I'd give them 10 stars if I could: Freddy and his team were absolutely fantastic: quick in all of their responses, were extremely fair, honest, professional, competent, conscientious & their plumber's license + bonding were good.  I highly recommend their services.

We had an old main sewer line failure that resulted in a horrific mess.  Freddy responded to my initial inquiry within the hour, came by on his way home from work mid-evening to take a look, recommended a great hazmat team to deal with the lake of nastiness, came back a day later to take a closer look at the issues, provided a detailed and fair bid (much faster/better than other bids we received), and set up a quick timeline for resolution.

We also loved that they offer trenchless piping: they didn't have to tear-up the 50+ feet between our home and the city's main line at the street.

They completed the job on-time, on-budget, and with great customer service every step of the way.

Viktor was on time and got right to work on replacing my kitchen garbage disposal.  During and after the installation he cleaned up the work area.  He even brings his own slippers to wear inside the house.  Highly recommended!

Had a busted pipe on a Saturday afternoon and one of the Alansi crew was out to our place within about an hour. Will definitely call them next time we have an issue.

We needed an automatic emergency gas shut off valve replaced per code in the city we live in. The lack of that unit was holding up permitted work at my home. I was referred to Polis plumbing and was not disappointed. Emil fit me in his schedule in less than a week and had the unit installed quickly, neatly and explained how it works as well. Emil and Polis plumbing was very professional, courteous and clean. I would highly recommend Polis plumbing and would contact them for any further plumbing needs of my own.

Our lights flickered every now and then but we thought it's not a big deal until it got worse. We had pg&e root caused the issue towards our main electrical panel. I contacted Matt due to great reviews on yelp. I've got to admit...every word here is true. Matt guided us throughout and helped fix this issue plus other minor electrical problems altogether. He has very experienced group of electricians. Initially it was estimated to be 5-6 hrs job but Mike, Matt's foreman, fixed all issues in 4 hours!! What a great experience. Now we know who to contact for any electrical problem. Voltz will be our family electricians! I'll recommend Voltz to everyone in a heartbeat.

We needed help to replace the exhaust fan in our bathrooms. When we got quotes from other electricians after their visit, they all recommended very expensive work and one recommended that I buy a brand new unit.

When Jason came and take a look, he immediately knew what the issue was. Instead, Jason recommended that I buy the new motors online and the work would be very quick and simple!

Jason's work was top quality and we love his utmost professionalism in helping us with this work.

Willow Glen Electric replaced the panel and line to our house. Unfortunately, the exact location where they were working on our roof leaked during the recent rains. Rather than investigating to solve the problem, they came out to prove it wasn't their responsibility. They went so far as to research roofing permits on our house and claimed that our roof wasn't maintained properly.

There are a lot of good electricians in the South Bay, steer clear of these guys.

UPDATE-RESPONSE: First rain and the roof leaks exactly where their team was working (and nowhere else), coincidence? Accept responsibility for poor workmanship. Their response below is full of inaccuracies, the roof isn't 55 years old (that's the age of the house), the roof has been replaced multiple times as confirmed by neighbors and leaves on a roof are normal after rain. As you (Matt) said, I no roof expert.

BTW - I also had to call repeatedly to have them finish the original job.

I have interviewed and worked with various electricians in the past ten years in the Bay Area and Minh is a true professional who does his job with pride. He confirmed future appointments, showed up on time, knows his work, and he had the cleanest drop-cloth I've ever seen from all the various contractors I've worked with in the past. Also, his assistant was very attentive and diligent, which is a reflection of his employer. I will be contacting Minh for all future electrical work.

My first impression of Julio was that he was a great communicator, friendly, and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable he listened to what the problem was. Then, when Julio and his brother arrived they were professional and immediatly recognized the problem. The problem was so simple and he was so quick to fix it, but he still took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and how to avoid it in the future. I am so thankful he was the only electrician that returned my call when I left messages to a handful of businesses about our electrical issue.

Roger was excellent!! He responded quickly to my request for him to check out a dysfunctional outlet in my house. He wore a mask and shoe covers as he entered our house. He analyzed the problem within a minute, and fixed our outlet! We are very happy with his service and professionalism, and highly recommend.

We received an estimate from Duke over the weekend (after an initial visit on Wednesday last week), and Eddie came out to make the necessary repairs this Wednesday.  He was on time, installed the replacement transformer, cleaned up some things in our attic that weren't up to code, removed some scrap wire he found, and installed waterproof connectors in place of the electrical tape that was previously installed, all in less than 2 hours.  

We're very happy with the work that was done, and with the way the entire Duke team handled the entire process from initial visit to invoicing and payment.  We highly recommend Duke Electric!

I had 3 CFL kitchen lights converted to LED lights.  Doug did such an outstanding job.  I did a Request for Quote via Yelp, and the experience could not have gone any smoother -- received a reasonable quote from Henry and set up an appointment.  Doug arrived as scheduled; he was knowledgable, friendly, and took about 2 hours to complete the job.  My wife is so happy with our new kitchen lighting.  So long 3-tube 4-pin CFL lights!  Hello easy-to-maintain and brighter LED lights!

In looking for an electrician I went to Nextdoor.com and Adary was #1 choice for neighbors.  I then went to YELP for a second opinion.  Again #1 choice.  We had had a refrigerator melt down that had been repaired, but the wall plug seemed dead and needed to be replaced.  We were using a counter outlet with an extension cord while waiting for an electrician.  Our prior electrician was too busy to return phone calls.  Left a message to Adary on a Sunday and received a return phone call the next morning.  Freeman was out by about 11:00 am.  We had not reset our circuit breaker properly - very quick fix. I asked Freeman to do another quick fix - done.  Adary has earned its top ratings and we certainly agree with all the other reviews.

Nick from Electrica was excellent. Clear communication, timely arrival, quick & efficient work. I needed several Light switches swapped and Nick handled them all with care.

Fast, professional, and they actually returned my calls! We needed to get a couple ceiling fans installed, one in each bedroom. I thought 6 weeks would be enough time, but I wasn't having any luck getting any electricians to call me back. I used the Yelp feature where it will reach out for me. Electric Heroes was one of the fastest to contact me. I sent them photos got a quote and Alex was out within the quoted time to do the works. He was so fast, professional and polite. Dan came out and installed a new ceiling fan box and ceiling fan for us replacing a light fixture and box that wasn't rated for a ceiling fan. He communicated up front his expectations on the timing and price including materials and made an adjustment during the installation for parts not needed off the price. Dan is clearly experienced, professional, observant, and courteous. If you're in need of electrical installation work done I highly recommend his services.

Jim gives competitive quote and quickly respond on Yelp to schedule the work. Jim and his team member showed up on time and follow Covid protocol to wear mask. They quickly find out the issue of the current electrical line and fix it so they can install the new smart doorbell, chime, new button. Installation went smoothly and look nice.
