I cannot speak highly enough about Henry's Plumbing. I called them because my hot water heater stopped working. They showed up masked, quickly assessed the problem, and went to work to fix it. They were polite, fully explained what the problem was and how to fix it, and were very reasonably priced. I also appreciated their attention to detail, and how they were so careful to maintain a standard of cleanliness in the work area. I have found my plumbers!

Very professional and on time.  I just had a small project but it was completed in a very short amount of time on a Sunday morning.  I'd recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional service.

I had water leak somewhere on the second floor and water was dripping from kitchen ceiling.
Vince came , right away identified most likely source of the problem and fixed it on the spot.
He came with mask and kept social distancing so we felt safe at all time he was doing repair. Reasonable pricing and perfect job. Thank you Vince.

Over the years I have used Guy Plumbing many, many times.  They always come out very quickly, usually the same day.   The work they have done for me has always been high quality.  Everything from toilet repairs to  faucet installations to helping me detect a problem with our water line.  

I also appreciate the fact that if there is a job they can't do, they simply tell me that on the phone and will often also tell me the best place to go to get the job done.  The folks they refer to are of similar high quality, and I trust their recommendations.  It's also nice that when you call, you pretty much always get a real person, and that person knows their stuff.  No waiting on hold, no callbacks where you have to explain your problem again and again.

I actually can't think of a service business in the Menlo Park area that I would recommend more highly - Guy Plumbing is awesome.

Got his recommendation via our local Next Door folks.  We had some slow toilets and he came out quickly to check out and assess.

He explained what was wrong and how he was going to address it.  Very detailed oriented and up front.  HIGHLY recommend.

I had an old leaking shower cartridge that was stuck in the valve. Most plumbers recommened full valve replacement which might have required shower replacement due to its age.

Jerry was friendly on the phone and quoted me a reasonable price to do the work. He even gave me some hints to try before his appointment. Well, his advice worked! I got the cartridge out and replaced it myself. I will certainly call Jerry with any future plumbing problems I have. He knows his stuff!

We have been long-time fans of Chico and his work.  He has completely repiped our home, done routine maintenance, and has been extremely responsive and fair with all work done for my elderly mother at her residence and rental properties (some jobs were crisis situations which
required quick response).  Tenants also have had nice things to say about Chico and feel comfortable having him in their homes.  We have both recommended Chico to many of our friends who also appreciate his reasonable prices and friendly honest manner.  We have been pleased to see Chico and AR Plumbing grow and be successful!  It is nice to see an independent businessman who takes pride in his work and values providing services at fair prices!

I contacted Clear Drain Plumbing to diagnose and repair a problem with the main line leading to my bathroom, which had caused sewage to seep in from the toilet and shower. I chose them because they did an excellent job for me in the past diagnosing a broken shower pan, which two previous plumbers had failed to do.

The plumber, Jay, arrived at my home on time and quoted me a fair price. He also took care of an unrelated issue with the toilet likely caused by the previous homeowner working on the plumbing himself. After he completed the job, he took the time to give a likely diagnosis for a problem with my outdoor water tank, then explained and showed me first- hand how to fix it.

I couldn't recommend Clear Drain Plumbing enough, especially Jay.

The team is great to work with. Asked for a quote Sunday night and had a response in less than 30 minutes and asked if the could be here following morning for a clogged drain and they said yes between 9-10am.  Isaiah showed up promptly at 9am.  He was great and went straight to work fixing the clog.  He was fast and polite. Thank you for the help.

Ameer responded within minutes to my query thru yelp and came out to look at my backyard water leak same day and within the appointment timeframe.  took his time to look at the yard and try to assess where the leak might be coming from.  he gave some good pointers.  unfortunately, he couldn't do the job as the leak seem to be under the lawn and it may require re-sodding a large portion which he doesn't do.  that to me indicates that he is very upfront and honest.  he spent about 20 minutes.  no charge.

For almost $300+ I expected they can handle a simple task such as connecting broken water lines.

But a couple of weeks later, you see the photos...

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

They quoted a bathroom project that was very comparable to other home service companies and worked with me concerning stipulations that I thought would make it a deal breaker. Yet I was surprised when they agreed to everything that was discussed.
