I have found my plumber and I will never go back! I have tried many plumbers in Santa Cruz and never have I experienced such professional, kind, hard working, honest and skilled plumbers before. Their quote was plenty fair and the price even dropped as they did the work and discovered ways to make the job cheaper. They installed a new line from the meter to the first shut off, a big job, and they did it seamlessly. When they called me out to take a look the job was super clean, as if there had never been a leak. They even patched the concrete and raked the landscape so that it looked nice and tidy when they left. Our last plumbers left a mess in our kitchen that we had to clean up so this was a pleasant surprise. I give Garcia Plumbing my highest recommendation.

One December Monday night, I was drawing a bath for my two young children when I realized my water heater had gone out. After taking a quick look myself, I realized I was no match for a tankless water heater and began my search for a repairman early the next morning. After calling 6 other companies, I reached Vince with VIP Plumbing and he committed to coming out that afternoon. His assessment was free and it was determined the water heater needed to be replaced. He gave me an estimate to replace it and said he could possibly do the job the following day. He wanted to help me as soon as possible, especially since he knew we had small children in the home. I did some research that night and decided this was the right choice for us, so the following morning,Wednesday, I let him know that I wanted to move ahead with the project. He estimated he could be over that afternoon to install the new water heater. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to come until after 5PM and although I appreciate his willingness to start the project so late in the day, we agreed to try again the following day, Thursday. He was able to come over earlier in the day on Thursday and worked tirelessly to replace the water heater. It was a 7 hour project but he powered through and we had hot water that night. He even suggested a solution to help get hot water faster in the house. And what I thought was really great was that he noticed my exterior faucet was leaking and replaced it without me asking or extra charge. Vince was a really friendly guy and I would definitely hire him again.

The plumbing service was fine.  But the plumber spent at least 20-30 minutes telling me about his childhood days playing sports in Northern California, from the Bay Area to Clear Lake, budding football star who was discriminated against by the coaches.  I complained that I was charged for the full-time that the plumber was there, even though I am sure that they could have done the job much faster without all of the storytelling, which I had to endure through.  At $146/hr, 15 minutes is worth $36.50, so this is what I believe to have been overcharged for, and I told them so at their office. I had been waiting for the new bill, to be reduced by $36.50, it just arrived, but disappointingly, with no change to the amount, no reduction.  This is my reason for writing this review, I believe I was over-charged.  Needless to say, I will be looking for another plumber in the future.

This has been my second time using 24/7 and I won't use anyone else at this point. Both times I've called, it's been in the evening and they have not only come quickly but also been so kind and professional. Both guys have been quick to fix the issue and also gave advice how to avoid any future issue. From the first contact to the actual technician, everyone has been amazing to deal with.

I have used them for years. They are always looking out for their customers.  Last week, my garage disposal stopped working - they solved my problem over the phone! Saving me the expense and hassle of a service call.  Great guys!

Great service! Came same day to fix a clogged sink. Michael was great to work with, very professional & friendly.

Our main sewer line became clogged on Sunday.  Our street trees really like getting their roots into the sewer, so about every year and a half things get backed up.  The outfit we normally go with couldn't come out for a week.  Can't do without a toilet for that long. My wife found J B Rooter on Angie's and I'm glad she did.  Jerry was very responsive and cleared the line in short order.  Would definitely call on him again and recommend to our neighbors.

Professional, quick response for quote, very fair pricing. Chico is very customer service oriented, prompt and educates the customer on what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future. He replaced my water heater quickly and upgraded the size at for future higher hot water needs. Excellent service and quality of  hot water heater replacement. will continue to choose Chico on future plumbing projects.

Last week, suddenly lost water pressure in my house and found out the water pipe was broken in the ground.
I called three plumbing companies and one gave me a quote with outrageous price tag on it. The other gave me a bit lower than Clear Drain, but the guy who gave me quote was suspiciously friendly that raised a red flag. The guy from Clear Drain seemed very honest guy and price was good so I decided to go with them. They showed up next morning as promised. They work through out the day into the evening so we get the water back. Even it was already into the evening they worked their fingers to the bones to make sure everything in working order and cleaned up well.
Next morning I looked at my front yard and I couldn't tell they were there digging my lawn with huge dirt piles the night before. Their job quality and job performance was huge satisfactory and price stayed as they said. I am well-satisfied!

BG Plumbinng was one of the quickest to respond to my quote request. Was right on time for the appointment and gave multiple options to resolve the issues. Was on the phone a lot but it did not affect his work. The price was reasonable and took time

Respectful, professional, and safe. Eric and his partner arrived with masks and did a wonderful job with my whole-house water softener, and under-sink RO installation. Aqua Logic Plumbing is the best service as exactly what my neighbors recommended. Only one thing you need to note if you want to buy the same Waterdrop RO model - K6 which is not able to work with a refrigerator due to the smart touch faucet.

Called early am, they answered and scheduled the only time that worked for me.

Great plumber!  He saved me $300!  I had another plumber out to fix my clogged shower drain and he couldn't snake it after 1.5h.  He told me I needed a new P-trap ($425) and possibly a new vent.  Xtreme plumbing came out the next day & snaked it clear in 20 minutes!  Thank you!

The worker put in an average amount of effort, he wasn't really concerned the brand new handle he installed was too hard to turn on and off. Almost $400 for 45 min job and I supplied parts. Not terrible experience but I'm sure there's better and cheaper.

Phil was awesome.  He came out within half an hour or so of me calling.  Took care of our shower issue quickly and efficiently.  Definitely will keep this service handy for next time we need a plumber.  Highly recommend.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.
