I am a retired plumber and as a senior as much as I would like to repair problems in my home, I am not physically equip to. Upon looking for a company to replace my water heater, I came across Allstate Plumbing. Attached is a picture I saw which is a clear safety violation that the owner of this company posted. Technicians and service men are people too, that have families and lives. Do not allow a company to take advantage of their hard working techs to make a quick dollar. Being in a ditch over 5ft without shoring is highly dangerous.

Decent install, lousy service.

Installed a hot water heater several years ago which went well; however, the heater stopped working after about 8 years. Fine, thermocouples fail.

They replaced the entire pilot assembly which took two service trips and $300+. Then two weeks later, the pilot is out again and will not restart. They came out again and the pilot lit for their tech, who then said everything is fine, voided the repair warranty and went away. One week after that, the pilot is out again.

I'm not using Master Plumbing anymore.

Luis was able to quickly diagnose the issue an issue I was having with a clogged toilet and help me quickly resolve.  Excellent service and was very responsive with an initial phone call (in less than one hour).   Thank you again for everything Luis!!

A little pricey but did good work snaking my kitchen sink drain. Responsive, came within a couple of hours of my call for help!

Great service! We are selling a condo and our disposal went out so we needed a speedy fix.  Raheb responded the same day that we called him.  He was courteous and professional.  He determined that the disposal only needed a quick wrenching and good as new!  He wouldn't take any money for the task and that really told me what a great guy he is.  We will use him for all our plumbing needs in our new house!

Wanted to replace/upgrade my shower valve and trim. Contacted them but decided not to upgrade my shower fixtures after all - I just did a quick repair myself. But they did provide good customer service, competitive pricing, prompt response times, were available after hours, and can do the work 24/7. Local owned business.

I had a great experience with this company. They  went out of their way to get a plumber to me at a time that worked for me and was very short notice. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and reliable especially the lady who answered the phone (I think her name was Tonya) and Sam, the plumber who came to help. They called me back when they said they would, appointments were kept at the times they set them for, ETAs were accurate, the work itself was done in an efficient and dependable manner.

Is there a 6th star? Should have called them months ago (tail between legs). Repaired leaking faucet and talked me through the rest of the job so I can DIY it.

I had to kitchen sinks that went out on the same time. I needed someone right away and they were there the next day early in the morning.
Starting with the office with great customer service, Rebecca, to the plumbers Derek and Logan, they did an amazing job and super nice guys. Even my dog got some attention from them. Totally recommend this company *****all around!

He is uncertified licensed plumber which has no bonds, no warranty, and no profit to customer for any qualify taxes purpose.  Overall, be aware with this Bob Cowden, plenty others quality licensed plumbers out there.

Wilver and his team are one of the best companies we worked with.  They're super responsive, quick, and honest about everything upfront.  Wilver explains all the work that needs to be done step by step so there aren't any surprises. We highly recommend them!

Another plumbing company said we needed a huge process that would've cost many thousands of dollars. Bart Niciejewski, owner of Everclear, proposed a possible solution that wouldn't even require us to hire him. If that doesn't work, he proposed a back-up plan - also a 10th of the price of the first guys. How many of us have met a plumber that customer-friendly? He's awesome. We have an old building, so we'll definitely need more plumbing work in the future, and we'll definitely hire Bart.

With Thanksgiving around the corner, my husband and I realized it was time to call in Mark and Accolade Home Services.  We emailed and he came over, quickly surveyed the work, identified materials he would need to for the tasks and we scheduled a morning.  Yesterday was like MAGIC!  In a few hours, the items were completed, the list is gone and the house is ready.  He is so efficient and informative.  He educated us as he went about the work so that we learned more about our home, and some key safety tips.  From door latches to light fixtures - he diagnoses the problem and poof, it's gone.  As others have said, he's our go to guy.  So professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.
