He trouble shot the problem and fixed the problems in less than an hour and I was shocked at the amount he DIDNT charge us! I was expecting at least double.

We chose Precision Electric as we live in Livermore (so aim to support our local mechanics). We had a very odd situation with an entire wall of outlets blown out in our kitchen. I consider myself to be really very mechanical, but was stumped. In retrospect, I feel a little sheepish because the solution was so obvious. I phoned Mark, (cell phone so I got him immediately), and before he even agreed to come visit, he insisted we walk through and rule out possible scenarios in order to eliminate what the problem could possibly be. Turned out (I surmised) I had dripped water from our pull-out kitchen faucet onto the electrical plug, when I was filling the tank of our coffee machine. My bad. So the Ground Fault Circuit Interruption outlet did its thing, and I had not even noticed it because that particular outlet has a lamp and a phone plugged in there. I put the phone down, went back to the kitchen, and lo and behold, that was the solution.  I cleared and then reset the GFCI button, and that fixed the problem. I asked Mark if I owed him anything, and he said no, so I am ever so grateful for this three-minute fix over the phone. What a great guy!  Precision Electric is now our electrician for this household. Considering this era of messing with people and taking advantage of them, this was a great experience from a fine, upstanding electrician. Couldn't ask for more.

I had several little things done during one service appointment a few months ago and also had a very high up ceiling light hung above stairs in a vaulted foyer. Jesse and his son did a fantastic job for a fair price. When one of the newly installed GFI outlets malfunctioned (not due to the installer) Jesse came right out and replaced it. No additional charges. I would use this company again anytime.

Ivan is so great and very responsive. He helped me renovate my private gym and also do some work at my salon! I recommend him all the way!

Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.

Fantastic!  Natalie finished the installation today and we could not be happier.  We have an old house, with a tall mantle and plaster walls.  We needed a mount that could move in all directions, but it was not something I felt comfortable doing on my own.  I am so happy we found Valencia Electric.  Natalie first performed a consultation where she informed us of our options, then she worked with me in finding the right mount.  We got a new mount that she hadn't used before, but she figured out the best way to use it on our fragile walls and the end result is amazing.  

Natalie is professional, very reasonable price-wise, and extremely skilled.

Tyler B, was wrong that he mentioned about the charge upfront.  I promise that he didn't mention about the charge before he started the job.  He did ask me to pay him $250 after he power ON the switch.  It is insane to anyone to ask $250 just for a 10 seconds of work.  I will never do a business with you and don't recommend to anyone.  The way it sounded like I had to cover his advertisement cost.

Garret, the technician was very thorough in his inspection of the existing HVAC units, took photographs and explained any issues with the units very clear for a layman to understand.  Garret's professional service is commendable.

Price is more than fair considering all the above.

Chris was awesome! He really took time to figure out how to tackle our strange electrical problem. He gave us several options and we picked the one that worked best for us.  Thanks Chris for helping us and being so nice. We couldn't be happier.

Excellent handyman!  I received a quote for several repairs I inquired about within a matter of minutes.  I had three separate problems: a plumbing issue, an electrical issue and a broken closet door.  Ryan was able to address all three in a timely fashion, and I am very happy with the results.  Would definitely recommend!

They were communicative, accommodating and professional. At a time when it's hard to get a tradesman because everyone is so busy they were able to find time and do a quality job. Their electrician. Patrick was extremely personable and helpful.

Sam is very professional. I called in to fix outlets in garage and I just paid the service charge. I called to have the work done on Saturday but he asked if I was available Friday night so that saved me a day! I plan on using their services again in the future!

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to the Cross Electrical team. Don't do the reviews but I had to because they came in clutch for me.

I gave them a call in an emergency due to power being lost to the entire house. Edith answered the phone and was very helpful. She said Thomas the electrician could make it out to me with an ETA of 30 mins and he was at my house in 15. He was very informative. He diagnosed the issue, priced affordably and was able to get power back on in no time. I couldn't be more happy with the service I got from the cross electrical team. Glad I gave them a call and happy to see local business owners providing exceptional service. Definitely giving them a ring for future electrical issues.

As a previous employer for Los Gatos Electric i can justify my rating. I worked for Jim Holliday also known as James Holliday for 10 months in his office doing all his paperwork and I know that he does LOTS of fraudulent things, from not paying employees (Fraud with payroll) never actually giving a paystub, only giving a time card as a paystub. He failed to give me my W2 on time because he never did payroll like he said he would do. He instead offered me a check for all the money that he had taken from my taxes. This is illegal.

He cheats all of this clients, over pricing and not completing the service he promised.

Don't trust Charles Fredrick as he is GREAT a brainwashing clients and future employees to a join Los Gatos Electric, offering benefits that will be taken away in less then a month.

No electrician has lasted more then 6 months and it can be proven.

Jim doesn't have a valid license to work and doesn't have workers comp. Be on the look out.
