Had an urgent issue with leaking pipes and he was able to see me same day. Arrived right on time, extremely professional, and knew exactly what to do. He was very clear and concise, accessed the situation and went over the financials and got to work. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

I called the plumbing company on Thursday afternoon (02/22) and they sent Tom over around 8:30am the next morning.  The dispatcher, Nicole, had asked for some photos of the bathroom tub/shower faucet (old Delta faucet, over 40 years old) that was causing the problem (very little hot water dispensed; cold water had plenty of water pressure).  Tom knows his stuff, and tried to use a trick to force water pressure to try and clear the possible clog in the faucet value.  It did not solve it.  Tom said that it seemed a little more hot water was coming through, but still not acceptable (according to him).  The only solution was to have an entire new faucet, value, spout and shower head replaced, as well as replacing some copper piping that handles the water pressure up to the shower head.  I gave my OK for the job to be done, and he immediately left  (gone less than 1/2 hour) to go to his supplier in Campbell, who had all the needed parts to fix my faucet.  He had originally quoted me 5-6 hours to fix this, but in actuality, he spent about 3:15 to do this job.  A new Delta faucet system now has strong cold AND hot water coming through.  Through his boss, Tom was also able to get me a courtesy discount on this job, which I did not expect.  Tom is an excellent plumber (he told me he has been doing this for over 30 years), and has the best demeanor and customer service focus that is rarely found in many service trades.  I am sold on Tom and Eldridge & Sons Plumbing.  Solid 5 stars... nothing less.

We called Vince based on a NextDoor post and also his Yelp rating. Plus he is local and we wanted to support local businesses. He came promptly to diagnose the issue with our water heater which had just stopped working. Given the age of the heater (8yrs old) he said it wasn't worth repairing and best to replace. We got the same advice from 2 other companies as well so agreed to replace it with a new Bradford White heater. His preference was actually for American Standard but he was flexible with our preference. He came out on Monday afternoon to do the job and replaced the heater efficiently and made sure to clean up afterwards. Only a small note    - I had to push him to position the hose to drain the old heater in my backyard instead of the front - why waste the water?! He did it in the end so that was fine. Also he had originally said he could show me the part that was damaged after replacing the heater but when I asked he didn't want to waste time. I let that one go but it would have been nice for him to follow through but not a big deal.
All in all a good experience. We are considering using his services again to install a water softener and reverse osmosis system next.

Alan Guy came out right away, gave me an estimate of $650 to install a gas line to my new range.  He thought of all issues i had to address, had his team show up on time, gave them instructions and did the project when they said they would for exactly the quote.  It was really a great experience.

We have a home warranty policy with American Home Shield and they have yet to let me down whenever i needed help.  Our water heater stopped working Monday evening, i called AHS first thing Tuesday morning and they set up a service with this company who scheduled a call that very evening.  Max showed up at 7:30 PM within the window of service that they provided me.  He did an outstanding job in diagnosing and fixed the problem within 45 minutes!!  He was very knowledgeable and efficient, I would highly recommend this company's services to anyone.

My water heater leaked all over the garage and under my house, eeek!  Called Thomas Plumbing and they sent someone out right away, found  the problem and recommended that I get a new water heater.  They did the fix that afternoon.  They were very pleasant to work with and I would recommend calling them for plumbing issues.  I will be calling them again!  Thanks!

Absolutely love what was our experience!  Issue: Leak under kitchen sink, water flooded under cabinet & began to drip onto Hardwood floors.  Call 4 other plumbing companies.  Couldn't get through 3, left messages (1 called back later), 1 said $150 service charge no matter.  Why *****: Called Clear Drain @2:30pm. Got through to dispatcher, avail. that day, 5:30-6:30pm window (1 hr not 2-4 waiting), Leon from Clear Drain arrived by 6:30, solved problem in minutes, hardly any cost by comparison to others.

This is the second time that BG plumbing helped me with my kitchen sink clog issue. It happened around 8 pm so I message them on the yelp, received reply in 10 mins said they will come and check the second day morning. What a relief! And they show up on time (8am to 10am I think that is the earliest available appointment for such short notice).
Solved the problem in 40 mins with 30 days warranty. Already pass their info with my friends and colleagues!

On time and great prices! Very professional crew and knowledgeable.  Aqua Logic is doing 100% of my plumbing for a new construction ADU - accessory dwelling unit. I would recommend this company for small or large jobs! When my main house plumbing got backed up I called them back for an unclogging. They came over after another job was finished so I wouldn't have to wait two days for flushing or showering. This company is awesome!

James replaced our old water heater. He delivered a new one, installed it and hauled away our old one. Fantastic service! I like how he explains and educates you about the work he's doing and what caused the issue. He's also local which is great as it is difficult to get trades people to come out here.

Jason came by on his day off to give me a quote on replacing the shut off valve for the house.  He was able to schedule the repair within a few days and got it done quickly and at a fair price!

He also gave me some sound advice on our concerns about our bathroom plumbing and our water heater.  He's very down to earth and trustworthy.  I'm definitely calling him if anything comes up in the future.

We just experienced a backed up drain line on a Saturday morning. We looked for a good review of a plumbing company on Yelp to help unclog the line. We thought we would not receive help for several hours but what a surprise when we called The Plumbing Company. They had received some positive reviews on Yelp but one doesn't know until you receive the service if the review was an accurate one. Phil M was out to our home withing an hour, was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable as to what our need were. Within a half hour, water was flowing and we were very pleased and satisfied with the overall result. And the price was very reasonable and truly fair for what was accomplished. Would call The Plumbing Company again if I have any other plumbing needs.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

Very disappointed by the managing staff. Their work in our house started in March 2020 to replace an old circuit in our kitchen. The technician urged to change our electric panel too stating it was old( which had nothing to do with faulty circuit). All this work took months to finish to which we wouldn't complain because of COVID. But now the project manager Sabrina is not picking my calls when I asked her to send some guy to finish sheetrock work and to give us the certificate of survey completion by the City official.

It seems fishy that by leaving several voicemails to Sabrina and whenever I talked to other persons ( Heather, Sarah and one more) all of them said Sabrina was not in her desk at that time. I gave them number and message to pass on to Sabrina but I haven't got call from her. And it's been a month of me doing it.

This is my last attempt to get the attention of the owner to respond to this problem. By seeing that they charged us very high around 9-10 k by adding extra work and have not seen it to completion after 8 months and avoiding my calls I am highly disappointed with the office staff. Their technicians were good but our work is unfinished due to incompetency of project manager Sabrina.
