After contacting over 20 other plumbers (I'm not kidding!) to install a Grohe Smart Valve, I was able to connect with Allstate Plumbing.  The other plumbers or plumbing companies either could not work with this valve or wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount.  Abraham came out, assessed the work and the office gave me a reasonable estimate.  The work was scheduled in a timely fashion and completed within a day.  If  I could give Allstate Plumbing 10 stars, I would.  Thanks to all the folks I came in contact with.  Very professional, established and easy to work with.  Allstate is now my go to company for all my plumbing needs.

I had originally given 5 stars mostly because the plumber who came onsite told me that he would get a free tool from his boss if I did... which I thought was nice.

I now have to update my review due to some really bad customer service from the front office, and I don't think this was just a unique experience.

I called Master because they are contracted with my HOA.  During the call in which I was trying to schedule my appointment, the woman on the phone said:

We schedule in four hour windows.  It's possible we may not come until the end of your window, and since your job is a big one, you better be prepared to take the whole day off of work.

My problem was not urgent, so I asked if I could just schedule an appointment for which I would be the first stop.   Nope.

Then she said We will call you before we come.  If you don't answer the phone, we will go on to the next appointment and you will have to reschedule.

I asked if I could call that morning and find out where I am on the schedule?  Nope.

So... I made the appointment, then called my HOA and asked if I could get another plumber.  

Of course!  We cannot require you to use a certain plumber.

So, I called Dittmann Plumbing in San Mateo.  Maria there said oh, your job is a big one.  We will schedule you as first stop so it can be completed fast and you can get to work!   So, I scheduled Dittmann and cancelled Master.

Then, a woman from Master called and she said I see you cancelled your appointment.

I expected her to ask why I cancelled.   I was wrong.  

Instead, she lied... Your HOA requires you to only use us and no other plumber!  

By then, I had spent half my morning scheduling a plumbing appointment and I lost my marbles... That's not true -- I called them and asked! Don't you even want to know why I cancelled with you?

She didn't.

I wonder if that tiny amount of power that comes from being a scheduling person for a plumbing company was too much for them?   In this day of cell phones and busy people who don't sit around their houses all day, Master Plumbing absolutely refused to make anything convenient on me, their customer.   Apparently they thought they had me cornered and I was forced to do whatever it took to be convenient for them.... wrong!!

Dittmann came in the morning, did the job quickly, cleanly and professionally, and I got to work a few hours late.   Thank you DIttmann... no thanks to Master.

I had a problem w my sink in the kitchen, I sent out some request for the job via Yelp and Luis requested that I call him and explain my problem to him. He gave me a couple of different options and he also told me to check to make sure that the knob under my sink was turned all the way on because that can be a problem as well. Out of everyone who messaged me about the issue they didn't mention that but he did. And wala that was the problem. It was an easy fix and he didn't even have to come out. Thank your help and if I ever need any plumbing issues I'll give you a call!

When here on a recommendation from RV Cloud to find this little piece for my Moen Faucet.. Walked in to a fabulous showroom, Showed them the broken piece and within minutes they had what I needed.  Great friendly service, Very knowledgeable and a lot of Very Cool Sinks, faucets and Bathroom fixtures..

Raheb is extremely quick with responding and coming over to my house to take a look at the issue. He is knowledgable and reliable, and patient with explaining the problems thoroughly in layman's terms. Checked out the problem, bought the replacement valve and returned to fixed my leaking water heater all in 2 hours. Highly recommend this service and will forever be my go-to plumbing solution.

Amazing service, very friendly and knowledgable guy showed up at our door and he not only fixed our garbage disposal but also taught me how to maintain it. I'd definitely recommend it and am very satisfied with my whole experience.

Needed a new closet seal on a toilet.  Dave was done in an hour, fast, clean and a great job including an excellent caulking job.

Originally called to snake/auger my toilet, but after talking with them and a quick second consultation they showed me that the pipes were fine and the toilet itself was the problem.

Then within an hour of the second consultation, they brought over the new toilet and installed it extremely quickly and quietly.

Would strongly recommend their services.

I called after 6:30 to report that my septic tank (or sewer line or whatever) was overflowing into my back yard. They came within the hour and rooted it to clear the line. That cost me 150. They came back the next day with a camera (free with initial purchase?) and confirmed that the pipe was cracked, smooshed, leaking, and not even connected to the city sewer anymore. Basically, the pipe was useless and the contents being flushed down the toilet were just staying in my house fertilizing my lawn (my roses really started to flower again as a result of this problem).

The next day, Jeff called regarding the price.  I had JUST bought the house and literally had no money left for this type of emergency repair.  However, Jeff was extremely understanding to my financial situation and worked out an extremely aggressive price where he not only laid new pipe to connect my house to the city sewer system, but also fixed 3 other plumbing issues in the house too!

You stop looking for plumbers now.  You've found the one you're going to use: In Demand Plumbing. Do it. DO it. DO IT!

He is uncertified licensed plumber which has no bonds, no warranty, and no profit to customer for any qualify taxes purpose.  Overall, be aware with this Bob Cowden, plenty others quality licensed plumbers out there.

We needed a gas line installed to our fireplace.  Wilver clearly understood and described what needed to be done.  He and his team completed the work quickly and they did a great job.   The price was fair too.  I highly recommend Wilver and Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter and Service.

Bart is excellent.  Ended up having to come to our house 2x for a tricky faucet repair, always on time, super nice and a true expert in his field.  I'd recommend him to anyone and will definitely be using Everclear Plumbing in the future.

With Thanksgiving around the corner, my husband and I realized it was time to call in Mark and Accolade Home Services.  We emailed and he came over, quickly surveyed the work, identified materials he would need to for the tasks and we scheduled a morning.  Yesterday was like MAGIC!  In a few hours, the items were completed, the list is gone and the house is ready.  He is so efficient and informative.  He educated us as he went about the work so that we learned more about our home, and some key safety tips.  From door latches to light fixtures - he diagnoses the problem and poof, it's gone.  As others have said, he's our go to guy.  So professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.
