A) Jesse was extremely polite and easy to talk to on the phone (B) he was clearly knowledgeable and had no problem spending ~5-10 min on the phone with me to explain his perception of what was needed (based on my description of my problem) (C) gave me a very reasonable price for an hour or two worth of work over the phone (D) communicated via text to confirm arrival timeframe later that day (E) showed up on time and continued to be courteous and easy to work with (F) looked at my exterior drain line blockage issue and explain what the most likely fix would be and held to his phone pricing (G) Jesse had all tools needed and got to work within 10 min of being at my house (H) completed the work in the timeframe expected and explained what he did to solve the problem. Happily took payment and cleaned up nicely.  So...yes, I will be calling Jesse for any other drain line or plumbing issues. Great guy and family owned business. Thanks Jesse!

We purchased a new washing machine but the installers could not remove the old water hoses as the connectors had completed rusted to the water supply outlets.

Despite it being after hours, Tino responded to my Yelp service request instantly, he quickly gave a fair and accurate estimate, and we scheduled a service time for the next day. Tino arrived promptly, he was able to remove the old rusted hoses, and he replaced them with stainless steel hoses that he provided. He also flushed our hot water tank which we had neglected to service since buying the house a few years ago.

I was at work and my wife was at home watching the kids, but Tino kept me informed the entire time with regular text updates including photos and videos.  

We will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks Tino!

I had BDP Services install a new Gas Water Heater. I spoke to Darin, the owner, after he responded to my request, with the pictures I attached on Yelp. He was ready with a quote, and the next day he sent out Shawn to my place ready to roll.

Shawn was very courteous when he arrived and respectful. He quickly assessed what he needed to complete the job, all within the confines of the originally stated quote.

While the job was being completed, the whole time Shawn was mindful of the job, safety, and my personal property. Although, the water heater was location is outside on my balcony, he still needed to traverse through my home. In a nut shell, he did a fantastic job and now I have some really hot water when I need it.

Delbert came out with Premier and helped us figure out a water issue at our house.  He was helpful and informative.  It was a quick fix but now we have a plumber we can trust and call when there are future issues.

Our water heater needed replacement, It was important not only to find the best quote but we needed the work done the same day. I reached out to 10 different companies. Jacob responded within 10 minutes and had the lowest quote and could be at the house within a couple of hours. He showed up on time and explained what caused the issue
and said the work would take about three hours and the price is what we had agreed upon ( no up selling).  Don't be concerned he only has a couple of reviews, he has many years of experience and just started his own business. He did a great job, and is very personable. My wife and I are real estate agents at Compass and he is going to be one of our recommended tradesman for our clients.

Fantastic service!!  I cancelled another company (Rescue Rooter) because they didn't come at their appt time, then pushed it off 1 hr... then I called at the hr mark and it was gonna be another 2hrs.
Well I called Hendricks Plumbing when I cancelled and they were finishing up a job nearby.  Showed up super quick.  He was friendly and professional.  My shower just needed to be functional, I wasn't worried about aesthetics as I am remodeling soon... someone slipped in the shower and bent/broke the shower faucet so it wouldn't turn off.  Total time took maybe 20 minutes.  Military discount as well. Great service!!  Will call again for sure

Dimitar replaced our water heater and then diagnosed a leak that was behind the drywall. Great work and very reasonable.

Our shower stopped working during weekend. I went on Yelp to find a plumber who would come out without a high service call charge.  Luis responded and attempted to help us resolve it over the phone, but it did not work.  He came out next day and offered different options after assessed the issue.  His prices are most fair, he is most responsive, and easier to work with in scheduling among few others I'd called. We will call Luis if we ever need plumbing assistance in the future.

We called Powers and told them that our kitchen faucet was leaking. They sent someone out who said yes it was leaking and yes you need a new faucet---and charged us $60 for a 5 minute visit. So, we got a new faucet and called Powers again to schedule a plumber to come out and install it. The owner said that we would be the first on the schedule (they are 5 min away) and they would be there at 8 o'clock. We changed our schedule to accommodate the 8 o'clock appointment. At 8:30 AM no plumber had appeared and so we called Powers. We were told that the owner called an employee meeting  and that's why they were late. We did not receive a call from Powers that they would be late , AND we the customer, changed our schedule to meet theirs. This is not a customer focused company and we'll find another plumbing company
