Ray and his crew came out when I was in a real pinch and I needed a water heater quickly.

He happily came out and installed my water heater.  The job was not a standard installation so RMB had to come out several times.  RMB Plumbing stayed late until the job was complete.  He was very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had hot water.

Ray always answered the phone when I called and his pricing was very fair without sacrificing quality.
Ray and his team very very polite and cleaned up the site when they left.

Really excellent service.  Freddie gave a quote and came and did the work when he said he would.  There was also a problem of another pipe that got broken during the repair of the first.  Freddie came back and fixed that too.

Viktor was quick to respond to my project request and arrived early! The work was done on time and as expected. He can be relied upon!

Great customer service comes with a price. Not with this company. Not only do they respond right away and follow-up on your appointment, but they are first-rate efficient and knowledgeable, not to mention the fact that our guy, Yehia, was the coolest plumber I've ever met.  

Yehia presents himself with a cool and confident demeanor, and you get a sense that your plumbing issues will be taken care of. He was very courteous and patient with our questions. He explained everything with great clarity and detail on what's wrong with our situation, and as to what he intended to do to solve the problem.

Yehia fixed our sink in no time, and as I was about to hand him the check for his services, I asked if I can include the tip with the payment. He said that he doesn't accept tips, and that for as long as the customer is very satisfied with his work, then he feels that he has done his job well and tipping was unecessesary. Coolness, indeed.

Prices for services are reasonable and warranty is included (got  2 months warranty for free). We will definitely recommend this company to our friends and relatives that's for sure!

We had a problem with our tankless water heater, while other services tried to sell us a new unit, Emil was honest and was able to fix our existing unit at a reasonable price. Would recommend his services to others!

They installed 2 new light fixtures, replaced switches and put a bathroom fan onto a separate timer switch. Another company had estimated a much higher fee, saying it would be a 2-day job, and had a 3-yr. warranty. Voltz completed the work in 3 hours and their warranty is 5 years!

Matt was able to quickly schedule our project so if needed, I could return the light fixtures I bought online, within the 30-day return period. We discussed other future household projects we could use their help with in the future, and we will definitely call them.

We are very happy with their work.

This a scam business.  Hire them if you want to be nickeled and dimed at a massive markup.  If you reschedule they'll charge you full fare and claim they showed up and completed work.  What a joke.

In response:  Matt, apparently I must have misread the following Attached is your invoice for the electrical project we completed for you which is now due.?  That says completed, no?

Thanks for the discount and your flexibility-  $200 for completing nothing.  I'd expect, what, another $200 to complete the completed job?  For what?  To unscrew a fusebox and install a $10 GE fuse.  What a bargain!  $400 for a fuse!  I'm so happy you believe this isn't nickeling and diming - especially after we hired your business to the tune of $15,000 last year.

Update:  we had a licensed electrician visit to diagnose our recent issues.  During this visit the $15,000 upgrade that Willow Glen also completed last year became quite an interesting topic.  Findings (screenshot of quote attached)

1. Sub-Panel was not permitted
2. Sub-panel was not in a firewall
3. There was no nolax on aluminum wiring
4. Breakers were not torqued down correctly 5. Poor overall workmanship

So the $3000 quoted to complete Willow Glen's completed work.  Well, we'll just take that elsewhere.

Extremely prompt on Yelp messages, I mostly communicated with Minh through Yelp and got an initial quote from him. Most businesses on Yelp were vague or didnt offer a quote at all. After explaining my set up, the quote needed to go up - (my condo set up is very difficult for most contractors).

I wanted a dedicated circuit in my 2 bathrooms so I could have a bidet in each. To come out and estimate the work was free, and he never over promised anything but said that he would try to make my setup work.  

On the day of the install, they inspected the wall spaces by going through the attic. One bathroom was relatively easy, the other one near the exterior wall had a lot of piping and a beam blocking the bottom area so the only location they could put it was in a higher up area above the toilet - it's not ideal but it is functional for what we needed. They also did a nice job with the circuit panel switch replacements and labeling.

From start to finish was about 6 hours (8am to 2pm). They were on time, courteous, and cleaned up after the work was done.

Minh is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a very honest guy. If anything comes up I will update, otherwise his service has been great!

Too expensive for what they do. $250 for a hot check and they could not tell me the reason for my lights flickering even when the power was oscillating. In the end I paid them $250 to change a light bulb!! They also charge $200 to change a light which is way too steep. Professional and reliable but price does not reflect the output in my opinion.

They did a super good job. Our project was complicate and a few electricians worked for it. No ones can close the case during 5 months, until Roger's team involved. They works with very professional way and very reasonable price. Of course we will introduce them to our friends.

Very rude. I have no idea how he got his rating. Came in to provide estimate and walked out abruptly without saying even bye when he realized this is not a $10K+ job.

After sorting through two other license electricians we got this outfit to do a major electrical job at our home based based on personal reference.  They have done work for both commercial and residence.  This outfit is the best of the best.  Prompt service.  Professional work.  Reasonable price.  Friendly.  Outline the works to be done in a clear and concise manner.  Work done in compliance with codes and regulations.

You would not regret going with this outfit.

I had Nick installed a 14-50 outlet in my house for EV charging. It was easy to set up a quick appointment with him. He was very responsive on yelp, arrived on time, and finished the work early.

Great service and excellent work! I needed an outlet installed and they were able to get me in quickly. They showed up on time, were excellent at communicating with us, and their fees are reasonable.

I reached out requesting assistance with replacing a light fixture and repairing an under the kitchen cabinet light. Dan recommended replacing all the under the cabinet lights with LED due to chronic issues with under the cabinet lights. I purchased the LED lights and Dan came out and replaced all 3 lights and installed the new light fixture. $250 minimum for 2 hours of work. Dan did it all within 2 hours. I would recommend Dan and will be contacting him again for any future needs.

Wow! Edwin was very professional, knowledgable, and reliable. We called him about a seemingly difficult project in our backhouse, and he was able to come out the same week and fix it in just a day! And he went above and beyond what we had asked him to do and gave us a great price for it. We will definitely be using him for all of our electrical needs in the future!

I highly recommend this company.   David and his crew did a great job rewiring my sub-panel that controls the pool equipment.  They worked all day last Sunday until after dark outside in the cold to get it done.  My Pool maintenance guy was thoroughly impressed and asked for their contact info.   David is very responsive and makes sure the job is done correctly.  I think their prices were very reasonable.

The issue I had was that the 30 yr. old underground conduit connecting the main to the sub deteriorated and collapsed destroying the wiring.   David's team did a great job to replace it without having to deal with underground conduit and concrete.
