I would highly recommend this company. I recently had what I thought was a problem with the water pressure regulator & called Allstate. The service technician checked everything out & explained it all to me that everything was working correctly. It's this kind of customer service that makes customers want to come back when they have problems.

I received an email from Robyn the Operations Manager and she stated:
After investigating your review, we spoke with both drivers involved and have taken action to stop this dangerous behavior.

I thank them and will take them at their word. I'm sure I'll see the Orange Vans again, hopefully on better behaviour.

I had a plugged toilet. I called LM Plumbing (Luis) and he was here in 20 min. This is the 2nd time I have used Luis and it won't be the last. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Not only did he take care of the problem, but also showed me how to fix it in the future myself. He is the only one I will call in the future for any of my plumbing needs. Thank you Luis for such great service.

After moving into a new condo, found we had a plumbing problem DH could not fix. Called AW Plumbing and Steve was out the very next day - and after hours as well so I did not need to take time off work!  

Awesome job in only one hour - cannot believe how quick and easy, not to mention affordable, this service was.  Will call them again in a heart beat should I need plumbing assistance.

Experienced a property owner nightmare -- ceiling crack that after evaluation turned out to be a leak. Norman from the start was a great advisor from the start guiding and proving helpful information at each step. While we didn't use him for the leak evaluation, he helped directing us to a plumber (when it was urgently needed), then there to help with the repair once leak was repaired.

During the repair process, he set expectations and was always very communicative and through regarding price and information that would help guide in the best decision. Instead of rushing the process, was very patient and committed to completing the very best job. I'm so glad to have found him and will certainly use him again!

Beware: not Covid-safe!  The man working there is not requiring masks and is not putting one on himself -- yuck! Before going in this morning, I asked if he was enforcing a mask requirement and he said no I'm not wearing one so no.  There was some hand sanitizer on the counter but wouldn't risk it.

Like another reviewer, we tried to switch out an old Moen shower cartridge but the whole interior of the cartridge slid out and left the plastic housing stuck in place.  Now we couldn't turn the water back on because the shower valve would leak.  And because life is a bowl of cherries I had to get food poisoning at the same time which meant a lack of running water for the toilet was a BIG issue.

But then we called Raheb this afternoon and he was at our place within the hour!

After some careful extraction work, he was able to remove the darn thing without scratching the brass surround (which would have meant a very costly repair), replace it with the new cartridge and put everything back the way it was.  

Since he was there, we also asked about a sink in an unused bathroom that stopped flowing.  He fixed that in 2 minutes - showed me how to unscrew the piece at the mouth of the faucet to  release the build up of minerals was preventing flow from the tap (doh!).  

So within an hour, we had 2 items fixed and our water back on.

We learned that we had a serious gas leak in the house. After PG&E shut off the gas we were pressed to find a solution asap. We called several plumbers and learned along the way that the least expensive solution was to replace the entire gas line rather than dig a section under a concrete slab in the garage. Most of them priced the job by benchmarking prices to the more expensive Albert Nehman while others lacked the communication skills (not English-language skills) to explain the job or did not bother to examine the crawl space under the house.
When Mauro and his team arrived, he diagnosed and clearly communicated the new gas line route, explained the city code requirements and priced the job fairly. We waited a few days for him to start the job, but it was worth it. His amazing team worked hard in terrible weather to finish the installation in two days.  The job was done with city and PG&E inspections and was completed in timely fashion.
I have managed a Facilities department for a large retailer and dealt with many, many vendors. I found Mauro's Plumbing to be professional, fair, honest, thoughtful, and trustworthy. We will not hesitate to use them again for other projects.

I am very pleased with Savior Plumbing. I had a clogged up kitchen sink that was very last minute. I gave Tammy a call and within 15  minutes Tom shows up at the door. Tom unclogged my sink in 20 minutes tops. He was very professional and cleaned up well. He explained where the clog was and why it happened. He even taught me how to do it myself. Tom and Tammy are very honest people. I am so glad there are good and honest plumbers like you.

We were in desperate need of an expert plumbing contractor and we found Fast Response on Yelp. They deserve each of the five star reviews here, as I find it extremely rare to find a service professional as kind, honest, and accommodating as Dennis. He was both a joy to work with and impressive in his care and expertise.

Dennis shifted his schedule to meet our very urgent timeline to complete a job that included scoping, excavation, flushing pipes with high pressure water jets, repairing a downspout, and replacing pipes. I couldn't believe how quick yet high-quality his work was, for a fair price! Plus for someone who is out and about at all hours, probably not getting enough sleep, he has a great attitude and genuinely cares about resolving your plumbing issues. I would call them again without hesitation.

Want to thank Josh for excellent, professional service. Arrived on time, installed new shower faucet & shower head, answered all my questions. He was also COVID compliant with safety practices (wearing mask). Thanks Josh!

He is uncertified licensed plumber which has no bonds, no warranty, and no profit to customer for any qualify taxes purpose.  Overall, be aware with this Bob Cowden, plenty others quality licensed plumbers out there.

Bart replaced a bathroom faucet for my daughter's bathroom. He was honest, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything very well and made recommendations on where to get a more reliable faucet while saving money at the same time, and was willing to come back another day once the new faucet arrived. Honestly he was the best plumber i hired in the last 10 years. Highly recommended!

Little girls can be so creative! For example, right before we were having guests our daughters put a plastic cap just the perfect size to clog our toilet and make it irretrievable.  Happy New Year!  

I am actually quite handy with a wrench and I often try to fix my own home repairs, but in this case I couldn't get it out with the plumber's snake. Sometimes I do not have the tools or the time to do the job.

As you have seen from the other reviews, Mark is efficient, professional, and very reasonably priced. I would also note that he came to fix our toilet on New Year's Eve, pulled the toilet off, fished out the cap, and installed the toilet in about an hour.  He also installed a microwave for us at our condo and was flexible with schedule changes while we were waiting on a delivery.

He is very pleasant and was patient with our two little curious girls. Highly recommended and I will use him again.
