I called Allstate to set up an appointment to come in the next morning to replace the handles on the shower. I was told that the plumber will arrive between 9-11am the following morning.

At 9:05am, Cesar from Allstate arrived, he was clean and professional and told me he would have the job done within an hour.  In about 40 minutes he was done with his work.

Along with the high ratings and praise already given to them on Yelp, as an added bonus, Allstate was offering a $25 off all service calls to you home through the month of May and this put them above and beyond anyone else in the area.

If I ever have any kind of pluming issue in the future, Allstate Plumbing will be the first to be called.

They were able to come out in a few hours which was good because the water was off in the house.  They don't try to sell you anything.  They did give good advice and service.  

I thought the rate was very reasonable ($88/h) + parts.

Excellent service in all the aspects. He not only resolved the issue (sewer clogged) but also provided very useful information about this type of problems. He give me a 30 day warranty on the job as well. He showed up the same day I requested the service. He is a professional!! I forgot to mention he is bilingual (english-spanish), that's a plus!!!

Too loosey-goosey with the mask wearing. Service was okay but did not like to have to ask plumber to put on a mask during covid. Even approached me with the bill, inside my house, with no mask on. Unacceptable.

had to replace a broken security gate on a Saturday morning but ran into trouble with security screws. Norm had Ray give me a call because he lived in my area and could get the work done, immediately.

Ray was the man! helped me fix up a couple of other things around the house.

Will and his team did a fantastic job to address our sewer lateral fix - easy to work with, reliable, very clear and prompt and do a great job! If you want your sewer lateral work done with a superb experience, hire these guys!

We had what we thought was a clogged/backed up bathroom, after trying to fix it ourselves we realized it was a bigger problem. Began calling plumbers around town as it was late in the evening. The following morning we received a call from Matt, he asked what the problem was. He then said he could come in the afternoon. He showed up earlier than anticipated, wore a face mask and shoe covers to enter our home. Assessed our toilets and then said it wasn't our toilets but the line from the city. He said we could call the city to get it fixed, or he could fix it with a snake, we were worried about how long the city would take so we had Matt fix it. Turns out there's a big tree on our sidewalk that had some roots coming into our sewage line, and it was affecting our home's plumbing. Matt was prompt to fix the issue, under an hour and charged a reasonable price! Out of the plumbing companies we called, he was the only one to say I will be there without hesitation and get the job done. Definitely keeping his contact number handy!

I am normally an internet shopper since I never feel there is a value add in fixture stores, however the folks at powder room have completely turned me around.  They were so helpful as I was working on my kitchen remodel.  When we start the bathroom remodel, I will absolutely start by coming to the powder room when I am ready for fixtures!  Great selection, fast delivery and helpful feedback.  Thank you powder room!

I was able to get a hold of Raheb immediately when calling him, which was great! He was able to schedule an appt with me just a few days later. He arrived punctually and was very professional! He was able to fix my 2 toilets quickly. He was also able to explain to me how he troubleshooted the issue, which I appreciated. I am happy I hired Raheb and would not hesitate to call him again with any plumbing needs!

Best plumber in the Bay Area! Courteous, responsive, and very professional, Mauro was a delight to work with. We are nearing completion of a major renovation that included all new plumbing in a 1925 Craftsman. When we first encountered Mauro (and his 5 star reviews), we needed to have some emergency work done in a bathroom. He was there in a flash and finished the job that day! Needless to say, we engaged him to work on the remaining plumbing needs as well. His assistant speaks very little English, but that did not prevent us from being able to communicate our needs. Each job was done on time, on budget, and without rework.  The extra benefit? We feel that we have established a friendship with Mauro and Amy in the process as well!

I went to this store looking for an aerator for my kitchen faucet. I had already been to Ace Hardware and Home Depot. Ignacio took my old aerator apart, cleaned it and got it working like new again. For no charge. Everyone was very friendly.

