This company cares! i have used this company several times. Once you find a reputable company, you stick with them! This week I contacted RMB Plumbling to come in and install new faucets in our daughters double sink. I received immediate support to have the faucet installed! Owner and operator Ray was kind and so professional. Years ago he came to our home to replace the guest bath toilet, he did such a great job, we asked him to replace the master bath toilet too. He was very knowledgeable and honest. At some point, we scheduled him to return and replace our kitchen sink as well. He also checked our pipes that run from the washer and dryer. It's hard to find good professional companies. I've had my water heater over 20 years and have RMB Plumbing on stand by when it needs to be replaced! I know we will be in good hands! I have recommended this company whenever anyone asks for a plumber. You will be in good hands!

These guys will waste your time.  No show TWICE.  Completely unprofessional.

No show in the late afternoon...so I called to find out if he was still coming.  He got done with a job late so no but he asked to come in the morning.  Thanks for letting me know so I didn't get off work early but hey, this guy has really good reviews on Yelp so let's give it another go.

No show the next morning.

I'm sure they do great work but showing up is half the battle.

No dice.  You had the correct number as we connected both times...first time you said you got off the job late so not coming (after the scheduled window of time) and second time we proactively asked if you were coming out and you texted back a positive confirmation.  So you clearly had our contact information...

Viktor is exceptional. He did several jobs for us including installing a new faucet, wall-hanging desk, heavy duty shelves and an outdoor swing. He also painted and installed our interior garage door. Not only was he fairly priced, his work was top-notch. We are very satisfied with his service and highly recommend him for anyone looking for a handyman.

First, let me clarify my one star by saying they didn't do any work for me. The reason for the low rating and warning is that you cannot book an appointment in advance.

This is their new business model as of two weeks ago.  I had a leaky sink and when I called they were able to come over that day but I  was at work and asked if they could come the next day. They said, no I would need to call back the next day. How silly so I found another plumber.  

So if you have an emergency plumbing problem or very flexible schedule, Alansi would probably be a good bet given their high ratings when they actually do the work.

Emil, was extremely helpful (even on a Sunday). He rescued us from a broken water heater. I could not write a more positive review about his professionalism, workmanship, knowledge and recommendation. Five stars, if I could give a six star I would!

When we purchased out new house, one of the first things my husband wanted done was to get low voltage cable (Cat6 and RG-6) installed in every room so that we could have data ports in every room.  While shopping for electricians we only found a few who also did cable runs.  With that said, we decided to go with Voltz because in pricing the cable runs they charged for the number of drops we needed, not the number of lines we were running, which significantly dropped down the price.  My husband and I were even concerned about this and emailed and called Matt multiple times to ensure he knew exactly what we were being priced with and he still stuck with the original quote, which was awesome.

We also got our panel upgraded, had recessed lighting put in the living room, had three ceiling lights installed in three of the bed rooms, had additional circuits run, as well as have various misc electrical work done, which included fixing the doorbell which didn't work.  The guys did a great job installing and fixing everything, especially when it came to the doorbell.  It seems like such a small and silly thing, but when they finally got the doorbell wired up, the chime was off and would only ding once when you pressed the doorbell.  Since the doorbell has been broken for a while, I was happy just hearing it ring, even if it was once, but Mike (the foreman I believe) insisted that since they were there working on it anyway, that it should at least have the dong too.  So he and one other guy stay behind after everything was finished just to finish up the doorbell and make sure it worked the way it should.

All in all I have to say the crew that came out was awesome, and that they did an amazing job.  

The only one minor complaint I have is that they did not label the cable runs, which would have been a relatively easy thing to do while they were running the lines.  It is rather inconvenient that we now have to tone every line to figure out which line goes to which room, but given everything else, I don't think it detracts too much from the quality of their work.

Fabulous! Jason showed up on time and the same day I called. He hooked up power to my tiny house which had previously been off grid.
Took care of the work quickly and was super nice too. I'll definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

I received outstanding services from this team. Everybody in team rush to get the installation before Tesla come to my home. I mean I called a week and half. It was installed two days before Tesla arrived. I just also passed City permit with Willow Glen Electric Team. The team was every step and guide through. What a team! We needed troubleshooting of some flaky power in the back bedrooms of our 50's-era Los Altos home, along with a couple dedicated circuits for our master bath (one for a space heater, one for a Toto washlet). Minh was responsive, friendly, cost-effective and most importantly did a great job. I highly recommend him and would absolutely hire him again.

