I had a great experience with Vuksani. They were very responsive and were able to get back to me about any issues I encountered. If I have more problems in the future I will be sure to use them again.

My shower was running hot-cold-hot so I called Sam. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem--a broken heat pump. His colleague Ari arrived with a replacement pump and installed it. Both Sam and Ari were professional and clear communicators, explaining the issues every step of the way. They finally fixed the problem after several other contractors had failed to do so. Highest recommendation.

When anything pipe related happens to you, panic can set in. I trusted the Yelp reviews, and boy I'm glad I did.  I was able to book something late at night and have someone from these lifesavers come by noon the next day.  They let me know the window they'd be arriving at, texted me to let me know they were on their way and once here, proceeded to identify and fix the problem quickly.  Highly recommended.  I hope to not need to have that feeling of panic again, but having a trusted professional to go to especially when you're panicked is a Godsend.

I Called Mike Donahue for a boiler water pipe (badly rusted) repair. He responded immediately and hours later he was at my home assessing the problem. He gave me a monetary quote for the repair, which was reasonable and I agreed too. He proceeded to make the repairs in a minimal amount of time. The pictures I attached don't really do justice as far as what task he faced to make the repairs. The pipe was practically wedged between the boiler and a wall (13 inches). Not only did he repair the pipe nicely, he pointed out some other anticipated problems that might arise in the future. He made some additional repairs and fine tuned to my boiler. Moreover, when the job was completed, Mike actually lowered my my final bill! Mike is very personable and professional and highly recommend him for any plumbing job you may have no matter how big or small. Great job Mike!

Tim is great. He is very professional and reliable. He arrives on time, gives honest consultation, and gets the job done quickly.  Will definitely hire him again!

Rob is a legendary British chap. He fixed up my bathroom within an hour or so. Don't bother with any other plumbers on Yelp - you have found the best!

Doug was awesome!  Very efficient and super professional. Came out to clear our main drain with a professional plumbing snake which pushed all the construction / renovation gunk out of the house.

Olsi responded quickly and effectively to our unusual need in connection with our new faucet installation. He handled the job like a pro, and we learned that he was also able to assist us with other needs (eg, toilet and basic electrical). We hired him for additional work based on his responsiveness and good nature. He was committed to finishing the job ms properly and his prices are fair enough. Highly recommended!

Christopher showed up in a mask and was wonderful to deal with.  He is a man of his word and promptly ordered the part I needed.  It was difficult to get the part as the toilet model was discontinued.  He managed to get it anyway, promptly delivered and installed it.

We just moved in to our new home and had to install new showers and toilets. During covid times it was so hard to find someone to come out to our neck of the woods. Thankfully we found Krill's sink and shower and we are so grateful. Not only was Kirill super professional but he also made sure to very careful with our new bathrooms. He was super quick and efficient. Thank you Kirill, I'll be sure to tell all my family and friends about your five star service!

Our retail location needed immediate help for a sink that was hanging off the wall in our basement. I called a few plumbers and either got answering machines or the run around. Joshua answered right away, and was at our spot for an assessment and quote within a couple of hours. Quick assessment and very reasonable quote, another plumber had quoted us 6x more. He had the job done the next day in only a few hours and addressed all of our needs. Highly recommend - fast, hassle-free, reliable!

The plumber came on time and unclogged the drain. Cleaned up. The gentleman was polite and efficient. Very happy with the result.

Extremely disappointed! Made a reservation for Saturday at 3:00 through Yelp messages. Everything worked out well. Unfortunately, Saturday came, and by 3:15 there was no handyman around or a call/text message saying where he's at. Nada. At 3:25 I called the owner, who then said 'let me look at the diary (already a bad sign), then said that his handyman is stuck in traffic (in NJ)..ok, it happens- when can he be here? Ammm- not today (or today at 8:00 pm- but who's doing work at 8:00pm??). I did get ab apology and was offered to have a visit on Sunday morning but I already had plans and needed someone for Saturday (which thankfully I found at the very last minute). Bottom line- unprofessional!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

We moved into a brand new apartment and we continued to be plagued with a running toilet that stopped flushing. After a few limp attempts from the super , we had no choice but to call in reinforcement. EARLY on a Sunday morning, when once again the toilet STOPPED FLUSHING. They answered immediately and sent over our Plumbing Service God. He and the team identified the problem and remedied it in very little time. What we have is a toilet that is now quiet and flushes!! Thanks so much for the prompt and efficient services.
