Horrible service. Made an appointment between 8-12 a week a head of time. And called in the morning to confirm and was told the appointment was still on the schedule. No calls come noon. Called the office and the girl I spoke to was condescending stating we don't guarantee the times and expect you to go about your day and we will call you thirty to forty five minutes prior to your appointment. What is the point of scheduling a block of four hours if the appointment is any time of the day? Makes  no sense to me. The girls would give me NO estimations stating they are too busy. I then asked to speak to someone else who stated I was next in line after the person returned from lunch. What horrible communication with their clients. Especially when I had called not once but twice in the morning. Horrible service. Don't bother expecting scheduled times to be honored. They do not care about your personal needs when it comes to scheduling your day.

Bill came out right away and checked out our clogged sink/disposal. He even worked with me in dealing with out management company who was trying to charge us and claim that we had misused the disposal. His prices were way lower then the estimate our management property was trying to charge us. He was very professional and not only that he was very kind! Call him if you have any plumbing needs! I have used C&C Plumbing on a previous job and was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of their technicians.  They can quickly resolve a problem.  They will be my go-to plumbing company.

I gave myself a deadline to finish remodeling my home before going back to work. The company I hired to remodel my floors were just about to finish up while I was down the street getting my nails done. I run a few more errands before coming home to check on everything and to my surprise there was a huge mess left over for me to clean. Boxes, bags, and tubs of leftover material that wasn't disposed of properly. Upset is an understatement, but to be honest, I was not about to get on my hands and knees and mess up my fresh $80 (+tip) ombré powder manicure that I just paid for. Nope. I needed this mess gone ASAP, before my kids got home from school. I googled a bunch of companies and stumbled upon Green Earth San Diego. They were able to come in less than an hour and finish up their work well before my kids were home. Not only did they finish in time but their customer service was on point. Dylon worked faster than my nail lady works on my pedicure. The rest of the guys were awesome too. Thank you, Green Earth for saving me from breaking a nail! ;)

I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

Affordable and fast.  My AC wasnt running as it should be and got an appointment with them.  Sean showed up on time and even called me to let me know he is coming.  He was very professional and explained what happened as well as my options.  I highly recommend them and I would certainly call them again if my AC goes out again.

I received a backflow testing notice from the City of Escondido while on vacation and had 7 days to comply once I returned. I called Tim at TS Backflow and was immediately impressed at his availability. He gave me a next day appointment, arrived on time and walked me through the process as he completed the test. Overall his customer service is excellent and his price to value is hard to beat. I'm confident that he'll be very successful in future endeavors given his calm demeanor and professionalism. I wish him well in his business and highly recommend his services.

These folks are amazing! I had a major plumbing issue. Pip showed up and told me yes I had a problem but they were two solutions. One involved jackhammering and major pipe replacement. The other involved a $30 fix all but would take a little more time. He recommended the $30 fix. After a month everything was fine! For $30! We all know what we are doing at our individual jobs. Finding someone who will be honest with us in areas we know nothing about, priceless!

I had a pipe burst behind a wall that required a manifold replacement. The problem was quickly fixed by John, who was nice enough to give me a quote on fixing my completely jacked up washer setup. Despite the fact that he had a busy schedule, he set up an appointment the same day and started working. The next day all my plumbing issues were resolved and I couldn't be happier.
This company is hard working, professional, and customer oriented. I highly recommend.

Very friendly and professional. Responsive too. I ended up getting a snake cable from Home Depot for $13 and doing it myself. Bait and switch be Leary if any company offering a drain clean for less than $100. Because we called ahead of time and challenged the price we were not charged a trip fee.

First time using this company and it was OUTSTANDING! Steve's communication from start to finish was exceptional. Between text messages and phone calls I NEVER ONCE had to follow-up a second time or wonder if and when I might hear from him. Absolutely the best communication I have ever had with any plumbing company in the last 20-years. He was so prompt in responding to my initial inquiry I didn't even consider a getting second bid.

Art and Manny who made the repair(leaking drain pipe on my washing machine) were on time, courteous, very professional and left the repair area spotless! As well with each phase of the repair they communicated with Steve as to the progress / status. Again, great communication.

Finally I didn't even have to pay at the time the repair was complete. Steve emailed me an invoice with an online payment option which was fast and simple.

Steve told me his father started the business and he along with his 3 brothers all followed in their dad's footsteps and became plumbers too...so this is truly a family business with old school values of honesty, prompt communication, great customer service and a high level of professionalism.

I have had the most incredible plumbers help me out when things have gone awry. I had a pin hole leak that Richard helped me with and then on Mother's day (of course) I was trying to install my own shower trim and water was everywhere. Joseph saved my life! I have nothing but praise to sing to Pristine Plumbers

I sent out a message through yelp and got a call back from Robert.  I discovered the problem I had was under warranty and was able had the original servicer fix it.  In cancelling the appointment, Robert was very helpful and filled me in on things I should ask.  Next time I need some work done, I will be calling Vanguard.

Great experience! I called these guys to help me with a water/icemaker line hookup. Roby came out to first assess the situation soon after I called, gave me a quote. This was mid week, and he mentioned that he was quite busy till the week after... when I suggested it was a little urgent he made time early on Friday morning to help me out! He was honest, pleasant, patient and did a great job! (Roby even pointed out a possibly cheaper solution he found as he started his work, and tried to make it work before pursuing the work he originally quoted to us).

Second time we've had Rob out to our house. The first time was to change our water heater, the second to swap out a bad toilet. Both times he was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Very respectful of COVID risks on the second visit. We'll be using him again for our future visits.

I had a great experience. Our plumber was easy to talk to and helpful throughout the entire process.

Also maybe not something everyone cares about, but he was very chill. We contacted a few other places and they seemed almost annoyed to be working with you but here it felt like a family friend came over to do some work for us.

If you are looking for a Capable knowledgeable honest plumber with clear communication at a great price Raul is your man. When Heavy traffic caused him to run a little bit late he texted to let us know! He came for one plumbing issue and fixed our other concerns too! Highly recommend him.

I had a few jobs around the house and Ray's had some good reviews so I figured I'd give it a shot.  I left a message requesting an estimate since I've had bad experiences with plumbers in the past.  Gary called me back that same afternoon and was quite pleasant.  He went through a few pricing options over the phone, and even gave me the option to buy the pieces a head of time so he wouldnt have to charge me for parts.  When he came over, he started in the kichen installing a new faucet.  Then moved on to fixing 2 toilets.  By the time he finished, everything was working great and all he charged was for an hour work which was less than anyone else had quoted.  Great job!! If I ever need a plumber again, Im calling Ray's plumbing

I do understand why Mark at Efficient Plumbing gets such rave reviews.  Well....this is a plumbing company that is the best.  Mark came out to our home on a Saturday on the hottest day of this year to repair our hot water heater located in the garage that suddenly stopped working.  We called and within a couple of hours he was at our home to inspect and said he could fix it right away.  He made a special trip to the hardware store for the parts
and he did get it fixed and all within about an hour.  He is so honest and did not charge a fortune for repairs which most companies charge for Saturdays and after hours.  We just moved to this area and it is so hard to find new services, especially when you do not know anyone. This is our plumber, forever.  Just hope he doesn't retire or move.
