I had a 16 year-old water heater in my house that needed to be replaced in my house. I found a sticker from on the old water heater that showed that it was installed by Allstate. I called the number to see if they are still in business, which they are. I scheduled an install, and Sergio came by the next day. He was on time, professional, and knew what he was doing. He did a great, clean job installing the new water heater. He cleaned up after himself and explained all the paperwork. Their price was very competitive and fair.

Decent install, lousy service.

Installed a hot water heater several years ago which went well; however, the heater stopped working after about 8 years. Fine, thermocouples fail.

They replaced the entire pilot assembly which took two service trips and $300+. Then two weeks later, the pilot is out again and will not restart. They came out again and the pilot lit for their tech, who then said everything is fine, voided the repair warranty and went away. One week after that, the pilot is out again.

I'm not using Master Plumbing anymore.

Luis is a 5 star guy in my book.  Rather than just do a simple cleaning, he pulled off my rear yard cleanup line that had not been opened in 20 years.  With his larger router, he wanted the full line totally cleaned.  And his price was the same as if he had done it the easy way...I always appreciate a man who wants the job done professionally...and appreciate his very fair price.

Steve is very responsive.  I called on Memorial day and had scheduled an appointment to replace a kitchen faucet.  He gave me some tips on the one we had, and which was a better brand.  Although I had to cancel the appointment, I will use him for my future plumbing jobs.

Robert did a great job helping quickly fix an electrical switch issue. Highly recommend!

Smash has done 3 separate plumbing jobs at our house. The jobs all comprised of spigots outside our house, our toilet in the guest bathroom, and plumbing underneath our sink. There's a reason why we always come to Smash for our plumbing needs-- prices are reasonable, their response time is reliable, and the work is of high quality.

I had water leaking from my upstairs shower through the downstairs ceiling.  I called another plumbing company that came out for a service call and gave me an estimate of $800-1100 to open the wall and replace the entire shower plumbing assembly.

That didn't seem right to me.  I talked to these guys. They were very nice, patient and helpful.  I bought a $30 part and repaired it myself.

Thanks Raheb for rescuing me after my hot water heater decided that its burner screen was too dirty to work any more! Got me up and running again in about an hour. Pointed out some issues for me that need to be addressed to get it up to code (yay old houses). Thanks for the fast and professional service in these crazy times.

We had a good experience with Mauro's when we needed a fix to get our new washing machine working. They were able to get someone out to give us an estimate within a couple of days, and then were able to complete the job same-day after they gave us a quote. Their pricing was reasonable, and we'll definitely use them again!

Went to home depot to get some plumbing supplies but they didn't have it! And found this place! They have everything here and customer service was excellent! Unlike homedepot, you don't have to wait 5 min to get help. And if you don't want to or can't fix your plumbing problem, they can come to your house and fix it too. Also FREE ESTIMATE! Thanks guys! Our home warranty company sent 4 plumbing companies out to fix a leak in our master bathroom.  None could or would fix it so we asked to be cashed out and called Savior Plumbing.  They were prompt (in fact called and asked if they could show 15 minutes EARLY), professional and fast.  They fixed the leak in a few short hours and we were able to use our sink for the firs time in months! I noticed water under our water heater on Saturday morning and Bob's name and number were written on it.  He installed the water heater for the previous owner over 10 years ago.  I called Bob and left a message. He called back within an hour and said he had other jobs lined up for the day but he could come by at 4 PM. He asked me questions over the phone that confirmed that the problem was a leak within the tank. Bob was on time and knew immediately what to do. Within two hours, he had removed the old water heater and installed a new one. There were a couple of drain lines still to install, but it was getting late, so he came back Sunday morning at 10, again on time, to finish the job. Bob is affable, capable, efficient and clearly takes great pride in his work. His dogs are friendly, too. I highly recommend Bob Cowden plumbing.

Wilver and his team are one of the best companies we worked with.  They're super responsive, quick, and honest about everything upfront.  Wilver explains all the work that needs to be done step by step so there aren't any surprises. We highly recommend them!

Bart is great! shows up on time, very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He fix my clog problem, and the price is very reasonable as well. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

After contacting him in the morning, Marc came out the same day to help us with a leak in our garbage disposal piping.  He was fast, courteous, and jovial during his time here, and since the work ended up being less than he had estimated he reduced the price on the spot. Further, he offered to credit us should we decide to use him to replace the garbade disposal later this year if the repair doesn't hold.

Overall excellent experience; I'd absolutely call him again.
