Jack was the only person on Yelp, who agreed to get me out of trouble with a mess another contractor created. Hepled fix all the issues (basically redid project completely) and worked with San Jose Permit office to get everything properly inspected. Super fast in communication, always notified me upfront about next steps. We'd be lost without him. Highly recommend!

I rarely write reviews and only save them for really good ones.  We contacted Carlos to help us complete an electrical connection for our store.  He's patient, knowledgeable and very well spoken.  He ended up being a great asset in finding out there were other issues with the wiring in our store.  He spent time explaining to us what needed to be changed.  He then advised us to go back to the engineering company that we hired (and paid a lot for) to let them know.  They admitted their mistake and reconfigured the wiring plans.  Thanks Carlos for helping us catch that.  We are in the food business and would definitely hire Carlos for our next ventures.

Great work -- again!  This is the second job for which we used Courtesy Electric, and this one, a full service panel replacement/upgrade, was bigger than the first.  It went perfectly, as expected.  Mike worked quickly and cleanly, and the subs he brought in for finish/clean-up work also did excellent jobs.  Our house now looks like it was born with this panel in place, not like it was a replacement/upgrade.  We look forward to going to Mike for future work, too.

We had four kitchen pendant lights removed and replaced. Not only was their work very clean and well done but was completed in a timely manner. Also,  compared to other estimates, Hormoz (owner) was very reasonable.

My townhouse was built in the 80's.  Over the past 17yrs I've had several shorts occur (a receptacle melted, a switch burned up and a wirenut melted)  The breakers never tripped.  I assume it was faulty receptacles,  switches or connections in gang box in the wall.  I had another short a few days ago and and could not locate it myself.  I called a electrician I knew (who does commercial) and was referred to David Electric.  I called left a message and Albert called me back quickly.  He came out the next day he was on time and ready to work.  As soon as he opened the door on my breaker panel, he told me it was a major fire hazard and needed to be replaced.  The panel was known to not trip a breaker when it should and thus wires in the house get hotter and hotter in an overload situation until there is a failure - just like I had multiples times in the past.  I later looked up the details on the panel (Zinsco GTE-Sylvania) and found many reputable sources and news articles indicating the breaker panel had been recalled/pulled from market in 1984 (4 years after my home was built) and was a major fire hazard.  Albert quoted me $1500 to replace the panel with my choice of Siemens or GE panels labor, parts, and tax all-in. (I looked up pricing and in the Silicon Valley that is a fair price.) Permit was all set. He even offered to do the online application for the permit. He then proceeded to find where the short was and gave me a very good quote for that too.  He spent 2 hours searching and troubleshooting, including working in the attic.  The repair took another hour in the attic and about 30 mins rewiring two sets of switches in the primary bedroom. (troubleshooting, new wire, materials and repair $380)   He noted I had a freezer in the garage and offered to put a new dedicated circuit GFCI receptacle in for that which would reduce future break trips as my garage and primary bedroom were all (unfortunately) on one circuit and thus spread the load out. (new receptacle location parts and labor $160).  

David was friendly and very respectful of my home.  He was neat and clean, cleaning up after himself.  He communicated with me and answered my questions.  I did ask for an estimate and he gave me numbers via text message which was fine.  He did give me detailed written invoices.  He communicated via text message quickly and clearly. His pricing is very fair based on what I saw in the marketplace and I have no doubts that his work was to code and done very well and professionally.   He's a nice guy and just wants to do a good job.  I would absolutely call Albert and David Electric back if I need any further electrical work.   I'm so happy with his work, I'll be recommending him to my Homeowners Association as we have 10 other townhouses with the same dangerous breaker panels.

My man Mike and his guy Nahn came through and saved the day! I now refer to him as Magic Mike!! They came and knocked down a laundry list of electrical jobs like it was child's play. All the while being courteous and forthcoming. I'm pretty sure I will be using them again. Not sure when though cause they killed it over here! Nothing left to do.

