July 10, 2012,  I call Mr. Lee over the weekend and said I had hot brown water coming out the faucet, right away Mr Lee knew it was my water heater. With 48 hrs Mr Lee and his son brought and installed a new water heater.  I am very satisfied with their prompt service and they clean up ( sweep) afterward too.   I refer Mr Lee to my friend and she was very satisfied with their service too.  I would use them again.
Cost was reasonable too.  Thank you.

This person farmed out my request for Electrician help to some other random person he supposedly works with. That person responded, confirmed an appointment with me to provide an estimate and then cancelled the day of to work on something else more time sensitive. He mentioned he would be in contact to reschedule and then never reached out.

I had to reach out to him 5 days later only for him to respond he was no longer interested as he's out of town. Is it too much to expect professional and proactive communication? I can't recommend working with these people based on this experience.

Basilio and his sister who is in the office are the best. I had an underground broken water pipe that gave me an humongous water bill, the location of the leak was not obvious. Basilio figured out the most likely place for a leak, had his men dig there and viola there it was. Of course it was deep and it involved removing pieces of side walk.He fixed it over the 4 th of July holiday, his rates were very fair and he did not add a premium because it was a holiday.
And they can tell time, he came when he said he would.
No longer necessary to look for plumber

Tom Friel has been our plumber for over 25 years and that is a testament to what a great job he always delivers. He is thorough and honest and knows what he is doing. Most importantly, he is totally reliable and responsive. The only plumber I would recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Ideal Rooter & Plumbing. The entire process, from initial inspection through to quote negotiation and undertaking and completing the work, was smooth and efficient. They are good communicators which I appreciated being a new home owner and inexperienced in plumbing matters. Due to recent deluges our crawlspace had a pool of standing water, and as luck would have it, the job required them to work right in the middle of it. They pushed on regardless and still got the job done impressively quickly. They're also both really nice guys. I thoroughly recommend them.

I strongly recommend Concord Roofer and Plumbing for excellent and reasonable work. Marco was prompt and timely to my service request. His price was very reasonable and he did an excellent job replacing my kitchen and four bathroom faucets. I commend his professional service.

Friend recommended. A lady picks up the phone. We told her the issue (leak and clog), she said she was very busy during the day. Offered to come at night. Got a text message from them stating that they will arrive in 20 mins. Then she calls and cancels on me. Made up some excuse that her machines are broken, find someone else... click! Hung up on me. I was going to ask if they can make it the next morning. But I guess they aren't professional at all.

We had no water due to a large leak in main water line to the house.  They came out the next morning, found leak and repaired cracked coupler buried deep in ground.  They are great people to work with.  They do all plumbing services so we will be sure to use them again!  Excellent, professional and friendly.

The plumber came out and spent approximately 2-hours and most of that time he was on the phone.  A job which would of taken 10 to 15 minutes, he only fixed one issue and did not even attempt to make repairs to the other issue.  This is very irresponsible.  He did not even recommend what our next steps should be.  
I would not recommend Lev's Plumbing to do anything in the future.

I had a drainpipe that was badly rusted right where it connects to the concrete.  The first plumber said he could cut it off right at the concrete, and install a plastic sleeve.  Second plumber said that was a bad idea, and would need to dig into the concrete, and didn't want to even try to bid it because he didn't know how far he'd have to dig.  Yevgeny also wanted to dig, and wanted to fix a bunch of other problems too.  He gave a quote just a little more expensive than the first guy, and ended up having to dig up quite a bit of concrete before he got to good pipe.  Even though it was a little more work than expected, he got the job done on time and on budget.  If you want the job done *right*, for a fair price, Yevgeny is your guy.

Beyond that, he takes a lot of time to look at your house as a holistic system, to make sure that the work makes sense in the bigger picture - especially helpful for a beginner homeowner such as myself.

I haven't written a Yelp review in over a year, but Moe was good enough to bring me out of retirement. A completely professional TV/sound bar installation (hidden wiring) from start to finish. Moe was responsive, friendly, and accommodating while scheduling and even better in person.

I'm reasonably sure his comprehensive equipment was from the future complete with multiple laser levels stored in his 4 boxes of tools (yes he has 4 large boxes of tools). In all seriousness though his demeanor, knowledge, and professionalism all made this a seamless experience from an incredibly friendly guy.

No complaints and very much recommended.

Phil, at Lutz, was extremely helpful with showing us different products and in processing our order.  He was patient in sending us numerous quotes to meet our tastes and budget.  Moreover, Phil went out of his way to get us a brand new vanity even though we had paid floor model pricing.

In short, I highly recommend Lutz and Phil.

Excellent.  Called at about 10 am about an issue and I had a fix completed shortly after 12:00 noon.  I was given options and a recommendation.  Will keep Bay Area Plumbing at the top of my list when a plumber is needed!!

Dave is terrific.....Had him do a bunch of fix it stuff around my house from doors, to lightening fixture to kitchen faucet...he even texted me when he knew he would be a few minutes late....He is polite, efficient and professional...I will use him again and recommend him highly....

My faucet in the kitchen was leaking pretty badly and I needed it fixed ASAP. Gator Rooter and Plumbing arrived the next day and fixed it within an hour. The service is fast and efficient. The pricing is good too. I plan on using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future!

This is a money-hungry business.  I requested a bid for a residential sprinkler installation for work since the owner wants it & not mandated by the city.  The owner, Humphrey stated he can't afford me.  I guess he doesn't want any business.
