Just had a terrible experience with Enviro and since we relied on the references on Nextdoor, I thought I should post here as well.   We had an appointment made on Saturday, March 9, 2019 - at 1:30 to address a leak that we have.  My wife and I organized our day around this appointment.  So 1:30 comes around and goes and we call around 1:50 and get the receptionist/scheduler (Andrea).  Apparently the technician is running late - they took on a last minute job and are running late - now 2:30.  We told them that seems like a pretty lousy business practice to confirm an appointment (and take a $125 credit card fee) and then take another job as well.  We call back about 10 minutes later and we are told that the technician now won't be able to come at all.  Just a great way to run a business.  So beware.  If you value your time at all, just avoid.  There are plenty of plumbers out there.  And last thing we need is for the receptionist to hang up on us as well.

Amazing communication and fair pricing! I will be using Rubio's in the future for not only my moms needs but mine! So long story short my moms hot water stopped working so we called the gas company and they lit the pilot but where honest that it wasn't gonna last because the thermal couple was out. So she rode it as long as she could until it went out on the weekend I was with her. So I was like let's do this and fix it, I searched Yelp and Rubio's came up with amazing reviews which I had seeked out before for her toilet issues so I responded and his communication was nothing but prompt and attentive! He was on it and came out to do the estimate! He was even super awesome about if I wasn't available the next day that he would start the work and send photos etc because my mom being a reclusive senior is not the best communicator. I recommend Rubio's to everyone because he and his team are professional, understanding and efficient! I will recommend to all my friends!!! Thank you so much for fixing my moms hot water!!!!! It was amazing for my kiddos and I to have hot water while we stayed with her and she's so happy! I also like that there are various ways to pay! Thank you thank you thank you!!!! I've had Dan and his Son Micheal out to the house twice to take care of emergency repairs and they were both extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The second time they were here was just today (Sunday) to replace a ruptured hot water tank. They stopped by first to ensure that indeed the tank was the problem - rather than replacing what may have been a good tank with a broken pipe and charging me for it.

Richard of Ninja Plumber did a 5 star job on my blocked sink. Came out on a Sunday with little notice. Explained the price and what needed to be done and the next step if snaking didn't work. It didn't work so had to go to a hydro flush of the pipe. Took around an hour but he got the sludge out of my sinks and gave tips to keep it clear in the future. The Yelp deal helped a lot on the price and I am very satisfied with the job, price and clean up.

The team at Bigg Tree Rooter & Plumbing we're great to work with.  They were very responsive, quick to check out the issue and provides a free quote.  They were able to start and finish a leak repair in a day while having to cut and repair sheetrock.  Great experience and will use them for future projects!

We noticed we had a blocked line on a Saturday evening when water was leaking out of our sewer cap. Knowing it was a bit of an emergency, I called around but couldn't find anyone who was willing to fix it for a reasonable after hours rate. Then I called Mr. Rooter and they were able to be at our house, run a camera into the line and have it cleared out in less than 2 hours from my initial phone call, and for a fair price after hours on a weekend. We definitely have a new plumber after their amazing service, and I'd highly recommend them.

Great service, reasonably priced, quick to respond and solved our plumbing issue in a timely manner. And they were VERY respectful, went above and beyond to boot. Highly recommended. Private business. Will for sure use them again.

PLUMBER RECOMMENDATION  I recently had my water heater replaced by Jose of J.R. Rooter & Plumbing (818) 233-2255.  I called them the afternoon that I discovered my heater had failed.  We agreed on a price and set up an appointment for the next morning.  Jose and his helper arrived early with everything needed.  You really find out how good a business is when things go wrong.  In my case, the first brand new, never unboxed water heater that Jose installed turned out to be defective.  Jose had to drain and remove that heater and take it back to his supplier for exchange.  Then he had to drive back with the new one and redo the installation.  Fortunately, the second one worked perfectly.  The whole job was far from easy.  My laundry room is tiny and my washing machine had to be disconnected and moved out of the way.  This was a problem too as the 30 year old hot/cold shut-off valves were bad, so the water for the whole house had to be turned off before the washer could be disconnected and moved out of the way.  Jose fought through all these problems with a great attitude and honored his price even though the job wound up taking all day. I highly recommend J.R. Rooter & Plumbing.

These guys just made a customer for life! They could not have been more professional or courteous. They explained the job that needed to be done and got it all done at a very reasonable price. There is not a doubt in my mind that these guys would provide the same type of service to anyone else on this mountain. Thanks again, guys!

My landlord called this company to replace my toilet.  They installed a used toilet covered in urine and feces with inappropriate hardware.  When I complained they claimed my landlord did not redquest a new toilet...my landlord had to phone them and have them bring a new one in a box - unused.  DISGUSTING

Recommend this plumbing service 100%. Everytime  I would call other plumbing services they would take forever to come out and see the problem and not even try to do anything that same day.  Edwin came out the same day I called, made the inspection and gave me a quote. It was very reasonable and my sink drain has been clog free ever since.  Thanks again!

I had a pipe burst out of nowhere. Literal waterfall on the side of my house. I called a million so called 24 hr plumbers and either ended up at a voicemail or an insane quote. I had to shut my main off, panic started to kick in. By a stroke of luck I came across the guys @ Proview, they picked up my call instantly, and spent the first 5 min of the call reassuring me that they'd fix it without costing me an arm and a leg. 10pm, they ended up driving out to my home, and fixing the issue, ultimately finishing the job around midnight. Their price was unbelievable compared to all the previous quotes I got, I even tipped them because I was so happy with the work. Real good guys, I'm forever grateful to them. They've earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!

management was extremely rude an unprofessional had the owner come out and tell me the price was going to be a couple thousand dollars more,  called another company they charged me 150$ ...... needless to say steer clear away unless you like being ripped off and lied to.
