Scheduled within 2 days from our initial phone call. Showed up on time in their clean, recognizable work van. The Technicians found & repaired an additional problem we didn't know about & repaired them promptly. Very polite & professional Technicians (& wore face masks). We highly recommend Henry's Plumbing & we will call again for any future plumbing issues.

I've had the tankless since we moved into the house back in 2007 and have been poor at doing regular maintenance myself. Vince came out and was fantastic at explaining the problem, fixing it and what I need to do going forward. Very nice guy, easy to talk with and pricing was fair (better than others I had contacted, some were not helpful at all). Also fast+responsive to get it fixed ASAP.

Troy came to my house on time.  This was the 1st good sign.  He was very knowledgeable and very professional.  He helped me fix my kitchen drain pipe which had a cracked fitting that I was unable to remove.  He also helped me retro-fitted my other pipes for optimal configuration.  He was honest and answered any and all questions I asked.  I am very satisfied with his work and would recommend his services to anyone in need.

I called these guys at 8 am on a Sunday. I had to open my restaurant at 930 that morning. They had someone there in under 30 minutes, took the toilets apart and fixed the in under an hour. Outstanding service. Pricey but it's a weekend emergency job so I expected it. Very happy

Chico IS the man!

I've known him for at least 7 years when our landlady had him update the water lines to copper. He was quick and everything worked perfectly. Then our water heater stopped heating water, and AR Plumbing came to the rescue. Then over the weekend our kitchen sink backed up and Chico was here first thing this Monday morning and replaced all the old rusty/crusty sink pipes with new abs piping in less than an hour.

I highly recommend him and his crew.

A Los Gatos plumber that does not serve all Los Gatos addresses. 10 minutes from downtown is too much for these lightweights.

Eric and his team did a fantastic job of installing my new water softener + pre filter. They showed up on time, helped me moved the stuff out of the way and unpack the tank. After installation, he also taught me what does each valve means and how should I control them during maintenance. The whole process is smooth and efficient! Highly recommend Aqua logic!

Ameer saved the day!  My water heater decided to go out very early on a weekend and I had a pool size of water spilling everywhere in my garage. I was totally clueless what my first step should be. He sensed the panic in my voice over the phone. He was at a customers home, lucky for me it was not far from my residence. He explained to his customer that he needed to take care of an emergency not far and would return as quickly as possible. Ameer's main concern was to shut the water. After that he explained what needed to be done and that he would come back the following day to replace the water heater.  He was very professional, courteous, punctual and cleaned up the area.
