Absolutely a nightmare. They scammed me to replace my current outdoor LEDs with super expensive lighting that had a lot of features. None worked. This happened a year before pandemic. Struggled to get them to fix it. Never did and still haven't.

These guys are great!  Excellent work; creative thinking to install plumbing in difficult places.  They work hard, work fast, price fairly, and are very friendly.  Pleasure to do business with them.  Can't say enough about Victor and his group of guys.

We hired George Salet Plumbing to service our gas fireplaces (Heat & Glo). We live in a condo building and coordinated it so that two units could have service done on the same day. Alan arrived within the designated time frame, was very professional and courteous from the get-go. I appreciated that he brought disposable booties to keep the inside clean, especially since it was raining.

Each unit had two fireplaces and Alan was extremely knowledgeable about not just the fireplace but also took the time to explain things to me, and provide his expert opinion on prioritizing maintenance. I appreciated his honesty and candor, and he made me feel confident in his abilities and that he wasn't trying to sell me anything unnecessary. He taught me how to pair the fireplace remote with the receiver, and made sure to repeat instructions so that I understood before he left.

Another neighbor came over and asked if Alan could take a look at his malfunctioning fireplace and Alan was so accommodating, and was able to fit him in.

I'm extremely happy with the service we received and will not hesitate to call Alan again with any issues on our fireplace, or plumbing! All of the neighbors in the building agree that Alan is now our go-to man.

Carl replaced the faucet and some pipes on my bathtub.  He did quality work at a fair price.  He did not do any unnecessary work.

We received a couple quotes before repairing a leak from our upstairs shower down through our laundry room before deciding to go with elite plumbing. He was quick to come out and provide us a quote but also felt very fair and reasonable in his estimate. He agreed to try a simple and less expensive fix for us as requested and then came back at no extra fee when we ended up needing to replace the pipe. He was respectful of my time, money, house and family and we plan to use him in the future. It's a relief to find someone you can trust in an urgent situation.

Mejia's Plumbing Service replaced tubing that carried water to my ice box. Rene, owner also installed a small facet which will allow me to turn off the water supply to my refrigerator, if needed.  As soon as Rene completed the installation, I was able to drink water from the door of my refrigerator.  Additionally, after so many hours had pasted, my ice maker started making ice again.  I was very pleased with the excellent service of Mejia's Plumbing, in that, Rene presented himself professionally when interacting with me; he explained what he had to do to fix the problem; he completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time and he made sure that water flowed from the refrigerator prior to leaving.  If you are looking for a dependable and skilled plumber, I encourage you to contact the Mejia's Plumbing Company.  You won't be disappointed.

When *both* our upstairs sinks (kitchen & bathroom) started leaking on a Sunday night, we thought the problem must be due to a pipe in the garage that both sinks drain into.  Meir came over the following day & immediately diagnosed a separate localized problem with each sink; the sinks had started leaking at the same time by coincidence.  He repaired both problems in short order, then good-humoredly answered several other plumbing questions we had as well as entertaining us with his stories & wit.  We're very happy to have found such a great plumber right here in the Sunset district!

I had requested a quote for this problem:  Toilet base is leaking and standing water in shower.  Toilet previously plugged on Monday.

And I received a quote for $245-270.  However, after servicing the toilet clog, Victor said it would cost another $263 to replace the toilet wax ring to seal the leak.  Very unfortunate and disappointing.

I would advise potential customers to reclarify the problem(s) and estimate before the work actually begins.

Me. Fixit is responsive, timely and efficient. He has helps us multiple times, with our garage vents, air conditioning, and other home projects.

I wanted to install a tankless water heater outside because my current water heater was inside the house in my kitchen and it was just a matter of time before it would go out and flood my kitchen. I got 3 quotes and Angel gave me the best price and I appreciated his kind personality. He was well informed and answered all of my questions. I felt he was very honest.

