Ray is fantastic!! My old water softener died and needed to be replaced. Ray was quick to respond and accommodate my schedule. When he arrived, we learned that the water softener that had been delivered had a crack in the cover. No problem for Ray...he took it back to Home Depot to exchange for another one. Then he found the correct installation solution (the original had not been installed correctly), did some re-plumbing, and I was up and running that day. In addition to being an amazing plumber, Ray is also a really great guy. I highly, highly recommend RMB Plumbing.

We had an issue with our septic and Freddy from Freedom Plumping came over right away to look at the issue.  True professional.  He took his time to explain the issue and options.  Even-though we didn't use his services, he took his time to make a recommendation and provided a referral.

Viktor was quick to respond to my project request and arrived early! The work was done on time and as expected. He can be relied upon!

Alansi's does ALL my plumbing!!!!  You absolutely cannot find a more deserving plumber.  Yehia is HONEST, HARD-WORKING, UNREASONABLY UNDERPRICED (especially for his level of work!), and just UTTERLY PROFFICIENT in his work.  Unfortunately, or fortunately, (depending on how you view it), his true work has currently afforded him a very busy man.  If you are lucky enough to have Yehia perform your plumbing needs, please show your gratitude with a Yelp review, (as he doesn't take tips).

If you are looking for a reliable, responsive and reasonable neighborhood plumber, Emil is your guy. My tankless water heater died recently; instead of talking to a salesperson/receptionist, I talked to Emil directly and he pinpointed the problem right on the phone. After finding out his rate, I immediately booked an appointment. Note: he either showed up on time or called ahead if he was going to be late.

Long story short, I ended up replacing the heater instead of repairing it; afterall, it's out of warranty. FYI, I usually negotiate/research the price before making any commitment but I didn't bother this time which caught my wife by surprise. Well, I guess you can say I trusted him.

I suddenly found myself with an older GFI plug in the garage which no longer worked and it was affecting the downline electrical as a result.  I asked for a quote on Yelp....schedule the appointment for the same day and the Voltz crew arrived promptly and very quickly fixed the outlet.  Polite, prompt service....executed with integrity.  That is awesome and has my endorsement.

Jason came over at short notice and helped check out my electrical outlets. Though the job was small, Jason's positive attitude of advising and helping his customers was obvious from the word get-go. He fixed the problem, provided us the guidance and did a great job.

Needed a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage for an electric car.   Got several quotes, all recommended, and roughly around the same price range.  What made be decided to go with Willow Glen Electric was I felt they truly understand my installation.   Having a FaceTime conversation with Matt was key to help him understand the layout of the house such as circuit breaker, installation location, and attic space.   In the end, they were the only electricians that felt there was a possibility to route the electrical wires entirely internally.

On the day of installation, the electricians ran into unexpected barriers trying to route the wires in the attic.  Originally, I was concerned they would give up and just install the wires externally, which would definitely be easier but they persisted and explored all options.  After several hours, they were successful and installed the NEMA 14-50 outlet without the need for an external conduit or damaging walls.   My NEMA 14-50 outlet looks as nice as all the other electrical outlets in my house.

These guys are amazing and definitely highly recommended.

Minh installed an L2 EV charger in my house and I feel good about my decision to hire him.  

He's very responsive and came to my house to check things out in person free of charge before delivering a quote.  His quote was good compared to other quotes I had gotten.

I'm no expert on electrical work but I watched him and his associate Duc work pretty much the whole time.  They answered my questions when I had questions, and I feel like their handiwork was very good.  

They seem to have done a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves very well also.  I would hire Minh again for other electrical projects.

I was replacing some recessed lighting with some Philips hue recessed lighting as well as switching a dimmer to a switch. Only one of the lights were turning on.  Julio was nice enough to help me over the phone first for free and if I couldn't figure it out he would come out and help for a fee.  He recommended that I check for loose wiring before he came out. Turned out it was loose wiring.  Julio is definitely trust worthy and I would recommend him and I will be definitely going to him next time for my next project. Will also recommend him to my Facebook group.

