Unfortunately, I would not recommend this gentleman's services.  I own a few rental houses in HB and was looking for another plumber who I could have on my rolodex.  He was very prompt in returning my call and also went out the very next day early to diagnose the problem.  However, when he called me to discuss the probable issue, to say he was condescending and rude would be a HUGE understatement. From the beginning of the call, each question I asked was answered with a very snotty short answer- to the point that after a minute speaking with him I felt very uncomfortable with this person.  After telling me the pee trap by the bathtub was probably causing the issue, he stated he'd need to cut into the house's outside stucco to see for sure.  When I asked if he is the one to repair the stucco when he is done, he stated, I'm not a general contractor.  Regardless, he said he would not be able to fix whatever issue it may be until the next day (which I had no problem with).  When I stated that I needed a few minutes to think about this before giving him the go ahead, he hung up on me.  Now I understand time is money but if you are going to be a Plumber and want people to literally make major decisions like cutting into the stucco on your house, on the fly, you are unreasonable.  I was not saying I'd call back in an hour or two, I was saying I needed 5 to 10 minutes to try and process what I should do.  Unfortunately, this gentleman did not even hear that as he had already hung up on me.  I have no idea if his plumbing skills are good or bad, but I do know his bed side manner and client interaction is absolutely horrible and to me that is as important as the actual work.

I had two drains that needed cleaning .  Ahmad Shakur was polite efficient and excellent!  A very good company!

My water pressure regulator was leaking water. I called All Service Plumbing, and Mike gave me a fair price. He's friendly and very knowledgeable. With that, he addressed my leaking regulator by removing it with ease and replaced it with a brand new, reliable part while doing some modification work. Installation took about an hour. Extremely satisfied with his quality of workmanship, service, and price!

Awesome customer service, was able to get James to come in within a couple days of contacting him, very reasonable fee, super happy with the results. Thank you so much! Will definitely contact James in the future when we have more work to do :)

I can't even begin to describe how ecstatic I am having our water heater working again. I went online and looked up the best reviews. When I called and he was so friendly. He answered all my questions and was genuinely so polite and patient. I was able to have someone come next day. Let me tell you Luis is amazing not only did he fix our water heater he showed me what the issue was and when I want to replace my water heater I will call them to do it. Quick and honest service. Very professional and clean. They are my go to plumbers and have pulled me out of many emergencies.

I don't really write too many reviews unless I get excellent service or terrible service. Well, after 20 years my water tank decided it was time to go. Given we have 3 kids and a dog, we needed a plumber ASAP and replaced it with either a traditional water tank heater or tankless water heater. Now, calling and getting an honest plumber or electrician is a real gamble. I didn't want to call 5 different plumbers and get an estimate, so I based my decision on Yelp reviews. I happened upon Right Price Rooter and they told me they can stop by in an hour. Within the allotted time, Mick came over and gave me a detailed review of my options. I had thought about getting a tankless water heater, but was hesitant based on the price. Mick explained to me the pros and cons of a tankless water heater and also told me that I had a 3/4 pipes which was perfect for tankless.  He told me he would send me an estimate that night and said he could replace my tank the next day.

After deciding to go with Mick and given he is a great golfer, I felt comfortable working with Mick. The next morning he came by at 8:30am and started to work on the job. In fact, he got a great price on the water heater and it was much cheaper than what I saw on Amazon for the same model. Mick even gave me the invoice. It took Mick and his workers over 8 hours to install one water heater which means he made sure everything was perfect. Now, the night before, I had done some research on tankless water heaters and it is important that the vents cannot be stainless or any metal. Mick took care of the vents and made sure it was not metal. The piping and all the work was excellent. We tested our heater and it works perfectly and now I don't have to worry about running out of hot water.

I will use Mick for all my plumbing needs and if I could give him 10 stars on this review I would. He was honest, bought me lunch, gave me a great price, and the work was top notch. He even texted me the next day to make sure everything was still working. I will recommend Mick to anyone looking for a real honest plumber.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

If you want to support a small family business support his work! You won't regret it!

I broke the rule of not paying for services until the job is completely finished and I regret that now. I had a sewer line replaced in my driveway. They had to dig up some asphalt to do the work. Once the new line was placed, I paid in full and I asked for a receipt for my taxes. I had to ask at least five times and many phone calls and texts before Harry finally gave me one. If I had not persisted, I don't think I would ever have gotten one.

Then I realized that when they first dug up the asphalt, they shoveled the broken pieces into the trees lining my driveway. I texted to say I didn't want to clean all that up myself. Harry texted back to say he would be there the next day to clean up. He never showed and now that I have texted every day to remind him of the mess he left, he just ignores me. I paid in full before the job was done. That is on me. If you don't like chasing people around for receipts and to finish a job, I recommend you find someone else or make sure you don't finish paying until the job AND CLEANUP is completely finished!

Great customer service and very efficient.   My water heater broke within the warranty period so I had to drain and exchange it for a new one at Home Depot.  Armando and his brother helped remove the water heater and exchange it for a new one at Home Depot.  The whole process took two hours.  I would recommend Armando's Plumbing Service for any plumbing job.

He was great. Very polite and did a wonderful job on the toilet and somehow getting new rubber wheels on the shower door!

We had a major water heater emergency.  We were suddenly without hot water for almost a week.  When one plumber said that he was going to come but never showed up or called, I had to search for one asap.  Everyone I called gave me these ridiculously high quotes.  When I googled for a plumber near me, Plumber Rooter For You popped up so I called.  Without hesitation, Jay came right over and assessed the problem, and since my water heater was still under warranty, we ordered the part and it arrived the very next morning and Jay came by and quickly installed it.  He knows his stuff!!
I can say that we have found our plumber.  He's a pro and has the most reasonable prices.  He can't be beat!  He's an honest guy and that's hard to find these days in professionals.

I've called Diaz plumbing twice. 2 different plumbers, same prompt and excellent customer service. I hope to not need to call, but comforting to know I don't have to shop for a plumber.

First of all, the owner, Huyen, called me personally after I left them a message. I thought that was a nice touch. That doesnt happen very often. I called on Monday and they got to me at the window I chose on Tuesday.

Mike was the technician/plumber they sent out. Mike was knowledgeable, personable and diagnosed the exact problem I had. His work was quick, but thorough, and flawless. Oh, and their prices were very fair as well. I'll be requesting Mike next time I use them even though he is a Lions fan. I wont hold that against him!

I called All American Plumbing out for a leak in my bathroom that was coming from the upstairs Neighboor. Justin showed up to assist me and came at the specified time not earlier and not late! He explained the process and what things were going to be done and explained cost up front. I was impressed and recommend them for any job you may have! Thank you

Collins Pacific Plumbing provided us with top notch professional service for a slab leak re-route. Jordan was  great! He worked all day with the help of Oliver to get the job done in one day. At the end of the day, they cleaned everything up, tested all faucets and my husband heard a sound in the wall. There was an additional leak that the leak detection company had not identified. Jordan and Oliver stayed late to fix the final leak! This really shows their dedication to their craft and determination to get the job done to completion. I highly recommend using this company for simple or complex plumbing needs!

Chris handled our indoor & outdoor needs knowledgeably and with a great can-do attitude. Prices were fair; he was on time all 3 occasions. I highly recommend Rocket.

Elijah was fantastic when installing our water heater when the old one went bad. He was very safe with Covid protocol and wore his mask at all times and boot slips when entering our house. Service was quick and reliable. Very friendly and knowledgeable,  highly recommend!
