Pt. Loma Electric gets no stars from me.  Unfortunately, I am forrced to leave a star.  I am a very disappointed, mishandled cuustomer.    Had an appointment on July 18 for repair on my attic fan as well as discussing flood light installation.  I was assigned an 8 am to 12 pm window.  I waited till 11:30 am, no Pt. Loma Electric.  Called, was told electriicians called in sick, as well as, there had been an emergency so they were behind.  At 1:15 they callled me to say they would be at my home at 2 pm.  That was too late for me as I had other business to attend to.   We recheduled to July 27.  I was told since I rescheduled, my time to wait would be 9 am to ll am.  What a mess that day was.  First of all they never called me on their own volition until I got so disgusted I asked for updates every 15 minutes.  They called me once in 2:30 hrs.  Same excuse, there was a fire.  I told them my time was worth something and I had business to take care of.  Twice I was told electrician was finidhing up.    One of my calls I was told electrician was finishing up and would be st my home at 1:00, two hours past the window.  He did not arrive.  I called Pt. Loma Electric, asked to speak to owner.  Mgr offered me $50 off, than $100.00 for inconvenience.  I told him I'd rather have the electrician get to me near on time.  I was not happy with the runaround TWICE.  So called electrician was supposed to be very near my home, mgr canceled my appointment at 1:30 pm.

Pt Loma Electric admitted they could not get electricians when I suggested he hire more.  My thought is Pt. Loma Electric knowingly over schedules their electricians and they cannot get to us in time promised.

Total, two appointments I waited 10.5 hours for them to show up.  Very rude of Pt. Loma Electric to have their customers wait so many hours.

I will never recomend Pt. Loma Electric, will discourage anyone who thinks they may want to do busines with Pt. Loma Electric to include my NEXT DOOR website which gets to 4490 homes and 14 more communities.

We just had Bill and Carlos come out to fix our ridiculously leaking faucet, and I cannot say enough good things about them.  They took a look at it on a Friday, and agreed to come on Sat. to fix it, without charging any after hours fees.  Very friendly, cleaned up everything, and were done in about an hour.  And to top it off-I paid less for it all, including parts, than any of the many places I called first.  Probably one of the few times I have had any work done on my house where I didn't feel ripped off afterwards. Highly recommended!!!

C&C is great. I just discovered a leak in my ceiling last night. I called about 5 plumbers and received no answers and no call backs. I called C&C this morning at 8am and left a message. I recieved a text back from Dan T in less then 10 mins. He said he could be at my house between 9 and 11. He arrived at 10am. Dan is a very nice guy very personable and genuinely loves his job and it shows. He identified the problem explained what it would take to fix and got to work. Did great work and was very clean. C&C if you read this know that you have a great employee in Dan. By reading all your reviews it looks like all you guys are awesome. I wish you guys all the success and I would definitely you you guys in the future.

I Was going thru my kids old toys that they no longer use and was recommended to green earth from a friend. They were able to come pick up the toys and donate them to goodwill for me. I was given a donation receipt without even asking for one! Definitely using them again. Thank you so much!

I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

Joseph was fantastic!  We got 4 different quotes and went with Same Day because they had good reviews, long term warranty, and also were the cheapest.  They installed a slimmer central air model that fits nicely along the side of our house.  The competitors didn't have this option which we really needed as we don't have space for the standard bulky unit.  The install took a couple days but Joseph and his partner (sorry I forget his name) stayed late in the night to get everything finished.  They were also great with our two dogs following them around.  Really can't recommend them enough.  Their company has followed up since the install with secondary inspection and permits.

Also, they didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need.  Really appreciate that honesty!

I received a backflow testing notice from the City of Escondido while on vacation and had 7 days to comply once I returned. I called Tim at TS Backflow and was immediately impressed at his availability. He gave me a next day appointment, arrived on time and walked me through the process as he completed the test. Overall his customer service is excellent and his price to value is hard to beat. I'm confident that he'll be very successful in future endeavors given his calm demeanor and professionalism. I wish him well in his business and highly recommend his services.

