Water Heater needed replacing and out of about 10 different quotes ProMax was the most reasonable with great reviews. They worked with my small window and short notice fitting me in the very next day. Vladimir was very knowledgeable and professional and explained all my questions given Im naive to everything plumbing. He efficiently completed the job in about 2 hrs and there was no hidden or additional costs-I was charged what I was quoted. The sink in our bathroom has been draining slowly. My husband tried to fix it himself but couldn't figure out the problem. My husband found CML plumbing on Yelp and messaged Chris on a Thursday. Chris told my husband he would be able to come over and look at our sink the next day. I was surprised at how quick Chris was willing to take a look at the issue. I was expecting him to not be able to come out until at least that following Monday. Chris called before he came to give me a timeframe of when he should be at my house. Chris showed up, took a look at the sink, cleared the drain pipe, cleaned the faucet spout and readjusted the stopper. We've been living in this house for over a year and I didn't even know the stopper could be adjusted. He then informed me about the pressure of my water. He even tightened the pipes under the sink. Chris was very friendly and informative. You can definitely tell he knows his stuff. He also gave me tips and tricks on how to clean my faucet spout, shower and shower head and how to remove any calcium build up around my shower and sink fixtures. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!

We got the keys to our new house on Monday and knew we had a few minor plumbing issues. We used PAWS plumbing on a recent job a few months ago at our old house and wanted to use them again for this job. I called on Monday and they were able to schedule an appointment for Wednesday. Greg came out on Wednesday morning and was awesome. I showed him the few issues, plus a few other questions I had. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and fixed our issue right away. He even gave some advice on routine maintenance and gave us helpful information regarding our water heater. He wore his mask throughout the appointment as well. Plus our dog was very excited to meet him. We will be using PAWS in the future for sure!

I had just moved into my condo and wanted to get some repairs done that were noted on inspection. I had reached out to Scott inquiring and hoping to set up an appt. to come out to my place at a later time. He responded very quickly and actually ended up coming out that same day which was awesome! He was very informative and explained all that needed to be done. He worked efficiently and was so good at being honest with me. I appreciated that a lot! I have a few more things that I would like to get done. So he helped me measure and figure out what would work best with my space. Carroll plumbing really is the best! They are our go to plumbing company. You can absolutely count on a quick response, honest estimate, timely work, and excellent service. We have used them several times, and they just replaced our water heater. Mike and his team are easy to work with and meticulous in their work. We recommend them highly without any reservation.

Leon and team did a great job fixing a shower leak, getting the sink angle stops replaced and changing out toilet parts in my oldish home. He's very honest with pricing. Cleaned up after their work. Very nice and professional business. Will be reaching out again to help fix my gas fireplace. Would definitely recommend to others.

I called David after I had two other plumbers give me an estimate on an emergency job. The two estimates were extremely high and didn't feel that either had really looked for a solution to the problem.  Basically, they wanted to repipe my entire house!  

After reading all of the Yelp reviews, I called David.  He went right away to assess the problem and phoned within an hour of my call. It was only one small pipe that was broken!  

David is honest, polite, efficient, professional and won't sell you something you don't need.  

I would use his services again and highly recommend you call David if you need a reliable plumber.  I take that back,  call David if you need the BEST reliable plumber.

Rich was fair, honest, and transparent during the assessment, and Emilio and Justin were efficient, tidy, and friendly when they replaced our water lines. They managed to minimize the impact on our property and finish early, while keeping precisely to the plan with no cost inflation. We will call TPD again.

Called on Affordable to clear a stopped drain. Greg was sent out and he proved to be knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Top notch service.

Down to earth and professional.  Very honest with amount of effort it takes to complete the job.  Troy replaced 40 year old washing machine faucet connectors within an hour of arrival on a Saturday.  His number is saved to my contacts.

Had a broken shower valve cartridge and was not able to turn off the shower water. I was also in a rush to get out to work but knew I couldn't leave it running all day nor could I shut-off the water all day while my wife and 2 toddlers were still home. Christian came out within an hour of my call and was able to get it fixed quickly for a fair price. I appreciated the fact that even though my wife was home when he came by, he called me after to check in and let me know that everything was working fine. Will definitely keep him in my contacts for future reference and referral to others.

Wow. I am so impressed. Due to a landscaping repair snafu, our back flow started gushing water at 5:20 p.m. And, this wasn't just a trickle, it was spraying and spilling over into the street, leaving us no choice but to turn the water to our house completely off. We have a large family and being without water for a full evening, night, and uncertainly into the next day is just a problem. We all know that needing emergency service after standard business hours is the worst case scenario and we are at the mercy of the experts who answer these after-hours calls. Well, Jeffrey answered the phone. He asked me to send pictures of the back flow and, 40 minutes later (30+ of which was pure drive time), he was at our house assessing the problem. He was polite. He was professional. He explained how the system worked and what can cause these problems. Most of all, he charged us a completely reasonable and fair price for his time and efforts - and he fixed it and did the basics to check its performance.

I asked him why his company didn't have many yelp reviews and he mentioned that they don't feel right soliciting reviews; customers should write what they want to write if they choose to - no dangled incentives or personal requests. That's honorable conduct so don't let the few reviews dissuade you.

I'm sorry that backflows are so rarely in need of repair or testing because  these guys are good, and I'd happily work with them again.
