Superior Plumbing was prompt when requesting a quote from them.  I reported a leak on the exterior stucco wall near my garden faucet, and they were able to schedule an appointment for me that very afternoon.  Ignacio and Rudy showed up on time, and were able to quickly diagnose the problem.  Turns out the leak was caused by a deteriorating garden hose, and not due to a leaking pipe.  My overall experience with Superior Plumbing was positive, and I would not hesitate to contact them for future plumbing services.

Alex helped me with getting the sewer lateral to comply with the minimum dollars spent. His quote was the lowest and the most honest out of all the other companies. The rest had told me that the sewage requires replacement. Alex was responsive and efficient. I referred him to my friends and clients. They were all satisfied with his work!

Charles is great!!  Charles fixed and updated all the fixtures in our bathtub.  He did very clean work, and my wife and I are very happy with the job he did.  His price was also very fair!  I will be using Charles and Primo Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future!!

Justin replaces a faucet in out kitchen today. Great job. On time. Very clean. Nice guy. I can highly recommend him.

I called Taz last night to set up an appointment for the first thing this morning. Jeebz arrived on time and went right to work after I showed him a quick layout of our pipes. They were cleaned out and good as new within 30 minutes. Thanks for being professional, Jeebz, and taking care of business.  I even got to work on time. Amazing!!

It was 7.30pm and my toilet was having major issues.  I called Atlas based on all of the positive feedback on Yelp...I love Yelp!  Mark answered and told me he'd be over within the hour (and he was).  He offered me a free estimate after assessing the situation and stuck to it...20 minutes my plumbing order was restored and my Rolodex one entry heavier.  

I will be using Atlas for any future plumbing issues!

Friends of mine recommended Star Rooter to me.  I called them about an issue with my sump pump after heavy rains where it wasn't draining properly and was always on.  They set me up for an appointment the same day I called, fixed the problem without trying to upsell me, checked all the other equipment without charging me anything extra, and were super nice to boot (Fred, the owner, is the one who came to my house even though my job was tiny compared to most, I'm sure).  Oh, and they'll come and give you a no-obligation estimate for free, even on a small job like this, where most folks seems to charge just to even come out.

Sean from Red Wrench replaced the broken drain assembly on my bathroom sink expediently and expertly. He arrived promptly and was very through. He checked out a few other plumbing issues after fixing my drain such as adjusting the hot water flow which was low and replacing the aerator on the faucet, free of charge, which made a huge improvement. I am very pleased with the service Sean delivered and would highly recommend using Red Wrench Plumbing.

Sal is great, knowledgeable, and excellent at calling back.  When our sewer line backed up late on on a Saturday afternoon, we started calling around and most companies were closing.  After a false start with another vendor, we came upon Sal and Save Now Plumbing.  Sal arrived earlier than he expected (which was fine with us!), understood the issue immediately, and corrected it.  We were back in business in less than 30 minutes.  The price was very reasonable, and less than some other services who wanted to wait until Monday.  Call Sal when you have drain issues.

Had a small clog this morning with our toilet and called a bunch of places and did quote requests on Yelp.

Chatted with Ygnacio on the phone about the issue and he identified that his Alameda Rooter employees were already busy, so he quickly dispatched his Oakland Rooter employees.

I sincerely appreciate the quick action to reroute and have our clog fixed quickly.

Great, fast and reliable service. Called and 3 hours later he was here. Service guy explained everything. What a great job Erick Zavala did.

Garbage disposal was stuck and wouldn't move. Keshab gave me a time and was there within 30 min of it. Pleasant fellow. Issue was pretty straightforward but we were missing all the tools. Fortunately, he had everything so figured out the stuck blade, told me what to do in future and that was it. Terrific fellow.

I called this morning at 7:30am and made a same day appointment for 3pm.  I had to take the afternoon off of work, and I was prepared for them to be late and wait for hours.  Nope.  They were there at 3pm on the dot!  Came upstairs, snaked the shower drain with a motor-powered auger and were done in 20 minutes.  It was pricey ($203 with the yelper first time discount of $25 off), but you know what?  I'll pay a premium for someone who respects my time, cleans up the workspace when done and is polite.

Btw, I have no idea why my review is being filtered.  I've been a legitimate yelper for years!

My bad experience was consistent with the other low ratings GT plumbing has received.

I was referred to GT plumbing by my home warranty company.  They were difficult to reach to schedule the appointment; it took 3 days and repeated calls from me at different times to set it up. Then the plumber never showed up during the 3 hour window. GT plumbing did not call that day to cancel or reschedule so I resolved the issue without them. The following week GT plumbing accused me of not being home during the appointment time, although they had no record of attempting to contact me during the appointment window.

If you are referred by your home warranty company, consider asking for another plumbing business to use. I've found out that this is an option with mine.