I want to thank Tom and Clay for all their work and help in solving our hot water heater problem.  My wife and I have used more plumbers than I care to count to solve a bunch of different problems of varying difficulty for us in the last seven years.  One of these problems was a stench that would emanate from the hot water heater when it was in use.  After talking with a few plumbers and the manufacturer it was determined that we needed go replace the anode rod.  We learned after the anode rod was replaced that not only did that not fix the problem, but there was an extra step that the plumber didn't take in the installation that might have helped with the smell.  Two or three years later, we were still having that odor problem but ignoring it because everyone said the odor wasn't harmful.  
    Two days ago the carbon monoxide detector in our house activated.  After opening all the windows and doors and evacuating the house we contacted the fire department ( literally around the corner from us), PG& E came out and turned off our gas due to too much CO coming from the water heater.  After researching a plumber yet again, I found Savior Plumbing through Diamond Certified and looked on yelp at reviews.  I contacted them and after talking with Tom, even though we live in Oakland and would be charged travel, he seemed very knowledgable and I thought it would be worth trying him since none of the other plumbers we used made a positive impression.
   Yesterday morning Clayton, and friendly smart man, came to our home in Oakland and did his best to fix the carbon monoxide issue.  It seems that the exhaust wasn't being discharged from the room properly.  Clayton felt that the improper burning of the gas also may be the cause of the odor that we kept smelling.  Clayton replaced and elongated the pipes that took the exhaust out of the house, and the odor did seem to go away.  PG&E came back and the carbon monoxide problem was actually worsened.  I called Tom back and without hesitation Tom said that they would get someone out here as soon as they could to try again.  This morning Clayton and Tom came out to make sure that everything they thought could be the problem based on their and PG&E' observations was taken care of.  The cleaned the baffle and combustion unit and all the soot that had accumulated over the last seven years since we had this heater installed.  They also replaced the single wall pipe that Clayton installed yesterday with double wall piping.
Travel time was not billed today, credit for what had been installed yesterday applied to the materials used today, and Tom didn't charge for all of his time on the job.  In addition Clayton noticed that one of the water pipes was slightly leaking and replaced it.
   Today when PG&E came everything was fixed and the odor is gone!  I would definitely recommend Savior to friends (especially if they are close enough to not be charged travel time)

Highly recommend Dennis. I discovered my water heater was gushing water at 8:30 pm. I called Fast Response and Dennis came within 30 minutes, handled the immediate problems and ordered a new water heater for me. He returned the next day and installed it. Very nice, friendly and competent. Did a great job! Very pleased and will definitely use Fast Response again.

Late post: Jeff is the best around. Don't hesitate. My family has 2 plumbing businesses in a different part of town and Jeff is honest and professional! Had a kitchen faucet replaced and fixed the water source valves as well for far less than others were quoting. Will definitely be using him for ALL of our plumbing needs. Thanks Jeff!

Years ago when I bought my home I had to replace the water heater. I was fortunate enough to find Bart who not only replaced my water heater but was able to find a creative way to create a drainage system should the area where my water heater was stored flooded (and all within code).

Based on his previous work, I decided to hire Bart again as we had a leak between the master bathroom and guest bathroom downstairs. Bart went through what he believed the error to be and was able to fix it in a quick and timely manner (and I appreciated his thorough clean-up afterwards). One of the best things about working with Bart is that he is honest and you can tell by his work ethic that he takes pride in the little things.

I hope to not run into anymore plumbing issues but I'm glad to know that if I do have any problems, I have a good, reliable, honest plumber to count on.

The bathroom fan was leaking water every time we took a shower. I don't know much about plumbing or electricity but I do know that water and electricity don't mix. I emailed Mark in the morning and by the afternoon he emailed me back with an appointment. He came a few days later at a time that worked for us, sorted out our issue and fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the possible issues, our solution, and it was all done at a fair rate. What also really appreciated was his cleanliness. He wore booties when walking around the house and was just really respectful of trying to keep things in order. I will TOTALLY book him again for handyman services. If you don't know what you're doing with home improvements in your home call Mark. Sure you can watch Youtube videos and sort it out , but honestly you're going to save time and money by hiring this dude.
