Best Plumbing Services in California

Beware of this company's outrageous fees. I was tricked into hiring this company because they offered free estimate. When the technician got there, he demanded $395 to do any kind of assessment.  This is not a free estimate.  This company does not give hourly rate over the phone because their fees are so much higher than other companies. I needed a repair of a simple light fixture but they told me the entire unit needs rewiring and quoted $4500 or they wouldn't fix the lights.  $395 wasted and nothing was done.  My unit lighting works perfectly other than this light fixture.  I checked 3 other companies and one company already told me the probable cause for the problem without coming out and this company merely confirmed it with $395 but refused to repair it because they want a much bigger job. Instead of fixing the problem I asked for, they kept looking for more ways to make profit, this is wrong and dishonest. They contacted me several times afterwards to ask if I wanted to do the rewiring of the entire unit and I said no.  It's only right they refund the money.  I suppose many people might fall into their business gimmicks and end up doing unnecessary mega electrical work and pay thousands of dollars. I believe businesses should offer transparency in their fees and offer competitive rate.  The technician said each company can charge whatever they want, no wonder they had first availability compared to other companies, I suggest going with another company even with waiting little longer.  I would have had the light fixed for less than $200 if I went with another company according to the quote, They say free estimate, IT'S definitely NOT!!!.

Always ready to assist you in any situation.     This counts when you're having water issues and no time to think.    They come in and solve the issue and don't take every penny in your account.     So when you get good service, reliable service and at a reasonable cost, what else are you looking for?

We had a leak in the mainline from the street to our house. We have a cancer/surgical patient in the house and having water is especially important. We've used them in the past. One of the jobs was installation of a garbage disposal. The unit malfunctioned after a couple years and they replaced it for free. The job we had done today on the main line started in the morning and was done with our water back on by 1 pm. The bill matched the estimate and we're very happy with the work and particularly the prompt service. They are also super nice and professional. I highly recommend.

I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

I was lucky enough to be at Home Depot when a rep from this company was there offering a $39 A/C maintenance service.  My appointment was scheduled for the following day.  The technician, Rich, called me 15 minutes before my appointment (as promised) to let me know he was on his way.  He also sent a follow-up text with a picture so I would know who to expect (nice touch).  Rich could not have been nicer...or more thorough!  He wore gloves and booties when he came into my house (to protect my floors).  He took pictures of every test he ran, and there were lots of them.  He explained the results and his recommendations.  There was no hard sell.  Shortly thereafter I received an email with all the pictures he took, an invoice with a breakdown of the work that was done, and info about the recommendations he made. I will definitely use them again...thank you, Rich!

Pip is fantastic. I found him randomly from seeing his truck outside at another job and after having a nice chat with him, I looked him up on Yelp and then gave him a call. I am so grateful I found him. I have had terrible luck and experiences with plumbers in the past, and Pip almost seems too good to be true... but he's not! He's the real deal!

Pip shows up on time. He's friendly, professional, courteous, detail-oriented, tidy, and has a fantastic English accent and a dry wit to boot that will keep you in stitches. Just as the name of his company suggests, the prices are indeed reasonable.

You will not be disappointed if you hire Pip.  Oh, and he is definitely British when it comes to his love and passion for tea so make sure you have some English Breakfast on hand with cream and a bit of sugar!  Trust me, he's worth it! ;)

A Sunday morning search for a plumber was not a good start for my day, until I found The Works Plumbing. Their prices are reasonable, and not inflated for weekend work. They were at my door within the hour I called, I was very happy.  

I had a small repair job, but still received great customer service and professionalism. I'll be calling them for my next remodeling job. I recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Hiring a plumber is always a little nerve-racking of a task. You always hear horror stories, and so you want to be sure you pick the right company. I can tell you that my experience with 'New York' Bobby was great. Had a water heater that was well past it's prime, and kept putting it off and putting it off. You know how that goes. Well I finally decided that I was going to deal with it, and contacted Pacific Drain & Plumbing after getting a referral from my boss. This company is great! They quoted me a price for the entire job, which included removal, replacement and installation for the water heater, as well as the bringing it 100% up to safety codes, which I now realize the old one wasn't even close to. Job only took a couple hours, and before I knew it I had hot water again. Upon removal of the old one, I even got my first look at the back of the water heater, and it was such a rusty mess I had no idea. I feel very lucky that I was able to replace it in time before it stopped working, and am even more grateful that I had 'New York' Bobby there to do it.

Although you never hope to have to call for another plumbing problem, I know without a doubt who I will contact if I do!

I was replacing a water heater that was about 20 years old.  I found Pristine Plumbing and they came out to replace it for me.  BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I can't say enough.  They not only installed the new water heater, but brought me up to code on several things that needed to be fixed, and left my house cleaner than when they got there.  Richard helped me pick out the best heater for my size house and Dwain is the friendliest guy around.
P.S. Also came out and cleared a drain at my shop. I'm an auto detailer and my main line was clogged.  Out in 20 min. to get started, had three customers walk up and tell me they are the nicest dressed plumbers they've ever seen :)

Last Monday I awoke to a strange noise in my garage. It was my water heater making a noise like Niagara Falls and spewing out water along the back of my cabinets. I was unable to turn it off. I called Thompson Plumbing, where I had never been a client before, and in less than two hours hero Ramon showed up. He immediately was able to shut it off, removed the water heater, got a new one and installed it, and cleaned up all the mess that had been created. The whole thing from when I found it to when it was finished was less than six hours. I was very impressed and would call them again in a heartbeat for any future plumbing or HVAC issues. Stellar!!

I had a few jobs around the house and Ray's had some good reviews so I figured I'd give it a shot.  I left a message requesting an estimate since I've had bad experiences with plumbers in the past.  Gary called me back that same afternoon and was quite pleasant.  He went through a few pricing options over the phone, and even gave me the option to buy the pieces a head of time so he wouldnt have to charge me for parts.  When he came over, he started in the kichen installing a new faucet.  Then moved on to fixing 2 toilets.  By the time he finished, everything was working great and all he charged was for an hour work which was less than anyone else had quoted.  Great job!! If I ever need a plumber again, Im calling Ray's plumbing

Thanks Mark for sending Chris out the same day I called!  He was polite, professional and friendly. He knew within minutes what was causing the leak. I would recommend Mark to anyone needing a quality plumber.
