Ray Brown and crew have done many jobs at our home. We love his responsiveness and quality of the work. He and his team tackled some very tough jobs under the house including a cracked Y connection and leaking sink drain that required a new clean out.
His team also fixed an incorrectly routed water main that required cutting galvanized old pipe.
Today RMB Plumbing came out within one day of our call to snake out a clogged washing machine / softener drain.
Next week RMB will use a jet technique to clean all of our home's drains.
Following that, we plan to select RMB Plumbing with remodeling two bathrooms.
And most of all, Ray puts up with my constant kidding. :)

Freddy, the owner, is a honest guy. We have a smelly bathroom. We thought we had a plumbing or septic tank issue Freddy came over and checked it out. He had his assistant went up to the roof to examine the roof vent. As it turn out, we don't have a proper vent roof for the bathroom and that's why the bad gas has no where to go. He suggested that we find a general contractor to install the roof vent properly.  He did not charge us anything for coming over. He is knowledgeable for the plumbing for the whole house. We appreciate his help very much!

Viktor came today to help with hanging and installing artwork and bathroom accessories for his in our new place. I am the worst at that sort of stuff so having his service is basically the difference between months of procrastination or having it done!  He was on time, did good work and was reasonably priced.  We really appreciate his help to make our new place one step closer to our home

I could not agree more.  Over the years we've had the occasional random need for a plumber.  (Anything from clogged disposal/drains, to a suddenly and mysteriously cracked toilet that needed immediate replacing.)  After our first excellent encounter with Yehia, we have never hesitated to call Alansi's each time.  We've also worked with Moe and Steve, both of whom continue to represent Alansi's favorably.

In short:
- They come right away, and I mean RIGHT away!  (Today, they sent someone over in less than 2 hours after I called.)
- They work efficiently - this matters since part of the cost of course is time spent
- They actually fix things - we've never needed to call them back after they've been here
- They give us a discount for being their neighbors :) yet they continue to be professional, courteous and mindful of our space (i.e. putting things away, cleaning up the work area)
- Still no plumbers' butts!!
- As for the cats, they still only come out for Yehia, not the others.  All the more endorsement though, as it is his company after all!  (Cats are SO particular.)

As relative newcomers to California, we were not really aware of the water quality issue ( especially for my sensitive kid)We ended up getting water filtration system and we were looked for a company to install it.

Emil from Polis Plumbing was referred to us by a friend utilizing already his services. He was able to come over very quickly, answered all our questions and scheduled the install for the next day.
The price was reasonable and straightforward. The equipment was installed quickly and cleanly.
We are very happy with the results and will be recommending Polis Plumbing to anyone who asks.

Had Voltz come out for an estimate on interior patio lighting.  I didn't really have a plan other than I knew we wanted lighting :).  Matt gave suggestion and let me know what kind of lights to purchase.  His crew arrived on time and did an awesome job.  They genuinely seemed like they enjoyed working together and worked diligently the entire time they were here.  Matt also gave an estimate on switching out our interior lights for LED so that will be our next project with Voltz.  Only reason for 4 star vs. 5 star was cost... 4 1/2 stars would be more appropriate.

Honest, Fast effective and clean. I pinged Jason on yelp and heard back in a short while. He had me on the schedule the next week which was kind of lucky because he and all of the electricians are super busy. We ended up with a project a little bit bigger than we thought. He was able to accommodate part of it and also told us we didn't need to do part of it. Like the other reviews said-Incredibly honest guy. He just doesn't do work that you don't need to do.

In summary, the office staff is great but the electrician was not professional.

There are two issues I had with the electrician.
1) The project was to install an NEMA 14-50 outlet. The electrician admitted that he cut a hole before knowing the final position that the outlet would be mounted. As a result, there is an exposed hole on the side of the outlet. When we discussed this error, the electrician did not offer to fix it. Surprisingly, he said that I could hire a handyman or a painter to patch the hole.
2) My initial quote was project-based, not time & materials. But, when the electrician tallied up the final invoice, he tacked on his hours to the project-based estimate, essentially double billing me for the work. I eventually resolved this over email with the office staff, who issued a refund and then billed the correct amount.

