I have worked with Ray on job sites for many years now. I can always count on him to get the job done right. That is rare these days as many in the trades know. I have not had any complaints from my customers about his workmanship and attitude, most find him easy to get along with and great sense of humor. We recommend him and we still continue to use him to this day.

Freddy was great! We contacted him about a suspected leak. He check the main line and determined that the problem was likely a toilet inside the house that's been running too much, and not a leak from the main line. He was quick, professional, and explained what he was doing in a way I could understand.

Victor and the team are amazing. They are quick and efficient with reasonable prices. They became my restaurant handyman now. I can call or text them they will show up the same day or the next day. I never feel disappointed when I ask for their help.
They did really great job.

Two weeks ago my toilet was clogged and I called Alsani's Plumbing shortly after. They were able to come same day and even adjusted the time frame so I did not have to wait long. The plumber who came to fix my toilet was very professional and efficient. I hope that I will not have the same issue again, but if I do, its nice knowing a great company to rely on. I highly recommend them for plumbing!

Prompt, Courteous, Honest and Affordable!. Saved my Thanksgiving break! My tankless water heater died a few days before Thanksgiving 2019. I was fully expecting to raked over the coals when I started making calls to plumbers. First off, Emil, answered my phone call at about 9:30 pm at NIGHT! Many of the other outfits have answering services that take your info, etc., which is a drag. Emil was able to come out the next day at 10 am. He gave me a window of 1 hour to arrive from (10-11 am) and called to tell me he would be there at 10:20 am and was on his way. I love working with people who respect my time and are courteous! When he assessed the old water heater, we both agreed it was finished and my preference was to just get a new unit rather than try to fix a 10 year old unit.
I had a Noritz unit previously and frankly I was never super happy with it. It was a bit underpowered for my home and family size and it did not recirculate hot water through the water lines. It only lasted 10 years with Pleasanton's hardwater. (Pleasanton owes me many appliances because their water breaks so many of them, thanks Pleasanton, NOT.) I will definitely service my new one annually. Emil suggested a Rinnai unit that recirculates hot water through the lines so that I don't have to waste a bunch of water waiting for hot water to arrive at the tap or shower head. It works great and I can control that with my smart phone or ipad so that I don't waste lots of energy doing it. (note, Rinnai's Andriod app is not so great. Set it up using the ipad or iPhone first if you have one and then you can use the Andriod app just fine, not Emil's doing, that is on Rannai). Emil had to order the unit and he showed up the very next day. It is an expensive unit but from what Emil quoted me I could tell he was not overcharging me for the unit and the installation fees were reasonable so I was please with the value he offered for the unit and the labor.
It took him about 4 hours to hook things up. He improved my current setup by running the pressure relief line outside of my garage, previously it would have released inside my garage. So more peace of mind there. He also installed the values for servicing the unit which will help make that really easy to do myself. While running the pressure release line outside he accidentally bumped into the vent from my dryer. Well that plastic thing has been baking in the south side sun for 10+ years and it crumpled! Emil, simply replaced it. Had he not, I would have not known and just assumed my kids hit it with a soccer ball or the dog knocked it. So, he is HONEST! Does the right thing when no one is looking. I love that too!
I will definitely use Emil again. Before he left I got a quote from him to replace my aging water shut-off valve for the water line into the house. I just wanted to wait for better weather so that he does not have to do it in the rain! The price he gave me was very reasonable.
I was super delighted that Emil fixed my problem during a chaotic time (Thanksgiving) and did not take advantage of the situation like so many plumbers to extract more money from me than was warranted. He also provided quality work.

We have an old home, and by old, I mean over 100 years old! I did a lot of research on electricians and we ended up going with Voltz electric to update our old wiring. Firstly, Matt (the owner) was clearly knowledgeable on older homes. Further, he came by to give us an estimate and he was thorough and efficient in his analysis. But even better, he was honest. He didn't dramatize or sugarcoat anything, which we really appreciated. We decided to go forward and have them update our wiring. For a day and a half, Mike, Francisco, Andrew and Chris were here to do the work. They showed up on time, explained the plan, checked in with us about any changes prior to them making decisions, and kept everything clean. They finished on time, and answered all kinds of questions from us and cleaned up well. And the quote was exactly what we ended up paying. Yay for no surprises! We will certainly be going back to Voltz Electric for our future electric needs. I'd recommend them to everyone! They are great!

Jason came the same day I called to help with the lighting in the kitchen. He was very professional and even cleaned the lighting covers. Highly recommended.

