Greg Hannah was recommended to me, and as I have been sitting on a non-emergency plumbing issue, I decided to give them a call.

I scheduled an appointment about a week and a half out. On the morning of the appointment, I received a call about 30 minutes prior to the appointment time that they would be unable to come to my home that day. This is understandable, as I wasn't experiencing an emergency. I was told that I would receive a call back to reschedule. This call back never happened.

About a week later, the water pressure in my home became very weak, so I called Greg Hannah Plumbing to reschedule, letting them know I was experiencing a serious issue now. I was rescheduled for the following morning.

The next day, I received a call that the technician was on his way, about 30 to 60 minutes out. He never came. I never received another call from him or the company. When I called a few days later, I asked to leave a complaint, and I was told Greg would return my call to discuss. Instead of the principal of the company calling me, I received a call from the technician that he would be leaving for my house in 10 to 15 minutes. This was about three days after he was supposed to come. I informed him that no one was home, and I was disappointed in how this was handled. He told me, Well, I thought someone had contacted you to let you know I was no longer coming the other day. I told him that no one had.

Long story short - either these guys are too busy to handle the amount of appointments they schedule, or my job was not deemed lucrative or important enough to show up for. No matter - I won't be using them in the future.

I have used Schmitz Bros on 3 different occasions and each time I tell my friends how great they are. Honest and reliable as well as affordable. He is not going to rip you off. This is truly my favorite repair go to guy. Bob is the best!!

We had just moved into our Del Webb home 3 weeks earlier when we awoke to water pouring from our basement ceiling light fixture. The water supply hose of our master toilet had cracked and had been leaking all night. We were new to this area as well so we had to rely on reviews to find a plumber. Hansen saved the day. The plumber was well qualified, nice and honest. They were at my door 15 minutes after my call. Very pleased. We want to give thanks to others who took the time to review Hansen. Passing it forward

Derek was such a pleasure to work with. I had called about our shower not draining and he came out within a couple of hours of the call. When he was here I asked him about our sink & disposal too--both of which he fixed on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many other places.

Today I called Terry's Neighborhood Plumbing because I needed an immediate fix for a pipe that was leaking in my kitchen under the sink (I have hardwood floors in the kitchen so I was concerned!) I called Terry's, who I've used before and had a WONDERFUL experience. I asked if someone could come out right away to fix the leak. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Mark and Jim who said they could be there within the hour! They came in less than an hour and fixed a difficult pipe that required additional work. Jim and Mark spent about 2 hours fixing it, letting me know what the problem was and how they were going to address it. In the end they went above and beyond in every way, from the timeliness of showing up to the extra fixes and keeping the area clean to making sure I understood the problem and cost. I will always call them for all my plumbing issues, Mark and Jim were AWESOME!!

Our condo building has been having Lincoln Sewerage come to our building the past 5 years or so, to rod out our sewer lines every summer - and also a few times when we've other other sewer-related issues.  They've always been unfailingly polite, work quickly, show up on time, communicate clearly, do great work, and don't charge an arm and a leg.  There has even been a few times when they went out of their way to save me money.

I give this company my highest possible recommendation.  I really have no complaints whatsoever, and how often can you say that about a contractor?

We're having plumbing issues and Brandon and team were super responsive in asking questions beforehand to understand the problem and providing guidance before they could get here. Also we were able to be scheduled quickly to resolve the issue, gave us detailed explanation of the issue and what our next steps should be.

Grant was by far the most responsive plumber that we called. He called back immediately on a Sunday night. He was able to replace a water heater, fix a toilet and look at a leaky sink all for a reasonable price. The sink needed a special part and he went the extra mile to get the part and come back on another day. He is very knowledgeable, attentive and spent extra time pointing out additional things that we should consider in the future that the previous home owners had done incorrectly. I recommend Preferred Professional Plumbing to my neighbors and even asked for extra business cards to help spread the word. A+ all around.

The drain in the floor of my laundry room backed up. I called H20 and heard back almost immediately. Two guys came over and told me I only have a 2 1/2 pipe inside my house and that they recommended putting in a clean out drain in my front yard. They then brought in their equipment. After the work was done, they told me they  poked a hole through the trees roots. It was not explained to me that the root out they were going to do wouldn't solve the problem, but merely opened it for now.  The cost to poke open that hole was $450. I was then given an estimate of $3800 to put in the recommended clean out drain in my lawn, and that the $450 would be applied towards this amount if I agreed to install the clean out drain . Since I didn't want to make the decision to spend that amount of money right then, they gave me the invoice and informed me the work they just completed was not warrantied.

I wish I had known that the work wouldn't have been warrantied before they rooted out the drain and I incurred the $450 charge. I would have paid for the trip charge and called around for estimates that could insure that the work would be warrantied, or at least given me time so that I could become confident that I had the best price to get that kind of work done.

I needed a new kitchen faucet installed and I had a pleasant experience speaking with Mike. The issue was solved quickly and I'll use Magic Men Service again in the future. Thanks again!

By a stroke of luck we discovered a plumbing issue before going to bed last night that would have left our main floor under water by this morning.  Our heating and A/C contractor recommended Jason from American Sewer and Drain.  I called last night around 9PM and Jason answered right away and did his best to diagnose the problem over the phone.  The water backing up was halted when I turned off the water main and Jason said he'd be at the house between 12-4 today.  He ended up coming out at 8AM (how often is a service person early???) AND fortunately the scope of the problem was not as bad as we had anticipated.  While we were prepared for a much larger bill as Jason was out here for over 3 hours, brought heave equipment into the house AND had to remove a toilet), the fee for his service was MUCH LESS than we expected.  I cannot overstate how satisfied we were with the service.  I recommend Jason without reservation and we will only make one call next time we have a plumbing need.

Joe was great! Needed a kitchen faucet replaced. Came out same day, friendly, professional, and very fair price. Highly recommended.

This company charged me $700 for an initial visit that did not fix the problem, broke the angle valve that shuts off the water to the toilet, charged me $440 for the fix they created BEFORE doing the work, and then cancelled 15 minutes before the appointment after I had scheduled a water shutoff for the building.  They refused to refund me the full amount for the work they didn't do yet, AND charged me a cancellation fee when it's their technician that didn't show up.  There are a lot of options out there, don't waste your time or money
