Enrique got back to me within. Instead on a Saturday night with a quick convenient appointment time, further he doesn't charge 398 an hour just to come out as assess the issue. He will assess and then give a quote which to me is much more fair and reasonable at least in my case with leaky faucets. Thanks Enrique

Knowledgeable, friendly, knocked out multiple problems in one visit. 3 drain snake, clogged dishwasher pipe, faulty clean out cap, clogged bathroom sink and flooded drawers and floor. Would recommend to anyone!

I came home to a leaking water heater and frantically started calling around to get a quote for a replacement water heater.  I sent him a few photos of the situation and he was able to give me a quote for the job.  He came the next day and had the water heater installed and working quickly.

Guy Plumbing installed a seismic gas shut-off valve at our home. Their charge of $480 seemed high to me, and even moreso when I subsequently smelled gas in the area of our meter and found that the valve had been poorly installed. PG&E found a leaking connection to the valve and not only tightened it, but painted the bare pipe installed at the same time as the valve (as recommended by the valve manufacturer but deemed unnecessary by the plumbing company and not included in their $480).

Mitchell was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and showed up with a mask and practiced social distancing. He was professional and able to fix what was an urgent emergency quickly and unclogged the pipes that were causing flooding in my shower. Highly recommended and they arrived within 2 hours of being contacted!

5/13/22 Installer: Jerry

Jerry updated a gas valve and expertly finished installing a slide in new range, leveling it and making sure it fit perfectly with the kitchen countertops. I appreciated Jerry's  professionalism and excellent customer skills.

Mike came out on a Sunday to deal with my blocked drain.
He charges more on Sunday, but I have no regrets.

We hired Jerry for fixing our broken tub shower faucet, install a broken valve and bidet in the bathroom. He was very responsive, honest and got the fixes done and explained patiently any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing issues around the house.

We had a backed up kitchen sink problem.  Called several plumbing companies but I settled on Prestige Plumbing.  Alfredo (Chico) Rangel responded quickly, came and snaked our line and fixed our drainage problem.  Him and his assistant were fast and efficient.  We need additional plumbing work and will definitely call him again.

I will ONLY work with Clear Drain Plumbing.  I have used their services for plumbing under my house and for moving a tankless water heater.  Each time I have worked with them they have been extremely responsive, professional and excellent service.  This is my go-to plumber.

Called BG Plumbing because our water pressure appeared to be decreasing; not an emergency however, they made the time that very afternoon to inspect. Determined low water flow was due to debris from city feed. They cleaned faucets and shower screen traps to improve flow. Then to help prevent future occurrences, they returned the following day to install a filter on the main intake line. BG Plumbing delivers quality work.

Eric does a phenomenal job. Extremely professional, on time and does an amazing job. 1000% recommend him for all your plumbing needs. Thanks again for all your help Eric :).

Jim Gullo is The Plumber. Thank goodness. He not only returns phone calls, he shows up on time, will tell you exactly what needs to be done, does it and cleans up after himself. The work is excellent, no need to call him back two or three times. If it's something he can't do, he'll be honest and let you know, rather than trying to fake it and do a half-assed job. Highly recommended!

Mike had the right price, the skills and he showed up on time.  He did the work, helped me with the inspection set up and was on time when the city showed up to inspect the work.

This is the second time I've worked with him, and I plan to continue doing so.

We wanted to seal/cap a buried gas line that went to the backyard bbq pit ... and called several plumbers mostly by looking them up from yelp ... a few of them came by and quoted exorbitantly high prices & didn't look very professional. They tried to scare us saying that most plumbers will not touch gas line & its very expensive job to even make small repairs to it. I wasn't even sure whether they would do a decent job even if we paid them (we had very bad experience with some plumbers a year ago with our kitchen gas line work).

Lucky for us, we had Jason from Absolute Pro Plumbing come over to our house. He did a seal test to make sure the buried line wasn't leaking anywhere else. He found that the coupling which connected the line to PGE gas meter was actually leaking & replaced that part.  He then proceeded to remove a portion of the gas line under the ground, since we wanted the gas line to be moved closer to the backyard fence. He also helped fix a plumbing leak in our backyard and his work was very professional & clean.  

When I later found out from him that he has over 16 years of experience as a plumber before starting his own business, it became obvious why he was able to do such a good job. I would definitely consider calling him up first if we have any plumbing issues in future

Friendly service on the phone. They prioritized my call since it was an emergency. The plumber came out within the hour with a quote and came back in a few minutes with the required parts. Fixed the issue in no time and used top quality parts. Very reasonably priced considering the flooding disaster that was averted. Plumber was polite, professional, helpful, and knew his stuff.

Literally came over to my parents Julie past 9pm on Memorial Day weekend to help us move a fridge. It was one of those urgent and important tasks and it was awesome to get his response asap and have the whole situation resolved in an hour. Thank you!

Rep was as friendly as can be and arrived on time. No complaints there. The single star rating is based solely on that.  However, once I received their pamphlet of scare tactics trying to sell upgraded safety devices I knew this was going to be expensive. It turned out to average out at just under $100 PER FOOT of wiring (parts and labor). I can't believe that had the audacity to quote me such a ridiculous price. I know living in this area makes us targets for overzealous estimates, but this one takes the cake. I will be using another contractor and have plenty to choose from that quoted me less than half of Pacific Coast's cost.
