Called these guys on Friday morning. My water heater took a crap the day before and I had to take a freezing shower before work. I was looking to repair the water heater my self, but after looking at the thermocouple housing I noticed that the tank had actually popped spilling water onto the burner plate and pilot light area.
So I called and Paul said that a technician would be at my place between 1000-1200. At 1000 the technician Antonio rang our doorbell. I had given Paul the name and specifications of our broken water heater, he sent Antonio out to our place with a replacement just in case. Antonio was great, it took a little bit to contact my landlord to approve the installation. Once it was approved, the new unit was installed quickly. He also gave me pointers on the regular maintenance on water heater units. The old unit was dripping out muddy rusty water which terrified me, and he gave me great information on why that happens and how to prevent it.
Antonio was great, it was nice having a good conversation with a professional who know and loved his craft. Watching him redo all of the piping and fix all of the problems that came from the cheap construction of our place was awesome. I felt bad though that he moved the new and old unit up three flights of stairs. He did so without complaint.
I will be calling these guys again if I ever have plumbing issues.

Came home from work to a mess in my bathroom sink. Sink was clogged, as well as our neighbors next door. The building maintenance guy apparently made the matter worse. Jorge came to the rescue and had the problem fixed for both of us in 20 mins. He even cleaned up the messed from the maintenance guy. Jorge was highly professional and definitely recommend him.

Luis is a hard working honest man. I installed a garbage disposal but the pipes were so old they would disintegrate as I took it apart. I was so frustrated, decided to call a plumber. Looked on Yelp & Thumbtack. Luis asked for a picture in order for him to give me an estimate. He was able to come on same day as contact(Saturday). My home is an older home. I felt bad because Luis had to work so hard. He even tightened my garbage disposal to make sure it was installed correctly. I told him I appreciated his honesty & hard work. I no longer need to look for another plumber.

Steve is just amazing!  He came out the day I called after he had completed a whole days work.   A simple clog turned out to more than that,  but Steve handled it with grace and ease.   He is most definitely better than the rest!!

Experienced a property owner nightmare -- ceiling crack that after evaluation turned out to be a leak. Norman from the start was a great advisor from the start guiding and proving helpful information at each step. While we didn't use him for the leak evaluation, he helped directing us to a plumber (when it was urgently needed), then there to help with the repair once leak was repaired.

During the repair process, he set expectations and was always very communicative and through regarding price and information that would help guide in the best decision. Instead of rushing the process, was very patient and committed to completing the very best job. I'm so glad to have found him and will certainly use him again!

Matt has changed our bathroom sink, shower faucets and toilet. He's very responsive and knowledgeable. I trust him with all my plumbing needs. He's easy to get a hold of even to get my small questions answered.

Very friendly and professional service. After having no success in finding new commercial toilet seats online and going to chain hardware stores, I went here. I met John who helped me. He checked a couple of his binders (they have a whole shelf of binders/resources!) and made a couple of calls, and within a few minutes he found the toilet seats I needed. He ordered them and called me a few days later when they arrived (He actually did this twice because I wanted to order one first to make sure it was the right one, and it was). Great price and free shipping. The toilet seats have since been installed and they look great! I will definitely go back for future bath/kitchen needs.

Raheb is extremely quick with responding and coming over to my house to take a look at the issue. He is knowledgable and reliable, and patient with explaining the problems thoroughly in layman's terms. Checked out the problem, bought the replacement valve and returned to fixed my leaking water heater all in 2 hours. Highly recommend this service and will forever be my go-to plumbing solution.

They came out same-day for a free diagnostic, on a Monday, after a storm. Can't possibly beat that.

We had a plumbing emergency with a clogged sewage line connected to the house. Called half a dozen businesses in the area, but unfortunately everyone was fully booked until late afternoon. Savior Plumbing called us back immediately, and pulled someone from another job to help our unfortunate situation. The matter was resolved within 2 hours. They literally saved our day!

Mario and David did a great job with my in-laws bathroom sink repair.  My in-laws house has some really old plumbing and required some expert knowledge to fix the leak and replace the fixtures.  Mario and David did a professional job and were very quick.  I also liked their promptness in scheduling the appointment.  I would highly recommend them for tricky jobs.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. I was supposed to have a washer and dryer installed today. They delayed it due to my water valve being corroded. I came to yelp and found this business. Reached out and Jeff responded IMMEDIATELY. He was able to come to my house within an hour and fix everything up with no problem!!!! Price was reasonable and I am so happy with this service.
