Had Josh and Peter in for a clogged drain. My house is 115 years old. Arrived on time and did not leave until the problem was solved. They wore shoe covers, cleaned up when they were done! Beyond pleasant and conscientious! Definitely recommend this company. I had called the night before and got a call back within an hour. Also  have to comment on Dora who works in the office and set up the schedule! She was great!

Called late In the day on Monday and I had service by 1:00pm the following day.  Office contacted me 45 minutes before Russell arrived and he showed up right on schedule.  Russell was excellent, very nice, professional, and fast.  
Prices very reasonable.  I would rehire and recommend.

Professional service.  Nino explained everything he was doing and why the drain was clogged.  Arrived on time and completed the job quickly.  Cleaned up as well.  30 day guarantee is a good feature.

Great experience with All Drain Services.  Called for emergency toilet blockage issue that resulted in large quantity of water leaking from underneath toilet and through floor to lower level floor.

The representative was quick to call me back, offered to come late in the day on the weekend (6-9 pm) and kept in communication via cell phone prior to his prompt arrival.  

He quickly diagnosed the issue, removed toilet, snaked drain, fixed leaky seal and replaced toilet and cleaned up all his mess.

I called my local plumber because my main drain was back up. All Drains was great!! On time and fair price.

Called All Drain late Sunday night hopin to get someone to come out the next day to look at my non draining shower.  Pete cleared the drain and provided me with helpful information on what his thoughts were on how the problem may have happened.

Pete was very thorough and left the work area as clean as he found it.

Definitely use them again if the need arises.

These folks are amazing. Our shower drain suddenly clogged and after a few attempts to fix the clog ourselves, some gross dust came out. We called a bunch of after hours plumbers that couldn't come out or who needed more information about the plumbing that we didn't have, as we are renters.

As soon as we got in touch with All Drain Services, we got a call back about ten minutes later from the person on call. I explained the problem, and that we couldn't wait until the morning to get it fixed. Someone came out, arriving about 40 minutes later. He explained what he was doing and why the clog happened (old building, old plumbing) and fixed it quickly. Of course, I'm hoping we don't need to have our drain snaked again, but if we do I will definitely be calling All Drain Services again!

Excellent company, top to bottom. Called at like 10am, gentlemen was here around 1:30pm. Fixed and out the door 2:30pm.

This was for a kitchen sink that was stopped up way down the line before it connected to the main.

I was having trouble with the plumbing in my ranch house.  Both bathrooms and the kitchen sink were affected.  I called All Drain Services and they quoted me costs, and sent someone right away.  Joshua came,  was courteous,  professional and went above and beyond to keep my home clean while he worked,  keep me informed,  stay within the quoted price and clean out my drains so that everything is draining again.  He also made suggestions about how to ensure clogs don't happen again.  I will gladly have All Drain Service back for my next issue and will refer others to them. Joshua was the best and the price I paid was more than reasonable.

Be aware.

These guys are NOT licensed plumbers.  They're just drain techs in the words of the guy still at my house right now, not actually fixing the thing that needs fixing (my under-sink disposal).  He's just run a snake through the drain, told me that my disposal is the problem (it's what I called about to begin with), and told me that I need a real plumber.

On the plus side, he came at 7:30 on a Saturday morning and only charged me $100.

Had there Technician Eddy,  he was very knowledgeable.
He said he would snake from the kitchen sink drain, as that would be the quickest and if that solved the problem the best cost option.
Unfortunately the clog was beyond his 50' snake and he had to cut into the drain pipe, further down the line, which fortunately was exposed in the garage below the house.

All in all the problem was solved (build up of grease in the drain pipe) and he gave me tips to eliminate further grease build-up.

They also have a 30 day grantee if the drain clogs up within this period.

I had a great experience with All Drain Services.  The toilet in one of my bathrooms suddenly clogged and backed up into the bathtub. I called a few other companies that either didn't return the call or quoted an astronomical fee over the phone.  We then went on Yelp and called All Drain Services.  They came out the next day, unclogged the drain and charged a reasonable price.  I definitely recommend this company for anyone with drain issues.

