We own a rental house.  We called Enviro Plumbing on September 28th to unclog a
bathtub drain.   I was there when his plumbers arrived and I advised them that there were two clean outs available, but the plumbers insisted on going thru the
tub drain.

When they were finished working they showed me the drain stopper and said it should be replaced.  Later the tenant told me the stopper did not work.  Eventually I found out that the plumbers had damaged the bathtub drain,and it was leaking under our house.

The owner of Enviro Plumbing, Danielle, called me on the Monday following their visit and insisted we pay immediately, which we did, although I was unhappy, since we knew the stopper didn't work.  We did not know the drain was damaged at that time.  So, mistakenly, we sent out a check.

I have repeatedly called Enviro Plumbing, hoping they would at least call me back to discuss the damage, and the possibility of returning our $125 payment.  I am very disappointed in the poor business practice of Enviro Plumbing, and would not recommend them to anyone.

JC plumbing inspected a house of mine for a leak coming from upstairs restroom.  They found the issue quickly(wax ring around toilet), and resolved it that same visit.  Price was reasonable and service was great.  Would definitely recommend!

Danny is awesome! I needed 3 small fixes in my new place. Danny worked quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price! He was also personable, making polite conversation. He cleaned up after himself and cleaned up after me! I added him to my speed dial list. I will happily use his services again!!

I needed a kitchen sink unclogged and a garbage disposal replaced.  Spoke to John Paul and he agreed to do the job.  Arrived in the early afternoon and checked the sink and told us that he wouldn't have enough time to finish the job, citing that an emergency that came up.   Also said that he was unaware that we wanted the garbage disposal replaced...even though I have text messages that prove otherwise.  Left and never came back. Didn't call or text with an update.  Very unreliable and would not recommend.

I messaged Vahan on a Saturday morning at 7 am. He responded in 2 minutes. I let him know that I was trying to install a new kitchen sink, but my water supply line shut off valves were leaking, and he gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and he was at my place in 30 minutes.

He took off his shoes before entering my place, and was respectful and professional. The entire job took about 2 hours which included a trip to the local hardware store for valves. He tested the new faucet and inspected for leaks.

Then, he found another leak, which he fixed for free. I wrote him a check and he was on to the next job. Simple, safe transaction, and I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. Thanks, Vahan!

These guys are great! Sewer line was destroyed by Ficas. Mor and his team came over, gave me a great price, and didnt leave until the job was finished (11pm!!!). Very clean, thorough, insightful and professional.

We had the pleasure of working with Adam this week regarding some sewer line issues under our house.  Adam quickly identified the problem areas and gave us options on the best way to proceed.  Identifying the problem areas early probably saved us from having a major problem in the very near future.  Adam is very respectful, honest, professional, and punctual.  He kept us up to date throughout the entire process and completed the job in the time he stated.  He was always very conscious of keeping our house clean and as unaffected from the work area as possible.  This is a small family owed business which maintains those family values. Given the circumstances, I'm glad we met Adam and will definitely be using him in the future again for any plumbing needs.

Currently i live in las vegas nevada and as i was visiting my mother in law in San Gabriel, I found out she was having plumbing issues. Shes 71 and constantly putting off repairing items in her house. The typical older, stubborn, family member, that we all have in our family. That's when my husband and I decided to take it into our own hands. We could not leave California, knowing that she was having these difficulties. What was happening you ask? When she would flush the toilet they would almost overflow. They would only flush half the time. When we would flush, the sewage would back up into the showers. So yucky brown stuff was either going down the toilet or up into the shower. Neither of those being good.

It was 11 PM at night and we decided to call rotor rooter to see if they would come out that night. The company is 24 seven however it was two days before New Year's and they were completely booked with having so many clients between Christmas and New Year's. Understandable. However, the lady was extremely nice and told me she could get me in at 8 AM.

The next morning, two men came out and were super friendly and knowledgeable about what was going on with the plumbing. They explain that it could be three things. One of the plumbing is old and needs to be replaced to when it rains. The roots clog the drains. Three another clock, which happened to pass the pipe. I was extremely impressed with how efficient and quick they were. By 9 AM they had everything working. They completely unclogged both toilets using a machine. We found out that there are roots in the plumbing. And with the price comes a camera that will go down the pipes in one week to determine which tree or plant is causing the route so that we can take that out

I was so happy with how professional, respectful and responsible they were. They even apologize that the carpet was wet even though we did that before they got there. They even had plastics over their shoes to keep everything clean and intact. I can't wait to do more business with them as it was. Such a good experience. Highly recommend, as affordable too.

called the evening before. was able to get an appointment in at 830am the next morning. kitchen sink clog was fixed in 40 minutes. great service. thanks again guys.

Came to fix my dishwasher drain! Found the problem and fixed it quick! It happens that the Guy who replaced my sink garbage disposal didn't  poke a whole for my dishwasher drain!  He gave me discount too!! Very nice guy!  Hire him!

These Guys are THE BEST! Our water heater went out so I called and talked to Cathy who was very nice. She had John come out and give us a Free Estimate. Turns out we had one of if not the absolute CHEAPEST G.E. water heaters in the house we bought. It was only 6 years old but it was already discontinued and not even the manufacturer had the replacement part we needed. John went Above and Beyond the call of duty to get us the part! Then... came out in the snow at 8pm on a Friday Night to get us back Up and Running! God Bless Them! We will ONLY use these guys for our future plumbing needs!!! Westside plumbing and rooter went above and beyond. I have a property that had a gas leak and they came and fixed it. Quickly and efficiently. They also helped one of my tenants when her gas wasn't working. I didn't even have to be there. They will be my go to plumber is the future.

I called them on a Sunday afternoon because my wife notice a leak coming from our ceiling in our kitchen. We were sure where the leak was coming from.  Manny from Mr. plumbing was at our house within 45 min. He determined that the leak came from a broken flange from our guest room upstairs. He was able to fix the problem at a low coast! These guys are awesome!

We detected a water leak issue yesterday morning.  Called Mattucci after four other plumbing firms could not confirm we could be serviced same day.  Mattucci was available and serviceman Donald immediately found the source of the leak in the wall.  Leak was fixed and we are happy.  Thank you Donald and Mattucci Plumbing.  Will use you again if an unexpected problem should arise.
