Greg may very well be the world's greatest electrician, but he may also be a glimmer of hope to all the men of our kind.

I submit, for your consideration, the following evidence:
I called. The phone rang thrice and Greg answered.
I got two sentences out, along the lines of, I thought I blew a fuse drying my hair yesterday but..., before Greg interrupted me.
I resisted the urge to demand his supervisors name and instead decided to humor him.
... but now none of your bathroom outlets work? He asked.
I braced for the inevitable mansplaining I get any time I have to call a home pro. Yes, but I've already reset all the fuses in both panels and still no power.
Greg wanted to know how old my home was.
About fifteen years? I shrugged.
He went on to suggest I try one more thing before making an appointment with him. It sounded real dumb but I decided to at least investigate and what do you know - his trick totally worked! He really MUST know what he's talking about! What d'ya know?

And just like that, a man was finally right about something.

I guess there's hope for their kind yet...

Rostislav and Vlad helped me with hanging a overhead garage storage rack.  They were both very friendly and professional.  It you are looking for a hardworking team you can count on them.  In fact, I will hire them for future projects.

Exceptional and impressive.  Started out on Yelp looking for an electrician to help with a perplexing electrical issue. GFCI kept tripping and was shutting down electrical in various rooms.  I was given 4 different companies to communicate with.  All were responsive to come for an estimate at $175.00 but, Precision was the only one who offered to try to troubleshoot over the phone.  I arranged a time and was able to speak directly with Mark who was attentive and patient.  He was able to immediately determine the culprit of the problem which were fountain pumps leaching water into the circuit.  Although that had remedied the initial issue, there was a bigger problem that arose.  We called back again and arranged for Mark to come out.  Once again Mark found the solution immediately and made the repair.  His charge was unbelievably low at the cost of an estimate, compared to all of his preliminary effort, time and work.   We have found our go-to for all of our future electrical needs, thanks to the OUTSTANDING skills, knowledge and ability of Precision electric and Mark!

Jesse is the best. Not only did he show up right on time, but performed the replacement of our breaker box quickly and efficiently. He completed the task even quicker than he estimated. I would highly recommend JMG to anyone asking. Jesse is the best.

I needed an electrical plug swapped out for a new dryer that was delivered this morning.  Ivan responded to the Yelp request within 5 minutes and was able to come out and complete the work within a couple hours.  He was extremely polite and his pricing was very fair.  Would highly recommend Ivan.

In my experience, the owner Brian is a stand up honest guy.  We had a lighting issue that other folks were quoting us $200-300 to fix.  Brian gave us some advice to fix it ourselves, and we were able to do so for $10.

Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.

I had them come to my home today to do some work. They were prompt and got the job done quickly. I know it wasn't cheap but it was reasonable. I have paid much more for other electricians in the area. Highly recommend Al Smith Electric.

It's hard to say enough good things about Natalie. Professional, fair, and highly skilled of course.

We've worked with her a few times now, usually when something complicated was involved. She is an artist in her craft, and always comes up with an elegant solution.

Punctual and did a great job unhooking and capping the hard wire lines that were attached to my Advantium Microwave.  He then install the microwave and trimming  into my wall cabinet.

Ian the technician came out and gave a clear assessment of how my HVAC system was.  Polite, professional, knew what he was doing.  The man deserves a free lunch

Ibo is a life saver. He came over on a short notice, diagnosed the problem, and fixed my electrical issues quickly. He did not overcharge. Will be calling him again in the future.

Ryan is the definition of a professional who takes great pride in his work.  His prices are very fair and he takes all appropriate precautions in these challenging times.  My experience with Ryan could not have been better.  He did some lighting work in my house and I could tell he is experienced and takes pride in what he is doing.  If you feel at all hesitant on hiring a handyman versus a specialist for an individual job, try Ryan and your mind will forever be changed.  Thank you for your excellent work today Ryan!

Wilson was prompt, knowledgeable and did good work. He gave a competitive bid to install an EV charge Point hard wired into box. Really nice guy. I'll definitely hire him again.

This is now the 4th time i have used Sam aka Alpha General Electric.  He is so concientious and diligent with his work. He is extremely versatile in his skills and being able to handle unusual installations and repairs. Here are some of the unusual projects we have done....
- Security camera installation.(Two different locations)
- Solar power inverter replacement
- Swimming pool controllers
- Insteon brand controller installtion.

The guy is not afraid to take on any electrical project and do a top notch job of it.

If I could give more stars, I would. They are the best people I have worked with. We had to install an outlet but little did we know that there was a vent between where we wanted the new outlet and an existing one. The work that we thought would take 1 hour, took more than 3, but Thomas was cool and got the job done. He didn't even charge extra. I really appreciate his work ethic.

Very prompt and professional. Was meticulous in a minor project relocating a thermostat. Showed up on time and finished on schedule. Patched and cleaned up afterwards!

As a previous employer for Los Gatos Electric i can justify my rating. I worked for Jim Holliday also known as James Holliday for 10 months in his office doing all his paperwork and I know that he does LOTS of fraudulent things, from not paying employees (Fraud with payroll) never actually giving a paystub, only giving a time card as a paystub. He failed to give me my W2 on time because he never did payroll like he said he would do. He instead offered me a check for all the money that he had taken from my taxes. This is illegal.

He cheats all of this clients, over pricing and not completing the service he promised.

Don't trust Charles Fredrick as he is GREAT a brainwashing clients and future employees to a join Los Gatos Electric, offering benefits that will be taken away in less then a month.

No electrician has lasted more then 6 months and it can be proven.

Jim doesn't have a valid license to work and doesn't have workers comp. Be on the look out.
