I am so glad that after researching several companies and asking around, I decided to call Scott from Main Man. Our main water pipe broke and water was leaking from the walls into the basement. It got worse and fast. Luckily we redirected the flood of water coming in towards the sewer basin or else we would be flooding. Stressing out, the whole family was digging dirt from the crawl space and moping the basement floor. It was labor intensive and a highly stressful time for us.

I called Scott on Sunday. Send him pictures and videos over the phone. He came Monday, and he came earlier to assess the situation and gave me a quote. He really is a nice and supportive business owner towards his customers. He was professional and always texted me when his crew was coming and what's the next step. He took care of all the permit and advised us from day one. I am very grateful.

The crew was wonderful. Everday, six of them came. They were punctual, clean, and worked so hard. Special shoutout to David and Juan (professional, attentive, and courteous).They showed me I can trust them and the integrity of their work. They were meticulous of the repair and of other resident's property. When they leave, the worksite is neat and guarded until they return next day. They even helped me push my car parked in front of my house into the driveway when the battery died so they can dig in that spot. Day one, they found the broken lead pipe and stopped the water from coming into my basement. There were a lot of tree roots underneath the property/foundation. Day two, they took the lead pipe and installed copper pipes and fixed everything. Day three, they finished the road and sidewalk. They were also kind enough to pour cement over the hole we made on the porch. Not only do they get the job done, they go beyond to help you as much as they can. They were diligent and professional. Our toilet had a stoppage in the middle of the night. After consulting with multiple plumbers, Akeim of Sturks Sewer Works was able to clear the blockage and get the toilet back into functional order at a very reasonable rate. Thank you so much Akeim!

Star Cities was extremely professional in handling my plumbing needs, and did a wonderful job addressing the issue we were having. Robert was extremely helpful and provided a very clear explanation of the problem we were having, and how it could be resolved. Very friendly service all around.

Very happy with this plumbing company! My boyfriend accidentally drilled into a pipe while hanging something on the bathroom wall - hot water shooting everywhere...Luckily, I was able to turn off the hot water heater and stop the flow. I called Eddie at Recommended Plumbing at 8 AM this morning (Monday) and left a message. He called back about 20 minutes later and was able to send two of his guys to the apartment in less than an hour and a half. They performed a simple repair and were done in less than 20 minutes. The price was extremely reasonable to boot - I will be keeping their number on hand for the future!

I've had Michael work on several of my buildings. The scope of the work has ranged from large boilers, sewer site lines, lift stations and gas leaks.

OUTSTANDING!!! No heat in the middle of December is no fun.... luckily we contacted James, he showed up on a Sunday morning...came up with temp solution. James returned 1st thing Monday morning with the new part, Pete also came over and they were able to solve our issue with our gas boiler.  
 James and Pete are very professional and friendly, they were willing to work around my work schedule and made every effort to reassure us they could solve our problem. My hot water heater had a leak from both incoming and outgoing pipes and needed a help. Guillermo was very prompt and gave me clear information about the issue. He was able come 1 hr earlier than the scheduled time, fixed the problem in about an hour. Maximo team is highly recommended.

Plumber they outsourced the work to this past saturday, think his name is George from his heavy accent. Called Friday for Saturday morning, we agreed on 12. 1pm rolls around and he's still a no show, i call him up and he basically forgot so he shows up at 1:30pm. Does the work, and i called the main line Saturday to leave a message to call me back so I can pay the invoice. Its Monday today, stepped away from my desk and i come back i see a missed call from the plumber and he's yelling and cursing via a voicemail saying that they tried to reach me all morning to settle the bill both him and the company, which i didn't receive any calls but the one call from him, basically straight lying. Would not use them again

Lucky I managed to get hold of Colin when some plumbing issues popped up in my place on a Friday afternoon. He came right over and identified the problem, suggested a solution and gave a guide price on fixing it up. He really explained what was required and how the original problem developed which is unusual as I think plumbers/electricians like to keep things as vague as possible - not with Colin.

In terms of the work it was completed promptly and slightly under budget (another huge plus & surprise!).

Colin is now my plumber guy and I'll be recommending him to friends / colleagues in the future

We had an incredibly positive experience with Blaustein Plumbing. We have custom, European plumbing fixtures (installed by previous owners) that are so specialized many plumbers don't understand how to fix them. I was recommended Blaustein Plumbing by a Plumbing and Hardware store that sells the specialized parts we needed. They charged a VERY reasonable (relatively speaking) flat fee per hour and are far more experienced and knowledgeable compared to other plumbers I've worked with. They're also super courteous, in addition to the mask, they put booties on before entering the apartment, gave me advice on how my building's super could fix certain items or issues (so I wouldn't have to spend the money calling a plumber). It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this plumber.

Samir and his team are very professional, responsive, and reasonable in their rates. Samir worked with me when I suddenly got COVID and had to cancel, to reschedule and he coordinated with Khalid, who did my latest round of household repairs, to be sure everything was done well, and according to my specifications. I highly recommend Samir and his team!

Called and left a message and Jay called back within a few hours.  He was super helpful troubleshooting my issue, and didn't try to oversell.  In fact, he made some suggestions for me to do instead of having him come out.  Really appreciate it, and would recommend to anyone.

Best service Ive ever had from a business.I had a problem with the DEP not accepting my backflow test results due to the initial test being filled out incorrectly by a Build it Back architect,Tom and his staff did all the legwork contacting all the parties involved and rectified the situation.They saved me a lot of money in fines,And also saved me from having to hire another architect.They asked for nothing in return,even though they spent alot of time and energy on my case.

There was a blockage in my kitchen pipe which caused a drainage problem in the sink. I spoke to Oscar on Tuesday afternoon and he was able to come over the next day. He was professional and also communicative about what needed to be done. He was able to fix the problem in less than an hour and most importantly, at a reasonable price. I am so glad that I found Racso and I am definitely going to contact him in the future with our plumbing issues.

I called and spoke with Robert the owner, around 5 pm he said he'd be at my house within an hour and he was.  He had to come and fix something that another company didn't do properly the first time I had the clog. He was extremely nice and professional, he had to snake my sewer line and did it fast and right.  I highly recommend Robert and Urgent Drain.

I had a problem with a clog and had to find a plumber. I called up johns and within an hour had Michael a plumber that works for the company help out quickly and was priced fairly. I would definitely recommend them.

AE was recommended to me by a contractor friend who has been buying from them for years. I went in to buy parts for a project in which I have to build an inflation system (balloon that inflates and deflates) so I was looking for valve part options to facilitate inflation and deflation.

The men working there were willing to help me and showed me a few part options. The first man (the owner I think) gave me some switch valves (plastic & metal) and then another man brought out a bike pump valve and a ball valve. I ended up buying the bike valve for $3.

They said they did not sell any small pumps (smaller than large bike pumps they were selling).

They accept returns with 25% restocking fee within 30 days.
