Loved working with Don and his son! I had a broken dishwasher, and I thought I would have to spend almost $1k to replace it. But Don & son saved the day! They were fast, efficient, and price was very reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone who is in need of repairs.

Scott is absolutely the guy you should call for any plumbing issues. He was not only prompt and courteous, but very skilled and informative. On top of that, he's extremely friendly and very reasonable with his pricing. I would not hesitate to call him up for any plumbing issues.

We had a nightmare of a plumbing problem in our new home. After 5 plumbers in a months time we found Zoom Drain and they are Life Savers... They were honest transparent and emphatically anxious to help us. James is AWESOME and pretty funny too, his first visit out he worked tirelessly to find the problem he was honest professional informative and prepared to go the extra mile.
His honesty knowledge and professionalism were the very reason why we trusted Zoom Drain with the job. Thank you to Pamela as well for working magic to get us on the schedule .
James you are truly the standard by which service should be measured thank you for all your efforts and hard work.

Most people aren't aware that some of us still have grease traps in the basement, i had one! It exploded and distributed stinking grease all over my laundry room, foul odor! Called the first plumber (won't mention by name), who gave me a time but they were a no show! Started the search over and First Chance popped up, young man answered the phone, gave me the same day time appointment and he showed up! Thank God! He gave me an estimate, which I felt was reasonable, Daniel and Bob completed the work, which looks good and works perfectly! Highly recommend First Chance plumbers!

My sump pump went out in the middle of the night and they came out right away and fixed it
Winfield, IL 60190
we had our laundry pipes freeze-burst on Christmas Eve. of all the folks we reached out on Yelp , Eugene was the only one willing to come and fix the problem. really appreciate the prompt response. ( meanwhile out regular plumber called so we declined Eugene's help. but he's on our list now)
Chicago, IL
Our basement sump pump was making a noise do to it's age so we had CCP come out and replace it. We are extremely happy with the work that was done. We can now sleep peacefully at night without the old pumps noise. Also their rates are reasonable. Very nice and respectful plumber. I highly recommend this plumbing company. I'll post some pictures my wife took.

$703.67 for Cleaning One Single Kitchen Drian !!!
I have had a property (a 2 bedroom apartment) for rent in Honolulu since Aug. 2017. All the drains in this unit were working fine until 10/29/2018 when the tenant texted my manger and reported that the kitchen drain was clogged. My manager tried to reach me by phone but I was in a meeting and had my phone turned off. The tenant called my manager a second time and said he already called the Roto-Rooter Services Company to fix the drain. The tenant also asked my manager who was going to pay the bill, so my manager made the decision that I (the owner) would take responisbility for the cost. My manager called me after the arrangements had been made and considering my manager would be away from Hawaii for a couple of months, I agreed to pay the bill.
I was shocked by the amount of $703.67 that it took to clean the drain. I live in Los Angeles, California, and I know that in-home plumbing jobs are expensive but I never thought that cleaning ONE single kitchen drain would cost triple of what it would cost in California. Since my manager had more than three years of experience working for another Honolulu based plumbing company as a dispatcher and finicial consultant, I had her call the plumbing company, Roto-Rooter Services, to question this rediculously high bill. The lady who was on the phone could not explain it to my manager and said she could let the plumber (named Paul) who performed the job to call my manager. Once my manager got the plumber on the phone, he explained the billing:
$342 was the fixed rate for kitchen drain cleaning.
$61 was the cost for the 1 gallon of drain cleaner fluid.
$269 was the cost for one hour of labor for replacing the P-Trap. Additionaly, the pumber said that he forgot to charge the parts fee for P-trap, which would make the final bill even higher.
Then an additional $31.67 for tax , which brings the total to $703.67.
My manager requested him to provide his company's price list for the fixed rate for cleaning a kitchen drain and the hourly cost for labor. My manager also asked him how the 1 gallon of cleaning grease was not part of the job for cleaning the drain if the amount of $342 was the fixed rate for the cleaning? Without anwering my manager or providing her with the price list, the plumber hung up the phone. My manager called the Roto-Rooter Honolulu office twice (no one answered) and had to leave mesages about taking the matter to a higher authoirty. Only then did the plumber call my manager back stating that the Roto-Rooter supervisor has decided to refund the tenant the $269 labor fee since the tenant paid for it. My manager asked me if I was willing to settle for the $269 refund, to which I agreed because I believed the job was extremely overcharged but did not want the issue to last any longer.
It has now been over two weeks, (Today is 11/18) , and my tenant still has not received the refund. My manager called the company again multiple times and was forced to leave messages with the main office and the plumber because no one would answer her calls. My manager left a message saying I (the owner) will report this issue to the small business court in Honolulu and write a review on the company web site if my tenant did not receive the refund check in 2 weeks. My manager then received a call back from the plumber with the excuse that Roto-Rooter is a large corporation and it will take a long time (at least 6 weeks) to process a refund check. As a businesman, I cannot believe this excuse!
Any way I post the reviwes here today and recommed that you shoud be very very careful to ask sevice from Roto-Rooter Plumbing Company in Honolulu.
Attached is the plumber who performed the 2 hour job and wrote the invoice.

