This time it was the hot water heater. Came home late at night to a minor flood in the garage. Contacted RMB Plumbing and Ray diagnosed the issue over the phone. Came out the next day on time and ready to rumble. The big man gets things done wothout taking any shortcuts and performs high quality work. Thanks to Freddy for coming to diagnose our problem. Showed up on time with a call ahead to say he was on his way. Thorough inspection, gave good advice even though it was for work his company does not do. Charged nothing for the visit. Seems honest, knowledgeable and fair.

Sent Viktor a Yelp and responded quickly.   Quoted a great price and was able to come out the next day to install my new garbage disposal.  He arrived and had slippers to change into for the house.  He did a very thorough and precise job.  He made sure that everything was working and made sure there was no leakage what so ever.  He also replaced some small parts to my pipes for no extra charge.  He cleaned up everything before leaving and showed me that my new garbage disposal was working fine without any issues.  Great service and value for the excellent work provided.   Will definitely hire for other small jobs around the house.  Thank you.

This is a great business that is professional and provides top-notch customer service.  I used Alansi's a few years ago for a couple major projects in my condo.  I was very happy with their work then so I didn't hesitate to call them up again over an issue I was having with a bathroom faucet.  The guy on the phone asked me what the issue was and after hearing me describe it, he diagnosed the problem on the spot and told me how to fix it.  Done!  A five minute call to Alansi was all it took, and it didn't cost me a dime.  Other businesses may have just scheduled an appointment and come to fix the problem and charge me $165.  Instead, Alansi saved me the trouble and saved me money - that's the kind of professional service that keeps customers happy and loyal.

Emil is amazing.  We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom that was going into our garage on a Friday night.  I messaged Emil through Yelp, and he responded the next morning and was able to come out the same day.  Before he opened the wall, he suggested that he could try sealing the drain from the inside before he opened the ceiling in the garage.  I really appreciated Emil trying to find a cost-effective fix before a major repair.  It didn't work, but Emil was able to come out quickly on Monday and fix the leak.  He had given me a quote for the work when he came out initially, but the final charge was several hundred dollars lower.  He is very professional and made sure to clean up EVERYTHING in the garage and our bathroom.  SUCH GREAT SERVICE!!!  Emil is wonderful, and I will never go anywhere else for our plumbing issues.  Thank you, Emil!!!

Can't really comment on their actual work as I had to cancel my work order, but their customer service and response time warranted that I write a little review based on just that - I had a problem with my dryer tripping an old breaker. I called around and every other electrician service quoted me at least a week lead time before a technician could check it out. Matt had someone at my home within 2 hours. The technician was very personable and made mention that my circuit box was an obsolete model known to cause electrical home fires. At first I thought it was an upsell play, but after doing research I found out that the box I had really was the cause of several house fires and had been put out of production in the 1970's. My wife and I were going to pay to replace the box (which we were quoted an average price for parts and labor), however the landlord did not want us to make the improvements ourselves so we had to cancel it - Voltz hassle free refunded us our down payment so quickly we actually had the check in hand the very next day. I regret not being able to have Voltz complete the work, if its anything like their customer service it would have been top-notch.

There were several power outlets in my house which didn't work consistently, including the ones for the garage opener and the washing machine.  After checking the reviews left on yelp, I decided trying to reach Jason.  Surprisingly (a good surprise!), he picked up the phone right away, and told me he can stop by - he just finished one job and had a little bit time for me before going to the next.  Within an hour, he had identified where the problems were, and fixed all of them !

I will give him more than 5 stars if I can.

The guys at Willow Glen Electric are really fantastic. After purchasing a new home, we had them out to do a quick survey of the existing electrical and install some new recessed lighting. Their guidance was spot on. They worked with us to select the best arrangement for our new lighting and discussed various pros and cons of different products. The final result of their work was extremely clean and exceeded our expectations. The entire team at Willow Glen Electric is extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. We've since had them back to do additional lighting work which has always done to the same very high standards.

