Caio is an amazing electrician who is very responsive, prompt to his appointments and does a thorough detailed job. He is very humble throughout the process from the first time you call him, assessing the job, giving quote and finishing up the job. He leaves the site in a clean state once done with the job.

His prices are very reasonable though I got only few quotes, I liked his personality and easy-to-work-with attitude the most which made me go with him. He is very patient and never feels rushed.

Contacted Velo for an estimate and Carlos was quick to answer. He was tentative and responsive of any and all questions and concerns I had. On day of service he was prompt and provided confirmation when he was on his was. He was on time and provided the necessary services I requested as well as providing me with further options for down the road projects I was looking to complete. All without being pushy. Overall he installed my Tesla wall charger within 2-3 hours. I highly recommend Velo Electric. He is the best in the business for quality and pricing. Needed troubleshooting and repairs done at my elderly fathers house. Mike is a complete pro. Friendly, knowledgeable and great with communication. He troubleshot and repaired a somewhat complex issue that another electrician just walked away from. Courtesy Electric was the fourth electric contractor I talked with. I wish I had called him 1st!

Long story short, he fixed our problem and to put the cherry on top, he called me later in the evening to follow-up on our electrician system and asked if everything was FINE. Dmitry was absolutely a pleasure to work with -very honest and professional. I needed an EV charger installed and had gotten a few bids. Dmitry provided reasonable and honest prices -no didn't play the pricing game. He charged not a single dime more for parts than he had paid (provided receipt) and he was able to complete the job quickly and nicely. The long story short was the power pole in front my house fell down, then the wire pulled the overhead pipe tilt. PGE asked us to fix that first, otherwise they would not restore power back.

Have to say I never met such issue before, and the first electrician came and confirm there is no wire damage and told me I just let PGE know electrician did come and verify no damage. But our 1st electrician is quite busy so he did not have time to take care of the rest, and he did not explain clearly so I misunderstood PGE would take care of tilt pipe. In the end I had to stay at hotel for 6 days because of miscommunication and short of material to fix the pipe.

I still remember it was the 4th day I was out of electricity, and I was desperately looking for electrician's help at Saturday night. I posted a project on yelp, then I met Brayan.

Brayan is very responsive. He quickly checked all of pictures I sent, then Brayan showed on Sunday before noon to see what he could do. Brayan explained pretty well on what he is going to do. Once the work was done, Brayan also followed up with me about any request from PGE. Have to say after several days out of electricity, his quick reply and follow up did make me feel calm. Hewlett Electric absolutely deserves five stars.  I had concerns about
my house, built in the early 60s, having some old wires that could cause fire hazards.  Meigs thoroughly and selflessly explained to me why I should not be so worried.  He told me the only thing I need to watch for is overusage of our space heaters, which are common culprits of house fires.  He spent about 15 min with me on the phone giving excellent advise, knowing that he was not even making any money off me.  That is what I call honesty and integrity.  If needs ever arise for any kind of electrical work, I am definitely calling Meigs of Hewlett Electric.

I contacted Apollo about installing an outlet to charge my car - they showed up right on time, we're super friendly, explained a bit about how my house electrical system worked and installed the outlet in 15 minutes. I'll definitely have them out again for electrical work.

I sent out a quote request to multiple contractors and electricians.

This guy showed up at my door without an appointment. After confirming that he did not have an appointment, I said I'll show you what we need but this is not the way to do business. He said fine, asked for his business card back (which he gave me when I opened the door) and left.

What an ass!

In search for a company that would address my GFCI outlets faulting, I came across Pacific Coast Home Services. Was able to get an appointment relatively quickly on the books. Richard was sent out, & in less than an hour replaced all of my kitchen's affected outlets. COVID-safe, had no concerns wearing a mask during the house visit & was extremely cordial.
