We get many requests for sewer issues in the area, and I've struggled finding the right person/company to work with until I finally found Scott.  He was knowledgeable, honest, and competitively priced.  It's a nice feeling to finally have someone that I not only can call to fix any sewer problems in the Brooklyn area, but also will feel educated on the issue, and confident I am making the right decision.  Thanks for everything Scott.

Akeim is professional, knowledgeable and efficient.  When the kitchen faucet in my tenant apartment broke, from the pictures of the damage he was able to assess quickly that I needed to do a replacement instead of a repair and advised objectively on the type of faucet I should get.  Once obtained, he installed it quickly for a reasonable price.  I was very pleased with his work and look forward to working with him on future projects.

Find another, more professional plumber. Sadly, they don't respect your time. I used them once before and they were fine. Tried a second time and had a morning appointment scheduled far out in advance. I was told they had a bigger job so they needed to move me to the end of the day. I obliged and rearranged my schedule. Was given a window of 4-7pm. Called to confirm at almost 6pm and was told they needed to push me again until between 7 and 8pm. Got the runaround -- and he said, what do you want me to do? Come another day? Star Cities, I've already rearranged my schedule for you. I have a job that I left early to meet YOUR schedule. Don't ask me to do it again. You wasted my time. Never again.

Great guy fixed our shower leak, and draining sink issues replaced whole fixture and declogged it dealt with unusual plumbing that was in place reversed hoses and other stuff. Also very nice and accommodating with a nice sense of humor. Experienced plumber which quickly knows what tools and products he needed to not waste time, and quickly solve the problem. Accepts credit cards things cost about $100-200 for labor.

I have been satisfied every time I've used Austin Plumbing and Heating. They have always completed work on time and within budget. The work they have done has always been up to code and passed inspection. I highly recommend them!

Amazing job done! Had a leaky pipe that needed to be fixed otherwise I would've had a pool in my basement. Went on yelp looking for a plumber and got a response right away with a very fair quote. He came to house the next day and had the job done extremely fast with no issues. I would highly recommend him if you need a plumber.

Called on a Tuesday at noon about my sink that wouldn't drain (despite me playing Mr Plumber to no avail).   Yuri came by at 2, spent an hour or more with mechanical snake thingy and I had greatest drainage speeds I've had in years.   Yuri also happily explained why an island sink always has challenges with draining (no air pipe) and I couldn't be happier with the service.  I think it cost $225, not sure if that's high or not but I have a larger project that Yuri took a look at and will likely use them again assuming pricing not ridiculous.

Honest plumber. Awesome guy, we've used him a few times. He put in our new garbage disposal, fixed leaks under the kitchen sink, fixed toilets, and the bathtub faucet. His prices are MORE THAN FAIR, esp. considering we previously had Fred Smith plumbers in here who charged us a fortune and did a shitty job.

We just always use Colin now for all plumbing stuff, and I gave my neighbor his number as well. Would definitely recommend.

We had an issue with a leak at our restaurant. No one was available.  When we called and spoke to the owner, not only did he make sure to get someone out right away. He followed up after to make sure we were taken care of.

Our kitchen needed remodeling. Honestly, my wife and I purchased a new kitchen countertop and we were looking for someone install it. Samir by far is a great choice. He made us feel very comfortable, answered all our questions, and also suggested a few other options. The installation was quick, neat and perfect. He educated us throughout the installation and has a great sense of humor. You can tell that he really enjoys his work and understands what the customer needs. Definitely a great choice. During a rain storm my basement bathroom tub started filling up with dark water. Called these guys and they did come out same night and charged what they said which was an emergency snaking of the sewer line for $750. The plumber who came out said that would fix it and said there was a 30 day warranty. Gave him a tip. 32 days later hurricane Henri hit and our basement flooded. I called Brandon to try to honor their warranty since how am I supposed to know when another storm would hit and clearly snaking didn't fix the issue. I even asked if a plumber would just come out and camera inspect the pipe and I would pay the cost. He said he'd call me back and never did. I found another plumber who figured out that my sump pump was broken. Basically snaking the line did nothing. If your plumber had inspected everything and not jump to snaking the line, it would've saved me $10k in repairing my basement.

Very proffesional and was half the price of every other company  I called,  They came and took care of the backflow device the same day i called them and took care of all the paperwork as well.

Appalling customer service even borderlining obnoxious for being busy I am just going to have to live with not having your business. Extremely disappointing from a customer service 20yr veteran perspective, a woman owned Construction Co in NY and them being recommended from a Successful GC friend....

Absolutely AMAZING plumber!! I called late at night last night with a plumbing emergency. I have been experiencing flooding in my basement for several days. Robert was so kind; he patiently listened to my concerns and explained his recommendations. I was impressed that he could fit me in for the next day in the morning. He discovered that there was something stuck in my pipes, causing a blockage. I had planned to get the trap replaced, but he informed me that I no longer needed to after he removed the blockage. I have had at least 3 plumbers come by in the last few months, and none of them discovered the blockage. They all said I have an old system and need to get it replaced. Robert saved me a lot of money, work, and stress. I am so incredibly grateful! I would highly recommend Urgent Drain for any plumbing needs. They are affordable, kind, and knowledgeable. Better than any other plumber I've used in the area. Do not hesitate to reach out!!

This company never disappoints. We had trouble with our bathtub not draining the water fast enough and leaving everything clogged. We tried some DIY remedies which involved Drain-o but we found out that it was doing more harm than good. I called Cheap John's and they answered my call immediately. They told me they would call me back in 90 minutes and in 45 minutes, Paul was at my door. I called this company last year for an issue i had with my bathroom sink, and they did a great job solving the problem so i figured i would call them again on this matter. Paul was nothing but generous. He came in our home, we explained the situation and he was able to figure out what the problem was in the matter of seconds. He had all the right tools to make it work. He did not want to leave my house, not only till he was satisfied but until we were satisfied which is exactly what he did. He worked fast and the job he did was very effective. Very knowledgeable in this field and made sure everything was done properly. We had all sorts of questions and Paul was able to answer them all. All of his suggestions were on point and told us the straight up truth of what needed to be done. I will only reach out to Cheap Johns for my plumbing matters and they have a very good team that knows how to deal with things of this nature. Again, the price was very accommodating and always works with you to do the right thing. So far 2 for 2 from this company and I know i have a reliable source for my plumbing needs.

Bought a portable dishwasher, and the device that connects to the sink didn't seem to fit my sink. I went to AE on the recommendation of a local hardware store that wasn't able to help me out.

Turns out, I wasn't doing it the right way and it did fit. They helped me out free of charge, despite the fact that I was a retail client instead of a contractor, who seem to be their typical customers. I appreciated the honesty and quick service!
