About six weeks ago, when my terminally ill father was in at home palliative care, our electricity went out. I was fully panicked-- there were so many things we needed to utilize for him that required electricity or refrigeration. The following morning, I called Coastal and explained the situation. The team came over promptly, diagnosed the issue, worked with the city for the permit, and coordinated with the electric company. Everything was so organized and so quick-- and within a few hours of me calling, everything was up and running. The staff was truly wonderful-- from Lisa in the office to the owner, Trey, to the two gentlemen who came out on the service call. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and they put so much heart and care into what they do. I am beyond grateful for the team at Coastal and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
