I blew fuses, accidentally, after running 2 space heaters. I have solar panels, so have been trying to get used to them and use electricity rather than gas heat. Even though my fuse panel was marked, due to work Pt Loma electric had done, after I needed my system upgrade, following solar panel installation, I couldn't figure out how to put the fuses/breakers, back into the correct spot. Curtis did an excellent job, over the phone with me. He literally had a photo of my panel box that he found, saved from earlier, by Pt Loma electric technician.  Curtis walked me thru, over phone, how to put fuses/breakers back into correct place, and I got them all re-set. He told me, all would be SAFE, and that I shouldn't have any concerns about blowing fuses again, but just recommend, 'don't use 2 space heaters at same time'.

Always ready to assist you in any situation.     This counts when you're having water issues and no time to think.    They come in and solve the issue and don't take every penny in your account.     So when you get good service, reliable service and at a reasonable cost, what else are you looking for?

These guys are AWESOME! Saturday afternoon around 2:00pm a water leak appeared in my kitchen ceiling. By 5:00pm Chris was out to my house and went right to work. He found the leak and had it repaired in about an hour. Apparently a pin-hole leak that's been building for some time...Ladera Ranch is known for these. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn't be happier with the service from these guys. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Excellent service once again, Dylon. This time we used Dylon for something way smaller--we had bought something from overseas that came in a huge plywood shipping container that we couldn't dispose of with regular trash day. Dylon responded right away and came the next day (early!) to pick up the container at a very reasonable price. Really appreciate your business, Dylon--keep up the good work and the customer service!

As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience. They showed up on time. They were friendly and professional. They also exemplified the name of the company. They replaced my furnace and installed a completely new A/C system in just one day, hauled off all the old equipment and left my house and yard exactly as it was when they arrived. Except for the exceptional A/C unit that is now installed. Once the installation was complete, they stayed to ensure the system was properly configured, charged and balanced. I can't say enough positive words about Jeff, Jamie and Troy.

The company also provides the best warranty and maintenance plan of any company I have contacted by far. If you are thinking about using this company, stop thinking and call them.

If I could give Tim more stars I would!! He was so responsive and helpful. I coordinated the Backflow inspection for my dad and Tim responded to all of my questions. He also was very helpful, professional and thorough. He took care of the report and will even remind us yearly! We are definitely using TS every year!

Pip is the best.  On move in day to my new house, I found out the water main was shut-off.  The reason was the deluge of water that shot out of a broken hose pipe when it was enabled.  Pip showed up on a Saturday, repaired the broken pipe, which took a bit of excavation, a good deal of jack-hammering, and some creative pipe cutting to solve.  As if this wasn't enough, he did this all on a Sunday.  Very reasonable considered what it usually costs to get an emergency plumber on a Sunday.  I also had him back to install a Watts reverse osmosis water purification system and feed that supply to my ice-maker.  Great person and a great person to know...

Shawn is our go-to plumber, hands down.  We have had him visit our property for different requests and he has never failed in walking us through his thought process.  His communication is on point and we are grateful to have a trustworthy professional to answer questions. A rare find.

Cant say enough good about this company!  I used them the first time in 2016, the second time yesterday.  They did an excellent job of clearing out my outside drains that were very slow to drain.  They were professional, answered all of my questions and most importantly fixed the problem on the first visit.  Thanks guys!

Steve was able to get to us same day with no hassles at all. I was given a heads up when they would arrive. Steve was friendly and willing to go the  extra mile and try some tricks first to get our water flowing in our bathtub drain. Luckily the tricks worked and it likely saved us hundreds in repairs. I called Vanguard plumbing to come and give me a quote on an out door drain clog I had in my yard. Robert was very up front in his response to my request for a quote and was very easy to schedule a time with. Unfortunately my drainage pipe needed to be replaced, but Robert gave me a very good quote and was unbelievably informative on my options. Since there was going to be some pretty major work going on in the yard, I decided to do some yard renovations before having the pipe replaced.

A couple of weeks after Robert had come and given me an estimate for drain pipe our hot water heater decided to poop out at about 9 am on a Monday morning. I called Robert right away and he said he could be out first thing the next morning. I probably could have called around and gotten someone to do it faster, but I was so impressed with my first experience that I knew I wanted Vanguard to do the work. Robert came out Tuesday morning to look at my water heater and gave a full cost to replace it right then. He also took the time to explain to me all of the different types of water filtration and water treatment options that were available, along with the costs. Since I have a water softener and a reverse osmosis water system I was very interested in the differences between all of the systems. He also explained to me that my old water heater wasn't even installed up to building code standards. After all of the home repairs I have done I wasn't really surprised by this news. But I appreciated him telling this information.

Needless to say we had hot water running again in a few hours. The installation is beautiful and more efficient than my old hot water heater.  When Robert was finished he took the time to show me all of the functions and how to take care of system so it will last as long as possible. While he was here I showed him my yard renovation projects progress and told him I will be calling him to get on the schedule as soon I get the area all ready to go. Honestly, I probably won't ever call a different a plumber again.

I had just a small simple job. The flow diverter on my tub spout was broken. I had the screw-on type and when I tried removing it myself, encountered a lot of resistance. I decided to play it safe and find a plumber. They sent Roby out, who arrived on time first thing in the morning. As he removed the tub spout using a pipe wrench...sure enough the old pipe busted. He let me know that it looked like he needed to do some extra solder work to add more pipe back on, but after working the pipe for a few minutes, he was able to convert it to a use a slip-on tub spout without adding more pipe back...this meant the job ended up costing less than initially expected. All in all, I really appreciate the honesty with the pricing and was satisfied with the work.

Ever get more than expected? I did that just now! Needed a plumber quickly and got Bob early the next day. Not only did he do the job well, he also provided me with what I consider (insider information) about anything that had to do with plumbing. Thinking of having him return to install a full house filter system as well. He will be my go-to-guy for any plumbing issues I may have in the future.

I always prefer a smaller company for personalized service and reasonable prices. They usually can do the job sooner too. Bob was a breath of fresh air in a busy world.

I write reviews when they are deserved and this one is! Thomas B. Is a Professional, Courteous, Experienced Plumber who is a great Representative for Thompson Plumbing. He arrived on time well within the time frame. He explained his companies policies and took the time to listen to my concerns. He assessed my plumbing problem, quoted me a fair quote and he began. Regrettably the job turned out to be more challenging than expected, but he was not deterred. He kept me informed and he expertly remedied the problem. I was impressed with: His Service, Knowledge, Expertise, Demeanor and Professionalism. I have found My Plumber! It is a relief to find a Reliable and Trustworthy Company. Bravo Zulu, Thomas! This guy has no idea what he is doing. do not hire him. He messed up my bathroom which was an easy fix. I paid him $500 and then had to pay a real plumber to fix his mess.

5 Stars says As good as it gets .... well that's the truth when it comes to Gary at Rays Plumbing.  We have used him several times and he is the real deal!!!  I can't say enough good about him .... He's HONEST, prompt, clean, more than fair on pricing, knowledgeable, and funny to boot.  We have referred him to several people and they are all extremely pleased with what he brings to the table.  There's no doubt that you will be glad he's the one you decided to call.

I also saw Mark on Yelp.  I found him to be polite, efficient, and professional.  He's as good as it gets!  I plan to call him for all my plumbing needs.
