Messaged the owner late one evening to get a quote on fixing my leaky shower. Didn't expect to get a response that night but happily got one in less than an hour! Quote was very reasonable, especially compared to others I messaged, so we scheduled a good time for him to come and fix it. He came on Monday morning, was on time, worked quickly, pleasant interaction and quote was on point to what I was charged.

Mike is responsive and professional. He made time to come to my building on a Saturday and quickly diagnosed my boiler issue and provided me with a competitive and fair quote. One of my favorite things about Mike is that he PICKS UP HIS PHONE, which is not common. He was accessible throughout the process, and although I ended up going with someone else who was closer to my neighborhood, I would definitely hire Mike in the future if the need arises. He's a good guy and this is a good company.

We contacted Dov about a leaking shower faucet. He gave us a quote upfront and explained the necessary repairs. After he replaced the shower handles, stems and diverter, we noticed a small leak from the tub spout. Dov was very responsive and sent someone the next day to address the issue. We are very satisfied with the end result and would gladly recommend his services.

Joshua was super easy to communicate with and came right on time. I stayed at an AirBnB and upon arrival found a super clogged up toilet :( I called him and he helped as good as he could, but there was a deeper issue for which I didn't want to pay, but he gave me recommendations to tell the owners as well. Five years ago, they fixed the kitchen sink pipe for me. To this day, it is still going well without any problems So I called Zabivay when I needed to replace the kitchen faucet.  A faucet I bought came with a part that didn't quite fit perfectly under my kitchen sink. But Eugene worked around and solved it. YAY! I love my new faucet and it's working beautifully.

He's quiet, friendly and kind to answer my questions. Also, he wore a mask and shoe covers. Very respectful about covid protection.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I messaged them and I got a call right away but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number & I get a lot of spam calls. So I got a text message from them stating they were the plumber I messaged. I asked which one since I messaged so many plumbers in the same day. After they sent a link with a message saying Leave a review.. which honestly turned me off at first because they haven't done anything yet. Anyway I started messaging them (which is always a good option to take, that way you get things in writing & they can't go back on their word or quote, hence the first message). I asked a couple of questions, but they didn't even respond back to either of my questions in the text, very Unprofessional, so we definitely passed on this company!

Robert and his crew were great- responsive, professional, friendly and did a great job fixing a leak and repairing drywall in my condo. Robert is busy so we had to reschedule a few times but he communicates often and keeps you up to date on when he will arrive and how long the project will take. 10/10 would use him again.

When I went to turn on my outside water spigot to attach my garden hose for Spring watering and connecting a garden hose, I discovered there was a crack in the pipe. Water was spraying out of a seam in the pipe instead of filling up the garden hose. I sent out requests for quotes and Hassan responded within minutes.  I took a short video of the water spraying out of the pipe and sent it to him. Within a few text messages, we agreed on a price.  He showed up the next morning, right on time and fixed the problem efficiently.  He was very professional.  He also showed me the correct way to shut the water off in the Fall so that my pipe does not burst over the winter.  He did not make me feel foolish for not doing it correctly this past winter which caused the damage to the pipe.  I will use him again and I do not hesitate to recommend him.

On Friday, April 17, 2020, I observed my hot water tank was leaking and began researching various plumbing companies in the tri-state area.  Friday evening, I reached out to John from JPeral Piping & Heating and began to communicate about the specs on a replacement tank.  On Saturday evening around 10 pm, John with his employees responded to my residence and immediately removed the old 40 gal hot water tank and replaced it with a A O Smith 75 gal hot water within two hours.  John and his employees are very efficient, exhibit great customer service, very respectful and work expeditiously. Anyone that is looking for very good plumbers and workers JPeral Piping $ Heating is your company.
