They put a new hot water tank in my home in June of 2020. December 31 2020 it went out again. Eugene who put it in was busy but had his partner Tom come out and Tom contacted the manufacturer and they told him they'd send out a new igniter so he had one and changed It. That wasn't the problem. He called them back and they told him it was probably the gas valve. Tom had one so he changed that. He did not want us to be without hot water for days waiting for parts. Luckily that was the problem and 4 hours later we were back in all the hot water we need. Tom was great and Eugene was great. We highly recommend them.

I was recommended to them by a community page on social media. Very quick response time, good communication, showed up exactly when they said they would, have a detailed estimate of parts and time, explained all my options and ended up coming in under the estimated price by working quickly and finding the parts for less than expected (and being honest enough to say so). Definitely recommend.

We have used Joe Pekny for years...now has an answering service, called a few weeks ago, and  again recently, no response...asked by service if needed someone to come right away... is Joe only taking immediate service calls?    What's up?

Excellent honest very fair priced old school plumber. He worked hard for four hours straight and the bill was 40 % less than the big company quotes plus when the job ran longer than expected because of the common snafus he stayed until 9pm to get it finished and cleaned up everything. Also has an easy going friendly personality. I couldn't be more pleased and am shocked he doesn't have many more reviews.

Had received a quote from another plumber for my cabin in Three Oaks.  Thought it was somehwat high so decided to get a second quote before proceeding...so glad I did!  Not only was Goodman lower but my experience from initial call to on-site completion was top-notch on all.  Nick (owner) took time to explain the issues and even though they ran into an unexpected on-site issue (I actually had a 120v water heater versus a 220v), he was able to pivot immediately and get a new unit in and install it the very next morning in time for guests arriving following day.   Could not recommend this company enough - just an honest, efficient, professional small business that always make sure they have a happy and satisifed customer whatever it takes.  Thanks to Goodman team and will be recommending you to all the other owners at Lakeside Cabins!

Had a plumbing issue and called and left a message.  Didn't get a call back until the following day, then he asked for pictures which I promptly sent.  Never heard from him again.  Called 2 days later, still have not heard from him.  Don't waste your time!

We needed help with removing our toilet and replacing the wax ring, but we didn't have the tool to cut a rusty screw. They were quick to respond to my initial call and flexible with coming later the following day when my husband was home from work. They arrived on time and were done very quickly, at an affordable price. Both men were polite, friendly, and social. We will definitely be saving their number for future needs!

In demand so you might have to wait, but he got in and got the job done much cheaper than my other quotes. Wall patch and paint match.

Very very satisfied customer here! My sump pump broke a couple days ago and the backup had to take over. Unfortunately with all the snow melting and all the rain that we got, the backup pump simply couldn't keep up. We originally got another company to replace the pump and thought that the issue was resolved. They said we needed to replace the whole system and how the pump replacement was just a temporary solution until we got the new system. It seemed to work since water was no longer overflowing but the water level in the pit still seemed high. Today the alarms started beeping for one reason or another so we decided to call Glenbrook plumbing. Bill came out to look at everything and he mentioned that the sump pump wasn't working. Yes, the same pump that was replaced a couple days ago already broke. He offered to replace it but suggested to contact the other company since it might still be under warranty. So we contacted the other company that originally replaced it to see if they can fix it. Keep in mind that we already paid $1400 to the other company just a couple days ago to replace the pump that's already broken after only a couple days. They said that it broke because it was working too hard and that we really need to just get a whole new system. They quoted us $13,000 to get this new system put in and we said we would think about it. We called Glenbrook again and Bill came back out to replace the broken pump. Bill basically gave my brother a crash course on sump pumps and replaced the broken pump for $476! The water in the pit immediately drained and all 3 pumps are now functioning! Bill and Glenbrook Plumbing are getting my business for all my plumbing needs and will be recommending them to the home owners association in the event that any of the other residents ever need help!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! A pipe in my basement burst from the rigid winter we had. A friend of mine referred me to Bee Quick Plumbing & Sewer. I explained to the gentleman the problem and within 15 minutes the gentleman sent someone to my house. He explained and repaired the busted pipe within a matter of minutes. He was very courteous and professional!!!  My experience with Bee Quick was amazing, never expected for them to come out as quick as they did.

They were happy to take our $148 to have summer and winter clean and check.  When they came out to clean our AC unit they wouldn't clean the Acoil (evaporator coil).  They explained that they can never get dirty.  Funny the air comes in past the filter and through the A-Coil, this happens year round.  Then they wanted to charge me an additional $125 to clean the A-coil.  

Yeah, if you want half the job done for full price  call King Heating and Cooling.

We recently hired him for a small shower renovation. We paid him $4k and he never finished the job. We had 3 separate plumbers check his work and All of them said it was incorrect. We ended up paying someone else to finish the job correctly. He ghosted us and never responded to us after he took our money. HORRIBLE! Please Do Not Hire Him!!!

This company is awful. I just payed 265$ to have my drain snaked. They charged me 90$ to show up and another 160 in labor for 30 min of work.  I wasn't aware they were they were curing cancer. They did clean up so they billed me for an hour. The business is less than a mile from my house(Why not charge 90$ for the 3min trip over) Lets send two guys for a job that only takes one. (Doesn't double billing pay better than single billing:) I wonder how people sleep at night???
