Um, one of the worst experiences I have had and not to mention the very first with trying to get work done with a plumber.  Guys came in at the appointed time and I went over what I wanted done and when they gave me the price I took 2 steps back because it was ridiculous considering that the things I wanted done, I could do myself but wanted the professional work done.  They asked for 625 bucks to replace the bathroom faucet and handles, install a faucet for the sink, and fix a faulty part of a toilet.  When I asked them if I were to get a new toilet how much would it cost to install it.  They told me 250 bucks!  If it means anything to anyone, it's not the price really that makes whether or not I would do the service it's the HONESTY!  These guys surely had none.  There was 2 of them.  So considering they both did the job and got it done in one hour that's 600 bucks an hour and for the 2 of them make that 300 bucks an hour - COMPLETE RIP OFF!  I hate cheaters, liars, and scammers and they seem to fit the picture.

Had a leak in my shower that was driving me crazy for weeks. So I called Master Plumbing, they sent someone out the very next day. Jorge was his name, he definitely has an art to his craft not only did  he fix my shower, he also straightened out my shower head. It was pointing towards the wall for some reason. I've had bad experiences  with  other plumbing companies so I was worried about the attitude  the person who came might have. It was all for nothing he was extremely helpful and friendly, I obviously recommend this company and if they happen to send Jorge your way then you're  in luck.

this review is way overdue but this is the 2nd time we've used luis' services. he's very professional, knowledgeable, skillful, and helpful. more so he is extremely kind and great to work with. he's honest about the repairs to be made, pricing is reasonable. great responsiveness as well with prompt call/text back. he was even so nice as to entertain my call off hours and help troubleshoot an issue over the phone. lastly, he's clean and respects our home by removing shoes or wearing shoe covers as necessary. a great man who does  great work, thank you so much!

We noticed a lot of water dripping under our kitchen sink this morning.  I crawled under the sink but could only tell that it was coming from the main faucet, and that the flow increased when I turned on the water, hot or cold.  Steve has done excellent work for me in the past, so I called his answering service, and he called me back within seconds.  

Before scheduling an appointment, Steve asked me a few questions.  It turned out that the solution to the problem was very simple.  All I had to do was pull the flexible metal hose out from the fitting above the sink and tighten the fitting between the hose and the faucet.  Problem solved.  No charge.

Norman, is awesome!!! He patiently helped us fix our sprinkler system and home plumbing. He responded promptly, came out on time and resolved the issue. Call Norman if you're in a pinch and need plumbing help!

I have been working with Will for years and he has always been incredibly helpful and easy to work with.  He has done work on our bathrooms, our sewer line, our water heater, and our sewer lateral when others could not figure out where our leak was!    We even had a problem installing a new vanity and he talked me through it over the phone free of charge (on a saturday!).  He is someone who explains things in a way you can understand and gives you options.  I appreciate him and he is quite responsive.

This is the small business family man that you want to give all your money to. Matt is amazingly fast and quick! Defintiely is patient and concerning, making sure everything is explained. I had a water heater that was on is way out, 16 years old. Matt looked it at it, called my home warranty company, it was seamless. Old one was out and new one in record time. He even made sure it was up to code as the previous relief pipe was not to today's standard. Defintiely having Matt come out for all my other plumbing needs. A whole house filtration system is next!

The Powder Room occupies a small corner space on N Santa Cruz Avenue, across Roberts Rd from the DMV.  It is 2 short blocks from the larger and more forbidding Los Gatos Plumbing Supply showroom.  I was looking for a solution to a problem that I had with it taking minutes for hot water from my heater to arrive at some of my faucets.  I was wasting many gallons of water just to get hot water for my sink and dishwasher.  I assumed that I would need an auxiliary, under sink, water heater installed.

Instead, the saleswoman at The Powder Room recommended a hot water circulation pump, and a patented comfort valve.  I incorrectly assumed that I would need to install a hot water return line, but this system uses the existing cold water line, obviating the need for extensive plumbing work.

The folks who own the showroom also own Thornes Plumbing.  Tom Thorne does installations for fixtures purchased at the store.  We bought the pump and made an appointment for installation.  Tom arrived at the exact time scheduled, and he quickly and neatly installed the pump and valve.

The solution works great, and I am very pleased with the knowledge and service from The Powder Room.  Highly recommended!

American was recommended by a friend and after checking yelp, I decided to try. I called in the morning and Raheb came later that afternoon.  He was professional and worked quickly.  I would use American again and recommend to a friend.

Installed a water heater and ran a gas line to my dryer. Very friendly and performed excellent work at the quoted price. Will be my first call for a plumber next time I need one. Thanks!

This is the first time that we have used Savior Plumbing and it won't be the last. We had called them to come to inspect and fix a suspected leak under our bathroom toilet. Dave was really prompt and took care of everything in a timely fashion. Usually, with these issues you never know how crazy the bill could be but they were fair and I was very pleased with how easy the process went. We are always happy to support a local business when we can.

Great experience all around.  Called late afternoon for a non-emergency.  I was offered a 2-hour appointment window for the following morning.  Ken called at the beginning of the window to let me know he would arrive in 30 minutes. He showed up on time, gave me a sensible estimate and quickly completed what he set out to to.  All around amazing experience from beginning to end--very happy with the work, price and service.  5 stars!

My toilet was leaking through to the neighbors downstairs. Russel came up to let me know. I had him replace the toilet.  He walked me through everything I needed to know.  He did the work fast and clean.  Russell was very nice and knowledgeable.  I appreciate the work he did and know who to call if I need any plumbing need

He is uncertified licensed plumber which has no bonds, no warranty, and no profit to customer for any qualify taxes purpose.  Overall, be aware with this Bob Cowden, plenty others quality licensed plumbers out there.

Great job to fix my clogged kitchen drain on a raining Sunday morning. Really appreciate.

Bart from Everclear is great. He's a professional, honest, friendly guy who's upfront and doesn't overcharge. I had a clogged drain and he arrived on time, got it resolved, and charged me the price he quoted even though it was more effort than he anticipated. He even gave me a warranty on his fix which he made good on when a sink started dripping again. I will be calling him again!

Marc is super nice and very skilled.  He was also very generous with me.  His pricing is very fair.  He also communicates well and in a timely manner.  I MUCH appreciated that!
