Allstate Plumbing is awesome! They are reasonable and upfront about their cost is services. They have done several projects for us and have done an impeccable job each time. They will be the only plumbers I use from now on!

Very very expensive. The guys were late as well. Felt they were rude too. Minor thing and they charged huge.

Luis just left my house 30 minutes ago and could not get this review posted quickly enough.

Hard to know where to begin this review. I'm an older guy and have a lifetime of dealing with General and Sub Contractors, some good, some not so good and more than a few absolutely terrible!!

I had a few plumbing issues in my house that needed to be taken care of reasonably quickly. Called and emailed several plumbers. Responses were varied. Some never replied. 1 answered his phone, listened to what I needed, said he could do it tomorrow, gave me a general price range, then said he'd call me back in a few hours to set the appointment. I never heard back from him. This type of behavior is common with contractors.

I called LM Plumbing and Luis answered and, like the previous guy,  listened to the issues and then gave me, 1)- a completely easy to follow price range and, 2)- a set appointment for the next day at 9AM

The next morning (today) Luis texted me at 8:15AM and said he was on the way and would arrive on time. This was a great added feature of his service. He arrived 8:45AM, 15 minutes early.

Long story short, Luis cleared 3 clogged drains and was able to free a completely jammed garbage disposal all within 30 minutes!! His price was  OUTSTANDING!!! Luis left my house at 9:25AM. 40 minutes!!!

Luis was professional, yes, but, more importantly he was polite, friendly and explained everything he was doing as he went through the repair process. What a nice guy.

I can tell everyone that my experience with Luis and LM PLumbing was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. If you ever have the need for a plumber you will never do better than contacting Luis at LM Plumbing. He is at the very top of my list.

A year or so ago I put together a list of recommended service providers, for example plumbers, so that when an urgent plumbing event happened I would already have the best person to call based on the experiences of others. I obtained the information from Bay Area Checkbook, Yelp, BBB, State Contractor's Lic Board, etc.  Alfred Williams Plumbing was on my list. So after discovering a toilet leak at floor level, I called them for help. Steve came out, removed the toilet, installed a new wax seal and reset the toilet in a very short span of time. The fee was reasonable. I was quite impressed. I have his card and for future plumbing needs I regard Williams Plumbing as a first choice service provider.

Norman has completed a few projects around our house, in addition to doing work over the past year at an apartment complex I manage.  He has always taken his time to do a quality job, and also keeps me informed of his progress.  He has completed our projects in a timely manner and we've been happy with the quality of his work.

I had made an appointment in May but I had to reschedule and was able to finally have our toilet installed today. When I first spoke to William he was very friendly and honest. He was quick to respond and charged a fairly reasonable price, very reasonable compared to others. Sam came in today and installed the toilet with no problems and completed the installation in less than a hour.  Sam was very friendly. I would definitely use Avalon again! Thanks Sam and William!

Our 17 yr old tankless water heater stopped working.  It was determined that it was time for a new one.  We hired Matt Garber of Smash Plumbing to do the job.  Although we stayed with the same manufacturer, apparently the exhaust system needed updating which made the replacement a little more complicated that we initially thought.  We found Matt not only knowledgeable but professional and a man of great integrity.  We saw a very hard worker who was time efficient and conscientious.  He cleaned up the area well after the job was done and was friendly and courteous from the moment he stepped in the door.  Matt will be at the top of our plumbing services list and we will happily recommend Smash Plumbing to family and friends.

I am normally an internet shopper since I never feel there is a value add in fixture stores, however the folks at powder room have completely turned me around.  They were so helpful as I was working on my kitchen remodel.  When we start the bathroom remodel, I will absolutely start by coming to the powder room when I am ready for fixtures!  Great selection, fast delivery and helpful feedback.  Thank you powder room!

The gentleman who answered the phone when I called American Home Plumbing Service informed me that his equipment was broken and referred me to someone he said he knew and trusted named Gary. When I called Gary and asked for an in home estimate he said that plumbers do not usually offer that - which from my frantic research over the last 2 days I know to be untrue, but he said he could see what he could do so when I asked him when he might be able to come check out the problem he said to text my address and he'll try to get to me on his way home. When I pressed him for a time so that I am not waiting on standby all day, I also let him know I have others giving estimates today too because I have never needed plumbing work done, and needed to know what a fair price was. He flat out declined to work with me stating that he doesn't work on top of other plumbers. Obviously I don't need two plumbers at the same time, but I am certainly not going to let myself get taken advantage of so I WILL price shop, I am allowed that. But apparently that worried him - so, good thing I dodged that bullet. Bad referral, and bad treatment, and sadly it reflects poorly on this company for referring me.

I have been having issues with my drains since I got my place. Tried to do the work myself. Had another plumber come out who wanted to charge me more than my car payment just to fiddle with it and no guarantee.

Mauro's plumbing was phenomenal. Quick response. Concise and clear explanation of the work and fair pricing. Recommend and will call again.

Super organized and kind family-owned business. We showed up with a long list of items we needed and YaYah had it all pulled in no time.

Had Savior Plumbing out to replace an instant hot fixture which was leaking.  Eric showed up on time and completed the job quickly and expertly.  I've used Savior Plumbing before and have always been pleased with their work and the friendly, knowledgeable work done by their workers.

Super sharp guys at Fast Response. Joe and Tim provided excellent consultation into a water flooding issue in our home. They were able to find the solution to the problem we have and give recommendations on how we can resolve it. We appreciate their speed, expertise, and professionalism. Thank you also for being super chill and friendly and helping us solve such a stressful issue.

From start to finish, working with In Demand has been great. Jesse was polite, friendly and very professional. He texted if it was ok to come early, and had our new water heater installed perfectly and in no time. He answered my questions and was able to add on a quick small job and fix one of our toilets. I've used In Demand before and had the same excellent and fairly priced service. We'll use them for all of our plumbing jobs. Highly recommend them!

I noticed water under our water heater on Saturday morning and Bob's name and number were written on it.  He installed the water heater for the previous owner over 10 years ago.  I called Bob and left a message. He called back within an hour and said he had other jobs lined up for the day but he could come by at 4 PM. He asked me questions over the phone that confirmed that the problem was a leak within the tank. Bob was on time and knew immediately what to do. Within two hours, he had removed the old water heater and installed a new one. There were a couple of drain lines still to install, but it was getting late, so he came back Sunday morning at 10, again on time, to finish the job. Bob is affable, capable, efficient and clearly takes great pride in his work. His dogs are friendly, too. I highly recommend Bob Cowden plumbing.

Wilver and his team are one of the best companies we worked with.  They're super responsive, quick, and honest about everything upfront.  Wilver explains all the work that needs to be done step by step so there aren't any surprises. We highly recommend them!

Bart came by today to diagnose a sink line clog. Ended up being a quick fix and he stayed to look over the aging pipes in my home and advised on what to look out for going forward. Super helpful, highly recommend!

Mark is the best!  I would recommend him to everyone I know.  Our bathroom P-Trap nut disintegrated in my hands while I was trying to clean under the sink.  Thought it would be an easy fix and while at it swap out the faucet.  I was wrong.  I had been searching for a handy man and was very impressed with the positive feed back Mark had received.  I sent him a message immediately and we were scheduled for today.  We finally have a bathroom sink that works perfectly!  Anyone in need of a professional, reasonable price and over all friendly demeanor who gets the job done don't look any further.  Call or email Mark!  Thank you Mark!!!
