Called after 5:00 pm on a Saturday evening for a plugged toilet The person who answered the phone was very nice.  They were very busy but could be there between 6:30 and 8:00  Great!  At 7:45 they called back and said they were running a bit late.   Again good communications.  Service person arrived, handled the problem and we were back in business.  Thanks Allstate Plumbing!!

Within 5 minutes of the arrival of Jorge/George, I felt like Jules did after The Wolf had arrived. Capable, focused, thorough and professional. An excellent diagnostician and friendly service.

Norman has been our go to man, emergencies and all the time, for our Airbnb business. We have three listings and he is very sensitive to a variety of people's needs, honest beyond belief, and a better deal than anyone around. He's the kind of human being that you wish was a part of your family, cause then you could get free suggestions and estimates over holiday dinners. Oh, that's right he does that anyway! He said if we gave him a good review and he got business because of it (don't forget to tell him you read this:), then he would tell us where he sings Karaoke on Friday nights. We hear he is da bomb, as the kids say.

Avalon Services is our go-to company for all plumbing related issues.  Will and his crew came through for us when our water main broke recently and he has also worked on our water heater and external hose bib in the past.  

We called them frantically in the morning and they were out the same afternoon to determine what the problem was.  Within 24hours they had us back up and running!  They had to dig about 120 feet of trench (through poison oak and underbrush on a hillside) from the meter to the house and suggested adding a spigot at the halfway point in the line to make it easier for us to water the garden.

Smash has done 3 separate plumbing jobs at our house. The jobs all comprised of spigots outside our house, our toilet in the guest bathroom, and plumbing underneath our sink. There's a reason why we always come to Smash for our plumbing needs-- prices are reasonable, their response time is reliable, and the work is of high quality.

Our 20 year old Grohe shower was dripping. I was afraid because of the age, we'd have to tear out the wall to replace the discontinued temperature valve and stops. By phone, the Powder Room was able to identify the parts needed by my texting pictures.  They arranged for Thornes Plumbing to come out with the correct parts and everything was fixed. The single handle shower valve now works as smoothly and easily as new.  Very nice and professional people.

We had a leak in the garage and called Raheb. He promptly returned my call and came the same day unlike several other companies that I called, who didn't even return my call. Once at the location, he quickly figured out the root of the problem. Since it was a simple rubber pipe from a water softner getting loose kind of issue he was kind enough not to charge us for the visit. Afterwards he did a quick scan for other potential issues and reassured us that we are leak free in the garage! We will definitely be using his services in the future!!

Unfortunately, I have some experience with plumbers in the Berkeley area (see my other Yelp reviews on this topic). Mauro's was among my best experiences. They were able to come to my house the next day, gave me a ONE HOUR time window for arrival, arrived ON TIME, and was reasonably priced (yes, $150 is reasonable in the Bay Area)! They knew what they were doing, got it done, and went on their way. Best possible outcome.

So my water heater had given up.  It started leaking and I was cleaning rust from my faucet every day.  I sent a message on Friday asking for help.  On Saturday 2 workmen showed up and  2 hours,  I had a new water heater.

We are now loyal Savior Plumbing customers! We woke up in the morning to no hot water. After leaving messages a few other places we found Savior Plumbing. Darrell was so kind to FaceTime us , find the problem, and patiently walk us through re-lighting the pilot on our hot water heater. He took at least a half hour of his time and was so kind to go out of his way to help us. Amazing customer service! We really appreciate it ~ would've been tough to go without hot water while waiting for a service call ~ they will be our new go-to for any plumbing needs Thank you so very much!

Called them Sunday morning for a leaky hose on hot water heater, they showed up when they said they would (actually, earlier), the plumber was both helpful and nice.  Rates (for a Sunday) seemed fair.  All in all, couldn't have gone better.

I have had Jeff and his team out to my home for water heater installation and for various other plumbing jobs. They are professional, efficient, and always do an amazing job. I had an issue late at night and Jeff came over right away to fix it. He and his team are very reliable and really go the extra mile to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Pricing is reasonable (and comparable) and service is amazing.

I was very happy with both times I used Bob's plumbing services this month.  He came on time, showed up with a friendly attitude, protected the immediate area that he worked in, and even got an appliance company to replace my faucet for free with a phone call!  I would absolutely use him in the future.

Wilver and his team are one of the best companies we worked with.  They're super responsive, quick, and honest about everything upfront.  Wilver explains all the work that needs to be done step by step so there aren't any surprises. We highly recommend them!

I needed someone to snake the main line and Bart responded quickly with a reasonable quote and fixed the issue the next day. He's professional, honest and went out of his way to troubleshoot and explain the problem (roots in old clay pipes). Even though it will take a bigger job to address the root cause, he fixed the immediate issue and gave advice on next steps. I would recommend Bart for any plumbing needs.

First off, mark was very responsive, which I've found to be pretty rare in the construction/Handyman world. He showed up 5 mins early to do a free estimate. Turns out he couldn't do the project but I ended up needing a bathroom sink hooked up and some small jobs on our kitchen during a remodel also. I also appreciated he pointed out some other things to look out for on other work I was having done and let me pick his brain on some kitchen remodel questions. He showed up early again to do the work and did a great job and was reasonable. (Mind you on Labor Day!) At this point we had a new problem with our remodel crop up and needed to have a cabinet modified. He came back again, this time 45 mins early, and did an awesome job on our cupboard!! Highly recommended, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and reasonable. Keep in mind he has a tendency to come early, but I'll take that over being late or flaky any day. I also appreciate he was able to work me into his schedule on fairly short notice!
