We had a clog under the kitchen sink, and the pipes were not setup to be easily taken apart (by a non-plumber). I tried to fix it myself using all the ways I could Google, but I couldn't do it. Enrique and his partner came out and did a wonderful job fixing the problem. He took out the old PVC, ran a snake through to clear the whole pipe length, and they left me with a new pipe setup under the sink that is much more user friendly. In the future, I should be able to fix a similar problem myself due to the new setup. So they were here under an hour, gave a free estimate, then did the work immediately, did a great job, and were very friendly. Thank you!

Vince was honest and professional with us. Called him regarding our tankless water heater issue and he was able to came in the same day afternoon and fixed the issue. He recommended what we need to do for future sustainability as well.

During the COVID-19 stay-at-home order, we noticed our single/handled bathroom sink was unable to be completely shut off; hot water was constantly leaking into the sink and down the drain. I shut the hot water under the sink but with all the hand-washing required, we were really missing the ability to use this bathroom. Guy Plumbing had replaced a similar faucet in another bathroom years ago, but I was reluctant to invite someone into my house during the social distancing order. I called them anyway and was told their repair service was still operating, and that they wear masks, gloves, and shoe coverings and that I could open the door, get out if the way, and that they would do the repair, clean up, and leave. I said I wanted the same faucet they replaced in the other bathroom years ago; she looked it up by my address and said it was in stock, and that the plumber was just finishing another job in the area.  I put blue tape arrows pointing the way to the bathroom on the floor before the plumber arrived; he arrived within 15 minutes (!), installed the new faucet, and left. Guy invoices by mail so this was entirely a contactless transaction.  These guys really rock!  It's great to have them in the neighborhood.

Service was perfect.  Called at 9:30 pm and person who answered was courteous and efficient.  Got a call back in literally a minute.  Determined I didn't need someone that night and made an appt for 7-8:00 am.  Sean showed up a couple minutes after 7 and was done in half an hour.  He cleared the clog, cleaned up the mess, and explained what he found.  He was honest and did not hard or over sell anything.  I did think it was a bit pricey, but I would rather pay a little more for quality and professionalism.  By the way, the other company I also called last night did not provide service last night and has yet to return my call for an appt.  I am so glad I did not wait for them.

I have been using Thomas Plumbing for a while for all of my heating and plumbing needs. Dave Thomas and his team are very knowledgeable and recommend what is needed and no more. They have done some complicated HVAC work for me, fixed my heater and performed the more mundane work of unclogging pipes. Great to work with them!

Mike has helped us with sink drainage problems twice in the last three years.  He  responded very quickly to our phone calls both times.  The first time he said he would be here in 20 mins, and he did.  The second time he said he would be here in 10 mins, and sure enough, he kept his word.  He is very professional, knowledgeable, and works very quickly and efficiently.  His rate is $120/hr, minimum 1 hr, which I think is very reasonable.  He solved both our drainage problems in less than an hour.

I had an old leaking shower cartridge that was stuck in the valve. Most plumbers recommened full valve replacement which might have required shower replacement due to its age.

Jerry was friendly on the phone and quoted me a reasonable price to do the work. He even gave me some hints to try before his appointment. Well, his advice worked! I got the cartridge out and replaced it myself. I will certainly call Jerry with any future plumbing problems I have. He knows his stuff!

We had a water heater go out and our regular plumber kept stalling and finally could not make it.  We were blessed to find Prestige Plumbing, and Chico.  He showed up early for the appointment, assessed the situation, gave us an estimate, and got to work.  It was very obvious he knew what he was doing, his work was excellent, and was able to resolve a number of problems by working over time.  He is honest, extremely nice, a hard worker, and his prices were extremely reasonable.  He refused to take any extra money for working over time and doing additional work.  He will be our plumber for life.  I highly recommend Chico and Prestige Plumbing, you will not regret it!

These guys are fast, but I wouldn't recommend them if you care about the price you pay.  For shower/tub valve replacement they charged me $280 ... but later on I had it done for another bathroom for $65

The plumber fixed the toilet issue in a few hours because he had to leave for an hour to get the rights parts.  The leak was fixed and the toilet is working properly.  The plumber was friendly and courteous.

