Ray was extremely responsive. He came by to do a job that required cutting to into drywall to replace a part.  He arrived with another person who he appeared to be teaching. From his interactions with his partner, it was clear Ray is extremely knowledgable about plumbing. I was very happy with the work they did. We would call him again for any plumbing issue or even a bathroom remodel.

These guys will waste your time.  No show TWICE.  Completely unprofessional.

No show in the late afternoon...so I called to find out if he was still coming.  He got done with a job late so no but he asked to come in the morning.  Thanks for letting me know so I didn't get off work early but hey, this guy has really good reviews on Yelp so let's give it another go.

No show the next morning.

I'm sure they do great work but showing up is half the battle.

No dice.  You had the correct number as we connected both times...first time you said you got off the job late so not coming (after the scheduled window of time) and second time we proactively asked if you were coming out and you texted back a positive confirmation.  So you clearly had our contact information...

Viktor did a great job renovating a shower and a couple of sinks in my very old building (built 1908).

- Showed up when he said he would show up
- Did the work for the price he quoted + materials
- Paid attention to the details, made sure surfaces were level, clean caulking lines
- Replaced pipes in the wall expertly
- Asked the right questions when he needed to

I have used Alansi 3 times before for minor plumbing issues in my older home on the peninsula.  When a series of drain pipe in my crawl space needed to be replaced, I decided to shop around to find a good mix of quality/price.  In the end, I decided to go with Alansi for the following reasons.

- Prompt and professional response. (This was shockingly difficult with others.  Either too busy and/or lack of follow through)
- Very competitive pricing.
- Honesty.
- Consistently high Yelp reviews.

In the end, it was less than 48 hours for the entire process.
- Tues night, text the supervisor some pics of the damage.

Emil is very knowledgeable and experienced.   He had provided me with lots of information and his honest opinions at our consultation.  I especially appreciated his thoroughness and his quick and timely response to my questions.  He and his team installed an Aquasana water filter and a gas Navient water heater. Their work was meticulous and clean!  I will definitely work with Emil again if I ever have any plumbing issues. Thank you so much again!  Everything is working perfectly!

We had Ruben and Eric come over to replace our canned lights.  They were most polite and very helpful on giving sound advice and tips.  You can't ask for any better service.  They were very communicative and clear.  The quote they gave me was the same at the end with no add ons.  They knew what they were doing!  We would definitely call them again in the future for all our electrician needs!  Thank you Ruben and Eric for your service!

Even though we ended up using someone else for this emergency repair, I'm leaving a review because Jason took the time to reach out to me when his office had initially replied that he was pretty booked this week. He sounds like a solid guy so I'm going to try him on some future remodels.

I submitted a request for a quote for over 4000 dollars of recessed lighting.  Cheryl called me back within 24 hours.  She explained pricing and scheduling.  I appreciate her time and professionalism.  I am in the process of obtaining other estimates, but I wanted to give the business 5 stars for responsiveness.

I hired Minh to install a NEMA 14-50A charge point EV charger for my newly purchased house. I hired him because all reviews praised him for excellent work quality. I am glad that he lived up to the review. The project was well done, clean and neat, corroborating what all other reviews are saying. I am very pleased with the job. Would highly recommend.

Good communication. Showed up on time. Car charger was installed within a couple hours and works great. Install looks clean and professional.

Will use again for other electrical work!

Thanks to PG&E mandatory power shutoff. Made the electrical a little whacked out in my house. We called a few different electricians, all but Roger from Formosa Electric was patient and helpful enough to get the power back on. Not only did he provided all the support for free and told us to call him back with anything else needed. Thanks Roger, we'll definitely spread the word about you.

He and his associate did a really nice job and communicated the whole process to me. He even came afterwards to check and redo some of the wiring at no cost (I was having issues with fan itself).

I needed an electrician to install a new outlet to charge my electric car. Found California Power & Light here and gave them a call. Henry came out to give me a quote and was very knowledgable and a really nice guy I know would be easy to work with. He gave me a fair price and was able to do the work in a timely fashion. I'll definitely be calling them back whenever I need electrical work done in the future.

This review is long overdue. I've worked with Adary Electric about 10 times during a 2 year period, with many of these projects requiring multiple days of work. I've dealt with Nadav and Marcie (the owners), and at least 6 different electricians. So I feel I have a very comprehensive view of Adary Electric.

Adary Electric has been the best businesses I've worked with. Their communication is complete and quick, Marcie and Nadav are super helpful and very friendly, and the electricians are professional, clean, and perform excellent quality work. Their prices are fair and the work is completed in reasonable time.

Here are some of the projects that Adary Electric completed for me: rewiring half of my 96-year-old home (which was still knob and tube), replacing my main electrical panel, replacing the electrical cables from the city to my home, installing an electric charger, installing chandeliers, adding outlets, removing overhead lighting, and installing speciality outlets.

Operating on an older home is challenging, and Adary Electric has done a wonderful job. I'm very picky but I've never had to ask Adary Electric to change any of their work. Their electricians are professional and patiently answer all my questions.

While repaving my driveway, we discovered that the city incorrectly marked the main electrical pipe to my house. It turned out that the electrical pipe was only a few inches below my driveway (code required 3 feet), and the pipe was corroded. The city immediately shut off power to my house, and this lasted for 6 days. Nadav and Marcie went above and beyond in coordinating with the city permit and inspection bureaucracy and with my pavers who trenched and laid down a new pipe. I'm grateful for Nadav and Marcie for their attentiveness during this stressful period.

I often joke with Nadav and Marcie that I wish they'd expand their business to include roofing, solar, kitchen remodel, and general construction, so that I can only have to work with them. Thank you so much!

We had a quick simple job, one that I think some others might not have come by for.  Nick gave us a window of time just a couple days out and provided a price right up front.  Others replied with an offer to come by to give us a quote and then let us decide what to do.  It was a very simple job to replace an outdoor electrical outlet.  I provided LOTS of information and photos to enable someone to give a quote online like what Nick did.  He arrived just a little after the window he provided, but it turned out not to be a problem for us.  He did the work quickly and charged a reasonable price.  We would use him again.

I couldn't be happier with the work Roberto did on my projects at my home. I had him install new exterior lights and fix some electrical issues I was having in my garage. Roberto was timely, courteous, and extremely detailed in his work. His knowledge and ability to answer questions and provide helpful suggestions is why I am leaving a review. Hired Dan to install an EV charger in my garage (240 volts 50 amp). He definitely knows his craft and did a clean, thorough job, all of it within a day, as promised. Also very reasonably priced compared to what Tesla installers would charge. 5 stars!

We have an older home with questionable wiring so when the time came to replace a ceiling fan and get up in the cramped crawlspace, these guys were terrific.  Very professional, good communication, will use them again.

If EVER you have electrical problems in your residence call Edwin Of Fast Handy and no one else!!  Everyone talks the talk but his company delivers!

I had total blackout for a month and I called many a electricians who said work can be done but for me to get the permits and when I do, the work can be scheduled months away. NOT Edwin! He said I do this all the time and he arranged the permits and work to be done on replacing my crippled PG&E smart meter within days!!!

Edwin and his crew ( and even the VP of the company) came out and took care of business and had us up and running!!

I have had JR electric over to my own home to install recessed lights. I am a realtor and I use many electricians over the years.
