A co-worker recommended C & C after I told him about a really high quote we got to fix the low pressure in our master bath faucets. C&C responded very quickly to my initial call and I was able to get an appointment for someone to come out within 24 hours. Alex the technician came out and was very courteous and knowledgeable . He replaced our angle stops and supply lines and backflushed the lines to clear out sediment. Prior to C&C we had almost no water flowing from the hot side of the sink. Alex was able to restore the water flow to a more normal flow but he was very honest in letting me know that we did need to think about replacing  the faucets as the cartridges were old. These are the original faucets from our initial home purchase 15 years ago. He also told me to maybe contact the manufacturer as we might have warranty on the faucets. I loved that he didn't try and talk me into more services or make a hard sell for services. The price for the work he did was very fair and appropriate.

Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

My aging parents were in need of an inspection on their existing heater. They had a coupon for Same Day Heating and Air conditioning so they called them up and scheduled an appointment. During the inspection it was discovered their system was not functioning properly and there could be a fire danger. We received a quote on the spot for a quality replacement unit. The installation team came the very next morning and installed the unit. They were neat and respectful throughout the whole process.

I highly recommend this company. They are top notch and very good at what they do. They answered all my parents questions along the way and the new unit is working great. I promise you will not be disappointed.

If I could give Tim more stars I would!! He was so responsive and helpful. I coordinated the Backflow inspection for my dad and Tim responded to all of my questions. He also was very helpful, professional and thorough. He took care of the report and will even remind us yearly! We are definitely using TS every year!

Pip is fantastic. I found him randomly from seeing his truck outside at another job and after having a nice chat with him, I looked him up on Yelp and then gave him a call. I am so grateful I found him. I have had terrible luck and experiences with plumbers in the past, and Pip almost seems too good to be true... but he's not! He's the real deal!

Pip shows up on time. He's friendly, professional, courteous, detail-oriented, tidy, and has a fantastic English accent and a dry wit to boot that will keep you in stitches. Just as the name of his company suggests, the prices are indeed reasonable.

You will not be disappointed if you hire Pip.  Oh, and he is definitely British when it comes to his love and passion for tea so make sure you have some English Breakfast on hand with cream and a bit of sugar!  Trust me, he's worth it! ;)

He was very cordial when I called (around 6am), and called with a 30min out notification so I could make sure my family was ready to receive him. These guys were super communicative and easy to reach.  They sent out a plumber to my restaurant within the hour and he had my issue diagnosed and the parts ordered right away.  Waiting for him to come back with the parts and do the install but he was quick and easy to work with.  Would recommend.

Vanguard is very responsive and always does great work whenever we have a plumbing issue.  Dave from Vanguard refurbished our bathroom faucets so that they now look and function like new! He also repaired a leak in one of our toilets, taking it apart and methodically replacing all the worn out seals and parts.
In the past Dave also traced and repaired a pipe leak in our garage wall.
I highly recommend Vanguard for any type of plumbing work.

Thought I could replace my wall mount kitchen faucet. Found out pretty quickly I need a professional. Requested bids on Yelp on a Sunday afternoon and had responses that evening. Raul included his phone number and I texted right away. He was willing to work around my work schedule and come later in the afternoon and had availability within a few days. He quoted me a very fair price. He arrived today, right on time, and got right to work. He was pleasant, efficient, tidy, and precise. He tested everything on the faucet before he left and even checked the water pressure at both of the pressure regulators. I've added his information into my contacts and will definitely use him again when needed. Highly recommend!
