We had a clog under the kitchen sink, and the pipes were not setup to be easily taken apart (by a non-plumber). I tried to fix it myself using all the ways I could Google, but I couldn't do it. Enrique and his partner came out and did a wonderful job fixing the problem. He took out the old PVC, ran a snake through to clear the whole pipe length, and they left me with a new pipe setup under the sink that is much more user friendly. In the future, I should be able to fix a similar problem myself due to the new setup. So they were here under an hour, gave a free estimate, then did the work immediately, did a great job, and were very friendly. Thank you!

Got the emergency of bathroom overflow, and contacted Eldridge & Sons this noon. Shortly, Chris showed up and identified the problem. Went back for the tool, and back within 20 mins. Ten more minutes later, done!

We are very pleased with the professional and prompt service Chris provided. Chris is very knowledgeable, and nice. He did his job efficiently, and neatly. The disaster of the bathroom is gone with Chris' help.

I highly recommend Eldridge & Sons Plumbing. If anything plumbing related happens later (I hope not), I have their phone #.

Sc*w these guys. Called a couple of times about getting some leaks fixed. They couldn't be bothered to call me back.

Our faucet in bathroom suddenly broke in the night, the water is everywhere and keep jetting out. We couldn't find the switch of the water for the house anywhere. We called 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing for emergency help. Damien came in 30 mins from San Francisco to Millbrae. He fixed immediately. Damien is very nice. The charge is fair for this calling out during late night. Thanks a lot.

Our family uses this company for our multiple plumbing needs, but recently, I was forced to call their weekend emergency line.  Within the given time, I had a call back from Dave.  He patiently walked us through shutting off the leaking water heater (sensor problem),  so I wouldn't have to shut off the main.  Many thanks to this reliable company for their help!

Though Mike was not able to do a major re pipe for me, he was able to reefer me to someone else. I had hired him once before and he was a real professional, polite and to the point on my job. It only took him half the time that he thought it would and reduced the price. Most plumbers don't do this! I respect his honesty on that. Thanks Mike! As You can tell by his other reviews here on Yelp they really care about there customers.

Jerry has done it again! Great job! I had a noise that came from my sink and also had a clogged drain with a pipe that was leaking. Jerry diagnosed the problem in minutes and fixed it without hesitation. I have probably saved hundreds if not thousands of dollars with his work and feel safe knowing that he is always available, responsible and honest. Words spoken as well as written cannot express the gratitude I feel for his service Thank you again Jerry! You saved the day!

This is not a review of their work, and frankly I will never use them after seeing their conduct on the road. I saw both the truck and the van (from their pictures) driving recklessly on 280S going 90mph, cutting people off, from Sunnyvale area all the way down to downtown San Jose Area. Just like their pictures, both the van and truck were carrying long metal pipes and ladders. Judging by the description, the owner of this business was likely driving one of those vehicles. Very unprofessional and reckless.

If I could give these guys 0 stars, I would. The service guys are nice, but very fast, cut corners and very sloppy work. Do not be deceived by their friendly gestures during their walkthrough and be sure to always inspect their work after completion.  This company does a half-fast quality work and without a doubt, a dishonest company. The man answering the phone was rude, self-centered, kept asking questions as if I was the expert of plumbing. Why does it do that? How do you know it sounds like that? Or how can you tell it's coming from this pipe? Ok, sorry I called, I was actually looking to see if YOU could help diagnose with the plumbing issues instead of playing 20 questions. If you're are looking for an expensive, un-friendly, dishonest, low quality service repair, call clear drain plumbing of Los Gatos. After they are done, you can file a report to Better Business Bureau just like I did.

This review is 100% real.  The only one that's fraudulent here is Clear Drain Plumbing. We started to file a BBB complaint and found out there's no guarantee to close down this dishonest company so decided not to waste time.  Jason has all of the facts wrong. Here are the true facts and questions to ask before hiring Clear Drain Plumbing:

If Clear Drain Plumbing has over 20,000 customers, why does this company have only a total of 11 reviews and is the lowest rating compared to other bay area plumbing company???

Of the 11 reviews, four of them are 1 star rating and less, which Jason claimed all are from estimates. But as you can see, they are not all estimates.  For example, Jesse S. from San Jose had repairs done by Clear Drain Plumbing in the past and was quoted with $1000 to fix something that was unnecessary and actually only took 5 minutes to fix.

