Two other plumbers couldn't install a kitchen faucet that worked without leaking, but Jerry could! First he identified the water pressure problem and took care of it, then he installed a faucet that is going the distance. I highly recommend him! Honest, thorough, and worth it!

I had home pro plumbing come out and install a new toilet I got. Made the switch from normal to elongated and they were able to come out and install it right away and haul away the old one. Im glad it was super easy, great communication.

Jay was GREAT.... First time customer and will continue to call him. Had a toilet problem in the salon and he got here in within 20 minutes. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable.

We called Nathan at Plumbing 101 for a quote for installing 3 faucets for our new Corian countertops/sinks. We had him come today. Nathan is very pleasant, informative, and hardworking. He did a great job including a good cleanup, and we couldn't be happier with his work. He is our new go-to plumber. We recommend this hard working man to anyone needing his services!

Disappointed. We used Joyce for several
years in our la mesa home and were always pleased. Recently we even recommended Joyce to the new owners of that home. We moved to mission hills and had him out to look at a couple of concerns. There was a repair that needed to be done in near future. The quote was never received but we kept getting emails for Sheldon's cafe (receipts and quotes). We never got our  estimate-when I messaged to tell him, he asked to call him. I didn't have time that day and I let it go figuring we would eventually get to it when we were ready to do the work (non urgent). I messaged him today for an urgent matter with a bit of background on the problem and to see if he was available. Response was simply I am not.

We have other bathrooms, had he responded I'm not available today but...... we may have waited for him or at least planned to keep as our main plumber.  

5 star work, poor communication.

Go Plumbing and More was the third plumber I've had here in the last month (not all for the same thing). I feel like Goldilocks and Edgar was just right. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional.
I'm thinking of breaking more plumbing so he can come back. Yes, he was that good.

So happy I called Jeff-N-Carl's Plumbing. I was so over having a wonky furnace that decided to heat some nights and leave us freezing others. Just from talking with him on the phone, I could tell he had pre-diagnosed my HVAC problem the minute I described to him what was going on. When he got here and checked the unit, sure enough, his DX was right on. At that point, I was so relieved that I'd called a knowledgeable professional, rather than the general contractors/handymen who'd been referred to me. Carl came early in the a.m. and had to drive all over San Diego to identify and find the part I needed (sun fades all the info when your HVAC is on your roof - go figure) and he didn't charge a penny over his original estimate for all his effort. Despite all the time spent looking for the part, he got the repair done by late afternoon so I wouldn't have another cold night. It was such a relief to have heat again! I then remembered that I had a couple of plumbing issues that I'd been struggling with, and Carl found both problems immediately (when several others hadn't) and took care of both quickly, saving me a lot of money. Plus, he has such a pleasant and kind demeanor that he was truly a pleasure to have in my home.  Hopefully, my HVAC/Plumbing problems are behind me now, but if I ever have further issues in the future, I know exactly who I'm calling. I really can't recommend Carl highly enough.

I have known the Owner of Waterside Landscape,  Jorge Sanchez,  for 20 years now.  I have watched his business grow over the years, yet as a residential homeowner, he is incredibly responsive to any concerns that may come up.  The current team at my location, led by Noe, is fantastic.  The team is very eager to do the best job possible.  Jorge has several family members involved with the business, and the pride taken to make sure a consistent professional job is always evident.

Sergio has been wonderful for us.  He is always punctual, thorough and honest.  I'm impressed with the broad scope of what he knows and is able to do. Biggest job for me was a partial remodel of a small bathroom, changing out faucets from out-of-the-wall faucet to traditional, changed out the cabinet, repaired drywall, etc, and it was perfect.  Very professional look to everything he does. He's also done lots of ceiling fans, under-sink plumbing, light fixtures, curtain rods, painting, etc, for us.  When I had to show my last house in hurry, he was able to come do lots of work to make everything look really nice (color-matched cabinets that were scuffed, painted baseboards, etc).  

I never doubt his time card and I trust him in my house when we can't be here. He makes great suggestions on what will look best and balances cost w/ quality (ie, he knows if the expense is worth it for most products).

I asked for several quotes and Bob was the most honest, fair one I got.

Unfortunately, he was out of town and could not schedule anything until much later.

My takeaway from my interaction with Bob is this. The next time I need a plumber, he will be the first one I call.

Our AC quit last summer, so we were in the market for a new system or repair. After reading reviews about various companies, we decided to go with Tarpy. Jarod came over and checked out our system, showed us what was happening to the AC and then walked us through all our options. We didn't feel the least bit pressured. We decided to upgrade our AC/Heat system and scheduled work to be done that week. A crew showed up at 8 a.m. and stayed for the rest of day getting our new system in place. Ozzy, Manny, and Eric were very professional, friendly, easy to talk with and ask questions. They did a thorough clean up after the job was done. Great guys!! I highly recommend Tarpy for heating and air. They're professional, very knowledgeable, respectful of your home and property, and super nice!! Thank you, Tarpy!!!

This company is true to its name. They saved me a ton of time and headache! If I ever have future issues, I won't hesitate to call them.

Ely was the best - my tenants water heater failed on a Friday - NO!!!!!
Called around and Castillo price for a new water heater was much less than some quoted and/or was not more than others offering less immediate service. He came and did the job that afternoon saving me from having to apologize to my tenants for a long weekend without hot water. They were good sports but luckily they did not have to face cold showers.  
The process was so easy and Ely was so nice and my tenants were so happy that I am now saving his info for future issues. I am totally pleased!!!

Bob did an AWESOME job! He lives in the University Heights area so when my boyfriend and I had a pipe emergency he was there in 20 minutes! Very friendly, super fast, good price. Thanks again, Bob!

Our dryer broke down recently, and Marco from SBG reached out to us when we were looking up quotes for repair.
Marco was very straightforward and knowledgeable, and was the only provider we got a quote from that gave his thoughts on what the issue might be upfront, as well as a full cost estimate (rather than just a visitation/diagnostic fee).
Scheduling an appointment was quick and painless, and Marco fixed several issues our dryer had and got it working perfectly again within 1-1.5 hours.

Robert was recommended to me by my realtor so I originally hired him to clear some drains and install new angle stops. He was so professional, personable, and accommodating that I reached out to him again for a major bathroom renovation. He and his team did an amazing job installing a new shower, double sinks, and toilet. I recently needed his help fixing a small leak in the ceiling and Robert came within a couple days to fix it. Not only does he do a great job, he's super down to earth and we'll chat it up for awhile. My wife and I refer him to all of our friends. Such a great guy and good at what he does.

I have used Plein Plumbing for the last 7 years and I am very impressed with the service and quality I receive each time.  This is a family run business that prides itself on customer service.  Steve Plein has installed our water heater, installed our dishwasher, replaced our faucets, replaced our home's pressure regulator, and even came out after-hours once when we had a leaky pipe.  His rates are always competitive, and he values repeat business.  Steve and his wife Chris (who answers the phone and coordinates the schedule) are amazing.

After having multiple companies provide estimates to install heating, A/C and replace all duct work in a split level home built on a subfloor.   Anderson Plumbing came in and did a wonderful job and the crew were First Class on everything thing they did and engineered to make my home a temperature controlled energy efficient environment.   I was very impressed with everyone with whom we worked with on this project.   The workers were very polite, timely and respectful.  I am very happy we decided to go with Anderson Plumbing and feel assured that we experienced 5 Star Service from start to finish.   Thank you!
