I was looking for a plumber to fix my broken toilet and called Rubio's Plumbing based on their yelp reviews. I spoke with Robert and set up an appt for 1pm. Robert showed up 30 min late and never even called to let me know he was running late. He inspected the toilet, told me what needed to be done and said he would send me an estimate for the cost of fixing it. After a couple of days, I still hadn't received his estimate, so I texted him asking if he had the estimate for the repairs. He never responded. As of the time of writing this review, I still have not heard back from him.

It's good to have someone like Danny who lives in the same city who is trustworthy, efficient, and works fast. He enjoys working on projects and takes pride of what he does, his honest and pleasant personality made me feel safe to have him working in the house even for long hours.

Great service. Called Mike for a for a quote on a water pressure regulator and he was able to come out for an inspection right away. When he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and very thorough with his inspection, which was at least 20 minutes and free. After, he gave us an exact estimate for the service we needed and no pressure to accept his offer. Installation was just as easy and we haven't had any problems since. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Very happy with the service I received as well as how quickly Vahan was able to come. I really appreciated the free consultation as I felt like it gives the opportunity to hear a quote and decide to pursue repairs or not with no pressure. He was friendly which is always a plus and definitely made me happy to seek service from him again for any potential future plumbing mishaps. Thank you again!

So first the business replied to the review and super professionally.  I eventually needed a plumber again and after a few bad experiences gave Ninja Plumbing a chance again.  They sent Armando who not only was super respectful professional and fair he got the job done asap.  Because of this totally deserves the 5 star redo.  After getting the service I got I feel safe calling on Ninja Plumbing to save me again.

Joseph was a life saver! We were having issues with our sewage pipe and it quickly turned in to a nightmare. We rent our property and at first our landlord was quick to blame us but Joseph did a very thorough check and even made a video reporting the issues to help us prove we hadn't done anything wrong. simultaneously we were having issues with the bathtub drain and again Joseph really helped us out with a deal and took care of the issue. overall the service we received was quick, efficient and very friendly. he was never pushy or trying to add hidden fees it was all very straight forward. he turned in a major headache situation in to a quick fix!

Gabriel helped us out of a tight spot when we needed it. After 9pm and we had a plumbing problem we really couldn't just leave till morning. He came out, handled the issue, was conscientious about cleaning up and making sure everything was in order before he left. He also let me know before he came what the charge would be, which I appreciated. Thanks, Gabriel.

Came to fix my dishwasher drain! Found the problem and fixed it quick! It happens that the Guy who replaced my sink garbage disposal didn't  poke a whole for my dishwasher drain!  He gave me discount too!! Very nice guy!  Hire him!

A rainy day and both of our sump pumps failed. The back of our HOA complex was  a foot deep in water, and counting.  The reservoir was full and the weight on the retaining wall isn't good, let alone the soon to be spilling over into the neighbors yard.  

We have a couple 4 pumps. They move a lot of water a long ways. As soon as Westside rolled up, they went into crisis management.  They started pumping the water out.  They went away for an hour, leaving the pump clearing our property.  

We had another plumbing company come, for a second bid. He said it's electrical and said we'd have to replace the box and possibly the pumps.  Uh.....  he did not look at anything.  

Westside returned and pulled the grates off the reservoir.  They said first thing is that there is a significant amount of leaves, sludge, and debris in there. They cleaned the vaults and floats.  Then, they installed a screen to catch the leaves.

Poof. The whole system works great now. One day and a couple of great guys helping us out. They cost more than we thought it would be. AND, I'll use them again.  I trust them and they really did a good job.

Calling Mr. Speedy Plumber was the best decision I made about the clogged and flooding shower issue I was having. The service could not have been easier and more friendly. The communication between the plumber and myself was great and up to date. The plumber who came out was super friendly and helpful. He managed to fix the issue within 15 minutes. Amazing! Definitely trust you'll get great service and it's not overpriced either!
