While booking the appointment could have been smoother, John Sr. and Jr. really knew their stuff! They found a good heatless alternative to sweating a fitting in an insulated wall and had my leaky valve replaced in about an hour despite working in a very tough location. They also managed to do this without damaging any of the tile, which will make patching the access hole much simpler.

I know enough about plumbing to evaluate their work, and it's top-notch.

Richard, the owner, showed up same day to clear a washing machine drain line that had clogged up beneath my slab.  Very reasonable and quick service.  I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

He has already completed multiple jobs for my moms house and I only found him two weeks ago. He put up a new towel rod through tile, installed a new mailbox, fixed our leaky basement pipe, and helped with a minor repair on our screen door. My main line drain was clogged. Called Zoom. Two young men arrived about a hour late. They attempted to clear my clog. Unsuccessfully. I told them they were in the wrong location.  He informed me his experience led him to believe he was correct.  It was not. After trying for about a hour. They gave up. And I was charged over 500.00 for absolutely zero results. I called the company and spoke to the owner. He said he would get back to me. I never heard from him again. The technicians informed me my pipes were collapsed. And the next step would be to excavate.  Without any other type of inspection. Nothing could be further from the truth. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my pipes besides a clog. I ended up clearing it myself.  My drain is working fantastic now. Don't waste your time. Call Roto Rooter or a local plumber. Do not waste your time or money with Zoom drain. Complete scam.  I've learned a expensive lesson. These calls should call themselves Zoom Cash. Because that's all they did. Zoom with my cash and left me still with a clogged drain. Horrible service.

The guys were professional and explained the problem clearly to me. It took longer than any of us thought because roots had invaded my waste pipe to the street. They stayed and made sure the clog was completely gone.  I'll be using them again

Huge sewer back up happened in my home! I called Progressive and within the hour they showed up to help! They found the problem to be a faulty check valve and the backup a result of DEP's negligence. After they helped to keep the sewage water at bay, they installed a new check valve and a pump and helped clean up the mess! Simply the best!

I called during off hours and they got back to me promptly and showed up early in the window of time they gave me. The plumber was hard working, understanding and highly knowledgable. He snaked our drains and then went beyond to indicate a greater plumbing issue affecting the entire building. They are now my go-to in any plumbing situation.

I was in need of the cast iron trap assembly in my unfinished  basement. It's Been epoxy patched  over the decades   and a new leak developed  in a hard to reach  section of cast iron pipe ,  under a support beam.  It was time to change it all, and finally do the job right !
I have used a home repair app on my phone  on my last few  home projects with pretty good results. This time the App hooked me up with cesspool companies.  Then I saw a ad for Plumbwell in a local town newspaper. I got a very competitive price with  two different options that would that would effectively correct  the job in a professional and  proper  manor.   The owner Rob,  also noticed  the old  Cast Iron assembly  was back pitched ( tilted away from the waste water's  natural flow, Meaning there's always waste water just sitting in the pipe. Not flowing  out.
A Long story short: very fair price. 2 workers,  worked about 5 hours. The Guys were amazing !  Super clean job replaced with pvc.  I don't know too much about plumbing, but noticed their  equipment  seemed to be modern and new.  I'm very happy. It's  nice to see some new competition in Northern  Nassau!
I'm glad I noticed their ad in the Roslyn Newspaper.  
They will have my future business if needed.
