Ray Brown and crew have done many jobs at our home. We love his responsiveness and quality of the work. He and his team tackled some very tough jobs under the house including a cracked Y connection and leaking sink drain that required a new clean out.
His team also fixed an incorrectly routed water main that required cutting galvanized old pipe.
Today RMB Plumbing came out within one day of our call to snake out a clogged washing machine / softener drain.
Next week RMB will use a jet technique to clean all of our home's drains.
Following that, we plan to select RMB Plumbing with remodeling two bathrooms.
And most of all, Ray puts up with my constant kidding. :)

Freedom Underground Plumbing did a super job replacing my sewer line.  Before his initial quote, Freddy came out to run a camera down the line to show me why the line was continually backing up (major tree roots!)  -- and explained the entire process, detailed why my line needed to be replaced and brought up to code. His team did a great job with the replacement -- neat and tidy, no mess left behind.  Definitely a 5 star recommendation that I'll be sharing with my family and friends.

Came out promptly to address our leaking showerhead. While he did run into a slight problem (a piece broke while he was working on it), he fixed it up. He charged exactly what he quoted me over text. My son took a shower this morning and it works great, with no more leaks!

Had a great experience with Alansi's Plumbing. Yehia was quick to respond to my initial call, listened well to my needs + concerns, charged a fair price, and did great work super quickly the same day I called. I would definitely call on them again. Highly recommend.

Minh came out gave me a very reasonable quote for both installing new cans for recessed LED lighting as well as retrofitting existing cans with tp24 connection type LED's. The work involved removing some fans and chandeliers. In total I had about 50 lights done.

They were quick and efficient always checking back that I was happy with placement of lights. They cleaned up after themselves and moved what they needed to to get the job done no fuss.

Additionally I had some other things that I needed some advice on and Minh suggested some ideas that would work and save me some money rather than try and drum up additional business. When doing the work we ran into some spots where the cans I ordered were too big, Minh pointed this out and gave me an option to install some he already had. He was honest and showed me the price on Home Depot and did't try to add any markup.

I will be using them again for my future electrical needs and would have no hesitation recommending them.

Julio is such an amazing guy. I called him about an electrical upgrade for my door bell to get it running around 16V. Because it was straightforward for him, Julio decided to take the time to ask me some quick questions, walk me through on how to locate the transformer, and describe in detail on how to safely upgrade it. He could have come to me place and charged me his rate for a simple task (well... not for the common folk), but he decided not to. He is an honest, professional, and kind-hearted individual that I will be sure to contact for all future electrical tasks I have in mind.  What an all around great guy. Thanks Julio!

Roger is a very detailed, organized and professional electrician with certified licenses and covered by insurance. He helped me 1) repair the burned outdoor power outlet and prevent our house from fire 2) install motion sensor flooding light in front and backyard 3) install security camera through out the house. All works were done carefully, promptly and professionally. If you need a reliable electrician for long term partnership, you come to the right place. Thank you! Roger!

Job quality is ok (that's the extra star comes from), but customer service is horrible.
1. He always tries to squeeze you for more money, for example: he will charge you labor and gas for the parts he got. Hilarious, we are working with lots of contractors, all licensed btw, and none of them do that except him.
2. He is not honest. We asked him to replace a GFCI, simple job, right? But he kept blaming our previous GC, which is funny because the thing he blame to are on different circuit, and finding excuses not to do it, also saying something wrong and he needed more time in next visit (cost more of course). Even though we had already paid him for that. Finally, my wife find the trapped GFCI in garage on the same circuit and he was saying: I am about to tell you that. No wonder he planed to do diagnosis next time and charge for that. Poor acting.
3. He left bathroom switch cover open when he left, but power was still there! Horrible and extremely dangerous!
4. He didn't show respect to our home, using bathroom w/o asking, throw away trash in the toilet, shoes on the carpet. Horrible.

Overall, I won't recommend him.

A few months ago, Henry installed a Clipper Creek electric car charger. It was an easy enough install, nothing big. While he was doing it, he made me aware of my circuit breaker panel, an old Challenger model popular on homes built in the 80s and 90s. They are dangerous and have caused fires. I added it to the list of things I needed to do around the house.

This morning, I noticed I was popping breakers constantly doing random tasks that shouldn't have been drawing much current. Ok, so it looks like I need to do the panel sooner rather than later.

I called Henry, and he actually was able to do the job today! Think about that for a minute... I got a contractor to do a major job like full panel replacement on the same day. Lucky, I guess. He showed up a little after 2:30, and was wrapping up before 5. He even took $100 off the original estimate for repeat business. Henry is who I will be calling for ALL of my future electrical needs. Hands down.

Very satisfied.  This week I received services from Adary Electric in my home.  Installed ceiling lights.  Repaired some hanging lights.  Installed a bathroom fan.  All well done.  Friendly service.  Cleaned up after the work was done.  This is the third time over several years I have used Adary Electric and I will use them again if I need electrical work.

I had a great experience working with Nick. He quickly responded on my ask for a quote , within two hours he dropped by my house and two days later I nstalled a 14-50 nema outlet to charge my electric cars. The quote he gave was fair and matched market prices, and the worked was really good. I love working with people like Nick. Straight to the point , no funny business!!! Highly recommended.

No wonder Dan has 5 stars!  I can backup the other reviews.  Dan answers his phone, comes over right away and can schedule the job super quick. I needed him to install 10 Leviton Wifi switches for my kids room because well, kids don't know how to turn off lights and rolling blackouts are so not fun in California.  

I ordered all the switches from Amazon and checked them all before Dan came over. He got to work right away and it took him a little longer than anticipated because I didn't have a neutral wire for the switches.  Towards the end of the project we realized that Amazon put the wrong switch in the wrong box (must have been a return) and I couldn't hook the switch up to the app.  Dan felt so bad he tried to stay and take it out and put the old one back, free of charge, but the switch works I just cannot link to our Wifi and app.  This is an Amazon problem.  

Dan's work was so great!  I am super weird about my paint.  Some electricians I have to repaint a wall when they are done, but Dan's work was so clean and he lined up the wall plates and the screw lines perfectly and cleaned up after himself.  Will definitely be calling him again for future projects.  Also love he is local!

We lost power to the Garage Door openers, while the breaker panel didnt have anything tripped.
Jim was very responsive and clear on the scheduling. He was upfront on the charges, which was actually the lowest that I found among the ones that were available to come as soon as possible.
He showed up on time with Mask and Booties :) Very patiently checked out the issue and found out the root cause and fixed it.

Oscar did a great job and solve my tough issue within 2 hours, it's a reliable company, love it and highly recommended, by the way, one thing I need to mention that he help me to purchase the light fixture without extra charge.... again it's a very honest and trustable company.

We are so grateful to have found JR Electric! They are responsive, personable, professional and did great work for a reasonable price. One evening we smelled a terrible burning smell and then the lights and fans in both bathrooms went out mysteriously without tripping the breaker. After doing a little investigating ourselves we called another electrician who came by the next day. He told us that he couldn't find the problem and suggested that we just replace the wiring to the bathrooms and cut off the old wiring. He left promising to text a quote for the work. When the quote didn't arrive by the next afternoon (it still hasn't arrived) we called JR, desperate to have the problem properly diagnosed, for safety reasons, and fixed. They were doing work in the area so Sergio was able to come by within the hour. He told us that they would start investigating and keep looking until they found the problem. He called in help and got started right away, at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. They had the problem diagnosed, fixed and were on their way by 7:45. We slept well assured that we wouldn't have wires burning up in our attic over the weekend.
