I noticed a leak in my first floor ceiling and got worried. We poked around and a gush of water came out. It was a weekend so I knew no one would come out. I called Ray and he gave me some directions on how to keep things at bay until he could come out. When he did come to take a look, he was on time and super nice. He put my mind at ease and we'll be working on the repairs. It's a bigger job than I anticipated but I feel comfortable working with Ray.

Hiring Freedom Underground Plumbing was perhaps the best decision I have made so far this year. When I bought my new house some 5 months ago I noticed that the bathtub was not draining quickly; soon afterward the kitchen sink began to get clogged and the bathtub drain began making frequent hick-up sounds; the alarm went off when the sink in my garage began to be filled up with filthy water carrying linen from the laundry, which flowed up from the sewage line. After doing a search on the Internet, I concluded that my house's lateral sewage line had to be completely clogged, most likely by roots from the nearby trees, and therefore needed to be dug up and replaced. After asking other homeowners at work I realized that I was looking at a repair which would likely end up costing me many thousands of dollars, yet I had no choice but to have the repair done immediately.

When I asked for a contractor I got a call from Freddy, who runs Freedom Underground Plumbing. When Freddy came home to give me an assessment he didn't ask for any payment to inspect the lateral sewage line with a special camera (unlike other plumbing companies do). By that means Freddy was able to follow the camera's progress inside the sewage lateral line with an manually held electric device and then pinpoint the exact location where the pipe was clogged and therefore impeded the further advance of the camera. Now here is where the story gets interesting: the clog was detected some 40 feet away from my house (by the sidewalk) yet he did not pitch me a replacement of the entire sewage line, as I'm sure other contractors would have done by taking advantage of my lack of knowledge on this subject; he recommended instead to replace only the segment that had been clogged so as to lower my expenses; he explained to me that he could replace the entire clay pipe leading up to that point if I wanted, but that it was not really necessary for the time being. Imagine that: a company advising a new customer how to save money at the company's own expense! His honesty (and friendliness) had me sold! I hired him right away and he and his co-worker arrived punctually on the day agreed on, which was a Saturday. He showed me every phase of the job, showed the clogged segment of the sewage pipe to me (which had been fractured and was filled with roots), gave me thorough explanations of the work he was doing, and quickly finished the job. The best part is that he charged me much less than what I was expecting to pay! Freddy even went inside my house to check some plumbing problems that I have to give me advise at no extra cost.

In a nutshell, I can wholeheartedly recommend Freddy's services. I just wish that more contractors would be like him!

We got installed a new wash-let (heated Bidet Toilet Seat ).
We got it by Amazon. I first thought it should be installed by my husband easily. But we didn't have an electric outlet. And water pipes were not matching nicely.

So we called a few of handyman services, and SVV responded us nicely.

Their service was on time, and worked very nicely and sincerely.

Two days ago, we noted back-up from an outside drain that could flood our garage if not resolved.  Since I was able to fix easily ten years ago when this last happened, I tried again this a.m.  Not!

A call and text/photo of the drain got us an appointment right away.  Dante was there before the office said he would be and he had all the tools to do the job.  

In less than 5-minutes, he had the drain unclogged.  And he made sure by his balloon pressure attachment and inspection of our other nearby drains that the clogged matter wouldn't impact them.  Quick and professional, like the other Alansi work we've had over the last few years.

They did a great job replacing our water pressure regulator. They were responsive, efficient and honest and had the best pricing. Would definitely use them again for our plumbing needs!

The guys at Voltz got to invade and eradicate my electrical nightmare recently.  There was a lot of head-shaking and looks of disbelief on both sides, but I wasn't as surprised as they were at what they found.

It cost me a decent chunk of change to fix what needed to be fixed, but I fully-expected the cost to be much higher for the work these fine gents did.  Now I can sleep at night knowing that what's behind my walls is up-to-code and a billion times safer that what I had before.

