My water heater went out the afternoon before my vacation started. I call two other companies and couldn't get a same day response. I called Elite. They answered the phone, got the necessary info ,gave me a quote and responded within two hours. Within 1 1/2 hours I had a new water heater and was on my way to vacation the next day.

What a great job. I am very happy with their work and will definitely call them in the future.

I had a broken sewage pipe that really brought up my anxiety level. Unable to stay in my house for two weeks. Awais helped me through the process and also was patient with the demands I made. Awais and his associate (didn't catch his name) were awesome, they came to take care of our issue of the water pipe leaking. The problem was that the tree next to the pipe had its roots underground growing and growing which ended up pressuring and breaking the pipe thus causing the leak. They did a fantastic job digging up the site around the pipe, cutting up the invasive roots and replaced the broken pipe connector, and cleaned everything back up to its original state, as was if a repair job never happened. They were friendly and communicative throughout as well. Will definitely recommend and contact Awais should anything else come up in the future.

I expected a solder joint for the repair. The plumber installed a crimp connection. I have concerns that connection is not good for 20 years. The original problem was a small nail hole in a 1/2in copper pipe
They came back and changed the connection to a solder joint, I am happy now

Awais is the way LOL. I called Awais about my water pressure issue just a little before 9AM and he said he would come by between 10 and 12. That was exactly what he did before noon. Inspected everything and gave me an estimate. He promised to be back later if he can get the parts and he did. Bam! Less than an hour later, everything is back in order and working again. Our hose bib sheared off sometime after 8pm, and we had to turn off the water to the house. I called Elite Plumbing and Rooters, Awais answered and asked me to send him a picture for an estimate, and then Awais and another man arrived within a couple hours to save the day. Awais installed a hot and cold water dispenser for us. Professional, outstanding work! Soon after, we noticed a leak in our sink. He came out to troubleshoot. He found that what should have been a rubber hose was a copper pipe connected to rubber hoses that was preventing water to flow. He had the parts needed to repair. Super quick! He also gave us suggestions on the Air Gap piece of the dishwasher that had the wrong cap.

I accidentally dropped a mini shampoo bottle into the toilet while it was flushing. I tried to pull it out but ended up shoving it in further. Another company tried to scam me and said I needed a whole new toilet for $1000. This plumber came quickly and was able to clear the clog after a few minutes. He was super fast and courteous and very reasonably priced. Would recommend any time!

I called them late on a Saturday night just in case They could do an emergency diagnosis.

I changed my kitchen disposal unit and was running into issues with the kitchen faucet pressure. I called and explained the situation and they instructed me what I could do over the phone.

I looked at the kitchen faucet with my new information and was able to find the problem. They saved us a lot of time, money, and anxiety from just a bit of information over the phone for no cost.

Had a disaster w a handyman who did not know what he was doing. He broke the handle on the water main into the house then stripped the threads on the valve itself. No water into the house. He left and could not fix. This was at 8p.

Our house is been having duo-faucets drain clogging problem for weeks. I had a different plumber came to our house but didn't fix the problem. Our toilet in the ADU did not flush. Awais came to us very quickly to help diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, our toilet was not an easy fix. Awais used two sewer snake machines, still couldn't solve the issue. He was very responsive, patient, and hard-working! It turned out to be a sewage pump problem. He came back for another trip just to test the pump and take down the part information. The price is reasonable. The only thing I wish could be better is more transparency in the labor and parts. Awais is a plumber who will not leave the problem unsolved, even it is a complicated situation. I will definitely rehire him next time! Thank you, Avais!

Absolutely do not look anywhere else! Awais installed a new bathroom vanity sink and faucet. He was great the first time he came out and told me exactly what I needed. He was very honest, and extremely well priced for the work that was done. I was quoted WAY more by other companies- and they were picky with what they would and wouldn't do if it was too much work. Great first impression and quality work

I had an emergency situation at my family house. I was no available but my tenants were.

Awais was the ONLY person to respond to my yelp requests with a human message and a over the phone diagnosis. Everyone else wanted to come and do a free consultation. Not what I want to hear when it's an emergency and water is leaking. The problem was exactly as he thought which made things go extra quick.

My tenants said he was Fast. Efficient. Clean. He cleaned up after himself and was very nice..