The people who work in the office are very professional and easy to work with. But, after seeing the mistakes made by the electrician, I'm hesitant to hire this company again.

Minh was a pleasure to work with. Super patient whenever I had any questions. Always showed up on time to start work. He spent extra time to avoid cutting unnecessary holes for routing wires for power. In some cases he spent more of his own time to drill through existing wooden studs when he could have just cut more holes to make his own life easier. The holes he cut were small and rectangular. He used a nail gun to attach the hole to the wall so that the drywall person would have an easier time. I had about 52 recessed lights installed through out the house. Two of the rooms had high ceilings. Minh and his team are honest and I would hire them again for any electrical or lighting work needed. He has a level of professionalism that I'm sure carried over from his past role as an electrical engineer.

This review is about the honesty and helpfulness from the owner Julio. My house had a problem with a partial outage in my garage and master bedroom. We called Julio and asked him to come over to take a look. He asked us what our problem was, listened carefully, and after that gave us a play by play on what we could do to fix it on our own. He was totally responsive to both texting and calling and told us to call him during the day so that we could continue troubleshooting our problem throughout the day. Did I mention this was on a Sunday?

Regardless, Julio has my business. I appreciate the fact that he rather spend his time to help me learn to fix it myself than to come over and make a quick buck for what ended up being a simple problem. To me these people are rare and they deserve our business. Good people should support good people. I will definitely be calling on him whenever we have an electrical problem and I trust he will give me his honest and customer-first advice.

Roger was very pleasant to work with. He installed an outlet in my yard without any hassle for reasonable price

Duke was very responsive to my request for a quote to install a Tesla wall charger. He arrived early and the installation of a 240 volt 50 amp breaker plus conduit in the attic went flawlessly. He is an absolute perfectionist. I was extremely pleased and would highly recommend Duke.

Had an urgent electrical repair, and Henry answered the phone late in the evening, discussed the issue to reassure me it could wait until the next morning if I wanted to avoid the emergency call fee, and squeezed in my job the next day so that we could get back up and running.  Henry showed up as agreed, wore a mask, got the work done faster than I'd have believed possible, and did a great job at a fair price. 100% recommended for your electrical jobs, emergency or not.

These guys are the best! Nadav his team and office help are just 100% professional. If one needs an electrician this is the company one should get.

Kevin was the first person to respond to my inquiry to install a Level 2 charger for EV in my garage. We corresponded by text and yelp, and he was super responsive. His responses were direct and helpful. When he came out, it was clear that he knew what he was doing as a contractor and experienced electrician. The technical installation (after running necessary diagnostics and discussing the logistics) was fast and smooth. Clearly an expert in his trade. Highly recommend...

Robert installed ceiling lights all over the house, installed an EV charger, and installed Nest controllers for the AC and intercom system.

Dan has helped us to fix our track light. He has patiently tested the entire light fixture for the cause of the issue and after finding it, he explained the problem to us in plain English. We are so thankful that our lights are on again, but fixing it is no simple task as it is not installed in a convenient location to access in the kitchen. Dan is highly recommended.

I am so glad to have found EChiBon on Yelp!  We hired Jim to install a Tesla Charger in the garage.   He was very responsive and professional from the very beginning.  His estimates were competitive.  Initially, there was some misunderstanding about where the charger should be installed and he had to come twice.  When Jim came the first time, he didn't have the right material to extend the charger away from the back of the panel to our desired location.  He was very cool about this and agreed to come back a week later.  Indeed, a week later, he came back and installed the charger exactly where we wanted it.  It was a great experience - he let us know when he would come, he came within the time window, and the work was excellent. I will definitely ask for Jim's service in the future and recommend him to friends and family.   Thank you for a job well done!

The switch to our garbage disposal stopped working suddenly (though the garbage disposal itself worked fine). They determined that the breaker had gone bad and replaced everything within 20 minutes.

I contacted David in the morning, explained the issue with the electrical in the master suite addition we did about 2 years ago, and showed up the same afternoon and fixed the problem. He explained everything, and was very clear with possible options, depending on what would be discovered when everything is checked. He and Sergio were in and out in about 30 minutes, saving us the frustration of living in the dark because of a faulty breaker. Will definitely use him again in future projects.
