Kennedy DeSouza & Javier Gonzalez were incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, and respectful of our home. They were quick to listen to our needs and offer advice based on our specific requests. Considering the scope of the project, he job has been relatively quick and easy thanks to them!

We had a toilet at a rental property that was clogged and in bad shape. We needed same day help since we were trying to clean the place and needed access to facilities. Bob came out about an hour after we called, fitting us into his busy schedule for the day.

He fixed the clog and made recommendations for some things he saw in the bathroom that also needed to be addressed.

We have used C & C now twice in the last month.  Our most recent found us with wet carpet in our living room.  Alex showed up quickly and worked to find our leak in the wall.  He was joined by Hector who together identified and showed us our problem.  We had already had a quote from them to re-pipe our house and living in Ladera where there have been so many dealers we asked them to come back and re-pipe the house which they will do next week.  Both Hector and Alex were extremly courteous, they cleaned everything up after the repair, and thanked us.  Highly recommend this company, and a thank you to both Hector and Alex for their service...

As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

About 2 months or less ago, we reached out to 'Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning' to install a heating and air system after finding out the price to fix our current one was almost the same as a completely new installation. My Husband shared we received a great quote... I trust him on that!

The team consisted of Jeff, Chapo, Jamie and Hector. Within two visits (2 days) we had our new Nest heating and air system. They men were professional, and worked quick in my opinion. A few days later we did have an issue with the Nest not shutting off. In less than 24 hours a team member was here and installed a new one in less than a hour .

Excellent experience with TS Backflow!  Tim was quick to respond to my request and made it extremely easy to get on his schedule.  He arrived as promised, performed the back flow test, and took care of the paperwork with the city within hours.  I very much appreciate him taking the time to explain how the valve works when I asked as well.  Highly recommend TS Backflow, I'll certainly have them out for next year's check!

House flooded, they helped, new water heater withing 2 hours, great service

First time using this company and it was OUTSTANDING! Steve's communication from start to finish was exceptional. Between text messages and phone calls I NEVER ONCE had to follow-up a second time or wonder if and when I might hear from him. Absolutely the best communication I have ever had with any plumbing company in the last 20-years. He was so prompt in responding to my initial inquiry I didn't even consider a getting second bid.

Art and Manny who made the repair(leaking drain pipe on my washing machine) were on time, courteous, very professional and left the repair area spotless! As well with each phase of the repair they communicated with Steve as to the progress / status. Again, great communication.

Finally I didn't even have to pay at the time the repair was complete. Steve emailed me an invoice with an online payment option which was fast and simple.

Steve told me his father started the business and he along with his 3 brothers all followed in their dad's footsteps and became plumbers too...so this is truly a family business with old school values of honesty, prompt communication, great customer service and a high level of professionalism.

We had Dwain from Pristine advise on and service our tankless water heater.  He gave us clear explanations of issues and long-term options, and he was able to improve the quantity of hot water the system put out.  Knowledgeable, patient, detail-oriented--he was excellent.  He called to give us his actual arrival time within the window we had been given, and he was thorough in the work.  Very happy with him and the company overall.

We've worked with them for years.  They are reliable and keep their appointments.  Their staff are professional and do quality work.

I love when I can leave a rave review. We had a mini emergency today due to some other work being done and needed a plumber right away. After consulting Yelp I gave a call. Bob picked up right away and was available nearby. No joke, he was here 15 minutes later and charged a very reasonable rate for the work. I won't hesitate to call Bob for any future plumbing jobs.

I had a great experience. Our plumber was easy to talk to and helpful throughout the entire process.

Also maybe not something everyone cares about, but he was very chill. We contacted a few other places and they seemed almost annoyed to be working with you but here it felt like a family friend came over to do some work for us.

Raul responded quickly to my response and sent Jerry out to fix my clogged drain. I appreciated the friendly and prompt service. I'm very satisfied.
