My main water line broke in the front of my house which threw me into a tail spin and research mode. Many years ago I spent a lot of money pouring a beautiful walkway up to my house and of the course the leak was under the cement walkway. First day I got a local guy to come out and detect the leak. It was near the edge of the concrete but not repairable and from the 70's. There was no way I was going to tear up that walkway. In my research I came upon trenchless water pipe replacement. With this no concrete is torn up. I called a few companies but was especially impressed with Freedom Plumbing's website because I really wanted someone that specialized in the trenchless process. They are located in San Jose and my house was in Clayton so I had a feeling that was too far but called anyway. Freddy answered the phone and was very informative and knowledgeable. You could just tell he knew his stuff. He even gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone and was happy to come all the way to Clayton the next day to look at the job. When I met with him the next day he explained everything and answered all my questions. Two days later Antonio and his crew came out and started on the job. Super nice guys and good at what they do. In one day it was done and my concrete intact. Very interesting to watch the process. Trenchless is the only way to go!!! Don't waste a lot of time calling around, just call Freddy. He and his crew have their act together and will leave everything like they were never there.

Victor and the team are amazing. They are quick and efficient with reasonable prices. They became my restaurant handyman now. I can call or text them they will show up the same day or the next day. I never feel disappointed when I ask for their help.

We hired them to scope out our pipes with a camera and to fix another pipe. Yehia came out and he said he would do the work, but someone else showed up. The guy who showed up, I explained everything to again. We were particularly curious as to where a certain pipe went. When the guy who showed up was done using the camera, I realized that he did not put the camera in that particular pipe. So, I asked him if he could please put the camera in that pipe. He had to remove some bricks to get to that pipe area again and he started literally tossing the bricks on the side instead of just removing them. I finally told him if he kept throwing the bricks that they would break. I felt really uncomfortable at his angry demeanor. I've never experienced that from a contractor before. He did put the camera in that pipe, but I could tell he was not happy. He was also supposed to put a cap on a pipe, which he did, but later I realized it wasn't even the right size and it is just resting on top and the rubber cap was not properly fastened. However, the other pipe that they fixed, they did a good job, although they left a bit of a mess which they cleaned up after I asked.

After calling several electricians with no responses, I got Jason's number and recommendation from Next Door.  What a great find.  He said he would be able to come the next day.  We thought we would have to change out the electrical box ( we had an astronomical timer switch installed), but after assessing the situation, Jason just cleaned out the wires and used the same box....fantastic....no cutting!  Was even nice enough to fix another simple issue.  One of the few business cards we saved.  Thank you Jason!

I needed to fix/replace the old can lights in my kitchen and got a quote from WGE. They were quick to respond and were able to schedule the work about a week and a half out.  They were here today to do the job.  Called to let me know they were on their way, showed up when they said they would, were incredibly friendly, and did a great job.

Minh helped us replace two ceiling fans at our house.   He brought one helper with him and they were both very responsible with masks, gloves, shoe booties.  They did the work correctly and cleaned up after.  
I would definitely use them again - they did a great job!

I am a property manager who was in desperate need of an electrician. Julio and Mauricio were able to come out and give me a same day quote. I am very happy with the response time of the calls, they showed up exactly when they said they would. They finished the job in reasonable time,  kept me updated on the situation and cleaned up. We had two rooms without power in our house. After performing continuity test on all the circuit breakers using a multimeter, I still couldn't identify the problem (all the breakers and the GFCIs are functioning). I called here to see if I can get some professional help.

Even though he wasn't available in person, Roger was extremely helpful over the phone. He very quickly identified the problem as likely to be a daisy chain connection issue in one of the outlets and was kind enough to provide me with detailed instructions on how to troubleshoot it over the phone!! As it turns out, the issue was indeed due to a lose wire nut on the hot wire in a light switch. Seems like this is one of those few places whose owner genuinely cares about solving customer issues (even for free over the phone!!), a rare find these days!

Duke has a tremendous eye for detail. He ensures that electrical work is done not just safely but also in a way that is tidy and looks good. As the person who has to live here long after he has finished and gone, this is very important to me.

Communication is also exceptional - if he does not respond immediately the I can be sure he will call me in a few hours, even on a weekend. He is happy to talk about any aspect of the project and ensure I understand.

I have had Duke do several jobs this past year. The longest was working with PG&E and managing the paperwork for a service upgrade. Duke took care of all the details and liaised with their project manager. While waiting for PG&E we had enough time to reflect and realise we didn't need such an expensive and disruptive solution. Duke was very honest and told me that a much cheaper option was sufficient. We cancelled the project and miraculously he managed to get my deposit money back from PG&E! Duke could have easily done nothing, but instead he did the right thing.

Trust, professionalism and integrity come to mind when I pick up the phone to Duke and ask him back for another job.

Henry and his crew are the best. We called them about getting our remaining fluorescent fixtures replaced with LEDs, and they did a phenomenal job, cleaned up after themselves and were in and out in a couple of hours. Henry helped us understand what different lamps would look like in terms of color and brightness, and we could make the right choice (which is working really well in our space). We were so happy, we had them do the undercabinet lighting as well--which they did the next day. We are SO thrilled with the kitchen and baths now. When we need any electrical work done from now on, they are our go-to guys. Also, terrific prices, and clear communication up front.

Half of my electricity went out yesterday.  I called Adary electric and Kevin showed up promptly to check it out.  Turns out some wiring went faulty in our concrete slab and I was put on the schedule for the next morning.  I was greeted by Adary at 830 the next morning and he informed me what was going to take place.  Wiring was then rerouted from the outside electrical panel to the rooftop and then into breaker panel of our home.  It was a difficult job, but completed beautifully by Victor and Kevin.  They even replaced a faulty under-kitchen sink outlet and fixed our dryers cracked air vent hose.  

Everyone I came in contact with was super pleasant and personable.  Thank you for restoring our power promptly.  We will be using Adary for all our future electrical matters.

Hired Dan to install an EV charger in my garage (240 volts 50 amp). He definitely knows his craft and did a clean, thorough job, all of it within a day, as promised. Also very reasonably priced compared to what Tesla installers would charge. 5 stars!

I used to charge my EV at work. Ever since the pandemic, charging has become a headache, so we decided to install a charger and maybe do some upgrade as needed. Jim and his work partner helped to upgrade our electric panels (main and sub) as well as installed EV charger in the garage a few months ago. Their work was neat and well-done. Communication was easy and quick. They also took care of the city and PG&E permits for us. Highly recommended.

When our water heater broke on Christmas eve, Edwin was here within half an hour and promptly fixed the issue. He came even though they were closed, treating this as an emergency. Really impressed with the great service at Fast Handy! Highly recommend!

Came down to give me a quote. I Spent about 40 min showing him everything. Was supposed to get back to me with a quote. Contacted him after a month and he was sorry that his phone had been acting up and he is busy for the next 6 weeks now.
