Just finished another job with ALLSTATE Plumbing Company. Marie is exceptional and a true professional treating their clients like family. I met with Paul Reeder and he listened and figured out what the issue was within minutes. He really took the time to make sure there were no others issues as well. He was so professional and you could tell he's a great plumber. We won't call any other company. We've worked with them for several years so we know they are the best out there. We recently purchased a house with a leak in the sewer line. Master plumbing was really professional and responsive in helping us out. They initially estimated the work would take 2 days because of the placement of the piping. But when the time came, they were able to finish in one day without compromising quality! They even noticed a leak in one of our toilets while in the crawl space and fixed that for us too! Would definitely recommend them!

Great service, honest dude. Had a issue with my toilet leaking. He gave me a quote over the phone (the only plumber who did). I also expained to him that i attempted to fix the problem and after speaking with him he advised me I may not have an issue and to check a few things. Well I did not need service after all but the minute i do this is the guy I'm calling. I wont even try another company.

Norman was amazing to work with. We had an urgent need to fix our side garage door, since an open space was allowing rodents in. Norman called me back immediately and came over the next day to fix the job, understanding the urgency we had. He also did a great job fixing a closet light, and door lock. Would highly recommend, and definitely use him again in the future.

Best part: Really smart and concise communication.  This company would be great for an HOA big job because Will would probably explain to the HOA board well.   I had called several plumbers before I talked to Will.  He was the most communicative of all.  He explained what my options were including the most comprehensive way to fix my water heater issues as well as several other options.  So I chose an option and Juan was to come out the next day. He did and that went fine.  They were both very professional.  However there ended up being a mistake with the heater size that was picked up.  There was some compensation after discussion for the inconvenience.  Juan returned the next day with the right sized heater.  The rate was priced for the job and it was for a special sized heater unit that was shorter than the average 40 gallon.  1750.00.  According to my conversations I had with other plumbers, that is about right for a heater that did include the extras and an odd sized heater.  I bought a pan for underneath too.  And Juan did say he did something for me that was to do with the pipe and that was part of the package pricing / job price.  That was nice.  I would use and recommend in a heartbeat.

Went in as a new buyer of kitchen faucets. Liked pull downs  but did not want one that did not look sleek and solid. John helped me know what I wanted and the store had exactly what I wanted. Ordered that day and picked up  (perfect recessed pull down) next day. Done deal.

Great service! We are selling a condo and our disposal went out so we needed a speedy fix.  Raheb responded the same day that we called him.  He was courteous and professional.  He determined that the disposal only needed a quick wrenching and good as new!  He wouldn't take any money for the task and that really told me what a great guy he is.  We will use him for all our plumbing needs in our new house!

We had a good experience with Mauro's when we needed a fix to get our new washing machine working. They were able to get someone out to give us an estimate within a couple of days, and then were able to complete the job same-day after they gave us a quote. Their pricing was reasonable, and we'll definitely use them again!

This is a great shop. They have all the rough plumbing stuff you need. It's in bins so you can walk around and pick out what you want. Really handy if you are trying to figure it out. Having Sunday hours is a huge deal. They are on my short list of suppliers for sure!

I want to thank Tom and Clay for all their work and help in solving our hot water heater problem.  My wife and I have used more plumbers than I care to count to solve a bunch of different problems of varying difficulty for us in the last seven years.  One of these problems was a stench that would emanate from the hot water heater when it was in use.  After talking with a few plumbers and the manufacturer it was determined that we needed go replace the anode rod.  We learned after the anode rod was replaced that not only did that not fix the problem, but there was an extra step that the plumber didn't take in the installation that might have helped with the smell.  Two or three years later, we were still having that odor problem but ignoring it because everyone said the odor wasn't harmful.  
    Two days ago the carbon monoxide detector in our house activated.  After opening all the windows and doors and evacuating the house we contacted the fire department ( literally around the corner from us), PG& E came out and turned off our gas due to too much CO coming from the water heater.  After researching a plumber yet again, I found Savior Plumbing through Diamond Certified and looked on yelp at reviews.  I contacted them and after talking with Tom, even though we live in Oakland and would be charged travel, he seemed very knowledgable and I thought it would be worth trying him since none of the other plumbers we used made a positive impression.
   Yesterday morning Clayton, and friendly smart man, came to our home in Oakland and did his best to fix the carbon monoxide issue.  It seems that the exhaust wasn't being discharged from the room properly.  Clayton felt that the improper burning of the gas also may be the cause of the odor that we kept smelling.  Clayton replaced and elongated the pipes that took the exhaust out of the house, and the odor did seem to go away.  PG&E came back and the carbon monoxide problem was actually worsened.  I called Tom back and without hesitation Tom said that they would get someone out here as soon as they could to try again.  This morning Clayton and Tom came out to make sure that everything they thought could be the problem based on their and PG&E' observations was taken care of.  The cleaned the baffle and combustion unit and all the soot that had accumulated over the last seven years since we had this heater installed.  They also replaced the single wall pipe that Clayton installed yesterday with double wall piping.
Travel time was not billed today, credit for what had been installed yesterday applied to the materials used today, and Tom didn't charge for all of his time on the job.  In addition Clayton noticed that one of the water pipes was slightly leaking and replaced it.
   Today when PG&E came everything was fixed and the odor is gone!  I would definitely recommend Savior to friends (especially if they are close enough to not be charged travel time)

I gave up after several attempts to schedule a service appointment with them. I was always told the same thing - I'll check for availability of the service technician and call you right back. After a couple of days of not hearing back from them, I called them back to follow up and, again, was told the same thing. If I have to chase after them to schedule a service appointment, that is not a company that I should be doing business with. Very poor follow through on their part. Fast Response? What a joke!

Water main pipe underground in the front yard busted......Awwwww Crap. This is gonna cost me a kidney at the very least was my first thought. Contacted In Demand and they fitted me into their schedule the very next day. Bruh! I had a natural river flowing thru my front yard, it was sort of cool....surprisingly none of the neighbors came knocking on my front door. These cats assessed the problem, quoted a price right on the spot and had the issue fixed in a matter of hours. They even saved my plant and repacked the dirt neatly. Very grateful for their work and definitely will recommend their service to anyone who is in need of plumbing service.

I was very happy with both times I used Bob's plumbing services this month.  He came on time, showed up with a friendly attitude, protected the immediate area that he worked in, and even got an appliance company to replace my faucet for free with a phone call!  I would absolutely use him in the future.

We needed a gas line installed to our fireplace.  Wilver clearly understood and described what needed to be done.  He and his team completed the work quickly and they did a great job.   The price was fair too.  I highly recommend Wilver and Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter and Service.

Bart was very responsive, efficient and professional. He repaired both my kitchen sink and bathroom sink in less than an hour. He charged a flat rate of $245 per sink, which is standard. My regular plumber is cheaper, but I will gladly use Everclear in a pinch in the future.

Delighted to have met Mark. He responded promptly to my email, scheduled an appointment at a super-convenient time, showed up punctually and got to work cheerfully and speedily. Everything was completed to a high standard and at reasonable cost. He was friendly & professional; I won't hesitate to contact him again.
