Chris came even on a holiday weekend. He was able to detect the water leak efficiently and explained very clearly to us the issues. He is very reliable, professional, honest, family oriented and cares about his customer. He helped us contact plumber and water mitigation company and even willing to support for after care services. I needed an electrician to install service to support an electric vehicle with substantial needs. Jeff and Ideal rose to the significant task of generating the proposal and permits to install the outlets and a dedicated feed with a new additional meter.

The plan and proposal went through 3 iterations as I was very particular about what I wanted.  I needed to ensure that we had capacity to support potentially 2 electric (big ones) vehicles simultaneously, charging them off-peak, without impacting our existing household electrical usage.

They did the job professionally and this complicated task was handled and coordinated expertly by Jeff and his team, including interfacing with SDGE and the city.

Our new fridge was slightly too tall because of the electrical housing on the top front of the fridge, which we missed when measuring the space.  We had a big dilemma because we really loved the fridge and couldn't really find another that was comparable.  So it was either settle for something we didn't like as much or figure out a way to alter the kitchen cabinet to raise it by 3/4 inch.

We went with the second option.  After calling a few places, I came across Alejandro and asked if he could help with my project.  He was very quick to respond and told me he'd come by the following morning to assess the situation.  He was punctual and very knowledgeable, going through different scenarios of how we could get the job done without creating too much work and still yielding the best result.  

It was really fun to watch and help where I could.  I ended up learning a lot from Alejandro.  

If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy handyman with a great personality, Alejandro is your guy.  His prices are reasonable and you won't be disappointed with the result.  10/10 would ask for his help again on our next project!

We contacted Bill Howe Plumbing to service our central air. They scheduled service for the next morning. Just like promised, the tech called before arriving and within the time frame expected. Our service tech, Michael Saborit, was worth the effort to Yelp about. He was professional and personable. He did his trouble shooting, informed us of the repair, completed the work and offered to tidy up a little dust. We are very satisfied with all aspects of this service call.

I used Perry Plumbing for an emergency request. I had a blocked drain that was overflowing. The company took my call at 10pm and talked me through the issue. Margie was incredibly pleasant and helpful despite the late hour. She talked me through the problem and we were able to find a solution that stopped the leak/flood for the night. The next morning she called first thing and scheduled Juan to come fix the problem. Juan arrived and was professional, polite and diligent. He was an experienced, confident plumbing technician who was not only able to solve the immediate problem, but also diagnose the bigger picture problem of pipes needing to be replaced as well as suggestions for the garbage disposal when that comes up for replacement.

Overall the level of service I got was amazing and I would definitely recommend these guys

I enjoyed working with this company and have had a very positive experience.  They spoke at length with me over the phone regarding the pros and cons of different systems they offered.  When Eugene came over, he was prompt, courteous, and very communicative about our installation options.

Unfortunately, I didn't have great first experience - all due to their cost/quote, not their service.
I had a water heater that was throwing an error code that the burner needed to be replaced so I called Plumbing Plus for the first time based on all the positive reviews.
They are very responsive and the nice lady on the phone was very friendly, courteous and professional.
The technician promptly showed up and called me after he was done (I wasn't there) and said that he restarted the water heater and everything looked fine (no issues with the burner which was good news to me. Maybe the wind blew the pilot out, but that doesn't explain the error code.) Anyway, all great so far!
He was initially going to charge $228 to re-light the water heater which I thought was extremely excessive, given he must have been there all of about 20 minutes and no parts were replaced.  This was a standard call on a Tue during normal business hours and they are located about 8 miles away.
He explained there was the $59 dispatch fee (which was explained on the phone)  plus a minimum Quick Fix fee of $166. I told him I thought $228 was excessive and he agreed to remove the $59 dispatch fee.  He was very polite and there was no arguing, so I settled at $166, which I still feel is excessive.
However, the bigger issue I was disappointed with is I asked for a quote to replace the burner in case the burner really does need to be replaced should the issue happed again. The quote I received was for $1258 and doesn't include the burner! I about fell on the floor. Surely, this has to be a mistake?
The same brand/size/type water heater at Lowes sells for $750 for a completely new unit (not including installation/permits/disposal, etc).  Replacing the burner/controller/thermopile assy is a pretty straight forward procedure and doesn't take that long and the part can be found online for about $250.
Anyway, they seem to be good at responding to Yelp comments, so I hope they provide some more insight and I'll retract/amend my comments if appropriate.
Again, the technician and the gal on the phone were all very courteous and service was prompt, just way too expensive.

They are ok, expensive for test and quite expensive for repairs. They came a day before (knew it later) they were scheduled to be, I guess that may be ok but having clear information is useful.

Numa the tech. did an excellent job on re-piping underneath my kitchen sink, he also used the hydro jet and as an experience tech. He made it look easy on cleaning out the greasy full of junk main pipe. I'm glad he unplugged my backed up kitchen sink. I would recommend him for any plumbing job.

Timely and accurate at a fair price. CPL helped our plumber identify the leak which reduced the amount of jackhammering to the slab. WIth CPL's hlep we could put the house back together faster. We have used CPL three times for various projects and three times they have come to the rescue.

When we called they had Manny out to our office with in 3 hrs.  Manny had to turn off the water gauge for the building, we had no clue where it was.  Manny was very proactive and was adamant about finding this gauge, I witnessed him climbing walls, walking around the building until he found it.  He had the repair done with in a few hrs.  We though one of us would have to stay overtime to have him finish the work.  He was done before we had to leave work.  The job was complete in 3-4 hrs.
We are very satisfied and definitely recommend their services to anyone seeking professional and friendly work.

Alex was great. He came right out on a weekend and discovered we had a water heater leak that had ruined our drywall. He not only helped us with our water heater, he helped us get in touch with a drywall repair company. I highly recommend Alex . We will definitely use him again, if needed.

These guys were respectful, responsive, and didn't mind me asking questions. Had two problems solved without any worry. Part of the main outlet seeage pipe was replaced in the wine cellar and they were able to put in a new big pipe the very next morning. They were kind enough to squeeze me in their schedule because I mentioned I had guests coming the next day for which all the restrooms would be needed. They stopped off again today within 10 minutes to fix another leaky shower knob. I would highly recommend this company!

I had a exterior leak and did not know the source. Jake came out the next day to assess the issue and called to notify me that he needed access to my unit. He was able to meet me on my scheduled day off and arrived promptly at 10am. He determined my water heater needed to be replaced and went into action. He quickly gathered all the supplies he needed to complete the job and it was done in a few hours. He was able to navigate install issues that arose, had to dismantle the water heater closet to ensure a proper fit without creating damage, and left the apt the way he found it, only with a new water heater! Thanks Jake for your quick response and professionalism.

I had just taken My mother who is disabled to an appointment was running late. :( I placed the phone call to their office and let them ouknow that I was going to be  20 minutes late. When I got home they were there smiling at me waving at me like is this your house do you want me to move my truck. Oh yeah did I forget to tell you that they did a wonderful job of putting in my hot water heater. I will recommend this company Thank you David and Garrett you guys did an amazing job.
