I had a gas pipe that was leaking. The guy couldn't get the pipes threaded because his blade went out. So, he then had to go to homedepot and get it. This is when I felt like I could have done this myself. Replacing the pipe took all of 30 mins, not including going to homedepot. Pretty simple job, but way too expensive, 3 times more than what would have cost me. They were actually the cheapest one, but if I had done it myself I could have easily done it for less than $200.
The job was well done, the guy who came in was actually really nice as well. I would definitely go with this business again, if it's a job I can't do myself. You can trust these guys to do it right. Do shop around to find some good prices, because they will try to match the quote you were given.

Jorge and Adrian helped replace our water heater in our apartment. They were nice, they were professional, they put down a tarp, and left the place pretty much the way it looked before.

Very professional, answered all my questions and even gave options on how to save money if we wanted too. Super affordable though! Our water heater busted and Luis was here to replace it mid afternoon (even with our old house complications) and our kids had hot water for an early bath. He's the best!

Appreciated your quick responses via Yelp and your willingness to get someone out to my house almost immediately. I also appreciated that you charge by the book with no surcharges or service fees. The two guys who came out to fix my clog were polite and professional. Thanks so much!

Norman was very helpful and informative about our ceiling water leak situation. He provided thoughtful recommendations to let us choose where/if we should spend money on. He also came in and inspected our ceiling and bathroom floor thoroughly , told us nothing to worry without any charge.

William was the only plumber I contacted who directly jump in helping customer. All other vendors just ask me contact info etc but William actually cares about the customer and work and his little one question helped me solved the issue without an appointment. Sometimes it's a very simple common sense and really appreciate his candid response. Thanks!

Matt has completed several plumbing installations and repairs on both our home and rental property. He and his assistant are quick to respond, keep their work space clean and do top notch work. We highly recommend them!

Kathy at The Powder Room is wonderful to work with. She helped us pick the right toilet, quoted us a reasonable price for the toilet and also the installation. The Powder Room's selection is excellent and its great they do have Saturday hours!
Kathy followed up on Monday to confirm the installation date and time. They arrived on time. She gave me a low and high number for installation in case they ran into issues at our house. They didn't, installation was the lower of the two number.
All in all, an excellent experience with excellent service.

I needed help with extending the gas line from garage into the kitchen. I am glad I found Rahib. Excellent workmanship, fair pricing, attention to details and highly professional, on-time. He pretty much has a machine shop on his truck so the job moves fast, no wasting time. Going forward for any plumbing needs I am planning to reach out Rahib.
I highly recommend Rahib for any plumbing / gas lines needs.

Responsive and their plumbers know their trade. They solved a problem at my almost 100 year old bungalow. Prices are fair and reasonable.

Yesterday was the first time I stopped in. I needed galvi pipe plug and some blue monster tape and dope for a 1.25 natural gas line I was capping off. It was Saturday and so all the regular supply houses were closed and Home Depot does not carry any metal pipe stuff anymore. I thought I needed 1.5 but when I got back to the shop I realized it was 1.25. No big deal. Stopped by today Sunday and exchanged it. This place is a legit plumbing supply house that not a big corporate mess. Really helpful guys. I'll be coming here all
The time. And they are open 7days a week til 5 pm.

Won't be calling these guys again. I refrained from writing up an initial review five months ago about a shady practice of theirs because I didn't want to form an opinion after one experience. However, after a second experience, it just solidifies what kind of company this is. They are only out to get your money.
Experience #1: Project was to replace a kitchen faucet set. The service technician was 15 minutes late, physically completed the project in about 50 minutes, then packed up his things and mentioned he would be right back, came back about 15 minutes later and said he was all good to go. When I saw the final bill, he charged me 1.5 hours of labor! WTH! How did 50 minutes of actual labor become 1.5 hours?
Experience #2: This company doesn't stand behind their work. Five months after installation, the base of the kitchen faucet handle base lifted off the kitchen counter. When the technician came in, he said the service warranty wouldn't cover product defects (but this was not mentioned when I initially contacted the company about this problem). He evaluated it and guess what....he said it was a defective product and that this wouldn't be covered under the service warranty and in turn, we would be charged $134 to fix it. WTH! The technician showed my wife what was wrong, and as far fetched as this may sound, I could see a scenario where the first technician who installed it messed with my faucet handle base so they could get this second call and charge us another service fee. I mean, why wouldn't the first technician say something about the defect so we could deal with it back then or be forewarned? We're just turning water on and off so it's hard for me to understand how a defect can evolve in less than 5 months after some gentle use. It had to have been there when it was installed. The technician left us in a very angry mood and didn't offer anything like a service discount on this situation to ease things. Now, all we can think about is how we have been swindled out of more money. The technician mentioned several times that they are an honest company. Well, just because you say it doesn't mean it's true. And honesty can be evoked through one's actions and not through mere words.
I went with these guys initially because they had a very good price, but I should have gone with another plumbing company, who I've worked with before but a tad more expensive. I will not name them in order to let other Yelpers know that this is a serious review of this company and not a promotional vehicle for a competitor. It's experiences like these that make you wonder who you can really trust out there. You rely so much on other people's reviews and recommendations but it's still hard to truly know who the good, honest guys are. I've been left with a very bad taste in my mouth by these experiences, and I would recommend Yelpers to find another company for your plumbing needs. I hope the $134 they took from me is worth the thousands of lost revenue as other Yelpers turn to other companies for their plumbing needs.

Something happened to my kitchen faucet last week and it just exploded! I called the first plumber I could find and it happened to be Fast Response. Eric came out and fixed my sink the same day. Total saviors and Eric was a sweetheart. If I need help again I know who to call!

We continue to use In Demand as our 'go to' for any plumbing issues or installs, and have recommended them to friends as well. Most recent work for us was replacing our water heater that was clearly near end of life. Worked with them to schedule the job in advance. Install was done in good time with his typical solid craftsmanship.
The cost & inconvenience of plumbing issues are no laughing matter. In Demand emphasizes customer satisfaction which helps soften the pain.

I've had Bob Cowden fix several things at my house, including unclogging pipes, installing a garbage disposal, installing new shower fixtures, etc. His communication with clients is excellent, he returns calls quickly and shows up on time. The one time he was running a little late, he called to let me know and told me what time he would be here. I could not be happier with his plumbing skills and have never had any problems whatsoever with his work.
He is very down-to-earth and friendly and easy to get along with. He's even great with my pets. He is eager to do whatever it takes to make the client happy. A couple of times he's finished the work, then asked if there was anything else he could do at no extra charge since there was still some time left. Seriously, how often do you hear providers so concerned about making sure their clients get their money's worth?
If you are looking for a plumber who is responsible, friendly, and really knows his stuff, look no further than Bob Cowden. As long as he's in business, I will never have to hire another plumber.

Great job to fix my clogged kitchen drain on a raining Sunday morning. Really appreciate.

I needed someone to snake the main line and Bart responded quickly with a reasonable quote and fixed the issue the next day. He's professional, honest and went out of his way to troubleshoot and explain the problem (roots in old clay pipes). Even though it will take a bigger job to address the root cause, he fixed the immediate issue and gave advice on next steps. I would recommend Bart for any plumbing needs.

Mark helped me with a small job. I appreciated the communication, friendliness, and quality of work. I will definitely plan to use his services for my future home needs both big and small. Highly recommended.
