We freaked out when we saw our water in our basement. Called Michael's Plumbing Service and he came out the same day. Figured out what caused the flooding and cleaned out our pipes. Even gave us a video for our records. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service. I called him and explained the issue. He was so courteous and helpful. He was able to fix the issue and he is the only plumber I will call. I love the service.

Had a terrible clogged bathroom drain. Called American Sewer and Drain on Saturday and was able to make an appointment for Wednesday when I planned to be home. Richard showed up on time and spent more than two hours getting through the clog, which was deep in the wall and spread through a large portion of the pipe. He was courteous, kept me updated on the status of the job and committed to getting it done right. Price was very reasonable considering the amount of time he took. I recommend American Sewer and Drain and will definitely call again if I ever have any drain or sewer issues.

Called Ciro for a very dangerous situation.  I had a rotted window frame with the pane suspended only by the bottom corner.  The bottom of the frame was leaning against the air conditioner.  At any time, the pane could have fallen out of the frame.

Ciro responded very quickly.  He came and gave me a reasonable estimate and completed this job and another issue.  He was on time and very professional.

I was scheduled for an estimate through Tony on Yelp.  My appointment was scheduled between 9-930am.  I changed my schedule around to make this work.  At 9:35 nobody has shown up to my house so I called and spoke with Donna who said David was supposed to come to my house and put me on hold to see if he had left yet.  She placed me on hold and then disconnected the call.

I called back and Tony answered.  Tony took my info and then transferred me to David who told me that Donna gave him my name with the wrong address.  I had set the appointment up with Tony through Yelp so I'm not sure why fingers were being pointed at someone else.  David tried to take my information, however, I politely declined and advised him that I will find someone else to do the job for me.

If this office is this unorganized with scheduling an appointment, I can only imagine what it would have been like to have them do the job.  Glad I learned about this and had this experience before I was further into the job.

If you use this company, hopefully your experience will be better than mine.

I had a very good experience with NYC. I had a list of things I needed done, and their estimate was about half what the other company I called gave.
They arrived on time and worked efficiently.
They forgot to include one of the problems in my estimate and ultimately did not do it (the most minor of the issues, and frankly one that I didn't need anyway)

Amazing company!!! We re new home buyers and needed to pass inspection, main sewage line was uncapped, clogged, and the entire pipe was cracked everywhere. Kitchen was clogged and had leaking pipes and bathroom as well. After being stood up by another plumbing company Drain Doctor the plumbers from Drain Solutions Plus  came to our house same day appointment, not only they were very knowledgable, respectful and well spoken, they were able to fix everything.. stayed at the house until 9.30 pm. The best part was when we got the bill.. very very fair prices!

This company is the best.  I needed a sump pump installed and Steve Morris and his crew came in and evaluated the situation, installed and tested the sump pump and it works like a charm.   Punctual, experienced, excellent workmanship and ethically fair.  They are not robber barrens like some of these plumbing companies.  Steve Morris, the boss has a quiet demeanor, very pleasant attitude, knowledgeable and understanding of all types of plumbing situations.

Mike did a fantastic job re-routing some pipes, adding a washing machine drain and installing a slop sink. Highly recommend him for great work and honest pricing!

Larry Williams from Aladdin Plumbing arrived on time, as usual. He observed all Covid protocols. He quickly and competently repaired our bathroom problem. He cleaned up the work area perfectly. And he was courteous from start to finish.

My landlord uses this company. My antique apartment with old-fashioned tub and toilet is not easy. The plumbers know their stuff and are always a pleasure to deal with.  Highly recommended.

I hate to be the guy but they left with with no choice. I've had them come and service my boiler and change my thermostat from an old conventional one to a nest thermostat. They were at my house for at most 90 minutes. Charged me $375 for what they did. Ok, even though I though it was a big expensive I didn't complain because they were very nice and seemed honest. The issue I was having is that the heat is not as strong on the 2nd floor as it is on the 1st or in the basement. They advised that I split it in two zones which would take care of the problem, they seemed like they knew what they were talking about. Ok, I asked them what that job would cost and they told me they would email me an estimate but the next or the weekend (they were at my place on Thursday). It's been 3 months and I have yet to receive that estimate. I've reached out to them to ask them to send it to me and they gave me some random nonsense about having issues with his email and they he would send it right away, nothing!! Really disappointed. Sucks because I probably would've hired them to do the job but they never got back to me.

I needed a plumber who could replace corroded pipes under the sink so a new dishwasher could be installed. Also decided to replace a leaky faucet, soap dispenser, and possibly the sink. I initially contacted a plumbing service I had used once in the past and scheduled appointment. No one ever showed up and no one ever called back to reschedule despite being assured twice that they would call. I'm so glad this happened because I found on YELP the BEST plumbing service on Long Island, Plumbwell. This will be a company I will use forever and recommend to friends and family.

Where do I begin. Bob the owner is highly professional, trustworthy, honest, caring and takes great pride in his company and service. He explained everything and offered alternatives with pros and cons for replacing the faucet. He also researched and tried to find an unusual shaped sink that is no longer available.He is extremely patient as the job was tough due to corroded and frozen pipes. While it took more time, he made sure the job was done right. He also made sure he cleaned up and took all the corroded parts away. He guaranteed his work for 2 years and should there be a problem, he emphasized I should not hesitate to call back.

I also need to compliment Sabrina who works in the office and does the scheduling. She accommodated my schedule needs and called as promised to confirm everything. She truly reflects Plumbwells commitment to high quality service.

This was a WOW experience and I'm so delighted I found a plumber I can trust and have confidence in thanks to YELP's reviewers. I highly recommend Plumbwell and Bob to anyone seeking a plumber they can trust.
