Raymond is such a considerate plumber. He talked my husband through the replacement of the hose within the kitchen faucet. Raymond helped us save the cost of having him or one of his plumbers come do the work themselves. He is generous. A true plumbing expert! We have called upon his services a number of times and he is fair in his cost and the work product is outstanding. He's just awesome!

Freddy, the owner, is a honest guy. We have a smelly bathroom. We thought we had a plumbing or septic tank issue Freddy came over and checked it out. He had his assistant went up to the roof to examine the roof vent. As it turn out, we don't have a proper vent roof for the bathroom and that's why the bad gas has no where to go. He suggested that we find a general contractor to install the roof vent properly.  He did not charge us anything for coming over. He is knowledgeable for the plumbing for the whole house. We appreciate his help very much!

Victor and the team are amazing. They are quick and efficient with reasonable prices. They became my restaurant handyman now. I can call or text them they will show up the same day or the next day. I never feel disappointed when I ask for their help.

In early March, I called 3 licensed plumbers that were recommended on Yelp to give me an estimate to replace my Hot Water Heater with a Tankless water heater. Before Covid hit.

One other plumber came out first and was so slovenly and unprofessional as to make me uncomfortable. I asked him questions about Tankless Heaters and he seemed to be less than fully knowledgeable about them. He gave me a ballpark figure and although he promised, he never provided a written estimate, even after I called and asked a week later. I did want to have an idea of the market for this work.

The second plumber simply wouldn't return my calls after he did not show up for an appt.......

Emil then came out and was prompt, texted me that he was going to be late and showed up in a neat professional Van only a few minutes late, not even worth alerting me, but he did.

He was courteous, and listened to my thoughts. He made recommendations and I quizzed him on tankless heaters based on my research. Clearly he knew Tankless. He discussed the major brands and the Pros and Cons. He steered me to a certain Brand, type and size based on my needs. This matched my research, so I felt comfortable.

He gave me an estimate immediately. It was complete, price was very fair, and included annual service. I accepted it.

He couldn't come back to do the work for a few months due to the lockdown. I called him before that and told him I was thinking of installing the heater in a different location that was farther from the existing water heater than we had discussed and could he please come out to discuss it so that we were both comfortable with the plan. He did, and we spent 20-30 minutes looking things over and describing how he could run the pipes. We agreed to a setup and he said the cost wouldn't change.

After all was said and done the install was great.

Installed in 1 day and everything was in place. He had one helper and they were neat and efficient. The install was tidy, and looks great. While he was there he noticed that my water pressure regulator at the main spigot wasn't working. I had him replace that as well, which he did promptly the next day.

A real highlight was that he provided EXCELLENT, courteous thorough service after the install showing a lot patience with me, when I had a minor concern weeks later.

I have had the water heater for 6 months now and it works great.

It was Great working with Votlz.  They were very responsive to my timeframe after I fired my contractor and I was able to work directly with them.   They helped my project along as well as kept within my budget.  I will always call them for any of my electrical needs large or small.

I've hired Wolfe Electric to install outlets in my attic. Jason was very friendly and did the job in a clean and time-efficient way. His initial estimate was 2 hours, but he finished up everything in one. He was also paying attention to what was going on in my house and identified a leak in my air conditioning system. I've hired him again to fix the lights in front of my house and I messed up with timing. He was very patient with the fact that I've rescheduled multiple times that day and actually ended up cancelling the appointment. I've already sent his information over to my friends and Wolfe Electric Co. is my go-to company when it comes to anything electric.

The whole process was easy and clear. They have a great web portal to track quotes and correspondences. Responses were exceptionally quick. When coming to my home, was able to track their car location via map to know when exactly they'll arrive. My EV plug was installed in a single visit, with good-looking duct work in my garage. Passed city inspection without issue. Very professional.

Needed to get a medium job which required pulling in a new circuit, putting in switches, lights, and electrical boxes outdoors.  Minh (and team) always wore masks (safety first), did exceptional work, and did not do any upsell, or provide new surprises.  During the free estimate, he provided several options, including ones that would reduce the cost --- this was refreshing.  

Minh and his crew showed up on time (every time), were clean and courteous.  He had highlighted issues that could arise, and potential solutions *before* the work started, so everything went according to our discussion for the free estimate.  He even agreed to come back two months later to complete putting up the fixtures that had been back-ordered.

