So happy I found these guys! They did work on indoor and outdoor lighting today and did an A+ job. My biggest stress was that I was going to have to do drywall repair but none was needed on any of the lights. Hector and his coworker were awesome. Kept me updated the whole time, were transparent about pricing upfront, and pleasant to work with. Definitely will be using these guys again. On the pricier side, but quality work!

Scheduled an appointment with Bill a few days in advance. Bill called 20 minutes before to ensure we were still on.  Bill and Carlos showed up right on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently.  Two clogged drains and they were in and out in under 30 minutes.  Extremely pleasant to deal with and they were more than happy to invoice our landlord for the work.  Would definitely recommend.

C & C Plumbing came highly recommended and did not disappoint.  Nick came to our house in the middle of a major leak/flood issue we were having.  He was so knowledgable about the situation and provided excellent service. He and his team were beyond professional.

The entire experience was so easy, cheaper than I expected, and fast! I would definitely hire them again.

I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

Recently (Yesterday afternoon) replaced a backflow preventer for a residential property.
Contacted TS Backflow, and was given an immediate response by Tim. He was super friendly and got me on the schedule for This morning for 10 am.
10:08 am this morning I received a phone call confirmation that the test had been completed and passed.

Overall if I could give more than 5* I would. Tim I thank you again.

I highly recommend Reasonable Drain & Plumbing Repair for plumbing/drain issues. I developed a very clogged kitchen sink on Easter Sunday and tried a number of home remedies that evening and throughout the next day with no luck. I was referred to Reasonable Drain & Plumbing Repair for help Monday evening. Pip responded quickly and was able to come the next day. They arrived promptly and cleared the clog in no time. The were very friendly, knowledgable, tidy and mindful of   current extra sanitary practices and their price was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend their service to anyone who is having troubles with drains or plumbing.

This is the second time we have called The Works Plumbing, and the second time we are giving a 5-star review. This time we had two issues that needed to be fixed. One was water leaking under our kitchen sink and the other was a leaky faucet in a bathroom.  They came out and diagnosed everything systematically.  The water under the sink was caused by a worn out seal between the granite and the sink, which Shawn pointed out and I sealed with silicon in one minute. The faucet was completely rusted out and needed to be replaced (it was 14 years old). Shawn recommended I get a new one and they would come back and install it.  I was not charged until he came back the 2nd time and completed the work. His estimate was 100% accurate.  Being a business owner, I know that estimates are not always spot on... that's why they are called estimates. I have found our go to plumbers.

I wish I could give these guys more than five stars.  I have no affiliation with this company but they are the best!  My late uncle was a plumber for 30 years and he used this company also.  Pacific drain helped my late father when he had problems with the drain at his house too.  Nick at Pacific drain has helped me with drain clogs at my house for years and they are always on time, very clean, and they know what they are doing.  They charge you a reasonable price WITHOUT up-selling you on anything you don't need. I trust these guts and you should too.

First time using this company and it was OUTSTANDING! Steve's communication from start to finish was exceptional. Between text messages and phone calls I NEVER ONCE had to follow-up a second time or wonder if and when I might hear from him. Absolutely the best communication I have ever had with any plumbing company in the last 20-years. He was so prompt in responding to my initial inquiry I didn't even consider a getting second bid.

Art and Manny who made the repair(leaking drain pipe on my washing machine) were on time, courteous, very professional and left the repair area spotless! As well with each phase of the repair they communicated with Steve as to the progress / status. Again, great communication.

Finally I didn't even have to pay at the time the repair was complete. Steve emailed me an invoice with an online payment option which was fast and simple.

Steve told me his father started the business and he along with his 3 brothers all followed in their dad's footsteps and became plumbers too...so this is truly a family business with old school values of honesty, prompt communication, great customer service and a high level of professionalism.

Great experience using Pristine Plumbing! Our tech was Jacob, who did a fantastic job fixing a pipe leak and installing a new flange for our toilet. After working with Jacob, I thought, wow, this is great customer service.

They (Jacob) explained the repairs, why they need to be made, and also reviewed different repair options. They first tried the most sensible repair option before escalating to something more drastic. Pricing is fair and transparent. They are respectful of the property--wear shoe masks--and protect customer safety during COVID by wearing normal masks as well. If there were any schedule changes, they kept us informed. They were friendly and professional.

Plumbing issues are painful, but Pristine Plumbing made it as painless as possible. They know their stuff, and you can sleep knowing they did a quality job.

We have used Vanguard Plumbing twice, for two separate issues. Robert has been quick to respond, and shown up on time for both occasions. Friendly, polite, and trustworthy. He's given great options to meet my budget needs. Highly recommended for any of your plumbing issues.

I will definitely call these guys again!  Easy to make an appointment and service guy, Roby, was on time.  He fixed my problem in a manner of minutes and we had a pleasant conversation afterward as well.  Super easy process and very nice to work with.

We had our hot water heater and 2 toilets replaced and we couldn't be happier with the service! 5 stars aren't enough to positively rate this company! He took the time to educate us about products and how they function and made sure we knew how to operate what we have. We have never had a plumber be so clean and honor our home in the way he did. I usually have to come behind contractors and clean....not this time! :) RJB is now our plumber for life!!!

Thompson Heating and Air Conditioning is AMAZING. They know exactly what they are doing. We had a couple of local well-known companies come out and diagnose our A/C unit, which wasn't cooling. They all gave an hour explanation on what they found and how the numbers of their tests don't lie. They all said to get a new unit and quoted around $2,500. Thompson came out and just by what I told him he knew exactly what was wrong. $145 later out unit started blowing cold air. Thompson is the ONLY person to call when you have problems with your heating or air.

We are installing a new washer and dryer. As I unhooked the old washer water supply lines the shut-off valve handle broke! So I bought two new valves.
However, our track home was built cheaply with compression fitting valves.
It was impossible for me to take off the compression washers from the pipes without a special tool.
So, there we are - we have the water shut off and no valves working.
I went to Yelp and the only plumber who responded right away was Raul. Raul got to us within an hour and had the problem fixed in another 40 minutes.
We are now set for the new laundry tomorrow.

Call Mark about a hot water pressure problem at my rental property located in San Clemente.  Usually hot water pressure is a pretty simple DIY fix, but boyfriend and I couldn't pull out the cartridge in the shower.  There was just too much mineral buildup.  So I called around to a few plumbers in the and area and told them my situation.  Everyone wanted to charge around 200-250.  Finally found Mark on yelp and he gave me a much cheaper quote!
On the day of our appointment, he did arrive later than promised.  But he contacted me to let me know he was running late.  

He did a great job! From now on, I'll just call Mark for all my plumbing needs. :)
