Bill and his assistant, Carlos, have rescued me a couple of times and the first time involved a warranty situation with a parade of plumbers assessing/estimating the problem with my tankless.  That was a beauty contest that Bill and Carlos won handily because they have the honesty and integrity that all the others lacked.  So I would not hesitate to recommend them.  Oh, and to top it off, their prices are reasonable - what more could you ask.

We have an old home down in San Clemente, built in the 50's or early 60's and it's caused us issues with drains clogging up frequently...like 1 or 2 times a month sometimes and it's been quite costly if you add it all up over the years....(think 150-200 bucks every month or so for 13 years). Every other plumber or rooter company we've tried has always arrived at the same thing...bad pipes, bad pipe design, corrosion...all boiling down to one solution...major plumbing retrofit / re-pipe for the whole building which would involve cutting out drywall and even cutting cement and trenching into our driveway to reach the main sewer  line. I've been asking about drain camera service as a way to potentially get the bottom of why our drains clog so often. To my knowledge, not a single one of them  actually ran a camera into the drain to inspect before proposing major construction to repair the problem.

...then I called CC Plumbing. My first intention and expectation really was here we go again another 150 bucks out the window until next month when I need to have it rooter'ed again. But when I explained this to Cameron over the phone (I think he's the owner) he came down himself. The first thing he did was call one of his guys to bring a drain camera. Finally someone was willing to actually try to help and figure out a real solution. I told him that several had already recommended retrofitting and re-routing pipes, he agreed that could be the case with old homes, but stated that's not always the case either...we'll have to see what the problem is and see what is causing the issue before recommending anything. Turns out the pipes were actually in fairly good shape and no major construction was even needed. They performed a heavy duty hot water hydro-jetting service and I can tell they really worked hard to get this solved for me.

These guys rock!!! For a business owner to come down to San Clemente himself...spend 2 hours with a drain camera...show me the interior of the pipes on camera screen and not recommend major costly construction after several other plumbers told me it was the only long term solution....incredible experience.

Been 8 months (and counting)...no more clogged drains!!!

Excellent experience with TS Backflow!  Tim was quick to respond to my request and made it extremely easy to get on his schedule.  He arrived as promised, performed the back flow test, and took care of the paperwork with the city within hours.  I very much appreciate him taking the time to explain how the valve works when I asked as well.  Highly recommend TS Backflow, I'll certainly have them out for next year's check!

Pip was responsive, capable and reasonable.  I called him late on a Friday night and he came to our rescue Saturday morning.  
We ended up calling him back a week later for a completely separate job.   We will keep his info and pass it along to our friends and family should the need for a Plumber arise.

Shawn is great. Came out quick and fixed our backed up kitchen line. Took his time to make sure it was right and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. Very, very, very reasonable pricing too. He will be my go to plumber from now on.

Troy and John A. were extremely helpful with the pipe bust issue in our backyard.

The plastic pipe connected to our hose busted while in use, causing all the water to flow right to the crawl space next to it. I was worried about possible flooding underneath the house, and of finding a plumber that would be open and available on a Sunday emergency.

Troy got in contact with me and helped me find the water switch within minutes, assuring me that he will be headed over and that the water would be turned off until he got here.

Upon arrival, he let me know that this was an irrigation issue rather than a plumbing issue, and unfortunately they did not have the right resources for it. He gave me advice on landscapers and what to look for and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I appreciated the honesty in fixing this issue correctly, and in addition, let me know that this inspection would be free of charge. This meant a lot, considering this place was one of the very few places that were open on a Sunday. I called another place before this, and they told me they were booked all day. This place, on the other hand, told me they would get someone out as soon as they could, and they not only followed through, but exceeded my expectations.

Had 2 problems in my new home & they arrived fast & fixed both perfectly, like old-fashion Docs.  2 plumbers each time, one Senior & one training Junior Apprentice.  Lovely people as well.  Would recommend without reservation.

The front office team was extremely professional in setting the appointment.  Then the field rep. Anthony showed up right on time and was thorough and professional.  Our issue was water pressure and he made a short term and long term recommendation to help with our issue.

Overall a really solid experience.

We've worked with Robert at Vanguard on two occasions now and as stressful as water damage can be, they make it as painless as possible. Professional, warm, very informed and able to explain problems in a manner any lay person can comprehend. Always wore a mask and was on time and courteous.

Roby was very prompt and he made sure to let me know what he was doing from start to finish. The work done to fix the water pressure issue in our house was done so perfect and neat.

I called RJB Plumbing after seeing a recommendation on Nextdoor.com.  Robert did an excellent job at a reasonable price.  He replaced bathroom faucets, under sink angle valves, and installed water hammer arrestors, the last at no additional charge.  Everything professional.

Thompson Heating and Air and their Technician Darrell was awesome. After two local companies did a no call no show for two appointments to fix my A/C I called Thompson heating and air and they had a tech come out within two hours of me calling. Darrell was very friendly, professional and quick. Pricing was great and the explanation of the fix was explained in a easy way for me to understand. Raul was able to come out quickly to resolve a clogged toilet and also get our lines hydro jetted. His prices were reasonable and he was super responsive. He is the only plumber I spoke to that was actually honest about the work he was going to do and what was truly needed.

I bought a house in UC built in 68, and it needed a lot of work, I hired Gary to come in and help with the many plumbing problems I was having. Gary came in fixed the toilets,water heater. and even ran a gas line to my fireplace way cool then when we found that it took forever to get hot water to the upstairs bath rooms he put in a watts  unit on the water heater to send hot water all the time, works great. he is knowledgeable, the nicest guy and honest. you couldn't go wrong using him for any repairs. We had a pretty bad kitchen sing clog and Mark snaked it quickly and efficiently. He was on time, very friendly and was in and out in under half an hour. It was a huge relief that it wasn't a complicated job and we will definitely call on them for any plumbing needs in the future!
