I was in search for a plumber. It happened to be my birthday and my water heater at my house was leaking and it needed to be replaced ASAP. What a day huh? Not the best birthday, but I called around and landed at Chandler's Plumbing because he quoted me on the spot, no games with pricing saying he needed to do a diagnostic fee to come out like other companies, and said he could get it done in the same day. Rey came out to fix it and did a good job cleaning up. Fast forward to 4 months later and my dad's house had no hot water. I recommended him to Chandler's Plumbing and they came out today to replace it. They were prompt, did a good job, and the plumber helped my dad pry the door open because we didn't have the master key.

Would I hire them again? Absolutely yes! Only downside was that I had to chase Ishmael down for the receipt, but he provided both today and responded to make sure we checked our spam box.

Amir was responsive- professional and reasonable- saved us from having a few cold showers- fit us in and did not charge for a estimate and visit- gave us excellent advice and after trying to find better price- ( we could not) came next day and completed a wonderful job.

Vince installed my tankless water heater a week ago and it's been workingbflawlessly. He also followed up with me to make sure everythiblng was working good. I would recommend using them again.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

I used them for the first time today after having issues with my other plumbers.  I called them on the phone and the lady on the phone handled it professionally.  A plumber was sent to the rental property within an hour and the plumbing problem was fixed the same day.  Dependable, easy to deal with, seems honest, and the price is reasonable.  I would definitely use them again.

Chuck is very easy to work with. Honest, reasonable price, quick response and shows up on time. He helped us put storage units together in the garage, and fixed our dish washer. Definitely recommend Chuck as a reliable handyman!

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Scheduled to come give a quote and never showed up. Didn't call or notify us. Very disappointing for a company with good reviews. Made me wonder if that was real peoples experience?

Wow! Finally, a plumber who knows what he's doing, takes pride in his work, and charges reasonable prices. Shawn is deserving of his 5-star rating. He lived up to all of the positive Yelp reviews. Over the years, I've hired a few plumbers. Shawn proved to be the best. What a relief.
I needed to replace a shower cartridge and the laundry room's hot/cold water outlet. Shawn scheduled a next-day appointment for me, arrived on time, and completed the work in 2 hours. Thank you, Shawn!

We had an emergency plumbing situation in our bathrooms over the weekend and sent a request for quote on yelp. Trieu was the first to respond almost middle of the night . He could diagnose the problem right away; provided an estimate and set up an appointment to fix the problem. He did an excellent job and got our bathrooms to function. He also gave us tips and suggestions to avoid problems in the future and  was extremely helpful in explaining the problems and showed us the cleaned sewage line with a camera.
Trieu knows his work very well and the best thing I liked is that he guarantees his work.  He is dependable and a go to guy for any emergency situation. I already referred him to one of my friends. thanks Trieu for saving our weekend!

I had just moved into a new house and 1 week after being in my new home, I had a toilet backup then I discovered within minutes that sewage was backing up into my bathtub as well.  It was 9pm on a Friday. I called 6 different LOCAL plumbers that advertise 24/7 emergency services. Out of all of them only 2 called me back, Marquez and a guy who wanted to walk me through opening up my clean out. So clearly, I had no choice but to go with Marquez if I wanted to get something done that night.  It may have been out of desperation but it was a great choice.  The previous tenant had a baby and flushed baby wipes down the toilet.  The guy that came out was awesome. He took a look and let us know what he had to do and why, before he did it.  

Fast forward to yesterday (7/22/15), I bought a gas dryer and the gas line had been capped off but it was there and accessible.  I called Marquez first, they said they could come out on 7/23 but he called me back a few hours later and said one of the techs had finished a job early and he could send him out that day if I had time.  I didn't so I just opted for today (7/23). Kim, called me this morning to let me know that she was sending over a tech (I work from home so this was easy for me and I let Marquez know that, hence the calls to send a tech out).  The same guy that came out for my emergency backed up pipes came out again today.  Simply put he is awesome.  He did what I needed and BOOM, done! Seriously, these are my go to guys. They are fast and friendly. I don't have a single complaint.  Thank you again, to all at Marquez!

Eugene is wonderful and very professional.  Straight forward with the pricing estimate ad no hidden costs.  Scheduled an appointment the night before and he came the next morning.  Eugene was able to find a toy that was blocking the toilet flush.  Provided a new wax ring and fresh silicone.  Highly recommended!

Our sewer was backed up so we turned to Yelp to find a rooting and plumbing company that could come out on a weekend. Dan promptly returned our call and came out in a couple hours. The whole process took about 30 minutes and we were charged $165 for the service. We were even given a 30 day guarantee in case something happened.

Had a wonderful experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - what started with a clogged shower ended up being a whole house re-pipe. We knew it was coming so we bit the bullet and went for it. It's a costly endeavor, however the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing team made it a pleasant experience. Working with Cary, from Customer Service, to set up financing, getting clear communication from Adam, the Dispatcher, to two wonderful non-stereotypical plumbers, Pete and Armando. Both guys are very talented at what they do. They were punctual, extremely courteous, thoughtful and always willing to stop their work to explain what they were doing, when I asked. The entire experience went smooth. Pete, who took the lead on the job, made sure I knew what their plans were for the day, what I could expect at the end of the day, and always ensured things were cleaned up before he left. I would definitely recommend this team for plumbing needs.

I am so impressed with these folks! Our hot water heater went out and personally I hate cold showers!! Called Ernie's and talked to Rosie. She was professional and was able to squeeze us in to replace our old water heater. John came out and was prompt and did a great job. Thank you Rosie and John...I can now get out of my pajamas and take a hot shower! I also love to use family run businesses because they care about their customers.

I have been having issues with my plumbing for over a year and had multiple attempts in hope to fix them with no results (service was provided not by Fuse in the past), yesterday Nikolay (Nick) came and he was able to fix the issue in the matter of seconds and I am not even exaggerating . I am very impressed with Nikolay's knowledge on how plumbing works; also I am very impressed with his willingness to explain all details on why the system did not work in the past and how exactly he fixed it. I highly recommend Fuse to other people and especially I highly recommend Nikolay in helping you with your house problems. No only he is a very knowledgeable guy, but also very friendly, professional and efficient. Way to go Fuse, way to go Nikolay, very happy with the service provided.
