I had a water heater installed. I called Henry's Plumbing to get a quote. It was the best quote. So I went to Yelp nothing but great reviews. So they were the best price and great reviews. Of course I had to go with Henry's Plumbing. They came the very next morning and within 2 hours I had a new water heater installed. Ben and Leo were super friendly. knowledgeable and thorough . They explained everything they did and how it works and what to do if I need to change or take care of something with my new water heater, if need be. Bottom line I am sooooooo happy I had gone with Henry's Plumbing if I ever need there services again I won't hesitate to call them and if anyone needs any type of plumbing service these are the people to call , You won't regret it! That's why I'm writing this review. I always love to share great experiences!!!

Again, Eldridge and Sons to the rescue.  Our kitchen sink clogged over the holiday and Allan came out today within 2 hours of our call.  Problem solved and for an extremely reasonable price.  Plumbing issues seem to happen to us this time of year, we'll be calling Eldridge & Sons again I'm sure.

Wow! What amazing service! Not only was VIP the only ones able to come out within a day, Vince was extremely thorough and helpful. He was supposed to come out for just an estimate but was able to replace our expansion tank, fix our kitchen sink (that had been fixed by another plumber before mind you ), and check out our toilet that mysteriously started having hot water in the bowl and tank. Vince deserves a raise!!

I will definitely be using VIP for all future water heater and plumbing needs and will be recommending them to all friends and family in the area.

We had a septic backup on a Sunday.  A lot of places are closed.  I called 24/7.  Phone rep was friendly and professional.  Plumber (Sean) arrived within an hour and had the problem fixed within an hour.  He was also friendly and professional.  He was considerate to leave no trace (no mess, no dings on steps from equipment).  His only slip-up was when snaking drain, he didn't have towels DIRECTLY under the spout, so some water contacted the baseboard, but he quickly moved some there when I pointed it out.  Their price of $250 for an hour or less of work (little less than an hour at my house) did give me a bit of sticker shock, but I didn't price compare anywhere else, that may be the going rate for a quick response on a Sunday.  I've seen reviews of Roto-Rooter that didn't look appealing, so I preferred to go with a company that had solid/good reviews.  No regrets.

Doug was great. He understood the problem and how to solve it immediately. Unfortunately my outside shutoff valve was a commercial size and a new one had to be obtained from the supplier. He was back the next morning with the part and installed it quickly.

Back story:
Saturday @ 4pm on a holiday weekend with the 49ers game on we start to have problems.  While running the Kitchen garbage disposal and the Dishwasher my husband hears a noise in the laundry room.  Sure enough all the food is backing up INTO the washing machine and spilling (flooding) all over our garage..UCK!  

I started to call plumbers (maybe 3-5 calls) from my quick yelp research and landed with Mike from He-Man.  Mike called back within 20minutes, he gave the best rate AND he could be to our home in 10-15 minutes!!  $120 per hour was all it took for him to come, check out our situation, unclog our kitchen/laundry room pipes and we were back in time for the end of that amazing 49ers playoff game!

I would highly recommend Mike, he was professional, quick, and didn't overcharge.  One of the other companies gave me a quote of $600 to drive out! (just to drive out - were they crazy?!)  I don't have a industrial snake at my house so $120 was well worth it.

Jerry was very responsive. Communication was great. Quality of work was great. The toilet replacement and install project was done before I knew it. I had purchased the toilet on my own and he made sure there were no chips or any defects before install. Clean work, no mess. Jerry is highly recommended! Don't pass up on this guy. He also gave the best deal compared to others who quoted me for the same job.

I called this guy named Chico who told me that he was available for a certain time between 1-2pm and I told him we needed a toilet installed. I called him after no one showed up during that time and Chico said he was sleeping. What kind of business is this.... The plumber Chico was unreliable and a waste of my time. Will never ask for this company for any help. Total east of time.

We used this company twice and both times we where very pleased, amazing customer service, fast and reliable, Trevin has been very knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely use their services in the future.

We got flaked on by a ton of other plumbers in the area, but not Baldomero. He came as promised within the given estimated time and even came earlier since our schedule was a bit tight.

Our bathtub drain had been broken but he came and fixed it up very quickly. Very professional service and a super nice guy. He even wore a plastic covering over his boots to ensure that no outside dirt and specimens would be brought into the house. Extremely thoughtful and thorough work. I'd highly recommend Baldomero for any plumbing concerns and needs!

I had a lot of questions about the water softener and he answered my email so fast it feels like it's a real-time chat. The installation process was smooth. He explained what he's gonna do and how long it's gonna take BEFORE installation and demostrarte how everything works and what we need to know for maintenance AFTER.

Just moving into Lompico on Saturday and all drains were plugged.  The HoneyBucket Man said we were at least a year away from needing that so try snaking it.

I called 18 different plumbers in the area in the first 2 hours of the day 0800-1000 (90% claimed to be open Saturday, Emergency or 24 hour service).  Only one answered the phone - but I would assume they would be busy so didn't pay any attention to that at first.  The one that answered said yes we have 24 hour and emergency service what do you need?  When I said we need to have my line snaked he said he needed to check the technician schedule.  After tapping on a keyboard for a few seconds he says, Sorry my technicians are all on a commercial project for the next 2 weeks!  What the ?!?!  How can you offer emergency 14 day service?  Didn't offer any suggestions or referrals.

Next call was to The Plumber!  I left a message and within about 15 minutes Jim called back and said he would come this afternoon - not sure what time but I'll be there today.  He called and said he'd finished up and would be here within the hour.  He was!!!  He knocked it out and price was reasonable enough for weekend emergency service.  He took the time to explain what he found and how we can correct it in the future.  He gave us his 30 day guarantee and was very polite and professional.

I couldn't be happier with his service!  Looks like I've found my plumber for future needs . . . THE PLUMBER!

We had a leak from the bottom of our toilet and called Xtreme as we had used them before.  They were out the same day, were very professional, and fixed the issue at a reasonable price.  I definitely recommend them.

Responsive.  Excellent communication.  On time.  Identified and stopped the leak in 1 hr.  Recommend.

Great service from beginning to end. Called and spoke with Judy with the greatest customer service skills. then Chris came over (He called minutes before to confirm the appointment.)
Very professional, went over details of the job and after the job was finished, suggested improvements for the future. Judy called later on to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction.

Literally came over to my parents Julie past 9pm on Memorial Day weekend to help us move a fridge. It was one of those urgent and important tasks and it was awesome to get his response asap and have the whole situation resolved in an hour. Thank you!

Pacific Coast Electricians sent Eric Nordhoff out to look into a problem we were having with a dead electrical circuit. He was extremely thorough in his evaluation of the problem. He started at the main breaker panel and almost immediately found and corrected a number of loose connections. After demonstrating that the breaker was not the problem he moved in a very logical order through the outlets and switches involved in the outage. He found and corrected several defective outlets and one questionable switch. He kept me informed of what was going on at all times and was friendly and cheerful throughout the procedure. He corrected all of the problems in a timely manner and the price was reasonable for the amount of time put in. If all Pacific Coast's technicians are as competent and personable as Eric I'm sure the company will have a long and successful future.
