Classic case of where a company takes advantage of the situation.  I was renting this home and my renters met with the plumber because I was out of town on both occasions which I'll get into now.  On 4/16/18 Greg Hannah Plumbing was called because the basement toilet and shower were backing up due to a clog.  The owners business was listed as one block away from me so I thought this would be a quick solution for my tenants.  They assessed the clog went straight to hydrojetting.  Charged $1080.  On 1/4/19 the same issue returned.  I called and they came by and said they said there was a heavy clog.   Well why wasn't this taken care of before?  My renters were planning on buying the house so they wouldn't flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet. They resorted to the deal(hydrojetting) again and charged $1000.   Guess what? The same issue returned again May of 2019!  There was no way I would call Greg Hannah Plumbing ever again in my life.  I already paid this business $2080.  I used a different plumbing service and met the owner at the house.  He showed me via cameras what was going on.  All they had to do was ROD the line and remove the sludge.  What Greg Hannah plumbing did with the hydrojetting job was not fully clear the drain and charge an arm and a leg.  Don't get me wrong Hydrojetting is expensive for any plumber but Greg Hannah Plumbing didn't put full effort to rod the line.  They automatically went to the most expensive option.  The other plumber charged $325 for rodding and haven't had any issues since.  The line is still clear till this day as I had a plumber friend check the line with a camera.  I would never recommend anyone to use Greg Hannah Plumbing as there are a plenty of other plumbers in this area especially the one I used for the rodding job!

Quality and HONESTY - wow - Had them replace a sink in my old house and I did much of the prep work myself, they did the plumbing work and went well beyond what we discussed to have the job done properly but kept to their original estimate.

I looked into several different plumbers. Some charge to just come to your house and then they also charge for a 'diagnosis'. Murphy's does not do either. Very knowledgeable and honest. Did two different jobs for me and I am very happy with both. I wanted to find someone in Roselle as that is where I live and I like to support my community. Great guys, give them a call when you have any issues. Dan and Mark!! You'll be impressed.

We had an issue with out water heater and needed it replaced ASAP. I called Hansen Heating Plumbing Company and was able to schedule an appointment immediately to have a technician to come to the house.  The phone receptionist was very friendly and willing to help with my request. Customer service is top notch, the technician was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Hansen Heating Plumbing for your services, you will not be disappointed.

Joe has provided great services to us quickly and at the right price.  I am grateful to have a reliable plumber close to home in Bloomingdale!

Derek was such a pleasure to work with. I had called about our shower not draining and he came out within a couple of hours of the call. When he was here I asked him about our sink & disposal too--both of which he fixed on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many other places.

We called Terry's plumbing on a Saturday when a second floor pipe broke and water cascaded into our living room - and of course then we had house guests with no water. Within two hours we had Mark and Ivan - who worked for two hours locating and repairing the pipe, which was behind a wall. They were professional, friendly, cleaned up afterwards perfectly, and the cost was reasonable. While they were there they also took care of our catch basin and gently reminded us not to wait for 10 years next time.  Their service was excellent and when needed we will call them again. As many Oak Park plumbers were unavailable on the weekend this was a very, very welcome service.

I highly recommend Lincoln Sewerage. I live in an old house in Chicago that has a catch basin behind the house (inside an enclosed back porch) that the sinks and bathtubs drain through. Phil and a young man (whose name I have forgotten, sorry) came out and did a stellar job -- first cleaning out my catch basin, then repairing the crumbling brickwork and cementing the entire inside of the deep catch basin. They also rodded out and fed a camera through out to the street, clearing out many clumps of roots on the way. They were quick and professional, very knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable. They  did a fine job, and am very glad I found Lincoln Sewerage. They were very kind to seal up cracks in my patio after I asked them what I should use to seal the cracks myself. Thank you both of these nice men from Lincoln Sewerage!

We had an issue with the garbage disposal that basically died. I bought a new one and contacted Berto who was able to come the next day within a 2 hour window. He was here on time and when he got ready to do the switch, he realized that the garbage disposal was still working, just needed some adjustment (of course, I had no clue), and he fixed the problem in two minutes. I paid for the visit of course (which is what is part of the agreement) but he did not charge me for changing the garbage disposal.  Berto was honest and upfront. To me, that is the most valuable attribute of anyone providing any service to customers. He also walked with me to the building basement to provide an estimate for some water pipe repairs we need and he did it without hesitation.  Definitely will call him again.

I was looking for a plumber on a Saturday for about 4 hrs. I had a problem
that resulted in me shutting the water off in the whole house.  My 2yr. old grandson was visiting from Nashville, so that just made it even more urgent.
Brandon was so sincere in helping me out while no one was available. I'm not sure how I would have managed if he didn't call back & come out.
Emergencies are so unexpected, even though I really didn't have the funds, it was worth me using the money I had for another bill.
I am so thankful for Jireh Plumbing & Brandon, saved the day.

We used Grant for the first time for a plumbing job.  He is professional and straight forward.  He identified the problem which turned out to be  sheer of sewer line.  We had to call someone else to do the sewer repair but Grant did fine job in fixing one of the leakage in the bathroom.

Awesome. Called Todd at 8:15, problem solved by 11:00 am. Pricing was beyond fair and the response time was unheard of. A few unexpected valves needed to be replaced and he did not gouge on that either. Highly recommend.

My vanity came loose from the wall and experienced major water damage.  Mike and the Magic Men team came in and replaced the vanity and plumbing for me at a reasonable price.  He even went to the store for me to buy parts I had forgotten to buy.  Mike made this very easy for me and the job was completed on time.  When I told Mike my furnace wasn't working he offered to take a look at it for me as well.  Was able to help me identify the problem so I can get it properly serviced and he didn't charge me a dime for the assessment.  I couldn't recommend these guys more.

Jason is so professional and responsible. He gave a quick response and help me replace the drain and clean the working areas. Very good job.

I had a water heater issue, ejector pump valve change and needed to install new shower/tub piping. Joe and Neil were prompt and finished the job very professionally. Joe is very reasonably priced and he finished the job quickly. I would recommend him to anyone. Very polite and informative. He also found a busted copper pipe going to my outside hose!  That would've cost me $$$$ in the spring when I turned on the water. Wasn't part of the original plan, but he didn't make it seem like a big deal and fixed it for me. Great honest people, would use them for anything Plumbing-related from now on.

This company charged me $700 for an initial visit that did not fix the problem, broke the angle valve that shuts off the water to the toilet, charged me $440 for the fix they created BEFORE doing the work, and then cancelled 15 minutes before the appointment after I had scheduled a water shutoff for the building.  They refused to refund me the full amount for the work they didn't do yet, AND charged me a cancellation fee when it's their technician that didn't show up.  There are a lot of options out there, don't waste your time or money
