Ray and Jose are a great team!  Ray and I had quick and efficient communications during his pre-visit interaction.  He thoroughly assessed the situation and discussed necessary work, then quickly addressed the problem (copper pipe fitting leak under the house).  

On a previous plumbing issue I had a month ago.  It took me trying to get 4 other plumbers to help me.  I arrived at RMB Plumbing (Ray) who actually showed up!!  Ray was professional, straight forward, problem/solution focused, fair, responsive.  I ended up not needing that work performed, but Ray was my first/only call for my leak issues and I am so glad to have Ray be available to help.

I don't think this company is worth a 5 star.

I talked to the owner about a problem of my sewer line. The owner basically grilled me because I don't have enough plumbing knowledge. What he claimed is that my house is too old and the pipes may not fit for today standard pipes. I had a hard time to explain the problems as it sounded that he was an expert to know everything, but just cannot understand my simple problem of replacing the sewer line. He thought it would be a great favor if he comes for an estimation for free and he was very reluctant to do so. He promised to follow up but never did that.

On the contrary, I contacted another company and they did an inspection for free and finished the job the next day.

Viktor is exceptional. He did several jobs for us including installing a new faucet, wall-hanging desk, heavy duty shelves and an outdoor swing. He also painted and installed our interior garage door. Not only was he fairly priced, his work was top-notch. We are very satisfied with his service and highly recommend him for anyone looking for a handyman.

Despite what it says on Yelp, apparently they only do work in San Francisco.  Oh well.

We were remodeling our bathrooms and were in need of a plumber. Polis plumbing came highly recommended by a coworker that had used their services. We also loved their service- quick response, Emil came and gave us a quote quickly and the job was done on schedule and within budget. Emil is our go-to plumber now.

Our lights flickered every now and then but we thought it's not a big deal until it got worse. We had pg&e root caused the issue towards our main electrical panel. I contacted Matt due to great reviews on yelp. I've got to admit...every word here is true. Matt guided us throughout and helped fix this issue plus other minor electrical problems altogether. He has very experienced group of electricians. Initially it was estimated to be 5-6 hrs job but Mike, Matt's foreman, fixed all issues in 4 hours!! What a great experience. Now we know who to contact for any electrical problem. Voltz will be our family electricians! I'll recommend Voltz to everyone in a heartbeat.

Jason is a pro!
He quickly picked up on exactly what we wanted - install a wifi-connected wall socket and a ceiling lamp plus a wifi-connected light switch. A mark of his real professionalism was the vertical alignment of four screw-head slots in the switch wall plate.  Very impressed with his work.

I reached out to WG Electric via yelp for routine electrical work in my garage. The service exceeded expectations, from the timely response from the project manager, to the immediate availability of the electricians, who upgraded the electrical, completed installations of light fixtures, a dimmer, and replaced electrical outlets- in 2 hours, the same day I requested service. The price was reasonable and electricians were helpful and friendly. Excellent experience.

Yes, Simply Electric is just that! Minh and his assistant were prompt, efficient, and left no trace after the job was done. They installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet below my electrical panel in about an hour. Their price are very competitive and Minh was prompt to message me. Other electricians I reached out to didn't respond or were slow to get back to me. Plus, Minh was available whereas others I would have to book one, two weeks out.

I called Absolute Power out the first time and he was able to repair the circuit in a timely manner.
I called him out for another property and again he resolved the issue with reasonable rates.

Duke expertly replaced four ceiling fixtures in my home, providing good suggestions and finishing the work quickly. He also was a delight to deal with. Duke will be my first call the next time I need electrical help.

I called Henry around 5 am, and he answered the call. I had a semi emergency and asked him to come by and help check out around 6:30 am, and he said sure.

I had some issue with flickering lights since shelter in place, lights dim when microwave is a on, and we can hear sizzling sound and power went out when the dryer is on. Henry helped identify the issue and replaced the main and sub panel. His price is almost half of the other bigger company that I checked out the previous day. And his work is of top quality.

Henry is sharp and analyzes problems logically. He always explains to you what's his thinking, why he wants to take some actions, etc. He identified issues and some burning signs in the panel (which is probably more than 40 years old). He also checked various lines and wiring to see if the problem could be PG&E related. Eventually, he and his helpful coworker replaced the panels within a few hours, and the flickering lights and weak electricity problem was gone ever since.

In addition, Henry is very well connected given his almost 30 years of experience in the industry. He knows the supervisor who's in charge of the city permit and can sort things out quickly; he recommended a stucco guy who helped repair the external wall and did a good job with reasonable price; he also recommended an HVAC guy (lots of my appliances are unfortunately broken down at the worst time) who helped check out my AC and gave a quite reasonable quote (compared to the bigger company mentioned earlier).

In general, Henry is very resourceful and can be very much trusted and relied on. I really appreciate his help with my emergency. I would definitively call Henry for any future electricity issues or other types of issues (just in case he has some good referrals), and would highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a 'primary' electrician :)

Adary just came and installed two outdoor sconces.  They were very professional, on time and  reasonably priced.  I would HIGHLY recommend Adary and will definitely call them again with any electrical needs!!!

Nick did an excellent job installing our Tesla Wall Connector. He was professional, gave several options, and was clear with any questions we had. Nick was very knowledgeable and even gave my 8 year old son a quick lesson in electrons!

I had a few small electric jobs at my place and reached out to a few businesses. Electric hero was the first to respond and was able to come by the following day for a free quote while all other businesses needed to charge a fee just for coming out to give the quote. Rob came the next day and estimated an hour for all the jobs. I was quite surprised he thinks he could finish everything that fast. He came back the next day and indeed was able to fix everything in an hour. At the evening I found something didnt work as expected and texted Rob, he said not to worry and he would come back to take a look. He came the next day as promised and found a stupid mistake on my part and everything was working again.

Throughout the job, Rob wore a mask and took his shoes off when he needed to enter my place. He also kept social distance when we interacted.

Wonderful business.

Dan was great.  He installed a 220V circuit and car charger for me.  The circuit install was straightforward and done quickly.  The charger came later and due to a vagary of my house's design, the charger didn't fit as is but Dan made some additional modifications which allowed it to be installed without compromise.

Jim was very professional. He answered all my questions and concerns via message on Yelp. He was able to provide a quote as well with the pictures I submitted. We set an appointment, he showed up on time and executed the job.

Edwin was amazing! He found the issue, explained the issue, showed me the issue, then fixed it.

We called them on a Sunday, as we had an intermittent issue that had gotten much worse: Everything made the lights flicker and the power drop. They were out within the hour, and fixed it quickly.

Edwin's troubleshooting skills and mindset are top notch: He came up with an initial diagnosis, TESTED his diagnosis, and determined that it was actually a different issue. Many places would have just gone with their first idea, and we would still have been broken, so I'm extremely impressed.

As one might expect, a Sunday service call was more expensive, but it was still a lot cheaper than another company that I called--and very reasonable--and they helped me work through whether or not we could wait. We weren't comfortable waiting, so out they came, and we will sleep better tonight!

I had a very large, heavy, chandelier hanging from a 19' ceiling that I needed replaced and JR Electric came through! They wore their masks, and put down cloth to protect my hardwood floors from the scaffolding needed to reach the junction box.
