Second time using Allstate. Both times received completive pricing, timely completion of service as promised, and courteous employees. Cleared and replaced piping in utility area of garage; and cleared and installed clean-out point to main drain.

Jake came out today on behalf of my HOA to check a plumbing issue.  Sharp, professional, and good at keeping me informed on what he was doing.  The four stars is because I can't speak to their pricing --- the HOA hired them.  However, based on Jake's professionalism, I'll definitely call Master when things are on my dime!

Unfortunately Louis wasn't able to help our particular situation however he was very quick to respond and was very helpful with great communication!

Kory and the crew went above and beyond to help me out. I had a leak in my bathroom's pipe going in the backyard. They responded promptly, provided estimate, had amazing communication and provided top notch service. I really appreciate their service, communication and them going above and beyond to help customers.

This is the second time I've called Matt for my plumbing needs.  Last week when I called him in the morning he was able to come over in a few hours and handle my pumping issue.  He is very courteous, knowledgeable and an all around nice person.  I know I can count on SMASH PLUMBING to handle all my personal plumbing needs and for other service needs of our condominium building.

I discovered The Powder Room on a whim while shopping for my kitchen remodel. I had intended to go down the block to a competitor but am so glad I popped into The Powder Room first. John helped me narrow down the best choice for my sink and faucet and recommended all the necessary additional accessories. I went back several times to make my final decision and he was patient each time, answering questions and giving suggestions. Their prices were more than reasonable and each item arrived within or earlier than estimated.

We also had Tom of associated Thornes Plumbing do the install and hookup. Both he and Kathy were extremely flexible and reasonable with my schedule and requests. Tom clearly has the knowledge and know how to tackle any job with fair, upfront service.

I would highly recommend The Powder Room for both fixtures and plumbing needs. They are a gem of a small, locally owned, knowledgable store. In fact, I am scheduled to do a small bathroom update in a few months and plan to stop back in. Thanks to Tom, Kathy and John!

A tiny bright spot in a messy and expensive situation: from start to finish, a warm, efficient and professional experience. Oly came, he diagnosed, he drove to Grohe supplier, and he conquered. I hope I never have to use Mauro's again, because frankly it's a total bummer dealing with a leak like this, but if I ever need a plumber, I'll have Mauro's on speed dial--and I would be happy to see Oly again, just because he's a really nice guy who really knows what he's doing.

Every time I visit this place I am greeted and surprised by theyre supply of what I need..

Savior Plumbing has been our go to plumber for many, many years.  They did all the plumbing installation in a bathroom remodel; have repaired plumbing fixtures; installed water heaters; found our buried clean out drain under the house and extended it to where it's accessible; fixed a gas pipe going to the stove and other plumbing needs.  They are always prompt, polite; get needed permits quickly; have plumbers that are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.  We have never  had to have them return to correct any work that they do.  They also have good billing practices and give you a receipt that clearly states what they have done.  It is legible as well as we receive it almost immediately by email after the work is completed. There aren't enough stars to award them!

This is probably the most important Yelp Review I will ever make...

We had to call for an emergency clog problem. At 5:30am my mom got in the shower and noticed that the water wasn't draining. She looked at our toilet and it was overflowing. We tried to plunge it ourselves but poopy and toilet paper water came back up into the tub. We were told our sink, toilet, and tub share one drain...if one is clogged, the other will be effected. Dennis (the owner) answered my call and came to our house within 30-45 minutes. He told us that the toilet will need to be pulled and he will snake out the clog. By the end of the day, the toilet, tub, and sink were flowing fine.

The following night, at around 11:00pm, I was about to take a shower and I noticed the shower wasn't draining properly. Again, the toilet overflowed and the water was backing up into the tub. Same problem. I called Fast Response Plumbing and Rooter again and Dennis and his partner Mario came within 30-45 minutes. They snaked down a camera and found that an object was stuck in our pipes, causing it to clog and drain water slowly. It could have been there for more than 10 years! They analyzed the problem and took care of it that night. To fix the problem, they had to find the pipe somewhere in the house, saw a hole open, cut the pipe, and take the object out. All done in about 3 hours. And pricing was not bad at all, considering the time, care, labor, and knowledge they had. $600 for the amazing job they did. I thought it was going to be $800+

Dennis and Mario were both very polite, friendly, caring and sympathetic. Dennis runs a busy, important, and dirty job that demands his attention at a moments notice. We are very appreciative for all their hard work and time they put into taking care of my family. Thank you so much!

P.S. We gave them coffee and cookies too =)

I've used Jeff C. for several previous plumbing jobs inside the house and was pleasantly surprised to see his company also handles outdoor sprinkler repair.  The other Jeff came out and promptly repaired my PVC pipe leak.  Thanks, Jeff!

We hired Bob several times for plumbing concerns.  He did a decent job on small jobs and was reasonablely priced.  Then, mysteriously, he just did not return calls, didn't follow through as he said he would, and never would explain his actions (or lack of action) to us.  We finally gave up and found another plumber who was better, reliable, and gave senior discounts.  We were actually never really sure if Bob Cowden was a licensed plumber as he never put a license or a number on his billing.

Great job to fix my clogged kitchen drain on a raining Sunday morning. Really appreciate.

Bart and Everclear are terrific. We needed a plumber on short notice to fix a backed up toilet and shower on a Saturday.  Bart was super responsive, showed up as scheduled, was very professional and knowledgeable and got the job done right the first time for a reasonable price.  Bart went above and beyond, he not only fixed the toilet and shower, but also cleaned the bathroom (it was nasty from the toilet/shower issue) and solved a water pressure problem without additional charge.  I highly recommend Bart and Everclear.

Nice person. Return call. Searched for handyman in san mateo.  However, he dies not go past Hillsdale Avenue.  So his company should not come up for San Mateo...hillsdale borders belmont.
