Ray was extremely responsive. He came by to do a job that required cutting to into drywall to replace a part.  He arrived with another person who he appeared to be teaching. From his interactions with his partner, it was clear Ray is extremely knowledgable about plumbing. I was very happy with the work they did. We would call him again for any plumbing issue or even a bathroom remodel.

After 70 years, the main water line to our house started leaking badly--200 galleons a day by my measurement. I wanted to replace it by underground boring from the curb to underneath the house (boring under the foundation). This seemed like a simple request to me, but in fact the first 4 contractors, all claiming to do trench less work, said they could not do it, and offered expensive alternatives that in a couple of cases would have destroyed virtually unreplacable  landscaping or involved jackhammering up concrete.

Freddy from Freedom Underground Plumbing said he could do it my way, and for a price less than any of the others. Sure enough, his crew did exactly what I wanted with only very minor damage to the landscaping. A tremendous relief to me after several months of fretting and getting scolded by EBMUD! The work was performed under a permit and passed first time. The yard was left clean and dirt-free. Freddy and the crew were easy to work with. Highly recommended

Viktor is exceptional. He did several jobs for us including installing a new faucet, wall-hanging desk, heavy duty shelves and an outdoor swing. I woke up this morning and found water pooling out of my drains in our garage.  Of course I was completely freaked out.  After making numerous calls to different plumbing companies, I came across Alansi's with a lot of recent Yelps. After talking to Yehia, he gave me a time frame of when they would be out. I received a courtesy call from Moe, letting me know that he was on the way.  He was very nice and professional and knew how to take care of our problem.  He was knowledgeable and explained everything to me.  He completed my repair, cleaned up the work area and charged me a fair price.

I had a broken water t-connector inside of the drywall where it connected to one of my sinks in the master bathroom. I called and had Emil to come out to give me an estimate. Emil was very responsive. He responded to my request and text promptly. He didn't only replace the t-connector for me but also install the rest of p-trap for me without extra charge. His quote was reasonable and I was very happy with his work. I'll use Emil for my future plumbing work for my rental property as well as my primary home. I'd also like to recommend Emil to anyone who needs plumbing work in the tri-valley area for his good work.

The guys at Voltz got to invade and eradicate my electrical nightmare recently.  There was a lot of head-shaking and looks of disbelief on both sides, but I wasn't as surprised as they were at what they found.

It cost me a decent chunk of change to fix what needed to be fixed, but I fully-expected the cost to be much higher for the work these fine gents did.  Now I can sleep at night knowing that what's behind my walls is up-to-code and a billion times safer that what I had before.

Started out with 2 electricians for a troubleshoot of our downstairs lighting, but quickly blossomed into 4 when Matt became aware of the situation and what work I wanted done.  All of the guys were extremely knowledgeable, nice and professional.  They kept me updated on all of their findings throughout the process and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the issues.

I'm completely happy with the finished product and I will definitely use them again for any future work.

Julio is such an amazing guy. I called him about an electrical upgrade for my door bell to get it running around 16V. Because it was straightforward for him, Julio decided to take the time to ask me some quick questions, walk me through on how to locate the transformer, and describe in detail on how to safely upgrade it. He could have come to me place and charged me his rate for a simple task (well... not for the common folk), but he decided not to. He is an honest, professional, and kind-hearted individual that I will be sure to contact for all future electrical tasks I have in mind.  What an all around great guy. Thanks Julio!

I had a great experience working with Duke on getting recessed lighting installed in my new house. We had spoken to several electricians in the area and received quotes from them all - Duke impressed us because you could tell that he cared about getting the job done properly and correctly. He gave us suggestions for our original plan, such that we ended up deciding to change the installation locations based on his advice, as well as remove additional beams from the ceilings so that everything would look better. His input is valuable and you can tell that not only does he know what he's talking about, but he also cares about his clients. He was quick to respond to our questions and even called us late at night to confirm work details. The quote he gave us was reasonable - not the cheapest and not the most expensive ones we had received.

On the day of installation, Duke and his partner showed up on time and finished the work promptly. There's open communication throughout the entire process, which I appreciate because these projects can get quite complex. Very happy with the results, would recommend Duke Electric.

Henry was very responsive when he gave me a quote over the phone to install some motion floodlights on our home.  His Team was very friendly and professional.  It is obvious that they know what they were doing.  They were efficient and answered any questions that I had.  I would highly recommend them.  In fact, we already recommended them to a relative for some work that he also needed done.

If there was a 6-star rating available on Yelp, I'd use it for Adary Electric.  My wife and I are geeking out our house with automated wireless light switches.  Had a different electrician out here who completely jacked up all of our 3-way switches.  Half my house was still dark when I pretty much kicked the guy out of my house!  Obviously cooking under the light of a flashlight wasn't going to play.  I called Adary, and the owner, Nadav, was out here the next day.  He applied his advanced electrician magic and we were up and running in a few hours.  Nadav is super smart and one of the nicest guys we've ever had working on our house.  Extremely highly recommended.  Oh - and very fairly priced.

Great work and amazing prices. I moved into an old house with unsafe knob and tube wiring, so I had to get the whole house rewired. Out of 4 bids, Electric Heroes was the most affordable, AND they assured me they would not have to cut into the walls much to route the new wires. Other electricians said that they would have had to cut 20+ holes in the wall throughout the house. This ultimately saved me additional work, money, and headache which was greatly appreciated.

Highly recommended and they will definitely be my first call for electrical issues and projects in the future.

We are looking for a panel upgrade for our house. Jim gave us a very competitive price with quick response. During the process Jim always keep us updated with latest. For example pge rescheduled our appointment due to weather conditions and he was able to notify us ahead and reserved a new appointment later. In the actual project day everything went well and finished it within the estimated time. The inspection passed on the same day. Overall we had a great experience working with Jim for the project.

In San Jose, last night around 6 pm we discovered our Master Bedroom and Bath were without electricity.  The breaker had blown.  Wouldn't reset.  Looked on Yelp for 24 hr. electrician with 5 stars and found a great electrician who was here by 7 PM.  Yes, it was slightly expensive but worth it.  He couldn't find problem last night in 2 hours.  He narrowed it down.  Oh, affected the furnace/AC too.

Back this morning and Clifford said that he woke up at 4 AM thinking about where the problem was.  He checked every plug in 2 rooms, hallway and bathroom as well as crawl space.  Finally found the problem.  Very simple to fix once he found it.  Was punctual, went the extra mile and was very pleasant.
