Excellent, friendly service! We needed someone to reattach our faucet, dishwasher and garbage disposal, and they did a great job.

I found JC Plumbing on Yelp and I'm glad I did! Cesar saved the day! I had a bunch of glitches with a freestanding bath tub that I'd ordered as well as the tub filler but he saved me from having to jackhammer up the brand new floor and devised a clever solution to get the tub filler to work in a tricky location. He kept me posted on when he could come over - even on days when he was super busy - and didn't leave until he got the job right! Very highly recommend!

Bigg Tree Rooter & Plumbing is our reliable plumber every time we need help to fix our clogged sink and bathtub.  This a good recommendation if you're looking good plumber nearby in the Gilroy area.

Our kitchen sink was backed up so we called Mr. Rooter. Joseph and his partner were courteous, timely and efficient. They also had their protective gear which we appreciated.  We have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

We turned to our local internet group for a plumbing recommendation, and Gabriel Cosio's name immediately came up. Our main line was backed up, and of course, this happened on a weekend morning. Came to fix my dishwasher drain! Found the problem and fixed it quick! It happens that the Guy who replaced my sink garbage disposal didn't  poke a whole for my dishwasher drain!  He gave me discount too!! Very nice guy!  Hire him!

From the first time I called until the last time I spoke with both Emily and John - nothing but excellent customer service.

I needed to drive up to Crestline to get the plumbing and sewer lines inspected, and got stuck in a traffic jam on the freeway. I was clearly going to miss the appointment, yet when I called less than 30 minutes before I was to meet John there, Emily was more than gracious and moved my appointment up. Then later, when I called again, she had no issues rescheduling it, and did so with a great attitude. No huffing. No puffing.

When I actually did meet with John for inspections, he was super professional and honest. He quoted me very fair prices on a handful of small projects. Not for a second did I feel like a bother to him.

We had a little leaking toilet surprise when we walked into the property. John identified the issue and worked with realtors to get it all fixed. No second trip needed.

This is one of those companies you want to tell everyone about. I already shared his name with two general contractors and four neighbours.

I had done some updates to my kitchen at what I thought was an affordable price...and then I realized that with discounts come shortcuts. Upon using my sink for the first time after the update it began to leak - everywhere. I called the contractor who gave me a few explanations as to why this was happening - none of them seemed reasonable. So that's when I decided to bring in a plumber to fix it - correctly. My knight in shining armor was named DAN. And when I say he saved me I don't say that lightly! The garbage disposal wasn't put in correctly, caulking wasn't applied all the way around correctly and the faucet was hanging on by a thread. He took his time to fix every single issue and tested and retested to make sure everything was done correctly. He was friendly, kind and explained every step of the process. I was looking for quality work to fix cheap mistakes and it was the best money I spent on the entire renovation. I was grateful for the time he took to inspect to make sure it was done right. Thanks Dan. You the man.

Called Edwin at 4:30pm on a Saturday. He was on another job but said he'd swing by afterwards. Quoted me a price of $285 to replace a leaking toilet valve. I said yes.

Two hours later, the valve was replaced, and he took an outdoor hose that was stuck off the fixture.

Hard to find a good plumber. A+

Had a slow flush on the toilet. They came, used an auger. About 10 minutes in and out. $125. Problem solved only temporarily. If it was $50, I would have been ok with it. Not $125.

Great customer service. Literally responded in 1 minute to my request when other company's took way longer. Scheduling my job after I recover from holiday damages lol

management was extremely rude an unprofessional had the owner come out and tell me the price was going to be a couple thousand dollars more,  called another company they charged me 150$ ...... needless to say steer clear away unless you like being ripped off and lied to.
