Two other plumbers couldn't install a kitchen faucet that worked without leaking, but Jerry could! First he identified the water pressure problem and took care of it, then he installed a faucet that is going the distance. I highly recommend him! Honest, thorough, and worth it!

Our drains were clogged at our rental unit and water was backing up. I contacted Home Pro and James came out to take a look. He was able to diagnose the issue with cameras and clear out the drain. James was very professional, responsive, and did great work. I highly recommend James and his team at Home Pro!!!

Called Nathan to do some routine plumbing repairs.  He showed up on time, he did very good work at a reasonable cost. He's a very professional individual who I am comfortable recommending.

I posted a request for a quote here. Got a call within 5 minutes from John Joyce. My moms garbage disposal was not working. John talked us through how to try and fix it, and we did. Whatta guy! Saved me $$ and taught me something new in the wonderful world of home ownership! I will definitely call him again if the need arises. I have used these guys on several occasions with great results. Every Spring they inspect and adjust my A/C. Living out here it gets hot and I can't stand waiting for service in the dead of summer. They have repaired my leaky toilet gaskets, hot water heater, and water filtration install. They have tons of experience and are very knowledgeable about the industry.

I was impressed from my 1st email to Watersedge Landscape and the immediate response and follow up from Jorge.  I decided to hire them to do the design and implementation of our front and backyard.  I can't say enough about Steve Harbour (Landscape Designer)!  He 'listened' to my preferences and requests and incorporated them into an incredible drought tolerant / low maintenance design.  And most important, all working within my limited budget.  I loved the colored drawings of the actual design which were provided to me during the design phase. The crew are so fast, as we just started the implementation phase and they have already completed the demo.  I have no doubt the final product will be fabulous.  Thanks Watersedge Landscape for bringing back my smile as I look at my front and back yard.

Sergio did a great job completing many projects at my rental property.  He showed up on time, was very hard working and his prices were reasonable.  I will definitely use him again for other projects.

Had a leak develop at my home and called a local Chula Vista plumber to inspect.  I was told by this plumber that I needed to replace my entire shower valve and do a considerable amount of modification to fix my leak.  I then called Bob the Plumber for a second opinion.  Bob promptly came out, assessed the problem and showed me exactly why I was having the leak issue.  Bob was able to fix the issue and make things as good as new in less than 30 minutes and at about 1/5 of the cost that I was quoted by the other plumber.  Super personable and comes to fix the issue at hand not to upsell you on unneeded parts.  We can't thank you enough Bob!

I wish there were half star ratings because this would really be a 4.5 star rating. This rating is for a mini split ac system I just had installed.

My installation team, Eric and Manny, were absolutely top notch. Probably one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. They were on time every day and even when they were going to be a little late, they called and notified me. They worked with me when I needed to change my schedule one day. They were very respectful of my home and made sure to cover everything every day, and clean up amazingly well at the end of each day. Would highly recommended requesting them for your AC install, they were fantastic.

The star deduction comes from the misleading expectations set by the main office. They told me the install would take 4 days. To me, that means from start to complete finish (drywall and paint). They actually just meant the actual AC install. I expected the paint and dry wall team to be different but I expected them to come in as soon as the install was finished. Instead I had to ask about when the drywall team would be coming. Only then was the team contacted and called me to schedule, to which they told me they were all booked up and it could take weeks until the finishing job was actually complete.

Overall, my experience with Tarpy was fantastic. Everyone I spoke with or interacted with was extremely responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, there was just the one little hiccup/annoyance that made it not perfect, but you have to expect that when dealing with contractors I guess.

I've been in my townhouse for approximately 10 months now and they have conducted a variety of repairs and upgrades including completely re-sealing toilet tanks, upgrading faucets, clearing kitchen sink drain and just recently replaced a water heater. Each and every time, they are incredibly responsive to getting the repairs done and pricing is always reasonable. If I could provide 6 stars on this rating, I would.

We're replacing 20-year-old fixtures in our bathroom and kitchen. Very professional work, excellent cleanup, and Bob communicates progress and problems. I'd definitely recommend him.

I have my own gas log fireplace and one for a rental property but I wanted them inspected because they had not been used for a very long time. Marco at SPG plumbing responded very quickly and was able to come out to both properties for service. Marco definitely goes the extra mile to explain how the fireplace works and what is needed for service. After having him service both fireplaces for a very reasonable price. I also had him check our dryer vents at our rental property. Lucky I did because the vent was very backed up with lint and could've been a serious problem. All of that was avoided because Marco alerted us and did a great job. Would not hesitate to hire him.

I had a plumbing emergency where my sewer lateral backed up all the way from the street into our home. I was referred to Plein Plumbing and they were excellent. They fixed what they could but unfortunately I had to get it check with a camera and they referred me to a great guy that helped me out. If you need any plumbing job done, these are the guys to do it!

When the job of fixing my leaking water heater was done by replacing the pressure regulator of water line and the water heater relief valve I received a call the following day asking if they WOW me on the service I got. I got it wow alright not because of a service but because of its price they charge me. The caller told me her supervisor will call me soon to make things right to make me happy something like that. I waited for that call and up to now I still have to received that call. The work was done last May 8, 2014 and it is now June 30, 2014. Technician name  is James.

I chose to be a VIP member when the first time I called them  about a year ago hoping I will get a better deal the next time I need a service. But I was dead wrong even with that membership you still end up paying exorbitantly. Imagine yourself having to pay to replace a parts less than $90 in value and end up paying $966 for installing parts included. If that is not pricey then I don't know what is not.

Next time I need a service I'll make sure to call someone else I know that there are other company's out there that can do the same job or better and not so expensive  BBB member.

Our bathrooms both flooded and we needed help asap because the toilets wouldn't flush. I called and made an appointment and Tony was here 35 minutes after the call.

Tony was poised and professional. Everything was well explained at a pace anyone would be able to understand.

We weren't able to remove the blockage from the clean out, and Tony suspected that we'd be able to get to it from the toilet. He was right.

Great job, Tony! Excellent service (coming from a leader in customer service).
