We had an emergency water slab leak which was costing us $100s a day in electrical and water bills.  We called several people and got several estimates some competitive but others  300% higher!  After interviewing Chris and finding him to be a very honest, caring person, charging the going market rate, with the best solution for rerouting with new Pex pipes through the attic, we chose him to do the work.  He and his brother came out and worked two days 8 hours straight up until 9 at night in 110 degrees in the attic.  They do not fix the holes they cut or clean up the mess but they stated this up front and they wrote a professional estimate with a written guarantee (something that many service people do not do).  He had the equipment to find the leaks anywhere in the house and did a great job locating and  repairing them.  As a retired realtor and interior designer I've hired 1000s of contractors and service  people in my 40 year career and Chris the owner of Acculine Leak Detection  is the epitome of a professional,

My family has used Ideal Plumbing for years now, both at my father's house and a commercial property that we manage.  They have always provided tremendous service.  I recently purchased a home and hired Ideal to perform the maintenance on my tankless water heater.  Dan the technician was extra helpful, even going out of his way to help with some minor plumbing issue he noticed while checking the water pressure to the house.  It is very comforting to know that they have my best interests in mind.  I highly recommend Ideal Plumbing!

Carlos and his team fixed a rather complicated issue with our bathroom pipes. He had to jackhammer through several inches of concrete and dig down into the dirt a few feet to find and fix the issue. He is obviously very experienced in dealing with the old pipes that are in so many of San Diego's neighborhoods. They went above and beyond, and worked closely with our insurance to solve the problem 100% and make sure the vast majority of the work was covered.

I'll definitely be calling Carlos the next time something inevitably fails in this old house.

I needed to get a water heater reset and I wanted to get it positioned a little differently from where it had to been. I was not even sure that was possible but I sent a few pictures to the office. She forwarded the pictures to Chris and he called me to discuss the job. I instantly liked him because he is knowledgeable and easy going.
Today he did the job and I absolutely could not be happier. His expertise and his attention to detail are awesome and have exceeded my wildest expectations.
I keep walking by the closet where the water heater is located and I just can't stop smiling because he did such a great job!

Drainhelp showed up with short notice after I called on a sunday afternoon when others weren't answering. They were professional and helpful.  They got my sewer snaked and hydrojetted in short order and things are back to normal. Plus they gave me advice on regular maintenance I can do to reduce build up in our drain. The work also came with a one year warranty, which is nice.

Our plumber, Michael Plata, went above-and-beyond to help us out of a very bad situation. Throughout the course of about a week, Michael was very responsive via text and made several visits, including one night when I called him after-hours with a off-hand concern and he responded by showing up at my door shortly after... he was in plain clothes and on his way to a movie! I told him to go and enjoy his time off, but he insisted on taking a quick look at the issue I was having. Overall, Michael seemed genuinely and sincerely interested in solving my problem and helping me out. I have his information saved in my phone and will definitely contact him the next time we need a plumber.

Also, there was a day where one of our pipes required a quick repair job, so another technician, Steven Winset, was called out to help. He was quick and friendly and solved the problem in less than 30 minutes. Overall, a very positive experience.

Zero star.  Having flooring put in and needing a angle stop replaced. Came for appointment Friday, while flooring contractors waiting. Said they couldn't turn off the water and didn't have materials.  Had to come back Monday morning. Monday morning comes , clueless to appointment and I have flooring guys back here in hr.  Said tech would call. NO CALL BACK. Horrible company.

Everybody knows that one of the best things you can do for your body is keep it hydrated. I noticed that I wasn't drinking as much water as I should and I know if my water tastes better, I'm likely to drink more of it. Moreover, the drink of choice in our home is WATER.  It's been on my radar to buy a drinking water filtration system for some time. I finally bit the bullet and am so glad I found this company! I cannot say enough good things. They are the REAL DEAL. Eugene arrived on time, did a clean job, was respectful of my home, had all the supplies he needed, and was honest and caring. I will shout their name from the rooftop of my house for anyone to use them that has water filtration needs. P.S. They even drilled a hole in my granite for the water dispenser! Knowledgeable and courteous. I also felt that the price was fair. Eugene said they offer a maintenance service to test water, replace filters, and clean the tank- I plan to use it. My family and I are worth it.

