Almost 10 years ago my husband and I bought a short-sale that needed quite a bit of work. In that time we have slowly but surely been upgrading the house.

And here enters Ray and RMB Plumbing Services. Ray and his crew have done small and large projects for us. He always walks us through the process, explains the pros and cons of different fixes, and he makes it work within our budget.

He just recently redid the bathroom drains --original to a 1960's house! Ray and his crew did it quickly and efficiently and we are very happy with his work.

Our next plumbing adventure will be a remodel and re-piping. Ray knows were are saving up to bring him in to do what he loves best, giving great friendly service.

We noticed water puddling in my
mom's front yard by the water spout.  we found that there was a slow main water leak under her driveway.  We contacted Freedom and Freddie came out within a few hours and confirmed what we had found.  He advised that there was no need to dig up the driveway because they had the tools to bore under the concrete.  He was able to schedule and complete the job quickly and without over charging my mom.  The longest part was waiting for pge to mark the utilities.  We will definitely hire Freedom again for any water issues!!

Can I give 10 stars?  Moe came to the house and unclogged our drains yesterday.  Price was very reasonable and he solved our problem in no time at all.  Very pleasant to do business with.

Voltz lives up to their wonderful reputation! The first time I emailed them asking for a quote and they quickly responded with a detailed breakdown. We didn't use them that time since it matched the same quote of someone else  but it was clear they were very responsive.

When our dryer and lights were acting funky my husband gave them a call. They were able to promptly come out and assess the problem. The owner himself also came out at one point to help.

I love their teacher etc. discount. Although I'm a teacher and didn't take advantage or it, I think it's a wonderful policy.

They are on our go-to list and would not hesitate to use them again.

Good old fashioned customer service is not as easy to come by these days and this company has definitely mastered it while not charging an arm and a leg. Thanks again Voltz!

Super fast and super efficient. He came over almost instantly after I sent out requests. He found the problem in minutes and the lights were back on. He was only about half to a quarter of the cost that other electricians quoted me.

Best place to get your EV charger installed.

I need to get an EV charger installed in my garage, and the customer service I got is best in class.

My project manager did the virtual walk-through with me and patiently answered all my questions and discussed various options I have. My scheduling manager was able to quickly gave me an available time slot and accommodated my working schedule. The installation is also very professional, with a clean worksite, and the technician addressed all my concerns.

Unfortunately, the Bluetooth on the unit I got did not work (no fault of Willow Glen.). Working with the manufacture, we are able to identify the problem due to the hardware itself.  My scheduling manager called me within 1 hour after I notified them and was able to send the technician out within a couple of hours. The replacement unit worked perfectly.

Best customer service. Definitely, the place to go for your EV charger (and more).

Minh and his team did an amazing job on my recent recessed lighting installation. The installation was recessed lighting throughout my whole home, including 12 foot vaulted ceilings. The job was completed on time within 2 and a half days at the quoted budget (which was a very good deal), without any interruptions. My entire experience from start to finish was extremely professional. Minh is very experienced, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. His work is very thorough, detailed, clean, and up to code. I highly recommend his work.

I would give Julio 10 stars if I could! Appliance installation by a distributor bust the outlet. We thought the fuse was fixed, and that the outlet got fried during the faulty installation. When I contacted Julio to fix the outlet, he asked for pictures and then said I had not reset the fuse correctly. He walked me through the process, free of cost and got my appliance working in no time! I really appreciate the company's customer service and Julio's honesty and work ethics. Look no further, this is the right choice.

We had recessed LED lights put into the living room, two florescent lights replaced in the bathroom and a fan installed in the bedroom and Duke was great.  He discussed the where and why of the light and fan placements, he covered all the furniture, cleaned up well afterward, was on time (actually a bit early) and was done well before I thought he would be.  Very competitive pricing too. I would definitely recommend Duke!

I called Henry around 5 am, and he answered the call. I had a semi emergency and asked him to come by and help check out around 6:30 am, and he said sure.

I had some issue with flickering lights since shelter in place, lights dim when microwave is a on, and we can hear sizzling sound and power went out when the dryer is on. Henry helped identify the issue and replaced the main and sub panel. His price is almost half of the other bigger company that I checked out the previous day. And his work is of top quality.

Henry is sharp and analyzes problems logically. He always explains to you what's his thinking, why he wants to take some actions, etc. He identified issues and some burning signs in the panel (which is probably more than 40 years old). He also checked various lines and wiring to see if the problem could be PG&E related. Eventually, he and his helpful coworker replaced the panels within a few hours, and the flickering lights and weak electricity problem was gone ever since.

In addition, Henry is very well connected given his almost 30 years of experience in the industry. He knows the supervisor who's in charge of the city permit and can sort things out quickly; he recommended a stucco guy who helped repair the external wall and did a good job with reasonable price; he also recommended an HVAC guy (lots of my appliances are unfortunately broken down at the worst time) who helped check out my AC and gave a quite reasonable quote (compared to the bigger company mentioned earlier).

In general, Henry is very resourceful and can be very much trusted and relied on. I really appreciate his help with my emergency. I would definitively call Henry for any future electricity issues or other types of issues (just in case he has some good referrals), and would highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a 'primary' electrician :)

We've been using Adary for years.  Nabav Adary handled a very difficult chandelier wiring and installation in our dining room. We just had Robert fix our heated bathroom floors, and he was a delight to have in our home. Great  people and electricians if you live on the Penninsula.

Nick from Electrica was excellent. Clear communication, timely arrival, quick & efficient work. I needed several Light switches swapped and Nick handled them all with care.

We were having intermittent problems with the ceiling fan. They came out to look at it. The solution was something we could take care of ourselves, so there was no charge. Very pleasant and personable.
