Enrique answered the phone when I called this morning and within an hour was on-site to auger a shower drain. I really appreciate how quickly he was able to address the problem and make it right. He was reasonably priced given the immediate need. Thank you.

My hot water heater bled out on a Tuesday morning... I called Eldridge and by the time I came home from on Tuesday evening, my new hot water heater was installed and working great.   The owner,  Wade,  was very thorough about explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it.

Having to deal with something like this is never fun, but I'm happy to now have a go to plumber in Cambell.

I got a prompt response to my initial request for work. I call and also messaged to confirm that I will hire Vince for work. He was supposed to replace 2 toilets on 12/23. I called on 12/22 to make sure he is all set to come. This time I called him he said he is booked and cannot make it! When I asked him why is he backing off from his commitment, he said he never got any confirmation. This was despite making calls and giving all the details.
Fortunately, I found someone who came on 12/23 to come and install new toilets (note - old toilets were broken and not functioning) otherwise as you can imagine I would have been without working toilets over this holiday!!

If I could give a zero star to this plumbing/rooter company, I would.  I hired this company to unclog my sewer line last week-end.  It was an emergency job.  The company sent Sean.  I noted to Sean that the bottleneck was located in the north side pipe that's connected to the main drainage pipe beneath the street, so he needed to snake the drain from the sewer access located outside the property  and push his snake towards the main pipe.   He did just the opposite.  He snaked the drain pipe going into my property.  I pointed it to Sean, but he said he was having a difficult time positioning the snake to the correct  direction.  He finally  repositioned his machine and snaked the drain from inside the property towards the street.  He still could not unclog the sewer line. He kept telling me that the sewer pipes had most likely collapsed and the line connecting my sewer pipe to the main pipe was clogged by debris.  This means that the only option was to dig and replace the ruptured pipe which is an extremely expensive repair.  I informed Sean that his assessment was wrong and I believe my children had dumped a load of baby wipes  in the toilet and it had caused the back up in my sewer line.  He laughed, refused to listen to me, and bragged about his 8 years of experience  doing the job.  Then he proceeded to sell a more expensive service called hydro jet.  This would increase the cost from around $500 to almost $900.  Let's pause for a second. First, he said he thinks the pipe had collapsed in which case hydro jetting the sewer line would be useless.  So why was Sean upselling  a more expensive service if he thinks it would not solve the issue?  I declined and reluctantly paid almost $500 for NOTHING!  I called and made an appointment with a different plumbing/rooter company as soon as Sean left my property.  Within 30 minutes this other company was able to fix the problem and the cost was only $255.   My conclusion is that Sean is either incompetent or he was trying to sell a service that was not needed.  I would NEVER recommend 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing to anyone!

I had a water heater that died that needed to be replaced.  I got a new water heater installed by Thomas Plumbing and he was able to install it perfectly with the existing piping.

Jerry worked on two projects for my house in the past. I would recommend him to anyone because he recently helped me to fix the washer shutoff value problem on the same day. I knew that he had a very busy day but still worked very late evening to help me to replace the new shutoff value so that I could install my new washer sooner. Thank you so much.

Weird experience - I had a couple of simple projects needed doing, and he seemed totally keen to quote, coming to see the job within 48 hours of my call. I was ready to move forward but every time I asked, he couldn't give me a date/time and just kept stalling. I gave it almost two weeks till I couldn't stand the ghosting and  found another more reliable plumber who took care of it straight away (and at the same cost).

I hired Clear Drain to repipe our main line a couple years ago. It sprung a small leak recently and they came out and fixed it under the warranty. I also had them do another job that required re-routing a pipe and that's holding up just fine. They honor their warranty and prices are reasonable.

He replaced an angle valve for my toilet.
He showed up with an assistant in mask within the 2 hour window they said they would arrive.  I sent them a picture of the problem and they gave me the estimate and stuck to the price. In addition, they made an adjustment to my flapper and fill valve without additional charge because it wasn't flushing properly.  I will use them again.

Jim Gullo, The Plumber, pulled my toilet, got his snake caught, then cut it off in my pipe. I believed him when he told me it would wash into my septic. It didn't, but I didn't know it at the time. After $1000 more in plumbing bills, another plumber fished it out. The Plumber refused to make good on his mistake.

The team is great to work with. Asked for a quote Sunday night and had a response in less than 30 minutes and asked if the could be here following morning for a clogged drain and they said yes between 9-10am.  Isaiah showed up promptly at 9am.  He was great and went straight to work fixing the clog.  He was fast and polite. Thank you for the help.

Brian sent out Ameer to my house to see about a leak I have under my sink.  He stopped by and took a quick look and said the leak is coming from our backslash not being sealed correctly.  After he left my son noticed that there was a leak from the garbage disposal.  I called right back told him what the problem was and he said he can install a new one for $350.00.  I paid and he came the next day to install it.  
 The next day there was still a leak.  I called Brian and he said Ameer would come by to check it out.  Well, he no showed twice on me.  I finally said enough and told him i will go else wear.  I had someone else come out and it turned out that he had installed the new disposal to the old bracket and sink fixrure.  This shows in the picture. I texted Brian right away to let him know and he said Ameer will be notifird right away.  I texted back asking for someone new and nevrr got a response.  Now im stuck with a leaking didposal and Short $350.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

I HIGHLY recommended Pacific Coast to anyone who needs electric or hvac service. I contacted Pacific Coast to see if I could install air conditioning. They were able to schedule an appointment later that same day, which is awesome. They send a photo and bio of the technician coming to your home so you know who to expect. Adonis was very helpful in explaining my options and what advantages certain setups have over others. He was very patient and answered all my questions and concerns. Great guy! There was an issue with the electrical panel and he called an electrician to come take a look. Ezekiel was able to meet us right away and help us find a solution, which he did. Again, Ezekiel was very thorough in explaining our options and was patient with my questions. Overall this was a great experience.
