These guys are the real deal.   Had a stoppage in my cast iron main sewage line.   The team showed up on time as promised, worked tirelessly to snake and hydro clean the line - and we are up and running again.   Enrique suggested that I consider replacing the cast iron lines with PVC at some point to avoid problems associated with aging cast iron.    Will definitely hire these folks again for any plumbing related needs or replacements.  

Invoice received via email with Quickbooks and payment was a breeze.  Pleasure to work with a professional company that has high integrity in all regards and priced fairly.

UPDATE 9/25/2020:  Enrique and his team came back to do a few more jobs for me in the last few days, including adding a secondary cleanout for the main line in front of the house; great idea and it was done flawlessly with total regard to quality and asthetics.   These guys totally rock and stick to their firm quotes.   Can't go wrong with this operation, give them a try.

My tenant reported a water heater leak @ 8:00am.  I called Wade Eldridge and they (Chris & Nick) were out that afternoon, on time.  They brought a lighthearted attitude with them, and worked efficiently & resourcefully, as a team,  -  which counts, because they just charge you by the hour. Luckily, we had easy access to the unit, but I was also able to save some money by clearing the work zone and draining the heater prior to their arrival.   New 40 gal heater, new flex lines, pipe cutting & soldering, new earthquake strapping, old heater gone - $762.

I called Vince to fix our leaking shower drain. He came on the same day, gave us a reasonable quote and fixed the problem in a matter of hours. He was very honest and thorough. Not only did he fix the leaking shower (replaced the drain), he also declogged the pipe with no extra charge. He also made sure his work area is clean after fixing the problem. Afterwards, he also looked at our aging tankless heater and gave us his honest opinion about it. He could have easily replaced some parts and charge us some extra $$$, but he didn't do it. I will definitely call Vince again for any plumbing issues.

Guy Plumbing replaced our toilet and kitchen faucet this morning. The plumber came 10 minutes early (!) and was extremely courteous, efficient, friendly and helpful. In the run-up to making the appointment, the office and showroom staff were equally helpful and cooperative.  They even had the products I wanted in stock.

On the Saturday before Super Bowl, our toilet is backed up. I call our landlord, who can't send out one of their usual maintenance people. So I remind them that, unlike a shower problem that could wait, it really is critical to have the only toilet in the apartment working today.

The landlord's staff calls 24/7 and they are here within the hour. The plumber was really nice and fixed the problem quickly. His work was neat and tidy and there was no mess in the bathroom at all after the work was completed. And now the toilet works! Can't do better than that for a weekend emergency.

I also loved that I got a text with a picture of the technician coming, along with a tracking map so I could see his progress on his way here. Convenient safety feature.

I can't speak to the cost of their service as that all goes through my landlord. But I would recommend them based on their quick turnaround, excellent service, and pleasant and competent work personnel.

Wow! If i could give a negative I would. Stay far away from this company. After 3 visits to install a reverse osmosis system and fix a tub that had only hot water, the tub was fixed, I have to call another plumber for the reverse osmosis system, and I had to fork over $600.00!! The kid they sent me didn't know what he was doing and even said that he looked up on utube how to fix the tub, and yet on the 3rd day his boss had to come with him to walk him through how to fix it. Never ever again. Beware!  Update:  So, after speaking with the owner, very nice man,  the charge is reduce to a 1 1/2hr labor charge, very resonable.  Family run business,  son in law comes out to return my check, once again very freindly and apologetic, all I can really say is, I'm very happy that they show true concern for their clients, but they need to send experienced plumbers with the unexperienced ones so that this doesn't happen.  Crazy, maybe, but I'm considering having them back for the reverse osmosis on the condition that  they send an experienced plumber!  Will return for another update.

He is an artist with a snake, as funny as that might sound, super through and professional. And his rates are very reasonable.

If you need to have your sewage line snaked out, you can't do better than him.

Jerry was very responsive. Communication was great. Quality of work was great. The toilet replacement and install project was done before I knew it. I had purchased the toilet on my own and he made sure there were no chips or any defects before install. Clean work, no mess. Jerry is highly recommended! Don't pass up on this guy. He also gave the best deal compared to others who quoted me for the same job.

Chico and crew did amazing work in my house. The long rainy season took a toll on our sewage lines which  were all clogged up, leaving us with backed up drains on a long weekend. Chico came to our house in night and didn't hesitate to work in the heavy rain. He came again next day with 4 more folks and did drain cleaning, clean outs installation, shower leak fix and a few other minor things. Price was reasonable and quality of work was high.

I found that my water heater was leaking at 9pm the Thursday before a long holiday weekend. I called at 9:38 and was amazed when I got Jason on the phone instead of a machine. He offered to be here the next day at 10am and arrived promptly at 9:58. My 22 year old heater was swapped out and I was back in business.

Jason was prompt, knowledgeable and fun to chat with. Ask him about Japanese toilets . He's my top pick for any future needs!

Bryan and Baldomero replaced my old tankless water heater last month, and I've been very happy with their work. They gave the same diagnosis of the old water heater as two other companies, but they were the most responsive and most personalized with their suggestions on how to replace the unit, with competitive pricing. They ended up installing a new tankless in a new location to allow for a condensation line and recirculation pump (their idea), running the necessary new piping, and following up a week or two later to check on things.  I appreciated their willingness to squeeze into our incredibly tight crawl space on the one hand, and to spend time drawing schematics on a whiteboard with me on the other hand!  Super clean, easy to get ahold of.  A lovely family business.

I had the honor of having Aqua Logic install my water filter/softener system. Let me tell you, it was an extremely complicated job and entailed soldering my copper piping loop, setting up a massive bypass loop, and then attaching the whole system to the outer wall.
They did a beautiful job. They explained it all to me perfectly and were just outright kind, hardworking AND extremely proficient.
Clean, organized, timely, and thorough. I can't say enough about how highly I thought of their work.

Great service by Steven. Was very prompt and professional with his services and expertise. It took 1 phone call and he was on the task prepared. Very glad I made the connection. Will certainly be using him for my plumbing needs.

Brian sent out Ameer to my house to see about a leak I have under my sink.  He stopped by and took a quick look and said the leak is coming from our backslash not being sealed correctly.  After he left my son noticed that there was a leak from the garbage disposal.  I called right back told him what the problem was and he said he can install a new one for $350.00.  I paid and he came the next day to install it.  
 The next day there was still a leak.  I called Brian and he said Ameer would come by to check it out.  Well, he no showed twice on me.  I finally said enough and told him i will go else wear.  I had someone else come out and it turned out that he had installed the new disposal to the old bracket and sink fixrure.  This shows in the picture. I texted Brian right away to let him know and he said Ameer will be notifird right away.  I texted back asking for someone new and nevrr got a response.  Now im stuck with a leaking didposal and Short $350.

This is a terrific store. Anthony was amazing - found the exact knobs/pulls we had bought over 10 years ago at a defunct cabinet hardware store. We had been to 10 other stores who weren't able to help us. I highly recommend checking out this company before you go anywhere else.

Literally came over to my parents Julie past 9pm on Memorial Day weekend to help us move a fridge. It was one of those urgent and important tasks and it was awesome to get his response asap and have the whole situation resolved in an hour. Thank you!

They started out good but I told them my electrical problem is serious and they started the work, I got expensive emergency service. But now they're only doing the work in 3 hour pieces and don't show up till after it's already dark out snd the whole day has gone by. They are late right now. I have no idea when they will finish this. It's already day 3. Got me through the emergency but bad follow up.
