They are very responsive- called me back on the weekend, and immediately make themselves available to fix any issues. They are very efficient, confident in what they are fixing, and reliable. Vahan is a lifesaver! Recently bought a property and had some issue in the shower last minute but Vahan was able to accommodate my needs and came right away to diagnose and fix the problem. He is very communicative and very friendly. Most importantly his pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a plumber to call him up! I will definitely use Vahan again!

Happy new year to me! Just bought my first house and had sewage backed up all throughout. (sh***y situation) This is one of the worst experiences anyone could go through. I was very fortunate to have found Ninja Plumber. From the moment I called in and spoke with Mor they were very responsive. They came out the same day I called, inspected and found the source of my issue. One of their team members, Richard, was sent out to me that day (same day and after hours). Richard was very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He was patient in answering all my questions (there were a LOT) and set proper expectations of what I could expect moving forward with the work needed to be done. I'm in the first phase of the work they've started and will update once the second and final phase is complete. As of now, the work they've done is worth every penny.
Also, what's great about these guys is they have all the latest tech (state of the art) to help diagnose the issue and help reduce my cost at the end of the day. Always better to address the source of the issue than just a band aid. Mor and Richard were very helpful in making that happen.

FAST!
Requested a quote on a leaking garbage disposal around 7pm and got a response almost immediately. Got a plumber dropped by 10pm the same day to evaluate the situation.  The same plumber came back the next day 9am to replace the garbage disposal and got the whole job done in 30 minutes. They even have the special for parts and labor for $400.

Really professional service. They have customer service center, auto text message updates, electronic receipt, etc.

My water tank had humming sound and I thought it was the sediment in the tank after I watched couple Youtube videos. But he quickly found out the burner is the issue. He was professional and polite, and he is ok to pick up parts from Lowes for me.
He also suggests to install a water inflow valve for extra safety and future maintenance convenience.
Generally really good service. I will find this company next time.

I returned after a weekend away to Mammoth skiing (where it was cold!) to a broken tankless hot water heater.  It was 8:30pm on a Sunday night and Gabriel and his friend showed up at 10pm to diagnose the issue.  When it was discovered that my heater was just broken, they committed to coming back at 8am the next morning to install a new one.  By the next afternoon, I had a new hot water heater installed and could take a warm shower. If you want someone who is responsive and trustworthy, don't hesitate to call! Gabriel will quote you ahead of time (nice to know what you're committing to) and is someone you can hold accountable. PLUMBER RECOMMENDATION  I recently had my water heater replaced by Jose of J.R. Rooter & Plumbing (818) 233-2255.  I called them the afternoon that I discovered my heater had failed.  We agreed on a price and set up an appointment for the next morning.  Jose and his helper arrived early with everything needed.  You really find out how good a business is when things go wrong.  In my case, the first brand new, never unboxed water heater that Jose installed turned out to be defective.  Jose had to drain and remove that heater and take it back to his supplier for exchange.  Then he had to drive back with the new one and redo the installation.  Fortunately, the second one worked perfectly.  The whole job was far from easy.  My laundry room is tiny and my washing machine had to be disconnected and moved out of the way.  This was a problem too as the 30 year old hot/cold shut-off valves were bad, so the water for the whole house had to be turned off before the washer could be disconnected and moved out of the way.  Jose fought through all these problems with a great attitude and honored his price even though the job wound up taking all day. I highly recommend J.R. Rooter & Plumbing.

John was the only person who answered my desperate call for a plumber.  John was very cordial, honest, extremely reliable and very professional.  I have called several companies in the area; i.e., O'Brien, Acuna, Crestline Plumbing but none of these companies returned my call.  NONE.  Please, if you need any plumbing services, call Jacob and John.  John explained to me everything on the phone before he did the work and I was able to comprehend and understand... he's very PATIENT.  He even went the extra mile to call the water company to shut to water off to ensure that water will not freeze, etc.  Moreover, the quote he gave was very reasonable!  

YOU DON'T HAVE TO CALL THESE BIG COMPANIES.. JUST CALL JOHN OF BRUENING R AND R PLUMBING AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY.  I AM!

Power Plumbing has been coming to my home now for 18 years.  In my first experience they proved to be extremely smart and knowledgeable, they helped me make wise choices for a bathroom remodel and laundry plumbing install. Ever since that first experience, I will only call Power Plumbing. The guys who come out to fix the problems that arise are always kind, efficient, and know what they are doing. And the team in the office are always caring and help you get scheduled quickly in an emergency. Highly recommend!

My main sewer line was backing up so I decided to call west side plumbing & rooter on Memorial Day weekend. They arrived at time they said they would. There was a big mess in my house unfortunately there was a broken pipe. Edwin came with a plan he walked me threw the whole process step by step. Highly recommend  Edwin and his crew they very professional. Will definitely be calling them back.

Tony was great, as soon as he got here he dove right in. We have guests coming into town tomorrow and we needed a working bathroom. He was very informative and was conscious of potential costs. He worked at it for 2 and a half hours and was honest throughout the process. He pulled plenty out of the line before calling in reinforcements.

My hot water heater stopped working randomly on a Sunday Morning. I reached out to Art and he not only responded immediately but showed up to asses the system within 10 mins of my initial outreach.  The old system needed to be replaced with a new tankless system which he was able to secure and install by the following day.  The Proview team was professional, timely, and cleaned the entire work area after installation and as done. I HIGHLY recommend using them for any of your plumbing needs.
