I needed my toilet and vanity /faucet replaced but we only have one bathroom. Tom was really flexible and accommodating. He had great suggestions and was reasonably priced for the work done. I will definitely call him for future work.

Loved working with Don and his son! I had a broken dishwasher, and I thought I would have to spend almost $1k to replace it. But Don & son saved the day! They were fast, efficient, and price was very reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone who is in need of repairs.

I contacted Jason last night to get a quote on removing a satellite dish from the top of my garage. He quickly responded and indicated that he would be able to come out this morning to do the work. Jason arrived on time and worked efficiently to remove the satellite dish and fill in the remaining holes in my shingles with silicone sealant. Since he was already here, I also asked him to remove a satellite dish from the side of my house. He was also able to quickly do that and patch up remaining holes in the masonry.

I am very satisfied with the quality, efficiency, and very fair price for Jason's work. If you need a handyman, Jason is definitely your guy. Good work!

Scott is absolutely the guy you should call for any plumbing issues.  He was not only prompt and courteous, but very skilled and informative.  On top of that, he's extremely friendly and very reasonable with his pricing.  I would not hesitate to call him up for any plumbing issues.

This company is awesome!!! The night before I was about to leave on vacation I noticed that my garbage disposal way broken and clogged and emitting a foul odor. I scrambled to find someone on Yelp that could come first thing in the morning. The owner responded in minutes to my Yelp request and she moved things around to get my appointment before my flight. The technicians were right on time, did a great job (even explaining how everything worked) and made sure they left my home exactly the way it was. In and out in under an hour! Will definitely be calling back again!!!

We had them come out to our non profit food pantry to replace a utility sink. They are honest and do great work.

My sump pump went out in the middle of the night and they came out right away and fixed it

Usually, I dont do reviews, but I have to post and rave about Eugene.
1. Responsive time was within 10 minutes
2. He quoted me a price for one of my showers that wasn't draining, and I asked for a $20 discount, which he agreed(price is super reasonable)
3. He said he would arrive between 6.30pm and 7.00pm( He arrived at 6.45pm).. Punctual
4. Fixed the problem, then proceeded to check all the   other bathrooms and sinks to make sure everything was draining properly for no extra charge.
5. Paid him the original price he quoted for a job well done; he sent a text 1 hour later saying I overpaid him by $20( discount) and would zelle it back( Honesty)
All these qualities are rare to find nowadays... I highly recommend him for all your plumbing work..My new go-to guy..Thank you Eugene..

Our basement sump pump was making a noise do to it's age so we had CCP come out and replace it. We are extremely happy with the work that was done. We can now sleep peacefully at night without the old pumps noise. Also their rates are reasonable. Very nice and respectful plumber. I highly recommend this plumbing company. I'll post some pictures my wife took.

I would give Yuri (1195), my plumber, a 5-stars plus! He was a WONDERFUL man who really helped me understand my problem with my clog, went above and beyond showing me how to remove my toilet (I was curious), showed me how things worked, and things I should look out for in the future.  He showed me how my outside drain worked (even though the clog wasn't out there)
I'm rating Roto-Rooter itself 4 stars because the price was very very high when I talked to others around afterwards.  That said. I called at 7:15am in a panic, the woman I spoke to was very kind to me and patient as I was in tears... she helped me problem solve how to make do until the guy got here, and said Good Luck.  I had someone at my house by 8:40- which was great! He took time listening to me, although he likely already knew what the problem was. It's now 11:45 and he's gone with the problem fixed.  I understand that these things take time, effort, and equipment... it's just always crazy to me that something like this costs nearly $600.

Anyway- Thank you guys for a job well done!!!

His wife wasn't much help because she doesn't know how to spell or text.
Aggravating service. Not worth it. Find actual Professional people who are up to date with plumbing... He still thinks it's the late 70s.

This review is for Calumet City Plumbers  Service Department employee Chris. Chris is highly unprofessional responding to clients concerns with an indifferent and nasty disposition when addressing scheduling. 0 She had the nerve to hang up while I was trying to put the pieces together as to why it is so difficult to work out schedule between CCP and my tenant. I called in a work order with our mgmt company; they contacted CCP; Chris called to arrange time and date; I gave her tenant information. I don't know to this date if work was completed in my unit. The plumbing is back to back and the owner behind my unit developed same problem. I got an email 6 days later requesting access to my unit for the neighbors backup. Why wasn't the two units that are back to back done at same time? This has been past practice.  CCP has been working in our complex for many years this is a reoccurring maintenance problem.  Chris left me on hold for 7 minutes waiting to speak with management to rectify the scheduling and her customer service style. Chris came back on phone and transfered me to voicemail after I made it clear several times I needed to SPEAK to her superior. Each time I need service our Management Company uses Calumet City each time I get Chris each encounter is worst than the last.  No problems with technicians.

No Call. No Show. No Response. Had a new kitchen sink and faucet installation scheduled for this morning at 8:00. Cristian and I spoke on the phone and via text, I sent photos at his request, and he gave me a price of $500 for the job. I reached out last night to confirm the installation this morning, but I received no response. I tried calling and texting this morning as well but received no answer and no response. It's now after 9:00... At least I didn't give these guys any money.

If I could post negative stars... I would. These people suck!! They're too old and absolutely CANNOT do simple jobs. Too expensive. Take up tons of time. Require 3-5 days for simple things. Don't follow through. Never again

This company isn't actually a local plumbing company and is just a shell. They're Beverly plumbing and asked me how to spell Damen Avenue. They told me they'd contact a tech and and get back to me about how fast someone could get out to me. Ten minutes later I called back and asked for an update and they had forgotten and asked me to call back in another two minutes

Terry Cox and his so called partner, Ray prey on the elderly. They were referred by a City of Chicago water inpector to do a big plumbing job for my father, whom is a retired City of Chicago worker. The first estimate was $7,000, the next day my dad was presented with a contract of $22,000 for repairs, which he paid. However, they left the place in shambles everyday with exposed safety hazards.   3 day job took 2 weeks with daily issues that were popping up to add to my father's total expenses. Several complaint calls were made to Terry Cox the owner, he would screen his calls and returnm the calls two to three days later. When Terry Cox went out of town, Ray his nephew requested an additional $2200 in cash from my father and begged my father not to let the owner Terry Cox know of this transaction. Once Terry was notified he came on site, he stated he would replace the concrete porch and the landscaping due to the unprofessional behavior from his nephew. They replaced the porch with no support and the landscaping is less than, to say the least. There are large spaces between the concrete and the dirt. There is even a family of stray cats living in the space. When we threatened litigation, Ray called and used profanity and was threatening towards two family members. We are now pursuing action with the BBB and Lisa Madigan's office and have contacted several news stations' investigative reporters. These thieves that prey on the elderly need to be put out of business!!!!!
