I called Jacob about my clogged drain and he had it repaired within a couple of hours. He's very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything that needed to be done. He was very fair and reasonable in his pricing and an overall friendly person! I would definitely recommend him to friends and family! Thanks, Jacob!

I found Avant Rooter through Yelp and I am so glad I did.  They made making an appointment fast and easy.  They were communicative throughout the process with when I could expect my technician to arrive.  They provided me with a quote that was clear and ended up being spot on.

I had the luck of working with Raul Reyes today.  He was prompt, communicative, knowledgeable and solved all my issues.  He also took the time to explain why he was doing what he was doing and what it would cost before he did it.  He laid out several options.  I was very impressed with his customer service and knowledge.  He was clean when coming inside and took the time to make sure he left the area even tidier than when he came in.

Will definitely be calling Avant Rooter next time and asking for Raul.

James did an admirable job for me.  I hired him after having to fire a plumber I had worked with for years.  

I scheduled with the previous plumber twice and he wouldn't show up or even call to say he wasn't coming.  It was a tremendous inconvenience to my tenant, who needed a simple water leak fixed.

James scheduled an appointment with me online, showed up on time, and made a valiant effort to make the repair in a timely fashion.

But... There was a glitch in the installation, and I was really nervous about having already paid for the services when we discovered the issue a few hours later (anti-scalding temperature setting in the new shower valve didn't allow enough hot water).  

James demonstrated honor and integrity by volunteering to come back and fix the mistake at no additional charge, without me having to ask.  Do you have any idea how rare that is these days?

As a business owner who has had, on more than one occasion, to go back and correct a mistake at my own cost I was impressed by his willingness to do so, and frankly his eagerness to make it right.

I would recommend him to apartment owners looking for a reliable handyman.  

You get what you pay for, and the lowest bidder isn't always the best option.

I called to make an appointment and they scheduled me for the next day, showed up on time and were very professional and helpful. Mauricio and William were able to diagnose and fix the issue with my shower, which had been leaking and damaging the drywall outside. They had to open up the drywall to fix the problem, but they gave me the number of a great contractor who would be able to repair it. Mauricio and William were quick and efficient, and I highly recommend their services.

I came home to find our hot water tank had burst. Having a wife and two young boys home all the time I went into panic mode. I watched 20+ YouTube videos thinking I could fix the problem myself. After a few hours I realized I should leave it to the pros. So the next morning I contacted 13 plumbers for bids on replacing the old 40 gal tank with a 50 gal tank. 12 of the 13 bids were all about the same price but Mick was the only one to offer an expansion tank for the same price. When I talked to other plumbers they all said it was a great idea but would be an extra charge. So I decided to go with Mick and his team. I have to say Mick and I had a few text delays but I understood as if he was working at my place I would be a little annoyed if he was always taking calls for another gig. It was a little of a hiccup but not enough to loos a star in my review. His team was out with the new tank and did a fabulous job replacing the old tank and fitting the new one in with the expansion tank. I was quite impressed on the final look of the setup. They made it look so nice in there my wife was even excited. I watched a little of his team working via my securety system and I'm SO GLAD I left it to the pros. I would of had to run to the hardware store for so many tools and parts that were needed for the job that I had no idea about it would of cost me so much more then hiring them. They took the old tank with them and did a good job of cleaning up the backyard after they were done. Thank you guys!  We now have great water pressure and hot water that we haven't had since we bought the house. Even though they needed more parts then was expected Mick stayed true to his bid. I'll be calling him and his team for all our future plumbing needs!

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

If you want to support a small family business support his work! You won't regret it!

Called on a Saturday for a clogged toilet and Sewerman showed up the very next day. Harry was very professional and informative! Overall it was a really great experience and will be definitely keep his card hand for all my future plumbing!

Jay picked up right away when I called and was able to come by to snake our drain within a few hours. He called to confirm the time before showing up and charged within the range he quoted me over the phone, a little less in fact if I remember correctly.

He worked quickly and neatly and all in all it was a good experience! Hope I don't have to call a plumber again any time soon, but if I do he's the one I'll turn to.

Adrian just stopped by my house within two hours of me calling him, showed me how to unstick my garbage disposal and reset the breaker myself, and didn't charge me. Highland Park & environs, this is your man.

Second review....
CSR came to my rescue again, this time for a broken kitchen faucet.  I was provided a timely appointment and Hector came right on time.  He was courteous, friendly, and informative.  Very professional.  He is clearly an excellent plumber with an attention to perfection.  He did an awesome job.  The installation was not terribly complicated but he ensured the guide point of the moveable under sink water line did not trip on existing pipes and/or disposal electrical plugs.  When he was done he tested the faucet repeatedly and made sure everything was meticulously clean.  They provide a one year guarantee on labor.  A job well done AGAIN.  I will continue to use CSR for all of my plumbing needs.

Wow !  2 for 2 !  Justen came back today to finish the other part of the job...not only was he courteous but also actually care to tell us about other things that we may need to look at (we bought a house that was built in 1975 and just got gutted and now we are finding a LOT of problems).

It's nice to have (yet another), solid, honest guy come out that I feel that my wife and I can trust.

Our toilet flooded on a Friday afternoon so I quickly did my research and called Pacific Collins Plumbing! They picked up the phone (after hours) and were able to come out the following Saturday morning. Gilberto was the gentleman that came out. Very professional, clean, and got right to it! Totally recommend them for your plumbing needs : )

Chris handled our indoor & outdoor needs knowledgeably and with a great can-do attitude. Prices were fair; he was on time all 3 occasions. I highly recommend Rocket.

Kitchen sink line became backed up so I called Core.  Don, the owner came out with his associate, diagnosed the problem, snaked the line clear and located an under sink line access point that was plastered over for some reason.

Everything is running smoothly now, Core did an excellent job, great attitudes, friendly, informative, were meticulous and neat in their work.

Highly recommended.
