Best Plumbing Services in California

I own a condo in West L.A. and my tenants called in the a.m. to say that their kitchen sink (both sides) was clogged.  I emailed the other owners in the building and asked for any plumber referrals they might have.  Most of the responses I got were not positive, except for one owner who recommended Enviro Plumbing.  I called them and they said they could be at the condo within an hour or two max.  They explained that I needed to pay a $124 fee up front, non-refundable but that if the repair was done they would apply the $124 to the work.  I believe this is common practice since time and travel are expensive.  The work was done, a recommendation for a new disposal was made (it's 15 years old so no surprise) but no pressure was made and it's something we can do later.  My tenant reported that the work was done quickly and efficiently and that everything was now working fine.  I'm happy with the service and would recommend them with no reservations based upon my experience.

Very satisfied with JC plumbing. We had a clogged kitchen drain and JC plumbing was able to come the same day to fix the problem. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. Not to mention they had the best prices around. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that's needs plumbing repair.

I've had Dan and his Son Micheal out to the house twice to take care of emergency repairs and they were both extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The second time they were here was just today (Sunday) to replace a ruptured hot water tank. They stopped by first to ensure that indeed the tank was the problem - rather than replacing what may have been a good tank with a broken pipe and charging me for it.

Vahan Plumbing responded right away to my request to fix my shower faucet at 5pm on a Sunday evening. They came by that night to evaluate the problem. Because it was Sunday no parts stores were opened they returned promptly at 8am the next day. Once the tech got the valve opened he knew immediately was the issue was and was able to resolve the problem. I was relieved to have such fast service... even late on a Sunday!

These guys were awesome-in particular Matthew. They had a big job that got even bigger over the course of the process. They stuck to their quote, handled all the hard work and did it very quickly.  They were prompt, clean and respectful of the house, yard and neighbors.  They did an amazing job installing 10 foot deep clean out, lining 80 feet of sewer line to the city line and 20 feet into the house.  They were a real life saver and were far less expensive than most other options.  We can't recommend enough!

In emergencies, you tend to take what you can get. Fortunately for us we ended up with the best. Our on-demand hot water heater went out and Adam and his team responded quickly to get us taken care of. Turned out not to be a simple fix - Adam worked directly with the manufacturer warranty team to navigate to a solution and get us up and running again. Communication was amazing, professional and courteous. New customer discount was an added bonus. Will be using them again for future plumbing upgrades. I definitely recommend these guys.

I've been working with Cosio's for almost a year and since then contracted them for several jobs so my review is an overall look into their services. This is honestly the most reliable, trusting, experience with a plumbing company I have ever hired. It's challenging to find business with this type of work and service ethic so I feel lucky to have found them. I have the number saved for future use because I know anytime I need assistance they will not only provide good service, but I will get an IMMEDIATE response which is extremely important with these tires of issues. Cosio's plumbing is the aces!

PLUMBER RECOMMENDATION  I recently had my water heater replaced by Jose of J.R. Rooter & Plumbing (818) 233-2255.  I called them the afternoon that I discovered my heater had failed.  We agreed on a price and set up an appointment for the next morning.  Jose and his helper arrived early with everything needed.  You really find out how good a business is when things go wrong.  In my case, the first brand new, never unboxed water heater that Jose installed turned out to be defective.  Jose had to drain and remove that heater and take it back to his supplier for exchange.  Then he had to drive back with the new one and redo the installation.  Fortunately, the second one worked perfectly.  The whole job was far from easy.  My laundry room is tiny and my washing machine had to be disconnected and moved out of the way.  This was a problem too as the 30 year old hot/cold shut-off valves were bad, so the water for the whole house had to be turned off before the washer could be disconnected and moved out of the way.  Jose fought through all these problems with a great attitude and honored his price even though the job wound up taking all day. I highly recommend J.R. Rooter & Plumbing.

We have a few properties up on the mountain.  John has been fantastic to work with on everything from whole house repipes to dripping faucets.  He is super organized, prompt, trustworthy and is great at helping out during emergencies.  Works great with other subcontractors on larger projects as well.

I have referred John to many people on the mountain and have heard nothing but the best about him from their jobs as well.

Hired Mattucci to replace a main shutoff valve and regulator in front of the house. Staff was very professional, and work was good. Though I wouldn't say the price was a bargain, it was fair. No surprises or additional fees were tacked on to the price quoted at the start. And for the quality of work and quick turnaround for non-emergency work I would be willing to give them a call again if I had a project come up.
