I am so glad that after researching several companies and asking around, I decided to call Scott from Main Man. Our main water pipe broke and water was leaking from the walls into the basement. It got worse and fast. Luckily we redirected the flood of water coming in towards the sewer basin or else we would be flooding. Stressing out, the whole family was digging dirt from the crawl space and moping the basement floor. It was labor intensive and a highly stressful time for us.

I called Scott on Sunday. Send him pictures and videos over the phone. He came Monday, and he came earlier to assess the situation and gave me a quote. He really is a nice and supportive business owner towards his customers. He was professional and always texted me when his crew was coming and what's the next step. He took care of all the permit and advised us from day one. I am very grateful.

The crew was wonderful. Everday, six of them came. They were punctual, clean, and worked so hard. Special shoutout to David and Juan (professional, attentive, and courteous).They showed me I can trust them and the integrity of their work. They were meticulous of the repair and of other resident's property. When they leave, the worksite is neat and guarded until they return next day. They even helped me push my car parked in front of my house into the driveway when the battery died so they can dig in that spot. Day one, they found the broken lead pipe and stopped the water from coming into my basement. There were a lot of tree roots underneath the property/foundation. Day two, they took the lead pipe and installed copper pipes and fixed everything. Day three, they finished the road and sidewalk. They were also kind enough to pour cement over the hole we made on the porch. Not only do they get the job done, they go beyond to help you as much as they can. They were diligent and professional. We had an issue with the gas line at my restaurant. There was a pin sized hole somewhere in the line and it was leaking out. Damion came down and within hours the hole had been found and the leak fixed. Not only was he professional but his great attitude kept everyone at ease through this obviously stressful time. I don't generally Yelp but couldn't pass this one up. If i could give 10 stars, I would. Excellent company and Damion could not have been better at what he does. Highly recommend.

Building hired Eddie for a job to replace several water heaters and redo some venting and he was great.  It was a nice big job and he got paid and his guys did a good job...everyone's happy.

I call him back a couple of months later to come turn on a furnace in the same building.  Eddie was all friendly and says no problem, I'll be on it.  But nada, 1 week, i made a call almost each day to find out if he got to it yet and he said he would.  enough was enough, i straight up said why you give me the run around when you can't commit.  he then made an excuse i get 40-50 calls and it's 70 degree (when i was sub 60), blah blah.  Ok, i get it, it was a small job and i might be sensitive, but not once did Eddie call back to say he can't make it.  Each time it was me following up and each time he tried to play nice guy by saying he was on it, when he knew he didn't have the time.  Just be straight up man, i would have been ok if you were too busy.

Austin Plumbing  broke my families plumbing and did not pay for the damages.  They were asked  to replace broken parts and  took no
responsibility for the damage they did. They were over 4 hours late and made a mess destroying the plumbing parts and fixture.

This plumber is amazing! He tackled 4 different jobs in the house and was able to finish in 1 day. He cleaned up after each job and left the house spotless. His price is fair and his work is top notch. I highly recommend this plumber.

My hot water heater had a leak from both incoming and outgoing pipes and needed a help. Guillermo was very prompt and gave me clear information about the issue. He was able come 1 hr earlier than the scheduled time, fixed the problem in about an hour. Maximo team is highly recommended.

Had a problem with the heat in my house this morning. Making things worse was the temperature outdoors was below 32 degrees.  I checked the pilot light for the Weil Mclein boiler in my basement -- despite several Attempts to light the pilot, it would not stay lit, and thus no heat in my house.  So I called a couple of contrac I knew -- unfortunately they were not available to help.  Hence, I decided to check on Yelp.com for heating specialists.  Found Downtown Plumbing & Heating with positive reviews-- thus I decided to give them a call.  i called around 11am, and got a dispatch for someone to come to my home by 2 - 3 Pm. At 1:23 pm, George arrived well ahead of time with the right part to quickly resolve the boiler issue.  I am very happy with the service, and enjoying the warm heat on this cold night.  Saving their number for the future!

Would absolutely recommend Colin for your plumbing needs.  He showed up the same day I called him, just a couple of hours later, to fix 3 separate minor plumbing problems we were having in our apartment related to our kitchen sink and washer/dryer.  He was kind, polite, and explained everything clearly, which I appreciated.  Because of the pandemic he also wore a mask (properly over his nose, I would add) and shoe covers.  He worked quickly and had reasonable rates.  Highly recommend!

We had no heat this weekend, and my building was struggling to get a plumber to come by. I used Blaustein a while back to install some new bathroom fixtures, so I gave their number to my super without really expecting much. Thankfully our pipes weren't frozen and in less than 3 hours later our heat was fixed and my super raved to me about the fast, clean work that the mechanic did.

I recently had my Tudor home in New Jersey painted by S&A Quality Pro Services. I was impressed with the work and particularly the responsiveness of Samir, the owner. His guys came over promptly every morning and finished the job in less than a week, despite challenging weather conditions. I intend to use them for other home improvement projects in the future.

Friedman Irwin & Son Inc is AMAZING!!! I called them last night out of desperation -- my hot water was out -- and they were able to come FIRST thing this morning. They were in and out in no time and extremely professional, respectful and polite. And of course, my hot water is fixed. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs! They couldn't be better.

With everything going on pandemic-wise, they were very communicative and responsive, making it easier to schedule an appointment. They showed up an diagnosed the issues very quick. Very professional and fast workers.

Woke up to water in the basement and panicked when I realized it was the main line. Called Urgent Drain and Raheem was professional and reassuring.
Once they arrived, He & Junior quickly cleared the drain.  Reasonable flat rate for the service so no complaints.  Professional and courtesy.  Would recommend!

I called Cheap John's on a Sunday afternoon they said somebody would be out in 1 1/2hr, well he got yo my house in a 1/2hr. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem and unclogged my kitchen sink and dug up and cleared my line in less than 1hr, super fast, reasonably priced and very professional I'd recommend Cheap Johns to anyone who has a plumbing issue

The plumber I received was extremely and unreasonably rude. Thought I should write a review about it. Tells me that he knows what he is doing and he in fact, did not. I needed 1 part replaced but he acted like it was life or death. I wouldn't use their service ever if I were you.
