Enrique got back to me within. Instead on a Saturday night with a quick convenient appointment time, further he doesn't charge 398 an hour just to come out as assess the issue. He will assess and then give a quote which to me is much more fair and reasonable at least in my case with leaky faucets. Thanks Enrique

I had a few minor plumbing issues that I had been putting off resolving for awhile (one drippy faucet, a toilet that runs, etc). I finally did the research and after seeing the reviews for Eldridge decided to hire them.  I called yesterday and left a message, was provided with a prompt call back and was scheduled for today.  Keith spent less than 2 hours at my house, explained each issue and quickly repaired all items.  The final price was very reasonable for the amount of time he was in my house. I am very happy with the service and results.

Vince came out during the latest wind storm and power outage to address a geyser that happened in our backyard. Part of the rear fence blew over and broke a pipe, which was shooting water 9 feet into the air. I had to turn off water to the entire property to get Old Faithful to stop, but that meant we needed someone to come out quickly. After a Yelp search on a Sunday afternoon, I landed on VIP. Vince picked up immediately and was at our place within 2-3 hours. He fixed the pipe in about 45 minutes for a reasonable price. Total pro that I'll use again!

Dave Guy is excellent.  Honest, responsive, knowledgeable, professional.  I never use anyone else for anything plumbing related in my house in Menlo Park.  highly recommend.

I've learned a lot from this experience. $675.00 to unclog a toilet. I'm sorry this was a basic job and there was not one thing this guy did, brought in with him to do the job that justified a $675.00 bill. So lesson learned

2 phone around for prices
3 buy a plumbers snake and do the job myself if ever need be.
I'm all for anyone making a living but please, again nothing done justified the $675.00 bill other then the fact he saw a decent looking home and figured money wasn't an issue.

I was very impressed with the work done by Dick, the Thomas Plumbing plumber who diagnosed and fixed a water leak problem at my home. Dick showed up just a few hours after we called. He quickly theorized we had a broken drain pipe in the wall behind our sink. He carefully cut into the wall and found that was indeed the case. The broken joint was in a difficult spot, just above the concrete footing of an outer wall of our home. Despite the difficult position of the break and the cramped space under the counter he had to work in, Dick was able to replace the pipe and fittings there and fix the problem in less than two hours from the time he arrived. And he cut into the wall so carefully it was not too difficult for me to replace the sheet rock he had to remove. I really appreciate the good work he did and the pleasant, positive attitude he had the entire time he was here. I highly recommend Dick and Thomas Plumbing.

Mike came out this morning - within an hour - advised to check with the City about sewer line - showed up on time - went at it ... Solved the problem quickly and gave me some tips -- SCOTT 1000 - (watch the roots) for minimizing problems in the future.  Reasonable cost for the quick friendly service.  Thanks !!

Jerry is very reliable, honest and friendly. I had gas leaks at two sites of my house, and he was able to reseal the pipes to fix the leaks. PG&E ran a test after and verified there was no more leak. One of the gas leaks was coming from behind my Viking stove/oven unit, and he was able to carefully pull it out without damaging my hardwood floors and then reseal the gas pipe behind it. He didn't charge extra for multiple trips, great guy - I highly recommend him!

We just moved into the area and needed to get some items urgently updated to be able to have a functioning household.  We always work off of word of mouth and have had some great luck finding some real quality, hard working businesses be recommended to us.  

Chico and Juan came out to our house on Thursday and gave us an estimate, which was below the estimate of the first plumber who came out.  We needed to put in new faucets in 2 bathrooms, a new toilet, new kitchen faucet to fix an old leaky faucet, add a gas line under the house to be able to put a gas stove, and also to add a gas line in garage for a gas dryer.  We agreed on the estimate and setup the appointment for this morning.  We purchased the parts and they supplied the material for the gas lines.  We felt that they were honest and told us what we should get done in the immediate future and what we can wait on.  We are already planning on having them come out to do some future work to change out old pipes and brace them.  They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them.

The Name of this establishment should be changed to FRAUD Plumbing.  Do you ever wonder...
1)Why business address is P.O. Box? Why not, real Home address (or business address)?
2)Why doesn't Jason (if the owner's real fraud name) ever confront customers directly, but Sera (kind, friendly, lovely Japanese lady)
 has to do it?
3)Why is the LAST NAME of his son (Val) and Jason, and S. is hidden?  Why are you hiding the last name on invoices and other docs?
4)Why Jason's (rude MF) phone number, Val and few others in the company are Unlisted or Unknown or No caller ID... when they call you?  What are you hiding?
5)Why aren't they ever on time when they make appointment with you?  And, why do they have to reschedule you the LAST MINUTE after you had waited for them for that given time/date appointment?
6)Why do they have to come back and AGAIN & AGAIN to fix the original problem?  Why can't you fix the issue once and don't have to come back again?
7)Why the new jobs, with the new customer's name get the immediate attention & immediate appointment (today)
 while old problems (they presumably should have fixed the problem before, now is broken again, Jason has to come again) gets
 next week appointment?

Baldo was fantastic!  We called several plumbers before him.  Baldo was able to come out same day, on time, to install two tankless in my home and was very professional Thank you for a great job!

Eric and Jacob helped me from the initial softener selection to the final installation and showed very professional spirits. I have a shelf in the  garage which made the space very tide. They still helped me designed different position plans with pros and cons. The final result is amazing. It is safe, easy to add salt later and also I can keep the shelf space. The whole experience is great.  Highly recommended!

James and team are wonderful. He shows up when he says, returns phone calls, sticks to estimates when possible and doesn't over charge.  He has a huge amount of plumbing knowledge and experience and will point out things that could cause potential problems.  He will save you money when he can without doing an inferior job just to cut costs. Whatever your problem, it will be done right.  He's my go to guy.

Absolutely professional, called late afternoon on a Saturday, spoke with Judy (she made me feel comfortable right away) and she contacted a plumber while I was still on the phone and was able to have Phil to my house to fix a kitchen sink within an hour from my phone call. It was fixed in no time!
