My realtor friend recommended Allstate Plumbing when our bathroom was suddenly clogged. They arrived in under 2hrs as promised, did a great job, cleaned up the area very well and left. Price-wise, when we felt that we had overpaid, the manager called us back the very next day and explained the details of the price and even sent us a check for $25 for inconveniencing us at dinner time..all said and done, very nice folks and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

We had a kitchen ceiling leak at our rental this past week. I had used master plumber of mountain view on previous jobs with great success so naturally called them with an explanation of my present dilemma. I always request Jimmy when he's available.  An excellent plumber. After identifying the existing issue, he takes the time to explain the probable cause and how he plans to correct the problem. And as an added benefit. Jimmy leaves the job site clean. Since entering the rental business, I rely on these honest yelp reviews to provide me with the very best venders. Marie S

Very happy I reached out to LM - had a project that was just beyond what I was comfortable doing myself. Luis was able to get to me next day and repaired the toilet that was a problem. Explained everything and did great work, very happy with LM and will use them again when I have my next plumbing surprise.

Keith was able to replace two of my shower panels with new shower systems we bought. The drywall guy was able to repair my drywall back to the original state. Price was reasonable. The project lasted about 3 days. There were some miscommunications and misunderstandings along the way but I'm glad we figured everything out. Now we have new shower systems in both bathrooms, so happy!

Best part: Really smart and concise communication.  This company would be great for an HOA big job because Will would probably explain to the HOA board well.   I had called several plumbers before I talked to Will.  He was the most communicative of all.  He explained what my options were including the most comprehensive way to fix my water heater issues as well as several other options.  So I chose an option and Juan was to come out the next day. He did and that went fine.  They were both very professional.  However there ended up being a mistake with the heater size that was picked up.  There was some compensation after discussion for the inconvenience.  Juan returned the next day with the right sized heater.  The rate was priced for the job and it was for a special sized heater unit that was shorter than the average 40 gallon.  1750.00.  According to my conversations I had with other plumbers, that is about right for a heater that did include the extras and an odd sized heater.  I bought a pan for underneath too.  And Juan did say he did something for me that was to do with the pipe and that was part of the package pricing / job price.  That was nice.  I would use and recommend in a heartbeat.

Art helped get a technician sent out to my rental in San Jose the same morning I called.  Freddy was quick and courteous.  He fixed the stopped faucet quickly and my tenant was very pleased.  Not to mention Art had great communication with me the whole time.  Will be using these guys again if my Grohe gets stopped up again. Our toilet in 2nd floor leaked and showed up in 1st floor ceiling. Raheb responded quickly and showed up with Alan. They found out the sewage drain under the toilet is broken, and fixed it quickly. They also did other fix in the house, and answered my questions patiently.

I called on a holiday and they sent someone out in just 10 minutes!

Super organized and kind family-owned business. We showed up with a long list of items we needed and YaYah had it all pulled in no time.

Called for to have water heater restraints installed.  Plumber arrived and noticed that the water heater needed to be moved slightly in order to install the restraints.  Additionally, the water heater needed to be elevated a few inches to meet code.  This job took the plumber a total of 2.5 hours.  Note the water heater needed to be drained before it can be moved, and refilled to make sure there are no leaks after the move.  Could this job have been done in less than 2.5 hours?  Perhaps, but still within a reasonable range.  Work is charged by a flat fee for the first hour and then increments of 30 minutes thereafter, plus any parts/materials used.  Overall, a fairly decent price for the work done.

Plumber was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable.  Estimates are free.

Joe at Fast Response is one of the most honest and helpful professionals I have ever dealt with. During each interaction he was patient in explaining my issues and always let me know ALL of my options (including the free ones). He seemed to understand the frustrations of dealing with an old SF house and approached the problem methodically and made sure he (and I) fully understood what was going on before suggesting any expensive repairs. There was 0 pressure to follow through with the more expensive repair options, and he even gave me tips on how to maintain the system as is without spending any money.

I feel lucky to have found such a trustworthy plumber, and will be recommending him to anyone who will listen.

EDIT 10/2/18: I have now hired Joe for two different jobs and am beyond satisfied. Clean, professional work, and reasonable prices. Joe is my go-to plumber from now until forever.

Fantastic experience. Jeff was friendly, courteous, and professional. He found the multiple problems causing leaks under my sink and showed them to me for verification. He replaced the worn parts and fixed the problems without delay--and at an extremely reasonable cost. Jeff is the man in In Demand.

I would like to add my recommendation for Bob Cowden Plumbing. I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday evening. I ended up turning to Yelp and a different 5 star recommended plumber responded and attempted to snake my drain then told me I needed to have a grease clogged kitchen drain pipe replaced at $1200.

I called Bob based on recommendations from Nextdoor and left a message. He promptly returned my call and informed me that I most likely did not need the pipe replaced and explained this type of problem should have been easily resolved with a snake by any competent plumber. He also told me even if the pipe was damaged or corroded shut and required replacement he could probably replace it for around $300 plus parts.

In any case, he came over first thing Monday morning and snaked the drain and cleared the obstruction. There was no back up or slow drain at all. I filled the sink to the top and it drained in about 30 seconds! He also installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced a corroded pipe fitting. This was all done at a very reasonable agreed upon price!

Wilver and his team are one of the best companies we worked with.  They're super responsive, quick, and honest about everything upfront.  Wilver explains all the work that needs to be done step by step so there aren't any surprises. We highly recommend them!

Bart is great in every way. He is responsible and honest person. He was the only one from all the bunch of people I reached out to who gave a direct amount he's about to charge. We talked on the phone confirming details, so he came, did the job and was gone - everything was seamless and clean. That's what one would expect from a master.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Mark responded right away to my request, was easy to work with to schedule the appointment, came early (yes, I just said EARLY!), and did four projects in less than 30 minutes. Projects included plumbing (slow drain, leaking toilet), light carpentry, and installing a smoke detector which I could not reach. His rates are incredibly reasonable. He was super nice, wore a mask, put on booties to cover his shoes, and was overall terrific. Wish I had known about him sooner.
