As new homeowners with our first plumbing emergency, we feel grateful to have found Scott.

We had a leaking problem pipe in our basement! We called a lot of plumbers.

Scott returned our call promptly and came by the next day with a fair estimate. Then he came back the next day with a pipe camera to make sure the problem was as he had diagnosed.

Compared to other plumbers who either didn't return our calls, or scared us with huge estimates to fix much more than needed fixing, Scott focused on the problem and fixed it within a few days. He guaranteed his work for five years, which is very reassuring.

He was honest, fair, and knowledgeable.

Robert is a real professional.  He responded to my initial voicemail within minutes and after exchanging a few emails my appointment was set a few days in advance.  After dealing with two other plumbers who don't return calls, show up late or not at all, etc. it was so refreshing to work with someone reliable.

He provided a fair quote to switch out a bathroom vanity sink with a new one I'd purchased after looking at pictures of my existing plumbing and the new pedestal I needed installed.  Note that his quotes are set for a job including materials, not the usual time + materials situation you see with most contractors.  Again, he knows what he's doing and the transparency is a breath of fresh air.

The morning of our appointment he showed up 20 minutes early, focused on finishing the work, got it done within the expected window (this included a quick run to Home Depot for supplies), and left the bathroom looking tidy.  Robert was polite and answered questions about other work I might need to have done in the future - I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for those projects.  While it wasn't included in my initial quote, he was kind enough to call helpers to bring the old sink down the stairs of my walkup building.  Thanks for a job well done!

Great guy fixed our shower leak, and draining sink issues replaced whole fixture and declogged it dealt with unusual plumbing that was in place reversed hoses and other stuff. Also very nice and accommodating with a nice sense of humor. Experienced plumber which quickly knows what tools and products he needed to not waste time, and quickly solve the problem. Accepts credit cards things cost about $100-200 for labor.

I reached out to Pete through the request a quote on yelp. He immediately responded and was even able to come and fix my leaking toilet the same day!! He works neatly, efficiently, and cleaned up everything after they were finished fixing the toilet. He even took the time to remove an old grout stain around the toilet! I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. Will definitely be using them for the future!!

Samir and his team are very professional, responsive, and reasonable in their rates. Samir worked with me when I suddenly got COVID and had to cancel, to reschedule and he coordinated with Khalid, who did my latest round of household repairs, to be sure everything was done well, and according to my specifications. Officially added to the good people list. On the same day we called, Rob came out and immediately corrected our issue. In the ongoing journey of renovating an 1894 Victorian, we have run into way more bad contractors than desired. It's hard to put into words how grateful you feel as a homeowner when someone simply does a good job at what they say they are going to do for the price they said they were going to do it for. Especially when you don't speak the lingo of the job at hand - you just know you have an issue that you need fixed immediately.

Rob checked all the boxes. He was very responsive in keeping me updated on what time he would arrive although we literally had just called him a couple hours prior. He was professional & considerate, had his own booties to cover dirty shoes (little thing that really is a big thing) and was willing to talk to our other contractors to make sure everyone was on the same page. He was honest and only did what we actually needed rather than what we thought we needed. Literally saved us so much money. He came in, did the job, was beyond fair and kind.

Stop reading and call them. You won't regret it.

This company is a disgrace and Eric is a shyster. When he calls his boss and you hear him say they are nice people or they are good people what can we do for them is code word for they are naive and we can hit them over the head. Enjoy the extra money you conned out of me. Wound up was my problem never got fixed and I had it done by another company for 6 times less than what they charged me. Wish I could take them to court.

Really rude and unhelpful. Just needed one part and they were going to charge extra bs fees for handling. Do yourself a favor and buy exactly what you need online
