Very mixed experience with this company that turned out to a be a real comedy of errors. At first they seemed friendly and accommodating. But later not so much.

We had a fault with a faucet that had caused a lot of rust in a pedestal sink. Kohler sent some parts to install, along with a new pedestal sink. Enviro installed both but didn't tell us some of the less visible faucet parts were extremely rusty. Fast forward until rusty water drips all over our tile floor staining it because the new sink now also has bad rust damage. Enviro plumbing recommends we replace the complete faucet, which should have been recommended right at the beginning of the job...

We do this, but still appear to have water dripping down back of sink. Daniel the owner came out to inspect and concluded that water pooling around the faucet and leaching into the faucet parts below was probably the culprit in the first place. He reinstalled the faucet with new plumbers putty, but in the course of this repair....he overtightened and cracked the new sink! Oh no!!

It took a day or two for water to sink in to the crack so he, and we, didn't notice the damage immediately. Kohler saw the crack and immediately concluded it was cause by over tightening the faucet, as had we. When the crack was pointed out to Daniel he first blamed the sink claiming it was refinished (not true), then blamed another plumber who had been working on toilet, when no one had worked on the sink but him!

Daniel still would not accept responsibility for this damage, sent some pretty aggressive emails and has now capped off this bad experience by ignoring our messages. We are out several hundred bucks with a newly cracked sink and an unresponsive owner. Huge bummer of an experience in the end.

This is an awesome family owed business. I'm also local business owner so I like to support the local businesses in my area. Highly recommend them they're very knowledgeable.

When me and my family we want do some thing we always Yelp and look for the others Comment, and I never go wrong , this is how I find Rubios pluming.
Mr Roberto he take my call after hours and he took my request for service for the next day service as my request , they come on time  fix my Kichen sink with great price.
And I am sure I will call Rubios plumbing  next time as we needed .

Danny is great. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. We first hired Danny to hang new IKEA cabinets as well as a microwave for our new kitchen renovation, but also had lots of other jobs to get the house lease ready. He wound up having to fix a lot of problems that we had from previous workers, and he did a great job making everything perfect. Besides the basic handy work, Danny has basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing, but was realistic about what he didn't know. Whenever there was something to do outside of his purview, he could recommend colleagues who were experts, such as a great electrician we used. Danny is very meticulous about details, and will make things perfect, and suggest things to do as if he were working his own house. I had limited time and budget, so couldn't address every issue we had for our renovation, and couldn't afford to make everything perfect, so Danny was also great with listening to my priorities and completing those things on time, and within budget.

Great service. Called Mike for a for a quote on a water pressure regulator and he was able to come out for an inspection right away. When he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and very thorough with his inspection, which was at least 20 minutes and free. After, he gave us an exact estimate for the service we needed and no pressure to accept his offer. Installation was just as easy and we haven't had any problems since. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Easy to work with and very responsive.  Came over in an hour to remove my start working on disconnecting my old hot water heater.  Then accompany me to Home Depot to pick up a new unit brought it back and installed it.  Price was very competitive.  Will definitely use again for other plumbing needs.

Finally someone who will get the job done!!! these guys are great, they show up when they say they will, give you an honest quote and stick to it. They stand behind their word and work 100%. PLUMBER RECOMMENDATION  I recently had my water heater replaced by Jose of J.R. Rooter & Plumbing (818) 233-2255.  I called them the afternoon that I discovered my heater had failed.  We agreed on a price and set up an appointment for the next morning.  Jose and his helper arrived early with everything needed.  You really find out how good a business is when things go wrong.  In my case, the first brand new, never unboxed water heater that Jose installed turned out to be defective.  Jose had to drain and remove that heater and take it back to his supplier for exchange.  Then he had to drive back with the new one and redo the installation.  Fortunately, the second one worked perfectly.  The whole job was far from easy.  My laundry room is tiny and my washing machine had to be disconnected and moved out of the way.  This was a problem too as the 30 year old hot/cold shut-off valves were bad, so the water for the whole house had to be turned off before the washer could be disconnected and moved out of the way.  Jose fought through all these problems with a great attitude and honored his price even though the job wound up taking all day. I highly recommend J.R. Rooter & Plumbing.

John and his partner did an absolutely incredible job with our plumbing. We had an under mount sink installed and some new fittings replaced. He was respectful, honest, impeccable with his word and super fair with his pricing! Call them first you won't be disappointed. He is very knowledgeable and we are very happy with his professionalism, knowledge and service. He cares about his customers, took pride in his work, you will be happy you chose him!!!

Victor came out today to address a few issues at my condo building. He was patient, thorough and fixed two issues that two other plumbers could not fix. 5 stars, highly recommend.

Edwin Martinez came out to quote an extensive project - adding an outdoor sink with drainage, creating an outdoor spigot for hose and setting up a drip system line.  He was very professional, friendly, and worked hard for two days to get the project done.  His craftsman ship was excellent.  He also noticed two other issues around the water heater and fixed those free of charge as well.  He was generous with his time and expertise and could not say enough good things about him and about West Side Plumbing.  Will always return here.

They are super super helpful. They come and fix my plumbing system on Memorial Day. Thanks a lot to the awesome technician Gavik. He arrived on time and get the job done really quickly! Highly recommend!

Art and his partner are great. Their pricing is actually very reasonable and they have a very quick response time. They came out last night even though they had a very busy day to complete a job that was quoted 1-2 days prior. We had to think it over. When they arrived and explained the process to me and after I called my mother in, they did a really good job reassuring us the job won't be too messy and they would have to make a small opening in the wall to better access the pipes as our plumbing system is clearly outdated. He was able to squeeze under the house even at night and the new parts works like a charm. No issues. No mess left over. Minimal work will need to be done to repaint the space that was opened, and the tile in our bathroom was NOT ruined. They are VERY understanding and patient considering the circumstances and they are very appreciated. I will definitely refer others to them and call them in the future. Thank you Art.

I needed some reissues around the house and they were the first to respond promptly and courteously.

We scheduled a day for them to assess the tasks I needed done and they provided a detailed invoice before proceeding.
