Majid has been always responsive and has done multiple works at my place. He recently did a gas heater replacement at my place and am happy with his work.

I had one toilet that needed a new wax seal and another that was constantly running.  I got a few estimates from other plumbers and decided to call Ishmael for my repairs.  He knew exactly what was wrong and brought the parts needed.  He was on time, very professional and fast plus I saved a little bit of money by using him.  I highly recommend him.

THE SHORT VERSION: It took Anytime Plumbing less than an hour to solve a problem that had been driving me nuts for months and that two other plumbers had not known how to fix. Five Stars!

THE LONG VERSION: I had previously hired Alexander's Plumbing (a different plumber also on Yelp) to replace the float switch on my electric sewer pump. When the new switch was in, the toilet wouldn't flush properly unless I ran the bathtub for about 45 seconds every time. I asked him to adjust the level and he said that the level was not adjustable - and that the problem was that I had a bad toilet. I said the toilet had worked fine before the float switch was replaced, but he (the Alexander's Plumbing guy) insisted that the switch was correctly installed and couldn't be adjusted, charged me and left. So .... I flushed by running the bathtub until I could easily afford a new toilet, but the new toilet had the same problem - still had to flush by running the bathtub for about 45 seconds. I called Alexander's back and the return message (after 3 calls and one week of waiting) said that I needed to have the level adjusted but that he wouldn't do it because he didn't want to deal with anything involving raw sewage (is that like a surgeon who faints at the sight of blood?).  I then left a message saying b-b-b-b-b-but ... you said the level WASN'T adjustable! That's why I bought the new toilet! He never replied to that message.

Then I called another plumber who didn't know the answer but suggested I call Anytime Plumbing. The guy from Anytime (Amer) picked up on the first ring, came right out and fixed the level in less than an hour. If I'd chosen Anytime to begin with, I would have saved over $500, endless headaches, and enough bathwater to fill Shamu the Killer Whale's tank at Marineworld.

We had a disgusting leak of toilet paper and sewage from a portal on our front lawn on a Sunday afternoon and I called a couple places before finding Plumbing Care - they said they could do it right away and would NOT charge double for weekends!!! Nice! There was a delay in the plumber showing up so I called the line and right away, a courteous person answered and let me know she'd get to the bottom of the delay. Soon I got a call that he was delayed at another house AND they took off $50 for being late. Nice!!
A man named Mike came out with a truck and explained to me what was going on and how much it would cost. Then he got down and dirty in the muck, working to unclog the stoppage of our main line. He worked for a good while on it!
When he was done, he explained the possibilities of a bigger problem and assured me they guarantee the work also. He was so nice and friendly and explained things in a way I could understand.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

Absolutely the best choice, if you need a plumber, especially for a Sewer Lateral replacement!
All these acalades are correct and real.
My small rental property in San Carlos had a  sewer backup, a real emergency. First company I called had to bring in high powered machine (chged over $1000) to clear it, we had sewage all over the front yard, and 75 year clay pipes full of roots, indicated most were broken.
Their Sewer Lateral replacement quote  was so high, decided to look for another company.
If you need a replacement, you want a company that has a Class A license if have to replace into the street as have to have an Engineering licence.  Companies that do not have, will have to sub that part
out to a company that has one and you will pay substantially more.  
That is how I found Bell plumbing, and Greg (owner) has a Class A and was recommended.
Price was the best, got the permits quickly thru the city, finished in 3 days , had it inspected,
trenchless is the way to go.  Great people, work fast, and handled the problem immediately.
Nice to have such a great plumber right in the neighborhood!

Every time I have a plumbing issue, I start to stress until I remember that I rely on Jc Sewer and Drain. Excellent service and very fair pricing. I can't say enough good about this business.

Chuck came to take a look at my attic fan which seemed to turn on and remain on, even when the weather was not particularly warm. He told me that my fan was working normally! At my request, he turned the fan thermostat setting up slightly; then, without being asked, looked around the attic to troubleshoot the problem. He came up with a perfectly reasonable explanation and suggested a solution to help me avert the problem in the future. His charge was very reasonable. I recommend Chuck for his honest and quality service. He is very pleasant to deal with and he seems to care about his work.

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Couldn't deal with these hot north Marin summers anymore so we finally started looking into AC. Had estimators come out twice from Costco, but never got any bids or estimates after they came to check out our home. They also primarily pushed the mini split systems, which can work great for cooling a few rooms, but gets very expensive and likely would have challenges cooling an entire house without a unit in each room.

Contacted Bellows instead and Jason was out that week and provided numerous better options to cool our entire home that really helped save us money. He helped us to dial in what would be best for our situation, being honest when a more expensive option wouldn't provide any additional benefit, helping us to invest our money where it would make the most difference.

Del did fantastic work with the install and it now feels like we have a brand new home! Everyone with Bellows has been extremely friendly and the whole process was relaxed couldn't have gone better!

Happy to go with a local company and any day I'd recommend the fellows at mellow Bellows!

We called Marquez Plumbing on Jan. 2, 2017 not expecting to get an answer and less a same day appointment!!! We got both! They sent out Danny who was so AWESOME!! We had multiple problems, our kitchen faucet broke New Year's Day, we couldn't shut it off underneath nor could we shut off the main water to the house. The very next day we we called Marquez and they fit us in and even came early! What was even more awesome was that they called us about an hour or half an hour before Danny showed up to let us know that he was on the way, I have NEVER HAD such EXCELLENT service! Danny jumped right in and showed us exactly what was wrong and did his magic and fixed EVERYTHING! He was literally in and out in less than an hour and a half. The price was absolutely reasonable, we will be using Marquez Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs from now on! Thank you for your wonderful customer service, you guys are the BEST!

I had a lot of small plumbing jobs to be done. I just kept adding more as he was doing the others. He worked hard and fast and did terrific clean work. The fee wasn't outrageous. From the person who answers the phone to the man, Dan in my case, that did the work, it was a terrific experience. I highly recommend this company.

We bought a new dishwasher and needed some plumbing work on Sunday. I went to Yelp to find a plumber, read several reviews and decided to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Tim arrived on time, provided quote options, and was very professional. We scheduled the job for Tuesday, and Tim arrived right on time. He was very kind and courteous, and did excellent work. We highly recommend Tim and this company!

Bad diagnosis, didn't fix the real problem and left my tenant w/o water for hours. I had a pressure problem with old plumbing and they suggested replacing the valves which I was skeptical about to start with but their service had been good in the past so I trusted them. They assured me that there was enough good pipe to replace the valves before they sent out the plumber. Their tech called me while I was in a meeting to ask if I wanted to cut the pipe and when I didn't respond 10 minutes later he cut the pipe anyways knocking the water out. Then he left the property with no water for my tenant. $700+ & 6 hours later into a $300 simple repair they finally fixed got the water back on but the original problem was not fixed. I have two shiny new valves and a big bill but no fix to my problem.
