I would like to recommend SDROOTER247.com for any plumbing needs. I don't really ever do these review statements very often but my experience with the manager, Jesse was great! We had a water heater go out and needed a hot shower, a co-worker had used him and recommended him highly, he agreed to stop by on his way home and give us a quote. He really sold us on his knowledge and he ended up staying and doing the repairs and I got that hot shower! Great guy, easy going family man! He is our go-too guy, call him!

Oliver was such an amazing employee he came in with a  mask and was very respectful and fast! He went into the restroom looked at the toilet and in literally 5 minutes done my toilet worked again! I would definitely be calling them again if any problems arise and asking for Oliver!

Tino supplied a new Rheem 40 gallon natural gas hot water heater and replaced my old one which started leaking a week ago. He and David worked quickly, very thorough, were very professional and made sure that my system complied with the latest regulations. The work done was of a very high quality and they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and taking all the trash with them.

Tino explained everything clearly, and completed the job exactly per the agreed estimate and price. He tested everything and made sure that we were completely satisfied at the end of the job. Woke up to water on the floor and a leaking pipe. Darin was very quick to respond to my request for service with next day availability on a Sunday! Sean showed up to do the repair right on time, even calling before to let me know he was on the way. He replaced the pipe quickly and was very accommodating, explaining what he was doing and answering all of my questions. Overall Darin and Sean were great. Very friendly and professional. Great service!  I needed a faucet installed and two angkestops under kitchen sink replaced.   This work was completed at a 60 unit condo complex where the main water controls for all units had to be shut-off.   The shut-off was more complicated than I thought and the plumber went to through the process of finding the correct valves and patiently waited until 60 units of water drained.   Once he could start work, he was very efficient in getting everything installed.   He followed up to make sure everything was reopened and functioning.   I had not used this company before.   They will definitely be my go-to company in the future.

I had concerns that we had a leaky pipe behind a wall of our master bedroom shower.  Thankfully, this wasn't the case but Frankie still made it out in a timely fashion, walked me through everything he was doing, and re-caulked and cleaned up better than before.  While there is an initial visit/diagnosis fee, it is deducted from any final repair quote provided if I choose to move forward with the recommended repairs.

He provided options,  showed up on time, and was very polite. I would use him again in the future.

The Premier Rooter and Plumbing men cleared today a shower drain that no other drain cleaning company has been able to clean.  100 stars to this company!!!!!

I left a voicemail for Ron before he was open because I had a busted pressure balancing cartridge in my bathroom shower. He called me back at 8:03am, 3 minutes after he opened. He arrived on time and had the new part on his truck. The repair took about a half an hour and he also did a little maintenance on the shower head while he was here. Ron was very professional and friendly. He even offered to take off his shoes because I had just steam cleaned the carpet! I would not hesitate to call Hendricks Plumbing again and would refer them to others without hesitation.

I checked out 3 plumbers and selected Carmel Valley Plumbers to do the repair to my water supply line.  Mark came and did a free estimate (one of the other plumbers wanted to charge $40 just to estimate) and I liked his approach to the repair so he came the next day and did the fix and what really impressed me was when done he said it was a little less work than he'd estimated and reduced the cost accordingly.  Even more, while doing the work he discovered a drain line that had never been properly glued and would have popped off if I'd gotten a backup.  That would have allowed raw sewage to destroy all that's in that storage area below the drain line.  Because I'm handy with some things, Mark (I think he's the owner), described how I could fix it to save some money.
 I now have my go-to plumber.

He was fair, explained what needed to be done so that I could understand it, and charged less than other quotes I received that I felt were too high. Excellent customer service and did a great job! The office told me there was a half hour minimum charge for someone to check out our old furnace then billed me for 45 minutes via mail when the guy was here 5 minutes to tell me the furnace was old and he recommended replacing it, which they do not do. I was not told I had to pay travel time. Guthrie and Sons told me the same thing over the phone and is coming to give a free estimate for replacement.  Others in the industry also offer a free estimate for replacement. The service technician was a good guy and professional. I have no issue with him. I will not call L.B. Powers again and don't recommend them. (When I called they did lower the bill to half hour but I still find it insulting).
