After reading reviews for Allstate Plumbing, I decided to give them a call. It was a Saturday and they showed up in hours. I live in a condo and had my hot water was restricted at the shower. He was able to resovle the issue without shutting off the water to the entire complex or replacing any parts. He literally saved me hundreds of dollars. I'd defintely use them again.

These plumbers are professionals.  Jim and Jake were very helpful  in assessing the water leak. They fixed it without any problems and  were very thorough.  They  even checked out other pipes just to be sure water wasn't leaking from other areas!  Great customer service , helpful, kind, courteous, and happy/smiled.  They both kept me informed as to what they were doing and cleaned up  and were respectful of the property. I recommend this company to anyone with difficult and easy plumbing problems.

Great service and prices. Luis texted to let me know he was running 15 minutes late. He replaced my defunct garbage disposal in no time and did a quick toilet repair at no charge while he was here.
He was friendly and professional. I'll definitely call him again for my plumbing needs.

Steve just left my home a few minutes ago and I would recommend him to any and all for plumbing issues.  Let me start at the beginning---a few months ago.  The faucet in my laundry room developed a leak.  It wasn't a leak, it was more like a gusher.  Asked husband for help; which never came so I decided to do the next best thing.  I wrapped up a new faucet as a Christmas present.  It sat on the end table for a long time.  I finally asked him if he was going to be able to install it for me.  His answer was that he probably didn't have the right tools for the job and to go ahead and get someone in to do it for you.  So, I looked at all the Yelp reviews and called someone (not AWP) and left a voice message.    I even sent a request through their online contact information.  I waited and I waited and I waited (7 days).  I called back again and again got voice mail and this time I politely requested that if they could not do the job to at least please call me back and let me know so I could find someone else.  Guess what, I'm still waiting for that call.   I gave them 2 more days for a response and then I called AWP!  To me there is such a thing as common courtesy.  Don't tell me that someone couldn't have called and told me that they were too busy, didn't have the manpower or bandwidth to help me.  

When I called Alfred Williams Plumbing--first thing, I didn't get a voice mail; I talked to someone directly.  They said I would have a call back within 15 minutes.  It wasn't 15 minutes it was more like 2 minutes!  I explained what I thought (notice  the word thought) I needed and also asked about my dishwasher.  Steve explained I really needed an appliance repair person for my dishwasher problem.  So, he gave me the name and number of his go-to person.  I will be calling them soon.

We set up an appointment for today (Wednesday) between the hours of 12-1.  I was
delighted to have him show up at my door about 11:25 AM.  I took him back to my laundry room and showed him what I thought (again that word) was wrong and that I had a replacement faucet which I purchased at OSH.  Steve gets to work and once he has removed the old faucet he realized that the new one wouldn't work.  I thought I was doomed.  Not so fast---I still had the part that I had taken over to the hardware store.  So, I gave it to him and lo-and-behold, he just replaced a rubber gasket.  Which, by-the-way, I had asked the clerk in the plumbing department at OSH if it was possible to do.  He advised me nope; easier to replace the faucet.  

So, if it weren't for Steve and his plumbing knowledge and repair capabilities, I would probably still be without a working sink.  He was efficient, took great care with his work and I was delighted with the cost.  We have cats and he took care to make sure that they didn't escape out the front door when he had to go out to his truck.

Steve did a great job; he explained things to me so that I understood the problem and the solution and he tested the faucet several times before he finally signed off on the job and left my house.

I recommend these folks highly and now I know whom to call when I need a plumber.  

I am sorry that this is such a long review but I wanted people to know the steps I had to go through before I found AWP.

Ronnie fixed the drip from my tub spout that no one else could figure out. He didn't give up when looking for the source. He was diligent, professional, effective, & affordable. These guys will be my go to from now on. I am so thankful for the excellent service. It's hard to find these days!

When our water heater started to fail I reached out to my friends to see if anyone had recommendations. A good friend explained that they had a great experience with Smash Plumbing and so, I immediately gave them a call.

The service representatives were timely and professional. Christian, the tech that came out to initially assess the heater, gave me excellent advice for our water heater and recommended that we replace the old (13 years) unit.

The entire process was as painless as it could be. After meeting with him and following his suggestions of buying a new water heater he made the effort to install it the very next day. No problems, and no hassle what-so-ever. He was professional and methodical with his work.

During the installation we spoke and he gave me good advice for how to maintain our water heater and the pipes coming in and out of our condo.

I would highly recommend Smash Plumbing, our experience was nothing less than 5 stars!

Wow, what a refreshing experience at THE POWDER ROOM today. They abide by the fact that service is number one. I took my Grohe kitchen faucet in to buy a replacement. John looked it over, took it and cleaned 14 years of gunk out of it and replaced the rubber part and charged me $14.00, all in about five minutes. You have a gem of an employee in John. Thank you again for over the top service.

I gave this business a five start before.  This time is kind of disappointing. I need to replace my kitchen faucet and may be the one in bathroom, and may be adding water filter under the kitchen sink. I called them last Thursday, text the pictures, and never hear any thing back. I text again on Tuesday. I used them before, and I was happy with them. So I want to give me another chance.  The lady on the phone was very apologetic, and sounds nice. But I have not heard from them. So I hired someone else to change the kitchen faucet.

10/10 would recommend and will recommend to everyone I know!!

bin shopping with these guys for over 6 years! they have always bin the best supply house in my opinion! I have called them for emergency water heaters at 2 in the morning and they open just for me! these guys make life so easy for a busy plumber! thanks for everything u do guys!!!

We had a new refrigerator delivered today and while the installer was turning off the water shut off valve, the knob broke off. Being that I have been waiting over a month for this refrigerator I knew I needed to get it replaced today. I again called Savior Plumbing and they were able to get out today to replace the shut off valve. David the technician that did the repair was professional, courteous and timely and was 100% COVID compliant. I really appreciate Savior's commitment to excellence customer service. For the second time, they exceeded my expectation.

Water Heater wasn't heating consistently. They came by next morning on time and fixed it right away. High value - Low cost - Super friendly! Highly recommended.

Called for a same day appointment on a Monday due to our main water line (that's feeding our home) rupturing and the lady who picked up the phone was friendly and was able to connect me to a tech the same day. About 20 mins later, Jeff called me back and showed up about 30 mins earlier than the time he quoted. He was able to quickly fix and replace the ruptured water pipe. Aside from getting back to me swiftly their service and quality of work was really impressive!

We had a leaking garbage disposal. Bob showed up on time. He quickly identified and fixed the leak, tightened up all the hoses under the sink and provided a clear explanation for the work done.
