Our toilet had a stoppage in the middle of the night. After consulting with multiple plumbers, Akeim of Sturks Sewer Works was able to clear the blockage and get the toilet back into functional order at a very reasonable rate. Thank you so much Akeim!

I would give Robert and his crew 10 stars if I could. They were always on time, courteous, did absolutely beautiful and thorough work, took such care with my home, and went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out just the way I wanted it. They redid two bathrooms - including tiling, tub installation, and radiant flooring. I couldn't be happier or more grateful that I hired Star Cities.

Eddie is the best in the biz! Had a leak in the basement ceiling under my bathtub so I feared the worst. Eddie came out the first time for no charge and assured me it was not what I feared but said he'd come back if the leak came back. Then when the leak returned he and his team came out after the biggest snow storm we've had in years and found the culprit was bad sealing next to the tub. He sealed it up with some stuff I had leftover from the last job and he only charged me for this second call. I'd definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs! Thanks Eddie.

Mike saved us from a potential disaster! We had a leaking water heater, and no prior experience with anything of this magnitude since we bought an older home. Not knowing who to call and being skeptical of someone taking advantage, we decided to call Mike at Austin Plumbing and Heating. He showed up ready to work right away. He was quick, efficient, professional, and fair. He educated us and wasted no time in getting our new water heater up and running. We highly recommend him. Don't hesitate and trust Mike!

Our old boiler needed to be changed. We found Platinum Plumbing on Yelp with great reviews and decided to give them a try. Pete came down and scheduled our installation and gave us a price right on the spot. They were clean efficient and did an incredible job. They even fixed a couple of broken radiators free of charge. Our heat has never worked better. Will definitely use them again. And feel comfortable referring them to family and Friends .Thank you Platinum Plumbing.

My hot water heater had a leak from both incoming and outgoing pipes and needed a help. Guillermo was very prompt and gave me clear information about the issue. He was able come 1 hr earlier than the scheduled time, fixed the problem in about an hour. Maximo team is highly recommended.

I would not recommend them. They came three times to fix a pipe and then a clog in the line. One week later the line is still clogged and water is all over the floor. I called them to come back. They did not respond.

I would certainly recommend Colin. He just installed a kitchen facet for us. Communicated well, showed up on time, and did an excellent job at a fair price. Will certainly call him again if I have future plumbing needs.

I love Blaustein. They have been around for 20+ years and have come in times of emergency as well as remodels. They are super helpful and friendly plumbers who provide good feedback and insight into best toilets, sinks, sizes, and more. I've had amazing conversations with these folks who have completely changed my perspective on plumbing best practices. Love the Blaustein. Family, they have my business!

Samir is amazing! I contacted a number of pros about fixing a broken knob in my shower, most of whom either canceled or didn't call back. Samir, on the other hand, made an appointment quickly, texted me when he was on the way, and met me on time as promised. He then quickly diagnosed the problem, went to three different stores looking for the right replacements, even fixed a wobbly part I didn't even tell him about ahead of time. He then came back the following day on **Christmas Eve** with a solution he created himself. He literally prevented me from either having to send away for expensive replacements from Germany or having to renovate the shower in order to replace everything. It's clear he will work until the job is done perfectly and I couldn't appreciate that more. He's kind, he's fair, he helped me understand the solution he created complete with pictures of the process so I could understand what he was doing and why. I'm so happy I found him and will certainly be calling on him again for future projects I have planned around the house. Hire this man; he's incredible!

Appalling customer service even borderlining obnoxious for being busy I am just going to have to live with not having your business. Extremely disappointing from a customer service 20yr veteran perspective, a woman owned Construction Co in NY and them being recommended from a Successful GC friend....

Excellent service by the Racso Team in fixing our heating pipeline which had a leakage underground. We had a couple of others come by to give quotes but also on how they will perform the work. However Racso only only gave us a great price, they were going to action out the work where the pipe wouldn't be exposed and they would patch up all the walls as well (others wanted the $ & were leaving the pipes exposed in our family room which we would have to spend more $ to cover on our own). The Racso team worked so fast and effectively and cleaned up after themselves and stayed until the heaters were back on and fully heated. I highly recommend them!!! I think we found a go-to heating & plumbing specialist.

Had a major clog, called Urgent Drain late Saturday evening and Robert was able to come over early Sunday morning. He provided several options along with upfront pricing. Very happy with their service and cost. Thank you for your professionalism.

Advertised, $99 for any drain clogged. So, I have 2 experiences with cheap John's as I'm a return customer. First time I used them they sent a guy named Mike. Mike was friendly and professional, but also let me know it's really $150 to snake a line, which I've read from other yelp reviews here as well. Where I lived was a 1br apt. A year later I moved to a house much bigger. I needed a line snaked again and decided to call cheap John's as I felt although the $150 was not as advertised, it was still fair and I was in a pinch this time due to timing. So I called and they send Eric. Eric started and immediately started borrowing my tools. He slid the access panel across my brand new floor and Didn't know there was a screw under it that gouged my floor. Then aa few minutes later he pointed out the scratch, like it was there before. $99, no. $150, no. $250, no. $350 no. $450, yes. To perform the same function that a year prior the charge was 1/3 the price. If I wasn't in a pinch, would have thrown this guy out of my house. He was here for maybe an hour. The work was fine, but the price gouging was unfair. I've learned to never use cheap johns again. Enjoy the $450 Eric, you earned yourself one less customer and another bad review.

AE was recommended to me by a contractor friend who has been buying from them for years. I went in to buy parts for a project in which I have to build an inflation system (balloon that inflates and deflates) so I was looking for valve part options to facilitate inflation and deflation.
The men working there were willing to help me and showed me a few part options. The first man (the owner I think) gave me some switch valves (plastic & metal) and then another man brought out a bike pump valve and a ball valve. I ended up buying the bike valve for $3.
They said they did not sell any small pumps (smaller than large bike pumps they were selling).
They accept returns with 25% restocking fee within 30 days.
