I called and was put on hold for 10 mins. A receptionist replied and told me there is a number I will need to call to find more information! WHAT?! Bad experience.

Sunday afternoon and had a clogged kitchen sink.  The property management company uses Master Plumbing and happy their open for business on Sundays.  Jorge was professional and quick to fix my sink.  I would highly recommend Master Plumbing.

The kitchen faucet was leaking and it really inconvenienced us with cooking and washing. I had considered the matter an emergency. I contacted several local plumbers, who either never called me back or wanted to come the week after. Luis picked up the phone immediately and was able to come the same day I called. He wore appropriate personal protective equipment which put us at ease during the pandemic and was honest about his pricing. Would call again if another emergency arises.

I work for a church and with churches there's bound to have repair as the norm. I was researching places nearby and saw this company with great reviews.

Had a previous company come out for an estimate and decided to get a second opinion. The Tech that came out was Pedro. Pedro was awesome. Super easy going, friendly and most of all informative. I showed him the issues that needs attending to and from there he informed me of what needs to be done.

Being new to this position,  he understood and informed me step by step of the process to be repaired. I asked for a estimate since the Board has final say.

The estimate came almost right after or the next morning. The person emailed, Joel was great in helping out with finding other alternatives for different types of pricing to show to the Board.

After confirming with the Board for what needs to be done, I sent a confirmation email which was responded by Joel and then a phone call from Kory (spelling? or Corey?) The scheduling process was a bit of a juggling part on my end b/c of multiple things going on at the church but Kory was great in being so accommodating.  Had it scheduled for later in the day so there wouldnt be any interruptions.

Day of the Repairs.
The awesome part was that the same Tech showed up to do the repairs. Its great b/c he already been here previously instead of a new tech and then re-showing all of items.

Repair #1 - Clogged sink -
Super fast repair and showed the before/after and potential work that might need future repairs.

Repair #2 - Waterheater replacement -
Ran into some hickups but Pedro kept me in the loop of what was going on and what had to be done. Voltage and sizing was an issue due to the location of where it was. Apparently in the past, the contractors installed the water heater and then enclosed it afterwards, which caused the access size to be smaller than the norm. He had to come back the next day to have a slimmer/smaller unit with the same voltage. It was disappointing but understandable.

Next day came, texted me his ETA and went straight to work on the water heater. Showed before pictures, the process of what he did, and the overall after. It looked great and the process was smoother than expected. Payment was all done digitally and a receipt was sent in a snap.

Will most definitely keep them in our book for future repairs.

Norman was very meticulous,  easy to work with and flexible with timings.  He knew what he was doing from the get go and made sure he communicated it. I needed him to make two dry wall repairs. Was very happy with the finished work. Would definitely recommend!

10/10 would recommend Will and his guys! Will was really accommodating and responsive when setting up appointments and quotes. We had some pipes replaced as well as some work done with our water heater. We shopped around a bit but ultimately went with Avalon Services because they were the most communicative and had the best rates. Sam was the lead guy during these jobs and he was really friendly and helped explain everything in a way for folks who don't know anything about plumbing. Amazing work y'all!

I have had Matthew do several jobs for me over the last 3 years. A tankless hot water heater & water softener replacement, bathroom & shower fixtures, shower/tub spout/diverter and other valves & spigots around the house.

His work is completed in a reliable manner and he communicated what he was doing on everything. His pricing included taking the old stuff away.

I thought I had a clogged tub drain but he found the plunger was half closed so he made a pretty simple adjustment instead of a messier snaking process.

He does the work carefully & cleans up when he is finished. He even put booties on his shoes to protect the floors.

We went to Powder Room on Monday afternoon 30 minutes before closing time. The old man didn't seem to welcome me and my kids. His tone and physical gestures implied that me and my kids shouldn't come this late. Nevertheless, I tried to behave and talked to him nicely to let him know that I was a serious buyer. He did treated us nicer after I asked him for help. Overall, I would say I didn't feel like I was getting proper treatment from him. Maybe he had a bad day or maybe he wanted to claim his right to  refuse service to any person for any reason.
I told him that my husband and I would come back the next day to make the final decision. He simply asked me who was buying? The pumper, the husband or you?
Whatever he meant, I decided not to come back to his store.

I had a leaky bath tub faucet. Within 15 mins they were at my front door ready to fix the problem. They did the job extremely quickly and without any complaints or hassles. The guy also had the part on hand so he didn't need to order it or pick it up. I was pretty impressed great service and I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.Amy was able to get plumbers to my home quickly,I really appreciate it.The plumber sent  was Oly who was friendly and knowledgeable and an assistant who was also very nice.The work was done in a reasonable time and they cleaned the floor afterwards.GOODJOB! I would definitely  recommend  this business.

Great family owned plumbing supply in the east bay. They have just about any plumbing supplies you'll need, whether your a plumber, or an average joe trying to fix his toilet. They are cheaper than Home Depot in many areas, but not all. The staff are always friendly and excited to help you and are generally very knowledgable. Plenty of room for Parking and loading up trucks. Will definitely be back.

Work was done right and good. Just too expensive. They charge a lot on labor, parts and travel fee. Do not think I can afford to come back to them.

Called them Sunday morning for a leaky hose on hot water heater, they showed up when they said they would (actually, earlier), the plumber was both helpful and nice.  Rates (for a Sunday) seemed fair.  All in all, couldn't have gone better.

Outstanding service! Local plumbing company providing quality service. Returned to check system at no additional cost. I highly recommend for all plumbing repairs.

I noticed water under our water heater on Saturday morning and Bob's name and number were written on it.  He installed the water heater for the previous owner over 10 years ago.  I called Bob and left a message. He called back within an hour and said he had other jobs lined up for the day but he could come by at 4 PM. He asked me questions over the phone that confirmed that the problem was a leak within the tank. Bob was on time and knew immediately what to do. Within two hours, he had removed the old water heater and installed a new one. There were a couple of drain lines still to install, but it was getting late, so he came back Sunday morning at 10, again on time, to finish the job. Bob is affable, capable, efficient and clearly takes great pride in his work. His dogs are friendly, too. I highly recommend Bob Cowden plumbing.

We needed a gas line installed to our fireplace.  Wilver clearly understood and described what needed to be done.  He and his team completed the work quickly and they did a great job.   The price was fair too.  I highly recommend Wilver and Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter and Service.

Bart is excellent.  Ended up having to come to our house 2x for a tricky faucet repair, always on time, super nice and a true expert in his field.  I'd recommend him to anyone and will definitely be using Everclear Plumbing in the future.

Mark is the absolute best. Our bathroom door was blocked by an inadvertently opened vanity drawer and we couldn't get in. He came by soon after our call and, through pure ingenuity and persistence, managed to resolve the situation with no damage to the door and doorknob. Hands down the best handyman we've seen. He even brings his own booties and he is fully vaccinated!
