Yelp helped us find Allstate when we needed the drain lines cleared after clogging in our bathroom.  They gave me an appointment, were on time and quick with the solution, and showed my husband where the clog was located then cleared it out.  I am very happy supporting local small businesses and Allstate came through as promised.  I highly recommend them to friends and family.

Our main drain plugged up that a flush of the toilet will make water rise in the tub and water backup in showers too. We called Master Plumbing. A technician came within about one hour, and diagnosed the problem quickly and unplugged the drain for a little more than an hour.  He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and what he's doing step by step. After the drain was unplugged (I could see the water coming down in our shower, tub and all), he made sure the main drain was really unclogged by flushing and checking the pipe connection from our house to the city's drain pipes. He showed me and we listened to the water rushing through from an opening on our pipeline next to the street.  

He charged about one hour and 15 minutes of labor at their standard rate. For an emergency problem with the main drain, not just a sink or toilet, we are very happy with the cost and result. The technician is very honest and courteous, and was not motivated to overcharge by time or selling extra services at all.

This is the third we used Master Plumbing, the prior two times were also satisfactory. We'll use this plumber again.

My hubby got home late from a 15 hour day. I hit him with the drains are clogged. He was so exhausted he just said call someone. We picked the perfect man to call. Luis immediately responded. Called and got an answering service who took my information, told her I needed to locate my clean out.  Got a call back from Steve who tells me that is not my specialty...never heard of something like that from a plumber before.  I told him I thought that was strange and that they may want to indicate the fact that they won't locate or touch a clean out on Yelp (where there is no info on their services), that is when he began interrupting me and trying to speak over me - so he could tell me no one else has ever minded.  If you won't touch a clean out your potential clients should be made aware of that, so should your answering service.  If you care about your Yelp rating you should exercise professionalism during phone calls.

Norman is a great handyman that does very high quality work. He takes his time to get the job done right and doesn't cut corners. I've had Norman do a few jobs around the house included removing some garage cabinetry, fixing the electrical power in a garden shed (very difficult to diagnose), installing undercabinet lights in my kitchen, repairing a bunch of dry rot wood siding, and repairing a outdoor stone veneer wall. I've found him to been honest, reliable, and someone who communicates well throughout. I would happily hire him again.

I had a leak under my sink so I contacted Avalon to have someone check it out. It so happens that the previous owner didn't connect the drain pipe under my sink correctly.  John came and spent a good amount of time trying to reconfigure the piping up to code.  He recommended a permanent solution moving my drain pipe which required a bigger job to be done at a later time.  I scheduled for the bigger job which was to be completed by another guy, Evan.  John arrived with Evan to do a warm handoff before starting the job (which was really nice).  At first, Evan attempted to try to reconfigure the pipes to potentially avoid the big job completely - which I did not ask for, he made this attempt on his own (looking out for me as a customer).  He took some time but was able to figure it out! He Facetimed with one of the owners to review his work to make sure it was up to code.  The owner commended his good work and the big job didn't need to be completed after all.  They could've just moved forward with the original job a received more money, but they were looking out for me and saved me about half the amount I would've spent.  I can tell this company really cares for its customers and treats them like people.  I'm new to the area and I need a local plumbing company I can rely on.  Avalon Services is saved in my phone for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Our 17 yr old tankless water heater stopped working.  It was determined that it was time for a new one.  We hired Matt Garber of Smash Plumbing to do the job.  Although we stayed with the same manufacturer, apparently the exhaust system needed updating which made the replacement a little more complicated that we initially thought.  We found Matt not only knowledgeable but professional and a man of great integrity.  We saw a very hard worker who was time efficient and conscientious.  He cleaned up the area well after the job was done and was friendly and courteous from the moment he stepped in the door.  Matt will be at the top of our plumbing services list and we will happily recommend Smash Plumbing to family and friends.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with John and The Powder Room.  I found myself in a pinch and in need of a cabinet and counter top for a remodel that was already in the works.  John was so helpful, worked with me on different manufacturers that met the color and style I wanted.  He followed up on status, before I even needed to ask.  I highly recommend John and the personal touch he provided.

Fast Response came to my rescue again today! I was having problem getting a reasonable service appointment to fix a hissing toilet with a plumbing company assigned by my home warranty company. So I woke up this morning and decided to give Fast Response a call. Joe answered the phone promptly, gave me an estimate over the phone, and a service appointment for today. Less than three hours later, Tim from Fast Response called, he had arrived earlier, fixed the problem and charged me same as Joe's estimate. Another holiday saved by Fast Response!!! Thank you Tim and Joe! Merry Christmas!!!!!

I didn't get the &10 coupon..what I got was a  technician who answered every question before work started. Russell was efficient , respectful and just a hella nice guy.  He left the area around water heater clean , that is always a +  . If you need plumbing work ask for Russell you will be happy

He is uncertified licensed plumber which has no bonds, no warranty, and no profit to customer for any qualify taxes purpose.  Overall, be aware with this Bob Cowden, plenty others quality licensed plumbers out there.

Wilver and his team are one of the best companies we worked with.  They're super responsive, quick, and honest about everything upfront.  Wilver explains all the work that needs to be done step by step so there aren't any surprises. We highly recommend them!

Bart came out to clear our multiple plumbing emergencies . He has to crawl under the house, replace a large section of pipe and then snake out more sections.   Considering he was working under a warranty claim, I feel he went above and beyond to help us out.  Much Appreciated!

Mark is the best!  I would recommend him to everyone I know.  Our bathroom P-Trap nut disintegrated in my hands while I was trying to clean under the sink.  Thought it would be an easy fix and while at it swap out the faucet.  I was wrong.  I had been searching for a handy man and was very impressed with the positive feed back Mark had received.  I sent him a message immediately and we were scheduled for today.  We finally have a bathroom sink that works perfectly!  Anyone in need of a professional, reasonable price and over all friendly demeanor who gets the job done don't look any further.  Call or email Mark!  Thank you Mark!!!
