I found Greg on Yelp. I contacted him on his vacation and he still took time away from his vacation to make sure all of my questions were answered. He was on time, polite and knowledgeable. What I appreciated most about Greg is he is quick and efficient. Greg charges by the hour (really reasonable pricing) I've experienced in the past a company who took their sweet time, because it means more $$$ for them. Sergei helped me to remove my old moulding and installed new ones. He was able to come help me out the next day with very a reasonable price. I'd hire them again for stuff I need in the house.

Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.

We just had an EV charger installed in our garage by Valencia Electric. Natallie Valencia, the owner, did an excellent job for us. Her bid was reasonable, great attention to detail, very knowledgeable in all facets of electrical applications. Another thing that we feel is very important was she was ontime for the appointment for the bid and ontime the day of the job installation. We highly reccommend her for your electrical needs.

We are adding recess lights in two rooms. Better Electric is the first reaching us and also provide the best deal! Chris is the guy doing the job. He completed everything in one day and it was done beautifully. I highly recommend Better Electric!

These people are reliable and on time.  When he says the job will be done by 1PM,  it will be done and they are fair on pricong.  We are very happy with the job they did.

We had a problem with a dimmer and the outlet below; the switch plate screws got so hot they burned my son's finger. I called D.E. on the recommendation of a friend. The rep came over and utterly failed to diagnosis the problem; and he proposed to change outlets that were fine- for the estimated price of $1000 plus another $300 if we wanted a 3 year guarantee. I paid him $89 for coming over and tried to stop payment on the check. Devine deposited the check electronically so they got the money they had not earned. The problem was the dimmer was not designed for LED bulbs; Devine never figured this out. I paid a reasonably priced electrician less than 20% of D.E.'proposal to diagnose and fix this problem. Based on my experience I would not recommend Divine Electric.

Really appreciate Ryan's help on fixing the circuit breaker. He came by within 2 hours and identify the issue immediately. Very happy with Ryan's work and will use him again if needed!

Alvaro did a great job installing my Tesla wall charger. His many years of electrical experience was obvious as he evaluated not only the installation location at the side of the house, but also the whole of the electrical system to ensure code compliance and safety. He did the installation quickly while explaining each step of the procedure. Now my Tesla is charging at a sweet Level 2 rate that I am confident will not burn down my house.
