Our water heater starting leaking in our basement and needed to be replaced.  Being fairly new homeowners this was definitely another financial stress that we were not excited about.  However, that stress began to disappear when we found Peter! He came to our rescue and made the whole process as quick and painless as possible.  He responded right away to our Yelp request and gave us an extremely fair price that worked with our budget. His kindness and professionalism went above and beyond. He arrived at our house promptly and was able to fully replace our oil-fired water heater.  Many plumbers will not even work on oil-fired water heaters because they are less common.  This was not a challenge for Peter. He made us feel very confident in his expertise.  We even had additional issues that arose due to how old our pipes were and he was able to fix those quickly too. He cleaned up very well and left the entire area extremely neat when he was done. We have definitely found our new plumber! I will recommend him to my friends and family. I just moved into an older building and my water pressure was abysmal! Landlord told me that Downtown plumbing had installed the shower some time ago, so I gave them a call. Would absolutely recommend Colin for your plumbing needs.  He showed up the same day I called him, just a couple of hours later, to fix 3 separate minor plumbing problems we were having in our apartment related to our kitchen sink and washer/dryer.  He was kind, polite, and explained everything clearly, which I appreciated.  Because of the pandemic he also wore a mask (properly over his nose, I would add) and shoe covers.  He worked quickly and had reasonable rates.  Highly recommend!

Samir was very communicative, quick response time and provided the required insurance paperwork etc. He did the job as promised at the agreed price. It was a scraping, plastering, priming, painting job. Very satisfied with it. I'd use him again for this type of work or for plumbing etc.

Fast efficient and timely. They said they would arrive at 2:30 they arrived at 2:30 and completed the job pleasantly quickly and completely. It was not cheap but quality service usually isn't.

Oscar at Racso plumbing provided professional clean service. He installed 3 Nest thermostats for me. He was very clean using shoe covers as soon as he entered the house and blankets while he was working keeping everything very clean. He even came back after one of the thermostats started acting weird and fixed it right away even after pseg said it was not working. I will definitely be using his services again. I recommend him highly

I had to replace a kitchen sink faucet and I got in contact on a Saturday, and he came Monday morning, exactly on time. Price was absolutely affordable and the job was done super quick. It was not an easy job as the space was very tight due to a garbage disposal being in the way. There was a problem with the hot water line being too short and he was able to completely solve it without having to leave and get a new part and potentially costing me more. Would absolutely use again and plan on having him come out in the future.

Bought a portable dishwasher, and the device that connects to the sink didn't seem to fit my sink. I went to AE on the recommendation of a local hardware store that wasn't able to help me out.

Turns out, I wasn't doing it the right way and it did fit. They helped me out free of charge, despite the fact that I was a retail client instead of a contractor, who seem to be their typical customers. I appreciated the honesty and quick service!
