Called to replace hose attachment on side of house. Techs arrived within appointed time frame and job was completed satisfactorily within 30 minutes. Received 10% senior discount as well.

I have used Schmitz Bros on 3 different occasions and each time I tell my friends how great they are. Honest and reliable as well as affordable. He is not going to rip you off. This is truly my favorite repair go to guy. Bob is the best!!

Had a furnace issue over the holiday break and Brad and his partner were able to come out within about 2 hours of me calling on a holiday and got the furnace working temporarily while we wait for a new part from Carrier which they will install in a couple days. While they were here they didn't even seem to get annoyed by me hanging around as they worked so that I could get a peak at what was going on. Very personable and super nice guys! Seemed to be very knowledgeable as well. Definitely recommended if you are in their service area!

Joe is reliable, courteous and does a very thorough job. He follows through and makes sure the job is complete. I have used Joe a number of times on a purchase we did on a foreclosure. I have been impressed with him on every job he has done for us.

Derek was such a pleasure to work with. I had called about our shower not draining and he came out within a couple of hours of the call. When he was here I asked him about our sink & disposal too--both of which he fixed on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many other places.

We had a very good experience with Tim and team. Had a pipe burst a couple evenings before Christmas. Got a human on the phone right away (despite being off-hours) and set up something for the next morning. They called twice to let me know how long it would take to get here and that they were on the say.  Quick, solid, straightforward and reasonable price. Very clear explanation of what they were going to do and why. Would use again.

45 minutes of waiting the woman said  'Oh yeah, that's Robert'
We were told she would call us back and did not.

I cannot begin to express how happy I am with the service I received from this company. They were on time, professional and thorough. I'm always concerned repair people will take financial advantage because they can. That's not this company at all. They were honest to the point that my estimate went down not up. Sewer problem in the house.  Called H20 Plumbing and they actually answer the phone!  Very nice service to schedule a visit.  Arrived on time and did a great job, then gave me a summary of what was wrong.

I had called 3 other plumbers prior to H20, none answered the phone and none called back.

H2O is who I will call next time.

I hired them for a drain install, dishwasher hookup, and disposal installation. They were exceptionally professional, and definitely the best contractors I used during this entire kitchen renovation. They arrived on time, were professional and uniformed, friendly, and did the job for the price quoted with no nonsense. Their price was in line with other quotes I received, but the customer service was absolutely top-notch. I was truly impressed and wish I had more jobs to hire them for!

I've been happy with Excel but I needed a warranty repair fix on my water heater and his offer was nearly half their rate.  He showed up on time, did all the work with his shoes off (thank you!) and did a fantastic job.

He spent the next half hour explaining a lot of my plumbing to me free of charge - even helped uncap a pipe I needed work on for additional HVAC work to proceed.  I am hiring him again in the spring for sump work.

Joe was great! He had to miss our first appointment due to his previous house taking longer than anticipated (and the fact that we had somewhere to be) but he more than made up for it when he rescheduled! He's reasonably priced, friendly, efficient, punctual and spent the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely call him again when we need a plumber!

I had a broken city sewer line. I was told they would do all the work to get this fixed as soon possible. I was the one who had to contact the city to insure the issue was fixed in a timely manner. I was not contacted when service appointments where made. My contact info was not updated after multiple requests. After canceling an appointment due to a funeral via the text message which indicated I could reply to. They showed up anyway. When I told the technician they where not to be on the property because I was not home. They still went ahead and worked on the property. They did not fill the hole correctly and laid cement when it was too cold to do so. The hole was caved in and cement cracked by the next morning. When they where done the technician then called me to demand payment after being told he was not to work on the property. He was told
To just finish the job regardless by his management. When setting up appointment to correct the issue, and having to cancel due to rain and freezing temperatures I was given a hard time and they tired to tell me I could not reschedule the appointment for work on my property. On the day of the appointment it was once again raining they went ahead and laid concrete. Due to the rain the top layer washed off which means it's going to eventually collapse again. And I will have to fix the patch.

I would never use this company again. It was a pain, and they have horrible customer service.

Edit: I forgot to add they showed multiple unprepared for the appointment. Lacking the correct equipment. Or not knowing what was to be done on that day.