Last week we had a problem with our plumbing backing up in our apartment, figured it was most likely the septic system, $350.00 to pump and dig, not the problem. Then a friend of mine who is a plumber came to see what we could do, he suggested starting from the catch drain outside, then snaking, or taking down  a wall near the shower, our house is on a slab, so we have very little access, next we have our handyman dig outside the slab and try going through the catch drain, no luck, next a friend I meet last year owns a cesspool business in Acton, called and they suggested  calling All Drains, in Dracut, they have a camera to put through the lines to see where the problem lies. So yesterday about noon the drain man appeared with no camera....no way, he assured us he knew what to do, Aron was his name, now he was able to find the clogg with  out taking walls down, sucsess. This young man knew what to do.i was worried what it would be, tree roots cracks in line, noway did we know, all it was was a heavy build up of hair and soap scumb...happy homeowner!

I was absolutely amazed to find this service. Last night my partner said we need to have the toilet drained. At 8:30 this morning I called ALL DRAINS SERVICE . I was shocked when the woman on the phone, Shannon a sweetheart, said somebody could be here by 9:40 AM. Lo and behold 9:40 AM this nice young man Fagan came drained my toilet and told me exactly what was wrong with my toilet. If you want to job done right call ALL DRAINS SERVICE . Unbelievable service !! I am not even kidding amazing service! I will call them in the in the future for any needs from my plumbing services. Thank you sagging and Shannon.

Great service!  Our service technician was super knowledgeable and did an excellent job all around. Scheduling and dispatch was also on the ball and well organized.  I got multiple bids and feel certain that we made the right choice.  Highly recommend!

These guys came to my house and cleared a very stopped drain.  They really seemed to know what they were doing.

Had an issue with kitchen drain and disposal not working in an apartment I rent out. Called All Drain and they came out and installed new disposal and cleared drain. Apartment was empty and no used the disposal for a year and as soon as new tenants move in, they report drain and disposal not working again. Call up All Drain and they tell me their work is only warranted 30 days and I'd have to take up disposal not working with the manufacturer.

Look elsewhere. These people aren't even plumbers. They told me to go find one. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Cannot say enough about the quick, expedient, professional service we received today from ALL DRAINS,!!! We truly had an emergency on our hands... With my 83 year old Mom who lives by herself with 3 clogged drains... no toilet, no kitchen sink and no shower to use,  and with it being a Saturday afternoon, we were looking at a late night taking care of our Mom... So, at 4:00 pm I called ALL DRAINS and, believe it or not, by 7:15, all three drains were fixed!!!  These people are simply awesome!!! The technician, Pete, who came out was compassionate with my Mom, very professional, very knowledgeable, very positive... just an all around nice young man as my brother mentioned... Called All Drain this morning after I was ghosted by another company for a couple of days. They were so pleasant, helpful and responsive. They gave me a two hour window and were right on time. Had the problem solved and fixed in about 20 minutes! I was so impressed and will definitely call All Drain Services again in the future.

Had an emergency with our sewage backing up at 8:30 at night.  They showed up fast.  Their technician was very friendly, and knew what he was doing.  Even took the time to answer questions and explain what was going on.  I recommend you call them for your service needs.

Chino from All Drain showed up, on time, was very professional, introducing himself when I opened the door.  I showed him the the bathroom with a very slow running drain and he said ok - let me go get some things and I'll take care of that. And, because you are a returning customer, I am going to reduce the fee by $15.  He went out to his van, returned with what he needed and within 15 minutes had resolved the problem.  He explained what he had done and my sink has never drained better.  He was in and out with no mess within 20 minutes or so.  Gave me his business card and asked that I please call if I have any issues with the sink (which he doesn't expect but it was nice to hear).  All Drains has been here for my family before and I will never call anyone else.  Also, friendly service when I called to schedule the appointment and were able to accommodate my schedule.  Nice to not have to be at the mercy of their schedule!

We had an issue with water in the basement. Whenever we showered, water would come out of the base of a toilet in the basement and flood the lowest point in the basement. We initially hired a plumber who overcharged us for snaking the sewage line but was unable to diagnose the issue.

