Almost 10 years ago my husband and I bought a short-sale that needed quite a bit of work. In that time we have slowly but surely been upgrading the house.

And here enters Ray and RMB Plumbing Services. Ray and his crew have done small and large projects for us. He always walks us through the process, explains the pros and cons of different fixes, and he makes it work within our budget.

He just recently redid the bathroom drains --original to a 1960's house! Ray and his crew did it quickly and efficiently and we are very happy with his work.

Our next plumbing adventure will be a remodel and re-piping. Ray knows were are saving up to bring him in to do what he loves best, giving great friendly service.

My main water line broke in the front of my house which threw me into a tail spin and research mode. Many years ago I spent a lot of money pouring a beautiful walkway up to my house and of the course the leak was under the cement walkway. First day I got a local guy to come out and detect the leak. It was near the edge of the concrete but not repairable and from the 70's. There was no way I was going to tear up that walkway. In my research I came upon trenchless water pipe replacement. With this no concrete is torn up. I called a few companies but was especially impressed with Freedom Plumbing's website because I really wanted someone that specialized in the trenchless process. They are located in San Jose and my house was in Clayton so I had a feeling that was too far but called anyway. Freddy answered the phone and was very informative and knowledgeable. You could just tell he knew his stuff. He even gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone and was happy to come all the way to Clayton the next day to look at the job. When I met with him the next day he explained everything and answered all my questions. Two days later Antonio and his crew came out and started on the job. Super nice guys and good at what they do. In one day it was done and my concrete intact. Very interesting to watch the process. Trenchless is the only way to go!!! Don't waste a lot of time calling around, just call Freddy. He and his crew have their act together and will leave everything like they were never there.

Viktor did caulking work for our home and he finished the job nicely. He is easy to work with and accommodating. I would hire him again.

Fantastic - called after hours, and Yehia called me back. He was here quickly, and cleared our drainage issue in no time at all. Definitely recommended and will be using Alansi's again!

We needed an automatic emergency gas shut off valve replaced per code in the city we live in. The lack of that unit was holding up permitted work at my home. I was referred to Polis plumbing and was not disappointed. Emil fit me in his schedule in less than a week and had the unit installed quickly, neatly and explained how it works as well. Emil and Polis plumbing was very professional, courteous and clean. I would highly recommend Polis plumbing and would contact them for any further plumbing needs of my own.

I had hired Voltz Electric before to install my 240V EV2 car charger, and decided to use them again to install some canned LED lighting throughout the house.

No regrets at all. Once again, I was really impressed with the work they did. Matt is great to deal with, honest and very accommodating. The team that worked on our lighting finished in 2 days, and did a superb job with the installation. They kept the site clean the whole time, were very professional throughout the installation, and provided some useful suggestions on what lights to get and the best way to position the lights we had. We have vaulted ceilings, one which touches up against the roof, which made the job very difficult, but they got the work done and left no drywall damage. The installation was completely clean.

These guys are great. I am really happy we found them and we plan to stick with them for future projects. I highly recommend them for any electrical work you need done.

Jason is a wonderful person and very skilled electrician. The electrical system of my house is pretty old. Several lights and power outlets did not work since a couple of weeks ago. Jason analyzed various possibilities and designed several tests to verify his theory. He figured out which part in the system was broken. He told me that the the problem could be solved in several ways and analyzed which way would be most appropriate for my case. It was not trivial to fix very old electrical system, but he solved the problem nicely and elegantly. I highly recommended him to others.

These guys were great...very prompt, courteous and clean!  And they came back for inspection when they said they would.

One day an entire room lost power and none of the breakers tripped, which left me stumped. Minh quickly responded to my Yelp quote inquiry with very reasonable pricing and was over in a few hours. Being that we are in COVID times and I have high risk elderly in my house, I greatly appreciated that Minh wore a face mask, gloves, and shoe coverings and maintained social distance at all times. He identified and repaired the issue, patiently educated us on why it happened and how to prevent it from occurring again, and checked in a few days later to make sure we were happy.

