Enrique answered the phone when I called this morning and within an hour was on-site to auger a shower drain. I really appreciate how quickly he was able to address the problem and make it right. He was reasonably priced given the immediate need. Thank you.

I needed new shut-off valves in my bathroom installed as they were old and one wouldn't close all the way. I am pretty good at basic plumbing, but I was concerned about the poor condition of the hot side -- that the part might not remove properly or other complication would come up if I tried to do it myself.
I called Eldridge & Son due to good reviews. I described the situation to Nick and he said he could come later the same day. He provided a good estimate of the cost of his time and parts on the phone. He arrived right on time. After an inspection he confirmed the cost and thought there would be no problem.
He did a great job on the replacement and cleaned up afterward.  His estimate was perfect. Nick answered all my questions and provided great information for when I am installing my new vanity and sink... he couldn't do that because I have to paint first. :-)

Walked into HomeDepot to put in a request in pro services as the water pipe in the backyard of my home broke.  As soon as the phone number was entered, within seconds I got a call from Vince, which was simply amazing and scheduled a time right that day (Sunday).

Vince came in at the said time and was able to fix the broken pipe with ease and also went one step further to fix an additional leak.  Thanks so much Vince.

I will be engaging him for additional plumbing projects that I have in my mind.

Chalk up another slam dunk experience with Guy Plumbing.  We've had a increasingly loud rattle coming from our water pipes whenever a large load was going; whether the rare instances we can run our sprinklers, our washing machine, or flushing a toilet.  It sounded like it was coming from the wall between our bedroom and garage.. and I feared that it would require opening up the wall to resolve the issue.

Troy came out, and spent a good hour troubleshooting, and narrowed the issue down to the water meter out by the sidewalk!  It was older and starting to fail, generating a lot of noise and vibrations that went all the way into the house.

Money for a professional diagnosis well-spent, as armed with that knowledge I was able to call the city to have them replace the meter.  They were skeptical at first, but after giving exactly all the steps Troy followed to troubleshoot, they agreed that we did our due diligence before blaming the meter.  Replaced meter, and now everything is nice and quiet in the house.

Loved that Sean showed up on time with a mask and was quick and very efficient to solve my slow drain issue.

I called to request a plumber tech come to my home and provide a quote to repair a leak. We don't provide quotes - we fix leaks at $165 an HR when others charge $50-$75 to stop the truck and take a look. Not sure of the quality of work because I was off-put by the initial price gouge on the phone call. Called Joel Sanders Plumbing instead.

Mike came out within 20 minutes of my call. He was nice, professional and had my kitchen drain unclogged in about 20 minutes. Gave me some very useful advice about maintaining my disposal and fixed an uncapped vent.
Very reasonable cost.

Jerry has done it again! Great job! I had a noise that came from my sink and also had a clogged drain with a pipe that was leaking. Jerry diagnosed the problem in minutes and fixed it without hesitation. I have probably saved hundreds if not thousands of dollars with his work and feel safe knowing that he is always available, responsible and honest. Very good plumber service. Compelled to shout out Prestige Plumbing if you are looking or need a plumber for future chaos.  Chico, who runs the show, is very personable, friendly, funny, highly customer service oriented.  Very fair with pricing.  The crew, very hard working and respectable professionals.  What struck me is they would randomly fix things that we didn't ask for and did not charge.  For example, just straight up changed our refrigerator water filter hose...the thing is a fire hose now (in a good way)!   We had to re-pipe our house with copper and replace tankless water heater.  Done in a day and now we have amazing water pressure and hot water starts instantly...I feel like a character in Plato's Allegory of the Cave. Also, no more calcium chunks clogging out faucets.  Anyhow, you can't go wrong with Chico.  Give him a shot if you are vetting plumbers.

I had Leo from Clear Drain plumbing handling 2 different projects in my new house (one earlier this year and this week another one) - Leo is great - he always shows up on time, gives a clear explanation on whats need to be done and pricing and complete the job within the time frame given.
He is working super clean and organized plus he is also a really nice guy :)

I cannot say enough good things about Mike! He came out and fixed a whole repipe job and my water heater vent for a very reasonable price!

The first time I called him was to have him take a look at my shower that was not working due to another plumber messing up. He was over within the next hour to come and take a look at everything and he made sure that we got the correct piece to fix the shower and get it up and running. He then did a full inspection under the house to double check the other plumbers work, turns out the other plumber did the wrong job. He showed me pictures and explained the issues in very simple terms for me. He then gave me a very reasonable price to fix everything and change all of my piping from galvanized to copper and he did everything in ONE DAY!
