Ray is a disappearing breed of plumbers.  He takes great pride is doing the job right the first time for a fair price.  I've used him a couple of times working on our corroded fixtures and pipes.  He doesn't give up, and finds the right way to fix the problem.  I'd use him for any plumbing problem.

Freddy and crew installed a sewer property line clean out for us in the front yard, and their work is professional and efficient at a quoted rate that slightly beat other local services.  Freddy was a friendly and courteous communicator by phone, email, and text, and he and his crew worked over the bizarre time between December and January holidays, mostly working while we were away on vacation.  They pulled the permit, dug the trench, and did the job in about 2 or 3 working days over a 3-week period, with no troubles or complications that I'm aware of.  They safely covered the open trenches during the wait time while the city inspector was unavailable, and they always left our house plumbing connected & fully functional.  I informed them that replacing the yard turf didn't matter much to me as we plan to tear it all out soon anyhow, so I can't judge if they would do a great job on that if desired.  I was able to inspect the work before it was covered up and it looked clean and professional to me (admittedly, no plumbing expertise).  Paid as quoted, done and good!  Nice!

The only thing holding Freedom Underground back from a 5-star review is that some of the formal communication follow-through never happened.  One of my tenants got cranky when the crew showed up to work without prior notice (we'd cleared the general idea of when work might happen, but I'd asked Freddy to tell me when they actually would begin and he didn't), and I asked repeatedly for a copy of a final paper invoice and/or permit information - no luck there.  Still, this is relatively small stuff and I'd use Freedom Underground again, just so long as having precise notification of work and followup paperwork weren't mission-critical for me (they usually aren't for residential plumbing work, so that's fine).  

For me, the most helpful part about this job was that Freddy & crew were happy to do the job with my limited (read: near impossible) availability, so we never met in person, I was never present on site for work, and most communication was texts and after-hours voicemails.  My work life is busy and this is how I operate, so I appreciate others who can match my needs there, and it wasn't a problem for Freedom Underground.  

Overall, a pleasant and efficient company to work with!

He definitely gets the job done. Sent a Yelp help for a damage garage and he reached out very fast. Next day he took a look at it gave me a price and did the job. He knows what his doing and he is super fast and reliable. Will definitely use him again ...

Toilet backed up sunday night and spend couple of hours talking to many shady 24hour service plumber decide to wait until Monday morning to call Alansi's was the best decision.  Alansi's plumber is very professional and help me clear the block toilet and extend the chain in the tank for better flush and he also quickly fixed my dishwasher clog .
They have really reasonable price, no need to check around.
Will be using them from now on.

Called Voltz Electric based on the reviews on Yelp.  And I was not disappointed.  They did fantastic work, were quick, and reasonably priced.  Mike and Ryan were amazingly professional and really nice about explaining the work they were doing and the different options.  And Karen who answered all of my phone calls was great too (helped me schedule two visits and reminded me about upcoming visits).  Thanks everyone!

From start to finish, Jason was professional, informative, and did a clean job. He helped install a Nema 14-50 EV charger, new coax cable, replaced the subpanel, and added a couple light dimmers. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. For anyone looking for electrical work, I highly recommend Jason and Wolfe Electric Co. Minh was great. I was looking to put recessed lighting installed in my home. He was able to give me a quote quick and make recommendations on fixtures and lights. The installation took two days for my entire place to have light installed. His work was very clean and detailed. Everything is working amazing am I am so happy to have worked with Simply Electric. 5 Stars!

Julio from Absolute Power is the best electrician I had ever met.
I wanted to install a grounding rod.  He came to my place to look at panel and suggested that I can actually perform the ground rod installation myself.  He even walk me through the stuff I need to buy and the steps to install it.  He offered to check my work if I will send him pictures of my installation.  Wow.  That save me 350.  I'll definite look from him in future for any electrical work and advice.

Roger and his team were great to work with. They arrived on time, gave honest advise and got the jobs done fast.  His team helped installed two 14-50 NEMA plugs on existing circuit. Within 30 mins, the job was completed.

Awesome electrical team! My cousin is an electrician so we'd normally go to him but sometimes getting on his schedule is tough. I called one of Duke's competitor's first and it took 2 months for him to get back to me with a quote - he eventually ghosted me - for the installation of a ceiling fan in our living room.

Finally called Duke on a Wednesday. He picked up the phone immediately, asked a few simple questions about the job, and I had a rough estimate and promise to return my text with a finalized quote and appointment time later that day. That afternoon, I not only had a quote, but he had also scheduled his drywall guy to patch up the holes his team would have to make immediately following their work.

Two days later, on Friday his guys showed up promptly at the promised time. They were friendly, professional, wore masks when requested, super clean and meticulous in making sure to cover all our furniture and rugs. They completed the work in 2.5 hours and it looked awesome! Ceiling fan worked great and no mess.

The drywall guy showed up 30 min later and was also professional and clean (drywall is messy so this takes extra care).

I paid everything through Duke via Zelle. He was a pleasure to work with and would absolutely use his services again. His price was more than fair. Great to have a back-up electrician that's local and clearly takes pride in his work!

We hired Henry through emberwest fireplace. The quote given was the price we paid. They re routes the electrical so we can mount a TV above the fire place. Did a good job and was very neat. Cleaned up after them selves too.

Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.

Mike came over to fix flickering lights due to a bad breaker. Mike was amazing, super positive, friendly, patient and competent. What more could you ask for? I have scheduled additional work to replace a fuse panel. I look forward to working with them on additional projects as well.

Within 12 hours of asking electricians for quotes to install some GFCI outlets, Nick had come and done the work at a very reasonable price. He was prompt, responsive, and (unlike others) did not try to put us through a $75 consultation for what he recognized to be a straightforward job. Would recommend!

I contacted Electric Heroes after getting many quotes from other Bay Area electricians. From my first virtual consultation to my final inspection (beware San Jose residents...scheduling inspections is the worst), Electric Heroes was great to work with! Mynor and Roberto did great work replacing my Zinsco panel and added a new circuit for my electric water heater. Ana and Zoe were also very responsive to all my questions. Would recommend and would use again!

Professional, competitive prices and respectful service. I placed a request for a bid. Within the hour they responded and after I gave them some details of the job we had arranged a day and time to fix it (same day! No begging or pleading!). They kept in contact with me before they arrived and fixed my problem without a fuss. I have to admit that I enjoyed their sense of humor as well. Put my mind at ease over the problem. Good job and they are my permanent electricians from now on.

My house had some power outage during the big storm at the around the beginning of December. I called more than 5 electricians and ask them to come over to diagnose the issue. Everybody is fully booked and David is the only person who is willing to have a look at the issue at his VERY BUSY schedule. It turned out to be that PG&E power line is the issue, of course, David pointed out. His advise really helps me to identify the cause of the issue and I am very appreciated that his willingness to come over. I left an impression that he is a very caring and professional person. I will definitely contact him when the next electrical problem comes up.
