Enviro Plumbing from start to finish was a five-star job.  I initially called a few days before Christmas when seemingly every plumber in LA was busy.  Daniel, the owner, was able to get a member of his team to my house within an hour or so of my call.  The plumber, Pepe, also delivered great service.  He was very thorough, courteous, got a very difficult job fixed and cleaned up after all was said and done.  Really good, honest guys and a great experience!

We had just bought a new house and were doing some initial work on the plumbing to make sure everything was ok. We gave Ninja Plumbers a call and its a good thing we did! Mor and Justin came out the next day and were extremely courteous and professional. They walked around the whole house inspecting all the pipes and plumbing. This is an epic plumbing tale, scroll down to the bottom for the Too Long; Didn't Read (TL;DR) cliff-notes version.

It was when they were looking at the piping from the inside with a camera (thorough!) to make sure there were no blockages (the house was built in 1939) that we started to see some of the problems. Due to the house being built in 1939 Mor wanted to make sure there wasn't terrible corrosion with the older metal pipes. The metal pipes were clear but the newer ABS plastic pipes down the line presented a problem. There was an offset with one of the pipes causing a standing water situation as well as a possible debris trap which could possibly cause later issues. The offset was so bad it prevented the camera from checking the rest of the piping. Mor said he would be happy to take care of it. This is where Justin comes in. Justin is a beast of a man. They came back the next day and Justin dug an 8ft man-sized hole to get to the pipe in half a day. They fixed the offset and did their due diligence by checking to make sure the rest of the pipe was cleared of obstructions all the way to the sewer for me.

Thats when our epic problem arrived. When checking the rest of the pipe, Mor found what looked to be a root coming through the pipe which would present a problem later in time when it came to making sure everything went all the way to the sewer. He made a point of showing me the camera footage and letting me see all the steps in the process. At this point Mor presented me with a list of options and pricing to let me choose the next course of action. It was a very pressure free situation. I asked his advice and after listening to all the options and price points, I made a decision and we moved forward. Mor was a good listener and made a point of not to act on any decision until I was informed of the situation and what the next possible courses of actions could be. He makes suggestions for consideration and is very good at helping you make informed decisions.

Enter Justin again! Another 8ft deep man-sized hole next to where the original was! They opened the pipe and attempted to cut the root. Thats where the plot thickens. It turns out it wasn't a root but concrete! So we had concrete that had collected debris over time and looked just like a root. Apparently the previous owners used some ABS plastic piping and some clay. It was the clay piping that was surrounded in concrete in accordance with city code. This was where the problem laid. As the camera went down the pipe, the concrete popped into the clay pipe at several points.

Again Mor presented me with different options to take or the option not to take any. I wanted to fix the issue and not have it reoccurring through the years. One of Mors options was to line the pipe with a fiberglass-like layer which would prevent this from ever happening again. He also slapped a lifetime guarantee on it (like all of the other work he did) so that made me feel better. He also offered up the option of adding an outlet by where the problem area was so if there ever was a problem in the future I could snake the pipe (an $89 cost if I got it done by other plumbers) instead of a costlier hydrojetting (hundreds of dollars). I took him up on his money saving idea.

So we went forward with lining the pipe and installing an access tube. I wasn't there at the time they finished but Mor was sure to take video for me to review later. So, everything said and done, they took care of some major issues for us with professionalism and a smile the whole time. In fact, as I am writing this several days later, Mor arrived at the door to show me the video as I was unable to see it up to this point. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy and satisfied. He gave me great pricing and kept me informed of everything he was doing every step of the way. He mentioned that this was one of the tougher jobs he had ever seen and they only took a few days to do all the seemingly unending work.

TL;DR - Mor and Justin are great guys and great plumbers. They took on what would turn out to be an epic job. They are extremely nice and professional. They will walk you through the process and keep you informed of everything. They won't make a decision without you and give you all the options to any issues that may arise. They gave me great prices and made it a point to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied the entire time. They were hassle and pressure free when it came to making decisions. I can highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have.

Adam and his crew were extremely great to work with.  We contacted a handful of plumbers on yelp and Adam was the most responsive out of all.  He had great communication.  He was able to keep both me and my husband in the loop throughout the entire project.

Our initial appointment he provided us with different options which gave us flexibility on what we wanted to do based on our budget.  At the end we decided to replace all our plumbing on our 1st floor.  What we appreciated is that we didn't feel like he was trying to take advantage of us with the cost.  On top of that, the job was done fairly quick. We were surprised how fast he got it completed.  One major thing I appreciated is that he ALWAYS kept our space clean. We have a toddler running around so having clean space at the end of the day is important for us.  

He was always on time and had confirmation/reminders sent out so we were aware of his arrival.  Whenever we needed to adjust the schedule he always made it work.  You can tell he cares about his customers and the quality of his work. He even helped educate us on some do not and to dos to make sure we don't hit future plumbing issues.

Our work required some sub-contractors which caused some hiccups in the scheduling.  But overall, would definitely recommend Adam and his crew for any plumbing job.

I needed a decent amount of the pipes in my home replaced after a pipe burst in one of my bathrooms. Gabriel & his team put my mind at ease about the process and listened to me when I had concerns because I was very scared about all of this work to begin with. I trusted his team, which was easy to do and everyone was very kind. I already recommended Cosio's to another homeowner in my building. They were amazing!

PLUMBER RECOMMENDATION  I recently had my water heater replaced by Jose of J.R. Rooter & Plumbing (818) 233-2255.  I called them the afternoon that I discovered my heater had failed.  We agreed on a price and set up an appointment for the next morning.  Jose and his helper arrived early with everything needed.  You really find out how good a business is when things go wrong.  In my case, the first brand new, never unboxed water heater that Jose installed turned out to be defective.  Jose had to drain and remove that heater and take it back to his supplier for exchange.  Then he had to drive back with the new one and redo the installation.  Fortunately, the second one worked perfectly.  The whole job was far from easy.  My laundry room is tiny and my washing machine had to be disconnected and moved out of the way.  This was a problem too as the 30 year old hot/cold shut-off valves were bad, so the water for the whole house had to be turned off before the washer could be disconnected and moved out of the way.  Jose fought through all these problems with a great attitude and honored his price even though the job wound up taking all day. I highly recommend J.R. Rooter & Plumbing.

These guys were fantastic!  Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.  Job was completed as scheduled, even though it began to rain.  No bait-and-switch or hidden fees.  Very upfront and friendly.  Great communication.  I will definitely call them again in the future if we need plumbing work done!

Their customer service is fantastic, their scheduling system makes my life so easy, they are fantastic with my tenants, and they do an excellent job of leaving work sites cleaner than when they found them.  Power Plumbing has an excellent staff who is not only very friendly, but most importantly can explain everything and make me feel very well taken care of. I'd give 10 stars if that were an option!

I Needed a plumber at my property do to a water pipe that was ruptured. I came across west side plumbing & rooter and spoke to Edwin they walked me through the process and told me where to find water shut off valve to property. Water was shut off & had west side plumbing come out to fix problem. These guys are very knowledgeable and professional. I definitely will be recommending them to fam and friends. I will be calling them again for any future plumbing problems I may have Thank you guys!!

I had a leaking pipe during the holidays and Art was  was able to come and repair the sink pipe in no time. Very polite, I highly recommend.

The owner is a racist piece of sh!t who exploits his employees. Companies like this shouldn't be supported.
