I had a water heater installed. I called Henry's Plumbing to get a quote. It was the best quote. So I went to Yelp nothing but great reviews. So they were the best price and great reviews. Of course I had to go with Henry's Plumbing. They came the very next morning and within 2 hours I had a new water heater installed. Ben and Leo were super friendly. knowledgeable and thorough . They explained everything they did and how it works and what to do if I need to change or take care of something with my new water heater, if need be. Bottom line I am sooooooo happy I had gone with Henry's Plumbing if I ever need there services again I won't hesitate to call them and if anyone needs any type of plumbing service these are the people to call , You won't regret it! That's why I'm writing this review. I always love to share great experiences!!!

Again, Eldridge and Sons to the rescue.  Our kitchen sink clogged over the holiday and Allan came out today within 2 hours of our call.  Problem solved and for an extremely reasonable price.  Plumbing issues seem to happen to us this time of year, we'll be calling Eldridge & Sons again I'm sure.

One December Monday night, I was drawing a bath for my two young children when I realized my water heater had gone out. After taking a quick look myself, I realized I was no match for a tankless water heater and began my search for a repairman early the next morning. After calling 6 other companies, I reached Vince with VIP Plumbing and he committed to coming out that afternoon. His assessment was free and it was determined the water heater needed to be replaced. He gave me an estimate to replace it and said he could possibly do the job the following day. He wanted to help me as soon as possible, especially since he knew we had small children in the home. I did some research that night and decided this was the right choice for us, so the following morning,Wednesday, I let him know that I wanted to move ahead with the project. He estimated he could be over that afternoon to install the new water heater. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to come until after 5PM and although I appreciate his willingness to start the project so late in the day, we agreed to try again the following day, Thursday. He was able to come over earlier in the day on Thursday and worked tirelessly to replace the water heater. It was a 7 hour project but he powered through and we had hot water that night. He even suggested a solution to help get hot water faster in the house. And what I thought was really great was that he noticed my exterior faucet was leaking and replaced it without me asking or extra charge. Vince was a really friendly guy and I would definitely hire him again.

Amazing customer service.  They were not the best fit for me based on my problem.  This was great information to have ahead of scheduling time and wasting time.

John did a great job problem solving and dinding solutions to our leak in our kitchen sink that ran down to the basement. He was also very personable and a pleasant to be around. He did not actually have the cliche plummers crack either.

We usually use another plumbing company in Morgan Hill but they were not doing home service due to Covid, so we had to look for another plumber and decided to try Thomas plumbing -Morgan Hill. First time experience and it was a very poor quality service. Took 2 trips and 4 phone calls for the work to be properly completed.
I purchased a faucet for my parents house, and contacted Thomas plumbing -Morgen Hill, to remove the old one and replace it with the new one. Their technician came in at 1:31 pm, installed the new faucet , texted me at 2:46pm that he was done. And we were sent a bill for $296.
I went over my parents and saw the faucet  was loosely installed , water leaking down into the vanity drawers and under the sink. I called Thomas plumbing to report the leak issue and requested fix. I was  put through Dave, who appeared to be the owner . he denied any workmanship issue then accused me of trying not to pay.  I send him video and pictures, of the loose faucet handles and water under sink. Then called Dave back on to follow up, he agreed to sent the technician back to fix it. This was while no apologies made or empathy for the inconvenience. After they corrected the faucet and when I went there to pay, I asked for a breakdown of charges . They stated $296 was for 2 hours of labor. I informed them that their technician was there for a total 1&1/2 hr . They referred me to Dave. So I Called Dave the next day, I told him that my parents are elderly and on fixed income so I want to make sure they pay a fair charge. Dave insisted that we must pay for 2 hours despite proof i had via Ring camera and technician time of text. Dave said that tech spent 2 hours and part of it was the paperwork he was doing while in his truck.
I agreed to pay the due bill but I won't do business with them again. Thomas plumbing Morgan Hill is poor workmanship Quality, poor customer service, and were dishonest about the charges.

Mike Riley did a great job for us in an annual maintenance cleaning of our sewer line from our house to the street.  He showed up very promptly and performed the work quickly and efficiently.  Best of all, his price was about half of what we had been quoted by two other plumbers for the same job.  I can highly recommend Mike and will definitely call him again next year.

I have used J B Rooter a few times now. Jerry is very responsive and provides a reasonable estimate of the amount of work to be done and goes out of the way to get it done well and on time. He is smart to diagnose the problem well and takes the time to explain it to us clearly.

After every interaction with JB, I have come away feeling good about the diagnosis and 100% satisfied with the work.

I would use them again and recommend to anyone else.

I called this guy named Chico who told me that he was available for a certain time between 1-2pm and I told him we needed a toilet installed. I called him after no one showed up during that time and Chico said he was sleeping. What kind of business is this.... The plumber Chico was unreliable and a waste of my time. Will never ask for this company for any help. Total east of time.

Clear drain did a great job fixing my problem with a clogged shower. I felt they were trusted and reliable and straightforward. I also felt that their price was very fair and reasonable. I would use them again

Tragedy strikes; you have a clog and it's bad...like sh*t in the shower bad! You're immediately on Yelp to find a plumber but there is that lingering sensation in the back of your mind; you know the one How do I avoid getting ripped off, do I even know what the hell is going on?

