I called and was put on hold for 10 mins. A receptionist replied and told me there is a number I will need to call to find more information! WHAT?! Bad experience.

I completely recommend this company!  I recently had a huge plumbing disaster at my mother's home.  There was sewage coming up all the drains and none of her plumbing was usable.  My 92 year old mother was in tears when she called Master Plumbing and spoke with a young lady named Dianna.  She listened to my mother and calmed her down.  The plumber arrived to my mother's house within a couple of hours. In fact, they had a plumber available sooner than the time they quoted us and Marie called to see if they could come early.  By the time Jorge came out to fix the problem I had arrived to my mother's home.  Jorge was very courteous and very professional. He treated my mother who was still clearly upset with kindness. He worked quickly and obviously was very skilled.  I will be sure to request Jorge for our future needs  I called to thank Dianna the next day and she was just as genuine as my mother said she was.  She said she was only doing her job and understood why my mother was so upset, so letting her cry for a minute or two was not a hardship to her at all.  Thank you Jorge for your professional work and thank you Dianna for your kindness to my mother.  You both have represented your company well.

Luis is professional. Goes beyond and very honest guy. Price is reasonably well. He goes the distance. If you are in need of service. Luis is the right man for the job. He make sure the job is done right in a very honest reasonable price. With a 20 years experience, he is quick and very knowledgeable in his field of work. Could not call a better plumber than Luis! Our 17 yr old tankless water heater stopped working.  It was determined that it was time for a new one.  We hired Matt Garber of Smash Plumbing to do the job.  Although we stayed with the same manufacturer, apparently the exhaust system needed updating which made the replacement a little more complicated that we initially thought.  We found Matt not only knowledgeable but professional and a man of great integrity.  We saw a very hard worker who was time efficient and conscientious.  He cleaned up the area well after the job was done and was friendly and courteous from the moment he stepped in the door.  Matt will be at the top of our plumbing services list and we will happily recommend Smash Plumbing to family and friends.

Wow, what a refreshing experience at THE POWDER ROOM today. They abide by the fact that service is number one. I took my Grohe kitchen faucet in to buy a replacement. John looked it over, took it and cleaned 14 years of gunk out of it and replaced the rubber part and charged me $14.00, all in about five minutes. You have a gem of an employee in John. Thank you again for over the top service.

I contacted Raheb to fix a leaking plumbing pipe behind my drywall. His work was outstanding. He and his team showed up on time and finished the work on time. The work quality was outstanding. They took their time fixing the issue and then making sure the fix was working properly. He also fixed my wall back up as well. Really great service and guy. They are very reliable and quick.  I was very happy with their response time. We called 10 different companies but they were they only ones that made it happen.

Honest and awesome in every way.  I called Fast Response to get a second quote on replacing my sewer line.  Another plumber had spent hours in my home and recommended I do so due to sewage coming into my garage and my neighbor's garage.  Dennis from Fast Response checked my line with a camera inspection and told me that my sewer was clear and does not need to be replaced.  Indeed, the sewage was coming from my neighbor's home.  I truly wish I had called them first!!  I will definitely use Fast Response for any future plumbing work.

These guys are freaking awesome. I had Matt out for a new gas line and fridge water line run. They had the best quote, advised me of the best way to get what I wanted, excellent service, great tech integration with texts and payment options, I did have one issue but it was resolved within hours of reporting it. I have no complaints and these are the only plumbers I will call from now on.

Bob has done work for me on multiple occasions.  He has fixed toilets, unclogged stubborn drains, determined the source of leaking water in my home, replaced a kitchen faucet.  He shows up on time, calls to confirm, does great work.  His prices are very reasonable.

We needed a gas line installed to our fireplace.  Wilver clearly understood and described what needed to be done.  He and his team completed the work quickly and they did a great job.   The price was fair too.  I highly recommend Wilver and Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter and Service.

We had a great experience with Accolade Home Services. Mark responded to our inquiry the same day and came to our home a few days later. Unlike the two other handymen we contacted before, Mark actually came at the scheduled time. He addressed every item on our list and was great with my four year old daughter (who wanted to watch him work) and my dog. His fee was very reasonable, and we will definitely call him the next time we have to fix something.