Minh was professional, knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. He did a great job on my home's recessed lighting. I highly recommend him for your electrical needs.

We would like to install 240V power outlet. We have been shopping for about 3 companies and Absolute Power gave us the most reasonable price. Seriously, you need to check with Absolute power as the price quote by the other two companies is almost 2x higher!
The method they use to pull the electric line to our garage is minimizing the damage that needs to cause in our house. Some electrician would need to make a big hole in our wall and drill here and there.
They get it done in half a day, faster than expected.
Our house crawl space is inside our baby's room, Mauricio and the worker did it quietly and carefully trying to minimize the noise of waking my baby up. Appreciate that so much!
We went shopping with them to purchase the material in home depot. Well, I was hoping to get more discount with their contractor ID (which they claimed that there will be a discount, however, there is no discount. At first I thought to give a 4.5 stars because of this but...seeing they helping us maintaining the cleanliness of our house and considerate enough to not waking up my baby, I will give 5 stars! Their action and attitude on carrying out the work are not what money can buy.

We purchased our first EV vehicle and Duke installed the home charger for us. Duke worked around our schedule and made sure the job was done right for a reasonable price. We had ordered a BMW EV charger and after Duke installed it we found out the charger was faulty. He helped us uninstall the charging unit and said he would come back to reinstall the new unit as soon as we received it. Although he had done his job and it was not his fault the unit was faulty, he never mentioned payment. We reordered a different unit and as soon as we received it, he made arrangements to come and finish the job. He did an excellent job.

We also had Duke install two electrical plugs in our fireplaces. He did an excellent job with those as well. I highly recommend Duke's services.

Henry and his team did an excellent job installing our new electrical panel. Henry was very responsive to our needs and concerns regarding the project. He completed the work ahead of schedule with the utmost professionalism. He made the process very easy by obtaining the necessary permits and inspections  to complete the installation of our electrical panel in a timely manner.
I would highly recommend California Power & Light.

Have had one experience with Adary but they were easy to schedule with, not expensive, and the handyman sent was very thorough and communicative through the process.  Would be glad to use them again.

I contacted Electrica for a quote to install a 240V power outlet so compare with a quote for another electrician. I was very impressed with their response time. They requested some extra information and provided me with a quote right away, without having to come and see my place. Note only was their quote lower than the first electrician I contacted, they were also available to do the work much sooner.

The day of the install, the electrician showed up on time and did solid work. Everything looks great and works as expected. They were also careful to match exactly the specification I needed for my appliance. They had also given me a estimated completion time and they completed the work within this timeframe.

I definitely recommend Electrica and would use again. Very professional and friendly.

Idan: I appreciate you taking time to response to my feedback. I didn't have issue with what you quoted you would do, but I have feedback on HOW they were done. e.g. I did not have any problem with the hole not being patched. I did not write that as a problem in my feedback. What you left out (outlet mounted upside down and didn't clean up after the job is done) was interesting.

As for the EV charger, you told me that it is not within your capacity to pull the permit, which you initially recommended for the work. Why would I decide to go ahead with it?

Jim was very professional and communication was great through the whole process. My light switches had wiring and faulty switch issues. Everything was done in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonably. Highly recommend.

I would absolutely recommend David and his crew. We initially contacted them because of their positive Yelp reviews and were not disappointed. David came in person to evaluate our space and give a reliable quote, he was very responsive, and he was flexible with our scheduling. He booked us for two days but he and his crew worked from 8:30-5:30 and finished our job in just one day with very minimal damage to our drywall and hardly any mess in our house. They installed 10 recessed lights (4 of which required removing an old wooden light box first) and 2 pendants and also swapped in a new chandelier. I found David and his crew to be extremely professional -- prepared, fast, considerate, friendly, and not trying to oversell us. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their lighting projects. Thank you, David!
