I highly recommend Allstate Plumbing, but I wish we didn't have to use them! We've used them before and recommended them to others and everyone's been happy. Great service, knowledgeable, professional, neat, etc.

Needed to have our Kitchen drain stub out lowed a couple of inches during our kitchen remodel for our new deep undermount sink. Called up Master Plumbing and they were able to schedule me for first thing the next day. Jimmy came out and was quick and efficient at getting the pipe lowered.  Their by the hour pricing is very reasonable and overall the quality of the work is good.

Luis is the plumber we will work with going forward.
We had a great experience with him. He fixed our garbage disposal in no time. He's very responsive, punctual, skilled, professional and above all very honest. Called Alfred William's plumbing and got one of those fancy operators that entered in all the information and offered to schedule a time tomorrow.  Got a call back a few minutes later from the plumber and he said he could be there in an hour.  True to his word he showed up, went promptly to work on our leaking P trap under the K sink.

He prefers to work on 1950 and newer plumbing issues, but tackled our hodge podge of cast iron, chrome plated brass and plastic 1927 setup. Swapped in new black plastic plumbing and took the time to stress test it 3 times to make sure it held.

Appreciate his hard work and great pricing ($120 an hour labor plus reasonable priced parts).

My experience has been outstanding.  100% of the time when I reach out for a plumbing repair or replacement, I get a phone call back the same day; and often available to go to the job site the same day, or next day for evaluation.   That works very well for me.  Additionally, the quality of the materials are top notch.  I have needed water heaters, sump pumps, fixtures, and exterior plumbing needs... all with a goal that they will last a long time to prevent having to replace something within a few years.  I have not been disappointed.  Finally, a few comments about the quality of the work... Excellent, thorough and done with high confidence.  Matt also takes the time to explain the repair / replacement upon completion, and takes all questions about the work, and future directions & maintenance of what was replaced or repaired with the homeowner.

I have referred Smash to friends and family with successful feedback.

Wow, what a refreshing experience at THE POWDER ROOM today. They abide by the fact that service is number one. I took my Grohe kitchen faucet in to buy a replacement. John looked it over, took it and cleaned 14 years of gunk out of it and replaced the rubber part and charged me $14.00, all in about five minutes. You have a gem of an employee in John. Thank you again for over the top service.

When my usual go-to plumber did not respond to my voice message after more than a day, I called American Home Plumbing based on the great reviews here.  SO glad I did!  

Raheb answered my call and said he could come over by 4:30 the same day, and instead he arrived around 2:30, just a couple of hours after my call.  There was a leak under my sink which he could easily fix.  I also explained that I had a couple of other problems that I've been wanting to take care of for a long time but just hadn't gotten around to them. I thought he'd have to come back another day to take care of those things but said he could fix all of it at the same time and gave me a quote.  He was able to not only stop the leak but fix the other problems within a couple hours, and even charged me less than he quoted (unheard of, right?).  

I would definitely recommend Raheb, especially for those who have a plumbing job that needs immediate attention.

The bathroom fan was leaking water every time we took a shower. I don't know much about plumbing or electricity but I do know that water and electricity don't mix. I emailed Mark in the morning and by the afternoon he emailed me back with an appointment. He came a few days later at a time that worked for us, sorted out our issue and fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the possible issues, our solution, and it was all done at a fair rate. What also really appreciated was his cleanliness. He wore booties when walking around the house and was just really respectful of trying to keep things in order. I will TOTALLY book him again for handyman services. If you don't know what you're doing with home improvements in your home call Mark. Sure you can watch Youtube videos and sort it out , but honestly you're going to save time and money by hiring this dude.
