Thanks to Ed Doughty, my partner and I are in the process of buying a condo and feel good about it.  After our home inspector went through the place, we wanted to bring in a plumber to get a second opinion on some things.  Not only did Ed agree to come look at the condo with very little notice but he was even-handed in assessing what our plumbing needs might be and giving ballpark estimates of their costs.  He was friendly, as was the women answering the phone,  and they actually called me back!  Though we haven't actually asked him to repair anything, I'd feel very comfortable working with him again.

Mark offered great service and I would definitely hire Tritto Enterprises again in the future. I have a recurring issue that my bathtub is backing up. He came out and snaked it and offered a realistic course of action if the backup persists in a few months. His pricing is reasonable and his communication and service is quick.

Woke up to a leaking 10yr old water heater and started my search for a new plumber. I have had multiple plumbing incidents over the past 5 years and I decided to try someone new. This company is by far the best I have worked with so far and I have them saved to my contacts for the future. Not only did they call me back within a half hour of my initial call, but they were able to complete the water heater replacement the same day. I had hot water again by the end of that day. Highly recommend them. Great service and quick response time.

I had back up in my home at the worst possible time (4 hours before a large dinner party)- I called All Drains after a neighbor recommended them. I cannot express how wonderful my experience was from start to finish! I called the office and was assured that help was on the way- and believe it or not the technician arrived in less than two hours as promised! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and an all around great guy...pleasure to have in my home. He cleared the blockage and thanks to All Drains my dinner party was a success. Cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you everyone at All Drains-my go to company from now on for any drain issues-hopefully I won't need them but it is wonderful to know that should an issue arise they will be there for me. Reasonably priced and arrived exactly as promised prepared to rescue me!

This guy is the real deal. No nonsense, highly accountable and impeccable finishing. I had a boiler breakdown this winter and just before we were to leave for a family vacation. He worked till 4am in the night and replaced with the wall mounted unit that works X times better! Very professional in providing the options, getting the equipment or replacement parts super quick and arriving on time. I thought he's fairly priced and upfront tells me with candor the available options. One of the best finds of a lifetime, atleast for us. Hopefully the next winter treats us better!

I called Robert early one morning for a leaking water heater and small flood in my basement. He was professional, walked me through safety precautions, and he was flexible in coming to our home at a time that worked for us later that day to address the problem. The next day was a holiday and we expected to wait 3 days until a replacement was available. He called us the next morning (July 4th), replaced the water heater, repaired a leak in our gas line, and sealed our chimney. We will be forever grateful for having hot water on a holiday weekend, with relatives visiting us. He is a consummate professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

I hired Martin for the plumbing work for my kitchen remodel, which involved all the standard work as well as relocating the sink and gas range plumbing to different points in the room.  Martin met with me ahead of time to go over the project in detail, and his work was excellent.  He also worked around my schedule and accommodated me in some rather tight timing windows, as I was GC of the project. I highly recommend him, and will be hiring him again for future work.

We have used Mike for the past 5 years in two separate houses.  He has done multiple jobs for us (washer/dryer hook up, ejector pump install, outdoor shower install to name a few) and he is always responsive to my calls/texts and has a quick turnaround time.  I can recall one time when my water heater started to leak.  Noticed it at 7PM on a weekend.  Mike had a new water heater dropped off the next day, installed it, and called a company to remove the broken one from my property the day after that.  Mike is the only plumber we use and would not hesitate to recommend him.

I was very disappointed with this fellow.  I had my tenant call him, and he promised her he'd show up to fix her gas leak.  Then neither she nor I heard from him again, despite numerous calls and voicemails.

Wow these guys are good! Less than 24 hours after I called needing some minor service on my HVAC condenser, they've got it fixed, and at a reasonable cost as well. Super responsive, extremely friendly. They also quickly identified the source of the problem (where others had failed to recently) and offered to provide a repair estimate, but told me to check with the installer first because I might get a better deal. Are you kidding me? They show up and do excellent work and then, when they've got me right there with my wallet open ready to pay for additional work at whatever the cost, and they say hang on, check your other options just to be sure. Not a quality you find in the Hub too often. From now on, Quarry Hills is the FIRST company I call with any central air needs.

I found SG Harold's on the Bosch website this morning after my hot water heater broke. Chris called me back within an hour and, to my surprise, showed up just 1/2 hour later. I say to my surprise because I'm so used to waiting around for plumbers, cable guys etc. for hours and hours without a beep from the company. But this guy showed up when he said he would, was very polite and... not only fixed the problem very quickly but also helped me get rid of a rattling noise from my AC unit. He honestly made my day. Great experience!

I have been managing Real Estate in the Boston area and have yet to find a more responsive and thorough plumbing service.  Service is superior and always get a call back within 10 minutes! Highly recommended!

Alfred has now bailed me and family out of 3 major jams in the past 18 months. The first was when the plumber that I had hired (or so I thought) didn't show up for a kitchen remodel. I got New Age Plumbing's number from a friend and Alfred was at my house that afternoon to check out the job and he started the following morning. Alfred's quick response made it possible to keep my remodel on schedule. Several months later our hot water heater blew a massive leak at 8 pm on a Saturday, Alfred showed up Sunday morning to install a new heater and haul to old one away. Finally last night the faulty gas valve on the same hot water heater failed and Alfred was here this afternoon replacing the valve, when hot water heater manufacturer was going to make me and my family wait until next week for a repair. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I would recommend them 100%

As a plumber, I'm a bit ashamed that it has taken me this long to write these guys  a review.  Ive been frequenting Ace for almost ten years now and look forward to many more.  As an apprentice, I was impressed that Bob and Kevin quickly learned my name and were always helpful even if I didn't really know how to ask for what I needed.  Fast forward to when I was starting my own business;  these guys were the first to open a line of credit for a fledgling business on nothing but my name.  I can't possibly list all the little things that keep Ace as my main supplier, but in general, its this: they actually CARE.  From last minute/after hours, deliveries to rushed orders, they always treat my business like it is theirs.  Countless times I've watched Jim and Joe patiently listen while a weekend warrior described the problem they were up against with some  thingamajig that was leaking from the doohickey, thinking to myself that I'd never  have the patience... yet they always do.

I can always determine a good contractor/service company from a bad one by how well they keep their appts and communicate. Jack Welch failed on both. About a week ago I arranged a visit from them for an estimate on some bathroom remodeling, but they never showed up. I called and got a lame excuse from their employee Brian. He told me he would call later in the day to reschedule. Never heard from him. I can't imagine doing a major project with a company that can't keep their appts and or return phone calls.

Brian and his team did a great job for me on an emergency water tank replacement- literally less than 24 hours after I called them, I had a new tank (which is in a difficult install location in a small attic).  Brian was on time, reliable with return phone calls and updates and very easy to work with!
