After speaking with the owner, the replacement fixture was located and installed this week.  Charlie, the electrician was super friendly and professional. Thank you for addressing my concerns.

Companies like this do not exist anymore.  Point Loma Electrical performed work on my home back in 2014/2015.  I forgot to mention in my previous review that they installed an LED light under my kitchen cabinets.  A couple weeks ago the light started flickering and eventually stopped working.  I called them to come out to fix it; thinking the bulb/tube(?) needed to be replaced.  There must have been something minor going on with my electrical because they fixed pretty quick.  I asked how much I owed and the electrician said, nothing... you're still under warranty...  Honesty and excellent service!  I will only go to these guys for my electrical work in the future!  Thank you PLE&P!

Always ready to assist you in any situation.     This counts when you're having water issues and no time to think.    They come in and solve the issue and don't take every penny in your account.     So when you get good service, reliable service and at a reasonable cost, what else are you looking for?

I got a call from the office, and was impressed by the effort to keep me happy. The work was done correctly, and quickly.

I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

Hands down one of the best experiences ever with a company that is truly the GOLD STANDARD of customer service and expertise from start to finish.  It's the little things that really make a difference... like text and email reminders and sending a text photo of your service person coming to the house so you have a face with the name prior!  I'm just blown away across the board.  I am so glad I got another estimate for a new air conditioning unit and found same day!  Every single person from the time I met with Ruben prior to consult to installation and then a day after to check on something they were on it!  So comfortable and easy to chat with.  THANK YOU! Highly recommend this company. Pip was quick to respond, had great communication, was punctual, was very knowledgeable regarding the issues with my garbage disposal (he even noticed an issue with my sink that I hadn't even noticed), and he also saved me $450.00 when another company wanted to waaaayyy over charge me to replace a broken garbage disposal. You can really tell that he is passionate and prideful about his work and not in it to rip people off. I will 100% be using this company again!

I was nervous to have purchased a sensor faucet to put in the kitchen but to my relief, Shawn was able to install and get it running perfectly-and within an hour!  I love my new faucet and appreciate that Shawn knew how to install it without hesitation.  When I'm ready to replace the rest of the faucets in the house, I'll be calling The Works Plumbing for sure!!!

Our home is in escrow to be sold.  So we had a laundry list of items that needed attention.  Throughout his visit Jerold was professional, courteous, and did a great job.  I will recommend Jerold and Pacific Drain to anyone who is in need of their services.

We had slow-draining bathroom and kitchen, a smelly drain, and a few other plumbing concerns.  After 2 plumbers with whom we hadn't been satisfied, I looked to Yelp for another plumbing company, and Daniel's Plumbing & Son had 6 five-star reviews, so clearly liked, but not well experienced? (They solved all of our plumbing issues -- details below.)

I phoned, and Steve and I had a long, informative and listening conversation.  We scheduled service, and he, Art, and Manny arrived, only to find a misaligned sewer-pipe junction with a camera...in the middle of our house...ugh.  We scheduled for the jackhammering and other items we wanted fixed (e.g. water-hammer arresters), and after a short medical-emergency delay for which Steve was clearly sorry and nervous I'd be upset (I wasn't.), they performed all of the work in 2 days.

Steve and Art pulled in their father, the eponymous Daniel, and he helped solve the misaligned sewer problem.  Art found two small leaks from the previous plumber's work, and he fixed them without charging.  They solved the hot/cold water mixing problem we had throughout the house (found crossed water lines at the hot water heater) and solved that.  They installed 4 water-hammer arresters in our lines and we no longer experience the daily explosions in our house multiple times a day (yay!).  And, finally, our sinks/tubs are draining much better.

The best part is that, even though Daniel's Plumbing & Son did not re-tile the tiles they'd jackhammered, after we finally replaced the tile ourselves (3 weeks, due to concrete dry time, 1 weekend trip, and 1 week trip), they came out the day after I said the tile was done to reinstall the toilet.  Can't ask for better service than that!

I highly recommend this company.  Communication is prompt and thoughtful.  Questions answered.  Payment easy (invoice emailed and all payments available; I paid by check, but could have with CC).  Work, so far (3 weeks later), remains as expected.

Pristine was referred to us and we have been using them for ALL of our plumbing needs. The most recent visit was serviced by Dwain who diagnosed the problem, walked us through the problem and quickly resolved it. Within minutes, he was on his way to his next site. Due to the previous work done by Rob and team (also highly recommended), Dwain took care of us free of charge. The Pristine crew provides utmost customer service; from the office staff to the service representatives, the entire crew has always been professional and thorough. Office staff is quick to book earliest appointments and follow up on calls when necessary. The service team's whereabouts is always provided to you the day of service. There's no doubt we'll continue to use Pristine Plumbing.

We had a warm spot in our floor which can be scary as a homeowner.  Robert with Vanguard came in and swiftly detected a slab leak and put us at ease with his solution.  Within a couple of hours he capped the leak and that week re-routed our pipes with the newest pex piping.  He was knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and a great value!  If you have a plumbing need look no further than Robert with Vanguard Plumbing & Drains!

Roby from George Davis Plumbing was fantastic.  He was very courteous and knowledgeable.  Roby is the third plumber to come out for a toilet issue and the only one to fix it right.  And he was reasonably priced.

I love when I can leave a rave review. We had a mini emergency today due to some other work being done and needed a plumber right away. After consulting Yelp I gave a call. Bob picked up right away and was available nearby. No joke, he was here 15 minutes later and charged a very reasonable rate for the work. I won't hesitate to call Bob for any future plumbing jobs.

Super happy I found Raul. I just purchased a home and noticed one of the toilets was leaking, I contacted Raul based on Yelp matching and he was very quick and responsive. He gave me an estimate, I was able to call him and explain the issue and he had a good idea of what was needed. We set up an appt within a couple of days and he came on time and completed the service very quickly. He informed me of everything that he did.  I am grateful for his service and will definitely contact him again with any further plumbing needs. Thank you Raul.

I bought a house in UC built in 68, and it needed a lot of work, I hired Gary to come in and help with the many plumbing problems I was having. Gary came in fixed the toilets,water heater. and even ran a gas line to my fireplace way cool then when we found that it took forever to get hot water to the upstairs bath rooms he put in a watts  unit on the water heater to send hot water all the time, works great. he is knowledgeable, the nicest guy and honest. you couldn't go wrong using him for any repairs. First Time

I am a little nervous when hiring contractors for our home.  I found EP through Yelp, combed through the reviews and after contacting them and getting immediate response back, I decided to chose EP for a toilet replacement.

Being that my husband kept nagging me to find resolve for his thrown, ASAP, I was super excited to receive prompt response and then scheduling was easy.  And although it wasn't a true plumbing emergency I knew that I needed to get the replacement complete within a couple of days.  They scheduled me, replaced my toilet with a nice TOTO toilet.  Christopher, my plumber gave me a few choices from low-mid level and then we decided to stick with TOTO a regarded name in the toilet industry.

I know it's just toilet replacing but because they gave me great service with this job I would definitely hire them for other plumbing jobs for our home.  A good plumber is like having a good hair dresser, you kind of want to keep them for yourself so they don't get too busy or inaccessible.  But I have to give credit where credit is due.  

Husband is happy with the new toilet and the job went smoothly for this momma that's balancing so much already at home. I appreciate the ease of how everything went.  He arrived at 12:30 and the job was completed by 3:15. Two thumbs up!
