I don't normally write reviews.  In fact this company compelled me to finally sign up and write one.  I always use yelp, and found this company from the reviews already posted.  And for good reason.

I called because of a couple issues dealing with my apartment's bathroom (where I rent).  Issues with the sink, shower head, and toilet.  Jose came out the next day.  Jose was great about investigating where the problem was coming from... talking me through it... and exhausting every possibility and not just knocking down walls to figure it out (even though that would have been a logical next step in my situation).  Instead he found out it was a simple issue and fixed it.  Nice, quick, helpful.  And he also gave some tips after noticing our water heater didn't have the proper safety precautions in place.

Later on that same day, I noticed that one of the issues was still happening with our toilet.  I called the next morning and Daniel, who I presume is the owner, came by two hours later, made the final adjustments needed and got it fixed.  Everything was explained.  Extremely nice guy and also cool just talking with him while he fixed it.  Awesome service on every level.  This is a great company that seems completely focused on doing everything the way it should be done... on every level.

Just stop your searching and use these guys.

JC plumbing inspected a house of mine for a leak coming from upstairs restroom.  They found the issue quickly(wax ring around toilet), and resolved it that same visit.  Price was reasonable and service was great.  Would definitely recommend!

Rubio's Plumbing repiped my entire house with PEX pipe. They were on time, professional, finished the job in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves, and gave a fair price. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

Four years ago I left a review about Dan's Plumbing (MIKE).  He installed a faucet.  A month ago he immediately came over when I had a flood emergency, a pipe burst, in my garage.  He fixed the problem and also installed a new shut off valve, which was broken.  Today he fixed a very clogged drain in my kitchen sink.  A major snake job was needed, in two separate places.  A big and tiresome job. No complaints, neat, polite, orderly, etc.  What more do you want.  Call Mike when you need a GOOD plumber and a good guy.  I'm in El Sereno.

Vic is truly a gem of a plumber. He showed up on time, sensitive to the current climate so was wearing a mask. He honestly and accurately provided a quote for my needs, and is willing to go the extra miles to make sure all my plumbing projects were completed efficiently and with solid quality. He is a consummate professional And very courteous towards the customer. I am very happy with his work and very glad that I have found someone I can trust for my plumbing needs going forward. I highly recommend Vic's service with Vahan. If you need a plumber, call Vic! You be glad you did.

Called them to get a ring out I dropped in the sink.  They were able to take apart the pipes under the faucet and get my ring back which was great, but thats when the real problem started.  They were not able to put the pipes back together without it leaking!  They blamed a faulty-p trap and tried several times over the course of several visits to get me to buy a new one, for almost $500.  After I kept refusing, the plumber finally was able to find some small rubber gasket in his van and fixed the leak.  In the end, all it took was a small rubber piece that costs a dollar from Home Depot, but they were trying to sell me a $500 P trap the entire time.

Adam came out to help with an issue we were having with our toilet, which was not flushing and filling correctly. He was able to help on the same day and arrived within the time frame he provided. He was exceptionally friendly and respectful. (I was so impressed that he put on disposable shoe covers when he came inside the house!) He was also clearly knowledgeable about plumbing issues. The price was reasonable, and billing was simple. We'll certainly use Bigg Tree Rooter & Plumbing again!

Had an issue with my water heater that needed immediate attention.  A technician was dispatched in an hour! After accessing  the problem he explained in detail what needed to be done and gave me an estimate right on the spot. He did a fantastic job and got everything fixed in a few hours. He was very knowledgeable,  professional and answered all my questions.  If you want the job done right, this is the company to go to! Thank you!

I returned after a weekend away to Mammoth skiing (where it was cold!) to a broken tankless hot water heater.  It was 8:30pm on a Sunday night and Gabriel and his friend showed up at 10pm to diagnose the issue.  When it was discovered that my heater was just broken, they committed to coming back at 8am the next morning to install a new one.  By the next afternoon, I had a new hot water heater installed and could take a warm shower. If you want someone who is responsive and trustworthy, don't hesitate to call! Gabriel will quote you ahead of time (nice to know what you're committing to) and is someone you can hold accountable. PLUMBER RECOMMENDATION  I recently had my water heater replaced by Jose of J.R. Rooter & Plumbing (818) 233-2255.  I called them the afternoon that I discovered my heater had failed.  We agreed on a price and set up an appointment for the next morning.  Jose and his helper arrived early with everything needed.  You really find out how good a business is when things go wrong.  In my case, the first brand new, never unboxed water heater that Jose installed turned out to be defective.  Jose had to drain and remove that heater and take it back to his supplier for exchange.  Then he had to drive back with the new one and redo the installation.  Fortunately, the second one worked perfectly.  The whole job was far from easy.  My laundry room is tiny and my washing machine had to be disconnected and moved out of the way.  This was a problem too as the 30 year old hot/cold shut-off valves were bad, so the water for the whole house had to be turned off before the washer could be disconnected and moved out of the way.  Jose fought through all these problems with a great attitude and honored his price even though the job wound up taking all day. I highly recommend J.R. Rooter & Plumbing.

John was the only person who answered my desperate call for a plumber.  John was very cordial, honest, extremely reliable and very professional.  I have called several companies in the area; i.e., O'Brien, Acuna, Crestline Plumbing but none of these companies returned my call.  NONE.  Please, if you need any plumbing services, call Jacob and John.  John explained to me everything on the phone before he did the work and I was able to comprehend and understand... he's very PATIENT.  He even went the extra mile to call the water company to shut to water off to ensure that water will not freeze, etc.  Moreover, the quote he gave was very reasonable!  

YOU DON'T HAVE TO CALL THESE BIG COMPANIES.. JUST CALL JOHN OF BRUENING R AND R PLUMBING AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY.  I AM!

These guys were great! Quick response and reasonable prices! They are very knowledgeable about water heaters! Will definitely keep their number for any plumbing needs in the future!

Other plumbers said I'd have to get a tile guy to redo tile after the work. Art said we can make a access panel in the closet and get to the back of the shower valve. This guy was motivated to work and did a neat job did t leave drywall dust and stuff everywhere he did it like he was doing for his own house. Thanks!!

Long overdue, but we had a late night emergency and everyone we called in the area couldn't help immediately, and we had sewage coming up in the tub and toilets were overflowing. One call to Mattucci and within an hour we had someone come out to help with situation. I wish I remembered his name but he was super helpful and explained everything he was doing in detail. Will use them again if we ever need a plumber that's not covered by our warranty.