Started out with 2 electricians for a troubleshoot of our downstairs lighting, but quickly blossomed into 4 when Matt became aware of the situation and what work I wanted done.  All of the guys were extremely knowledgeable, nice and professional.  They kept me updated on all of their findings throughout the process and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the issues.

I'm completely happy with the finished product and I will definitely use them again for any future work.

Honest, Fast effective and clean. I pinged Jason on yelp and heard back in a short while. He had me on the schedule the next week which was kind of lucky because he and all of the electricians are super busy. We ended up with a project a little bit bigger than we thought. He was able to accommodate part of it and also told us we didn't need to do part of it. Like the other reviews said-Incredibly honest guy. He just doesn't do work that you don't need to do.

I hired Willow Glen Electric to install a Tesla wall charger and add electrical for a future AC unit.  I was very pleased with WGE's communication and professionalism.  They showed up on time and completed the job in a day.  They also pulled the permit and scheduled the inspection.  Everything was handled.  Great company!  I would use them again, for sure.

I cannot say enough great things about Simply Electric! We hired Minh and his team to install 18 recessed lights and two light fixtures, in addition to removing two fixtures. They were very knowledgeable, always on time, and took care to install our recessed lighting without cutting more holes in the ceilings than absolutely necessary. Minh came to the house twice before beginning the work, just to make sure every detail was correct. Plus they installed dimmer switches everywhere! We are so happy with our lighter, brighter dining room and living room!

Fantastic service! They worked with me on the phone and fixed my problem without even having to come here and didn't charge me a dime! I will definitely use them for any electrical needs in the future!

Roger was friendly when we initially contacted him and then he disappeared without answering phone or text. He could just tell us if he was too busy or other reasons. I don't consider him being professional and would not recommend him!

Duke stopped by and helped troubleshoot an electrical issue I was having in the kitchen area. He was really courteous and offered tips should I run into similar issues. He made the whole experience a lot less stressful. I've already recommended his services to a buddy and will definitely reach out again with any other issues (hopefully not though).

Henry and his crew are knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job for us during a recent  kitchen remodel. Prices are fair and they got the work done right away. Henry also makes good on his promises. Highly recommended.

My deepest gratitude to Victor who came in to troubleshoot a potentially dangerous short in the house.   Usually a short is a nightmare to find, but I saw him work fast, smart, and he was able to devise a creative way to resolve my problem in much less time than I expected.   These guys know their stuff and they are fair to the customer!   Thanks guys!

Butcher work. Look elsewhere. They've sent some two qualified kids who did so many things wrong I was stunned how sloppy the new subpanel turned out. MAJOR SAFETY ISSUES all around. Didn't bother to install 15amp breakers, every breaker was 20amp even on 14gauge wires! Wires hanging and touching, and they left one 240v wire loose and not screwed to the breaker at all. this would cause a fire no doubt. Sharp ground wires pressing against neutrals. Panel labeling was a disaster! Later they sent a more senior technician to fix most things, he was great but it's still looking like a lazy hack job and I DO NOT recommend them.

Dan and his staff installed multiple LED lights across our kitchen, dining, and family room.  He retrofitted 6 florescent can lights in the kitchen to match the new lights placed in the family and dining room.  Dan and staff were clean, arrived on time, and wore a mask as requested.

Jim did a great job installing an EV charger for me and upgrading the electrical service. He was prompt, knowledgeable and had fair pricing. The work was fully permitted with the city. He accommodated my requests to keep a historical electric box intact and the final work was clean and well executed. I appreciated little details such as relabeling the new breaker switches and filling holes in drywall and siding.

I called Fast Handy Electric through Yelp for repair of bathroom fan. It was a very small project, which most electricians did not want to take giving me the runaround, but Edwin and his brother came out and gladly took care of it. They did not try to oversell new fan or unnecessary projects. They offered honest service and reasonable pricing! I had a great experience working with them and would definitely use their services for any future projects. Thank you guys!

David and his crew were great. Used them to upgrade service from 100A to 200A. They worked tirelessly in the pouring rain to get the job done. Communication was always prompt. Pricing was excellent. Would definitely use them again.
