These guys are the best, father and son! Anytime I have called them they respond immediately. Great work, fair price. Recently put an addition on our home and they worked so closely with the other contractors both on the kitchen and bathroom work and were always on site when needed. I called American Sewer for a badly clogged kitchen drain. Nothing was getting through. I made the call at 9:52AM Monday, he said he was on another job and would call me within 2 hours to tell me he was on the way. Exactly 1 hour later he called to tell me he was 20 mins away. When he arrived, he examined the problem, set up floor cover and found the clog in the main line. Within 20 mins the drain had opened and was flowing freely. I was so relieved, especially when he said he'd guarantee the work for a year. Not only was I happy about that, but he was so clean. He cleaned up after he was done because some sludge had splattered under the sink when he was pulling the snake back. I wish I had called him first because the first guy I called ($49 sewer guys) came over with a hand held snake line that didn't make it too far, they also made mess for me to clean up. I was happy with Rich's work and highly recommend him. I will definitely call him first for a clogged drain next time.

I needed an outlet replaced as well as recessed into a concrete wall of a 130 year old house. Ciro responded immediately, came by the next day to look at everything and give an estimate- which was less than anyone else and very reasonable. He arrived the next morning early to fix it. Was super professional, cleaned up after himself, was fast and even answered questions about other things around the house. It looked better than I imagined and I'll be using him for all kinds of things going forward.

This company is the best.  I needed a sump pump installed and Steve Morris and his crew came in and evaluated the situation, installed and tested the sump pump and it works like a charm.   Punctual, experienced, excellent workmanship and ethically fair.  They are not robber barrens like some of these plumbing companies.  Steve Morris, the boss has a quiet demeanor, very pleasant attitude, knowledgeable and understanding of all types of plumbing situations.

We had a huge sewer line blockage which almost flooded our basement; Mike came and found the issue and got started right away. He was so fast and efficient, by the time I came to see if everything was ok he was already done. He has great communication and extremely fair prices. He also explained to me what was wrong and power washed the front yard. Truly great service!

My landlord hired this company to fix a leak in apt. I was leaving for work and had no choice but to leave the plumbers in my apt under my landlords supervision.... THEY STOLE a large sum on money and when I contacted their office they were no help and hung up the phone. This company is not to be trusted!!!!

Tri-Star has amazing customer service, they are always reliable and are quick to problem solve and resolve all of my plumbing issues.  I recently had a plumbing emergency and Krzysztof Rekas from Tri-Star went above and beyond to help.  He is knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done for the job.  He acted with a sense of urgency and the work was completed  swiftly.  Highly recommend!

I contacted CN for a small scale project. I needed to refurbish my bed and change its color from brown to gray. They showed up on time and stripped the color; sanded it down and painted it. The job took about a day -- the team was so professional and worked well with all of my requests.

Johnathan couldnt be a nicer guy. I was having trouble with my hot water so I called Pro Plumbing and Heating and spoke to Johnathan. After sending a few picks he said he would call me with my options. He and Louis arrived the next day and worked their butts off replacing my water heater. They were honest and as professional as can be and neat. I highly recomend them to anyone who wants an honest, reliable plumber.

I have used Bob numerous times.  They just installed a new hot water heater at a house I have in East Meadow.  They are reliable, neat, professional and back up all of their work.  I highly recommend them.