We had an absolutely awesome experience with Henry and his crew. They replaced our electric panel, and installed several can lights. They were at our house during a rain storm (what are the chances) and each of the crew members took off their shoes outside to keep our house clean. They did a great cleanup. Also, they came back this past weekend to do the labeling of the panel because they couldn't get it done during their full day at our house. Henry is also very responsive to text messages and was great about keeping in touch with my wife throughout the process. Highly recommend them.

I would like to give 5 stars for the quality of the work.   Unfortunately, the cost was over twice what we expected based on initial discussion with electrician on-site.

The electrician came out to install a new outlet in our garage.  Based on the work to be done, he estimated about 1 hour of work.

Unfortunately, the work took 2.5 hours, with no real explanation as to why it took that long other than, it took that long.  I understand that not all jobs go as expected in regards to the time due to other circumstances, but to underestimate the time by over twice the time, with no explanation as to why, unacceptable!

I needed a tesla charger to be installed and went through yelp. Electrica reached out immediately and asked to schedule a consultation the very next day. Nick promptly showed up on the agreed time and after discussing my options, he gave a very modest estimate on the installation. The very next day he came in to install my charger which took 6 hours. Even though it was one of the hottest days in the month in san jose. He still worked through the blistering sun to get my charger installed. He also flagged some electrical safety hazards that I was not aware about since I was renting this home. He provided suggestions and alternatives to mitigate the situation. I would 100% hire these guys as they are very professional, quick, and responsive at all times.

I hired Electric Heroes to install a light in two guest bedroom closets.  They quoted a good price, and the technician worked efficiently to get it done.  I now have lights with automatic motion sensors, and the price that I paid was exactly what we agreed to beforehand.  Very happy with the service.

Dan Matthews was great! The work I needed was done in a timely matter. I needed my ADT uninstalled as ADT will not remove it, only restart your service. He also installed RING products: new floodlights and doorbell. He is very knowledgeable, clean and attentive to detail. Will definitely continue to contact for future home projects and review each job.

This call was to install a Nest Hello Camera Doorbell after a wire snapped and crawled back in the wall while I was trying to install it myself. Jim's quoted price was reasonable and better than other companies that I had called. After inspecting the situation he informed me he had to drill another hole in the stucco to trace the wire. No problem, except the wire wasn't there. He then told me he has to cut a hole in the drywall inside my house to find the wire. Let me include that nothing in my house is how it is supposed to be. The previous home owner, who was an engineer(not a contractor)rebuilt the house in 1990 after a Christmas tree fire. While most things in the house follow a line of logic, they are not how or where they're supposed to be. That being said, Jim had to cut 3 holes in the drywall to track down the wire. He installed a junction box and covered it with a cover plate,  explaining that it will be easier to go back in later if needed rather than cutting open the wall again. He installed the doorbell where he drilled the stucco and patched the two other holes in the drywall. He swept the drywall dust on the floor and explained I would have to stucco patch the old doorbell hole and apologized for not having any. How polite is that? I was already happy he patched the drywall. The doorbell chime was not working right so he had to troubleshoot it but he figured it out. Overall it ended up being a much more difficult job and headache than anticipated, but he was polite and patient and did great work. He stuck to the agreed upon quoted price, only adding a small amount for the J box and cover plate. I will definitely be using this company for any electrical work that we need done in my house. I can do basic electrical work but I imagine I will be calling him soon for more projects. I am more than happy tto write this review and I will recommend this company to anybody I know that needs electrical work done.

Work was handled by a different electrician but Handy reached to find out why we went with other business. He was well mannered and wanted to improve his customer service; A wise choice. I explained it all came down to money during Covid income is limited, he understood.

It was a great pleasure to work with David Garcia of JR Electric. He showed up on time and gave me an estimate for a job that involved fixing some poorly done work before we moved into the house. He quickly assessed the situation and even made changes in his schedule to get our job done ASAP to leverage the fact that we were having concrete poured and needed to dig a trench to put the electrical lines under the ground (not looped around the top of the house - as it was done when we moved in!!!). He was very pleasant and accommodating some slight changes in his scope to add a few other items. He was extremely professional and completed the job on time and within the budget. He will certainly be our electrician going forward with other jobs.