After calling around to several places to forget my navy and hot water tankless heater serviced Plumbing plus was the only one that called me back. Such a professional and friendly company! I was very frustrated after being flaked on a couple times by other companies, so when I found San Diego Backflow Testing I was very satisfied. They were super professional and very fast to respond and get the job done! Jen got back to me right away when I called and when Adam showed up he was a nice guy, really knew what he was doing, and took care of my needs from start to finish. I was so relieved to finally get this level of service and not have to wait to get a call back!

I had a leaking shower faucet and reached out to this company based on the 5 star Yelp reviews, I had a little misunderstanding when the technician first came out because I wasn't quite sure what I was being quoted. The manager of this company called me back immediately and apologized and ensured me that their company is a 5 att oil bing company and nothing less. Long story short, a technician was out the next day and completely took care of my issue. Its not too common that you see companies take the customer experience to a level that Amazon does, and it reminded me of when Bezos stated we are obsessive over the customer experience... Well, All City Plumbing clearly takes that type of approach from beginning to end. The employees are extremely friendly, very professional, they are beyond fast, and the leaders at this company have clearly helped build the reputation of completely customer-centric. There were concerns that I might have a slab leak due to high moisture readings under my wooden floors.

After reading the number of positive reviews on Yelp!, I reached out to CPL.

Ruth and Mary Anne we're both very polite and scheduled a same day appointment. I did the two hour detection service for $250. Note: I had a highly reviewed plumber scheduled a couple of hours before CPL and they also recommended CPL.

John came to do the inspection. I can't say enough positive things about him; friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.

He used a number of electronic devices to determine that there wasn't a slab leak (Yay!). He traced out all of water lines and took the time to show me where the lines ran throughout the house.

I'm currently going through a kitchen remodel and I had some additional concerns about my current plumbing (1960s). John addressed all of my million questions and offered suggestions and recommendations on where I can improve my plumbing. Outstanding customer service.

Overall, I felt I got way more than my money's worth.

I had a great experience with MasterCraft Plumbers and I'd definitely use them again.

My kitchen sink wasn't draining. I know how to clean the trap and even tried cleaning the clean out outside and it didn't help. So I reached out to MasterCraft.

I sent a request at 1am Sunday night and heard back from James at 6:40am. I provided my number and he called me and discussed the details. We decided it wasn't worth fixing on a Sunday due to the increase in rate, and scheduled them to come Monday at noon.

Fast forward to today, Monday, and they called and let me know they could come earlier; Joseph arrived at 10:55. He ran a powered snake through the line and it helped but didn't solve the problem. He got on the phone pretty quickly to try and see if there was availability for another crew to come and do the jet process and scope it. And they would roll the cost of the service visit/scoping into it all (so I didn't have to pay extra).

Luckily a crew was available so we schedule them to come later today, around 4pm. Joseph left and I got a call a short while later saying the crew could come earlier! So they showed up at 2:37 - and walked me through everything. I watched as they worked and explained things to me.

Turns out we should not be putting egg shells into our sink disposal- because that's what clogged my kitchen line. (See photo)

After a long process of pushing the shells deeper into the main drain, everything looked clear so they packed up and headed out. Francisco, Silouan and Manuel were the techs who helped here.

The entire time they were very communicative and I even got text messages when techs were on their way.

Alex and his team was very diligent with their work. He also explained what the problem was, how they will fix it, and how to prevent it from happening again. This is my second time calling Alex for plumbing problems and will definitely call him again for future repair/projects.

This team is awesome! They were able to send out someone to fix our leak within about an hour of calling. He was very friendly, honest, and upfront about the cost to repair the leaky pipe repair, which was quick and replaced right there on the spot. We will definitely be calling them again in the future for plumbing work.

Showed up right away when I called. Great pricing and very knowledgeable. Had my roots cleared from my sewer system with Hydro Jetter and camera the line for free after to ensure there were no more obstructions. Highly recommend!!!!!
