Ray was extremely responsive. He came by to do a job that required cutting to into drywall to replace a part.  He arrived with another person who he appeared to be teaching. From his interactions with his partner, it was clear Ray is extremely knowledgable about plumbing. I was very happy with the work they did. We would call him again for any plumbing issue or even a bathroom remodel.

We were getting some bathroom work done and the City / West Valley Sanitation district needed us to install a new property line clean out. We contacted a few plumbers and some of them flat out refused. In hindsight I know why- the West Valley Sanitation district is pretty tough to work with and I actually think their (West Valley Sanitation's 'draconian: processes makes it very hard for both home owners and plumbers, ultimately driving up the pricing for such jobs. Freddy gave us a quote which was right in the middle of other quotes, but he seemed to be most professional, courteous. He came on time and his crew started work right away. It was a bit tricky to find the sewer line in our property, but they got that done eventually. They had to dig a pretty deep trench, but they were careful with enclosing that while working and then in the evenings they covered it really well.

The inspection schedule was tricky and we didnt expect inspection to spread over almost 3 week period- there were 3 inspection milestones. and Freddy was patient and understanding of that. We feel he and his guys went over and beyond and were honest, trustworthy and the price they charged was worth the work they did. For another plumbing job, I will have no hesitation in calling them again or referring them to friends and neighbors. They did a really good job and our inspection passed without any issues (there was a minor issue, but Freddy was able to fix that right away).

Viktor did caulking work for our home and he finished the job nicely. He is easy to work with and accommodating. I would hire him again.

I started using Alansi's over 3 years ago and they are on my telephone speed dial at home. I have used them many times for different projects and have been 100% satisfied.
I have had all the Gang out to the house one time or the other. Moe is my go-to guy and Yehia is great on the phone and in person. .  Very professional.

The last time Moe was out to fix a water leak created by my fridge ice maker. He found the problem and at my request, dismantled the water lines from the offending ice-maker, All to my complete satisfaction. I am pretty sure Moe also disposed of an ancient mouse carcass behind my fridge. Anyway, it's gone now. And nobody double checks their work like Moe. You get a warranty on their work as well. Bloody amazing !

I had my Rinnai tankless water heater needed cleaning to get rid of error 11. I contacted Emil and he provided me with same day time slot on Friday evening and also charged me very reasonable. Him and his team did awesome job in cleaning and ensuring water heater works as expected. Awesome job Emil and thanks for all the help. I recently used Voltz Electric to replace a bunch of plugs and switches in my house. I was totally pleased with the service. They were reasonably priced but most importantly they showed up when said they would and completed the job in timely manner.

Willow Glen is a fantastic company. Just had them out to troubleshoot a problem with a Tesla wall charger they had installed a month ago. Called Matt, and he helped diagnose the symptoms over the phone and email. Lawrence came out very quickly, and isolated the problem to a Tesla component. Matt worked with Tesla, and within two hours Lawrence was back to install the new wall charger. All this started on a Friday morning, and by the end of lunch it was fixed. Amazing service and expertise. Can't recommend them more highly.

Minh was very professional. We hired him for a project and he came by to review and understand our project specifics before providing us with a quote. He was also very patient and answered all the questions we had and addressed all the concerns we had. The work was performed flawlessly. He is very responsive to our messages and always on time.  He is super organized and they cleaned up afterwards. The workmanship was great. After a few weeks, he reached out to us to confirm everything was fine. We highly recommend Minh and will be using him going forward.

I highly recommend Roger for your electrical needs. I called him in the morning and he came by same day to help me with my outlets being out. He was extremely nice, diagnosed the problem, and was able to replace wires behind my outlet.

This is the 2nd time we've used Duke. 1st time was about a year ago on December 23rd (day before Christmas Eve). I was out of town for business. My wife called and said I heard a pop and now the lights are out in the house, its completely dark Duke came by and make sure the house was safe and got the lights turned back on. Later he installed a new ceiling fan which had shorted and caused the blackout. Can't thank him enough for helping out my wife while I'm 4,000 miles away during the holidays.

2nd Time:
Duke was available to meet on short notice to provide an estimate. He made room on his schedule to fit us in on our day off. Him and his team are extremely nice and professional.

Instead of showing up and performing the work. He took the time to map out where our recessed lights would go and make sure we were happy. We asked a ton of questions! He was nice enough to reconfigure once or twice until we were happy.

Repairs were completed correct the first time and very quick. He installed 8 recessed lights and an additional outlet and was done before lunch time.

Cant recommend Duke enough. Will definitely refer to family and friends. We will definitely use Duke in the future.

Henry and his team did an amazing job upgrading my old panel to a 200 amp and running a separate NEMA 14-50 line for my electric car.

I appreciate that Henry was honest and saved me money by recommending a different option to my original request. Communication was very easy and straightforward. His price is very reasonable and he didn't try to upsell me compared to other businesses I had quotes from. He pointed out things that I might want to look into upgrading in the future.

The day of the appointment, Henry came on time with his team. Everyone was friendly and professional. They were respectful of keeping my home clean. They laid a cloth from the door to the crawl space entrance. They cleaned everything before they left.

Everything was completed ahead of schedule. Henry made the process very easy with PG&E and the city of San Jose for permits. I was surprised when he told me everything is done and they were leaving. Nick help us with an electrical project. Him and his team are really professional, did all the things they said they were going to do and pass city inspection . They worked in the rain, overtime to get the job done for inspection . Highly recommend him for electrical services .

Idan: I appreciate you taking time to response to my feedback. I didn't have issue with what you quoted you would do, but I have feedback on HOW they were done. e.g. I did not have any problem with the hole not being patched. I did not write that as a problem in my feedback. What you left out (outlet mounted upside down and didn't clean up after the job is done) was interesting.

As for the EV charger, you told me that it is not within your capacity to pull the permit, which you initially recommended for the work. Why would I decide to go ahead with it?

Smoke alarms chirped frequently because they were over 10 years old.  Alarms were hardwired into electrical system.  I was unable to identify power source in electrical box.  I telephoned a highly recommended local electrician for help a couple of times, but never received a return call

I found Dan on Google.  He arrived next day and within a college of hours replaced all 10 alarms with alarms I had purchased at Costco.  He also hooked up my Ring doorbell.

Fast Handy Electric lives up to it's name and more. I had an emergency situation and Edwin, the owne, came out within several hours and diagnosed and fixed the problem. I am impressed with his knowledge. He explained what the problem was and how he would fix it. He is very professional. Polite and efficient in getting the task done timely. In addition his rates are competitive and very reasonable considering this was an emergency. (The air conditioner technician could not figure out why the unit was not working and told me to call an electrician... air temp at that time was high 90's.) Edwin diagnosed the problem accurately. The air conditioning company followed his correct diagnosis.
