My tenant had a leaking/unresponsive shower handle...they're in Santa Cruz and I'm 2600 miles away...I checked Yelp and found Henry's THANK YOU!! They sent a tech out and had a big mess all tidied up in a very reasonable time.  Henry's will now be my go-to guys...tenant is thrilled and so am I!!

I manage Los Gatos Storage Services, and back in July the San Jose Water Company decided that we needed to repair our backflow prevention assembly. Wade came out to attempt repairs and quickly discovered that a full replacement of the assembly was required. He took the time to show and explain why we needed a replacement.

It took only a week for the assembly to be ordered, replaced and a retest to be performed. They were quick, professional and the customer service was outstanding. Correspondence from the initial call to when the work was performed was a tad slow, but that aside, I would highly recommend Eldridge & Sons Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

Called VIP to install an instant hot water pump. They were responsive and upfront with their pricing. The install went smoothly and the pump works great! Highly recommended!

During the COVID-19 stay-at-home order, we noticed our single/handled bathroom sink was unable to be completely shut off; hot water was constantly leaking into the sink and down the drain. I shut the hot water under the sink but with all the hand-washing required, we were really missing the ability to use this bathroom. Guy Plumbing had replaced a similar faucet in another bathroom years ago, but I was reluctant to invite someone into my house during the social distancing order. I called them anyway and was told their repair service was still operating, and that they wear masks, gloves, and shoe coverings and that I could open the door, get out if the way, and that they would do the repair, clean up, and leave. I said I wanted the same faucet they replaced in the other bathroom years ago; she looked it up by my address and said it was in stock, and that the plumber was just finishing another job in the area.  I put blue tape arrows pointing the way to the bathroom on the floor before the plumber arrived; he arrived within 15 minutes (!), installed the new faucet, and left. Guy invoices by mail so this was entirely a contactless transaction.  These guys really rock!  It's great to have them in the neighborhood.

Our sink had a leak and flooded the cabinet and floor.  The leak was so bad it was filling buckets of water in a matter of minutes.  I called a different plumbing company initially and was told that they wouldn't be able to come out till a couple days so then I called 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing and they said they could send a tech out within a couple hours.  We were very pleased with John!  He was fast, friendly, and efficient.  He explained to us the problem instead of just fixing it and then leaving.  He was a very good technician and would be happy to hire him back for any other plumbing issues!

Terrific service from a professional plumber service.  Replaced water heater (~2015), and has continued to provide reliable and trustworthy followup.  Recommend Thomas Plumbing for all service.

Mike Riley is a real find!  We called him on a Saturday morning while he was shopping at a local grocery store.  He came right over and snaked out two slow bathtub drains.  They work great now.  He's licensed, efficient, wears booties to keep your house clean and has fair prices ($120 was the total price for our service).  And, if you have an engineering question, he has a PhD in Engineering from Stanford!  He's local to Palo Alto/East Palo Alto and specializes in drain cleanouts.  By the way, we found him on Yelp.

We hired Jerry for fixing our broken tub shower faucet, install a broken valve and bidet in the bathroom. He was very responsive, honest and got the fixes done and explained patiently any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing issues around the house.

In the evening, we noticed water gushing out from the ground near our front door, and determined that the water main to our house had sprung a leak.  Based on recommendations from a neighbor, we call Prestige Plumbing.  Communications via text, including photos, was fast and efficient.  Prestige Plumbing arrived on time at 7:30AM the next morning, and had the issue fixed and our water back on by 10AM.  The leak was in the flower bed next to our house.  I expected the plants to not fair so well, but the plumbers were conscientious and no plants were damaged!  The price was also quite reasonable.  Our experience with Prestige Plumbing was excellent.

Called this company as well as one other (a national name) on New Years Day to address a sewer line clog. The other company failed to come anywhere near their time estimate. Clear Drain was perfectly on time. The tech quickly but carefully diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote and explained the process he would follow. Took him approx 1.5 hours to resolve the issue. No additional charges incurred during his work. Perhaps not the least expensive company around, but they were courteous, skilled, efficient and clean. I recommend this company.

We needed to have a new gas valve installed for our new dryer. We called 3 different companies on a Saturday night and BG Plumbing was the only one who returned our call. A couple of hours later, Baldomero came by the house and gave us a fair estimate. On Monday morning, Bryan and a colleague completed the work and also serviced our tankless water heater. We highly recommend BG Plumbing for their quick and professional service and also their reasonable prices.

