I found Main Man on Yelp when my parents had a leak that they couldn't detect and the DEP water bills kept steadily increasing.  We called 5 plumbing companies and only 2 responded immediately.  Scott, the owner, was the first to show up the next morning.  His team was very thorough and they detected the source of the leak which required tearing up part of the basement floor and replacing the pipe.  He took and emailed pictures of the damage and the work his team performed so that we could include it in our documentation to the DEP leak forgiveness program. Very reasonable with pricing. I would highly suggest using Main Man for any of your plumbing needs. Thank you yelpers and thank you, Main Man!

We had an issue with the gas line at my restaurant. There was a pin sized hole somewhere in the line and it was leaking out. Damion came down and within hours the hole had been found and the leak fixed. Not only was he professional but his great attitude kept everyone at ease through this obviously stressful time. I don't generally Yelp but couldn't pass this one up. If i could give 10 stars, I would. Excellent company and Damion could not have been better at what he does. Highly recommend.

Long story short...returned my phone call, showed up in less than an hour, diagnosed the issue and fixed it same day...could not ask for more.

I called multiple plumbers in the area and only one returned my phone call, that was Eddie of Recommended Plumbing. I called to have a leaking toilet fixed due to an improper install and repair from another plumber. Since I was at work, he sent me a video explaining what the issue was, which gave me comfort. Most importantly, the leak is fixed and no longer an issue. The fast response and great customer service was icing on the cake. Would highly recommend.

Austin Plumbing  broke my families plumbing and did not pay for the damages.  They were asked  to replace broken parts and  took no
responsibility for the damage they did. They were over 4 hours late and made a mess destroying the plumbing parts and fixture.

Our old boiler needed to be changed. We found Platinum Plumbing on Yelp with great reviews and decided to give them a try. Pete came down and scheduled our installation and gave us a price right on the spot. They were clean efficient and did an incredible job. They even fixed a couple of broken radiators free of charge. I just moved into an older building and my water pressure was abysmal! Landlord told me that Downtown plumbing had installed the shower some time ago, so I gave them a call. After explaining my issue, Dominic came himself to check it out and was able to install a new head for me at no charge. So pleased with the customer service. I have been having a lot of trouble finding a reliable plumber / construction repairman.  Today I lucked out.  S & A Quality Pro Services did a fantastic job.  He showed up on time, did thorough and accurate work, replacing a bathroom faucet and fixing a major hole in the drywall.  I certainly will be calling him again for the many jobs in the building.  I highly recommend him.

Great work and service! After waiting 8 hours for the Roto-Rooter guy to show up (I was promised a slot by Roto-Rooter for between 12 and 2. But the guy finally arrived at 6 when it was too late to do the work...) and getting a quote for 350, I called Jay. He sent someone at 8 the following morning and the work was done for half the price in an hour. Highly recommend.

We needed to replace a kitchen faucet and received a quick reasonably priced quote online. Set up an appointment and Oscar came to do the installation. He was very professional and very considerate of our safety as he came in with safety mask and footwear. He did the installation and it was very good and efficient and he addressed all our questions and concerns. After the service was done, we paid what the agreed quote and it came with a year of labor guarantee. Very happy with the service and we finally found our go to plumber and hvac servicer!

They did a great job unclogging my drain and they worked fast and efficiently! I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again.

Guy tells me on the phone that they have the cartridge for a specific toilet flush system.  He sounded dismissive and like he didn't know what he was talking about, so I asked three times, even though he tried to hang up on me, if it was the cartridge they had.  He says yes then hangs up.  Walk over there and it's the handle not the cartridge.  Another guy working there acknowledged what an idiot the person I dealt with was and tried to help but they didn't have the part.  I'm not a plumber, but I know how to fix a toilet and the exact parts I need to do so.

Steer clear of this place.  They don't want to be bothered by non-plumbers.
