These guys were great.  My hot water heater had stopped providing hot water.  They were out there the same day and diagnosed the problem quickly.  I would definately call them again!!

The HOA for my elderly cousin's condo complex uses this plumber & they were already going to be inside his (horrible--he's a mentally ill hoarder) unit to investigate a leak at the request of the HOA. I hired a cleaner the day before to make the bathroom sanitary first.  The cleaner told me that the bathtub had no hot water. I live 50 miles away & can't go check this myself very easily.

Since MasterPlumbing was  going into work his bathroom anyway at the HOA's request, HOA (but I will end up paying it), I authorized  up to $500 to repair the hot water situation  & understood there is a one hour minimum.  Their hourly rate is $170.

They deserve some extra compensation for going into a yucky place, for sure.  

I got an emailed invoice for $170 & a voicemail back saying the hot water is working fine (maybe the cleaner did not run the water long enough for it to get hot) & we might consider replacing the older shower valve.  To get some value out of the fee, I would've asked for that replacement  but, when I called back, 10 min later, all I got was voicemail.  

Given that the tech ran the water and found it's hot, he literally did nothing else for me specifically.  I asked for a quote for re-piping because I want to understand the upper limit of the fees here.  Instead of providing that, he just said he saw no reason for re-piping since it's already all copper pipes.   Since he was not opening up walls & he did not explain his reasoning,  other than to say it's already piped with copper, I think he misunderstood why I was asking for the quote. Since I could not reach him to re-explain or ask him to replace the valve he mentioned, it's a sunken cost.

Given that they  were already being paid to be there by the HOA & they essentially did nothing of value for me, and I did not even get a written re-pipe quote, I think common decency would merit a reduction in the fee to something like $100.  

I am forced to pay most of the bills for this relative, who would otherwise be homeless, by myself.  Being gouged under these circumstances, feels particularly inhumane.

I think I found my go to plumber.  I had a clogged kitchen drain.   I looked on yelp and spotted this company because of its five star review.  The service did not disappoint.  Luis responded quickly and was easy to communicate with.  He came in and discussed what he was going to do. After he was done unclogging, he cleaned the area he was working in thoroughly-shows a lot of respect. Thank you, Luis.   I will use this company again!

Our very old water heater started a slow leak and so we called multiple firms to get an estimate on the water heater.  We also checked on checkbook, Angie's list, yelp, etc. for references and Alfred Williams (though the plumber goes by Steve) was the plumber we chose to replace our water heater.
He has an answering service which is really nice as you talk to a real person who relays your message to him and he typically calls back in 5-20 minutes.  He gave us a quote that was competitive with the other over the phone quotes.  I had done research in the past on water heaters and what parts are and are not neeed as I knew we would eventually need our unit replaced and his recommendations confirmed what I had already read.  He also did not try to sell us any unneeded extras.   He came within a day since our repair was not urgent and spent about four hours hooking up the new water heater (our plumbing is from the 50's so several of the pipes were a bit hard to work with).  He was professional, knowledgeable, and has years of plumbing experience.  We were very pleased with the installation and have not had any issues since it was installed.    We would definitely use him again in the future.

I never give reviews online, but feel compelled to do so for Norman. From start to finish, Norman was very professional. We had a variety of things that needed to be fixed, and Norman addressed them efficiently and effectively. He was always responsive, clear, and transparent in his dealings with us. He happily answered all our questions, even those unrelated to the house repairs (he knows a thing or two about bikes!). I have no qualms contacting Norman again for any problems that may arise at our home. I highly recommend his services.

I have had need of Avalon's services twice,  and both times,  Will was responsive and communicative.  His prices were fair,  and he offered suggestions for potential future projects professionally and without pressure.  I will definitely call again for my plumbing needs!

Highly recommend Matt for his plumbing services. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. He fixed our water leakage in our yard as well as our kitchen sink leakage. Definitely will use his services again!

He came out on Christmas eve day, my water heater would not stay lit, I had a house full of people coming over for dinner, disaster, right? Nope.  He came out within the hour then had GE ship me a replacement part since the water heater was still under warranty. He repaired it replacing the thermal  coupler and followed up.  He is very professional and knows his stuff. He is METICULOUS and precise with his work. OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend him

I relied on the yelp reviews when making a choice to make an appointment. I must say, I am very happy with the the work done and more importantly with everyone I spoke with at Fast Response Plumbing & Rooter. I highly recommend calling them for any plumbing service. In fact, I put them on my contact list should I need their service again in the future.

Appointment: Very Easy to make! I was given a 2 hour window on the day I wanted to schedule. When the appointment was taking longer than planned, I was contacted to let me know - wow great customer service.

Work: I wasn't at home while the job was done. However I was able to catch Bill and Georgie who explained everything they did and additional work that needed to be done. Bill was able to schedule a follow up appointment on the spot. They showed me what I needed to do but better yet offered that they can do it when they come back. The follow-up appointment cleared the issue. I must say they were both very friendly, nice, and professional.

Price: I was pleasantly surprised when presented with the total!

We hired Bob several times for plumbing concerns.  He did a decent job on small jobs and was reasonablely priced.  Then, mysteriously, he just did not return calls, didn't follow through as he said he would, and never would explain his actions (or lack of action) to us.  We finally gave up and found another plumber who was better, reliable, and gave senior discounts.  We were actually never really sure if Bob Cowden was a licensed plumber as he never put a license or a number on his billing.

Wilver and his team are one of the best companies we worked with.  They're super responsive, quick, and honest about everything upfront.  Wilver explains all the work that needs to be done step by step so there aren't any surprises. We highly recommend them!

Bart is great! shows up on time, very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He fix my clog problem, and the price is very reasonable as well. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

My 91-year-old dad's house needed all sorts of general repairs. I don't live in the area, so I turned to Yelp. Mark's business was near my dad and his rating was 5 stars, so I called him first. We met at my dad's house, I went through what I needed, we set a time - done! Mark is communicative, fast, personable, reasonably priced, and does excellent work. His 5-star rating is well-deserved. If anything else needs attending to at my dad's house, I will reach back out to Mark without hesitation.
