Adam, Adam, Adam, THANK YOU!!! We got one of those mean 3day notices from the DEP and did not know what to do. They were able to match a lower price we received from another company and get to work so fast. We just had our street done within the year and the water line was across the street. He explained everything in detail and the how's and why to everything. Very transparent and honest, and we would do business with them again (hopefully we wont have too, but Incase we do have too). We had to get our kitchen faucet replaced, due to a leak. We sent him a video, and he was able to diagnose the problem and get a technician out right away to help us get the problem fixed.

Patrick from his team came out and was nice, pleasant and a total pro, who explained to us what he was doing, since me and my fiancé would like to be able to fix a similar problem should it happen in the future. Great professional service. Will absolutely use again when needed.

Mike from Austin Plumbing is great! called him at 8AM showed up promptly to help fix my heating pipe leak on a Sunday. Very detail oriented and made sure everything is okay. He seems very knowledgeable. Will definitely call him again for future plumbing needs. 5 stars

I needed to change the tub spout in my shower and I couldn't get the old one off. I called Platinum and they promptly scheduled service for me during my desired window. Pete arrived at exactly the appointment time, and handled our job exceptionally well. He was such a perfectionist that he insisted on doing our job for free due to a minor cosmetic issue. Our overall experience with Platinum and with Pete in particular was extremely positive and they will be my first call in the future for any plumbing needs.

My hot water heater had a leak from both incoming and outgoing pipes and needed a help. Guillermo was very prompt and gave me clear information about the issue. He was able come 1 hr earlier than the scheduled time, fixed the problem in about an hour. Maximo team is highly recommended.

I have an older home and have had problems with the plumbing etc. Downtown Plumbing & Heating returned my call promptly and dispatched their technicianto my home; he arrived in great time. Tyquon was very helpful and informative in explaining repairs to resolve the problem. I am very happy to have this ongoing process resolved by downtown plumbing and heating!

I have relied on Colin's plumbing skills for the last two years.  He is an excellent plumber, reasonably priced, and cleans up after each project.  He communicated how long it will take and how much it will likely cost.  He is a friendly Irish-American you can count on.

My experience with Blaustein was the complete opposite of Phineas' (as has been the experience of two co-ops who've used Blaustein for years and recommended them).  B. responded immediately to my call and located a hard-to-reach leaking drainpipe that two previous plumbers had been unable to find.  Junior, the head doctor, had to cut away a lot of wood shims under the tub to see the culprit, then removed and replaced it in only two hours' work.  Decades of experience, total professionals, reasonable prices, and it's even a union shop, we understand.

Responded very quickly (and over a weekend) and sent someone over within hours. Did a great job replacing a broken drain pipe and fixing damaged dry wall so it looked good as new!

My shower dripped.

I called FI&S on Tuesday and was told I'd be called back with an appointment time.  I wasn't.
I called again on Wednesday and said I'd called on Tuesday and again  was told I'd be called back with an appointment time.  I wasn't.
Friday, finally they called to reset my appointment.  Reset?, I asked.  you mean 'set' the appointment. You never called me before.

Short story shorter, the guy showed up at 3p.m. that Friday.  After whacking my shower handle for 15 minutes with a screwdriver and busting the cartridge inside, he realized he didn't have the tools he needed.

What was a drip from the shower head, now it was a gush coming from the shower handle, still stuck in place.  Still, he had to leave, and leave he did  after promising to be back first thing Monday morning.

He did not come back, neither on Monday, nor on Tuesday, nor on any other day, nor did he call, ever after that.

I got myself to the internet, watched some videos, went to the plumbing store, and after a few videos and much praying, I remove the handle, replaced the cartridge, and was done with both the drip and the gush.

So, all in all, I thank FI&S because they were kind enough to help me realize that I can do good plumbing if I try.  As a a token of my gratitude, I give them a 3 star review and these 2 words:

There was a blockage in my kitchen pipe which caused a drainage problem in the sink. I spoke to Oscar on Tuesday afternoon and he was able to come over the next day. He was professional and also communicative about what needed to be done. He was able to fix the problem in less than an hour and most importantly, at a reasonable price. I am so glad that I found Racso and I am definitely going to contact him in the future with our plumbing issues.

He respond my request so fast. He got this job done in a day, very good service. I will recommend him to my friends

Terriable.  First of all they don't show up with the right tools.  He brought a drain cleaner that had nothing attached to the end of the cable - so how is he going clean out a sewage line with that?   They don't have an option to use a camera to look down the sewage line to see what the problem is and just assumed everthing is fine for whatever little work they did.  Total scam artists and complete waste of money.  Also super annoyed with calling us good people and saying how their reviews are great.  I'm sure most of these 5 star reviews aren't real customers but friends&family.

Really rude and unhelpful. Just needed one part and they were going to charge extra bs fees for handling. Do yourself a favor and buy exactly what you need online
