Last minute call after Sears lost our appointment I had waited for all day. We had just moved and wanted the waterline in so we could still have our cold water and ice maker. Grabbed next appointment  available.
Great service that probably beat Sears cost anyways. Will call again when needed for sure. Recommended!

I had a great experience with these people. They arrived quickly and fixed a sewage backup that could have caused a real problem. Jamar, the technician was very helpful and explained the problem. He also gave me some great  information about things we could do to help fix the plumbing in our house. Finally, the price was very reasonable, especially compared to other companies we've used in the past. I will definitely call them when I have a plumbing problem again!

Luis is awesome! He was able to put me on his schedule the next day to replace my garbage disposal. He was even nice enough to try and talk me through the problem over the phone to save me money. Unfortunately, it was just time to replace it but I really appreciated that he was willing to help me out like that.

I received 4 quotes from yelp and he was the cheapest. He has been in the business for over 20 years and it shows. He knows what he's doing and he's also very efficient. He was done within an hour and even replaced the piping underneath the sink and just charged me for the parts. He also took the time to look at a couple other potential projects even though it was getting late.

Luis was very professional. He put on shoe covers every time he came in so he wouldn't track in dirt which I appreciated.

I had called Master Plumbing first because last time Alfred Williams had a longer lead time and I was able to get someone from Master Plumbing right away.  But this time Master Plumbing said their soonest appointment was almost a week away.  So I called Alfred Williams and gave them the details of my problem (a hard to find leak under the kitchen sink), and they said someone would call me back to schedule an appointment.

Within a few minutes, Steve called me back and said he had a cancellation so could be over in 20 minutes.  He examined all around the underside of the sink, tried filling up the sink and letting it drain, used the garbage disposal, tried splashing water on the countertop, basically went through all the paces, but couldn't find anything that would have caused a leak.  (The leak is very intermittent, and we only see the result when there is a small puddle of water under the sink, but there are no water stains on the walls or pipes).  He finally said he wasn't able to see anything that could cause the leak and told us we'll just have to keep an eye on it.

We did find that there was a small amount of water that seemed to seep in through the faucet fixture, but Steve didn't believe it was enough to be causing the leak. But he said in order to fix it, it might be better to replace the entire faucet for a new one since he would have to remove the whole thing to putty it up anyway, and it wouldn't guarantee that the leak would be fixed.

We told him we would think about it for a day, so he scheduled us in for an appointment in two days (when he would have time to do the job) and told us we could call him the next day to cancel if we changed our mind.

I asked him how much I owed him for today's visit, and he said no charge.

Steve also helped us a few years ago when our garbage disposal started leaking.  He replaced it with a new one, and also fixed a few other nagging things around the house to fill out the 1 hour minimum.  He has always been very nice to work with and seems very honest and conscientious.  We would gladly recommend him to others and plan on continuing to use him for our needs as well!

Norman did a great job on an unusual handyman job. He solved a rather difficult problem with relative ease, and for not too much dough. I would definitely use him again.

Juan was responsive and communicated with me about arrival time. He was able to diagnosis and fix the problem quickly and cost efficiently. Will most definitely use again.

I was in a pinch, my regular plumber was not available and I had to get a shower valve replaced. My regular plumber, who has been a plumber for decades, recommended Matt, and I do too. He was quick to respond, did quality work, and charged a fair price. It's a big deal for a plumber to be responsive, for obvious reasons, and Matt was every time I have called on him. Since the shower valve, Matt has fixed a pinhole leak and replaced a hot water heater and his service and skills as a plumber are remarkable. I highly recommend Smash Plumbing.

The Powder Room occupies a small corner space on N Santa Cruz Avenue, across Roberts Rd from the DMV.  It is 2 short blocks from the larger and more forbidding Los Gatos Plumbing Supply showroom.  I was looking for a solution to a problem that I had with it taking minutes for hot water from my heater to arrive at some of my faucets.  I was wasting many gallons of water just to get hot water for my sink and dishwasher.  I assumed that I would need an auxiliary, under sink, water heater installed.

