Allstate has provided me with two water heaters over the past 20 years.  Their response was super fast both times and their installations n was quick and professional.  My water heater need was a little unique and they demonstrated clear understanding and provided a heater that fit the need exactly.  They are not the cheapest, but you won't regret choosing them.

Had an emergency and made an appointment for the next day cause they couldn't help me that day of. So the next day of the appointment the company said they would come out between 12 and 4 pm.  They called couldn't get a hold of me and sent their technician somewhere else. I called them back within 30 minutes and they said sorry they already sent their technician elsewhere.  It was only 2:30 pm and the first thing the operator said by the way if the technician has to work after 6pm they would have to charge $220 per hour.  Instead she could have said i will try and get someone there as soon as possible but if it happens to be after 6 we would need to charge $220.  It sounded like all they wanted to do was make sure they got paid when they haven't even been to seen the job yet.  I said forget it.  Never will I call this place again.  I then called on time plumbing at 2:30 cause we needed to get our sump pump fixed and told him it was an emergency he came out in 30 minutes and started to work.  Our sump pump was quite complex and when he took it apart found out that there was blockage somewhere.  He stayed up all night at my house to fix the problem as he tried snaking but had to do it for a long time because the blockage wouldn't open and then finally at 4 am in the morning he fixed it.  I am very happy with his work and he was so honest and charged me a very reasonable rate.  1/3 the price that master plumbing was charging me.  

So please use on time plumbing.  Very trustworthy.

He then walked me through the process of reaching out to the manufacturer to get a replacement part. He was knowledgable, patient, and super helpful, and I cannot thank him enough. The Powder Room is the best place to go for Kitchen & Bath plumbing needs in the bay area. We recently had a problem with our shower fixture. We were told by other stores to replace it with a new fixture, since our current fixture was made by a company that had gone out of business.  Kathy and John helped us pick out a replacement fixture, but they also encourage us to review options to fix the current fixture. With John's coaching, we were able find an industry standard part to fix our current fixture. This saved us money as well as help keep our current bathroom design intact. They have an incredible network of suppliers that allow them to get products quickly. I don't often write negative reviews, because running a small business in today's environment is incredibly difficult, and each needs our support. However, Mauro's Plumbing needs to be called out for their unprofessional behavior. First they didn't honor the scheduled appointment, cancelling hours before they were supposed to arrive. These things happened, so we scheduled another date and time. I called several hours before the rescheduled appointment time to confirm they would indeed be coming to the tenant occupied apartment that needed a new water heater. Amy confirmed that they would call me when they were on their way so that I could be there (per the tenant's requirement for entry).
Well they never called, and when they did arrive it was after the appointment window provided, further angering the tenant. They went into the apartment without anyone from building management present, took a few pictures, and left. The tenant made sure to let me know what happened and how they felt about it, so I called the office to get a better understanding of where there might have been a misunderstanding. They didn't have the decency to return my call. The next day I get a text that, yes, the water heater needs to be replaced (uh, yeah...that was the stated purpose of the visit), but Mauro is too busy with bigger projects so good luck!

Maybe you've got a nice expensive project that is more worth their time than my little old water heater/gas line replacement.

Went to home depot to get some plumbing supplies but they didn't have it! And found this place! They have everything here and customer service was excellent! Unlike homedepot, you don't have to wait 5 min to get help. And if you don't want to or can't fix your plumbing problem, they can come to your house and fix it too. Also FREE ESTIMATE! Thanks guys! From the initial consultation over the phone, I knew I was in good hands. They don't charge a diagnostic fee, and once they're done, they give you a referral to get any additional work you need done by a licensed drywall company. As a first time homeowner, I don't know too much about maintaining a house. There was a leak from our showerhead that caused water damage inside our wall. Savior plumbing came exactly on time (like right on the dot), and I even got a text message when they were on the way. Once they got here, they told us that there's nothing to fix anymore and left without charging us. I'm really grateful for the service because this other handyman we called charged us 200 for a 1-hr diagnostic. It's so ridiculous how people try to price gouge the innocence.

Came out when they said they would and fixed the problem quickly without breaking anything. Gave me good advice to make sure it didn't happen again

Jeff is great.  I moved into a house and while having a dishwasher installed found out that the garbage disposal was broken, the shut off valves under the sink did not shut off and the pipe leaked.  I called Jeff on Sunday afternoon, he gave me an estimate over the phone and we set up an appointment for the next morning.  He arrived on time, was very professional and fixed everything plus some more.  I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs!

I would like to add my recommendation for Bob Cowden Plumbing. I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday evening. I ended up turning to Yelp and a different 5 star recommended plumber responded and attempted to snake my drain then told me I needed to have a grease clogged kitchen drain pipe replaced at $1200.

I called Bob based on recommendations from Nextdoor and left a message. He promptly returned my call and informed me that I most likely did not need the pipe replaced and explained this type of problem should have been easily resolved with a snake by any competent plumber. He also told me even if the pipe was damaged or corroded shut and required replacement he could probably replace it for around $300 plus parts.

In any case, he came over first thing Monday morning and snaked the drain and cleared the obstruction. There was no back up or slow drain at all. I filled the sink to the top and it drained in about 30 seconds! He also installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced a corroded pipe fitting. This was all done at a very reasonable agreed upon price!

Wilver and his team are one of the best companies we worked with.  They're super responsive, quick, and honest about everything upfront.  Wilver explains all the work that needs to be done step by step so there aren't any surprises. We highly recommend them!

Bart is great in every way. He is responsible and honest person. He was the only one from all the bunch of people I reached out to who gave a direct amount he's about to charge. We talked on the phone confirming details, so he came, did the job and was gone - everything was seamless and clean. That's what one would expect from a master.

Mark was really an expert on fixing/adjust door issues. We have multiple doors at our house which are scratching the floor. He took only a few minutes to fix all of them. The price was also reasonble. I would defenitely recommend Mark for his expertise.
