Got Ray through the realtor selling the house. He was able to come out very quickly to replace a water heater that would not pass inspection. Very friendly and informative. He has over 20 years experience and he is the one who comes and does the work. He does not sub it out like some other companies I have used.

We had a bad sewer blockage in two bathrooms in our house. On a friend's recommendation (and after bad experience with another pluming company), I contacted Freedom Underground. The house is quite old and did not have 2-way or end-of-line cleanout. Freddie was very professional and thorough. His worker went up the roof and they lowered camera cable to visualize the problem (no charges for running the camera). He also went in the crawl space to further diagnose the problem. Based on the diagnosis, they recommended replacing an 8-10 feet of old pipe (which had cracked  at one end; this had allowed roots to make it into the sewer line causing the blockage), and to also install a 2-way cleanout so in future it is easy to access the sewer line from outside the house. His prices were very reasonable (middle of line amongst the 2-3 quotes I had). I asked him to complete the work earlies and in one day. On the scheduled day of work, he sent 3 guys and was himself  also present most of the time (so 4 people overall). They showed me the video of the line through the whole length till the city sewer and explained all the steps of what they were planning to replace and install. Work was completed in one day, done very professionally and whole place was cleaned and left as it was originally. They had to move one shrub to install the 2-way cleanout, which they did carefully. It is a relief to have the problem fixed (very unpleasant to experience sewer backup). Highly recommend Freedom Underground for any sewer related plumbing work.

He definitely gets the job done. Sent a Yelp help for a damage garage and he reached out very fast. Next day he took a look at it gave me a price and did the job. He knows what his doing and he is super fast and reliable. Will definitely use him again ...

Had an issue with the toilet, called three places, and got a response from Alansi's. They were on-site within an hour, did a quick diagnosis and fixed the problem, real quick and painless. Mo did the work - he was respectful and professional. Overall, a very positive experience.

Emil is fabulous!  Very responsive, very honest, and an excellent Plumber!  It is often so difficult to find someone you can trust but with Polis Plumbing and Emil you are in great hands!  I have had Emil do repairs at least three times now and every time it has been a pleasant experience.  Emil follows through- he is fair and punctual and responsive.

I had Voltz Electric come out to investigate/fix a couple electrical issues with our house.  I called to discuss my needs and get an estimate.  Discussion was professionally handled.  Since my issues were more investigative in nature, it was made clear that a proper estimate was going to depend on what was found.  I was told upfront about 'time and material' billing and minimum charges.  We agreed to move forward and an appointment time that week was available.  The 2 man team showed up on time, did the troubleshooting efficiently and fixed the issues to my complete satisfaction.  Turns out the guy I spoke to initially was Matt, the owner of the business.  He is a professional and honest businessman and I am happy to recommend him to anyone needing an electrician's expertise.

Jason was very knowledgeable and patiently explained our electrical issue. He really cares about his work and is very honest. He places costumer satisfaction, and quality of job ahead of profit. Not one bad thing to say about this company! After we ordered our Tesla Model Y, one of the first things we did was inquire about getting a NEMA 14-50 outlet installed in our garage. This company was on the Tesla website and I definitely wanted the work to be permitted so we went with them.

Response time to our initial inquiry and questions was fast and very professional. We were able to get something scheduled within days of our first contact with the company. Today, the crew came within the earlier side of the arrival window, were so nice and helpful in explaining my options for outlet locations and making sure the outcome works for our intended charging situation. They finished the work quickly and other then the addition of the new equipment, the garage looked untouched as if they'd never been there. The other thing I appreciated was the thoughtfulness they have towards their customers in providing a hook to wrap the charge cord as well as the NEMA adaptor if you need it. It does cost money but I like the fact that bundle of services is the perfect way to set yourself up for EV life.

I still need to have the city inspection but since they are handling the whole thing, I feel free as a bird! I have no worries about getting the city permit and I have my new NEMA to charge my Tesla so I'm ready to go whenever it arrives!

I recommend Minh for all your electrical needs. He is professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. In addition, he provides reasonable pricing. I hired Minh to do the recessed lighting for my kitchen and living room. He showed up on time to give his estimates and started promptly on schedule. He does quality work taking his time with the details and letting me know if there are any issues.

For example, when Minh crawled into my attic, he noticed there were existing electric wires that were exposed and not properly sealed or tied. He took care of that for me without hesitation. Other people could have not said anything and just do the job they were hired for. I like the fact he was honest and cared about the safety and quality of his work.

In addition, I bought a nest smoke detector and asked him to install it on my ceiling.  He helped me install it and made sure it was installed straight. :) I really appreciate all those details and his hard work.

