We were doing a remodel and wanted to replace our water pipes and add a gas line for our stove. Ray and his crew did a remarkable job and the price was right. We had gotten a few other quotes and most seem to be on the high end. Ray and his crew were able to work side by side with our contractor without any issues. The thing we liked most was that he was able to thoroughly explain the process and how long it would take to complete the job.

Great experience with the Freddy and team. Paper work for permit and inspection for adding a property line clean out was taken care by his team. Freddy collected payment only after city inspection passed.

Viktor is exceptional. He did several jobs for us including installing a new faucet, wall-hanging desk, heavy duty shelves and an outdoor swing. He also painted and installed our interior garage door. Not only was he fairly priced, his work was top-notch. We are very satisfied with his service and highly recommend him for anyone looking for a handyman.

Moe and Luis did a great job in installing copper pipes - replacing the galvanized pipes that were corroded leading from the basement to the upstairs sink. The work was done well and the price​ was great. It was a hard job.

Emil is the plumber you want to have in your saved contacts.  He did an outstanding job on two leaky toilets and 2 outside valves that needed replacing; did it fast and for very reasonable pricing.  He even threw in a quick service for free! He responded almost immediately to my inquiry and was able to assess quickly, and stuck with his quote.  

I will be using him for all of my future plumbing and water heating services.

Experienced a partial room outage in the garage last night. The garage door, garage lights, water heater were all not responsive, but the entry way lights tied to the same breaker switch was working fine. Called early the following morning to explain the issue and the electrician was very kind and patient, helping me diagnose the issue over the phone. Turned out it was just the GFIC switch was tripped! Now I know what that thing is... thanks again to the kind electrician who helped me in my moment of need. Although we didn't require services this time, we will be sure to go with this place with future electrical work!

Jason was prompt, personable and did a great job troubleshooting an appliance install. He fixed the problem and cleaned up after.

Minh helped us replace two ceiling fans at our house.   He brought one helper with him and they were both very responsible with masks, gloves, shoe booties.  They did the work correctly and cleaned up after.  
I would definitely use them again - they did a great job!

Roger was very professional and helpful. I needed a quick job completed but he was booked months out. He ended up asking a few questions over the phone and diagnosed the issue for me right then and there. Solved my problem and didn't charge me a penny. He told me to save his contact and reach out if I ever have issues and we could book a time for a more in depth look.

Duke responded my request very fast. After he checked my house conditions, he provided a reasonable solution. He also helped enhanced house safety by installing a rod and main breaker.

Had a problem with a breaker that burnt out due to loose wiring, Henry came out within half an hour and identified the problem right away. He got a replacement very quickly and the work was finished in no time at all. Henry worked quickly and was very friendly.

I was using a fancy outlet tester on a nonGFCI outlet for the first time when my moderately large open kitchen and dining area suddenly lost power to 2/3 of the outlets (some counter, some wall), but lights still working.  None of the Circuit Breaker box switches  looked tripped.  I thought that I may have damaged one of the circuits and decided it would be prudent to have an electrician investigate.  I messaged one other company but felt that their hourly rate was quite high; called Adary Electric which had excellent reviews and reasonable rates.  Got an appointment with Adary right away for the next morning.  Electrician Robert gave me a heads up call and was very polite (clearly a kind gentleman) and very professional.  He listened patiently while I explained in lengthy detail what, where, and why I was doing when I lost some power.  He first wanted to see the Electric Switch Box which he said looked normal and checking with his fingers and could see that they were all in good alignment.  Apparently the switches can trip slightly.  He showed me how to do the check myself.  Then he found one of my GFCI outlets and hit its reset button - and then my coffee machine and electric water pot lights turned on.  He said the outlet tester somehow tripped the GFCI (even though I was using the tester on a non-GFCI outlet) which in turn tripped the rest of the circuit.  Power was back just like that.  There was time to fix a more difficult problem.  My exterior front porch lamp wall timer control switch was permanently in ON position.  He proceeded to fix that in good time.  I could tell he was a great person, because my cat wanted to sit near him while he worked!!  I loved that Robert was a good listener, very respectful of my property and cat, and although my issues were not difficult - I can't help but think he's an excellent electrician too.  I will keep Adary Electric as my go-to for electrical problems

We needed to install several new light fixtures in our house. Nick was great at being the first to respond to our inquiry, giving a fair quote (compared to others), and being the first available to do the job.
The job itself was done perfectly, even though our fixtures were several decades old and nailed to the wall, he patiently removed them and installed the new ones.
He went beyond just the service, including cleaning up after himself even though a lot of the dirt was there even before the job, and also spent some time answering our questions regarding other projects we have in mind.

Without a doubt would use his services again.

I had an electrical issue on a Saturday. After calling several electricians, I found this company. They came out quickly and resolved the electrical problem. I was very relieved that I didn't have to wait until Monday for an electrician to come out. I would have been without heat/AC which wouldn't have been ideal if there were any weather extremes. I am happy that they fixed the issue promptly.

I found Electrical residential services here on Yelp and decided to give them a call. I was pleased to have David the owner answer the call straight away and offer to come by to look at the work I needed to have done the next day.

David was on time and after a few moments of dicussing my job I was completely confident his extensive experience in electrical work would make them a perfect fit for my job.

We had about 20 lights as a part of a new landscape project as well as the addition of a new circuit and several new GFI receptacles that needed installation. David worked quickly and was also very careful not to damage our house (paint, walls, etc) and then cleaned up thoroughly.

The following day,  Electrical residential services actually called me as a follow up to make sure I didn't have any additional questions regarding their work. Way to go guys! I had a great experience with them and am currently recommending them to friends and family.
