Chris responded promptly. He was able to locate the leak deep under the driveway concrete slab within 1-2 feet of the actual leak. The pipe was under the ground by about 4 feet deep then covered by a thick concrete slab. Excellent friendly service.

Contacted this company due to the overall good ratings on Yelp. I had an old hot water heater in a stand-alone wash house on my property and it finally gave up the ghost. (It was also horribly out of code.) I gave consideration to replacing it with an electric tankless device which would have required installation of 220v.

Wrote a request for service via their website, and to my surprise I was called back within a couple of hours - 7:30 that evening! The technician and I chatted about the pros and cons of such a scenario, and promised to send out one of their electricians next-day.

He came, and after chatting a bit, we agreed it wasn't an ideal solution - best to just go with another traditional gas water heater. He stated he would make an effort to get one of their plumbers out next week to assess. (I waited a few days for a phone call but didn't receive one, so I just went back to their site and wrote up another request - no biggie, perhaps just a communication error.)

That written request, again, was followed up by a phone call in record time, and after Ideal came out and reassessed the needs (plus addressing all the needs to bring the install up-to-code!) I committed to the estimate and install date.

Friday morning 2 gentlemen showed up with everything that was needed for a top-notch, professional, almost gorgeous in-code install of a new hot water heater. The re-plumbing that had to be done was a work of art upon completion, and they had all the parts and tools needed to even vent up through the roof as my out-of-compliance previous install from dozens of years ago vented out the side wall. They didn't need to borrow a tool or interface with me once - by noon, Norris and Rob were done, and the old water heater was taken away.

These guys weren't just plumbers - they were artistic technicians - and as professional and friendly as one can get. I even showed off their job to some pretty hard-nosed critic friends of mine, and they were impressed. It sounds ridiculous, but I still find myself just staring at their work sometimes, out of sheer admiration for the challenges they faced and coming through with flying colors.

The estimate I was quoted upon that second visit (I think it was the actual owner!) didn't vary one red cent from the final bill.

I now have total peace of mind for all my plumbing, heating, air and electrical needs in future. Thanks, Ideal!

I had some issues at home with my drains backing up and I called 805 plumbing and explained my issue and Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and knew what my issue was. His company has a very quick response time and I appreciated that. The problem was fixed within an  hour !! I will definitely be using his services in the future!

Michael removed the old, installed the new water heater and cleaned up the mess in just hours. He even demonstrated, in event of an emergency, how and where to turn off the gas and water for me.

Had to call drain help today, had some plumbing/sewer issues with our rental house, they responded and went to the house right away. Joshua came in gave me a set price to fix my faucet valve.  As he was working on both, he was able to determine my shower valve needed to be fixed.  Gave me a discount and since they weren't able to fix the first issue but returned few days later due to scheduling.  Provided me with a temporary shower head since the one I had was full of buildup.  The crew (Joshua & Joshua) were fast and omg I'm very pleased with the outcome.  Didn't have to tear up my tiles to a point of getting a tile person to fix a hole.  I definitely recommend this company.  Very pleasant and total transparency throughout the process.  Thank you PIC Plumbing!!!!

I had a pipe leak, and terrible water pressure in the shower. Called True Value Plumbing and had Christian out within 20 min. He fixed the pipe leak in addition added new fixture to the shower. All I know is that my showers feels 10x better!!

Stephanie and Amber at Bill Howe have been very professional in trying to repair the customer relationship with me and I appreciate that. Bill Howe has offered to compensate me for the wasted water and I think that is fair. I'm going to give them another chance. They do really have a quality team of professionals. I think they just made a mistake last week albeit a bad one. But mistakes happen.

This review is for service I got in October 2014. I just came across the invoice while going through some papers.

I called Perry because my hot water heater stopped providing hot water. Their reviews were good and I think they were on Angie's List. I was satisfied with the service call and remedy, even though I thought it to be a bit high for what the Tech did (adjust a mixing valve).

Then a short time later a friend called one morning with water on her garage floor with the source being her hot water heater. So I recommended Perry and told her she would get billed $140 for the service call. They came to her house and diagnosed the issue and gave an estimate for a new hot water heater.

Problem is, they left without charging her anything. Perry charged me $140 for the service call and $38 to adjust the mixing valve on top of the heater. She ultimately went with a different company. But I thought it was messed up to charge me $178 to turn a knob and check water pressure and my friend zero.

As I try to have an active/healthy life style I realized at some point how much water I am going through every week. It was not only inconvenient to carry those water bottles but was not cost efficient. I start looking for alternative solutions online for in house water filtration systems. I had no idea of the existence of such a huge a variety of options, and I was not sure which one worked ( as they all they say online they work). I found Water Purification Systems online and decided to give them a try. The person on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through all the different types of water filtration systems and explained the benefits of each of them. He recommended me a Reverse Osmosis System to be able to get high quality drinking water free of any impurities and chemicals. Also he suggested to add an alkaline filter to the system so I can get all the good minerals in the water. The price he quoted me including granite drilling and installation was way more reasonable than other Companies I contacted. So I decided to set up an appointment for installation and 2 days later right on time their technician was at my place.
I waited 6 months to write this review just to make sure everything works fine. I can tell you now the water taste great. I use the water for drinking, making coffee and cooking and never run out. I am really happy with the decision I made.
If you are still looking for a water drinking system just give this guys a call. They are truly awesome and they offer great quality service and products! I will definitely recommend Water Purification System to my friends and family!

