I got a water heater leak today and everything just looked as bad as it could be. Called up a couple plumbing companies and allstate is the first to come with very competitive price for the replacement project. The installer Eddie is very friendly and gave me quite some hints regarding how to keep the heater longer. The removal and installation all happened within 2 hours after the arrival and I got a working new heater for the night.

Condo HOA asked that I call Master Plumbing to check out a plumbing issue that could potentially be a building issue. The technician was good (Anthony), however at the time of the invoice, even though my HOA had communicated to Master Plumbing that they would foot the bill so to bill them directly, they insisted that I foot the cost and give my CC details - does not make any sense. Customer Service (Ken & Austin) were extremely rude and did not want to listen to what I was saying.

Does it really matter to them who pays the bill as long as it is being paid? Why make a huge fuss about this? Too bad this happened, just left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Luis was great. Our toilet was clogged and we tried using the toilet plunger and we even bought a snake at Home Depot but it still didn't work. Lewis told us that to try different methods before he actually had to come to visit and for us to spend the cost for sending a plumber in. We took his advice and they worked and saved ourselves a lot of money. I will definitely recommend Luis to anyone who needs plumbing issues. I will definitely call him back the next time if we have any maintenance issues with our plumbing.

We remodeled our bathroom a couple of years ago, but the people who installed the new tub and shower faucets did not make the water temperature controls hot enough, so we have only been able to use tub and shower during the summer when it is hot enough.

It's been really tough finding someone to come and fix this issue, but when I found Norm on Yelp he was able to come by and give us a reasonable estimate. It was a little difficult working out our schedules, but I was very happy that we finally had him over today (a Sunday) to fix the issues! Norm did a fantastic job fixing the temperature gauges and it was AMAZING to be able to take a hot shower for once!

We would definitely have Norm back to fix other issues in our home. He was very considerate to take off his shoes when he came in and he didn't leave a big mess. He was kind and did a great job.

Will and his crew were awesome to work with. Amazing, Courteous, Customer Service and a hell of a nice guy.  I am completely 100% satisfied! I called Will, with a major sewer line back up issue, they were at my house that day to try and unplug it. I say try because it turned out to be a major issue. Long story short, Will, worked diligently to get the necessary permit, worked with my insurance company and with the sanitation department, dug a 12' deep trench, ran into unexpected, underground concrete that made the job harder than expected; but Will, and his crew kicked butt to make sure we could use our water and sewer ASAP. I would 100% recommenced Avalon Services to anyone.

This is the second time I've called Matt for my plumbing needs.  Last week when I called him in the morning he was able to come over in a few hours and handle my pumping issue.  He is very courteous, knowledgeable and an all around nice person.  I know I can count on SMASH PLUMBING to handle all my personal plumbing needs and for other service needs of our condominium building.

We needed what seems to be a funky piece to be able to flush our kohler toilet and luckily I found the powder room! John was superb from start to finish. He walked me through how to give him the part number to check if they had it in stock and they did! When I went into the shop, he happily put the pieces together for me so we didn't have to fumble with it when I got it home. My hubby was DELIGHTED to know he had less work to do!! He just had to install and flush the toilet! Yay! Story continues! John called me back the next day to check if the part was working ok for us! What amazing customer service! It's like I had surgery and the doc was calling to check in on my recovery! Go to the Powder Room the next time you have plumbing needs, they're really top notch!

He is uncertified licensed plumber which has no bonds, no warranty, and no profit to customer for any qualify taxes purpose.  Overall, be aware with this Bob Cowden, plenty others quality licensed plumbers out there.

Bart and Everclear are terrific. We needed a plumber on short notice to fix a backed up toilet and shower on a Saturday.  Bart was super responsive, showed up as scheduled, was very professional and knowledgeable and got the job done right the first time for a reasonable price.  Bart went above and beyond, he not only fixed the toilet and shower, but also cleaned the bathroom (it was nasty from the toilet/shower issue) and solved a water pressure problem without additional charge.  I highly recommend Bart and Everclear.

Little girls can be so creative! For example, right before we were having guests our daughters put a plastic cap just the perfect size to clog our toilet and make it irretrievable.  Happy New Year!  

I am actually quite handy with a wrench and I often try to fix my own home repairs, but in this case I couldn't get it out with the plumber's snake. Sometimes I do not have the tools or the time to do the job.

As you have seen from the other reviews, Mark is efficient, professional, and very reasonably priced. I would also note that he came to fix our toilet on New Year's Eve, pulled the toilet off, fished out the cap, and installed the toilet in about an hour.  He also installed a microwave for us at our condo and was flexible with schedule changes while we were waiting on a delivery.

He is very pleasant and was patient with our two little curious girls. Highly recommended and I will use him again.
