Carl is my go-to plumber now. I recommended him to my sister and she's been happy as well.

Carl is reliable, on time, courteous, and we've used him four times over the past few years--mostly unclogging drains. He's extremely honest.

Carl replaced the faucet and some pipes on my bathtub.  He did quality work at a fair price.  He did not do any unnecessary work.

So friendly, thoughtful, knowledgable, and clean!  I had a problem with my kitchen sink drain. The property management company for my old place used John for plumbing work. John had to come by a few times at my old place for various minor repairs. He was always super prompt, clean--wore booties in the house, and fixed everything adeptly.  He even showed me where the hex turny-thing to get a disposal working again was!

When I bought my own home, I managed to clog my kitchen drain. Drano and plunging didn't clear it. John immediately came to mind. He said he was booked for the next few days, then called me back saying he had a cancellation and could be right over. He quickly cleared the trap which was full of kale stems--never.put.kale.st….the.disposal!  

John's just the best!

I have used Hanson since he was recommended by a colleague for everything! He is always very good with timing, very professional, very knowledgable about everything, and best of all, his prices are amazingly low!
He is always cordial on the phone and always shows up to even the last minute calls for appointments.

I cannot extent my gratitude enough to him and his company for making my job really easy by finding a great vendor.

I called Carl to snake a shower drain that wasn't draining. He was able to come the same day and fix it. He was very friendly and also solved a few other plumbing problems while he was over. Best $95 I've spent on my new place!

Please stay away from this company. This outfit is unprofessional and downright rude. Awful customer service or lack of it. Our water heater was recently replaced by this god awful company. The water heater need to be strapped down due to the placement of the water heater. After agreeing that holes will be drilled for the support straps the installer drilled holes into the wall without using a stud finder tool. Of course he hit a water pipe causing a leak. The pipe was repaired however there is now a hole in our drywall that was not patched and repaired. A call was made and a very disgruntled employee answered the phone. None of my suggestions or complaints were accepted by this god awful employee. Fowl language is all he knows. Our drywall should be replaced. Please stay away from this outfit. Again awful customer service and down right rude personnel.

I have used this plumber for years since a general contractor recommended him for a relatively small job and have always been very satisfied. I have used Carl who usually works alone. His rates are quite reasonable. He has an hourly rate that is comparable to other plumbers but he seems to charge less as if he is charging based on the complexity of the work done.  He is dependable and always comes as promised. He will work me in promptly if I have an emergency and he seems to work long hours every day. I guess my needs are for relatively small jobs for a six unit building.  If the job is any sort of stretch for him based on time available, manpower, skills or whatever he is willing to admit it and  share his references for others in the business that he feels will better serve my needs. For example, I had a water pipe serving 3 units that needed to be replaced and he recommended someone else for that job who did the work well for a fair price.  I have never had to call him back because the job was not done to my complete satisfaction. I have no hesitancy in recommending him.
I believe this is a second generation of the family business and they are here to stay.
