Called Allstate to fix a toilet flush as well as a dripping kitchen sink. Eddie came by the same day that we called them and fixed both in an hour while giving me some valuable tips at the same time. Friendly guy, good workmanship, reasonable rates.

Called Master plumbing yesterday for my parents clogged kitchen sink. I called and they were fast and very straight forward. No B/S, no quotes, just we will take care of you and they did exactly that. Came on time and called on their way. Job was done in less than half an hour.  They even offered to give my folks a senior discount which is not commonly extended anywhere else. I didnt have to ask. How cool is that?

I cannot express with words how AMAZING LUIS is, i had a plumbing issue where my tub was not working at all, no water coming out, and he was able to help me resolve it and gave me some great tips that saved me ton of time and money. I even offered to pay him for his help and he said he was honored to save me in a jam. I really appreciate someone who goes the extra mile to help their customers, and LM Plumbing is now my plumber for life!

I highly recommend Steve.  I had a clogged shower drain and I called 3 different plumbers to get pricing.  Steve answered right away and was straight forward (no sales pitch), and his pricing was a bit lower than any of the others.  He was nearby, so he was here in 10 minutes.   He did an excellent job in a really short time.  I found out that a couple of my neighbors have also used his service and were super happy.  If I ever have any other problems, I'll definitely be calling Steve.

Norman was really good about getting back to me when i called. I had a broken toilet water tank. It was a non emergency call so he came the next day and replaced the water tank with a new one. He was clear about what needed to be done and potential problems. Thankfully we did not have any of the potential problems. Thank you so much Norman. I will keep your number for future references.

Will at Avalon was nothing short of great with my sewer lateral replacement. On time, response, communicative and did the work at a very fair price. Would definitely use Avalon in the future.

Buyers beware!!

Almost exactly 2 years ago, Matt installed for us a new garbage disposal unit. It fell apart a couple of months ago.  Why?  Because he did not use plumber's putty where he needed to.  Basic stuff, right?!  The unit finally was shaken loose and it broke down: leaking and foul-smelly with spoiled food inside.   ONLY 2 years later, I had to pay for a new unit not because the unit stopped working but because it was not installed correctly.  Frustrating.

Speaking of BASIC work not getting done correctly, Matt replaced the flushing mechanism for one of our toilets.   He did not pay attention to where the water level was in the tank before he replace the mechanism.  The tank started to leak very soon.  He came back and corrected his work.  And he charged me $75 for correcting his work.

Then there was a bidet on one of our toilets that was leaking.  He fixed the leak but he tightened the knot so much that I could not replace the bidet when it broke.  He came back and 'fixed' it and again, he charged me $75 for correcting his work.

I did tell Matt I would not use him ever again and I told him I probably would not write him up on yelp etc.  And I didn't.  But this garbage disposal issue is beyond reasonable tolerance.  I am beginning to worry that the job he did for us in the crawl space will go bad soon, too.

The take-away here is it's extremely frustrating to see so many jobs Matt did developed into problems in very short time.  I don't want this happen to those of you considering Matt for your plumbing jobs.   For those of you who have praised his work recently, hang tight.

I've been in Commercial Construction for 25 years and my fiancé is a commercial property manager for 20 years. We both know the business and have had our share of bad experiences!!

We walked into the Powder Room to just look for ideas- within 15 minutes, our look was over and we decided to purchase all of our plumbing fixtures there- the reason was simple. All three of the people in the shop were friendly, knowledgeable and worked amazingly well together.

Raheb from American Home Plumbing saved the day! My wife and I were out of town for a long weekend when the plumbing leading into our water heater decided to begin leaking. It was a Sunday, of course. Called Raheb. Explained the situation and that we were not home, but, my 14 yo Daughter and Mother-in-law were. He was at our house in 15 minutes. Diagnosed the issues and suggested a short-term fix and a long-term solution. The cost would have been completely reasonable for a weekeday, much less a weekend. I would recommend them to anyone. We had a great experience and will schedule time to have Raheb come back to discuss the long-term solution.

I've been an extremely satisfied customer of Mauro's Plumbing for several years now. Mauro and his crew have always been able to diagnose and fix my various plumbing problems quickly and efficiently, sometimes doing so after hours. Mauro is also great at explaining the problem and keeping his cool under pressure. He is truly a pleasure to work with. I also want to give a shout out to Amy, who keeps everything running smoothly and is always both professional and friendly.

So my water heater had given up.  It started leaking and I was cleaning rust from my faucet every day.  I sent a message on Friday asking for help.  On Saturday 2 workmen showed up and  2 hours,  I had a new water heater.

After discovering we had leaky ABS plumbing in our crawl space, we ventured out to a few plumbing companies and gathered some bids.  The first company wanted to re-pipe all the ABS plumbing there, whereas the second company quoted a repair in two areas said to be leaking.  The third company, Savior Plumbing sent the owner, Tom, who diagnosed the one and only leaking pipes, which saved us money and time to complete!  David and Austin worked quickly and efficiently to our satisfaction.  They also replaced some old, worn-out faucets indoors, outside, and in our garage.  Thank you Savior Plumbing for your honest appraisal and professional installation.  We know who we're going to call next time!

I phoned Fast Response Plumbing this morning at 7:45am. A plumber (Ben) arrived at 8am, and had snaked through the pipe, unclogged the drain, given me the bill, and headed on to fix another disaster by 8:09am. 20 minutes from call to fixed! In a city of 825,863 residents spread across 46.9 square miles. Sweet. The cost was $135 and took less than 10 minutes. Thanks Ben!

They responded immediately to my water leak. The young man that came out was very friendly and helpful. I called another plumbing company who said that they could come out in one week. The price to fix the leak was reasonable. I highly recommend In Demand Plumbing!

We hired Bob several times for plumbing concerns.  He did a decent job on small jobs and was reasonablely priced.  Then, mysteriously, he just did not return calls, didn't follow through as he said he would, and never would explain his actions (or lack of action) to us.  We finally gave up and found another plumber who was better, reliable, and gave senior discounts.  We were actually never really sure if Bob Cowden was a licensed plumber as he never put a license or a number on his billing.

We needed a gas line installed to our fireplace.  Wilver clearly understood and described what needed to be done.  He and his team completed the work quickly and they did a great job.   The price was fair too.  I highly recommend Wilver and Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter and Service.

Years ago when I bought my home I had to replace the water heater. I was fortunate enough to find Bart who not only replaced my water heater but was able to find a creative way to create a drainage system should the area where my water heater was stored flooded (and all within code).

Based on his previous work, I decided to hire Bart again as we had a leak between the master bathroom and guest bathroom downstairs. Bart went through what he believed the error to be and was able to fix it in a quick and timely manner (and I appreciated his thorough clean-up afterwards). One of the best things about working with Bart is that he is honest and you can tell by his work ethic that he takes pride in the little things.

I hope to not run into anymore plumbing issues but I'm glad to know that if I do have any problems, I have a good, reliable, honest plumber to count on.

Mark was great.  I had a list of items ranging from a sliding door that had come off its hinges, weatherstiping that needed to be replaced, a gate handle to be installed and a few other items.  He also gave me a recommendation on how I could fix one of the projects myself.  I highly recommend him.