Willow Glen Electric came recommended by our realtor on the strength of work they have apparently performed as a preferred contractor for members of the Santa Clara County realtor's association.
Granted they do work fast, but there were 2 problems: I believe their charges are a bit high and we had no service with PGE for 6 weeks after their installation of a new 200 amp drop box in 2005. Willow Glen said that it was PGE's fault. PGE said it was supposedly illegal external connection of street service to the drop box. We hoped for better advice from someone so prominently in the electrical business, especially when they say that they take care of the permitting process. I did not enjoy having to run an extension over the fence to my neighbors while working into the evening on other aspects of the remodel after work. . .

I hired Minh to install the ceiling fan and ceiling light. He and his team did a fantastic job and finished the work nicely and neatly. He also fixed my existing switch problem with reasonable price. Minh is down to the last detail which my husband likes. I will definitely hire him again and recommend him to everyone.

Very good electricians. Found the problem and fixed it.
When you call, the owner runs you through some steps to try to fix the problem over the phone. When it doesn't work, he or his employees come to the house. Most electricians go straight for the house call.

Just moved in to a place with a couple outlets not functioning. Called Formosa and was told to double check if they were on the on switch but that was not the issue. The person told me to text him to schedule for the following week. Texted him twice, no response. They seem to be selective on what they want to fix.

Very knowledgeable, has good ideas that fit the need within existing infrastructure. Punctual and responsive. Will definitely hire again.

Henry and his crew are the best. We called them about getting our remaining fluorescent fixtures replaced with LEDs, and they did a phenomenal job, cleaned up after themselves and were in and out in a couple of hours. Henry helped us understand what different lamps would look like in terms of color and brightness, and we could make the right choice (which is working really well in our space). We were so happy, we had them do the undercabinet lighting as well--which they did the next day. We are SO thrilled with the kitchen and baths now. When we need any electrical work done from now on, they are our go-to guys. Also, terrific prices, and clear communication up front.

The electrician showed up on time, with a mask and aware of safety precautions. Took time to assess the multiple small problems that we had around the house and fixed them perfectly. In fact, fixed one of our electric heating vent, by identifying a basic rese(super crucial); other electricians has suggested major parts replacement, etc. Payment was electronically processed. 5 star service!

Nick did a great job replacing our old ClipperCreek and replacing it with a Tesla Wall Charger. He responded very quickly and came out on the same day to provide an estimate. I appreciated that he went over various options and worked with me to find a good solution. I would have no problems reaching out to him for future electrical work.

Roberto & Carlos did all electrical work for an additional dwelling unit (garage conversion) in San Jose with permits. Roberto was knowledgeable and helpful with city & PG&E requirements (transformer replacement) . They completed work in timely fashion. I am so grateful to them and their friendly/attentive office staff that made stressful process easy.

Dan and his staff installed multiple LED lights across our kitchen, dining, and family room. He retrofitted 6 florescent can lights in the kitchen to match the new lights placed in the family and dining room. Dan and staff were clean, arrived on time, and wore a mask as requested.

Jim is fantastic. He could have charged me an arm and a leg for stopping by and getting my circuit breaker repaired, instead he walked me through it on the phone and did it all for free. I am super impressed with his honesty and customer service. I have now found an electrician who I will definitely go back to for all my other electrical needs.

What a relief! Called Fast Handy Electric and within a short amount of time Edwin and his assistant were at my door to investigate and fix our wiring issues. They were extremely capable, friendly and reasonably priced. My huband was shown the faulty wiring and they were able to fix it right away. No more flickering lights and low power in our bedrooms! I highly recommend Fast Handy Electric. They were absolutely terrific!

I can 100% understand why this place has so many 5 star reviews. I called a few minutes ago in panic because half of my outlets/lights went out. I explained the situation nearly in tears because I couldn't imagine having someone come in the house during COVID (we have a high-risk patient).
As someone who knows nothing about this stuff, he could have easily charged me and even told me I needed to pay something to hear his advice. But he didn't. He told me it's simple and I just needed to flick a switch back on again. Then he in-detail went over how to do it and told me what not to touch. He also told me if I have trouble, to give him a call again.
I'm beyond grateful and can't believe that this just happened. After all the bad things that happened during COVID, this was probably the highlight of my year. Can you believe people like this exist? We have so many insane lights around this house and I'm thinking of doing a remodel after COVID is over. Hands-down you have my business and everyone-I-know's business forever. Thank you for your kindness and your honest business JR Electric.
