Hot water heater tank leak on holiday weekend. Called on a Sunday call was answered on 3rd ring.  Got estimate over the phone and plumbers arrived first thing Tues am. Replacement was completed final price as estimated. Professional polite and efficient. OP office.  I would absolutely recommend and will use this company again

They are excellent.  I called another company and they never showed up. Called this company up and they where able to come and clean the pipe to the street out and installed  my toliet.  Very happy with them. I will use them again  and recommend them as a excellent  company too use.

I was recommended by a relative. I had a backed up sink and he fixed it! He had all the right tools to get the job done. You get the feeling that he has been doing this for many years. I will be using him for all of my plumbing needs! He also charges a fair price for the work that is done.

Had received a quote from another plumber for my cabin in Three Oaks.  Thought it was somehwat high so decided to get a second quote before proceeding...so glad I did!  Not only was Goodman lower but my experience from initial call to on-site completion was top-notch on all.  Nick (owner) took time to explain the issues and even though they ran into an unexpected on-site issue (I actually had a 120v water heater versus a 220v), he was able to pivot immediately and get a new unit in and install it the very next morning in time for guests arriving following day.   Could not recommend this company enough - just an honest, efficient, professional small business that always make sure they have a happy and satisifed customer whatever it takes.  Thanks to Goodman team and will be recommending you to all the other owners at Lakeside Cabins!

We needed help with removing our toilet and replacing the wax ring, but we didn't have the tool to cut a rusty screw. They were quick to respond to my initial call and flexible with coming later the following day when my husband was home from work. They arrived on time and were done very quickly, at an affordable price. Both men were polite, friendly, and social. We will definitely be saving their number for future needs!

Our shed doors were falling from the hinges.  This was due to rain water and snowmelt rotting the wood at the base of the door and the framing around the doors.  Gus evaluated the job via pictures.  He texted me and came on a day where he had completed a job.  He was prompt, extremely courteous, and went as far to source the wood and parts at Home Depot nearby.  We were extremely pleased with the finished job.  The doors are again perfectly functional and the quality of work is outstanding.  Will call Gus for any future handy work.

I was recommended this plumbing company by family. Discussing the nature of the project I needed completed (new sump pump/ ejector pump/battery back up sump pump) with Bill on the phone and through email was pleasant and professional. He was able to price quote me with products he would supply and/or if I were to supply to give me options without breaking the bank. The idea of working with a company who is not trying to up-charge me and who is fairly priced is refreshing. Scheduling was also easy, and worked well with my schedule. They were able to come out the next day. The technician/plumber Bill who came out to the house was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he also brought and wore the shoe covers and took away the old materials with him. Although Bill made the job look easy, hiring this professional was definitely the better idea. I would definitely recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

After finding water on my floor by my AC unit I looked around and decided to call King after reading their reviews and looking them up on the Better business Bureau site. I'm so glad I called ! Marvin came to the rescue! He was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of advice for caring for my very old unit. Tomorrow they will be returning to give me an estimate on a replacement and if all goes well I am pretty sure I found my new heating and cooling service team! Couldn't be happier with the service I received! ! Definitely will be recommending to everyone I know!

Do Not Hire this person!!!
We recently hired him for a small shower renovation. We paid him $4k and he never finished the job. We had 3 separate plumbers check his work and All of them said it was incorrect. We ended up paying someone else to finish the job correctly. He ghosted us and never responded to us after he took our money. HORRIBLE! Please Do Not Hire Him!!!

Service completed one year ago and the leaking came back. Called Mike and the phone was answered the first time. Promised that he would called me back when he returned to the office but never did. The calls were then never answered. Very disappointed.
