Are used to have a leak in my house I talked to three different company they didn't figure out call this company and the guy he was very nice handling everything and they tell me what is the problem where is the leak we will figure out everything we fix the leak I recommend this company for everyone

I had, what was unfortunately a bad experience with Ideal Plumbing. The worst part of the whole thing is the lack of communication. One of my tenant's had a blocked garbage disposal. My manager called Ideal Plumbing. I  received a bill for $1400.00. Three technicians were there. Not even a new garbage disposal was needed. There was no explanation of the details of what was done, no invoice was left with the manager, and no logs of times in and out for 3 technicians. There was no estimate given for the work to be done.  I have asked for a representative to show me the work which was done, the times in and out of the 3 technicians and an explanation of the details of the bill with no response. They also charge a $30 additional fee if you are out of their zip code. if you use them, urge them to give you a detailed estimate.

Carlos was really nice and came to fix the clog in my bathroom in no time! He was able to get to my house asap and the prices were great! Will definitely call Carlos again if i have any future plumbing problems!

I really can't say enough about Ali and the way he runs his business I had a Christmas Eve leak at my house and he was called. He responded right away.  He assessed the situation after someone with less experience could not solve the problem. He had to go on the roof to hydro jet without a helper.  He did it no problem he was so easy to talk to and he was definitely a pro and knew exactly what he was doing. His pricing is very reasonable especially for coming on a holiday and not having help And putting his life at risk by having to be on a second story roof. He definitely went above and beyond And I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!!! If I could g8ve him more stars. I seriously would and those of you who know my reviews know I am brutally honest about customer service.  One more thing I have to mention is that my landlords tried to pin it on me and charge me for the cost but Ali went to bat for me, he was totally honest and made them understand that it was their responsibility and not mine he did not have to do that but he was happy to!

I was very impressed with PIC Plumbing Services.  I needed an emergency dual angle stop replaced.  This all happened during my appliances installation.
I called several other plumbers and no one could come right away.  I called PIC and the tech was here within 90 minutes.  They gave me a 3-5pm window of time and he was here before 3.  Not too mention I called around 1:45. I was very pleased with their service and how quickly they were able to solve the issue.  I will definitely recommend to my neighbors.

Cody and Chris are professional, friendly and great! We had an under the sink setup where our sink had cracked and needed to be replaced.  They successfully replaced our sink within a very tight space.  We appreciate the work they did and highly recommend them!  Thanks Cody and Chris!

Alejandro was great at helping us with a variety of challenges as we prepare our 50-year-old home (in escrow) for an appraisal. Punctual, intuitive, meticulous -- from start to finish, he made things easy for us. He's bright, punctual, a great communicator, and brilliant at figuring out solutions to unique problems: we'd give him more stars if we could!

My 85 year old mom had no heat so I called and set up an appointment for the same afternoon. They came out and changed 2 AAA batteries in her thermostat for $261.00. It was super expensive but now my mom has heat - so I guess it's alright.

This is the 2nd time we used Perry Plumbing for an emergency issue. They were super responsive. Raul did a great job fixing the plumbing! We will definitely use them again.

Installation was done on time and very professionally. I found a minor issue shortly after the install team had left and called, leaving a voice-mail. Since I was their last job of the day I expected them to come back the next day, but I got a call back with in 15 minutes and the guys were back shortly thereafter and resolved the issue. Really customer oriented, conscientious team, that got the job done.

Here is another review for a high end shower they installed.

I bought a new house last year and while we LOVE the house, we didn't really like the Moen shower head fixture in the Master bathroom.  It was a normal shower head and the water pressure wasn't anything to write home about.  

In high end hotels that we've stayed at, we've always enjoyed the Hans Grohe rainfall shower from above with the secondary shower head in case you wanted to use a hand shower.   A very quality product that we've always had strong water pressure with.

I called around to a few of the AngiesList providers that were highly rated and one of the bathroom renovation places said their sister company Plumbing Plus normally handled this type of fixture.   I came on the website and read the great reviews so I called them.

They arranged to come out the following day and I was pleasantly surprised to get the owner, Mike out himself.  He took some measurements and he said he would call back the same day with a quote.   Sure enough, that same day he called and emailed me a quote.  

I showed him a photo of the model that I wanted and he had to special order it.  He gave a 10% Angie's List discount which I appreciated.

