Seems like a nice guy, took the day off for him to come by, tried following up on the appointment, poor communication, and canceled after the time he was meant to come by. Not a review based on performance, just lack of communication. Maybe next time.

A technician came out to fix a leak. He completely misidentified the source as the toilet upstairs and because I was under a lot of stress, I did not make the connection that there was no possible way the leak could have come from the bathroom upstairs because the bathroom upstairs was not above the leak. He charged $350 to tighten the loose toilet he identified as the source and left without giving me a receipt. When I called a week later to inform them the leak was continuing, the same technician came back, gave me the run around, and then told me I would need to get a leak detector to come out and that he could get one here for $750. Long story short, they did not credit me for the work done on the misidentified source of the leak and then price gauged the additional work (FYI, leak detection should be around $350). I decided to go with another plumber (Good Guy Plumbing) and they have been incredibly fair, trustworthy, and reasonable.

Great fast service at a reasonable price.  Joey showed up on time and was very professional.  Job well done.

James was fantastic, and I would 100% call him again for anything plumbing-related! He was able to come the same I day I called him, was super courteous and friendly, did a great job fixing the sink and all within the span of less than an hour. Thank you so much!

What terrific service!  We could not re-light our pilot light on our water heater. Rheyas M. came out the next day!  He performed a maintenance service, and answered our numerous questions. His kind, patience, and professionalism will not be forgotten. Their prices were also reasonable!!  I have already forwarded their contact info to my neighbors!

Kitchen sink got plugged 2days ago tried DIY and turned out to be a little complicated job.
I called Ross this morning and he was able to come earlier than I expected. He was neat and did an excellent job.
I would definitely call again if something else goes wrong.

I called in and he arrived within an hour. Then he found out there wasn't any real issue but one of my kitchen pipe is loosened. So he just tightened it without any charge.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

If you want to support a small family business support his work! You won't regret it!

Armando was fast and east to deal with. Did a very clean job on our shower. He was very friendly as well. Will def recommend to friends and family and will for sure call him on any plumbing needs! Great guy with great prices!!!

Jay came to my home and stayed until 10 at night on a Saturday. He even helped me update all the plumbing at both my businesses in such a fast time with quality service so it wouldn't disrupt the business schedule. What would have been an extremely stressful process turned out to be almost painless. He finished the job and kept me up to date on all progress throughout the whole ordeal. I am going to recommend him to everyone I know without a doubt. A good and trustworthy plumber is really hard to find. Holding on to this one for sure and everyone should try him out for themselves and see what i mean; the work speaks for itself!

Thanks to Raymond and his outstanding team, we were able to get multiple fixes completed at a competitive price. I first hired Raymond to do a sewer scope on the main drainage pipe of a prospective home we were looking to purchase. After calling around, CSR offered the lowest price and Raymond gave a us a detailed video of his inspection. After buying the home, we realized that there were a few things that needed to be fixed which included a new water heater, leaks in both the shower and under the kitchen sink, installing a utility sink the the garage and installing the washing machine/disposal. Based off of his first visit, I decided to ask Raymond and him and his team did it all quickly and thoroughly and stuck to the quoted price. I even asked him to come back a few weeks later for a slow draining shower(unrelated to the work they did). The CSR team is truly reliable and I will turn to them first for any plumbing job in the future.

We have used All American Plumbing twice in the last few months. I cannot say enough good things about them, and especially their employee Ryan Nash. Ryan is a fantastic plumber, he's very knowledgeable at his trade and is very customer-friendly.

We've used other plumbing services for our house, but now that we've found All American Plumbing  we'll continue to use them going forward. I appreciate how quickly they respond to quote requests and when given a window of 8am to 10am they arrived on the 8am side instead of the 10 am side.

With a new baby at home I am a big fan of companies that respond to quote requests with actual numbers and information rather than asking me to call them.  In addition to the ease of scheduling, and quick communication Collins Pacific arrived on time, was super nice, and did a great job. He also wore a mask and kept his distance from the baby and I, I felt very safe during the entire service.

Chris handled our indoor & outdoor needs knowledgeably and with a great can-do attitude. Prices were fair; he was on time all 3 occasions. I highly recommend Rocket.

We noticed some water in our cabinets and set up an appointment that night to have a plumber come take a look at it. Joseph arrived bright and early the next morning and was able to provide an immediate fix for us- he installed new pipes and reset our pressure regulator, which is what caused a pipe to burst. Unfortunately, we also learned that there was more damage than we thought. Joseph referred us to a drywall company that would be able to help assess the damage and move forward with repair. He stayed to help answer any questions we had and was super kind and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend Core Plumbing to anyone. Their level of service, knowledge and professionalism was far beyond expectation. I've used other plumbing services before, and none have compared to Core Plumbing. They were exceptionally patient and understanding considering we just found out our minor problem wasn't so minor. Thank you so much!
