I had a great experience with JC plumbing.  They had come highly recommended by my handyman, responded quickly to my request to come out and take a look at a drain on top of a flat part of my roof that wasn't draining properly.  Cesar quickly diagnosed the problem -- a clogged filter at the bottom where the pipe drained on the side of the house.  Since it was a simple fix (at least simple for him!), he didn't even charge me and told me how to fix it if it happens in the future.

Such a pleasure to be helped by honest, straight forward professionals like Cesar and his brother Julio.  I will definitely be using them in the future as plumbing needs arise because I know they'll be honest, transparent, help me understand the issue and resolve it.

I searched Yelp for Plumbers in my area and came across Rubios Plumbing. I needed to have my bathroom sink to be unclogged and the trap pipes replaced. Also my toilet needed to be reseated and the flange replaced. Have to say you never know what kind of service you will receive by only relaying on reviews.

Robert came out and did a fantastic job! He responded promptly and arrived as  promised. His work is top notch, very satisfied. Prices are resonable, would I recommend...absolutely!

I'm sorry to write this review because our first service was fantastic with a fair price, however, when we asked for another quote for a different problem, we were quoted a much higher amount than other plumbers we had estimates of. It was actually double the amount and without copper plumbing, like the others have offered. Sadly, I won't be using nor referring them to anyone.

Fantastic job, Vahan. Thank you. We had an emergency with our garbage disposal while we were having weekend guests. During late covid we're cooking a lot at home and really needed that kitchen sink. I contacted Vahan early Saturday morning, made a plan, he arrived right on time and was done quickly. He also didn't leave a mess anywhere, not on our floors or counters. Will definitely use again.

I am beyond words for the awesome job Richard did and excellent support staff Leslie made me felt like family.

I had an issue on Christmas Day with my outdoor plumbing. Big tree rooter and plumbing were very prompt to answer and super nice about helping out. Adam called within 20 minutes to check on my issue. I discovered the source of the issue myself and it was some thing I could fix myself. But the speed of their response, their transparency  and general helpfulness was great and I would work with them the next time I have an issue.

We called Mr Rooter today for a toilet issue on our company and they came right away with a free charge for estimate. Once they figured out the issue they quoted us a very good price and got to work. Got out toilet open back up for our customer with in 1 hour! Joseph was extremely kind and followed covid protocol. Thank you again and we would recommend anyone who needs their toilet fix right away!

Gabriel and his team are awesome. They responded to my inquiry on Thumbtack right away for a busted hot water heater. He was able to come out the next morning right on time at 8:30 and take care of the heater and also fix the pipes behind the heater that needed repair. It was a pretty good sized job and by 11:30 he and his team were done and the water was heating up. He did a professional, good quality job and I would absolutely recommend and hire him again.

PLUMBER RECOMMENDATION  I recently had my water heater replaced by Jose of J.R. Rooter & Plumbing (818) 233-2255.  I called them the afternoon that I discovered my heater had failed.  We agreed on a price and set up an appointment for the next morning.  Jose and his helper arrived early with everything needed.  You really find out how good a business is when things go wrong.  In my case, the first brand new, never unboxed water heater that Jose installed turned out to be defective.  Jose had to drain and remove that heater and take it back to his supplier for exchange.  Then he had to drive back with the new one and redo the installation.  Fortunately, the second one worked perfectly.  The whole job was far from easy.  My laundry room is tiny and my washing machine had to be disconnected and moved out of the way.  This was a problem too as the 30 year old hot/cold shut-off valves were bad, so the water for the whole house had to be turned off before the washer could be disconnected and moved out of the way.  Jose fought through all these problems with a great attitude and honored his price even though the job wound up taking all day. I highly recommend J.R. Rooter & Plumbing.

From the first time I called until the last time I spoke with both Emily and John - nothing but excellent customer service.

I needed to drive up to Crestline to get the plumbing and sewer lines inspected, and got stuck in a traffic jam on the freeway. I was clearly going to miss the appointment, yet when I called less than 30 minutes before I was to meet John there, Emily was more than gracious and moved my appointment up. Then later, when I called again, she had no issues rescheduling it, and did so with a great attitude. No huffing. No puffing.

When I actually did meet with John for inspections, he was super professional and honest. He quoted me very fair prices on a handful of small projects. Not for a second did I feel like a bother to him.

We had a little leaking toilet surprise when we walked into the property. John identified the issue and worked with realtors to get it all fixed. No second trip needed.

This is one of those companies you want to tell everyone about. I already shared his name with two general contractors and four neighbours.

We had a deep kitchen sink drain clog that persisted even after I removed the P trap and messed up some of the pipes below the sink in the process, including breaking the P trap. Mike and Alan came from power plumbing and not only snaked and cleared the clog but also fixed the mess I made under the sink, which ended up being quite a task. They were both very friendly, professional, and considerate. They even cleaned up the area very nicely after they were done. Really nice guys and they did a great job!

I Needed a plumber at my property do to a water pipe that was ruptured. I came across west side plumbing & rooter and spoke to Edwin they walked me through the process and told me where to find water shut off valve to property. Water was shut off & had west side plumbing come out to fix problem. These guys are very knowledgeable and professional. I definitely will be recommending them to fam and friends. I will be calling them again for any future plumbing problems I may have Thank you guys!!

we had a flood in our unit this past Saturday and this guy Art Saakyan from that company saved our asses!  super professional and we had called like 50 companies that day and hes the first one who was able to come and help us out .. it was a disaster and our first flood experience  in our lives! so big props to Art ! ty again so much for all ur help ! i recommend that company 100%

We detected a water leak issue yesterday morning.  Called Mattucci after four other plumbing firms could not confirm we could be serviced same day.  Mattucci was available and serviceman Donald immediately found the source of the leak in the wall.  Leak was fixed and we are happy.  Thank you Donald and Mattucci Plumbing.  Will use you again if an unexpected problem should arise.
