Jacob Saved the day. Underground gas line bursted.  Needed someone to do it right the first time.  Jacob did not disappoint.  Everything was done to code and passed all city inspections.  Highly recommended.

We had a smell emitting from our laundry room that we could not isolate. We had already had one plumber, terminix, and two handymen come by without being able to make significant progress. We eventually had Chris come out for a free consultation and he was able to isolate the smell instantaneously. Unfortunately for Avant Rooter, the smell was not plumbing and so there was no further service for Chris to complete which would get him paid. At that point I asked him about a smell coming from my bathroom sink and again, he identified it immediately. He could have offered to clean it and charge me but instead verbally taught my roommate what to do and gave me a call to update me as well. I told him - man, I wish I could get you paid you've been so helpful and he said at the end of the day he is just happy to help people and that the company always appreciates reviews, if I so felt inclined to give one, to continue growing their business. I rarely review people on yelp and would never allow myself to be coerced into a review but the entire AvantRooter team was so helpful from the person who answered the phones to Chris that I had to let every one know. I can't speak for their plumbing work but based on the way they approach customer retention and relationships, I have to imagine it is high quality.

I called All Service Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon requesting emergency service because the plumbing for the toilet from our rental unit was removed by another plumber and could not reinstall. I was hoping All Service plumbing would be able to come on Sunday but let's be real, that is not realistic. However, All Service Plumbing did commit to arrive first thing in the morning on Monday and they did. In fact they arrived at 7:30am which I appreciated because they acknowledged the urgency of the situation.They checked the issue and right away gave me an estimate which was approved and finished the job on the same day. Other plumbers had said it would take 2-3 days. Overall, I am pleased with the service that was provided. Did I mention I had tenants living at the unit too. The plumbers worked around all obstacles and did not disturb  tenants at all. Thank you All Service Plumbing for your help and outstanding service.

James was fantastic, and I would 100% call him again for anything plumbing-related! He was able to come the same I day I called him, was super courteous and friendly, did a great job fixing the sink and all within the span of less than an hour. Thank you so much!

I recently posted a review that was a big mistake and misunderstanding, I have spoken to several people at Olson Superior Plumbing and they sent out Efrain and his crew and did a fantastic job, I couldn't be more pleased. Efrain and his crew where so polite and caring. I forget the girl's name who called me several times today to keep me informed on the arrival time was such a sweetheart. Thanks Again for all your hard work. keep up the great work. I will be calling for more work to be done soon.

Every time I call he cannot come out (except for the first time), even though the hours says he does late night (3x), and then he doesn't return phone calls for other services that are not emergency (2x) and doesn't stand by what he said at the first visit.  Very disappointed and frustrated when he lives so nearby and will not help a family out with little ones and backed up all over the house!!!

We had been experiencing issues with our laundry room drain and after all the DIY options failed to fix the issue we called Hotline Plumbing.   I spoke with Giovanni and explained the issue and within a few hours he arrived at my home. He was friendly and took the time to listen to what I had already done to triage the issue and rather than performing a more expensive hydro jetting procedure he tried using a drain snake which proved to be all that was needed. I will definitely be referring friends and family and hotline will now be in my mental toolbox next time I need a plumber

I had an emergency plumbing situation at a property that just closed escrow so I called Mick and he was over to the house within an hour. He identified the problem immediately, spoke with the owners and explained the entire situation. I was extremely pleased with Mick's professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness. I really needed someone to come through and Mick totally exceeded my expectations. He was over there every day for a week to make sure that everything went smooth. He will be the only person I call for any plumbing needs!

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

If you want to support a small family business support his work! You won't regret it!

Harry is a life saver!! All of the toilets on our first floor started clogging Saturday night and by Sunday morning, sewage water was coming out of the bathtubs so we knew we needed someone to fix it ASAP. Harry responded promptly, gave us a rough estimate over the phone, and was able to get to us within an hour. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was very communicative about all the possible scenarios that could happen. He was able to clear out the main sewer line in less than an hour and was very reasonably priced

A+ service, he literally just left and fixed the two slow draining issues we have with the guest bathroom and master shower.  Armando was on time, communication was clear, flexible and genuine.  Definitely will keep him as my go to, and I'd recommend the same.  Kept the social distancing, work protective gear and shoe booties too.  Price is competitive, called others for quotes and lead times and Armando and his business beat them all.

