Edward from EV installs showed up to fix a poor install from a previous contractor. He was able to get my Tesla charger installed and set up the way it was intended. He also fixed a couple outlets that went bad in my home. He was on time, courteous and professional. I'm so glad I found a dependable electrician in San Diego!

Luis got in touch with me very quickly after my tenant let me know they were having an issue with the breaker panel. He had a technician out to the property within the hour to troubleshoot and correct the problem. The technician was very thorough and made sure he tested everything a few times before leaving to ensure everything was working properly. Linden responded to my inquiry in less than thirty minutes.  He was able to troubleshoot and fix my GFCI issue in less than a minute and fixed five outlets.  Also, Linden and Josh installed a new exterior mount bell box for my new Kuna flood light in less than one hour.  Linden and Josh were very professional and quick.  These guys have EXCELLENT knowledge, skills, and abilities with respect to residential electrical services.   They are AWESOME!

Went through Home Depot Pro service and was given a couple of names . Tom was the second to respond to our request . The first company quoted over the phone but Tom took the time to come out , go over the job and then offered a quote . Took an immediate liking to him , even though his quote wasn't the lowest , decided he was who i wanted to complete the job .
Worth every penny !!!  He was installing an outlet at the back of my mobile home for a jacuzzi tub and installing floodlights . He did an outstanding job . Not just completing the job but doing it very professionally with all pipes secured and strapped  . Knew the best floodlights to use with controls both inside and outside the house . Even helped me figure out a stupid fan i had in the house and how it actually worked !! Again i would highly recommend Tom for any electrical work you might have , I certainly will use him again when the need arises , Thanks Tom appreciate the great work .

These guys did a great job, were on time and completely professional. I had a concern about one of the charges and they did a great job of making sure I was happy and were easy to deal with. Jerry was very good about getting back to me and I'm sure I'll be calling CLD again if something goes wrong.

I've had problems since April and have been asking Jeff for advice. He's been very kind in giving me all the answers I needed and very patient. Finally we went through the job and he was very efficient! I appreciate his flexibility as well. Customer service was excellent! Mark and his team are top notch. My electric service box overheated and was damaged during the September long weekend heat wave we experienced here in San Diego. Mark's team showed up promptly to make temporary repairs so I could continue to maintain my household while we scheduled in a full electric service replacement. They helped navigate the entire process which takes weeks and requires significant coordination with the local utility, obtaining various approvals, completing the actual electric box replacement and then finally certification and drywall repair. They managed each step in the process and did an excellent job completing the work on-time and as budgeted. I highly recommend them for any electric service repairs or if you are considering upgrading your electric service for solar or for EV charging.

I own a retail business that serves a lot of people everyday. When something happens as critical as a plumbing issues, I need to use a reliable company. Ideal is extremely reliable, they are punctual, and they are able to handle many issues.

They are also a honest company. I have called them out many times and they said it was a different issue than what I thought, saving me money, or they have fixed an issues for free.

They also fixed my home AC for $400. A competitor wanted to charge 8-14k for new equipment.

At the beginning of December, I contacted Brilliant Electric to request the installation of two sets of outdoor outlets, to permit access to power for Christmas decorations without having to run extension cords under the garage door.  It would also be more convenient when using electric gardening tools, in the front lawn.  I was pleasantly surprised that Alfredo fit me into his busy schedule for the following week.

Alfredo began by asking where the outlets were to be located.  After I showed him where they went, he asked additional questions, to make sure that I was aware of all my options.  I wound up with a layout that included two duplex outlets and an indoor switch that would control the power to one outlet from each of the duplex outlets.  Per my request, one of the weatherproof electrical outlet boxes was mounted on an outside wall, and the other was fixed to the inside of a fascia board.

The outlets look great and work beautifully.  The work area was left clean, inside and out.  Alfredo was friendly and knowledgeable.  The cost of installation was very reasonable (I had appraisals from three businesses).

I unconditionally recommend Brilliant Electric, and will use them again for any future projects.

Yesterday I called Zed early with an electrical issue in my home, which worried me. (I had not used them previously.) Zed Electric sent an electrician over to my home an hour later. Chris arrived and did a terrific job. He was competent, well-trained, and very nice. He identified and fixed the problem much faster than I'd expected. I would like to recommend Zed wholeheartedly.