Super prompt, professional, respectful and kind!

First off, I sent multiple quotes out and Awais responded to me within 30 minutes (ON A SUNDAY). Not only was I happy to have some hope for our clogged kitchen sink, but he was very very reasonable in price.

Which leads me to my second point, I HIGHLY recommend these guys. Once all the other quotes started coming in a day later, they were always double than what Elite Plumbing quoted me. They stuck with the quote after the job was finished as well.

The technician came right on time on the same day I sent my quote. His name is Mohammad and he is a really nice man. Let me tell you, I was shocked he took off his shoes in our house to do the plumbing work. This is uncommon as other plumbers usually wear their workboots inside the house (we live in an Asian household so you know how it is!). I don't really mind because I understand plumbers aren't there to satisfy everyone's culture, but Mohammad was on point.

He was very kind the whole time, even told us some tips on how to DIY our toilet if it ever clogs, what tools to use, etc etc. Me and my dad were very glad to have Mohammad at our house to fix our issue.

Should any plumbing issue arise, best believe we'll be going with this company again.

I kid you not, they ARE the best, give them a shot. The absolute best pricing, nicest people and most professional you can get. Mohammad did not give up and tested the drain thoroughly to ensure the clog was eliminated. I just want to say thank you again for a super awesome job!

Long story short, I had a laundry drain that got clogged up after washing some dirty rugs. I was able to set up an appointment with Awais and he came through within a couple of days. Even though we didn't fix the problem the first time, he returned again to see what more we could do. We ended up having to go on the roof and snake it through the vent up there to fix the problem, but we got it done. It's been about 2 months now and I've done many loads of full laundry without any issue.

One cool thing that I liked about Awais and this company is that they stand by their work. They offered a 30 day warranty if my problem wasn't fixed the first time, which they honored. I only had to pay extra because we had to go on the roof, and even then the price was pretty reasonable.

It was a great experience to work with Awais. We had water shooting out of the shower pipe. The shower head connector was also leaking. Another issue was our slow filling toilet tank. We texted Awais and got his reply in 3 minutes. Awais requested some photos for evaluation, quoted the jobs and came on the same day. We had a long term issue with the kitchen sink not draining properly. Awais was helpful and patient from the first phone conversation. He explained how he would navigate the situation and what the costs would be for each option. His prices were very competitive. He communicated with me about the appointment time through text which was nice, and actually came within 15 minutes of the start time in our arrival window! He snaked the kitchen line for about 20-30 minutes and was able to free up years of build up. He even cleaned up before he left, rather than leaving any mess for us.

The toilets and showers all started running slow and then stopping up over the weekend, so I messaged Sunday evening about whether they had any availability soon to unclog our main line. They said they could fit us in the next day. They stopped by midday, rooted the line, and we're back in business! They also quoted the lowest price of any of those I contacted (though they were all in the same ballpark), and were tidy and considerate. I'd certainly recommend them!

We received a couple quotes before repairing a leak from our upstairs shower down through our laundry room before deciding to go with elite plumbing. We knew the original plumbing of our house needed attention, and, abruptly we were faced with an incoming main line leak that necessitated turning off all the water.

After doing a bit of research Giovanni contacted us to schedule a bid. The process was very efficient and we were provided with a number of build options. The ultimate plan we settled upon was one we hadn't thought of as an option and are very thankful for the patient conversation in getting us to this point.

Roll forward one more day, the entire line was replaced, we had clean/new 1 copper installed that improved the overall water pressure and had hot baths that evening largely thanks to David's tenacity, which didn't let up even during bits of rain.

Elite Plumbing is our go to plumbing service. Thank you!

Both bathrooms flooded at the most inconvenient time, so I went on Yelp and requested a quote to clean out the drains. It started with the washing machine overflowing. David & Joe did a thorough inspection and showed me how the 60yo pipes under the house were a disaster... leaking both water & sewage!! They provided three options and worked with me on pricing. They completed re-plumbing the entire underground piping in 2 days, cleaning up everything.
They are polite, thorough, nice folks. They did exactly what they promised and showed up on time. They even stopped to play fetch with my dog! Definitely a 10! Would highly recommend (and, no, they didn't ask me to do a review).