Instead, the saleswoman at The Powder Room recommended a hot water circulation pump, and a patented comfort valve.  I incorrectly assumed that I would need to install a hot water return line, but this system uses the existing cold water line, obviating the need for extensive plumbing work.

The folks who own the showroom also own Thornes Plumbing.  Tom Thorne does installations for fixtures purchased at the store.  We bought the pump and made an appointment for installation.  Tom arrived at the exact time scheduled, and he quickly and neatly installed the pump and valve.

The solution works great, and I am very pleased with the knowledge and service from The Powder Room.  Highly recommended!

Raheb - excellent - knowledgeable - efficient.  Shower/bath tub valve was leaking - called him - he fixed it that afternoon - replaced the entire fixture/cover and all - If we have future plumbing problems he will be the first plumber we call..  BRAVO - Excellent Service!

A tiny bright spot in a messy and expensive situation: from start to finish, a warm, efficient and professional experience. Oly came, he diagnosed, he drove to Grohe supplier, and he conquered. I hope I never have to use Mauro's again, because frankly it's a total bummer dealing with a leak like this, but if I ever need a plumber, I'll have Mauro's on speed dial--and I would be happy to see Oly again, just because he's a really nice guy who really knows what he's doing.

Great family owned plumbing supply in the east bay. They have just about any plumbing supplies you'll need, whether your a plumber, or an average joe trying to fix his toilet. They are cheaper than Home Depot in many areas, but not all. The staff are always friendly and excited to help you and are generally very knowledgable. Plenty of room for Parking and loading up trucks. Will definitely be back.

My dad loved this guy! Darrell explained everything before he did it (including price!) and gave my dad all the options so that he could make his own decisions. He installed tankless hot water heater (very posh), then came back to install my dad's new filtration system a while later. Very high quality work, very efficient use of time. My dad says he wouldn't use anyone else. And therefore, neither will I. My dad has impeccable taste. You gotta find this guy. Meet him. Use him.

AMAZING from the point of first calling them to finishing up my plumbing repair. The 5-star reviews are not a joke. They took my call right away and said they'd have someone out shortly, and they showed up right on time (actually a bit early and they called to be sure that was ok). The guys were incredibly professional, friendly and more importantly, highly skilled. I thought for sure that my repair was going to be hard for them & require multiple trips but they fixed it all up in a snap. Price was extremely fair and reasonable-I was expecting it to cost more honestly.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. If you need a plumber and need them quickly and reliably, you've found your place.

Well, what can I say... Jeff, the tech, was awesome! He came out for an emergency call, despite previous events... He was super professional & provided a great service. Honestly I couldn't ask for a better technician. He walked around the house with me, & address my every concern.  Being 9 months pregnant, and in a bad plumbing situation, couldn't of asked for anything more. I would be happy to have him out again. Management could of been a bit better... idk where the miscommunication came from, but there definitely was some. I'm just happy everything got resolved.

Bob has been a hero on two plumbing emergencies. He is responsive, honest and will look out for other issues. Look no further if you are looking for quality, fair rate, no-nonsense upselling and friendly service.

We needed a gas line installed to our fireplace.  Wilver clearly understood and described what needed to be done.  He and his team completed the work quickly and they did a great job.   The price was fair too.  I highly recommend Wilver and Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter and Service.

I had a few problem toilets at my office. I gave Bart a call and he was able to squeeze me in within two hours. He was very professional and knew his stuff. He was very honest and up front with what needed to happen and how much it should cost. He had all of our plumbing issues fixed within a hour.
Hopefully I won't need him again very soon, but I will recommend him to my friends and I recommend him to you!

The bathroom fan was leaking water every time we took a shower. I don't know much about plumbing or electricity but I do know that water and electricity don't mix. I emailed Mark in the morning and by the afternoon he emailed me back with an appointment. He came a few days later at a time that worked for us, sorted out our issue and fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the possible issues, our solution, and it was all done at a fair rate. What also really appreciated was his cleanliness. He wore booties when walking around the house and was just really respectful of trying to keep things in order. I will TOTALLY book him again for handyman services. If you don't know what you're doing with home improvements in your home call Mark. Sure you can watch Youtube videos and sort it out , but honestly you're going to save time and money by hiring this dude.
