I cannot speak highly enough about Henry's Plumbing. I called them because my hot water heater stopped working. They showed up masked, quickly assessed the problem, and went to work to fix it. They were polite, fully explained what the problem was and how to fix it, and were very reasonably priced. I also appreciated their attention to detail, and how they were so careful to maintain a standard of cleanliness in the work area. I have found my plumbers!

I'm very impressed with this company. I had an emergency, was freaking out, and ended up with this company at my house. I'm almost, almost, glad my plumbing exploded. From the lady who answered the phone to the crew at my house, I was happy with the service. Nick and Adam came out twice, over a 2 day job, and made sure I knew everything that was happening as well as reassuring me that they would fix it / find the problem. They were very respectful, personable, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves really well, no evidence left behind. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again and / or recommend them to others.

I had an amazing experience with the company and the plumber they sent out. Although our issue is much bigger than originally though, he would not give up and tried absolutely everything he could think of. The company estimated he would show up between 8 pm and 9:30 but he showed up right at 8 and dedicated 2.5 hours of his night and then offered to follow up again the next day. I really appreciated his efforts and would absolutely call this company again.

On Valentine's Day I discovered a big leak under my kitchen sink.  With company coming the next day I knew I needed to get it repaired today!  After calling 2 other plumbers unsuccessfully, Thomas came to my rescue that afternoon.  Patrick quickly ascertained that I needed a new faucet.  While I went to Home Depot to buy one he removed the leaking faucet and was ready to quickly install the new one.  In spite of having to go to the store, the job only took one hour!  Patrick was efficient, clean and confident, and he gave us the senior discount.  I was both relieved and very pleased.

I just had Mike come over since we had a toilet problem in our house. He fixed it in right away. His rate is $120 / hour but since he was only here for 10 min, he only charged $60.
He came for plumbing problem, but he actually specialize in Sewer & Drain Cleaning. So if you need any cleaning, give him a call. He is GREAT!!!

Jerry drove all the way from San Jose to east bay to install our new toilet. Excellent work, gave us some tips and also installed handheld bidet sprayers in both the bathrooms for free.

He did a job for us in Nov which was ok. I think I wrote a yelp reviews for it. He also gave us a quote a for another job and promised to start the job when he has time. He never called back or replied to the text messages. We did refer to him to our friends in the meantime. Today, finally, we got hold of him, because we referred to him to our neighbor. He finished our neighbor's job and came our home, and quoted us almost double the quote for the job which he was supposed to do last year. He is saying everything is expensive, which I understand, but it's not double. He showed very arrogant attitude, unlike when he did our job in Nov. Will not recommend him at all to anyone.

Our sewer water backed up was fixed twice in the past month, the company charged over $800, but water backed up again today.  

Fortunately, they came over the next day on the weekend and did hydro jetting again which unblocked the mainline.

Hopefully it'll last sometime this time.

Very quick response even on the weekend. The plumber Baldomero is very professional. He fixed our clogged drain pipes quickly and explained the situation to us. Also kindly helped us inspect the pipes in the crawling space and spot a leaking issue left from the previous project.

Contacted them on yelp and have our water softener and RO installed in one week!

I called Jim for some work in our crawl space, but it wasn't actually plumbing work.  Instead of just saying, No. he helped me out by providing two referrals of companies who could do the work.  I will definitely call Jim the next time I need a plumber.

If you are looking for a quality plumber that is on time, reasonably priced and does a wonderful job..look no further. Ameer is awesome! He not only answered all my millions of questions, he did the job with a smile too. He was prompt and really professional. He also has a wicked sense of humor, which made me feel more relaxed, because I tend to crack a lot of jokes when things go wrong in my money pit house. Thank you again Ameer! I will definitely go back to you with any future jobs I have.

Called this morning for someone to look at our hot water heater.   Was told someone would be out between 12:00 - 2:00. I called at 1:45; no answer.  Left a message asking for status. No response.  Called again at 2:30 - nobody answered again.  Left a message saying their service was unacceptable.  If you are going to be late, call.  I've been home all afternoon waiting for them to show up.  Going to use someone else!

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

Great experience from the initial phone call to Sarah, to having the tech Richard show up same day, evaluate a reasonably priced solution to my electrical problem(s), to chatting with Richard while he completed the job.  Professional and friendly service, on time, pre-arrival phone call to let me know they were coming, getting the job done in one day even though it took until almost 6 pm.   A great value.
