I bought a dishwasher and a refrigerator from Best Buy, got hustled to buy the membership which ensured I get free delivery and installation. When they delivered they came up with a reason to not install the appliances. 2 different deliveries, 1 per appliance. I was told the valve was rusty for the dishwasher and the fridge didn't have an off valve ( which it did their workers just couldn't find it) so they could not do it. I got in touch with G from All state. He inspected the rusty valve which he found just had a little rust but it was totally fine. He replaced it anyway per my request. And with a little inspection he was able to locate the valve for the fridge. G did an amazing job and was done within about an hour! Very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed by Master Plumbing today! Ken showed up at my door 5 minutes BEFORE the appointment time and he did a great job help a clogged bathroom sink. He was very nice, professional, quick and clean. I cannot expect anything more from the service. Nice job, Master Plumbing and Ken! Two thumbs up.

I didn't end up using his service, but I was thoroughly impressed with the attention he gave in fixing my plumbing issue. First, he suggested I try all the free options first (city of Stockton utilities will come out and see if the clog can be fixed on their side), and also gave me follow up tips in resolving my issue immediately with other services (his competitors) since he wasn't able to make it today. I'm definitely a future customer.

I work for a church and with churches there's bound to have repair as the norm. I was researching places nearby and saw this company with great reviews.
Had a previous company come out for an estimate and decided to get a second opinion. The Tech that came out was Pedro. Pedro was awesome. Super easy going, friendly and most of all informative. I showed him the issues that needs attending to and from there he informed me of what needs to be done.
Being new to this position, he understood and informed me step by step of the process to be repaired. I asked for a estimate since the Board has final say.
The estimate came almost right after or the next morning. The person emailed, Joel was great in helping out with finding other alternatives for different types of pricing to show to the Board.
After confirming with the Board for what needs to be done, I sent a confirmation email which was responded by Joel and then a phone call from Kory (spelling? or Corey?) The scheduling process was a bit of a juggling part on my end b/c of multiple things going on at the church but Kory was great in being so accommodating. Had it scheduled for later in the day so there wouldnt be any interruptions.
Day of the Repairs.
The awesome part was that the same Tech showed up to do the repairs. Its great b/c he already been here previously instead of a new tech and then re-showing all of items.
Repair #1 - Clogged sink -
Super fast repair and showed the before/after and potential work that might need future repairs.
Repair #2 - Waterheater replacement -
Ran into some hickups but Pedro kept me in the loop of what was going on and what had to be done. Voltage and sizing was an issue due to the location of where it was. Apparently in the past, the contractors installed the water heater and then enclosed it afterwards, which caused the access size to be smaller than the norm. He had to come back the next day to have a slimmer/smaller unit with the same voltage. It was disappointing but understandable.
Next day came, texted me his ETA and went straight to work on the water heater. Showed before pictures, the process of what he did, and the overall after. It looked great and the process was smoother than expected. Payment was all done digitally and a receipt was sent in a snap.
Will most definitely keep them in our book for future repairs.
Pedro - thanks for being so helpful, informative and positive through this whole thing. You are a master at your craft and your work shows.
Also thanks to Kory & Joel for the behind the scenes.

I am leaving the review for Norman although I didn't get to work with him at the end.
I called him because of a mysterious noise that went on in my house that I couldn't figure out the source. It was around 10ish am and he said he might not be able to come right away. I then called many other ones but no one would even come take a look without costing me a fortune. By 3pm Norman came over and took a thorough look around and gave me some of his thoughts and suggestions about the problem. He then left for the day without charging me. Strange enough the mysterious humming noise was gone afterwards, but I appreciated him making his way here and not charging me a dime because he didn't solved my problem right away.
I highly recommend him!

Matt has changed our bathroom sink, shower faucets and toilet. He's very responsive and knowledgeable. I trust him with all my plumbing needs. He's easy to get a hold of even to get my small questions answered.

I simply love this place. I have shopped around for a few years trying to locate a place that had great Customer Service and either knowledge about the products or the ability to get me the information needed. They are able to provide the materials when they say they can get them. I feel very confident that I will get results every time I bring in a Customer to select Plumbing materials or compare the pro's and con's of the different materials and manufacturers. I tell my Customers that we need to go to the Powder Room and talk to the experts about their Plumbing selections.
I have had numerous bad experiences with other plumbing places, misinformed me of the shipping time line, didn't receive the order complete, didn't place the order the first time, didn't know about how to fix issues, wasn't helpful when I need answers or just plain rude. This in the end makes me look bad and unfortunately my customers start to second guess what I commit to them.
As A General Contractor I rely on suppliers to get me the materials when they state they can get them so that I can produce results and stay on time for my Customers. The Powder Room has helped me secure the Plumbing Materials side of my business.

Thanks Raheb for rescuing me after my hot water heater decided that its burner screen was too dirty to work any more! Got me up and running again in about an hour. Pointed out some issues for me that need to be addressed to get it up to code (yay old houses). Thanks for the fast and professional service in these crazy times.

I hired Mauro to replace the gasket and flange of a toilet (the toilet was loose) and to replace a 3rd floor bathtub gasket which was causing a leak through the 3rd floor ceiling to the 2nd floor. Mauro came as scheduled and completed the work within the time frame. Unfortunately the leak continued, however Mauro made himself available the next day to check it out again. Turns out it was an issue with the hot water knob for the tub and he took care of it (without charging extra). The cost was good for the quality of work. He stood by his work, came back to solve the new problem quickly, and was easy to work with. I respect that and will use him again for any plumbing issues.

Got recommended by a friend to go and check this place and they sure did have everything I needed to replace a pipe in my house. Definitely will recommend this place to all my friends.

We had to have an entire re-piping done for our home...couldn't afford it, but Savior's price was The Best...for the best & most reliable work I could imagine! John was the main man on the project & also Sam...fantastic, honest men...they did a great & thorough job for our old rickety house!!!

PG&E turned off my gas after a leak was detected. I needed my leak fixed fast. After Bell Plumbing tried to grossly rip me off, quoting me $1800 to replace a 3 inch piece of pipe in my gas line, I called Fast Response. They arrived on time and quickly were able to tell me they could fix it, and what would be the cost. Mario proceeded to complete the job and it passed the pressure test. It cost only $250 for the entire job, and it was completed quickly.
Unlike some plumbers, Fast Response didn't take advantage of the fact that I desperately needed the repair, but instead just did their job. I know who I'll be calling next time I need a plumber, that's for sure!

Second time I've used In Demand Plumbing. Was a little nervous this time because Jeff was so great the first time but Emerson did a fantastic job as well! In Demand will continue to have my business and recommendations! Thanks

I would like to add my recommendation for Bob Cowden Plumbing. I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday evening. I ended up turning to Yelp and a different 5 star recommended plumber responded and attempted to snake my drain then told me I needed to have a grease clogged kitchen drain pipe replaced at $1200.
I called Bob based on recommendations from Nextdoor and left a message. He promptly returned my call and informed me that I most likely did not need the pipe replaced and explained this type of problem should have been easily resolved with a snake by any competent plumber. He also told me even if the pipe was damaged or corroded shut and required replacement he could probably replace it for around $300 plus parts.
In any case, he came over first thing Monday morning and snaked the drain and cleared the obstruction. There was no back up or slow drain at all. I filled the sink to the top and it drained in about 30 seconds! He also installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced a corroded pipe fitting. This was all done at a very reasonable agreed upon price!
