I had a clogged drain in the kitchen sink so I called Enviro.  Their answering service was able to schedule me for a time and date that was convenient for me.  They showed up promptly (even a little early!), solved the problem, and even answered a few other questions I had. And before he left, he wiped down my kitchen floor - just to make sure he didn't leave a mess.  I've used them before and always been pleased with the service and the pricing is very fair. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Amazing communication and fair pricing! I will be using Rubio's in the future for not only my moms needs but mine! So long story short my moms hot water stopped working so we called the gas company and they lit the pilot but where honest that it wasn't gonna last because the thermal couple was out. So she rode it as long as she could until it went out on the weekend I was with her. So I was like let's do this and fix it, I searched Yelp and Rubio's came up with amazing reviews which I had seeked out before for her toilet issues so I responded and his communication was nothing but prompt and attentive! He was on it and came out to do the estimate! He was even super awesome about if I wasn't available the next day that he would start the work and send photos etc because my mom being a reclusive senior is not the best communicator. I recommend Rubio's to everyone because he and his team are professional, understanding and efficient! I will recommend to all my friends!!! Thank you so much for fixing my moms hot water!!!!! It was amazing for my kiddos and I to have hot water while we stayed with her and she's so happy! I also like that there are various ways to pay! Thank you thank you thank you!!!! Danny was fantastic! He was available and came right away (wearing a mask). Assessed the issues, and made informed recommendations. Went to get replacement parts, and fixed everything in a timely manner. He will definitely be my go-to person for keeping my unit in great shape.

Four years ago I left a review about Dan's Plumbing (MIKE).  He installed a faucet.  A month ago he immediately came over when I had a flood emergency, a pipe burst, in my garage.  He fixed the problem and also installed a new shut off valve, which was broken.  Today he fixed a very clogged drain in my kitchen sink.  A major snake job was needed, in two separate places.  A big and tiresome job. No complaints, neat, polite, orderly, etc.  What more do you want.  Call Mike when you need a GOOD plumber and a good guy.  I'm in El Sereno.

I've used Ninja Plumber several times and always had a good experience. This last time I had a pipe outside of my house fixed and the plumber accidentally damaged a piece of my exterior siding. Accidents happen, and the reason for my 5 star review instead of a negative rant on Yelp is because of the company's response. I called and was asked to send photos of the damage to the owner, Mor. I did and he emailed me back with a minute saying it was their fault and unacceptable and he'd pay to have it fixed. It actually took me awhile to find the right handyman to fix the siding, but Mor was communicative with me the entire time and absolutely kept his word. I didn't get the siding fixed for awhile, but once I did I just sent him the invoice and had a check from Ninja Plumber within days. The owner is an honorable businessman and I can't ask for anything better when dealing with home repair that can typically have some shady companies. I highly recommend Ninja Plumber based on the integrity of the owner Mor, who personally made sure I was quickly compensated for the accidental damage.

I had an issue on Christmas Day with my outdoor plumbing. Big tree rooter and plumbing were very prompt to answer and super nice about helping out. Adam called within 20 minutes to check on my issue. I discovered the source of the issue myself and it was some thing I could fix myself. But the speed of their response, their transparency  and general helpfulness was great and I would work with them the next time I have an issue.

Had some plumbing issues for my house and called saw this place on yelp and decided to give them a call. Ramon?(I think) did a very good job at explaining every little detail to me and his job. And price is by the book + 30 days warranty when they fix it. Would recommend this place to people who needs their plumbing to be fixed.

When I found a leak in a pipe in the ceiling early morning before work,I needed someone to come quickly and make an emergency repair.  The Cosio team showed up and made a quick assessment of the problem and were able to fix it quickly before any significant damage was done.  I really appreciated the response time and professionalism they exhibited.  Highly recommended!

Came to fix my dishwasher drain! Found the problem and fixed it quick! It happens that the Guy who replaced my sink garbage disposal didn't  poke a whole for my dishwasher drain!  He gave me discount too!! Very nice guy!  Hire him!

Met John at my house today and he was prompt, honest and seemed like an all around great guy. I work with a lot of contractors being a Real Estate Broker and John would definitely be someone I could recommend. He was honest enough to tell me he could not do the job since he was short staffed. I appreciated his honesty but will refer him business when I can.

Edward, your technician assured me that I would not be charged, encouraged me to contact a plumber during normal business hours, and did not resolve the issue. He was there for less than 2 minutes and did no work. If I had known I would be charged for the after hours call, I would have had him stay and perform the work. I would not have paid someone else to do it the following day in addition to paying for the after hours call.

As the owner of Power Plumbing, you had - and still have - the opportunity to do right by your customer who was charged these fees (me, not the HOA). You could easily void the after hours call charge because that is what your technician assured me would happen. You can still pull this charge out from collections and off my credit report. Or even offer to split the difference with me given your technician's mistake. Please let me know what you're willing to do to take care of your customer and I will update my review accordingly.

It took me a month to realize the sewer sump pump at the back of my property was not working. Not knowing what lurked underground, I needed help fast.

Edwin came to the rescue.

Other plumbers on Yelp indicated they had knowledge of sump pumps. But Edwin was clearly the most knowledgeable when we first talked. It was well worth waiting until the next day when he was available.

Edwin showed up exactly when he said (rare in a contractor), showed me what the issue was, explained what was required to fix it. He also provided me with options to save some money.

It turned out to be a big job. The original sump pump was improperly installed 2' underground with the access pipes over the lid, making it impossible to open up the pump to see inside. Just to see inside took an hour, digging and cutting away the pipes. The pump was filled with roots.

After discussing my options, Edwin returned the next day with a new sump pump. He recommended installing an alarm to prevent the same problem in the future. At first I opted out on the alarm to save money. But later realized he was right; an alarm would help me maintain the new pump instead of replacing it every few years (a much larger expense). He also suggested installing a plate above the pump to avoid having to dig out the 2' of soil each time annual maintenance is done. Edwin goes beyond what you'd expect - he's researched getting a plate made!

Edwin is a gem: very thorough, helpful. He explains how everything works in an easy to understand way. He even sent me photos when I was not on site. And he's clean! I didn't have to clean up after him.

It's assuring to find a contractor as honest, friendly and reliable as Edwin. I've started an Edwin To-Do List. I'll be calling him again and I strongly recommend you do to.

Found on Yelp.  Called and set up an onsite visit next day to assess the plumbing issue.  Communicative, on time, polite, clean, professional.  Got the job done right! A very happy Customer!

Art and his partner are great. Their pricing is actually very reasonable and they have a very quick response time. They came out last night even though they had a very busy day to complete a job that was quoted 1-2 days prior. We had to think it over. When they arrived and explained the process to me and after I called my mother in, they did a really good job reassuring us the job won't be too messy and they would have to make a small opening in the wall to better access the pipes as our plumbing system is clearly outdated. He was able to squeeze under the house even at night and the new parts works like a charm. No issues. No mess left over. Minimal work will need to be done to repaint the space that was opened, and the tile in our bathroom was NOT ruined. They are VERY understanding and patient considering the circumstances and they are very appreciated. I will definitely refer others to them and call them in the future. Thank you Art.

The owner is a racist piece of sh!t who exploits his employees. Companies like this shouldn't be supported.
