I was extremely disappointed when I was charged a full service charge that is typically $80 (I paid $75) for a two minute visit. I honestly tried exactly everything that the electrician did but for some strange reason it worked when he did it. I did not expect that I should pay nothing but did believe that there should have been some kind of discount. When I called the front office to inquire as to the possibilities of a lesser amount I was treated with total disrespect. The woman discussed how I obviously have no idea how to run a business as charging full price is the status quo. When I question good customer service that encourages a person to suggest their company as fair she again suggested that I did not have the experience in running a business. I then discussed my thoughts of going elsewhere given the treatment and she informed me that she did not care where I went. Needless to say, I will never use this company again. For the record, I do make house calls in my business and no we don't always charge in every case where it is clear there is no need to.
