We used Chandler to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. He was punctual and fixed the problem very quickly for a reasonable amount. I would recommend him.

I have been Plumbing Care's customer since they started in 2014.   Every time I called them,  I felt satisfied with their services, and sometimes their excellent services are even beyond my satisfaction.   They pick up calls and provide services during weekends at very reasonable normal charges.   Recently, Alejandro Barragan from Plumbing Care replaced one shower valve cartridge and fixed one toilet clog issue for one of my rental properties.  Last Sep, Keith Cormier from Plumbing Care replaced another shower valve cartridge for the same property.  Dealing with old shower valve cartridge is kind of tricky, they not only needed to find the right replacement parts, but also needed to deal with the existing rusted parts.   Both Alejandro and Keith did great jobs, they not only fixed the problems nicely, but also tried their best to save money for me (the long time loyal customer).   I will definitely continue to use Plumbing Care as my only plumbing vendor, and I highly recommend Plumbing Care to others.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

Could not recommend this business enough. They go above and beyond to get things fixed fast and efficiently all while making you feel like family and not just another paycheck. They truly care. My experience was with Chris specifically but I would confidently attribute it to the whole business. Will be a customer for life.

We needed our shower drain snaked due to slow draining. We called and we're given a good price and a discount. Sulley was our tech. He was on time polite and got the job done in a short time. We definitely would use them again.

I tend to only bother to write reviews when the service is exceptional or terrible.  Here it is exceptional.

I did the standard Yelp search and liked what we saw about All Systems.  We asked Chuck (the owner) to help us with a series of plumbing and electrical tasks around the house and in the garage.  Our house is an old house and therefore several of the projects were less than obvious.

Over about 4 scheduled visits, chuck came and got it all done.  Some items took more time than he expected and he made time over the weekend to get it done for us.

He was extremely proactive in terms of texting when he would come, when he left, how things were going.  He went out of his way to ensure things were done the way he'd want it done if it were his house - recommending against some items when not necessary, but also suggesting items when he thought it would add value.  This level of consultative service was very much appreciated.

The quality of the work was great - we are very satisfied.

And the entire time, chuck was friendly and professional.

(Side note: this happened during the covid-era, and chuck was conscientious about cleanliness and mask wearing).

Without reservation, i would recommend Chuck to a friend and will call him again.

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Joe and Gene replaced our tub shower fixtures and valve box with expertise and proficiency.  They provided education and were friendly.  They did the job expertly and saved me some cash too!

I had called several plumbers to fix a leak with my sink drain.  Niko was the only plumber that could give me a rough price for the work.  Scheduling conflicts prevented Niko from coming out immediately, so I ended up having another plumber come out to take a look at the leak. After I received a quote for this other plumber, I immediately called Niko back. I had a bit of sticker shock and wasn't willing to have the other plumber do any work without receiving other quotes.  Not only did Niko fix the leak, but he came out that same day and saved me $2,000.

Tai and his team truly deserve the 5 stars.

We wanted to relocate our water hookup and install an utility sink in our laundry room area but our situation was our laundry room is a converted garage so no crawl space, on a slab, and Mickey mouse work from previous owner. But that didn't stop Tai and his team to give us what we want. He even taught my fiancé a thing or two during the process!

-Tai didn't just give an estimate but a very reasonable quote and stick to that quote even after opening our wall and finding the mess the previous owner had installed.

-told him when he came to give us a quote we needed the job done ASAP as our washer and dryer is arriving in a few day, he came back the next day to start the project! Worked nonstop for 6 hrs straight!

-after cutting our wall open, his team put patched it up! We were surprised cause other quotes I gotten, way way higher price and we would be the one putting the drywall back up.

Will definitely hire Tai again for my plumbing needs.

Expensive. Installed a water softener in an existing space using existing plumbing. We were quoted an hourly rate. Job took 2 hours and he charged us for 4 hours because he brought someone else along and charged us for that guy's time, too.

Lots of drama ensued when we questioned what we were charged. Told us he wouldn't charge us even though we weren't looking for a freebie.  Charge was reversed then a week later someone calls for our credit card number because it was misplaced.  No mention of previous drama. Very odd but no appetite to revisit previous drama so we gave them our card number again and the full charge was processed again.

Work was OK, looks a bit odd the way it was positioned and pipes routed over a sink.

We needed a sink erator replaced. Eugene was punctial,, efficient  and very reasonably  priced. He did a good job. I plan to hire him again for a future project.

Our upstairs master bathroom drained clogged beyond what we could clean out.  We called Bay Rooter & Plumbing who responded quickly by picking up the call, quoted an estimate over the phone, and available for an appointment the very next morning.  Dan arrived within scheduled time frame with mask and booties for his shoes before entering our home.  He's professional, courteous and knowledgeable.  The amount quoted was the amount paid.  We immediately saved their contact information for future reference.  Thank you Dan and Bay Rooter & Plumbing for your awesome service.

The BFP operation we dealt with for industrial tenant improvements were complete wrong in ever way. Late, dirty, disorganized and the work isn't to best professional standards for plumbing contractor. I'd never use them again and I'd stay clear away from.

Our water heater failed and backed up our sinks/toilets/showers.  We unclogged some ourselves while waiting for service.  Fernando came out and was calm and professional and got all fixed in about 2 hours.  The charges were reasonable and worth every penny.  This is the second time we have used Ernie's and have been happy with each experience.
