Called for a quote and I was asked to text my contact info. He said he would contact me on Saturday to confirm for a Sunday appointment. He never called on Saturday and didn't show up for the Sunday quote.

Rostislav and Vlad helped me with hanging a overhead garage storage rack.  They were both very friendly and professional.  It you are looking for a hardworking team you can count on them.  In fact, I will hire them for future projects.

Mark and his guy (forgot his name) worked on my newly built home to add in a dining room ceiling fan/light junction, an entryway ceiling light hook up, and three kitchen pendant light hookups. Note that this was done after the close of escrow, not during the buildout of the home.

Both of them did a fantastic job, especially considering that they had to work around beams/frames. What I particularly appreciate is them working with me to decide the best course of action whenever they ran into some difficulties.

The initial estimates they gave me were competitive, and the final cost was close to the estimate. They did a clean job and even came back to fix a switch that was turned upside down, even though I could've done this myself.

I definitely recommend Precision Electric and will be using them in the future.

I looked up on Google for electricians in the area and Jesse and his crew came up  being 5 stars on Yelp!   I called Jesse and the next day Jesse and his crew came and fixed my kitchen light. Professional and affordable.  If you have ANY Electrical problems these are the guys to call......   (Side note) his electrician Robert was VERY knowledgeable, kind and professional..... Our bathroom light switch was broken, resulting in us having to override power via the circuit panel or deal with having the light on 24/7 until it was fixed. With today's energy bills being what they are, we chose the latter and fumbled our way around the darkened half of the house all weekend as a result.

Ivan came mid-morning Monday and helped us out in a pinch. Not only was he quick, efficient, and knowledgeable, but his prices were so much more reasonable than the other contractors we reached out to.

Would definitely use Ivan again for other mishaps around the house.

When dealing with power surges and humming in the light fixture when using my hair-dryer at the same time, along with a myriad of other little electrical oddities, I would like to say that Brian had excellent trouble-shooting skills. He was able to assess my situation in a timely fashion as well as make recommendations that were resourceful and helpful. He was able to help resolve my issues right away. He is also very prompt and thorough in his response times. I would use him again for sure.

Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.

The owner, Natalie Valencia, was very honest, professional, prompt, friendly,
and neat.

Over the last several years, my kitchen and bedroom lights kept going out.
I thought i had serious electrical problems; but instead, I only needed to replace the fixtures-
Natalie offered to go get the fixtures or to have me pick them out at the local store.
I decided to pick out what i wanted.

Also, she replaced the motion detector light bulb that was broken by vandals last month.
I thought i would have to replace the entire motion detector; but, she saved me money by simply replacing the bulb.

We had better electric do 4 recessed lights in our office space. Tyler's bid came in significantly lower than competitors and was able to do the work within our timeframe as well. Chris was very professional and had the job done in a single evening. Would recommend!

These Techs are the best. Did a thorough cleaning and inspection of my furnace. Checked Air condition unit outside and took apart cleaned and even washed unit. Always with a Great Attitude!! That's why when it comes to my heater or air I always rely on Service Champions. They back there product and work. Don't call anybody else!!

Ivo was quick to respond and super knowledgeable. He was helpful in providing me options and communicating clearly. Extremely trustworthy, as I could not be at the property while they were doing the installation I actually had them do the entire installation and testing without me there. They locked up behind themselves and did a great job sending pictures of the functioning light after installation. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars was that the price seemed a little steep. Ended up paying $400 for a little less than an hour of work to install an $100 light. Compare that to earlier in the day, paid $150 to have a new dishwasher installed (and old one hauled away). I was in a bind, so I made it work - but I'd probably shop around a bit next time.

Had a broken bath exhaust fan in my rental unit.  I was thinking about replacing the whole unit with housing, but it'll involve cutting out drywall giving unit with the same dimension can't be located.  It was also a bit hard to locate people who'll do exhaust fan on Yelp.  Luckily I located Ryan after putting out the bid (Ryan's bid was reasonable).  It turned out Ryan has quite some experience with bathroom exhaust fan.  He told me the housing can be kept and just need to replace motor and fan unit.  Ryan responded promptly and consistently.  He showed up and took apart the unit with motor and fan to the hardware store for replacement parts.  He later called me and told me that the motor unit is rather expensive and the existing motor will still work fine.  We then just replaced the fan.  He also went the distance of taking the whole assembly and cleaned them throughly back at his house.  He came back and installed the assembly.   The exhaust fan is now working as new !  What an excellent experience.  Ryan is knowledgeable, courteous and he has the home owner's interest in mind (which is rare to see these days).  I also had him replace a loose electric outlet the next day.  I would hire him again for my next set of projects and repairs.  Highly recommended !

Wilson is very professional and efficient. He helped me solve some issues with my rigid conduit requested by PG&E for my electrical panel upgrade. I needed help fast because this problem blocked my house remodel inspection.  Wilson is very flexible to support my timing needed. And he did a great job fixing the issue.  Highly recommended!

My 86 year old Mom needed some electrical help. I live 400 miles away from her. Cross Electrical was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Fremont. Cathy was wonderful!!! She rerouted the electricians to mom's home before they started work on their scheduled job. They came promptly and did the job professionally. Cathy has heart. She got a customer for life!!!

As a previous employer for Los Gatos Electric i can justify my rating. I worked for Jim Holliday also known as James Holliday for 10 months in his office doing all his paperwork and I know that he does LOTS of fraudulent things, from not paying employees (Fraud with payroll) never actually giving a paystub, only giving a time card as a paystub. He failed to give me my W2 on time because he never did payroll like he said he would do. He instead offered me a check for all the money that he had taken from my taxes. This is illegal.

He cheats all of this clients, over pricing and not completing the service he promised.

Don't trust Charles Fredrick as he is GREAT a brainwashing clients and future employees to a join Los Gatos Electric, offering benefits that will be taken away in less then a month.

No electrician has lasted more then 6 months and it can be proven.

Jim doesn't have a valid license to work and doesn't have workers comp. Be on the look out.
