My tenant had a leaking/unresponsive shower handle...they're in Santa Cruz and I'm 2600 miles away...I checked Yelp and found Henry's THANK YOU!! They sent a tech out and had a big mess all tidied up in a very reasonable time.  Henry's will now be my go-to guys...tenant is thrilled and so am I!!

I had a backed up shower/tub drain and decided to go with Eldridge and Sons Plumbing since they were so close to my home and are family owned and run, which I like.  I called and within 30 minutes Keith arrived and quickly and professionally unclogged my main sewer line for a very reasonable price.  

I'm extremely satisfied with the service I got from Eldridge and Sons Plumbing and recommend this business.

They are so courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. You know when you call Guy Plumbing the job is going to get done right the first time!! They fixed our water heater the same day and took great care of everything!

Response time was under two hours. Sean was very courteous and quick. Did a good job.

We usually use another plumbing company in Morgan Hill but they were not doing home service due to Covid, so we had to look for another plumber and decided to try Thomas plumbing -Morgan Hill. First time experience and it was a very poor quality service. Took 2 trips and 4 phone calls for the work to be properly completed.
I purchased a faucet for my parents house, and contacted Thomas plumbing -Morgen Hill, to remove the old one and replace it with the new one. Their technician came in at 1:31 pm, installed the new faucet , texted me at 2:46pm that he was done. And we were sent a bill for $296.
I went over my parents and saw the faucet  was loosely installed , water leaking down into the vanity drawers and under the sink. I called Thomas plumbing to report the leak issue and requested fix. I was  put through Dave, who appeared to be the owner . he denied any workmanship issue then accused me of trying not to pay.  I send him video and pictures, of the loose faucet handles and water under sink. Then called Dave back on to follow up, he agreed to sent the technician back to fix it. This was while no apologies made or empathy for the inconvenience. After they corrected the faucet and when I went there to pay, I asked for a breakdown of charges . They stated $296 was for 2 hours of labor. I informed them that their technician was there for a total 1&1/2 hr . They referred me to Dave. So I Called Dave the next day, I told him that my parents are elderly and on fixed income so I want to make sure they pay a fair charge. Dave insisted that we must pay for 2 hours despite proof i had via Ring camera and technician time of text. Dave said that tech spent 2 hours and part of it was the paperwork he was doing while in his truck.
I agreed to pay the due bill but I won't do business with them again. Thomas plumbing Morgan Hill is poor workmanship Quality, poor customer service, and were dishonest about the charges.

Contacted Mike before business hours, left a message and explained my 93 year mom's situation. Mike called me back within minutes. Got to my mom's house within 40 minutes of that and resolved her problem a short time later. What can I say to express my appreciation for how this person really cares about other people. Awesome job Mike!

I have used J B Rooter a few times now. Jerry is very responsive and provides a reasonable estimate of the amount of work to be done and goes out of the way to get it done well and on time. He is smart to diagnose the problem well and takes the time to explain it to us clearly.

Very good plumber service. Compelled to shout out Prestige Plumbing if you are looking or need a plumber for future chaos.  Chico, who runs the show, is very personable, friendly, funny, highly customer service oriented.  Very fair with pricing.  The crew, very hard working and respectable professionals.  What struck me is they would randomly fix things that we didn't ask for and did not charge.  For example, just straight up changed our refrigerator water filter hose...the thing is a fire hose now (in a good way)!   We had to re-pipe our house with copper and replace tankless water heater.  Done in a day and now we have amazing water pressure and hot water starts instantly...I feel like a character in Plato's Allegory of the Cave. Also, no more calcium chunks clogging out faucets.  Anyhow, you can't go wrong with Chico.  Give him a shot if you are vetting plumbers.

Leo is quick, reliable and very fair about the quote for the work.  We had a couple of small things to fix - he didn't charge for most of it since the parts had to be replaced.  Thanks Leo!  We will call again!

Quality work from the BG Plumbing team. I had them do a whole house copper re-pipe, replace a water heater, and drain lines. Glad I picked them and the lead Plumber Baldomero is a master at his trade. They went above and beyond in fixing shoddy work.  Other contractors had commented on the quality of their work too. Respectful, professional, and safe. Eric and his partner arrived with masks and did a wonderful job with my whole-house filter, water softener, and under sink RO installation. Aqua Logic Plumbing was the 4th company I contacted and was by far the most price competitive and friendly! They were happy to answer my endless questions, give recommendations, and even advise me against adding more parts that I thought I needed but didn't. There was a small snag they ran into that was not their fault but handled it very well. They even swept up and took away the boxes of the products I ordered for installation! I would definitely recommend their very fairly priced service.

I needed to replace my leaking garbage disposal ASAP. I requested a couple quotes through Yelp and Ameer, from Absolute Pro Plumbing, responded within minutes.  He provided a competitive price for a new Garbage Disposal including Labor to install it on the same day.  He was quick to remove the old unit, and replace it with the new.  He checked unit to see if it worked properly, and he was on his way.  Fast communication, Work was completed properly and in a timely fashion.  End of day, I am a very satisfied customer.

Reza is really awesome and professional! He is also helpful for fixing our clogged sink. At the beginning, I thought that I have to change a new disposal cuz it seems not working at all. However, he said that I don't have to replace a new one cuz it does work. It actually save us a lot of money. He also answered all our questions about monthly with patient.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

We added AC to our house which required a new furnace.  Everything went very smoothly and turned out great!  Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable and got back to us right away with questions.  Very COVID safe as well. They also spent a lot of time teaching us how to use our new thermostat which wasn't as easy as one may expect.  I highly recommend this company as the quality of their work was excellent and on time.  I highly recommend them!
