Excellent service.  Enrique answered phone immediately and arrived in about 1 hour.  Main water line to house was leaking adjacent to water meter.  He gave a $500 estimate if the entire line did not need to be replaced.  Was able to complete the job within a couple hours for the estimated price.  Extremely happy with everything.  Definitely calling him first for any future plumbing needs.  Highly recommend.

We've lived in our 84-year-old home for nearly 15 years and used one plumbing company the entire time. Recently, that company left the state, so we looked for a new plumbing company. We tried Eldridge & Sons and wish we'd found them sooner! They are professional, responsive, considerate, and did excellent work! Five stars!

Vince was great.  Great communication and arrived in the agreed upon timeframe.   We had an issue with one of our toilets.  Vince arrived, identified  the issue and fixed it right away.  I would highly recommend Vince for any of your plumbing needs!

I have used them about 5 or 6 times.  Once I had a broken faucet (it actually broke off the pipe with water gushing across the back yard) on the outside of my house, I called them and they were there within 45 min. I wished I had used them when I built my house because of the few problem I have had in my 8 year old house has been related to plumbing issues and they have not only fixed the problem but pointed out the mistakes made by the original plumber.  Another time they came out for one issue and I asked a question about a minor problem I was having with my shower and they just fixed it for me.  I highly recommend them. Always friendly, prompt and very professional.

Great fast service. My sewer problem was tough and they spent a couple hours working on it at no extra charge. At the end the plug was removed and the main sewer line is working again!

Had them come and clear a clog at my home in Sunnyvale that another rooter company could not handle. Turned out it was a root about 109 ft down the line from the roof vent. The not so Elite Rooter company didn't even have snakes long enough to do it. Thomas is much more than just a rooter company they are actual plumbers. My plumber was named Dean and he went above and beyond working this out and cutting out the root with a special head. I am very impressed with this company and felt that way after talking to the owner Dave on the phone. I'm going to have them install an exterior clean out which older houses sometimes don't have. Once that is in, Future cutting of that root will be even easier because they will be able to use a larger diameter cutting head on the snake. Going forward this will be my plumber of choice!

**Update** Had them install the clean out. Jerry did the work and did an amazing job working well after dark to make sure it was done right. Great work ethic by this company.

Two days ago I had a huge disaster in my house after the toilette started leaking. This was becoming a sanitary issue because my kids started playing with everything that came out of the toilette. I am not trying to exaggerate but I has the feeling that I was going to go crazy. I really needed some help immediately. This was my first time ever having to use a company since I moved to California, so I was not sure who to call to take care of the bathroom mess. I found He-Man Plumbing online and I decided to call them, some of the reviews I read were scary but I did not have too much time to shop around or read other businesses reviews. The technician who came to my house was knowledgeable and he did his job right the first time. To be honest prices were high, but for good service you have to pay top dollar, I guess that's how it works in the Bay Area and other expensive cities.

We hired Jerry for fixing our broken tub shower faucet, install a broken valve and bidet in the bathroom. He was very responsive, honest and got the fixes done and explained patiently any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing issues around the house.

I am a little disappointed about his service. I had a leak in the pipe undet the kitchen sink. Chico came and replaced new pipes. He told me he guarantees his work and can call him anytime. There was still a minor leak, I called Chico numerous times , he never showed up. After paying $2300 for the Jon I want to be completely satisfied.
Chico just talked nice but disappears when there is a problem and the check has been cashed

I called to get a quote on a drain repair, and emailed a very clear picture of the broken pipe. When I called back to schedule the work, they wouldn't give me an estimate. The way they spoke to me was very unprofessional.

They were extremely rude to me when I asked if I can have an estimate in writing.....

Quality work from the BG Plumbing team. I had them do a whole house copper re-pipe, replace a water heater, and drain lines. Glad I picked them and the lead Plumber Baldomero is a master at his trade. They went above and beyond in fixing shoddy work.  Other contractors had commented on the quality of their work too. Eric and his team did a fantastic job of installing my new water softener + pre filter. They showed up on time, helped me moved the stuff out of the way and unpack the tank. After installation, he also taught me what does each valve means and how should I control them during maintenance. The whole process is smooth and efficient! Highly recommend Aqua logic!

James came out to fix our water heater. Turned out we might have to replace the whole unit since it's still under warranty. He talked over all of our options, offered advice, clearly had a huge amount of experience and knowledge AND at the end of the day he didn't even charge us for his time. We will definitely call James when it comes time for installation.

Just a main line maintenance call.  Mike was efficient, friendly and did the job quickly.  Ran main line + 20 ft (100 ft).  Cleaned up and was out of there in 30 minutes.  Wonderful.  Thanks

Ameer was very quick and answered my Yelp query in minutes. Other plumbers wanted to come out and give an estimate. He was able to use the photos I uploaded. And all they had to ask was if there were stairs (no) or if it was on the first floor (yes) and is there an easy way in (yes).

He was able to come the same day to replace our water heater. He's a pleasant guy who put up with all my questions.
I would not hesitate to call him again.
And we have a new water heater and hot water again!

Judy picked up my call Friday 9:45pm, not able to send someone out but did provide tip to release main sewer line pressure so the waste water is not backup inside the house.

Phil came to unclog my sewer line on Sat, the quote is more than double the cost I paid to a different plumber last time, since I just need to get it done I accepted the high cost.  For total of 30 mins of work to pay that price is way too much. I should be patient and find another plumber.

However, Judy is great and she also called back to make sure that the job was done right.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

We live in a 100-year-old Craftsman whose heating system, furnace and ducts hadn't been cleaned in at least a decade. I got a couple of quotes via Angie's List. PCE wasn't the cheapest (actually about $200 more than a local contractor) but I was impressed with the service right from the start. The technicians came on-site to provide a quote. That seemed a bit unnecessary for a fairly simple job, but the visit gave me a really good impression of the company's technical capability and service standards and I signed up on the spot to have our system, furnace and ducts to 10 outlets cleaned. The team came within a week and did a thorough job. After the visit, however, I couldn't get the system to work. Another technician came out to do a follow-up inspection and got it working right away at no extra charge. The problem may have been user-error, to be honest, I'm not sure, but the tech checked everything anyway. Really good service.
