Fast service! Michael showed up within one hour of providing an estimate online to fix our clogged sink, answered all our questions, and most importantly fixed the issue. Will update if anything goes wrong with the work but as for right now we are 100% satisfied customers and glad we found a local plumber for our new home

It was a pleasure hiring this company to fix my sewer drain clog. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was punctual, responsive, and kept the area clean as much as possible.
He utilizes a camera probe during his work, which is an amazing feature, to clean the main sewer pipe. He showed me the tree roots that were blocking my pipe in great detail.
I would hire this company again without hesitation if I ever need to unclog a drain.

My tenants bathtub was clogged.  I called handyman guy and Ciro gave me an estimate over the phone.  He came to fix the problem.  Bathtub was unclogged!!!  Very reliable. Stuck to the price that was quoted over the phone. He also helped me with my sink too for a very minimal charge.  I will use him again for any other handyman work that I made need.

Kitchen sink clogged. Professional, prompt, reasonable price. Explained everything and left the space cleaner than when he got here. This is the 3rd time I've used Zoom and wouldn't hesitate to use &/or recommend them again.

I cannot praise this team enough. When the water heater at my mom and dad's house failed, they provided me with a prompt easy-to-read quote for the entire job (no hidden costs) which was quite competitive. Two separate issues threatened to leave our condominium without heat through this cold snap. These guys were professional and did a great job, but much more than that, they worked tirelessly to find a required part and made the extra effort to ensure we had it fitted, same day.

There is no question who will be calling next time we need plumbing repairs.

Discovered that I had a leak under my kitchen sink and at first I thought I might be able to fix it myself and so I tried to just tighten the pipe... well as soon as I turned it the pipe snapped off!!!

Immediately I began looking for a plumber on yelp. Mike responded right away with a quote and came out the next morning and repaired the broken pipe all for the price he had quoted me which included labor and parts. He was very responsive throughout the process calling and texting to let me know when he was on his way. I will definitely be using him again if I have any issues that I need to address.

I called to get a quote for installing radiant floor heating a week ago.  The receptionist told me they're too busy to take on renovation projects right now.  I thought that'd be it and went and called other plumbers.

Today I got a call back from the owner, and we discussed at length about my project (even though we both know they won't be contracted to do it).  He gave me sound advice and a wealth of valuable information.  Very classy!  I wish I could hire them for the job!!

Excellent company , very fast response & emergencies as well. If you don't have a account with them they cost a little high per hour. I had a technician named Mark come to my house in the lower village & he was super fast - clean & did his best to finish before the hour was up, I would only recommend the tech named Mark & his nephew. They also made sure everything was super clean & took away all the garbage, such a sweetheart !!

I needed my faucet removed to replace a countertop. This company was very professional and communicative. There were a lot of hurdles during the course of the project, but they handled it well, communicated with the countertop contractor, and always kept me in the loop. Their prices are also quite reasonable. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Johnathan couldnt be a nicer guy. I was having trouble with my hot water so I called Pro Plumbing and Heating and spoke to Johnathan. After sending a few picks he said he would call me with my options. He and Louis arrived the next day and worked their butts off replacing my water heater. They were honest and as professional as can be and neat. I highly recomend them to anyone who wants an honest, reliable plumber.

Like the review below, I recommend securing your estimate in writing. The office is prompt, and the plumbers are good, but being asked to pay 25% more on the day of your appointment isn't a good feeling. To clarify, the scope of my work did not change from my initial phone quote, and of course my account of the initial conversation conflicts with the office staff's recollection. All I can say is to be sure to have the quote in writing, so there is no question.