Respectful, professional, and safe. Eric and his partner arrived with masks and did a wonderful job with my whole-house filter, water softener, and under sink RO installation. Aqua Logic Plumbing was the 4th company I contacted and was by far the most price competitive and friendly! They were happy to answer my endless questions, give recommendations, and even advise me against adding more parts that I thought I needed but didn't. There was a small snag they ran into that was not their fault but handled it very well. They even swept up and took away the boxes of the products I ordered for installation! I would definitely recommend their very fairly priced service.

James is the best! He works hard and gets the job done. Very experienced and knowledgeable. We loved how honest he is. He communicates clearly what he's working on and the time he's spending on our projects. Very fair on price and helped us avoid a lot of trouble with our crazy mountain home. He's seen it all. Had a backed up kitchen sink and couldn't wait for the home warranty plumber so we called Xtreme Plumbing. Michael arrived 15 minutes later.

I'm typically a do-it-yourself kind of guy but I couldn't access the drain clean out valve and didn't want to mess with it because we had family visiting. Michael quickly determined where the plug occurred in the plumbing and gave us a couple options to clear the drain along with his recommendation. Not long after, the drain was cleared.

I am very impressed by Michael for a few reasons:
- Accurately diagnosed the location of the plug through a few key tests.
- Was conscientious not to track mud into the house.
- Provided a permanent solution for us to access the clean out valve.
- Explained exactly what he was doing throughout the repair.
- Most importantly, he came through for us when we needed service in a hurry.

It's s small business with 2 great young guys. Jason is the boss. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Tony, the second guy, seems newer on the job but does a great job, and doesn't complain.
I had 3 things to fix: 2 toilets and one sink. I forgot to move my stuff out of the way, under the sink, and Tony had no problem to work like this. When I saw I immediately moved the mess out of the way and he was so nice thanking me and saying that I didn't need to do it. Even it was my fault he did everything possible to not make me fell like a jerk.
They explained me what else was wrong and made recommendations what to do. The installation was old and not safe. Jason had to go and buy stuff for things that were not in plan to be done. Still the job continued to move along and all was done as planned in 1.5 hours, everything at a very affordable price.

I had the other sink done by a different guy which charged me more and took him 1.5 hours just for that.

I have to say that first second I saw them at the door with the tattoos and saggy pants I got scared, but the next second after they recommended themselves, shook my hand, covered their shoes and start working... my jaw dropped. They are very very polite, clean, professional and ready to go the extra mile to help, make recommendations and be sure the customer is happy.

I'm a man so the most important thing for me was the great job they did, and that they did it in time and at affordable price, but I think that the ladies will be impressed of those 2 gentlemen behavior, too.

We had Phil round to plumb in our new kitchen sink and waste disposal, and he did a great job. I'm not confident with drains (all that solvent weld stuff), and I had no idea what fittings to use to get from the sink, dishwasher and disposal to the pipe in the wall. Phil just took care of it, coming at a time that was convenient to us, and sorted it out quickly and easily. First big thumbs-up.

Then a drain blocked two weeks later. Original 60-year-old drains, so nothing related to the sink plumbing work. A 50' auger from Home Depot didn't touch it, so I knew something was really wrong somewhere that wasn't accessible. Phil came round, took pictures of the (interestingly creative) plumbing under the house, and figured out where the blockage was - in a pipe that was too small for current codes and not accessible for clearing. Next day, he and his colleague ripped out the main 4 pipe and all the blocked pipes, put back fatter pipes that won't block again, and took photos of the 60-year crud in the pipes that caused the problem. It wasn't cheap, but considering how much effort it was, the price was more than reasonable. Best thing: Phil again just took care of it again, no mucking about.

I'm glad to find a plumber I can trust. Just awesome service. Phil is simply the best.

Literally came over to my parents Julie past 9pm on Memorial Day weekend to help us move a fridge. It was one of those urgent and important tasks and it was awesome to get his response asap and have the whole situation resolved in an hour. Thank you!
