Jim is a great guy and an honest electrician.  If you want straight talk, this is your man. No sugar coating.  If you want someone who will get down and dirty, Jim is the guy for you.  He did such a great job on some electrical work that we had him back several times to do more.  

Did I mention that he got on the phone with our insurance coverage and argued with them on our behalf?  Yeah, he's THAT cool.

Bill and partner navigated the complexity of our condo needing to shut off the water so they could do the work, and came back, and was kind enough to fold in the initial charge reasonably into the fee at the end. Everything was done well, and they displayed great knowledge  about everything. Also, this is the first time in our experience  that a plumber actually showed up EXACTLY when he said  he was going to. I almost couldn't believe it at first! I thought I had gone to some heaven of plumbing punctuality previously unknown  in life! Wow!

Very responsive with text communication, which was my preference. Chris came out and was able to fix all the problems in less than 30 minutes. He was very friendly and professional. Will call again in the future!

I just needed help to get rid of my bed and they were really kind to take in a few other trash with no extra charge. Great service and very quick!!

I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

Sean was great! Had another guy come out and say that there was nothing wrong with my unit and said my coil didn't need to be cleaned even though I wanted it to be cleaned. So I got a second opinion through same day hearing and air and I'm so much happier with this experience than the other!

Pip is the man, just as all the other reviews say. Plus, he English accent makes the crappy plumbing situation much more tolerable.

I called him on Monday @ 8am. He call me back @ 10am and was at my house by 10:20am. The job was much more extensive than I had hoped it to be but Pip took his time and got the job done in a few hours. He was VERY clean and made sure that my house stayed very clean even though he was clearing a HUGE mess out of our kitchen plumbing. I would highly recommend using Pip and his plumbing services...The price was very fair as well.

Had all new appliances from Lowes delivered and installed today.   Refrigerator water line was leaking so they couldn't install until it was replaced!
Found The Works Plumbing on yelp and gave them a call.  They answered immediately and scheduled my service window in minutes.   Shawn & Steve (? I think, sorry) we're here within an hour and did an amazing job.  Professional, fast, friendly and went above and beyond to help me out.

Boston Dave has been my plumber for years! His expertise and customer service are the absolute best. I've used his service at two homes and at work. He has helped us out on more than a few jams. New line installation, backed up drains, copper pipe repairs, hot water heater exchange, ... He does it all! And best of all, he does it with integrity. I constantly recommend him as the go-to guy.

These guys were super communicative and easy to reach.  They sent out a plumber to my restaurant within the hour and he had my issue diagnosed and the parts ordered right away.  Waiting for him to come back with the parts and do the install but he was quick and easy to work with.  Would recommend.

Richard with Pristine Plumbing was beyond helpful. We had a flex line leaking that connected to our water heater, and he came out and spent an hour of his time advising us on how to request the appropriate remediation from our builder. He also walked us through shutting the water off to the heater step-by-step over the phone earlier than morning - and didn't charge us for anything. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and caring. I would absolutely recommend him to my friends and family!

Responded on short notice and fixed my leaking regulator promptly and for a fair price.  I definitely will call them again.

After checking on Yelp Bob came out to give me an estimate.  After checking with other plumber I came back to Bob and scheduled repairs on water shutoff valve.  I needed a bit more work and he did a great job at a reasonable price.  He kept to the original estimate even though he had to replace an additional part.

I write reviews when they are deserved and this one is! Thomas B. Is a Professional, Courteous, Experienced Plumber who is a great Representative for Thompson Plumbing. He arrived on time well within the time frame. He explained his companies policies and took the time to listen to my concerns. He assessed my plumbing problem, quoted me a fair quote and he began. Regrettably the job turned out to be more challenging than expected, but he was not deterred. He kept me informed and he expertly remedied the problem. I was impressed with: His Service, Knowledge, Expertise, Demeanor and Professionalism. I have found My Plumber! It is a relief to find a Reliable and Trustworthy Company. Bravo Zulu, Thomas! Let me just say great customer service. I had an emergency. My toilet was backed up I put a request for a quote to have my toilet snaked. Within minutes not only did I get call back number,but also a quote. Which was pretty comprable to other plumbing services without the wait of a free estimate service call. Not only did Raul give me an estimated time of arrival, he was there 5 minutes of that window due to traffic. After Raul arrived it was determined that it wasn't a drain problem, but a mainline issue which required a larger snake. Raul explained what was needed and still pricing wasn't drastically different. Within 30 minutes and 50 feet of snake later the clog was cleared and all before I had to go to work.

Gary is a great plumber and a fantastic guy. Over the years he has helped us with garbage disposals, faucets and drain problems.  He also helped many times when moving into a new house by fixing issues with the pipes, drains, water heater & septic system. He's trustworthy and reliable.

We requested Mark's service to install a Costco reverse osmosis system under our kitchen sink. We had purchased this system back in the Spring just never got around to installing it.  I sent Mark a  text and he responded immediately.  He arrived promptly at the time we had scheduled and got right to work.  He appeared knowledgeable, and his price was reasonable.  Based on past experience, I was expecting some issues with the installation, and Icovered floor of the cabinet with newspaper to see if there would be any leaks.  In the process of the tank filling up, some of the hoses were leaking a little.  I put a call through to Mark and since it wasn't a big leak, we arranged for him to come back the next day.  Again, he arrived right on time, and fixed the issue as well as an issue created by a previous plumber.  I definitely recommend Mark.  He stood by his work, even when it was inconvenient for him.
