My tenant had a leaking/unresponsive shower handle...they're in Santa Cruz and I'm 2600 miles away...I checked Yelp and found Henry's THANK YOU!! They sent a tech out and had a big mess all tidied up in a very reasonable time.  Henry's will now be my go-to guys...tenant is thrilled and so am I!!

Prompt, efficient, very friendly, reasonable price and completed job quickly (bathroom drain issues).  Will definitely call again!

Needed help with our kitchen faucet and called several companies based on their Yelp reviews. Came across Vince and his company VIP at around 8 pm one evening and was pleasantly surprised they were still open.

Spoke with Vince. He was really great, scheduled an appointment for a few days later. In addition to being honest, polite, very neat, extremely fast - even though he had never had experience with my particular kitchen faucet, he was able to figure things out and repair my faucet using the parts I requested from Moen.

Hint: If you have anything in your home from Moen that doesn't seem to be working properly, make sure to give their customer service a call. Moen customer service is great as they warranty everything for life. So if you have any issues, explain it to them and they will immediately send official Moen replacement parts to you.

Nonetheless, Vince was great. If you live in the tri-valley area would highly recommend VIP Plumbing. He is really professional and reasonably priced.

For plumbing services I would highly recommend Alex at Guy's Plumbing & Heating in Menlo Park, CA.  The response to our phone call was prompt and the visit efficient.  Alex repaired both our kitchen and our bathroom faucets, explaining the problems and the repairs needed as he worked.  His work was thorough and neat.  And the price was right.

The toilet was clogged up the sent someone in 20 minutes and they were able to fix it asap.

I was very impressed with the work done by Dick, the Thomas Plumbing plumber who diagnosed and fixed a water leak problem at my home. Dick showed up just a few hours after we called. He quickly theorized we had a broken drain pipe in the wall behind our sink. He carefully cut into the wall and found that was indeed the case. The broken joint was in a difficult spot, just above the concrete footing of an outer wall of our home. Despite the difficult position of the break and the cramped space under the counter he had to work in, Dick was able to replace the pipe and fittings there and fix the problem in less than two hours from the time he arrived. And he cut into the wall so carefully it was not too difficult for me to replace the sheet rock he had to remove. I really appreciate the good work he did and the pleasant, positive attitude he had the entire time he was here. I highly recommend Dick and Thomas Plumbing.

Mike came when he said he would, took care of the problem quickly, explained why it happened, wrote down his recommendations for not having it happen again, and was very reasonably priced. It does NOT get any better than this!

Jerry was very responsive. Communication was great. Quality of work was great. The toilet replacement and install project was done before I knew it. I had purchased the toilet on my own and he made sure there were no chips or any defects before install. Clean work, no mess. Jerry is highly recommended! Don't pass up on this guy. He also gave the best deal compared to others who quoted me for the same job.

Chico was very responsive and fast at finishing his work. He did a great job with my plumbing issue. Definitely recommend him.

Clear Drain saved me.  I would give them more stars if I could.  I had been experiencing unpleasant sewer back up in my shower and tub.  After a horrible experience with Rescue Rooter, who quoted me $2,700 to fix a small portion of underground sewer line, I called Jason at Clear Drain who quoted me $600 to do the exact same job.  Jason said that they would be out the next day at 8:00am and it would only take a half day to fix.  He was out here at 8:00am and it took him a half of a day to fix, just like he had said.  Clear Drain did a perfect job, cleaned up perfectly after they finished and replaced the sewer line.  I had no further problems after that.  I will call him up every time I need to have anything to do with plumbing or snaking my sewer line to rid the roots which tend to enter the pipes from time to time.  Jason and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable, reliable and priced reasonable.  He cares about his customers and it shows in his work.  It doesn't get better than this, I just wish I found him sooner.

Baldomero is on time, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He and Walter did excellent work installing a new water heater on short notice and also a new gas line for a dryer. We have several projects yet to be done and so it is great to have a go-to plumbing company that is honest and provides great value.

AquaLogic did a fantastic, high quality job installing our new Aquasana whole house water filter for a very reasonable price.  They were on-time, professional, and informative every step of the way.  They also replaced a corroded pipe on our tankless water heater.  I highly recommend them!

Jim saved us when all others were closed! He replaced our Disposal unit under the sink with great efficiency.  We are so tickled we discovered his business. Thank you Jim!!!

First of all Michael returned my phone call and I hadn't even left a message as I was in a hurry to find a plumber.  I told him the issue I had over the phone and he was quick to set a next day appointment.

Next day he came on time and ready to fix the problem when we discovered the issue was a little more serious than just a leaking faucet due to, what was originally  thought to be, a hot water stem.  Instead, the neck of the faucet itself was the cause of the leak and Mike said he could replace it with a new one if i wanted.  I told him that would be fine and to get something similar and within medium price range which he did.  Really fast service and very personable.  Replaced the master bathroom faucet and all has been well with it ever since.

Later that night after he had left another plumbing issue arose (not Mike's fault). So I asked him to return to fix the new issue.  The only reason Xtreme Plumbing did not get a 5 out of 5 stars from me was the second visit did not require hardly any work and the parts needed to fix the kitchen faucet where readily in his Van. The parts were not that expensive (two plastic nuts that fasten the faucet assembly to the sink) but the cost to come back out was a bit steep I thought for all that had to be done especially since he was just at my house the day before.

In any case don't let my review sway you from not using this plumbing company.  They do good work and are very friendly.

I couldn't sleep Friday night so I got out of bed and went into our family room and I heard a sound that wasn't normal and after a while I realized it was water gushing out of a pipe. There was no sign of the water in or around the house but when I shut off the main valve into the house the sound went away, so I realized that there must be a broken pipe under the house. The next morning I called The Plumbing Company and when Phil arrived he crawled through our two, cramped, crawl spaces. He couldn't reach the break because it was in an inaccessible area, but he figured out a way to bypass that area. To make a long story short he came back with a helper on SUNDAY, bypassed and fixed the break in the pipe to the house and installed copper pipe out to our irrigation line which used to be PVC and had broken in the past. They did a very nice job.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

We added AC to our house which required a new furnace.  Everything went very smoothly and turned out great!  Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable and got back to us right away with questions.  Very COVID safe as well. They also spent a lot of time teaching us how to use our new thermostat which wasn't as easy as one may expect.  I highly recommend this company as the quality of their work was excellent and on time.  I highly recommend them!
