With my first call, Enrique answered on the first ring.  I needed a toilet to be replaced, so he asked that I text him photos of the old one and the one I bought, and he replied back within minutes with a fair quote. The next morning at 8:15am, Leo and Ben showed up in a very professional truck.  They wore shoe covers, explained things about the plumbing, and did excellent work.  They also gave advice on other questions I had, which was very helpful. They noticed that I had high water pressure, and we found that the pressure reducing valve was broken.  They had the spare part, and stayed to replace that too.  Thank you!!!

My house is over 100 years old so any plumbing work is tricky business.  Keith has done several plumbing projects for us over the years and has done an amazing job, especially this last one where he had to fix some issues done by an amateur.  Personable, professional, creative and always willing to keep me informed and aware of options.  These folks are the real deal.  Highly recommended.

I just had Mike come over since we had a toilet problem in our house. He fixed it in right away. His rate is $120 / hour but since he was only here for 10 min, he only charged $60.
He came for plumbing problem, but he actually specialize in Sewer & Drain Cleaning. So if you need any cleaning, give him a call. He is GREAT!!!

I have used J B Rooter a few times now. Jerry is very responsive and provides a reasonable estimate of the amount of work to be done and goes out of the way to get it done well and on time. He is smart to diagnose the problem well and takes the time to explain it to us clearly.

After every interaction with JB, I have come away feeling good about the diagnosis and 100% satisfied with the work.

Prestige Plumbing. Didn't have a very good experience with Chico and Prestige Plumbing.  Call him yesterday and he said he was very busy but could come by today to install a toilet.  Txted him the address yesterday and asked for a conformation that he was coming.......got nothing.  Txted him again this morning asking for conformation.  Immediately got a call back from him....Can I come now?....sorry, not ready .....lets stick to our 3:30 appt.  No Chico, no call, no txt by 5:15.  Called him, no answer left a message.  Then Chico txted Sorry I won't be able to make it there today  Called him right back and finally was able to talk to him, he said that he could not do it for the next 2 days.  

I can understand if jobs ahead of yours take longer than expected, but it is unacceptable not to be notified if they were not going to show up.

From my experience, have a back up plan if you are going to use him.

Great service and rapid response!   We recently had a blocked shower drain and Clear Drain had a team out to our house in a matter of hours (and we live in the Mountains, an area that some places refuse to service).   Juan and Ray were quick to diagnose the problem and repaired the issue in such a way that it would never happen again.

I got my drain pipe expanded to 2 inch pipe as my new laundry water faucet was too big for 1 1/2 inch drain pipe. B G Plumbing came to my place the next day for a quote and was able to schedule installation the following day. I'm very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend their service and I will definitely use them again! They have high craftsmanship!

Respectful, professional, and safe. Eric and his partner arrived with masks and did a wonderful job with my whole-house filter, water softener, and under sink RO installation. Aqua Logic Plumbing was the 4th company I contacted and was by far the most price competitive and friendly! They were happy to answer my endless questions, give recommendations, and even advise me against adding more parts that I thought I needed but didn't. There was a small snag they ran into that was not their fault but handled it very well. They even swept up and took away the boxes of the products I ordered for installation! I would definitely recommend their very fairly priced service.

We had a rough time making the connection, I think, because Jim does great work and is an honest man, and people who are both of those things are very much in demand, but once we got him in, he was quiet, clean, methodical, and very respectful. I will look forward to hiring him for future jobs. I'm thrilled with him, no joke, and he's a Real San Lorenzo Valley Character, which I consider to be a massive bonus.  Thrilled with his rate, his guarantee, and how pleasant he is to have around.

Mike and the Xtreme plumbing crew are awesome. This is the second time I had to use them. The tree that the city planted years ago has been nothing but trouble. The roots caused our sewage to back up into the shower and tub. Anyone that has experienced this knows how nasty this is. 1st time Mike came with in an hour and cleared the clog and roots. 2nd time I needed Mike's help he was out of town but still had one of his guys show up in less than an hour and took care of our problem and did I mention at a Great Price too.. Make them your first choice when needing a plumber...Fast, affordable and professional group.. Thanks..

Luis came out and replaced my shower handle that wasn't working and brought with them the replacement parts which he included in the price, replaced a bathroom faucet ( I had bought one for them to install) and fixed a slow pipe that went between my two sinks in my kitchen. He was very efficient and left everything clean.

I had a plumbing leak and I called the Plumbing Company at the last minute.  They showed up and the service was spectacular!  Phil was awesome, knowledgeable and professional.  I would definitely use them again.  They are also very reasonable on pricing.  Use The Plumbing Company and you will definitely be more than satisfied with their services.  Awesome company and awesome employees.
