Our water heater burner went out on our Whirlpool water heater and Caesar and Junior replaced it with a Bradford/White in the rain.  Prior installation wasn't up to code so they fixed the code problems.

These guys are just flat out honest.  We had a leak on our floor and we thought it was the slab underneath.  Mike came out at 7pm checked it and told us it wasn't it. Afterwards he realized it was the dishwasher leaking.  

He charged us $0.  As a small business owner myself I still gave him $40 for his trouble.

These guys are the absolute best!!  Kesh is super responsive, helpful and knowledgeable.  He's extremely honest as well!  I've had a lot of trouble finding a dependable plumber in West LA - between overpricing and being strung along for hours - I just about gave up! Truly fantastic. We've used them many times over the years, but this was a more challenging call. The guys were thoughtful, clean, and professional. A toilet was broken, but Barcena was really quick at finding a replacement and getting it installed. They were communicative, stayed on top of things and made sure to get it solved properly. Teo is The Best! Teo replaced the kit for one of our toilets. Then we had a major back up in our drains where sludge came up in our shower and also in our tub in the second bathroom. Not realizing at the time that Teo could have done the job, we called a well known plumber in the area who has a big white van. Sam gave us a quote for repairs amounting to $4,000 plus. The job was big and my husband felt the guys who worked on the installation of new drain pipes from the sewer line knew what they were doing. After that another workman from the same company came the next day to reseat one of our toilets. Since he was there I asked him to recaulk the other toilet. He did. I had to call Teo back because since he installed the toilet tank kit, I didn't like the low flush. Teo spent 2 hours trying different things to find the problem and finally removed the tank to find that one of the pieces was causing the problem. He didn't charge me for the repair. I also mentioned to him there was a slight leak behind the toilet. Come to find out that the other plumber purposely loosened the bolts behind the both toilets. Teo fixed the problem. He refused to accept any payment for this work. He cleaned up everything afterwards even though I told him I would do it. He is a professional in all ways. I will never call on anyone else for repairs unless he is not able to do it. He is truly honest and knowledgeable on many house issues.

Michael was absolutely professional, amazing and thorough. He replaced my 30 year old faucet in my bathroom. It was corroded and very hard to get off. He did it flawlessly. No mess, he cleaned up after himself and explained all of his work. His pricing is worth the work. Very honest and trustworthy. I would call him for any future plumbing problems with out a doubt.

Alex was a live saver! In the middle of the night my pile line got backed up and Alex came to my rescue. The service was excellent, fast and very reasonable. By far the best plumbing service.

New home owners with our first clogged drain, oh no! Bradley was on time, friendly and extremely fast to fix the issue. He also gave us a great quote for re-plumbing work that we'd love to have him do. We highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time Tony's Plumbing has serviced our home. Last year it was to replace our 40 year old deteriorating pipes and just today it was for our kitchen sink with a clog about 30 feet down the line.

Our service tech, Kevin came out first thing this morning and was able to clear the pipes within an hour and now we're all back to normal. If it wasn't for Kevin's high level of expertise and professionalism, along with a never give up attitude, it would have taken much longer than anticipated, as he had several challenging issues to overcome, mainly due the weird configuration of our pipes under the sink. In short, what could have taken several hours to do was cut down to about an hour and was resolved to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Tony's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Ask for Kevin if you can, but I'm sure their entire team of techs are worth every penny.

Cody made quick work of a couple projects for me.  His quote was more than reasonable and he was super nice.  I had another plumber here who quoted me to replace my entire system for $2000.  Cody fixed it in ten minutes and did it for $100 if that give you an idea.  He's very honest and takes pride in his work.

This is the best contractor I've worked with in LA. Knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and very customer service oriented. I will only hire them for plumbing needs on the future.
