price was reasonable. Job done by Marko and Jason. I got intermittent text updates with ETAs. Will definitely be using them in the future.  And they take Venmo .

I called Sam for a clogged toilet. Sam responded right away and showed up 30 min later. It turned out the sewer was clogged, so Sam unclogged the sewer for me. One good hour of tedious work. I saw him trying everything. He did a great job, had a pump to remove excess water and proposed to clean after that. Also, I was able to negotiate the price with him. 10 days later and everything is still working properly. I am satisfied then. I definitely recommend him. Serious guy willing to work with his customers.

Our bathroom sink got gradually more clogged over the past few months, with Drano/Liquid Glug/an accordion plunger/zipit drain snakes no longer helping at all. At this point, the sink would fill up and take an hour or two to drain fully, so it was effectively unusable.

I messaged Pipe Monkeys, the owner got back to me very quickly, and I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They sent out a plumber who arrived on time (especially impressive given there was no parking for several blocks near my building), took a look at the sink, did some tests, and had it snaked and completely fixed within maybe 30 minutes or so. He also explained if that snaking hadn't worked, other tools and options he was ready to use to get the clog fixed.

The total cost was $175 + tax.

That was a pleasant change from quotes from other plumbing options near me ($200-$350) who had way fewer reviews on yelp and way lower ratings.

Mike is a responsive, professional, who does great work! He replaced our water heater and there were absolutely no issues. He is licensed and insured, shows up when he says he will and he was respectful and cautious about not impacting the common areas of our building and the work space in our home. Would recommend and work with him again, without hesitation.

Absolutely one of the best--had a great eye with regard to hanging my art collection along with being professional and using elevated digital lasers to perfectly execute the project.    

Pricing quote came promptly and my work was scheduled within 24 hrs., communication was awesome, and he even checked existing artwork I had hung myself!   Hire them-you won't regret it!

We purchased a touch faucet and realized the installation would be complicated. I reached out to Rob via Yelp, and he responded quickly and came the next day. Extremely professional but still very friendly. Did a great job on the install -- we are very happy with his work. We will definitely hire him again if we have a plumbing need!

DOV Sewer and drain is superb! I had a clogged bathtub drain that was the bane of my existence. DOV was prompt, friendly, and fixed the problem quickly. Haven't had any issues since - highly recommend!

I had a non-urgent bursted pipe and contacted him @9pm - he was there the next day and resolved the issue in 15 minutes for a reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Needed both faucet stems and shower diverter replaced on old bathtub set. Several plumbers were not interested because they knew the replacement parts would be hard to find.  Kirilli doggedly hunted down the parts and did an excellent job with the repair, also replacing the leaking faucet stems.  Work was professional and courteous.  Pricing was very fair.  Highly recommended.

Joshua was super easy to communicate with and came right on time. I stayed at an AirBnB and upon arrival found a super clogged up toilet :( I called him and he helped as good as he could, but there was a deeper issue for which I didn't want to pay, but he gave me recommendations to tell the owners as well. He's very friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

Our basement flooded  in the middle of the night, while we were out. Imagine coming home to a flooded basement. That's what happened. We cleaned the basement and we're trying to find someone to help use with a burst pipe. I've tried calling 5-6 other people, but they were unresponsive. JP was available first thing Sunday morning. Stop by the house and fix our pipes before noon. Reliable quick and reasonable priced, highly recommend!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying Leave a review.. which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in writing & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

I selected to contact Riverside Handyman Services after reading the excellent reviews. Sadly, I didn't get the same experience. Although the owner reached out twice (once via phone and the other time via text), he never responded to the texts after I sent him the pictures he requested. I always say, if you cannot do the job (or not interested), have at least the courtesy to say so, but the failure to respond is not professional.

Very accommodating. I called for service and they rescheduled their service man to come to my house. They were concerned about me not having heat. Fortunately, I didn't need actual service from them because the maintenance man of my condo, turned on the gas burner switch. That was the issue. But I wanted to let customers know this is an outstanding company. Call them if you need help.

At the wee hours of this morning, I put a bleach tab in my toilet tank and my toilet was filling with water so I thought that the tab was in the way and accidentally broke a part within the toilet. As a result, water came flowing out and flooded my bathroom. I messaged John Luca thru yelp and he immediately got in touch with me and showed up not too long after, which I was shocked because it's Sunday. In all my years of renting apartments, I have never had any plumber or handyman for that matter respond to me so quickly, tell me they are going to come right away, and arrive on-time. Furthermore, John Luca took the time to assess what was wrong, was honest about what needed to be fixed, and rectified the problem right away. He did a great job in a timely manner and was super professional. Also, he made sure to clean up the area nicely when he was done, which I truly appreciated because many companies, in my experience, don't clean up well after they are done with their repairs. Therefore, if you need a plumber, especially one who will respond quickly, want the job done right, and want someone who's not going to sell you more than what you need, look no further. John Luca and his team are THE guys to call. Thank you again!!
