Point Loma electric is such an amazing family! They have the best customer service; I appreciate that they will always stand behind their work! From the awesome Bri in the office to Rolando installing our ceiling fan. This is the second job Point Loma electric has done for us from help with flickering lights to installing a ceiling fan, they will always treat you family! Bill and his partner Carlos are reliable, timely and knowledgable about plumbing. We have a small house in NP with a tight crawl space. Carlos has been under there multiple times when others refused. They are friendly and if they can't take care of your problem right away (which they often do), they triage  and fit you in, all the while reassuring you with their calm and friendly attitude. They are wonderful and charge less than most other plumbers. I consider them my friends.

We had a strange problem of a mouse stuck in the stove exhaust pipe. Cameron was so kind and professional and willing to try to help us even though this is not a plumbing problem (I couldn't find an exterminator available same day and we have 15 girls coming tomorrow for a birthday party so to us it was urgent!). He was honest about the fact that he wasn't sure they could fix this strange problem. Chris came out right when he said he would and he fixed it quickly and with a very great sense of humor, professionalism and efficiency. Based on my experience with C&C Plumbing, I am definitely switching to Cameron and his team for future plumbing problems!

Affordable price and great service! Informed me of any extra costs and quote was spot on. Did not have to meet face to face. All was done online or over phone. Highly recommended.

As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

They sent out a technician who doesn't know how to do his job. He told me my entire garbage disposal needed to be replaced. I ordered the part and scheduled the date. My husband provided his second opinion and it was as simple as pushing a button. Dissatisfied with this company. Please hire people who know what they are doing so another home owner doesn't have to deal with this incompetence.

Recently (Yesterday afternoon) replaced a backflow preventer for a residential property.
Contacted TS Backflow, and was given an immediate response by Tim. He was super friendly and got me on the schedule for This morning for 10 am.
10:08 am this morning I received a phone call confirmation that the test had been completed and passed.

Overall if I could give more than 5* I would. Tim I thank you again.

Highly recommended. Fast and courteous service. And, as their name states, the prices are indeed reasonable. They can do anything you need from simple drain and sewer service to water heater repairs, to full scale renovations.

I had what I believed to be a simple repair, a small leak on an outside spigot.  It is copper piping that is why I could not fix it.

I called The Works.  They contacted me immediately, set up an appointment for the next morning.   As promised they called 30 minutes before arriving.  The showed up.  Explained that it could be an easy fix or more complicated if they encountered problems.  Gave me a best case scenario for the bid.  They proceeded to start the repair.  They were able to fix it using tools I did not have nor did I have knowledge of using.  When they left I had a working spigot with no mess.

I have no issue recommending them to anyone for their plumbing needs.   I found them to be fair and honest.   I can't ask for more.

Brandon came out to scope our sewer line and evaluate its condition.  He was informative and realistic about the work that needed to be done. We appreciate his feedback and plan to work with him and pacific drain in the near future.

I had a broken water pipe in my front yard at 9:45 PM when trying to remove the roots from a removed rogue palm tree.  Daniel's Plumbing gave me the emergency phone number for the City Water Dept. dispatcher as he was brushing his teeth to go to bed.  The water dept. sent out a city worker to turn the water off at the meter at 10:20 PM.  At 9 AM the next morning, his team responded, replaced the broken section of pipe, and had the water turned back on by 11 AM.  Now that's what I call amazing service!  And everyone was polite and professional.  The charges were fair.

Rob Parsons was able to quickly find the pinhole leaks in our garage ceiling pipe and bathroom. We appreciate his competence and were glad to have the leaks fixed before more damage occurred. We would use Pristine Plumbing again without hesitation

Our water heater was about 20 years old, and we were in the market to either continue with the tank or go tankless. I did a bunch of research, but our water heater location made a tankless a bit difficult due to the ventilation. We had several companies come out for estimates, and Dave from Vanguard talked to us about tank/tankless and what he would do in our situation. We ultimately decided to stick with a tank.

Dave came out a few days later with a new 50 gallon tank and installed it in our tiny utility closet. Due to the new code for water heater he had to cram a bunch in there, but we ended up saving space since he was able to get it closer to the wall than it was before.

Dave was really professional and honest. Would use them again.

Had my faucet replaced by Roby. He was very professional and did an excellent job.  Will keep their number for future plumbing jobs. Highly recommend.

Ignacio was SUPER!!!! After doing an assessment of our noisy pipes he was able to determine the most likely cause. He got the job done and very patient with my 3 year old who is a chatter box.

Update: we had ANOTHER issue unexpectedly arise and this man came to the rescue yet again! I called him that evening, and the next day, our hot water was back up again. If you're looking for dependable, reliable, superb service, these are your guys. Raul couldn't make it, but he found a solution and had someone to our home in no time. If there's anything you need when shopping around for a plumber, it's the trust that these guys have your back. They never left us hanging, not the first time, not the second time, and hopefully ever! Raul is our plumber for life!

I had a great experience with Gary of Ray's plumbing. From the time I called his reception staff to the time he arrived at my doorstep was 2.5 hours. When he arrived he was friendly and helpful, and his work was high quality. I will most definitely call him again for future plumbing needs. Prices much more reasonable than the big name competition.

Called to have a leaky shower valve fixed. Told Mark it wasn't an emergency but he asked me how bad it was leaking. When I told him the how fast it was dripping, he offered to come out within an hour. He showed up on time, and had the parts required to repair the valve, no replacement required. The job was done quickly, no fuss. Mark was personable and professional.  Cost wasn't bad and payment was easy with a credit card. I'd happily call him again if I had a plumbing  job I needed done.
