I would highly recommend this company. I recently had what I thought was a problem with the water pressure regulator & called Allstate. The service technician checked everything out & explained it all to me that everything was working correctly. It's this kind of customer service that makes customers want to come back when they have problems.

We had a good experience with this company. They showed up on time, kept us informed, fixed our clogged kitchen sink and explained why it happened. The price was fair.

LM Plumbing is now my first and only choice for our plumbing needs.  Luis from first contact to completion of the work, was professional, meticulous and informative.  Although the work he did was not difficult, it was how he did the work that impressed us.  He kept us informed throughout the work including identifying the problems and recommended solutions, showed us the work he completed, and he was patient and throughout to address our concerns and questions.  He offered maintenance tips and what red flags to look for if we encounter future problems.  He saved us time and money when he recommended we reach out to the manufacturer to get the parts we needed (on the way 2 days later).  We didn't even know we had a limited lifetime warranty on our faucet.  Most of all, Luis is honest, fair and reasonable.

A year or so ago I put together a list of recommended service providers, for example plumbers, so that when an urgent plumbing event happened I would already have the best person to call based on the experiences of others. I obtained the information from Bay Area Checkbook, Yelp, BBB, State Contractor's Lic Board, etc.  Alfred Williams Plumbing was on my list. So after discovering a toilet leak at floor level, I called them for help. Steve came out, removed the toilet, installed a new wax seal and reset the toilet in a very short span of time. The fee was reasonable. I was quite impressed. I have his card and for future plumbing needs I regard Williams Plumbing as a first choice service provider.

Norman seems like a nice guy, but I would not recommend him for electrical work.  I asked him to come fix a room that intermittently experienced a tripped circuit breaker when using high-wattage devices (e.g. space heater).  He came once to examine the problem, then came back two days later with another man who clearly was the actual electrician (to his credit, Norman did not try to charge me for the other man's time, but nevertheless a second person was never mentioned in our text communications). They replaced the circuit breaker, which did not solve the problem.  We spoke on the phone about next steps, and as a few other reviewers have indicated, he is difficult to communicate with.  I was unable to get a clear answer as to what his next hypothesis was, his plan for next steps, or how he would narrow down the problem.  I chose to pay him his $200 minimum fee and move on to a real electrician.

Will is super nice and knowledgeable. We had bath tub clogged issue for awhile. He came and fixed it in 30 mins. He always mention how do maintain a better system. He also helped me out on the weak water pressure issue. By visual inspected and found the filter issue inside the shower head. We also talked about the future plan of changing the water heater between tank or tankless. He made some very helpful suggestions and I learned some new things today. Overall very satisfied result after his services. Most likely going to be my preferred service provider going forward.

We had what we thought was a clogged/backed up bathroom, after trying to fix it ourselves we realized it was a bigger problem. Began calling plumbers around town as it was late in the evening. The following morning we received a call from Matt, he asked what the problem was. He then said he could come in the afternoon. He showed up earlier than anticipated, wore a face mask and shoe covers to enter our home. Assessed our toilets and then said it wasn't our toilets but the line from the city. He said we could call the city to get it fixed, or he could fix it with a snake, we were worried about how long the city would take so we had Matt fix it. Turns out there's a big tree on our sidewalk that had some roots coming into our sewage line, and it was affecting our home's plumbing. Matt was prompt to fix the issue, under an hour and charged a reasonable price! Out of the plumbing companies we called, he was the only one to say I will be there without hesitation and get the job done. Definitely keeping his contact number handy!

Very friendly and professional service. After having no success in finding new commercial toilet seats online and going to chain hardware stores, I went here. I met John who helped me. He checked a couple of his binders (they have a whole shelf of binders/resources!) and made a couple of calls, and within a few minutes he found the toilet seats I needed. He ordered them and called me a few days later when they arrived (He actually did this twice because I wanted to order one first to make sure it was the right one, and it was). Great price and free shipping. The toilet seats have since been installed and they look great! I will definitely go back for future bath/kitchen needs.

This is kind of too bad.  Reading the reviews makes someone think that kind of experience is what to expect.  I guess I would give this company more slack if it didn't advertise that it gives 100% response time within 1 hour.  See, I haven't even gotten that far.  

I went to their website, filled out a request for quote form (because it isn't an emergency) on Monday afternoon.  Waited.  Called them Wednesday afternoon at 1:20pm because it's not an emergency but I am trying to get a quote, and left a voice message with all the details I put in my request on their Contact Form - and mentioning in the voice message that I filled out the Quote Request on Monday.  Today is Friday.  Nothing.  No, it's not an emergency.  But four days to still not reply to a request for quote when they advertise what they do is what is disappointing.  I don't doubt the great reviews from other people, and I am a pretty patient and understanding person, and maybe it's just unlucky; but to advertise the response rate the way they do is disappointing, something people should hear about, and reason for the one star.  They might notice that.

Javier & Juan just completed a difficult all day job in an outstanding manner. They were diligent in explaining exactly what needed to be done and stopped to let us know when any potential difficulties arose so we could make informed decisions. They worked constantly, with a minimal lunch break and made sure that everything was cleaned up afterwards. This is the second time I have used Mauros' Plumbing for big jobs and trust them completely. They are worth waiting for if their schedule is backed up.

Great family owned plumbing supply in the east bay. They have just about any plumbing supplies you'll need, whether your a plumber, or an average joe trying to fix his toilet. They are cheaper than Home Depot in many areas, but not all. The staff are always friendly and excited to help you and are generally very knowledgable. Plenty of room for Parking and loading up trucks. Will definitely be back.

Last summer a pipe joint gave way in my attic.  I had water raining from a doorway on the second floor of my house.  I called several plumbers and the only one to respond was Savior Plumbing.  They sent out a gentleman who worked quickly in my  120 degree attic to find the leak and fix it before any real damage could happen inside the walls of my house.  I also had Savior Plumbing out recently to install a new garbage disposal.  I called in the morning and they were able to send someone out that day.  Darrel was the guy who came and not only did he install a new disposal but he also re-routed the pipes under my kitchen sink to be more efficient and less troublesome for the next guy.  I highly recommend them!

Service was amazing. Billy arrived within an hour of our call and found the source of the leak, fixed it and left the worksite clean and perfect. We were so pleased and will call again as needed.

I don't keep the numbers of many tradespeople in my phone, I usually am not happy enough with their work to want to call them again if I need work done. In Demand Plumbing is an exception-- Jeff the Plumber is now in my phone and I won't hesitate to call them back again if I need them. Jeff was on time, did good work quickly and cleanly and gave me a great price.

I was very happy with both times I used Bob's plumbing services this month.  He came on time, showed up with a friendly attitude, protected the immediate area that he worked in, and even got an appliance company to replace my faucet for free with a phone call!  I would absolutely use him in the future.

Wilver and his team are one of the best companies we worked with.  They're super responsive, quick, and honest about everything upfront.  Wilver explains all the work that needs to be done step by step so there aren't any surprises. We highly recommend them!

Bart was very responsive and honest! We are having trouble with our hot water pressure and just assumed since the pipes are old, we'd have to get the house repiped. Bart showed up ahead of schedule and took the time to check everything thoroughly. He said it could be a couple things and really wanted it to be an easy fix for us.  Turns out we will need to repipe but really appreciated Bart's concern and honesty.

A new gate, a re-caulked bathtub, and a light cover fixed:  all thanks to my husband who makes the money to pay for Mark Bissell to do all this and for a reasonable price.
