RMB Plumbing Services Plumbing Service
Got Ray through the realtor selling the house. He was able to come out very quickly to replace a water heater that would not pass inspection. Very friendly and informative. He has over 20 years experience and he is the one who comes and does the work. He does not sub it out like some other companies I have used.

Freddie and his team are very prompt and professional in meeting clients' need. Our water main broke and Freddie not only arrived on time , but was very through in explaining how he would run the new copper pipe under our new driveway.
He took care of coordinating with PG&E and city permit as well. The job was completed before time and he made sure to leave the property completely clean after checking water pressure.
I will definitely recommend Freddie and his team for all plumbing jobs.

S.V.V. Plumbing & Handyman Plumbing Service
We got installed a new wash-let (heated Bidet Toilet Seat ).
We got it by Amazon. I first thought it should be installed by my husband easily. But we didn't have an electric outlet. And water pipes were not matching nicely.

So we called a few of handyman services, and SVV responded us nicely.

Their service was on time, and worked very nicely and sincerely.
Lots of thanks

Polis Plumbing Plumbing Service
This is long but please read all the way through.
I've been meaning to write this review ever since Emil repaired a big mess when my MOEN shower handle broke.  While showering, the lever handle suddenly became loose. I was able to turn the lever but nothing would happen and the water remained on. After turning off the main water valve to the house, I discovered the metal stem within the valve cartridge has actually broken off.  Without the stem, the MOEN cartridge puller is useless as it has to bite onto the stem to remove and replace the cartridge. Apparently after doing hours of internet searching, I found out that this is not an uncommon occurrence with MOEN cartridges.  Do it yourself methods included using a TAP to create a pull, or drilling out the cartridge very carefully so as not to damage the pipe which would later cause leaks. Nothing I would attempt on my own so I call the plumber.
The first plumber, who is on my home warranty, looked at the cartridge and tried to use pliers to pull it out by the remaining stem. This lasts maybe 5 to 10 minutes.  He then tells me that he needs to create a hole in my bedroom wall to access the pipe from behind in order to replace the entire pipe and valve due to the stuck cartridge.  Of course, my home warranty covers nothing of this. So I see money flying out the window with a new cartridge, new pipe and valve, hole in wall, repair of hole in wall and re-plastering.
I then call or contact 6 OTHER PLUMBERS and all of them say the same thing with needing to access it from the back wall.  One says he may be able to remove the cartridge for $350 but may need to also open up the wall but won't know till he starts. He then tells me a need to agree for him to do it now or the price will go up.  I have not seen anyone leave my house so fast after I told him I needed to think about it.
THEN I finally get an email from Emil. Yes I do have experience with any cartridge. I can take care of that.  I was shocked enough (after all I already had 6 other plumbers telling me I needed to have a hole cut in the wall) that I sent a follow up email to EMIL explaining the problem in more detail just to confirm that he meant what he said.  His reply: I saw the pictures you sent me. Every week I replace at least 4 of these cartridges and I have extensive experience and knowledge. I will remove the old one without cutting the wall (hopefully you didn't hurt the valve if you tried on your own). The entire process takes at least 1.5-2 hours and insists specific skills and prior knowledge.  Hallelujah! I loved the confidence. AND HE DID EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID!! I have a working shower again with a new cartridge and NO HOLE IN MY WALL TO REPAIR!!!
Emil answered my email same day. He also came on time as scheduled and called ahead of time to let me know he was coming.  This was a difficult project and yet he was confident in his repair.  I am sure he is just as skilled with other plumbing problems but for all of you with the broken stem MOEN cartridge problem, don't waste your time calling anyone else. This is customer service at its best. My wallet and I are so glad we found him.

Wolfe Electric Co. Electrician
Jason and Danielle are amazing. Great communication and very practical in their recommendations. Jason even gave me some tips as to how to DIY some of the non-electrical stuff I was planning which helped me save a bunch of money. He also was meticulous in hiding the wires and doing a neat job. Highly recommend them and I think it was a fair price for the large number of work items I had. He even helped with some unplanned items which was great.

Simply Electric Electrician
I was looking to install some outlets in the attic to power my outdoor security cams.  I also wanted to fix the porch light fixture, but that was a second priority item.

I called Minh and he came pretty much right away and on time.  He brought an assistant with him, or maybe it was a trainee?  Either way, I appreciated the professionalism Minh showed not only to me but especially to the trainee/assistant on how to get into the attic and find the right location for the outlets and getting the power up there.  They installed 6 outlets right in the locations I asked for and they were done in nothing flat.  Way ahead of expectations!

The price was reasonable and cheaper than most of the other quotes I got.

And as an added bonus Minh was kind enough to test the porch fixture to see if it really was broken (it was) and then offered to swing by after I purchase a replacement to install it without any additional cost.

I have another project I need to do (replacing ventilation fans in the bathrooms) that i'm definitely going to Minh for.

I've finally found my electrician!

Absolute Power Electrician
Over the last few years, I have had Mauricio do several electrical tasks around the house. He has always been on time, and his prices are reasonable. Also, he works really fast and produces a quality result.

An other thing I like is that he can often install components that you've already bought. He will also go shopping with you at Home Depot to help you to select the components for your project.

Adary Electric Electrician
Nadav is amazing.

I recently put some heavy machinery in my garage (lathe, CNC mill).  Getting industrial electrical in a residence has been not entirely straightforward.

There were two decent electricians in the area, one with a high yelp review the other recommended by a contractor I use.  However it was always a PITA to get ahold of them. Either they wouldn't return phone calls, or there would be promises they could be out in a couple of weeks.  (And I'm not a difficult customer!  I paid cash the second the job was completed: no run around, no argument about price, no bounced checks or CC fees.)

I got fed up and called Nadev after seeing yelp reviews.  First time he was out the next morning and lowered his rate b/c there was difficulty getting one machine working (not his fault).  The next week when my CNC mill wouldn't power up he came over the next day, fixed it (despite never seeing its internals before) and rewired the 3 phase power so my lathe would not run backwards.  He charged $50!!!  Unbelieveble.  I would use him for anything w/o hesitation.  High quality work and no bullshit.

In the past I'd work around or ignore any electrical problems I was having; now I'm actually looking for additional things  I can have fixed on the house since he does such good work.

Dan Matthews Electric Electrician
Our story! It started with a electrical power problem in the back of the house that shut the power off to one of the bedrooms and another bedroom that share the same wall. I checked the breakers in the house and none of the breakers were tripped, so the power problem was directly in those rooms. I researched on the Internet and found Dan Matthews electric, and contacted this company. From the very beginning when I made contact with Dan  (the owner) the service was exceptional and superior.
I made an appointment and Dan arrived to my residence promptly and on time.  He immediately researched and discovered where the problem was and was able to tackle and handle the issue. Dan's work was very professional and he was very meticulous on making sure that everything was corrected and done the right way. I am very satisfied with this business and I highly recommend this electrician to anybody that has a residential electrical problem. I know I'll be keeping Dan's number. Thank you  Dan Matthews electrical. This is a awesome Business. Fair and great prices.

Fast Handy Electric Electrician
I was so disappointed with Fast Handy. I really wanted to like Edwin. He came out to look at the job and I was really hopeful, as he offered me what seemed like really good cost options . We're a very small non-profit so I was grateful. He said he'd return the following Tuesday to take a more extensive look, but never showed up. I sent him a text and he asked if he could get back to me. He never did. So, then I called him and he said he couldn't talk because he was in a staff meeting. I asked him to call me after that, and he didn't. Super unprofessional.  Just tell me up front that you don't want the job. I can handle that, but ghosting me?  Totally unprofessional.
