Majid is very responsive and knows his stuff well, I needed him twice urgently and both times he came true and took care of things for me.  I will definitely call him for the next water heater or plumbing related needs.

No show 2 days in a row.  We also did not receive a phone call to let us know they were not coming.  I am disappointed.

We had a leak in our front yard (water line to meter).  I had originally called Rescue Rooter because they had the biggest ad in the phone book - bad choice.  They sent a guy out, then 2 more came out, and I was given a sales pitch and an estimate to replace the entire line with copper pipe, re-plumb my entire house with copper pipe and replace our water softener for a whopping $20,000.  I gave them the boot and a friend referred me to Amer at Anytime Plumbing.  He came out within a couple of hours and determined the problem with an estimate of $1,100-$1,200.  He returned the next morning and proceeded to repair the leak by redirecting the line.  He was polite, knowledgable and very professional, keeping me aprised of the work during the entire process.  I would definately use him again.

I highly recommend Plumbing Care based on our recent experience.  We had an issue with our disposal and not knowing much about disposals we called Plumbing Care to take a look.   Alvictor was our technician and was very honest with us and found that our disposal was just stuck and fixed it for us without charging us.  It is rare to find a plumbing company that would be this honest and we appreciated this and will definitely use Plumbing Care for our future plumbing needs.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

Front desk was great! Crew sounded caring and knowledgable.

Plumbers are great, but Management was shaky. Got a quote and they tried to match pricing of competitors, however, they slipped up and gave away their real prices.

Long story short... jacked up prices by $100 bucks when really it was a City job, altogether!!!

Absolute life savers! I've been having issues with my sewer line for the last 3 years. About every 6 months it will back up. I've had a couple of different plumbing companies and the city out to help me resolve the issue, all saying I don't appear to have an accessible ground level clean out. NO ONE has been able to find my main clean out until today. I was feeling pretty defeated being told my clean out was likely under my drive way and that it would cost thousands of dollars to install a two way clean out, run a camera and take care of the roots that they were sure were in the line or see what was going on. Thankfully I came across Jc Sewer on yelp today and gave them a call. They were able to find my clean out within 15 mins. They snaked the line, found no roots, told me I didn't need a two way clean out and got my problem taken care of. I'm so grateful that there are some knowledgeable and trust worthy companies out there. Will only use these guys from now on!

We had several unrelated electrical problems including malfunctioning sprinklers and humidifier, and a leaky outside faucet. Jeff performed outstanding work on all items including troubleshooting. He was on time, courteous and professional. His previous managerial experience does show through. We'll contact ASHS again for future handiwork.

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

My house was in need of a serious upgrade. I looked at other Heating and Air companies and I always felt like I was being pushed to do more than what my house needed. Jason met me at my house and explained to me the variety of options available to me. He was not pushy and helped me pick the right unit for my house. The crew who came to my house was very efficient and did an amazing job. The unit Jason picked for me has made my house comfortable in the winter with heat and nice and cool during the summer time. I haven't had the opportunity to work with Shawn yet, but I'll have his number on standby for sure. I ran into a huge water leak with my sprinkler system and he was generous with his time, kind enough to facetime and try to help resolve though he was busy. We weren't able to resolve the issue over the call due to the existing faulty setup of my sprinkler system in my home (which was set up by another company) leaving a review because it's very hard to come by helpful people these days.

Niko was fast and efficient. He installed our new faucet in less than an hour. He was professional and on time. We will definitely use him in the future.

Marquez plumbing was so quick to get back to my inquiry. I needed a new water heater and they immediately gave me an excellent quote with details on what I was paying for. They showed up and had consistent communication with me the day of the appointment. I will definitely call them back for future jobs.

Eugene did a very good job replacing our kitchen faucet. very friendly and respectful , took off his shoe before coming into the house.

Requested a quote via yelp and had a response within the hour. They came the next morning on time and fixed my leaky shower faucet and toliet. So fast and friendly. Definitely calling them in the future if I run into any issues.

The tenants suspected CO and asked the city to check. The city found out the problems:  oven-venting need to be aligned, as well as the burner of the oven needs repair.  They suggested to call plumber and appliance contractor to fix the problems.

I have Benjamin Franklin came over today to check out the venting.  The technician checked and could not find any problem, but he didn't even turn on the oven to check for any CO.  Instead, he  called me to say that there is gas leakage in the crawl space as the pipes are rustic and could cause explosion any time.  He recommended to replace the gas line for $10,000, which is better than any explosion.  He told me the visit itself cost $199 if I don't do any work, though it says $79 on internet.  When I asked the technician for proof of the gas leakage, he hung up.  The tenants told me the technician left without saying anything, or leaving a note.

I was concerned about the potential explosion and wanted to talk to the technician for more details.  He didn't pick up the phone and I called the office.  They told me someone would get in touch with me regarding the issue.  I need someone to confirm the potential gas explosion.  But no one called after several hours.

To no avail, I called the city again and told them what the technician told me.  They sent out someone to check for gas leakage immediate.  They mentioned that most likely the contractor tried to upset.  But for peace of mind, they would check for gas leakage.  The results from the city came back that there is no gas leakage.

Please be aware of this company - they don't bother to find the problem and up sell you something that cannot fix the problem.

Charged my elderly mother $800 for replacing two bathroom sink faucets that she already had purchased.  Ernie's sent two men who took over 2.5 hours to replace, 20 minutes at their truck writing up the invoice, and 10 minutes to tell my mother how difficult and hard it was.  Her house is only 15 years old.  What a rip off!!
