I had a major plumbing issue at my home. All new plumbing and other problems.
Mat was the point man and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I really appreciated his hands on communication during the week long process.  He and his workers were always polite and professional.
I would definitely call them again!

Amazing speed and great technology to keep me in the loop of the progress of the project.  The technicians that served me Adam and Joel were amazing.  Will use them again in the future for my plumbing needs.  They really saved me when I had a water meter box leak.  Quickly resolved.

Terrible unprofessional company.  Tech came to my home for an estimate to replace the bathtub in the guest room.  I was told I'd receive an estimate via Email the next day.   After waiting 4 days with no response  I called their office and was told I'd receive the estimate by the end of the day.  It never happened.  After talking with the office the next day I was assured they would send the estimate.   To this day I've never heard back from CALIFORNIA PLUMBING.   EASTLAKE PLUMBING did the work and they were professional, on time and very friendly.   EASTLAKE PLUMBING IS THE COMPANY TO CALL FOR ALL YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS!!!!!°

We hired ProMax to replace our existing tank water heater. It was preventative as our old one was 16 years old. Daniel responded and gave us a very competitive quote to replace the existing tank and to bring everything up to current code. The timeline of quote to installation was very quick (2-3 days since we weren't in an emergency). The install and removal of the old tank took about 2.5hrs. Daniel was very friendly, a hard worker, and honest. I highly recommend ProMax will use them again for all other future plumbing needs.

NOTE: We ran our own permits for the job, but ProMax offered the option as well.

After being stood up by another company, I contacted CML at about 6pm on a Saturday when my water heater went out.  I have 3 young kids and having no hot water is a huge inconvenience/problem.  Chris, the owner, was at my house within the hour and promptly completed the necessary  repair.  I was ecstatic- fair price, exceptional customer service, and best of all my water heater is working again!  Chris was truly great, I would definitely use CML again and I highly recommend this company.

Kudos to Scott who helped us during an emergency water heater issue.  We had a busted water heater that was flooding into the neighbors downstairs condo. I did not know how to shut off the valve( it ended up being broken ) Scott was able to quickly make it on site and turn the water off to the condo  thereby saving the neighbor anymore damages to his condo :) he assessed the situation quickly and was pretty expedient at repairing the issue. I consider the price reasonable considering it was an emergency. I highly recommend Scott and Twin Plumbing to anyone in the San Diego area!

I can't say enough good things about Carroll Plumbing! Mike was responsive, incredibly accommodating of my schedule, professional, courteous, and provided excellent service. I thought his price was very reasonable, as well. I highly recommend him and his team, and I will definitely be calling Carroll Plumbing again if I need any plumbing work in the future!

He came out on a Sunday evening in an emergency. He was very helpful & didn't try & over charge us or scare us into something we didn't need.

Gabe did an amazing job with my kitchen! I had a busted garbage disposal, a faucet that wouldn't turn, and a scratched up two compartment drop in sink that needed replacing. Gabe was very responsive to my calls and texts.

I had issues getting the sink shipped to me from Home Depot twice and ended up buying the materials in store. Gabe was very patient and didn't mind that I had to reschedule. If you need any plumbing work done, Gabe is a great handyman that can get the job done. I'll be contacting him for any future job I need done.

We worked with them when we had an issue with our water heater and it had to be replaced. They were super quick to come to my house, they came within 2 hours of us calling them. It was late in the evening when our water heater started leaking and all the places I tried calling before could not send anyone out that night. My husband and I were so grateful that they could help us that same night and they set us up with a temporary tank (other work needed to be done with the dry wall before they could install the actual unit).

I dealt with Mariana on the phone who set up everything for us and she was very professional, helpful and friendly. She made sure we understood all the work that had to be done and answered all my questions!

Jose was the one who did the repairs and he was also very professional and friendly. He was also on time and made sure we were 100% set up before leaving. He was very flexible with our work schedules...They were both amazing!
