Response time was quick. Gave me a very reasonable quote and scheduled 8AM the following morning. Arrived promptly, debugged and fixed problem quickly. Ultimately charged me less than he quoted. Can't beat that. Would definitely use them again.

We just completed a whole house remodel of our town home and used Mark for all the electrical. This was a major electrical upgrade including all new LED lights, new kitchen outlets, new location for electric stove, LED under cabinet lights, 220 V for steam shower in MB, moving lights, adding circuits, etc.    The job took 4-5 trips over about 8 weeks, working around the other contractors.

Mark is very meticulous and professional in his work. He is a perfectionist and it shows in the final product.   He was by far the best contractor on this job and I am so glad we used him.  No shortcuts, all quality work, up to code and then some.

I highly recommend Mark for  any electrical job, big or small.  His prices are fair and he is dependable.  He shows up on time and and explains everything in clear concise language.   He is A++ in our book, and we would not hesitate to use him again.

Jesee installed a fan and 2 can lights in our bathroom. We asked if he could install a timer switch for the fan. He agreed but said that he had to order the part and that it would be in later in the week. He asked us to call him when we were available. We did just that and he said he would come. Well, he never did. We called him and he apologized that he got stuck at another job so we set up another time that he could finish the switch. Well, he never came. This happened another 2 times. I wish he would have just told us that he wouldn't finish the job instead of stringing us along.

Quickly identified issue with upstairs bathroom outlet not working was related to one shared GFCI outlet downstairs. Patiently waited and explained details. Also brought own boot covers. Amazing work and very polite. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an electrician

Had an issue with my EV charger in the garage. Brian diagnosed it right away as a loose wire overheating the breaker. Had a replacement in the truck and replaced it in less than an hour. Cars charging normally now, no issues!

Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.

I had them come to my home today to do some work. They were prompt and got the job done quickly. I know it wasn't cheap but it was reasonable. I have paid much more for other electricians in the area. Highly recommend Al Smith Electric.

Natalie took care of my list of several projects excellently including but not limited to, installing a digital remote control unit and wall switch for the ceiling fan, and moving power and cabling for an articulating wall mount TV to hide wiring and still allow the mount to snug up close to the wall.
She was efficient and professional, and a joy to work with. I have already recommended her to several friends, and she is the one I'll call whenever I need help again.

We had to install a video doorbell and floodlight camera. Reached out via yelp for a quote. Tyler was quick to respond, came the next day and gave quotes which were better than others I had received. He was responsive after that when I had to schedule the appointment and coordinate the follow-up. He showed up on time, was professional and did a good job. Will use his services again if needed in the future

Jonathan Vargas, service technician did an excellent job of running diagnostics on my home central AC system and provided options to fix or by new, with recommendation. He also inspected my crawlspace ducts, took pictures and discussed with me for replacement.

I heard a buzzing/crackling noise in my fuse box and orbis sent out an electrician within an hour. He was able to diagnose a wire that shorted, changed the affected breakers, cut out a junction box and change the burnt wires within an hour. Very knowledgable and great service. I'll be saving this number for sure.

Super responsive: called Tuesday, got a quote Wednesday, worked into the schedule for Thursday for electrical work. Personable and knowledgeable project manager and electricians: shout out to Sami, Harris and Chris. They asked tons of good questions and ensured safety, ie any pets or kids to worry about, concerns with noise and neighbors, ok to move our van in front of the house, etc. And they found a solution for our quirky Eichler, not small feet. Had a broken bath exhaust fan in my rental unit.  I was thinking about replacing the whole unit with housing, but it'll involve cutting out drywall giving unit with the same dimension can't be located.  It was also a bit hard to locate people who'll do exhaust fan on Yelp.  Luckily I located Ryan after putting out the bid (Ryan's bid was reasonable).  It turned out Ryan has quite some experience with bathroom exhaust fan.  He told me the housing can be kept and just need to replace motor and fan unit.  Ryan responded promptly and consistently.  He showed up and took apart the unit with motor and fan to the hardware store for replacement parts.  He later called me and told me that the motor unit is rather expensive and the existing motor will still work fine.  We then just replaced the fan.  He also went the distance of taking the whole assembly and cleaned them throughly back at his house.  He came back and installed the assembly.   The exhaust fan is now working as new !  What an excellent experience.  Ryan is knowledgeable, courteous and he has the home owner's interest in mind (which is rare to see these days).  I also had him replace a loose electric outlet the next day.  I would hire him again for my next set of projects and repairs.  Highly recommended !

Sam was terrific helping me fix the issues created when we had a PG&E transformer blow up on  our street. It blew out my garage door opener, my doorbell, 2 GFI outlets, my Keurig coffee machine, my Sonicare toothbrush and several other things in my house.  Sam came in and quietly and efficiently fixed everything, and at a very reasonable price.

We had a problem with our plugs after our oven shorted.  I had called two other electrical companies in the morning-they did not return my call. I went on Yelp and tried Cross Electrical.  Not only did the lady answer the phone immediately, she walked me through some simple steps and our problem was fixed.  Will highly recommend them and use them in future!

Alvaro was the first to respond to my inquiry and based on his reviews, I just went with him. He was very efficient and saved me time, which I really appreciated. First, he gave me a quote based on the photos I provided; then, he came in on time to do his work.
He did my entire kitchen wiring after remodeling and installed some kitchen lights and Wi-Fi switching. Additional work came up during the installation of all these, and he explained the situation and got it done at a reasonable price.
I love my kitchen lights and am pleased with Alvaro's work. He pays attention to detail and cares for your product as if it was his own.
