I needed to repair an underground pool sub-panel supply line that I had accidentally cut while digging near my pool.  It turned out there was a water leak underground that rusted out the old galvanized metal conduit that was supposed to protect the electrical supply line.  I called another highly rated electrician on Yelp- he came out and said he doesn't touch underground electrical work.  I researched electrician by looking at photos on Yelp and decided to call JLG- I am glad that I did.  Jaime responded promptly via Yelp Message and then came out to give a formal estimate.  He and his assistant came out yesterday and installed the new electrical supply line protected by plastic conduit.  Their work was neat and efficient. His communication over text was responsive. I would use him again.

Jonathon Vargas the technician who serviced our Heater/AC was fantastic. Professional, great customer server and technically sound.  He pinpointed the problem, picked up and installed the part in the same day.

He also gave us an analysis of the overall condition of our system.  

Jonathon responded twice to our house and my wife and I had the same opinion.  A superstar!

We recently had a significant problem with our furnace motor.  The entire Service Master team was very responsive and fair.  We are putting our hour on the market and set up the new home owners as an MVP member.  Jonathan Vargas was the technician who responded again and did an outstanding job.

I have been running electricity from generators rented from the Home Depot for the last three days I finally use yelp to find the best electrician to help with this issue I was having with the flickering lights. George's screw came out the same day to resolve the issue and at a very very reasonable price I will hire them for any electrical future needs in my home. Great showed up on time, mask  on the the whole time. Work was completed on time, spot check the other problems I had and resolve them! Definitely will hire them again!

I had an urgent electrical need on a Sunday and Mike came to the rescue! Level headed, honest, and a great problem solver, Mike arrive when he said he would and saved us from spoiling food when the sockets in our kitchen didn't work. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and will do so next time we have an electrical need!

Ricky was great and i highly recommend him. He was extremely communicative, always reachable, was very patient in explaining the problem and resolution, and did a very thorough job.

I am new to Santa Cruz and we are renting a house. It's an older home, and when I started blow drying my hair I blew a fuse. Normally this isn't a huge deal, but after extensive searching, calling our landlord, it became clear that locating the breaker box was going to be a massive challenge. The landlord didn't know where it was, and meanwhile hour after hour was passing without power to half the house.

I called Coastline Electric and even though no one was able to come out to the house. They walked me through a solution over the phone. Fixed via phone consult. I was really impressed that someone took the time to talk me through it on the phone.

Strongly recommend if you want friendly help from people who really care!

Ron went above and beyond for my husband and I and our new home.  He's kind, thoughtful, and hard working.  Can't go wrong working with him and his team.

We submitted a request on Yelp because we needed some electrical work done.  Although we received multiple responses offering to meet for a consultation, William at RenoPro Construction was the only person who replied with a quick and decisive dollar quote, even though we said in the request that the project was an emergency.  Further, William sent Eric, a very proficient electrician, who completed the job in an hour.  We will definitely use RenoPro Construction again.

Dave responded to my request for bid and proposal right away by quoting $2500 for the job.  Understand he hadn't even seen the job site at this point.  

So I came back and wrote, well that's a bid but what's your proposal?  What do you propose to do for that $2500?  To which he agreed perhaps he should see the site.  And I agreed and told him that my week was free, just name a date for the visit.

He never responded to that after more than a week had passed by.

Dave might be the best thing since sliced bread for fixing floor problems, but he's totally missing proper project management skills.  He doesn't seem to know what a request for bid and proposal means.  At least with me he didn't show that he did.

I do not recommend him because of his lack of management skills.

I found Artisan Electrical & HVAC through the Tesla app and called up Mike. He gave me a very reasonable quote and was honest up front about additional charges if I wanted the connector installed in a different spot than behind the exterior meter/main electrical panel. Mike was super responsive in setting up an appointment to install the wall connector in my garage. The installation was done quickly, cleanly, and professionally. The price was a great value. I highly recommend Artisan!

I called Jim in the AM was here before noon. I asked for lights to be put in the concrete steps/walkway. Jim was very honest in stating this was not his expertise and recommended that I call a landscaper. I was very impressed and appreciated his honesty.

Hourmouse did an excellent work in installing fan and recessed lights. He came to the site, looked at the electrical connection, recommended lightings and provided quote. When we purchased LED lights, he checked all wires and ensure that it is compatible with our connection. His work is also prefect and delivered a high quality work. He used to cover our stuff to prevent debris. Some of the paint did not match, but that's because Lowe's could not provide the exact match.

I had some electrical issues that I had no idea was wrong. Called, made an appointment, and next thing you know everything was working great.

Daniel and his son are very professional as well as very friendly. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking to get any electrical issues fixed!
