I live on the West Side of Santa Cruz and realized my expeller pump wasn't working late in the day on Monday.  This is connected to my main bathroom ... so being out of service was an issue.

I called, left a message and got a call back in 5 minutes (Yeah!).   He realized my predicament and scheduled me the next day.    He was exactly on time, fixed the problem quickly and price was exactly what was quoted (which I have come to find out was a lot lower than others).  

Henry and his partner were clearly qualified and licensed.  He had all the tools as well (he had to take apart a wood box around the unit).  I would recommend them without hesitation.  

Nice fella's, well qualified, friendly and at a good price.

Love Guy Plumbing. They have been my designated plumber for the last 30 years. Everyone I have dealt with there is professional and knowledgeable. If there's a job that is out of their scope, they are honest about it and will refer me to someone who can. Great people at Guy. They are the ones that make the different.

In summary: plumber left literal sh*t on the walls. Yeah.

We hired 24-7 Rooter & Plumbing two months ago, thanks to the mounds of dental floss and hair clumps the previous owners dumped into the toilet. The guy they sent that last time was great -- efficient, knowledgeable, patient, and took extra care to ensure he didn't leave mud (or other nasty substances) in his wake. Great. That's why when we needed services again and 24-7 said they'll take us, and quickly, I was thrilled.

What I got for my loyalty was smeared poop on the walls, the door frame, the outside of the toilet bowl, and the sides AND inside of the bathtub. I'm not sure if it was mud or also poop that was left on our floor but I don't want to know. So for 15 minutes of service, we spent 90 cleaning floors and -- I cannot stress this enough -- wiping the mixture of our poop, the previous owners' poop, and whatever was left on this guy's tools from our walls. We may also need to hire a deep cleaning service for the carpet because I have no reason to believe this guy was any more careful not to drip poop water all over it.

So if you'd like a poop-mural on your walls for the bargain price of $860, go for 24-7 Rooter & Plumbing! Or, you know, find a toddler to smear poop on your walls for free.

We had a backup in our kitchen plumbing that caused an overflow from an old laundry pipe into the garage, which was disgusting and stinky.  I was desperate and saw a referral for He-Man from our neighborhood email list so decided to give them a call.  Mike answered right away and was at my house within 20 minutes, which totally shocked me!  He then proceeded to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue the *right* way, not using some temporary stop-gap fix that other plumbers had used for this same issue in the past.  He also cleaned up the mess in the garage and gave me some good advice to mitigate the root problem.  Mike was very professional, friendly and efficient.  He will be my first call for any plumbing issues and I highly recommend him!

Jerry has done it again! Great job! I had a noise that came from my sink and also had a clogged drain with a pipe that was leaking. Jerry diagnosed the problem in minutes and fixed it without hesitation. I have probably saved hundreds if not thousands of dollars with his work and feel safe knowing that he is always available, responsible and honest. Words spoken as well as written cannot express the gratitude I feel for his service Thank you again Jerry! You saved the day!

I called this guy named Chico who told me that he was available for a certain time between 1-2pm and I told him we needed a toilet installed. I called him after no one showed up during that time and Chico said he was sleeping. What kind of business is this.... The plumber Chico was unreliable and a waste of my time. Will never ask for this company for any help. Total east of time.

Really poor service from them. We called them to fix a ruptured tap outside my house. First came in and did a half repair saying they'll come back later. Had to be called twice to come back and continue with the job.

Then doubled there charges saying we had to come twice. Stay away.

We needed to replace our kitchen faucet, but like everything else in this old house, what should be simple never is.  We purchased the identical faucet and then called Baldomero and he was able to come out the same day and replace our faucet.  He worked quickly, checked for leaks, and everything worked.  He even checked out another leak for us and told us what parts we would need to special order.  He showed up when he said he would, was professional, knowledgeable, and gave us great service at a fair price.  We will definitely call him next time we need a plumber.

Terrific service from Eric and Jacob who came to install my RO filter and pipe through refrigerator! Referred by a friend, glad we choose their service. They handled it quickly and professionally and also went beyond answering other questions we had. Would recommend to others.

We had Mike come out for a small problem and hired him on the spot for a big repipe job. He and his team did fabulous work. They were prompt, friendly and went over and above to make sure we were happy with the work.  They replaced the water heater, put in copper, relocated the main, and replaced sewer lines!  Mike and his team were great to work with. I highly recommend him.

The Plumbing Company is top notch! After making many calls to various plumbers, getting quotes but not getting calls returned Phil & Chris came out and took care of the problem. They were working from 9 a.m.- 9 p.m. to ensure I had a new water heater. They were going to drain it one day and do the job the next day but decided that since they started the job they were going to finish it so that I didn't have to go take a shower at my neighbors. Phil & Chris are very professional yet personable and Judy in the office is great. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs plumbing help. Thank you Plumbing Company!

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

My family and I had a very difficult experience with Pacific Coast Electric, Heating & Air. We had smoke in our house soon after our daughter was born. A technician came out on a Sunday to inspect (which was nice because we were really concerned), but it was not clear whether he found the root issue.  Anyhow, it ended up feeling like they were trying to suggest upgrades to the extent that the root issue of the smoke didn't seem to get addressed until mid-week after we asked many times whether root issues was being addressed.

Anyhow, we had to leave the house with a 3 week old and our 2 other kids, and it was not pleasant. I understand the money is in the upgrades, and my landlord was nice enough to agree to the upgrades, but it would have been nice if they would have found and solved the root issue before doing all the upgrades. This way we wouldn't have had to move out with 3 young kids right after our newborn was born.

I spoke with the CEO, and he was more understanding, which I appreciate that he heard me out, so the 2-star review instead of a 1-star review, but it was a very hard experience for my family and also my landlord.
