Chris responded promptly. He was able to locate the leak deep under the driveway concrete slab within 1-2 feet of the actual leak. The pipe was under the ground by about 4 feet deep then covered by a thick concrete slab. Excellent friendly service.

We have been working with Ideal Plumbing for many years & when we needed a technician sent to our house to detect a leak, we had the fortune of getting Jim a senior technician who was stellar; punctual, professional & his years of experience showed. In less than an hour he was able to locate the leak & because it was in the front yard, he offered to come back with another technician when we were ready.

Ramiro who is also very knowledgeable and a hard worker together with Jim just completed the job and the experience could not have been better. Very communicative at every step of the process and did a great job finishing the work.

I came home from work to discover that my precious little son try to flush some toys down the toilette. I had water everywhere !!!!!! I called 805 plumbing  and Carlos showed up in minutes. Marcos and Mike were at our property for a week working in tight spaces to replace an old gas line and router some drain lines under sidewalks, under the house, through heavy roots and trees. Marcos was skilled, knowledgeable, affable and an incredibly hard worker. Mike was courteous and a good assistant. When dead ends presented themselves Marcos came up with solutions or just worked harder to muscle through. Highly recommended and will ask for him for my next plumbing need.

Ali was super responsive late on a Saturday afternoon, had the drain cleared in half an hour, including disassembling the drain pipe under the sink and reassembling it, and all for a reasonable price.

After using several handymen in the past, Alejandro was a find. He was polite, professional, and texted you the time of arrival. After getting several outrageous quotes to swap out my family room ceiling fan, his quote was the most reasonable and he did great job. He also redid our mailbox as the HOA wanted bigger mailboxes. Highly recommended.

Bought a new house and Bill Howe took care of the multiple sink drain issues found on the inspection and have the receipts that confirm.  Then a month later when I move in and need Bill Howe to come back out to take care of the issues again, turns out everything needed to be replaced and its $1000 worth of work that the other guys from Bill Howe didn't look at thoroughly.  Now that's on my dime and not the sellers.  Was hoping for some relief on the bill, but customer service management essentially told me tough s#*t.

I had a leak in my sons room so I called Perry Plumbing and their office was very responsive and the plumbers came on time. Chandler was the lead plumber and seemed knowledgeable and was professional.
My main issue is with how expensive they are, I realize I was being charged for after hours so I expected it to be expensive, but I probably wouldn't go back simply because they are priced way higher than they should be. They did recommend a really bad company for the restoration who lies and overcharges, so I am questioning the ethics of working with such terrible companies.
Right now the leak seems taken care of, but time will tell how well everything holds up.

I had an outdoor water softener installed by these guys and I am very satisfied with the work. They are upfront and honest about what to expect and don't try to upsell you. I received several quotes and theirs was quite competitive and with quality products.
But most of all, I am quite impressed with their responsiveness. They will respond to emails and phone calls very promptly and jump on an issue immediately. I had an issue with the system and within an hour, they were ringing my doorbell and immediately fixed the issue. Everything has been running smoothly ever since.

5 Stars for workmanship, 1 star for price, so average of 3 stars. I have used Plumbing Plus several times, going back more than 10 years to when they were affiliated with Remodel Works.   On the last occasion, the angle stop on the water line to my new fridge needed to be replaced though it wasn't leaking so it wasn't an emergency.  Over $700 for one angle stop sweated onto the pipe in much less than an hour on a weekday as a non-emergency.

I called the office to complain about the price (which my wife agreed to when she was multi-tasking on teleconferences and I was in the office with customers) and was told that PP doesn't charge by the hour.  After a couple of calls with them, I really don't know how they come up with prices for repairs and the explanation I got was opaque (to be polite about it). I was offered a $100 discount (via voice mail) and have not heard anything in 3-4 weeks. I've not had a call back as I had requested when I replied to the voice mail. The workmanship is good but the prices are just hard to accept.

The president sent us an email (from an no-reply) account asking how things were and to contact him if we had any questions or concerns. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to contact him on his no-reply email when phone calls and emails to customer service have gone nowhere.

I'm going to avoid Plumbing Plus in future because the pricing seems excessive.

They are always accommodating and Friendly. Jen is always very courteous and works around my schedule to ensure my backflow system is inspected yearly.

I rarely write any reviews in yelp. But I wanted to give a shout out ti this company and Johnathan (the assigned plumber).  They have gone above and beyond to help us replace the main line up plumbing of the house. Especially Jonathan, he really has done us great service. We are very grateful and appreciate the service!

We've had these guys over a couple times now and they always been super nice/profession and very knowledgeable. We recently had Steven over to look at what we thought was an extremely hard to find leak, but he found it in a matter of minutes. We've been perplexed with this leak for a full week now, our water meter wasn't moving and no other evidence other than some water in one of our closets. I'm a recent and first time home buyer, and as I'm settling in, I've been realizing there's a lot that I don't know that I don't know. Case in point? Toilets! I had 99 problems, and a flush was definitely one.

With a master suite toilet having some water level issues, and armed with some first time parent style paranoia on what is normal vs. not, I requested quotes via Yelp last night. MasterCraft was incredibly quick to respond, and sent me a detailed message on how I could get in touch with them, as well as the fact that they do FREE estimates. Their professionalism combined with the ability to get a free estimate? As someone who's been bleeding money lately with the buying and moving process, this was music to my ears! After texting some basic information to James, he promptly called me and we scheduled a time for an estimate today.

James and the team was prompt, friendly, and very efficient. They diagnosed the issue, worked their magic in minutes, and then went on their way. Should the situation ever arise again, I absolutely plan on and recommend using MasterCraft for any future jobs. The service was top notch and a breeze! Consider this a 5 star/wrench review!

We've had Willis Brothers Plumbing out to our house several times in the last  2 months, and every experience has been positive.  They helped to diagnose and unblock a sewer main, as well as relocate a gas valve for our stove.  Jason and Caleb were quick to respond, provided good insight and advice, and left our house just as they found it, all while being affordable.  We'll be using them for all of our plumbing needs moving forward!

Marco was very professional and helpful.  He crawled under the house in an incredibly tight space to check for leaks in my washer drain pipe in an effort to locate the source of a bad smell. No leaks so narrow it down to a problem with the washer itself properly not draining completely. (Need appliance person probably) But he located the probable problem. Also secured bidet to the floor with bolts after the original installer had evidently only chalked it to his floor.

They've done good work for us before but are Overpriced at the high end $300 to replace a garbage disposal that took 1 hour. Updated: . The owner Ryan returned $100 for overcharge and personally came to look over the job. Very professional!
