Today we had Arturo come out. Even though we had an appointment time slot he called to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he was friendly and willing to explain to me in detail what he thought was going on with our plumbing.
I appreciate that they are never pushy. Since our house is a little older they do make recommendations for what we should do in the future which is nice so we can be proactive.

Vince did a great job.  I called in the evening to say I needed a water heater.  The next morning he was there and had the job done by 11:30.  His price was reasonable and he does excellent work.

I needed help with a sink repair and had a great experience. He showed me how to manage the problem myself in the future. Good education and service!
Two months later, I had a leaking toilet. The plumber told me the risks in making the repair so I was informed... then he fixed everything.

Chico(Alfredo Rangel) the owner of Prestige Plumbing is the best!  He is very professional and reliable.   I have never had to push him or ask him to finish something he started.  He is usually pushing me along which is great.   He has done many jobs for us at both our house and at my Dad's properties.   He has plumbed our new master bathroom, replaced old galvanized with new copper water pipes as well as taken out old cast iron drain lines and put in ABS.   He replaced a couple of main sewer lines, installed clean outs and replaced a gas line for us.    His quotes are very competitive and a fraction of what the big corporate plumbing companies will quote you for the same job.   He comes in and gets in done fast 1-2 days usually depending on the work.  I think he is the best and you won't regret calling Chico.

I have found an amazing plumber my toilet got clog and I call clear drain and they send someone really fast. The plumber name was Leo he was well dress and was really clean with his job he even wore shoe protectant. He finish in 30 min and I haven't had any problems with my toilet and they gave me warranty. Leo did an excellent job. I will call them if there any problems.

Water heater sprang a leak 2 days before Thanksgiving house guests were arriving! BG Plumbing actually answered the phone and Oscar and Bryan were out here within 40 min.  They turned off the water and Oscar was back the next day (within the given 2 hour window) with a new water heater, now installed and working. Fantastic service!

Eric helped me install the reverse osmosis water system. He reused my soap dispenser hole in the kitchen sink which saved me time and money. I contacted them on Sunday and they scheduled my service to the next morning. Came on time and got the job done beautifully in less than 1 hour. Eric was super nice throughout the entire process.

I recently had a sewage ejector pump fail that caused a major backup at my home in Boulder Creek that required quick action to resolve.
Jim was quick to respond, and correctly identified the root cause of my problem. Jim worked with me to find a work address the overflow issue and was able to replace the ejector pump in less than 24 hours from when I called him.
Not only did Jim fix my problem quickly, he was honest on time and materials.

I needed a quote from Mike on a job. He met me at the jobsite the same day to look at the job. We agreed on the estimate and Mike did an awesome job on my shower. He actually brought in another helper Gabriel. They both tackled the job in a professional manner. He advised me as to where pipes should go and explained in detailed what is needed for the job.
  I am very pleased at the work that was completed in a timely manner. I will continue to use Mike as my Southbay plumber...one who is honest and trust worthy.

Brian sent out Ameer to my house to see about a leak I have under my sink.  He stopped by and took a quick look and said the leak is coming from our backslash not being sealed correctly.  After he left my son noticed that there was a leak from the garbage disposal.  I called right back told him what the problem was and he said he can install a new one for $350.00.  I paid and he came the next day to install it.  
 The next day there was still a leak.  I called Brian and he said Ameer would come by to check it out.  Well, he no showed twice on me.  I finally said enough and told him i will go else wear.  I had someone else come out and it turned out that he had installed the new disposal to the old bracket and sink fixrure.  This shows in the picture. I texted Brian right away to let him know and he said Ameer will be notifird right away.  I texted back asking for someone new and nevrr got a response.  Now im stuck with a leaking didposal and Short $350.

Had a water leak with my hot water heater, called them and they came with in 30 mins. Phil was professional and friendly he was also honest and fast. I would use them again.

Literally came over to my parents Julie past 9pm on Memorial Day weekend to help us move a fridge. It was one of those urgent and important tasks and it was awesome to get his response asap and have the whole situation resolved in an hour. Thank you!

Eric came to install an outlet above my fireplace today.  He was courteous, on time, and completed the work quickly. He checked the panel and some of the other wiring to make sure everything was in good condition.  i plan on doing some more work later on and definitely will ask for him again.
