They are great in time sensitive situations, and always get the job done. A little expensive, but great in time sensitive situations.

Unfortunately my cartridge for my shower was nowhere to be located due to it being discontinued, however Julio was awesome with recommendations and even drove around trying to locate the part.   No charge was pushed on me for the inspection and effort on their part which probably any competitor would have done just for showing up.

Regardless JC Plumbing is in my contacts from here on out and will use them in the future!

Spent a lot of money on a plumbing issue we've been having for quite sometime. Dan's Plumbing Service has been the most reliable and honest company that I have observed in my many years as a homeowner.  I have called them on a number of jobs and have been extremely pleased with their fast service, professionalism, and reasonable prices.   John Paul is the man!  It gives great comfort that I have a plumber to rely on.    You can't go wrong with this company.

I had another plumbing emergency and my first call was to VAHAN PLUMBING. It was an extremely difficult job but they were able to perform it quickly.

The first quote I was given from the guys at Ninja Plumber was over $300 than every other plumber I got a quote from.

However, when I told them the price was too high, they lowered it and I gave them my business.

Overall they were extremely nice and were able to fix 85% of my plumbing problems. My toilet is still having issues flushing despite what was done to fix it, but if it becomes too bothersome they will come out and look at it again free of charge.

My kitchen sink is working now but unfortunately the hose got a bit damaged when they were fixing it. It's not detrimental, but at some point this will need to be replaced.

I would use Ninja plumber again because of the history I have working with them (and they are nice guys), but be wary for new clients that they may up-charge you at first. Do your research to make sure you're not getting ripped off :)

Gabriel agreed to do a job for me at a rental property.  We discovered a water leak that needed to be addressed immediately.  He gave me a bid, had a handshake agreement and he agreed to start the next morning at 8 am.  I had to tell the tenants that they would probably lose water service for a couple of hours.  At 6 am on the day of the job, he texts me and tells me he needs half up front, as a deposit.  Fine I say, send me your venmo account info.  An hour and a half later, he sends me one, for his girlfriend presumably.  Fine.  When I didn't address immediately (had been waiting and waiting, finally had to take my kid to school), he sends me a text saying, hey, where's the money?  I attempt to send him payment, about 15 minutes after he sends me his account info, but venmo limits the amount I can send.  Not an issue on my end, but a limit on his private account.  I let him know this and tell him that my handyman can front the money for the rest of the deposit when he arrives on the job.  Next thing I know, he sends money back and says he no longer wants to do the job, good luck.  I try to call, but he doesn't pick up.  Very frustrated with his unprofessional approach.  Beware.

Came to fix my dishwasher drain! Found the problem and fixed it quick! It happens that the Guy who replaced my sink garbage disposal didn't  poke a whole for my dishwasher drain!  He gave me discount too!! Very nice guy!  Hire him!

These Guys are THE BEST! Our water heater went out so I called and talked to Cathy who was very nice. She had John come out and give us a Free Estimate. Turns out we had one of if not the absolute CHEAPEST G.E. water heaters in the house we bought. It was only 6 years old but it was already discontinued and not even the manufacturer had the replacement part we needed. John went Above and Beyond the call of duty to get us the part! Then... came out in the snow at 8pm on a Friday Night to get us back Up and Running! God Bless Them! We will ONLY use these guys for our future plumbing needs!!! My landlord called this company to replace my toilet.  They installed a used toilet covered in urine and feces with inappropriate hardware.  When I complained they claimed my landlord did not redquest a new toilet...my landlord had to phone them and have them bring a new one in a box - unused.  DISGUSTING

Edwin did a great job on a gas leak detection and repair for our house in Rancho Park.  He was very responsive, gave great updates throughout, and made sure the job was done right.  Will definitely use Edwin again.

Excellent plumber I recommend it to everybody they came out it serviced my house reasonably price very professional recommend and I will use them again.

Art installed a bidet on my Toto toilet which required uninstalling and reinstalling the toilet and ordering an adapter. He did a great job with a weirdly difficult toilet and left everything cleaned up.
