I lost power in two rooms of my house,including my office on Friday. I reached out to a couple electricians. Pt Loma Electric was the first to respond and was able to schedule an inspection/estimate for Monday. No one else had time for me until later in the week. The communication from their office was great before Curtis arrived. They even texted a picture so I would know who would be coming to the house.
Curtis was on time, very friendly, and quickly diagnosed my problem. He quoted me what I thought was a good price and said he could fix it the same day. True to his word, he went and got the part and I had complete power the same day! In addition, Curtis did a quick review of the house and gave me advice on the condition of the other outlets, breaker box, etc.

Our kitchen faucet was faulty and had a leak that was pooling up under the sink cabinet.  I called Bill, he told me a good brand to get (Moen), I picked it up at Home Depot and he came over that same day and installed it.  Good advice, fast service!

Kevin was prompt, polite and efficient. He explained our options with the old water heater. We had it turned off for the night for safety reasons and he returned the next morning (on a Saturday) to install a new one.

As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great company all around. Bianca came to the house for the estimate and actually listened to what we wanted in our price range rather than a big box company we got a quote from who wanted to sell us on way more than was needed. Ended up finding an HVAC system that was in our price range. Crew was really professional during the install and did good work. Adrian was great about explaining the process and made sure all the work got done in a timely manner. His crew of Chapo, Troy, and Manny were professional too. We've had the system in our house for about a month now and it's worked great. Recommend working with this company.

Excellent experience with TS Backflow!  Tim was quick to respond to my request and made it extremely easy to get on his schedule.  He arrived as promised, performed the back flow test, and took care of the paperwork with the city within hours.  I very much appreciate him taking the time to explain how the valve works when I asked as well.  Highly recommend TS Backflow, I'll certainly have them out for next year's check!

These guys are the best! I had been having issues with my washing machine lines backing up. I called them and they came out the same day and fixed the problem in no time at all! They arrived within the one hour window they had given me and even gave a 30 minute heads up. Most of all, they were very professional and friendly! We will be using these guys again.

Troy is the man!!!  I had some serious issues with my house's main line.  Troy came out took pics and video, made calls, measured, and set me up with a good fix.  Down to earth, personable, just overall a good dude.  I'd recommend this guy to anybody, he doesn't try to sell you the world he just tells you like it is and how to get it fixed period.

I had a broken water pipe in my front yard at 9:45 PM when trying to remove the roots from a removed rogue palm tree.  Daniel's Plumbing gave me the emergency phone number for the City Water Dept. dispatcher as he was brushing his teeth to go to bed.  The water dept. sent out a city worker to turn the water off at the meter at 10:20 PM.  At 9 AM the next morning, his team responded, replaced the broken section of pipe, and had the water turned back on by 11 AM.  Now that's what I call amazing service!  And everyone was polite and professional.  The charges were fair.

Recently I suffered another slab leak. Having gone through this painful experience before, I knew exactly who I need to call right away. Just like before Richard at Pristine Plumbing was there with the quickest response and the best service. Richard capped the leak and advised us on our options, always friendly and professional.
I am deciding to repipe the house. Even though Richard is not taking this job, it did not stop him from walking me through the process, making sure I understand what to do, and making really good recommendations.
I joke with Richard that I love seeing him but just not when I am having a plumbing emergency... And I really mean that. Richard is the best. He is caring and professional. I count on him 100%.

It's having recently gone through a whole house re-piping that I have come back to this review to update it. With first hand experience I can say Prestine is head and shoulders above the other company I used. The difference is night and day. That horrific experience made me appreciate Richard and Prestine Plumbing even more than before, which if you had asked me a month ago I would not had known it to be possible. Night and day! Richard really really cares about his customer, his associates, his workmanship, and his reputation. There is pride, honor, and genuine caring. From the bottom of my heart, I wish Richard all the success. I know as he grows his company, he will do it the right way.

The guys over at Vanguard were great. I reached out for a quote about a sewer pipe leak in my home. Out of 6 companies they were the most competitive bid and were available to work with my schedule. Dave came out and was great. Very professional, explained everything I wanted to know, and got the job done right. Would highly recommend Vanguard.

Honest, punctual and professional.  Found a recommendation on the Next-door app and decided to give them a call for a dripping tub faucet.  Rob confirmed we took all the right steps to try and fix it but unfortunately we needed to replace the valve.  He estimated it would take 3 - 4 hours and could come back on Friday.  He confirmed our appointment and texted when he was on his way over.  He fixed the problem (within the timeframe he gave) and left the area as clean or cleaner than when he came.  I will definitely be keeping this plumber in my contacts.

My shower faucet broke and after a couple hours of trying to fix it myself I decided to call RJB Plumbing.  It was 9pm on a Saturday, but regardless he was at my house within 15 minutes.  He thoroughly explained what broke, how he was going to fix it and the flat (very reasonable) charge.  I will definitely use RJB plumbing going forward.

We got our new Furnace and AC installed the day after accepting the estimate.  Arturo and Mark did a great job with the install and got it all done in one day.  Permit process was setup by them and easy to complete.

Thought I could replace my wall mount kitchen faucet. Found out pretty quickly I need a professional. Requested bids on Yelp on a Sunday afternoon and had responses that evening. Raul included his phone number and I texted right away. He was willing to work around my work schedule and come later in the afternoon and had availability within a few days. He quoted me a very fair price. He arrived today, right on time, and got right to work. He was pleasant, efficient, tidy, and precise. He tested everything on the faucet before he left and even checked the water pressure at both of the pressure regulators. I've added his information into my contacts and will definitely use him again when needed. Highly recommend!

Oh we had a great experience with Gary, who was recommended to us by the super nice friendly folks at The Warm Hearth. He went to put us a gas line on our big 1950's masonry fireplace and did a great job with no hesitation. You know drilling on masonry or hardwoods floors gets you only one chance. So I was a bit worried, but he knew what he was doing. Will use him again of needed. He is a very nice person too.

I called Mark based on Yelp Reviews. He was able to come out within a couple of hours from my call. It was a minor toilet issue that I'd been tinkering with myself and finally gave up and called a plumber. The part I needed is apparently not generic but he had it in his truck. He wasn't here more than 15 minutes. So, Efficient Plumbing is not misleading. He's cordial, speedy and his price was competitive.
