Shower had low pressure. Called RMB, because of all the high ratings and availability on Sundays. Spoke to Ray (owner?)...did not provide a quote but I didn't ask.
Ray-informed me that he was going to send someone, between 10am-12pm. He's assistant (Jose), arrived by 12:30pm. Did not receive any notification of late arrival.
Jose-checked water pressure and basically needed to be cleaned and adjusted. Took about 5minutes
Was told that the charge for a Sunday visit was $200.00, guessing that it's a flat rate, for a non-emergency call.
Will probably use them again, when I start remodeling my bathrooms but will make sure I ask for a quote.

Freddy and his team fixed the leaking main water line for the house by replacing the old corroded pipe with new copper pipe.  Their quote was competitive; their work was completed as expected and on time as estimated.  They were friendly and professional from the quoting process to paperwork to the actual work of the project.   (Their warranty policy is lifetime of parts and labor.)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Viktor, and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. Viktor fixed my wall mirror beautifully and made it look brand new again. He was efficient, professional, and had great attention to detail. I was also impressed with how he left the area completely spotless after he finished the job - he clearly takes pride in his work and cares about his clients.

Adrian and Jaime were professional, polite and efficient.  They explained the problem, the work they will perform to solve the problem and cleaned up after they did the job.  They are easy to deal with and the charge was reasonable.  Will surely refer them to my friends.

Needed to replace couple of cartridges in the two showers with one of them being an extremely difficult one as the stem had broken off from the cartridge and was extremely difficult to remove. Called Emil at Polis Plumbing who came over to give a quote and then promptly scheduled an appointment for the repairs. Emil was excellent in his workmanship, communication, and customer service. Very professional and came across as a great person as well. I would definitely use his service again and highly recommend him for plumbing related work.

After calling several electricians with no responses, I got Jason's number and recommendation from Next Door.  What a great find.  He said he would be able to come the next day.  We thought we would have to change out the electrical box ( we had an astronomical timer switch installed), but after assessing the situation, Jason just cleaned out the wires and used the same box....fantastic....no cutting!  Was even nice enough to fix another simple issue.  One of the few business cards we saved.  Thank you Jason!

Called them up in an emergency.  Our electrical panel needed to be replaced and they came out and did the job for a good price.  Unfortunately, they didn't bother to do it to code for the City of Santa Clara.  When I asked them about permits they said not to bother with them as they where just a waste of money.  Fast forward a few months later when the city inspects my panel and cites me for misuse of the electrical code.  Called Willow Glen regarding this and they sent someone out to tell me that everything was to code.  After going back and forth they finally told me that it wasn't there problem and that they had done me a favor by doing the job without permits.  Basically, they lied and cheated me once they got their money.  Will never use them or recommend them.  Beware!

I had Minh out a few weeks ago to assess a problem with my stove as well as some other issues with a few exterior fixtures.  He spent a good deal of time repeating the diagnosis in the kitchen. Over and over again.

He hemmed and hawed about fixing the exterior fixtures although I had purchased two new fixtures in case they were necessary. All told, he gave me an estimate for the problem in the kitchen and replaced one gfi for over $600. It felt like he was looking for reasons to not do anything.

I called out another electrician a couple of weeks later. The difference was startling. He quickly diagnosed the kitchen problem & said he would send me an estimate. No wasting time on repeating the diagnosis. He assessed the exterior issues to determine if it was wiring or the fixtures and quickly determined it was the fixtures. No hemming and hawing, no wasting time. He assessed, explained, and fixed. All told, he diagnosed the kitchen problem and replaced 4 fixtures for $500. His estimate to repair the kitchen problem is $300 below Minh's.

I called Julio late on a Saturday and he came to fix my electrical panel early Sunday morning. I am so pleased with his work and professionalism. He also came wearing gloves and mask.  He did a great job and I will not hesitate to recommend him to  fellow homeowners who need excellent and efficient electrical work. What an awesome job Roger and his crew did today with a high level of efficiency and attention to details!!!  I had a fantastic experience from the 1st call, countless text messages, till he left us with a 200 amp Panel upgrade, Tesla wall charger installation, and add new line to the kitchen in just one day.  

Regarding the wall charger, it was so elegantly done with no exposed conduit or wire!!! He suggested going for the 24 feet.  He installed it close to the garage door, so it can also charge the car while  parking outside for convenience :-) :-) :-)

Roger has a wealth of electric knowledge!!!  He is super friendly, super pleasant to talk to, and leads a solid and efficient team.  The team arrived early with smiling faces!!!  Roger will be my go-to person for all my future electrical needs and I will refer him to my friends without hesitation!!!

Words cannot describe how good these guys are. Fast, competitive pricing & very thorough on what they will be doing on a project. What were taking other companies to get a quote, these guys already had the job done! I understand companies get busy, run a business myself, but you always do what you have to do to make customers happy. I am nuts & bolts kind of guy...so that being said, they are just GOOD! Make sure you call them for your electrical projects...period!

Electrica provided excellent service. Nick came on a Sunday and installed everything (240V NEMA 14-50 outlet) quickly and cleaned up after (I've had contractors who left me with a huge mess to clean up afterwards).

I definitely plan to use them again for future electrical needs.

Electric heroes was awesome to work with, they responded within an hour to schedule a virtual quote, scheduled the install of 3 bathroom fans I purchased at Lowes.   Ramon showed up in time and completed the installation in a few hours cleaned up the immediate area and the entryway.  He asked me to test everything to make sure I was happy with the install.  Great service!

I decided to do a retrofit project on my own and was under the impression that I had done something wrong. I called Dan and explained the situation. He understood everything right away.

Jim was really responsive with his quote, and with scheduling and completing our electric panel upgrade and Tesla wall connector installation.  He also had to patch some drywall inside and stucco outside, and did a nice job including touch up painting.  We had a delay due to the City's inspection schedule, but he let me know right away and rescheduled it as soon as possible.  I was really happy with his workmanship and professionalism, and his pricing was very reasonable.

Some outlets in my kitchen lost power this morning. I found Fast Handy Electric on yelp and called them. They walked through me the problem over the phone and gave me suggestions to right away. It turned out that there is the fix is as simple as turn off the break all the way and turn it back on. I'm very happy that the problem is fixed so quickly and they don't charge me anything! Highly recommended.

I called JR Electric around 9am and explained the problem with my malfunctioning landscape lighting. David was very courteous and promised to stop by later in the day to asses the issue. Sure enough he showed up with his assistant. They were able to troubleshoot the problem within 15 minutes (bad GFI box) and wrapped up the fix within half an hour. Superb service! Congratulations on your successful business David! We will definitely be using you again.
