Tom provided amazing service. He was in touch before the appointment, asking good questions and providing updates on his arrival time. Always very friendly, including offering some tips for around the house that were appreciated by first time home owners.

We contacted Tom about fixing a mostly blocked train and replacing the valve in the shower. He was able to do both in a timely manner and the new valve looks (and works!) great.

We discovered that our hot water heater was leaking after a fun, but tiring weekend at 6 pm on Sunday night. Jordan was responsive, knowledgeable and professional. After exchanging a few calls and texts to understand the nature of the issue, he came out that night, and we were back in business with a new unit installed by 9 pm. Huge relief to find a good, honest plumber at an affordable price on the weekend. Highly recommend.

I super appreciated the clever suggestion that I take a picture of the toilet before he came, so he knew the maker and the parts needed. Robco Plumbing is the best, I cannot say enough great things about them. I've used them countless times for plumbing issues since buying my condo. They are so efficient, were prompt with scheduling and coming by to help install my new faucet or dishwasher or to check out my water heater. And could they be any friendlier? Jay and Niko are the friendliest guys - even played with my dog while they were here. Sometimes in the service industry people can be all business and no customer service skills but that is definitely not the case at all with Robco. So thankful they are always able to lend a hand and that they are in the city. Definitely would recommend them to any homeowner/renter/friend!

Our basement sump pump broke on a rainy day, so I spent the morning calling plumbers in the area. Cardarelli responded quickly, diagnosed the problem over the phone, and were at our place within an hour or so. To add to that, they gave me the most reasonable quote and even called from the store when the part they needed cost $20 more than they'd told me it would. Once they arrived, they were efficient and friendly, and we haven't had sump pump issues since. They're now our go-to plumbing company for the next time we need one.

John and his crew at Davinci PHD are the BEST OF THE BEST! I met John many years ago when we had a plumbing emergency in the dead of winter of course! John came in after another plumber, who truly had no idea what he was doing, and figured out the issue. At the time high efficiency residential boilers were pretty uncommon. John took it upon himself to learn everything about this intricate machine and its technology. I work in the design and real estate world and have worked with all kinds of trades and I can say whole heartedly that Davinci PHD is the only way to go. Referrals are a huge part of my business so knowing that you can trust the people you recommend is incredibly important. Kind, knowledgeable, professional and HONEST are just a few of the words to describe John and ALL of Davinci PHD.

Brian was remarkable in responding to call to fix frozen water pipes last weekend When temps fell to negative numbers. Called several other services who quoted extremely high prices just to come out and then give quote and then putting you in a list ,since demand was so high that day, Brian came out in less than 2 hours since I was an  established customer who had used his service a few times in the past years.
He spent over a hour trying to defrost the lines unsuccessfully and gave me instructions as to what to do for the next few days to move this along, as well as lay out a Plan B if this was not successful. He called several times to check on the progress and thankfully all went well without having to open the wall. Not only did I appreciate his concern for my plight but was extremely grateful for the fee, which was much lower than any starting rate received from others.  Highly recommend!

Kamar is absolutely a pleasure to work with - very honest and a true professional. His eye for ensuring safety was first and foremost the most impressive.
The first time I called him was for an emergency situation with my sump pump 2 days before my international trip. He responded within minutes and even called me back a couple of days later to ensure everything was working ok and Offered to stop by if there were any concerns. Which other plumber does that!!!
The most recent experience was with my gas water heater. Not only did he do a fabulous job with the gas line, but he went above and beyond to ensure that the exhaust was done to the heightest safety standards. Whereas, most plumbers were happy to go into the same spot in the chimney, Kumar pointed out the safety issue with not having a proper riser above the heater and warned me that doing it to code was just not enough  - he was right( inspectapedia.com/plumbi… ) Best of all, he fixed it without charging me an arm and a leg.
You won't be disappointed.

My hot water heater blew up yesterday.  After reading good reviews on Pinzone, I gave them a ring this maorning. I left a vm, and Sal returned my call within a couple of hours.  He was not able to help with the project - due to a conflict with the city.  However, he referred me to another plumber that may be able to help out.  Thanks Sal for your time and direction!!

Plumbing work was fine, the owner of this business is not trustworthy and does not act in good faith. We will never do business with them again and would not recommend this business to anyone.

WP&H fixed our boiler ultimately.  The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful.  He was available to us at all hours and was forthcoming about the cost and issues.  And Steve, the technician, was fantastic.  He spent the time, explained everything to us and clearly cared to help us get our hot water working even in with a boiler that he doesn't work with frequently.  I didn't rate them higher because we had a lot of trouble getting in touch with them for follow-up appointments to resolve the issue.  Our first call was on a Wed and the issue wasn't fixed until the following Tuesday.  Steve had helped us find a work-around for the weekend, but we were waiting for heat for almost a week because the person answering the phones/scheduling technicians didn't return our calls.  They gave us a discount in the end and we really liked the actual plumbers, but had we known it would take so long and that we would be waiting for responses for days, we would have chosen another company.

They are responsive, effective, honest, and reasonably priced.  Awesome in all regards.

Wow, I just met Joe.  He came by my house after hours to take a look at my bathroom's drainage problem.  He diagnosed it visually and said the job was in the main pipe and he recommended another plumber that specializes in clearing clogs from main pipes.  He took the time to write out everything I should tell the plumber and also gave me some advise on how to check their work before they reassembled everything. I was impressed by how thorough and knowledgeable he was.  And he did not charge me for this 30 minute visit either.  We have some other pumping issues so I will definitely be calling Joe back once I get the immediate problem fixed.  I can see why Joe gets lots of great reviews!

We had a crack in our sewage pipe and we had McGough, as well as a couple of other plumbers, come out to give us an estimate. Their estimate was the lowest and they said they could fit us in the soonest of all the plumbers. They did excellent work. They were very nice and polite. They left our basement much cleaner than it was when they arrived. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This company is OUT OF BUSINESS yet still charging my credit card for a service plan!!!!!

Steve may be the best plumber in the world, but I found his utter failure to respond to messages a complete deal-breaker. I purchased a dishwasher from Tri-City in Salem and part of the deal was to have him install it. I was told he was about a week out in his work, and he makes his calls at night. When six days had gone by and I hadn't heard from him, I started trying to reach him. I left 3 messages over several days asking for him to let me know when he was coming. I also contacted the store, and the service representative sent him an email. He didn't return any of these attempts to contact him. I finally got my own plumber, and left a message with Steve canceling the service. A day or so later he called, saying he was ready to install the dishwasher. He claimed he had not gotten my messages.

We've been using Puopolo here at our old brownstone for about 5-6 years now ever since they were recommended to us by a friend.  Best recommendation ever!  We have had them out for everything from fixing a leak to fixing a washing machine to fixing our 100 year old furnace.  We have been nothing but satisfied every single time.  They always respond quickly and send professionals who know what they are doing.  I don't know how their prices compare to other plumbers, but we have never felt like we were charged an unreasonable amount for the work done and love having everything done expertly and quickly.  I can't say enough about these guys.  They really know their stuff!

Terrible company with unqualified technicians and even worse customer service.  They had to come out to my residence 3 times to fix a Simple condensate leak and they couldn't even finish that.  I would not hire them to change an air filter!
