My company used Good Guy Plumbing once & kept calling them back. Robert is so kind & gets the job done. Nothing is out of his control. He's patient and gives great alternatives if you're looking for something affordable. Definitely recommend him for his professionalism and knowledge!

Came over on Christmas day for a severely clogged kitchen drain. Phil was so kind, competent, thorough, clean and we will be calling them again! He taught us about how to properly use a disposal as well as how to clean it. He had very competitive prices and gave us a discount as well. His friendliness is unmatched by others!

I've used Henry's services twice based off of recommendations from a neighbor. Both times he was quick to call me back and schedule a same-day appointment, and both times he solved the problem quickly and charged me a fair price.

First appointment was to replace a suddenly leaky shower faucet valve. I got 2 quotes. First guy said he'd need to cut out the drywall in my hallway and replace all of my plumbing in order to fix the valve. I called Valor Plumbing for a second opinion and Henry fixed the problem in 2 hours for 1/10th of the price.

Second appointment was a water heater failure, which he tried to help me troubleshoot on the phone to see if it was something simple, and then came by within an hour to diagnose and determine the control unit needed to be replaced. He found the part and had it replaced within a few hours and had my hot water restored quickly.

Highly recommended!

A pipe broke under my house on a weekend. The shut off valve at the street was rusted closed and the crawl space was flooding fast! V.J. Plumbing was the ONLY plumbing service that listed an emergency number. (!) Thank God. (Everyone else said Leave a message, we'll call you back on Monday.) By Monday we would have floated out to sea!

Thankfully VJ's son, Kash, answered our desperate call, arrived with a helper and did a very good job pumping the crawl space out; then fixed the section of broken pipe (while lying on a piece of cardboard amid the mud!) They returned later to replace the worn drainage system. Did a solid job on that too.

They know their stuff, explain options and are are very responsive: A great plumbing family!

I recently purchased an under-the-sink water  filter and started the installation. After completing a portion of the installation I realized that I had reached the limit of my knowledge and capability to complete the job with confidence. At this point I decided to bring in a professional plumber to complete the job. Barcena Plumbing in Simi Valley had installed a new water heater for me 3 or 4 years ago and I was happy with the job and always try to support locally owed and operated businesses, so I called them. When I called a very pleasant lady gave me an appointment for the next day. About an hour later she called and told me that they had a spot open that afternoon if that would work for me. She gave me about a 2 hour window and said that she would call about 25-30 minutes before the technician arrived. Sure enough I got the call and about 20 minutes latter Ken showed up. After assessing the problem he set to work and did his job and took exceptional care to double check everything. The next day Ken checked in to make sure that everything was ok. I owned a service oriented business in Simi Valley for more than 20 years and I hope that my customers were as happy with our processional, ethical, and cheerful service as that of Barcena.

The guys at SJ plumbing did a awesome job on installing a new cleanout at my house. They also camera inspected and hydro blasted my drain line. Quality work with a great price. I highly recommend their services!

Teo is the person to call for general handyman work. He's responsive, reasonable and prompt and makes sure the job gets done .  Excellent service!

Michael is awesome. I needed a plumber to do some work on my rental property in LA (replace a corroded faucet and unclog a bathtub drain). After two other plumbers gave me the run-around, Michael came out the next morning at 8 am and did everything he promised and stuck to his estimate. He called me immediately after the work was done and took my credit card over the phone, sent me a receipt electronically, and then emailed me a copy of the invoice. I wish every company I worked with was this great. Thanks Michael!

Warren did a fantastic job in replacing all our old cast iron pipes. It was an especially complicated job because our guest house is on a slab so they had to remove the toilet and vanity and break through the bathroom floor to get to the plumbing. Warren did a great job.

Had a problem with our disposal.  Sent a Yelp message at 7pm.   I had a team at my house by 9am the next morning.  They replaced the disposal and found a problem with the plumbing under my sink that they corrected.  Very professional, prompt and clean!

Quick response on a Sunday.  Got our drains running again fast, inexpensive, and friendly!  Ran a camera for free so we could see the issues with our 60 year old clay pipes running to the street.

My landlord is SUCH a jerk that I'd rather pay for repairs myself than see him. The plumbing in my house is so bad the toilet plugs no matter how careful we are.

The kitchen sink pipes literally didn't touch in one spot, so i had to pay for that to get fixed too.

Tony's was great both times. They came out on the weekend, were prompt and got the job done.

I have had several jobs in a Venice Duplex.  Kitchen and bath faucets, toilets and water heater repairs. Usually I need an appointment because Cody works for himself and does his own work which means he's pretty busy without sending someone to do the job for him. That is a plus. If I know the parts necessary, I'll get them myself and save Cody a trip to Home Depot. His jobs have always been five stars. The last time I asked for him, he couldn't make it because he was wrapped up in a big building job that pinned him for several weeks. He's that good.  and always reasonable. Some people are just fundamentally honest and not out to soak you with lying and a misdiagnosis of plumbing. Cody is one of those good people that I can always trust.

Terrible experience. I heard wonderful things about LRS and called them to come out to fix a broken water line. After the technician came out and assessed the issue (Maserati was on time, respectful, and knowledgeable), he said that his manager would be in touch because the damage was significant. I met with Leonard (owner) and a rep from a water mitigation company he worked with. They recommended that I file an insurance claim because of the damage and assured me that they would take care of everything.

Over the next four months, while I fought with my homeowner's insurance, they moved me out of my home, tore up most of the floors in the house, opened several walls and ultimately cut into my subfloor to fix the pipe. Despite multiple setbacks with insurance, Leonard and his subcontractor dismissed and ignored my multiple requests for a detailed accounting of expenses and cost estimates of work that needed to be done. Once it was clear that insurance wasn't going to pay their outrageous demands, the subcontractor disappeared and I was left with the bills for the overpriced vendors that Leonard used without running the cost by me, including his own temporary housing company. But hey, at least I'll have the memory of paying other vendors to fix the damage they caused and hauling away an enormous pile of trash that they left in my side yard to remember them by.
