Chris found the leak(s)!! Chris is very communicative and easy to reach. He's a family man that does good honest work. He explains technical things in a clear concise way.

I called for an estimation of a commercial building's restrooms upgrading job, but never got any response after the estimator showed up. I called the office at least 2-3 time to check, still never got anything back.  Very disappointed!!

We had back flow into our bathrooms and Carlos, the owner, answered right away (which is more than I can say about the other places I called), diagnosed the problem right away over the phone, came over within 15 hours, communicated with me regularly over text when he was a little delayed from a previous job that morning, was friendly, polite, & genuine, give me advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again, and fixed it 100%. I would absolutely recommend this company and use it again If I should need any plumbing issues in the future.

Marcos and Mike were at our property for a week working in tight spaces to replace an old gas line and router some drain lines under sidewalks, under the house, through heavy roots and trees. Marcos was skilled, knowledgeable, affable and an incredibly hard worker. Mike was courteous and a good assistant. When dead ends presented themselves Marcos came up with solutions or just worked harder to muscle through. Highly recommended and will ask for him for my next plumbing need.

I called Ali at about 4 pm with my washer backing up into my sink and and a slow re-drain from there. He was at my house by 6pm and done in less than 30 min and cleared the problem right up with the pressure hose!

Great communication and do's + don'ts for the future! Will definitely be calling him if any other problems arise!

Actually no  star review. Select another company. Scheduled service, a no show, I called, told there was a delay, called again at what was now late afternoon. A guy calls me and he says he will be at my place first thing in the morning. Another no show. I call the office, and that is how they found out he was a no show.  No communication with customers about delays was very unprofessional.

These guys are amazing! Was able to show up the same day we contacted them - Chris was super helpful and very informative. He got our sink running again in no time and with no mess. Highly recommend.

Alejandro just replaced my light switch with a Lutron smart switch and he fixed my closet shelf that was about to fall off. What a great experience! So friendly, reliable and communication was top notch! He even took the time to discuss other items I'd like to work on around the house and even provided me some DIY tips as he worked. Had a water leak on Easter weekend (ugg) at a rental property I manage. Had to get emergency service on Saturday night. The tech that showed up said the fee was $240 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. After an hour of work he suggested he was unsure of how many more hours he could be at it but he would keep going if I was OK with the fee. We agreed he would suspend work until another tech could come out Monday at their normal rate but then I received a bill for the Saturday work of $477 and no explanation or receipt - just a charge to my credit card. After I discovered the card charge I called them and I was refunded the money but there was still no explanation of the amount nor was there any apology for the mistake.....if it was a mistake. It seems like they would have been ok with keeping the money if I hadn't noticed the charge. Left me feeling like I wouldn't like to use them again.

I'm a real estate agent. Found this company on google. Called them and they were able to accommodate my client's inspection within 24 hours. Very positive experience with this company. We had a kitchen remodel so needed somebody to remove & reinstall our system. Extremely polite, professional & knowledgeable. On time, didn't rush to get the job done, and did a fantastic job reinstalling & replacing our filters. They have a new customer for life & I highly recommend WPS!

Used Plumbing Plus recently. I was very happy with their service! I called first thing in the morning, and they had a service tech out within an hour and a half. They were called just to fix a valve under our bathroom sink and Randy graciously installed our new faucet. We were pleased with their service and would use them again.

My bathtub plug was broken. The plumber came out in four days because it's not an emergency. Justin was able to find the right part and made the repair the same day.Justin was punctual and he texted me when he was on his way. I am very satisfied with the work.

I will never recc'md this business! Steve came out and estimated where our hot water leak ran under our dining room floor, but was not exactly sure, Steve later came back thinking it was probably under our kitchen side. He told our insurance adjuster who happened to come by, that the leak was under our slab and was leaking for a while-WRONG ON BOTH COUNTS! Our plumber is jack hammering our diningroom floors right now-expensive, 50 yr. hard wood planks, trying to find and repair the problem. We've had NO HOT WATER FOR 3 WEEKS!! AND insurance won't cover the damage (pipes under foundations are considered an outside water source). The pipes are actually WITH-IN the cement foundation and the leak was only running for a day, as our neighbor saw water and turned it off at the street when we were out of town a few days. Steve's ill informed, premature comment to the adjuster cost us financially and physically because I'm severely disabled, on dialysis and w/o water or hot water for weeks and without insurance assistance. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Had been working with the mother company for other projects when unexpectedly SDG&E identified a problem with our water heater after the house was tented for termites. James was able to walk us through options to find the best solution for our situation and timeline. The install team showed up on time, brought and installed the new water heater in a VERY tight closet in a matter of hours. The new heater and closet area looks very neat and clean and all has been brought up to code requirements. The plumber on the job site was also able to answer some related questions pertinent to upcoming bathroom renovations, which was very helpful!

I had a great experience today with Alex from
A&A plumbing. I searched on Yelp because our bathroom sinks have not been draining. I had actually had them snaked from another plumber several times and Alex explained that was only a temporary solution. Alex asked me several questions about the services we had, what was happening and how our house was set up. He determined that a hydro jet service was necessary and actually came 2 hours later to
Help us out. On top of that he did the hydro jet service and snaked the drains and determined that there was actually some additional pipe issues that need addressing. He is super knowledgeable and was really up front honest and I really appreciate his service. We will certainly be contacting Alex for all future plumbing needs

I have used Willis Brothers for two different projects. In both situations, they were able to respond same day and address the issue quickly. They kept me informed throughout the process and worked well with my tenant.  This was especially helpful for me when I'm not able to be onsite. Very reliable team.

John at Happy Plumbing and Drain is the best! Always call these guys first when you have a plumbing issue.  Over the holiday weekend when all of the building maintenance was shut down, Happy Plumbing and Drain was there to the rescue.  I had a major leak that was filling up the kitchen and if it wasn't for them, I would have probably drowned in my apartment and died.  These guys responded within an hour and scheduled a time to inspect and come fix the problem - on the very same day - so grateful!  Super fast and friendly service; and when the repairs were complete, it was like nothing ever happened!  I can't rave enough about how professional, awesome and patient these guys were in my frazzled frenzy of a phone call.  They helped calm me down, and reassured me that the issue could and would be repaired.  I took a chance by calling this company when I saw their business card, and they turned out to be quality plumbers!  They gained my business, for sure, and I would recommend them to everyone.
