Chris found the leak(s)!! Chris is very communicative and easy to reach. He's a family man that does good honest work. He explains technical things in a clear concise way.

I called several recommended plumbers but chose this one based on positive reviews and a quote on the phone saying the job would be $400-600.  They promised they would send a very experienced technician and it would be a 1/2 day job.  The cost was $832.00 which included some $30.00 fee I was also never told about.  The other plumbers quoted a flat rate fee per one hole faucet and another flat fee for 3 hole faucets which would have been $200.00 cheaper but I went with IDEAL because of my phone conversation.  I am very upset and called the company and they denied anyone said that to me and took no responsibility.  The technician seemed nice and knowledgeable but I will NEVER recommend this company for its misleading sales techniques.  VERY UNHAPPY WITH  IDEAL PLUMBING!

My mom had a leak in her bath tub and definitely wanted a good Plummer. We heard about 805 plumbing from a friend. We're sure glad we listened! Carlos and his workers were amazing guys with great prices and very quick! They re did my moms whole bathroom to pristine condition. Couldn't be happier with out new shower and tile. Don't go to those big plumbing companies that'll charge you an arm and a leg! Give 805 the job to do it RIGHT!

Was recommended to Happy Plumbing from a coworker/friend. So on Monday I submitted an online request to have a couple issues looked at (nothing too urgent) and within an hour I was contacted and had an appointment that day. The technician arrived early, but called to let me know and ask if that was okay, and within 30 minutes gave me a quote for our toilet and shower with a good explanation.

I scheduled work a few days later, mostly because I wanted to try some of the tech's suggestions to see if they would resolve/remedy the issue with our hot/cold in our shower and the recirculating system we installed several years ago.

On day of appt the tech arrived right in the middle of the 9-11 window, he called when he was on his way, and fixed our first issue with a toilet (and ensured me there was no damage to the sewer line). We then discussed the shower issue further, our experience between Monday to Thursday with his suggestions, and he then suggested another easy fix to see if that worked. It was so nice to have a plumber suggest common sense solutions before charging me lots of money to completely replace something that may or may not be the source of the problem. Awesome!! When I had problems with my sewer line, I called Ali and Franco.  Whenever I called Ali, he responded right away.  I had to replace a section of my sewer pipe from under my neighbor's house to the city connection!!  Franco and his guys were there every day for a week, digging in my neighbor's yard and underneath their home in the tiny crawl space!!!  They completed the job as scheduled, with minimum interruption to my neighbor, who was kind enough to allow us to do the work right away.  Everything has worked perfect since the work.  This was a very difficult job to do, and Franco pulled it off!!  Ali was great to work with, and very understanding of my problem.  I received 5 quotes from different companies, and the other's wanted to charge me from $19,000 to $27,000!!!!  When Ali came in with a better price, I was totally confused, but he explained to me why the difference in pricing, and I believed him.  I am glad I did.  He answered all my questions, and explained everything he would do.  Ali gave me the best price, and came through for me under a difficult situation.  Thank you Ali and Franco!!!!!

Requested a quote through Yelp to install a Flo Automatic Water Shutoff system, and received a prompt response from PIC Plumbing. When they responded, they didn't want to give a price without reviewing my home first which was welcomed as I could tell they wanted to properly estimate the work required.

From that first interaction it was obvious that they were extremely customer service focused, and my experiences from them coming onsite for the estimate to doing the actual install of the system was a very stream lined process. Jorge was responsive for all correspondence through Yelp, David and Corey did an awesome job on the install, and the end result was a well installed system.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone for plumbing services, and will be using them in the future for sure!

Alejandro is a true gem. I called about 5 other handymen before I was able to find him, and none of them got back to me or were extremely expensive. I'm so glad I kept looking because Alejandro was so responsive, sweet, and respectful. He will be a part of our business moving forward. He hung shelves that were pretty tricky, and also found a solution for a screen mount that we did not have a stud for.

We love Alejandro and absolutely recommend him for any work that needs to be done in your home or office. Bravo Jandro!

Wanted to share our great service experience with Rigo and Scott yesterday.  They removed and replaced a toilet and reverse osmosis faucet. We were their last stop of the day and they were efficient, courteous and left our home neat and clean. Perry Plumbing came after I check prices to fix my heater, the other two plumbers wanted to change it the complete piece for $3,500; Perry plumbing saw the problem and charged me for a small part and my heater is functional now!

Eddie at WPS was on time, made installation easy & was very friendly and informative with no pressure. We wanted to rent a reverse osmosis water filter system for our kitchen sink. They had the best price, a great contract and since it included maintenance & installation: it was a no-brainer. It was all taken care of within a few hours... We'll never use Culligan again! We're understanding now why they get such great reviews and we're very happy now with our delicious, ultra-pure drinking water!

So, Backflow testing wasn't a thing I knew existed until I got a stern letter from the city stating my water would be shut off without updated tests. I frantically called a few different places and got ahold of San Diego Backflow Testing.

Jen was incredibly knowledgeable. She worked directly with my water provider and took the project completely off my hands. I would recommend this company a 100 times over!!!

Had a slab leak. Michael came out to give me a quote. I was waiting on a couple of other quotes to come in. He politely followed up with me the following week. We set an appointment and Michael and his team came out on a Saturday and worked on it until job was completed. Michael is a man of his word. His knowledge and professionalism is greatly appreciated!

Do not call anyone else for main line leak detection.
I had a number of plumping companies come and evaluate where the leak was comong. Some wanted to cut the  sidewalk and most of them quoted between 2K to 4.2K to replace the line. only Jon from Pure plumbing suggested that I call CPL and they will mark where the leak is coming from and then we can have it repaired. CPL found the underground leak and marked the location. Saving me thousands of dollars.

I met with Joe Martin, the owner today.  I needed to consult Joe on a couple of things going on in my home and he patiently walked around, investigated and listened to my concerns.  He never acted as if he was impatient and together we determined that there was no big issue...just something to keep an eye one. I peppered him questions about a variety of plumbing projects like: tankless hot water systems, water filtration systems etc trying to think about my priorities for my home over the near and long term.  He did a great job summarizing pros/cons and giving ballpark costs so I can mull things over for when I'm ready.  He is clearly a business owner looking to build a long-term relationship with his customers and not trying to upsell or squeeze every dime out of his client base.  I highly recommend Joe and MasterCraft and I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs.

Alex is an angel.  We were in a very hard place when we had our gas turned off due to a leak.  Alex was fast to the house to offer his services.  He is attentive, honest, caring and goes above and beyond to solve problems.  Words can not express our deepest gratitude and relief that he and his team put in a 170 ft new gas line, got it approved and inspected in less than a week.  A very trust worthy miracle worker.

Jason from Willis Brothers was great in helping me do a pre-purchase inspection on a property and then completed the suggested work after we closed on it. His prompt communication and insight was helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend and will be using them for future plumbing needs!

I called about a clog that was deep in our plumbing and they were able to have someone come out and have the job done within 2 hours that day. Chris Q was very professional, explained what was going on with the plumbing, and was really efficient with his work. Would definitely use them again in the future.
