Michael did nothing short of save us last night. It was late and our basement bathroom suddenly had horrible sewage backup. We called several plumbers in the area. Not only did Michael respond but he was the only one who came out (even though all the other plumbers claimed to be 24/7 emergency services), he was very approachable, kind, and he didn't leave until the job was done. Afterwards, he gave us some tips and instructions for maintenance. His price was also very reasonable. We highly recommend him and are happy to have him as our permanent plumber. Thank you, Michael!

My downstairs toilet overflowed after Company (never happened before), but thanks to the 5 star review of American Sewer, I called and Rich called me back in 10 minutes and arranged an appt for the next day (I had 2 working bathrooms so that wasn't an issue).  Rich called me in the am to see if the toilet was still clogged (it was) and offered to come earlier which I accepted.  He snaked it out and in 10 minutes it was back in service.  Like the other reviewers, Rich is very straightforward with pricing and scheduling.  $125 for this job seemed reasonable to me so he gets the highest recommendation.

I needed an outlet replaced as well as recessed into a concrete wall of a 130 year old house. Ciro responded immediately, came by the next day to look at everything and give an estimate- which was less than anyone else and very reasonable. He arrived the next morning early to fix it. Was super professional, cleaned up after himself, was fast and even answered questions about other things around the house. It looked better than I imagined and I'll be using him for all kinds of things going forward.

After reading other reviews I called Drain Solutions Plus for a clog in my shower.  I was called back promptly and Dennis and Angel came that same afternoon.  I could not have been more pleased with their work. They were neat, courteous and the price was fair.  I would not hesitate to call them again and highly recommend them.

This company is the best.  I needed a sump pump installed and Steve Morris and his crew came in and evaluated the situation, installed and tested the sump pump and it works like a charm.   Punctual, experienced, excellent workmanship and ethically fair.  They are not robber barrens like some of these plumbing companies.  Steve Morris, the boss has a quiet demeanor, very pleasant attitude, knowledgeable and understanding of all types of plumbing situations.

Discovered that I had a leak under my kitchen sink and at first I thought I might be able to fix it myself and so I tried to just tighten the pipe... well as soon as I turned it the pipe snapped off!!!

Immediately I began looking for a plumber on yelp. Mike responded right away with a quote and came out the next morning and repaired the broken pipe all for the price he had quoted me which included labor and parts. He was very responsive throughout the process calling and texting to let me know when he was on his way. I will definitely be using him again if I have any issues that I need to address.

I've used Alladin and Natco dozens of times over the past 20 years.  They are prompt and professional. In particular, Mike Bruno (Natco Mechanical) is as good as it gets.  About four years ago, the hot water heater stopped working.  Since it was fifteen years old, I figured time for a new one.  Mike came in, took a look, and swapped out the electronic ignition.  Charged me about $130 overall.  Kept the heater operating another four years.  Last Sunday was Easter and Passover, and the heater finally gave it up.  Called Mike around 6:00 am Monday, he asked for some details over the phone (was able to send photos of the heater spec), had some guys in the building by 9 am, removed the old heater, delivered the new one and had it installed and operating by 1:00.  Price was competitive for a post-holiday emergency.  Mike called back twice during the week to make sure I was happy with the job.  I told him I am very happy with the job.

I was surprised by how hard it was to find a licensed plumber in NYC who would return my call about installing 2 new toilets in an apartment in Manhattan.  The first one I spoke to wanted to charge me the full hourly rate, which is generally $200 and up) for someone just to come by to measure the rough-in.  Then my super connected me with TriStar.  They returned my call right away and I was able to send the the documentation for the toilets I planned to get.  This was over the holidays so it took a couple of weeks, but Akeil got back to me pretty fast and came over to measure (free of charge) and gave me their hourly rate upfront.  When the toilets arrived, he was able to schedule the installation right away.  The guys arrived on time, we extremely nice, worked efficiently, and even cleaned up diligently after the work was done.  I was even able to pay with a credit card.  If you're looking for a plumber, start with these guys.

The service tech was on time and very knowledgeable, he did everything that I asked. There wasn't any hot water in my apartment, the tech diagnosed and repaired my hot water tank, I was very satisfied with the work that was done and the cost was as estimated. Excellent work CN Coterie!

Jay was great.  Had a few small long standing problems, and then a big leak developed right around Christmas.  He was able to come out quickly, and fixed everything.  Clean, fast, respectful, and so far everything he fixed is working great!  Very happy, recommended.

We had trouble with our toilet. Each time it would back up . We were told by several plumbers, our toilet paper was too thick or we were using too many pieces. I looked on yelp. Found this company. They scheduled to come first thing in the morning. As scheduled, they arrived at 7:40! They used a 6 foot tool to clean out the line and presto its working! I will use this company again. Thx yelp
