I'm glad that I found Raphael to fix an emergency electrical problem. I called Raphael for help with a burning smell on an electrical outlet. He provided a reasonable quote and came in on the same day. I initially pointed him to an outlet with no fault; he meticulously investigated the issue and quickly identify the root cause and proposed a solution that has minimal damage to our property and low cost. I highly recommend Raphael to anyone looking for electricians.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

My mom was returning home after surgery and needed a few critical things taken care of in her home. Jamil replied to my request for a quote promptly, and agreed to squeeze us in the next day. He fixed a broken toilet, a few poorly wired lights and outlets that had been out forever, and evaluated / made recommendations for a few additional projects. He was prompt, courteous, skilled, honest, and affordable. We've already signed him up for a few new projects.

Ed is Fantastic! Super awesome guy. His communication from start to finish was unparalleled. The work for my Tesla's charger was super clean and professional and flush to the wall just the way I wanted it!  I am going to recommend Ed around here in Newman. Price was good and he beat all the quotes I got are my area! He also guaranteed his work for a whole year which is a big plus! He did a thorough test on the Nema 14/50 receptical and direct test on my car to make sure it was charging at full capacity. Worth every dollar!

Jonathan was efficient and reasonably priced when installing my nema14-50 outlet. He got the job done in less than an hour from arrival to departure. I would recommend Jonathan for any future Tesla outlet installs.

Gustavo and his son are top notch electricians as well as people.  Super friendly and clean.  They rolled out paper to keep the house clean. Everything was done quickly and according to plan and budget.

Tari Electric was recommended to us by our kitchen remodel designer. She said TE is great and she was spot on! The work that Tari did for us included: 1) Hanging (and centering) a new chandelier from a vaulted ceiling in our kitchen nook 2) Upgrading all the switches (new Lutron design) and outlets in the house, including installation of Google Assistant-ready dimmers and switches. We upgraded a fair number of outlets to ones with built-in USB plugs. Also, where needed, Tari installed GFC outlets. Our house is ~30 years old and the hardware is all the original the builders had put in. 3) New lighting fixtures, switches and outlets, including running new lines where outlets didn't  previously exist (for a second fridge and new treadmill) 4) A new specialty light fixture, in the formal living room, to illuminate a painting over the fireplace. 5) Upgraded the bulbs on another (existing) crystal chandelier to LED. This chandelier is in the formal living room with over a 100 small thin (church candle) like glass pieces. The bulbs are behind the glass pieces :-o I watched the team gingerly and carefully, replace the dozen bulbs while protecting the glass 5) Last but not least, upgraded the outlet in the backyard to a weather-proof one!

Moises and team were knowledgable, prompt, and meticulous. They tirelessly worked with me to make sure all the i's were dotted and t's crossed so to speak: Perfectly aligning the new (screw less) faceplates. Picking-up all the parts and returning extras. Coming prepared with all the tools needed for the job - including ladders for installing and hanging a heavy chandelier from the 20 ft vaulted ceiling. Researching, locating, and procuring the specialty parts for centering the chandelier (recessed and flush bracket kit). As well as the fixture for the painting, mentioned earlier.

I particularly appreciated the design ideas for the fixtures in the garage and the painting that Moises would suggest. They were contemporary, efficient, and worked well with the remodel we did.

We were super-happy with the work Tari did. Last and not least, their accounting (billing/invoicing) is all electronic and also super efficient.

We plan to work with Tari again, when we remodel our 3 bathrooms. I've also recommended Tari to my middle Son, for some electrical work on his first HOME (condo he recently bought in Oakland). Boom!

Rick and his assistant installed 14 Lutron Caseta switches in my house today as I needed to replace all of my insteon equipment. After leaving a voicemail with Rick explaining exactly what I needed I got a return call that stated a price that was clear and straight forward. I called him back to schedule and he showed up on time and texted prior to his arrival to let me know his ETA. He completed the job quickly after sorting through some wiring issues from the previous install and everything works as designed. My job would have been completed an hour sooner had I ordered all the correct parts which Rick picked up during the job. I had a competing bid from BR Electric who I have used in the past and their bid was THREE TIMES the cost of work completed by Rick. As I mentioned it would have been even lower if I had all the correct items to complete the job. Very pleased with the work, cost, and professionalism. Kept his card for future work.

I hired Dalcon to do major electrical work in my garage. They installed recess lighting, dimmers, 220 outlet, gfi outlets, motion detector lights, upgrade of panel, major, major work. Yes, they ran into some trouble and they were very upfront about the cost and the options. They gave me 1,2,3 options and were thorough in their explanations. The work was done neatly, efficiently, and thoroughly.

Billy was the epitome of old school customer service. He is personable, hard-working, and truly cares about his trade. I referred to him as high maintenance because he wanted the screws on the face plates to all be pointing straight up and down. He looks like a member of ZZ Top, but don't let that scare you, he is the type of person and worker you wish everyone was coming to your house. I couldn't be happier with the service and the completed work. Highly recommend.

Several switches around our house went out at the same time, and we weren't sure what the issue was. Thankfully, Andrew and his partner were responsive and had very fair price compared to others on Yelp. AY EMP diagnosed the problem very quickly, went to get necessary parts, and fixed our electrical problem under two hours. They were efficient, and pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend and call them for any future issues.

Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. I highly recommend them.

I called Emanuel based on the good reviews, and found them all to be true.  

We upgraded to a 200amp panel with permits, installed a disconnect for a mini split ac unit, and also grounded an outlet. He and his other electrician Ted did the work themselves and they were very respectful moving in and around the house. I shopped around and his prices were very competitive.

I appreciated that he was careful and didn't damage our drywall when grounding the outlet. He also did a good job of patching the exterior wall around the new panel  with matching stucco.

I also agree with another reviewer that he has a great personality and sense of humor!

Just a note, he also goes by ECP electric (which stands for his name).

Henry and his team are the BEST!! Highly recommend. They are communicative, honest, professional, prompt and some of the nicest dudes you'll ever meet. They completed a full electrical panel upgrade on our 20+ year old panel that was burning out so that we could install solar panels on our roof. They also installed two ceiling fan boxes and the fans themselves in our kid's rooms and did an awesome job.

We had a series of not-so-great contractors come through our house to do a bunch of work, and felt that these guys are a breath of fresh air by comparison. They will remind you of your favorite uncle who always has your back.  I'm hiring them for all my electrical work and telling everyone we know that they need to hire these guys to do any and all electrical work.