We had a leak bust out on Sunday evening which flooded the back deck and yard.  I called 3 companies,  Shawn was the first to call back.  He was out within about 1.5 hours as he was on another job when I called.  The problem turned out to be a stubborn mess inside 4 inches of Stucco but Shawn tackled it with ease and was friendly throughout the entire process...even as we lost daylight and we couldn't get all the water out of our pipes to desolder a spigot.  I highly recommend these guys and won't hesitate to call again when I find the difficult issues that I can't,  or just don't want to, mess with.  No issues with payment or prices. ...and I appreciated his patience with our house's issues.

We have used pacific drain since they first started in business. Always very helpful and good to us. Numerous times lately I have been unhappy with their services, pricing and policies. This most recent issue is on-going so I will reserve judgement until it's finished.

I'm seriously thinking of changing companies. The dissatisfaction I've been experiencing sounds like they have gotten too big for their britches. I'm sorry to say I have to advise you to try another company before pacific drain.

So now our latest project is finished. A clean out that needs a line thru it once or twice a year. Thought we'd be a little proactive and have them run it thru around the time it usually clogs. Young man, ran a line thru ( supposedly 70 feet) and found nothing. We thought it was a little strange to find nothing after 6 or 8 months or more since last clean out, but that's what he said. Forty days later the drains backup. No guarantee. A guy comes out runs a line and finds some roots but not a lot. Said he ran 75 feet. Hmm.. We had called at 4:45 and they said they'd get out there that evening. Even though we called before five, they did charge $120 plus an overtime fee of $62 dollars.

 Five or six days later the drains backup again. There is a 30 day guarantee for this one so after some discussion and frustration with their customer service people, they send out a senior guy. He runs the line and at 60 feet he finds a bunch of roots. Obviously the two previous guys were either not knowledgeable enough or they ran less than their reported 70 and 75 feet. They didn't charge for the latest work but I still feel like they should have refunded one of the other times they came out.
Btw we have taken out another tree to see if we can fix the problem once again.
There have been other issues, but I've said enough here.

Had the standard Irvine slab leak. Dwain narrowed it down to the hot water and rerouted the failure loop. He was able to route it without going through the attic so it made it a bit cleaner. He was upfront, honest and on time through out the process. I'll use them in the future.

Robert at Vanguard Plumbing has provided us the best service today!.  The pipe of our water meter was leaking again even though it has been fixed by a different plumber several months ago. When I was calling Vanguard Plumbing on Saturday morning, Robert has professionally answered all my questions and provided me a good estimate. Within couple of hours, Robert showed up at our house and replaced the pipe efficiently.  The cost is affordable. He also takes his time to provide us a lots of good plumbing information.  I would come back to Robert again for any plumbing needs in the future.

a home plumbing project went wrong and a quick call to Roby at George Davis and we were back to good.  highly recommend.  fair price and quick response.  will definitely keep their number handy for any future plumbing needs.

RJB (Bob) did an excellent job of replacing our Kohler shower valve.   He clearly has years of experience including a family history of plumbers.   He was efficient but took the time to explain what he was doing.   He also did the little things that help prevent issues years later.   He was right on time (would have been early if I hadn't missed his call with offer to come sooner).   Was easy to schedule.   He gave a quote over the phone for a well defined job (I had sent pictures) which was appreciated.   Other plumbers require an onsite appraisal with a fee for even simple jobs and then you are basically at their mercy since you've already have sunk costs with them.    Highly recommend RJB.

My furnace was not working and i called 5 days before christmas figuring I would have to wait.  He came out the next day to diagnose the problem and said he would order what I needed and be back the next day after his scheduled work beause he didn't
want be to go any longer without heat.  He came the next day and worked until 9:30 pm installing my new furnace then came back the next day after work and finished the
details and the cleanup.  I cannot say enough about the work ethic and the great job.
I would recommend them to anyone needing their survices.

If you are looking for a Capable knowledgeable honest plumber with clear communication at a great price Raul is your man. When Heavy traffic caused him to run a little bit late he texted to let us know! He came for one plumbing issue and fixed our other concerns too! Highly recommend him.
