We had a drain freeze and break in our commercial building and these guys were at our warehouse within 15 Minutes from the time we called! Early the following morning, Richard was at my house at the scheduled time (which was a two-hour window instead of the four- or more-hour windows from other companies). He quickly and accurately assessed the problem and set to work in a clean, orderly fashion. Once finished, he stayed to check the work thoroughly. Completely professional and personable, I would have no hesitation in using him again and highly recommend him to all.

He has already completed multiple jobs for my moms house and I only found him two weeks ago. I had a very good experience with NYC. I had a list of things I needed done, and their estimate was about half what the other company I called gave.
They arrived on time and worked efficiently.
They forgot to include one of the problems in my estimate and ultimately did not do it (the most minor of the issues, and frankly one that I didn't need anyway)

After reading other reviews I called Drain Solutions Plus for a clog in my shower.  I was called back promptly and Dennis and Angel came that same afternoon.  I could not have been more pleased with their work. They were neat, courteous and the price was fair.  I would not hesitate to call them again and highly recommend them.

Steve came at the arranged time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it within a half hour.  He was affordable.

I was dreading doing an oil-to-gas conversion for our house. We got quotes and project plans all over the map. Finally we settled on Aladdin Plumbing as the most straightforward about cost and ancillary requirements (chimney, city permit, oil tank removal). When the job began a parade of boiler, plumbing, and oil removal specialists trooped in and out, on time and in sync. Five days later everything was gleaming and in place for city inspection and National Grid meter swap. Great coordination and absolute attention to detail. Worth it!

Omar has displayed strong dedication and work ethic onsite at buildings diagnosing leaks. Irena is always very helpful when having worked dispatched via their office. As a Property Manager I can say that I trust this outfit entirely, highly recommended.

These guys are TOP notch. I don't know about you, but I've significantly struggled finding fair, decent (not corrupt!) contractors in New York City.

Jay is the absolute best!  I have been having problems with a leak in my toilet.  Calling Jay was the best thing I ever did.  Jay is very responsive, came and fixed my toilet in no time at all.  He is polite, and very professional. He was stuck in traffic and texted me to tell me he was going to be little late.  I would highly recommend him!

Amazing company! The owner showed up quickly and fixed a major sewage leak in my basement. So efficient and well worth the price. He even had a cleanup crew come and clean up everything. I will only use them from now on!!!!
