Best Plumbing Services in California

I recently purchased a dated condo and contacted Point Loma Electric on Yelp to see if they could help with some issues that came up during home inspection. Within hours I received a response, and one phone call later I had an appointment for inspection and estimate set up. Two days later, the electrician (Charlie) arrived on time to inspect and give estimate.

Charlie was able to inspect my electrical panel which needs replacement and outlet switches that were upside-down. He was able to provide an estimate on the spot for repairs. I always get several quotes before getting work done and the quote I received from Point Loma Electric was in-line with others. Given the great reviews online I decided to go forward with correcting the upside-down switches and the three way switch that was not wired correctly.

I was impressed with Charlie's level of knowledge on issues I had questions about and pride he took in his work. I feel like when he left I had a much better understanding of the electrical panel issue and how it needed to be corrected. I will most likely go with this company when I decide to get my panel replaced.

I'm working with other companies on plumbing issues and installing new flooring. It seems like everyone takes forever to respond, let alone quote or do work for a reasonable cost. I was impressed that Point Loma Electric seemed to be on the ball with everything. From the moment I requested a quote to the moment I ended the customer-satisfaction call after Charlie left, I was impressed. I will use this company again in the future when I need electrical work done.

My kitchen sink was leaking and needed to be replaced.  Called Bill for a price estimate which was reasonable. As soon as I got a replacement faucet, he was able to come over the next day.
Bill was on time for his appointment, even a few minutes early.   He was nice, professional and I didn't get the feeling he was trying to up charge me.
The faucet was replaced in under 30 minutes.p
I would definitely use again for any plumbing needs.

Oh and if you have a Moen faucet, Bill told me that they come with a lifetime guaranty. You can call their warranty dept to get a replacement one for free! Had I known this prior I would have saved some extra cash.

As someone who has worked for a home improvement products manufacturer for over 10 years, I know good contractors when I see them, and C&C Plumbing is one of the best I've dealt with. When my tub/shower valve sprung a leak on a Saturday afternoon, the first thing I did (after turning off the water to the house) was call C&C Plumbing. Kevin was at the house within two hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted me a fair price and capped the lines so we could turn the water back on to the house. He didn't have the part he needed, but I was able to schedule an appointment later in the week to have him come back out and install the valve and trim I wanted.

Kevin was great about texting me throughout the week to check on what I was getting and made some recommendations as well. He came back in and was able to quickly get the valve installed. I had to get some tile work done before he could install the new tub trim (not Kevin's fault), but he and Cameron (the owner) worked with me to get it scheduled as soon after the tile work as possible. He finished up quickly and the shower looks brand new.

I would highly recommend C&C to anyone who needs plumbing work done. They're prompt, communicate better than any contractor I've ever dealt with and do fantastic work.

I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

I've never seen a more organized and clean plumber in my home. Not only that, but he had all the parts I needed with him already. Pristine Plumbing is professional and they listen to your needs. Work was five-star and above and beyond what I could have expected. Extremely professional and done right. What more can you ask for??? Great experience! I called these guys to help me with a water/icemaker line hookup. Roby came out to first assess the situation soon after I called, gave me a quote. This was mid week, and he mentioned that he was quite busy till the week after... when I suggested it was a little urgent he made time early on Friday morning to help me out! He was honest, pleasant, patient and did a great job! (Roby even pointed out a possibly cheaper solution he found as he started his work, and tried to make it work before pursuing the work he originally quoted to us).

When they show up with their grandfather's tools and more knowledge than your college physics professor you know you found a good one. This guy is the Capt Sully Sullenberger of plumbing. Need I say more?

I had a problem with my air conditioner freezing over.  I read on-line that it could be due to a lack of coolant (go figure).  

Based on Yelp reviews, I called up Thompson Heating and AC and made an appointment.  Garrett showed up.  I explained the problem to him and he said he'd check it out rather than just proceeding on what I'd told him - this is a really good practice if you actually want to fix the problem.

Sure enough the pressure was low.  Before he charged it, he told me that it was an old system (25 years old) and may still have a leak, albeit a slow leak.  He laid out the options in simple language and the risks/costs associated with each option.  I chose to charge the system.

If there is a leak, they'll be at the top of the list for replacing the unit.  

Bottom line:  friendly, professional, and knowledgeable for a decent price.

Requested a quote from multiple Plumbing Companies on Yelp for toilet clog.  Received a very quick response from Raul at R and J Construction Maintenance.  The price seemed reasonable so I scheduled the job.   Raul was very straight forward and easy to work with.  He was prompt and got the job done quickly.  Tenant was very happy with the service as I was and I will be using his service again.   Easy communication, quick response, competent repair, awesome customer service, reasonable price.  Thanks Raul!

I had a few jobs around the house and Ray's had some good reviews so I figured I'd give it a shot.  I left a message requesting an estimate since I've had bad experiences with plumbers in the past.  Gary called me back that same afternoon and was quite pleasant.  He went through a few pricing options over the phone, and even gave me the option to buy the pieces a head of time so he wouldnt have to charge me for parts.  When he came over, he started in the kichen installing a new faucet.  Then moved on to fixing 2 toilets.  By the time he finished, everything was working great and all he charged was for an hour work which was less than anyone else had quoted.  Great job!! If I ever need a plumber again, Im calling Ray's plumbing

I couldn't be happier to finally find a plumber who is a keeper!  I  called Efficient Plumbing based on the excellent reviews I read here on Yelp - Mark is more than deserving of the 5-star rating.  He was responsive to my emails, reasonable with his pricing, punctual on his two visits, and very nice, professional and efficient while here.  He did all work I requested and advised when the work I thought I needed wasn't really required.  It's great to find an efficient, reasonable, honest plumber who does great work.  His only problem is that he's working too much because of all the wonderful references and reviews.  I won't be helping that as I'll give his name to anyone looking for a good plumber.  Thanks Mark - keep up the good work!
