I had a leaking sprinkler pipe and called Allstate after reading the other reviewer's notes. The repairman came out within 2 hours and undid all the damage that many a previous hack plumbers tried but failed to fix (myself included). Cost was higher than I would have liked, but he used all copper material and even installed a valve so I wouldn't have to turn off water to the whole house if anything further down the line (i.e. cemented PVC pipes) went wrong in the future.

Overall, I'm glad I called Allstate and will call them again when the need arises.

It's 7:30 am on a Saturday and 3 different fixtures are suddenly clogged. Uh-oh, not a good day. So, how could I possibly have been in a good mood by that afternoon? Charlie at Master Plumbing! He arrived on time, was polite, courteous, and all the things you appreciate in a tradesperson. He quickly troubleshot the problem (it wasn't my main) and fixed it within 45 minutes. As long as he was there (and I still had some time in my requisite first hour), I asked Charlie if he could check my main for roots. After a quick call to his dispatcher, he was on the job. I was actually happy to pay him for not only getting me back to doing laundry and Saturday chores, but also for giving me the peace of mind of knowing my main will be root-free for a while.  Oh, and he was great with my kids.  

The only downside to using Master is they were pretty busy and I had to wait 4 hours before they could have someone at my house. The plumber was on-time for the window they gave me, though.

You need a plumber? CALL THIS GUY! He's on time, professional, super friendly and gets the job done.  Lord knows I tried everything under the Sun to unclog my kitchen sink because I wanted to save money. If I would've just called this guy first, I would've had my kitchen back in 20 mins.  Gave great tips on keeping our pipes clean too.  Will definitely use him again if any problems should arise.

When our kitchen sink was leaking, we reached out to a few plumbers to get a quote. Advanced Quality Plumbing was the quickest to respond and they were home within an hour after the call, to take a look at the sink and give us an estimate.

They recommended replacing the kitchen faucet, and even recommended a particular brand and model, which made it very easy for us to buy it. Within the next 2 days, we made an appointment for them to come over and not only replace the kitchen sink faucet, but also a couple of wash basin sinks in our bathrooms. They were flexible with the timing to come home and replace the faucets, were very professional, prices were reasonable and handled the job in a clean way. Another bonus is that they accept credit cards.

I reached out to Norman about fixing my garbage disposal. He called back within a few hours and helped me troubleshoot via the telephone. He even sent me a YouTube link. He helped me free of charge and now he has a customer for life! 10/10 would recommend.

Will at Avalon was nothing short of great with my sewer lateral replacement. On time, response, communicative and did the work at a very fair price. Would definitely use Avalon in the future.

Yesterday was the first time I stopped in. I needed galvi pipe plug and some blue monster tape and dope for a 1.25 natural gas line I was capping off. It was Saturday and so all the regular supply houses were closed and Home Depot does not carry any metal pipe stuff anymore. I thought I needed 1.5 but when I got back to the shop I realized it was 1.25. No big deal. Stopped by today Sunday and exchanged it. This place is a legit plumbing supply house that not a big corporate mess. Really helpful guys. I'll be coming here all

Tom Cortez suggested that I make my laundry room inside my home more spacious, by rerouting 220 electrical outlet and lint outlet all on one side.  My existing water heat was so hard to get to as my dryer was on the left side and washer was on the right side.  Lint trap behind dryer was blocked as my room was so small and dryer was pushed back to the timber block wall.

He suggested that a stackable washer and dryer to have both on one side of laundry room.

His crew installed everything in A timely matter.  
If I had a questions or concerns, Tom, got right back with me on the phone.

We used Fast Response Plumbing to replace our toilet.  I received a quote promptly and was able to schedule the appointment as soon as Esvin was able to verify that the toilet I wanted was available.  They took care of everything, from purchasing the toilet, to installation, to removal of the old toilet and cleaning up.  The technicians were professional and courteous.  Great job!
