I started with these guys when I first moved to Fremont 10 years ago.  I've used them for both my house and my parents.  They have been great!  They come in and take care of what is needed quickly, no stuttering or needing to bring in another worker which increases the cost.  Yep, we were scammed by another plumbing company in the area just to snake our toilet.  
They have snaked, re-piped one house and put in clean-outs in both houses at a competitive price.  I called a number of plumbers for quotes and settled on Allstate.  It's been pretty good ever since.

Had a leak in the apartment, landlord sent over 2 different plumbers who couldn't fix things. Leak persisted. Then they called in Master Plumbing - Jorge came by, did a thorough evaluation, and plugged the leak. All good now. He was professional, effective, and cleaned up the area when he was done. Great work!

My home insurance company sent me a plumber to fix my clogged kitchen sink, the guy came and looked at it and told me he can't do it he then advised me to get a Hydro-Jetting service which will cost me more. So I contacted Luis and he told me he's confident he can fix my kitchen sink issue without Hydro-Jetting machine. So I invited him to take a look and he came and boom he fixed my problem, he's very professional guy, he came on time, he knows what he's doing. I am a happy customer! Keep up the good work Luis! Thumbs up!!!

I was referred to Alfred Williams Plumbing by Nelson Plumbing.  This was for a rental property and it is a manufactured home with old plastic piping.  Nelson Plumbing to suggested l call Alfred Williams because he had experience with manufactured homes.  I called at 10:30 a.m. today and Steve met me at 11:30 a.m.  After understanding what the problem was, he immediately went under the house and found the leak.  He advised repairing it was not worth the time, that repiping was the way to go, or I would likely be having another leak as this type of piping is really bad (I knew he was correct, as I had been advised by a few plumbers over the years that I need to get rid of the old plastic piping).  He told me exactly what and where the problem was.  He was very nice, very knowledgeable and I appreciated his honesty.  He charged me $60 and was there for about 40 minutes.  I will definately call him again if I have another plumbing problem.

Norman is one of the few honest people out there. He came out and spent about an hour trying to repair our garbage disposal. He couldn't repair it so he came out the next day and installed a new one. He didn't charge for the day before. I would recommend Norman to anyone looking for a good and reliable handyman.

Will with Avalon services helped me out when I was in a jam. On short notice he came over and installed a new hot water heater for me after mine went out... He was friendly and personable and didn't leave until everything was exactly right. Can't recommend him enough. Thank You!

Buyers beware!!

Almost exactly 2 years ago, Matt installed for us a new garbage disposal unit. It fell apart a couple of months ago.  Why?  Because he did not use plumber's putty where he needed to.  Basic stuff, right?!  The unit finally was shaken loose and it broke down: leaking and foul-smelly with spoiled food inside.   ONLY 2 years later, I had to pay for a new unit not because the unit stopped working but because it was not installed correctly.  Frustrating.

Speaking of BASIC work not getting done correctly, Matt replaced the flushing mechanism for one of our toilets.   He did not pay attention to where the water level was in the tank before he replace the mechanism.  The tank started to leak very soon.  He came back and corrected his work.  And he charged me $75 for correcting his work.

Then there was a bidet on one of our toilets that was leaking.  He fixed the leak but he tightened the knot so much that I could not replace the bidet when it broke.  He came back and 'fixed' it and again, he charged me $75 for correcting his work.

I did tell Matt I would not use him ever again and I told him I probably would not write him up on yelp etc.  And I didn't.  But this garbage disposal issue is beyond reasonable tolerance.  I am beginning to worry that the job he did for us in the crawl space will go bad soon, too.

The take-away here is it's extremely frustrating to see so many jobs Matt did developed into problems in very short time.  I don't want this happen to those of you considering Matt for your plumbing jobs.   For those of you who have praised his work recently, hang tight.

I needed help to clean my Kenmore water softener and was referred to Raheb Rabi by Ace Plumbing. He came as soon as he could, and did a great job.  I will definitely use him again. Thank you again Raheb.

I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.Amy was able to get plumbers to my home quickly,I really appreciate it.The plumber sent  was Oly who was friendly and knowledgeable and an assistant who was also very nice.The work was done in a reasonable time and they cleaned the floor afterwards.GOODJOB! I would definitely  recommend  this business.

Went to home depot to get some plumbing supplies but they didn't have it! And found this place! They have everything here and customer service was excellent! Unlike homedepot, you don't have to wait 5 min to get help. And if you don't want to or can't fix your plumbing problem, they can come to your house and fix it too. Also FREE ESTIMATE! Thanks guys! Savior Plumbing is the only plumbing company for me. I have used them three times and each time they have been responsive and thorough. Their customer service is without a doubt as good as it gets. My latest experience with them had to do with a leak. The City of Pleasanton said I had one hundred and fifty gallons of water going through my meter above my normal usage, per day. Savior Plumbing didn't give up until they found it and resolved the leak. It wasn't easy to find. It turned out to be under my pool deck, with no obvious signs. Nonetheless, all other sources were eliminated and this was it. Bypassing the faulty line and bingo, leak eradicated by my superheroes in red.

I realized my toilet was leaking and had been for a while (I was in denial, yes). I called Fast Response and got a quick reply. Unfortunately, they weren't available until the next day, but that's still not anything to sneeze at. In the mean time, my ex came over and fixed the toilet, but Fast Response came out and unclogged my sink!  The plumber was quick, efficient, and pleasant! I will definitely use you guys again.

They were able to come out within an hour of my phone call and was able to fix the clog for $135. Highly recommend!

I noticed water under our water heater on Saturday morning and Bob's name and number were written on it.  He installed the water heater for the previous owner over 10 years ago.  I called Bob and left a message. He called back within an hour and said he had other jobs lined up for the day but he could come by at 4 PM. He asked me questions over the phone that confirmed that the problem was a leak within the tank. Bob was on time and knew immediately what to do. Within two hours, he had removed the old water heater and installed a new one. There were a couple of drain lines still to install, but it was getting late, so he came back Sunday morning at 10, again on time, to finish the job. Bob is affable, capable, efficient and clearly takes great pride in his work. His dogs are friendly, too. I highly recommend Bob Cowden plumbing.
