I called owner Daniel Beattie for service on Nov 3 and he sent some guys to snake my bathroom and washing machine drains.  Service was fine at the time. It was after the shower drain got reclogged within 2 weeks that I had a problem.

I needed to get my shower drain re-snaked.  But I could not remember the name of the plumber I used for the service until Dec 17th. I called Daniel back to have him snake the drain again. I explained the issue to him and the reason for the delay in calling him due to my inability to remember Enviro's name.

Daniel then proceeded to say that his guys did not snake my bathroom drain because it was not listed in the invoice.  I explained that his guys did do the bathroom even if he did not have it listed in the invoice.  He then said that the 6 weeks between the 2 calls meant that they would not provide a complimentary service call even though their invoice said their work was covered for a month. I explained my delay in calling again. Daniel said he didn't believe me on both counts:  1.  They did not snake my bathroom drain. 2. They didn't believe that the clog reappeared within 2 weeks, well within the coverage period.

He was very rude to me when I asked him point blank if he thought I was lying. He said yes.  And then hung up on me.

There are a lot of other plumbers to use so I would recommend using a service where the owner does not accuse his customers of lying and won't stand by their service.   Rudeness is unacceptable.  Stay away from Enviro!!!!

I needed my main shut off valve replaced and a leaky valve repaired. Based off Julio's great reviews here, I reached out to him. He came out and gave me a quote to fix the system to make it right (not a quick fix) with a quote which others in the industry told me was a great price. The best part was his responsiveness which got rid of the issue right away and put my mind at ease!

Called Rubio's plumbing in the morning, set up a time for them to come out and look at a few jobs I needed taken care of. Daniel came out promptly at the scheduled time. Reviewed the work needed. Quoted a very reasonable price, once agreed upon got to work. Was efficient, clean and very personable. I will be using Rubio's in the near future as we have additional work we want to get done. I HIGHLY recommend Rubio's!

Danny is great. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. We first hired Danny to hang new IKEA cabinets as well as a microwave for our new kitchen renovation, but also had lots of other jobs to get the house lease ready. He wound up having to fix a lot of problems that we had from previous workers, and he did a great job making everything perfect. Besides the basic handy work, Danny has basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing, but was realistic about what he didn't know. Whenever there was something to do outside of his purview, he could recommend colleagues who were experts, such as a great electrician we used. Danny is very meticulous about details, and will make things perfect, and suggest things to do as if he were working his own house. I had limited time and budget, so couldn't address every issue we had for our renovation, and couldn't afford to make everything perfect, so Danny was also great with listening to my priorities and completing those things on time, and within budget.

I needed a kitchen sink unclogged and a garbage disposal replaced.  Spoke to John Paul and he agreed to do the job.  Arrived in the early afternoon and checked the sink and told us that he wouldn't have enough time to finish the job, citing that an emergency that came up.   Also said that he was unaware that we wanted the garbage disposal replaced...even though I have text messages that prove otherwise.  Left and never came back. Didn't call or text with an update.  Very unreliable and would not recommend.

Great response time and punctual, however a bit more expensive than expected. Would definitely recommend though!

Richard A just left my house after trying to snake a kitchen drain (through a clean-out) with no success ($89).  Tried that for about 30 minutes and was unsuccessful.  I knew in advance that hydrojetting was going to be about $300 so he said he'd just charge me $350 for everything and it would be clear.  Sure enough, after an hour, we're clear and good to go.

Richard A is a solid dude.  He is super knowledgeable and helps with everything.  He knows what he's doing and has some great recommendations on how to prevent issues like this in the future.

Finally a contractor that  means what he says and says what he means . Adam responds quickly and shows up on time . He assessed our problem and explained in detail and gave us options for the repair . I was completely satisfied and for that reason I have plans to use him on another job in our kitchen . Great company, they answered the phone quick and  they were at my door step with in an hour. They fixed out clogged drain in less then 30 mins.. great customer service. Great service overall. Joseph was the plumber, he explains what's wrong before he starts doing the job. I was very happy.

Highly recommend these guys!  Fast, reliable crew who do great work for fair prices.  We have an old house with many projects that will need to be done over time and I will definitely call Cosio's to get it done!

PLUMBER RECOMMENDATION  I recently had my water heater replaced by Jose of J.R. Rooter & Plumbing (818) 233-2255.  I called them the afternoon that I discovered my heater had failed.  We agreed on a price and set up an appointment for the next morning.  Jose and his helper arrived early with everything needed.  You really find out how good a business is when things go wrong.  In my case, the first brand new, never unboxed water heater that Jose installed turned out to be defective.  Jose had to drain and remove that heater and take it back to his supplier for exchange.  Then he had to drive back with the new one and redo the installation.  Fortunately, the second one worked perfectly.  The whole job was far from easy.  My laundry room is tiny and my washing machine had to be disconnected and moved out of the way.  This was a problem too as the 30 year old hot/cold shut-off valves were bad, so the water for the whole house had to be turned off before the washer could be disconnected and moved out of the way.  Jose fought through all these problems with a great attitude and honored his price even though the job wound up taking all day. I highly recommend J.R. Rooter & Plumbing.

These guys were fantastic!  Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.  Job was completed as scheduled, even though it began to rain.  No bait-and-switch or hidden fees.  Very upfront and friendly.  Great communication.  I will definitely call them again in the future if we need plumbing work done!

Victor saved us from a major flood! Victor worked quickly through our complicated condo plumbing and went the extra mile and into the parking garage to solve a blockage. He was courteous, on time and beyond knowledgeable of complex plumbing access and prevented a back up. Thank you Victor!

Great service very cool came to my house and helped me with my toilet that was overflowing and wouldn't flush. Came same day in less than an hour and got the job done and it's very appreciated it. Would and will call again if having any other plumbing issues. Thanks guys
