Yep, a plumber in today's world with a Five Star rating!!  That's Allstate Plumbing here in Fremont.  Fair, Fast, Knowledgeable, Courtesy and on time.  Would not even consider any of the nationally advertised for drain blockages, etc.  These guys are the real deal.

I've just used Master Plumbing for a number of repairs and remodel jobs in the past couple months -- everything from replacing old waste pipes to installing new tubs, toilets, and sinks, and gas pipes for new heaters and gas ranges.  All the work has been completely quickly and to the highest standards.  They also go above and beyond in looking for potential problems to proactively avoid future issues.  In a few instances this ended up costing me more, but it meant I would not have unexpected emergencies when those things eventually went wrong.  Jorge and Jimmy are both outstanding!

Awesome service, came out early the next morning after my late night call when all my bathroom Plumbing backed up. Very pleasant, told me all the pricing of front which was very reasonable. And had the problem solved in about an hour and a half. Definitely recommend and will be the first person I call if ever I have a plumbing issue again.

The Williams service returned my call promptly, came within the hour, had the parts needed to replace the disposal and was finished in about an hour. Professional and reasonably priced. Couldn't be happier.

I called Norman to help us access our bathroom repair.  He promptly arrived on time, wearing his mask and practiced the 6ft social distancing.  He looked and evaluated the problem.  His experience, knowledge, honesty and sincerity was greatly appreciated!  He was able to diagnose and show me why the tile and subfloor was an issue and he put me at ease knowing I did not have to do a whole remodel.  He also did not charge me for his time, which I was willing to do!  He is a true rare gem!!

We had Zach out at our house today and he was awesome. We've been dealing with an ongoing clog in our line. With (4) kids ages 5 and under we experience many of these scenarios with toys/items going down without us looking- This time around has been quite a lot of work to figure out. Avalon has been patiently and consistently working through the jam in our line. They used great technology by sticking a camera down to show me in real time what's going on. They went above and beyond to get into my crawl space to ensure what the pathway of piping looked like so that way the resolution was thoroughly examined before opening things up. 5 stars all around! Keep up the great work.

Smash has done 3 separate plumbing jobs at our house. The jobs all comprised of spigots outside our house, our toilet in the guest bathroom, and plumbing underneath our sink. There's a reason why we always come to Smash for our plumbing needs-- prices are reasonable, their response time is reliable, and the work is of high quality.

The dude, John, was entirely slow.
Not the type of service I would expect in a location like Los Gatos.
Would not come here ever again.

I tried out American Home Plumbing Services based on a recommendation from my neighbor.   My hot water heater was leaking and needed the repairs done quickly.   I recalled my neighbor had re-piped his whole house using American Home Plumbing and he was real happy with the job.  I spoke to the owner and he and one his guys showed up that very same day.   They made a few recommendations that made sense, like installing a higher capacity water heater to meet our needs.  They bought the parts and completed the job by the next day.   The owner even called back a week later to see if we were happy with the work.  I would totally recommend American Home Plumbing.

Best plumber in the Bay Area! Courteous, responsive, and very professional, Mauro was a delight to work with. We are nearing completion of a major renovation that included all new plumbing in a 1925 Craftsman. When we first encountered Mauro (and his 5 star reviews), we needed to have some emergency work done in a bathroom. He was there in a flash and finished the job that day! Needless to say, we engaged him to work on the remaining plumbing needs as well. His assistant speaks very little English, but that did not prevent us from being able to communicate our needs. Each job was done on time, on budget, and without rework.  The extra benefit? We feel that we have established a friendship with Mauro and Amy in the process as well!

So my water heater had given up.  It started leaking and I was cleaning rust from my faucet every day.  I sent a message on Friday asking for help.  On Saturday 2 workmen showed up and  2 hours,  I had a new water heater.

Impressive service and great comminucation!

I was having sewer backup issues every 6 months over the last couple of years, and finally decided to call Fast Response for a camera inspection of my main water line. And I'm glad I called the right company! Billy came out and confirmed my suspicions. It was broken in several places and I was working on borrowed time. They promptly gave me an estimate and started work the next week! The work started during a rain spell, and the crew got to work promptly and professionally. Billy was excellent in his communication with me as they looked for the best openings to finish the job. I really appreciated that, and I expect Fast Response will be my go-to next time I have any plumbing or rooter needs.

Great communication before even making the appointment, once appt made, actually ended up being able to come a day earlier with great communication to make that possible.

Once Vince showed up, he was very thorough and talked us through everything he was doing.  He explained everything in great detail but at a level we could understand.  He was able to fix the issue quickly and even said he would contact the vendor of our faucet for the other issue we were having.

I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

Bart was very responsive and honest! We are having trouble with our hot water pressure and just assumed since the pipes are old, we'd have to get the house repiped. Bart showed up ahead of schedule and took the time to check everything thoroughly. He said it could be a couple things and really wanted it to be an easy fix for us.  Turns out we will need to repipe but really appreciated Bart's concern and honesty.

As others have said Mark is awesome.  I had him help replace my range hood and he finished it faster than expected.  Also helped fix my porch light switch wiring and now it turns on!  Super reasonably priced and more importantly, overall very pleasant and good guy.  Will be using Mark again for other work needed around the house.  Thanks Mark!
