Overall the quality, value, professionalism, and timeliness of my plumbing request was met and exceeded.  I will always call Allstate first for all my plumbing needs moving forward.  I had some work that needed to be done and had three estimates submitted.  Out of the three, Allstate was the one that showed up on time and on the appointed day.  Also during the review of the job, Victor pointed out some additional issues for me to be aware of but in no way pressured me to decide at the moment.  He provided an estimate on the spot and was able to provide his availability to get the work done.  My dad is a professional plumber, so have some exposure to what to look for.  I knew as soon as he left I wanted him to do the work.  I had one bid come in quite a bit lower than the Allstate bid but when I contacted Victor he met the competitors bid.  Good for me!! Victor was able to come early on Saturday morning and was done by noon.  What impressed me most was the excellence in his work and the fact that when he was done, you couldn't tell he was there except for the new plumbing.  My dad had always taught me to leave the place cleaner than you found it on a job and Victor did just that.  Thanks to Victor and to Allstate for a GREAT experience.

At first, I was a bit unhappy. It was Saturday afternoon and a younger man came over and said he'd need to wait until Monday to get the part for our water heater repair.  I never heard anything on Monday so I reached out to my property management and they got on it.  Master Plumbing sent out Jorge.  He was prompt, courteous and kind.  He left to get a part and came right back, installed it and stayed to confirm that the job was done and done right.   I say, to make sure you get great service and a very nice person, just ask for Jorge.   If I need a plumber again, I'll be sure to request him by name.

He was able to come for same day service. Quick to reply to my yelp request and picked up the phone right away. He explained the problem. Great customer service.

Kory and the team continue to impress me about the high quality the work done! Our kitchen sink and food disposal unit start to run properly again after the clog and leaking for a few days. Thank you Kory!

Norman has been our go to man, emergencies and all the time, for our Airbnb business. We have three listings and he is very sensitive to a variety of people's needs, honest beyond belief, and a better deal than anyone around. He's the kind of human being that you wish was a part of your family, cause then you could get free suggestions and estimates over holiday dinners. Oh, that's right he does that anyway! He said if we gave him a good review and he got business because of it (don't forget to tell him you read this:), then he would tell us where he sings Karaoke on Friday nights. We hear he is da bomb, as the kids say.

Avalon Services is a very good. They did my sewage repair in a timely manner. All my paper work was in order; I received my City Of Oakland Compliance.
It is a good experience to have someone do what they are suppose to do and not try to cheat you.

Smash plumbing has helped me with many  plumbing tasks. Matt is a thoughtful,  and professional technician. He is great with diagnostics and he does quality repairs.
I will define call smash plumbing for all my plumping needs.

Art helped get a technician sent out to my rental in San Jose the same morning I called.  Freddy was quick and courteous.  He fixed the stopped faucet quickly and my tenant was very pleased.  Not to mention Art had great communication with me the whole time.  Will be using these guys again if my Grohe gets stopped up again. A+, 5x Star Service! Cheers!

The sink was clogged and I requested a quote and Raheb was one of the first ones to respond asking for my contact details so I can explain to him exactly what happened and he gave me a quote on how much it will cost to fix.  He was very upfront about the cost and I didn't feel pressured to commit in hiring him.  After a few days, I contacted him again and he came right away, assessed the damage and gave me a fair price.  And now, the sink is working again. :)

What's also good is that, he accepts card payments...how cool is that?  The other ones I've contacted take only cash or check which can totally ruin my budget.

Mauro's workers worked fast and fixed the issues. End result is functional but it ain't pretty.

I was referred to them by my realtor. I think I was able to schedule within a couple of days for a shower that had no cold water. Two guys came. One older knowledgeable guy, not Mauro, and a younger guy who spoke English. In the end they accomplished the 2 jobs pretty quickly. I will say communication was really difficult initially but became easier later. I wish I spoke Spanish. They cleared a shower line and replaced some laundry spigots that were old and leaking

For the Laundry spigots they had to add extension pipe pieces they had in their truck. They were different sizes and they used a shorter one where the longer one should have been because of the window sill was in the way. I tried to communicate this but it got lost in translation. He was able to do it but the spigots are at different angles now. He did have to dig into the wall, which is fine, but they put a bunch of silicone caulk in the inch wide crevice- probably would have been better to use spackle. See pic. It really isn't pretty and I can't paint that silicone caulk, but it works. 4 stars.

I went to Home Depot on Hesperian to buy some plumbing needs. They didn't have in stock. One of the employee at Depot recommended me this store. I went there got what I need and guess what.. the part at Home Depot was 25 bucks here it was 10 dollars. Surprised with price. Will definitely come back for plumbing needs. I am not sure about their return policy as one of the yelper says 25% charge to return any part. I wouldn't be happy to pay 25%. As of now I don't need to return anything. Will update if something changes.

So far I have had excellent service from Savior Plumbing. They are prompt, courteous and knowledgable. Fixed a kitchen sink drainage problem I had on and off for several years. They redid the piping correctly and haven't had a problem since. Love these guys!

Last night the waste pipe from the kitchen sink began leaking badly. It had corroded and I didn't want to trust my amateur plumbing experience in this crucial area.

This morning, I called Fast Response at 0730. Mario came at 0830. Job done by 0915.

Jeff showed up on time and immediately root cause and fixed the issue of my shower faucet. Very professional and I highly recommended Jeff. Thanks Jeff!

He is uncertified licensed plumber which has no bonds, no warranty, and no profit to customer for any qualify taxes purpose.  Overall, be aware with this Bob Cowden, plenty others quality licensed plumbers out there.
