Ramon did a fantastic job installing an outlet for our dryer and an ev charging outlet. His professionalism, attention to detail and communication were all superb. He will for sure be my go to guy for all of my electrical needs.

EV installs was great. I was provided a rough estimate over the phone for the installation of a Tesla charger in my garage to replace a standard nema charger. When he arrived, he opened up everything in front of me (explained all he saw) and unfortunately found many shortcuts in the original install. He  identified lack of ground, incorrect gauge being used etc which was the cause of over heating at the outlet. The price did increase for the change of original scope but I was very happy to have the job done correctly.  I recommend EV installs for your car charging needs as they are timely, professional and very detailed in the work performed.

We worked with Orlando at CLD electric (and some limited encounters with Jerry). Orlando installed an outlet ~160ft from our home for a pool and completed work outlined on a home inspection report we received prior to buying our current home.

It was a substantial amount of work - replacing all outlets in the kitchen, adding junction boxes in the attic for exposed splices, fixing faulty wiring and substandard work completed by previous electricians (or by the previous owner). I asked for details on every installation and how it addresses items in the inspection report, which Orlando provided. He was respectful of our request to keep a mask on indoors and was flexible about scheduling. I also believe we were given a price that was more than fair.

Jerry returned my initial call to schedule the work on the same day and had Orlando out to start on the pool outlet the next day. Initially the timer for the pool outlet was faulty. When I called, Jerry offered to have it fixed that same day (we opted to wait until the day the rest of the work was scheduled). I am very satisfied by their professionalism and timeliness and will be returning for any future work we need.

Jeff was super knowledgeable and helpful during the visit. We needed the coax cable relocated and he gave us various options on what he could do to get the end resulted we wanted. He was super thorough, friendly, and reasonably priced. Will definitely use him again for any future electric needs.

Had a circuit breaker problem. Didn't know what to do so we called Craig and was able to talk to us through on how to fix the problem.  He pinpointed the problem and he fixed it for us while on the phone.  A real quality person and I highly recommend him.  Thank you so much Craig!!

I called Jimmy with Spark it Up Electric and he was very responsive and helpful! He was able to come by that day to check out my faulty outlet and fixed it on the spot!  He is fast and efficient and I felt safe with him in my home. I also had him install a ceiling fan, which is awesome! Great priced and reliable too! I would definitely hire him again!!!

I really hate leaving negative reviews but this company (or at least their scheduler) deserves it. The scheduling employee Joan is extremely rude and unprofessional. Clearly has no idea what customer service is. They don't do evenings or weekends and when I gave them a 2 hour window in which I could be home during work they showed up 3 minutes before I had to be back at work and expected me to drop everything. When I tried to reschedule Joan informed me that I must reply immediately and told me that I chose to not be there when they showed up. I'm sorry but people have jobs as well and if scheduling is such a difficult thing for this company then maybe they should hire someone that understands that giving customers attitude is usually bad for business.

I have been in business for 19 years as a handyman I do light electrical but anytime I have big jobs I always refer Doug. All of the people that I have referred  to him I have loved Doug and appreciate the referral. he has been in The electrical business his whole life and knows what he's doing but if you need a handyman don't hesitate to call me 858-229-1694  Matt I do all the things Doug don't LOL

My air conditioner went out and one of my friends recommened Ideal after they helped her with an a/c problem.  I called them and set up an appointment for today at noon.  Not only were they early, but Dan had my a/c up and running within 20 minutes of getting there.  Dan was super helpful, explained everything in detail, and showed me how to make sure the problem doesn't happen again.  Dan didn't try and up-sell me or talk me into anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated.   Thanks Ideal, and Dan, and I will be recommending you!

I can't say enough great things about Brilliant Electric, especially in regards to Chris, Alfredo and Alfonso. First the company called me back with in minutes of me calling them to see how they can help. I let them know the issue we were having of losing electricity to part of our house. Chris did a great job trouble shooting with me and giving me some ideas. The company went above and beyond by following up the next day. When I had no luck, he said he could have a crew out in a few hours. Alfredo and Alfonso showed up in less than two hours and we're both professional and respectful. Not only were they able to trouble shoot, but they were able to fix our issue and clean up prior to leaving even thought the job went into the evening. It was great having honest electricians who were focused on a quality job and educating me on the issue.  Brilliant Electric has my future business and I would strongly recommend them for any any electrical work in your home.

They put my small but important job on the on call list and were able to fit it in sooner than expected. Work done on time and in estimate by very polite technician .