The work was a bigger job than I realized.  It consisted of not only removing the old shower head but also they had to cut out part of the wall in our Master bedroom that was on the opposite side of the shower.  We not only wanted to change out the fixture but I also wanted to be able to use both the hand wand shower piece and the rainfall shower together if I wanted and I had to order another part for that.

The total price included the parts, labor and also they sent someone else out the same day of the installation to do the drywall repair with texture. The only thing that wasn't included was repainting the wall but I easily did that.

Randy that came out to do the installation was VERY friendly and knowledgable.  He mentioned he has been with the company for 16 years.  That was a good feeling.  He also kept me in the loop the entire process.  He was very careful and although the job was a bigger mess than I realized as they had to cut part of the marble in the shower which produced a fine mist of dust.  

Randy was very polite and although we told him he didn't need to clean up and we could have our maid clean it.  He insisted on at least cleaning up which we felt was great.  

The only minor glitch is that the hole where the old shower head was, Mike told us that the new Hans Grohe rainfall shower head would be in front of it but it was a different configuration than he planned.  So we had a very small hole in the marble.

Randy offered several options including installing a new piece of marble (we had extra marble tiles from when it was renovated before), or just installing a small round chrome piece in the marble that was flush.  It's hardly noticeably and we don't mind at all.   We know the company wasn't at fault so it wasn't a big deal.  

Randy came out today and installed the cover.   It looks great.  

Most people won't spend this kind of money on a shower head but we felt it was worth it on something you use every single day (actually we use it twice a day).  It was well worth it.  We've had a chance to use it a week now and we really love it.   Randy did a great job installing it.   He mentioned when he was installing it that he never installed this particular model before but he did a great job!

Definitely I'd highly recommend this company and in fact, I had Randy take some measurements for some bathroom counters as I'm interested in changing out the tiles for Carrera Marble counters and changing out and upgrading the Moen fixtures that were here when we bought it.

They are always accommodating and Friendly. Jen is always very courteous and works around my schedule to ensure my backflow system is inspected yearly.

I called All City Plumbing to come out due to a huge leak coming out of my wall from the upstairs. DJ (Dwayne) came out that same day and tested everything for me. Super professional and knowledgeable, and kept us informed the whole time. If I ever have plumbing issues again, I definitely know who to call.

We noticed an increase in our water bill and it looked like a leak in our service line.  Tried our current plumber and they couldn't find it, they recommended CPL.  A good friend had already told me about CPL and said they came recommended by USAA which is also our insurance company.  I gave them a call and was pleasantly surprised how well their process was described and how it was priced.  They came the same day.  

Steven A was very professional, explained his approach, went to work and found the leak in less than two hours. He marked it on the pavement with chalk in a square that was less than 2 feet by 18 inches.  It was fixed today and Steven nailed it...still feels more like art and magic which is what a trained professional like Steven brings when you have great technology and even better experience.  Thank you Steven A and thank you CPL!

Called MasterCraft regarding low  water pressure in the house, but because it wasn't an emergency, it took a few days to get an appointment.  The plumber Richard, let me know his arrival time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem which was the water softener which I don't use was on bypass.  I asked them to remove that equipment so it could not happen again and they were able to finish all the work in about an hour.  I was very happy with the result and with their prices.  I will definitely use  them again when I am ready to remodel my bathrooms.

Honestly would give way more stars if possible! I've had a horrible leak at my house and could never figure out how to fix it. Water bills have then through the roof! I contacted A&A and they were quick with a response and worked with my busy schedule to set up a perfect time to get it looked it at! Super kind, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Leak problem was solved and no more crazy water bills. Would highly recommend to anyone with plumbing issues, what a great experience!

I've had a wonderful experience with Willis Brothers. I had an overnight leak 2 weekends ago in my kitchen, so in a panic I quickly searched and saw the great reviews. I called and Nathan was able to come right over, on a Saturday morning, diagnose and replace the faulty valve. He was so incredibly helpful, and gave me pointers since I'd have to file a claim with my insurance. I highly recommend Willis Brothers! They are so nice and accommodating- you will be in good hands!

David Starr and his partner (I didn't catch his name) were nice, super knowledgeable, worked fast and cleaned up behind themselves. I had been calling around all morning to get quotes and everyone was giving me long wait times. R&R dispatched David and his partner , who arrived in less than an hour plus were able to fix it on the spot. We accidentally screwed a bolt into a vertical pipe in our downstairs bathroom. I was super stressed that there was some kind of water damage. Luckily that wasn't the case and David fixed it. I'm more than thankful for these two. If your needing any help request David and his partner. They honestly deserve a raise.
