I am a Realtor representing a Buyer who is currently under contract for a house. After our physical inspection we needed an electrician to go and give us a bid on the repair work that needs to be done. Another Realtor referred me to Alvarado Electric.  David was incredibly responsive, fitting us in late afternoon of the day we called. He came up with an ideal solution to fix our issues. He was a prince of a guy under less than ideal conditions--with unfriendly dogs and a troubling situation with the Seller. I am now looking forward to having him come to my house and upgrade and relocate my electric panel.

The owner, Ramon, was very responsive when I submitted a request for quotes through Yelp.  He came by my place to provide an in-person consultation for the services I requested.  He was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and gave good insight on what should and should not be done.  Although I did not select him for this project, I will definitely use him in the future.

Edward is a professional guy to work with! I was in the middle of a move down here to PB, but he was so responsive and honest with what amp I should have based on the panel to not cause problems down the road. He was able to set up an appointment and install within a weeks time.

He even followed up with me which I highly appreciate, but I had gone on vacation and had to wait for a 14-30 adapter since I didn't have one so wasn't actually able to use the charger port until 2 weeks after the install, so I let him know if I needed any assistance when I get back, I would contact him. Unfortunately when I did get back, the adapter would not fit in the socket.  

He came back within a few days and assessed the problem and had it fixed very quickly. Highly recommend!

Round one went very well. The blown-in insulation in the drop ceiling was messy and we had a hard to track ground or short in a j-box in the attic.
Sammy Moreno did all the work in about 5 hours including a great job cleaning up.

I hope he'll be back for round two after Christmas.

I was so frustrated trying to get other local electricians to quote on my project or return a phone call, even after being told by one that no project is too small - Evidently mine was!  So it was refreshing that owner Linden was so responsive to my need to replace an old fixture with a new chandelier.  I was so pleased with his work that I am having him work on another lighting project.  He was fast and fastidious.  I would have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends.

José was on time and repaired a faulty outlet connection quickly and effectively.  He also did a free check of our home electrical systems and helped me find options to secure exterior outlets from water intrusion.  On-line scheduling, invoicing and credit-card processing were most convenient, and the pricing was a very fair.  Would strongly recommend!

Tom is super good guy. He is now my go to electrician. Came out right on time, figured out the issue, and a fair price for the outlet replacement.

I found a latent problem that CLD missed on their first visit. So, I called again 2 months later and presented the issue.

CLD sent a guy out today and quickly fixed the problem... no sweat; no charge.

It's rare to find guys who stand behind their work and that alone is worth a  5 star rating to me.

Jeff is excellent. He did a superb job and was better than I had exlected. Jeff is reliable and knows residential electrical work at an advanced level. I have hired Jeff to do more projects and I am glad to have found an electrician after a lengthy search.

They came out quickly and solved my problem which turned out to be loose fuses, after a tightening my problem is solved. The service technician was there for 45 minutes and I got a bill for $160. I think that's outrageous, I looked up average wages of electricians and it says between 27 and $28 per hour for our area. And it's not like he had to drive far as I live right down the street from him. Happy with service, unhappy with price!

Wow!!! Called him late Friday to install a 50 amp plug for my trailer at my house and he was out there quickly to install it. the install looks natural to the house and left no mess behind. Thank you very much and will definitely refer you to all my friends and family!!!

I had ideal give me an estimate for a new furnace and condenser.  The estimate included an additional $600 for a special HERS test that the technician said that I needed to get because I lived in a certain area.  I had done my research and I was fairly certain that I did not need this test.  I went to my city's building department and talked to them and they gave me the correct information.  Long story short, Ideal was ready to happily tack on an extra $600 for a test that I dd not end up needing.  Aren't they supposed to be the experts?

We have hired Alfredo and his crew at least 4 times now and I am always pleased with their service.  They solved a GFCI issue, have changed outlets, replaced a ceiling fixture and have also replaced aging breakers.  Alfredo is personable and professional and I trust his recommendations.  Alfredo is fair and is up front about pricing. He will even go the extra mile (literally) to find difficult to find parts. Thanks Alfredo!

I've used Zed Electric numerous times and have always been impressed.  Years ago, I needed power ran to a new hot tub.  I researched a bunch of companies and selected Zed Electric. The technicians were on-time, courteous, and did great work.  
About a month ago, we purchased a new home and needed a variety of electrical work done that was noted in our home inspection.  I reached out to Zed Electric once again.  I spoke with Dave, the owner, and explained what work was needed.  He asked for a copy of the inspection report so they would know exactly what they were looking at when they came to do their estimate.  Matt arrived on time to perform a more comprehensive inspection.  He noted a few additional items, which the general inspection hadn't caught.  About a week later, I was able to get an appointment set and the work completed.  
In the midst of all of this, I was having some repair work done to my existing home to get it ready to sell.  One of the contractors tripped a couple of circuits and they wouldn't reset. As luck would have it, one of them was the circuit my internet connected to, and since I'm currently working from home, I needed it fixed ASAP.  I called Zed Electric and explained the situation.  Dave was able to dispatch a technician immediately and within the hour I was back up and working.  
I realize many reviews are written based solely on a single experience, either good or bad.  But, I have now had four great experiences with Zed Electric.  So look no further, Zed Electric will not let you down.
