Ciro was professional and on time to fix a leak under my bathroom sink. He had to replace a valve which was hard to find but he did and returned to do a great job. He also replaced my front door lock and spent some time cleaning out my dryer vent which was very hard to get to. I was quite horrified to see what came out of there! His assistant was helpful and polite. I am so happy to have found a great handyman who is capable. When you live in an old house there is always something needing fixing. I put it off because dealing with flaky people isn't fun. I highly recommend booking him for any job! Thumbs up.

These guys showed up within the two hour window they had given. They texted a picture of their technician ahead of time so that I would know who was coming by. He (David M.) did an assessment and recommended a sewer line clean up. We had a foul smell for some time. I was told the price before they started work. They laid down fresh tarps. I had just painted my basement and was worried about a mess. They left everything neat and tidy. Great employees!

I cannot praise this team enough. When the water heater at my mom and dad's house failed, they provided me with a prompt easy-to-read quote for the entire job (no hidden costs) which was quite competitive. They showed up on time with all necessary materials in hand, were courteous and efficient, and even hauled away the old water heater. The new heater was thoroughly tested before they left and has worked flawlessly since installation. This company is the best.  I needed a sump pump installed and Steve Morris and his crew came in and evaluated the situation, installed and tested the sump pump and it works like a charm.   Punctual, experienced, excellent workmanship and ethically fair.  They are not robber barrens like some of these plumbing companies.  Steve Morris, the boss has a quiet demeanor, very pleasant attitude, knowledgeable and understanding of all types of plumbing situations.

We had a huge sewer line blockage which almost flooded our basement; Mike came and found the issue and got started right away. He was so fast and efficient, by the time I came to see if everything was ok he was already done. He has great communication and extremely fair prices. He also explained to me what was wrong and power washed the front yard. Truly great service!

Our toilet was leaking from the base. CN Coterie was very responsive and had a fair price. They came promptly and fixed it. They were also easy to work with in getting all the information my building required of them.
