Jesse is an amazing plumber!! Bought a fixer-upper and he did a meticulous job re-plumbing the entire house--there was no detail left undone and with his full knowledge and explanation as well as his pricing I could not have been more comfortable entrusting him with this huge undertaking--I might also add, I am somewhat fussy and he was immaculate in his work habits:))
I continue to have friends thank me for sending him their way.

Badger Plumbing was OK, but I don't think we'll be calling them again. We had two different experiences, one positive and one negative.
When we were in the process of purchasing our house, we called Badger for an estimate on a sewer repair, and we were very impressed. Tom met me at the house the next day, was very experienced, knowledgeable and helpful, and he gave us a fair estimate for the work. We ended up asking the seller to complete the repair, so we didn't use Badger for the job, but we had an excellent impression of Badger Plumbing.
So, two months later, we are in our new house, and we have two leaky sinks. Since we had such a great experience with Badger, I called them again. This time, however, they sent out someone who appeared to be a rookie (maybe leaky sinks don't warrant the A-Team?), and it took him WAY longer than it should have to complete the repair. He was crawling around our crawl space looking for the water shut-off, which was right next to the sink we asked him to fix. He didn't have the right parts and ran to the store. He tinkered with the faucets for most of the afternoon and seemed genuinely perplexed. He eventually figured it out and stopped the leaks, but meanwhile, he was charging us by the hour. I'm happy to pay a reasonable hourly rate for a competent plumber, but I have a problem paying full price when the plumber is clearly still learning the ropes.
My recommendation for Badger would be to send out the rookies (with the customer's knowledge and permission) for a lower rate. I would have been fine with the situation if Badger had been upfront about sending the B-Team and had priced the work accordingly, but it was very frustrating to pay a high hourly rate for a plumber whose inexperience made the job take far longer than it should have.

My family, friends and I have hired Don to help with all sorts of different tasks: plumbing, clean up, door lock repairs, he even hung a large picture on the hall above my stairs, which was really tricky to get at. He does it all! Very responsive, reasonable rates and Don is just a pleasure to work with.

He's fantastic!  Really thorough, great problem solving skills, great communication skills, totally professional.  And a really smart, really nice person.

Scott is terrific! I've used Scott's company several times. Great workmanship, fair prices, and he was on time. Explained the toilet problem and had the parts in his truck (I'm a lucky girl!) and fixed the situation. Great guy, easy to talk to and he explains the situation well. I don't trust anyone else. Kudos Scott!

Horrible service  tried to create a side job while working for Choice Home Warranty
When I refused he packed up after only Rodding our drain for 15 minutes. He then wanted me to Zelle him $80 for HS h g a difficult time taking off my drain cover.Don't trust them.0

We had them come out to our non profit food pantry to replace a utility sink. They are honest and do great work.

My sump pump went out in the middle of the night and they came out right away and fixed it

Usually, I dont do reviews, but I have to post and rave about Eugene.
1. Responsive time was within 10 minutes
2. He quoted me a price for one of my showers that wasn't draining, and I asked for a $20 discount, which he agreed(price is super reasonable)
3. He said he would arrive between 6.30pm and 7.00pm( He arrived at 6.45pm).. Punctual
4. Fixed the problem, then proceeded to check all the   other bathrooms and sinks to make sure everything was draining properly for no extra charge.
5. Paid him the original price he quoted for a job well done; he sent a text 1 hour later saying I overpaid him by $20( discount) and would zelle it back( Honesty)
All these qualities are rare to find nowadays... I highly recommend him for all your plumbing work..My new go-to guy..Thank you Eugene..

Our basement sump pump was making a noise do to it's age so we had CCP come out and replace it. We are extremely happy with the work that was done. We can now sleep peacefully at night without the old pumps noise. Also their rates are reasonable. Very nice and respectful plumber. I highly recommend this plumbing company. I'll post some pictures my wife took.

Tim was great! I called Roto-Rooter just as I arrived home from work, with the expectation of waiting hours for someone to come out. My guy Tim was there before the two hours that they quoted me. He worked quick and was so extremely nice! He took the time to explain everything that could be the problem, and then set up a game plan. Luckily the first attempt to unclog the drains worked! I would most definitely recommend Tim from Roto-Rooter for anyone who is in trouble with clogged drains! :)

We paid $300 to get a detailed view of the sewer on a place we were considering that would have needed $10,000 of work.

Jim was responsive, professional, thorough and friendly. Definitely recommend and worth doing with a home inspection!

Kuhn did a great job they responded to our call within 24 hours. The plumber fixed the issue in a timely manner. You'll get top quality service at a premium cost.

Worst plumbing company I've ever done business with. Two guys came out late at night and one never even entered my home, but yet I get charged for both of them. Furthermore, the one that did come in basically just looked around and said yup, you've got a leak. We don't know where it's coming from.
TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!

No Call. No Show. No Response. Had a new kitchen sink and faucet installation scheduled for this morning at 8:00. Cristian and I spoke on the phone and via text, I sent photos at his request, and he gave me a price of $500 for the job. I reached out last night to confirm the installation this morning, but I received no response. I tried calling and texting this morning as well but received no answer and no response. It's now after 9:00... At least I didn't give these guys any money.

The plumber was efficient, knowledgable, and nice. The two problems with my sink seemed to be fixed but a couple months later one issue returned (reduced cold water pressure). They came back, discovered the root cause (a coil thing that kinked up over time), replaced another part and did not charge me. I appreciate that they guarantee their work. The guy who came the second time was also very nice and knowledgable and he spent a lot of time investigating the mystery cause of the problem.

This company isn't actually a local plumbing company and is just a shell. They're Beverly plumbing and asked me how to spell Damen Avenue. They told me they'd contact a tech and and get back to me about how fast someone could get out to me. Ten minutes later I called back and asked for an update and they had forgotten and asked me to call back in another two minutes

They advertise on Angie's List by offering $99.00 for 2 hours of plumbing labor, so I purchased this deal and this company never showed up.  The first day they rescheduled, the second day they didn't show up at all.  They also lied and said they were on their way.  I took 2 days off work waiting for these people, they didn't have the decency to even call.  I finally called and left a message for the owner himself (Terry Cox), he FINALLY called me back much later and suggested that I cancel the service call.  What kind of business does this?   I'm typically very fair when I judge businesses, but this is some of the worse customer disservice I've ever experienced.   Strongly advise you to consider alternatives before you hire them.
