We've been using these guys for awhile now.  They did a major upgrade of our sewer line several years ago.  Best recommendation from Moshin was install a clean out in front of our house for those just in case.  We went ahead and invested in a trenchless replacement of our sewer line.  Best investment cause tonight, we needed our sewer line snaked.  I know they were busy but Mo did not hesitate to send a tech immediately it was going to be a quick service call.  Sayed came, snaked the line and in a few seconds, we hear both tubs go bloop, and the everything drained immediately.  Service was efficient.  Cost was affordable.  Response was absolutely wonderful as if we had our own plumber next door.  God bless these guys that provide a quick turn around.  Moshin, you guys are awesome as always.

I have used Chandler's Plumbing twice in the last 5 months. The first time was to fix a water main leak and the second to replace the water heater. They provided excellent service both times. Ish answered my call and was able to send someone out the same day or the next, something many other companies were not able to do. Their price is also reasonable and they do not charge to diagnose the problem. The crew, Paul and Gerardo, were friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. I had a great experience with Chandler's Plumbing and will use them again!

A+++++ satisfied customer here.  Last week my main sewer line backed up during a huge rain storm.  Called Rescue Rooter for help.  They were very nice and came at 2am, used a snake and easily unclogged my line.  This week, when it started to rain again the same thing happened so we again called Rescue Rooter who again snaked the line open.  We asked them to use a camera to try and figure out what was going on and they hit dirt at the property line.  So far in this story all is well with their service...however...

When they saw the dirt they immediately thought the main sewer line was broken in the street so they started talking to my wife about cutting up the street, city permits, traffic permits and all these other nightmares with an estimated price tag of $20,000!!!

By pure luck our good friend happened to stop by.  He's used Amer for years on his commercial properties and had nothing but high praise and strongly suggested we give him a call.  Great advice.

Amer rearranged his schedule to come out first thing the next morning.  Video'd the line and figured out where the problem was, dug a trench (gross), found the hole, repaired it perfectly and then closed everything back up.  No opening the street, no city permits needed, no traffic issues...nothing but good work.

The bill was $2,000!  And not the $20,000 Rescue Rooter quoted my wife.  I will absolutely call Amer again for all of my plumbing issues.  Very nice guy, great work ethic, high standards of workmanship and appropriate prices.

Our garbage disposal went out and I called Plumbing Care to come out and diagnose the issue. They scheduled me right away, sent me a picture of the technician who was coming out (Mitko) and he called when he was on his way to my house to give me an ETA.  When he arrived, he and his assistant (didn't get his name) used shoe covers to enter my home. After several minutes, it was determined that my older disposal would need to be replaced - something I kinda figured anyway as it was dead, dead. Although he gave me a very fair estimate and offered to do the work right then and there, my insurance company required me to send paperwork and go through the authorization process first. As soon as that was completed, I called Plumbing Care back and they offered to come out any day, at my convenience. This included over the weekend at no additional charge! A plumber, coming to my house on a Sunday without charging an exorbitant, emergency rate. Unheard of. Alejandro installed my new disposal yesterday, Sunday. Again, before he showed up, the company sent me a picture of him, he called with an ETA and he used shoe covers. He took the time to switch out other parts of my drain as needed and he checked for leaks at each step. He was very thorough, explained everything to me and cleaned up the work area. I would definitely call Plumbing Care again.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

Gert is a friendly and informative technician. He fixed the slow shower drain and also taught me how to avoid it in the future, what to buy, and some maintenance.

They send you text messages to keep you informed and even a link to see where they are in their travel to your house.

They did cancel the day prior (cost estimations must be done in person). They called me but I was on the train home.

Would have been nice to get an apology for that but the service was awesome! Highly recommended!

Got a quote from another company for an exploratory dig they were going to charge me $2,789 and just guessing and then charge me to run the camera again and have to clear my main sewer line. I called JC and they were out here the same day called in extra people cleared my main line and found where my clean out was quoted me for their service. They are honest reliable and a true value I will be calling them again and highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a new kitchen faucet and a new water dispenser for my filter. I try to be somewhat diy, but I'm not afraid to admit when I'm better off with a professional. You don't want to risk it with plumbing. After checking out the reviews, I gave Chuck a call and he answered right away. We setup a day and time, and he came by this morning to do the work. He was very quick with a more challenging install, professional, and also very friendly. I was able to discuss some plans for future work, and also got some great advice on things I would be doing myself in the future.

A great overall experience. After some experience with flaky handymen in the past, I've definitely found my new go to guy for the future!

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Our furnace stopped working at night, when it was very cold. We called Bellow's the next morning and they were able to come out quickly, at 8am the next morning.

Kenta was great, very courteous and professional! We had other technicians from other companies come out about the issue before, but were never able to diagnose the problem... the issue was with the torch power cycling and would come and go (so would appear to be working until later). Kenta was able to figure it out within an hour and had the replacement flame sensor on hand! We are now warm and comfortable during the cold nights and mornings again:)

Niko was an amazing plumber.  He arrived on time and he was quick!  My garbage disposal was replaced in no time.  I very much appreciated him wearing a face mask, covering his shoes when he came inside my house and left his work area clean when he was done.

Best of all, his rate was very affordable.  I would definitely use his services again in the future and I'll recommend him to my friends.

Marquez plumbing was a referral from a friend so I gave them a try.  I called them the morning after XMAS and a very polite gentleman answered the phone.  He had one of his employees Danny at my house within 40 minutes.  I had a plugged kitchen drain and it was an issue.  Danny was very professional, clean, polite and respected my home.  He was very responsive to my questions and concerns while he was here and he fixed clogged pipes after snaking the lines. It appeared challenging to say the least that my attempt with Drano wasn't going to solve but Danny got it done.  This company is local and I would recommend them highly.  Nice to find a company you can trust ...

We are remodeling one of our two bathrooms and of course the shower in the usable bathroom decided to clog. I reached out to NEP and he responded extremely fast. He was very commutative during the process. He got held up on another job and made sure to keep us updated on his arrival time. He arrived and unclogged the shower quickly. He was great at letting us know why he believed it was happening which is awesome. I recommend him 10 out of 10 times!!

We had a garbage disposal that definitely needed replacing. Bay Rooter & Plumbing gave us an appointment window of 11 a.m.-2 p.m. The plumber arrived at 11:04 a.m., & was finished with the job in a 1/2 hour. The plumber also left the area clean when finished. The cost exactly matched their estimate. Great plumber at a great price!

We had a crack in the sewer pipe joint going from our house to the main sewage line at the end of January.  Pablo Cabrera and Dende Sherpa worked in the rain, removing our patio pavers, digging down 5 feet and making the repairs.  Then they put it back together for us.  They were very polite, thorough and explained everything they were doing.  We were very pleased and will recommend Benjamin Franklin to our neighbors.  Thank you.

Ernie Jr is a longtime Gilroy family plumbing business who can fix any plumbing issue. I had a clogged toilet that was making weird bubbly noises and then backing up. Took a video sent it and they came out right away. Turns out they had to pull and replace the original mfg toilet -Mayfield- and found a plastic circle restricting water and ahem flow.

No free estimates with this company.  And youre dealing with an office lady that isnt handy/technical.
