We had Gregg come out to get a quote on piping a gas line for a fireplace conversion. Gregg was able to come out within a day to assess, then be back within like a week and knock it out in a day. Permits and all. One stop shopping. Gregg and crew were awesome to work with, super friendly and did top notch work. Highly recommend for plumbing renovation needs! Would not hesitate for future work.

They have consistently been professional and effective in their work, which has included the complete replacement of an ancient boiler and water heating system as well as doing the required annual inspections and anti-rust treatments to the steam piping.

Very professional plumbers. We needed our line from the clean out to the street to be snaked as roots keep growing in. They have been the most thorough plumbers we have used. Their equipment looked a lot newer too. He showed me with the camera where exactly our issues are.

I am impressed with the work of Beder. He is efficient and cleans up after the work. He has installed 2 different TVs on drywall, built floating book shelves in my home office, and built a cabinet to holder my HP printer.
He follows Covid safety precautions. I will contine to use his expertise in the near future.

they rock! called at 10 am, they came by at 1:30 pm (yes, I was the lucky recipient of a cancellation), the guy immediately knew what was wrong, was super nice and super careful not to damage anything. Then he drove around to find the needed part (yes, I paid for that time which is only fair), came back, installed and cleaned up. Super impressed!

Steve was very helpful and walked us through what turned out to be an easy fix to get our bathtub running again. He was honest and friendly and we will definitely work with him again.

Fernando is the best! He replaced a faucet for us in the past & today I called to have him come by for an inspection to ease my mind after a water heater move. I have known Bill for over 6 years.  He has done extensive plumbing for the remodeling of our home, including three bathrooms and a gas fireplace.  We have also had him come back for some routine maintenance during this time.  He is honest, efficient, competent and a joy to work with.  His fees are reasonable and he guarantees all the work that he does.  I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.   Bill gets top praise from me.

Pipe Arts (Edgar) found and repaired a few pipe leaks in our house 8 years ago.  We had a wet spot show up on the ceiling and we contacted Edgar again.  He was able to come out and take a look at it.  He found that a vent pipe was broken and that the wetness was caused by condensation.  He had the parts available and was able to fix the problem quickly.  

I highly recommend Pipe Arts/Edgar and will definitely be contacting him if I have any more pipe concerns.

We needed to have our sewer lateral replaced before moving. We shopped around and found good reviews for Sewer Master. Vincent's timely responses and professionalism in conducting the assessment were impressive. After he left, I texted my partner, Vincent really knows his stuff! and he eventually won our business. He took care of everything behind the scenes, and within a few weeks, everything was done, including obtaining the required certificate, completely free of friction. Our property looked great after the work was completed. The cost was very reasonable (exactly what Vincent estimated), and the crew left very few traces of the substantial work they did on our property while we were away. We won't have to do this again, but if we did, we would go to Sewer Master.

Needed some work done and Ben gave us a fast and very reasonable estimate on the work. He was responsive and very accommodating with scheduling... which was a pretty quick turnaround to get the job done. When he arrived, he was super courteous, polite, and knowledgeable - not just knowledgeable about what we hired him for (mounting several things around the house) but also lots of other things. He was also well-prepared with all the tools, screws, anchors, etc that might be needed. We will not hesitate to hire Ben again in the future.

Avoid - they damaged my water heater.
$350.00 plus I had to fix it myself - installers clearly not trained they hooked up 120 Volts to the terminal clearly marked controller - Do Not connect 120 Volts

Super responsive, reasonable rates and all around nice people to deal with.  I've used them twice for straight forward household jobs, and had a great experience.

The people who own this company and the people that work for this company are awesome.  The job was initially scheduled for two weeks out but they knew I was without service and found a way to make it within 2 days of their estimate and gave me totally new sewer service in one day.  The team of 4 were great guys and gentlemen.  If I didn't see that 5 foot trench in my back yard I would have never known they were here.  Everything was back to exactly how they found it, including my garden decor!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink. The Heise's guy looked underneath from 2-3 feet away, not even bending down.  After 60 seconds he told me I need a new faucet and left.

My handyman was over and I asked him to take a look.  He said, your faucet is fine. All it needed was some hand tightening. 7 months later, it's still fine.

I got a bill for $98 from Heises and have written several times that I did not think it was fair to pay the bill for no work and bad advice. Today I got another copy of the invoice and  paid it because I'm sick of the whole thing.
