Jim showed up exactly when he said he would and helped troubleshoot a leaky drain in my kitchen sink. He did the work within a half hour and was very professional. I would highly recommend Jim for your plumbing/heating needs! He even went the extra mile and helped secure a loose railing on my front porch :)

I needed a flight of stairs replaced a.s.a.p. and Mark took care of it.  His price was good and he was quick with the work.  Would definitely hire him again.

Needed routine water heater replacement - called Tom, he was very fast and responsive.  Scheduled the replacement - Tom called day before to confirm.  And the price quote he gave was very reasonable, better than most!

Ryan and Phat called before they left, and showed up on time.  They were friendly, fast, courteous, professional. They had to move my stacked washer and dryer out of the way. Replaced the water heater, and then put back the washer and dryer.  The price was exactly as quoted (FYI, they require full payment after service).

After they left, I ran the washer and realized it was now very wobbly - called Tom again, who immediately replied.  Ryan and Phat returned within minutes, adjusted the foot of the washer, fixed the problem.

Now the water is nice and hot.  I don't anticipate any issues, but if any arise I'll update the review.

All in all, a good, efficient experience.  I'd use them again without hesitation!

We were visiting our daughter who lives in Brighton.  Her shower was draining poorly so I checked Yelp for a highly rated plumber AFTER Roto Rooter had given us a quote for several hundred dollars to unclog a shower drain.  David showed up within an hour and charged less than $100.  He was polite, efficient and someone we'd definitely use again.

I'm a repeat customer. Both times I've used Jim he has been extremely responsive and tackled my request within 24 hours of calling. He shows up when he says he will and works hard until the job is done.

Rates are very reasonable - I called around. But (as we all know) it's not always about price. It's about quality workmanship, friendly service, and getting the job done right.

I woke up on Friday to no heat and hot water.  Martin and his team came to my house on a Saturday  morning to replace my gas boiler.  They were on time, polite, and did a great job for a fair price.

Mike was awesome, down to earth, and fair. No job too big or small, he installed a new touch faucet for us today and was in an out within an hour (despite the awkward access to the sink undercarriage).
Definitely recommend him and will use him again.

Wow these guys are good! Less than 24 hours after I called needing some minor service on my HVAC condenser, they've got it fixed, and at a reasonable cost as well. Super responsive, extremely friendly. They also quickly identified the source of the problem (where others had failed to recently) and offered to provide a repair estimate, but told me to check with the installer first because I might get a better deal. Are you kidding me? They show up and do excellent work and then, when they've got me right there with my wallet open ready to pay for additional work at whatever the cost, and they say hang on, check your other options just to be sure. Not a quality you find in the Hub too often. From now on, Quarry Hills is the FIRST company I call with any central air needs.

I was referred to this company concerning a water heater replacement, and I am giving them two stars merely due to our initial contact. I spoke to the owner. Steve Harold, who agreed to do the job for a reasonable price. Mr. Harold had an employee stop by to remove the tank , which needed to be returned to Home Depot. I subsequently set up an appointment for the Friday of the same week for the tank to be replaced, and waited until 1:00 PM. on the day of the appointment as no one had reached out to me. When I contacted the owner, he advised that one of his guys was finishing a job and then would be heading to my home. Since I had taken the time to read the reviews on Yelp, I could not trust the job would be done. I informed Mr. Harold I would not be doing business with them, and he referred to me as being rude. I would not rely on this company for plumbing needs.

Been having hot water issues for awhile now and they saved the day. Very fair pricing, glad I found myself a new plumber for when I need someone. Thanks guys!

Alfred has now bailed me and family out of 3 major jams in the past 18 months. The first was when the plumber that I had hired (or so I thought) didn't show up for a kitchen remodel. I got New Age Plumbing's number from a friend and Alfred was at my house that afternoon to check out the job and he started the following morning. Alfred's quick response made it possible to keep my remodel on schedule. Several months later our hot water heater blew a massive leak at 8 pm on a Saturday, Alfred showed up Sunday morning to install a new heater and haul to old one away. Finally last night the faulty gas valve on the same hot water heater failed and Alfred was here this afternoon replacing the valve, when hot water heater manufacturer was going to make me and my family wait until next week for a repair. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I would recommend them 100%

As a plumber, I'm a bit ashamed that it has taken me this long to write these guys  a review.  Ive been frequenting Ace for almost ten years now and look forward to many more.  As an apprentice, I was impressed that Bob and Kevin quickly learned my name and were always helpful even if I didn't really know how to ask for what I needed.  Fast forward to when I was starting my own business;  these guys were the first to open a line of credit for a fledgling business on nothing but my name.  I can't possibly list all the little things that keep Ace as my main supplier, but in general, its this: they actually CARE.  From last minute/after hours, deliveries to rushed orders, they always treat my business like it is theirs.  Countless times I've watched Jim and Joe patiently listen while a weekend warrior described the problem they were up against with some  thingamajig that was leaking from the doohickey, thinking to myself that I'd never  have the patience... yet they always do.

Jack and his team are great. They're extremely responsive and you can always get Jack on the phone. Our water heater suddenly gave out on a Friday evening and by Saturday afternoon, Jack had a new one installed. That is exceptional service in my opinion. Jack's pricing is very reasonable and the quality of work is outstanding. We use them for all of our plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company!

Very disappointed with the lack of service after I was recommended to GBP&H from another plumber.  If you did not want to provide me a quote, just say, Sorry, I'm too busy at this moment or I do not service the Metro West.
