Don helped me with an issue we were having with our plumbing. Our ejector wasn't working right and it was backing up repeatedly. We've had others come by to work on it, but Don was able to actually fix it. Couldn't be happier - fast and efficient.

We called Scott in the afternoon around 4 and he got back to us really quick. Within 2 hours. We were able to schedule an appt for the next morning. Scott was very punctual, friendly and professional. Although our water problem didn't present itself when Scott was there, he attempted to try to fix the issue. He was also able to fix another minor issue I've been having with my shower water temperature. He charges reasonable and made aware that his hours could be flexible. Scott has provided great service and I would highly recommend him!

I contacted this business based on a recommendation from a local hardware store that I trust.
When I called on a Monday, I was told that a plumber would be out same-day. Great! My issue is simple and I looked forward to having it fixed in short order. A few hours later, a dispatcher from Zoom called me to tell me that the office made a mistake, that they were a little overbooked, and that they wouldn't be able to come out until that Wednesday at 3:00pm. I said no problem, see you Wednesday.
I called the office on Wednesday morning to confirm my appointment for that afternoon. The office said that I'm not on the schedule, but they had me on the schedule for the previous Monday which already passed. I explained to them how I had been rescheduled on Monday and that no one has come to provide service yet. They said no problem and that they would add me to the schedule for that day, Wednesday. I said okay sounds good.
Around 4pm on that same Wednesday, I called the office again and asked for a time frame for when a technician might be able to come to my house. I was worried that no one would show up since it was so close to the end of the day. The person I spoke to said they could put in a request for an after-hours technician to come out that night. I said that I didn't want to pay extra for after-hours service, as my issue is not an emergency, and that I would take an appointment the following day. The person in the office told me that they would schedule me for the following morning at 9am. I said sounds good, see you tomorrow morning.
This morning around 9:30am I called Zoom to confirm my appointment since no one had showed yet. The person in the office said that I was on the schedule for today, but scheduled for the afternoon. I expressed my confusion at being scheduled in the afternoon since last night I was told they would be here at 9am. I explained my frustration with the scheduling process and that I've been trying to book an appointment since Monday. The person in the office told me that they would reach out to the dispatcher to find out when the technician would be available and they would personally call me back to let me know. I said that would be great, thank you.
That person never called me back. So, about 20 minutes ago, I called the office again to see if I am on the schedule for today and, if I am, when the technician would show up. This person told me that I am on the schedule for today but that they cannot give an estimate of when the technician will arrive because the technicians determine their own schedules based on the complexity of the job. The window that the office is supposed to give for an appointment is all day.
At this point, I asked to be taken off the schedule insofar as I was ever on it.
All of the people who I talked to were perfectly polite and well-intended, but I think they are experiencing serious issues with scheduling.
I really tried to give this business my money, but I don't think they actually want it. I cannot recommend that anyone else try to schedule service through this business until they resolve whatever issues are plaguing their scheduling system.
I will be reaching out to the hardware store to let them know about my experience as well.

We had them come out to our non profit food pantry to replace a utility sink. They are honest and do great work.

My sump pump went out in the middle of the night and they came out right away and fixed it

Eugene Plumber was unbelievable. Responded to me in less than 24 hours with an appointment time for that day regarding my garbage disposal. Made the trip to Home Depot for me to pick up new product and installed in under an hour. Price was very fair. Kind and efficient. Would absolutely use him again. Thanks !

Our basement sump pump was making a noise do to it's age so we had CCP come out and replace it. We are extremely happy with the work that was done. We can now sleep peacefully at night without the old pumps noise. Also their rates are reasonable. Very nice and respectful plumber. I highly recommend this plumbing company. I'll post some pictures my wife took.

Service man was professional, courteous and explained each service thoroughly. Work completely and all is working well. The cost though, absolutely ridiculous.

Jim was accurate on how to tackle the job; received our $500 down payment; but then due to his health issues, he delayed starting the work for weeks. When he finally did come, we paid the balance in full for the finished job; only to determine 15 minutes later that it was leaking. There were new excuses why he couldn't return promptly ie ...his truck broke down. Approximately two weeks later, he 'made good' on most of the repair work with the promise to finish the balance following day. Despite our numerous calls, he never returned to the site to complete his work; which left us having to find and expense another plumber to complete his job. Jim knows plumbing well; but in hindsight, I'd skip the 50% down payment; and instead make payment 'in full' upon complete satisfaction of finished work.

I recently tried another plumber service when I had used Kuhn Plumbing for a multitude of projects big and small in the past. I wanted to save money. Well, you get what you pay for. I made a mistake.
Kuhn Plumbing provides HIGH QUALITY AND EFFICIENT SERVICE. They have a PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL PLUMBERS. They are able to diagnose problems easily and then achieve success fixing them.
I am sorry, Kuhn's, that I did not use your services recently. I will not make the same mistake twice. And I didn't end up saving that much money in the long run.

We've used the services of CCP a few times, so I guess it is time I give them a review! Two workers were in my home all day yesterday doing some major (I consider any work that employs a jackhammer major.) The crew completed the work carefully and expertly. Explained to me how and when to use the valve they installed as well as how to care for it. I appreciate the fact that they did this instruction with respect as I don't know thing 1 about plumbing. They wanted the concrete to dry and cure, so they left my dryer unconnected. Today, they returned to move my clothes dryer back in its spot and reconnect the gas feed at no additional charge. Are they expensive? Yes, however, when it comes to most trades, you get what you pay for.

No Call. No Show. No Response. Had a new kitchen sink and faucet installation scheduled for this morning at 8:00. Cristian and I spoke on the phone and via text, I sent photos at his request, and he gave me a price of $500 for the job. I reached out last night to confirm the installation this morning, but I received no response. I tried calling and texting this morning as well but received no answer and no response. It's now after 9:00... At least I didn't give these guys any money.

If I could post negative stars... I would. These people suck!! They're too old and absolutely CANNOT do simple jobs. Too expensive. Take up tons of time. Require 3-5 days for simple things. Don't follow through. Never again

This company isn't actually a local plumbing company and is just a shell. They're Beverly plumbing and asked me how to spell Damen Avenue. They told me they'd contact a tech and and get back to me about how fast someone could get out to me. Ten minutes later I called back and asked for an update and they had forgotten and asked me to call back in another two minutes

Terry Cox and his so called partner, Ray prey on the elderly. They were referred by a City of Chicago water inpector to do a big plumbing job for my father, whom is a retired City of Chicago worker. The first estimate was $7,000, the next day my dad was presented with a contract of $22,000 for repairs, which he paid. However, they left the place in shambles everyday with exposed safety hazards. 3 day job took 2 weeks with daily issues that were popping up to add to my father's total expenses. Several complaint calls were made to Terry Cox the owner, he would screen his calls and returnm the calls two to three days later. When Terry Cox went out of town, Ray his nephew requested an additional $2200 in cash from my father and begged my father not to let the owner Terry Cox know of this transaction. Once Terry was notified he came on site, he stated he would replace the concrete porch and the landscaping due to the unprofessional behavior from his nephew. They replaced the porch with no support and the landscaping is less than, to say the least. There are large spaces between the concrete and the dirt. There is even a family of stray cats living in the space. When we threatened litigation, Ray called and used profanity and was threatening towards two family members. We are now pursuing action with the BBB and Lisa Madigan's office and have contacted several news stations' investigative reporters. These thieves that prey on the elderly need to be put out of business!!!!!
