Having used Point Loma Electric in the past we felt good about calling them for a plumbing problem....a toilet needed to be reset, a basic bread and butter job for any plumber. Brandon Moreno was the plumber they sent and he appeared  pleasant, capable and knowledgeable, quoting the job at $435, a fair price.  . My husband was a former contractor (retired)   and had done jobs like this on our previous homes and rental properties.  When Brandon removed the toilet he found that the flange was broken and left to buy a replacement.  He had problems finding one and After an hour he came back and said he would have to increase the price to $1,000 plus. When we objected he called the company owner and they reduced it to something in the $750 range, still too high for us.  We had to say no, the price was almost double what it should have been.  We called another plumber, highly rated, they came out and fixed it today,  including replacing the flange, for a total price of  $400.  They were in and out within 40 minutes,  job completed as promised. We will never call Point Loma Electric and Plumbing again, and suggest you look for other options.   In reading several the other reviews this up-pricing and gouging seems to be characteristic of this company

Bill came out right away and checked out our clogged sink/disposal. He even worked with me in dealing with out management company who was trying to charge us and claim that we had misused the disposal. His prices were way lower then the estimate our management property was trying to charge us. He was very professional and not only that he was very kind! Call him if you have any plumbing needs! I can't say enough good things about C&C Plumbing.  I had several sort of minor issues that were more annoyances than anything.  I texted them with a description of the issues and my address.  The  next morning, I received a text back asking for some pictures and was given a price.  Easy as that!  We worked out a date for service and Technician Josh called and texted me the morning of service.

Josh was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and was able to tackle all three issues in under an hour.  

We have used C&C several times for major and minor things around the house.  It gives me peace of mind as a woman to know I can rely on their team to get the job done correctly the first time and not have to wait for my husband to be home.

Decided to clean out the garage and storage shed at my house and turns out we had a ton of things that we no longer needed/wanted. I needed my stuff to get picked up the same day and other companies i called didn't offer same day pick up, or just weren't available. Green Earth was able to come within an hour or so after speaking to them and packed up my things fairly quickly. They separated items that could be recycled and items that I was going to donate to AmVet.
I was provided with a receipt for my donation, which came in handy for taxes!
Will be using their services again in the future!

I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

Same Day Heating and Air came out to diagnose our 3 year old air conditioning system.  Their service technician provided excellent service.   He arrived on time.  They send an email with a photo of the technician so you are 100% sure he is a company employee which is a pretty neat service considering there are fake technician that can come into your home these days.  He was respectful. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it.  He waited patiently while I had to take other phone calls and juggle kids.  He offered me several plans and allowed me time to verify with my husband before making a decision.   I am both a talker AND I am interested in the HVAC field so I probably asked him a lot more questions than your typical client.  He was kind, patient and went out of his way to answer all of my questions.  I felt confident in our decision when he left and the air conditioning system has never been so efficient.  

I do not write many reviews but felt this was worthy of the time to commend the company's professional demeanor.  

As a woman, I am not always comfortable working with contractors.  I usually either feel stupid or bullied into getting services I don't need.  Luckily for me, my dad taught me how to be self-sufficient and fix things myself.  However, recharging my AC system is something out of my abilities/tool collection so there are times when I do need to hire a professional.  Their technician exceeded my expectations and I will be specifically requesting him for any future repairs/service.   A+++ .for Same Day Heating and Air-San Diego!

We used TS Backflow recently for our annual backflow test/certification.  Timothy was super quick to respond to our request via Yelp, and was able to come out the next day to our place in Escondido.  The testing process was quick, and Timothy even cc'ed us when emailing the report to our water district.  Highly recommended!

I had to update my review because we needed to call Shawn once again. We run a small AirBnB out of a garage studio and we had a backup in the little bathroom. It was vacant so it wasn't an emergency but Shawn was nearby and he came within 30 minutes of me calling! And he got the job done within 10 minutes! I appreciated that he was clean and thorough. He also was masked up and - like always - was a pleasure to work with.

I recently called Pacific Drain to fix a bad leak that I thought was caused by a pipe breaking in an exterior wall of my house.  Jerrold (I hope I'm spelling his name right) was sent out the same day.  He was on time.  When he looked at the situation he discovered that there were two leaks, not one, and that they were not in the wall but below the house in the crawl space.  It is not an easy matter to work down there as it is very tight quarters and bad conditions.  He went right to work and completed the job.  Jerrold was professional, focused and competent.  I could not have asked for anyone better for this job. Another thing that I appreciated so much was the phone receptionist, Felly.  She interviewed me to understand exactly what the problem was before matching me up with someone who could do the job.  Then she made the appointment. She was clear, professional, and easy to understand. I will do business with this company again and recommend them to my friends as well.

I had a leak which created a small flood and called Daniels's Plumbing. They were out very quickly (the same morning) and fixed the problem immediately. I have used them for multiple other services in the past and have found that this is the ONLY reliable/quick plumber I have ever come across. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

We called to have someone look at our kitchen sink and Faucet leak under the kitchen counter.  Jim came out, and looked at the leakage problem underneath the sink . He discussed the details with me and gave us a very option to fix the problem. He was very sincere in offering his expert advice to get the leak fixed permanently. He even took all the measurement and took the photographs and called another contractor for this specialized installation work required underneath the sink.  He spent considerable time to discuss problem . He did not charge any fee for his time spent to look at the leakage problem and for his expert advice. Jim is very sincere  and was extremely knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend Jim and Pristine Plumbing.

Robert came out promptly on a Saturday morning to diagnose our issue ... a water leak that soaked the kitchen walls and cabinets. He shut off the supply line, pulled out the dishwasher so we could see the source of the leak as well as the pond of water under the dishwasher, and he carefully documented all of the above via his notes and photographs. He also gave a great recommendation for a water damage remediation company to address the damage.

Robert was able to determine that the problem was caused by an over-tightened connector on the dishwasher that had been installed six months earlier by the appliance retailer (the rubber washer inside the brass supply line connector was cut by the over-tightening, thereby creating a pathway for the water to slowly drip out).

I can highly recommend Robert and we plan to use him for all of our future plumbing needs!

What a GREAT human!! After thinking we were going to have to go without heat or a hot shower  on a cold winter night RJB saved us!! I was hoping to find a plumber to come out the next morning and he got on FaceTime and helped us right away! We will certainly be using him for any future plumbing issues. Highly recommend!

These guys were easy to schedule with. They even came back out the same day to install a new pressure regulator after their morning visit to install a faucet revealed that our water pressure was too high. They were thorough and professional.  Office staff is great.

I called Efficient Plumbing this morning, after another company failed to follow-up as they had said they would do.  Mark (the owner) and Chris just left and they were wonderful.  Mark responded immeditately to my call this morning by text, was able to be here in a few hours, and solved my drain issue and a hot water faucet problem quickly.  Mark also pointed out another potential problem that I had already been aware of but hadn't dealt with and gave me a reduced rate on fixing that too.  They were very professional and personable and had a very fair rate. I will keep their number handy for any future plumbing needs!
