We were pleased with the work performed and with the option of buying some of the supplies ourselves to save some money. They were friendly and did a good job on the water intake pipe that my husband had already fixed twice. It has been a few months since the repair and there are no problems.

Our kitchen sink was backing up every time we ran the laundry machine. They did a bit of diagnosis over the phone. Quoted me prices for different scenarios. Came out the next day on time. The service was thorough and well done. It's been about a week since they rootered and fixed the issue. We've run multiple loads of laundry without any issues. Their price came out exactly as quoted.

Norman did a great job replacing some sconces for me and hanging a few mirrors and hooks. He was very careful and even went the extra length to touch up the paint around the sconces. I will definitely hire Norman again!

I had a leak under my sink so I contacted Avalon to have someone check it out. It so happens that the previous owner didn't connect the drain pipe under my sink correctly.  John came and spent a good amount of time trying to reconfigure the piping up to code.  He recommended a permanent solution moving my drain pipe which required a bigger job to be done at a later time.  I scheduled for the bigger job which was to be completed by another guy, Evan.  John arrived with Evan to do a warm handoff before starting the job (which was really nice).  At first, Evan attempted to try to reconfigure the pipes to potentially avoid the big job completely - which I did not ask for, he made this attempt on his own (looking out for me as a customer).  He took some time but was able to figure it out! He Facetimed with one of the owners to review his work to make sure it was up to code.  The owner commended his good work and the big job didn't need to be completed after all.  They could've just moved forward with the original job a received more money, but they were looking out for me and saved me about half the amount I would've spent.  I can tell this company really cares for its customers and treats them like people.  I'm new to the area and I need a local plumbing company I can rely on.  Avalon Services is saved in my phone for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I was in a pinch, my regular plumber was not available and I had to get a shower valve replaced. My regular plumber, who has been a plumber for decades, recommended Matt, and I do too. He was quick to respond, did quality work, and charged a fair price. It's a big deal for a plumber to be responsive, for obvious reasons, and Matt was every time I have called on him. Since the shower valve, Matt has fixed a pinhole leak and replaced a hot water heater and his service and skills as a plumber are remarkable. I highly recommend Smash Plumbing.

My shower drain was broken due to poor installation from the previous plumber, a friend recommended Raheb, he came over took a look and within minutes he knows what the problem is, he came back on the day he promised and fixed my drain, now I am so happy I can use my shower again. I called Mauro's Plumbing to see if they could fix a leak with my irrigation control valve. They don't fix irrigation systems but since I was unsure what the problem was, they were kind enough to come by to see what they could do. Their team came and were able to find the problem. Although they couldn't fix it, I appreciate their willingness to stop by, spend 20-30 minutes digging water out of my lawn, and take a look - and at no charge. I will definitely call them should I have any plumbing issues in the future. They were friendly and helpful!!

Called Savior Plumbing for a minor plumbing issue in the bathroom but needing immediate attention. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the receptionist was quick and polite, she scheduled a plumber to come in the next two hours. He was very friendly and got the job done quickly. The price was affordable.

Excellent work.  I had a clogged pipe and needed someone to come out quickly.  After reviewing on-line feedback I felt most comfortable calling Fast Response.  I got an appointment the very next day.  What I really liked was the detailed, layperson's explanation of the problem and the solution.  Problem was solved quickly and I feel assured that everything is OK going forward.  Very professional.

A week later my mom's bathroom drain needed snaking and I called them again.  Came out right away and did a great job.

I'm a fan. Jeff replaced my hot water heater, exactly to the dollar what he quoted on the phone, in/ out/ & done in 90 mins, and had the courtesy to take his shoes off before coming in the house without having to be asked.  Totally friendly, and on time. I got 4 bids before choosing him. He was within $100 of being the cheapest. I maybe could have saved a bit if Id have shopped even more, but this guy came across right, he deserved the job. I'm very happy.

I noticed water under our water heater on Saturday morning and Bob's name and number were written on it.  He installed the water heater for the previous owner over 10 years ago.  I called Bob and left a message. He called back within an hour and said he had other jobs lined up for the day but he could come by at 4 PM. He asked me questions over the phone that confirmed that the problem was a leak within the tank. Bob was on time and knew immediately what to do. Within two hours, he had removed the old water heater and installed a new one. There were a couple of drain lines still to install, but it was getting late, so he came back Sunday morning at 10, again on time, to finish the job. Bob is affable, capable, efficient and clearly takes great pride in his work. His dogs are friendly, too. I highly recommend Bob Cowden plumbing.

Bart came out a few years ago to unclog a kitchen sink. It was a tough clog and he spent a long time unclogging it, but got the job done. He also went into my crawlspace and inspected the structure of the drainage pipes to ensure there were no problems there. He explained everything that he did, why the pipes were clogging, and provided several tips to prevent this from happening in the future.

Three years later, I had another clog. Initially I couldn't remember or find Bart's info so I got another plumber to come out and unclog it. During that process they told me that I had a small leak in the crawlspace and quoted me a ridiculous amount of money to fix it. I declined and called a few other plumbers to get a second opinion. This time I found Bart and he came out for free to assess and provide another quote to fix the leak, except that he found no leak! He had me run water from all the faucets, flush the toilets, and found no leaks and nothing wrong with the pipes in my crawlspace.

I highly recommend Bart as a knowledgable and honest plumber. I'll definitely call him again for future work.

My old garbage disposal rusted out and leaked, damaging the kitchen cabinet interior.  I hired Mark to replace the water damaged cabinet and install a new garbage disposal unit.  Mark was on time, professional, and did an excellent job of communicating.  Sometimes YELP reviews can be relied upon.  =)
