Great service and friendly, professional technicians, Kennedy and Juan. I had seen them in my neighborhood and I was in need of an electrician for a remodel. I'm glad I stopped them and inquired. I had a large order to fill (circuit panel replacement, several fixtures to install, outlets to fix, etc.) and they got it all done in a day. They even took the time to explain some of the more technical details over some areas of concern so I could make the decision on the repair. I would definitely use their services again.

We had a toilet at a rental property that was clogged and in bad shape. We needed same day help since we were trying to clean the place and needed access to facilities. Bob came out about an hour after we called, fitting us into his busy schedule for the day.

He fixed the clog and made recommendations for some things he saw in the bathroom that also needed to be addressed.

Could not have asked for better, friendlier service!

We made the call to check a possible slab leak and got an appointment the following morning. Gary and his assistant showed up within the timeframe given and texted us when he was on his way. He was extremely professional, prompt, efficient, and thorough in the work. He even fixed one of our loose faucets on his way out the door!

We will definitely use C&C again for our next plumbing need.

I always feel so guilty disposing a bed mattress but Shawn at Green Earth said he would either recycle it or donate it. I was relieved. Service was excellent, timely, and friendly. His pickup and disposal fee was very fair. I highly recommend Green Earth for all junk removal and hauling needs!

Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

Our house is livable again in this heat thanks to them! We got centralized AC Installed. They came out soon after getting a quote and did a great job! Anthony did not try and nickel and dime us with the quote, was very straight forward about what he suggested and what would be the best option for us. I had other companies come out and give quotes saying they needed to replace everything from the furnace (which is brand new) to the reinstall different vents around the house due to their current placement on my walls and try to charge extra for minor things! So glad we chose this company. The technicians were professional and friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I'd also like to mention that there was an incident where one of the technicians accidentally stepped through the ceiling in my room (it was an accident & he was very apologetic), and the company made sure that someone came out right away and repaired my ceiling. Accidents happen, I was VERY grateful they took care of it so quickly. THANK YOU for the amazing work!

I received a backflow testing notice from the City of Escondido while on vacation and had 7 days to comply once I returned. I called Tim at TS Backflow and was immediately impressed at his availability. He gave me a next day appointment, arrived on time and walked me through the process as he completed the test. Overall his customer service is excellent and his price to value is hard to beat. I'm confident that he'll be very successful in future endeavors given his calm demeanor and professionalism. Shawn was professional, thorough, and explained everything in detail before starting work on our pipe leak. He gave me  time frame when to expect his arrival and even called 15 minutes prior to coming. He wore his mask and followed social distancing guidelines. Excellent service! Great experience and would definitely refer this business to family and friends.

We have Pacific Drain and Plumbing come to our home twice since we had a kitchen remodel.  We had issues with our sink piping,  cooktop and water pressure. Pacific Drain sent out Carlos to fix these items.  Carlos was very professional and detailed in his work. He really knows his stuff and we couldn't be more pleased.! Pristine Plumbing was referred to us and we are grateful that they were.    We were kept updated on when our technician would arrive which was truly appreciated.  Steve was our technician and he was personable and professional.  He resolved our issue in about 30 minutes and after that we were in great shape.   Moving forward this is our plumbing company

Vanguard replaced a water heater and recirculating pump at my house in Carlsbad.  Robert handled the phone contact, and Dave provided the service.  Both provided good advice without sales pressure.  Dave installed plumbing connections with secure supports, and the hot water delivery throughout the house is now excellent.  While he was there, I asked Dave to check a bathtub drain, and he quickly resolved a repair issue on which a previous plumber had given up.

Roby had attended to our plumbing needs timely, I would recommend him for future use,

Needed to get some slow drains corrected and a  bathroom sink drain pipe resealed.  Bob was very responsive and scheduled to come over the same morning.  The work he performed was clean, efficient and the pricing was very good.  I'd highly recommend Bob and R.J.B for any plumbing needs.  Very nice guy as well.

Also maybe not something everyone cares about, but he was very chill. We contacted a few other places and they seemed almost annoyed to be working with you but here it felt like a family friend came over to do some work for us.

Raul is friendly over the entire back-and-forth project discussions as well as providing constructive suggestions. He got the job done nicely and in a timely manner. Overall, very satisfied with the service with reasonable cost.

Mark is the BEST!!!  I found him on  yelp and hoped he would be as great as his reviews. He was that and more!  I called him to replace 3 toilets in my home we just purchased.  I wanted TOTO and he came right out and installed all three at a great price. He was very professional, yet very personable and NEAT.  I'm OCD ....LOL
Two weeks later I had him come back and replace all my faucets and shower heads. He found a new sink for my laundry room... Wow, he has been a life saver!  With all the contractors I've been dealing with to get my new home just right he has been so easy to work with!  He even called me back when HE was on vacation.  I would recommend Mark to anyone who has any plumbing issues!