We paid $300 to get a detailed view of the sewer on a place we were considering that would have needed $10,000 of work.
Jim was responsive, professional, thorough and friendly. Definitely recommend and worth doing with a home inspection!

These guys left our building with inadequate water pressure after we paid them over $2000 to restore our pressure. Then they had the audacity to charge me another $200 service call to come fix the pressure after the first $2000 didn't get the job done and had the extra gumption to threaten a collection agency because I was disheartened by the new $200 bill. I tell everyone I know on Facebook and otherwise what a bad business this is.

My garbage disposal was in bad shape and leaking whenever I would run water in the sink. I did not want a replacement, so the plumber just removed it and installed new pipes and a strainer. He stayed focused and got the job done in a little over an hour. The new parts were reasonably priced. I was satisfied with the service CCP provided.

No Call. No Show. No Response. Had a new kitchen sink and faucet installation scheduled for this morning at 8:00. Cristian and I spoke on the phone and via text, I sent photos at his request, and he gave me a price of $500 for the job. I reached out last night to confirm the installation this morning, but I received no response. I tried calling and texting this morning as well but received no answer and no response. It's now after 9:00... At least I didn't give these guys any money.

By far one of the worst of the lot!!
Communication should have been the first red flag.
I picked the place because of the proximity to my property. I figure I could use a trusty plumber since I had multiple properties in the area.
Bill gave me an appointment time and promised to call an hour in advance. Fail! Did not call and did not show up at advertised time.
When i called, he proceeds to make all types of excuse.
Finally sent someone out who showed up 3 hours after the fact.
The man quickly assessed the situation and said he would get the job done for a quoted price. I haggled with him for a cheaper price. He agreed to the price but did a cosmetically terrible job. Plumbers should take pride in the job they do. Not this service.
That didn't bother me as much. My problem is that the drain is still leaking. How can you proudly fix a drain as a plumber and the drain still leaks? At least glue the leak properly
Called Bill the next day to let him know that the job done was terrible and he made all types of excuses why. He says the drain needs rodding and there's grease everywhere. I wasn't told this when i was making payments. So why not offer that information when you fixed the drain in the first place? When I go to the mechanic to change my oil but my engine has a hole in it... he'll mention it to me.
Not with this service. Patched the problem and took the money and ran. Not even a receipt.
Do yourself a favor. Do not use this service.

This company isn't actually a local plumbing company and is just a shell. They're Beverly plumbing and asked me how to spell Damen Avenue. They told me they'd contact a tech and and get back to me about how fast someone could get out to me. Ten minutes later I called back and asked for an update and they had forgotten and asked me to call back in another two minutes
9498 S Hamilton Ave Chicago, IL 60643
They advertise on Angie's List by offering $99.00 for 2 hours of plumbing labor, so I purchased this deal and this company never showed up. The first day they rescheduled, the second day they didn't show up at all. They also lied and said they were on their way. I took 2 days off work waiting for these people, they didn't have the decency to even call. I finally called and left a message for the owner himself (Terry Cox), he FINALLY called me back much later and suggested that I cancel the service call. What kind of business does this? I'm typically very fair when I judge businesses, but this is some of the worse customer disservice I've ever experienced. Strongly advise you to consider alternatives before you hire them.
