I had this terribly clogged drain, which no amount of drain cleaner or snake could handle. Thankfully Michael came over late in they day and was able to unclog the drain and flush out the system. He was also honest and dependable.

Would highly recommend to anyone in a jam.

I explained to Richard, the owner of American my dilemma of major root involvement in the line.  He told me not to do anything until he evaluated it. Rich came to my house promptly, showed me the area of concern with his camera and explained what had to be done. I saw a very large area of roots in the drain. Rich was confident that it could be cleared. He spent a very long time working on clearing the line and he never gave up. Ultimately he cleared the line of all roots when the other companies were either incompetent to clear it or stated it had to be repaired.  Additionally, Rich would not leave until water was free flowing without any issues.

Ciro was professional and on time to fix a leak under my bathroom sink. He had to replace a valve which was hard to find but he did and returned to do a great job. He also replaced my front door lock and spent some time cleaning out my dryer vent which was very hard to get to. I was quite horrified to see what came out of there! His assistant was helpful and polite. I am so happy to have found a great handyman who is capable. When you live in an old house there is always something needing fixing. I put it off because dealing with flaky people isn't fun. I highly recommend booking him for any job! Thumbs up.

Guys are friendly & knowledgeable and clean up after themselves which is so important. Cleared a kitchen drain and shower drain for me and gave great tips on how to keep the drains clear.

I cannot praise this team enough. When the water heater at my mom and dad's house failed, they provided me with a prompt easy-to-read quote for the entire job (no hidden costs) which was quite competitive. Reached out to them for a video sewer line inspection after my home inspector recommended it. Khalil came and went through his process and made sure I was watching him as he was snaking the video through the sewer line. He explained in detail what was going on and what I should/should not be seeing. Additionally, I am a first time home buyer with very little knowledge of plumbing work - Khalil put in extra effort to explain other aspects of my plumbing that I was unaware of and that were outside the scope of the work I called him for. I am very appreciative to Khalil, the work he did and the knowledge he was able to share with me about my own home.

Huge sewer back up happened in my home! I called Progressive and within the hour they showed up to help! They found the problem to be a faulty check valve and the backup a result of DEP's negligence. After they helped to keep the sewage water at bay, they installed a new check valve and a pump and helped clean up the mess! Simply the best!

Mike did a fantastic job re-routing some pipes, adding a washing machine drain and installing a slop sink. Highly recommend him for great work and honest pricing!

I used Aladdin Plumbing to install and new energy efficient boiler system in my Brownstone.  They spent a long time before they even had the job talking to me and figuring out how to install the system in a way that would work in my house.  They have always been very responsive, showed up when they said they would, and the new system works great.  This was a significant project, but their quote was very comparable to other companies with less experience with these systems.

The entire staff at Tri Star are utmost professionals. John the owner is glad to speak with you on high level matters. Ryan is the most knowledgeable field supervisor we work with. Omar has displayed strong dedication and work ethic onsite at buildings diagnosing leaks. Irena is always very helpful when having worked dispatched via their office. As a Property Manager I can say that I trust this outfit entirely, highly recommended.

Had the guys from Plumbwell install all the plumbing and fixtures for a new bathroom. They did a fantastic job. From day one, Bob (the owner) was at the job with his crew and went over everything. Every step of the way these guys did a great job. They are polite, efficient, fast and neat! The job was on the top floor of my house through my bedroom and each time they came there were drop cloths laid out to protect all my floors. Very pleased with the end result and would definitely use again.
