Called after 5:00 pm on a Saturday evening for a plugged toilet The person who answered the phone was very nice.  They were very busy but could be there between 6:30 and 8:00  Great!  At 7:45 they called back and said they were running a bit late.   Again good communications.  Service person arrived, handled the problem and we were back in business.  Thanks Allstate Plumbing!!

It was a Friday night and I had just discovered a leak from out unit down to the garage. I was referred to Master Plumbing by the association.  They were very helpful and professional from the initial phone call and able to assess the situation over the phone based on what I was describing in detail.  I was immediately calmed down (the leak wasn't so bad and no the building won't fall apart) and advised I can wait for Monday morning since the rates are overtime pay at the moment. (Thanks for lookin out.)  Plumber Vincent came out on Monday, assessed the problem within minutes and called out for a replacement water heater immediately. The service was fast, clean, and proficient like the problem never happened. We even have stronger water pressure now! I guess when the water was turned off three years ago by the old tenant it was never really turned back on fully. Amazing! Oh! I also chose Master Plumbing because they are familiar with the property and worked out smoothly with the association.

Luis was out within an hour of phoning. We had an extremely clogged drain in our sink at work. Luis was professional and took care of the problem at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

I called him to check on a leak coming from upstairs bathroom.  The sheet rock ceiling was open and he was unable to find the leak.  He said everything was fine.  Taking him at his word, I proceeded to have the sheet rock patched.  The very next day the leaks appeared again after I had paid someone to put the ceiling up.  When I called him to check it out again and and figure out what was wrong he said he'd call me back in an hour as he was going to a meeting.  He never called and did not respond to my subsequent phone calls or voicemail.  I just wanted him to make up for his mistake by providing a legitimate diagnosis and finding the source of the leak. Horrible service.

I made an appointment for this company to come to my house and fix a leak. The appointment window was from 3pm to 5pm so I had to leave work 4 hours early. At 4:30 plummer had still not showed so I called the office and one of the receptionists stated that someone would call back within 10 minutes with a status update. I never recieved a call. I called again at 4:55pm and spoke to Amy who stated that they had a job in Lafyatte that was running late but she assured me that they would still stop by. I had plans that evening at 6:30 that I had to cancel believing that the plumbers would still stop by. No one ever showed up nor did I get a call letting me know. This morning I recieved a call from savior plumbing asking me what time would be good to show up today. No apology for not showing up, nothing! You learn a lot about a company by they way they handle their commitments. This company dropped the ball 3 times and never apologized.  From the comments it sounds like they do descent work but the irony is, I was told they charge $135 for the first hour and then $60 every half hour after that so I had to be at my home at the beginning of the appointment window 3pm. I was told that if the plummer had to wait I would be charged . This was in response to my comment that I would leave work as early as I could but may be a couple of minutes late. I was home at 2:45pm because I didn't want the Plummer to wait. That being said,I wasted 6 hours waiting for this company to show up and fulfill their commitment as I did and they never showed up even though they assured me they would. How much is that worth as it relates to their rates? Just very frustrated at the double standard. My personal opinion is their are many choices to choose from, I wouldn't risk wasting your time waiting or worst yet have them start and job and then pull this crap. Stay away!

I called one afternoon late, they came out the next day.  Did an excellent job.  Fixed the problem quickly. Very happy with them.

My sewer line from the house to the street has had an invasion of tree roots for years and would back up 2x a year. InDemand Plumbing responded right away. They installed a new sewer line which involved hand digging, heavy equipment, concrete repair after digging a 7 ft. deep hole in my driveway to install the new line. This all started right before Christmas and the job was completed 3-4 weeks later due to non-stop rain. They dug in the rain and cold but could not complete the concrete work until things dried out. Throughout the whole epic project, the crew and office personnel, and Jeff, the owner were beyond helpful and responsive. The office manager, Rebecca, while 9 Mos. PG, went to the city 3x in one day to expedite the work permit.  I could not have asked for a better company and staff to do this project. And thank you for moving my trailer!

We hired Bob several times for plumbing concerns.  He did a decent job on small jobs and was reasonablely priced.  Then, mysteriously, he just did not return calls, didn't follow through as he said he would, and never would explain his actions (or lack of action) to us.  We finally gave up and found another plumber who was better, reliable, and gave senior discounts.  We were actually never really sure if Bob Cowden was a licensed plumber as he never put a license or a number on his billing.

We needed a gas line installed to our fireplace.  Wilver clearly understood and described what needed to be done.  He and his team completed the work quickly and they did a great job.   The price was fair too.  I highly recommend Wilver and Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter and Service.

The phone call was answered promptly. An appointment was scheduled on the same day. Gave a two hours window for the appointment & arrived early. I didn't have to wait long at all.  Bart was friendly and professional with his work.
He installed the toilet fill valve in less than 15 minutes. Made sure everything was in working order and clean up the area.  Gave me a short educational review of how the parts work. Bart really impressed me with his knowledge and efficiency.  Would recommend him to anyone else that have plumbing issues.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Mark responded right away to my request, was easy to work with to schedule the appointment, came early (yes, I just said EARLY!), and did four projects in less than 30 minutes. Projects included plumbing (slow drain, leaking toilet), light carpentry, and installing a smoke detector which I could not reach. His rates are incredibly reasonable. He was super nice, wore a mask, put on booties to cover his shoes, and was overall terrific. Wish I had known about him sooner.
