I've had two EVs for almost 10 years and recently bought a third one.

I was reading an article that many NEMA 14-50 plug installs are not adequate for the continuous nightly draw we EV owners place on them and called Edward.
Edward knew exactly what I was talking about and my concerns since his primary Business is EV charging installation.

He was very accommodating, making time in his schedule to come out and look at my previous installation.
He was reasonable, noting that one of my plugs was installed well, and we just replaced the actual socket for a better one at a nominal fee.

As for my second NEMA 14-50 socket, I was shocked to find that indeed it had started  to melt and needed to be replaced.
We decided to place a dedicated charger for my second vehicle, and I found his pricing very reasonable.

I would highly recommend that everyone who has an electric vehicle, makes sure that their install was done properly and not with inexpensive parts meant to be used an hour or two a week. EVs put a huge work load on the wiring and sockets and a bad install is highly likely to fail from heat and arcing leading to
a risk of fire.

If you think of all the money you pay for house insurance, calling Edward out is a small amount of money for peace of mind.

I needed to get a Tesla charger installed, and as most new Tesla owners do, I waited till the last minute (to make sure I went through with the purchase). This team helped accelerate the timeline by coming in to check out the space, give me a more accurate estimate and scheduled the actual work 2 days later. When there, they paid close attention to my needs/wants for the installation, but also provided great suggestions and I'm very happy with the end result. I'll surely work with them again.

I was so frustrated trying to get other local electricians to quote on my project or return a phone call, even after being told by one that no project is too small - Evidently mine was!  So it was refreshing that owner Linden was so responsive to my need to replace an old fixture with a new chandelier.  I was so pleased with his work that I am having him work on another lighting project.  He was fast and fastidious.  I would have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends.

We just had 4 ceiling fans which all required new wiring done by Tom and he did a truly fantastic job. I'm a total control freak, so I was nervous to leave my husband to oversee the job when I had to go out of town. I was SO impressed with what I came home to, and my husband totally raved about what a great job Tom had done. I won't hesitate to use him again in the future, as well as recommend him to friends and family. Give him a shot, I'm so glad that we did!

Jerry changed my main circuit panel and replaced all the breaker switches in their wrong positions not adjacent to their respective labels.  I put a warning note in the door of the panel to alert other  electricians of this potential danger!

Mark and his team are top notch. My electric service box overheated and was damaged during the September long weekend heat wave we experienced here in San Diego. Mark's team showed up promptly to make temporary repairs so I could continue to maintain my household while we scheduled in a full electric service replacement. They helped navigate the entire process which takes weeks and requires significant coordination with the local utility, obtaining various approvals, completing the actual electric box replacement and then finally certification and drywall repair. They managed each step in the process and did an excellent job completing the work on-time and as budgeted. I highly recommend them for any electric service repairs or if you are considering upgrading your electric service for solar or for EV charging.

Doug did 7 jobs for me in two and a half hours, plus the time it took him to shop for two parts I knew he would need.  He worked very quickly, despite most of the tasks requiring various-sized ladders.  I really appreciated his on-time arrival.  He is friendly, a good communicator, and has a nice truck with all the tools and components you could hope for.  We are extremely satisfied with the work.

I don't know much about plumbing and was trying to fix a very old shower valve. After home depot couldn't help because of the age of the valve, I went here. The guy at the front cleaned my parts to try and figure out the make/model. It was too old to be stocked, but he gave me advice and gave me (for free) some rubber o rings to try. I really appreciated the time he took to help me, will definitely return for other projects.

We received great care and service. Jose from Brilliant Electric did very good work and did it quickly. One of the things we needed was to replace a 30 year old vent fan in the bathroom. The ceiling opening was smaller than that for fans currently sold,  and so required a motor size that was challenging to find. Jose spoke to Alfredo and they came up with a creative strategy for solving this. We now happily have a working fan, with a new cover.  Brilliant Electric and Jose and Alfredo came up with a way to save us money and hassle. We will certainly be using their services and expertise again.

So far we have had them do two projects for us.  On time, on budget is a baseline expectation, and they definitely met that.  More importantly, even though we didn't have big jobs that needed to be done, the owner came out and walked the property, figured out how to get the work completed, and explained it clearly to us.  This was unexpected - as was the turnaround time of the next day(!).  A short window of time was given and I got a call when the electrician was on the way, and he was super polite and efficient.  That gives this company 5 stars in my book!
