This time it was the hot water heater. Came home late at night to a minor flood in the garage. Contacted RMB Plumbing and Ray diagnosed the issue over the phone. Came out the next day on time and ready to rumble. The big man gets things done wothout taking any shortcuts and performs high quality work. We got installed a new wash-let (heated Bidet Toilet Seat ).
We got it by Amazon. I first thought it should be installed by my husband easily. But we didn't have an electric outlet. And water pipes were not matching nicely.

So we called a few of handyman services, and SVV responded us nicely.

Their service was on time, and worked very nicely and sincerely.

We've been using Alansi's for our plumbing needs since 2015-first in San Francisco and now in Berkeley.

This week Omar came out and added a dual-valve shut off under our kitchen sink, installed a water purifier, and replaced the leaking hot and cold water valves in our laundry room. He told us ahead of time what he was going to do, gave us estimates, protected our hardwood floors, and got to work.

Our house was built in the early 1900s and then gutted and rebuilt after a fire in 1996 so there are lots of surprises (and shortcuts) when it comes to some of the past work. Under the sink, the pipe he needed to cut to install the dual-valve shut off (so that we could turn off our dishwasher in case of an emergency without having to turn off the water to the sink) was too close to the cabinet wall. He expertly removed the cabinet wall, made the repair, and then fitted a board to close back up the wall.

He had to cut out an old box and put in a new box in the laundry room. To do this some of the sheet rock needed to be removed. He told us and gave us the option to leave the pipes exposed as the plumbers don't do Sheetrock work. Knowing someone would be finishing the space he could have just opened a great big hole. Omar made clean cuts so that patching will be a simple DIY job.

Absolutely love that Omar told us what to expect, gave us options when what was in the wall didn't match, completed the work we needed in a timely manner, and left the work area spotless.

Super fast and super efficient. He came over almost instantly after I sent out requests. He found the problem in minutes and the lights were back on. He was only about half to a quarter of the cost that other electricians quoted me.

I reached out to Willow Glen for a quote to install an EV outlet in my garage. They were super responsive and nice. That's what gave the three stars. The other two stars are missing because of value and a major error on their part.

I reached out to several companies. All but Willow Glen agreed to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet so I could plug in whatever EVSE I wanted to. Willow Glen said they could only install a less powerful outlet, slowing down my charging capabilities. They said they calculated my house's electrical abilities, and a NEMA 14-50 wouldn't work out for me. So they offered to hardwire a box instead or I could choose the slower outlet install. I don't think they were ill-intentioned, but I do think they made an error.

I went with another electrician who was 1/3 their price. The other electrician had the same offerings: he filed the permit with the city and coordinated the inspection. And I got the NEMA 14-50 outlet I wanted installed. It passed inspection and has been working great.

Just leaving this here because while Willow Glen has some great marketing, I wanted others to know there are other electricians who offer the same service but just don't advertise it. Call around.

Minh did a great job in installing a Hubbell 9450 NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage.  It works great for EV charging.  When I communicated with Minh prior to hiring him he provided extra details that other electricians didn't mention.  He was on time and left the area clean.  I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Julio and his brother are the coolest and most down to earth guys I have meet in a while. I called Absolute Power and got lucky with a quick appointment. Julio and bro stopped by and gave me great advise on some wall switches I wanted replaced. He could of just installed the parts I had but instead told me to return hardware and he provided the correct switches. I will for sure be calling him back for some electrical work in my garage.

Roger is very responsible from the day 1 we request for the quotation and explains the update we actually need for the panel. He also completes the work in the same day with the PG&E appointment that save lots of our time. We love his work and defiantly recommend him!

Duke did a great job helping with our issue.  He communicated during the entire process and arrived 15 minutes early to our scheduled time.  I like the fact he is the owner and expert doing the work.  He understands his reputation and company absolutely depend on him exceeding customer expectations.  I will use him again the next time I need any electrical work done.

Had an urgent electrical repair, and Henry answered the phone late in the evening, discussed the issue to reassure me it could wait until the next morning if I wanted to avoid the emergency call fee, and squeezed in my job the next day so that we could get back up and running.  Henry showed up as agreed, wore a mask, got the work done faster than I'd have believed possible, and did a great job at a fair price. 100% recommended for your electrical jobs, emergency or not.

We had a wonderful experience with Adary. They replaced an aging chandelier and recessed lights with LED recessed lights. It started off well with a quick response to my ask for a quote. They actually answered questions in Yelp messages, vs just asking for a call. (Calling during business hours can be challenging for me.)

They provided some options wrt buying our own fixtures vs a reasonable surcharge for selecting and purchasing them a part of the work. Scheduling a time was straight forward.

Then I forgot they were coming ‍. Luckily my wife was still available, and the electrician handled it well, patiently waiting to get let in . He called me a couple times to confirm the work and price.

When I came home everything looked perfect. Well matched fixtures, ceiling was clean, and the new lights were bright and wonderful. I'll definitely be calling again for future work.

We needed to install several new light fixtures in our house. Nick was great at being the first to respond to our inquiry, giving a fair quote (compared to others), and being the first available to do the job.
The job itself was done perfectly, even though our fixtures were several decades old and nailed to the wall, he patiently removed them and installed the new ones.
He went beyond just the service, including cleaning up after himself even though a lot of the dirt was there even before the job, and also spent some time answering our questions regarding other projects we have in mind.

Without a doubt would use his services again.

Robert was great! He showed up on time and did excellent work. Our house was built in '58 and through several owners, questionable work was done to the place, one of which was the sunroom, living room and master bedroom was on a single circuit thus causing overloading quite often. Robert was cautious due to covid-19. When he came and did the quote, we did it from outside of the house as I explained it all to him. He showed up for the work day on time and completed all the planned work, while wearing a mask and being cautious. If I have more work in the future, I will definitely go straight to Electric Heroes.

Dan recently did some electrical repair work for us as we prepared to sell our home. He rates are reasonable and his work was excellent. Dan was on time and completed all of the work on schedule. I highly recommend Dan for any electrical work you need to have done.

I found FHE on yelp. Very fast to respond. Very friendly when they arrived. My job was to simply install 2 20amp runs from front of house to the rear.

Guy left and said he would get me a quote within the next day or so.

I encountered a tricky problem in master bed room electric outlets,  and need to hire a competent electrician to fix it. Looking through  internet, one comment caught my eyes. The author wrote that when he  called an electrician to make an appointment, the electrician  guided him to resolve the problem through phone for free. I decided to  use this electrician, David of JR Electric to do my work. Since his  schedule was full, the appointment had to be a week later. It was worth  the waiting. I already know he is good from other customers'  feedback, still my experience of his work has been above my  expectations.
First, he identified the outlet that caused the problem and fixed it  effectively. He not only fixed the problem, but also made the bedroom  switch more convenient to use.  He also checked other outlets in the bed  room to make sure they are fine.  He is really care for customers.
