Never showed up for estimate. I called 3 times and got no answer. These guys are bozo's.

Bill and his assistant, Carlos, have rescued me a couple of times and the first time involved a warranty situation with a parade of plumbers assessing/estimating the problem with my tankless.  That was a beauty contest that Bill and Carlos won handily because they have the honesty and integrity that all the others lacked.  So I would not hesitate to recommend them.  Oh, and to top it off, their prices are reasonable - what more could you ask.

Cameron is awesome! We had a toilet tank lid that was glued shut, he responded right away and was here within the hour for a quick fix. Highly recommend and will be calling him again in the future!

Owner got back to me quickly with a quote and his team was able to head over the next day to pick up a few items. They called ahead and made sure they had all the info they needed. Able to do no contact pick up of stuff at the curb. Great service!

Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

Pip has made two separate plumbing repairs at my house in Pacific Beach and I HIGHLY recommend him.  On the first occasion, I was out of town when a tenant reported that a shower faucet handle had broken off and was leaking into the bathtub.  Pip came over to let himself into the house for the repair within a few hours, and patiently returned after the lock box failed to open.  I had someone leave a key for him and he returned to let himself into the house, repair the shower handle and replace the broken valve stem.  This was within only a few hours of calling him!

On the second occasion, Pip came over the house again within a matter of hours after I called!  He fixed a pipe that was leaking into my crawlspace, which is very cramped and NOT a pleasant place to work.  He went beyond the call of duty and removed wet and moldy fiberglass insulation and inspected the area for damage.  After he made the repair, he even moved and reconnected a clothes dryer that I had disconnected to access the crawl space.  He was also able to replace a defective valve stem in the second shower on the same visit as well.  Again, this is all within hours of calling him!  

Pip is my go to plumber.  He is very timely, competent and friendly and you can absolutely trust him working inside your house when no one is home.

I had a leaky pipe in my ceiling. My neighbor recommended The Works, and I'm glad she did. Quick, professional, inexpensive... I would readily use them again! Highly recommended!

These guys did terrific work on a busted sewer line when we first got our older house, and made great recommendations for practical cost savings for its repair and easier access for it's inevitable repair in another area by adding access ports...

so they were naturally our first choice when our main water line began leaking. While waiting for my appointment I dug up the pipe and found the leak. When Steven arrives he provided a quote for repair, and when I mentioned I'd thought about doing it myself, he actually gave me advice and instruction on how to do the easy job.... I was pretty shocked and he said it's a pretty easy job and if you can't do it, give us another call and I'll be right out to do it it's clear these guys are straight shooters and are all about establishing a relationship for the long haul, not just getting your money today.... I have even more confidence in our choice of Pacific drain

We got our new Furnace and AC installed the day after accepting the estimate.  Arturo and Mark did a great job with the install and got it all done in one day.  Permit process was setup by them and easy to complete.

I was very happy with orangey construction Raul showed up within two hours of my call went right to work dug into the wall and in three places as a matter fact and found the leak and repaired it cleaned up the mess the whole job was done probably in less than an hour so I am very pleased to recommend orange construction

I got Mark's name on referral from a friend who had used him a couple of years ago. Made an appointment within a week of my initial email contact. Arrived on time, completed three jobs within my house in less than two hours and charged me a very fair price. I can honestly say I was totally impressed and would recommend him to anybody for any plumbing task. Of the three plumbers I've used in my house over the last 12+years, he is easily the best hands down.
