Toilet was getting clogged over the weekend, and the plunger was no longer effective this morning.
Browsed Yelp for reviews. First plumber I called had great reviews, but the phone went to voicemail - lost my business.
I called Master Plumber at 9am, and made an appt for afternoon, between 3-7pm.  Receptionist was very friendly and professional.
She called me back at 1pm saying another plumber was available, so I rushed home at 1:30pm to get the job done.
I met Bill at 1:30pm. He came in the door and went straight to work at the toilet.  Turned out to be a small clog - no backup into bathtub or other places.  He used an industrial metal snake, and unclogged it in 5 minutes, then tested it for another 5-8 flushes.  Fixed and out the door in 15 minutes!  Very professional, and he wore booties to keep our carpet and floor clean.
I was still charged for 1-hour minimum of $88, which I guess was OK, but freed up the rest of the afternoon for me.  Included 3-day guarantee.
Very happy customer, and very smooth service and experience.

Luis responded quickly and was able to come out the next day. He is honest, does not recommend a bunch of unnecessary work and offers fair prices. Luis took his time to check and explain everything, really appreciate it! I would definitely recommend and I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs from now on!

I almost hate to write this because Steve is so good, I don't want to make him hard to schedule when I need him.  He fixed my bathroom and kitchen sinks and got me a new garbage disposal for a reasonable cost.  I thought I would need a main line clean out (mucho expensivo)  but he said no.  He is totally punctual.  Please don't believe me... I want to keep him a secret!

Norman responded immediately to my call during a flood on New Year's Eve. He even came the following morning to inspect the damage and gave such great advice. I would 100% recommend his service to anyone in the area.

Oly (or Ally), the plumber, just unclogged a bathroom sink that was clogged beyond the U-joint (I had even tried a snake), changed the drain pipe and replaced faucet washers.  It was dry and clean under the sink when they left.  

Oh -- Amy at their office is friendly and efficient.  I really like this company.

Yesterday was the first time I stopped in. I needed galvi pipe plug and some blue monster tape and dope for a 1.25 natural gas line I was capping off. It was Saturday and so all the regular supply houses were closed and Home Depot does not carry any metal pipe stuff anymore. I thought I needed 1.5 but when I got back to the shop I realized it was 1.25. No big deal. Stopped by today Sunday and exchanged it. Had a leak outside the house.  They scheduled a plumber within 48 hours.  He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem as the sprinkler valve, picked up the part and did the job promptly and demonstrated the result.  The price was fair.

In my enthusiasm for cleaning up the kitchen after dinner, I stuffed way too much food down the garbage disposal. And broke it. Oops. My husband was pretty mad, and I immediately called Fast Response Plumber after reading the glowing reviews on Yelp. The guy who picked up the phone gave me an estimate that sounded totally reasonable (esp. for after-hours work) and assured me they would be there within the hour. The plumber, Dennis, showed up within 20 minutes, and spent quite a bit of time unclogging the garbage disposal, unclogging our pipes, and checking out the system to make sure I didn't do permanent damage. He also identified a couple of leaks we were unaware of and fixed them, and was even kind enough to give us a stopper for our sink. It was a lot of work, and I felt like he charged us a totally fair price, and he didn't make me feel like an idiot to boot. We will be calling on him again for some gas line work. I couldn't recommend Fast Response Plumber more highly.

I had a water heater disaster over the weekend and contacted In Demand Plumbing to see about have a new water heater installed.  Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable and fast.  He saved the day!!

Later that week I had an issue with my shower and I contacted In Demand right away. Jeff was able to fit me in first thing in the morning and fixed my problems in 20mins.  I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

Bob has been a hero on two plumbing emergencies. He is responsive, honest and will look out for other issues. Look no further if you are looking for quality, fair rate, no-nonsense upselling and friendly service.

We needed a gas line installed to our fireplace.  Wilver clearly understood and described what needed to be done.  He and his team completed the work quickly and they did a great job.   The price was fair too.  I highly recommend Wilver and Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter and Service.

Bart is great! shows up on time, very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He fix my clog problem, and the price is very reasonable as well. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Mark did a fantastic job with installing our new cooktop. He was punctual, cleaned up after himself and hauled out the old cooktop with no questions asked.

He was also super on top of making sure all safety precautions were followed. Highly recommended!
