I called them after reading all the positive reviews. They are really good. A person answers the phone and someone was out to my home 2 hours later. He checked that my drains were not blocked and then diagnosed the problem to old toilets not flushing properly.
The next day they installed 2 new toilets and ran a snake through the drain anyway and confirmed it was clear.

Irene, even a dog can snake a tub drain and my plumber did it for $80. How much did Master Plumbing & Sewer charge you? I happened to have had the misfortune of using them because the management company of the building I live in recommended them, and oh boy, never again. They did come on time, I've got to give them credit for that, but then, the gentleman they sent me took 2 hours to do a 10-minute job. I swear, he performed the job in front of me in 10 minutes. The problem is that before he could start, he said he needed to shut off the water so he went to his truck (why?) and sat there for 50 minutes doing absolutely nothing. Then he came back and told me he had a hard time shutting off the water, so he left for another 30 minutes. He finally finished the job and guess how much time he charged me for? 2 FULL HOURS. He said the additional 25-minute charge was the time it took him to get to my place, so he charged me for that too! Can you believe that? I swear, this is the whole truth, nothing but the truth and I have the invoice to prove it. Email me and I'll send you a copy.

After reading so many positive reviews on Yelp, we decided to call Norman for a small project we needed done. Norman came the next morning. He was unable to do our project, but referred us to his associate Ray. Even though Norman wasn't about to help us with our job, he offered any assistance or help with any questions we may have. Ray called me immediately and came the next day. He offered an alternative suggestion to fixing our problem which worked out better than the original plan.

This is the second time I've called Matt for my plumbing needs.  Last week when I called him in the morning he was able to come over in a few hours and handle my pumping issue.  He is very courteous, knowledgeable and an all around nice person.  I know I can count on SMASH PLUMBING to handle all my personal plumbing needs and for other service needs of our condominium building.

Highly professional, impeccable work, so responsive I'd have to call it instantaneous. When my water heater stopped working, Mauro personally came within a few hours of my call. He arrived early. Gave expert advice. Got it running. Would not accept payment. Cautioned me that my 14-year-old unit would likely break again. Of course, he was right. The very next morning, 8 a.m., I asked him to replace the unit. Within an hour, his ace team of Juan and Jose arrived. They located the unit I wanted and installed it before noon. SAME DAY. I didn't think this kind of workmanship still existed. HIRE THESE GUYS!

This is a great shop. They have all the rough plumbing stuff you need. It's in bins so you can walk around and pick out what you want. Really handy if you are trying to figure it out. Having Sunday hours is a huge deal. They are on my short list of suppliers for sure!

I've used this company a few times and they always do great work and I always get really good customer service when calling to set up an appointment! I've gotten Dave a couple of times and he does a great job! I'll always call these guys for plumbing issues!

We just had Russell from In Demand Plumbing install a new kitchen faucet.  Everything about this company has been so professional and it's been a pleasure to have them do this work.  The communication along the way was great... texts and emails letting me know the expected arrival time complete with a photo of the technician.  Everyone I talked with was helpful, friendly and I felt cared for as a customer.  Russell was efficient and quick... answered all my questions, took time to adjust the weight on the spray hose until I was happy.  We did have some confusion as to the price quoted to do this which I suppose I may have misunderstood but Russell handled it well and told me I would only pay the price quoted.  In the end, I met them in the middle on the difference and all was good.  They took good care of me so I wanted to do the same.  I would highly recommend In Demand Plumbing and plan to use them in the future.

I've had Bob Cowden fix several things at my house, including unclogging pipes, installing a garbage disposal, installing new shower fixtures, etc.  His communication with clients is excellent, he returns calls quickly and shows up on time.  The one time he was running a little late, he called to let me know and told me what time he would be here.   I could not be happier with his plumbing skills and have never had any problems whatsoever with his work.  

He is very down-to-earth and friendly and easy to get along with.  He's even great with my pets.  He is eager to do whatever it takes to make the client happy.  A couple of times he's finished the work, then asked if there was anything else he could do at no extra charge since there was still some time left.  Seriously, how often do you hear providers so concerned about making sure their clients get their money's worth?

If you are looking for a plumber who is responsible, friendly, and really knows his stuff, look no further than Bob Cowden.  As long as he's in business, I will never have to hire another plumber.

We needed a gas line installed to our fireplace.  Wilver clearly understood and described what needed to be done.  He and his team completed the work quickly and they did a great job.   The price was fair too.  I highly recommend Wilver and Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter and Service.

We hired Mark to fix up a variety of things around the home we just moved into, from wooden gates and fences in the yard, to loose cabinets in the kitchen, to seals around shower fixtures. Mark took care of it all efficiently and professionally. He also made very pragmatic, sensible suggestions that were a lot easier than what I initially thought was needed.

I'm happy with the quality of his work and with how he communicated with us and got the work done promptly. I'm glad to have found a reliable home repair person.
