In order to have Petersen-Dean Solar America install solar panels on 10/14/2016, we needed to upgrade our 1974 main electrical junction box to handle the increased power demands. They subcontracted this effort to Smith Electrical who arrived on site as planned, coordinated with SDG&E to turn off/on our power, and arranged for the Laguna Hills City Inspector to approve the work. Everything not only went according to plan, you could tell that their workers really enjoyed their work and took pride in the finished product. This old sailor says, BZ!

Husband wanted to go with another electrician but after reading all the positive reviews on Yelp, I talked him into calling this place.  It's been a week now since I left a voicemail with my name and number and no return call.  This is truly unprofessional.

I got a number of quotes and decided on Family First Solar as the company to go with. I made the right choice. Every person I interacted with was professional and pleasant. They never left a mess and kept me informed.

The time from contract signed to having the city approve the installation and SDG&E approval for system turn-on was less than 4 weeks and that included some minor roof repair they did for me.

I would highly recommend Ace Electric. I was selling my home in Irvine, while living in San Francisco, and needed some electrical repairs. The buyers and their real estate agent had a lot of requests.  Victor was very helpful and satisfied every request. He went above and beyond what others might have done, and provided amazing customer service.

I hired Carlos to install an outlet under an outdoor patio. At first he said his earliest availability was in a week, but called the next say to say that an appointment had become available that day.

He was a complete pro the entire time and was very transparent (and fair) with his pricing. I'd definitely hire him the next time I need electrical work done.

Yelp matched my electrical project to Mario and I'm so happy it did! I had 7 light fixtures installed, some pot lights removed, pendant lights added, an LED mirror installed, and new hardwiring for a couple light fixtures.

Mario came by to see the project, gave me a quote that I considered very fair, and started the project 48 hrs. later. His team is knowledgeable, clean, and very safe. They discovered faulty wiring that could've started a fire! They addressed everything I asked and completed the project the same day. I'm so please with me the work they did. We had a circuit in our home stop working and had a few other electricians try to troubleshoot and fix it. The first could not find the problem and the second (a much larger Co.) could not either, but recommended over $7k in new wiring and upgrades. The technician from TruBlue, James, was able to find the problem and fix it in under 2 hours at a fraction of the cost. TruBlue came out on a weekend, within a couple days of contacting them and kept in touch by text and email. The tech was on time, professional and pleasant.
I would highly recommend TruBlue to anyone needing their services. Very impressed by their organization and professionalism.

I can't say enough good things about Steve. I am getting my house ready for sale and had a surprise electrical problem that I couldn't figure out the afternoon before Thanksgivng. Steve came over right away and not only fixed my problem but did a quick walk through and fixed a couple of other minor things. He is quick, professional, and personable. Don't hesitate to call him.

This review is a little late, but subsequent dealings with other contractors reminded me of how great Keith and his team were, and that I owed it to them to commend them on their above and beyond service they provided my family and me.

Earlier this spring, my wife and I were fortunate enough to have been able to buy a house in San Diego. A major reason we could afford it is that it needed A LOT of love - to include a complete update of all the electrical work throughout the house. Adrian (owner) was very professional, thorough, and friendly. He was quick to respond and his rates were competitive and affordable. He arrived as promised and provided a free estimate. I hired him on the spot to install a new outlet. He was quick to install and cleaned up behind himself. He walked me through what he would be doing, which reassured me in his work. I had the best experience with ASL electric. We were having issues with our smoke alarms beeping for over 24 hrs - when I called, I was met with empathy and understanding. The founder, John Cipres came over within 45 minutes and worked to find the issue. He was nothing but helpful, pleasant and a true member of the RSM community. In fact, he didn't even charge a service fee, as the work needed to be done was so minimal. I would recommend ASL for all services to anyone who needed assistance.

Believe the hype. Trout is amazing. I called Mike in a panic yesterday afternoon due to an outlet that was smoking and sizzling in my kitchen and on the other side of the wall in my daughter's room. He explained that he and his team were totally booked all night but that he would send out a guy first thing in the morning. In the meantime, to ensure our safety, he walked my husband and I through all the steps to make sure the power was completely shut off in that area so that we would be perfectly okay until our appointment. He even had us send him pictures so he could gauge how serious the problem was, which he did not have to do. Luckily it wasn't a true emergency and could wait until morning. Garret and his partner showed up right on time this morning and they were able to fix the issue quickly and for a very reasonable price. They were polite and explained in detail what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. These guys know what they're doing and they provide such excellent customer service. You can tell they truly care about their customers. So glad I called them!

I needed a complete rewire adding ceiling fans and can lights to my property.  C A Electric handled the job start to finish.  They showed up on time and kept the job site clean during the remodel process.  New switches,  new outlets, canned lights and ceiling fans throughout the house and looks awesome.  I highly recommend using them for your project.

I had an electrical emergency and Hecto came out same day! He was super professional and solved the issue immediately. His prices are extremely reasonable. I was supervised he was able to come so quickly as it seems impossible to get labor quickly. I highly recommend Hector, super nice too!!
