My tenant had a leaking/unresponsive shower handle...they're in Santa Cruz and I'm 2600 miles away...I checked Yelp and found Henry's THANK YOU!! They sent a tech out and had a big mess all tidied up in a very reasonable time.  Henry's will now be my go-to guys...tenant is thrilled and so am I!!

They unclogged my bathtub drain. Super friendly service, and were on time for our appointment.  Thanks!

Our plumber was quick and prompt and thorough. He gave us lots of options, and we settled on some added work that will be doing later. I would highly recommend him.

Guy plumbing installed an automatic gas shut-off valve for us. Since we live in earthquake country this will hopefully be a great safety feature. They were quick, professional, and courteous!

1. They are not 24/7. Our water heater had a giant leak in the middle of the night and when we called it was just an answering service. 2. That said service person was not great. She didn't know if they serviced my area, no cost info, only made an appt. and she was barely able to tell me what would happen in the morning. She didn't seem knowledgeable at all. She was just a person taking a message. However, the next morning, a technician called and he was able to tell me that they don't service my area. He was professional and polite.

Awesome service! They were able to come out the next day. They gave us a time frame and called 30 minutes before their estimated arrival. Patrick arrived and had shoe protectors on ready to get the job done. We had a small leak on our master bathroom toilet. With the holidays, we just shut it off and then it sat for two months. So of course, our issue did not appear to be an issue when help finally arrived as the leaking could not be seen. Patrick went ahead and took everything apart to check and make sure there was no water damage underneath. He replaced the seal and put everything back together in a timely fashion. Highly recommend this company and love the fact we can support local businesses!

Beware if you are a women alone or POC - Mike came to fix a faucet leak and I said something simple to him (a question).  He got very angry very quickly -yelling and personally attacking me verbally -I had to ask him to leave my home, he was so out of control. My experience was consistent with a number of others posted on NextDoor. These comments from other women (alone- if your husband/ a man is there apparently you don't see this side of him) have since been erased from NextDoor; but I see a few here on Yelp. Honestly even if you aren't in one of those groups, why support a person who regularly treats people like this - even if he is skilled. It has been a number of years since this incident but I was afraid to post it before.

I recently had the pleasure of working with JB Rooter and Plumbing and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with their services. From the moment I reached out to them, they were incredibly prompt in responding and scheduling a visit.

Amazingly Prompt, efficient and professional We found Chico on Craigslist he came out gave us a fair price, said it would be done in one day and He was true to his word, oh! by the way we had our entire home re-piped built in 1962 the pipes were completely corroded as we thought. He was very professional and confident we will be recommending him and the crew to whomever needs an experienced plumber. I stayed out of the house from 7:00am until 4:00pm came home to a finished job he went above and beyond.

In my survey, I've written only accolades for the great work by the company, and the staff. I highly recommend Clear Drain Plumbing to anyone for the superior work they do. It is always a pleasure to work with professionals like Sara and Leo. The latter is a genius!

I hired Baldomero and his son Bryan to install two tank less water heaters for my apartments in San Francisco. They also up sized my gas lines from 3/4 to 1, in order tor accommodate the heaters.
Their work was super clean and the install turned out beautiful.
Their prices were extremely fair, and they are both very polite, professional, and pleasant to work with.
The work passed the plumbing inspections with no questions asked.
They will be my go to plumbers from here on out, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Quick, fast, efficient and prompt for my appointment. I was able to reach Eric and l was able to communicate effectively via chat on Yelp to request a quote. Very reasonable price to unclog the drain in my bathtub. Since I have long hair, I regularly need this service every other year. This was the first time I went thru this company for their services and was not disappointed. I definitely recommend and plan to use him for future services if the needs arise. Thank you!

Jim is fantastic. He returns calls, shows up when he says he will and is very clear about what he can and cannot do. He will not  try to bluff his way through something and quit halfway through and leave you in the lurch. He will also tell you what you can do to prevent the problem from happening again. He  is honest and good at what he does. I highly recommend him.

Technician showed up to my house, we did a quick walk through the house so he could give me a quote, went to the car to go write up the quote then never came back.

I've used these guys a couple times, and although we encountered some scheduling roadblocks at the outset, they made up for it by doing honest, good quality work at a very reasonable price.

Most recently, I hired them to replace the innards on the 3 toilets in my house. The toilets themselves are a bit odd; all of the stuff in the tank is a single, connected piece, and after about 13 years of use, the components in that piece had worn down and were causing leaks and weird noises. By the time Absolute Pro Plumbing arrived, I'd already received quotes from 3 other plumbers, all of whom insisted that the only way to fix my issue was to completely replace every toilet (over $1,000 worth of work). However, Ameer from Absolute Pro Plumbing took one look at the first toilet and pointed me to a $45 part on Amazon that would fix my issue. He quoted me a reasonable price to install the part once it arrived, and now my toilets are running more smoothly than ever.

Judy picked up my call Friday 9:45pm, not able to send someone out but did provide tip to release main sewer line pressure so the waste water is not backup inside the house.

Phil came to unclog my sewer line on Sat, the quote is more than double the cost I paid to a different plumber last time, since I just need to get it done I accepted the high cost.  For total of 30 mins of work to pay that price is way too much. I should be patient and find another plumber.

However, Judy is great and she also called back to make sure that the job was done right.

Literally came over to my parents Julie past 9pm on Memorial Day weekend to help us move a fridge. It was one of those urgent and important tasks and it was awesome to get his response asap and have the whole situation resolved in an hour. Thank you!

AJ came out on Tuesday to change one outlet and ended up changing two. This company answer my Saturday request on a Sunday, while other where too busy or costs too much.  He was on time and did his safety checks. AJ took longer to resolve my issue, because it might not installed correctly from the beginning (since 2003). After some troubleshooting and rewiring, it all worked out. He was very courteous and patient. I highly recommend this company and use them again if needed.
