Way too expensive. Almost $300 to replace one GFI.
Then a $500 quote or something ridiculous to replace a garbage disposal.

The tech was nice, people on the phone were nice. But way too expensive.

The only reason i called them because mike slater talks about them on his show.

I will never use them or again or recommend them.

We had a toilet at a rental property that was clogged and in bad shape. We needed same day help since we were trying to clean the place and needed access to facilities. Bob came out about an hour after we called, fitting us into his busy schedule for the day.

He fixed the clog and made recommendations for some things he saw in the bathroom that also needed to be addressed.

Gary is so knowledgeable and friendly! I would highly recommend him for any inquiries or issues you may be experiencing! Top notch customer service!

Winter is almost over and spring is about to blast San Diego. I had 6 Mock Oranges trees, a few Sacos and other random tees that were getting out of control. Green Earth San Diego came in at the best price and fit my time table (the other quotes were double than Green Earth San Diego).

All the vegetation was removed that I had cut down in lighting speed. Dylan and his crew was wicked nice and made short work of project. It's also good to know the yard waste will be mulched and repurposed vice going to the land fill to be buried. Heck, they even took a trash can full of dirt and roots I was filling up from removing the roots.

As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

I got the call from our short term rental visitors that our air conditioner was not working. They were hot, annoyed, and not very friendly. I was 500 miles away but needed to get this thing fixed ASAP. I searched around for someone that could get to the home quickly and get this thing fixed. I came upon sameday's promo offer for $39.00 diagnostic. From the moment I first called all the way through the diagnostic and fix the communication was top notch. Professional service, courteous technicians, and super reasonable pricing. Not to mention they came to the house and had the unit  fixed in a matter of a couple of hours. The tenants even called me to thank me  for sending such a professional, courteous technician. 5 star company all day.

Recently (Yesterday afternoon) replaced a backflow preventer for a residential property.
Contacted TS Backflow, and was given an immediate response by Tim. He was super friendly and got me on the schedule for This morning for 10 am.
10:08 am this morning I received a phone call confirmation that the test had been completed and passed.

Overall if I could give more than 5* I would. Tim I thank you again.

Had a clogged drain that I couldn't snake.  Got a quote that was very reasonable and they took care of my drain problem the next day.  They showed me what was in the drain and gave me tips on preventing clogs later on.  They could have tried to upsale me on getting new pipes or  some other stuff done but they didn't.  Definitely recommend.

On August 30th of 2015, I had a fourth slab leak this one was a major decision maker for me and my family. We had to decide whether we were going to continue with the bs insurance claim that after several years of paying your premiums you have a claim and the insurance company send a bunch of Gomer Pyle Contractors that always wind of sayingSurprise Surprise Surprise the insurance company will only pay to dig up the location where the leak is and reroute to the next branch of piping that's let. We had both cold water and hot water. So after all the guesstimates, quotes, not one of the plumbers ever mention that we could have an alternative. That's when a friend of ours had some work done by Shaun and The Works Plumbing, no not Angie's List friend, a Facebook Friend but a true friend who we would trust with our investment our home. We call Shaun and he came down did a very thorough inspection not this bs walk by and spit some off the wall numbers but a very methodical inch by inch inspection and sat down with us to offer some solutions, not some band aids. Shaun sat down look us straight in the eyes and whip out a sample material of PEX. Hold on yoyos who knock new technologies of home building. Shaun gave us the pros and cons of using PEX and forget the reroute and repipe the entire house. I looked at him and said to myself this guy must be high on dope or dog poop. What does he think we are cash cows or my name is Money Bag$! Well he had me blown away with the competitive bid, not a low ball bid but a true honest bid. Well the next 3 days they came as true professionals, got to work yes it was late at night but hey they are workhorses and clean. Pull out all the pipes from the house knocked out all the holes for the running of the PEX and these guys work, no bs chatting, looking at Facebook, Twitter, and all the other distractions that happen on the site for most of the contractors of home repairs. People I rate this the BEST EVER EXPERIENCE for something that was a NIGHTMARE and THE WORKS Plumbing were Dreamweavers. Great Job Guys thanks and Shaun I have to say like your response to my question Why Chose Plumbing as a Profession Shaun Responded Plumbing Chose Me. People wake up to the back to the future where the old way of doing business is the new way to have a wonderful experience for a traumatic event. Don't let them yahoos, Angie's List and the many other companies out there not give you the respect, dignity, and customer support that you deserve during events that can bankrupt your home. Jerold came out this afternoon to replace a broken/leaking hose bib (spigot).

As with my previous experiences, he was nice, easy to talk to, explained everything to me in a way that I could follow, and overall very helpful.

I have recommended Pacific Drain and Plumbing to friends and family, and we've always been happy with their work and staff.

Had 2 problems in my new home & they arrived fast & fixed both perfectly, like old-fashion Docs.  2 plumbers each time, one Senior & one training Junior Apprentice.  Lovely people as well.  Would recommend without reservation.

I had a water leak in my ceiling next to the kitchen that I discovered on a Saturday morning. I called Pristine Plumbing for help and they showed up within an hour! I worked with Paco who was very professional and informative and thorough.
He capped the leak until my disaster company finished drying out the mess and promptly came back to finish the leak repair. He was also fair with me on the cost of the repair. I would definitely call them again! Great job Paco!!

Efficient friendly and took care of our issue abs provided us some information to help avoid the issue in the future. While we hope not to need plumbing help any time soon, we will definitely use Vanguard again!

Had my faucet replaced by Roby. He was very professional and did an excellent job.  Will keep their number for future plumbing jobs. Highly recommend.

I had tried my hand at installing a DIY bidet and managed to cross-thread the part that sticks out from the bottom of the tank. Nothing to do but call a plumber at that point. They were at my place in 5 minutes, fixed the problem and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Very courteous; nice guys. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

Ignacio was SUPER!!!! After doing an assessment of our noisy pipes he was able to determine the most likely cause. He got the job done and very patient with my 3 year old who is a chatter box.

We had Raul out again recently, super fortunate to have found him,  always willing to help, very friendly and great at his work!

Use Ray's Plumbing on 9/26/2017 just to install a Kitchen Faucet that I had already bought, so I just needed it installed. Cost was 363.87 it took an hour if that, what a rip off. I would not recommend at all and then they try to sell you maintenance another rip off, but the service person did a great job.

Delighted to have found Efficient Plumbing!  We've dealt with both Mark and Christopher a couple of times now, and find them to be most excellent, really good people, real expertise, responsive and professional to the highest standard. Christopher has just left our house after installing three new plumbing fixtures for us, and once again he was superb and did the job with perfection.  Efficient Plumbing responds right away, treats your home with respect, and does a fabulous job for a really fair price.  We will call on them again.
