Wow! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH ELDRIDGE AND SONS PLUMBING!!!! What a day...After having 2 other contractors come to give estimates to replace our water heater that flooded my entire garage. Their Technician arrived almost immediately, the walk through only took about 10 minutes or so. He helped me mop up most of the water and move around the garage, it was such a mess & I was supposed to be at work by this point, I was stressing myself out, he was so happy to help, what a relief. When I got off work that afternoon the quote was already in my email inbox!! They hooked me up and had it all fixed that Thursday afternoon faster, and at a MUCH, MUCH more competitive rate. I dont know how they did it for so much less. Needless to say my Wife was happy we had our hot water back

I called Vince late one night (9pm-ish) with a minor plumbing emergency on our new home. The water was shut off to the house due to a leaky shut off valve under the kitchen sink that wouldn't cooperate. He fit me in early the next morning. He quickly fixed the shut off valves and also identified a few other issues that our home inspector pointed out. He also took $20 off the fix since I supplied my own quarter turn shut off valves. Based on my initial positive experience, I scheduled him to come back to do the other work.

Vince is personable, responsive, tidy, respects your property (wears booties in your home) and pays attention to the details. He works efficiently and his work is top notch. I had him look at an issue with our downstairs shower. The cartridge in the handle was old and failing so it was difficult to push/pull to turn the water off/on. He quoted me a price and I said I'd sit on it as it wasn't a high priority. I left to go pick up my daughter at school and when I came back he had replaced it for me at no cost! He said he valued my business and did it as a thank you. Who does that anymore? Vince does.

Honest, reasonable, prompt. We had a copper hot waterline burst in our master bath shower wall. Water ended up dripping thru our Victorian parlor ceiling. Brian, was able to quickly find the source and replaced the section of deteriorating pipe. Even though the job took more than twice as long as he thought, he honored his initial fixed price.

Cody, the plumper from Thomas Plumbing was a credit to his profession and to his company!!! He was professional and he had great people skills. He explained every step of what he was doing. When I asked for his recommendations he gave them clearly, then left the decisions up to me. He worked with diligence and efficiency while maintaining a cheerful attitude. When he was finished he double checked his work. I was very grateful to have my plumbing problems fixed. The price was fair too.
The bonus for me was that I have used Thomas Plumbing a number of times and I have been very happy with them EVERY TIME!!!

Mike solved the kitchen draing problem like a pro.  Wasted no time at all; one gets the feeling he has seen it all and knows every possible complication that could be causing problems, and what to do about it.  I'm new to the area, and learned that at the first sign of trouble, call the town first (if you're on a sewer), as they'll come immediately for free and confirm it's not a problem in their part of the line from house to street.  It wasn't.  Then I called another plumber who wasn't really a specialist in this area.  He only had a 20 foot snake to send down the sink pipe, and it didn't solve the problem.  That guy didn't charge me anything, very kind and honest, but told me to call a drain specialist.  So I found Mike on Yelp, and he climbed right up on the roof, went in through the vent, and cleared the problem.  Then he told me some useful things my particular pipes, that will help me keep them clog-free, and some ideas if I wanted to make changes to the pipes in the future.  He was just the right person for the job.  I agree with all that the other reviewers said.   And incidentally, on his business card, he indicates after his name PhD, Engineering, Stanford University.

Our main sewer line became clogged on Sunday.  Our street trees really like getting their roots into the sewer, so about every year and a half things get backed up.  The outfit we normally go with couldn't come out for a week.  Can't do without a toilet for that long. My wife found J B Rooter on Angie's and I'm glad she did.  Jerry was very responsive and cleared the line in short order.  Would definitely call on him again and recommend to our neighbors.

Chico, the owner of Prestige Plumbing is PHENOMENOL! I initially hired him to do some work in my house. He had to re-pipe everything because we had old pipes. Chico and his crew came in and completed the job in 1 day!! No issues!! I ended up calling him again to replace the sewer line and also to install our dishwasher. He is truly a good man. He has fare prices and he is extremely efficient. The best part is, he is friendly. He keeps a smile plastered to his face, through ups and downs. He tries to keep all his clients happy. I have seen him reply to his customers whenever he had a minute to himself while doing my job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHICO!! He is reliable and does a great job!

HUGE lifesavers! A pipe burst in my kitchen on a Saturday afternoon. These guys came out within 30 minutes, had the pipe fixed within a very short amount of time and at a very affordable cost. And now I can go back to my Saturday afternoon plans. Major relief!!! I would call on them again in a heartbeat.

Great guys to work with. Professional and friendly. Got main sewer clogged and whole house is a mess at night. Quoted for price for open business but they replied immediately even though they are showing closed. Got a quick quote and they showed up on time. This is the first time I see what is down there. For several hours, works(digging/installing hydrojet etc) are done nicely. Hope not seeing them again, but if have to, I will give them a call.

Eric consulted us on a number of different options for our water filter and conditioner. He was always very responsive and knowledgeable.

On the day of the installation Eric and his team showed up on time, walked us through the process and delivered exactly what was promised at the agreed upon price.

The entire crew was very friendly and strictly adhered to Covid guidelines.

I recently had a sewage ejector pump fail that caused a major backup at my home in Boulder Creek that required quick action to resolve.
Jim was quick to respond, and correctly identified the root cause of my problem. Jim worked with me to find a work address the overflow issue and was able to replace the ejector pump in less than 24 hours from when I called him.
Not only did Jim fix my problem quickly, he was honest on time and materials.

Hired Mike's team to plumb in a bathtub in our workshop. They were responsive in communication and called back when they said they would. Scheduled the appointment a week out, and they arrived when they said they would. The team completed their work quickly, respectfully and met expectations all around.

5-stars on all fronts....was super responsive on Yelp, gave a quick and competitive quote, early appointment to do the job, came on time, and finally did an excellent job with his crew. He even went one step further and actually helped me with a small move!

Will be calling him back the next time there is a plumbing need.

We had Phil round to plumb in our new kitchen sink and waste disposal, and he did a great job. I'm not confident with drains (all that solvent weld stuff), and I had no idea what fittings to use to get from the sink, dishwasher and disposal to the pipe in the wall. Phil just took care of it, coming at a time that was convenient to us, and sorted it out quickly and easily. First big thumbs-up.

Then a drain blocked two weeks later. Original 60-year-old drains, so nothing related to the sink plumbing work. A 50' auger from Home Depot didn't touch it, so I knew something was really wrong somewhere that wasn't accessible. Phil came round, took pictures of the (interestingly creative) plumbing under the house, and figured out where the blockage was - in a pipe that was too small for current codes and not accessible for clearing. Next day, he and his colleague ripped out the main 4 pipe and all the blocked pipes, put back fatter pipes that won't block again, and took photos of the 60-year crud in the pipes that caused the problem. It wasn't cheap, but considering how much effort it was, the price was more than reasonable. Best thing: Phil again just took care of it again, no mucking about.

I'm glad to find a plumber I can trust. Just awesome service. Phil is simply the best.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

Called for an emergency repair- the charge was 150.00 to take a look.  Was told no problem and then the electrician went TOALLY incommunicado- no answer/no response.  It was waste of my money!
Take your chances if you feel lucky.
