Our water heater suddenly stopped working the pilot light went out and we were unable to relight it. It was a 12 year old tank. I put the job out on Yelp and Enrique responded very quickly. His reviews were good and his quote was very reasonable against others. He fit us in the next day, he arrived on time (wearing a mask) and got the job done smoothly and efficiently. He fitted a top of the line water heater. While he was here he helped us out with another small plumbing job which was very much appreciated. I will definitely call upon Enrique with any future plumbing needs.

I'm very impressed with this company. I had an emergency, was freaking out, and ended up with this company at my house. I'm almost, almost, glad my plumbing exploded. From the lady who answered the phone to the crew at my house, I was happy with the service. Nick and Adam came out twice, over a 2 day job, and made sure I knew everything that was happening as well as reassuring me that they would fix it / find the problem. They were very respectful, personable, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves really well, no evidence left behind. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again and / or recommend them to others.

We had an issue with the water coming into the main line of our house.  Water was leaking at a rate of 100+ gallons per hour.  We called several other places, but most were booked out for over a week.  We were able to schedule someone to come out in 2 days, and we had to schedule it since we were having such a bad issue.  

While we waited, I decided to call VIP to get a quote.  I explained my situation to Vince and luckily he said he could squeeze me, in last minute.  He assessed the situation and he said he could have someone out that same day to fix it.  We were so thankful since our family could not use the water in our house since we had to turn it off due to our leak.  He was extremely understanding.  On top of that, he didn't take advantage of our situation and raise the price for our last minute fix.  He was able to fix it that day and he came in at a lower cost than my original quote.    

We would highly recommend VIP plumbing to anyone.  They did an outstanding job.

We had a leaking pipe in the shower so I called the Guy plumbing.They responded right away and sent someone over within a few hours. Not only did they fix my leaking pipe, they also tightened my shower heads and checked other potential leakages, I am very pleased with their service. Next time when I have a plumbing issue, I know who to call now.

Erick was an excellent plumber and fixed my clog problem from the main pipe by snaking. He is very knowledgeable based on his frontline experience.
I will recommend him to my family and friends.

We've had Thomas do other projects in the past with great results, they installed a heating system and a water heater. We recently had a major water leak in the upstairs bath and under the house in the main drain, they were prompt to respond and very reasonable with their pricing. We cannot recommend them any higher than 5 STARS, if we could we would. Thanks for the great service guys.

We have had Mike out to deal with our sad plumbing system three or four times.  He has come out as fast as could be reasonably expected and done a good job, until this last time (today).  First of all, he flat out lied about when he would be out to fix the problem, blaming me for the misunderstanding.  This messed up my plans for the rest of the day.  
In the past he has engaged myself and my husband in the process of repair, asking us to check the drains in the house, get the hose, etc.  I was otherwise engaged today but checking in on the progress occasionally.  He was talking on the phone while fixing my plumbing for at least part of the time.  I could not be sure when he was talking to me or the person on the phone at one point.  He has also more than once said we should change the type of toilet tissue we use and the problem would be solved.  This is in spite of the fact that our system worked without problems for many years and we have not changed the toilet tissue.
Although somewhat brusque in previous encounters, he was definitely rude this time both to me and to my neighbor, who came by with a plumbing question.  There really is no need for this rude behavior and there are plenty of good plumbers out there.
Finally, the worst aspect of this plumber is the fact that he does not wear gloves while working.  Today he worked without gloves for an hour, then wrote up the invoice and handed me the pen to sign it.  It's hard to believe that he would work in raw sewage and put his hands on an invoice and pen which I am supposed to use.  We previously called the city out to work on the part of our plumbing outside of his purview and the charming young man who came out said he was the only plumber who worked without gloves and was well known for it.  Although he is at risk for a nasty infection if he has any cuts on his hands, he also exposes everyone else to that risk.
The last point was not obvious until Mike was gone.  He left an incredible mess with toilet tissue residue all over the front entrance, which took us some time to clean up.  
I feel upset and dirty from this experience hours later.  I would not recommend this service to anyone.  I would recommend that you ask any plumber if he wears gloves and takes them off before having any customer contact.

I called this local business up and they sent a professional plumber who provided an accurate bid to extend a gas line to a new grill and fire pit. All the work was completed in a professional manner. Very fair pricing from a licenced professional. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Got his name from a Craigslist ad for a Water Heater installation.  Was initially apprehensive but boy did I get lucky.  Jason is awesome.  Very professional, gave me a very reasonable price for Water heater installation, got the job done nicely with minimum fuss and even cleaned up the work area before leaving (can't say this about every plumber I have hired before).  Highly recommended.

He is charging for snaking a kitchen sink $450!! I cannot comprehend this nonsense, can you?!!! One hour job and the charge $450. This is more than what an experienced lawyer makes an hour!

Quality work; fast; extremely reasonable prices.  I needed a pressure regulator installed and he came out same day with the part and had it done in less than an hour.  His rates are VERY reasonable.  We have a gem here in the San Lorenzo Valley!

Great plumber!  He saved me $300!  I had another plumber out to fix my clogged shower drain and he couldn't snake it after 1.5h.  He told me I needed a new P-trap ($425) and possibly a new vent.  Xtreme plumbing came out the next day & snaked it clear in 20 minutes!  Thank you!

5-stars on all fronts....was super responsive on Yelp, gave a quick and competitive quote, early appointment to do the job, came on time, and finally did an excellent job with his crew. He even went one step further and actually helped me with a small move!

Will be calling him back the next time there is a plumbing need.

Had Phil out to replace PRV (was leaking) and shut off valve at the service entrance to the house. Called TPC at 8:30 am and spoke with Judy, who was fabulous.  Phil was at my house by 10:00 am, and also called me to let me know he was on his way.  He was polite, professional and did great work - everything you could ask for.  It wasn't cheap, but considering I called a few other local plumbers and never got call backs...  Unfortunately, there comes a point where I'm willing to pay a bit of a premium for prompt, reliable, and professional service.  Would certainly utilize their services again...Thanks Phil!

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

Richard was a wizard figuring out our lighting issue in a snap.  He even gave me some bits of knowledge along the way to help me understand what he was looking for to help us solve our lighting mystery.

Mystery solved!  I know who to call if I need any other electric, heating, or air services.
