Our water heater suddenly stopped working the pilot light went out and we were unable to relight it. It was a 12 year old tank. I put the job out on Yelp and Enrique responded very quickly. His reviews were good and his quote was very reasonable against others. He fit us in the next day, he arrived on time (wearing a mask) and got the job done smoothly and efficiently. He fitted a top of the line water heater. While he was here he helped us out with another small plumbing job which was very much appreciated. I will definitely call upon Enrique with any future plumbing needs.

Our utility sink in the garage was draining slowly - it took 20 minutes to drain 1 inch of water. The laundry machine outflows into this utility sink, so I couldn't do laundry. Important but not urgent.

I texted the situation to a few nearby vendors in the evening, and Eldridge & sons was the only one to respond on the morning. Even better, they amazingly had availability that day since it's between Xmas and New Years.

Dave was prepared with the roto rooter machine which scraped the inside of the drain and the cable went in 60 ft. He replaced the slip nut and washer connecting to the galvanized pipe. Good thing it achieved the same results and didn't need to try to open the cast iron clean out right underneath it.

Interesting to know they also service a local grocery chain in the Bay Area, and also a fast food chain!

Definitely will call them first next time I need plumbing service!

I called Vince to fix our leaking shower drain. He came on the same day, gave us a reasonable quote and fixed the problem in a matter of hours. He was very honest and thorough. Not only did he fix the leaking shower (replaced the drain), he also declogged the pipe with no extra charge. He also made sure his work area is clean after fixing the problem. Afterwards, he also looked at our aging tankless heater and gave us his honest opinion about it. He could have easily replaced some parts and charge us some extra $$$, but he didn't do it. I will definitely call Vince again for any plumbing issues.

Guy plumbing installed an automatic gas shut-off valve for us. Since we live in earthquake country this will hopefully be a great safety feature. They were quick, professional, and courteous!

Great professional service! Called around 11 am and was able to get a 3pm appointment with earlier option if someone cancelled. James ended up here at 12:30 (courtesy called 30 minutes before) and was done in less than an hour!

I called to request a plumber tech come to my home and provide a quote to repair a leak. We don't provide quotes - we fix leaks at $165 an HR when others charge $50-$75 to stop the truck and take a look. Not sure of the quality of work because I was off-put by the initial price gouge on the phone call. Called Joel Sanders Plumbing instead.

Mike is a class act. Punctual and fair and not greedy. I've used him for work and home many times. He also has great advice and good contacts if he can't do a job because of timing. I'm glad he is in my area.

I have used J B Rooter a few times now. Jerry is very responsive and provides a reasonable estimate of the amount of work to be done and goes out of the way to get it done well and on time. He is smart to diagnose the problem well and takes the time to explain it to us clearly.

Over the years, we've used many plumbing services and Prestige Plumbing surpasses anyone I've come across so far.  Chico came recommended by our friend where he installed a new tank-less water heater and water softener.

Chico is responsive, friendly, flexible and extremely easy to work with.  His team went above and beyond my expectations.  He is very timely and accurate in his estimation of time to complete the project.  

We got 6 quotes from different companies to change our main line, perform a full re-pipe under our house (municipal water and sewer line), install a new water heater, reverse osmosis and water softener.  

They offered one of the best prices.  Especially if I had to account for all the services provided at no extra cost such as adding a new laundry box, new insulation for our copper pipe, drilling a hole for our reverse osmosis ...  

Our project entailed a lot of details and some were added/changed after the projects started.  They were able to do everything and beyond.  For example, they moved our hose bibs and added irrigation valves.  Everything was done with a permit and we passed inspection this week.

I was looking for someone to repipe my newly purchased house that had  galvanize piping which were corroded inside out. I was getting orange rust water from every faucet. After getting estimates from about 9 places. I decided to go with Jason from Clear Drain. Several things stood out about Jason.

Jason arrived promptly. His estimate was very resonable. While most of the plumbers and contractors gave price in verbally he insisted to give it all in writing.

Jason's work was very good. He finished it on time. It's been 4 years since the job was completed and I am very happy with it. I have used Jason several times since then and he is one of the best.

I found a corroded drain pipe in the crawl space during an inspection. It was Jan 1st and I did not have many hopes to find a plumber to fix it because of the holidays. Baldomero was very quick to reply and everything was fixed the morning after at 10 am. During another inspection the day after I verified that the job was done ok (well, for what I can tell as I'm not exactly a plumber).

We recently moved to a new home and weren't sure whether it's a good idea to install water softener due to cost and lack of expertise. However, Eric kindly explained all the details and set up machines perfectly well. Even he bought initial batch of salt for us.. so impressed. And of course, he gave us the best quote. I recently had a sewage ejector pump fail that caused a major backup at my home in Boulder Creek that required quick action to resolve.
Jim was quick to respond, and correctly identified the root cause of my problem. Jim worked with me to find a work address the overflow issue and was able to replace the ejector pump in less than 24 hours from when I called him.
Not only did Jim fix my problem quickly, he was honest on time and materials.

Our shower drain was clogged and Absolute Pro Plumbing was very quick to respond to my inquiry to schedule an appointment. When they arrived the two technicians were polite and professional and wearing masks and gloves, which was very reassuring in light of the pandemic. They were able to unclog the drain within a few minutes and were out the door. Water is draining without any issues now! Thank you for such great service.

Once again, snaps, props, whistles, and cheers to fellow Yelpers for helping me select this excellent plumbing service.  I bought a water heater from Sears about a year and a half ago, and one morning this past week, I ended up without hot water. I went out to the water heater, and found that the pilot light had extinguished. So I called PGE, and they 1)  ONLY had all day appointments, without any reasonable notification of WHEN the tech would show up; and 2)  Would be delighted to help me -- sometime next week.  Ugh.  Neither of those options looked real attractive, and having to heat up water and then drag a pail into my shower to pan-shower was a drag, so I did my usual Let's see who Yelpers recommend search and came up with the Plumbing company.  The very helpful and very friendly office manager sent over CHRIS to help me out.  ALL of this was done via phone, I was busy at work.  Chris came right over, called me to tell me he was at my home, and promised to call me back when he'd finished.  Chris called back, as promised, and Chris' diagnosis was, the pilot light was on but would not stay on because the gas valve was not working -- on a year and a half old unit!  Chris was great about explaining everything to me, and offered to order the needed part, and install it, and then quoted me the price for their work, which sounded extremely reasonable.  HOWEVER, I purchased plenty of insurance for the water heater when I bought it, and I decided to make Sears live up to their warranty.  Chris gave me a very carefully documented bill, which absolutely helped me in getting Sears to replace the broken gas valve on the heater.    These folks at the Plumbing Company are as honest as they are helpful, and if I have a plumbing issue in the future, I know who I'm going to call!

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

Save yourself a ton of aggravation and use a different electrical company. At fist, PCE offers excellent customer service. Then they miss appointments, 'forget' to file claims with insurance, and therefore overcharge the customer. I was told the reason my service was $7k was because they were submitting to my insurance and I'd be guaranteed to only pay my $1k deductible. Imagine my surprise and frustration when Bill and Josh screwed up, lied to protect themselves, and I was hit with a major bill. Be aware; this is a group of fraudulent shysters.