The above scenario just played out at my home. I used Yelp to secure a number of quotes (super easy and effective). Here's how it played out: 4 responses with two visits to my home for quotes and two not so interested.

BG Handy Services reached out to me in less than 30 minutes asking for details and when it would be convenient for me to have them out. Baldomero and his son Brian came to my home and spent the better part of an hour testing and troubleshooting the issue. The entire time they kept me in the loop as to what they found. They explained the situation and how they would deal with it. They left me with a dollar amount quote and asked me to contact them when I was ready to move forward.

The second company spent no time troubleshooting, explaining or basically caring about how this situation was effecting my family and produced a considerably higher quote.

Obviously we called back BG Handy Service to fix our clog. They were quick to set up a convenient time, arrived right on schedule, resolved our issue and came in right on the quoted amount. Baldomero and Brian are good people who immediately instill a sense of honesty. I can't recommend them enough.

Great responses and high quality work! They even recommend the latest water drop RO which is a better fit for us. They also adjust the charge to $25 less as the work is easier than they originally expected.

This is my first yelp review ever. Glad I read Steve K's review and called Jim.

Yesterday was Xmas eve and I had a bad clog affecting the whole house's drain system. I called at least 4 other people and got answering machines. It was 3:30 in the afternoon and Jim answered his phone. I told him what I had and realized it was probably a bad day to ask for him to come by. (this day, Xmas eve, was a Saturday to boot)

He said he'd come by in an hr. and a half. He showed up in an hr. And, immediately went to work. This guy is no-bull. He spent a half hr. trying to clear my main line from the septic tank but, couldn't get at the clog with the smaller machine he had with him. He said he wasn't going to quit on me and drove to another location to get the big machine.

Was back in 20 mins. and spent a half hr. trying to break the clog from the septic tank end of the line. He still couldn't get it. He was pretty upset with himself but, this guy doesn't quit! We went under the house and hit the line with the smaller machine in what was a very tight, and awkward place for a guy to be running this rooter machine.

He broke the clog and I felt as if my first child had been born I was so happy. This whole endeavor took a good hour and a half. Jim is a hard-working, no nonsense guy. I would recommend him to anyone in the Boulder Creek area.

Had a backed up kitchen sink and couldn't wait for the home warranty plumber so we called Xtreme Plumbing. Michael arrived 15 minutes later.

I'm typically a do-it-yourself kind of guy but I couldn't access the drain clean out valve and didn't want to mess with it because we had family visiting. Michael quickly determined where the plug occurred in the plumbing and gave us a couple options to clear the drain along with his recommendation. Not long after, the drain was cleared.

I am very impressed by Michael for a few reasons:
- Accurately diagnosed the location of the plug through a few key tests.
- Was conscientious not to track mud into the house.
- Provided a permanent solution for us to access the clean out valve.
- Explained exactly what he was doing throughout the repair.
- Most importantly, he came through for us when we needed service in a hurry.

We recently hired Jason to do several jobs in our new home, including copper piping, fixing various leaks, installing a new vanity/sink, and more. We are very happy with the work Jason and his crew did in our home. He was professional, friendly, and fairly priced. He responded to all calls and requests quickly and was able to schedule us in within a couple days for the various jobs we added on. He went above and beyond the work we paid him to do including educating us on how to save money and do somethings ourselves. We highly recommend Absolute Pro Plumbing and definitely will be called Jason for all our future plumbing needs.

I couldn't sleep Friday night so I got out of bed and went into our family room and I heard a sound that wasn't normal and after a while I realized it was water gushing out of a pipe. There was no sign of the water in or around the house but when I shut off the main valve into the house the sound went away, so I realized that there must be a broken pipe under the house. The next morning I called The Plumbing Company and when Phil arrived he crawled through our two, cramped, crawl spaces. He couldn't reach the break because it was in an inaccessible area, but he figured out a way to bypass that area. To make a long story short he came back with a helper on SUNDAY, bypassed and fixed the break in the pipe to the house and installed copper pipe out to our irrigation line which used to be PVC and had broken in the past. They did a very nice job.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

I can't believe this.  I read all the comments and figured out I couldn't go wrong with hiring this company.  We needed a fan/light installed in a living room and a light fixture repaired in the kitchen.  I took time off work to wait for the electricians.  My husband has repaired both of these lights before and he's not even an electrician.  He's so swamped at work he asked me to hire someone this time. The fan/light took no more then 2 hours when he repaired it  and the kitchen light no time at all.  I had planned to go to work that day after the work was done. It ended up taking all day so I lost a whole day of work then the electrician dropped the cover of the kitchen light and broke it.  I was never told by the company but our caregiver heard it drop and took a picture of it cracked  and sent me a picture.  The electrician just put the cracked cover back on without a word.  I had to contact the company.  The best part is there were two electricians at our house and they even stopped to go to lunch while I was waiting for the job to be done so I could get to work.  The whole experience was horrifying. The first time they wired the kitchen light wrong and had to come back the next day.  Not a good experience for us at all.
