The people from taking my calls to the service technicians have been extremely professional and friendly. This is the type of customer service that are needed and important for repeat business. If I ever had a problem, Allstate Plumbing would be the first one I would call. Allstate helped install my faucet and replace the toilet for us and they were patient. Costs are competitive, but a little high for me. However, they make it up for their service.

I'm in a 1950's house in the Cuesta Park area.  Every year around Nov I need to get a sewer cleanout done (City's ash tree roots).  Needless to say, I've gone through quite a few plumbers since 1986 when I first moved in.  For the first few years, I was able to get a cleanout done for under $100.  Then the extra charges took the tab over $100.  The highest bill was over $250 (never used them again).  Today was the first time I used Master Plumbing based on Yelpers' positive reviews.  MP charges $88/hr for normal working hours.  I informed them when I made the call that they'll need to clean out about 120 feet of line and that it'll require a second bale.  Also, if they had everything needed to do the job, it would be done in less than an hour.  Bottom line:  clog was at 105 feet and it was cleared in under an hour.  Professional, personable, prompt.  What more can you ask for?  I know who I'm calling for next year's cleanout.

Very quick response and service! I used the Yelp Request a Quote section to input basic information about our situation in and received a prompt reply. After calling to set up an appointment, he was here within the hour and took less than 20 minutes to fix our clogged shower drain. He was professional and friendly, and gave us good advice on regular maintenance. Thank you!

Steve is very responsive.  I called on Memorial day and had scheduled an appointment to replace a kitchen faucet.  He gave me some tips on the one we had, and which was a better brand.  Although I had to cancel the appointment, I will use him for my future plumbing jobs.

Look how different the previous and new looks like! My house hasn't been taken care for quite a long time, the paint starts to get peel off. Also the outer wall has some cracks on it. We are worried about the next year raining season, as a wood house the waterproof is always very important.

Norman is really responsible to the work, and he is very clear on each work item. He will visit the house and see the condition, and then he will send the quote that lists every details you discussed with clear amount. And he will not charge extra at the end, everything is been discussed and agreed by together, and no extra back and forth later. It's quite a very good work experience with him. Also his work is very high quality. His assistant Vic is also a very nice guy with solid handy work ability.

When our water heater started to fail I reached out to my friends to see if anyone had recommendations. A good friend explained that they had a great experience with Smash Plumbing and so, I immediately gave them a call.

The service representatives were timely and professional. Christian, the tech that came out to initially assess the heater, gave me excellent advice for our water heater and recommended that we replace the old (13 years) unit.

The entire process was as painless as it could be. After meeting with him and following his suggestions of buying a new water heater he made the effort to install it the very next day. No problems, and no hassle what-so-ever. He was professional and methodical with his work.

During the installation we spoke and he gave me good advice for how to maintain our water heater and the pipes coming in and out of our condo.

Very friendly and professional service. After having no success in finding new commercial toilet seats online and going to chain hardware stores, I went here. I met John who helped me. He checked a couple of his binders (they have a whole shelf of binders/resources!) and made a couple of calls, and within a few minutes he found the toilet seats I needed. He ordered them and called me a few days later when they arrived (He actually did this twice because I wanted to order one first to make sure it was the right one, and it was). Great price and free shipping. The toilet seats have since been installed and they look great! I will definitely go back for future bath/kitchen needs.

Apparently Thanksgiving and the aftermath did a number on my kitchen pipes, and I had a terrible clog with standing water in both sections of the sink.  Neither plunger nor liquid drain-declogger did a thing. I saw the great reviews for American Home Plumbing Service, called first thing this morning, and Raheb was here before noon!  He took care of the clog, was meticulous about cleaning under the sink, gave me some good advice about what to put down/not put down the disposal, and was friendly and professional.  So happy I called!

Savior Plumbing is reliable, extremely pleasant, competitively priced, although not the cheapest, super competent with excellent results, and very responsive. What is best, however, is the trust they instill with their direct, honest, and transparent style. Double thumbs up!

Called them in the morning, they were at my office within a few hours and fixed the problem within 10 mins at a reasonable cost...definitely recommend.

On a Sunday afternoon, I decided to put an old box of Rice Krispies down my garbage disposal. About halfway through, I realized what a mistake it was when the snap, crackle, pop  sound was very strong, and the krispies were no longer going down. I took out the excess krispies, and waited for the water to go down, but it did not. Then, I looked under the sink and saw a leak coming steadily from the u shaped pipe. I knew I was in trouble! So I put a container under the leak, and decided to call Jeff, the plumber who had helped me last time to install my new kitchen faucet. I thought I would have to leave a message, but he answered the phone, and said he could be here in 15 minutes.  I was so grateful! He arrived, promptly cleared the kitchen drain line, removed the krispie build up, tested the line to see that it was clear, and made sure there were no leaks in the pipes.  I am so impressed that he was able to stop by on a Sunday evening. He said he can't always do that, but I would recommend Jeff to anyone who needs a plumber.  He is quick, capable, and efficient.

I noticed water under our water heater on Saturday morning and Bob's name and number were written on it.  He installed the water heater for the previous owner over 10 years ago.  I called Bob and left a message. He called back within an hour and said he had other jobs lined up for the day but he could come by at 4 PM. He asked me questions over the phone that confirmed that the problem was a leak within the tank. Bob was on time and knew immediately what to do. Within two hours, he had removed the old water heater and installed a new one. There were a couple of drain lines still to install, but it was getting late, so he came back Sunday morning at 10, again on time, to finish the job. Bob is affable, capable, efficient and clearly takes great pride in his work. His dogs are friendly, too. I highly recommend Bob Cowden plumbing.

We needed a gas line installed to our fireplace.  Wilver clearly understood and described what needed to be done.  He and his team completed the work quickly and they did a great job.   The price was fair too.  I highly recommend Wilver and Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter and Service.

The most recent one is installing a whole home water filtration system.  It turns out the city water is not as great as you think it is.

Bart is the only plumber I would call for those needs.  PS he is great with dogs.
