My problem was low pressure in my entire house. 5 minutes into my conversation with Scott, I immediately knew I was going to give him the job. I'm an engineer and very methodical and did my legwork and spoke to 5 or 6 other contractors asking every question you could image before I spoke to Main main. Each contractor give me a piece of the explanation with no clear plan or explanation that I and was looking for. Scott gave met the entire outline and painted my scenarios while being extremely detailed.  I could tell he was very very experienced - no bull.

Scott came in with a professional and courteous team. They made sure they covered all the bases from making sure the street was free where they needed to dig to cleaning up and sealing the street extremely professionally. My water pressure was so strong afterwards that I've never had such good pressure for 25 years! They made sure they carefully worked and walked in my basement as it was a finished basement. What I thought was going to be a painful job, turned out to be so seamless and painless. My issue was a dirty city tap.  Main man cleaned it out with a special threading tool and tested the pressure several times afterwards before reconnection. They made sure to show me the difference of the pressure before and after. Scott is a pleasure to contract out.

Our toilet had a stoppage in the middle of the night. After consulting with multiple plumbers, Akeim of Sturks Sewer Works was able to clear the blockage and get the toilet back into functional order at a very reasonable rate. Thank you so much Akeim!

Find another, more professional plumber. Sadly, they don't respect your time. I used them once before and they were fine. Tried a second time and had a morning appointment scheduled far out in advance. I was told they had a bigger job so they needed to move me to the end of the day. I obliged and rearranged my schedule. Was given a window of 4-7pm. Called to confirm at almost 6pm and was told they needed to push me again until between 7 and 8pm. Got the runaround -- and he said, what do you want me to do? Come another day? Star Cities, I've already rearranged my schedule for you. I have a job that I left early to meet YOUR schedule. Don't ask me to do it again. You wasted my time. Never again.

Very cool and professional, very reasonable with pricing, would definitely use their services again.

Mike from Austin Plumbing is great! called him at 8AM showed up promptly to help fix my heating pipe leak on a Sunday. Very detail oriented and made sure everything is okay. He seems very knowledgeable. Will definitely call him again for future plumbing needs. 5 stars

OUTSTANDING!!! No heat in the middle of December is no fun.... luckily we contacted James, he showed up on a Sunday morning...came up with temp solution. James returned 1st thing Monday morning with the new part, Pete also came over and they were able to solve our issue with our gas boiler.  
 James and Pete are very professional and friendly, they were willing to work around my work schedule and made every effort to reassure us they could solve our problem. Prices were fair and clearly communicated thru out the process. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE PLATINUM IN THE FUTURE AND WILL RECCOMEND. Plumber they outsourced the work to this past saturday, think his name is George from his heavy accent. Called Friday for Saturday morning, we agreed on 12. 1pm rolls around and he's still a no show, i call him up and he basically forgot so he shows up at 1:30pm. Does the work, and i called the main line Saturday to leave a message to call me back so I can pay the invoice. Its Monday today, stepped away from my desk and i come back i see a missed call from the plumber and he's yelling and cursing via a voicemail saying that they tried to reach me all morning to settle the bill both him and the company, which i didn't receive any calls but the one call from him, basically straight lying. Would not use them again

I would certainly recommend Colin.  He just installed a kitchen facet for us. Communicated well, showed up on time, and did an excellent job at a fair price.  Will certainly call him again if I have future plumbing needs.

Excellent service ! The men are efficient , very professional , quick ,  thorough , polite . My plumbing issue was resolved beautifully . I've used this company prior to this problem and will continue to do so with any / all future plumbing troubles I'm sure to encounter . Hats off to James Bond & St Michael !

Samir and Antonio are a fantastic team. We had a few patches in our ceiling that needed to be repaired and they were both timely, responsive, professional and affordable. Finally a great contractor! I will absolutely be using S&A Quality Pro Services again in the future.

This is a fantastic group of plumbers and a wonderful group to work with. Superior work and really great people to work with.

I contacted them and within hours, they had my building strict insurance requirements met, they and were onsite doing work... I was in such a pinch with a newly constructed kitchen. We had a complicated setup, and they had everything up and running in our kitchen in a few hours. The owner, Jay,  called me a few times to check in and see that everything was running well and to confirm the schedule. The office manager Howard was super friendly and helpful. The two technicians that came onsite were VERY professional, friendly and did fantastic work.

Very proffesional and was half the price of every other company  I called,  They came and took care of the backflow device the same day i called them and took care of all the paperwork as well.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.  They have just about any plumbing part you can imagine in stock

We had a sewer problem while I was away and I was convinced it was a pipe breach this time.  Oscar responded first thing the following morning and immediately diagnosed the problem as blockage in a certain spot.  It was fixed very quickly and Oscar gave good advice as to how to address it longer term.  The cost was very reasonable compared to other service providers in my experience.  Oscar was very professional and friendly. I expect to call him back in shortly for more work, so I will be a repeat customer.  Oscar's the best!

Good job. Service man came within 1 hour on a Sunday. Fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Gave good advice on how to avoid in the future and was on his way. $350 was in my range for this emergency situation. My line was clogged and caused flooding.  Very professional. I would use them again

The plumber I received was extremely and unreasonably rude. Thought I should write a review about it. Tells me that he knows what he is doing and he in fact, did not. I needed 1 part replaced but he acted like it was life or death. I wouldn't use their service ever if I were you.
