I had Jerry install a new water heater for me. He did an outstanding job. There was a lot of sediment in the bottom of the heater, and he very patiently waited for it to drain. This slow draining added time to his estimate, and he didn't charge any extra. Jerry is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Was referred but a trusted and professional company.  Took off from work early and had my husband take off from work early to meet George for a quote for landscape and maintenance.  After 30 minutes of waiting and waiting I called his cell multiple times.  He didn't answer, never showed up and never bothered to even return the call despite a few attempts to reach him.  Clearly not a company who cares about the clients, or at least prospective clients.  Even if he had just answered and said he forgot and apologized, or even called the next day easily forgivable.  But just leaving someone hanging using vacation hours away from both our offices to be there is just inexcusable.

We needed a laundry list of random things done around the house. Sergio was up for everything. He swapped our chandelier out for a fan and light fixture, repaired stucco on the exterior of our house, built a barnyard swinging custom garage door for our detached garage, matched old pine wood paneling in our great room, regrouted tile, repaired our door threshold, fixed a door frame, and did a few minor repairs to other areas of our home. He was a reliable, and did an exceptional job. It was all done quickly and done very well. I definitely urge you to utilize Sergio and his company to help with any home repairs. Called early Friday morning for some routine problems, got back to me within an hour. Setup an appointment for the next day, Bob the Plumber was on time and did not try and get me to have stuff I did not need, very professional and easy going, did a great job and charged me a reasonable price. I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs...thanks for the great work brother.

Terrible timing for a water heater to go (we were already down one in the back of the house and waiting for a solar install to complete before going electric and/or merging the water lines), but life is unpredictable.

3 days before the solar install our main water heater catastrophically failed. Tarpy had someone out within a couple of hours, provided a much better quote than I had received in the past, and had a great team of plumbers and electricians ready to go (to convert the heaters to electric) early next morning.

Long story short, they (shout out to Adam who was running point on the job) somehow managed to run new electrical to the back of the house, upgrade the laundry room electrical, install 2 new heaters and leave the place looking way tidier than before in a single day.

Worth mentioning that 0% financing for 18 mos was a breeze to setup, and, was very helpful with another major project a couple of days out.

Art came on a Sunday after being called that morning.  He expertly fixed a pinhole leak in an very awkward location that was hard to access and work around. However, he did an amazing job of fixing it and clearly communicated options with excellent follow up.

Needed to have service done on all fireplaces in our home to prepare for the cold season and Marco was very responsive to my initial inquiry. Highly professional right on time diagnosed the problems at all locations in the house and went way above the call of duty to contact the vendor to replace a remote control that had gone bad. Followed up very soon after and finished the job.

We recently got a new sink and countertop installed so we needed all our kitchen plumbing reconnected.  Robert came out this morning and was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting our faucet, dishwasher, and garbage disposal connected. Initial diagnostic service was 68$ (which is reasonable). The technician was a great lady (Katy) and the service was polite and professional. They called to let me know, came on time, took time to explain all. Definitely recommend.

We needed a new thermostat and Anderson sent Josh Thomson to inspect the heating/cooling unit. Josh was possibly the best technician I have ever met. He went beyond my expectations and I highly recommend him and congratulate Anderson for having him in their company.
