Called Jacob due to a stagnant bathtub.  Tried to snake out the tub and even climbed on the roof to access the vent.  Problem not solved.  Looks like I have bigger problems than I thought.  Need more money to fix my issue that I cannot afford to address until next year.  Handed over Jacob my debit card and he handed it right back to me.  All he asked was that I call hime back when I was ready to address the issue, and that I give him the first opportunity to work on it.  Honesty and professionalism go a long way with me and as soon as I have the money ready, I'll be calling Jacob Plumbing.  He came to do a job on a hot day, climbed on the roof with a snake machine on his shoulder and left with nothing but a promise that I'd call him back.  Respectful, honest, punctual and professional.  Thanks Jacob.

Prompt and professional. Unfortunately the representative said the job would be $79 over the phone, but charged $99 even though it was under a 10 minute drain snaking (exactly what was agreed upon over the phone).

James is a true professional plumber. He's knowledgable, quick to respond and reliable. He has a positive attitude and takes pride in his work, which he guarantees. He also is quite handy around the house with repairs and maintenance projects. Plus, he's a nice guy. I highly recommend James.

Had an issue with our tankless water heater on Memorial Day. Olson responded quickly and was able to diagnose the problem... without charging my extra. They gave me the estimated charges up front. Although a little on the high side, the service was great. I'm always willing to pay a little more for good and competent service. I'll be using them for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.

Own a rental property in Long Beach and the tenant called on New Year's Day about a blockage in the bathroom pipes.  I called many companies who weren't available or willing to work on New Years Day. Macias Plumbing was the one who took my call and was willing to help on short notice and on a holiday. They were able to clear the line within two hours and came back the following week to hydrojet the line.  They showed me the issues with the roots using their camera and showed me that the line was clear after the hydrojetting. I'd definitely recommend giving them a call with any of your plumbing needs.

Me again! Mauricio came out today to service my tankless water heater and he was so pleasant and professional. He showed me just how dirty my machine was, even though it was serviced by another company two years ago. I highly recommend Hotline Plumbing - they've always worked out for me!

I found this place from Yelp and I messaged Mick for an estimate and he was very quick to respond. There were some hiccups here and there but Mick and his team did such a wonderful job so it didn't really matter when the job was done last week. It was such a wonderful service and very professional. Their service was above and beyond. Very kind and caring! Reasonable price and fast! I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family! Here are some list of things I would like to share with you.

1) I live in downtown LA condo so I needed to schedule a water shutdown with our management (with $50/hr fee) to replace water valves for my washer. I asked Mick to come on time or little before so I can avoid getting extra charges from our HOA. He was able to postpone the schedule so I don't get charge for the time his technician needed to prep.

2)  What really impressed me was that Mick communicated very well with our management by sending all insurance and license paperwork on time. Also he add our condo to his insurance even though he had to pay extra fee so he can work for us as promised. He could have called me and cancel the job but he kept his word. He also checked all details with our HOA and his insurance company.

3) Mick honored his first price quote after realized that the job is a lot more complicated than he first thought. He truly wanted to make his customer happy!

4) Juan is who actually came to replace our valves and he did his best to finish all within one hour so I don't get charged for more water shutdown fee. He had to cut a hole underneath the valve box and replace the pipe inside as well. It wasn't an easy quick job but he was able to finish all within one hour.

5)  What really WOWed me is that Mick gave me $20 back after knowing that my little one is sick. He wanted me to get him a soup. It's not about the money that he gave back. I was very impressed by his kindness and warm heart. I've worked with many plumbing or other companies but no one offered me anything like this. The amount didn't matter...I was glad to meet someone who truly care about the customers.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

I had an issue with my toilet and ended up turning the water valve off. After turning it back on, the valve had a small leak so it had to be replaced. I got so many quotes from different places and they were all trying to rip me off. So glad I found Harry on yelp! He had the best and most reasonable price! Finally a honest plumbing company you can depend on. He responds very quickly on yelp and was able to show up the next day. He was so respectful and even took his shoes off before entering without being asked (Asian household). Highly recommend his services!!

Water heater was leaking and had to be replaced. Armando was able to do a same day appointment and do the work the same day. Great job and great service. Highly recommend.

Jay & Vladi were amazing. Called them for a clogged sink. They were at my house within two hours. They were clean and professional and talked me through everything they needed to do / recommended. I cannot praise their work enough and they are now my go-to plumbers!

These guys are AMAZING. I was having issues with an older model water heater. He walked me through some trouble shooting, gave me the number to the manufacturer and advised me on what to do. I chose to upgrade instead on and new water heater. His price quote was extremely fair and his crew showed up in less than an hour. They installed the new upgraded water heater and were out in under 2!!! Everyone must have these guys in speed dial! Thank you Diaz Plumbing.

Alan, Hector, and the whole CSR team are the best! They were quick, professional and took the time to walk us through the process of each repair and took time to point out possible problem areas in the future. I will definitely use them any time I need repairs.

Excellent experience with All American Plumbing.  One of our sinks was clogged, so I contacted a few plumbers including, All American Plumbing.  They were able to attend to the issue the quickest and they also offered a free estimate.  They were very communicative prior to the appointment (with status updates on their arrival).  Their plumber, Dave Dickey, was fantastic...so friendly, honest and good at explaining the issue.  He didn't try to rush around trying to get to his next job and really went the extra mile.  Really happy with their service!

Had a Moen smart water value installed by Gilbert from Collins Pacific. First time using Collins Pacific and I highly recommend! Team was professional, on time and reasonably priced. Will for sure consider them on future projects, thank you!

Had a pipe spring a leak in my garage.  I called Core and they came out, gave me an estimate, fixed the leak and cleaned up their mess.  Will definitely keep that business card!  Great work Core!
