Well it's almost exactly 2 years later and the part that was replaced failed. Just doesn't seem right for plumbing parts.

My toilet backed up on a super rainy Saturday. I called Anytime Plumbing, and Sam Spiegel returned my call within a half hour. He was finishing up another job, and told me the approximate time he was available. He arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He fixed the toilet, and gave me a brief tutorial on what products to use. On a side note, Sam did not get irritated with my little dog who barked at him the entire time he was here! I was apologetic about the pooch's nervous barking, but Sam was very pleasant and understanding about little rescue dog issues. I will highly recommend Anytime Plumbing to all of my  Santa Cruz friends and neighbors.

They totally deserve 10 stars if i can give it.. Starting from Customer service(Debora) to the plumber(Eric), all TOP NOTCH. Quality work done right and professionally. We had moved and needed to have a water softener installed, i called around about 10 other places and everyone was giving me crazy numbers $$$ or not returning my call at all. So when i contacted Plumbing care, it was a world of difference from my previous calls and emails for a quote. they were very responsive with all my inquiries and they were able to give a very very reasonable quote for the job..So no brainer, we give it a go. Plumber Eric(Cool Dude) came out and did the installation beautifully! My husband was even impressed with the way Eric put the pipes together and he is not easy to please most of the times when it comes to the household stuff... but not this time, he was thoroughly pleased...plus we didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for it... Highly Highly recommend giving this company a call, they know what they're doing and they dont mark up their prices 10 folds to rip you off...

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

Wow--Bell Plumbing's reputation for great service is deserved. I found a leak the day before I was scheduled to go on vacation. Greg was able to come by within the hour and deal with it. A terrific experience.

Fantastic company to work with all around. From the ease in getting an appointment set up (with Yvonne over the phone) to the outstanding field service provided by Elisha, the entire team at JC Sewer & Drain Plumbing made our garbage disposal replacement experience a smooth and cost-effective one.

I want to give a particular shout-out and recognition to Elisha. He not only did a great job explaining the issue with our garbage disposal as well as the different options we had to replace it, his work was clean, efficient, and professional. He only did what was necessary, meaning, he didn't replace the piping or the flange/mounting ring that were in good condition (I had done a fair amount of self-diagnosis and online reading beforehand, and Elisha was very honest in everything he said and did).

I highly recommend JC Sewer & Drain Plumbing, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Cost-saving note/advice: Buy your own garbage disposal unit from a local home improvement store beforehand (Moen brand if you need a unit with power cord attached; Badger brand if you do not), because that would save the technician time (to drive to the store, buy the part, and then come back) which means money saved for you as labor cost is charged per hour. We did this, and Elisha finished in just under an hour. If we hadn't, that would have been an extra $125, since they charge $125/hr.

I had called several electricians to no avail.  Then I switched to looking for a handyman and left a couple of messages, one of which was for Chuck.  Some never called back.  Some were going to charge a ridiculous amount for what I knew was a relatively simple fix.  Then Chuck called back and I'm so glad he did. He came by at the end of what was a long day for him, fixed the problem completely (putting in a new garbage disposal switch), with a very reasonable price and a great sense of humor.  He took a look at another issue I had, and while he couldn't fix it because I had messed it all up, he gave me all the info I need to buy the material which he will then come back and install.  I feel lucky that I found him and recommend him highly.

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Bellows provided wonderful service and quality work.  They were professional, on time, quick, clean, and all around great.  We highly recommend them and would definitely be using them in the future!

Niko was very quick to respond to the voicemail I left him inquiring about service. He was professional and offered an accurate quote once he saw the location of the work to be done. I will be using him for all future plumbing needs.

Needing a new kitchen faucet installed I immediately thought of CK Plumbing as I've used them a couple times before and was very pleased with service and price. They showed up the day after I contacted them right on time and my new faucet was installed in no time and being the time of Covid, they were masked up so I felt completely comfortable. I will definitely call CK Plumbing for any future needs.

I wish all service companies were as responsive and accountable as Marquez Plumbing.  I never hesitate to call them for all of my plumbing needs or a recommendation if they can't assist me.

Had toilets installed. Very responsive to calls and text. Came into the house and took shoes off without even having g to ask!!! Toilets look great and didn't leave a mess after. He even called a week later to make sure all was well, which of course it was. Definitely reccomend

Called this company for my condo. The receptionist has a thick accent and does not come across as the friendliest. Asked her to call my renter to set up an appointment, they never did and just sent the plumber there!

The receptionist swears that she did speak with my renter while my renter had no idea they were coming, think Ill believe my renter...Also, was told that when they did get the call, they were yelled at.

Another appointment is made to come back only this time, the plumber's child is sick. This is not the issue, the issue is you have only one person per day for any and all jobs??

They were going to call and tell us if this person could come the following day and by Day 3 no updates.

I have finally had enough. Thanks but no thanks. Ill find someone else. Here is your notification.

I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! I made an appointment to have my sewer line checked out as it keeps backing up.  I needed a quote for any repairs or complete replacement.  I was given appointment and a 4 hour window.  The Technician (James) calls me over the phone and tells me it will be $8900 to replace the whole line and that's our price.  If you agree to this then I will come over.  
I explained to him that the appointment was for him to come and check the line personally and then look at the situation first before giving me any price just like that.  He said he will charge $79 to come out.  That's his gas charge.
He was very arrogant and threatening as well.  He did not want to do what the appt was set to do?  When I asked him that his office has waived the fees for inspection as its a big job, he started arguing and said we don't work for free blah blah.  
DO NOT WASTE your hard earned money with these guys.  There prices was also almost double to what a normal company would charge for the same job ( I found out later after I got another quote).
Thank god I did not go with these guys.

If you have lot of money to throw, then you are welcome to go with them.  I certainly would like to use my money wisely, and when I have to spend close to $5000,,, I will look around and take a few quotes.

Don't go on these guys BBB rating and all that.  I am sure some Franchisees are fine but these guy was way out of line.
I told this guy I will give a negative review for his attitude and the way he was threatening...he said go ahead...I don't care...!!!

Ernie's replaced about 50 ft of sewer line for me.  Unfortunately, I have a monster of a sewer line and part of it ended up collapsing over time.  Ernie's came out quick and went through all the protocols to try and solve the issue.  TIP If you have a clogged sewer line and it cant be unclogged by the powerful snake they have opt to use the camera.  I think if i would have used the camera first I could have saved some money on the digging and prior work before the main problem was fixed.  Alfred who was th main contact for me was awesome.  Customer service and communication was superb.  All the work was done very professional, the landscaping of the grass to go over the trench was put back satisfactory.  They are plumbers not landscapers so if you have to do trenching prepared to level and fix the turf yourself or gardener. They cleaned up very well and Ernie was able to work with my home insurance so I wouldn't take the complete hit on my wallet.  Like some other Yelpers have noted Ernie's isn't the cheapest plumbing company in town, however as the saying goes :you pay for what you get.  Definitely would call Ernie's team again. Thanks again!
