Had ideal out today to replace water heater, and they did an excellent job. They went above and beyond to make sure things were done right. The install of our heater was quite challenging but they were able to figure all out. On top of they wee very friendly, courteous, and professional. They were even able to fix a couple of additional things that needed some attention. Highly recommend them!! Joe Cassdan was our technician, he is very knowledgeable and detailed.

So you need a plumber and here you are on Yelp hating that you have to pick someone at random on the recommendation of a stranger. I have been there!

I picked 805 plumbing at random, because it was a plumber in my neighborhood. I'm so glad I did. Carlos and his crew are legit and do outstanding work. It never fails that when you get into the plumbing of your house, you discover awful things about slip-shod construction and poorly done repairs from before you owned the place. This has been the case for us, unfortunately and Carlos has uncovered some truly disheartening things about my house.

Each time, while my heart is still stuck in my throat as I contemplate what it will take to set it right, Carlos is already explaining the easiest, most cost-effective way to set it right and explaining how to ensure that they problem will be gone. And his repairs are rock solid. They will out live me. He had to rebuild the floor of my bathroom once and he had to cut away a major section of drywall, remove insulation and treat my beams for black mold. The work was ugly and grueling, but he didn't cut corners--he just got it done. Fast, clean, safe, solid. These are real guys who really know their trade. They live in the area and they want your family to be as safe and well cared for as their own. Call them. Email them. Leave a message if you have to, call back if you have to. They are the real deal and you'll be glad you're working with them because you'll know the work is being done right.

During my shift as the manager on site on a mental illness care facilty full of patients I noticed a gas leak.  I immediately called DrainHelp.com and got in contact with Ali and explained the emergency. Even though it was after hours, he immediately took action and sent his amazing plumber Christian Aka: Chin Chin. He replaced the rotten gas pipe in no time! These guys are awesome and I highly recommend them. Thanks to their fast response and great work we didn't have to relocate our patients to another building. I will definitely be using them for any other gas/plumbing issue from now on.

Set up an appointment for a repair estimate and their tech Eric Smith was on time and communicated clearly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest about what he thought  about our particular situation. In our case it was not really an issue at all and offered us several recommendations/solutions that we could consider. Eric even checked the water pressure on the house also giving us a spare water pressure reader. Over all I had an excellent experience with PIC plumbing service and their tech Eric Smith. Don't hesitate to give them a call you won't regret it. Not paid for or incentivized in anyway  I just really appreciated their tech Eric Smith's service.

Alejandro is amazing. He literally saved me when I got trapped in my bedroom, home alone, after my doorknob broke. He was the only handyman out of about 8 I called who was willing to help me out, even though he had other jobs that day. Others didn't respond, told me they were busy or told me to call a locksmith. He skillfully got my door open without having to break it open and he fixed my door to prevent it from sticking in the frame, which was what caused the knob to break. More than that, Alejandro is an extremely considerate and gentle person who is a pleasure to talk with. I will definitely be calling him again whenever I need a handyman. Thank you Alejandro!

Our kitchen sink was draining very slowly.  We've tried to unclog it for a couple of years to limited success.  Finally it stopped draining all together so we looked for a professional.  I looked at the top plumbers on yelp in our area.  Most couldn't come  in for 5-7 days and were charging $200+.   Danny from Bill Howe came in the next day. There was a mixup in scheduling and they missed our morning appointment but the came out in the afternoon.  Danny was great.  He snaked a couple of spots and fixed the problem in less than an hour.  The cost was ~$100.  Quick, inexpensive, capable. They will be our goto plumber from now on.

Cameron was absolutely amazing! He saved the day at such short notice and fixed multiple drains that were backing up. He was extremely thorough, knowledgable, professional, and ultimately blew us away with his customer service and quick work! We're so grateful for his and his counterpart Randy's support -- they were both AMAZING! We would recommend Perry Plumbing to everyone and anyone!

I can't say enough thank yous!!  This was the first time we ever used this company.  Maggie the dispatcher was she was able to have someone come to our business right away.  We have both conference rooms filled with important people.  Darryl arrived to save the day!  He inspected and fixed our situation.  He made sure I knew exactly what he did and how to avoid it reoccurring.   Both Maggie and Darryl are very kind and professional and they went above and beyond for me.  I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

San Diego Backflow Testing is a GREAT company to work with.  As a Community Manager, these annual tests can fall off our radar on occasion with the multitude of tasks we tackle everyday.  Jen and her team are proactive enough to reach out to managers well in advance of required completion date as a reminder, and then they work efficiently complete the test within the allotted time.  They handle so much behind the scenes that the process is swift and seamless, which makes our jobs a lot easier!  Their pricing is in-line (and often cheaper) than other backflow testing companies, and their customer service is some of the best customer service I have experienced from any company in the service industry, ever!  You cannot go wrong with hiring San Diego Backflow Testing due to their extensive plumbing knowledge, proactive efforts, and their superior customer service!  I highly recommend them!

I had a clogged toilet that I tried to unclog for hours! I finally broke down and called All City Plumbing. They were able to come out within 2 hours. Victor was so nice and fixed it super fast! And sent me recommendations for a new toilet. I will be using them again to replace my problem toilet!!

I was referred to CPL from a friend who is a plumber.  We could smell gas in our backyard but the smell was always in a place where there was no gas equipment.  

I was initially shocked by the $250 minimum, but trusted the guy who recommended them.  CPL came out and found that we had 2 gas leaks underground.  One was under our pool deck and the other was under the grass.  The guy was awesome and even marked exactly where the gas lines were around my house so I would know for the future.  I had gas lines in places I would have never guessed, even in planters with huge palm trees.

We had Jeremy Nedrow from Mastercraft Plumbing come take a look at leaking faucets in the master bath and he was professional. He gave us an estimate (which was reasonable) with detailed description of the work and once we approved the estimate, he got the work done immediately. Everything went smoothly from the time we scheduled the visit to paying the invoice for the work. MasterCraft made it very easy and Jeremy was wonderful. Thank you!

Our kitchen sink in our rental was backing up, Alex was out same day to help fix our issue. He found out sump pump was broken and the pipe was dragging. He mobilized quickly, purchased parts and fixed the drain. He was extremely responsive, quick and thorough. Alex was great to work with and would definitely recommend him.

Our water heater had gone down and R&R came to the rescue replacing and installing a new water heater the next day at a fair and honest price for their work. Definitely recommend them for your water heater needs.
