I've been thinking about replacing my water heater for a few months when I realized that I had 18 years on my current water heater (apparently 8 to 12 is the expected lifetime). I'd been putting it off. However, we noticed an unrelated leak from our bathroom into our kitchen, so I figured I'd have them come out and give me a quote for a new water heater and to fix the leak.

Right from the get-go, the experience was great. The called and scheduled a consultation (and waived the $65 service fee - maybe because of COVID?) right away. They sent a text, email, and called me to let me know when the technician was on his way out.

Mark came out  and gave me the rundown on a new water heater. He gave me several options, but we wound up going with a tankless heater. Additionally, he said the leak was because of poor caulking and that we just needed to re-do that. My wife and I a fairly handy so we wound up doing that ourselves. Didn't charge us for the advice.

Then Mark and another co-worker (I can't remember his name) and replaced our 18 year old water heater with a new tankless model. Endless hot water!

All along the way Harley was giving us calls to let us know when they were coming out and on their way.

My kitchen sink was leaking and needed to be replaced.  Called Bill for a price estimate which was reasonable. As soon as I got a replacement faucet, he was able to come over the next day.
Bill was on time for his appointment, even a few minutes early.   He was nice, professional and I didn't get the feeling he was trying to up charge me.
The faucet was replaced in under 30 minutes.p
I would definitely use again for any plumbing needs.

Oh and if you have a Moen faucet, Bill told me that they come with a lifetime guaranty. You can call their warranty dept to get a replacement one for free! Had I known this prior I would have saved some extra cash.

Called them and they got here in 2 hours. Elliott found the leak hidden behind the vanity wall and fixed it. Quick and and clean and a fair price.

Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

I needed a tune up or maintenance check for my very old furnace. The first guys (don't remember their names) who came out was very professional, tried to tell me what the unit function was and did extensive look of the unit. although i didn't want to hear the new that it needed major repairs or replacement i really appreciated the detail of what the issue was. i new the unit was very old so I decided to replace the unit as i am trying to sell the house soon, and i didn't want to run into any issues that would delay a sell. Troy and Adriah came out to replace the unit. They were very professional, friendly and explained what they were doing. They were very gentle when entering and exiting my home. I am really grateful for Tim. He came and helped me to replace my old backflow device. He came on time with all the tools needed and some of extra parts for the installation. He did the test after installing the new backflow device and emailed me the report, all that with very reasonable price.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We needed a new hose bib in the backyard. It was leaking when turned on. I called The Works Plumbing and they were at my house the next morning. Shawn, the technician, called 15 minutes before he arrived and fixed the problem quickly. He was super professional. I would highly recommend this company.

AAAACCCCCKKKKK!!!!  Both of my toilets were clogged and I was in a pickle because I had nowhere to leave my pickle.  So I put a shout out on Nextdoor.com for a recommendation for a plumber.  Well it turned out my situation wasn't just for any plumber.  It had to be a specialty drain and sewer specialist.  I could hear the cash registers ringing in my head.  After hours.  Urgent issue.  Specialty plumber.  I was expecting to have to take out a second on my house.

I received more than 1 referral for Pacific Drain and Plumbing and gave them a call.  They are a family owned business that operates 24 hours a day/7 days a week.  The dispatch said she would have someone call me within 30 minutes.  Willy called in 15 and was at my house in 5.  Issue resolved in 10.  Yes there was an overtime charge but it wasn't as brutal as we were expecting.  We had figured it would be about $400 to $500 and it was $290.  Would have been $195 had it not been after hours.  But hey it was all worth it to me to have it done efficiently and correctly.  Willy was up on my roof (who knew you snake your drain from the roof?) and within a few minutes he declared success.  He was very personable and even my dog liked him.  (She doesn't like anyone)

So if you run into a toilet jam like I did I HIGHLY recommend Pacific Drain.  The $290 I paid doesn't even sting because it was such a nice experience and I completely feel I got my money's worth.

Recently we've started fixing up our fixer-upper that basically needs to be gutted.  Dwain from Pristine Plumbing has replaced our water main, added a regulator and water heater expansion tank.  He's also helped us start a bathroom remodel with replacement of one of our shower valves.  All the work looks incredibly well done coming from a weekend warrior that has dabbled in plumbing.  I'm impressed by how well Dwain identifies potential problems and explains relevant local code that impacts his work.

I'm incredibly happy with Pristine Plumbing.  I'm confident of their workmanship and material selection.  They've always been able to come in within a few days of requesting work and their pricing is competitive.

Roby came out because we had issues with our drains for our patio area backing up after rains, did an amazing job, he even used our hose to test everything.  We will use them in the future for sure.

I had an issue with my toilet, it was making this god-awful sound every time we would flush it... it would go on for like a whole minute, this obnoxious screeching sound !

I called R&J this morning because our sink wasn't draining. Raul explained to me what it could be and gave me a base quote but explained it could change. He kept in touch with me throughout the day letting me know when he would arrive. When he worked on the sink, he also explained what he was doing and how I could prevent the issue further. Highly recommend!

Christopher is not the owner but works for this local owner.  He was late, but called.  He came & accomplished the job efficiently, & is just exactly what anyone would want & expect in doing a fast, excellent job!  He is personable, quite friendly & a daddy to a 2 year old...we would gladly have him again (but hope not necessary!)
