Our electrical connection on the weather mast from roof to PGE connection exploded on Friday night.  I contacted Raphael through Yelp and he responded right away so I called him.  He was able to come to our home to give us a free quote and explained everything in detail clearly.  We hired him after talking to a few other electricians.  When it was time to do the work, Raphael helped me every step of the way to get a permit and to contact PGE for reconnection.  He was available by text and phone call and responded quickly.  Would definitely hire him again for other work around our house.

I see all the great reviews about Araz and Elvin. but  Elvin came to my home more than  a week ago. Looked at needed repairs and said , i will give u an estimate in a few days. Never heard from him. I think that is bad business. Going on 2 weeks. At least a call back or explanation as to what problem is. would suffice.

I want to commend this company for above and beyond attention to the upgrade required on my old home, built in 1960.  I want to single out Omri, Benjamin, Mari for always getting back to me. In addition, a big giant shout out to Matias and his crew.  This crew was absolutely awesome, knew what was needed and provided such care in delivering a new upgraded panel in and outside of my home.  The PG&E representative gave this crew big kudos also and said he wished all of the panels he has to inspect were done just like at my house which made me feel good about spending my hard earned money. The process took longer than I expected thanks to all the rain this year and coordinating with PG&E but in the end, I am so pleased with the results.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

Our handyman Jamil was excellent. He reviewed our issue and gave us a few options. Once we chose the way we wanted to fix it, he promptly came back with the right tools later in the day and fixed our closet door really well! Highly recommend.

Ed was a big help when he installed out level 2 home charger. Not only did he install the unit exactly how we wanted it he even offered some tips/advice before and after the installation. This is all new to my wife and I so we had a lot of questions and Ed was extremely patient with us as he answered all our questions with detail. If all goes well we might get a 2nd EV in which case we will definitely use his services again.

We needed a Tesla Wall Connector installed and found Moises on Yelp.  Spoke with him on a Tuesday morning, he came by in the evening to give us a quote.  The following day, came back and got the job done.  We couldn't be any happier with his work.  Very professional and price was just right.

Great experience with a simpler than expected job. Roman updated all our old two-prong outlets with grounded tamper-resistant outlets. I had been putting this off because I thought it meant running ground wires everywhere, but he was able to determine that it wasn't necessary. He worked fast and the price was very reasonable.

Have lived in our house for 10+ years with no electrical issues. Messaged Grover and a number of other well-reviewed electrical contractors through Yelp when the power to the house lights and other equipment started to dim/drop when running higher power appliances.

Most said they would come and take a look for a standard call out fee, some asked me to call so they could quote on the phone.

Ric from Grover Electric advised me to check with PGE first - and it was indeed a PGE issue.

So glad we did not have anyone charge us a fortune for coming out and telling us the same thing, or worse coming out and doing work that was not needed.

Found and booked Dalcon through Yelp, and couldn't be happier. I'm usually willing to try my own repairs around the house, but was a bit more cautious with a problem that would potentially involve rewiring and a high temperature fixture. So, even though it was a small job, Rey came out to diagnose the issue, talked me through the cause of the problem, gave me a variety of options, and volunteered to answer more questions in the future if needed. No upselling, no pressure. Nice as could be, and very professional.

Andrew and his plumber come by to fix the leaking toilet water supply line originally installed by the builder.   Even though it is a cold evening, Andrew made a trip to Home Depot to get the parts needed for the special plumbing setup different from typical single family homes.   They fixed the problem and are knowledgeable about the unusual setup installed by some builders and they were professional through the whole time here, and Andrew also made recommendations for the other old parts installed by the builder and still in use, so I can be careful not breaking these and keep them in service.  

I have a good experience with AY EMP and highly recommend Andrew's service.

James deserves every one of the five star reviews he has. He is a total straight shooter, reasonably priced, on time, and professional. He had some great ideas for our home for the future, and was very honest with us about the pros and cons of our ideas for changing the lighting in our new home. He showed up on time, finished early, and was incredibly respectful of our child's nap schedule. James covered all our furniture before installing our new light fixtures, vacuumed afterwards, and even patched the drywall. Two enthusiastic thumbs up--we will be using him again!!!

Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. I highly recommend them.

I texted to get help on an electrical issue and he responded very quickly.  While he could not help me himself, he was willing to contact his backup electrician to set something up for me.  I ended up having another electrician who was able to come, but I appreciated Chuck's willingness to help very much.  A+ attitude and service.  I will certainly call him in the future for needs that arise.

Emanuel did a very professional and clean job of replacing our old main electric panel with a solar-ready, new one. He communicated well (mostly thru text messaging) and followed through on all necessary permits with the City and PG&E  (no small task!).  He is proud of the work that he does and it shows in the quality. I'll certainly use him again for any other electrical upgrades or modifications we need in our home.

These guys are great. They added an outlet behind a TV, fixed a smart switch issue, and rewired a whole gang box. He was also super quick in giving me a quote to add a new outlet to the garage to power our treadmill correctly. Would recommend them again!
