Kennedy DeSouza & Javier Gonzalez were incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, and respectful of our home. They were quick to listen to our needs and offer advice based on our specific requests. Considering the scope of the project, he job has been relatively quick and easy thanks to them!

We found our water heater leaking and water was running across the garage floor and down the driveway on Friday night. Spotted C & C on Yelp, read some reviews and called. We wanted it replaced asap. Cameron called me back in minutes and in no time scheduled the replacement work to be done within 2-hrs. He and an assistant did the job in about 90-min, cleaned up and were gone. Cameron from C & C Plumbing was the best!
He was responsible, reliable, prompt, courteous, skilled and priced right. Can't ask for more than that. Thank You Cameron!

On Tuesday, as I sat in my house realizing I had way too much stuff and couldn't put a lot of it in the dumpster, I thought junk removal I picked green earth because reviews were good and it seemed like they would try not to put it all in the landfill. They were very responsive, on time and moved the junk out quick. Couldn't have ask for anything more. Reasonably priced, too!

As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very fast and great customer service! The heater stopped working and my boyfriend called several vendors who were unavailable weeks out. He contacted Same Day Heating & Air and they came first thing in the morning! They fixed the issue immediately and were out the door quickly. Also, they wore shoe covers when entering the house. We will definitely be back for their services. Two  thumbs up!

I received a backflow testing notice from the City of Escondido while on vacation and had 7 days to comply once I returned. I called Tim at TS Backflow and was immediately impressed at his availability. He gave me a next day appointment, arrived on time and walked me through the process as he completed the test. Overall his customer service is excellent and his price to value is hard to beat. I'm confident that he'll be very successful in future endeavors given his calm demeanor and professionalism. I wish him well in his business and highly recommend his services.

Pip is AWESOME! He was able to see me quickly and fix a repair that another contractor did incorrectly. His pricing was reasonable. I work M-F so I left my key for him and trusted him 100%. He completed the work; cut into the drywall to re-route a pipe under my new bathroom sink. He even replaced the drywall piece so all I had to do was complete the drywall repair. He left the invoice, locked the house up and I mailed him my payment.

I discovered a soaked area of my ceiling when I came home one night this week. Called a few plumbers from yelp. No response by one. One phone message asked to be texted or emailed. Shawn picked up the phone and offered to come out, even though it was getting late. I had the water shut off so he booked for 7am the next morning. He called ahead that morning and showed up exactly on time. Very professional, very polite. Did exactly what was promised for a fair price. Will use them again.

We had a 15+ year old water heater that was leaking onto our garage floor and out onto the driveway.  I consulted Yelp for plumbers/water heater replacement and came across Pacific Drain & Plumbing.  Reading that they provided 24/7 service was very reassuring, especially if you need immediate assistance.  We were fortunate to have Troy and John come out to our house for service.  They were both professional, courteous, personable, knowledgeable and arrived quicker than expected.  Troy and John worked efficiently and very well together, having completed the work in ~1.5 hrs.  I was very pleased with the service that we received and would look to Pacific Drain & Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

had the worst plumbing emergency that i could have anticipated (i'm sure it could've been worse actually) and these guys worked around my schedule and still got the job done fast. very grateful

I am writing this review on behalf of the dental office I manage, Little Smiles of Orange County. We could not be more pleased with the customer service and quality of work Pristine Plumbing provided us. We have now used Pristine Plumbing twice now for services and are expected to see them again tomorrow to finish the work.

Both times someone has come in a timely finish. They have always kept a very clean space and provided us detailed information about what was happening with our plumbing situation. Francisco and Ilai came out the last time. They were fantastic!! Dr. Lee was very please with them and wants them to come back any time we have an issue. Pristine Plumbing will most definitely be our #1 referral for any one that needs plumbing work done.

Very happy.  3rd time I've use Vanguard - Very responsive, quoted price upfront. Honored price. Robert went above and beyond crawling in my attic looking for leak that ended up being roof.  Once again VERY impressed with service.

Roby came out because we had issues with our drains for our patio area backing up after rains, did an amazing job, he even used our hose to test everything.  We will use them in the future for sure.

After checking on Yelp Bob came out to give me an estimate.  After checking with other plumber I came back to Bob and scheduled repairs on water shutoff valve.  I needed a bit more work and he did a great job at a reasonable price.  He kept to the original estimate even though he had to replace an additional part.

Last Monday I awoke to a strange noise in my garage. It was my water heater making a noise like Niagara Falls and spewing out water along the back of my cabinets. I was unable to turn it off. I called Thompson Plumbing, where I had never been a client before, and in less than two hours hero Ramon showed up. He immediately was able to shut it off, removed the water heater, got a new one and installed it, and cleaned up all the mess that had been created. The whole thing from when I found it to when it was finished was less than six hours. I was very impressed and would call them again in a heartbeat for any future plumbing or HVAC issues. Stellar!!

Raul was prompt, efficient and very friendly. He let me know every step of the job he was doing. I would definitely recommend him .

BEWARE!!! The owner of this business does NOT take Covid precautions, does not wear a mask and when asked to do so is not a happy camper. We had a multitude of jobs throughout our house and had a professional sanitize afterwards, owner didn't use any sort of antibacterial spray, etc. after touching many counters/surfaces with his bare hands, etc.

Called Efficient Plumbing (which is actually just a one-man operation, run by Mark) to get a quote for running a natural gas line to an outdoor grill. Mark was able to come by after work hours, to accommodate my schedule, and talked me through several different options.

Once we agreed on where the pipes would go and a fair price for the job, he was patient enough to hang on for 2 weeks while I made sure my neighbors knew a plumber would need access to their yard.

The natural gas line had to go along the side of my house and Mark was very strategic about placing the pipe under a small overhang to make it less visible. He was an absolute artist with the careful placement of the pipe! And high quality pipes with an extra safety valve too!

I also appreciated the fact that I could communicate with him via text and he was cool with installing the pipe while I was at work, watched over by my nanny-cam of course, you can't be too careful :)

Overall, a very pleasant transaction. I highly recommend!
