I've used Henry's several times and always find them to be accommodating, efficient, and competent.  They're my go to for any plumbing problems.

I had a few minor plumbing issues that I had been putting off resolving for awhile (one drippy faucet, a toilet that runs, etc). I finally did the research and after seeing the reviews for Eldridge decided to hire them.  I called yesterday and left a message, was provided with a prompt call back and was scheduled for today.  Keith spent less than 2 hours at my house, explained each issue and quickly repaired all items.  The final price was very reasonable for the amount of time he was in my house. I am very happy with the service and results.

Vince is honest, professional and personable. Our water heater needed replacement and we called VIP plumbing based on yelp reviews. After reaching through yelp, Vince contacted us within one hour, came home same day for free assessment and provided estimate. During the conversations I found Vince very knowledgeable and had detailed information with water heaters different makes, models and pricing.  The very next day Vince replaced water heater within 3-3.30 hours efficiently whilst explaining/walking through water/gas connections and settings for the water heater.

During the COVID-19 stay-at-home order, we noticed our single/handled bathroom sink was unable to be completely shut off; hot water was constantly leaking into the sink and down the drain. I shut the hot water under the sink but with all the hand-washing required, we were really missing the ability to use this bathroom. Guy Plumbing had replaced a similar faucet in another bathroom years ago, but I was reluctant to invite someone into my house during the social distancing order. I called them anyway and was told their repair service was still operating, and that they wear masks, gloves, and shoe coverings and that I could open the door, get out if the way, and that they would do the repair, clean up, and leave. I said I wanted the same faucet they replaced in the other bathroom years ago; she looked it up by my address and said it was in stock, and that the plumber was just finishing another job in the area.  I put blue tape arrows pointing the way to the bathroom on the floor before the plumber arrived; he arrived within 15 minutes (!), installed the new faucet, and left. Guy invoices by mail so this was entirely a contactless transaction.  These guys really rock!  It's great to have them in the neighborhood.

I had a clogged sink that I tried to use a snake on but was not able to un-block last night. So this morning I called at 8:05am and was not able to get an estimate over the phone. They said that the plumber would be there in an hour and he was at my house by 8:35am (which was great). In two seconds he gave me a quote to fix the sink of $250. It seemed steep but I needed the pipe cleared so I just went with it. He got in with his small powered rooter and tried a couple of times but was not able to clear the block. He had to get the largest rooter thing that he had and then was able to push out the thing that was clogging the pipe. It ended up taking more than an hour so I had to pay an extra $100 for the second hour. Total cost was $350! expensive.  By 9:56am he had everything cleaned up. The plumber came right over and worked diligently on the problem so it seemed legitimate but still a bit expensive. They said the work had a 30 day guarantee. I would use them again but I will probably look around a little next time to see about getting a little left expensive option.

I cannot say enough about the service that I received from Thomas Plumbing! After my last plumber flaked out on me for a larger job, I called Thomas Plumbing and I had a technician knock on my door an hour later. I had a water main leak which we thought was in one spot, but he pinpointed the actual source. He didn't have the part that he needed and he couldn't get it at Home Depot so he returned the next day as promised and stayed until it was done. He returned the next day (again at the promised time) to turn on the water and ensure that the leak was corrected. I'm so happy at the excellent service that I received that I can say Thomas Plumbing is now my go-to company for all of my needs!

Excellent. Arrived on time and showed respect for our house by donning shoe covers. The job was done well and timely fashion.

We hired Jerry for fixing our broken tub shower faucet, install a broken valve and bidet in the bathroom. He was very responsive, honest and got the fixes done and explained patiently any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing issues around the house.

Prestige Plumbing. Didn't have a very good experience with Chico and Prestige Plumbing.  Call him yesterday and he said he was very busy but could come by today to install a toilet.  Txted him the address yesterday and asked for a conformation that he was coming.......got nothing.  Txted him again this morning asking for conformation.  Immediately got a call back from him....Can I come now?....sorry, not ready .....lets stick to our 3:30 appt.  No Chico, no call, no txt by 5:15.  Called him, no answer left a message.  Then Chico txted Sorry I won't be able to make it there today  Called him right back and finally was able to talk to him, he said that he could not do it for the next 2 days.  

I can understand if jobs ahead of yours take longer than expected, but it is unacceptable not to be notified if they were not going to show up.

From my experience, have a back up plan if you are going to use him.

DH went to Home Depot to price garbage disposal and ask about installation. They recommended Clear Drain.  Jason  was very professional and punctual. I thought his price to install our disposal was high but we didn't want to call around to get quotes. He picked up the disposal for us at Home Depot and took the old one away. I would recommend this company.

He is charging for snaking a kitchen sink $450!! I cannot comprehend this nonsense, can you?!!! One hour job and the charge $450. This is more than what an experienced lawyer makes an hour!

Respectful, professional, and safe. Eric and his partner arrived with masks and did a wonderful job with my whole-house water softener, and under-sink RO installation. Aqua Logic Plumbing is the best service as exactly what my neighbors recommended. Only one thing you need to note if you want to buy the same Waterdrop RO model - K6 which is not able to work with a refrigerator due to the smart touch faucet.

James is the best! He works hard and gets the job done. Very experienced and knowledgeable. We loved how honest he is. He communicates clearly what he's working on and the time he's spending on our projects. Very fair on price and helped us avoid a lot of trouble with our crazy mountain home. He's seen it all. I called Xtreme plumbing and they came within 15 minutes. Spent about 5 minutes unclogging a toilet which we had tried to do the entire day before. Michael was super nice, didn't make me feel incompetent and showed me what I could do to avoid the issue next time. I'm sure we will have plumbing needs again and I'll definitely call this company first.

It was Saturday evening and I knew I had a real problem - so much so I had to shut off the water at the meter.  Not expecting to be able to find anyone to help at that hour, I was encouraged to find that The Plumbing Company was 'open' and Judy called me back within 10 minutes.

Phil showed up at the house at 8a on Sunday morning right on time - just the smiling, friendly face you want to see when you have what could be a major repair.  How could he be so happy to be here this early on a Sunday?  He patiently listened as I explained what happened and then methodically started to diagnose the problem.  Within 30 minutes, he had figured out what happened, established a workaround, and had the house back on the water line (insert happy family cheers here).  All this for a rate that was, well, unbelievable.

I highly recommend The Plumbing Company for any plumbing related need and will certainly be calling them again when needed in the future.

Literally came over to my parents Julie past 9pm on Memorial Day weekend to help us move a fridge. It was one of those urgent and important tasks and it was awesome to get his response asap and have the whole situation resolved in an hour. Thank you!

I was looking to install a wired Nest Hello video doorbell.  I called PCHS for a quote and a technician was sent out.

He was on time and courteous. I explained that I was replacing an existing wired doorbell, and the wiring was still in place.  He just had to install a transformer and use the existing wiring.  I had already purchased the Nest Hello and was ready to do the job.

Well... the quote came in and it seemed like nothing I said was heard.  They quoted me $595 for a Nest Hello when you can buy the doorbell AND a Nest Hub for $299 at Google.  What's with that?  Total ripoff.

In addition, they quoted running new Romex wiring in the attic when I had told them to use the existing wiring.

The whole thing came to $1200 for a freaking doorbell.  Unbelievable. I wrote them back and asked for a correction on the quote and they never responded.

I'm sure they do a good job, but beware the inflated prices!