Re: troubleshooting, he figured out that our new treadmill in the guest room plus the space heater in the bathroom were the root cause, drawing too much power through our old wiring. So in addition to the two circuits for the bathroom, he added a dedicated circuit for the treadmill and thankfully before we damaged it by not giving it proper power and voltage. He also cleaned and replaced a couple old and largely burned out breakers in our main panel. Our space heater(s) were likely big contributors to that burnout.

He ran the wires for the new circuits from our subpanel in our unfinished garage (we put the subpanel in ~10 years ago during a significant remodel) and hid them inside the garage wall, then under the house and over to the bedroom and bathroom. It was a nice clean job, the new receptacles look and work great, and he was also very respectful about keeping the inside floors clean with drop cloths.

Aside from the work he was also very informative. I asked him a lot of questions which he answered happily and I learned a lot from him. #1 - any time you have an appliance that uses more than half the rated current (or power) for a circuit, that appliance needs a dedicated circuit.

Julio scheduled me on a Saturday for convenience, and worked within my limited window of time to install a new light fixture, move what had been the existing light fixture, and to fix the closet lights that hadn't been working... and also installed a dimmer switch on my new fixture!  All the work was done efficiently, cleanly - made it easy to get all of the electrical issues resolved in my home.  I've been a do-it-yourselfer, but this was so much easier!  Thanks, Julio!

We needed an electrician to install a NEMA1450 for our new Tesla.  It was between Christmas and New year, I called several electricians with great Yelp reviews.  No one answered because of the holiday, except for Roger. He personally answered and came out the same day to give me a quote.  It turned out that our main panel was really old and would be a hazard to put on more load,  He would not proceed because of the danger, unless we upgraded the panel, which we agreed to, as our neighbors have mostly upgraded years ago and as we had not long ago added a big load for the air conditioner. He gave a quote right away including permitting. The price is very reasonable compared to another quote by email/pictures only from a Tesla approved installer that we got later.  The install date was postponed 2 times because of rain or PG&E cancelling the appointment. The job involved raising our power line on the roof up by 2ft and trimming trees in the way. Each time Roger communicated ahead and scheduled a new appointment.  The job took a whole day.  We chatted often as he worked.  We found out that Roger is not your typical electrician.  He's got a MSEE degree and work experience at PG&E!  Roger is so pleasant to talk to.  He really enjoys the work and meeting people.  After the long day, Roger even stayed to fix some things inside the house.  We have worked with many electricians for both residential and commercial needs.  Roger is the best by far for his knowledge, skills, and dependability. We highly recommend him!

Duke did a great job installing a new electrical sub-panel, in preparation for my Tesla solar panel + Powerwall battery installation!  I spoke with 5 electricians and Duke was the only one who knew how to handle Tesla's requirements without incurring the cost, delay, and hassle of upgrading the main panel.  He was responsive and kept me posted throughout the process from quote through inspection, which was surprisingly complicated because we couldn't speak directly to Tesla's engineer.  Duke also put a lot of attention into making the installation on the side of my house look clean and neat, which I really appreciated.  Would highly recommend Duke to others!

Super responsive to estimating and scheduling the actual work. Friendly and knowledgeable team. Pricing was next to cheapest out of four bidders. I'll work with them again.

I had Nick installed a 14-50 outlet in my house for EV charging. It was easy to set up a quick appointment with him. He was very responsive on yelp, arrived on time, and finished the work early.

Great service and excellent work! I needed an outlet installed and they were able to get me in quickly. They showed up on time, were excellent at communicating with us, and their fees are reasonable.

Dan was great! He was available to do the consult and the work quickly and he did a great job.

He arrived at the time scheduled and was very professional. He replaced the outlet  in my garage and rerouted the wiring  as was needed. He tested the outlet to make sure it was working.  It didn't take long and I am completely satisfied with the job he did. I would hire him again. Sorry I don't have a photo to include.

I called Fast Handy Electric through Yelp for repair of bathroom fan. It was a very small project, which most electricians did not want to take giving me the runaround, but Edwin and his brother came out and gladly took care of it. They did not try to oversell new fan or unnecessary projects. They offered honest service and reasonable pricing! I had a great experience working with them and would definitely use their services for any future projects. Thank you guys!

Ok- here's a lesson that probably many of you know... find out where your wires are before hanging your TV!  We didn't and wouldn't you know that I picked the spot on the wall that would perfectly puncture our wires (not one but three).  Dave and Sergio came out and fixed everything while consulting me on the way.  Here's my highlights:
- Fast at responding- answered my call at 2pm and made an appt for next day at 10am
-  Great at communicating - called me at 8:30 to say they could be over earlier if that was alright.  Other issues came up and he let know what was happening to ensure I understand and agreed.
- Fantastic at solving the problem- did not leave until it was complete!
