Best Plumbing Services in California
I had Point Loma Electric and Plumbing run an electric line out to an island grill. They came out and quoted, scheduled and completed the job in under a week.
when on site, they were very professional and quick to explain all that they were doing.
I'd hire them again in a second!

Our kitchen faucet was faulty and had a leak that was pooling up under the sink cabinet. I called Bill, he told me a good brand to get (Moen), I picked it up at Home Depot and he came over that same day and installed it. Good advice, fast service!

C&C is amazing!!
We noticed we had a water leak and they came the next day and detected where the leak was fast. They worked really well with my insurance company to get things done really quick and saved us from having more water damage to our house.
They had great references to help us get our house back in order and saved us the stress of finding the other companies we needed.
I am so happy that we went with them and they will always be my go to company.
They really are a 5 star company.

Wow just wow. I've never felt compelled to write a review but these guys went above and beyond my expectations. Green earth San Diego has some of the hardest workers I've ever seen, they gave me the lowest price and they were just delightful to have around. Now anytime my friends have junk , recycling removed I won't hesitate to call green earth. Thanks Dylon!

As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.
Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service from Tim!
I'm thankful I found a new backflow inspector for my yearly test.
Tim was professional, honest, and reliable from the very start. He explained the process when I made an appointment.
Everything was effortless and he made the process stress-free!
I also loved the email notification reminders and constant communication. He is also able to send the test/certification report for you to the City water district and will cc you the copy with the completed report for your files.
It's wonderful to come across trustworthy, reliable, and professional workers. He was also personable and a pleasure to talk to. He even came with extra tools to help replace a simple part. Cost is also reasonable.
Highly recommend Tim for your annual backflow testing! I will gladly recommend him to my neighborhood community.

The Works Plumbing was the only company who would help us by clearing our sewage back-up from the roof access while it was raining yesterday. We were told by every other plumber that they couldn't go on the roof if it was wet. With no working toilet in the house we felt helpless until we reached this plumber. He gave us the cost up front on the phone and a very reasonable window time and within 2 hours of the initial phone call, our drains were cleared and we were able to continue with our day's scheduled plans. Thank you for being there for us! Much appreciated!

I've used Pacific Drain & Plumbing for years. I had been told by one of their plumbers a while back, they had been purchased by a larger plumbing service company.
I recently needed a plumber and so I called them. This is their new business model.
I call for service, they send out a salesperson dressed as a plumber.
I describe the problem of weak water pressure in the whole house including the hot water heater. After him testing the water pressure with a pressure gauge from a spigot and it being slightly low , he tells us we need a replacement water pressure regulator, water heater and whole house water filter to fix the problem. Yes, rip out ALL the old stuff and replace them with new instead of him testing and identifying the problem. He could write up a work order for all of that if decide to move forward. We agree to start with the water pressure regulator. But...he was NOT the guy to do it. Instead the company would send out another service person to get his hands dirty the next day. The day afterwards the service guy shows up to replace the regulator....$968.00 for 20 minutes of work. This did not fix the problem of low water pressure. I called the company and they sent out a 3rd DIFFERENT service person whom I had to explain the entire history again. He proceeded to march into the bathroom and try to remove the faucet screen filter. I don't know how a dirty screen would effect the whole house water pressure but he did. In doing so, he damaged the faucet ring. He, by the way, did proceed to begin to eliminate possible reasons for the low water pressure. He eventually discovered the water filter system needed a new internal filter. That's all.
Beware of the first salesperson/plumber who is there to up-sell you and get you to spend as much as possible. He's well informed and polished but he won't bother to try to save you money. He'll instead give you a worst case situation and recommend to replace everything.
I would rather deal with a plumber who spends the time to identify the problem and who himself does the work.
I'll be looking for a new plumber.

I would like to compliment Pristine Plumbing and the owner Richard in particular for the follow-up to my recent experience with them. He very graciously called and explained that that is not how he runs his business and offered a partial (or full if I wanted it) refund. I opted for a partial refund because, after all, the repairman did make a service call. Richard knows and understands customer service, as exemplified by his follow-up.

I contacted the business after hours and Robert immediately got back to me. He was able to help me the next morning, and was professional, efficient, and friendly. I will use him again for my future needs.

Ruby arrived right on time to fix a leak. He recommended a more convenient solution than we had thought of, and we're very happy with the results. He's also very friendly. We'll definitely recommend George Davis Plumbing to friends and neighbors.

I had a problem with my air conditioner freezing over. I read on-line that it could be due to a lack of coolant (go figure).
Based on Yelp reviews, I called up Thompson Heating and AC and made an appointment. Garrett showed up. I explained the problem to him and he said he'd check it out rather than just proceeding on what I'd told him - this is a really good practice if you actually want to fix the problem.
Sure enough the pressure was low. Before he charged it, he told me that it was an old system (25 years old) and may still have a leak, albeit a slow leak. He laid out the options in simple language and the risks/costs associated with each option. I chose to charge the system.
If there is a leak, they'll be at the top of the list for replacing the unit.
Bottom line: friendly, professional, and knowledgeable for a decent price.
Highly recommended.

I called R&J this morning because our sink wasn't draining. Raul explained to me what it could be and gave me a base quote but explained it could change. He kept in touch with me throughout the day letting me know when he would arrive. When he worked on the sink, he also explained what he was doing and how I could prevent the issue further. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have had Gary come out. He was able to give me an estimate via text message and has always been really helpful on questions I had when buying this house. Honestly, he has not done a ton of work for us for us to be considered a big client or money opportunity. He just comes across as A genuine nice and honest business guy. It's always refreshing to work with someone like this.
Not sure what happened to the other two negative reviews, but it sounds like a misunderstanding on their end to me. Gary does not nickel and dime.

This review is LONG overdue. I have worked with Mark 3 separate times over the course of 3 years. The first was to unclog a toilet that had overflowed in the Master bathroom. The second was to unclog the drain in our shower that was blocked from over 10 years of usage and to replace the regulator outside. The third was to install 3 water efficient toilets to take advantage of the rebate the Moulton Niguel Water District was offering in 2013. Each time, Mark arrived on time, was efficient, and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.
