I had home pro plumbing come out and install a new toilet I got. Made the switch from normal to elongated and they were able to come out and install it right away and haul away the old one. Im glad it was super easy, great communication.

My house had a leak behind the wall and Nathan accessed the situation, and fixed a pin hole leak He was very professional. We decided to change all the plumbing through out the whole house. He finished in one day. I would recommend Nathan for any plumbing job. This job was dealing with Apex not copper but he does both. I would give 5 but areas of my floors were so dirty after they left. I'm still cleaning my floors. I would definitely request full coverage of Floors while doing the job. It gets really messy.

The other day I installed a dead bolt lock on my garage door. It looked nice, but the thing would not work. It actually locked once I left the garage and closed the door, but the next morning for some reason, it would not work. All of my work tools are in my garage and I was stressing out about getting to this new clients house. I called Sergio with Pelayos Handyman Service and he made time in his schedule to come over within the hour ... and fixed the problem in 10 min! Thanks Pelayos for going out of your way. Looking for the right business to do this kind of job is a big and stressful task; making phone calls, arranging appointments, getting quotes...But we were blessed when we contacted Tarpy Plumbing Heating & Air. From the very beginning we knew we were dealing with the right people!
Unfortunately, our daughter has Cancer and this makes planning very difficult. But Jacquelin was very understanding, accommodating and even concerned about our daughter's condition. She wasn't pushy or dismissive. She was patient and she worked with us. When the time was right and Jared finally came to our house we knee this was the company! Financing was easy and very favorable. We met on a Thursday. The very next Monday, Cole and Ryan, two of the nicest young people we have ever met, showed up to install our system. They were friendly, professional, efficient and very nice! By Wednesday afternoon our system was installed and fully functional. Cole and Ryan have become friends.

Highly recommend Castillo Works Plumbing! Ely was very knowledgeable when it came to repairing my system. I didn't have any air flow coming from half of the vents in my house. Ely took one quick look at my system and provided a quick diagnosis and he was spot on with the repair. Ely also identified that my evaporator drip pan was not draining and quickly took care of that necessary maintenance for me as well. Ely was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me and it made me feel confident in his expertise. After all my repairs were addressed and completed we chatted for half an hour which to me felt like I was chatting with a friend. His customer service skills and professional tact made me feel at ease during the entire process. Our dryer broke down recently, and Marco from SBG reached out to us when we were looking up quotes for repair.
Marco was very straightforward and knowledgeable, and was the only provider we got a quote from that gave his thoughts on what the issue might be upfront, as well as a full cost estimate (rather than just a visitation/diagnostic fee).
Scheduling an appointment was quick and painless, and Marco fixed several issues our dryer had and got it working perfectly again within 1-1.5 hours.
When it came time to discuss payment, it was well within the initial range he provided - no upsells, unexpected charges/fees, or gimmicks.
He even provided us with a lot of background behind what was causing our dryer issues, as well as advice for properly maintaining our dryer going forward.

Did some research and read all reviews from various other plumbers. Called these guys out and they gave me a fairly decent quote/price. Had a few other estimates and they were way over. Scheduled them to have them install my whole house water filter and they came next day! They were professional, did a great job, and were super efficient, and I can tell they used quality parts for the job. I will consider using Pro's Plumbing and Drains for all my future plumbing needs given they continue to keep their prices reasonable and not outrages like some other plumbers out there. Plein Plumbing is awesome.   I've been using them for about 8 years.  They are quick to respond and get the job done and what I really like is Plein is a small company so they treat you right.   I think it is a husband/wife business and they are both so nice and really believe in good customer service.   Plus they always are there on time within a two hour window.

I hired Anderson PHA to fix a leak in my kitchen faucet. It turned out that the leak was inside the faucet, so the technician recommended a new faucet. The work was done well, and the technician was friendly and professional, but the price was outrageous: $994 for the faucet and installation. To clarify, this was just a faucet, not a sink. The faucet has a retail value of about $229. The extra $765 must have been for installation (a 90-minute job) and Anderson PHA's 5-year warranty.

At the time, I didn't realize that this was such a bad deal (I'm a first-time homeowner and have never had a faucet installed). Later that day, after the work was done, I compared prices. I called Anderson PHA to ask why the cost was so high. The work was done on October 13th, and I called on October 17th, 19th, 21st and 25th. Each time, I was told that the person who could explain pricing was in a meeting, out to lunch, or out in the field, and I was promised that they would get back to me in two business days. They never did. I realize that I can't expect to negotiate pricing after the job is done, but I would at least like to talk with someone to verify that the pricing wasn't a mistake.

I like Anderson PHA because their technicians are friendly and professional, and they have the parts in their truck to get the work done in one visit. However, after being charged so much, and not being able to get an explanation, I am unlikely to ever hire them again.

Josie was polite, courteous, and explained the issue with my bathtub drain clearly. He even set up an appointment for a dry specialist to come and give me an estimate for the repair.
