I posted a job for a clogged sink and JC Plumbing were the only ones willing to come tonight WITHOUT a crazy surcharge. The plumber was professional, courteous and super fast. My lucky day because the job was so small he didn't charge us! His good will was much appreciated in a tough time. He earned a permanent spot as our plumber.

I have been using these folks for about six years for a home and a rental.  Nice family business.  No run-around like you get with a lot plumbing places.  When you call, you reach the plumber, Dan, not a referral service or operator.  Dan's sons seem to be making most of the service calls these days as Dan is a bit older, though Dan definitely still oversees everything.  For me, it's nice to know I have someone to call.  I was at my parents house in Northern CA last Christmas eve, and the septic tank started experiencing a problem late at night. I was pouring through the yellow pages and searching Yelp for a plumber, and kept getting referral services/operators who didn't know when/if a plumber would be available and were not familiar with the area.  If that happened at home in Los Angeles, I know I'd reach Dan and know immediately if/when he was available.

Great communication, set up a time same day to come out and quote us, he was less than all the other bids, started immediately and finished in record time. No mess! We will be using him from now on!

As an absentee landlord, I feel that I was kept in the loop during the entire process of replacing the  broken sewer line from the house to the city clean out.  We were educated about the process and the materials that were used in the project.  Ninja Plumbers even pulled the permits for us.  I greatly appreciated the turnkey service they provided.  They left the work area as close to the original condition as was possible.  I have nothing negative to say about the company and will call them in the future, if needed.  They also provided a lifetime guarantee on their workmanship.

We needed emergency plumbing services after one of our toilets starting overflowing and leaking through the ceiling onto the floor below, after hours. The process was quick and easy to schedule, and Joseph was here in less than 2 hrs from my initial call. He was very professional and helpful, and lightened the mood in a less than ideal situation. He even offered his services for the leaking ceiling, which I will be forwarding the info of to our landlord. Thanks for the help!

Omg!! I cannot say enough good things about Cosio's plumbing! Extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable , FRIENDLY AND FAIR! I've used them quite a few times for different things - my dishwasher, a sink in my bathroom that seemed to be sprouting roots, they came to assess my septic tank at my old place. There was one time a pressure valve on my water heater broke and my water heater started spraying water everywhere! They were at my house and to my rescue THAT SAME NIGHT! Again can't say enough good things!  call them! You will not regret it! I would give them 1000 stars if I could!

Came to fix my dishwasher drain! Found the problem and fixed it quick! It happens that the Guy who replaced my sink garbage disposal didn't  poke a whole for my dishwasher drain!  He gave me discount too!! Very nice guy!  Hire him!

John showed up on time, and provided us a thorough and Fair estimate for the replumbing of our entire cabin. (John was also the only plumber who put booties on his shoes). His professionalism and willingness to explain every detail of the installation sold it for us. Even with a Medical emergency John had, he communicated effectively and the work was done to our satisfaction in a timely manner. John's attention to detail was also excellent. The cabin now has an in house water shutoff, all new valves, new bibs, whole house filter, new shower and tub faucets, and above all no rusted galvanized steel piping!!! Way to go John and team!

Special thanks to Dan, the night that I was frustrated due to sink clog got resolved. I came back from work tired at night, noticed unknown Alfredo Chicken Pasta smell from my sink which I would never cook that at home. Second thing I noticed that the water started to flow up and I was extremely worried. I contacted my management immediately, shortly after an hour Dan arrived my unit with perfect manner. The clog was very very deep, felt like at least 5ft, Dan was able to resolve the issue with good skill and made me and my sink very happy.

I sincerely appreciate that Dan was able to make trip at late night and finish the job with awesome skill. I have had other plumber came to my unit but was not satisfied. Dan was the only person satisfied me and my kitchen. Highly recommend!

Westside plumbing and rooter went above and beyond. I have a property that had a gas leak and they came and fixed it. Quickly and efficiently. They also helped one of my tenants when her gas wasn't working. I didn't even have to be there. They will be my go to plumber is the future.

Very easy company to work with from beginning to end. Scheduled the appointment and Randy was there on time ready to fix the leaky knobs in the shower. He was professional and personable, and fixed the leak very quickly. I have used Mr. Speedy Plumbing a few times and they always do an excellent job! Called proview plumbing due to my parents 2 restroomsoverflowing. He took care of the issue and even ran the snake all throughout my sewer line to make sure i don't have any other blockages in the future. I couldn't be more happier with his service.
