Allstate plumbing did a great job at my house. Their technician Victor was very professional, friendly, sincere and at his best on the job. I would recommend AllState Plumbing and in particular Victor.

Poor customer service. Repeated attempts to resolve a simple administrative issue have resulted in wasted time.

Luis is now my go-to plumber. Not only is he professional, prompt, communicative, and provides fair pricing, the quality I like and appreciate the most about Luis is he has a heart of a teacher. Luis explains problems clearly, outlines the steps to solve the issues, and then will make recommendations on how to best care for your shower/toilet/sink/etc. There are many good plumbers out there, but what sets Luis apart from the rest based on my experience working with many plumbers is his outstanding customer service. Thank you, Luis!

I found Alfred Williams plumbing on Angie's list. I called many other plumbers first to have them come out to clear a blocked drain in my tenants home. Other highly rated plumber charged between $!25 and $175 just to come out. Another charged a $250 flat rate for drain clearing. None could come within a 2 day window. Then I found Alfred Williams! They charge no base fee to come out. In addition, they could come out that day. It turned out that the tenant simply did not know how to disengage the bathtub drain, and there was no blockage at all. Steve was very pleasant about the whole thing, and we agreed on a very nominal fee for his coming out. I just encountered another plumbing problem. Steve returned my phone call within 5 minutes and will be here tomorrow. I recommend this company without hesitation!

Norm responded quickly to my requests to repair damage that my tenant caused to my rental property. He arrived when he said he would and got the work done quickly and at the stated cost. He also helped inspect the house for other damage at no cost and provided suggestions for repairs. l will definitely be using him in the future for any maintenance and repair requests for my rental.

Avalon was quick and communicative. They changed a reasonable price and were honest with their work!

Matt at Smash Plumbing really saved us the other day by investigating a back up we had at our home. Him and his team arrived quickly and identified the current issue of a break in the old clay sewer line and also showed us a potential issue in another area that we could consider fixing now if we wanted to save time and money. His rates were comparable to the other quotes we received and he was super professional and trustworthy through the whole process. Thanks for your help Matt

If you need any bathroom or kitchen fixtures or plumbing needs, the Powder Room in Los Gatos is the best.. I will always use them as long as they are around. Cathy

I gave this business a five start before. This time is kind of disappointing. I need to replace my kitchen faucet and may be the one in bathroom, and may be adding water filter under the kitchen sink. I called them last Thursday, text the pictures, and never hear any thing back. I text again on Tuesday. I used them before, and I was happy with them. So I want to give me another chance. The lady on the phone was very apologetic, and sounds nice. But I have not heard from them. So I hired someone else to change the kitchen faucet.

This is the third time we've used Mauro's services and we've been more than happy. With Amy coordinating and Mauro on the job they make a great team. We had a situation that occurred last night where we had to shot down our water supply from the street. Being desperate, I called and left a message at 10:00 at night. Promptly after they opened, I received a call from Amy saying they were booked solid but that he would make room. A little while later we Mauro completed the repair and we were back in action.. Thank you so much much for the great service.

I found Savior Plumbing through Diamond Certified. So far, Savior has installed a new kitchen faucet, sprayer and hot water dispenser, and two toilets for me. In my interactions with Savior I have found the owners and all the employees to be professional, trustworthy and pleasant. Savior goes out of the way to accommodate the customer's needs. The company does not hesitate to live up to its warranty. When a plumbing problem unrelated to the job at hand came up, the plumber on the job worked diligently to uncover the problem and remedy it. In another situation, when the manufacturer's usually reliable product was flawed, it was readily replaced at no cost to me. I will continue to use Savior Plumbing and recommend it to others.

We had a broken shut off gate valve at our business that was disallowing water into the building .
After calling In Demand describing our problem , they sent someone out right away ! Very helpful , even with a stuck water main shut off - they called the city to arrange someone to get that sorted first / which they came right out .
Thank you for the honest / quick - friendly service .

I would like to add my recommendation for Bob Cowden Plumbing. I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday evening. I ended up turning to Yelp and a different 5 star recommended plumber responded and attempted to snake my drain then told me I needed to have a grease clogged kitchen drain pipe replaced at $1200.
I called Bob based on recommendations from Nextdoor and left a message. He promptly returned my call and informed me that I most likely did not need the pipe replaced and explained this type of problem should have been easily resolved with a snake by any competent plumber. He also told me even if the pipe was damaged or corroded shut and required replacement he could probably replace it for around $300 plus parts.
In any case, he came over first thing Monday morning and snaked the drain and cleared the obstruction. There was no back up or slow drain at all. I filled the sink to the top and it drained in about 30 seconds! He also installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced a corroded pipe fitting. This was all done at a very reasonable agreed upon price!

We needed a gas line installed to our fireplace. Wilver clearly understood and described what needed to be done. He and his team completed the work quickly and they did a great job. The price was fair too. I highly recommend Wilver and Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter and Service.

Bart came out to clear our multiple plumbing emergencies . He has to crawl under the house, replace a large section of pipe and then snake out more sections. Considering he was working under a warranty claim, I feel he went above and beyond to help us out. Much Appreciated!

I scheduled to have Mark come work on some things on my house at 2:15pm on Sunday. I got home at about 2:17pm and didn't see him outside so I figured he was running late. 10 minutes later my roommate comes out of her room and asks if I saw him outside. She told me he had arrived 5-10 minutes early and he told her he would wait outside, it was no problem. So I figured he must have gone somewhere quickly and would be right back. I called him and got no answer, but I left a voicemail. 5-10 minutes later I still hadn't heard back. So I sent him an email asking if he was in his way. He said no, he took another client because he thought I was a no show. I was two minutes late! And he knew that I was coming from something that ended at 2pm! I emailed asking if he'd be able to come after that client, and his reply was No, sorry. Are you freaking kidding me??? What the heck kind of customer service is that? He didn't even try calling my phone while he was waiting to see if I was almost home. I am so totally disappointed and shocked by the rudeness.
UPDATE in response to owner's comments: let me reiterate, I was only 2 minutes late. Anyone who thinks someone is a no show after 2 minutes is not being realistic at all. 2 minutes difference could be a clock that's slightly off. And I would have had no problems with the owner charging for his time starting at our agreed upon meeting time. But no, he just left. No call or email to let me know he was leaving. Let me remind readers that my housemate was home. Did he tell her that he was leaving since I wasn't there yet? No. He thinks I should have pulled out my phone and called him while I was driving to let him know I was running 2 minutes late. I'm sorry I didn't realize that I should have risked a ticket or an accident to call him and let him know I'd be 2 minutes late.
Update in response to additional owner comment: my roommate said he came to the door, introduced himself, and said he knew he was early. She said she didn't know where I was, but that she could text me. Mark said he already knew I was coming from church, so roomie says oh, her phone is probably on silent anyway then. Mark says something like It's no problem, I can just wait outside. So that was fine by my roomie who is a petite 100 pound girl and would prefer not to wait alone in the house with a man she's never met before. She said he gave no indication that he was concerned about me getting home exactly by 2pm, versus 2:02pm. Also, she didn't know the details of what I wanted done, so she couldn't have had him get started.
