I was in the process of trying to fix a tub faucet leak with DIY videos and parts,  but the problem became bigger. I called Jesse on a Saturday and he immediately called me back to schedule an estimate/quote. Jesse assesed the problem and provided me with convenient dates and times to repair the leak, as well as recommendations based on his plumbing experience. I scheduled the repair the following day (Sunday 10am). Jesse completed the job using quality parts and upgraded the faucet valve with the new plumbing standard housing code. I'm happy with his service and I'll definitely recommend him for plumbing jobs.

Oliver did a great job unclogging our AC line. They came the day we called. He was great with our pups, polite, and cleaned up the water that had leaked. He also checked and replaced our air filter. Definitely recommend this company and Oliver's expertise!

I called this company for a leaky kitchen faucet that had really become a problem under my sink. I was able to speak to someone on the first call and within 1-1/2 hours had a tech at my door. He diagnosed the issue right away and replaced my faucet with a new one.  He gave me a choice of two, which was fine with me. This issue had happened before, so I knew I needed a new one. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and fast. He cleaned the area up and made sure it was all working fine. After dealing with several plumbing companies throughout the years, I'm so glad to have found Premier Rooter and Plumbing!  I will definitely use them again.

We had accidentally broken a valve and had to have the water off to our unit. We needed to get help quickly. They were able to get someone to us immediately. Second time using Trusted Water Systems.  After we had them come out to replace our old water heater, we decided to have a water filtration system installed.  Called Jacob and he installed it for us.  Gotta say he knows his stuff.  He came to our house and installed it in a few hours.  Like l said in my other review he was polite, knowledgeable and left my garage area neater than when he showed up.  Give him a call if you need anything done, he's the Man for the job!!!  Thanks again Jacob for another job well done.

City Plumber (Chris, assisted by his brother) just did some work in my home (tankless water heater).  He was recommended by my neighbor, who had similar work done and was very pleased, and Chris provided a solid estimate after assessing my needs.  Everything went well, and he put forth the extra effort.  I expect to call him next time a plumbing need arises.

My experience with L.B. POWERS & SON PLUMBING CO. was extremely disappointing. Their plumber was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL, and took a really long time to fix the problem (I guess they do work on an hourly basis! I literally saw him fiddle around with a few pieces for a whole hour!). He fixed the problem only partially and when I called him back to fix a leak on the same installation, he told me he installed it correctly and the leak was my fault!!! They charged me for the second visit even though their website claims that they take care of any installation problem within the first year.

Save yourself a lot of headache and money. Call someone else, please!
