Enrique answered the phone when I called this morning and within an hour was on-site to auger a shower drain. I really appreciate how quickly he was able to address the problem and make it right. He was reasonably priced given the immediate need. Thank you.

VIP Plumbing is A+++++ and I highly recommend.  Vince is very knowledgeable in what he does and an expert in installing water softener/filter system.
He designed and installed the water softener/filter system including 3 bypass valves and a hose bib.  The work he does is truly professional and so far everything has been running smoothly.
Overall, I'm very happy with his service and won't be hesitant to hire Vince again

We were having problems with our shower. Turns out most plumbers don't want to work on Grohe products. We called Guy Plumbing who said they would send Troy over the next day who was very good with the Grohe line. We were given a 9-12pm window. Troy arrived about 10 am, cleaned out a clogged water valve and advised us a new $300 valve may be required in the future. He said to keep using the current valve for a while. So far, the old valve is working great! Thanks Troy and Guy Plumbing for the great service.

I called 24-7 rooter & plumbing as they are both listed as an emergency service and their name implies 24/7 coverage.  However when I called at 5:30a having found sewage coming out of my toilet, they said that they didn't have anyone on staff until 8a.  While that seemed misleading, fine, no one else was open before 8a.  Then at 8:30a they called me to say that the earliest they could send someone was 8a ... in two days.  AKA they wanted me to wait 48+ hours with sewage coming out of toilet.

As such, I never had this company send a plumber out.  Maybe they do a good job when they arrive, but their name and listed services is not accurate and it cost me valuable time when dealing with a crisis.

My new favorite plumber in Morgan Hill is Thomas Plumbing! We had two back-to-back issues, a leak in a kitchen pull-out faucet hose and then a bad air gap and clogged pipe in the dishwasher which came to a head the very next day. Between Ricardo and Dean who each responded to the various issues, each was handled very professionally and competently. And because the two issues occurred so close together, Dave helped out by discounting the labor charges. Thanks to all of you!

I called him on a Friday morning at 9:30 and he was able to stop by my house by 10!  Friendly, efficient and helpful.  He really is as good as all the reviews state!

We hired Jerry for fixing our broken tub shower faucet, install a broken valve and bidet in the bathroom. He was very responsive, honest and got the fixes done and explained patiently any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing issues around the house.

I have had a sewage problem for a time. I had called for a few estimates and thought I was going to have to have the work done in pieces or come up with a minimum of $7,000.00 dollars.  I called Chico's and got a great estimate and had the sewage replaced, quickly and efficiently.  Chico explained and showed me what he was doing the whole way.  I would not hesitate to refer Chico to anyone in need of a plumber.  He is personable and a man of integrity.

Really poor service from them. We called them to fix a ruptured tap outside my house. First came in and did a half repair saying they'll come back later. Had to be called twice to come back and continue with the job.

Then doubled there charges saying we had to come twice. Stay away.

Baldonero responded quickly to my inquiry, as I needed someone to repair an old corroded valve in the bathtub shower wall.  He showed up on time with another plumber.  They have a professional looking truck and uniforms.  My contractor who worked on the house found this valve a challenge to repair without either cutting into the side of the house or tearing out the existing tile.  Baldonero said he could replace the valve without breaking anything.  They were clean (wore shoe covers), professional and explained things well.  After considering the free estimate, I decided to proceed rather than shop around, and the work was done quickly, neatly, and methodically. The water main valve was also not working, and so the 2nd plumber fixed that while Baldonero worked on the bathtub.  I didn't shop for pricing, so I cannot comment about cost - everything seems expensive to me these days, but I was told they have not raised prices for several years so that's good.  Anyway, it's been 1 day, and everything is working as to be expected and that is what is most important.  I will consider B G Plumbing again.

I would give AquaLogic a 6 out of 5 if I could. Eric and Jacob are super courteous and very responsive. They installed a water softener, a under-sink reverse osmosis and backyard bypass for our house. Unlike other vendors who try to sell you over-priced systems, you can shop your own softener and have them brought it to your home. The work quality is superb. We had an installation error partly at my fault. Eric quickly fixed it to my full satisfaction. Here is my two cents: Send AquaLogic an email with pictures when you need their help. They may not have time answering the call during daytime. You'll get ripped off buying a system from large businesses like Costco. AquaLogic guarantees instant money-saving and first-tier work quality. Our family is quite happy about having such an excellent local plumbing business.

Jim Gullo, The Plumber, pulled my toilet, got his snake caught, then cut it off in my pipe. I believed him when he told me it would wash into my septic. It didn't, but I didn't know it at the time. After $1000 more in plumbing bills, another plumber fished it out. The Plumber refused to make good on his mistake.

Used Xtreme for a simple toilet installation.  Used Yelp's system to get a quick estimate and setup an appointment.  They gave me a 10A-noon time window, and arrived just prior to 10A.  Unfortunately, when they unboxed the new toilet we'd picked up at Home Depot they discovered a crack in it and suggested we exchange it for a replacement.  Said that they could either come back around 1PM (if we could do the exchange in time) or they could come back the next day.  We said we'd do the exchange right away and they said they'd be back after 1PM...but then they called us just after 11A and, hearing that we'd already done the exchange, showed up around 1115A and completed the installation in just a few minutes.  Took time to show me the result, confirm that there were no leaks, and also mentioned their 60-day warranty on installation.  VERY impressed with how easy and efficient it was to interact with these guys.

We have called on Jason twice now for work at our home for two separate issues over the last year. The sewer pipe outside needed to be replaced and more recently our water heater.  Jason is professional, personable and provides exceptional quality work with reasonable rates.  He gets it when it comes to customer service and we wouldn't go with anyone else. Friendly service on the phone. They prioritized my call since it was an emergency. The plumber came out within the hour with a quote and came back in a few minutes with the required parts. Fixed the issue in no time and used top quality parts. Very reasonably priced considering the flooding disaster that was averted. Plumber was polite, professional, helpful, and knew his stuff.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

I paid Pacific Coast a fee of $89 to come out and fix my electrical problem. I was told they apply the amount to the labor. After checking out the electrical panel, the technician said it would be $560 to check out the rest...calling it a diagnostic testing! Other than checking the electrical panel, no switch plates were removed or checked to see where the problem was. When I asked him to check it, he said it would only be covered if I paid for the $560 Diagnostic Check and they did NOT do anything by the hour, only by the job. I am a senior and found it $560 to be outrageous!!! I am on a limited income and $560 seems extremely unreasonable. Would not recommend this company! It should be made clear BEFORE how their policy works!!
