This team came in and took care of a slow draining toilet problem I had. Other plumbers were quoting me $1000 just to replace a toilet, Sd Rooter Co did it for less. On top of that a root problem was discovered this was going to be a more expensive fix I didn't have the extra money they let me know they would do what they can do and by the end result I was majorly impressed. 5 stars would recommend

We had a leak in the garage and didn't know where it was coming from. They came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and installed a new water heater. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions(and I had a lot). Once they told me the price I immediately hopped online and started making phone calls to compare. The price was very reasonable and the work was done quickly. The technician was very meticulous in his work and cleaned up after himself. I couldn't happier with both the customer service and quality of work performed. We have been planning a bathroom remodel and after looking at their website I will definitely be using them for any future projects.

We had a slow draining kitchen sink that we sent a message out on Yelp to request some quotes, and Premier was the first company to respond. We were looking for quick service and they let us know they could have someone out within the hour. John showed up at our house well within the time they quoted us. He was friendly and looked at the sink and asked us questions to diagnose the problem. He showed us the old pipes and explained what the problem could be. He was up front about what he thought the best course of action would be and offered us a great price on what he needed to do. It took us a few minutes to discuss and we eventually decided to do all the work. He was very efficient, and after a quick parts run got right down to work. Now, our sink is draining perfectly. He cleaned up all of the mess he made, including vacuuming and wiping the cabinet down. He let us know multiple times that customer service and satisfaction was what the company values and that was certainly true. We felt like he cared about us and took care of our problem thoroughly. My Water heater was leaking and I called Trusted Water systems. Jacob showed up and was very polite and professional and I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. He didn't have that salesman attitude about him which I loved. Come to find out, my water heater was very old so we replaced it with a tankless, I was also interested in water filtration and he said he could install it the same day along with my new tankless, so we went for it.
Really glad we did, don't have to worry about chlorine and contaminants in our water anymore. Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

New house...New faucets! Do yourself a favor and call City Plumber. We just moved and had new countertops installed. We decided to do all new sinks and faucets. Chris was on time, professional and courteous as always. We had a Moen motion sense faucet and blanco sink installed in the kitchen. Chris configured the new piping so we have even more cabinet space now. He is coming back to do the three bathrooms and our laundry room next. We have used City Plumber a few times and the service is worth every penny for the peace of mind.

I checked out 3 plumbers and selected Carmel Valley Plumbers to do the repair to my water supply line.  Mark came and did a free estimate (one of the other plumbers wanted to charge $40 just to estimate) and I liked his approach to the repair so he came the next day and did the fix and what really impressed me was when done he said it was a little less work than he'd estimated and reduced the cost accordingly.  Even more, while doing the work he discovered a drain line that had never been properly glued and would have popped off if I'd gotten a backup.  That would have allowed raw sewage to destroy all that's in that storage area below the drain line.  Because I'm handy with some things, Mark (I think he's the owner), described how I could fix it to save some money.
 I now have my go-to plumber.

Nick and Ricardo replaced my 32 year old water heater yesterday. We had a leak and they showed up almost immediately.
These two were professional and informative.
I had a few questions for them and they were more than happy to oblige.

I admit I was skeptical with all 5 star reviews but I'm so glad I called. My first call couldn't come for 2 days but reasonable price, 2nd call couldn't quote over the phone so they came at 3 pm and gave me a very high quote and said they couldn't do it that day because it was too late. I called Here at 4:30, got a quote over the phone, half the cost of the other with a better warranty and he came at 5:30 and was done before 7:30 so my daughter could shower. Quick, easy, good work and good price. I highly recommend.

Alberto was very friendly and easy to work with. He replaced my water heater hose and value within an hour. He suggested other repairs which caused the leak. This was helpful since I didn't know much about the problem. I would highly recommend Montiny Plumbing.

FANTASTIC customer service... we had a major sewer back up and as you can imagine we were in a panic and needed some help QUICK!  After reading a few reviews, I choose to call Powers Plumbing, over the 'big name, recognized' cooperate companies.  I was VERY impressed with the entire process.  I firmly believe that small businesses deserve recognition, and even more so when they do an outstanding job!  Our clean out was not a simple task, and yet the plumber returned on day #2 to make sure we were up and running again. I can not thank them enough. They have certainly gained a costumer for life!!  Thank you to Janet and the team!
