I am a retired plumber and as a senior as much as I would like to repair problems in my home, I am not physically equip to. Upon looking for a company to replace my water heater, I came across Allstate Plumbing. Attached is a picture I saw which is a clear safety violation that the owner of this company posted. Technicians and service men are people too, that have families and lives. Do not allow a company to take advantage of their hard working techs to make a quick dollar. Being in a ditch over 5ft without shoring is highly dangerous.

Within 5 minutes of the arrival of Jorge/George, I felt like Jules did after The Wolf had arrived. Capable, focused, thorough and professional. An excellent diagnostician and friendly service.

Luis was so kind and helpful. He gave advice over the phone of things to check first and then offered to come the same day. Very pleasant, helpful & honest. 10/10 would recommend!

We noticed a lot of water dripping under our kitchen sink this morning.  I crawled under the sink but could only tell that it was coming from the main faucet, and that the flow increased when I turned on the water, hot or cold.  Steve has done excellent work for me in the past, so I called his answering service, and he called me back within seconds.  

Before scheduling an appointment, Steve asked me a few questions.  It turned out that the solution to the problem was very simple.  All I had to do was pull the flexible metal hose out from the fitting above the sink and tighten the fitting between the hose and the faucet.  Problem solved.  No charge.

Raheb is awesome!  We had a water emergency at home with a leaky shower, he responded immediately, asked the right questions to understand the root cause of the issue.  He brought the parts himself, took time to fix the issue and tested thoroughly before he left.  His prices are very reasonable.

When we called him back in about 4 weeks for a different issue with the toilets, he was again very responsive in resolving the issue.  I would use Raheb for all my plumbing needs.  Highly recommended!!

Sadly, I find that I am often in need of a plumber. Thankfully I have found Mauro. I have had my garage drain bubble up, my sidewalk sewer line replaced, shower drain snaked, my water heater replaced and numerous other issues that have been fixed by Mauro. Fast, Efficient, and Fair every time.  Having an old house in SF means you need a good plumber.

He recently did work for a friend of mine who was also pleased. She called me to ask if it was safe to leave Mauro in her house alone because she had to leave to pick up her children. Absolutely!

I have have always wanted to support locally owned businesses.  This place shows that they do care about their clients by given me a return phone call in a timely manner even though it's the holiday weekend.  In addition, they do know their stuff vs the other plumbers that I have talked to.

Last Tuesday (Oct 30, 2018), I looked under my kitchen sink and found water all over the cabinet floor. My garbage disposal unit was leaking and obviously needed to be replaced. On Wednesday, I called several plumbing companies. One only had an answering machine and never returned my call. The other two said they needed to schedule an on-site estimate before they could give me a quote. One scheduled the visit for that day, while the other couldn't get to me until the following Monday.

When I called Savior Plumbing, they said they did not need to come out for an on-site estimate. They told me their hourly rate, about how long a garbage disposal replacement normally took and how much they would charge for the new disposal unit. I asked if I could buy the unit myself and they said that was OK. But, when they told me how much they would charge for the unit they provided (I had already priced garbage disposal units on the Home Depot web site), it was actually less than the Home Depot price. So, I went with their unit (which, by the way, was a quality product). They even gave me a 2 year warranty on the unit.

The first slot they had available was on Saturday, which worked for me. They asked me if I was interested in having it put in sooner, if a slot opened up and I said I was. Later that day they called and said a slot had opened up on Thursday. However, it was at a time I knew I wouldn't be at home, so I declined. On Thursday afternoon they called again and said one of their plumbers had completed a job early and would I be interested in having him come by and do the job. This worked for me and so the plumber did the job that afternoon.

If you are familiar with plumbing contractors, the idea of having a job completed a day after calling them is almost unthinkable. The person I dealt with on the phone was very friendly and courteous, the plumber who did the job was pleasant, the work was high quality and I am extremely satisfied with it. I would heartily recommend others using Savior Plumbing for their plumbing needs.

Had a leaking faucet in garage (dripping approx  1 gallon of water per hour...and we are in a water shortage!).  My usual plumber couldn't come because he was very busy... so called several other companies, and couldn't get an A.M. appointment - then called Fast Response and David I. came at the scheduled time (morning that I called).  He had to turn off the water to the  4 unit apt. bldg...and he replaced both gaskets pretty quickly, turned water back on...and no more leaks. Pricing was fair.  Would use this company again if needed.

I am in the process of remodeling my kitchen and needed my new sink installed. In demand came out quick and did a wonderful job on my sink. He even repaired some broken valves under the sink. Great customer service and fast responses.

We had a leaking garbage disposal. Bob showed up on time. He quickly identified and fixed the leak, tightened up all the hoses under the sink and provided a clear explanation for the work done.

I highly recommend Bob Cowden Plumbing.

We needed a gas line installed to our fireplace.  Wilver clearly understood and described what needed to be done.  He and his team completed the work quickly and they did a great job.   The price was fair too.  I highly recommend Wilver and Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter and Service.
