Ray is my hero! He's helped me out on more than one occasion and I know I can count on him to respond quickly, handle all the issues thoroughly, and have the best pricing.

This time it was the hot water heater. Came home late at night to a minor flood in the garage. Contacted RMB Plumbing and Ray diagnosed the issue over the phone. Came out the next day on time and ready to rumble. The big man gets things done wothout taking any shortcuts and performs high quality work. No project is too big or too small for this talented and lovable man. Thank you Ray. I'll never call another plumber, and you have my highest recommendation. Cheers!

Freddy and his team fixed the leaking main water line for the house by replacing the old corroded pipe with new copper pipe.  Their quote was competitive; their work was completed as expected and on time as estimated.  They were friendly and professional from the quoting process to paperwork to the actual work of the project.   (Their warranty policy is lifetime of parts and labor.)

Viktor was on time and got right to work on replacing my kitchen garbage disposal.  During and after the installation he cleaned up the work area.  He even brings his own slippers to wear inside the house.  Highly recommended!

First, let me clarify my one star by saying they didn't do any work for me. The reason for the low rating and warning is that you cannot book an appointment in advance.

This is their new business model as of two weeks ago.  I had a leaky sink and when I called they were able to come over that day but I  was at work and asked if they could come the next day. They said, no I would need to call back the next day. How silly so I found another plumber.  

So if you have an emergency plumbing problem or very flexible schedule, Alansi would probably be a good bet given their high ratings when they actually do the work.

I found Polis Plumbing through Noritz as I have a tankless water heater. I needed my water heater to be descaled. They quoted a great price and came. However, I had another issue at home where my water flow was decreasing in one of my showers. They proceeded to investigate and changed my shower cartridge which seem to work. Job well done but my wife complained that the water is still slow. They came back again another day to troubleshoot and decided to swap out cartridges to see what was the cause. In end the found the problem, great service, responsive, respectful in explaining stuff to us and did not charge us the second time to get the job done right. That's the kind of service company to keep. Will ask them back for descaling in the future and other plumbing jobs. Thank you for taking care of us.

they are very professional and prompt. i got an appt. on the same day I called and they were bang on time for when it was scheduled. i had approx. 3 power point issues and also power outage in one bathroom. everything was troubleshooted and fixed within 30 minutes by Mike. he was awesome and a thorough professional. will highly recommend using voltz electric for electrical needs.

He quickly picked up on exactly what we wanted - install a wifi-connected wall socket and a ceiling lamp plus a wifi-connected light switch. A mark of his real professionalism was the vertical alignment of four screw-head slots in the switch wall plate.  Very impressed with his work.

Since I found WGE from a neighbor's recommendation, I feel the need to spread the word! Quality work, excellent communication, and overall efficient, super-friendly service will have me looking to WGE for ANY electrical work here in the future.

Minh and his team helped install recessed lights in 3 of our bedrooms along with a fan and some other minor electrical work. They did an excellent job and were very courteous. They laid out tarps all throughout the work area and cleaned up any debris from the work. I called them back on two more occasions to install new exhaust fans in our bathrooms and they did a super job even though it was a retro fit with running exhaust vents. Minh was super responsive and on time every time. He even helped pickup a few items from Home Depot that I was supposed to provide. I asked if he could help me fix a broken door on one of my kitchen cabinets and he quickly did that for me (not even electrical work and he did not charge me for it). I would recommend Minh as a very reliable and great electrician!

I reached out to Julio to help me on a simple outlet change cuz I was lazy.  I knew it was an easy job and so did Julia.  So he basically explained to me that he would have to charge me his minimum fee in order to do something that would cost me less than $10 and if I had any questions, he could walk me through it.  So I bought the outlet myself and when I disconnected the old one, the wiring was kinda old so I called Julio and he walked me through what need to be cut on the new outlet to make it work.  Everything was fine and I appreciated that Julio tried to save me money and just not be so worried about making money from customers on such simple jobs.  I will definitely use him in the future if I have any needs.

