Jacob was very prompt and it seems he did excellent work as far as we can tell at this point. However, we had been quoted $150 + $20 for materials and after 1 hour and 10 minutes, the bill came to $380. This is more than double the orignial quote for fixing a leaking toilet base! Due to lack of transparency of charges, we will not use his services again.

Juan was incredible. Arrived on time and was ready to work. I ended up having the replacement part already on hand, so he was not only able to assess the situation based on my initial request of service, but he then was able to replace the parts right away and get the job done. I was super pleased with my experience.

Mike did an awesome job. we had one plumber come that couldn't fix our clog then mike came and fixed it no problem. great service... would definitely call him again!

James was very thorough, professional and competent.   He's a one guy fix-it, with a lot of experience in plumbing, painting, carpentry, whatever work is required in a home.  Also, very nice guy to boot.   I kept hiring him for additional work, and just asked him to do something else.  Those actions are the strongest vote of confidence.

I found my plumber. In the last 3 months I've had 3 different plumbing companies trying to figure out why we kept losing hot water. Not only did the other companies not identify my issue which in result I missed the deadline to my home warranty to replace my water hater.....

Zack showed up and he was able to identify the issue. Not only is he sweet and patient, but I was impressed with his knowledge and ease to explain it to us. Zack provide many options and was not there to make a sale.

The installation portion went smooth. They did such an amazing job. They also relocated our water spigot that was inside our garage to the outside of the house. I am very happy we found this company. Goring forward this will be the company we use for all of our plumbing needs.

Found Macias plumbing on yelp due to a clogged toilet, my toddler son flushed my foundation bottle down the toilet. When I called I spoke with Ros and explained what was going on, he told me he could come in the next hr and when he got there he unclogged the toilet in no time. Was very professional and friendly and most of all affordable.  I'll most definitely call Macia Plumbing back for any future plumbing issues.

Ben came to our home to help us with a clogged toilet and possible broken sewer line.  He was polite, trustworthy, honest and worked really hard for us!  He was at our house for 3 hours troubleshooting the problem we had.  We had a plumber from a different company come the day prior who we were not satisfied with.  Ben was able to fix our problem.  He didn't give up until he figured it out.  Great job and thank you!

Let me just start out by saying that our rental property is a 100 year old house. I hope that's enough to say that plumbing has been a problem for a while now. It's been so difficult to find a company that's knowledgeable and experienced enough to tackle the situation with confidence... not to mention fair (ok, VERY FAIR) rates. After consulting with 6 plumbing companies we decided to go with this company because Mich (the owner) didn't give us the run around or try to rip us off during our time of desperation. What other plumbers said couldnt be done Mich was able to do. One of the things for example, was drainage issues in the tubs. His professional crew thoroughly evaluated the situation by going under the house and spending some time checking the pipes. They did such a great job identifying what needed to be changed and what didn't that it saved us a lot of money. On top of that, the drains have been draining so quickly and smoothly for MONTHS now... and I haven't been bothered by our tenants ever since. I highly recommend these guys for your plumbing needs!

Harry was awesome! He was on time and super fast! He helped us fix the leak in our garage connecting to the laundry as well as help us install our garbage disposal. He went above and beyond and even helped look into our water heater issue. Highly recommend and a super reasonable price. We'd definitely reach out again for any plumbing issues. Bummed we didn't find him sooner to help with other issues we had a few months ago!

I called last minute for a clogged kitchen sink in my condo in downtown LA. Came the very next morning, on time, and did the job right. A big thanks to Jay for helping me out. I will definitely ask you for  your help again in the future.

Get an estimate! I was lazy and got sticker shock for a sink unblock (slight plastic pipe reroute) and shower water hold cold handle replacement (it was ugly too!). 1 hour = $270. Pleasant plumber, but I felt a bit taken advantage of.  I had asked for ballpark on phone: $100.

I was very impressed with CSR Plumbing.  I called on Monday morning (their busiest day) and the owner Huyen was very friendly.  He managed to fit me in with their busy schedule and personally came out to fix my clogged kitchen sink within a few hours.  He did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable.  I will definitely be using CSR Plumbing for my future plumbing needs!

All American Plumbing doesn't seem to need another 5 star review, but here it goes.  I got a quote for a kitchen faucet installation within about 15 minutes from contacting them through Yelp.  Justin and Lance came out (on time) to do the work and were professional and knowledgeable.  They offered advice on what I can do myself to possibly resolve another issue we are having.  They did a full home plumbing inspection as part of the service.  We are 100% pleased with the job and the service.  They were slightly higher in price than some others I contacted, yet not as high as others.  I was also able to use the Yelp voucher with no problem.  Very good experience from quote, through setting appointment, to the work itself.

Excellent responsiveness for an emergency flood in downstairs bathroom.  Very competitive price and kind, professional crew!  I will definitely hire again.

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again

We have used Core Plumbing a few times over the years and I have consistently found every employee who has worked on our home to be incredibly ethical, honest, and exemplary.  They came to our home last week because we thought the tub valve may have been leaking and were reassured that all was fine.  A company that was not honest could have easily charged us for unnecessary work.  Our neighbor also used them and had the same positive feedback.  On the day of your appointment, communication is also excellent so you don't waste time waiting around. There is no other plumbing company that I would trust and I highly, highly recommend them.
