The piping under my bathroom sink was corroded and when trying to fix it myself, got to the point where the adapter going into the wall would not budge.  I called Elite Rooter on Friday and they were able to send out Morghon Liddell Saturday morning to look at it.  He was extremely friendly, very professional, and was able to get the work done quickly with no issues while explaining to me what needed to be done.  I would fully recommend this company and Morghon for any future issues I have.

We had a leak inside our garage wall that was causing our stucco to get wet and turn green.  The tech that came cut 3 openings in our  drywall and still could not find the source of our leak.  He even called his dad, the owner, for guidance.  I was disappointed he made us pay for him cutting holes and not finding the source of the problem.  If he could not properly diagnose the problem, maybe his dad should have come to determine the cause.  I've left a message regarding this issue, and they did not return my call.  We thought this was a reputable company, but maybe I was wrong.

These guys could not have been more awesome.  I booked an 8-10 am window on line late last night.  They called me at 7:30 am when they opened to confirm, were here at 8:10, and were gone at 8:40 with my problem resolved.  Both the office and the plumber were friendly and professional.  I highly recommend!

Chris and his apprentice came out to work on my washing machine drain. He texted to give an eta, and came promptly at the time. Brought out the tools to do the job and got to work. Unfortunately, it wasn't resolved.

Chris recommended jetting my pipes and recommended another local company to do the work. He also didn't charge me as he left. Chris is very ethical, honest, and commendable. He definitely has my business in the future.

We called Vessel Plumbing for a water heater emergency on a Sunday. Travis answered and responded to our house within an hour and fixed the problem. Additionally, he recommended other services that would save us from a tragedy in the future. He replaced our water heater the next day and we are very happy with the service. Quick Response and Reasonable prices. The technician Jevat was knowledgeable and professional. He replaced water pressure regulator and a couple of angle stoppers for us. He also verified other sinks and faucets. Look forward to working with them in the future.

I have used their services twice in the past few weeks. They have always been very responsive. I needed some drains to be cleared as well as an issue with my hot water heater. Communication with Leon was good. They were able to clear the drains and fix the water heater. Other improvements were discussed but no pressure was placed on doing anything immediately. They were very open to questions and explained the problems well. I've been happy with their service.

We have a restaurant and Affordable Drain has done a great job helping us keep our plumbing in goo d shape at reasonable prices.  And...when you really need them they are there to assist.  Drain clog last night could have shut down our operations.  They were there in less than 1/2 hour and the rates on a Friday Night were very reasonable!  Kevin is fast and does a great job.  Dan Diegos gives them 5 stars !!!

Troy was extremely responsive - was able to come next day (Sunday) to replace a broken sink disposal. Cleaned everything up better than he found it and was extremely professional :)

I had a leaky exterior faucet that AHS did not cover to fix. So I went on to yelp to look for a plumber because I didn't like the plumber the company sent out to check out the leak. Went with Above and Beyond Drain because of the reviews and decided to take a chance and that turned out to be the BEST choice! Got an immediate appointment. The technician arrived on time,was friendly, and able to fix the problem immediately while it was raining! Shout out to Juan you were awesome!! I was pleasantly surprised at how fair the price was!! I highly recommend this company to others based on my experience from the gal that answered the phone to the technician. They are an example of what great customer service is.