He installed a recirculation pump so I could get immediate hot water. It didn't work initially and I called and told him it still took a long time to get hot. He called the manufacturer and did find out that the installation was different than a previous model and he came out and did it correctly. I can't say enough about the quality of his work and his professionalism. I am very satisfied and happy with the tankless water heater and so glad that I hired Angel/In and Out Plumbing. They will be my go to plumbing company moving forward. Couldn't refer them more highly. You'll be glad you did. Ask for Angel. The picture of the water heater on their website is what he installed.

Gladiator made my day. Just when I thought my overflowing kitchen sink was going to wreck a beautiful Sunday, Eduardo and his assistant came out, replaced an ancient,  corroded pipe instead of just rooting it and running, and then suggested other ways we could improve out 1916-vintage plumbing. All at a perfectly reasonable price.

Bill was great. We bought a new house and had a leak under the sink. We needed someone to come out and check what was wrong. He came out and told us it was a issue with the way the disposal was installed and that we would need a new one. He came out, gave us advice and didn't charge us a cent. Who does that nowadays! It was quite refreshing. And he said he would research for us how much a new disposal would cost if we wanted to make the repair. I will update the review once we get the work done with him.

Responded quickly with estimate, work completed as scheduled, and final cost as estimated - with no suprises.

Had a great experience with Technician Dave he was thorough and clarified all the problems I was having. My pipes underneath the kitchen sink were corroded and could not be placed back after I decided to undo them to take out a clog. This was on Monday night around 10pm, 24/7 Rooter was great at calling me early AM the next day and had Dave out to my home bright and early to get it fixed. Dave went the extra mile to make sure the clog was completely gone and gave me some advice and suggestions on the future of some of the pipes since its an older home. Pricing was fair and Dave did a great job at triple checking that everything was working properly. Highly Recommend, great service!

Needed a bathroom fan replaced. It was an old fan that needed drywall work too on demolition. Right handyman did a solid, clean job. He was patient and took care of the details well including wiring up and placement of the fan. The drywall work was clean. Looking forward to hiring them again for a few more handy projects

Sal and Thumbs Up Rooter took care of everything we asked and more.  Competitive prices and great service with attention to details.  We had a complicated laundry room install- Sink, washer, dryer and a crazy situation with the pipes and supports that were already in the wall.  Sal took extra time to make sure it was exactly how we wanted it, even though it wasn't easy.  Couldn't be happier, keeping their number for next time! My roommates and I had some real problems with the plumbing backing up in our bathroom. We called Ace Plumbing and setup an appointment for them to come by. Mustafa came in and took care of the drain clog and everything works beautifully now. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone having plumbing issues.

So far, so good! Everyone from Bellows has been very friendly and helpful in the project estimation and setup phase (installing a new mini-split system in our Eichler). Our system hasn't been installed yet, but the Bellows team has set up this whole project seems for success in a very professional way. Also, their quote was the best of the four that we received - and this, for top-of-the-line Mitsubishi equipment. We also really like that they're a Diamond-certified installer.

We called Eco Smart with an issue we were having with our chimney, we were surprised at first by the price tag of their inspection and decided to try other contractors, we called around and in approximately two months had to call Eco Smart again and set up the inspection appointment. Our biggest issue was that we couldn't get a straight answer from other guys who showed up for a free estimate, there were many questionable individuals that asked me for personal checks and some were unlicensed. Time came for our inspection and Eco Smart rolled in with two inspectors, both were super knowledgeable and had had tools all over our house, it felt like an FBI investigation, took about 90 minutes to get our building inspected and report with photos and explanations followed, we ended up learning that we only needed flashing adjustment at the roof and the real issue was the rotten siding. Price for the inspection was forwarded to our invoice and work was done in two weeks after inspection and took two days to complete.

These guys really know roofing and construction, we've been through two storms and are staying dry.

Recommend these guys with both hands. They are amazing , very professional, easy to work with and incredible in what they do !  Out best experience so far !