He came out on a service call on a Saturday after multiple appointments to check out a problem with electrical outlets in our kitchen, and quickly figured out what was going on - mainly stupidity on my part. Also two years ago he very efficiently repaired our main circuit box. Definitely our go-to guy for electrical needs.

Duke did a great job helping with our issue.  He communicated during the entire process and arrived 15 minutes early to our scheduled time.  I like the fact he is the owner and expert doing the work.  He understands his reputation and company absolutely depend on him exceeding customer expectations.  I will use him again the next time I need any electrical work done.

I ran into Henry and his team this morning by accidents in my neighborhood while he was on his way to meet his client. So happy to have talked to him. 20 minutes later, he was at my place, diagnosing the inconsistent fixture issues, which apparently another household in the community was having the same problem, proposed a solution with a very reasonable pricing. The crew showed up on time, were very polite, worked on the project efficiently, and cleaned up nicely when they finished the job. Henry was also at my house in the end to ensure everything was carried out as planned.  Also, they all wore masks and were very respectful to the household environment given that we currently work from home with virtual work meetings. Thanks Henry and team again for providing such great work. The house looks more beautiful now that the lighting/energy temperature is consistent throughout!

Two guys came out today and replaced 7 outdoor fixtures and 1 internal.  They ran a conduit to turn a motion sensor fixture into a switch light and they explained it all as they did the work. They were kind, professional and reasonably priced.  I'd totally use them again.

I contacted Electrica for a quote to install a 240V power outlet so compare with a quote for another electrician. I was very impressed with their response time. They requested some extra information and provided me with a quote right away, without having to come and see my place. Note only was their quote lower than the first electrician I contacted, they were also available to do the work much sooner.

The day of the install, the electrician showed up on time and did solid work. Everything looks great and works as expected. They were also careful to match exactly the specification I needed for my appliance. They had also given me a estimated completion time and they completed the work within this timeframe.

I definitely recommend Electrica and would use again. Very professional and friendly.

Idan: I appreciate you taking time to response to my feedback. I didn't have issue with what you quoted you would do, but I have feedback on HOW they were done. e.g. I did not have any problem with the hole not being patched. I did not write that as a problem in my feedback. What you left out (outlet mounted upside down and didn't clean up after the job is done) was interesting.

As for the EV charger, you told me that it is not within your capacity to pull the permit, which you initially recommended for the work. Why would I decide to go ahead with it?

Dan was on time, professional, (even started to remove his shoes when he saw we didn't wear shoes in house) and finished in timely manner.  Would hire again!  Will most likely be calling him to install some more lights and fans.

We needed to install two ceiling fans in our house and two outlets in walls where there weren't any. It was a difficult job because our house does not have any crawl space or attic and there was definitely drywall cutting involved. We took quotes from 5 to 6 different people but found that EchiBon Electric was the most reasonable and professional of the lot. They also offered to patch up the drywall included in their quote that no one else offered - which meant less work for us. (Hard to hire someone for such a small job of patching and painting).
The most impressive thing about them was that one of our outlets was in a wall between the main door and the garage door and in the absence of any crawl space it was extremely difficult to get wiring there. It was an important location for an outlet because that is where we intended to create our home office due to WFH Covid.
Echibon opened that wall and found that it was full of endless wood beams and they had to cut a lot more than they originally anticipated, which added one full hour to their work. But despite this, they did not increase their quote or give us a hard time. They finished the work like professionals and patched up like they promised.
I highly recommend EchiBon for your electrical work needs and I am a customer of them for life.

Called Edwin about electrical problems came out with in 40 minutes after I called. He is friendly and very knowledgeable knows what he is doing. Got PG&E to come out the same day. Edwin came back the next day & Edwin talked to the tech on the phone & he found a burnt wire in inverter box for my solar system. His workers are very friendly & takes their time to check your system. Awesome company. I highly recommend!!

Excellent service and great experience working with David. He is very responsive, professional, prompt, and trustworthy. Highly recommended business. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with his service. It started out with replacing a doorbell transformer to power the ring doorbell, which led to a few other minor glitches (not his fault), and he helped all the way through. I will call again for future needs!