Eddie from All Drain Services was absolutely terrific. He was knowledgeable and had the necessary equipment to correctly diagnose the issue. The audio he provided clearly explained the issue. We called the town and they were able to reconnect our sewage line, which resolved the issue. Eddie was honest and only charged us for the camera because he said the other things he tried didn't resolve the issue.

We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely call All Drain Services again in the future. Thank you so much! By the way, their prices were the most reasonable of all the drain companies we contacted.

The downstairs toilet was bubbling up when flushing the upstairs toilet.  Peter came and looked at the situation and quickly diagnosed a buildup at the entrance of the septic tank.  A quick snake and a few flushes and things were working normally.  Prices have increased by about 100 bucks from previous reviews.

My kitchen drain (with disposal) was clogged. Was referred to All Drain. Jessica answered the phone and she was extremely nice. They came within two hours of my call. The tech, Peter Moya, was fantastic. Respectful, professional, informative, and with a sense of humor. He went above and beyond to clear the drain, snaking thru the main drain and seeing that there was an old drain adjacent, he used that to check drainage since my disposal was removed for service and he couldn't run water in sink. He informed me about the fact that eggshells are not your disposals friend (but they are good for your plants), and  that drano isn't good for your drains but if you use salt, baking soda, and vinegar (he said there was another ingredient he couldn't recall) each month in your drains, it will keep them running.

The work cannot be guaranteed because of the disposal, but it was only $200 and frankly, I expected to be gouged, so this was a relief!

I am so impressed with this company. I am now going to call them and tell them how pleased I am.

We've had so many plumbing issues in our new house and we've used them every time because they are quick to respond, thorough, technicians have been knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem/solution. They came out quickly and were very friendly. I'm also a neat freak about my floors and they were very considerate about using my back door so as not to drip sewage water everywhere.

Can not say enough great things! They were at my rental house within 30 minutes! (and I called after 3pm) The technician communicated with me every step of the way and kept me informed with all the details of the repairs since I couldn't be there. They sent me a DVD with the camera snake job to prove the drain was completely cleared out with commentary! Awesome service and Eliezer the technician who came out was unbelievable.  Did I mention that this was all after Roto Rooter came and went in the morning and did nothing but tell me what they couldn't do and left the house without telling me or repairing a single drain and told me it would be thousands$$ (and they still have yet to call me back!!)

Very responsive, came the very next day.  Solved the drain problem in 30 minutes.  Had my usual plumber in the previous day and they took 3 hours and gave up, could not solve it.  Should have called All Drain Services first and saved time and money.

We were very happy with the service we received from Enrique Rojas. He was very professional and extremely thorough, and solved a drain problem that another plumber charged us nearly $400 for but did not fix. Enrique cleaned the site thoroughly after he was finished, and even gave us a senior discount (after apologizing for assuming that we qualified -- we do). We whole-heartedly recommend this company and their services.

I recently had knee replacement surgery and the night before my two week visit with my doctor, my wife after using the toilet decided to take a bath.  To her shock the toilet had flushed into the tub through the tub's drain.  This never happened before.

It was 7:30 pm and I called my regular plumber and was told he was swamped and couldn't get out for a couple of days, but gave me All Drain Service's phone number.  I immediately called and after a short conversation decided to have it taken care of in the morning.  I was told some one would call me around 7 am and sure enough at 7:05 am I received a call.  I was asked if I still need service..YES.. and was told their technician would be at my home at 7:50 am.

At 7:45 am their technician, Fabian, arrived and because of coronavirus was protected head to toe.    He came in and asked for a description of the problem and then went to his van to obtain the necessary tools.  He was very polite, explaining what he intended to do and about what it would cost.   In little over a hour he reported that he was finished.  He had pulled the toilet and fished down the sewer line about 30 feet dislodged the blockage and the went another 80 feet to make sure it was clear.  Then ran plenty of water through the system.  

Before he left, I inspected the bathroom. He had cleaned and disinfected the tub and toilet and had wiped down the floor.   He left the room immaculate.

I have had many different plumbers over my 79 years and have to say All Drain Service  tops them all.

