I had a backed up shower/tub drain and decided to go with Eldridge and Sons Plumbing since they were so close to my home and are family owned and run, which I like.  I called and within 30 minutes Keith arrived and quickly and professionally unclogged my main sewer line for a very reasonable price.  

I'm extremely satisfied with the service I got from Eldridge and Sons Plumbing and recommend this business.

I called Vince late one night (9pm-ish) with a minor plumbing emergency on our new home. The water was shut off to the house due to a leaky shut off valve under the kitchen sink that wouldn't cooperate. He fit me in early the next morning. He quickly fixed the shut off valves and also identified a few other issues that our home inspector pointed out. He also took $20 off the fix since I supplied my own quarter turn shut off valves. Based on my initial positive experience, I scheduled him to come back to do the other work.

Vince is personable, responsive, tidy, respects your property (wears booties in your home) and pays attention to the details. He works efficiently and his work is top notch. I had him look at an issue with our downstairs shower. The cartridge in the handle was old and failing so it was difficult to push/pull to turn the water off/on. He quoted me a price and I said I'd sit on it as it wasn't a high priority. I left to go pick up my daughter at school and when I came back he had replaced it for me at no cost! He said he valued my business and did it as a thank you. Who does that anymore? Vince does.

This review is for my parents.  They are 87 and 95 years old so it is hard for them to change.

Parents trust Guys plumbing because they have a record of my parents for the past 25 years. They know the house and the history of issues of the house.  As long are my parents are at ease I will call this shop.

Dave was great. On time, professional, and honest. You can't ask for more than that from a plumber. I would recommend 24/7 and will contact them for future plumbing needs.

This was my second time using this company.  I cannot say enough good things about them. They showed up quickly and stayed until job was done. Work was done outside and even though they had to dig up part of yard, they put everything back and no evidence of problem. Titus was wonderfu.

Mike Riley is the real deal.  He loves a good clogged drain.  All the good things you have heard about him are true.

I had an old leaking shower cartridge that was stuck in the valve. Most plumbers recommened full valve replacement which might have required shower replacement due to its age.

Jerry was friendly on the phone and quoted me a reasonable price to do the work. He even gave me some hints to try before his appointment. Well, his advice worked! I got the cartridge out and replaced it myself. I will certainly call Jerry with any future plumbing problems I have. He knows his stuff!

My water heater was leaking on a Friday night and I had to find a plumber to come and put in a new one.  The quote I got from Home Depot was outrageous and so I got on Yelp and requested a few plumbers for quotes.  Chico was the first to respond.  Not only was he able to give a competitive quote over the phone, but he came by the next morning to check out my old water heater and confirmed the quote that he gave.  His team was able to come the following Monday and get the new water heater installed.  All work was done to meet city code and his team embraced all the COVID safety guidelines.  Overall, I was very happy with the work his team has done and would hire them again for my future plumbing needs.

Clear Drain has done several jobs for my house over the years, for both sewer and water.  I have hired other plumbers now and then but have been less satisfied with them.

Their receptionist returns calls promptly and has a pleasant voice and manner of speaking.

Very prompt response and professional service. My bathroom drain was draining very slowly and Oscar took care of it promptly. Very reasonable quote (I called 3-4 places and BG was the lowest).

We had our water softener purchased from Amazon installed last week by Eric and Jake.
We need main water loop and garden bypass in the craw space.
They are very professional and the job was done beautifully.

The water softener takes only a small space in our garage. Eric placed it at a good spot where it's easy to access and left some room for extra salts.

After installation they brought me some salts and fully tested the system, also checked all the leakages before they left. The system has been running for more than a week and it significantly reduced the white residues.

Jim came within an hour of my call after the fridge delivery service left me with two fridges,  neither working and a leaking water line. He was a life saver, highly recommended!!

Michael was very courteous. Fixed the leak I had under my mobile home in 30 minutes. Great job.

Quick, professional, and great customer service. Phil was out here not too long after I called and had us snaked and back into business. I definitely recommend this service and would use them again.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

First off I will like to say they were very professional through the whole experience. I called them up got an appointment that day and they fixed my downgrade of a 240V to 120V. Richard C. Was my electrical technician and he did a great job and performed the task quickly. Thank you for the awesome job. Definitely will use this company in the future.