Julio cares! He is authentic and service oriented. There was an issue with lights not functioning at my mother's house. We were being quoted between 185-300 for techs to come out to investigate. Instead Julio decided to first see if it might be a simple fix that he could walk me thru over the phone. And it worked! So appreciative of that. I am keeping them in my contacts for any future needs.

I have a 50 years old 100A power panel that need upgrade and Roger was recommended from multiple friends. So I do have confident that I am in good hand since power is one of the most important thing for a home.

First, he schedule for PG&E, City permit so I really don't need to worry anything. After all work finish, I could not believe the work that Robert did, clear and without a mess. He also kind enough to give me advice and help on some electrical issue I have with wall plug.

I highly recommend Roger if you have electrical issue or modify/upgrade power panel at your home.

Duke and his crew did a wonderful job with several electrical jobs as part of rental renovation. They installed recessed LED lighting in the kitchen and living room, added a new 125A subpanel in the garage, new 50A EV outlet, new 50A oven outlet, and upgraded an aging 100A main Zinsco panel with a 200A one. Duke applied for and coordinated permits and inspections with the city of Campbell.

Eddie and Jayden were especially great to work with. Price was reasonable compared to the other two electricians I for quotes from.

I highly recommend California Power & Light Corp.  Henry was referred to me by a good friend after I had a terrible experience with a contractor I had engaged through Home Advisors.

Our front porch lights (3 in total) had sort of stopped working; one worked, but the other two didn't.  I didn't think it would be a complicated issues, so contacted Home Advisors and set up a fixed price appointment.  The contractor they sent was here for several hours and couldn't fix the issue.  He made a mess of the area he worked in and I couldn't understand 90% of what he said.

Henry and his team were here for under an hour, found the issue, explained everything to me in a way that I could understand it and fixed all the issues.

I needed an outdoor outlet installed on my house. Nick from Electrica immediately stopped by for an estimate. The quote was very fair so I decided to have the job done right away. Brayan from Electric Heroes installed a light fixture for us today. We were very pleased with our experience. It was easy to get a quote. Ana from Customer Service was friendly, and was responsive in answering our questions and setting up an appointment. Brayan called before arriving and did a good job on the installation. He was courteous and cleaned up after working. The price was as quoted, with no surprises. Everything went very smoothly. We would definitely work with Electric Heroes again.

Love to work with Dan on my home projects. He installed the charging outlet in our garage in a timely manner and simplistic style, so we followed up with a request to add ceiling lights in multiple rooms. Dan brought his grandson to help with installing the lights during the weekend without extra charge and we greatly appreciate the final results. If I have any future electrical needs, Dan would be my No.1 number to call.

My smoke detectors were chirping a lot despite changing the batteries and vacuuming out the dust in them.  After a few days, I contacted Jim and he responded quickly with a fair quote and an appointment to replace them.  He was punctual, efficient and friendly and answered all my questions. If EVER you have electrical problems in your residence call Edwin Of Fast Handy and no one else!!  Everyone talks the talk but his company delivers!

I had total blackout for a month and I called many a electricians who said work can be done but for me to get the permits and when I do, the work can be scheduled months away. NOT Edwin! He said I do this all the time and he arranged the permits and work to be done on replacing my crippled PG&E smart meter within days!!!

Edwin and his crew ( and even the VP of the company) came out and took care of business and had us up and running!!

We had bought a new induction cooktop in preparation for a kitchen renovation. But the old cooktop died before the renovation could start and we needed a quick install. I called JR based on Yelp reviews. David scheduled a 1-hr window for the next day and showed up on time. He and Sergio were knowledgeable, experienced and competent. They had to do some chipping of tile base and sawing of cabinet frame that protruded into the cooktop cutout so the new one would fit. They handled that well, got all the electrical done well and left us with a perfectly installed new cooktop. Communications were great throughout the entire process. I didn't compare prices, so I can't comment on that aspect, but for the time spent I think it was a reasonable price. I'd definitely use them again.
