My realtor friend recommended Allstate Plumbing when our bathroom was suddenly clogged. They arrived in under 2hrs as promised, did a great job, cleaned up the area very well and left. Price-wise, when we felt that we had overpaid, the manager called us back the very next day and explained the details of the price and even sent us a check for $25 for inconveniencing us at dinner time..all said and done, very nice folks and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Condo HOA asked that I call Master Plumbing to check out a plumbing issue that could potentially be a building issue. The technician was good (Anthony), however at the time of the invoice, even though my HOA had communicated to Master Plumbing that they would foot the bill so to bill them directly, they insisted that I foot the cost and give my CC details - does not make any sense. Customer Service (Ken & Austin) were extremely rude and did not want to listen to what I was saying.

Does it really matter to them who pays the bill as long as it is being paid? Why make a huge fuss about this? Too bad this happened, just left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I called this morning (a Sunday)  and Luis (the owner) actually answered the phone (instead of getting a recording like everyone else).  He was over in less than 1/2 hour.

I've got to say, SUPER nice guy! He knew exactly what he was doing and was done in about 1/2 hour. i had a clogged kitchen sink with lots of dirty dishes, i needed someone pronto!  

Luis was very professional and helpful with suggestions of preventing this from happening again.

You can't go wrong with LM Plumbing, Luis is totally honest and knows his trade.

I give him 5 Stars!   If you need a plumber, Luis is your man.

This plumber will get everything flowing alright...straight from your bank account to theirs.

Made the mistake of hiring AQP to fix a sewer main issue. $8000 later...Kory said they checked their work and everything was fine, but when I asked to see their work on the camera he was cornered and had to admit they did a costly repair but didn't solve the problem.

Taking full advantage, Kory then suggested I needed a huge, exorbitantly-priced ($30,000) sewer line upgrade. Needless to say I'm getting a second opinion. I don't trust AQP for one second. They're a bunch of opportunistic, price gouging con men.

Their sky high prices aren't justified, either. There are other, far more qualified plumbers who do better work and charge less.

For example, AQP's price for diagnosing my problem was arguably excessive (2-3 times that of two competitors I checked with). AQP  quoted me $800 and two Diamond Certified plumbers quoted me $241 and $350 respectively. For the same exact thing (running a camera through the line).

I would recommend a Diamond Certified plumber over AQP in a heartbeat. Diamond Certified plumbers are thoroughly vetted and their work is  guaranteed by a third party who will investigate and mitigate any issues you have after the fact.

AQP on the other hand gives vague, verbal quotes, uses scare tactics, and provides little to no guarantee.

They are super sloppy and left my yard a mess. They broke my walkway light, left mud all over my fence, left my garden tarp all bunched up with rocks scattered everywhere.

Furthermore, AQP lacks foresight, problem solving skills, and a cohesive plan. They do everything by trial and error--you pay through the nose for the trial, and they make the error. Because they didn't solve the problem the first time, you hire them again, they try something else, you pay, and the cycle goes on. That's how they operate.

There are so many other plumbers out there--you can definitely do better than this motley crew of guys who, frankly, don't seem to give a crap (no pun intended).

Update: After reading their response, I find it interesting that they found my sewer line broken because a week or so before they dug it up, I paid them the outrageous price of $589 to snake the line. They told me they snaked it all the way to the street. That would have been impossible had the line actually been broken! That means, by definition, they had to have 1) charged me $589 for nothing or 2) broken my sewer line. They lie, cheat and steal.

And by the way they consider a Saturday after hours and jack ip their prices accordingly.

I have used their services in the past, and found their prices excessive. Other reviewers have said they have good availability, but that's because few people want to pay their outrageous prices.

Called Norman Saturday morning to see if we can get help with a sprinkler that won't shut off.  He was kind enough to talk us through potential problem areas over the phone.   We ultimately figured out how to shut off the sprinkler.   We asked if how much we would owe him for the phone consultation and he refused.  We'll be using him next time we come across any house work required or issues.

He came out and took a look before giving a quote.  Fast response and excellent service.

This is the second time I've called Matt for my plumbing needs.  Last week when I called him in the morning he was able to come over in a few hours and handle my pumping issue.  He is very courteous, knowledgeable and an all around nice person.  I know I can count on SMASH PLUMBING to handle all my personal plumbing needs and for other service needs of our condominium building.

Wow, what a refreshing experience at THE POWDER ROOM today. They abide by the fact that service is number one. I took my Grohe kitchen faucet in to buy a replacement. John looked it over, took it and cleaned 14 years of gunk out of it and replaced the rubber part and charged me $14.00, all in about five minutes. You have a gem of an employee in John. Thank you again for over the top service.

I have a 50 year old house with the original galvanized plumbing. I had no idea what was wrong and Raheb understood my disjointed explanation of the problem. I ended up needing to have the sewer line snaked and the pipe braced. Raheb was very friendly and professional. He did the job efficiently, arrived on time, and answered his phone himself. Most importantly treated my family, property and me with respect. I'm VERY happy. Raheb is now in my contacts as my go-to plumber.

Starting with a prompt reply to my request for a quote, to scheduling the earliest appointment, accommodating my urgent request - to the very efficient and dynamic duo (wearing masks the whole time due to covid-19) who quickly detected the source of my toilet's leak, expeditiously got the parts, removed old and corroded pipes and left very clean workspace - - last but not the least - the estimated time and cost is pretty much right on the money! The fix will definitely save money on my water bills.  Thank you for the awesome service!

I have have always wanted to support locally owned businesses.  This place shows that they do care about their clients by given me a return phone call in a timely manner even though it's the holiday weekend.  In addition, they do know their stuff vs the other plumbers that I have talked to.

Needed a shower regulator replaced...messed around with another company and after they showed up to do the repair they wanted me to get the part directly from Kohler - who has time for that? I called Savior Plumbing, they had the part on their truck and were at my home the very next day. Polite, respectful. and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated the fact that they care about their customers! Top Notch!

Water main pipe underground in the front yard busted......Awwwww Crap. This is gonna cost me a kidney at the very least was my first thought. Contacted In Demand and they fitted me into their schedule the very next day. Bruh! I had a natural river flowing thru my front yard, it was sort of cool....surprisingly none of the neighbors came knocking on my front door. These cats assessed the problem, quoted a price right on the spot and had the issue fixed in a matter of hours. They even saved my plant and repacked the dirt neatly. Very grateful for their work and definitely will recommend their service to anyone who is in need of plumbing service.

I was very happy with both times I used Bob's plumbing services this month.  He came on time, showed up with a friendly attitude, protected the immediate area that he worked in, and even got an appliance company to replace my faucet for free with a phone call!  I would absolutely use him in the future.

We needed a gas line installed to our fireplace.  Wilver clearly understood and described what needed to be done.  He and his team completed the work quickly and they did a great job.   The price was fair too.  I highly recommend Wilver and Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter and Service.

Bart is a life-saver! We had a clogged toilet on a Friday evening. My fiance tried to plunge it for an hour, to no avail.

Finally, we realized that we needed to call in a professional for this one. We gave Bart a call, and within 20 minutes he arrived at our apartment. He quickly assessed the issue and brought his equipment in to clear the clog. Along the way, he was calmly explaining everything he was doing and answering all of our questions. He was able to clear the blockage within an hour.

We're extremely glad we called Bart, because the clog might've flooded our apartment if we waited any longer. Overall, Bart was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and I would recommend him for any plumbing needs. I'll definitely be calling Bart the next time we have a problem.
