I cannot recommend them highly enough! Responded promptly, came out quickly and made the necessary repairs to our water heater without charging a fortune. Will absolutely refer them to anyone in need of a quality plumber!!

Wade's son Nick came over to install my Grundfos Comfort Series recirculating hot water pump.  He was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and was able to complete the job in 1 hour.  Most importantly, he did not overcharge me like most plumbers that I have dealt with in the past!  I will for sure call Nick again to work on any plumbing issues I have in the future!

I initially made an appointment with Vince for RO water filtration system installation, but I found out there was a leakage under my kitchen sink, so I asked him to stop by on the same day because I was so anxious about the leaking that could get worse and damage cabinet baseboard & flooring. Vince is very responsive and he came to rescue. He fixed the leaking and installed my RO water filtration system. He made sure the job gets done right and proper though it was late night! I really appreciate his responsiveness even though it already passed his work hours. I just moved in to the new community, and I'm so glad that I found a professional and reliable plumber for any plumbing challenges!

I don't think it's very easy to find friendly, courteous and capable plumbers. Guy Plumbing is wonderful. Alan came out and let us know what wasn't working, told us the options we had to fix it and what the benefits of each fix were.

Many other plumbers we've dealt with just give one fix (and it's probably the most costly option!).

I highly recommend them for plumbing, they also have a show room with fixtures and do heating work (which I can't say I've used, but if it's anything like their plumbing services I'm sure it's top notch!).

I was very impressed with the work done by Dick, the Thomas Plumbing plumber who diagnosed and fixed a water leak problem at my home. Dick showed up just a few hours after we called. He quickly theorized we had a broken drain pipe in the wall behind our sink. He carefully cut into the wall and found that was indeed the case. The broken joint was in a difficult spot, just above the concrete footing of an outer wall of our home. Despite the difficult position of the break and the cramped space under the counter he had to work in, Dick was able to replace the pipe and fittings there and fix the problem in less than two hours from the time he arrived. And he cut into the wall so carefully it was not too difficult for me to replace the sheet rock he had to remove. I really appreciate the good work he did and the pleasant, positive attitude he had the entire time he was here. I highly recommend Dick and Thomas Plumbing.

Mike was really responsive, respectful when he entered my home, thorough in his analysis on why my faucet was leaking, took the time to explain the issues to me, provided recommendations, and was just very efficient! I also appreciate that he told me where his strengths are as a plumber - where he mostly focuses. I would highly recommend him.

Chico was able to come out within a few hours of when we contacted him..  He not only dealt with our gas leak situation, he actually was able to move an old stove out from my kitchen and into my yard where it could be easily picked up.

The technician was over smart and thought it was one valve which had issue

Both in which the valve keeps dumping water in the bowl. From black pipe originally and now from the new valve he has installed. So issue is still same water keeps coming in the tank.

I had explained to the guy same thing. He said he understood but insisted the problem is with the fill valve

My warranty company has a max limit which they paid. Now these folks are saying it's a new issue and not accepting that the original issue is not fixed. And so I have to pay out of pocket again.

This is really sad I am down $355 -- $125 out of pocket and $250 cap from warranty

Kevin and Alex came in at a short notice and did a good job. They were thorough with their estimate. They found some problems besides the work I has asked for and explained them in detail upfront. Their rates, timelines and quality of work was all good.

Eric and Jake helped me install water filtering & softener system in our garage. Their quote is very competitive. They are professional, efficient and reliable. Eric and Jake are very patient and transparent to answer all my questions  regarding water, softener system and plumbing in general - seriously, I believe Eric could be a great instructor.  They also care about details - you can see they cluster pipes and do well  'pipe management'. Nice work.

Friday afternoon found a leak on a pvc piece connected to the meter. SLV water stated it was beyond the meter so they would not do anything but shut the water off and supply well wishes.  I always try to hire the local person to support our community so I looked at yelp for recommendations.  I called The Plumber who is based in Boulder Creek. James came out and dug out and repaired the section that was leaking. He charged a very reasonable rate for a weekend/after hours call. He will warranty the repair for six months. Thank you James for a job well done.

Francisco re-piped the mainline for us.  He was friendly and efficient.  Inspector came and signed off the permit in minutes. The work for closing holes and put asphalt & concrete back was a little messy  but he retouched the work after couple weeks.

The worker put in an average amount of effort, he wasn't really concerned the brand new handle he installed was too hard to turn on and off. Almost $400 for 45 min job and I supplied parts. Not terrible experience but I'm sure there's better and cheaper.

Nice on the phone, but didn't show up for the appointment. When I called them, they said they were too busy to make it and couldn't reschedule until the following week. Are you kidding me, you make a mistake and I get pushed out a week.

If you value your time or need something done quickly, don't call them.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

Salvador and Carlos showed up right on time and proceeded to methodically track down the source of two GFCI plugs tripping. I have had a lot of remodels done on my house, and there are multiple electrical panels and subpanels around here, any of which, in my mind, might have been the source of these issues.

Long story short: they figured out that a switch controlling an outdoor awning, installed decades ago, (and apparently mis-installed) was shorting out and tripping the outside GFCI and an indoor one as well.

After that discovery, it was fairly straightforward, although I still might have that switch re-engineered to prevent this from happening again.

Both Salvador and Carlos were efficient and communicated everything they were doing in an easy to understand manner. I was very happy with their work, and really happy to have my outdoor lights and kitchen plugs working again!
