By far the worst service ever! Repaired pipe 2 years ago for a job that suppose to last 20 years (by the technician). Same spot leaked and pumping 1500 gallons a day (we are at a commercial location). Technician suppose to come on Sat but never showed up - here gone 4500 gallons of precious California water! Finally came and said they want to charge $375 inspection fee and even if the leak came from same spot, we have to pay again. This is a company that does not take their client seriously and not stick to their schedule - stay away!!!

Master Plumbing came out Sunday morning when everything in my place in Menlo Park was backing up. The technician Kim was very professional and took care of the issue. Would use again.

Communication was great and Luis showed up on time. Luis was very informative and provided me several options on how to address my leaking sink. He completed the work in 30 minutes and was very thorough. My sink was resealed and tightened, no more leaks. I'm very satisfied with the work, and highly recommend his service!

Words cannot describe how glad I am to have found Cory through AQP!! I had a leak on my underground main and was in panic mode. AQP arranged a next day appointment which was a Saturday. Cory arrived and investigated with professionalism and accuracy. The repair solution he came up with was brilliant and executed perfectly! His crew was also super pleasant to work with. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!!!

Norman completed a variety of projects, and I am satisfied.  Nothing was that complicated, but Norman's price was good, and my husband was relieved not to have to do the projects himself.  He installed a wall-mounted shower rod and two curtain rods, painted two doors, and installed two LED retrofit lights.  He warned me that the tiles might crack when the shower rod is screwed in, but we gave him the go ahead, and there was no cracking. Also, we didn't have enough paint, and he went out and bought more.  He did his work quietly and cleaned up well afterwards.

I am grateful to have been sent to Avalon. The staff is great and the plumber who came, Zack, did a great job cleaning up another plumber's mistake and fixing the pipe in the bathroom so I can finally brush my teeth with cold water!
I highly recommend them and have made them my go-to plumbers.

My experience has been outstanding.  100% of the time when I reach out for a plumbing repair or replacement, I get a phone call back the same day; and often available to go to the job site the same day, or next day for evaluation.   That works very well for me.  Additionally, the quality of the materials are top notch.  I have needed water heaters, sump pumps, fixtures, and exterior plumbing needs... all with a goal that they will last a long time to prevent having to replace something within a few years.  I have not been disappointed.  Finally, a few comments about the quality of the work... Excellent, thorough and done with high confidence.  Matt also takes the time to explain the repair / replacement upon completion, and takes all questions about the work, and future directions & maintenance of what was replaced or repaired with the homeowner.

I have referred Smash to friends and family with successful feedback.

I discovered The Powder Room on a whim while shopping for my kitchen remodel. I had intended to go down the block to a competitor but am so glad I popped into The Powder Room first. John helped me narrow down the best choice for my sink and faucet and recommended all the necessary additional accessories. I went back several times to make my final decision and he was patient each time, answering questions and giving suggestions. Their prices were more than reasonable and each item arrived within or earlier than estimated.

We also had Tom of associated Thornes Plumbing do the install and hookup. Both he and Kathy were extremely flexible and reasonable with my schedule and requests. Tom clearly has the knowledge and know how to tackle any job with fair, upfront service.

I would highly recommend The Powder Room for both fixtures and plumbing needs. They are a gem of a small, locally owned, knowledgable store. In fact, I am scheduled to do a small bathroom update in a few months and plan to stop back in. Thanks to Tom, Kathy and John!

Raheb was EXTREMELY helpful. He is an honest business man that is transparent and always puts the customer first. He answers the phone when you call too.

I give them stars for coming quickly; called at 4 pm and got an appointment for 9 am  for what I thought was a leaking garbage disposal.  However, the two repairmen diagnosed the problem as a faulty kitchen faucet hose.  They were unable to replace it, as it needs to be ordered; frustrating, but understandable.   They recommended buying it online; so I sat down at my computer as they were working, and started looking.

They left quickly (no charge), once they figured out they couldn't fix the problem on the spot.  I would have appreciated them helping me order the right part, and would have been happy to pay them for their time; it took me a long time to narrow down what to buy, and I'm still not sure I ordered the correct fitting.  When I asked, one of the guys came over and pointed to the screen, saying, yeah, just get one of these.  He was pointing to hoses of the wrong brand, that would not have fit.  

Also, my biggest complaint... while they were diagnosing the problem, they were using the faucet, which was continuing to drip into the cabinet underneath, the reason I called them...  Several hours later, I went to look into the cabinet to see if I ordered the right type of fitting (I went by the model of the faucet, not realizing there are 3 different types of fittings), and realized they'd left a ton of standing water in my cabinet, even though there were towels right next to the sink, that I'd been using to dry the area the night before...  Like most newer cabinetry, these have laminate interiors, and the water was eating away at the laminate, after  sitting there for hours.  Not impressed with these guys.  I'll be installing the hose myself, with the help of YouTube.

Wow! Rented a large tool from this place and what a different experience than Home Depot.  No wait, brand new equipment, really friendly service.  And the price was amazing - $75 for a stump grinder that Home Depot charges $138 for (although this may be limited time pricing since they have a sign saying 50% off).  Still - they made it so easy to rent from them that even if it was a little more I'd still be happy.  I'm definitely coming back.

Tom, the owner of this business is the real deal.  He arrives on time, if there is an issue about  the arrivial time he calls. His workmen do the same.  . He quickly looks at the job and assess it.  He will outline the problem and offer the best solution with an estimate to do the job.  He then will offer the lesser options with the cost to complete the work. He guarantees his best estimate and will walk you through the problems that may occure if you ask him to do the work at the lower level.  We have asked the Savior Plumbing company to do work for us since 2001.  We have never had any regrets.

I've been using in Demand plumbing for all my plumbing needs for 7ish years. Thankful for their honest work, Matt typically services my home and he is fantastic, he not only fixes the problem but he educates me on what he is doing and why along the way. Today he took the time to show me where all my emergency water valves are in my home. He didn't have to do that and I really appreciate it. Support small businesses!!

He is uncertified licensed plumber which has no bonds, no warranty, and no profit to customer for any qualify taxes purpose.  Overall, be aware with this Bob Cowden, plenty others quality licensed plumbers out there.
