Got the emergency of bathroom overflow, and contacted Eldridge & Sons this noon. Shortly, Chris showed up and identified the problem. Went back for the tool, and back within 20 mins. Ten more minutes later, done!

We are very pleased with the professional and prompt service Chris provided. Chris is very knowledgeable, and nice. He did his job efficiently, and neatly. The disaster of the bathroom is gone with Chris' help.

I used VIP plumbing to install an RO filter that I bought on Amazon back in October. Vince was very prompt in responding to my request and was on time for the job. Right from the start seeing his work, it was clear he was highly experienced. His work was extremely neat and professional. Vince is a really friendly person too.. I would definitely recommend him and I would use VIP plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

I don't think it's very easy to find friendly, courteous and capable plumbers. Guy Plumbing is wonderful. Alan came out and let us know what wasn't working, told us the options we had to fix it and what the benefits of each fix were.

Many other plumbers we've dealt with just give one fix (and it's probably the most costly option!).

I highly recommend them for plumbing, they also have a show room with fixtures and do heating work (which I can't say I've used, but if it's anything like their plumbing services I'm sure it's top notch!).

I wish I there was an option for 0 stars.  If you are considering using this company for plumbing services, I highly suggest you call around and use a different service.  There are so many wonderful reputable plumbers in the city which are honest and transparent about cost.  My tenant called 24/7 plumbing when PG&E shut off his gas due to a gas leak detected by the neighbor that appeared to be coming from my condo where my tenant lives.  My tenant's assistant (who was there to let the plumber in) called me to tell me that they detected the leak in the external pipes to the building and would replace those pipes.  The cost was shockingly high but since I was in meetings for work all day, there was no way for me to call around and my tenant was without hot water, heat, and a stove.  So I figured I would just suck it up and pay it since that would be the end of it.  After about an hour or so I received a call from my tenant's assistant again that they had finished replacing the external pipes but that they detected there was still a leak and that they would need to just start tearing open the ceiling and replacing the pipe until the resolved the leak.  The cost would be the same as they had already charged me for every so many feet (I can't remember 10 or 20 feet?) which would result in a total cost of about 10k-20k.  At that point I obviously started calling around to get other estimates since that was well outside of my price range.  At the same time I told them that this price was way too high for me, is there any leeway on the cost.  The plumber told me when I have to talk to Kay in the office since she sets the price, so I called Kay and she told me that she would have to talk to the plumber since he sets the price and at that point I felt quite nervous that I was being taken advantage of (and honestly a bit foolish for not calling around to begin with).  After talked to about 5-6 other plumbers I realized that I was grossly overcharged (one plumber told that that it was highway robbery).  Unfortunately none of the other plumbers were available but I finally got a recommendation from one particularly helpful plumber for the company that I ended up using to actually fix the leak.  The company I ultimately used told me that they were not the cheapest company but would make sure they were completely transparent about cost, etc.  Well, they did the entire job in a very small fraction of the cost!!  And they had a leak detection specialist come out to pin point the leak so that they could minimize the damage and cost.  So I called 24/7 plumbing back to let them know the estimate from the company that did the work (who, as mentioned earlier, are not the least expensive company) and told Kay that I can pay the amount that the other company would have changed (less than half the cost) but I couldn't in good conscience pay the over the top amount originally quoted and shared with her my frustrations and concerns.  Instead of trying to really hear my concerns and frustrations, she just repeated over and over again that I had to pay that price period.  I sent a check for the amount I was willing to pay (no small amount to be sure) and the next day I received a certified letter that that my account was past due (it had been maybe a few days total) and that if I didn't pay within a few days I would be sent to a collection agency and a mechanic lien would be place on my property.   Then Kay called me laughing at the letter I sent where I expressed my frustration and asked for contact information for a supervisor and she told me that there is no supervisor, only her.  (Indeed she let me know that she and the entire office was laughing over my letter).  I asked for a corporate office number she said nope, it's just me.  So I paid the balance.  Needless to say, I will not be using 24/7 services again.  I hope this review is helpful to others so that they can avoid a similar situation.

Fantastic same day service on a weekend! I live in Morgan Hill and I called about an issue within my toilet tank and a back up. In under two hours I had someone out to my home and the repair complete. Beyond satisfied, thank you Thomas Plumbing!

Mike managed to come over within 20 minutes, helping me out of a tight spot with a valve broken  and water running into a clogged sink. He walked me through everything, got it done and provided advise. Good service!

We had a water heater go out and our regular plumber kept stalling and finally could not make it.  We were blessed to find Prestige Plumbing, and Chico.  He showed up early for the appointment, assessed the situation, gave us an estimate, and got to work.  It was very obvious he knew what he was doing, his work was excellent, and was able to resolve a number of problems by working over time.  He is honest, extremely nice, a hard worker, and his prices were extremely reasonable.  He refused to take any extra money for working over time and doing additional work.  He will be our plumber for life.  I highly recommend Chico and Prestige Plumbing, you will not regret it!

We used this company twice and both times we where very pleased, amazing customer service, fast and reliable, Trevin has been very knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely use their services in the future.

We had B G Plumbing install a new water heater and they were wonderful to work with. Discovering that our old heater had begun to leak in the evening I first contacted them by email hoping for a response early the next day - they got back to me that very evening and were able to come for an estimate by 8am the next morning. There quote was better that another we received and they were able to do the work that day. They were careful with covid safetly, cleaned up well after their work, and even called a day after the installation to confirm we were happy with the results. Will definitely hire them again.

AquaLogic did a fantastic, high quality job installing our new Aquasana whole house water filter for a very reasonable price.  They were on-time, professional, and informative every step of the way.  They also replaced a corroded pipe on our tankless water heater.  I highly recommend them!

Jim came within an hour of my call after the fridge delivery service left me with two fridges,  neither working and a leaking water line. He was a life saver, highly recommended!!

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

I had a very disappointing experience with Pacific Coast Electricians and would absolutely not recommend this company. I had some electrical problems in my house where the lights would be very brights or very dimmed all off a sudden. I called this company and they recommend me to change my entire panel  before even trouble shooting the  problem with the neutral! Anyway they would not do anything else before a $7500 estimate and they were really worry how I was going to pay, maybe using my house insurance .... or some other bank arrangement
 that  they offered. Anyhow after spending almost 6 hours with them I decided that they were not so honnest and I would get a second opinion even if I had to stay without any electricity in the house. Well it took me 2 more electricians before I had one that suggested to call back PG&E to check the Neutral coming to my house. Guess what  It was a PG&E problem and a crew was sent at 9:00Pm  at night and they worked on it until 1:00pm to resolve the problem.  As fas as I am concerned Pacific Coast Electricians is a pure ripoff just interested in praying on stranded customers.
