I had my bathroom remodeled and had Allstate come in to do the rough plumbing.
I had three different plumbers bid on the job and Allstate was the second lowest bid, but they estimating process was more professional and detailed than the low bidder which made me decide to go with them.
Once the wall was opened a new problem of a rusted pipe was found which caused an additional charge, which is expected, but it went up a little higher than I wanted.
The job took a little longer than expected including the unexpected pipe replacement, but the workmanship was above average and I am willing to take an extra day longer for good work.

I was on the fence about 4 or 5 stars, but the bottom line is that I would recommend Allstate.

Master Plumbing was upfront about being backed up in scheduling, but eventually managed to squeeze me in for next-day service.  Caesar and Jorge, who were sent out, worked professionally and efficiently while finished the job within the minimum 1-hour labor charge. Mention the online discount from their website!  However, parts prices seemed inflated, but I suppose that is somewhat expected.

The shutoff valve to my wash machine was leaking, and I called Master Plumbing on Thursday night for a possible next day appointment.  The operator said they were all booked up until late the following week, but would have someone call me the next morning to follow up.  Friday morning, they said they could get me in on Tuesday (Monday was Labor Day). Hours later, they call me that they could fit me in that day due to a recent cancelation.

Caesar and Jorge replaced the hot and cold valves--only one was leaking but they recommended to replace both as they were 15 years old and I was paying for their visit already anyways.  They also recommended changing the hoses, which I agreed given their age, though the markup price on them seemed quite high compared to what I was charged for the valves.  Saved me a trip to the hardware store, if nothing else.

If your from Central Valley and in need of plumbing, Luis is the one !  Good guy ! To make it short, my wife & called in the evening & Luis responded and came within an hour . He got the job done, very knowledgeable, & the price was reasonable!  You can't go wrong!

Once again we needed to call on Steve Williams from Williams Plumbing. Told us he would be here between 11:30 and 12:30. He arrived at 11:39 and was done by noon!!!  Great job, cleaned the work area well and reasonably priced!  Thanks again, Steve--you're the best!!

Contacted Norman for Handyman services, he sent his associate serving San Bruno area (Ray Williams) for the jobs (setting up curtains, putting knobs on cabinets in the kitchen, breaking down our old unwanted closet)
Ray was great to work with, came to our home on time and performed all the services  giving us handy tips along the way.

Will and his team from Avalon Services handled a really complicated sewer lateral replacement for my home in Oakland. They were amazingly communicative throughout, and after they were finished they put everything back just as it was. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you again, Will!

Our 17 yr old tankless water heater stopped working.  It was determined that it was time for a new one.  We hired Matt Garber of Smash Plumbing to do the job.  Although we stayed with the same manufacturer, apparently the exhaust system needed updating which made the replacement a little more complicated that we initially thought.  We found Matt not only knowledgeable but professional and a man of great integrity.  We saw a very hard worker who was time efficient and conscientious.  He cleaned up the area well after the job was done and was friendly and courteous from the moment he stepped in the door.  Matt will be at the top of our plumbing services list and we will happily recommend Smash Plumbing to family and friends.

If you need any bathroom or kitchen fixtures or plumbing needs, the Powder Room in Los Gatos is the best.. I will always use them as long as they are around.   Cathy

We had a pipe leak in our laundry room on a Saturday night during Memorial Day weekend. I had hard time reaching any plumbers, but Raheb at American Home Plumbing answered right away and was able to come within less than an hour. Raheb is great to work with, knows what he's doing and his charge for the emergency service was reasonable. Thanks Raheb for saving the weekend for us!

We just moved and were dealing with a clog in our new sink. Home warranty sent the worst actual plumbers in the world, said they couldn't snake cause there wasn't a clean out, would have to follow up with me but never did, just took my money and ran.

Mauro's came out same day, and had the snake drained and cleared in under an hour, all while being super professional.

This is a great shop. They have all the rough plumbing stuff you need. It's in bins so you can walk around and pick out what you want. Really handy if you are trying to figure it out. Having Sunday hours is a huge deal. They are on my short list of suppliers for sure!

Called them today to cap off plumbing for an old water storage on my roof that was being removed. They were able to send someone today, which was totally awesome!!! The original problem was fixed but somehow the hot water was affected by the capped off plumbing. Tom the owner called me and said that they would send someone to fix that. I have never had such great customer service from a plumbing company like this before. I recommend Savior Plumbing for any plumbing issues that you might have, give them a call!!!

I have had used Fast Response twice. The first time was when the valves to my bathroom sink were constantly leaking. Another plumbing company came out but insisted the leaking could not be stopped. I callled Fast Response and they fixed it.

My second encounter wasn't as smooth at first. I have a non-operable irrigation system in my extremely small front yard, but the valve on the pump began to leak significant amounts of water. It was definitely a problem that l couldn't fix on my own.

Two guys from Fast Response came out, and once they saw that it was part of an irrigation system, they refused to help and left very quickly. l called First  Response and explained that it was just a leak that needed to be repaired, not the entire irrigation system. Apparently, Fast Response doesn't deal with irrigation issues. Unfortunately, a lot of water was leaking from the pump and it would take weeks to get a landscape architect to come out just to stop a leak.

Joe, from Fast Response, called me back and arranged to stop by the following morning. He was a lifesaver as he capped the pump so it stopped leaking and he was kind enough not to charge me.

Fantastic experience. Jeff was friendly, courteous, and professional. He found the multiple problems causing leaks under my sink and showed them to me for verification. He replaced the worn parts and fixed the problems without delay--and at an extremely reasonable cost. Jeff is the man in In Demand.
