I just called Enviroplumbing to request an estimate for repairing the drainage system in my house. The guy who answered the phone told me he was too busy to provide an estimate and hung up on me! Even if they are too busy, I would expect a minimum amount of courtesy along with perhaps an apology and a suggestion for a better time to call back. Hanging up in a potential customer's face like that is not only extremely rude, but completely unprofessional.

The only plumber around interested in getting here at 6:30 on a Friday night. We were busy all weekend and had a completely clogged kitchen sink. He was a lifesaver! Not to mention fast, knowledgeable and nice! Amen for JC Plumbing.

We had two or three small jobs, and he came to the house with a good attitude and work ethic.
Answers the phone DIRECTLY, and I felt like we were getting professional help from a small company that takes pride in their work.

I will call Robert again if we needed plumbing work done.

Vahan Plumbing responded right away to my request to fix my shower faucet at 5pm on a Sunday evening. They came by that night to evaluate the problem. Because it was Sunday no parts stores were opened they returned promptly at 8am the next day. Once the tech got the valve opened he knew immediately was the issue was and was able to resolve the problem. I was relieved to have such fast service... even late on a Sunday!

I had to write a review about these great guys. I had a gas leak and they came out quickly to access. They explained the work in full detail but I still wasn't sure I would go with them because of the price.  A few hours later their gas expert came out to re-acess and explained again the work and price. He did indeed offer a discount so that and his sincerity sold me!  I have to say they earned every penny. The work was done great. And when they were done, I couldn't even tell that they were there!  It was cleaned up beautifully. I was talking to my neighbors about how they recommended them too!!!!

I had a backed up toilet on a Saturday afternoon and found Cosio's through the Thumbtack App. He was quick to respond, diagnosed and solved my problem quickly and then did a general check up on our sinks and drains to make sure everything was working as it should. Highly recommend their services.

PLUMBER RECOMMENDATION  I recently had my water heater replaced by Jose of J.R. Rooter & Plumbing (818) 233-2255.  I called them the afternoon that I discovered my heater had failed.  We agreed on a price and set up an appointment for the next morning.  Jose and his helper arrived early with everything needed.  You really find out how good a business is when things go wrong.  In my case, the first brand new, never unboxed water heater that Jose installed turned out to be defective.  Jose had to drain and remove that heater and take it back to his supplier for exchange.  Then he had to drive back with the new one and redo the installation.  Fortunately, the second one worked perfectly.  The whole job was far from easy.  My laundry room is tiny and my washing machine had to be disconnected and moved out of the way.  This was a problem too as the 30 year old hot/cold shut-off valves were bad, so the water for the whole house had to be turned off before the washer could be disconnected and moved out of the way.  Jose fought through all these problems with a great attitude and honored his price even though the job wound up taking all day. I highly recommend J.R. Rooter & Plumbing.

These Guys are THE BEST! Our water heater went out so I called and talked to Cathy who was very nice. She had John come out and give us a Free Estimate. Turns out we had one of if not the absolute CHEAPEST G.E. water heaters in the house we bought. It was only 6 years old but it was already discontinued and not even the manufacturer had the replacement part we needed. John went Above and Beyond the call of duty to get us the part! Then... came out in the snow at 8pm on a Friday Night to get us back Up and Running! God Bless Them! We will ONLY use these guys for our future plumbing needs!!! I live in a condo and the HOA sent a the tech Mike to check on a leak in the unit below via my unit. The tech was wonderful and even unclogged my bathroom sink for a fair price.  I am weary of plumbers but my experience with these folks is that they will work with  you. Thanks, Mike!

I found this guy on yelp.  he had good reviews; called him.  he was able to get back to me right away and came out the same day.  He was great.  no fuss.  no muss.  did the regular service on my tankless water heater.  cleaned out the build up of muck and deposits.  reasonable price.    covid 19 careful.  just all around a nice, easy, positive experience.  I recommend him highly.  a good guy.

I needed to have a new toilet installed on very short notice. I'd called Mr. Speedy Plumbing a few months prior to attempt to fix my toilet. The plumber who came back then was honest with me, and told me it wasn't worth fixing. I took my time shopping around, then needed to rush to get it installed once it arrived. I'd called to set up an appointment about 24hrs in advance, we had a small communication mishap in confirming my appointment, but Fred came through for me and delivered plumbers to install my new toilet exactly when he said they'd arrive.

Two guys came and set it up and hauled the old one away without any problems. I did pay slightly more than my usual plumber would have charged me, however given the fact that I needed someone basically immediately, I wasn't upset about it.

I'd call them again, both times I've called Mr. Speedy, plumbers came out to me very quickly and I found them easy to work with. No complaints here.

I had a leaking pipe during the holidays and Art was  was able to come and repair the sink pipe in no time. Very polite, I highly recommend.

We detected a water leak issue yesterday morning.  Called Mattucci after four other plumbing firms could not confirm we could be serviced same day.  Mattucci was available and serviceman Donald immediately found the source of the leak in the wall.  Leak was fixed and we are happy.  Thank you Donald and Mattucci Plumbing.  Will use you again if an unexpected problem should arise.
