David I wanted to thank you for the superior service of the installation of my Tesla charging unit. From my first experience with your unrivaled ability to troubleshoot a tough electrical problem in my home. Had an issue with an exterior garage outlet that stopped working suddenly. Sent multiple requests out to Electricians for quotes. Most were overpriced and honestly gouging customers. Ramon responded quickly that he couldn't get out for over a week but offered some advise of potential easy DIY problems. After a few minutes troubleshooting he helped resolve the GFCI issue and probably saved my family $300+ dollars for a none issue. Highly advise anyone who is ethical enough to help people whether or not the get the business.

My previous 40A charger was not working.  I bought a new tesla 48A charger to replace the old one, and I called several electricians for installation.  One of them didn't want to do the work because he thought it would be a lot of work, and most of them didn't even  answer the call.

Ed answered the call and stopped by the next day.  It turns out the previous electrician used inappropriate wires and circuit breaker, and the circuit breaker was failing.

Ed replaced the old wire and the circuit breaker with newer ones that can support the higher current, and installed the new charger fairly quickly.  Ed diagnosed the problem, completed the job, and cleaned up afterwards within an hour. Thanks to Ed, now I can charge my car at home worry-free.

Clearly, Ed has done this type of work numerous times, and I recommend if you need help installing a new charger for your electric vehicle.

Great experience - the technician was on time, and very friendly and helpful. He explained everything he was doing, and quickly identified the source of the problem (our kitchen lights stopped working all of a sudden). He even suggested improvements to other kitchen wiring issues. I would definitely hire them again.

Eddie from Ochoa Electric came to the rescue when we discovered late in the day that the living room was without power.  Professional, knowledgeable, quick to determine the problem and reasonable rates.  Can't beat that - a perfect experience!  And Christine at the office was also awesome, tracking him down late in the day to make sure we were taken care of and following up afterwards.  We've used them several times and it's always a great experience!

I needed some electrical work done on my home prior to the close of escrow, and had no idea where to start. Based on yelp reviews and Tom's promptness and detail in response, I decided to go with Tom. I'm definitely glad I did! He was on time, professional, and polite. He was also knowledgeable and very honest in giving me his expert opinion on what needed to be done. He told me what is a safety concern/needed to be done versus what is a suggestion but not required. He offered me options that would also be cost-savings to me. Of the work that were suggestions, but not required, I felt no pressure whatsoever from him. He simply gave me the details and cost estimate of the work and told me to take my time in deciding. Overall, I had a great experience with Tom and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation!

I had a problem with a circuit upstairs in my condo. I called and everyone was super professional but the receptionist didn't want to discuss pricing and left it to the tech.

Orlando shows up at my condo at 3:00pm as expected. I tell him the issue, and show him the breakers and all the CFGI outlets I have and have already reset. He resets the one in my bathroom and repairs my problem with one finger push. I told him that I did that earlier and nothing changed.

He then starts to tell me the itemized total $165.00. This is why I wanted to discuss pricing for everything before he came out. $90 for 30 min of troubleshooting, which he did not need to do because I told him the issue. Also he was not even here for that duration of time. Then I was charged the service fee of 75 dollars, which I was content on paying because ultimately he was able to fix my issue. For some reason everyone dodges the question so that the tech can bend you over later.

Not only did I tell him the problem that I had exactly, I also showed him how to fix it. I'm upset because he was here for less than 5 min of work and didn't need to use any of his tools, yet I was charged a crazy amount.

Then we had an argument about how much it should be, The tech goes on to lecture me in my own home comparing his service to a car locked door situation and it costing 90 dollars for a 5 min job to unlock his car. I'd gladly pay $90 for him to come out and press a button. I had already paid the man. At this point I just wanted him out the house but he just stood there. I had to walk him out. So it is 3:10pm, I thanked him for the fix but expressed that the 90 dollar fee on top of their service charge is unnecessary in this situation and I can be mad about it. I will not be using this company again.

In response to Jerry's reply. If you read the review, he did fix my issue. So i still needed him to come out. And you may want to check you order of operations. The woman on the phone clearly states that the technician will go over pricing with you when he arrives. May want to go back to your recording. Also, if I knew speaking to you was even an option, I would have.  The technician stated he can't do anything else for me as far as the overpriced fee goes. I have no intention of flaming any business. Just sharing my experience. Isn't this what yelp is for? I hope your business still thrives. I have a family to take care of which I am sure you do too. I just won't do it by charging bogus fees. I also won't be lectured in my own living room in front of my family for asking for a more reasonable price. Have a good day Jerry...

Craig has been nothing short of amazing. Core Electric is run by some truly wonderful people. Craig was very quick to help answer questions and courteous. Craig is a no BS kind of guy. Someone that just loves his work. He even tried to help me over the phone to see if it would be a problem I can fix on my own. And he did that on his own time! When the fix was more than what i was capable of, he came to the house to fix all my issues and cleaned up like he was never there. Definitely a trustworthy company with very reasonable pricing. Especially with times right now I wouldn't go with anyone else. If you're looking for a solid electrician look no further than Core Electric.

We were in a pinch and I saw a recommendation for Jimmy on NextDoor, so I called.  Fortunately he was free the next morning and he went to work trying to figure out our lack of power on one wall problem.  He was able to find the source of the problem and fix it for a reasonable price- we were very happy with his work and hope to hire him for some future projects.  Even my uber-picky husband was impressed.  Excellent customer service skills too!

They came out quickly and solved my problem which turned out to be loose fuses, after a tightening my problem is solved. The service technician was there for 45 minutes and I got a bill for $160. I think that's outrageous, I looked up average wages of electricians and it says between 27 and $28 per hour for our area. And it's not like he had to drive far as I live right down the street from him. Happy with service, unhappy with price!

Doug has done a lot of work for me and has never disappointed. Bingham electric is my go to company from now on. Perfect business. Bingham always exceeds my expectations.

Should have done this long ago, a review below reminded me to do it.  Bill in the showroom/HQ has been a tremendous resource over the last few years.  I can't remember the number of small issues where he has basically drawn me a roadmap to fix my own plumbng problems, often without buying anything from Ideal.  I use (and my parents before me used) Ideal and their record is perfect.  On-time, competent, friendly service.  No expert in this area, but it seems to me like Ideal represents that sweet spot of a true family business, with the best that implies, that has grown enough to offer a full range of services.

Worked with Alfredo and Brilliant Electric on a electric vehicle charger. From the start I could tell a solid person and company with integrity. Communicated throughout the process and explained work to be performed. Alfredo was also very easy going and we felt comfortable with him in our home.

I know for future electrical projects we are for sure using Brilliant Electric and Alfredo.

As with any company or service, finding decent people, who show up, who are transparent and have integrity are slim pickings (especially these days)--Brilliant Electric is a breath of fresh air.

Zed Electric is the only electrician company I will use from now on. Every electrician who has worked on our various jobs (small and large) has been professional, extremely experienced and done top notch work. When we built our custom home, the contractor's high end electrician did a sloppy job.  Zed Electric guys were able to decipher what the contractor's sub did and now our closets light up when the door opens, our new A/C system works perfectly and we have a beautiful Induction cooktop that replaced a shabbily installed gas cooktop.    The office staff is kind and courteous and they always do their best to schedule appointment times within your availability window.  There was the one very rare occasion when an appointment time was missed and the Zed Elec staff made a specific appointment time rather than set another availability window for the make up appointment.  The electrician arrived spot on the appointment time and again, he was super experienced, professional and worked efficiently and did a super job. We won't trust any other electrical company but Zed Electric with our future work.
