These guys are awesome. They were fast, efficient and honest. Our water heater needed replacing back in July. I originally called Mr Rooter after our neighbor recommended them. They came out and quoted me $2500 to replace our water heater and haul away the old one. We knew after doing research that it should only be $1300 -1600. Our house is only 1600 sq ft.
Anyhow, I ended up contacting Henry's and texted him some pictures of our current water heater, he quoted me $1450. They came out within an hour to start the job. They were professional, knowledgeable and worked super fast and were fair in price. We will definitely use them again.

I had a backed up shower/tub drain and decided to go with Eldridge and Sons Plumbing since they were so close to my home and are family owned and run, which I like.  I called and within 30 minutes Keith arrived and quickly and professionally unclogged my main sewer line for a very reasonable price.

Vince replaced our water heater couple of days ago - And I am so glad I found him online through yelp.  Vince is straight-forward, honest, hard-working, knowledgeable, trust worthy, on time and very reasonable. I used yelp to request quotes from multiple vendors and almost everyone suggested to use Bradford White water heaters. I then searched in various consumer forums and found many negative reviews on Bradford White brand of water heaters.  I then learned that Bradford White is only sold to customers through professional installers and not through retail channels. Vince was the only one who agreed to use one of AO Smith  owned brands as I suggested.  His quote was reasonable and he did a good job. One tip for homeowners - Many water heater installers will send you a sticker to put on the tank with instructions to switch off gas and then call their number.  We called one of those numbers when our water heater started leaking.  They quoted us double the price. They lowered their price to almost half when I decided not to proceed with them. I obviously didn't want such people in my home who lower their price by half in less than 5 minutes.  Long story short - I am glad I found Vince during this episode - he will be my long-term plumber

They answer the phone. The lady that answers the phone is extremely knowledgeable and patient. They showed up on time. They got the job done quickly. The price was reasonable. I like them!

I would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone who needs a plumber to respond quickly, professionally, and do a great job. Our toilet was clogged and I was able to call and schedule an appointment for someone to come and fix it that same day at 7:45 pm. Jeff B. was the plumber who helped us, and he arrived at our place at 7:45 pm on the dot. I totally appreciated his timeliness.

He fixed our problem and was very friendly and personable while he did it! Who knew that getting plumbing problems fixed could be so easy?!

I had a water heater that died that needed to be replaced.  I got a new water heater installed by Thomas Plumbing and he was able to install it perfectly with the existing piping.

Okay, I'd been hearing great things about this business from multiple sources for years, but as of yesterday, we got to see him in action--TWICE!

First we needed some problem solving, then an associate with even bigger problems needed the He Man to come to the rescue....and boy did he.

It both cases he was highly professional, competent, knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond.

Integrity and deep experience in his profession showed up to solve quite different problems in two cases on one day.

Now I know why he chose that name....super hero to the rescue!

We hired Jerry for fixing our broken tub shower faucet, install a broken valve and bidet in the bathroom. He was very responsive, honest and got the fixes done and explained patiently any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing issues around the house.

Weird experience - I had a couple of simple projects needed doing, and he seemed totally keen to quote, coming to see the job within 48 hours of my call. I was ready to move forward but every time I asked, he couldn't give me a date/time and just kept stalling. I gave it almost two weeks till I couldn't stand the ghosting and  found another more reliable plumber who took care of it straight away (and at the same cost).

My condo were 40yr+ old and I needed someone to replaced the original shower over tub faucet and 2 shut off valve within the 3 hour time window my HOA gave me (as my unit doesn't have its own water main, the whole building need to shutdown its water service). Clear drain was able to finish the work with 2 ppl on-site and they worked professionally and handled ll the clean up afterwards. I would appreciate their professionalism to get the job done.

We had a leak in our crawl space from the kitchen. Baldomero was very responsive and super helpful in fixing the issue. They came in person to provide the quote and were able to quickly fix the issue the very next day. Highly recommend B G Plumbing

Eric was really responsive via emails. He explained everything to us in details, e.g. how to maintain the ao system, when to add salt, how to read the indicator and so on. I can tell he is an expert in this field. You can definitely trust and rely on him for installation and suggestions.
Eric helped us install both AO smith and Waterdrop RO. His work is fast and clean.

Great job repairing a main line clean-out. Had a productive initial discussion of the problem and ballpark costs before they came out to inspect, which I appreciated since I already had a pretty good idea of the repair (had run a camera through the line before). Lot of others just refused to do any discussion without sending a person out.

As for the repair itself, Mike and his team were professional, friendly, and efficient. Very happy with the service.

They come to my home on time and fixed the pipe quickly. They did perfect job!

Phil was awesome.  He came out within half an hour or so of me calling.  Took care of our shower issue quickly and efficiently.  Definitely will keep this service handy for next time we need a plumber.  Highly recommend.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

Jonathan came to my house to repair a melted neutral bar and he was absolutely amazing. He was very nice and explained everything multiple times and was patient. He reassured us of everything he was doing and made sure we understood that everything was being done the right away and he worked for us and not the insurance company. He did an emergency fix for us and set everything up for us to get the sub panel replaced the next day. Unfortunately he didn't come the next day but the electrician that did come was amazing. He was really polite and got everything done as soon as we can and did a great job. These electricians show that they care about us and are truly here to help us and not just here for the money. I really appreciate them!

Update: Day 3
AJ came to check on all the outlets and made sure everything was done properly and was kind enough to go through everything with us as well label the breaker for us temporarily while he sent the list to get laminated. He was really sweet and had a great energy to him and was really easy to talk to. I really appreciate him coming by and doing such a great job. He gave us some tips and advice on what to do and what not to avoid doing. Overall a 10/10 guy and even went out of his way to accommodate one of us and turned on the power in one room first after checking it out to let my roommate use his computer. Super thoughtful!
