Ray is fantastic!! My old water softener died and needed to be replaced. Ray was quick to respond and accommodate my schedule. When he arrived, we learned that the water softener that had been delivered had a crack in the cover. No problem for Ray...he took it back to Home Depot to exchange for another one. Then he found the correct installation solution (the original had not been installed correctly), did some re-plumbing, and I was up and running that day. In addition to being an amazing plumber, Ray is also a really great guy. I highly, highly recommend RMB Plumbing.

If you need any rooter and/or plumbing needs, don't look anywhere else. These guys are as good as it gets. I live on the 4th floor of a 16 unit building. We had a dead stopped/clogged kitchen sink drain. It was very hard to troubleshoot being 4 stories up and not knowing the plumbing schematics of the building like what units shared what in terms of pipes hidden beneath the walls. They, especially Mo (the younger brother), were meticulous, persistent, thorough and never gave up even though at times there was no hope in sight. Long story short, they did everything possible to unclog the drain which turned out to be a bigger problem that affected other units as well. Anyway, I rarely write public reviews, but these guys are so awesome I had to write one so that others will benefit from their services in times of need. Also, did I mention they are punctual as well? They showed up right on time as promised. Sometimes plumbing work is just dirt out messy, but after the fix, Mo made sure everything was spotless clean and thoroughly tested before he went on his way. Just Awesome!

Emil was very responsive and gave a best quote to replace my 50 gallon direct vent water heater. He arrived on time and finished the job with out any issues. If you want to local trust worthy plumber in Tri-Valley, I would highly recommend Emil from Polis plumbing.

Love how easy it was to set up an appointment (thanks Matt!), have a friendly, reliable crew come in (thanks Rueben and Eric!), get a chandelier installed in the allotted time, and get on with my day with little to no clean up. I regret paying Willow Glen Electric to repair an old circuit at my home.  Their price is way too high comparing with the same service by another license electrician.  

They came early in the morning and urged me to get the repair done for the reason that they are booked till the end of the week except today.  I did not do enough research on the price and paid them for the work.  Last week, I had a similar problem and tried another license electrician on the craigslist.  For the same repair work, I paid less than half of what Willow Glen Electric charged me.  

Before I signed their authorization of work, their electrician was friendly, smile, and replied all questions I had.  After I signed the authorization of work, he became a different person -- moody and avoid answering all questions.  He rushed getting the job done and left my home messy.

If you like overpaying someone for the service and love cleaning a mess that someone else left at your home, call Willow Glen Electric.

And, only call them if you intend to pay/hire them.  Do not left a complain message with their operator because they will not return your call.

Having just purchased a Nissan Leaf, we were looking for someone to install a Level 2 charger.  I did some research on Yelp and included Simply Electric on my quotation list.  Minh came out on a weekend to do a preliminary look-see without charging us and gave us a quotation right then and there.  Later that evening, my wife and I decided to green-light the installation.

The day before the install, Minh sent us an email reminder, which should be standard, but it is a nice touch.

On the day of the install, Minh arrived as scheduled at 8:00 a.m. and his assistant arrived a few minutes later.  Our job required the routing of wiring from the back of our garage, which is where our panel is located, to the front of the garage, which is where we wanted to put our charger.  This required both long runs of AWG 6 wire and conduit.  Also, the spot where we wanted the charger had no wall (only studs) so Minh installed some plywood to mount the charger on.  Minh also made sure to install a heavy-duty socket, which is something that we didn't even think about asking for.

During the install, Minh periodically consulted with me to approve the location and arrangement of the charger, and he cheerfully accepted my suggestions.

The conduit was routed around the perimeter of our garage, and not in a straight line from the box to the charger, which I really appreciated because it looks so much better around the perimeter.  Also, the new breakers in our panel were newly labeled with a professional label-maker - another nice touch and shows Minh's attention to detail.

The job was all wrapped before noon.  Simply Electric accepts checks, but not credit cards.  Very happy with how this job turned out.

I called Julio late on a Saturday and he came to fix my electrical panel early Sunday morning. I am so pleased with his work and professionalism. He also came wearing gloves and mask.  He did a great job and I will not hesitate to recommend him to  fellow homeowners who need excellent and efficient electrical work. Roger was excellent!! He responded quickly to my request for him to check out a dysfunctional outlet in my house. He wore a mask and shoe covers as he entered our house. He analyzed the problem within a minute, and fixed our outlet! We are very happy with his service and professionalism, and highly recommend.

Duke and Bennie were wonderful. They were punctual, professional and true experts of their craft. We needed a series of installations and repairs ranging from connectivity, fixtures and an EV charger installs. All were done with precision, efficiency and care. What made our experience even better was Duke's and Benny's kind nature, respect and looking out for what is best for us. Duke recommended and suggested options for cost savings. The quality of the work performed by Nadav and his team was outstanding. Everyone on his team were polite, professional and helpful.

Adary Electric installed recessed lighting in the ceiling of our kitchen and den. They also upgraded many of our outlets and switches. For several of the light switches, they installed dimmers.

They also handled a few un-planned side jobs while they were on-site. For example, they upgraded the wiring to our front porch light, repaired one of our Tiffany floor lamps and installed a new light fixture in our downstairs bathroom.

I plan to use them again.

Although they may not be the cheapest, they are certainly among the best.

Nick did an excellent job installing our Tesla Wall Connector. He was professional, gave several options, and was clear with any questions we had. Nick was very knowledgeable and even gave my 8 year old son a quick lesson in electrons!

So far so good, I love the way they communicate.  If the email is not clear enough to define your project, they will call you right away putting you in touch with a Licensed Electrician who can talk Amp, Volts, kWatt, etc, if you know what I mean, and if this type of words does not make sense to you then they will explain in details that you can understand.  Better yet they will try to schedule a next  day free on site estimate.  Even on Saturday!

I needed an immediate installation of an indoor outlet and Jim provided the fast response and was able to schedule the installation without delay.
