Quick response, but tried to convince me to spend thousands to open up the wall on a drain clog. I called a local guy who fixed the problem by snaking in 15 minutes.

DO NOT.. I REPEAT DO NOT USE Black Mountain plumbing. They are rude and unprofessional. They just left my house saying do me a favor, don't use us anymore

I had the cartridge replaced on my master shower less than a year ago. They claim that they have no record of the work being done and insinuated that I was just trying to pull a fast one. The guy even said Isn't it convenient that we don't have a record, and now you are saying its dripping

Yes its conveniant for THEM!!!

We spent a lot of money with this company and feel absolutely ripped off!.. They even hiked the rates above the initial quote when the work was done. And then the work on the shower didn't last a year!

We had previously had our shower repaired by another plumbing service. After that repair, the shower made a horrible screeching noise every time it was turned on. We called California Plumbing and they sent out Joseph R. to do an estimate. He was on time, professional, friendly, and helpful. We got the estimate and booked the repair for two days later. Again, Joseph R. was on time and helpful. He completed the repair quickly and correctly, leaving no mess behind. No more screaming shower.

My water heater starting leaking recently and sure enough it was just outside the warranty period.  I requested a quote on Yelp from ProMax and Daniel got back to me promptly.   I called him on short notice not expecting him to make it out that day but he squeezed me in right at the end of the day.  He did a fantastic job, price was great, and he was very professional.  Even gave me tips on prolonging the life of my new water heater.  Will definitely use him again and would recommend him without reservation.

Almighty Plumbing is great! Matt is super friendly and responsive and his team is equally as wonderful. Had a leak in my bathroom ceiling and Matt and his team were available to come the next day to determine the issue and provide a resolution at a very reasonable price. Josh came out and installed new washing machine shut off valves for my mother in law. The price was better than quotes from other companies and he was very professional. Will be using CML for future plumbing needs.

I can honestly say without hesitation that I would fully recommend PAWS plumbing.  Called PAWS for a quote and they had shovels to the ground within 45 minutes of me agreeing to the repair.  Mike and Taylor did a awesome job in digging a almost 4 1/2 foot hole to find the problem and repair it so it will never happen again.   They arrived in a very clean work van with all the tools organized and clean.   Very professional and answered any questions that I had.  Job could not of gone more smoothly.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Travis was extremely sensitive to the urgency of my leak situation and moved his schedule around to get to my house as soon as possible.  He was extremely COVID conscience and respectful.  The leak was not easy to find and he was able to troubleshoot where it was coming from very effectively.  He corrected the situation and was able to determine the true root cause was with my pressure regulator failure.  This cause a few issues elsewhere in the house and he fixed those too before leaving.  I highly recommend him and will call on them again.

I had just moved into my condo and wanted to get some repairs done that were noted on inspection. I had reached out to Scott inquiring and hoping to set up an appt. to come out to my place at a later time. He responded very quickly and actually ended up coming out that same day which was awesome! He was very informative and explained all that needed to be done. He worked efficiently and was so good at being honest with me. I appreciated that a lot! I have a few more things that I would like to get done. So he helped me measure and figure out what would work best with my space. Mike Carroll and Caroll Plumbing is the best! Above and beyond customer service, knowledgeable, reliable and efficient. I had a sudden leak in the upstairs bathroom due to a broken hot water right angle stop and Mike calmly walked me through what further to do to minimize water damage to my home, including shutting off the main water valve in the garage, turning on all downstairs faucets, and how to do a proper dry-out. Soulath and John came out to do the repair/replacement and we chose to make the same upgrades to another bathroom and laundry room. They were friendly, professional and knew what they were doing. I appreciated them taking diligent care to keep my house as clean as possible and didn't leave any messes behind. Hopefully I won't need any plumbing services anytime soon but if I do, I definitely know who to call.

I found and contacted David through Yelp. He responded almost immediately, gave me a proper quote, and set a time not 2 hours from the moment we first spoke. He said he had appointments at 2PM and 4PM and that he'd have plenty of time to replace my kitchen valve. He was done early from his early appointment and finished mine in no time. Additionally, he gave me advice on future needs for my very old plumbing, but never pressured us. I will definitely be utilizing this company for all of my plumbing needs. I suggest you do the same!

Calling a plumber is not top on my list of favorite things to do.  We had a water leak and called Touchdown Plumbing.  Edwin came and investigated, explained and showed us what he found, gave us a quote and repaired the leak.  We called in the morning and he came mid day (whew!). He was thorough, and advised us that other pipes needed replacement but didn't pressure us to do any additional repair.  He checked water pressure before he left, measured the drywall for us.  He was pleasant, wore a mask (due to current recommendations). He cleaned up the area nicely.  Thank you Rich and Edwin!

We used Gabe to install a new garbage disposal. He was responsive, showed up when he said he would, confirmed the appointment, and did a good job. We look forward to working with him again.

I'm  surprised with the reviews in yelp.  Our experience was terrible.  Very unprofessional.  Displeased with their service from the dispatcher to their plumber.  Unethical and doesn't value your time. What a headache.

Jeffrey is amazing, needed some backflow tests done in a hurry and he came to my rescue and went above and beyond the call of duty!