Had a leaky faucet hose which is near impossible to find outside of the manufacturer. Considering that would have taken weeks, I sought an emergency repair plumber. Awais was very helpful and provided a quote immediately after asking a few details. Was even kind enough to buy the new faucet which he included in quote price. The install was quick and he was very polite throughout the entire exchange. Would definitely recommend if you're ever in need of plumbing work.

Got false alarm from our original kitchen work contractor telling us to call plumbing specialist because our kitchen sink has water backing up. Called and scheduled an appointment with Elite Rooter, Salvador Ramirez came and immediately identified some issues. The pipe was installed poorly and there were leaks but there is no water backing up. Salvador didn't charge and gave us a lot of advices. We are really happy with our experience

The handle came off the shower faucet and the shower head was leaking, after it was turned off with the pliers. I sent an SOS out to YELP for a plumber. This is a long over due review, but better late than never. I needed to move my backyard faucet to meet a requirements from PG&E so it's not too close to the electrical panel. The water pipe was located in a hard to get to spot, and Awais had to change out some of the old galvanized piping. Awais provided me a fair estimate and completed a difficult job with quality and professionalism. However, what impresses me more is that he stands behind his work, so even though there was a minor leak several months after the initial project he was willing to help me fix the problem free of charge. If you are looking for a honest and professional plumber, Awais is your guy.

Excellent Job, Reasonable Price

My toilet shutoff valve leaked and found my toilet floor flooded. Searched Yelp for plumbers who could do the repair soonest at a reasonable price.
I received 4 estimates online and the best was from Awais D. of Elite Plumbing. I called him to make sure he understood what needed to be done and to confirm the price he would charge me.
He said he was currently on a job, but would be available in 2 hours. We agreed on the time, but after 2 hrs he said he would be delayed by half an hour. Thanked him for informing me. He came delayed by 45 minutes and apologized when he arrived.
He worked quickly and efficiently, completing the job in less than 30 minutes.
I would say his work exceeded my expectations and I would hire him again if I need a plumber in the future.

We had a leak from our garbage disposal unit that spilled onto the floor and reached out to Elite Plumbing to come look and determine the fixed that was needed. Awais responded within 10 minutes of the inquiry and we set-up a time to meet the next day and he arrived within the time frame agreed. He inspected the issue and explained what the problem was and gave me my options and also provided options in case different scenarios happens. In addition to explaining the issues, he also showed me the issue as well and walk me through the problem and how he would fix.

Super service. Had a leaky Grohe shower faucet that required a cartridge change. Problem was the faucet was old with spare parts not convenient to get and many plumbers I called didn't want to or couldn't take the job. But thankfully Awais agreed to come on short notice. Because the faucet was so old, it was darn near impossible to remove the old cartridge. But Awais didn't give up and found a way in the end and successfully completed the job. Amazing attitude and never give up spirit. I definitely recommend him if you're looking for someone reliable and honest!

I contacted this company to put in a new water heater. A few weeks after they installed it I noticed that they had left a gap with the pipe coming out of the water heater to the ceiling. Which I knew wasn't right. We had P. G. and E come out to look at it. The P.G.and E worker told us gas had been escaping into our house because of this. When I told the owner he needed to finish the job he refused. We had to have another plumber come out to finish the job. I would suggest picking any other company over this one. Left my family's health at risk, unbelievable.

Awais came to my home on Thanksgiving day to inspect my leaking water heater. He is awesome and transparent. Our water heater is already 15years old and it does not make sense to spend any money trying to fix it. So we got a new one two days later because the warehouse is closed on Friday. I would definitely recommend Awais to rest of my friends if they have any plumbing issue.

We got a clogged kitchen sink and could not do any dishes. So the next morning I called around to various local companies to have them clean out our clogged sewer line. Awais was the only one that could come out that day to take care of our problem. He kept me informed of his arrival time as he had other appointments that morning. He showed up, took off his shoes before entering our home, checked out the situation and immediately went to work. His first attempt was just short, as in his tool was too short. He called his assistant who showed up within minutes with a rooter that could cleanout the line for about 50 feet. Took care of the problem. They did a very good job of making sure they did not make a mess and were out of there within an hour. Real reasonable cost and a 30 day warranty to make sure that took care of our problem.
