Jerry has been my plumber for 20 years. He serves everybody in my family. He is a very trusting loyal person that I can allow in my house when I'm not home because I know he is honest. He has fixed my showers, stinks and garbage disposals and he's very reasonable on pricing. He will get back to you after you leave a message on his answering machine that same day. I would highly recommend JERRY. If you're in Tierrasanta or Allied Gardens, Kearny Mesa Iowa choose to support the small business he works by himself out of his own truck and is highly sought.

We needed our toilet replaced and created a yelp project and requested estimates and received a reply from Justin very quickly. Justin listened to our issue, gathered our information and gave us options on how we can resolve the issue and then put us in contact with their Plumber James to schedule an appointment.

James was available by both phone and text which allowed for efficient communication to communicate details of the job.

On the day of the appointment I was notified by text that James was on his way and he arrived at the time promised.  The work was done quick, neat and very professional in his interactions.

Where do I start?  Gabriel was EXCELLENT.   He picked up the phone on a Saturday and was on his way within the hour.   He went to multiple locations to locate a part he needed and kept us informed every step of the way.  My Dad was looking over his shoulder and patiently explained everything he was doing.  He was very professional, honest, pleasant and has a dog - the dog clinched it for me!  ;-)

Nathan and his plumbing crew has done awesome work repairing leaks and pipes for me on several occasions but the the last time was for an emergency during a holiday weekend and came through big time!..Nathan found the leak in minutes....fixed the problem!....we recommend Nathan and Pluming 101 !...thank you Nathan!!!...Bob B...

I found John Joyce on the yelp website and read all the reviews.  He was very personable, prompt (called me before he came out), efficient and explained what needed to be done. I had a outdoor pipe the had a huge leak.  It was very hot the day he fixed it.  He never complained and went straight to work.  Very reasonable.  I will call John if I ever need a plumber again.  Thank you

If you're looking for a/c repair you've come to the right place. Carl came to service my 15 y/o a/c during the recent heatwave because it was blowing warm air. I suspected (and was hoping) it was the capacitor, which it was, and Carl replaced it in no time; no fuss, no upsell. He got right to business and before I knew it we were cool again. I was confused about the cost of the repair but it was quickly explained and resolved. I can't say enough about these guys. They are honest people, doing honest work, the right way. It's such a rare thing to find these days that when you do, you need to tell everyone you can. I just found my go to repair guys! And now you did too.

One of the interior doors in my home was damaged and I needed a handyman to replace it. Sergio was the first to respond.

On that same day, Sergio came out to my place and took measurements. He also confirmed his initial estimate, which included going to Home Depot and picking up the replacement door and trim. We agreed that he would come back the following Friday to install it.

Friday came and Sergio installed the door. Sergio was very efficient and courteous and cleaned up the work area after the installation. The door looks great. I'll be using Pelayo Handyman Services in the future.

Had Tarpy  install a new hvac with heat pump.  They where awesome.

Both Hugo SR. and Hugo JR. Did an awsome job.  Always clean and answered my questions.  They took out my old stuff and had if removed from my yard quickly..  always working and always aware of there mess.

I would always use them.  He even said if I had questions he would try and answer them.

Bob Hauer Plumbing came highly recommended on NextDoor, so I called for a quote.  He came out and, most importantly, made friends with my dogs.  :)  He provided a quote, and got me on the schedule as soon as I accepted.  He accommodated my request for early morning, which is a huge help.
I had him installing a whole home water purification system that I had purchased independently.  He told me it would take just about all day, which surprised me.  However, once you see the finished product, it is a beautiful sight to behold.  
He used copped piping as we discussed.  He placed the system where we discussed, and it is oddly nice looking.  
He took additional steps I noticed along the way - like tying back my plants to both hold them out of his way, and to protect them.  It looked like pigtails and ponytails!  

Once he got going, he worked steadily and was chipper, kind of singing along to some 90s jams as he worked, and he sounded like he was in a great mood!  I work from home, so it was a nice touch nice having a cheerful person to hear in the background, just going about his business happily.

Now - my 1968 house ALWAYS brings complications and surprises.  This time was no exception, unfortunately.  Twice it foiled him - temporarily.  

When this happened, he would work until he could not - always leavi g me with working, running water, and cleaned up pristinely.  

Now, I know we all EXPECT co tractors to clean up.  Its part of the gig.  I dont think I have ever ever seen a cleaner site.  Each time he left, it may have been cleaner than when he got there.  No exaggeration, we all have trees and yard debris.  It has been a rainy, windy winter in San Diego - I think he swept up some of my leaves in addition.  

Bob was always pleasant, calm, personable, and sweet.  Even when he ran in to surprises that necessitated extra time or supplies, he informed me with a smile.  When he told me about one of the complications, and I replied Can that be done??  He replied I can do anything  with a smile.

I have my own gas log fireplace and one for a rental property but I wanted them inspected because they had not been used for a very long time. Marco at SPG plumbing responded very quickly and was able to come out to both properties for service. Marco definitely goes the extra mile to explain how the fireplace works and what is needed for service. After having him service both fireplaces for a very reasonable price. I also had him check our dryer vents at our rental property. Lucky I did because the vent was very backed up with lint and could've been a serious problem. All of that was avoided because Marco alerted us and did a great job. Would not hesitate to hire him.

Had to replace 2 shower heads and faucets. They were fast, reliable and very knowledgeable. Got the job done.

$1200 quote to replace a simple kitchen faucet. the guy was rude as well. i let him ho and celled a real plumber and the entire job including install cost $200.

people do your homework and call another company first.

The first time Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air fixed a plumbing issue they wowed me.  I came to learn their business model is to do good work on your first encounter with them, then rob you blind in every encounter afterwards.  They are the most dishonest company I have used for any household repair.
1.  They came over to do a 'complimentary' heater check in a rental, and told me my heater needed to be replaced.  The home warranty company checked out the heater and found the only issue was the pilot light was out.
2.  I had another rental where I was told (after another 'complimentary' heater check) that the heater (which was not very old) was not installed correctly and was very dangerous.  I couldn't take a chance so I had the heater replaced.  It was winter and needed to be done quickly so I did not shop around.  It was very $$.
3.  Same issue with water heater:  it was not very old but was leaking.  Anderson told me it had to be replaced.
4.  Kitchen drain was clogged.  I had the hydro-jet cleaning done instead of just snaked to make sure to get it cleaned properly.  The tech said the clog was cleared.  Later the same afternoon the camera tech said the pipe was broken and needed to be replaced.  I didn't believe him after all the previous experiences.  2 days later the drain was clogged again.  I called Goetel's who came out and fixed the clog and confirmed the pipe was not broken.  It took 5 phone calls to get my money back from Anderson and the reimbursement has still not shown up on my credit card.
