Rob is a total asset! He's the best plumbing and heating guy I've ever known.  I wouldn't let any other plumber touch my house.  He's reliable, honest and priced fairly.  He'll tell when you need something and tell you when you don't!

Aside from helping me out of many situations he's also been fantastic with my client referrals.  Thanks for a job well done, Rob! I'll be giving you a call soon for a new gas furnace install. :-)

I had a broken water heater. I called Rob. Rob called back. Rob said does 10:30 Monday work for you. Rob showed up at 10:30 on Monday and replaced my water heater. Simple as that.

Rob was very professional and his workmanship is top notch. He explained exactly what he was doing and I felt that he was very honest in what needed to be done, what could wait, and what didn't have to be worked on. He did some work on my bathtub and sink, and he earned the first call the next time I need plumbing help.

I called Robert early one morning for a leaking water heater and small flood in my basement. He was professional, walked me through safety precautions, and he was flexible in coming to our home at a time that worked for us later that day to address the problem. The next day was a holiday and we expected to wait 3 days until a replacement was available. He called us the next morning (July 4th), replaced the water heater, repaired a leak in our gas line, and sealed our chimney. We will be forever grateful for having hot water on a holiday weekend, with relatives visiting us. He is a consummate professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

We have used Rob several times over the years and have always found him to be RESPONSIBLE and RELIABLE.

Last winter, we lost our boiler and even though we told him to wait, he still insisted on coming out on a really bad snow day (the kind in which every school is cancelled a day in advance) to complete the job.

Today, Rob came to my house to replace my heating system...It used to be oil convert to gas...now replace with all gas...he has done a fantastic job...very professional and quickly...he came very early in the morning and was done around 5:30pmish...as promised he got it done in just 1 day...I highly recommend him...his performance exceed my expectation. I would rehire him for any heating/plumbing job any minute without any doubt....
