Henry's Plumbing was professional, fast, and courteous.  I will definitely be using this service for all of my plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend them.  On average Henry is at least 1/2 the cost of the larger plumbing services out there!

I highly recommend Eldridge & Sons Plumbing.  Wade Eldridge, the owner, is an excellent plumber, both in technical competence and customer service.  I've called on him twice and have been more than pleased on each occasion.  In the first, which involved a home drainage issue, Wade & his employee Alan conducted a detailed and exhaustive evaluation of the problem (which turned out to be much more complex than expected) and cleared the drain line.  In the second, he replaced my stubborn, nearly stuck shower control knob in no time flat.

As a small locally owned business, Eldridge is far more responsive than my previous plumber, which has a considerably larger customer base and can't always provide same-day service (at least that's been my experience).  Another bonus -- Eldridge's hourly rate is much more affordable than my previous plumber's.

Wow! What amazing service! Not only was VIP the only ones able to come out within a day, Vince was extremely thorough and helpful. He was supposed to come out for just an estimate but was able to replace our expansion tank, fix our kitchen sink (that had been fixed by another plumber before mind you ), and check out our toilet that mysteriously started having hot water in the bowl and tank. Vince deserves a raise!!

I will definitely be using VIP for all future water heater and plumbing needs and will be recommending them to all friends and family in the area.

Two thumps up!!!  I called 8 AM to fix water heater and Glen came in 9:30 and spent just one hour to change controller and pilot system as well.  Glen found out problem right away and called office to bring new controller to change and Dan came in 10 minutes.  What a great people to work with!!

Glen also checked all the connectors and valves to make sure there is no leaking.

I call them Monday afternoon thinking I'd have to wait for an appointment. It wasn't anything urgent-I just needed my faucet tightened. The woman I spoke with on the phone told me there is a $65.00 service fee just for coming out. Fair enough. I asked if it was an hourly rate and was told I would be given a dollar amount by the person that came out.

A really nice guy, I think Dave, showed up two and a half hours later ---that was fast! I told him I needed my faucet tightened and he gave me the price for a faucet to be installed which was close to $300.00. Wow! that's insane! I was already into it for $65.00 dollars and negotiated with him for several minutes. He dropped the price to $190. Still steep if you ask me. I guess if you take into consideration his time traveling to the job that makes it a little easier to understand and they came out immediately after I called.

I'd recommend them and probably use them again. They send text updates and that is really convenient. Very professional and fast to respond!

Our family uses this company for our multiple plumbing needs, but recently, I was forced to call their weekend emergency line.  Within the given time, I had a call back from Dave.  He patiently walked us through shutting off the leaking water heater (sensor problem),  so I wouldn't have to shut off the main.  Many thanks to this reliable company for their help!

I called Mike for the first time this afternoon for a clogged drain in the kitchen/ laundry room. He called me back 30 minutes later and was at my house within 15' after that. He was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. And most of all, honest - his price was very reasonable. We will definitely call him again!

I highly recommend Jerry of J B Rooter and Plumbing. I consulted with him about a leak at my shower valve. Jerry explained to me that most likely we only need to replace the cartridge. He was right. He figured out the matching cartridge and replaced it, sealed the valve nicely, and cleaned the working area. Everything was beautifully done at a very reasonable cost. Thank you.

Tragedy strikes; you have a clog and it's bad...like sh*t in the shower bad! You're immediately on Yelp to find a plumber but there is that lingering sensation in the back of your mind; you know the one How do I avoid getting ripped off, do I even know what the hell is going on?

The above scenario just played out at my home. I used Yelp to secure a number of quotes (super easy and effective). Here's how it played out: 4 responses with two visits to my home for quotes and two not so interested.

BG Handy Services reached out to me in less than 30 minutes asking for details and when it would be convenient for me to have them out. Baldomero and his son Brian came to my home and spent the better part of an hour testing and troubleshooting the issue. The entire time they kept me in the loop as to what they found. They explained the situation and how they would deal with it. They left me with a dollar amount quote and asked me to contact them when I was ready to move forward.

The second company spent no time troubleshooting, explaining or basically caring about how this situation was effecting my family and produced a considerably higher quote.

Obviously we called back BG Handy Service to fix our clog. They were quick to set up a convenient time, arrived right on schedule, resolved our issue and came in right on the quoted amount. Baldomero and Brian are good people who immediately instill a sense of honesty. I can't recommend them enough.

I had a water softener installed by Eric and Jacob. The set up was clean.  They were professional, prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. Eric provided tips on using the softener. I highly recommend them to do plumbing work.

Yes, James the plumber is great!  Local guy.  He has done my septic clogs for many years.  Very reliable.  I have had him come when nobody is home, do the job, leave a bill, I mail him a check. Of course he knows where I live! --------------------- [4/13/11:  He recently installed a new water heater and told me where to get one myself so I did not have to pay him to fetch it.  There was a very  minor problem with the installation and when I called him I told him no rush, anytime this week to fix it.  He was there the next day fussing and highly apologetic.  It was obvious that the imperfection bothered him more than it bothered me.]

I messaged Mike in regards for a quote because our shower would only run scalding hot water.  Within a few hours, I heard back from him and we set up an appointment for today between 10am-12pm.  He called close to 10am and said that his current job was taking a little longer than expected, so he'll be coming around closer to 12pm (which was much appreciated, so I don't just sit there twiddling my thumbs, wondering when he would arrive since I had to leave for work at 2).  He arrived a little before noon, looked at the issued, showed me what was causing only hot water to flow out, told me what it'll cost, went and got a new part, fixed it, and was done in a little over an hour.  He was very professional, friendly, and to the point.  The price was what I was anticipating it to be, so he won't catch you off guard with surprises there.  I'll definitely be using them again if any plumbing issues should arise!

Jason, the primary proprietor of Absolute Pro Plumbing, is a knowledgeable and fair professional. He was highly recommended by a colleague for whom Jason had modified and renovated her residence's plumbing system without cutting any corners and in a timely fashion for a very reasonable fee.
His work at our offices (located in Fremont, CA) , where septic fumes was preventing normal operations, was exemplary. He spent over an hour to thoroughly check possible causes and proceeded with the needed repairs and modifications in short order. And to top it all of he guaranteed that the problem will not rear it head again! In short Jason takes ownership and delivers quality work and results.

Absolutely professional, called late afternoon on a Saturday, spoke with Judy (she made me feel comfortable right away) and she contacted a plumber while I was still on the phone and was able to have Phil to my house to fix a kitchen sink within an hour from my phone call. It was fixed in no time!

The technician - Francis Thomas - came to my home on the same day, only a little while after I called.  He identified the problem immediately and fixed it. Actually, the problem had to do with a poor job performed by an electrician not affiliated with PCE. The original job was not only poor but dangerous. Wires had been left exposed inside the wall and it was a big fire hazard.  Thanks to the fast and great job not only the power is back but a fire risk has been removed.  Thank you, Francis and PCE.