Mike was able to come by on short notice to give me a honest estimate for installing LED lights for my living room.  I also wanted to add some lights to the bedrooms.The project came out beautiful.  Mike is a talented Electrician Thank You for making my place look so nice.

We had a bunch of our emergency lights out in our business. We replaced batteries but still ended up with many that were not working. Since they were over 12 years old, we decided to replace them. I reached out to our usual electrician on many occasions trying to get something scheduled (they even penciled me in but never showed up) so I decided to look for other options through Yelp.  Best Electrical Services was one of the respondence.

They were lower in price then some of the others that could provide proof of insurance which was necessarily since this is a business. Their reviews looked good, so I took a chance. They responded to my questions quickly, booked me for the following week, and actually showed up on time. They were very easy to work with and handled the installation quickly. I didn't have enough of the lights on premises so they told me to text them when they came in and they would fit them in. All in all, I'm very satisfied.

We were in a bind on a Saturday afternoon, after finding out that our house was out of power in three bedrooms. We needed the issue resolved before the evening, and called many electricians in the Santa Clara/San Jose/Sunnyvale/Milpitas area. All said that they were busy and would not be able to send someone until Sunday afternoon (24 hours later) - but that was until we called Acero Electric.

At 4pm, we spoke with Richard. He listened to our issue, and asked where we were located. Even though he had just made a trip out to Santa Clara 1.5 hours earlier, he stated that he would stop by in an hour. We texted him pictures of our circuit breaker and a video of the issue we were encountering. He said he knew right away what the problem was.

Within 20 minutes of being at the house, Richard and his colleague were able to isolate the issue and fix it. Thank you so much Acero Electric - you guys were a lifesaver!

Dmitry offered a free estimate the next day after contact, to check the condition of some messy live cable from previous house owner , which we have completely no idea what those for. He quickly identified where might be potential future issue and what is safe, very patient and explain things clearly and very professional. we would like to say thank you so much to let us know everything looks safe, we definitely will work with you for any future remodel!

Everything about with them is great. Answered yelp messages on time, called me to provide a rough estimate, kept in touch via text messages, scheduled a time to appointment. Both of them showed up in time, completed installing the electric vehicle charger in less than 2 hours. They were least expensive in terms of cost and probably the best out if 6 people I talked to for this job. Definitely recommend their services.

Dinh's team - Eric and Darrin were wonderful!  They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient!  And, now my home is alive with lights - recessed lights in my living room and a ceiling fan in my bedroom - both have vaulted ceilings.  They also added a fixture in my guest room and replaced fixtures in the dining room and kitchen...and they mounted my TV over the mantle.  Everything looks great! Called Mickey at noon on a Saturday. He came out later that day when he said he would. He's very knowledgeable and solved our electrical problem. I highly recommend him and will call him again.

I called due to our lights dimming when other appliances come on. He returned my call within an hour. He suggested I call pg&e as it sounded like their issue. He was 100% correct!  I appreciate his integrity and would recommend him.

I hired Ted at Apollo ran new electrical service  fr my house to my detached garage,/man cave. He wired the entire structure including, coax, cat 5, installed all outlets, in ceiling speakers, flat panel tv, inside/outside fixtures, electrical panel network panel and more. He also arranged for a team to dig a trench to code from house to garage to lay all cables underground on short notice.

Ted is completely trustworthy and a great guy. His bid was corruptive and there were no surprises.

Highly recommended! Wesley and team did new installations for two Ring floodlight cameras, a Ring doorbell and replaced an existing floodlight at my house. They were one of the few electricians who responded to my initial requests for quotes and Wesley came out for a free quote a day later when he was in the area. During install day, they did a great job, made sure to tidy up afterwards, and everything works like it should. They hung around while I set up the app and devices on my phone too. Great guys and great service.

Robert, a plumber from Pacific Coast Home Services, is phenomenal.  He went above and beyond to repair a lingering issue with my toilet that I had been trying to resolve for over 3 months.  He is clearly very knowledgeable and capable.  Highly recommend him!  Also, shout out and huge thanks to Amelia (in the office) who was super responsive with her communication and follow-up.
