I lost power in two rooms of my house,including my office on Friday. I reached out to a couple electricians. Pt Loma Electric was the first to respond and was able to schedule an inspection/estimate for Monday. No one else had time for me until later in the week. The communication from their office was great before Curtis arrived. They even texted a picture so I would know who would be coming to the house.
Curtis was on time, very friendly, and quickly diagnosed my problem. He quoted me what I thought was a good price and said he could fix it the same day. True to his word, he went and got the part and I had complete power the same day! In addition, Curtis did a quick review of the house and gave me advice on the condition of the other outlets, breaker box, etc.

I've used Bill's Plumbing many times over the years. The quality of work has always been exceptional, efficient, and reasonably-priced. Apart from that, they are gentlemen-- patient, flexible, and will always take the time to explain the different options available.

They remind me of how things used to be done - good, clear communication, solid work to stand behind their name, and a very client-focused approach to everything they do.

It can be hard to find a plumber that you can trust.   We have used C&C Plumbing at least 3 different times and they are always available, prompt, efficient and reasonably priced.   Curtis was here this morning and found a leak in our wall quickly and repaired it and even told my husband how to clean the hot water heater for maintenance.

Great, simple, straight forward service. They took some old building materials that had piled up over time. Would definitely recommend if you're in need of a hauler

As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

My gas furnace from 1983 stopped working, called Same Day and they showed up...same day! Jeff gave me options to replace a part or replace the furnace. While way more costly, I chose to replace the furnace as a long-term investment and to future-proof my condo. Adrian and Chapo showed up two days later and did a great job removing old furnace, insulating, installing new furnace, and cleaning up. They followed all COVID precautions (they wore mask throughout and wore shoe covers). I did have an issue with the new furnace acting up after the install, but Same Day has great warranties and customer service. Sean C. deemed my issue not normal and easily found the problem with my thermostat wiring in the circuitboard and even showed me some thermostat wiring that was unhooked that I didn't know existed and hooked that up for me. It gave me extra features and constant power to my Nest thermostat. He introduced me to the fan-only function of the furnace! A big thank you to Sean C. ! Overall, I highly recommend spending the cash on Same Day, a quality company with great customer service vs using a home warranty plan's contractors (which most people have terrible experiences with, including myself!)

I found Pip based on a neighbor's recommendation. If you follow my Yelp reviews, I am a fan of small businesses with lower costs and less middlemen. I have had numerous leaks, floods and plumbing issues with several properties, so I know plumbers. Best one to date. He is affordable, on-time, charming, clean, knowledgeable, hard-working and likable. He does the work, not subcontractors. Doesn't get much better.

Called today they arrived on time. Fixed problem quick, great price. I will make use them again in future. Love it.

Well, I started out getting a tub drain cleared and after that decided to re-line the main drain before the old cast iron pipes gave way and would require jackhammering and digging under the slab in the bedroom to replace it.  Unfortunately, when Goettl came to re-line, they found the bathroom vanity branch had broken and so, though I avoided having the bedroom dug up, the bathroom needed to be ...and so it began.  They dug up the kitchen next and then the sunroom/laundry. As long as I had the floors dug, I decided to have the incoming water re-piped thru the attic.  It took 10 full days (one week (if I remember correctly without a toilet cause its a one bathroom) to finish a very difficult, exhausting job.  
So...I have to say if the digging team (Roberto, Saul, Sixto, Oscar, Andres and Del Mar) had not been so ABSOLUTELY polite and helpful in every way and explained every job they were doing, and cleaned up each day the best they could, I think I would have been in tears from the stress.  But they were Excellent.  The install team was only here for one day so I did not have as much interaction with them.  Goettl was not the cheapest in the estimates I got (at least for the pipe re-line), but I am glad I chose them because they do know what they are doing and have some fantastic workers.  
The office workers are also very nice and efficient and I love the happy, happy, happy message.  The warranty is: material 25 years and labor 5 years. They are licensed and insured. At the end, there was a couple of minor leaks from a valve that was not tightened all the way and toilet nuts and bolts that were loosened from moving but they sent someone out immediately.  The only kind of sad thing was the water pressure in the tub (they put a new faucet)  was low and I did not understand why so they sent someone out who said he raised the pressure but he didnt and then Goettle charged me $89. They did finally send another person who did raise the pressure. I asked for the money back, but they never replied.    But now all pipes and drains are working great and I am having the drywall repaired from the incoming water repiping.

First time using this company and it was OUTSTANDING! Steve's communication from start to finish was exceptional. Between text messages and phone calls I NEVER ONCE had to follow-up a second time or wonder if and when I might hear from him. Absolutely the best communication I have ever had with any plumbing company in the last 20-years. He was so prompt in responding to my initial inquiry I didn't even consider a getting second bid.

Art and Manny who made the repair(leaking drain pipe on my washing machine) were on time, courteous, very professional and left the repair area spotless! As well with each phase of the repair they communicated with Steve as to the progress / status. Again, great communication.

Finally I didn't even have to pay at the time the repair was complete. Steve emailed me an invoice with an online payment option which was fast and simple.

Steve told me his father started the business and he along with his 3 brothers all followed in their dad's footsteps and became plumbers too...so this is truly a family business with old school values of honesty, prompt communication, great customer service and a high level of professionalism.

My kitchen sink backed up on the weekend and I tried to fix it with drano but didn't work.  I went online to find a plumber, and saw excellent ratings for Pristine plumbing so I called and Jim Foley from Pristine showed up within an hour.  I have to say he was the nicest most thoughtful person I've ever encountered for home repair issues.  He fixed the clogged drain and explained what the problem was and how to avoid in the future.  He was professional, dressed impeccably  (didn't expect a plumber to be so neat and clean) he cleaned up and left my kitchen looking better than when he came.  I never give reviews, but Jim was outstanding and he I will only call Pristine in the future for any plumbing needs.

We've worked with Robert at Vanguard on two occasions now and as stressful as water damage can be, they make it as painless as possible. Professional, warm, very informed and able to explain problems in a manner any lay person can comprehend. Always wore a mask and was on time and courteous.

Great service!  Roby helped trouble-shoot a very complicated water dispenser replacement.  We hit every snag on the way, but he was patient and kept going until the job was done.  I really appreciate his time and positive attitude!  Plus, scheduling was easy and Roby was right on time at each visit.

We feel so so lucky to have found RJB Plumbing. They have been so helpful every time we have needed them.  They have been able to fix any issues we have had, and are able to explain everything that caused our issues so that they don't happen again. We feel like we finally found a plumber that we can trust!

Very quick in responding to a water pressure issue in our Irvine home, and the technician quickly isolated the problem. He quickly went to purchase the part and replace it, which required soldering.   Fine job; excellent service.