Most of the low ratings had similar facts about Clear Drain Plumbing.  Rude, unfriendly customer service over the phone, very unprofessional, high estimates, fast sloppy workmanship, and low quality service repair. Coincident? You can be the judge of that.  

In all seriousness, don't waste time on Clear Drain Plumbing. Any other plumbing companies are more professional which offers better service than this company.  The way Jason tries to rebuttal is childish and exemplifies poor customer service; he's only trying to salvage whatever dignity and business this company has.  What Jason should have done in the first place is to provide honest, Quality work, with complete customer service in focus.

We had a leak in our yard and Baldomero came over to help take a look. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He pointed out a running faucet in the yard and was upfront about there being another leak for which he recommended another company. Although we didn't get to work directly with him this time, I would definitely once the leak has been detected!

Prior to getting a response back from Aqua logic, I had another plumber who came out and told he he was going to cut into the metal wall support in the garage to install the water softener.  Luckily, I refused and Eric from Aqua logic later came by and installed the Fleck 5600 softener with the sediment filter and hose bib so that I can use the pre-filter water for the plants.  Eric and his partner found the right wall to cut into and installed it properly with minimal space so we can still use our wall for the storage shelves.  He even patched up the wall nicely that the other contractor left behind.  

We had a small leak from the drain of the softener the next day and Eric responded and came by within the same day to fix the leak.  I am so glad that I chose Aqua logic.

Jim came within an hour of my call after the fridge delivery service left me with two fridges,  neither working and a leaking water line. He was a life saver, highly recommended!!

First of all Michael returned my phone call and I hadn't even left a message as I was in a hurry to find a plumber.  I told him the issue I had over the phone and he was quick to set a next day appointment.

Next day he came on time and ready to fix the problem when we discovered the issue was a little more serious than just a leaking faucet due to, what was originally  thought to be, a hot water stem.  Instead, the neck of the faucet itself was the cause of the leak and Mike said he could replace it with a new one if i wanted.  I told him that would be fine and to get something similar and within medium price range which he did.  Really fast service and very personable.  Replaced the master bathroom faucet and all has been well with it ever since.

Later that night after he had left another plumbing issue arose (not Mike's fault). So I asked him to return to fix the new issue.  The only reason Xtreme Plumbing did not get a 5 out of 5 stars from me was the second visit did not require hardly any work and the parts needed to fix the kitchen faucet where readily in his Van. The parts were not that expensive (two plastic nuts that fasten the faucet assembly to the sink) but the cost to come back out was a bit steep I thought for all that had to be done especially since he was just at my house the day before.

In any case don't let my review sway you from not using this plumbing company.  They do good work and are very friendly.

I searched yelp for professional plumbers to fix my leaking shower head (I tried Amazon service and the guy worked for 2 hours but cannot fix it and advised me to find a professional plumber and he said based on his experience the wall needs to be opened and the valve needs to be changed and it will cost about 1500 dollars, he still charged me 62 for the unfinished work, never try Amazon service again!!!). The shower leaking was getting worse after that, so I texted and called several companies on yelp and chose Absolute Pro Plumbing as Ameer was the only one can come by the same day. Ameer came within 2 hours after I called him and quickly fixed it for just 10 minutes without opening the wall and help me saved more than thousand dollars.  So I decided to ask him if he can do the copper re-pipe and change the water heater for my house which I have been thinking about it for several months.  He again quickly gave me a quote with a very reasonable price and was able to schedule the work within three days. Ameer and his crew came on time that day and finished the work within a day. The next day I asked Ameer if he can do the isolation for all the hot water pipes as I'd like to save energy (which I didn't mentioned before). He said yes without hesitation and came and did all the isolation in two days without any extra charges. More than that Ameer also helped to fix my toilet in guest bathroom which I found leaking the other day, again without any extra charges.  

Ameer is very  communicative, professional, quick response and patient with all my questions. I highly recommend Ameer and Absolute Pro Plumbing!!!

Had a water leak with my hot water heater, called them and they came with in 30 mins. Phil was professional and friendly he was also honest and fast. I would use them again.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

Andrew Hernandez was very knowledgeable and nice to deal with on both of my jobs. He was very patient with me, as I probably had a lot of dumb questions, but he still answered them all. He always answered my phone calls and if he was busy with a customer he would always return my call. He made my project go easier. I would love to work with him again on a future project.
The technicians Angel V. and Danny T.  we're very good at the installation. They should be commended for their excellent customer service.
