Raphael was awesome - responded right away, came in quickly and diagnosed a small but complex problem and communicated his thinking and approach clearly as he worked on it (started right away). Reasonable fee as well. Would definitely recommend him.

Our project includes upgrading our existing 100A circuit breaker panel to 200A, add a 60A EV charger, a 240V/50A outlet for a new electric cooktop and a spare 240V/50V for future electric water heater in the garage.  Elvin was exceptional from the quoting process to job completion. He always kept us informed of the actions that he would take during the work.  The job was done professionally with high quality and exactly as agreed in the contract.  There were no surprises and the total cost was reasonable.  I highly recommend Araz Electric.  I would definitely hire them again.  

Btw, the owner is also a great guy.  He stopped by during the project and got our power up and running early. Kudos.

We had a no power night as a result of some electric maintenance my husband was doing on a Sunday evening. I called CA Electric group and  they came in next day, helped us turning back the power, and did a root cause investigation, and turned out our panel is faulty. They are the best, totally recommended.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

Had several scopes of work that Jamil helped with, started with 2 and grew to 4 projects inside and outside the house (subfloor install, raised header for door, patched wall, repaired exterior fence that was damaged) and all were completed timely. Jamil and his crew are punctual, clean and very respectful of the house.

Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Ed came out to my home to give me some ideas of how we could do the lighting in my outdoor living space and shortly after he got started on everything.

I had an idea of how everything was going to come out but I never thought it would come out looking this good.

Ed did such a great job with all of the wiring and lights. He was very detailed with all of his work and he made sure it was done perfectly.

Jonathan was efficient and reasonably priced when installing my nema14-50 outlet. He got the job done in less than an hour from arrival to departure. I would recommend Jonathan for any future Tesla outlet installs.

Communication:
Excellent communication throughout the entire project. Corresponded via Yelp, Text, Email and over the phone. Gustavo's understanding of the work/scope was on point and he was able to give ideas on how he'd execute the work for the project.

Pricing:
After receiving several free estimates from other electricians GNH's pricing was very competitive and fair.

Professionalism:
Extremely professional and is very thorough with his work. Gustavo's YEARS of experience really shined through during the estimate walkthrough. It was VERY evident that he knew what he was doing and CLEARLY understood my asks. Always showed up prompt and on time for the work. Wore shoe coverings every time while walking on the carpet.

Execution of Project:
Gustavo and his team were AMAZING. In the event decisions were needed, Gustavo did an excellent job looping me in on the details and his recommendations. On the day of the project, I gave him a curve ball and asked him to install 2 more recessed lights and he took on the new scope with a smile. The end product of the project was GREAT! The effort and detail that Gustavo and his team put into my home was outstanding. My new recessed lighting and updated electrical makes my house feel BRAND new!

Conclusion:
One of the best contractors I've worked with! I have Gustavo's contact details saved and ready to be leveraged for future projects. I've already started to brag about his EXCELLENT work to my friends and family! Personally I'm looking forward to continuing to leverage GNH's services for many years to come.

The real test for getting an electrician is when you have a small job, not a large one. I had a small job - change flourescent lights to LED. I called four electricians. Two didn't return my call and one didn't seem very interested but did submit me a bid that seemed overpriced. Tari Electric returned my call within a few hours and came out on the next business day, did the work I needed and submitted a very reasonable bill. He was also a very nice guy and I was pleased to see that he's teaching his son and another young guy the trade. I will definitely call him again whenever I need an electrician for another job, small or large.

I had a last minute issue with an oven tripping a breaker, and Roman was super responsive, and literally was able to get onsite in a couple of hours, and quickly and professionally resolve the issue.  I highly recommend!

I was having trouble with my home outlets - hot ground reverse. Basically I had a hot neutral wire which is very bad. Rick came by today and helped trouble shoot the issue. He found the outlet that had the bad connection and solved the problem. He was knowledgeable, honest and charged a fair price. I know have my go-to electrician for all future needs!

After reading a bunch of these reviews, I called Dalcon Electric to help me find my existing doorbell transformer and determine if it had the right voltage to power my new video doorbell.  I was able to get an appointment for the same day, and Rey Inez came right on time.  After searching a few places, he found the transformer wired into the power switch for my furnace, and it was indeed under powered.  Rey took the time to show me how it was wired, and also where it stated the voltage.  But he also measured the voltage at the existing doorbell just to be sure.  He gave me the written price, said he needed to acquire the correct transformer and schedule a return visit to install it.

Before he left, I asked him if he could also help me locate a replacement cover for one of my undercabinet fluorescent fixtures, which I had broken.  I had been searching all over both online and off and hadn't been able to find one, as the fixture was pretty old.  Rey took it as a challenge and said he would see what he could find by the time he returned to install the transformer.

Today, he was back, the installation of the transformer was pretty straightforward, and the video doorbell worked right away.  And he even installed a new power switch for the furnace for free.  But more amazing, Rey had found the replacement cover for my undercabinet light, which turned out to be a ~$12 item on Amazon!  He was able to figure out the right search terms to use to find it, while I was having no luck.  

I really appreciate that Rey followed through on everything, and overall did a fantastic job.  I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to call them again.

Update. I was contacted by the company and was told they did check before leaving, but I feel like they should still have turned back after getting my call. So they apologized and offered a discount for future services.

Absolutely incredible. James has an impeccable focus on precision and cleanliness. I have never run across another person in the home repair business as clean and thorough as him. So lucky we found him on yelp. This was probably my best yelp find of my entire membership.

Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. I rarely take the time to write a review but am an avid YELP user. Because of the level of service and expertise that Emanuel demonstrated  for this job, he deserves the highest rating. He came to us from our contractor. We had decided to put recess lighting in both an attic setting and in the main living area. There was no existing lighting. This sounds easy but everything was either vaulted and/or on an angle. Our new lights are beautiful, energy efficient and give us  well lit rooms with no shadows. We were so happy that we had Emanuel install lights in a room we had already completed. His planning and efficiency made it easy for our contractor to come back in and patch the areas where the new lights were installed. Emanuel is fairly priced and his detailed invoices reflect everything he has done and the price he quoted. As he worked he found some issues that come along with owning an older home. He fixed some and others he told us about and gave us all of our options. He is our electrician for any new jobs we will do in the future and our family highly recommends him for any of your electrical needs. TC

I recently purchased a hot tub and needed an outlet for it outside. Henry's crew came and did the work. I also had them upgrade the electrical sub panel. They were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.  I was very happy with the service. Definitely would use them for any other electrical work.
