I have been using these folks for about six years for a home and a rental.  Nice family business.  No run-around like you get with a lot plumbing places.  When you call, you reach the plumber, Dan, not a referral service or operator.  Dan's sons seem to be making most of the service calls these days as Dan is a bit older, though Dan definitely still oversees everything.  For me, it's nice to know I have someone to call.  I was at my parents house in Northern CA last Christmas eve, and the septic tank started experiencing a problem late at night. I was pouring through the yellow pages and searching Yelp for a plumber, and kept getting referral services/operators who didn't know when/if a plumber would be available and were not familiar with the area.  If that happened at home in Los Angeles, I know I'd reach Dan and know immediately if/when he was available.

We ended up not being able to use Vahan, but wanted to write a review because we were impressed by Mr Vahan's service and professionalism when he came to give us an estimate. Unfortunately, our job needs a contractor instead of plumber. But we will definitely call in Vaha next time.

I had a small piece on my piping that moved and trash from my disposal spilled all over the underneath of my sink. Justin came to my house in less than an hour from the time of my call and fixed it immediately. He was friendly, courteous and cleaned up all of the mess in addition to fixing my sink. We had a clogged drain in the bathroom of one of our rental properties so we called Adam. He handled it so professionally, and interfaced with our renter for the work as well as us for the payment. He knew exactly what to do when he got there, and cleared the drain. We haven't had an issue with it again and it's been over a year. Called Mr. Rooter to help solve an ongoing drain(roots) problem, just in the nick of time for last week's big storms!!.  Mr. Joe Diaz quickly diagnosed the problem, proposed an affordable fix, and had the problem solved within 48 hours as promised up front with guarantees!  His integrity and honesty was refreshing and impressive in this day and age I have to admit!  I am highly impressed with the work he and his crew did, including the care and respect while working around my landscaped yard as well as the cleanup when finished.  I will use them for all future plumbing projects at my home. I highly recommend Joe Diaz and his team and their outstanding customer service!!!

We had another plumber cancel on a Friday when a valve was leaking. If we couldn't find someone that day, it would've leaked all weekend doing additional damage to our building unless we shut off water for all units. Gabriel was able to have a plumber to us within the hour, was understanding of our needs, and managed to cap the leak for way less than it would've cost to repair the leak.

Came to fix my dishwasher drain! Found the problem and fixed it quick! It happens that the Guy who replaced my sink garbage disposal didn't  poke a whole for my dishwasher drain!  He gave me discount too!! Very nice guy!  Hire him!

From the first time I called until the last time I spoke with both Emily and John - nothing but excellent customer service.

I needed to drive up to Crestline to get the plumbing and sewer lines inspected, and got stuck in a traffic jam on the freeway. I was clearly going to miss the appointment, yet when I called less than 30 minutes before I was to meet John there, Emily was more than gracious and moved my appointment up. Then later, when I called again, she had no issues rescheduling it, and did so with a great attitude. No huffing. No puffing.

When I actually did meet with John for inspections, he was super professional and honest. He quoted me very fair prices on a handful of small projects. Not for a second did I feel like a bother to him.

We had a little leaking toilet surprise when we walked into the property. John identified the issue and worked with realtors to get it all fixed. No second trip needed.

This is one of those companies you want to tell everyone about. I already shared his name with two general contractors and four neighbours.

management was extremely rude an unprofessional had the owner come out and tell me the price was going to be a couple thousand dollars more,  called another company they charged me 150$ ...... needless to say steer clear away unless you like being ripped off and lied to.
