This company cares! i have used this company several times. Once you find a reputable company, you stick with them! This week I contacted RMB Plumbling to come in and install new faucets in our daughters double sink. I received immediate support to have the faucet installed! Owner and operator Ray was kind and so professional. Years ago he came to our home to replace the guest bath toilet, he did such a great job, we asked him to replace the master bath toilet too. He was very knowledgeable and honest. At some point, we scheduled him to return and replace our kitchen sink as well. He also checked our pipes that run from the washer and dryer. It's hard to find good professional companies. I've had my water heater over 20 years and have RMB Plumbing on stand by when it needs to be replaced! I know we will be in good hands! I have recommended this company whenever anyone asks for a plumber. You will be in good hands!

We had an extremely positive experience with Freddy and his team dealing with the most challenging situation we have faced as homeowners. I called with a crisis on a weekend and his team showed up on Monday morning to diagnose and offer solutions. The quote was fair and he was very transparent about all of potential issues. The work was completed professionally, on time and on budget. Freddy checked in with us daily and was always accessible to answer our questions. Viktor did a great job renovating a shower and a couple of sinks in my very old building (built 1908).

Had a great experience with Alansi's Plumbing. Yehia scheduled me an appointment right away to fix a toilet and Dante did the repair quickly and efficiently. Very good communication and easy to work with. I loved that they emailed the invoice right away--usually you have to bug people for it. Will definitely call them again.

Emil, was extremely helpful (even on a Sunday). He rescued us from a broken water heater. I could not write a more positive review about his professionalism, workmanship, knowledge and recommendation. Five stars, if I could give a six star I would!

Wow! These guys are great!  Initially, I was going to give Voltz a so-so review for my first experience with them last week.   I was happy that Mike, the technician, was efficient and quick so that wasn't the problem.  To make a long story short....it was related to the bill for the work done.

So I decided rather than writing a mediocre review and being upset, I called the company.  I spoke to James and explained how I felt.  He quickly called the owner, Matt, and called me back in minutes.  James told me that he was refunding me the difference from the original quote that was given to me over the phone.  He not only gave me the refund, but he also drove over and hand-delivered it to me the same day!  (in 2 hours)

I was really impressed!  Voltz really cares about their customers.  They didn't blow off my complaint, take my money and call it a day.  Now I feel confident that I found a truly honest and reputable electrical company.   In the past, i had a bad experience with one where we had spent $$$$ for our new home and since then, had never used their services again.  

How well James handled my concern promptly and professionally has redeemed my belief that not all electrical companies are shady. Voltz seems to stand by their word and the happiness of their customers.   I will not hesitant to call them again for future services!

Jason is a wonderful person and very skilled electrician. The electrical system of my house is pretty old. Several lights and power outlets did not work since a couple of weeks ago. Jason analyzed various possibilities and designed several tests to verify his theory. He figured out which part in the system was broken. He told me that the the problem could be solved in several ways and analyzed which way would be most appropriate for my case. It was not trivial to fix very old electrical system, but he solved the problem nicely and elegantly. I highly recommended him to others.

Excellent customer service from initial contact all the way to post-final inspection. At every stage of the project, I dealt with courteous and knowledgeable folks giving me all possible options for the best and most cost-effective EV charging system given the restrictions I have in my case. Minh helped us install some recessed lighting in our family room.  He came on time to give a quote and his quote was the most reasonable.  I got quotes for almost 2X what he quoted me!  He quickly got me on the schedule and we communicated via text to confirm that I bought the right kind of lights (sorry to text you on a Saturday night, Minh!).  He and his associates did a wonderful job.  I was expecting it to take all day, but the crew was done before lunch.   And he happily changed the temperature of the lighting after his crew cleaned and packed up everything.  The whole process was great from start to finish.  Knowledeable, friendly, efficient.  I will hire Minh again in a heartbeat.

When you call, the owner runs you through some steps to try to fix the problem over the phone. When it doesn't work, he or his employees come to the house. Most electricians go straight for the house call.

Very decent and professional service. We called Roger when facing electric problem during Shelter-in-Place. He instructed us how to deal with the panel on the phone and got the problem solved. Will definitely reach him again when we start working on house rewiring.

I recently bought a house in San Jose and did a total remodel which meant outfitting the entire 2000 square foot home with recessed lighting, installing several outlets and rewiring electric cables for a new kitchen layout. Duke installed over 40 recessed lights in my new home. He was always on time, ahead of schedule and highly professional. He always insisted on doing things the right way; up to code and never cutting corners. I highly appreciated his attention to detail and his ability to foresee problems before they arose which was critical since the order of work is super important when it comes to construction. Highly recommended!

We called Adary Electric because part of my rental house is outage. They recommend us to call PG&E (800-743-5000) firstly to do the investigation, which is free. PG&E people came and helped figure out the root cause. Thanks Adary Electric for the great suggestion.

Nick did a great job replacing our old ClipperCreek and replacing it with a Tesla Wall Charger. He responded very quickly and came out on the same day to provide an estimate. I appreciated that he went over various options and worked with me to find a good solution. I would have no problems reaching out to him for future electrical work.

Brayan and Carlos (as well as their lead, Roberto) did the great job at my whole house electrical, and Telsa wall charger.  They were prompt, courteous , responsible & professional.  I am happy with their service.

Jim and his partner just installed recessed lights for our home's bedrooms and did a wonderful job. The overall experience was great, from starting the conversation with Jim and getting a quote, to how efficient and clean the work was, to how much better our bedrooms look with the new lighting. Jim was very responsive in his communication and it was easy to set up a date and time to start the work, which ended up only taking a few hours for all 3 bedrooms. In total, we added recessed lights and dimmers in all the bedrooms, and added a new light in a walk-in closet. The update makes such a big difference and makes our home feel much brighter and modern.

We also had Jim come take a look at some smaller electrical issues we had at the beginning of the year and found him practical, efficient, and fair in pricing and his work. Thanks EChiBon Electric!

I called a couple of top rated companies to quote a set of small tasks.  The first said it'd be 5 or so weeks. Fast Handy said,  sure, we'll get you taken care of. I felt like I was most valuable customer right from the start. The same day I asked for the quote Kelley came by and did a walk through. Less than an hour later I had a quote in my inbox.  I felt it was fair and competitive - especially since I wouldn't be waiting weeks for the work to begin. That is absolutely worth something to me as well.  Within 36 hours of accepting the quote, they had one of their finest at my house in the morning to get started. He made sure to understand the intent of each task such that I was confident he could operate unattended.  When questions (or suggestions) came up, he brought them to my attention.  The work was done efficiently and professionally.  Nothing but good things to say about each of the tasks completed - plus the whole job finished a bit faster than I thought it would.

There was a problem I discovered after the electrician left however.  All of the power in my downstairs bathrooms was out!  I knew it  had to do with something that was worked on though those rooms weren't ones that had work done.  Thirty minutes after contacting the company the owner himself, Edwin, was in the house troubleshooting.  It didn't take long for him to find a loose wire cap in one of the new switch panels down the hall that was causing the problem.  This also went far faster than I imagined it would. In addition Kelley followed up with phone calls to be sure things went well through the day.  

These guys really care about each job and the quality of their work. They are serious about correcting any issues that arise - in a very timely manner. I definitely recommend them to myself for future work and anyone else that will listen.

These guys came as early as they could to give me a quote, and they worked their tails off while they were here, and stayed at the quote.  The work was top-notch and they were very professional, as well as friendly.  I will definitely be calling them again for future projects.
