Juslav at Fuse provides a great service. He was available quickly, diagnosed our wiring problem and was able to get everything up and working in short order. Prompt, courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Caio is very professional. From the initial meeting, he came on time and very thorough. I made contact with another electrician on the same day because that person responded faster in the beginning. Unfortunately it was a mistake. The other guy did not check the panel like Caio did. Caio even went outside to look at the meter to make sure the power supply can sustain what we need. When it came to providing estimate and time frame, Caio provided clear communication in writing. No hidden cost, no hidden agenda such as no invoice then small discount after ridiculous quote.

Caio came on time on the day of project. He got the work done as described. He kept the area cleaned and he cleaned up the mess that caused by project. I cannot say enough good thing about Caio but he is now my go-to-person whenever I have electrical needs for the house.

I recently had Dang Electrical install some pot lights in my office and fix the garbage disposal in my kitchen. I was really impressed with Dang's professionalism and attention to detail. I actually found out about Velo Electric through a Home Depot pro installation request. There were a few other businesses who contacted me, but I went with Carlos because he was among the first to reach out, and was responsive and provided a fair estimate in a timely manner.

What I needed help with was a bathroom exhaust fan installation, and Carlos was a great help in answering my questions and went ahead and picked up the recommended fan for me. He made the entire process as simple and efficient as possible, was even able to get the install scheduled sooner than I thought. Overall, I would definitely work with Carlos again on future projects for the house!

Before Mike came out to do the electrical work, I asked him a lot of very direct questions. He was always patient and courteous. Very good work, on time, and at a fair price.  No doubt I would have them out to the house again.

We had four kitchen pendant lights removed and replaced. Not only was their work very clean and well done but was completed in a timely manner. Also,  compared to other estimates, Hormoz (owner) was very reasonable.

I always call Albert for any work in our house. I have worked with him in the past 10 years and I absolutely trust him. He is a knowledgeable person and have very fine work ethics. He is fair in pricing and always gets the work done in a timely manner.

Mike was very prompt in responding to our inquiry on Yelp. He was able to come by the very next day to give a quote for our recessed light installation. He was very upfront about pricing, and very responsive throughout the process.  He clearly explained what he would need to do, and walked us through our different options. The price isn't the cheapest we were able to find (some contractors/unlicensed folks will be cheaper), but we felt it was important to choose someone we could trust with electrical work. Considering how great the lights look and the ease of doing business with Mike, it was definitely worth it!

Mike did a majority good work, and replied fast in the beginning, the reason to give 3 stars is because he didn't send me a final invoice after the job has finished for ~2 months and after many times reminders.  Still waiting..

Super quick response through yelp, competitive price, knowledgeable, polite electrician came to our store before opening time so our business did not have to be disrupted. We appreciate the flexibility in accomodating the repair sesssion to our needs.

Our Whirlpool double oven went kaput....not a good thing so close to the holiday. Gary was responsive and provided excellent service. He was diligent in troubleshooting from panel to oven. Will absolutely use and recommend his service.

We were in a bind on a Saturday afternoon, after finding out that our house was out of power in three bedrooms. We needed the issue resolved before the evening, and called many electricians in the Santa Clara/San Jose/Sunnyvale/Milpitas area. All said that they were busy and would not be able to send someone until Sunday afternoon (24 hours later) - but that was until we called Acero Electric.

At 4pm, we spoke with Richard. He listened to our issue, and asked where we were located. Even though he had just made a trip out to Santa Clara 1.5 hours earlier, he stated that he would stop by in an hour. We texted him pictures of our circuit breaker and a video of the issue we were encountering. He said he knew right away what the problem was.

Within 20 minutes of being at the house, Richard and his colleague were able to isolate the issue and fix it. Thank you so much Acero Electric - you guys were a lifesaver!

Lights weren't working in half the house after I installed some new fixtures, and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. They responded very quickly to my request for a quote and provided a fixed price for a 1hr diagnostic that would include fixing the issue unless it required a significant amount of extra work and materials.

They found the shorted light switch within 10/15 min and the faulty neutral wire after that. They had the fix done in under an hour. Very professional, quick, and honored their fixed estimate. I hope I don't need to call them again, but would reach out to them first with any electrical issues. My dogs liked them as well!

Our 50-year old house needs an upgrade. Quick and responsive for the initial estimate. Able to schedule an appointment within days. We have multiple upgrades and troubleshooting. Ran into unforeseen problems, but they were very patient and willing to work with us.

Price is also competitive compare to others.

We had an issue with a breaker that kept going off.  Mickey came out quickly and checked it, explaining what may be happening and advising us to save money and try the reset without replacing.  It did happen again, so he came out and replaced the breaker.   Note: we considered doing it ourselves and found it was an incredible hassle finding the right breaker at Home Depot.  Mickey had the right part and was very quick to get it installed and tested.  We feel very lucky to have found him.
I have a photo, but can't figure how to post it.  Whatever... the problem is fixed.  Mickey was nice, efficient and very fair in price!

I found H-E from YELP. They deserve all the stars. I used them towards the end of last year. My first project was flickering light in the kitchen that eventually failed totally. They came out and traced the problem to a faulty wiring in the attic. The house could have caught fire. Because of their professionalism and expertise, I hired them for my second project. This was an internet cable wiring inside the house that our original contractor had screwed up. It had remained for 10 years on the board because we had not found a reliable and professional company. After again spending time under the house and in the roof, all very clean and professional, they corrected the incorrect wiring. Now we have hardwired internet throughout the house. They also did a few smaller projects like replacing a hard to access, landscaping pump, security lights  on the perimeter, fixing garage and landscaping outlets and GFI's. They are the right people. I also need to mention that Gary is the tech who supervised and did our projects is outstanding. Thank you Meigs & Gary. There was a third gentleman on our projects. Sorry I've forgotten his name.

I had several recessed lights, a ceiling fan, a outdoor Ring light and some CFL fixture replacements done by Apollo electric.
The owner, Ted, quickly responded to my ask for a quote and provided fair and detailed pricing. His team did a great job with installation and clean up and walked me through the work and which light switches were connected to everything.

Great electric company to work with. We were having some breaker issues and needed to fix the issue ASAP. Used Yelp message to ask for quote, and the owner, Wesley, replied and helped us make the appointment right away. The technician came the next day and quickly identified and fixed the issue.
