I am a Realtor representing a Buyer who is currently under contract for a house. After our physical inspection we needed an electrician to go and give us a bid on the repair work that needs to be done. Another Realtor referred me to Alvarado Electric.  David was incredibly responsive, fitting us in late afternoon of the day we called. He came up with an ideal solution to fix our issues. He was a prince of a guy under less than ideal conditions--with unfriendly dogs and a troubling situation with the Seller. I am now looking forward to having him come to my house and upgrade and relocate my electric panel.

Ramon was quick to respond and provide a fixed and reasonable quote. He fixed my electrical issue the next day after initial contact, was friendly, wore shoe covers to protect my floors, and even explained what went wrong and what he did to fix it. Thanks Ramon!

I was a little scared at first reaching out to get a Ev charger installed since my home is an older house, but Edward explained to me a variety of options to work with! Ended up having my panel upgraded and a Tesla level 2 charger installed with EV installs and the process couldn't have been more swift! Straight forward reasonable price, and took care of the process from start to finish! Thanks Edward!

Needed a fix, they suggested a Thursday appt at 8 am, I said no, how about Friday at 9 am and they said yes, no worries. The guy shows up Thursday at 8 am anyway. I tell him no, I said Friday at 9 am and that his boss confirmed it. He apologizes and says he will come back Friday at 9 am at the correct time. I get a call Friday at 7 am from them: hey, so we had you down for Thu at 8 am. I reply no, per our Yelp convo, we confirmed Friday at 9 am, remember? He says oh yes, ten-four, I will try to get someone there at 9 am this morning. Cool. 9 am comes-- no electrician. 10 am comes -- no electrician. I end up going with a different electrician who actually does show up promptly as arranged. I'm glad everyone else got proper service from them. I did not.

Last night we experienced an unforeseen incident with our electricity in our garage. For some reason, we lost power to 2 outlets, but others within the garage and any other outlets on the same breaker were functioning properly, to include the breakers and GFCIs. To say the least, with fish tanks in the home, we needed an electrician last night, but were forced to jury-rigged a set up to keep the tanks running. We called Carlsbad Electrical Services this morning and spoke and met with Linden who diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 1 hr.
Linden is a very professional and personable person. Easy to speak to and took the time to explain the details of what the issue was at hand and what was needed to fix the electrical problem. An excellent electrician, honest, upfront! and very affordable. If you looking for an electrician, I highly recommend Linden of Carlsbad Electrical Services. I will definitely contact him again if I need any electrical repairs or additions.

Tom Horton was very professional and was referred by Home depot.  I highly recommend him as he knows his stuff.   I had another electrician to check the wiring for my doorbell and they had mentioned it was going to coat $125.  Horton just checked it and fixed the wiring and said that there was no need to run any wirings and that it was just wired incorrectly.  He helped set up my Ring doorbell and made sure it was functioning right before leaving.  He also mentioned that I don't need a chime as my phone would suffice.   However,  if I wanted one  that I could purchase a Ring chime brand and that I could exchange what I originally purchase for it.

I made an appt and no one ever showed up. No call or text. Then I called and she said she would get back to me in five minutes but never did call. DO NOT use this company!

This was a tough decision for me. I have lived in my house for 6 years and have been able to repair most of the things in my house but I finally needed to get an electrician and after reading many reviews, I decided to go with Dwelling Electric. I am glad I did. Veteran owned business. Hands down a very friendly technician, who is also the owner. Quickly completed the job and cleaned up as well. Do not be frustrated with call backs. The business uses a call service. They were very responsive though. I had him out to the house within days. I will use them in the future as well.

I needed recess Lighting in my office warehouse and my office in Santee. I called three different electrical contractors in the area and found Core Electric to be the most knowledgeable and professional.
At the end of the project I was very happy with the quality and timeliness of the finished work.
Will definitely be calling them for future electrical needs at my home as well as my office.

I called Jimmy with Spark it Up Electric and he was very responsive and helpful! He was able to come by that day to check out my faulty outlet and fixed it on the spot!  He is fast and efficient and I felt safe with him in my home. I also had him install a ceiling fan, which is awesome! Great priced and reliable too! I would definitely hire him again!!!

I wouldn't recommend any other Electrician in the area. Mark is very knowledgeable in solar and off grid systems and he personalized my experience. Mark always calls you back and makes time for any and all question you may have. I am very happy with Marks Services and what I paid for.

Doug was recommended on the Santee facebook community page and he certainly delivered great service.   He is honest and fair priced.

This is the second & third times we have worked with Ideal on house projects.  The first time was installing central AC & heat, and that went so well that we thought of Ideal when we had our next major house project -- rewiring the electrical.  Coincidentally we had a plumbing leak at the same time and decided to hire them to fix the leak.  All experiences have been excellent from start to finish.  Ideal is extremely professional on every level!  Ricci in their office helped us so much with scheduling, answering questions, and keeping us updated through her communication.  Mac (electrician) and Aaron (plumber) were always on-time, highly communicative, respectful of our house, and efficient.  We appreciate Ideal so much and trust them with our biggest house projects!

I received an early morning call from my tenant that the lights on one side of the house were flickering and the electric panel had a crackling noise coming from it. I immediately thought of a possible fire, so went to the Next Door app to see any neighborhood recommendations for electricians. One was from a real estate professional who offered a positive review for Zed Electric.
When I called, a very helpful and friendly receptionist understood my concern, and although they were booked out for the week, assured me she would add us to a call out list for that day.
I was very pleased to receive a call about three hours later that an electrician could be at the house in 45 minutes which allowed me plenty of time to get to the house.
The electrician promptly arrived and found the melted breaker and another damaged by the heat. He also put up a new motion detector light as ours had fried in the recent rainstorm, and also offered advice that the type of light bulb we had in the dining room lamp was incorrect with a dimmer switch.
I found the cost of the repair very reasonable and the company's response to my problem was very professional. I like to have good services available so my tenants are not inconvenienced by repairs, so I am very pleased to have found a company that I would be happy to call again for my own home and the rental properties.
