Yeah I am a fan.  We had several leaks in our old pipes and with kids you cant go without water.   They responded very fast.  Paul was professional and very helpfull.  His crew did a great clean job and in a timely manner.  We were up and running in no time with new copper pipes.

I called Master Plumbing to repair an underground gas line.  When Jorge arrived, he did not have the gas sniffer to trace the leak even though he knew it was a gas leak he came to fix.  He proceeded to to tell me that it would likely be a waste of money to try and find the leak as it looked like the line would have to be replaced anyway.  I had him give me a quote for the replacement which he had the home office do.  He then proceeded to attempt to find a simple leak at either end of the line as I had to pay him for the full hour for the visit anyway.  Well, the quote came back at nearly $7k to run a line 70'!  I told him that that was clearly a ridiculous price and that he should come to the front door when he was done so that I could pay him.  He then proceeded to charge me for 1.5 hours of labor even though it was clear he was simply going to use the time I already had to pay him for effectively.  This was simply not acceptable.  I ended up paying $174 for the pleasure and am no closer to anything being fixed!

This is the second time I have used this company. The first time was a few months back when the line from house to street was clogged. I called 12 plumbers they either didn't answer or were too busy. I called LM Plumbing and Luis ( not spelled correctly I am sure) said he would be out that day when he finished his last call. He is owner and only employee. He came out snd fixed the problem and explained what he was doing and why. I learned a lot from him. This time the wash machine ran over a mud water came up in kitchen sink. I called this morning and he came out this afternoon. Once again he explained what he did and gave me pointers on keeping drain clean. He is a very nice man who has a ton of knowledge and was nice enough to tell me how to keep things going. 30 day guarantee. I would recommend this company to everyone. Price reasonable and is always willing to try and make it that day or the next morning. And that is something the big companies don't care about. So if you need help he is the one to call.

Steve helped me to fix few things on my home. Steve came on time and did great job and he is the best. Highly recommend these guys. The fee is very reasonable

Juan was great from start to finish - thorough, responsive, excellent service. And a great sense of humor which was appreciated because plumbing issues aren't fun. The team of Sam and Christian were professional and friendly. I liked that I could pay with a credit card without an extra fee.

Matt is by far the best Plummer I have dealt with in the 36 years we have owned our home. He has handled everything from clogged toilets and drains to replacing/updating old sink hardware and he has done a yearly inspection--which I believe may have saved us from future water damage.  He is prompt; he explains what needs to be done; he is honest; and cleans up when the job is done. I highly recommend Matt/Smash Plumbing!

Our guest toilet was constantly filling the bowl with water, which meant the flapper wasn't holding the water in the reservoir. I've fixed these myself before, but this current toilet is special and I couldn't service it directly. The Power Room was incredible.

John -- in the store, he quickly helped me identify the toilet model I had, the parts inside, and provided instruction on how the pieces fit together.
Art -- the new owner was super easy to work with, sent texts on the iPhone with estimates and line item costs. Not only that, he got us schedule very quickly.
Chris -- the guy who came on site hit some snags while trying to install the new parts, did some thinking, did some research, and found a way to get the new parts to fit smoothly. He tested it and did a demo for us at which point we found related problem requiring him to more time. He was pleasant, easy to work with and kept saying, I'm here to make this work. I'll make this work. And he did. He was pleasant. He had a genuine smile. And he was dedicated.

I called him to check on a leak coming from upstairs bathroom.  The sheet rock ceiling was open and he was unable to find the leak.  He said everything was fine.  Taking him at his word, I proceeded to have the sheet rock patched.  The very next day the leaks appeared again after I had paid someone to put the ceiling up.  When I called him to check it out again and and figure out what was wrong he said he'd call me back in an hour as he was going to a meeting.  He never called and did not respond to my subsequent phone calls or voicemail.  I just wanted him to make up for his mistake by providing a legitimate diagnosis and finding the source of the leak. Horrible service.

For me, finding a good plumber is quite anxiety provoking, to say the least.  To have found a plumber like Mauro is a blessing.  I highly recommend him!!!

bin shopping with these guys for over 6 years! they have always bin the best supply house in my opinion! I have called them for emergency water heaters at 2 in the morning and they open just for me! these guys make life so easy for a busy plumber! thanks for everything u do guys!!!

Amazing response time and courteous team.   They installed the water heater fast and now the pan is mandatory; thanks to Savior Plumbing, this was re-done immediately!

An unfortunate egg shell incident in our kitchen sink and two other drains that have been slow for months lead us to needing a plumber today. We got three quotes and Fast Response not only came in at the best price but made it same day just an hour later, finished the job in less than 30 minutes. Tech was awesome, super nice, efficient and paid 1/3 the price. I'll definitely use them again!!

They came to my site the same day. They are very responsive and very reliable.  I would definitely recommend  and use them again.

I've had Bob Cowden fix several things at my house, including unclogging pipes, installing a garbage disposal, installing new shower fixtures, etc.  His communication with clients is excellent, he returns calls quickly and shows up on time.  The one time he was running a little late, he called to let me know and told me what time he would be here.   I could not be happier with his plumbing skills and have never had any problems whatsoever with his work.  

He is very down-to-earth and friendly and easy to get along with.  He's even great with my pets.  He is eager to do whatever it takes to make the client happy.  A couple of times he's finished the work, then asked if there was anything else he could do at no extra charge since there was still some time left.  Seriously, how often do you hear providers so concerned about making sure their clients get their money's worth?

If you are looking for a plumber who is responsible, friendly, and really knows his stuff, look no further than Bob Cowden.  As long as he's in business, I will never have to hire another plumber.

Bart replaced a bathroom faucet for my daughter's bathroom. He was honest, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything very well and made recommendations on where to get a more reliable faucet while saving money at the same time, and was willing to come back another day once the new faucet arrived. Honestly he was the best plumber i hired in the last 10 years. Highly recommended!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Mark responded right away to my request, was easy to work with to schedule the appointment, came early (yes, I just said EARLY!), and did four projects in less than 30 minutes. Projects included plumbing (slow drain, leaking toilet), light carpentry, and installing a smoke detector which I could not reach. His rates are incredibly reasonable. He was super nice, wore a mask, put on booties to cover his shoes, and was overall terrific. Wish I had known about him sooner.