Eric and his brother, Jacob, came to my parents' house to unclog a waste line that was running from their washing machine.  I originally contacted him thinking that there needed to be a re-pipe of some sort, because they looked old and I thought the many sharp turns were causing the line to back up.  After inspecting everything and determining that the condition of the pipe was actually ok, he proceeded to work on getting it unclogged.  He showed me what the source of clog was, which I appreciated because he didn't just rush through to get the job done.  He also fixed the water pressure for our faucet and showed us how to do it.  While walking through the house, he had his mask on, shoe covers, and he took the time to really clean himself off after he had to access the crawl space.  Half the time, the contractors I've hired don't even think to try to keep the house clean.  I like the fact that he takes the time to explain everything and doesn't just spew a bunch of BS.  I also like the fact that he gives you an honest opinion of the options he presents and doesn't just push the more expensive one.  My Dad can be a bit wordy when he explains things, but Eric showed great respect and patience in taking it all in.  I've dealt with other contractors that make you feel dumb when you ask questions and just want you to shut up, so that was a huge plus for me.  BTW, my parents loved his attitude and even offered a couple of Cokes for the road, which means they REALLY liked him.  I will definitely be calling Eric for any of our future plumbing needs.  Thanks!

Jim saved us when all others were closed! He replaced our Disposal unit under the sink with great efficiency.  We are so tickled we discovered his business. Thank you Jim!!!

I messaged Mike in regards for a quote because our shower would only run scalding hot water.  Within a few hours, I heard back from him and we set up an appointment for today between 10am-12pm.  He called close to 10am and said that his current job was taking a little longer than expected, so he'll be coming around closer to 12pm (which was much appreciated, so I don't just sit there twiddling my thumbs, wondering when he would arrive since I had to leave for work at 2).  He arrived a little before noon, looked at the issued, showed me what was causing only hot water to flow out, told me what it'll cost, went and got a new part, fixed it, and was done in a little over an hour.  He was very professional, friendly, and to the point.  The price was what I was anticipating it to be, so he won't catch you off guard with surprises there.  I'll definitely be using them again if any plumbing issues should arise!

It's s small business with 2 great young guys. Jason is the boss. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Tony, the second guy, seems newer on the job but does a great job, and doesn't complain.
I had 3 things to fix: 2 toilets and one sink. I forgot to move my stuff out of the way, under the sink, and Tony had no problem to work like this. When I saw I immediately moved the mess out of the way and he was so nice thanking me and saying that I didn't need to do it. Even it was my fault he did everything possible to not make me fell like a jerk.
They explained me what else was wrong and made recommendations what to do. The installation was old and not safe. Jason had to go and buy stuff for things that were not in plan to be done. Still the job continued to move along and all was done as planned in 1.5 hours, everything at a very affordable price.

I had the other sink done by a different guy which charged me more and took him 1.5 hours just for that.

I have to say that first second I saw them at the door with the tattoos and saggy pants I got scared, but the next second after they recommended themselves, shook my hand, covered their shoes and start working... my jaw dropped. They are very very polite, clean, professional and ready to go the extra mile to help, make recommendations and be sure the customer is happy.

I'm a man so the most important thing for me was the great job they did, and that they did it in time and at affordable price, but I think that the ladies will be impressed of those 2 gentlemen behavior, too.

Reza is really awesome and professional! He is also helpful for fixing our clogged sink. At the beginning, I thought that I have to change a new disposal cuz it seems not working at all. However, he said that I don't have to replace a new one cuz it does work. It actually save us a lot of money. He also answered all our questions about monthly with patient.

Literally came over to my parents Julie past 9pm on Memorial Day weekend to help us move a fridge. It was one of those urgent and important tasks and it was awesome to get his response asap and have the whole situation resolved in an hour. Thank you!

Our refrigerator and everything on its circuit went down.  We called and were able to et an appointment for the next morning.  Levi showed up on time with a smile and helpful attitude.  He put in a separate circuit for the refrigerator and fixed some outlets also, all with a continuing helpful attitude.  He even helped us throw out the machine that caused the circuit to break.
I told him that we are considering getting more electrical work done, and because of his service, Pacific Coast Electricians are the first people we've called.
