Martin McManus Plumbing & Heating

I hired Martin for the plumbing work for my kitchen remodel, which involved all the standard work as well as relocating the sink and gas range plumbing to different points in the room.  Martin met with me ahead of time to go over the project in detail, and his work was excellent.  He also worked around my schedule and accommodated me in some rather tight timing windows, as I was GC of the project. I highly recommend him, and will be hiring him again for future work.

I called Martin about an unusual problem with my bath tub. He asked a few questions then referred me to Budge It Drains who ended up solving my tub issue within an hour. While I didn't end up using Martin's services, I was impressed with him answering my call, listening, and giving me a great reference. If I have another plumbing issue, I will certainly call him. Highly recommended.

I had a toilet that would not stop running and after unsuccessfully trying to diagnose and solve the problem myself, I decided to reach out to a professional. Martin was recommended to me by Yelp's request a quote function. He was one of the few plumbers on the recommended who was willing to give me an estimate without having to send someone over first.

The price was fair and Martin was responsive in scheduling a time the same day I contacted him.

The plumber on Martin's team that I worked with was knowledgable, professional, and worked quickly to replace the fill valve within 30 minutes. We weren't 100% sure if that would fix the problem since this appeared to be a slow leak so they were willing to hold off invoicing me and ordering additional parts just in case the fill valve wasn't the issue.

Luckily replacing the fill valve did the trick but I appreciated the gesture anyways. Still waiting to figure out how their payment works since I received an online invoice with an option to pay online.

Anyways they did a great job and I would recommend them for toilet repair.

During the extremely frigid weather a few weeks ago my pipes burst flooding the kitchen, back hall and draining into the basement Sunday evening. Martin arrived at my home within thirty minutes to deal with the heating system. His crew arrived promptly Tuesday morning to repair the areas involved. I have used his services for the past five years and highly recommend them.

A pipe burst at night and Martin came as soon as he was done with another emergency.  He figured out the problem, turned water off for that pipe and came back to finish the job.  He was friendly and kind and did the work professionally  and efficiently.  He's excellent!

Martin was an exceptional find for my plumbing needs! As Landlord, I needed assistance with some issues present at a new property in the area. Martin not only answered the phone in a warm and welcoming mood (surprisingly strange in the trade), but made sure to send an outstanding professional to help on a timely and professional manner; he was right on time and clearly knowledgeable to solve the issue promptly. Martin earned my business and I sincerely recommend his work for any plumbing project.

I woke up on Friday to no heat and hot water.  Martin and his team came to my house on a Saturday  morning to replace my gas boiler.  They were on time, polite, and did a great job for a fair price.