Teddy came by and helped me hang a large mirror and installed curtain rods. He was very quick and efficient. He also came right on time and was flexible with changing the time day of due to an emergency. He also helped me with a faucet and another minor furnishing in the bathroom.

My garbage disposal was backed up after the Masters educated girlfriend put lemon rinds down the shoot.  I quickly called this gentlemen and booked an appointment.  The plumber was quick to respond, and came at a time that fit our schedule. He was courteous, and affordable. I will definitely call him in the future.

I called to get information on their Services yesterday which was a Holiday. The crew was able to come out almost immediately. They were professional, efficient and able to solve our problem with our toilet. I would
Use them again and recommend them.

I contacted Huyen and CSR to get an estimate on replacing a part of my sewer line that had been damaged from root intrusion.  The cast iron pipe was 60+ years old, and the sections under the house in the crawl space also looked like they needed to be replaced. Huyen took time during the estimate to go under the house and look at all of the plumbing, and reviewed videos I had from a sewer line inspection that I recently had completed. I got estimates from 3 companies, and selected CSR for the job - the price and Huyen's professionalism made the difference (detailed estimate and contract, he wore booties when in the house, etc.!).  I was able to schedule the work two weeks out (it was not an emergency, and CSR is busy given the great reputation they have earned).

I made the right choice -- the CSR crew did amazing work!  They were onsite as scheduled, incredibly professional, kept everything clean (placing excavated dirt on tarps, etc.) and hard working.  Alan and Vince were the main techs on the job, and quickly into their work they concluded that rather than running a new sewer line in a new location, the integrity of the original cast iron pipe was good enough to instead put in a CIPP liner.  Alan took time to talk with us about the option (including showing us the line via camera inspection) and both Alan and Huyen were responsive to our questions.  We decided to switch plans and go with the liner, which saved us from having to create a new trench through our yard AND saved us money off the job!

After about 2.5 days of work, our job was complete: we had a totally new sewer line.  All of the cast iron (including the vent fittings) under the house was replaced with ABS, the one section of line under our garage and drive was replaced with the CIPP liner (tied into the main sewer), and the crew installed a new ABS section with unobtrusive dual cleanouts in the front yard.  Huyen was very  responsive throughout the work, replying within minutes/hours to emails I sent with questions.  Alan and Vince were great, and Alan also completed some additional work I added on to the job (installed a pressure regulator on our water line and fixed a leaky shower diverter).

CSR does amazing work, and I will contact Huyen for any and all plumbing needs I have in the future.  Thank you CSR!

We were given a window between 1pm and 3pm for a technician to come out to diagnose the problem. Mason promptly arrived at 1:04pm and looked at the issue with our toilet (weak flow but not clogged), gave us pointers on how to fix the issue ourselves, and went ahead and demonstrated how to do it. The toilet was already functioning better after his demonstration. We also were previously told by another company that we desperately needed a water pressure regulator (scare tactic from the other company). When Mason took a look, he told us that our water pressure was fine and not of concern, but a water pressure regulator is always good to have as a preventive measure. He proceeded to give us a very reasonable quote for that in case we wanted to get it.
Overall I found Mason to be very professional and helpful. If we ever need plumbing service in the future, we will for sure give All American Plumbing a call. Thank you so much Mason!

Had a great experience with Jordan from Collins Pacific plumbing.  He replaced our water heater and brought it up to code.  Helped me choose a shower head and came back to install.  He even fixed a leaky hose spigot he noticed without charge.  Really appreciate his courteous manner and work ethic.

Ultimately drain cleared so going to write this off to initial frustration

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again

David was courteous giving me a on my way text about 30 minutes out. When he arrived he gave me his card and was very professional. I spoke to him about the faucet and also asked if he could remove the reverse osmosis system that was installed. He was able to complete both projects though I had only told them I would need the faucet looked at. What really impressed me is David was willing to work on removing both the faucet that would need replacing and the osmosis system while I went out to the store to buy a new faucet. This saved me from having to make another appointment for the install. When I came back from the store he had both items removed and immediately started on the faucet. He has completed the job to my full satisfaction and was very polite/professional. Thank you Core Plumbing!
