Deepok from Allstate is a fabulous service technician! I had a clog in my washer drain line and since I live in a townhouse built in the 70's there was no clean out. Prior to calling Allstate, another plumbing company attempted to snake out the line but they were unsuccessful. They couldn't get the snake around the bend after the p-trap. Their recommendation was to cut a hole in the wall at the trap, install a tee and clean out the line at that location. It was going to cost me some cash to go that route. After hearing rave reviews about Allstate, I decided to get a 2nd opinion. Deepok encountered the same issues as the previous plumber but the difference with him is that he didn't give up. When the snake jammed, he removed it and bent the tip at every angle until it found its way through the entire line. I was so happy with his persistence and determination to fix my issue!  I hope Deepok will return in the event of any future plumbing needs. Thank you!

We would like to thank Sergio and Pablo for helping us out with the situation at our condo! We received great professional customer service. And explanation step by step of what they were going to do. They had to cut up our walls to change some pipes and other things to fix the problem. And were very neat about everything. I called them on a beautiful Saturday morning two weeks ago. Someone picked up right away. He offered an appointment on the same day between 3-5pm. He took my name, phone number and email address. I stayed home that afternoon and waited for them. Nobody showed up. No explanation or excuse was provided. That was so rude...

Norman did a great job on a drywall repair job on the ceiling. He took great care, patience, and detail to get the texture to match the rest of the wall. We were really happy with the end result. Thanks Norman!!

Sam, Ino, Jonathan, and Will were an incredible team to work with. We needed to get our sewer lateral into compliance after buying our home, and from the first phone call with Sam, I could tell that Avalon is a straightforward, honest company that strives to do its best for customers.

In the process of shopping around, companies were only giving us quotes for complete replacement. When Avalon came to the house, they did a detailed exam and pressure test, and told us that the system actually did not need a replacement and just needed some repairs to get us to code. In the process, they saved us so much money and time, and as new homeowners, it was VERY appreciated! A special shoutout to Ino for doing the work on the sewer lateral with a smile, and leaving the cleanouts and area around it in better shape than when we moved in. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

Very friendly and professional service. After having no success in finding new commercial toilet seats online and going to chain hardware stores, I went here. I met John who helped me. He checked a couple of his binders (they have a whole shelf of binders/resources!) and made a couple of calls, and within a few minutes he found the toilet seats I needed. He ordered them and called me a few days later when they arrived (He actually did this twice because I wanted to order one first to make sure it was the right one, and it was). Great price and free shipping. The toilet seats have since been installed and they look great! I will definitely go back for future bath/kitchen needs.

This Saturday, we wake up with the kitchen sink being locked. We tried the known procedures to make the drain going , but no luck.
Calling for urgent help never work too, as all are fully booked. I called the American plumbing and Raheb came to me live, no answering machine. I explained to him the urgent need. He was so kind of put me on his priority list for the day. He promised to come soon.
After almost 30 mints with no show up , he called to confirm coming and apologizes for the delay!
He came , after looking into it, he explained clearly the issue and the options.
I went with one of them. It wasn't that easy to open using his machines. He kept trying  Until it gets back into working.
His service is so professional and clean , his price isn't bad .

Savior Plumbing is the only plumbing company for me. I have used them three times and each time they have been responsive and thorough. Their customer service is without a doubt as good as it gets. My latest experience with them had to do with a leak. The City of Pleasanton said I had one hundred and fifty gallons of water going through my meter above my normal usage, per day. Savior Plumbing didn't give up until they found it and resolved the leak. It wasn't easy to find. It turned out to be under my pool deck, with no obvious signs. Nonetheless, all other sources were eliminated and this was it. Bypassing the faulty line and bingo, leak eradicated by my superheroes in red.

Responsive and professional service both times that I've called them.  Good work.

Jeff is amazing and I am VERY particular and exacting.  Jeff accommodated my busy schedule with the appointment.  He phoned to let me know he would be a few minutes late with the rain.  Upon arrival he was pleasant and smiling.  This job was an outdoors digging for the gas line to the firepit which was leaking and PG&E disconnected.  Jeff identified the connection leak, went to get the necessary part, did the repair and cleaned all the mud off the patio so you would never know he had been there.  

His pricing is very reasonable, his attitude amazing and the quality of his work superb.  He double checked the line under pressure for leaks and everything was perfect.  He came up with suggestions for maintenance and when asked discussed a solution for another problem.  He quoted a price on the spot and explained the lead time necessary to order a part on-line which saves me as the consumer money.  How many companies work this hard for their customers?  Very few making Jeff stand heads and shoulders above most businesses.  I can not recommend Jeff highly enough and will call him for any work in the future.

He is uncertified licensed plumber which has no bonds, no warranty, and no profit to customer for any qualify taxes purpose.  Overall, be aware with this Bob Cowden, plenty others quality licensed plumbers out there.

Great job to fix my clogged kitchen drain on a raining Sunday morning. Really appreciate.

The phone call was answered promptly. An appointment was scheduled on the same day. Gave a two hours window for the appointment & arrived early. I didn't have to wait long at all.  Bart was friendly and professional with his work.
He installed the toilet fill valve in less than 15 minutes. Made sure everything was in working order and clean up the area.  Gave me a short educational review of how the parts work. Bart really impressed me with his knowledge and efficiency.  Would recommend him to anyone else that have plumbing issues.

After contacting him in the morning, Marc came out the same day to help us with a leak in our garbage disposal piping.  He was fast, courteous, and jovial during his time here, and since the work ended up being less than he had estimated he reduced the price on the spot. Further, he offered to credit us should we decide to use him to replace the garbade disposal later this year if the repair doesn't hold.

Overall excellent experience; I'd absolutely call him again.
