I was very disappointed with this fellow.  I had my tenant call him, and he promised her he'd show up to fix her gas leak.  Then neither she nor I heard from him again, despite numerous calls and voicemails.

What a positive experience!! You get a feeling he has seen everything and is a true plumbing pro/detective when you're not sure where the drips are coming from :)
Awesome + friendly service + reasonable rates. What more could you ask for?!? In the world of plumbing, heating, and gas fitting, it just doesn't get any better than this...

Great service, even over the holiday weekend! On New Years Eve, my kitchen faucet stopped working.  Steve (the owner) came out within an hour and expertly diagnosed the problem.  The problem required  a second visit and within two days, the problem was fixed and the faucet works like new.  Despite the last minute call and the fact that it was over the holiday, he still charged me a very reasonable rate.   I will definitely use McCaffrey again in the future.
