I am a Realtor representing a Buyer who is currently under contract for a house. After our physical inspection we needed an electrician to go and give us a bid on the repair work that needs to be done. Another Realtor referred me to Alvarado Electric.  David was incredibly responsive, fitting us in late afternoon of the day we called. He came up with an ideal solution to fix our issues. He was a prince of a guy under less than ideal conditions--with unfriendly dogs and a troubling situation with the Seller. I am now looking forward to having him come to my house and upgrade and relocate my electric panel.

Had an issue with an exterior garage outlet that stopped working suddenly. Sent multiple requests out to Electricians for quotes. Most were overpriced and honestly gouging customers. Ramon responded quickly that he couldn't get out for over a week but offered some advise of potential easy DIY problems. After a few minutes troubleshooting he helped resolve the GFCI issue and probably saved my family $300+ dollars for a none issue. Highly advise anyone who is ethical enough to help people whether or not the get the business.

Edward is a professional guy to work with! I was in the middle of a move down here to PB, but he was so responsive and honest with what amp I should have based on the panel to not cause problems down the road. He was able to set up an appointment and install within a weeks time.

He even followed up with me which I highly appreciate, but I had gone on vacation and had to wait for a 14-30 adapter since I didn't have one so wasn't actually able to use the charger port until 2 weeks after the install, so I let him know if I needed any assistance when I get back, I would contact him. Unfortunately when I did get back, the adapter would not fit in the socket.  

He came back within a few days and assessed the problem and had it fixed very quickly. Highly recommend!

My home's electrical panel desperately needed to be replaced (upgraded). So much so that SDG&E determined it to be a fire hazard. I called White Horse in a panic to have my panel replaced, Luis the owner of White Horse got to work quickly and scheduled SDG&E and his crew to come out and complete their parts to have my panel replaced. I cannot thank Luis enough for saving my house from possibly lighting up like a Christmas tree. Shout out to Sammy (White Crew Member) for being so respectful, professional, and diligent while working on my property.

Major electrical issue with our circuit breaker and LCE,our usual company,  just had a voicemail saying they weren't available for another month and call back then.  What?!
Tried Carlsbad electrical and they could come out the next day. It was a decent size job and they were able to come to do it a day earlier which we were very grateful for. Ron was our electrician and he was very knowledgeable and efficient and had a lot of helpful hints.  He took the extra time to go through all of the breakers with me and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.   It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and he took a lot of pride in his work.
Can't say enough about their professionalism and responsiveness.
They are now our go to guys.

Ochoa Electric did a great job fixing my minor electrical issues.  They replaced my 30 year old fluorescent garage overhead light with a  LED model, replaced burned out electrical outlet and replaced an outdoor outlet with a GFI safe covered outlet.  The company was very friendly and professional from office to electrician.   I was given text updates on status of my appointment window.  I was given an estimate before job was performed.  Electrician was very neat and left my home in perfect condition. There were no surprise charges. Cost was reasonable. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to family and friends.

I am interested in installing EV charging in my garage. The catch is, I live in a multi-unit dwelling with a detached garage so it is a little tricky. I worked with Jerry who had an answer for all of my questions, of which there were many. He helped me understand the requirements and limitations I faced with the type of install I was trying to do. He also recommended other configurations that I didn't even think of.

I will absolutely reach out to CLD Electric for my next project.

Mark and his team are top notch. My electric service box overheated and was damaged during the September long weekend heat wave we experienced here in San Diego. Mark's team showed up promptly to make temporary repairs so I could continue to maintain my household while we scheduled in a full electric service replacement. They helped navigate the entire process which takes weeks and requires significant coordination with the local utility, obtaining various approvals, completing the actual electric box replacement and then finally certification and drywall repair. They managed each step in the process and did an excellent job completing the work on-time and as budgeted. I highly recommend them for any electric service repairs or if you are considering upgrading your electric service for solar or for EV charging.

Doug was recommended on the Santee facebook community page and he certainly delivered great service.   He is honest and fair priced.

We cannot say enough good about Ideal. Did a complete bathroom remodel. Joe Clark, project manager, was attentive to details and had great ideas for our small space. We only have one bathroom and they worked with us, returning at the end of the day to replace the toilet for our use to minimize disruption. Aaron was incredible, careful work, courteous, and fun! They treated us well and we felt cared for, really great when doing a disruptive project in a small house during COVID! Thanks for the new bath!!

We had an electrical outage in our garage. Alfredo came out after his last call at 7:15pm ! and completed the job in about an hour. Can' say anything better than 5 stars. Will use them again!!

I was referred to Zed by a friend who has remodeled many houses, and as a realtor has helped lots of people like me find the best contractors. So I was confident going in to the relationship with Zed. And still they surpassed my expectations. Friendly, smart, thorough. Communicated clearly with no surprises. The work: installing ceiling fans throughout the house and upgrading the main exterior electrical box and some other outdated things like all the wall outlets. More than a week of work in the house, with two people working from home and a dog who is way suspicious of strangers with big equipment and loud tools. And Niall, the main guy, and others who came and went to help with different pieces, were totally cool and made it all seem easy. Zed has our total trust and loyalty.
