Mike helped us install a reverse osmosis system under the sink and we were very happy with the results. Professionally done and he didn't rush at all. Took his time to make sure the work was done properly. Although we provided the system and Mike only helped with the installation, he still reviewed the procedures with us on maintaining the system. Would definitely recommend.

Called John in the morning with a toilet that wasn't flushing correctly in our new condo -- slow flushing, stuck flapper, plunging didn't help, etc. He explained that he was on a big job and asked if it wasn't an emergency, could he call me back later that afternoon and we'd set something up. I agreed, since we had other toilets we could use. As promised, he called me back just when he said he would, and he and his son showed up 10 minutes later. They immediately identified the problems, replaced the flapper, cleaned all the rim holes and stuff, and even recommended the correct toilet paper to use for a low-flow toilet. The toilet flushes like new. While they were here I found a note on my door from the downstairs neighbor that she had some water leaking into a light fixture from my condo (turns out it was from the same toilet overflowing the day before). Just to ease my mind (and give me something helpful to tell the neighbor) John went around to every sink and water line in the condo with me to make sure nothing was leaking, and offered some suggestions on things to keep an eye on as possible sources of leaks, things to do to make things like the washer drain hose safer against leaks, etc. All in all, they were prompt, professional, helpful, and friendly. And the best part was the cost -- they charged me less for the entire job than I had expected just to get them to show up. Hopefully I won't need a plumber very often :-), but when I do, John and his son are the ones I'm going to call.

After getting a reccomendation from my Dad, who called him during hurricane Sandy. Rich, the owner operator showed within 1 hour of my phone call on Sun Dec 23 at 6pm. He was very nice, knew exactly what to do and gets the job done properly, neatly and at a fair price.

Ciro was super responsive to my initial inquiry to replace a wired doorbell and chime box and scheduled a mutually convenient time right away. He brought both a wired and wireless option so he could get the job done regardless of wiring conditions. He was efficient, organized, pleasant to speak with, and fairly priced. I'll definitely call him again for other home maintenance projects.

Guys are friendly & knowledgeable and clean up after themselves which is so important. Cleared a kitchen drain and shower drain for me and gave great tips on how to keep the drains clear.

This company is the best.  I needed a sump pump installed and Steve Morris and his crew came in and evaluated the situation, installed and tested the sump pump and it works like a charm.   Punctual, experienced, excellent workmanship and ethically fair.  They are not robber barrens like some of these plumbing companies.  Steve Morris, the boss has a quiet demeanor, very pleasant attitude, knowledgeable and understanding of all types of plumbing situations.

Discovered that I had a leak under my kitchen sink and at first I thought I might be able to fix it myself and so I tried to just tighten the pipe... well as soon as I turned it the pipe snapped off!!!

Immediately I began looking for a plumber on yelp. Mike responded right away with a quote and came out the next morning and repaired the broken pipe all for the price he had quoted me which included labor and parts. He was very responsive throughout the process calling and texting to let me know when he was on his way. I will definitely be using him again if I have any issues that I need to address.

I was dreading doing an oil-to-gas conversion for our house. We got quotes and project plans all over the map. Finally we settled on Aladdin Plumbing as the most straightforward about cost and ancillary requirements (chimney, city permit, oil tank removal). When the job began a parade of boiler, plumbing, and oil removal specialists trooped in and out, on time and in sync. Five days later everything was gleaming and in place for city inspection and National Grid meter swap. Great coordination and absolute attention to detail. Worth it!

We reached out to several lighting companies re: the installation of 8 recessed lights with a dimmer switch in my living room. Many of the companies replied, but could only do half the job - they could install the lights, but could not repair or patch the holes, meaning I would have to find a second company to do all of that. Annoying.

Thankfully, I kept searching and came across Ricardo at CN Coterie. After a quick estimate, we finalized details for the entire job, and work began a few days later. It took a little longer than anticipated (2 full days of work) to install the 8 lights and wall dimmer switch, and then patch, sand and paint the holes, but the work itself was great and the price was reasonable. Most importantly, Ricardo was responsive and a professional. Definitely recommend him if you need a contractor!

Jay was great.  Had a few small long standing problems, and then a big leak developed right around Christmas.  He was able to come out quickly, and fixed everything.  Clean, fast, respectful, and so far everything he fixed is working great!  Very happy, recommended.

I stumbled open this plumbing service by a distant referral and allowed this business to bid on a difficult gas line installation project, along with other businesses. From the moment Bob came to give me the estimate - I KNEW I would hire him. And am I ever so glad I did.

He and his crew are the most polite, professional and CLEAN workers I have ever dealt with. They constantly covered their shoes with cloth booties, spoke respectfully to each other while working and of course patiently answered any questions I had. Honestly, it's nice to have people like this in my home.

I might add, they worked cooperatively and efficiently with the local TOWN inspectors (within Suffolk County) and their work passed inspection seamlessly.