Our Master Plummer in Lexington highly recommended this company and since I highly recommend our plummer, I felt confident of good service.  It  was more than that and if I could give them and extra star I would.  It was a main drain problem that presented extra problems because we had switched years ago from a septic system to the town sewer.  The technician was fantastic and they even sent a second man so that they could check something on the roof.  What can I say except that they stuck to it and solved the problem.     They came right away after I called them and were pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable.  Use them with utter confidence

I called All Drain @ 8PM two days before Thanksgiving, they were out the next day by 11AM. The 2 service techs were professional and really took the time to listen to what was going on. An hour later, they were done! Seriously folks, these guys were awesome and we will not hesitate to call again! Thank you All Drain!

I called this morning at 10:15 and they had someone here by 12:30. The guy was professional, explained his work and the problem, and cleaned up very well. I feel very comfortable with the work that he did and am thankful for the quick turn around. They also have flat rate pricing so they stay until the job is fixed for a reasonable rate. I highly recommend them!

I had a clogged kitchen sink over the weekend. I called another company. A technician came in looked at the sink and quoted me an outrages $385 for snaking it out. I refused. I called all drain services. A technician called me back and quoted a flat rate of $230 for the job. He said this was their weekend rate and it would be cheaper at $195 if i can wait until monday. I could not so he came in half an hour later. Took him 15 minutes to snake out the drain. He was nice and cleaned up after himself.

We had a root issue, which we've had before, and needed help asap.  Marcello showed up early this morning and instantly fixed our issue.  He was helpful, friendly and professional (and quite handsome lol).  All phone calls to the company were handled quickly and professionally.  I would definitely recommend this company for your drain clearing needs.

We had 2 leaking drain pipes and a really bad clogged drain. Called ADS and had someone here right away! Fabian was a rockstar and fixed up everything quickly and efficiently. On the plus side, a guy showed up quickly and fixed my clogged toilet effectively. Also, the customer service people were very pleasant and helpful over the phone answering all my questions.
On the minus side, they only warranty their work for 7 days. Plus the price tag for literally about 5 minutes work is pretty high: about $150 and that's with the yelp discount! But, in general, I was satisfied with All Drain Services. Hopefully, there will be no more issues for a very long time.

I had back up in my home at the worst possible time (4 hours before a large dinner party)- I called All Drains after a neighbor recommended them. I cannot express how wonderful my experience was from start to finish! I called the office and was assured that help was on the way- and believe it or not the technician arrived in less than two hours as promised! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and an all around great guy...pleasure to have in my home. He cleared the blockage and thanks to All Drains my dinner party was a success. Cannot recommend this company enough! Called at 9am and a tech  was there by 1030am as promised.  Main drain line clogged by roots was clear in no time.  Nino was great and knew what he was doing, very professional and fair price.  I would recommend All Drain Services to anyone that has any issues with drains.

I had roots clogging the pipe from the house to the septic tank.  The folks on the phone were exceedingly polite and sympathetic, and I was able to make an emergency weekend appointment.  The tech showed up a few hours later and resolved the issue.  The tech was also very polite and professional.  I rate this experience A++++ and would strongly recommend this business to anybody who needs a drain cleared.

My kitchen sink water can not go down, and I gave them a call this morning. During the fixing, another issue was encountered, and they fixed it in the afternoon also.

I have had this recurring problem with the drain in our driveway. We had Boston Drains come out a few years back and they said that the drain was fake and that it didn't drain anywhere. I found this hard to believe but, my partner is the one that had the interaction with them. In a previous home I owned I had All Drain come out and they were exceptional. So on Monday April 29,2019 I decided to give them a call for a second opinion. The women who answered the phone was professional, courteous and told me that someone would be able to come out today. I requested a 30 minute call ahead as I was working. Around 3:00 I received a call and she informed me that Marcelo would arrive at my home around 3:40. Traffic was very heavy. Marcelo arrived promptly and he started working to rectify the issue. He started to snake the drain and wasn't sure if it went anywhere. He didn't give up. Then we heard the snake going to the outer wall. It was at this point that we knew it did drain somewhere. He worked relentlessly to get the drain unclogged. And within 10-15 minutes the drain was flowing smoothly!!! I can't say enough about the professionalism of Marcelo. He also made some suggestions on how to keep the drain free from clogging. I wouldn't hesitate to call them or recommend them again. Excellent Experience.