I bought a new house last year and while we LOVE the house, we didn't really like the Moen shower head fixture in the Master bathroom.  It was a normal shower head and the water pressure wasn't anything to write home about.  

In high end hotels that we've stayed at, we've always enjoyed the Hans Grohe rainfall shower from above with the secondary shower head in case you wanted to use a hand shower.   A very quality product that we've always had strong water pressure with.

I called around to a few of the AngiesList providers that were highly rated and one of the bathroom renovation places said their sister company Plumbing Plus normally handled this type of fixture.   I came on the website and read the great reviews so I called them.

They arranged to come out the following day and I was pleasantly surprised to get the owner, Mike out himself.  He took some measurements and he said he would call back the same day with a quote.   Sure enough, that same day he called and emailed me a quote.  

I showed him a photo of the model that I wanted and he had to special order it.  He gave a 10% Angie's List discount which I appreciated.

The work was a bigger job than I realized.  It consisted of not only removing the old shower head but also they had to cut out part of the wall in our Master bedroom that was on the opposite side of the shower.  We not only wanted to change out the fixture but I also wanted to be able to use both the hand wand shower piece and the rainfall shower together if I wanted and I had to order another part for that.

The total price included the parts, labor and also they sent someone else out the same day of the installation to do the drywall repair with texture. The only thing that wasn't included was repainting the wall but I easily did that.

Randy that came out to do the installation was VERY friendly and knowledgable.  He mentioned he has been with the company for 16 years.  That was a good feeling.  He also kept me in the loop the entire process.  He was very careful and although the job was a bigger mess than I realized as they had to cut part of the marble in the shower which produced a fine mist of dust.  

Randy was very polite and although we told him he didn't need to clean up and we could have our maid clean it.  He insisted on at least cleaning up which we felt was great.  

The only minor glitch is that the hole where the old shower head was, Mike told us that the new Hans Grohe rainfall shower head would be in front of it but it was a different configuration than he planned.  So we had a very small hole in the marble.

Randy offered several options including installing a new piece of marble (we had extra marble tiles from when it was renovated before), or just installing a small round chrome piece in the marble that was flush.  It's hardly noticeably and we don't mind at all.   We know the company wasn't at fault so it wasn't a big deal.  

Randy came out today and installed the cover.   It looks great.  

Most people won't spend this kind of money on a shower head but we felt it was worth it on something you use every single day (actually we use it twice a day).  It was well worth it.  We've had a chance to use it a week now and we really love it.   Randy did a great job installing it.   He mentioned when he was installing it that he never installed this particular model before but he did a great job!

Definitely I'd highly recommend this company and in fact, I had Randy take some measurements for some bathroom counters as I'm interested in changing out the tiles for Carrera Marble counters and changing out and upgrading the Moen fixtures that were here when we bought it.

In an age when service quality is in decline, San Diego Backflow Testing has been absolutely fantastic for me when getting the testing that I need. They make sure to take care of everything, so that you can basically sit back, relax, and just pay your invoice. I've also had situations where I got to the back flow testing late, and they made efforts to make sure and get me in before the city deadline as well. Awesome.

I can't recommend San Diego Backflow Testing enough. A pure pleasure to work with.

I called at 8 pm on a week night with a plumbing emergency, and by 9pm Myron showed up! He was so friendly and down to Earth. I really appreciated his experience. He went straight to my problem and was able to detect almost instantly that my shower had been disconnected (broke) at the drain. He showed me pictures, and was NOT afraid to get dirty even though it was muddy from all the rain. By 10 pm I had a quote with every scenario possible from Myron and All City Plumbing in WRITING to my email! Myron talked to me, and didn't make me feel dumb because I am a female and don't know a whole lot about plumbing. I honestly really appreciate that more than words can express.

We decided to re-pipe, re-drain, tankless water heater, water softener AND new IN from street and spigets in front yard! Our entire house mostly had original plumbing from 1951 when the house was built. They were not more expensive than other quotes I received, but the company had much better reviews online, many more reviews too, which just made sense. I nearly fell out of my seat when Myron said he could have the work done in 5 days. I almost did not believe him.  They have wonderful in house financing too! I was able to get the entire amount financed with terms that I chose.

Fast forward to just a few days later...I have a whole team working as promised and BOY ARE THEY FAST!  The whole team was punctual, considerate, capable and very hard working. Dylan Allee, Parker, Russell, Myron and Floy...I cannot thank you enough. Do NOT let the younger ones fool you, they know what they are doing!

I am so impressed with every single one of them and how HARD they worked to get my job finished ON TIME!

I highly recommend Mastercraft. I just had them replace all the toilets in my house. Not only did they replace them at a lower cost than other places quoted me, they also saved me several hundred dollars on the toilets themselves. On top of this, they did a great job on the installation.

What can I say? Alex is absolutely amazing. I had a series plumping issue in my shower. I called, and within 1 hour, Alex was here. He fixed the shower in a reasonable time, and the quote was the best in town. Thank You Alex for responding so quickly and attending the job so fast.