It is hard enough to find an electrician these days, let alone ones that provided fair pricing (I got several quotes), do exceptional work, have high standards for safety, and most of all, is honest.   How refreshing!

The power went out in my elderly parents house and only one outlet was working. I thought maybe a circuit breaker problem. I called Julio based on the Yelp reviews. He told me to call PG&E because it might the powder line disconnected and holding on by a thread. I called PG&E and they came right away and fixed the power line. He saved my parents an electrician bill. Julio's integrity, professionalism and willing to help by phone before coming out was greatly appreciated. Julio is a class act!

This is a delayed review. Roger and Gary was very nice people to work with, efficient, professional and easy to communicate.

I called Duke on a Wednesday for a quote to do recessed lights in my new two-story house. He followed up with a text message and we arranged for a free in-person consultation for Saturday. He was 1 of 3 electricians I reached out to for a quote, he was 1 of 2 that responded timely and of the two he was the higher quote, but the better choice.  I decided to go with Duke because:

1) He came to the house and walked through each area explaining his process and approach which informed the proposal he later provided. Through text message he gave a 'cost per light' quote to give us a sense of the total cost of the project, then while at the house we talked about the number of lights that would be optimal for each area of the house.

2) He was able to squeeze in my project, between two other projects he had scheduled, for a completion date of within two weeks from the time I initially called. I called Jan-15 and the lights were installed by the 29th.

What made me feel good about working with Duke:

1) He got us quotes for a drywall/paint person to patch up holes and they worked together.

2) He spent the entire first day mapping out the ceilings and worked with us to try out a few different placement ideas for the more problematic areas of the house.

3) He encouraged us to get quotes from other electricians so we would become more knowledgable in the process and feel good about the decisions we were making.

What you should know: We got our contract (proposal for work) and invoice when the work was almost done. A lot of the decisions and changes we made were verbal and on occasion recapped through text message. We were comfortable with that approach since it was within a short timeframe.

I highly recommend California Power & Light Corp.  Henry was referred to me by a good friend after I had a terrible experience with a contractor I had engaged through Home Advisors.

Our front porch lights (3 in total) had sort of stopped working; one worked, but the other two didn't.  I didn't think it would be a complicated issues, so contacted Home Advisors and set up a fixed price appointment.  The contractor they sent was here for several hours and couldn't fix the issue.  He made a mess of the area he worked in and I couldn't understand 90% of what he said.

Henry and his team were here for under an hour, found the issue, explained everything to me in a way that I could understand it and fixed all the issues.

We've been using Adary for years.  Nabav Adary handled a very difficult chandelier wiring and installation in our dining room. We just had Robert fix our heated bathroom floors, and he was a delight to have in our home. Great  people and electricians if you live on the Penninsula.

Nick did an excellent job installing our Tesla Wall Connector. He was professional, gave several options, and was clear with any questions we had. Nick was very knowledgeable and even gave my 8 year old son a quick lesson in electrons!

Yelp sent my request and they have asked for name, phone, email and full name for possible contact. That was 5 days ago and still nothing yet.

Update: There was an appointment provided, so we met. So far so good. Will update this review as things develop.

Had an urgent need to get electrical outlet installed outside of the house when I was switching from cable to fiber.  Went through the usual Yelp process to get quotes, had a couple of very high quotes that didn't seem reasonable.  Then, one of the merchant called back didn't have availability, but recommended EChiBon.  With in minutes, Jim (business owner) responded and we corresponded over text to get him the details of what's needed, sent pictures and etc, he was onsite within a couple of hours and got the job done.

Although a small job, but given the experience and the perceived competence, I won't hesitate to use EChiBon again in future jobs.

Needed to have some electrical lines rerouted quickly due to construction scheduling changes.  I called and they gave me a preliminary quote over the phone.  Once they came, they told me it would actually be cheaper to do.  Work was done as explained, and I will be using them again

Needed smart dimmer installed scheduled an appointment. David gave an update on the eta within scheduled time . Arrived promptly. Wore shoe covers . He and his son were very nice and polite, got to work right away. Completed the job within 15 minutes. Made sure everything works correctly .
Overall very positive experience will definitely recommend to friends and family .
