Mike performed the work regarding my tub drain with professionalism and impeccable workmanship.

He managed to come at a time another plumbing company canceled on me the last minute. So to say that not only he did the job very well but also took his time and showed us what was installed. His prices are top notch as well, before contacting him I contacted other plumbers regarding a quote and his was the best in town I suggest anyone that needs a plumber or installer regarding water appliances please give him a call I will definitely hire him for other projects on my property.

These guys are the best, father and son! Anytime I have called them they respond immediately. Great work, fair price. Recently put an addition on our home and they worked so closely with the other contractors both on the kitchen and bathroom work and were always on site when needed. Very professional, wonderful workmanship, wonderful people.

Just received service from Rich at American Sewer. Called him at 330 on a Friday afternoon, he was at the house in about 45 min, went right to work on clogged drain, fixed prob , triple checked that all was good before leaving, and very fairly priced. Highly recommend .

Friendly, reliable, and responsive handyman. He got the work done efficiently and we are very happy with the quality of work! He has already completed multiple jobs for my moms house and I only found him two weeks ago. He put up a new towel rod through tile, installed a new mailbox, fixed our leaky basement pipe, and helped with a minor repair on our screen door. Highly recommend for all the odd jobs you have around your home.

I contacted Ray the plumber and was advised that their drain clearing division is Zoom Drain and that is who I was talking with.

Don't waste your time. I have a clogged main and gave a detailed discription of what needed to be done (easy rooter clean out) and I asked for a ballpark price. I said I understand that it is a ballpark and if the situation differs from what I discribed then the price might be different. They refused to give any type of ballpark pricing. They said they must come to the house before they give any quote (even a ball park). When I questioned why they could not even give me a general idea of the cost they started yelling at me! Wow.... really. I said have a nice day and hung up.

I'm so happy I found this place to help us out in a pinch!!  Our plumbing conveniently decided to give us trouble on super bowl Sunday and we called this place up and literally had someone at the house in an hour.  They were quick, clean, professional and most important: efficient.  Highly recommend this business for any plumbing needs.

Showed up on time and addressed all of the issues I was reporting. Professional and after completing walked me through each repair to show how all was working. Highly recommended

Steve came at the arranged time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it within a half hour.  He was affordable.

Discovered that I had a leak under my kitchen sink and at first I thought I might be able to fix it myself and so I tried to just tighten the pipe... well as soon as I turned it the pipe snapped off!!!

Immediately I began looking for a plumber on yelp. Mike responded right away with a quote and came out the next morning and repaired the broken pipe all for the price he had quoted me which included labor and parts. He was very responsive throughout the process calling and texting to let me know when he was on his way. I will definitely be using him again if I have any issues that I need to address.

They advertise as a Brooklyn plumber but with a Queens office? Nevertheless I called them on a Monday when the pilot light on my boiler would not stay lit. They said they could not come until Wednesday. That doesn't help with winter weather with elderly in the house.

I was surprised by how hard it was to find a licensed plumber in NYC who would return my call about installing 2 new toilets in an apartment in Manhattan.  The first one I spoke to wanted to charge me the full hourly rate, which is generally $200 and up) for someone just to come by to measure the rough-in.  Then my super connected me with TriStar.  They returned my call right away and I was able to send the the documentation for the toilets I planned to get.  This was over the holidays so it took a couple of weeks, but Akeil got back to me pretty fast and came over to measure (free of charge) and gave me their hourly rate upfront.  When the toilets arrived, he was able to schedule the installation right away.  The guys arrived on time, we extremely nice, worked efficiently, and even cleaned up diligently after the work was done.  I was even able to pay with a credit card.  If you're looking for a plumber, start with these guys.

Ricardo did some electric work for us. He wired up a new ceiling fan and relocated two boxes, which was a pretty big project that required cutting out large pieces of drywall.  Everything works great, and the walls are patched up perfectly - you can't even tell there was any work done to them. On top of that, he's also a really nice guy and very easy to work with. I'd highly recommend him for electric work.

As always tried fixing my drain problems myself... couldnt get my snake far enough to celar the clog...in fact may have made it worse.  
Found Jay thru Yelp as a local plumber with great reviews.  He responded to Get Quote promptly, told him it wasnt an emergency but he was able to fit me in the next night (the first i was available).  Quoted me over the phone for what he normally can get done under an hour and explained that anything else we would ahve to see when he gets to the job.

Since I had just done the BR a year ago... he asked if i had pictures so he could see the piping layout... which i did and helped him with his course of action.

Overall Jay and Javier were both very professional, had the right equipment, asked all the right questions ahead before starting the job, were very respectful of our home, explained everything about the plumbing and how these things happen and tips on preventing in the future and answered any questions me or the wife had.

Don't hesitate to use them in the future.

Bobby, the owner, is a pro. Knowledgeable, fair and honest. Great team of plumbers who are patient, on time and courteous. Communication with their office is excellent. They took on a very difficult pipe replacement job in my home and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They also fixed and replaced some older pipes. All looks amazing. Great company to deal with. Highly recommend.
