Highly recommend Araz electric. They came out to help us to diagnose electric outage on a Sunday and worked late Monday to help us fix the faulty main panel. Without their prompt help, my house would stay dark for another few days. They are reliable, diligent and trustworthy!

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

Had several scopes of work that Jamil helped with, started with 2 and grew to 4 projects inside and outside the house (subfloor install, raised header for door, patched wall, repaired exterior fence that was damaged) and all were completed timely. Jamil and his crew are punctual, clean and very respectful of the house.

Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Over the last several months I have had Ed work on a number of small to medium jobs for me. He has exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough good things about Ed. He is fast but meticulous. Really knowledgeable. I thought for being so young that he couldn't possibly be that experienced but trust me he is and then some. I love his story too: working with his dad from a young age putting those 10,000 hours in and he loves to do this type of valuable work.

I am someone who likes to ask a lot of questions and compared to other handymen and contractors I have worked with he is very patient. He is such a down to earth, calm and genuine guy. Will almost always give you multiple options including some you can do yourself for a fraction of the cost if the option is there and will give you tips too. He explains things very well and puts you at ease. I also like that he pushed back on a couple of requests he didn't feel comfortable doing himself. I say this because I have had handymen or contractors in the past that have over-committed to doing additional work they weren't experienced enough at and the work ended up looking lousy.

Here is some of the work he has done for me:
 - Installed an outdoor ring camera flood light. The work with the wiring was super clean and professional. I was expecting a good job but this was one of many things he did that fair exceeded my expectations.
 - Moved a garage outlet and installed new GFCI outlet. The previous one and the position of it was too close to a waterspout, posing a hazard I worried about for quite some time. So happy he did this and again such a professional job!
 - Installed a retractable extension cord on the garage ceiling which comes in handy for vacuuming the car in front of the garage, working with power tools and for our treadmill that is in the garage.
- Removed a bike hoist from my ceiling (it no longer worked for us because it was getting in the way of things). He suggested and installed some side rack mounts instead. These are a way better option for us. Makes the bikes more accessible and more likely to be used.
- Installed a motion-sensor side yard light.
- He removed a pedestal sink from my downstairs bathroom and did the work necessary to install a combo cabinet sink: cut the baseboards, installed faucet, did the plumbing underneath, secured it, re-positioned the hand towel holder and mirror and installed a toilet roll holder. Excellent job!
 - Fixed a recessed light on my high ceiling. The housing had previously been pulled out of the ceiling.
 - Fixing a broken stair nose, replaced multiple doorknobs, installed cabinet rollout racks, fixed plumbing issue with dishwasher.  Replaced kitchen faucet.
 - Installed some fence panels, properly securing them in place including giving me two gate openings. This work was done to prevent our dogs from peeing on and killing plants.
 - Fixed multiple electrical outlets upstairs that had been non-functional for years. We had previously done all the 101 troubleshooting and attempts at fixing: GFCI switch reset, breaker reset but to no avail. At first, he tried one thing then another and then another until he finally figured it out. He did the job of a professional electrician and he traced the issue down to an outlet downstairs. I never would have guessed that to be the source of the problem. Amazing job!

Ed is someone I can trust and I am happy to have met him and to have had him do all this work. I am extremely satisfied. I will continue using his services any time I have these jobs I can't do myself: whether it be for lack of time, skill or both :-).

Jonathan was efficient and reasonably priced when installing my nema14-50 outlet. He got the job done in less than an hour from arrival to departure. I would recommend Jonathan for any future Tesla outlet installs.

Mr. Hernandez was very professional, courteous and respectful. He took the time to explained what the problem was and did the job in a timely manner. I most definitely will be using Mr. Hernandez for future electrical projects.

We had Moises come to install a Tesla charging station and he was awesome! Called him on Tuesday and he came by the same evening to review the setup in our garage, provided a very reasonable quote and setup an appointment for Thursday. On Thursday he was right on time and finished the job perfectly. He even goes the extra bit in getting all the supplies needed and suggests improvements that you can do. I love his work ethic and promptness. His rates are also much cheaper than others in the area and quality of work is top notch. Moises is always going to be my go to electrician in the Bay Area. Thank you, Moises!

Roman knows his stuff, does great work, professional, really enjoyed working with him. Our first experience with him was with installing recessed lights (he provides all materials), left not one scratch on our vaulted ceilings, despite the tricky access via attic. We'll have him back to assist with panel expansion/upgrade.

Ric has a pleasant personality and gives you a very reasonable upfront quote over the phone, unlike his competitors. I have back problems and have trouble in walking he was super empathetic in listening to my issues and was very easy to work with.  Did not waste his time despite being on an hourly assignment.
I will definitely recommend him to my neighbors and would call him in the future if I need him.

We had an issue with the power outlet for the refrigerator. AY EMP was very accommodative in scheduling the work and they were systematic and patient to find what the issue was. Will definitely be using their services again.

James and his amazing crew came and did a wonderful, clean and seamless job of installing and doing some work so that I can charge my Tesla from home. They did such an amazing clean job, the box was all the way on the other side of the house, they ran the cables, LONG cables underneath and through the garage, but they did such a clean job you cannot see it! We also got some future proofing done in case we want to do solar later. James knows what he is doing, he is very careful and skill full at his work, same with his employees. James is EXTREMELY thorough, explains everything and plans what he is going to do very carefully!

Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN. I worked with Chuck on my home's electricity. Although he was very busy, he came to my house to fix the main panel and switches for 3 times. I had many questions about what needs to be done and he was very sincere to answer all the question. What helped me a lot was that he made a phone call to the manufacturer and gave me the information of what material I should purchase. Emanuel of ECP Electric was terrific. He and his assistant Carlos tackled some unique and unusual wiring issues as well as provided some basic repairs. They were friendly, respectful and extremely professional in all their interactions. They are familiar with various wiring issues, code requirements, the latest electrical trends and needs (like car chargers), and are great problem solvers. After they departed, I felt confident that their work was of the best quality and I could trust they had found the right solutions for the right problems. Additionally, my home electrical system has now been reviewed by this team of professionals -everything is working again and they even checked the condition of the set up of my control box. What a sense of security that my home is now safer than it was before their visit! Reasonably priced and definitely dependable on arriving on time and ready to work.

Prompt, professional, friendly, competent, but PRICEY!  I was shocked to pay $275.00 to replace a breaker.  My own fault for not taking the time to call around for a better price.
