Great communication and the guys were able to fix my drain within the hour. Helped me understand the replacement and how easy/ cheap to replace the parts. Would highly recommend!

Sam was friendly, had great communication skills, and got the job done. We hired him to resolve a shower drain clog and a possible bathroom sink clog. He gave us a quote upfront via text. He takes cash, check, or Zelle. He isn't allowed to remove his shoes due to insurance and safety requirements, but he did accommodate us by wrapping his shoes with slip-on plastic bags. We expected a much older gentleman, but Sam clearly had experience and was skilled in his work.

I had a bathtub drain issue which lead to toilet and sink drain issues.  They were able to trouble shoot despite challenges with the leaking shut off valve. They also found additional issues they fixed and reasonably charged me for the entire job.  During covid distancing they were very professional and managed the logistics well.  I highly recommend them for your drain and plumbing issues.

After dealing with quite a few hack plumbers, we called Mike after reading great reviews of him online. Now we totally agree with the reviews! He returned our call promptly even on a weekend and was able to come by the next day to look at several plumbing issues we had in our apartment. Upon arriving, he was immediately able to identify the problems and had them fixed in no time. He was even able to help our neighbor who had a leak coming into our apartment. After Mike left, everything has been running smoothly and he even had tips for us as preventative measures to mitigate any potential future problems. If we ever have any other problems, he will be the first one we call! Mike is super knowledgeable, fast, efficient, has reasonable pricing, and is a great guy to boot. HIGHLY recommend!

The drain was completely backed up and the tub caked with grime.  I immediately went to Yelp to find plumbers in the NYC area to unclog the drain.  Late at night, I sent out a general email for help and Christopher M, Manager of Marcel Mechanic Plumber replied with 5 minutes with a quote upfront.  In addition, he responded quickly and professionally to all my email questions, showed up on Sunday, on time, and did an excellent job.  All is now in working order once again.  He is a personable and professional young man who communicates what he was doing as he is doing it.  I highly recommend him if you are in need of plumbing assistance of any kind.  Thank you, Christopher, for a job well done, and for the pleasure of meeting you and talking with you!

I cannot recommend Kirill highly enough! He got back to me right away, actually went to the store and found the perfect faucet for me, and came the same day for a quick, professional install. In between he called to give me periodic updates on his progress so I knew what was going on, when to expect him, etc. Honestly, this is the kind of experience you always hope to have when contacting a new business.  I was so, so pleased and definitely plan to have him come back to do some work in our bathroom later on this Fall. Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

Riverside Handyman is great. I woke up one Sunday morning to a leak in my closet seeping from the ceiling. No clue where it came from but I called Robert at Riverside who sent a guy within the hour. He was extremely helpful in determining the source of the leak and giving us good guidance on what to do (the leak originated from 5 floors up in my apartment building). The handyman was prompt, courteous, patient and delivered great service. Would definitely recommend!

Hassan and his team did a great job.  They were quick to respond, very professional, clean and organized, and all at a reasonable cost.  Not looking forward to my next plumbing problem, but I will call FourSeasons again!
