Mike performed the work regarding my tub drain with professionalism and impeccable workmanship.

He managed to come at a time another plumbing company canceled on me the last minute. So to say that not only he did the job very well but also took his time and showed us what was installed. His prices are top notch as well, before contacting him I contacted other plumbers regarding a quote and his was the best in town I suggest anyone that needs a plumber or installer regarding water appliances please give him a call I will definitely hire him for other projects on my property.

I started discussing the project I had with Ciro back in April. I needed someone to add mesh to the bottom of my fence line to deal with rats coming from neighboring yards.  This required digging up a garden and trying to preserve the 70 year old plants along the fence line. He took a look at the job and gave a very reasonable price.  Ciro did the work in one day, came on time, prepared with his own tools and left the job site in a clean fashion (and he provided me with a receipt).  A true professional.   Brooklyn is in the need of a good handyman and I think they found one.  I look forward to using Ciro again in the future.

I contacted Ray the plumber and was advised that their drain clearing division is Zoom Drain and that is who I was talking with.

Don't waste your time. I have a clogged main and gave a detailed discription of what needed to be done (easy rooter clean out) and I asked for a ballpark price. I said I understand that it is a ballpark and if the situation differs from what I discribed then the price might be different. They refused to give any type of ballpark pricing. They said they must come to the house before they give any quote (even a ball park). When I questioned why they could not even give me a general idea of the cost they started yelling at me! Wow.... really. I said have a nice day and hung up.

These are a couple of good guys that try their best to shoot straight and do quality work in a prompt manner. I've went with them for a few projects around the house and they've always been great. I would recommend them in the future and use their services again.

Steve came at the arranged time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it within a half hour.  He was affordable.

I needed help with a main line inspection last minute. Mike was quick to respond and came through without a fuss. Very dependable and fair.

The plumber whom they sent took care of several tasks with a minimum of fuss and full display of competence.  He also cleaned the crud off the floor after snaking the drain. The customer service staff can be a bit short with you on the phone but hey, this is Brooklyn, it's nothing personal.

Ricardo did some electric work for us. He wired up a new ceiling fan and relocated two boxes, which was a pretty big project that required cutting out large pieces of drywall.  Everything works great, and the walls are patched up perfectly - you can't even tell there was any work done to them. On top of that, he's also a really nice guy and very easy to work with. I'd highly recommend him for electric work.

Very good impression from Jay from first speaking on the phone.  He is a helpful, gentle guy and explained things over the phone.  His communication was good when setting up an appointment, and he texted me with any updates on when he expected to arrive.  I had a new shower/tub system that was installed poorly and had issues with the water pressure.  Jay understood my concerns and successfully troubleshooted the issue.   He is thorough and takes the time to do a high quality job.  He is an experienced plumber who knows his craft.  I wanted to fully 'test' out all the components and he patiently waited while I did so.  He takes caution not to scratch or damage other surfaces of the bathroom while working.  He also gave me good advice on plumbing fixtures.  His price was fair and I would definitely call him again!

Amazing company! The owner showed up quickly and fixed a major sewage leak in my basement. So efficient and well worth the price. He even had a cleanup crew come and clean up everything. I will only use them from now on!!!!