I cannot remember the last time where I was so impressed with a business. Roger was awesome. I found Formosa Electric through yelp and he was quick and responsive.

He showed up at our home around 6:30pm on a weekday night during commute hours. He checked out outlets and terminals and could not find an issue. He suggested that we contact PGE as it might be something with the recent rains causing a surge. Since he didn't find anything he didn't charge us. I was very thankful, especially given that I figured out lately it was a mistake on our part. I will make sure to throw any future business his way.  Honest and professional. THANK YOU

I was looking forward to working with Duke based on the Yelp reviews, but unfortunately we had a poor experience. Communication was an issue throughout the process. Despite several texts and emails explaining the equipment, Duke was not able to locate the right product on the first pass. We attempted to reschedule but did not hear back for days. Perhaps the cost of the job was not worth his time but all clients should be treated well to warrant a five star review on Yelp. I'm looking for another electrician now.

I avoid hiring contractors like the plaque so giving this 5 star review says a lot about CPL.  I have an old Zinsco electric panel which needed to be upgraded in order for me to install heat pumps for the upcoming heat wave. Henry, the owner was responsive, informative and extremely price competitive.  He and his crew, including the stucco contractor (A+) were punctual, professional and fast.  

I added several items to the job up to the date of the job and he worked with me through the changes without any issues.  I have also contacted him a dozen times throughout the process and he would always promptly call me back whether it was the weekend, day or evening.  I would highly recommend Henry and his crew and consider CPL the go-to team for all my future electrical needs.

We hired Adary electric to add a sub panel in our garage. They were very good on communication and gave us a quick estimate turnaround so that we could get started right away. We were referred to them by friends and we will highly recommend them to anyone of  friends as well. They did a very professional job and we feel they were very knowledgeable and friendly. The owner Nadav was especially accommodating and definitely a huge plus they were able to get the job done within a week. We are so glad we went with them as we did look for quotes from others but felt Nadav was more honest and since he was local it was another plus. Thanks Nadav!

Nick is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. We wanted a 14-50 outlet installed for our new EV and he helped us with this project. Requested for a quote on yelp and he texted back within 10 minutes. He was very communicative during the whole process. I purposefully asked him a lot of questions and threw a lot of options at him. He clearly explained how everything works, pros & cons and installation costs for each of the options. Gave suggestions about what will work best in my scenario and never pushed me to pick one over the other. Would definitely recommend him for any kind of electrical work.

Had an electrical problem in my kitchen and someone else came out that recommended  a very expensive fix.  Dan Matthews came out and fixed it in 45 minutes.  So happy and will definitely call again if I need an electrician.  I would highly recommend him.

Great!! Super fast and efficient to repair an electrical outlet that burnt out and took all the necessary covid precautions. Took the time to explain reasons for upgrading / downgrading one of the fuses to us -- highly recommend!

I called a couple of top rated companies to quote a set of small tasks.  The first said it'd be 5 or so weeks. Fast Handy said,  sure, we'll get you taken care of. I felt like I was most valuable customer right from the start. The same day I asked for the quote Kelley came by and did a walk through. Less than an hour later I had a quote in my inbox.  I felt it was fair and competitive - especially since I wouldn't be waiting weeks for the work to begin. That is absolutely worth something to me as well.  Within 36 hours of accepting the quote, they had one of their finest at my house in the morning to get started. He made sure to understand the intent of each task such that I was confident he could operate unattended.  When questions (or suggestions) came up, he brought them to my attention.  The work was done efficiently and professionally.  Nothing but good things to say about each of the tasks completed - plus the whole job finished a bit faster than I thought it would.

There was a problem I discovered after the electrician left however.  All of the power in my downstairs bathrooms was out!  I knew it  had to do with something that was worked on though those rooms weren't ones that had work done.  Thirty minutes after contacting the company the owner himself, Edwin, was in the house troubleshooting.  It didn't take long for him to find a loose wire cap in one of the new switch panels down the hall that was causing the problem.  This also went far faster than I imagined it would. In addition Kelley followed up with phone calls to be sure things went well through the day.  

These guys really care about each job and the quality of their work. They are serious about correcting any issues that arise - in a very timely manner. I definitely recommend them to myself for future work and anyone else that will listen.

My dryer outlet 220v wasn't working and David first chatted with me on yelp messenger back and forth helping me diagnose the electric issue, we rule out most of the issues but I still can't figure out the problem. He came the next day with mask and ready to go, teaching me while working super awesome. The outlet was fixed in 30min and my dryer is back into action. Good people will recommend!
