I got a water heater leak today and everything just looked as bad as it could be. Called up a couple plumbing companies and allstate is the first to come with very competitive price for the replacement project. The installer Eddie is very friendly and gave me quite some hints regarding how to keep the heater longer. The removal and installation all happened within 2 hours after the arrival and I got a working new heater for the night.

Master Plumbing is great. This was the second time they've come out to the house and both times have been very positive experiences. Earlier today I had water draining underneath my kitchen cabinets and onto my dining room and living room hardwood floors. Eek!

Turns out that our water cooler people (not M.P.) did not reconnect the water line to the filter earlier in the day and the disconnected water line was draining water behind and underneath our cabinets where it wasn't easily visible.

It was an easy fix, but I am so thankful for Master Plumbing's speed, politeness and professionalism.

Once again, Steve to the rescue!!  I thought I did all the homework and figured a  clogged valve kept a normal stream of hot water from filling up the tub within an hour...but Steve arrived the next day, and within 15 minutes located a super clogged pipe from the water heater and OMG...running hot water!!

Norm has put in ceiling fans and a chandelier. He's also done a number of small things around the house while he's here. He's extremely professional, friendly and efficient. He gets the job done, pays a lot of attention to detail and fixes things. We are really pleased with his services and will hire him again in the future.

My experience has been outstanding.  100% of the time when I reach out for a plumbing repair or replacement, I get a phone call back the same day; and often available to go to the job site the same day, or next day for evaluation.   That works very well for me.  Additionally, the quality of the materials are top notch.  I have needed water heaters, sump pumps, fixtures, and exterior plumbing needs... all with a goal that they will last a long time to prevent having to replace something within a few years.  I have not been disappointed.  Finally, a few comments about the quality of the work... Excellent, thorough and done with high confidence.  Matt also takes the time to explain the repair / replacement upon completion, and takes all questions about the work, and future directions & maintenance of what was replaced or repaired with the homeowner.

Our guest toilet was constantly filling the bowl with water, which meant the flapper wasn't holding the water in the reservoir. I've fixed these myself before, but this current toilet is special and I couldn't service it directly. The Power Room was incredible.

John -- in the store, he quickly helped me identify the toilet model I had, the parts inside, and provided instruction on how the pieces fit together.
Art -- the new owner was super easy to work with, sent texts on the iPhone with estimates and line item costs. Not only that, he got us schedule very quickly.
Chris -- the guy who came on site hit some snags while trying to install the new parts, did some thinking, did some research, and found a way to get the new parts to fit smoothly. He tested it and did a demo for us at which point we found related problem requiring him to more time. He was pleasant, easy to work with and kept saying, I'm here to make this work. I'll make this work. And he did. He was pleasant. He had a genuine smile. And he was dedicated.

I had a shower leak where I was concerned that water might be leaking behind the wall. When I called American Home Plumbing, Raheb answered immediately and said that he could be at my home in 15 minutes. Raheb was fast, pleasant, knowledgeable, and charged a fair price which included a 1 year warranty on the repair

The shut-off valve to my water heater broke and I needed urgent assistance. Initially, they were fully booked but thankfully had a cancellation and were at my house within an hour. The repair was done quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to use this company again. THANK YOU!!!!

I phoned Fast Response Plumbing this morning at 7:45am. A plumber (Ben) arrived at 8am, and had snaked through the pipe, unclogged the drain, given me the bill, and headed on to fix another disaster by 8:09am. 20 minutes from call to fixed! In a city of 825,863 residents spread across 46.9 square miles. Sweet. The cost was $135 and took less than 10 minutes. Thanks Ben!

Very reliable and professional. Had a gas pipe installed a few years back for a somewhat expensive but reasonable value. I wanted to get more work done with this company however their prices now make their work a very poor value. For example a $600 gas water heater, which is a two hour job for a professional, now costs upwards to $2000. I'll be doing the work myself and can't image how most people can afford this kind of service.

I've had Bob Cowden fix several things at my house, including unclogging pipes, installing a garbage disposal, installing new shower fixtures, etc.  His communication with clients is excellent, he returns calls quickly and shows up on time.  The one time he was running a little late, he called to let me know and told me what time he would be here.   I could not be happier with his plumbing skills and have never had any problems whatsoever with his work.  

He is very down-to-earth and friendly and easy to get along with.  He's even great with my pets.  He is eager to do whatever it takes to make the client happy.  A couple of times he's finished the work, then asked if there was anything else he could do at no extra charge since there was still some time left.  Seriously, how often do you hear providers so concerned about making sure their clients get their money's worth?

If you are looking for a plumber who is responsible, friendly, and really knows his stuff, look no further than Bob Cowden.  As long as he's in business, I will never have to hire another plumber.

Bart from Everclear is great. He's a professional, honest, friendly guy who's upfront and doesn't overcharge. I had a clogged drain and he arrived on time, got it resolved, and charged me the price he quoted even though it was more effort than he anticipated. He even gave me a warranty on his fix which he made good on when a sink started dripping again. I will be calling him again!

Mark does truly excellent work. He has lots of glowing reviews here, but let me add another.

We've hired Mark twice to do all sorts of odd and (to us) troublesome jobs. They were no trouble for Mark who flew through our long list of tasks with great efficiency & did everything with the highest quality. He fixed a shower area that had water damage in several places, doors that scraped or wouldn't lock, gates that wouldn't latch, drawers that wouldn't close, as well as he replaced both a broken attic fan/thermostat and a broken lighting fixture, amongst other tasks to make our home safer and more enjoyable.

Mark's prices are very fair. He does a phenomenal job.  My husband and I are very pleased and will be hiring him again.
